The Insurance Corp. of British Columbia (ICBC) is introducing a radical change to its accident coverage plan May 1. It says the Enhanced Care plan will provide more support to those injured and that our premiums will decline. ICBC president and CEO Nicolas Jimenez talks about the plan, among other things, with BIV publisher and editor-in-chief Kirk LaPointe.
