Congress and the White House have reached an agreement to approve a new North American trade agreement. Carlo Dade (1:34), director of the Canada West Foundation’s trade and investment centre, discusses the implications for Canada. As Dade explains, there is “next to nothing” to protect Canadian businesses from presidential authority in certain areas. He encourages businesses in Canada to thoughtfully rethink their exposure to the U.S.
