Episode description
Stuffed peppers make a great weeknight meal and are eye catching enough to impress special dinner guests, especially when paired with a fresh salad. Since you're adding the infused oil at the end to each individual pepper, you can choose whether or not to infuse all the peppers, depending on who is enjoying the meal with you.
