Unlike traditional, gelatin based gummies that you're familiar with, Pate de Fruit are a little different. They offer a similar chewy texture with an intense true fruit flavour. Pate de Fruits are a traditional French confection made from 100% pure fruit puree and now you can channel your inner French chef and infuse these to make them even better.
