This week I sit down with Joan and Daniel, 2 of the 3 founders of Tlaloc, a New Mexican Restaurant in Brighton that takes the British take on Mexican food to a whole new level.

Up and running for around a year at this point, these guys have gone from strength to strength.

By staying true to what they believe with their menus, listening to their customers, and nailing their social media, they have built a brand to be proud of.
