Episode description

Send us a text

We're continuing the celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with Oakland native Chef Tu David Phu. We had Tu on the show back in December of 2019 for the first time and really connected with his story and his energy. In this episode we talk about the effects on the restaurant industry caused by the pandemic, realities of Xenophobia,  something called the "Paris Syndrome",  his parents, and Tupac.

We love having Tu's voice on our podcast and appreciate his time, thoughts, and ideas. We hope you do too.  Stay safe, stay home, be well.
