It's been more than a year since Erin met Top Chef alumni Chef Tu David Phu in a favorite restaurant of the late Anthony Bourdain the day after Thanksgiving 2018. It was kismet to meet him and great to have him round out Bitch Talk's 2019.

Tu and Erin talk about his family, food origin, Oakland, Hip-Hop, Top Chef and what's up for him in 2020.  We are so excited that he's a friend of the show and looking forward to partnering with him in the near future.
