We're continuing our celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with friend of the show, filmmaker/butcher/jerky girl Anica Wu. She describes her life as a young immigrant from Hong Kong, the origin of her name, and what inspired her to become a butcher and start her own jerky company.

Anica gives us the skinny on what it's like to be (one of) the only women in the butcher industry, the struggles of carrying a cow leg, and why her jerky is going to revolutionize the industry.
