Episode description

Is your client’s pregnant belly squashed? Is the belly greater from side to side as opposed to vertical?

In today’s podcast Lynn talks about working with the round ligament to allow more space for the baby within the abdominal cavity.

When your pregnant client comes to you with a greater transverse position of the belly it is important to treat the round ligament. The round ligament is a key component to decreasing the squished look of the uterus. In combination with an inversion, it can create space for a more vertical presentation for the baby which can lead to a smoother birth. For more information, you can also check out Lynn’s recent case presentations on treating the ligaments of the uterus.
