"डोंगरातली शाळा" ही डॉ.अनिल अवचट यांनी लिहिलेली कथा.. गोष्ट आहे एका दुर्गम भागातील गावाची.. हे गाव ऊभं रहातं आधुनिक प्रगतीच्या नावाखाली होणार्या नैसर्गिक हानिच्या विरोधात... गावात,जंगलात जे काही मिळेल त्यातून शाळा बांधायचा ध्यास मुलं घेतात,आणि त्यांना मार्गदर्शन करते त्यांची पवनाताई... या नंतर सुरु होते धमाल... मुलं शाळेत मजेनी शिकायला तर लागतातच, पण या मुळे दुरावलेली मनं पण सांधली जातात...
