Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Mark Conny Awards for he is broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunningham. I'm Billy Cunningham,

the Great America, and welcome. This floor is Sunday Night, and we picked up six more radio stations, So between Alaska and Florida and Maine and Hawaii, we have something in the range of three hundred and seventy five radio stations every Sunday night starting about sixteen years ago. And we're building and growing and it's needed now more than ever because of the official shall we say

the regime politics has overcome common sense. I watched some of the Sunday morning talk shows this morning, especially Jonathan Carl who's completely lost his way and a brand new person taken over from Chuck Todd, who was awful but nonetheless, in the interview with the Trumpster, it's obvious that the mainstream media is part of the Democratic Party, not the Democratic Party that was represented by so many

moderate Democrats with union connections. This brand new Democratic Party is part of the Bernie Sanders crowd, the big tech leaders, the college presidents, those who shout down those on college campuses that want to speak with a different viewpoint. Modern Democratic Party is a Marxist organization, and I think JD and others from Las Vegas understand that completely. So it's proud to have you with me this

Sunday night. A couple issues. I note with great sadness that another police officer has been gunned down in the streets and a targeted political assassination, and very sad. His name is Ryan Clicking Brumer LA SD, which is Los

Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He's been in office as an officer for about eight years, extremely well liked, and on Saturday, about six pm Pacific standard time, Officer Clicken Brumer, thirty years old, eight year veteran, was simply sitting at a stoplight waiting for the light to change, and somehow it appears a car described as a twenty six to twenty twelve Toyota Corolla, dark gray in color, pulled up next to the officer, pulled out appears to

be a handgun and shot him once in the back of the head, killing him instantly, and his patrol car went forward a few feet and stopped and to attack a deputy sheriff about twenty four hours ago in uniform, sitting in a black and white at a stoplight waiting for it to change is absolutely an

act of gruesome political violence against law enforcement. The person or persons who did this and planned it have now a two hundred and fifty thousand dollars reward that's been established in order to encourage those who know what happened to come forward. Is one of many targeted killings. You might recall a couple of years ago there were two more La County deputies in uniform that were executed in their cars.

You might recall a few years back in ny New York City Police Department, there were two police officers in uniform and a black nationalist from Ball Baltimore made his way to New York City in reaction to what he perceived to be a war against police. Listening to the mainstream media. I fully understand where he got that idea, especially CNN's coverage of any event. MSNBC is no different. And he sought out to kill police officers on duty in uniform,

and he did that in New York City. I know here in the city of Cincinnati, RAI broadcast from and the last few weeks there's been two targeted assaults on in uniform police officers lowered to the scene by calls and service was being offered when both were attacked. One of them was down on the riverfront and he was there doing his duty as God gave him the light to see that duty. And his name was Officer Terry McGuffey, thirty one year veteran

in his mid fifties who was set to retire in January. He was viciously attacked. He was by himself walking during broad daylight by a mentally ill person who wanted to kill, according to him, a white police officer. So he jumped on top of Officer McGuffey, he was one hundred pounds heavier, beat the crap at him, use the taser on the officer, used the officers Club billy club to beat him in the head and was trying to get his gun out. He wanted to kill a white police officer. He also

put his thumbs in the officer's eyes to guge his eyes out. Thank god, he hit the call button. There was another officer a few hundred yards away. He ran over, couldn't believe what he was observing. He pulled out his nine millimeter and stuck it up against the head of this criminal who's mentally ill, wanting to kill a white police officer, and he stopped. If that officer was not available to save Officer McGuffey, he would have been

murdered. And then about a week or ten days ago, there was another person who wanted to injure or kill a police officer, and he lured him to a house under a nine one one call that there was a robbery in progress, and when the officer showed up and began inquiring, a club was drawn and beat the officer in the head, got on top of the officer and was trying to kill him with his own service weapon when family members of this criminal came to the aid of the police officer and pulled this guy off.

Now, neither one of those stories ever hit the national media. Because it is a common event happening hundreds of times every year. One cannot listen to most of cable news, or read the newspaper, or listen to speeches on college campuses, or watch television. Coming away with a positive attitude about police doesn't happen anymore, and so some individuals with a political desire and or mentally ill watching the culture, listening to the music, what they want to

do is kill a cop. So I don't know the circumstances yet of the assassination the murder of this one police officer, and we hope sometime soon there's a vigil happening tonight for Deputy Clicking Broomer, only thirty years old, near the Palmdale Sheriff station in Palmdale, California, which is about forty miles northeast of Los Angeles. And other police officers around around the country have been targeted for political purposes for murder because of the badge, the uniform that they wear.

One cannot come away with a positive attitude about cops by listening to the mainstream media, which is why many urban districts have banned school resource officers police officers being in schools and why in many college campuses, specially liberal ones, which is about ninety five percent of them, they don't want armed police officers

anywhere on the campus because they are the enemy. And when that has preached long enough, hard enough, often enough, it's heard by some mentally ill or those with political instincts to want to kill a cop, to act out

their worst fantasies about murdering police. So Officer Clickenbroomer was unconscious in the vehicle when he was found near the intersection of Sierra Highway and Avenue Q identified by identified as a good samaritan who alerted personnel at the police station that a police officer was slumped over his wheel and it was officer a clicking Brumer, who of course died at the scene. And it's heart rendering to watch what's happening,

and it's happening all over the country. They attack on law enforcement. The fact that especially in areas like Milwaukee, Chicago, New York, Albertquerquey thirty percent reduction or more and law enforcement which means that men and women don't want to be cops because the job doesn't pay enough. And secondly, disrespect and the other thing is the suing of police officers, meaning you can never own a home or take out credit in the future. And the fact there's

a complete disrespect for law and order happening all over the country. And the recent example of that is Deputy Clicking Brumer who was shot in an ambush, a cowardly act and we're going to find out later, of course, well

what happened, but it's awful and it sickens me. Also, I see the California it is ramping up its war on energy, and it was announced on Saturday that the State of California, this is the clearest indication imaginable, the Governor Gavin Newsom is going to be the replacement for Joe Biden, who's mentally incompetent, and Kamala Harris, she cannot serve, is going to be

the nominee of the Democrat Party along with maybe Gretchen Whitmer next year. State of California announced on Saturday that they are going to sue Chevron, Exxon Mobil, Shell, Conico, Phillips, and BP. The suit blames these companies for wildfires in California, toxic smoke, heat waves, droughts, and maybe even the homeless problem and when I read the beginning of this lawsuit, it's already in California, and I have dozens of stations in California is already the

fifth most expensive state for energy. Residents paid by far the highest gas prices in the nation, and energy in general tends to be a little bit a little bit less in California in general because the temperatures are somewhat temperate. But when it comes to gasoline, they have the highest gasoline prices in the United States, causing a requirement that refineries produce a special, cleaner burning blend of

fuel during the summer. So California, which is a high tech state, and extends that to excise taxes slapt on galants of gasoline, and it's adjusted annually, which pays for planning, constructing, and maintaining roads and mass transit

systems that are failing all over California. So get ready, I would think and hope, if you're these companies Exxon and Shell and Chevron and Concho and BP, why not leave California. Why not say, you know what, we're not going to be in the state providing products legally When the State of California is suing us to take away billions and billions of our money. Why

be in the state that doesn't want is there? What would happen to gasoline prices in California if the six large gasoline production companies left the state said we can't take it anymore. What would be the price of gasoline in California if there is none? Because as you know, windmills and solar panels may work in fifty years, but they don't work now. Just talk to the Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm, who tried to get an ev excursion underway and it

doesn't work. Kamala Harris, Think of those from California now in power, Kamala Harris, and throw in Diane Feinstein, throw in Gavin Newsome, who wants to be the next president. They have a war on energy which is costing a fortune. And if they would leave the state, I would assume gasoline would be fifty dollars a gallon and California would be in a depression because these oil companies have not caused droughts and heat waves and toxic smoke and wildfires,

not at all. In fact, the cleanest energy produced in the country happens in California. It used to be La was filled with small not anymore. I'm against pollution, and climate change happens all the time, and man made climate change is a joke, it's a hoax. It's a fraud which allows the government to seize more control of your life. That's what climate changes. Climate's always changing. I live in Ohio and the climate changes every three

months. And if temperatures go up a couple of degrees in the next one hundred years, that's a positive, not a negative. In fact, the Midwest has not been much affected whatsoever by high temperatures. In fact, we've had lower temperatures in the summertime in the Midwest than we've had by historical standards.

Media done report on that, but I just did so. California is ramping up its warrant energy and making almost certain that large numbers of persons do not want to get into law enforcement because if you can be thirty years old. Recently, Click and Broomer just got engaged to be married, extremely popular, loved by the department those he dealt with. Somebody pulls up a Toyota Corolla next to him yesterday about six pm and shot him in the back of

the head with the twenty two. It's unbelieved what's happening. And that's the tip of the iceberg as far as cops being shot and beaten and clubbed and disrespected all over the place. Let's continue. In Chicago, only about twenty five percent of the murders are solved because the police are completely overwhelmed with lack of support from the foolish mayor who is to the left of Lori Lightfoot. Unbelievable. Let's continue. I'll set up tonight's big show later on, but

we have some experts on many topics coming on. I want to hear from John Lott of Crime Research dot org. John Lott's written columns at Crime Research worked in the Trump Justice Department. He's got facts and figures about what Governor Grissom is doing in New Mexico and how that's making all New Mexicans so unsafe.

Plus, if you take a look at Fox News tonight, the video of a train coming out of a southern Mexico with literally thousands and thousands on the rails coming toward Arizona, and every day thousands come across the southern border. They're picking Arizona now because Abbot's doing pretty damn good job in Texas. But if you look at that video, alarming video shows migrants cheering, hanging

off sides of pack train heading toward the US. That's what's happening. And our so called president can't read a briefing book, can't read a teleprompter, and mentally and somehow a little bit short of Diane Feinstein when it comes to intelligence, and Kamala Harris giving interviews anticipating she'll soon be the president. Unbelievable. Just's take a short break. When we continue. JdE from Las Vegas

will be first. Then call from Idaho and Tampa and California. But if you're listening in California eight six six six four seven seven three three seven, I want to hear about your thoughts about the police officer down and murdered and an assassination type act. And also California ramps up to this war and energy suing the major oil companies that's going to cause the price of gasoline to double or triple in California. Is that what you want? Let's continue twenty two

minutes after the hour. Bill hunting in the Great American with you every Sunday night, Billy Cunningham. Let's continue, and of course this morning that Trumpster gave an interview on Meet the Press, and it's always good to hear from him. I have a guest coming up later who believes that Trump's judge, Judge Chunkin, should recuse herself because she's made so many comments during sentencing of other January sixth defendants about how she believed the big guy in this case,

Donald Trump, should also be charged. So normally, when you have a judge that has announced his or her predilections about a case ahead of time, that you have to recuse yourself, which is step off the case. But

Judge Chunkin indicates she wants to stay on the case. I do not believe that in front of a Washington DC jury presided over by Judge Chunkin, who has given money to Barack Hussein Obama campaign donations and has exhibited for many years a bias against Republicans, can fairly without bias and impartially preside over the trial

of the United States of America versus Donald Trump. And Jack Smith, who is the special counsel who is Joe Biden's lawyer prosecuting this thing, understands that when he got the role, and the role came to a judge, a Democrat who's given contributions to Democratic candidates, who during sentencing of other January sixth defendants, had the most harsh things imaginable said about Donald Trump, and just

by a lot was assigned the case. That put a smile on his face because the rulings are going to be against Donald Trump pre trial rulings and in favor of the government. And then when a jury is eventually sat in this case on only four counts of an indictment and Donald Trump is the only defendant, the odds of a Washington DC jury where for every one Republican there's twenty Democrats are going to give Donald Trump a fair shake is almost impossible. It's

not going to happen. And so I guess Paul Caminar is going to come up later, his legal counsel is going to talk about how unfair it is for Judge Chunking to preside over a case when she's already expressed her opinion as to the guilt of the defendant, that is Donald Trump. She sentenced numerous other January sixth defendants, saying the real person responsible for this as the guy sitting in the White House before the current president was in office, that is

Donald Trump. And so to me, that's an outrage. The judge wouldn't

simply step aside, so the appearance of impropriety would not take place. So let's continue, if the more, We'll take your calls next from Las Vegas and Florida and Massachusetts and Idaho, and if a line becomes available eight six six six four seven, seven three three seven, once again say a prayer for the repose of the soul of Deputy Sheriff Ryan klicken Brumer and Los Angeles gunned down at the age of thirty, still cunning in the Great American with

you every Sunday Night. Mike Castracy Ford has nearly seventy five Ford Broncos asked Joe Biden, who can't find his butt with both hands, has claimed to be a Puerto Rican, claimed to be on a first name basis with Cornpop and now he claims he was raised in synagogues. Danny Gleeson, before I take calls hit it, I might say raised two the sun my state. Do you think I'm kidding? But backing women Candela where Beast Shalom was a

home of countless friends for me, So he's been raised. Whatever group he is speaking with or trying to speak too, he morphs into is something different than what he truly is. He always has claimed to be a practicing Roman Catholic, as yours truly as also, I think one of us is right, the other one is wrong. One cannot be, you might say, raised in the state. Do you think I'm kidding? Of course, my boss is a Jewish carpenter. And nonetheless, the guy has no connection to

reality, cannot recall what has happened. And the last few days he's been completely out of sight because he one overseas for what six or seven days, made a complete fool of himself. And now he's back on vacation again, thank god. So let's continue of Jeff crue Air coming up in about thirty minutes or so about the Chinese situation. Later on, also is doctor John Lott about what's happening in New Mexico. But until then, j D and Las Vegas. J D and Las Vegas, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show.

JD. How are you. I'm doing fine but getting better, and I thank you Bill for the opportunity to speak with you and all of your fine listeners. I wanted to talk about this Christine Wilter and meet the press. But before I do that, where do we get these remarkable, heroic patriots to serve. It's obscene what the media has done to promote violence against

our police officers. Without them, we would all be like barbarians. And the media promotes this violence against the cops because seventeen or eighteen African Americans are shot by cops every year, most of them criminals with a rap sheet, but they make it like it is the most obscene crime that ever happened. When a white cop shoots a black person. They never show the eight or

ten black cops that have shot white people. The media, I don't understand what their motivation is to try and destroy the country, to put us into a civil war. It is so obvious that they are so insane with their coverage of this of this, and I feel so badly for that family. Before you know, the worst case was Michael Brown in Missouri when CNN simply pitched a tent there and would not leave until the rioting went on for weeks

and months and has sparked rioting all over the country. And when the truth came out that Michael Brown and a strong arm robbery was advancing and trying to call us physical harm to the police officer. Was his name, Darren Darren McGavin, I think well, no, I wasn't Clark. But anyway, he was sitting in his car and he was shot in his car and a fight over his own handgun. The guy Michael Brown went away a few steps and for one reason another came back and tried to kill the officer, which

he shot him once in the police car. And when Eric Colter's Department of Justice explained what happened, it was a non story. It didn't fit the agenda of CNN, and that precipitated riots all over Ferguson, all over the country. And now in Chicago you have somebody in charge now, Brandon Johnson, who's to the left of Lori Lightfoot. And Chicago cops are retiring and quitting in droves. New York City's lost over five thousand cops. They can't take it anymore. And what is the motive? As a chaos, as

a confusion, a massive lootings taking place. Cops are in Cincinnati. You didn't hear about it? And meet it in report on it. But there was a mentally ill, large black guy who wanted to kill a white cup he found when walking in mid afternoon, began gouging his eyes out, beat him with his own club, tasted him. And but for the fact a fellow officer ran to the scene, Officer Terry McGuffey, and Cincinnati would have

been killed. Had another one a week ago who was lord to the scene on a nine to one one call that was made up, another crazy person starts beating on him with a club. This is happening all over the country. And there's a reason. Well, I believe it started with Obama and Martin if he had a son, how they tried to make him look like the guy that shot him killed him was a white person and NBC cut off his cross to nine one one, and then they had to change it that

he was a white Hispanic George Zimmerman. And when you know, when the truth came out of trial, which is Trayvon Martin straddling George Zimmerman ground and pounding his head. When the truth came out, it was like a non story. It didn't fit the agenda. So the media quickly moved on to something else, Jadie, what's the agenda? Why does the media do this? Are they indirectly responsible for the killing of numerous police officers? Yes,

they are, and that was my statement. I don't understand. I cannot figure out why the media promotes every cop killing like it is incessant coverage, but they don't cover so many other crimes. You know, the black population between like fifteen and forty five commit three and a half percent of the population in the country, commit almost seventy percent of the violent crimes. We all

know where the crimes are. They're in the inner city ghettos. But the media rock about meat to depressed with Christine just I'm gonna give you more time. But secondly, when I speak to groups, which I do quite often in the Midwest, the great majority of black kids between fifteen and thirty do not commit crime. It is a small number with great impact. For example,

in Cincinnati. Maybe it's true in Clark County, I'm not sure, but there's prosecutor here that told me if I could take five hundred kids off the street and lock them up for long periods of time for crimes they committed, the crime rate would go down by eighty percent, and there's approximately forty thousand black kids between the age of male of fifteen and thirty, and something

like five percent caused the chaos. Ninety five percent don't do it. And I would imagine that's the case all around the country, even in Chicago. The great majority of black kids are not criminals, but the great majority of criminals are black kids. Both statements are true. So let's focus on the crime in the black community and elsewhere. Let's focus on the criminal and ignore

race. Now, please go ahead about Kristen Welker. You're exactly right, and if we can get to this Christine Welker on her first show, the bias that she shows interrupting constantly President Trump, just by her panelist Peter Baker, New York Times, Laura Jarrett, daughter of Valerie Jarrett, was now a big shot on NBC in the Morning, and Carol Lee, NBC news managing Washington DC director, not even one Rhino Republican on the panel to and

come back and Peter Baker, how to fish, how defiance Trump was with you and the lies and you were fact checking final crazy days in the White House, and just it's amazing how these people and her. I don't know what it is about her voice. It's like affected, or she's she's emphasizing every word or whatever she has. I don't I don't think she could ask. Can you tell me why Donald Trumps submitted to this vicious political attack by Kristen Welker? The Trumpster? Why would he do this? Is he going

to get a fair shake? Can he get his words out without being interrupted? The answers, No, she wants to get her left wing media chops by attacking Trump. Then get the panel to do it for fifteen minutes. When they get done, it was ridiculous. How about getting a conservative radio talk show host on the panel to give a different perspective. It's an echo chamber. It will never happen. Never. And one last thing, this Carol Lee from NBC. Uh the President Biden is so concerned over a hunter

it's causing him to make mistake. I can't. I don't know what to say. And Hunter Biden was that for five years. Weiss investigated him, in other words, buried it. And but for those two I R. S Agents, Shapely and Ziggler, they came out to talk and testify under oath, Weiss would not have been pushed by somebody to actually bring charges against

Hunter Biden instead of burying him. And I'm gonna call John Lott in about forty five minutes and talk about this issue because Jonathan carl and others have told me that no one's ever been indicted for this section violation. And Lott wrote a column laying out numerous people in prison for doing exactly what Hunter Biden did. But ABC News knows nothing about this that they have a propagandist viewpoint and

the facts be damned. It's so funny how they conclude with thank you for that report, and she says, thank you, Carol Lead to NBC reporter for that fantastic report. Thank you Valerie, Jared's daughter for that fantastic coverage. I mean, they just throw bouquets at each other because they know they're they're so silly and they're so in ft that they have to try and promote

themselves. Now. Lastly, the Washington Post, which of course not exactly a conservative rag, has written story after story that FBI Field office has reported to the Department of Justice, who gave it to the chief of Police in Washington, DC, and also the Sergeant of Arms that there was a fear on January sixth to have numerous individuals up might be armed come into the Capitol. They were warned repeatedly, and the Trumpster said today that it's up to

Nancy Pelosi and the Chief and Schumer to guard the Capitol. And they didn't do it. But they quickly turned that around to say, Nancy Pelosi said it was your responsibility, not hers. If the White House is going to be invaded, as the president is job, if it's the Capitol, it's up to Nancy Pelosi. And she failed miserably, And of course NBC News didn't want to hear that. Trump said, you got a letter for the marit he say she didn't want the ten thousand National Guard, And there's on

the record. Trump met with Millie, and he met with his chief of staff at his Secretary Defense. Five people offering twenty thousand National Guard to Pelosi, to the Capitol Police, to the Mayor of DC, and they all refused that. The Capitol police. The other two morons refuse it. Why Billy, because they wanted this to happen. Mariel Bowser's her name, And you know, you would think if the FBI field officers are saying, hey,

get ready. On January sixth, and another thing that happened, like one hundred thousand people don't don't vaporize and all of a sudden show up there. There were buses, there were trains, there were planes, there was traffic. It was known for days ahead of time. You have one hundred thousand people coming to the capital to protest, many of whom are going to be violent. According to the FBI, many will be armed. So as it was going on three days, two days, one day ahead of time,

the officials knew what was coming. Now, why isn't there some scrutiny of Nancy Pelosi and why she didn't call it the National Guard? And Marriel Bowser, the mayor of Washington, DC, Why did they get to Texas El Paso? I don't know about what Steve Martin and John Candy there, it's Jad. Thanks. I give my best, you know. I text back and forth and went alan route. I got to get him on with his permission next Sunday. He's the best there is. I'll tell him.

I'll tell him tomorrow morning. I talked to him on Monday morning, and I'll tell him to give you a holler. We got to thank you, Jad, thank you, thank you you very much. God bless you. Oh, let's continue. Line becomes available eight six six six four seven seven

three three seven. Look what's happening to our country, China meltdown? You have right now on sixty minutes you had Zelinsky talk about the Russian army melting, but he still needs another one hundred to two hundred billion dollars of our money. That's going on. Brad Winstrop's coming up later from the Intelligence Committee. Congressman talk about that. And also Paul Kaminar is going to give you information later on about why the judge and Trump's case in Washington should recuse herself,

but she won't because she wants the case. Let's continue with more and line becomes available eight six six four seven seven three three seven. Trump this morning doubled down on the bombshell claim about an offered to Nancy Pelosi before January sixth, to call it the National Guard, and she was silent. Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday night. Hey, this is Mike Wright for the Fantasy Footballer's Dynasty podcast. You heard that right. The Fantasy football pay to

the bidens directly and indirectly in their pockets. I listened this morning some of the talk shows try to get the word in edgewise. How does the public servant like Joe Biden, who spent fifty years in office and the most he ever made before he got to the presidency was two hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year, pay half of that in taxes. He lives in high tax

community. How's it possible he could now build multimillion dollar mansions on the Atlantic Ocean and they have summer retreats and winter retreats when he spent his whole life in public office and ones because he took large amounts of bribes. That's how it happened. How does Nancy Pelosi went into office more or less middle class, comes out worth hundreds of millions of dollars or the Obama was an hour

worth five hundred million dollars? How does that work? So? Jeff Cruairs wrote a fabulous column at townhall dot com, which is a great website that I visit frequently, to lay out the Chinese connections between the Bidens on one hand and the Chinese government on the other, and how much money was paid and why it was paid, and this isn't a climate in which Chinese labs are being established all over the country and one part of a small county in

California, a Chinese laboratory was located, finding dozens of refrigerators and ultra low temperature freezers hooked to illegal wiring, with vials of blood and jars and jars of urine on shelves containing every conceivable terrible disease known to man that were put together by the Chinese government, including the coronavirus, malaria, hepatitis B and C, dung fever, chlamydia, herpes, and rubella and HIV experiments.

How many Chinese labs are there in the country brewing this which is concoction to release onto the unsuspecting American people. How many Chinese police stations are there in the United States of America. Keep an eye on Chinese operatives inside the country to give them orders. How many tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of Chinese agents are pouring across the southern border to do their dashy deeds. Should

China invade Taiwan to wreak heavoc inside the United States of America? How much moneys? How many millions of dollars were paid through Hunter Biden bags of cash that worked their way into the pockets of Joe Biden, the big guy, and that changed American foreign policy in Ukraine and in China. And the media stays so far away from this, you can't see it with binoculars because it would help Donald Trump. So the media says they're not going to be involved.

Suh. It's and when you talk about these Chinese labs, the Centers for Disease Control say there was no sign that the lab was illegally in the possession of materials or at sex agents that could be used as bioweapons. Are you kidding me? Then why not make it public? Why not go through the process of getting properly licensed. So the federal government is hiding the activities

of Chinese operatives inside the United States of America. There was a guest I had on several months ago that said, with these hundreds of thousands of Chinese agents, should we find ourselves in a conflict with communist read China. Wait for sabotage happening all over inside the United States of America. They're blowing up for bridges and buildings, etc. That's why the Chinese police stations are here.

Stay tuned for more. Jeff Cruair will be with us from townhall dot com about his column, plus later on as the Great Doctor John Lott and also the Doctor bread Winstrip and more. Bill Cunningham, the Great American with you every Sunday night. You can host the best backyard barbecue? Can you find a professional on Angie to make your backyard the best? Willie bad of

the Ball rock you by Choice Hotels a counter lodging road. William Hotels are serving up double points, but every qualifying stay book at Choice Hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Mark Conny Awards for he is broadcast excellence.

The one and only Bild cunninghad find Billy Cunningham the Great American. Of course, Jeff Cruair is on townhall dot com, author of the book America's Last Chance, and I read his stuff quite often on townhall dot com and other and other platforms because he's a conservatives conservative, and he speaks so loud and sassy about how much trouble we're in and enough of Mitt Romney. Enough of Bush forty three and Dick Cheney and Liz Cheney. Hopefully there's a new,

a new Republican party out there that can reflect to working class values. And Jeff cru Air, welcome, I think for the first time to the Bill Cunningham Show. And as we sit here, I've read your stuff. It's good. We have crises everywhere. You have a column that says Joe Biden China's favorite president. And of course the media loves to say that Vladimer Putin wants Trump back in office because of the Russian collusion delusion, But why is

Joe Biden China's favorite president? Well, thank you Bill for having me. Of course they hated Donald Trump because Donald Trump for the first time I ever stood up to China, and of course after a pandemic and a crazy election, they got Joe Biden, and I think they've been happy ever since. He's been cowtowing to him since day one. And you just have to look at the visit of Janet Yellen to China to get really the symbolism there.

She bowed to that Vice premier three times. And we've seen no response from our country to a country that's dumping Fentinel in here that's killing over a hundred thousand Americans to launch a pandemic that killed over a million Americans. Is right now sending spy balloons over this country, spying on our military installations. They're also sending their agents across our open southern border. And Biden keeps saying Bill

that he wants better relations, he wants to have close relations. He doesn't wish them any harm. I mean, it's a much different attitude that he has toward Russia than China. And in my view, Bill, China is the much bigger threat to our country than Russia. Just unpacked some of this. I could not amad any worse relations we have with America's greatest enemy then permitting a hot air balloon to float across the United States for several days.

It came out a few months ago, and of course the media quit covering it. That the Communist Rechanie Party has established police stations in major American cities to keep an eye on their residents. There's one hundred thousand dead Americans yearly because of Communist rech on the southern border. They have medical laboratories they surreptitiously erect in California, and elsewhere in order to create bachulism and herpes and gonorhea,

piorrhea, diarrhea. And then one it was either Jim Jordan's some other Republican congressman said that there's tens of thousands of Chinese agents ready to launch attacks inside of America, such as against bridges, against highways, against schools, on a moment's notice, on orders from those from those police stations. And yet, and yet, Jeff, I don't see the sense of urgency with

any of this, right, No, you're a thousand percent right. And let's not also forget that they're buying up our farmland, and sometimes they're buying it near very key installations. So all those things you said are true. They're also engaged in massive espionage. They're also building up their military. They're also threatening Taiwan. They're also committing genocide against the Wagers. They squelched the freedom movement in Hong Kong and put those people in prison. They've been abusing

the Tibetans for decades. It is a brutal commerce regime. They've been sponsoring North Korea for decades as well. And bidens are compromised because look, they made big money over there. I mean Hunter flew on Air Force two over to China. It came back with big money. So it's one of the countries that I think really is compromised, the Bidens the most, along with Ukraine. They're compromised. Bill, They're compromised. It's a crime family.

In additions, got a real problem on our am. In addition of that, do we know how many millions and millions of dollars the Chinese have paid Hunter and Joe Biden. Bags of cash flying all over the place, thousands of dollars going into the bank accounts of children, grandchildren of Joe Biden. Do we have any at this point here we are in mid September, any idea how many millions of dollars have gone to the Bidens from communists right China

to bribe him to change American policy. How many millions are we dealing with? My estimate is tens of millions of dollars. I don't have a firm number on that. Enough to compromise them, I mean enough to make suspicious all of their reactions to China, because it looks like they're doing the bidding of the Chinese. So I would just say that because of all of that, we can't trust this president and his actions over the past three years have

been extremely detrimental to our national security bill. And again, this is our foremost enemy. This is the enemy that is building up aggressively engaged in all kinds of activities in our homeland. And who knows what could set off these agents that have come in here now since our open border. I mean, we've got a serious threat that the American people are not even aware of. The electric grid is another thing that we're very vulnerable to an attack on our

electric grid. I think that's something the Chinese could launch, an e MP attack. That's another way where we would be vulnerable. And you know the Chinese, I think of aspirations to be the dominant power in the world, and they want to bring us harm. They really do, in my view, And don't they want Joe Biden to be reelected or some other democratic interchangeable

drill bit. It appairs like Kamala Harris maybe out I said earlier Jeff krue Air that I do not leave that Joe Biden can be the nominee the Democrat Party in fourteen months because of his mental decline. It gets worse they protect him, but don't the Red Chinese almost demand that Donald Trump not be reelected. Oh definitely. I mean, look at the lens they went to you

to make sure he didn't win in twenty twenty. I mean, they'll go to similar lens to make sure he doesn't win in twenty twenty four, no doubt about it. That's your worst nightmare, Donald Trump being a president. So they're going to make sure that that doesn't happen. And if it's not, Joe or Kamala Harris is going to be another easily controllable Democrat in there. Maybe Gavin Knewso somebody that they can Gretchen Whitmer. Look at what she's

done in Michigan. Oh, I mean, somebody like that. Bill Well, let's talk. Page two is about energy policies, things that character. A week or two ago, Biden claimed that he scrapped the leases in anwar

in Alaska quote to meet the urgency of the climb at crisis. You say, he's obviously intent on making the US energy dependent, which we are right now under the auspices of Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, and the average American who simply works pays little attention of politics, cares greatly about the gasoline pump, cares greatly about his utility bills, cares greatly about interest rates in order to

make his life more desirable. And the energy policies of the Trumpster delivered to Joe Biden in January of twenty twenty one, A country that was energy independent with hundreds of thousands of workers, and have filled up strategic petroleum reserve. The spr was filled up. Now here we are not quite three years later. It's ninety dollars a gallon for oil. We're begging Venezuela to pump it. And because of all the spending we have inflation that they say it's three

and a half four percent. I don't believe that way. I think it's more like ten percent. And lastly, there's no change of policy. How injurious is that Jeff Crueer to have a circumstance for a president is working on behalf of Venezuela and Saudi Arabia instead of America and then cancels and scraps the leases to meet the urgency of something that doesn't exist, which is the climate crisis. You know, it is extremely detrimental Bill, It is hurting the

pocket every American. So we went from two dollars and thirty seven cent gas when Donald Trump left office, So we're knocking on four dollars a gallon now some places it's higher. As you say, we're now dependent on all these nefarious regimes. We were energy independent under Donald Trump. I'm from Louisiana. My state has been hit hard by the attacks against CEO oil and gas industry, canceling the Keystone Pipeline, draining the Strategic Poland Reserve, which I think

is actually impeachable. Bill, I think taking those reserves, which we're supposed to be used for an emergency, but he did it just to keep the prices down and to help them during the mid terms. And now we can't take anymore. Now we've drained the strategic petroleum reserve. That to me is something very very harmful as far as ourinancial security, and then the green energy

because all of that makes us more dependent on China. Where do we get the solar panels, Where do we get the wind turbines, Where do we get the batteries China? They're manufactured in China. Bill, do you look forward to a time when the so called legitimate media. The mainstream media delves into what Joe Biden and the Democrats have done to our cities, have done to the federal budget, debt and deficit, have done the energy independence.

At some point, can we look forward to an independent media reporting facts. No, the journalism is dead, Bill, so is justice. So it's going to be people like you and me and others. They're going to have to inform Americans. So we can't rely on the journalists at the New Ye Times or the reporters on ABC. They're just not going to do it. So we're gonna have to inform them the real truth about what is happening in our country. And people are hurting, Bill, you hit upon it earlier.

People are hurting the interest rates, the inflation, they're barely getting buying, and they're forcing all this green energy stuff to in our throats, which just increase our cost tremendously. So it's just a it's a double whammy. People are getting hit all across the board. And he goes around saying biden Omics is working. What planet is this guy on? Bill? Not Earth? I'm not sure he knows where he is. Steve Roberts of ABC News said the other day. I heard him in an interview and he said that

there's no evidence that Joe Biden benefited at all from Hunter Biden. And I keep hearing other Democrats talk about. Well, Adam Schiff on the step of the Capitol, when after Hunter Biden was indicted on these three gun charges more to follow, said well, there it is, there's evidence Joe Biden had nothing to do with him. I keep hearing that. Well, how would you respond to those who say, look, there's no evidence that Joe Biden

collect did any money. Oh well, I would mention it ain't Tony Bobilinski. He's the guy who said, you know, the big guy was going to get what is ten percent cut. He's the guy who said that he met with Joe Biden about these deals. Devin Archer said, he called in what twenty times on speaker phone. We got we got the emails, we got the whistleblowers, we got the recordings, we got a mountain of evidence. You don't think Hunter Biden could have concocted any of this on his own.

What was Hunter Biden selling? Nothing? He was a crackhead. I mean what he was selling was access to Joe. It was all about Joe. It all involved Joe. He was the centerpiece of all of it. Bill, so of course he was involved, in my opinion, in every bit of it. And after Joe Biden said, unless you fire the prosecutor looking into the illegalities of Bisma inside of the Ukraine, you're not going to get the billion dollars of a loan guarantee. Now, look, I'm gonna

get on the plane in six hours. That guy's got to be fired looking into the illegalities of indirectly Hunter Biden with Bisma. But Barisma, the executive of Barisma and the prosecutor in the Ukraine said, after that occurred, we paid the big guy five million, and we paid Hunter Biden five minute. Now what did Joe, What did Joe Biden Hunter Biden do to get the ten million dollars? They had the prosecutor fired and Barisma paid it. Out

right, you're exactly right. And he used what a billion dollar loan guarantee to Ukrainians to force them to do that. He used taxpayer money to try to get his son off the hook, get a prosecutor off his case. That's another impeachable offense. And Shokin was doing a good job all kinds of people were praising him. He wasn't a corrupt prosecutor. He was a prosecutor that was doing his job. Bisma's corrupt, the Bidens are corrupt, Ukraine

is corrupt. But that prosecutor was doing the job. Bill, but he got fired. And by the way, they he said that he's had three attempts at his life, he's been poisoned multiple times, and he's now trying to get his story out. I think he's writing a book, and I hope everybody reads that book and understands the corruption involved with this family. It's breathtaking. Bill. It's amazing that they haven't been put in prison. It's amazing. This man is our president. He's corrupt. It's amazing. And

the Democrats say there's no evidence. Just keep saying it. Maybe it'll become true. And you say in one year columns, in the first seven months of this fiscal year, Jeff Cruair nine thousand, eight hundred and fifty four Chinese nationals and increase of four and fifty percent from the previous year have been

located on the southern border. And that's the tip of the iceberg. Those are the ones you're gonna identify there might be tens of thousands ready to march against America's critical assets when they get their marching orders from these Chinese police stations all over the country, and we're acting a ZIP as is normal. You're exactly right, and don't forget. We've also got who knows how many terrorists that are in here. Who knows how many Mexican drunk our Tel members are

in here, Criminals are in here. We just had a man that was caught in Pennsylvania who was an illegal who committed murder in his own country, committed murder here. How many other murderers are running around because of this open border. So we've got a disaster on our hands with this open border,

and that is a major threat to our security. But I think you got to rank the Chinese threat as number one because they've got the capabilities, as you, tremendous harm to us. And again it's not getting the attention it deserves, Bill, which is why I wrote this column. I wanted to bring more attention to what is going on with China and the compromise Biden family that we need to be aware of. Jeff Cruair townhall dot Com. It's one of the sites I go to every day. The book is America because

the Last Chance, and it's unbelievable what's happening. In plain sight. It would take a blind, dumb, befottled fool and I'm not talking about Joe Biden to understand what's happening. And the media says, hey, there's no evidence. So there's no evidence anywhere that Joe Biden is collecting anything from Hunter Biden's great business. There's no evidence of whatever it is. And O. J. Simpson is still looking for his wife's killer in a sand trap.

But I'll tell you what I believe. I believe OJ. I believe him. Well, we got an O J in the White House, Jeff Career, we gotta run, go ahead and give thirty seconds. I was just gonna say, despite them them saying that over and over and over again, I just saw a pole the other day that should build. The majority of Americans do believe Joe was connected to Hunter's business deals and do believe he did something improper. So despite them saying that, the American people realize the connection

is there, he didn't do anything. There's no evidence. I can't believe they've worked this hard. They just can't find anything. Jeff Career, You're a great American, and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Jeff, Thank you Bill. Take care, God bless America. Let's continue with more unbelievable. There's no evidence of OJA, nothing, nothing, Joe, oj Biden, Bill Cunningham, the great American with you

every Sunday night. Jeff weilerhanda dot com next found time at town Hall and other places, and it was wonderful for the first time, I think, to have Mom on with you and I this glorious, wonderful Sunday night where my Bengals cannot win a football game, and to have his thoughts on about the China situation is incredible. What the Chinese are doing in this great country

of ours, you can't make it up. Having laboratories with the creating concoctions of every conceivable, objection objectionable chemical known to man, including COVID and herpies and bubonic plague, et cetera, secret labs, to have secret stations all over the country, have spy balloons going thither and fro. Then to have so many US government officials crawling into Beijing hat in hand to me what I'm

watching is completely disgusting. But Jeff, thanks for coming on. I'm gonna put a call into John Lott, doctor John Lott, who's an expert on crime crime research dot org. You know, the efforts of the liberal, idiotic governor of New Mexico, Michelle Grissom, have been enjoined by a federal judge saying you can't do that. I'm gonna ask him as far as permit

carryholders in New Mexico, I think it's the land of enchantment. How many of those individuals licensed by the state of New Mexico to carry a firearm have actually committed a crime. I know in the state of Ohio there's three hundred and fifty thousand of us and every year about one or two commit a crime of one type or another. It doesn't happen, And so she wants to disarm legal god fearing ebel thumping citizens in New Mexico disarmed them completely so that

the criminal element has more pigeons to commit crimes against. It's truly unbelievable. So coming up next, I'm gonna put a call into doctor John Lot crime Research and also what's happening with Hunter Biden and his gun charges two days go indicted. We'll see how unusual that is. I don't think it's very unusual at all. Bill Cunningham, the Great American with you on Sunday News, Traffic and Weather. News Radio seven hundred WL Cincinnati. Tragic details about an

ambush murder with the eleven thirty reports. I'm Jack Crumley breaking now, you've just been engaged four days ago, yet so much ahead of him, and this coward or cowards took his life while he's sitting in a red light waiting to serve our community. That is Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna in a news conference talking about Deputy Ryan clink Brumer, who was in his patrol car ambushed, shot in the head, fatally on Saturday. There is now a

quarter million dollar reward being offered to find his killer. An elderly woman shot while driving on I seventy four this morning. Police say that she was hit by multiple bullets, but she was able to make it to a home in Saint Bernard to get help. The woman suffering non life threatening injuries. No word on any suspects in that case. A man found dead in Colrane Township apparently sitting in a chair near a business that caught fire early Saturday. That

fire about one am on Ripple Road, just east of Miami Town. We are waiting on the Corners report for his identity and cause of death. Talks aimed at ending the United Autoworkers strike have been underway for a second day today, no major breakthroughs reported. Speaking on MSNBC, union president Sean Faine said that progress has been slow as the two sides continued to meet. Nearly thirteen thousand autoworkers remain on strike. Here's a Red's update. They took the Seas,

but it was not a sweep. The Mets beat the Reds today, eight to four. The Reds are now a half came back in the wild card race. Here's a Bengals update. It was closer than last week, but the Bengals fell to the Ravens in the home opener twenty seven twenty four. Cincinnati's own two on the season and in the division. Next up prime time on Monday night game hosting the Rams. You're nine. First Warning forecasts some scattered showers and storms into the overnight. Look for patchy fog as well

a low of fifty five degrees that morning. Fog should burn off and it'll be sunny tomorrow with a high of seventy six. Highs back into the eighties by midweek. I'm Jack Crumley News Radio seven d WL. Victor Fels Jewelers,

Cincinnati's most trusted jeweler since eighteen ninety six. Hey, this is by Billy Cunningham, the great American. Of course, the National expoent on guns and gun dealers and laws, rules and regulations is there, Great doctor John Lott of Crime Research dot org, former chief economist for the US Sentencing Commission, having worked on the NICs system where he was with Department of Justice for a long time, he knows, he knows everything that can be done by

the Second Amendment. One of the great stats he has that been reported infrequently, has had a half a million times or more each year you have some law abiding citizen using a gun for defensive purposes. And now what we have is New Mexican, New Mexico governor, and it's been stayed by a federal judge. But she simply wanted to take away the Second Amendment rights to anyone in the Land of Enchantment, including those who legally possess a gun and carry

it. I don't know what the crime rate is of concealed carry permit holders, but it's got to be under one tenth or one percent. So to literally disarm New Mexico citizens is unbelievable. Secondly, Hunter Biden having been and dotted three or four days ago for three counts of gun violations for purchasing a handgun while under a disability, being a drug, being a drug addict, and lying on that federal form, and then eleven days later that gun was

found in a dumpster next to a school. And I hear from CNN on Thursday and Friday that guess what, this is unique? No one's ever been prosecuted for this kind of an offense. It was all political because of Trump. And also what else is the administration doing to regulate guns out of existence? And doctor John Lott, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. But let's go, let's go one, two, and three. A federal judge has stayed the actions of a New Mexico governor which would take away the ability

of a law buying citizen to protect themselves. How surprised, how shocked were you that a liberal Democrat would even do such things in an entire state.

Yeah, well, that's too shocked. But you know, I can answer one of the questions that you were just bringing up, and that is what are the crimes the crime rate for permit holders good law buying citizens there the last year we have data for because we put out an annual report on concealed carry permits from across the country and we look at the rate of revocations in

each state. And in New Mexico, the most recent year that data is out for twenty twenty one, there was one permit holder in the state who lost their permits out of almost fifty thousand permits, right, And in twenty nineteen and twenty twenty there were zero revocations that had occurred. And so, you know, the irony is it's already illegal for criminals to be able to carry. They're not going to have permits to be able to go and carry.

And so what she's done is she's she's taking away guns from people where there's no crimes being committed by them. You know, she goes and she talks about this eleven year old who got killed. And over the last three months there's been a tool there have been three kids that have been killed that she points to, but none of those involve somebody who legally had a gun.

She doesn't have any evidence to this. She talks about road rage, she has no examples that she gives where a legally armed person was involved in road rage. There it's you know, so not only can I say that it's the permit holders aren't causing any problems, but I can point to recent cases as recently as even a week ago, so where somebody who is legally

carrying a gun stopped a road rage situation. And so you have a situation where both the County Sheriff for Albuquerque as well as the Albuquerque Police Chief have come out and said, look, this is going to do nothing to help reduce violent crime because the people that she's going to be banning from having guns aren't causing any problems at all. Anything. You're making it so that people aren't going to be able to stop some of these attacks that are occurring.

And the thing is also, you know, Albuquerque has very few police officers per capita. They have one of the of any major city in the country. They have about the lowest per capita rate of police officers. The police chief himself a couple of years ago, was saying that you'd have to double the number of police officers in Albuquerque just to get to the average for cities

across the country. And so, in fact, they're so short time police officers that the police chief has had to come out and say they don't even have enough people to go and answer the phones for emergency calls, let alone having people go out and respond to emergency calls that are there. So you're in a situation. And of course also you have a very liberal district attorney there who's been refused for the county, who's been refusing to prosecute violent criminals.

And so rather than the governor going out and saying, you know, maybe we ought to do something to go and hire more police in albert Querque, yes, or maybe we ought to go and criticize the district's attorney there for refusing to prosecute the few violent criminals that they're arresting, her response is is to go and say, well, it's we have to take guns away from law abiding citizens and make it so they're not able to go and protect

themselves. When she herself, Canyon point to one problem with the permit holders you know, doctor John Latte to Michelle Luhan, Grissom is the governor a complete fool. And I watched one of the interviews of the Albuquerque sheriff who said there's also a new law that was passed two or three years ago in New Mexico that if a public official violates a constitutional legal right that a citizen has, that you could that sheriff, the police officer can be sued for

up to two million dollars personally. And so he said, my men and women in the department are fearing getting lawsuits against us for two million dollars personally. And so if this law actually wanted to effect and we enforced it, that permit holders and others would be suing us personally for two million dollars. He said, I'm not enforcing the damn thing. And they've lost thirty percent of cops because of George Floyd riot and a fallout from that in liberal New

Mexico, which is unbelievable. So at this point, the federal judge on Thursday Friday granted an in junction, I would anticipate this would go away. Secondly, Hunter Biden now Hunter Biden, according to Anderson Cooper, of CNN and Jonathan carl of ABC News, is the only person in the country ever prosecuted for these kinds of offenses. Now, I know from the litter sure you've sent me that is not the case, and many lawyers who'd hit there

and nod their head that's true. Can you tell the American people across the country now as to whether or not Hunter Biden, according to Jonathan Carl and Anders the only person ever prosecuted for this offense. It's nuts. Look, as you've mentioned earlier, I was chief economist for the US Sentencing Commission, which is involved with setting the penalties for all federal crimes. And when I worked in the US Department of Justice, I dealt with the nixed background check

system. Look, I mean, I can give you a case in Virginia just within about a week or so of when the original plea bargain was put together with Hunter, where a woman who had been using marijuana had not noted that on her forty four seventy three. Because even if you have a state where it's legal to use marijuana under federal law, it's still prohibited substance. So when you're asked if you're using any prohibited substances. She's supposed to say

that he is, you know, is prohibited because it's federal. Well, she didn't put that down, and so the Biden Justice Department is prosecuting her for two crimes, one which are similar to Hunter Biden. One is lying about using a prohibited substance on the forty four seventy three the form you fill out when you buy a gun, and then illegally possessing the gun because you're banned from doing And those are two of the charges they're facing Hunter Biden.

In fact, if anything, you know, if it was a normal case, he'd be facing four charges because what with a third count that they have there as they combine the illegal possession with illegally transporting illegal gun across state lines,

and that would normally be two separate offenses. Now what these people don't understand with the mixed background check system because they say, look, uh, you know, uh, in any year, you may have like two hundred thousand people who violate the mixed background check system, and maybe you know, twelve people are prosecuted, and they and so they think that means real cases aren't prosecuted. There's a reason why or twelve cases are prosecuted, and that's

because the other cases are mistakes. Over ninety nine percent of these things are what we call false positives. It's one thing to stop a felon from buying a gun. It's another thing to stop somebody simply because they have a roughly phonetically similar name and similar birthday to a selling right. And then it's you talk to people in the process, if they were real cases, they would prosecute. Well, guess what. In the Hunter Biden case, it's a

real case. We know we got the right guy there. We know we got the guy who tried to buy, not somebody who's a roughly phonetically similar name. And we know also that he has stated in his diary. We have other evidence. We have his laptop that chose him in drug filled stoopers that are there and talking about obtaining the drugs. We have even his dad's statements that acknowledges that his son was drug added. And so there's like no

question that you have the right guy in this case. And so when you're talking about these are simple cases, when you actually have the right person there, these are like incredibly simple cases to go and prosecute and you know, if if they if he's the only one, then maybe somebody out of go and tell, for example, this woman in Virginia that I was just mentioning that boyd you know, by accident, we're prosecuting where were her name?

For five years? Now? Deja Taylor is a black woman being prosecuted. Another rapper named Kodak Black is being prosecutor for exactly the same thing as Hunter Biden. And so the media is telling lies to voters easily misled to think as if Trump is somehow influencing the Biden Justice Department David Weiss to file these charges. One obviously, and of course at this point, Hunter Biden is

playing his daddy's card again. He said, well, you know Abby Lowell, who's a very fine criminal defense attorney, I'm sure you know of them, said that, Well, the Hunter Biden goes to trial, guess what, Joe Biden's going to be a witness. Well, let it happen.

Also saying they're also saying that they're going to claim that background checks are on Constitution, which is incredibly funny given that you and I were just talking a minute ago about well, how they want to go and expand the background checks right on these things too, you know, so unbelievable anyway. Well, Thirdly, I think the big story, though, is not the hypocrisy.

It's the fact that federal gun dealers thousands and thousands have been put out of business already by the Biden Dust Department, FBI, etc. And thousands more in the future. Explaining to the American people how buying a gun in the future is going to be that much more difficult, especially if he wins re election next November or some other interchangeable drill bit takes over the office and continues

to crack down on private sales. Explain that John Lott please, So, Biden has what he calls a zero tolerance policy, yep, where if you make one paperwork mistake, no matter how trivial, no matter how inconsequential, they're going to take away your license to be able to go and sell guns. There's a case I just came across about a week ago. This man disabled individual in northern Texas sixteen and fifteen years ago made trivial typos on a

paperwork form for a guns he had on the county name. I think he had kind of transposed a couple of letters that were there. It didn't affect anything. The Obama administration looked at it said, you know, you shouldn't have done it. These are tiny paperwork mistakes, and they closed the case. Well, the guy has made no additional paperwork mistakes in the intervening fifteen

years. So what does the buying administration do? They go back and reopen these tiny paperwork mistakes that the Obama administration, which was hardly friendly towards guns, said, we're inconsequential and using those violations from fifteen and sixteen years ago to take away the guy's license to be a gun view. Well, and so that's the type of stuff that they're going back and trying to do.

You know, maybe we should have a rule but if the federal government agency makes a paperwork mistake, no matter how tiny, Yeah, no matter how consequential, we should put the government agency out of business. How many government agencies do you think we've had at that point? And of course, the goal is to eliminate private gun ownership in the country, a much like in California's suing all the oil companies, the goal is to put eggs On out

of business completely. And the goal here, and let's vase it next in fourteen months. If this continues for another four to eight years, we're going to have guns are going to be ten times the cost. And secondly, it'll be impossible to buy one because the gun manufacturers would put out business by lawsuits and the gun dealers are put out of business. There won't be licensed

anymore. That's the goal. At the same time they're doing this, what they're also doing is they're changing the rules for what constitutes you being a gun dealer to basically make everybody a gun deal So if you sell a gun of friends and you even talk to them about selling a second gun, then you're

classified as a gun dealer. If you go and sell one gun and keep the paperwork on that tells you the price of the gun that you bought it for and the what you sold it for, then you're classified as a gun dealer and you have to go through so Or if you go to a gun show and rent a table, even if you're not selling guns at that gun show, you have to go and get a license to be a federal gun

viewer. And so at the very time that they're putting thousands of out of business, they're forcing everybody else to go and pay the fee to be a gun dealer. Who I assume them they'll throw them out of business. And doctor John Lott, I don't know what to say, but we know what's coming if we don't change course. Got to run the doctor John Lott, Crime Research Org. So much stuff, so much information, and doctor Lott, once again, let's keep the lines of communication open. I'm glad you're

there, and thank you again for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Doctor Well, thank you for being there. Bill. You make a big difference. I hope, I hope, I hope. Doctor A. Lott, thank you very much. All right, let's continue the line becomes available eight six six six four seven seven three three seven regulate out of business the Second Amendment Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday night. is Dan Alcessor, my wife. When it comes to the involvement and the success of Chinese spies and others doing this country, which no set of spies, thousands of them, have ever done before, and it's very very very very likely to be occurring even as I speak right now in this great country, because we have a president completely asleep at the switch. But John Lott. He's on a few cable TV shows, he writes many articles. He's a scholar when it comes to these issues. I kind of wish the so

called legitimate me would use him more often. To hear the number one or zero permit carryholders in New Mexico committing an offense compared to the tens of hundreds of thousands that have the ability to carry. You're kind of prohibiting individuals literally from protecting themselves, which is awful. It's terrible. It makes no sense. How much trouble are we in. I think we're in serious trouble as we speak, serious trouble. Not just my Cincinnati Bengals that can't win a

one and only Build cunning Head back only Cunningham the Grand America. Of course, brad Winstrupp and Congress from brad Weinstrup is in the top ten out of four hundred and thirty five, which is pretty good since it's only been there about ten twelve years. And joining us now as the same doctor Congressmen,

brad Winstripping. First of all, having listened to you recently about the problems in Washington which are manifest, I look now to circumstance for Kim John un Is giving to the Russians millions of artillery shells in exchange for nuclear missile technology from the Russians. I look at America giving to the Moon laws the Ayatollahs in Iran six billion dollars in exchange for hostages. I thought that was a problem with Ronald Reagan, but today, it's no big deal at all.

I look at President Joe Biden, who is financially compromised, and nobody wants to look under the hood of that car because nobody wants Kamala Harris to be sitting as the president. I look at the shutdown maybe in a couple of weeks of the US government, and I look at crises everywhere. So Congressman brad winst are we in trouble? Yeah? We are. We are. Not appreciate I appreciate you being there the other night when I spoke, but I not only spoke about the problems that we have, but I spoke about

what a great nation we have been and what we still can be. But it's going to take all of us to really buckle down and make sure that we insist on the values and virtues of America if we're going to be successful. And you know, we've just we've we've seen so many things. I don't even know where you want to go first in this conversation. Well, let's let's talk about the UAW strike. It's begune, it's bad, it's not good. Joe Biden's the great Union president. He's not involved the situations

have changed. But as far as Hunter Biden's indictment, well, one of the articles of faith of the radical left in this country has been how guns are bad, guns are evil, We need more gun laws. And now you have the President's son seemingly violating knowingly and willingly all kinds of gun laws to purchase a weapon that was found eleven days later in a dumpster outside of a school. And you have all the fair of violations in the taxes.

So with the Hunter Biden situation, you're in the Intelligence Committee, you're also chair of the subcommittee on COVID. How much of a may I use the term farce? Is it that Joe Biden and his son seemingly had sweetheart deals through the US Attorney's office for years. It took him five years to come to these charges. Isn't that, in a sense insider trading for Hunter Biden slash Joe Biden. Well, it all seems to be I mean, and

the blatant hypocrisy from the left that is willing to ignore this. I mean, you just take any of these things that Joe Biden has done. Hunter Biden has done, and the Left would be going out of their minds if there was anybody with an R after the name, and so you're right with the gun laws. They were ready to sweep that under the table and just kind of forget about it. But oh, we're going to charge him with some They were ready to wipe out his mids, to beat his felonies and

just charge him with the misdemeanor. And that was the plea deal. And who would make what kind of a prosecutor would make a plea deal like that, but they did. And of course, once those whistleblowers came forward on the tax situation and how the IRS and the Department of Justice played down Hunter's crimes and tried to brush them away, then the judge said, I don't think so. I'm not taking that plea deal. Now we have an indictment on the gun situation. But then if you if you look at the other

things. I remember vividly being in an interview back when Donald Trump was being impeached and they were talking about the impeachment and what Donald Trump had done. Has said to Zelensky. So Zelenski's the new president of Ukraine. He's running on an anti corruption platform, and Donald Trump says to him, you know, go after that plat that corruption, go after that and find it.

And I got asked in an interview as Donald Trump in trouble, and I said, if he did what Joe Biden bragged about doing, that he should be in trouble. And now it's resurfacing in full light what Joe Biden actually did that he would that he threatened to take to stop our taxpayer dollars from going to Ukraine if they didn't take the prosecutor away from looking into his son's business in Ukraine. And lo and behold they got rid of the prosecutor.

Lo, and behold what we're finding out now Joe Biden ends up with five million dollars. You just you just can't make this stuff up. And to me, Bill, that is a man who's now compromised. And where else was money coming from? We're undercut. We're discovering that he's the commander in chief of the United States military and may that's right, Congressman. I've listened to Democrats and mainstream media types like Steve Roberts and others who say there's no

evidence whatsoever. I listened to Adam Schiff, I listen to Liberal Dummer. I said they haven't proven anything about about Joe Biden. There's no there's no evidence. It isn't believable, Eviden. They say, there's no evidence that Joe Biden received any money. How can someone say that with a straight face. Can you tell the American people one of the two or three pieces of clear evidence that present a prima facial case that Joe Biden accepted bribes from all

over the world. Can you tell the American people two or three irrefutable facts to indicate that he accepted bribes as vice president? And thereafter well, it's it's yeah, it's pretty much all over the place. I mean. And to that first point, though, they come out and say there's no evidence, and they go on to networks and to meet al as that don't question that, that haven't that have probably seen what we have seen, but they

choose to not look at it either. And so these people have seen it, they know it's there, but they know they can get away with saying there's no evidence. Okay, let's just let's just start with, you know, some of the things that we have been finding out. And you have Hunter's business partner, Devin Archer. He testified Joe was the critical player in selling the brand to the business partners. The brand was Joe Biden, and

he said he never got involved with the Hunter's business dealings whatsoever. But he's done it twenty times. We've got evidence of that. Vice President spoke to Hunter Hunter's business associates twenty plus times. He joined dozens of Hunter's business meetings. We got that track down. They say, oh, well, yeah, he was just there because he loves his son. Well, don't say you weren't there and weren't involved in anyway. It totally contradicts it. His

statement. I'm glad he loves his son, and he should love his son because through his son is an instrument he's gotten millions of dollars. And here's here's quote. I've never discussed with my son, or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period. He says it emphatically. Nobody's out there questioning at mainstream media except for people like you. You know, BIZMA would have gone under if Biden hadn't done what he did.

And so it's shown over and over that again that he has coordinated. He's dined with Russian Cauzekistani and Maurice. My executives all power brokers. Look, he has used a pseudonym to hide himself. He calls himself and emails Robert L. Peters and Robin Ware and JR. Ware. I mean, what is that you're going to tell me? That's open and transparent and nothing to

look at here. And the Treasury Department has more than one hundred and fifty transition trans actions that the Biden family and business associates that were flagged as suspicious activity in US banks. But you never heard anything about it, nothing was done. If Republicans weren't elected to the House of Representatives, America would know

nothing about this. Nothing would be happening. You know, Congressman, profiles and courage of this are IRS Special Agents IRS agents Gary Shapeley and Joseph Ziggler, at least in Ziggler's part as a committed Democrat. But they were so offended by their investigations results that they said clearly that this was a massive criminal enterprise in which Hunter Biden was the active party, but the godfather was Joe

Biden. And they came forward and testified under oath in the Congress, sadly laying out that the Biden's dj would not let it investigations to continue, and it is so obvious. And the other thing that's come out the last few days is that President Obama knew or should have known exactly what was going on, because he had to have known through his Eric Holder, his attorney general, that he knew about the efforts by Hilary Clinton to create the false dossier

and Biden. Biden knew about it. Obama knew about it. Of course, Eric Holder knew it was a dirty trick played by Hilary Clinton to get her elected to smear Donald Trump because she had her own email difficulties, and it was obvious this was an effort by Obama, and i'd of course, the media is never going to report anything negative on Barack Obama. Every time they mentioned his name, they bow their head like you say the name Jesus Christ. You bow your head. When a Democrat says Obama, Michelle,

or Barack, they bend their knee. They're never gonna ask Obama, what did you know and when did you know it? About the ilaga of these of your own vice president that was known because of the Saar reports, suspicious like Davity reports. He should have known or knew that his vice president was thirty, which is maybe why Obama said Biden at some point don't run. Don't run in twenty twenty Joe, and he did it. Anyway, What did Obama know, Congressman, and when did he know it? Can I

say that without bowing my head? He knew a lot of things. I mean, we also know that the CIA and formed President Obama that Hillary Clinton was planning a scandal, a fake scandal. It's the whole Russian collision scandal. He turned out informed him of that, and instead of doing something about it, they acquiesced AND's And that's where our politics are today. I mean, I credit, like you were saying at the very beginning, Ziggler,

who comes forward. He's a lifelong Democrat. He's pretty much a devoted Democrat, at least as far as the policies. But there's one thing about him that seems to be different. He understands the difference between right and wrong and bothers him when things aren't done right, and they aren't done honestly, and they aren't done with equal justice under the law. That's pretty much why he stepped forward, and you have to give him a lot of credit for it.

And he's probably taken a lot of heat, but God bless him. And we also have a whistle blower coming forward now who's from the CIA. From the CIA saying that there was a entity put together called the COVID Discovery Team in the CIA when the President was asking for each entity, each agency to evaluate where they thought COVID came from the lab or came from nature. There's seven people on that team. Six of them thought that it came from

the lab, one thought it came from nature. And instead of saying that, they came out and said we're unable to determine, and that the six who went with that were supposedly allegedly giving a monetary comperence like a performance bonus

or something along those lines. He's coming forward and this is a senior person, highly credible, and it's my big question on all that, too, Bill, is why why did doctor Fauci and doctor tap Collins go with an article written by mostly foreign scientists called Proximal Origins that just was prompted to focus on defying the lab lead theory. Why did they do that? Those are their words, by the way, I'm focused on destroying the lab leak theory

and why why are they doing this, What is the purpose. I don't understand the underlying motive in these situations as to why you can't have a scientific discussion an argument that you want to cover it up and tone it down. While I have some suspicions and now of the things we're digging into on the SELEX Subcommittee. And it's very interesting because shouldn't most people be saying, why won't you even have this debate and discussion. Lastly, you're the expert in

the Congress on COVID origins, etc. It's out. I think the booster is out either this week or next. Certainly it's available by the first of October, about ten days two weeks away. Are you going to get the omicron booster coming out in October? No? At this point I'm not going to get any more. My antibodies were through the roof the last time I

tested, and I just don't feel on you. I granted these there are variants, and so one may different from from the other, but even when I got the full blown COVID the first time it was, I didn't even know it. I only found out because I couldn't smell garlic salt when I was cooking everybody has to be evaluated by their own physician, and that's the way it should be. But right now is this is just about to come

out. We don't have data on it, and why why would the CDC come forward and say you we really recommend it for people over six months or six years. I can't remember six months, and like it hasn't been tested on that. We don't know what this effect is going to have five, ten, fifteen, twenty years from now for that matter, So why are

you don't be insistent on this. You may have a child that has comorbidities as immunocompromise, and that's a discussion that parents should have with their doctor and then decide if they think this is the benefits outweigh the risk in this particular case, and look at data. You know, I'm starting to see some data when I'm not really clear on. You know, when they talk about how many people certain ages died, what they don't have is how many did

not. And I think that that's important to look at as well. But also those that died, we want to really break down in detail, did they have comorbidities, were they vulnerable to begin with? These are all important things but we've taken the doctor out of the doctor out of the whole equation. But doctor patient relationship has been interrupted completely by the government saying you need to do this, you must do this. The mandates are the most egregious

form of that. And there are many cases where certain doctors were telling their patients, I don't think you should get it right now because of our treatment for your cancer, or because of another situation or action you've had somewhere else, and because we're concerned about myocarditis in the youth. And yet those opinions were squashed and people were demeaned, and they were being told that they were

going to lose their license. We had a witness yesterday on our committee, and she's from Iran, and she said, I know what an authoritarian government looks like. She's a physician now and she was chastised through this process. She said, I know what an authoritarian government looks like, and that's what we're seeing in the United States today. Congressman, I would encourage you, as a normal person to stay at it. I know it's difficult, caution

you a fortune to be in Congress as opposed to a doctor. Stay there as long as you can take it and Congressman brad Winstrip once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. We've all been touched by addiction or mid nineteen ninety eight that had this urge to serve. He was already serving as a medical doctor, but he joined the military and then twenty zero one happen. He's simply called one eight hundred USA

Army, how about that? And join in the reserves, and then within four or five years he finds himself an Aubu grob prison and he served the country. Now he's heading up the efforts to find out where did COVID come from, where is it going, what are the true facts, because we know he's not making a nickel off COVID. Why Anthony Fauci and others have made literally tens of millions of dollars. So it's an unbelievable story and it's

good to hear from Congressman brad Winstrup. Also what's happening with Hunter Biden and things of that character. It's really an incredible circumstance you almost can't make it up. And I wish it was different, and I wish that officer deputy sheriff and California was not planned for execution and murdered in cold blood. It's really unbelievable. I wish if you have time, take a look at Fox News about the train heading toward heading toward the US with literally thousands hanging off

But once again we offer condolences to the family of Officer Deputy Sheriff Bryan Clincklin Brewmer, who was murdered about twenty four hours ago. And it's a sickness loosen our land when cops were two in Cincinnati, Ohio, targeted because of the color of their uniform and almost murdered. And when those things go on, normal people

They are still apart on things like wages. With the twelve thirty reports, I'm Jack Crumbley breaking now.

There were talks over the weekend. However, Monday marks day four of the UAW strike against all three US carmakers in Detroit. One of the companies is offering a twenty one percent wage increase over four years, but that's about half of what the union's calling for. The companies have come back within their counteroffers, they're just not there. We saw a reiteration that the twenty one percent pay increase that Stalantis offered is a no go. So until those numbers get

closer together, we could see this strike continue to go on. That is ABC's Elizabeth Scholzy, a woman in her eighties shot while driving on I seventy four on Sunday mornings. She suffered non life threatening injuries and drove to a home in Saint Bernard where she eventually got help. Police say multiple shots were fired into her car, striking her. No word on any suspects. Trial is scheduled to start Monday in Hamilton County for Diablo, the Coots, and

Jarvis Barnes. They're accused of the mass shooting on Main Street in over the Rhine last summer that injured multiple people. Both men facing multiple charges of felonious assault. Here's a Red's update. The Mets avoid a sweep, winning Sunday eight to four, but the Reds took the series. They are trying to win their way into the wild Card. With that loss, they're a half game out behind both the Marlins and the Cubs. The Twins come to Cincinnati

to start a series Monday evening. Here's a Bengals update. No win for Cincinnati football fans either. The Bengals were only down by three at a half, but they fell to the Ravens twenty seven twenty four Ravens QB. Bill Cunningham, the Great American and of course this has been emotion filed by President Donald John Trump to have the judge Tanya Chudkin recuse herself from the case based upon long histories of bias or presidente judge is not permitted to serve in a particular case when the judges are an express

and opinion about the guilt or innocence of the defendant. And there's been quite a bit of reporting on the fact that during the sentencing of many January sixth rioters slash defendants, this particular judge and the cases have been dispersed all across the local district court in Washington, DC. Many judges have had the cases, but the one judge at the top of the list for harsh sentencing to people that went into the Capitol's judge Chunkin, who was appointed by Obama and

actually gave money to Obama. And this particular judge, who I think was born in Jamaica, as expressed opinions about the big guy, not Joe Biden, the big guy being Donald Trump when she was sentencing other co defendants and just by luck of the drawl by rotation random system, she was appointed to preside over the trial of Jack Smith's charges against Donald Trump and an expert on this matter as attorney esquire Paul Cammoner. He is the National Legal Center and

policy lawyer and executive director of Sorts and Paul, welcome. I thank you for the first time to the Bill Cunningham Show. So, first of all, can you tell the American people a little bit of the background of Judge Tanya Chutkin? Yeah, thank you for having me. Yeah. No, she's a an Obama pointee. She was a public defender, by the way, although she did work for a law firm in New York that was heavily

Democratic leaning and so forth. She's got a liberal background, of course, but she also is a former defense attorney, unlike a lot of judges who are former prosecutors. So one would think that she least has some empathy with the defense bar. But that's neither here nor there, because the issue before her right now is whether she should accuse herself under a federal statute that says if her impartiality can reason, it will be questioned that it might be question

It doesn't have to show that she is biased. It's a very low standard to meet. And the attorneys for Trump, I thought I did an excellent job of showing why there's a least of perception that she's biased. And what they did was site a statement. She stays from the bench during the sentencing of other January sixth defendants. For example, respect to one defendant who said that, hey, look, your honor, I was basically told to go up to the Capitol and so forth and so on, And she said,

and I'm quoting, You've made a very good point. One of it has been made before that people who exhorted you and encouraged you and raillied you to go and take action and to fight have not been charged. I don't have any influence on that, but I have my opinions. And then she also said to another one who had the same defense, and she said, quote, there's a blind loyalty to one person, who, by the way, remains free to this day. End quote. Well, well, you know

it remains free to the day. Of course, remains free today because he hasn't he hadn't been charged with anything then. But it sounds as if she's clearly saying that these those that have been charged, they were basically doing so at the urging of Donald Trump, and basically he should be charged and convicted.

So she basically signaled she has this bias against Trump. But again, just those statements alone should let the American people think that, well, you know, not only does appear she is biased, but at least doesn't it can be said that she appears to be biased, and that's the only standard

that you need to have a recusal occur her under the statute. And so Paul, in this case, it doesn't mean that Judge Tanya Chunkin appointed by Obama and there's been some indication she made financial contributions to Obama and that she, I'm sure is a very liberal federal judge, as many are. But nonetheless, and put that to the side, that doesn't mean she should recuse

herself. But if it's a perception of bias, if she's made previous public statements seeking the incarceration of Donald Trump before he was indicted, and the case is then assigned to her, and the mind of the defendant, does he have a fair and impartial judge to decide his case, And that answer has got to be no. Now, can you tell the American people what are the standards, the ethical standards that she may be violated if she doesn't get

off the case. Are there rules and regulations that say that if a federal judge or any judge. I know, my wife's been a judge for more than a quarter of a century, and she is more than happy to get off a case if there's a perception of bias. Let some other judge take a look at it. But many times, if a judge wants to stay on the case, she can stay on the case. So in this case, if Judge Chunkin wants to stay on the case, she finally has the

guy in front of her that she was calling to be indicted. Is there an appellate court from the Second Circuit that would say she can't do that? Or is that something that is not reviewable? Yeah, no, it is reviewable, and she seried DC, so would be the DC Circuit of course, not the Second Circuit. But to get it reviewed, it's very hard

to do that. You have to file what's called a man damous action, which means that she had no discretion whatsoever, but to recuse herself, as opposed to an appeal where the appellate cord can sort of second guess where they have recused themselves. So it's a high standard to me, and judges obviously are loath to recuse himself because it may be an admission that they are biased.

But again, the standard is whether there's a perception. So the judge could truly say, look, I haven't made any decision about the guilt or innocence of this defendant. I can be totally fair, but I can see how somebody my question my impartiality based on my prior statements, and therefore, to make sure the integrity of the justice system is not tainted, I will step down from the case. So that's what she should do. But she

may say, by the way, the Justice Department is filings soon. The reply they may say, well, she said those statements in the context of the January sixth defendants in front of her. Wasn't something that she said at a cocktail party that someone overheard, But I would say, We'll wait a minute. That's even worse that she said it publicly, because now everybody knows

what her biases are or appear to be. Also, they may say, well, wait a minute, Trump, why did you wait a few weeks to file this You knew the day she was appointed that she said these statements in the past, and you should have filed this right away, but that's not legally required. Number one, and number two, there hasn't been really

any rulings on any pre trial motions so far in the case. There was one, of course, where she set the trial day for March fourth, the day before Super two today, which you know, which come on, that's only a few months away. And we got to review twelve point five million documents that the government's holding on too, so that kind of indicated that she is biased. But you can't really use prior rulings to get someone disqualified

because you don't like how they ruled. That's basically our grapes, so to speak, and the courts, and no, you can't. You have to show some extra judicial statements or other statements apart from your case that indicate that there might be a perception of bias. In fact, I had a mathematician look it up. Discovery means the government must give to the defendant all relative documents and pieces of evidence and depositions, even after testament and a grand jury

depositions. It takes a long time to prepare this case, and the government turned over one point five million pages of documents. If somebody would start reading. And I think as counsel you're under an obligation to read discovery. You just can't say, well, I'm not going to read that because there might be some pearl in there that proves your theory of the case. But if someone would start reading now, between now and March the fourth, one would

have to read approximately and understand eight hundred pages a day. You'd have to start reading War in Peace right now, every day, seven days a week in order to get close to one point five million, which means it can't be done. So the judges more than one point five million is twelve point five million, twelve you're right. They did. They did make that in their motion. They did cite War in Peace that we'd have to read that a couple of times a day, and that the documents, if you stack

them, are like twice the size the Washington Monument. All that, and and the government coming back and says, oh, they're exaggerating, starting all of them are duplicates. So anyway, so the trial date is too early. And the attorney for Trump, because I was in the court hearing when that was done, got up in court and said, your honor, I hereby state for the record that no attorney can get ready by that date. And I'm here by lodging my objection to that that I would not be able

to provide due process and effective systems of consul to Donald Trump. So that date's there now. I couldn't move. In fact, if there are some pre trial motions made that might delay the date of the trial, whether it's a motion to transfer the jurisdiction and and other things with discovery, etc. So that can move. But right now they're the judges set that date.

Well, to kind of put a sharper point on this, my simple math indicates one would have to read ten two point five million documents a month. Break that day. That'd be about three hundred thousand a week. So every day that would be about forty five thousand documents a day. Hey, the judgments just read, there's forty five thousand documents every day between now and she's she picked a date out of a hat just happens to be the day before

Super Tuesday. And so in this also a couple of weeks before the trial in New York on the hush Bundy payment, and she said in court, well, I called up that judge and maybe we can work out our dates, so we're not overlapping too much. Oh, that'll be great. Yeah, I don't know, Paul, we live in uncharted waters. I can

only imagine if the shoe was on the other foot. And let's say there was a popular Democratic judge, either Bill Clinton or Barack Hussaint Obama, who had committed numerous acts that could have been subject to indictment after he left office, what had the same thing happened to them? And a Trump appointed judge who's made repeated comments about it's about time that Bill Clinton was before me and it happened. I can only imagine the outcry from the media if the shoe

was on the other foot. Well, you can also see the imagine of the outcry as to why the government's taken five years to go after a hunter Biden. I mean, look at all the time they gave Hemp, etc. And here they only give Trump a couple of months to prepare for a trial, not counting all the other trials he had to face. So this

is totally ridiculous. Well it is, but it's the world in which we live, and you and I know that the DC circuit is very unlikely to reach into the mind of judge Tanya Chunkin and say something is there that you say, isn't there that they're going to give great deference to a trial judge whether or not there's a perception of violence and perception of prejudice, or to the odds of this being overturned on appeal is quite yeah, it doesn't work

that way. All right, Well, we got to run. Paul Camadar is with the National Legals and Policy Center, and I wanted to get some perspective. I've often said when I'm more actively practice, justice is the judge, and the judge sets the tone in the courtroom. The jurors get the idea as to what the judge is thinking. In Washington, DC, for everyone Republican, there's twenty Democrats. They voted ninety three percent against Donald Trump, and that's the jury pool. And this judge gave money to Obama,

and that that's the court's going to be in exactly. Well, we'll see what happens. And once again, Paul Camadar, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. With your permission, we will do it again. Thank you. Paul. Let's contain with Moore, and that's the court the Trumpster finds himself in in addition to the court in New York City, in addition to the court in Atlanta, Georgia. Know your role and shut your mouth, bend over and take one for the team. Build cunning in the

Great American Live with you every Sunday night. Fuel. It's unbelievable the status of this country right now. And we began three hours ago talking about the political assassination of deputy sheriff in Palmdale, which is thirty five miles northeast of Los Angeles. Terrible circumstance. Officer Ryan klicken Brumer was an eight year veteran only thirty years old. Three weeks ago he got engaged to be married.

And right now it appears at someone driving a Toyota Corolla about twenty fifteen model dark gray and a fatal ambush of a California Jeopardy pulls up next to him at a red light, waiting for the light to change. Guess what. At that point, he pulls out what appears to be a weapon and shoots the officer in the back of the head, killing him almost instantly. And

this is one of many circumstances in this great country of ours. When law enforcement is the victim of an assault, a battery, or in this case, an assassination, shot in the back of the head at a red light.

The reward right now's up to two hundred and fifty thousand dollars. And I'm looking to some of the video of the memorial taking place in the city of Palmdale where the deputy was killed, and it is heartbreaking to watch these numerous deputies, men and women, and their brown outfits and near tears commemorating the sacrifice of this very special person, Ryan Klickenbrumer, And as I announced earlier, in the city of Cincinnati, in the last few weeks, there's

been two circumstances where police officer have been lord to the scene and sought to be killed or seriously injured because of the color of their uniform. It is awful, it is terrible, It makes no sense, and to pray to God it cannot continue. Plus, I also want to thank Jeff crue Air for coming on to lay out the Chinese connection between the Biden family on one hand, and the bribery money's ever paid and the change in foreign policy on

the other hand. Sick and said, I also want to thank John Lott, who took apart the arguments of the Governor of New Mexico Grissom, who wanted to do disarm legal citizens properly carrying a firearm so that criminals and others could commit more crimes. Opportunistic stupidity is what it was. But thank god, on Thursday, might have been Wednesday, a federal judge said you can't

take away someone's constitutional rights. You simply cannot do that. So at this point there's an injunction issued, and sadly, the governor of California, A Newsome, who will be on the national ticket, come hell or high water next year, it's going to file lawsuits against all the oil companies alleging somehow that they cause all the difficulties in the Golden State of California. And if the oil companies have any sense, what they ought to be doing right now

is getting the hell out now. Wouldn't that be something of California which would make gasoline probably ten to twenty dollars a gallon. Is that what Gavin Newsom wants? Probably? Well, thank you, let's continue. I'll be with you next Sunday night. Bill Cunningham once again say a prayer for the repose of the soul of that hero. Brian Clickenbrumer, Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday night. Vladimir Putin called the US dollars dropping dominance objective and irreversible.
