What's happening to us as Americans. It's unbelievable. We have a governor now in New

Mexico. She must be a complete fool. I've never interviewed her, I've barely heard of Governor Michelle Grissom, the horrible democratic liberal governor in New Mexico, that issued an executive order on Friday saying to ignore the United States Constitution and the New Mexico Constitution because sadly there have been some children cut down in

the streets by gang bangers and elsewhere. And she said in her order, the shooting of a thirteen year old girl in July, a five year old boy in August, an eleven year old boy this month of September motivates me to act. We must stop gun violence. So what she did was an issue in order saying that no one may possess or carry a firearm at least for the next thirty days or until further notice. And she gave an interview

today and she's not backing down at all. And so she took an oath to support and defend New Mexico and the US Constitution that gives Americans under the Second Amendment, the right to keep in bear arms. In fact, the New Mexico Bill of Rights the State of New Mexico guarantees quote the right to

keep in bear arms for security, defense and all other lawful purposes. So the New Mexico constitution says you have the right to keep in bear arms for your own security, for your ends, since I assume New Mexico doesn't have a Department of Defense and all other lawful purposes, and so she issues an order after a spade of violence because of soft headed judges and weak prosecutors and decimated police departments and cities like Albuquerque, the criminals are running amok because sadly,

these three children have been gunned down by other by criminals who shouldn't have had the gun in the first place. You know, this is kind of like blaming a fork and a knife and a spoon if someone's morbidly obese. I got to blame the fork and the spoon man. To look at those things moving, sticking food in my mouth. It's like blaming firestone when someone

drives drunk. There's no connection at all. And Grisom is not dissimilar to Governor Bashir of Kentucky, my homestate of Kentucky, when at the height of the pandemic in the spring and summer of twenty twenty he issued an order and put armed police agents and the driveways of churches, barring churches from being open but kept open strip clubs and liquor joints. I thought, you're the right to practice your religion. Maybe not. And so of course she's being applotted

by many on the radical left. She's doing the lord's work by telling those who legally possess guns not to use them, not to carry them. You know, the NRA is going crazy about this, for ignoring the constitution. And I would dare say the crime rate among licensed concealed carry permit holders is well under a one tenth of one percent. The safest people to be around, or individuals, whether New Mexicans or Americans whatever, who have the right

to carry a gun their licensed to it for a particular reason. They have no previous criminal record, and they the Constitution under Heller Second Amendment and New Mexico Constitution both say that it is a personal right of an American to defend him or herself. And so do you think the gang bangers are going to pay attention to an executive order from a governor when it comes to shooting innis in children, whether it's Albuquerque or Chicago or Baltimore. I don't think so.

They will ignore it completely. Only ones who may pay attention are those who legally can possess a gun. It's like an extension of almost a law enforcement since if you hurt John Lott at all, you fully understand that Americans at least five hundred thousand times every year use a legally possessed gun to throwart

a criminal attack of one type or another. And I find it interesting that she signed in the law in twenty twenty one the governor did in New Mexico that allow residents to sue for two million dollars if the rights are violated under New Mexico's Bill of Rights. Guess what, anyone who has stopped and arrested or given a citation under this order in New Mexico has the right the duty to sue that cop for two million dollars or the governor and collected from New

Mexico. Much like in Kentucky when Bashir, Governor Basher said, I'm gonna put armed guards in the day driveways of churches so people can assemble during the height of the pandemic. This is the desire many times of left wing Marxist liberal Democrats who complained constantly about threats to democracy and about the erosion of our rights and the rule of law. Right, how many times have you heard about the rule of law? Well, the rule of law is being violated

in New Mexico. I would dare I wonder how many murders are committed by individuals in New Mexico. I think it's called the Landaman Chapman. Am I right or wrong about that? I might be wrong? But nonetheless, how many concealed carry permit holders in New Mexico commit murder? I would assume none. I know. I live in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana. The crime rate of those with kerry concealed permits is under one tenth of one percent of

all crimes committed. It doesn't happen, So she is. She's changing the focus of weak prosecutors and weak judges and cops that are scared to death and put the burden on law abiding citizens who may follow the law even though it's illegal and unconstitutional, at the expense of their own safety. And I would assume that you can't use your weapon as if today Sunday morning, she's also still defending it. That's where we are, My God, how much trouble

are we in a bunch? Because if you watch President I don't want to call him President Joe Biden because he's holding the title in the office, but someone else is making decisions in the executive branch. The potus is Joe Biden. He's mentally incompetent. Danny Gleeson play for the American people. This is one minute long. When he was in India with Modi then went to Vietnam, he held a brief news conference in India and he picked ahead of time

or a staff did he don't know what he's doing? For liberals to ask him a question and play this one minute response about why President Jijopeng did not attend in India twenty nineteen showed up but not the president of China who might be invading Taiwan sometime soon. Because you know you have a foolish, feckless president who's not going to respond. This is a response from Joe Biden. And see at the end you can hear him say, I'm going to bed

He was supposed to go to East Palestine, Ohio, but he can't make it. He's been on vacation most of

his presidency. But the question remains, who is the president? Who makes decisions, who runs the agencies of government, who appoints the federal judges, who's the commander in chief who conducts American diplomacy. It's not that guy who's doing it. The answer is no one. The staff around him makes all

the decisions. And when you pick four liberal reporters to ask stupid questions in New Delhi and also in Vietnam and then you say I'm going to bed, can you imagine any world leader behaving in this fashion and getting away with it. Only when you have a president guarded by the mainstream media. The praetorian guard is ABC NBC, CBS, New York Times, Washington Post, the College Professor's High Tech. When you have the Praetorian Guard protecting you, you

might have a shot. And so right now as I speak this Sunday night, there are about seven million illegal aliens swarming into the US without legal sanction, rudimentary audits, health consequences, or whatever. If you take the eight years of barakusant Obama and the four years of Donald Trump, the total and those two presidencies was about seven million came into this country illegally over a twelve

year period. And the first thirty months there have been seven million illegals flooding in this country, dispensed all over the various states by Joe Biden's HHS, the same number as those twelve years. And it's happening as I speak. And now even the Mayor Eric Adams of New York City is seeing the light. He can't take it, he said, He said he was a sanctuary city and a sanctuary state, but no more. They can't take it anymore.

And they're getting a half of one percent of those who come into Texas with Governor Abbott, a half of one percent, something in the range of twenty one thousand children showed up in New York City public schools wanting to receive a quality education. I said, twenty one thousand. Imagine that speaking over one hundred different languages and dialects generally not shall I say appropriate grade level? Can you imagine a fourteen year old not able to understand in the English reading

at below a kindergarten level? How does that work? Do you put them in the seventh grade of the first grade? Twenty one thousand. Now, other words, all that is is student daycare. That's all exists of. There can be no teaching. It's the destruction of public education, as said by Mayor Eric Adams who said this will destroy New York City. And of course it is same thing in Chicago, same thing. Look what's happened in Portland or Los Angeles. Send Cisco is a total mess. The longer the

Democrats are in charge, the worst it becomes. And these aren't the Democrats of Richard J. Daley are Richard M. Dally. This is a new group of left wing Marxist Democrats who believe some of their bs that they're telling their voters, but the voters are rebelling. The numbers are through the roof.

For example, seventy seven percent say that Joe Biden should not run for reelection, and if Donald Trump becomes the Republican nominee, which is very likely, forty seven percent, and a CNN poll CNN the Clinton News Network said they're going to vote for Trump, forty six percent for Biden, and that forty seven percent for Trump really means fifty one percent. CNN noted that they don't have a single poll in twenty twenty that showed Trump leading against Bid,

not one. Now almost every poll as Donald Trump beating Joe Biden, and the Democrats are now in panic mode. So let's cont I'll set up tonight's show later on. But you just heard the Leader of the Free World, President Joe Biden, Babel and Hanoi, Vietnam. But I tell you what, I don't know about you, but I'm going to go to bed. And in fact, we the American government has set three officials to Beijing to talk with the communist red Chinese, but none have come to Washington, DC. They completely ignores.

announced she's gonna run for re elections. She's eighty three years old, she has had a cogent, reasonable thought in about ten years, and she's praised wine dying in pocket line. Think about her running of San Francisco along with Kamala Harrison, Gavin Newsome and dying Feinstein. Their number one goal was to make San Francisco a functioning city and look how things turned out. Are you

kidding me? And so my god? Are we in trouble? Our president is completely dysfunctional and backing him up as someone even less popular, Kamala Harris, who doesn't know exactly where she is. The laugh's gonna drive us crazy, that's why the Trumpster is likely to win the presidency next year despite the efforts of liberal Democrats to indict him and lock him up. It's unbelievable.

Tucker, the head coach of Michigan State at the home of the Spartans, admitted to university officials that while on the phone with his expert and how to avoid sexual harassment, he pulled out his genitals and self pleasured himself on the phone while talking to an expert and how to avoid sexual harassment. This guy, who was making ten million bucks a year is now shut down. A new coach has

been appointed, and it's awful. And the woman reported him. Her name was Brenda Tracy, an advocate and a rape survivor herself. I can't understand it. So when you scroll down CNN's website quite a while, well quite a piece, you have what they consider to be the takeaways. This is

It's got everything but the fact that Biden makes no sense when every he opens his mouth, And I would assume he's on his best behavior and an international press conference attended by the world press in New Delhi and also Anoi, and the guy doesn't know a clue as to what he's doing other than it's time to go to bed.

This is this is a disgrace in embarrassing and you know, you don't know what to say. The media, I don't know how they can't report this. This is more than

an elephant in the room. It's just really bizarre. And that's why I say, Mark, how does this guy get reelected and then serve as president for another four years? What would the country look like when these policies are continued another six years. We won't survive. I mean the Democrat Party itself, like you say, someone else is running the show, probably, but they are a long term That's kind of the main point in my call.

Everything they do is about power. They don't care about the people. Problem solving to them is not the foreign subject. They don't even grasp that. They're all about manipulation and doing whatever it takes to gain power. They indict President Trump. Yes, it's about Joe Biden trying to take out as a political opponent in twenty twenty four, but it's also about intimidating the future Republican presidents because they might worry about being indicted like a ham sandwich AfOR they leave

office, so they won't do anything against the Democrats. They're intimidating the lawyers of the president. They're intimidrating the citizenry, who by the thousands turned in signed affidavis that they saw election fraud in the last election. And now they won't do it in twenty twenty four when the Democrats try to steal it. Like you've said, we're up against Marxism here. That New Mexico governor I didn't have anything to do with protecting the people that was attacking the Second Amendments.

We are really up against it in these Democrats. This is one party's ideas versus another. This is a major threat. You know, it's just a grave danger for our country right now. I kind of have hope. The heart and soul of the Democratic Party is the black vote. And I got Kevin Jackson on later from Arizona going to talk about it. But without

the black vote, there wouldn't be a Democrat holding office almost anywhere. And when you think of what the Democratic Party did to African Americans for one hundred and fifty years and what they continue to do, Kevin Jackson says, there's going to be a great enlightenment of black folks that say, we can't take this anymore. You promises quality schools, you promise that safe communities, You promises plentiful jobs, promises low taxes. None of those promises are kept.

And this morning I'm watching Shannon Bream on Fox News Sunday, and she as an activist who's a chair of the teachers unions from New York City talking about more money. Right now, it's about forty thousand dollars per kid per year in New York City schools. And the real journalist would have said, look at the last ten years of the money spent in New York City schools. Now, look at the results of the testing that indication there's no education going

on. And on top of that, the fact that forty percent of the kids in New York City don't even show up for class, they're chronically absent, but there's no reporting. I don't want Chris Wallace back, but somehow someone on Fox News in the morning on Sunday, it's got to do some research to indicate you can't left the Marxists and leftist get away with this crap. Can you imagine sending your kid mark to Saint Louis public schools and expecting

your quality education. And I would assume the Democrats have controlled Saint Louis for the last forty fifty sixty years. I would assume Saint Louis is the same as Memphis or Baltimore, in New York, there's no education. It's simply a babysitting service. There's failure at every level. Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati in public education, Look at Portland, San Francisco and the media, and these cities will not do objective reporting on the promises made and the lies that

are told because it might elect somebody different. And so I hope I'm gonna ask Kevin Jackson later on as to whether or not black folks understand they're being played. Do you think black folks in Saint Louis want to continue the same policies. No, not at all. It's the same here. I'm actually near Kansas City, but its exact same way. And you can't even deny that this isn't on purpose. I actually think they want to keep them done.

The Democrat Party has been the biggest enemy of the African American community that I can imagine. I mean, it started with Lbj's Great Society that basically broke up the family. It incentivized women to have babies with the kick the father out. And before that, as many have reported, like Thomas Soul, the African American family was largely stable and the cities were not crime written

but the welfare state comes along and it just destroys everything. And then the cities are run by these Marxists and they like courting gasoline on the fire. And I really don't think they want to solve their problems. You know, these murders in Chicago, do they really want to solve that. I don't even think they're bothered by it, because if they solve it, they don't want wholesome communities and thriving communities. They might vote Republican or whatever, and

you're really marked. The mythical racism that is sick has spoken of in the media on a regular basis, has got to be challenged. The great bulk of the American people want all races to be treated equally and fairly with opportunities. But the mythical racism card constantly played by the Democratic Party to keep black

folks in line has got to be called out. And let's face it, the Kevin Jackson's, the Thomas Souls, Walter Williams as God bless his soul, and Thomas Soul can do it when we evil white folks have difficulty doing that. But I look at what the Democratic Party has done to African American families and the faith the black churches are in, the schools are dysfunctional, there's no jobs, there's no marriages, and what the Democratic Party policy has

done must be called out. And it's it's mythical racism that is one of the tenants of the modern Democratic Party, along with abortion being a sacrament. And I would point out that these Planned parenthood clinics by Margaret Sanger, who was a racial eugenicist who called black kids weeds, are almost always put in the black community. That's where the business is. I know the stats in my state of Ohio. Of course in Ohio, blocks are about twelve percent

of the population, but fifty percent of the abortions. Aborting black babies as an article of faith among the Democratic Party, and black politicians like Obama don't stand up against it. Oh no, they supported obolence, supports abortion afterbirth. I mean, it's just radicals. It's another form of control, and it's a form of money. I mean, they give a half a billion to Planned Parenthood and much of that is wanted back to Democrats, and they

don't care about the killing of the blood. Everything like that. And like you say, forty percent of African American babies are killed in the womb and not much of a ruckus at all about it, and they basically try to hide it as well. So everything they do the Democrats do harms the African American community, but they keep voting for him. I guess for the welfare pittance and things like this, or don't get it, sure, wife,

And these big cities keep electing these awful mayors like Chicago has done. I mean, what's it gonna take. I don't know. It's just when are they going to elect or Rudy Giohn in New York again or someone like that to clean things up. It's and you have all these immigrants that Joe's open the border. You would think people would add two plus two and get four that the immigrants are in New York and in Boston everywhere else because of Joe

Biden. But they try to even blame the Republicans on that. So it's just all they don't do anything for the people. It's all a game, and it's just one big, big why Mark I'll give me, I'll give you the last example. There was no more failing mayor in our country than Lorie Lightfoot, who, by the way, now is elect at Harvard. But that's perfect. But there's no more failure as a mayor than Lorie Lightfoot, who was a left wing she was a trial attorney. She's a Marxist.

Of course, News Nations been reporting from the southern border for quite a period of time, and Ali Bradley has a posting from Lukeville, Arizona about what is occurring, what has occurred. And I saw a story a few days ago in which literally the gates were opened on the southern border in Arizona,

so called floodgates along the US Mexico border in Lukeville, Arizona. They had been closed earlier than expected after a wave of illegal crossings and because of the reporting of News Nations, specifically Ali Bradley, the peers of Biden administration shut the gates. And before that, of course, there were many many illegal aliens that made their way across the southern border. This person of the country joining us now from Arizona is that same Ali Bradley of News Nation and

Alie Bradley. Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And can you first ascribe to the American people what you observed and in and around Lukeville, Arizona that calls the Biden administration to literally close the gates. Yeah, hey, Bill, thanks again for having me back when I was down in Lukeville. And I think it's important to kind of set this stage of what's going on down there. It is not a sector that has migrant families crossing and look

for border patrol and do what we call self surrender to agents. It's a sector where people normally try to evade, so that's what they're used to down there. Well, it completely shifted when cartel tactics also shifted and moves people into Arizona, making the Tucson sector the busiest sector along the southern border. In August, the most crossings came through this sector. Okay, So one day while I was down there, it was person after person after person coming

through these open flood gates. And in the sector there were more than twenty two hundred people that crossed into that sector in a single day. Now the majority of those individuals were coming through those open floodgates. Now, those floodgates have to open every year. It is a structural issue because there's so much water and debris that pushed through those massive washes in those areas, and that's

why those gates are there in the first place. In twenty twenty one, they actually were torn from their hinges because of the sheer force of that debris in that water. So now they open them. They welled them open for the duration of the season. This is done by DHS contract crews. They go out there and they do this ahead of monsoon season. They make an assessment, they say, okay, when it starts, we're going to open

them. We can't come out here in periodically open and close them because it's a two and a half hour round trip drives and the debris piles up and you really can't move the gates without kind of an excavation crew. Right, So they aren't opening them and closing them. They keep them open for the duration of the season. Well, National Weather Service says monsoon season this year

in September thirtieth, the gates are already closed. So when I reached out to Border Patrol saying, hey, you said the structural integrity of the wall is the reason that these have to be opened for the duration of the season. But they're closed and they're closing them up, and we are still seeing

inclement weather roll through this area. So it's kind of interesting to see that the damage that the influx on illegal immigration was doing to that sector maybe was more damaged than what would have been caused to that wall, because as you could see, those gates are all closed up. And what's really interesting to Bill, within just likely hours of those gates being closed, there were already multiple breaches in that fence. One of the big ballards, one of those

big fence posts, was actually cut right through. I didn't understand how you could actually fit a person through just to cut in that fence, but I did post a video on that as well that shows how movable that ballard is once cold split like that and it swings back and forth, So just about

anybody could fit through those holes. Now, another piece of the steel that they had used to reinforce the wall that was cut as well, So the cartel is already down there making cuts in the fence, pushing people through. Despite these gates being closed, they are still seeing an influx. They are

still seeing hundreds of people down in Loukeville in this extremely remote area. Another big issue, they can't get buses out there bill because the terrain is so bad, so they're transporting people with buses and or with bands and trucks that can only ten to fifteen people maybe, and they're doing this back and forth. The closest station is at max capacity, so they have to go all

the way to South Tucson or to No Galluts. So you've already got stretched spin resources down there, and these guys are making four hour round trips off the line to constantly transport people. When you drive down to Lukeville, that's the most traffic that you're going to see is border patrol coming and going because they've got to get these people out of this very remote area and out of this very very devastating heat. They have already been multiple deaths down there.

When I was down there, five migrants had to be transported for medical care. It's remote, they're crossing in remote areas. The cartel knows it. They're occupying border patrol, and we're seeing it literally play out in neighboring counties. Coaches County is getting cameled the sheriff. They're saying they've had one of the busiest weeks with human smuggling, and not coincides with the busiest week that Lukeville seeing for foot traffic. So, like we say, the cartel distracts

border patrol and pushes people through the holes. One of those holes just happens to be Coaches County. And so then what occurs is that the cartels, making thousands of dollars per illegal alien coming across, relies upon the Border Patrol to work unwinningly on their behalf in remote areas to transport these illegals sometimes two three, four five each in a car or truck or a van because it's so remote. So the cartels rely upon the Border Patrol to take those individuals

miles and miles away because of the remote terra. And then while that's going on, of course the gate is still wide open and you can squeeze through it anyway. So I the reason is why do we help the cartels do this is of course it's unwinningly, but we're participating in the effort be gunned by the cartels to make billions of dollars, and the Border Patrol is helping

these individuals get the processing centers or the dispersed all over the country. Correct, And the cartels know that they know this is a tactic that's going to happen. They know that these individuals are now on US soil. Once they reach the wall, they're on US soil, right, And so they know that border patrol is going to respond to that. They know that they know they're going to be tied up. They're going to be too busy to monitor

the other areas. The Tona Odam Reservation butts up against Lukeville, and Chief Modelin said that fifty percent of their foot traffic comes through there before this searge bill. And you said, the foot traffic that we're getting out here,

it's not the good kind. So when you imagine you got fifty percent of traffic going through there when they are able to patrol that rest right now, they can't be out there, So you can imagine the cartels having a field day out there doing whatever they want because border patrol is nowhere to be found, right because they're busy, tied up with these individuals trying to transport them. And here's the fact of the matter, is it, border patrol is

just following orders. They don't have a choice. They have to do what they're being told to do and what my agents tell me, my sources, they say they feel like they are the middlemen in the biggest human smuggling operation in the world. And that is what they feel. That is the morale across border patrol. But they continue to go to their job, they continue to put on that uniform, and they continue to try to do their very best to keep America safe. Of course, within the parameters of what they're

able to do build their hands are kind of tied. And I'll be honest, been covering this for two years exclusively and they've been tied just about this entire time. The policies just keep changing with the wave of a wand and making it more difficult for them. So when you say the good ones, in other words, families might come or mothers should chill. And as a human being, you see a mom with two little babies, what do you do. You've got to help him. You've got to give them food,

water, clothing, take them to the processing center far away. Takes four hours to do that, and then the bad stuff happens, which is the human trafficking of fent Noel on heroin. So the drug cartels know where there goes to border patrol. We got the drones in the air, we know when they're going to come back. Now we've got the real bad actors that we can get across the southern border with impunity. Is that what you're referring

to? Absolutely? And Chief Madeline will say that, the sector chief there, any border patrol agent will confirm that as well. That is what they do, that is what they live for, and they are controlling the game right now, Bill, The US is constantly in a reactionary stands when it comes to the cartel, whether it be in no Gallots where we watch the smugglers up on the ridge and they watch us make a move and then they

respond. Right, We're always in a reactionary space with them. They always seem to have the upper ground the high ground here, and a lot of that is by controlling the messaging. Right, they moved all the migrants to Arizona. You can get in right there. So now that's the open thoroughfare and it's really really hard to close up the dam. So you know, Tuson Sector is likely going to be dealing with this influx and foot traffic for

quite some time. Based on what agents tell me, they anticipate that, but it is definitely, like I said, uncharted down there and unprecedented because this is a sector that normally deals with people trying to run. It deals with people that are trying to traverse through the ranches, traverse through the reservation and not be detected. So you've got those bad actors who have always used this sector as that space, and now border patrols too visy to go after

those people. Is the reality of down in the Tucson sector. Allie Bradley of News Nation. Because of your reporting, they've shut the doors, which is no impact at all because you can fit through the slats anyway. But it was a matter of policy to keep those large floodgates and I've seen them in your reporting. They've got to be twelve fifteen feet high and they have slats in them. They're huge doors, and they kept them open for months

for flood reasons. So that's no secret where how to come in. Now that they shut them, it makes no difference because the slats are of such a character. You come in anyway, and of course somebody has either well to open one of the big posts, and so when you, you know, I often get in talk radio, what's going to change? How do we correct this? You're not a policymaker, you're a reporter. You're reporting

what's going on. But do you have a sense for at the end of the beginning or the beginning of the end, or this is simply a process we're going to deal with for years and decades to come. Well, I mean, it has been a problem for forty years, right, for multiple decades. It's been as political football forever, and the politicians have to want the solution more than they want the problem, and it seems like it's the

latter, unfortunately. But what I am being told from law enforcement down at the border, from the National Border Patrol Council, from anyone that fighting this fight from the front lines, they tell me that it's a matter of enforcing the laws on the books already. If they would enforce Title eight, if they would actually have ramifications for foot traffic coming in between the ports of entry, then this might start to stop, might start to kind of taper off.

If you've just provided one pathway and that be the ports of entry. If they cross in between the ports of entry like they're threatening right now, Hey, you're going to be banned for five years. You're not eligible for asylum. That's not what's being enforced though, because they're getting a chance of asylum. Right So, if they're walking between the Forts and Lukeville, they go asylum or credible fear or whatever that might be, and they're let in.

But here's the thing. Built path of them aren't even say in the word asylum, and they're still given being given an NTA you notice to appear, which might be. In twenty twenty seven, we followed a guy all the way up to Indiana from West Africa who had no grounds for asylum. He was released into Indiana and I said, hey, Roberts, did you

even say asylum? And he said no. So the reality is, you know, if they come in and they don't have a massive criminal history that flags in the United States, they're likely going to be given they noticed to appear and released into the country while they're proceedings play out. And that's what's going on right now. And family units too. We're seeing them being monitored

by the Biden administration through their new Family Expedited Removal Management program. But they're over six hundred people in that program, and they go through a month long program, and then when all's said and done and the judge denies them, they appeal it and get an NPA anyway, and then go back through that whole process that everyone else is going through, clodging up the system, and

round and round we go. So if these policies aren't forced, agents say it's just going to continue, Ali Bradley, I don't know what to say, because if you or I found ourselves somewhere in Nigeria or Mexico living a miserable life with no hope, especially women and children, we would probably seek ourselves to come to a functional part of the world, which I like to think the United States is. On the other hand, we have separate interest as a nation of FID who's here, what diseases, if any do they

have, what do they contribute? And we have a separate interest from the humanitarian crisis. And I don't see it. It was better under the Trumpster, it's worse under Biden. But no matter what happens, there's a flood of one hundred to two hundred million more coming into this country and Juan was powerless to stop it. We can curtail it, but we must make the effort. And the border Patrol has got to feel completely irrelevant. They got

to be demoralized. Yeah, they definitely feel like they are, like I said, kind of the middlemen and all of this suicides are up. It is not a good setting. They can't recruit people. Their recruitment classes are down because it's a family business, right Their uncle will say, come on join border patrol right now, They're not doing that. They're not being roped in. And Bill, you mentioned separate interests. Yeah, we have a

lot of people coming from special interest country. We have over one hundred and sixty nationalities represented across our southern border, just in human the Tucson sector. And so when you talk about who we're seeing down there, they don't speak Spanish or English right now, because we're talking about India, Senegal, Nepal. I've met many men from Mauritania who's no family here, who laughed at

me when I asked them if they're scared. And so that's the reality we are getting people that, yes, maybe they don't have America's best interest at hand, and what is the processing for them? Right? We don't have access to a lot of these criminal databases in other countries. So unless they're flagging on interpoll or on an FBI terror watchlet, we're not going to know

The children might be ten, twelve, fourteen years old, but the red at the kidneygarten level don't understand the English whatsoever and come from dozens of countries all over the world. In fact, at one point a couple of days ago, he said, this is the complete destruction of New York City. The Big Apple's done. And this is the guy who said and read from the base of the statue of liberty. This is the guy who said that the Trump administration was being

anti American and i democratic and not permitting open borders. Now that we have open borders, you see exactly what's going on, which is a complete utter meltdown of public education, and also the emergency rooms, and also the public transit, and also the litter of the urination, the fornication, the defecation on city streets, and the needles, and the homeless crisis. On top

of the immigration crisis. And at this point New York City has received less than a half of one percent of the illegals coming into Texas and Florida and Arizona is so called Red States. It is shocking that the media refuses to cover this thing for what it is, the invasion of our country along the southern border by individuals who simply by entering the country have acted illegally and committed serious crimes. Simply by illegally coming into the country. There's the crime right

The move by Governor Abbott several months back appears to be brilliant politically and it's awful for the country. The polling the last few days from Fox and from NBC News has been did you look

into your crystal ball? Did somebody whisper in your ear? I think it's clear among most of us the Biden's not gonna run. Where does that idea come from? Well, Bill, as you know, I am a genius in this thing called common sense, and that's where the idea came from. I mean, look, the Democrats want to sell us on the idea that Biden inflation has been good for us. And when you look at what do people what's impacted people the most? I mean, we can talk about Russia

and Ukraine. I think there are a lot of Americans asking why are we sending money to Ukraine. You can talk about trade policy, you can talk about Iran nukes or terrorism or whatever. But when it all boils down to the brass tacks. It's what is the cost of me to feed myself? What is the cost of it for me to live on a day to day basis? And I'm going to tell you I can speak personally. I have never had worse economic ears in my life than under Joe Biden. And I'm

not a person who's living paycheck to paycheck, and I feel it. I remember the first time gas crusted four dollars a gallon and I looked at my wife and went, this is insane, and then it went to five. So what do you think I was thinking? Then? I remember going to the grocery store, looking in my packet the things that I buy routinely and saying to myself, they shrunk the package down and it's twenty five percent higher.

They shrunk my package twenty percent and the product went up twenty five percent. Where's that at the dollar store? Go into there now it's at buck twenty five marked on everything. They're telling you what inflation is, and it's smacking you in the face. So every day, when you fill up your car, you're going to the grocery store, you're going out to dinner, maybe you're taking out your company, or you're celebrating somebody's birthday or whatever.

You're being forced to look at the impact of Joe Biden. Then when you add to it all the other things. As I said, Joe Biden's aging in dog years. You know, some people can get eighty and they they're in the prime of life. Warren Buffett's a perfect example. Ninety three years old, his partner ninety nine years old. And these guys are as sharp as attack. Joe Biden has been losing it for the better part of a decade, and now it's exacerbated. It's every single day, it's more and

more and more. It's going at an accelerated rate. So physically he can't handle it. Mentally, he hasn't been able to handle it for a long time, and he never should have ever been cheated into office. But now he's got the pressure of everything that's happening not only to him but to his son, and Joe doats on Hunter, and I think that's where the stress of his job is really starting to show itself. But appears he'll being died

up by the end of the month. That is Hunter Biden, and that appears I'm willing I haven't heard this in the national media, but there's a pardon coming from Joe Biden. I would not be surprised if he's got the documents already in his drawer, already signed. He's not going to permit his only living son to go to federal prison for ten years, which is exactly

where he belongs. But nonetheless, Joe Biden all this is his theater of the kabuki because when push comes to shove, Joe Biden's got Hunter Biden covered. He don't care about the political fallow. But I disagree with you that Joe will do it. I think he's gonna still want his legacy, and his legacy can't be our pardon my own son, because then he technically is saying that there are people above the law. But what he will do is he will pass that on the Kamala Harritts. He will be a part term

president. And this is what I predicted. I said, Joe's gonna step out. And for the record, look at everything that's leading up to this. There now the media is talking about his age, they're talking about his mental capacity. This is something that wasn't even mentioned six months ago. They weren't talking about Joe Biden's age. Now, look at the last few polls that have come out on MSNBC and CNN. They're saying things like seventy three

percent of Americans think Joe Biden's too old. Out What they also do is they include Donald Trump. But I say, well, fifty two percent of the people say Donald Trump's too old. They gotta include Trump. But let me tell you, Trump is an eighty year old that looks like a fifty year old in comparison to Joe Biden, and in comparison to many other people older than Trump. Trump he never seems, you know, he's undaunted,

and particularly under the fire the onslaught that he's facing right now. And that's what's bothering everybody, because it's been preordained that we are supposed to grin and bear it America. But it's gonna be Gavin Newsome and Ron De Santis. That's what the powers that be have said. Now, you can get rid of Joe Biden and you can bring in Newsome. And that's why the age question came up. And this is why I'm telling you, don't look at

what they're telling you read between the lines. The reason they're bringing up his age is they're ready to substitute this younger guy, this surrogate who's ready to go, and he's Gavin Newsom is nothing but complimentary to Joe Biden. He's not slamming in, so when he steps in, it's not going to be Oh he was you know, it's macavalian. He went after him. No, he was complimentary to him. He acted like Joe Biden slice brit But he was ready to go, and they've already said he's the guy. Now.

The problem they have is DeSantis can't live up to his cart because Donald Trump's base is so thick, it is sticky, and it's not going anywhere because every time they pull another indictment, which it's up to ninety one now ridiculous indictments, people get more and more solid in the Trump camp, who before were oh, he tweets too much or he's too bombastic. They know they see why he is the way that he is, so it's backfiring.

But regardless of the scenario, Biden's gone two factoys during the four years of Trump. Real wages one up with Americans nine percent per year real wages, which is a differential between income and inflation under the first almost three years of Joe Biden has gone down five percent. That's a fourteen percent whip, and inflation is about to accelerate towards the end of September here and then October, November, December, because of what the Saudis are doing. And I see

the mainstream media is blaming the Russians. The Russians are back. It is all about Vladimir Putin withholding oil from the market in order to drive up gasoline prices so that Trump is reelected. And what's happening in the national media is

there cannot be a positive story about Trump. And every time he's indicted or there's a motion in Fulton County, the popularity of the Trumpster goes up, which means having failed with the two ridiculous impeachments, having failed, with the indictments parceled out, having failed setting trials the day before March madness happens in

the political realm. Now they want to use the fourteenth Amendment, which was passed back in eighteen eighteen seventy one in order to keep Confederate generals running for the US Senate. Now they want to use Section three of the fourteenth Amendment to say that Trump supported insurrectionist. Trump wants to overturn the US government to

keep him off the ballot by any means necessary. And I also note that black folks are now supporting the Democratic candidate and ever decreasing numbers, especially black males. And when I see Stephen A. Smith, the legendary ESPN broadcasts are forced to apologize because he made a Facebook posting that Otani could never be the face of Major League Baseball because Otani doesn't speak the native tongue, which is English or Spanish, one or the other. He was forced to apologize.

So political correctness is running amok. But you can't speak for black males anymore that I speak for white males. But nonetheless, the black males see things, the chicanery and the fraud and the mythical racism. Is finally black folks coming to a tuition when it comes to the idea of the Democratic Party. Have screwed us for so many times, for a two hundred years, we can't take it anymore. And will black women soon follow? Yeah?

So Democrats really screwed the pooch and try to sell the pups here with Donald Trump and these indictments. And here's why. It's a huge issue, and it's part of its overt but there's a subliminal undertone to it that I'll explain. So here's where we are. You got black people who have set for years is a dual system of justice. There's they always want to come after

a poor black man, right, it's black people this. White people have another system of justice, whether it's cocaine and crack or it's you know, whatever it may be. And so suddenly Donald Trump is under fire and who is he? Donald Trump is a rich white ex president Republican and he's under more fire than any black man in history. They want him ninety one counts and black people are going, what would he do? Yeah, they're going,

what did he do? So? Guess what? We can no longer say The system is rigged against poor black people, particularly poor black men. The system is rigged. That's the deal. And black people now get it. It isn't just about right, Okay. Back in the sixties they targeted blacks. Today they're targeting rich white conservative men. So the system will point itself to whatever it decides. And now black people are gonna wait a minute, it's no longer. We can't say it was just us. It was

a system that did it. Now, who controls the system, Well, we all know who controls the system. When it was targeted at blacks, you want to know who control the system, Billy Democrats. When it's targeted at Trump, you want to know who controls the system, Democrats. And that's what's waking people up. And that's what's waking up independence. That's what's waking up these slightly left leaning Democrats that are going you know what I don't I mean, I like Trump, but what I don't like is a justice

system that determines who's evil and who's good. And now you juxtapose that to everything else that's happening. We've determined that Ukraine is good. Oh, Putin is evil. It's currently sixty eight degrees. Cincinnati police looking for two suspects in connection with Sunday afternoons fatal shooting in Clifton. It was around one pm, police arriving at Josea and Brookline Avenues finding the victim had been shot and killed inside a car. Police say the suspects fled the scene on foot prior to any officers arriving. Police have identified that twenty five year old male, but haven't released his name. The Red Sunday avoiding the sweep by the Cardinals beating St.

Michael McDonald and Bill donohue of the Catholic League on a regular basis. There are some things quite embarrassing coming out of the mainstream media, and one of the great embarrassments recently was in twenty fourteen, there was allegedly Ireland's mass grave hysteria, claims that eight hundred bodies of children were found in a mass gray outside a former home run by nuns and near Galway. It was all a hoax. It didn't happen. There were no mass graves, there were no

bodies found. And then as recently as a couple of months ago, I can recall a story on CBS News about mass graves containing perhaps perhaps thousands of bodies. The Canadian government claimed that Indian children were buried in mass graves at residential schools established by the government are running part by the Catholic Church. Trudeau and all the critics of the church were fooled into believing it was real.

Story began in twenty twenty one about claims about unmarked graves emerged. Immediately pundits and activists and the media jumped on the Catholic Church. It was to blame for the deaths of literally thousands and thousands of Indigenous children. Movies were conducted and pretty bad stuff. So there were lots of moneys put together to dig up these mass graves, to give these children, these Indigenous children, proper

burials. It was called cultural genocide. Here we are in September of twenty twenty three, and I would assume by this point there's thousands of bodies dug up, proper burials have been given and those responsible have been held accountable. Michael McDonald of the Catholic League, can you tell the American people about the first the Irish hoax and then it turns out the Canadian hoax? And how many reports have there been done saying our original reporting was false? Bill,

It's it's it's great to be with you as always. Yeah. So the situation in Ireland's a little bit older ancient history now, and back in twenty fourteen, there were just before twenty fourteen, there were all these claims that the mother baby homes, which back in even further back in ancient history and days of York when Ireland was a very Catholic country. Single mothers, orphan

children would be put in homes that were run by the church. And there were all these claims of the time of particularly in chew Them, which is outside of Galway in Ireland, that they discovered all these massive graves. It was it was very, very bad situation. The nuns were beating the children to death, starving them. The single mothers, we were being tortured and

abused. Uh, you know, the usual stuff that you hear, uh, and you know, they do the excavation and that there weren't any one claimed that there was they're going to find in the basement, just vaults full of human bodies and they didn't find one. And the one institution I think that uh chew them that really got the ball rolling out a lot of national

international media. I think they found it was in like operation for uh, just over one hundred years and they found, you know, six hundred bodies that were buried in the cemetery for the facility and that's that's all they found, which which you look at the time, yeah, yeah, if you look at the time, you know we're talking late eighteen hundreds, early nineteen hundreds. Ireland was a very poor country. I mean, coming off with

the potato famine. I'm sure everyone's familiar with that. Epidemics like not like covid epidemic, but like actual seriously tuberculosis, things like that we're still prevalent in Ireland up until the nineteen fifties, would wipe out whole villages. So that's kind of in keeping with what you would expect in unfortunately a poor, impoverished country, and you wouldn't really expect and you know, there was nothing

out of the ordinary for that across the regular Irish population. Like I mentioned, literally villages were wiped out into the nineteen fifties over epidemics like this, so that there wasn't anything nefarious. This was, you know, just just

unfortunately a factive life back then. But the media then uses this as a tool to go after the Catholic Church in particular, saying that you know, well, look what happened to give an over emphasized role in society and they're just killing children and that's just patently falls so there's no evidence to back that up. You know. More recently, in Canada this became a big deal and that resulted in bill over eighty Catholic church being burned across the country of

Burnton, vandalized across the country of Canada. And again based off oh, we found all these bodies in the ground because of the ground radar picked up all these anomalies. They started digging them up this year and they haven't found

one body. Well, I'm reading from the report two years ago, twenty twenty one, the Canadian government, of course, led by Justin Trudeau, claimed that Indian children were buried in mass graves at residential sites all over the country and that he's Trudeau sounded the alarms and ordered the nation's flags to be flown at half staff, and he pledged forty billion dollars to settle with those associated with the alleged crimes and criminals. Fourteen sites were dug up, and

how many bodies were found, Michael McDonald, They found exactly zero. Zero. Zero bodies have been found. You know, is this is just overblown out of proportion because they found some anomalies in the ground, which mostly have turned out to be rocks, roots from trees. In one they found the sewage system for the school and they're like, oh, well, that's definitely a sign of a mass grave. Look, there's all these rows three feet

deep in the ground. They dig it up. Oh, it's just a bunch of old pipes, and they use that to justify their attack on the church. And in Canada, the church did not have the Catholic Church did not have an outsized role in running these It was pretty much the Catholic Church, the Anglican Church, the Presbyterian Church, and the Methodist Church. I think those were the big religious ones. And then the Canadian government actually sponsored

schools and those were actually the majority. But Trudeau and the Canadian media and the international media for that extent, put pressure on the Catholic Church. The Pope had to go on a penitential pilgrimage, remember, apologize for something that didn't even happen. Well, I read from a government report and they anticipated

they were going to find twenty five thousand bodies. Murray Sinclair chosen to share the report of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada opine that they would find in the range of fifteen to twenty five thousand bodies of children. And now the attorneyan member of the First Nation, can't find even one. They're incentivized to do so. Many the so called relatives lined up to get paid, and they still can't find a body. And at this point, the Catholic

churches are being burned all over the nation. The Pope shows up to apologize and recall the scene of Pope Frances and Native Canadians and garb were dancing around with feathers and he was almost in tears apologizing for what the church had done. The government demanded the Pope come and apologize for these twenty five thousand dead Indian children, and they said, let's go find them. Guess what here we are two, three or four years later, can't find any and the

media has annoyed. Yeah, and this calls into question all their claims about how bad these schools were. Okay, you guys want to call it a genocide, there should be a body to go with that, at least one. And you haven't been able to produce anything, which is a very good thing, like we shouldn't lose that these children did not die in mass in Canadian schools, that that is a good thing, that we should be celebrating

that. But no, we're downplaying that in Canada right now. But they're actually talking about potentially criminalizing or at least letting people file civil challenges to people that are talking about this and saying, well, actually, there is no evidence. They want to suppress that getting out. They want to suppress the fact that children didn't die in schools that were mostly run by the Canadian government and the Catholic Church as well, did not die. That you can't talk

about that. That is a bad thing. That is for boden and society. Well, I'll wait for CBS News and others to revise and extend their remarks. I doubt it, and God bless them. Never let the truth get in the way of a good story. Also, Bill Donohue at the Catholic League Your Compatriot as a column up about Lebron James's school and why it failed and twenty eighteen Lebron James put together the funding and partnership with the Akron

Public Schools. He claimed there was an adequate funding for the school systems. His stomach racism blamed on poor academic performance of at risk children, and James's school made sure those problems would not haunt these students. Were now five years into it. And so now we find out five years later that a lot of money's been spent, all the extra tutoring has occurred, and tuition is

free, as are the uniforms. Every student's given a free bicycle and a helmet, free train, inspirtation to and from school, breakfast, launch and snocks are provided. Of course, free counselors are ready for available students when they have difficulties. Uh, there's food pantries inside the schools. Whatever it is, no cost is spared. Five years later, what's been the result? Yeah, well, you know this is this is another kind of hoax

de scenario, isn't this bill? They not In the eighth grade class, not one student, not one is esteem proficient in math. Zero. You go through with the zero zero percent are proficient in math, not not one, zero zero percent, And you go down the years. In the seventh grade, only eight point two percent are proficient in English language arts, and I guess that's better than their math score, because that's only one percent for

the seventh graders. In sixth grade, that's that's another bad year for math, and no one's proficient in math. Fifth grade only one percent. Only nine point nine percent of the fourth graders are proficient in math, and eleven point five percent of the third graders are proficient in math. And I believe I'm right in saying this. That the school starts in the third grades,

that would be the first potential year. So those that eleven point five percent is probably more of a result from the was kindergarten three years they did in public school before going to James's school. Why why is this happening? Because Catholic schools with black kids and poor white kids and poor at spanding kids do quite well. Why is it not happening in Akron Lebron, James, I'm sure you know the road to hell is paved with good intentions, put up

a lot of money, is families involved? And why is it failing? And I'd have to assume after five years is not going to get a lot better. But why is it failing? Yeah? And in large part the school was founded on the notion of radical equity, that if we give the kids all of the learning gizmos and gadgets and dump a lot of money in there, and you know, just just meet them where they're at and encourage them and be cheerleaders so that they all feel like they're superheroes, as Lebron

refers to them. As that they'll the test scores will start turning around, and that doesn't work. You have to have accountability. You know, I'm a product of the Catholic school system myself. If you did not make the grades, you knew it, you were going to be shown the door. You had to live up to the standards. You know, many many nights losing sleep over this as a small child. But my father would tell me,

I don't pay for seas, and so right, it's that. And that's also another thing that these acron is a very socioeconomically depressed reason as you share well now, But a lot of these kids don't have fathers in the home and that makes a difference. And again, this all sort of comes back to accountability. When you don't have students being held accountable in the home,

they're probably not going to learn. When they're not being held accountable in the school and they're just told to act out their feelings and they do all these little role playing games with them when they misbehave, instead of giving them actual consequences and punishments, they're not going to learn. You have to have some sort of accountability. Well, I'll tell you this morning, in one of the cable talk shows had talked about the truancy problem and the fact that

kids in urban areas are not going to school. This article you put up say some parents have requested to have their kids transferred out because teacher turnovers at a serious level, and almost half the students are chronically absent, not showing up whatsoever. And I would point out that Lebron James himself graduated from Saint Mary's Saint Vincent High School with a pretty good education, and he's been somewhat

of a smashing success, so it's not about money. But if a student does not show up in Cincinnati, thirty percent of the students are chronically absent. In New York City percent of the students are chronically absent, and an acron public school is the same fifty percent are chronically absent. Whether you go to Lebron james Dream School or not, if you don't show up, you can't be educated. And lastly, we have about a minute or two remaining.
