Welcome this glorious Sunday night. And I tell you what Tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday are supposed to be the days when the President Donald J. Trump will be indeed again this time by Jack Smith, who is Joe Biden's special prosecutor to make sure that Trump is unelectable. The pundits say that every time he gets indicted, which is going to continue to happen for the next several weeks and months, and makes it more likely is going to win the primary

and more likely Trump will lose the general election. So that is exactly what the mainstream media and what the Democratic Party wants is for Trump to get the nomination then get hammered in on November fifth of next year. Less, shall I say beginning. The election begins about six weeks before November the fifth and might conclude about three or four weeks after November fifth of twenty twenty four. But nonetheless, that's the plan, that's the goal, and so far it's

working perfectly. Everything happening this summer could have happened last summer in twenty twenty two, but that might have meant that these things were resolved well before the twenty four election, and the Democrats did not want that. They wanted to slow walk this thing to get as close as possible to election in twenty twenty four. So the Democratic nominee will win. By the way, that the

Democratic nominee will not be Joe Biden and will not be Kamala Harris. Most likely it's going to be Governor Widmer of Michigan or maybe Given Newsom, maybe some other Democrat will arise, but it's not going to be Joe Biden. Every month that goes by, it becomes more apparent that the guy's elevator didn't go to the top floor. He's not mentally alert, he's mentally incompetent. And if the Democratic Party had a competent vice president, the twenty fifth amendment

would have been invoked already. But even the Democrats know that Kamala Harris is a blind, dumbefottled fool and that she cannot possibly serve as the president any better than Joe Biden, who's a figurehead, he's a putts, he's a schmuck. And someone else is running the presidency and it's not Kamala Harris. When she ran for the president see in twenty twenty and the Fall and the Winner of twenty twenty one of twenty nineteen, twenty twenty, she received a

total of less than one percent of Democratic votes. Heck, the Democrats didn't want her. And when Joe Biden announced I'm going to pick a black female to be the vice president of nominee, she was the only one available, even though she got less than one percent of the vote, And it was hoped she would grow into the job. As my new producer Elmo tells me, he will grow into the job. So we'll see what happens. They

thought she's got two or three years to prove herself. Now that she's proven herself to be a blind, dumbefuddled fool, that they're not they're not capable of pushing aside Joe Biden and putting Kamala Harris as the President of the United States. Are you kidding me? Impossible will not happen. So at this point, the American people are in deep trouble, very deep trouble, because Tomorrow, Monday, and Tuesday, this thing's gonna metastasize again and a multiple

count federal indictment by Joe Biden's special counsel. Guy's name is Jack Smith, and he's going to indict him for all kinds of stuff relative to January the sixth. In the past, there have been numerous times, after even a halfway investigation, the president who has left power or lost could have been indicted or charged by the succeeding president. The most obvious example was, of course,

when Richard Nixon obstruction of justice. By the way, he knew nothing about Watergate before it happened, but then worked hard to cover it up after he discovered it, and it was obvious to Gerald Ford. There were numerous special Archibald Cox, etc. Was going after Richard Nixon, who would have been convicted, but he gave him a full, fair and complete pardon of all activities conducted against the United States. Also and nineteen ninety two, Bill

Clinton is elected. By two thousand, Bush forty three's coming into office, and at that point it was obvious from the Special Council, Robert Ray, etc. That Bill Clinton had committed numerous felonies in office and numerous felonies before he got to the presidency Whitewater, etc. Numerous felonies. But George Bush forty three said, you know what, We're gonna let it go and I'm not going to pursue it because the country's got to move on to the important

matters of the United States of America and not Bill Clinton's peccadillos. The peccadillos are one thing. Everybody's got a peccadillo here and a peccadillo there. Everyone's got a peccadillo even and I might have a peccadillo somewhere. The issue was in a peccadillo. But Bill Clinton was lying under oath through federal judge multiple

times, which that's called perjury. And the one person in America who is demanded to faithfully execute the laws in the United States of America is the president. So Bill Clinton to cover up is numerous as sexual dalliances lied under oath to a federal judge. Normally that would get in trouble. That's considered a

negative, but not when you're Bill Clinton. He also had numerous girlfriends, seven or eight in total that he paid them money directly and indirectly, gave them no show up big time government jobs, had friends of his in the private sector, including Vernon Jordan, offer big money to girl friends to shut

up. By the way, Vernon Jordan has moved on to his hopefully great reward in heaven and so, just to continue Robert Ray's investigation or whatever, it was obvious that Push forty three could have indicted Bill Clinton and numerous other Clinton astas on multiple felonies committed in office, but wisely, I think because of nine to eleven, which he did not know about at the point he made that decision. But none less, there were some important matters that we

have to attend to when Barack Hussaint Obama and Joe Biden left office. We now know that Joe Biden monetized the vice presidency and took tens of millions of dollars in bribes from numerous entities all over the world, much as spirot agnew, did you might recall the spirot Agnew was the vice president and not in office, but before he got to the vice presidency under Nixon, he accepted bribes from some State of Maryland construction companies to locate exit and entry ramps in

certain locations. But when it was discovered the evidence, they went to spirot Agnew and said you got to step down, which he did, and then Nelson Rockefeller was confirmed by the House and the Senate to be the vice president. So there have been numerous times in American history when the current administration could have appointed a special counsel and indicted the predecessor for political or other purposes.

And what I'm asked by many, well, what do you think about Donald Trump being treated like any other person who committed those acts, whatever they might be. I would say he should be treated like any other person in a

similar circumstance. He should be treated like spirot Agnew, should be treated like Richard Nixon, should have been treated like William Jefferson Clinton, should have been treated like a Hillary Clinton treated the same as those other individuals, Which means to issue a report, get the facts out, then we the American people decide politically what to do without information. One thing you don't do is split the country in half and pursue like a dog chasing a loose goose Donald Trump

all over thither and fro to get charges against him. How bad is it with the Trumpster about Jack Smith going to a federal judge in Miami and saying, I think there's probable cause to believe that the lawyers for Donald Trump are participating with him in a conspiracy to violate the laws of this country by filing

false information about the location of those classified documents. And so he put the lawyers that Donald Trump himself paid, and Donald Trump himself they represented him under oath before grand Juries, to testify against their own client, which in this case is Donald Trump. It is a full court press by any means necessary to get Donald Trump and to try him several times in the year twenty twenty four, maybe late twenty twenty three, most likely next year. So that

is unelectable. He'll be very popular in the prime Mary. But the typical voter living in the suburbs who wakes up on election morning November fifth, twenty twenty four and says, honey, is the election this Tuesday or next Tuesday. I'm not sure has this impression, which may not be based on reality, that Donald Trump has committed numerous felonies in office before he got to the

presidency, during the presidency, and now after the presidency. And I would contend that any person, any man or woman, who runs five hundred companies, who's been sued thousands of times, who's now being pursued by the City of New York, the County of New York, and the State of New York. In fact, the Attorney General of New York, Letitia James elected, said she's going to run to become the Attorney General in New York State

to make sure that Donald Trump was put in prison. It is so unethical for a law enforcement official to run a campaign based upon the act that she wants to put the leader of the opposition party in prison. So he's under withering investigations by the City of New York, the County of New York, the State of New York, the City of Atlanta, the County of Fulton

County. Throw on top of that, Jack Smith, the special Joe Biden's own prosecutor, going after the Trumpster for the classified document fiasco and for January sixth and maybe the elector swaps. I'm looking at this. You have to be a lawyer as I am to understand what the hell is going on. This thing will not stop because politically it's advantageous to the Democratic Party to have Democratic prosecutors in New York City, New York State, New York County.

They have Democratic prosecutors in the city of Atlanta, Fannie Willis, the County of Fulton, and they have Jack Smith, who drifts with blood and contempt for Donald Trump to go after him in three large areas and to indict him repeatedly every couple months until the election of November of twenty twenty four transpires, to make sure that he's unelectable. I pray to God he is elected.

It'd be a wonderful thing to watch that, but I doubt it will occur unless there's a third party candidate from the Green Party that will siphon off twenty to thirty percent of Liberal vote. Then as possible, but Cornell West, at some point I think will be paid off in a sense not to run. So a wise man said about four hundred years ago, during the medieval

period, May you be blessed to live at interesting times. I could not think of a more interesting time to be politically involved, to watch and to listen what in the hell is going on in this country? Issued the report and let us decide whether to reelect Donald Trump. All these events simply means that Donald Trump was more likely to be the nominee of the Republican Party and

more likely to lose when you pull out all the stops. As by the way, Robert Muller did another special counsel and found after two and a half years, that Donald Trump was not being used by Russia. There was no Russian collusion. It was a delusion. Robert Muller found that out. But that did not stop them one bit because the media complied. And away we

go. And lastly, before I go to the American people that I have loved so well and served so long, there were two courageous irs, criminal investigative agents named Joseph Ziegler and Gary Shepley, who testified under oath about what they found in the tax returns of the Biden crime Syndicate headquartered by Joe Biden and of course Hunter Biden. I'll made sure the big guy was well taken

care of. And one important question asked by Pennsylvania Republican about the representative Scott Perry, member of Congress, and he asked Joseph Ziggler, who, by the way, Joseph Ziggler, it's been in the irs sixteen years, described himself as a gay man married to another gay man who's a Democrat. Was so courageous, And a question was asked by Congressman Scott Perry, quote, what are the Bidens getting for seventeen million dollars? We all know that Hunter

Biden didn't really have a job. We do know that Joe Biden has a job and had a job at the time, being as Vice president. Well, the implication, of course that they were paying to receive something from the

Bidens. So, and of course Joseph Ziggler couldn't say. He said the seventeen million dollars was paid, but as to the motivation of either party, he could only assume there was some criminal purpose, because why in the world would the CEO of Barisma Holdings pay the Hunter Biden Joe Biden family seventeen million dollars unless there was something there that they were going to get in return. So he anticipated that when he sent the recommendation up for felonies to be filed,

that the US Attorney would do it. He didn't do it. He thought the Department of Justice would do it. They didn't do it. So what did the Bidens do for that seventeen million dollars when the I R S wanted to go after him? It's called influence peddling. Let's continue since on old millions are listening. And then Donald Trump engages in criminal misbehavior pursued like a hound dog with a goose. They find lawyers will testify against him. Mark Meadows will testify against him, Rudolph Juliani will testify against him. Mike Pence will give testimony that appears Mike Pence will

testify against everyone's testifying against him. And he's convicted along with the other crooks that were in office. You can say, well, but for the grace of God, there goes I. Especially when you get the lawyers representing Donald Trump to flip on the Trumpster. Now you're talking under threat that if you don't testify against your client, we may indict you as part of the conspiracy, and you can go spend a half million dollars in legal fees, and

you might go to jail and lose all your country club privileges. For God's sakes, then that would be equal justice. But this sets a terrible standard, And mark my words as a great American. At some point in the near future, a Republican president will appoint one of his own buddies, a special counsel to go after a democratic president who committed crimes arguably before office, in office or after office. You know what I'm saying. Can you smell

when I'm cooking? So this breaks the president and breaks democracy as we know it. Then now we lock up like a third world Banana Republic. The leader of the opposition party on the eve of an election. This account of stuff that happens in El Salvador and Colombia and Sri Lanka, it doesn't happen in the Home of the Free, in the land of the brave. is a Newsweek you can look it up, Google it. It might also come down to what I have on Jack Smith, Burne tweeted in response to another user who mentioned Trump and other potential evidence. The military is short twenty to forty thousand personnel to serve but because eighty five percent of young folks between the ages of eighteen and thirty don't qualify to enter the military, and the rest have been so dehumanized by what they've been taught about this country, they don't want to serve. We have our cities in complete collapse. I printed off this story out of the Chicago Tribune from this

afternoon Mayor Johnson, Chicago. Nearly thirty people shot Friday afternoon in the mid afternoon on Sunday, which is a typical a day, including where children are dead in the city of Chicago. And about a month public education is about to start again. That's nothing about an expensive daycare service that the results of the test indicate the kids aren't being taught. That crime is vicious and rampant,

especially in urban areas and elsewhere. And in spite of all this, we're going to talk about a video type videotape of Jack Smith that allegedly, according to Newsweek, exists, and we'll be made public in the next in the next few days. I guarantee you if one exists, according to Newsweek, it does that this will get out and be everywhere, especially on TMZ.

The FBI will not released the memo, but the memo claimed that violent Catholic extremists who go to mass listening in Latin are a trip wire and a source development for violence within radical traditionalist Catholic online communities that to offer the Latin mass. The source for this memo from the Department of Justice is the Southern Poverty Law Center,

a hyperpartisan left wing efficacy group. Southern Poverty Law Center has made this public that Catholics are particularly violent. Unbelievable. So we got some serious problems. And lastly, before I go to the calls, I mentioned this last week that we live in a system of government where there are three branches checks and balances. Although most of the college kids have no idea what the three branches a government truly are. They are the executive i e. The President,

They are the Congress, and they are the courts. Those are three branches shared power, and the system works because the Congress makes the law, the President enforces the law. And if there's a conflict the US Supreme Court what do they do? They interpret the law. So it begins with the Congress. Then it goes on to the president, who took the oath on January twentieth every four years to execute the laws. He doesn't make the laws up. When he does, the Congress gives him the law, and the

President makes sure the laws enforced. Then if there's a problem somewhere along the line the court system has to interpret the law. Now it's become public that President Joe Biden, according to many college professors, law school professors, and others, should find ways to defy the US Supreme Court for they're grossly mistaken constitutional interpretations. Harvard law professors should know better. God named Mark Tushnitt and San Francisco State University political scientists Aaron Belkan penned an open letter to the Biden administration saying, quote, we urge President Biden to restrain the US Supreme Court immediately by announcing that if and when they issue rulings that are based on gravely mistaken interpretations of the Constitution that undermine our most fundamental commitments, the Biden administration will be guided

by its own constitutional interpretation, not by what the US Supreme Court says. Now, this comes from a Harvard law professor who is urging, along with hundreds of others in his line of work, to tell the President to ignore US Supreme Court orders. Ignore them. Has this happened before? Absolutely? You might recall nineteen fifty four Brown versus Board of Education, in which there

Supreme Court ruled separate but equal is unconstitution. The black kids should be offered the same quality education as white kids, and that if it's a public school, a black child, James Meredith at all, whoever it is, must be allowed to go to a public school, because to do otherwise would be unconstitutional. So the Democrats of that day, in nineteen fifty four, fifty five, fifty six, fifty seven, all the way through the governors who

were Democrats, said we're not going to follow the law. I don't care with you. A Supreme Court says, let them enforce it. You might recall that Orvial Fabus, the governor of Arkansas, would not admit to black kids to Little Rock High School. You might recall that George Wallace stood in the doorway of public schools in Alabama as a Democrat and want to continue to

be racist and not let black kids in. Same thing happened to Mississippi with James Meredith would not be admitted to university in Mississippi because he was black. The Democrats going back seventy years ignored federal law, and they said at that time, we're Democrats, we will not follow the law. We want to continue to be racist. Here we are about seventy years later. Guess what

Democratic party again wants to continue to be racist. They are, including Harvard law professor Mark Tushnet and hundreds of others, are saying, mister President, ignore the law from the US Supreme Court, and we want to continue to be racist when it comes to affirmative action. We want to add subtract, multiplying divide by race. Because Democrats we've always been the racist in American society. We're the ones that lynch blacks. We're the ones that want the war

called the Civil War. We're the ones who brought the slaves and the tortured them to rape the black female. We did that. We are the Democrats, and we've always been racist, and we will continue to be racist. Here we are in twenty twenty three in July, and a Harvard law professor tells the President not to follow the law given to him by the US Supreme

Court and must be guided by its own constitutional interpretations. I mean, there's two branches of government, the Congress and the President, and the courts don't matter because we're the racist. We want to add subtract, multiplying divide by race with the affirmative action choosing by race must continue, much like Orville Fabis and George Wallace must like the races of the nineteen fifties that barred black kids

from getting equality education with white kids in the South. They were all Democrats and they said, no, we're not going to follow the law. What we're going to do is ignore it. Here we are again, same things going on, and they're being largely complimented in their approach. These law school professors say the US Supreme Court poses a grave threat to our most fundamental commitments because they rule consistently to undermine democracy and to curtail fundamental rights because many of

their rulings are based on misleading and untrue claims. According to the justices at Harvard Law, they're telling the president ignore federal court orders telling you what must be done. That would cause nothing but chaos. Same thing happened with student loan forgiveness. That the president's job is to follow the law one order to do so the US Supreme Court. He said, I'm not going to follow the law on a student loan forgiveness. I'm going to find a work around

and ignore the law. What if you ignored the law? What if a judge ordered you to do something and you refuse to do it, I don't think you could get away with it. Well, Joe Biden, who's only wears one sock in the morning, has no clue as to what he's doing. Someone's telling him what to do. Did you see him a few days ago sitting with the President of Israel in the Oval office where he was half asleep and he could not read off note cards to make any sense. He

stumbled, mumbled and fumbled. And that's the leader of the free world. And now we have Harvard law professors telling that same Joe Biden to commit criminal violations in contempt of court for not following a law. Unbelievable, Violet's it's like short breag. Just line up the trials, and even if the Trumpster gets elected, he cannot pardon himself on state criminal violations, So the charges in New York State and Georgia to be filed in the next two weeks would continue. Tuesday, and there's gonna be ten candidates running. Trump's going to get to forty to fifty percent of the vote. And then beginning with Super Tuesday, the Republican rules are such. And I spoke to Alex Trunchefilu, the chair of the Ohio Democratic Party, for example, to find out what happens in Ohio to our life. It's it's not proportional, it's it's whoever has a

plurality of votes will win. And so he's going to get thirty to forty fifty percent of the vote in Ohio and after Super Tuesday, he's then many of the Republican Party, and then he's going to be in trial. Allegedly, the first trial in New York Cities both take place in March, and then in may's going to be the federal trial. There will be another trial

in July and the one in October. And we're gonna have no candidate to run who can actually actually campaign because he's either going to be in jail, in court, or getting ready for the next trial. And this is a specific plan and design by the Democrats to make the occasional voter in the suburbs

so angry at Donald Trump they won't vote for him. If they feel so strongly about what happened with these classified documents, they couldn't care less about Hillary Clinton's caring or Joe Biden and boxes in his garage couldn't care less about that stuff. If they cared so much about the classified documents, do a grand jury investigation issue a twenty five thousand page report saying this is what we found. Let the American people decide we know what happened on January the sixth.

There's no everyone's been testified, talked about it being on national media and they should say it was a riot. It was a terrible thing. I hate the idea of cops getting beaten up, and the few hundred people that committed crimes should be absolutely prosecuted for doing that. We know what happened is you're a report if there's some problem in New York City with paying off Stormy Daniels, that was a campaign donation in order to pay off a porn star because

if services rendered allegedly, we know that happened. That happened before twenty sixteen. That was all over the pages of history in twenty fifteen, twenty sixteen, it happened in twenty seven, twenty o eight, and he was elected president. So what, there's no there there. It's being done for political

purposes. And the Democratic Party who gave us slavery lynchings and Jim Crow, the Democratic Party that disenfranchised blacks, the Democratic Party who said a nineteen fifty four Brown v. Board of Education coming out of Kansas, We're not gonna follow the law, We're gonna stop, We're gonna be in contempt of the US Supreme Court. It's the same party today that says we want to continue to practice race discrimination, which is affirmative action, and Mark it sickens me.

Oh it does. It's just it's who they are, you know, you wonder And plus they got the media on their side the whole time that they don't report to the Biden massive corruption. I mean Charles Grassley's report. I mean Biden was bribed ten million dollars to fire Victor Schokin because he was investigating Barisma, who gave millions of dollars to them, and you know, and Biden's on video bragging about it, and it's no story in the media.

And it's then he gets Hunter is on They have an app that says and you know all about it, but he said his father's in the room, and they basically get threatened. Then they get five million dollars the next week, and soon after that, Joe Biden is each house for three million dollars. I mean, it is to just as correct as can be. And and even this January six, yes it was a bad thing, but in this nice sound Counterbridge, I think it was a set up. Pelosi

didn't want the National Guard and who is this Ray Epps guy? And I think it was done for to get Trump on interaction charges so they'll stop him from running, and they also wanted to disrupt the truth coming out about the election. It's well Mark I had retired FBI agents, a guy named Baker, and others. There were numerous messages emails Texas from FBI field officers that

there's going to be riotous behavior on January the sixth. They notified the Marshall Service, they notified Nancy Pelosi, they notified Chuck Schumer, they notified the mayor of Washington, DC. You better get the National Guard there on January the fifth, and you better get it done. And they left the country. Bear we needed similar to a nine eleven Commission hearing and which all the

issues about January sixth, But the Democrats and the media didn't care. It was all about sinc The Trumpster had nothing to do with finding and everything that happened. And the FBI, to its credit, notified the powers that be

in Washington. And how about this one I had on another FBI agent that said the night before, the intelligence was obvious because of the traffic on the highways, the buses, the trains, and the airplanes, that they're going to be eighty ninety one hundred thousand people on January the sixth, and even then, the FBI said and the intelligence services said, get ready, they're

going to attack the capital in twelve hours, in twenty four hours. Now, if you're the head of if you're ahead of the Secret Service, you're ahead of Washington, DC, you're Nancy Pelosi, and you're being told that they're organizing, they're coming. The planes are packed, the trains are packed, the buses are packed. You better get ready and leave the capital.

Bear. That doesn't excuse the criminal misbehavior of those who did it. But there were so many parties that were responsible for what happened, including indirectly Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and others in the Capitol that knew what was going to occur and they did not act to stop it. If there were fifteen thousand army troops around the Capitol when January sixth, have ever happened, Oh no, not at all. On President of Trump authorized that the twenty thousand National

Guard. So, I mean, how can he be part of the you know, the insurrection. He said told people to march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol. He didn't, and humor actually did threaten some great court justices and there was an insurrection at the Supreme Court. No problem at all. It's just such a man double standard is just so breadthsaking. And like you said before, our country is on the verge of collapse in so many ways.

Our cities all run by Democrats in the school districts then billions, but they are not educated. It's just southern border. They try to keep the African Americans down in the city. They don't want them educated. Well, the democrats are in charge. I think one American city, Miami, out of the top fifty are controlled by a Republican b Otherwise, I think Suarez

doing a great job in Miami, but nonetheless rates down in Miami. Yeah, it's good, but I don't care what city just picked the city Portland, Austin. Look at Austin. What's happened Austin, Texas? Look at Saint Louis, look at Cincinnati. Well, would you go to Saint Louis, Would you go to downtown Saint Louis. I mean it's about La San Francisco, Chicago, Washington, Saint Louis, Memphis. It's unbelievable, the collapse of our cities controlled by democrats, and it's a non issue doesn't matter.

Yeah, No, they don't care that three people shot in Chicago this weekend. Like you said, that's a big deal. They got a new marriage, same old story. Nothing's done. I mean it's the Democrats speaking of that. The new plantation is the welfare state and it's destroyed. There are many great African Americans, eighty percent of the great right, but they've been priming the inner cities off they get out. They get out, wouldn't you I get out? And I've said this many times, mark that the

great majority of urban crime is committed by by young black men. But the great majority of young black men would have nothing to do with crime. I know Cincinnati is similar. Other we have in the city of Cincinnati allows you public school system. It's almost like a daycare. And there's about thirty five thousand students. Of that about about twenty five thousand or black. There's twelve thousand black males and terrible school results. Great majority or functionally illiterate, having

spent years in school. They're not taught the academic disciplines. But they're victimized by crime. They're not criminals. The local prosecutor, Melissa Powers and Joe Dieters tells me that if they could take five hundred to one thousand off the streets, crime would drop by eighty But we have a lot of liberal federal, liberal judges who simply won't lock them up. Illinois right now, starting in about a month, is going to have no cash bond, commit a

crime, go out of jail because you're innocent, will proven guilty. That's going to cause the criminals to go out and pray upon other other the witnesses to kill them. And so it is a terrible circumstance. The great majority of black folks want nothing to do with crime. They're victimized by it. It's almost like a Stockholm syndrome deal. But they keep putting in power those

responsible for their for the quality of their life. I'm waiting for someone other than a far left wing Democrat to win in a city promising safety and a good education, and it doesn't happen because many black folks, especially black females, are just reflectively committed to voting for Democrats that are causing the destruction of their families, destruction of public education, destruction of law enforcement, and most cities, like in Chicago, a black woman can't walk at night anywhere without

fear of being raped or robbed or whatever. And it's all because of the policies of the Democrat Party, which gave us slavery and racism and rape and lynchings and disregard court orders. They did seventy years ago, they're doing again now saying don't pay attention to the US Supreme Court. Yeah, and those are law professors from Harvard that are saying disobey the law. This isn't somebody from some fly by night school. And then at Stanford College of Law,

when a judge shows up there who didn't hollard and shut up. That's the function of these bright young law students. I went to law school University of Toledo in Ohio, and we had antonin Scalia come and speak to us, and he was well respected. And this is ten or fifteen years ago. It's unbelievable. That's the way they operate. So when it comes to the United States of America that they think

we're fat, flabby, and flatulent. That what they started a process of about ten years ago. It's begin bribing important elements of the Democratic Party and especially Joe Biden because of a hunter Biden's drug addiction. So they have bribed directly the leaders of the United States of America, that is Joe Biden at all, to the tune of about one hundred million dollars in exchange for billions

or trillions of benefits provided by the Bidens. When you set up twenty LLC structures the moneys and pass them through different entities from Romania to Moscow, to Iran to Paris, must slash Ukraine and communist reach on in Beijing. You make sure that the Biden family is well paid off. And they have been to the tune of maybe as much as one hundred million dollars in exchange for decisions favorable to China. And that is what is happening, and it's occurred.

Donald Trump was accused of a Russian collusion, delusion which Shinese components proven to be a lie in false by the Muller Report, a Democrat who spent

two and a half year trying to find it. But here lying in the FBI's lap beginning in December of twenty nineteen, was the roadmap of massive corruption by Joe Biden and elements of the Democrat Party and Hunter Biden and Jim Biden and Jill Biden and all the Bidens, including the Biden grandkids, had hundreds of thousands of dollars dumped in their accounts, and the courageous activity of Shapeley and Ziegler of the irs laid it all out. But as far as the proven corruption of the President of the United States of America, that is not much of a story at all, according to the mainstream media. And the reason is the Democrats know they can't invoke the twenty fifth Amendment against Joe Biden because who would take his place as an incompetent fool named Kamala Harris. She's proven herself completely incapable of governance. So we have a choice next November to change direction. But the media and the Democratic Party wants to indict Donald Trump repeatedly, and they have trials every two months between now and the end of time

And right now we're going to get a brand new Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Mark Millie, who's been a disaster as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs is leaving, and I would

hope someone better might be found, but that is not the case. And the present nominee is General Charles Brown, leader of the Air Force, which is again in a terrible position. Probably the worst branch of the military for d EI and other social experimental issues is the Air Force, which ranks as very weak by some objective settlements, including a Heritage Foundation index of US military strength. And a man that has quite a bit of his finger on the

pulse of what's happening in the country culturally is the Great Scott Powell. Scott Powell is what Discovery Institute. He also has the book out Rediscovering America through the use of the Founding fathers, and also the major holidays we have which have been debased. I always trying to be optimistic. So first of all, talk about the current condition of the military, which is sad, but all the relms and problems, and also to finding out individuals you want to serve and where it's headed. First of all, talk about the condition of the military today under Mark Millie. Well, the military today is in one of its weakest

positions. Probably that it's that it's been in really since the end of the Vietnam War anyway, and it gets worse perhaps under Chief of Staff Charles Brown. He's the chief of Staff of the Air Force, and he's been nominated and he's made diversity in wokeness into the core of the Air Force's mission and he will certainly do that if he becomes the chairman. And the problem in the Air Force was that the planes aren't flying too well. I mean you

consider our latest generation planes. Let's take the F thirty five. This is a fifth generation fighter that would be crucial encountering any sizeable aerial engagement with Communist China and its deployment, its readiness has fallen from seventy six percent to sixty eight point eight percent, and the goal is to have seventy five to eighty percent of the aircraft ready mission capable, is what we say. And so

the F thirty five is down at under seventy percent. And last year the Biden administration boasted about deploying, you know, F twenty two stealth fighters in the Pacific that he was very proud of that. Unfortunately, their readiness hovers it around fifty percent. So you know why we're not focused on totally focused on enhancing our military capability, our military readiness, and not on the social experimentation of wokeeness and diversity, which is really it's not just a distraction.

It undermines the morale of the military. And Neil Scott Powell also this isn't his direct responsibility, but I read in the New York Times about two weeks ago that one third of the nation's nuclear submarines, the major Triad to de turn one third cannot be deployed because of parts are missing, lack of training. And so I look at a military that had a mission in Afghanistan that went on for twenty some years and had no impact whatsoever. In Afghanistan.

I look at Iraq, Iroq has fallen into the worst conditions. Many say it's much worse now than it was Undersadam Hussein and and on top of out the whole Vietnam War disaster now controlled by communists. And so every time we deploy the military we get the opposite of what we intend. The last war we won was almost eighty years ago, and now the guy in charge of the worst branch of the military, the Air Force, is now going to

take over all of the military when we can't deploy. And going back in time a little bit, how come we don't have proper recruitment of ten to twenty thousand every year we lose because young men and women do not want to

serve in the military. They don't consider it an option anymore. Why is not the case, Well, it's the case because the military has embraced this wokeness of diversity, equity and inclusion, and which is directly related to critical race theory, and both of these have their roots in Marxism, and so this involves. In the old Marxist terms it was class warfare, but in

our terms, the class has been replaced by race. So it's racial warfare, and that's exactly what happens with diversity, equity and inclusion and critical race theory is that is that there's an emphasis on the differences between the whites and blacks, and you know, white supremacy is now out, and we're elevating blacks to more and more leadership position, which is fine if if they're qualified, if they have the merit. We should be color blind in the way

we run businesses and certainly the way we've run military. And in fact, you know, the military was traditionally one of the least race institutions in America because everyone that enlists in the military, it goes through basic training. This is very tough and as you go through the military, it's all about teamwork. And so if you talk to military people, they don't view their compadre, their brothers as white, black or hispanic. They're all really together in

a mission. That has been the traditional character of the military. But it's all been transformed with this wokee revolution that swept through all of our institutions in America, and we really have to take stock of where what is the outcome of all this we see, are we going to lose our country. We see it, we see the outcomes. And going back to General Colin Powell, going back twenty years, but he said, the US military is the

least discriminatory part of American life by any description. And Colin Powell was a black guy, came up through as parents are from Jamaica and came out of New York City. And Colin Powell was a general and also became Secretary Defense and did other things, Chairman of Joint Chiefs, etc. National Security Advisor. Colin Powell said twenty years ago, the military is an example of what all of American society ought to be, that color does not matter in the

military. So what happened from twenty oh five and twenty seven, twenty o eight, not exactly the dark ages. Compared that to what's happening today, and I would contend it's eight years of Baracu Saint Obama, four years of Trump fighting off all this opinions in impeachment tied down, and then by the

time next year happens, four years of Joe Biden. So the persons who wanted to take the military away from non discrimination and discriminate based upon color, we're all Democrats, Yes, we really have to consider that we now are dealing with a traitorous and seditious activity in high places in our country. I mean, we have a president Joe Biden, who was the vice president during

the Obama years and went along with everything. So really the woke revolution, the attack against police, and we saw that very visibly in the Biden years. The same type of attitudes has been employed in the military. So now the military is being subjected to this this woke racial analysis which separates and hurts

the espritic core in the military. But that's unfortunately Obama had eight years to carry this out and he fired you know, he fired one hundred and ninety seven generals and admirals during his eight year ten year I was actually in a five year period. He fired one hundred and ninety seven. And these were the traditional military leaders and they've been replaced with progressive people. So we have, you know, we really have the realization of a woke military leadership now,

and you have to ask yourselves, isn't this really traitorous? Almost it is addition to undermine our war fighting capability in this dangerous world in which we live. And I look at the decisions racing in the military, whether it might have been out and Joe Biden, he's not the president. Someone is manipulating him because he doesn't have the mental ability to do anything, can't read

off a note card when he's speaking with the president of Israel. You add up what's happening in Cuba right now with the communist right Chinese having bases in Cuba, throw on top of it, the Chinese balloon floating across the country. Said that so many other things are happening in which we project weakness, and when we send to represent our country Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, maybe Nancy Pelosi, Janet Yelling and have those individuals sit there and talk with the

communist red Chinese brutal dictators. Scott Powell, my god, are we in trouble. We are in trouble. We're in very deep trouble. And that's why you know, your audience needs to continue to talk to all your friends, get more listeners to Bill's show, get educated, get engaged. You know, we've got to turn out a huge vote in twenty twenty four, and we got to have clarity. There's really only one way to vote, and that's to save the United States of America from the traitorous Democrat Party.

The Democrat Party is undermining our country by almost all the things that it does. What can you point to in the Biden administration so far that has helped the American people. Yeah, I look at the hearings a few days ago in which it appears you have courageous I arrest supervisory agents coming forward shapely and Ziggler, I mean, And Ziegler said, look, I'm a lifelong Democrat, I'm a homosexual male, and here's my husband, and I vote a

certain way. And you got Gary Shapleigh, who also is a liberal Democrat, who's saying that hundred million dollars over the last eleven years have flowed from Chinese, Ukrainian Romanian interest ultimately into the bank accounts of Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, Joe Biden, all kinds of grandkids, and no one is seemingly overly interested in it because of what would What that means is Kamala Harris becomes the president and when she was running for office, she received

less than one percent of the Democratic vote in twenty twenty. The Democrats didn't want her, and so I think a large part of what's happening now with the bribes taken by the Biden family over the last ten or twelve years we know about has to do with the fact that I know Biden's mentally incompetent, but nobody, not even Democrats, want Kamala Harris Scott Powell, This is unbelievable. We find ourselves in a very in a very dangerous, dangerous place.

It appears at least on the surface that the Department of the Treasury has notified the IRS as to suspicious activity reports involving the Bidens going back at least ten years, dealing with the number north of

one hundred million dollars. These appear to be bribes of one type or another, because the expertise of Hunter Biden and Joe Biden when it comes to petrochemical plants in Yugoslavia, Romania, Ukraine and China is non existent. These are indirect bribes in which leaders of China, etc. Bribe the leaders of a country the Bidens to get access to billions of dollars. I explained to the American people, what is an SAR report and how have the Bidens benefited for

the last ten years. Well, the suspicious Activity report is a legal artifact and that it's a by law something that when there are certain parameters triggered, Treasury creates a suspicious activity report. These have now been seen by a number of members of Congress, both on the House and the Senate. And I've always been very careful about being you know, charging directly. The Biden family has been receiving bribes. Fight your documented very well in his book. But

now with the stars. And also parallel to that is the FBI FD ten twenty three reports, which is their right up of a possible criminal activity. The executive branch of government, the careers executive branch, it's the deep state is fighting the release of this information to the rightful owners of this information, the American people and the overseers and Congress doing their proper oversight role. This is wrong. The fact that they are hiding this and fighting release of this

is wrong. But now we have courtroom level evidence between the stars a treasury, between the ten twenty three that doj slash FBI ladies and gentlemen. It's no longer feeling emotion opinion. It's now documented fact and it's being covered up. Then Ray needs to be held accountable yelling at crazy cat lady yelling needs to be held accountable at Treasury. And we need to blow this up here

and what I prefer it to how to get the Biden crime family. And I'll say that now because we have these artifacts that are they are real and and have been seen. This is part of the process. I've been at the White House and this has been other situations where Congresses asked questions to ask to see documents, will calm over. They can see the documents, they can't have them, they can't make copies. But that oftentimes will satisfy a

If you look at Indiana Jones storied franchise, the new one that came out on the fourth of July weekend that didn't even beat And I just found this one out today, Bill that didn't make it into the article, that that lost out to Sound of Freedom, the great movies speaking out against the trafficking of miners for these sexual deviance to use and abuse. Terrible stuff there. Disney actually had the rights to that movie and sat on it for the longest

time. Angel Studios picked it up, and you know, great for them. They're having huge success with it, you know, just sort of comparing because the new Indiana Jones movie, it was pretty woke, pushing a lot of this garbage, and they're they're losing out to traditional values. Like you

pointed out, we can do something with our posit books. And the important thing about the movie Sound of Freedom with Jim Caviezel is that it's now seen by the mainstream media some sort of conspiracy theory that in reality, there's not a whole bunch of children mainly girls but also boys that are being sexually trafficed for profit all over the world and including an America many times through the southern

border. But the mainstream media will not cover, like it didn't cover the Passion of the Christ well, and it will not cover Sound of Freedom because it represents a view point of the world the mainstream media despises, which I find very interesting in Disney. Now, I want to hear you or rate on this issue that we're told that we want to involve in cultural wars, that somehow conservatives and libertarians and parents, it's our problem because we're in a

cultural war, and that we're the ones that started it. We're not the ones that started it. We responded to it. And so they flip the argument, don't they. Uh, some of the films they've been putting out there was what was it late year last year, the Toy Stories spin off that had the lesbian kissing scene. Uh, you know,

conservatives didn't put that in there. We just noticed it. Traditional people just notice this and say, hey, you know, I don't want my kids to see that next thing? You know, Oh, how dare they start the culture war? Uh? What was at the end of last year Disney put out again in a kids movie? Was it Strange Worlds? It was another one that bombed at the box office because it featured, first time ever,

the first teen gay romance, putting that in a kids movie. You know, kids movies don't even need any romances, but you know, you you you got to do that they've got on Disney Plus, was it Babo Bezo? Whatever? The hell of the movie is with the robot that goes to pick up a again, this is a robot movie, TV series, show whatever for four year olds teaching them about menstruation. And then there's an animated man picking out, you know, products for menstruation in the women's aisland

the supermarket and gearing that towards four year olds. And how dare you evil conservatives noticed that? How dare you people that go to church on Sunday, that try and live your life according to biblical principles? How dare you notice that? And it's it's just ridiculous. And somehow we started We're climbing out of the rubble from the decimation of our culture by these elites in Hollywood, the elites and Washington elites. On Walshire, we are trying to scrap some

semblance of a culture back, and we're the bad guys. We're noticing it and just saying, you know, we're tapping out where we're going to try and do our own thing over here and stay away from some of this just absolute woke garbage that you're forcing down the throats of children. Another issue, and of course there's a different Steo Warner Brothers. It's putting out this movie Barbie and Barbie and can Or in the time of their life discovering new vestiges

of their life together. And uh, this Barbie and Ken movie supposedly deals with introducing children to adult issues they have to deal with when they get older and they go. Margot Robbie's the lead actress who plays Barbie, and she believes the movie should be suitable for all ages, but it does have some adult themes. So what are Ken and Barbie are going to be doing? What? It's been a while since I've I'm not gonna see I'm not gonna see it. I just I just I just remember them not having a lot

of definition down there. But you know, I guess we got to do that for the source material because at the end of the day, for these woke uh you know crusaders, I mean, woke gie hottess, it's a sort of a religious tenant for them. They have to make everything about either sexual orientation or you know, sticking up for the the poor, trodden down minorities, the indigenous people's all that. It just becomes everything becomes focused on that, and he just can't tell a story anymore. I mean, look

what Disney's doing with the Snow White and the Seven Dwarves. Right, We've got snow White. She's no longer a white and literally in the original book, right the fairy tale, her name is snow White because her skin was so white. They even got herit to the dwarves. And I thought the dwarves would kind of be safe because you know, the working class mythical creatures

probably down in the jewel minds getting screwed over by the fat cats. I thought they were going to be safe, But even mythical creatures are not immune from cultural appropriation these days. Snow White in the Seven Dwarf, she can't put a little people to work anymore. And in fact, one is bisexual, one walks with a limp, and another one has a lisp, and

snow White is not white anymore. As a transsexual person who's questioning her identity, I'm thinking, can we have a story about Barbie and Ken that aren't three in the Dirty? And possibly snow White and the Seven Dwarfs reflect what Roy Disney and Walt Disney originally intended. It's brought up to the idea. It's the insidious way that Hollywood introduces adult themes of children, which is why forty percent of Brown University student body identifies now as transgender and or LGBTQ plus

plus forty percent. In reality the number might be one or two percent, But indoctrination starts in the kidney garden, first, second and third grade. I know, we know in some red states what's going on, but imagine what's happening in blue cities and blue states like Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, all the California cities about what's being taught on critical race theory and sexual innuendo and also sexually fluid ideas. You know, there's one hundred and seven different

genders, there's not two anymore. It's up to one hundred and seven and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will be introducing us to new gender ideology. What the hell is going on, Mike McDonald. We are in serious trouble. Oh, we are in cultural freefall right now, and we are just going down to the lowest common denominator. Everything is just crass and barbaric.

Frankly, and you know this is up to Like we started out this segment and you pointed out rightfully, the average American has a lot of power, particularly when it comes to their purchasing power, and if you can, you know, say no to isn't And you know it's not just the movies, right, We didn't even get into the parks. The persens is down. Families are not going there anymore, not just because of the cost, but also because you go there and you're just setting your kids up to be indoctrinated.

And people people are saying no. And the more people that say no, we can have serious impactries like we're having with Disney, just like we're having with bud Light, with Target, with all of this woke nonsense. I used to drink Budweiser every Friday, after work. That was we go

to the pub downstairs. I don't do that anymore. I don't I drink England now, because you know, it may not make a grand difference in the grand scheme, within the one or two buds that I would have on a Friday, but you know what, I'm not giving them a dime. And if more Americans step up and start having that mentality and putting it into businesses that are not trying to plant this woke agenda, we can actually push

back and start to reclaim this culture. Now. Lastly, whenever I have you on or Hannity or Bill Dono, you we talk about the status of wokesm and liberal democratic politics in New York City. Here we are in the middle of July. It's hotter than the hinges of Hell, and of course global warming is everywhere. It's not hardly ever hot in July. In fact, they often hear the experts on ABCNBC and CBS talk about this is the fifth hottest day now beginning of the nineteen thirties and forties. Of course it

was hotter ninety years ago, but let's not bring that up. What is the status of the livability issues today in New York City. Well, as you pointed out, the global warming is just killing us here where we're just dying in droves. Everyone forgets Actually at the Battle of Gettysburg, everyone had to fight through the snow one hundred years ago. I mean. But but that aside, Uh, you know, there was a lot of hope that Eric Adams, you know, he's allegedly used to be a police officer and

uh really was going to be tough on crime. Uh, that hasn't panned out. And you know, with the this whole Jordan Neely thing, it really just sort of seems like all these people on drugs, all the homeless just are taking that as license that they get to do whatever they want. So it's, uh, it's not a good way. Bill. We need

more more people that actually work for living around here. More people that uh, you know, blue collar types that aren't afraid of getting dirty, aren't afraid to mess things up, and just adhere to those good, you know, timeless values that are you know, trined in the founding of this country and trining in the Bible. We got to get back to that. And in these large urban areas, we definitely need that. More people going to

When you find white supremacy, go after it. Man. I got no problem, hell, I got five percent black blood in me. I spent most of my life representing many individuals who were African Americans, and African Americans loved me. They love the Great American for obvious reasons. But

that's not what we need. So we'll see what happens tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday. And we're being told, because the coordination required by the Secret Service, that there's going to be arrest of Donald Trump on this indictment by Jack Smith, who allegedly Newsweek magazine. Newsweek has third on Jack Smith. That's a different sometime in a few hours or Monday or Tuesday. I'd be shocked and amazed come Sunday next week when you and I hopefully are together again.

Now, we're not going to have some indictment released of Donald Trump involving activities of January the sixth, instead of issuing a report. What they're gonna do is indict him. That will put him in jail the rest of his life, to be tried by what a Washington d C. Trial jury. For Pierce, he may get a fair shake in eastern Florida. He's not going to get a fair shake, of course, anywhere in the city of Atlanta or the City of New York or Washington, d C. By juries in

those areas who overwhelmingly vote for Democrats. That's not going to happen. So we'll see. But I'll tell you what when Democrats come out of office with Republicans following, almost every time they've said the country needs to move on, we know what happened, whether it was Clinton or Nixon, or whether it was Hillary Clinton lies with the server.
