Willie bad of the Ball rocking you by Choice Hotels a counter Rodger Road William Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at Choice Hotels dot com. Thal here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Mark Coni Awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Build cunning Head. All right, Billy Cunningham, the great American. This Florias Sunday and I picked up six more stations over the

last week, and I'm very thankful for that. Up to about three hundred and fifty stations from Alaska to Florida, from Main Noah and every county, every state, every city has the opportunity of tuning in every Sunday night big show planned. We have number one. We have Congressman brad Winstrop coming up. He's on the Intelligence Committee and he's also the chair of the Committee of the Origins of COVID, and I got talking with him about what happened,

what's going on? I guess in Russia as I speaks, it's incredible that Progosan, the head of the Wagner Group, as somehow his soldiers were attacked by Russian Air Force units. He took that as a declaration of war from Vladimir Putin against him, and they're a part of the Russian army. So instead of doing what most friendly fire incidents would do, he turned his soldiers and started marching towards Moscow itself in order to dislodge the Secretary of Defense out

of his position. And about one hundred and twenty five miles short, supposedly Belarus involved engaged and said, don't do that. And what happened behind the scenes, one can only guess. It is guessed by those certain some individuals that Fox and who said this morning that on a Sunday morning show that it might have been that pergoes and thought that he would have support from the Russian military in a coup. The Russian citizens in three Russian cities accepted that Wagner

group as conquering heroes. There was no friendly fire against them at all. So we got to get with someone on the intelligence committee itself to find out what in the hell is going on in Russia. According to one expert, a couple of things are going to come with this. Number one of Vladimir

Putin has never been this week in the past twenty two years. And you might recall he came to power because of failure in Grosney, and he came to power promising that Chessnyan rebels would be properly punished, and so he was extremely harsh. Here we are twenty two years later and he may lose power because of his failure in the Ukraine. So one expert said, well, one thing he could do right now is simply leave the Ukraine and said, oh, well, we'll come back later and just take out his soldiers.

To me, that's a declaration of a defeat by Vladimir Putin, and obviously he can't take it. He's already lost all the oligarchs and the aristocrats. They're not making their billions of dollars anymore. He's lost large chunks of the Russian army. And now as someone who's committing a treason as somehow given immunity by the leaders of Belarus, who claims tonight that he's that Prokosin is not there anyway. So I we're gonna ask brad winstrip on the Intelligence Committee,

but what is the latest in Russia? And also, of course the whistleblowers involved in the Hunter Biden matter and the big guy we have that coming up later, Plus we have coming up later or that great John Lott. John Lott worked in the Trump administration for years, and he's going to talk about what normally happened when someone lied on these gun forms that the Biden administration loves so much. Well, this time someone caught doing it is the President's son,

Hunter Biden. In addition of being a drug addict and a pervert, he's also a crook and lies on federal forms. And by the way, that the revolver was found near a school, which is the Biden administration worst nightmare. They want to impose rules and regulations on you relative to the caring and possession of firearms, but they don't apply to his own son. And there are many, many hundreds of prisoners as I speak this Sunday night,

sitting in federal prison because of gun violations. Hunter Biden committed that along with all the I R S violations, And there's a whistleblower that's come forward naming names. You might recall that Mary Garland, the Attorney General, has said that A g Weiss a complete control and ELLA were to do whatever he wanted.

The whistle blow has come forward and given names and dates and places and times when he was with Weiss in the presence of six others, saying that he does not have the authority to proceed, that he tried to get the authority to proceed, but he was blocked by Main Justice. So essentially the whistleblower is calling the Attorney General a liar and a crook. His name Mark

Garland. So that is percolating also in the House of Representatives. Plus later on as Cliff May, he's going to talk about a book Blood in the Congo. And I've mentioned this a couple other times because it is so explosive and so destructive of the Green New Deal and also the clean energy efforts of the Biden administration that the media doesn't report on it because it would destroy the institution, so to speak, of electric vehicles and lithium ion batteries, no

American buy them. If CBS, NBC, ABC, The Post, The Times, the Tribune would actually do an investigative report on Blood in the Congo, what's happening there which makes it possible for you to drive your tesla that Cliff Mays wrote a column in The Washington Times about what happens in the Congo to gather the exotic radium and cobalt and other materials president in lithium ion batteries, and what black kids go through in the Congo and the Congo in order

to find these materials and backbreaking work causing their death to set and they make about a dollar a day. And the communist red Chinese buy all the materials out of the Congo. It is shipped by truck to the coast, put on barges, sent to China and makes ninety percent of the batteries and American operated evs come from the materials mined in the Congo. That is literally killed hundreds of black kids every year. So you can have your Tesla or other

EV. And this book Blood in the Congo is incredible. It's an indictment of what the Biden administration knows is happening, and it isn't reported on because it is so ugly. It's about slavery and human trafficking and so much more and the death of over time, thousands of black kids and the minds of the southeast part of the Congo where the cobalt is located and dug up by these little hands put on their back and baskets and hauled out of these caves,

and human life is worthless. And it's all done under the leadership of Shijiaoping, the president of Communist read China. And that's why America will not allow that kind of activity in this country, because it is so injurious to the health of those of those miners in the Congo. Imagine the work in conditions of these men and women, these boys and girls, working in a

mind controlled by the Communist Chinese government in Southeast Congo. It points out once again, as I have pointed out to you quite often, it is the policy of the Red Chinese government to bribe with millions and millions and millions of dollars the leaders of a country, to rape and rob it economically to the tune of billions of dollars. You see it all over the world that they bribe the leaders, they get access to raw materials, destroying the workers in

the process. And then though tens of millions are paid to the leadership, and the billions of dollars of benefits flow through Beijing and then eventually make their way to your electric vehicle. Which is why Toyota is not in on electric vehicles. They're going some other direction. So that's my guests later or tonight.

To me, it's incredible, let's get into it. And of course the Durham Report has been blocked out by the mainstream media that there are stunning revelations I won't call them allegations, stunning proof of John Durham and what he found over the past three and a half years investigating the origins of the Russian collusion delusion and Donald J. Trump and more. And what we heard during

that testimony should chill to the bone every American what he found. Special Counsel John Durham testifying before the Congress on Wednesday to answer questions about the Bombshell Report. These aren't allegations. He proved that the FBI botched handling of Donald Trump's alleged Russian collusion delusion in twenty sixteen, and it occurred for political purposes.

That is that the leadership of the FBI conducted a meeting in and around the Oval Office in the summer of twenty sixteen, involving, of course, Barack Hussaint Obama, who manipulates everything happening in Washington today, no one believes that Joe Biden is the president. Obama is the president in absentia, and that

it became clear at this meeting that Biden was there. Obama was there, the Attorney General was there, and also FBI director was there, and they received information that Hillary Clinton was conducting a dirty tricks operation involving the Steel Dossier, etc. Together dirt on Donald Trump to leak to the mainstream media to pin down the last few weeks and months of the Trump campaign in reaction to the fact that Hillary Clinton committed numerous felonies with their own email homebrewed server,

and so Obama was involved in hatching the plot in the Oval Office to determine more about what Hillary was reporting to intelligence officials about a dirty trick operation she was going to play on Donald Trump. Quote to quote exactly John Durham, who spent three and a half years on this matter. Quote from John Durham. The FBI was too willing to accept and to use politically funded an uncorroborated

opposition research such as the Steele dossier. The FBI relied upon the dossier and the fives applications, knowing there was likely material originating from a political campaign or

political opponent, that being Hillary Clinton. And if this wasn't bad enough, at the same time, the FBI was opening a criminal case under admittedly false pretenses, against Donald Trump, it was closing the investigation on Hillary Clinton's miss handling classified materials with no further investigation and no charges, even though the Homebrew server was illegal and the thirty four thousand emails that went through involved top secret

sci information, the most profound secrets the nation has. Even though she committed those acts knowing lean willingly, she got a complete Texas El Paso put bluntly, the FBI had ample evidence to believe that the dirt dug up on Trump was coming from Hillary Clinton and in opposition research, not the product of a legitimate investigation. So when this came out, did anyone cover in the mainstream

media? Of course not. It's too destructive of Obama, too destructive of Biden, too destructive of James Comey, too destructive of the entire premise of the first so called Trump impeachment, that let's leave that one alone, let's move on from that unbelievable. And at the same time, text messages became available between two leaders of the FBI law enforcement officials Peter Struck and Lisa Page, who were lovers. They were texting back and forth love notes. Each

of them said we will never let Trump become the president. That was in the early fall of twenty sixteen. So the leadership of the FBI said, by any means necessary, Trump will not be elected. The mainstream media, the Democrats owned the committee, have no curiosity whatsoever about the Durham report.

It's been buried. In fact, one Democratic lawmaker called John Durham a political hack, and other Democratic lawmakers suggested that his reputation have been sullied by the fact that he's helping Donald Trump. And John Durham said, I'm not helping Donald Trump. I'm reporting the truth. Let the chips fall within me.

What makes Durham's discoveries so damning, both in the report and in his testimony, is that the very same Department of Justice that he deeply criticizes As a twenty five year Department of Justice career official, he deeply criticizes a Department of Justice for what they did, including lying on affidavits to a federal judge against search, warns that the same Department of Justice has just indicted Donald Trump again

unbelievable. So Durham has proven that the Russian collusion investigation against Trump in twenty sixteen was poorly predicated, encouraged by lies by FBI agents to federal judges,

and all politically motivated. So why should we as Americans have the slightest hope or anticipation expectation that the current Department of Justice would do anything different when obviously, at this point you have Hunter Biden and Joe Biden involved in a conspiracy to accept bribes over a number of years from numerous foreign governments and foreign officials. Wow, so let's continue, and we have a couple of lines in use lines. And I think there's a reason that sixty percent of the American

people now believe there's a double standard of justice of the Department. They do not believe that a person can get a fair shake. If the Department of Justice talking about being misnamed, I'm talking about lead justice, not local US attorneys play such political games. If the leading Republican candidate for president can be indicted by the man he's running against, ignoring the crimes committed as the FBI has done by Hunter Biden, collecting money, Hunter Biden was the bag man

for Joe Biden, Jim Biden so much more. The Department of Justice needs to be renamed. Let's continue blne becomes available eight six six six four seven seven three three seven Do you expect justice from the Department of Justice? Bill cunning in The Great American Live with You every Sunday Night. Getic now four twenty twenty three, I heard radio Music festival and Eric Holder and Barack Hussain Obama and Hunter Biden were now completing their second or third year in federal prison.

For what they did, I would say to the Donald, things don't look good. But selective criminal enforcement based upon one's politics happens in the Banana Republic doesn't happen in the good old US of A. We can't have two tiers of justice, one for Democrats who get Texas El Pasos, another one

for Republicans who must be kept from office. It is almost inconceivable that any Department of Justice could indict the leader of the opposition party engaging in conduct not dissimilar to what the other candidate of the Democratic Party engaged in that James Comey gave a Texas El Paso two. One serious issue the Donald's going to have.

It's the federal judge order that his own personal attorneys testify against him in a grand jury proceeding alleging that the lawyers themselves were involved in covering up a crime. When one pierces and eliminates the lawyer client privilege, it should be involved relative to drugs or murder, burglaries, or something serious. But in this case, the federal judge, on a motion from the Department of Injustice,

wanted the attorneys for Donald Trump to testify against Donald Trump. Now that testimony is going to be believed almost by anyone, because these are the lawyers. We all know. Lawyers are the foundation of this country's greatness. We all know that, and that somehow when the lawyers testify against the client, jurors naturally believe that they're saying speaking the truth. Secondly, they have numerous tape recordings that Donald and his own words talking about his ability to not classify

classified information he's holding and showing to others. Pretty strong stuff. Of course, if the FBI and the OJ gone after Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton for same and similar behavior, they have the same strong evidence to indict, charging convict those two on numerous sins and crimes committed, dozens of them, but they reserve a full blast investigation only for Donald Trump to make sure that you, the American people, don't put them back in the Oval office where he

belongs. Let's continue now on the other side, a few more comments in your calls, the line becomes available eight six six six four seven seven three three seven. Bill cunning in the Great American Live with you every Sunday News, Traffic and weather, News Radio seven hundred w ls W, Cincinnati. A collapse followed by a federal response with the ten thirty report, good evening,

I'm Sarah Elise breaking now. Montana authorities are working to contain a train derailman site or several cars carrying hazardous substance plunge into that Yellowstone River when a bridge had collapsed. The Montana rail Link, which operates the track, saying in a statement they've begun removing the affected cars, adding that active water quality

sampling will be ongoing throughout the incident. The cars derailing Saturday morning about forty miles west of Billings, sending four cars carrying molten sulfur and another three loaded with hot asphalt into the river. The rail company seeing both of these substances hardened and solidified quickly when interacting with water, and modeling suggests that significant downstream

movement of material is unlikely. That was ABC zerine saw Jeff Wellernissan dot com Welcome to the good and coming up later are the remarks from the from the committee, Congressman Harriet Hageman from the Great State of Wyoming. There's only one representative from the Great State of Wyoming. There's two US Senators, and she

summed it all up in about four or five minutes. But one critical date that proves the moneys and the bribes and the structuring took place involving the Biden crime family was a WhatsApp communication under the date of July thirtieth, twenty seventeen, and at that point, Joe Biden had just left office as Vice president

in January, so it'd been about six months. Of course, he was perceived and viewed as being a likely nominee of the party in twenty twenty because nobody wanted to go back to Hillary Clinton, so Hunter Biden kept rolling around the world with bags of cash collected from all kinds of individuals, and because of certain photographs and other information, it's been shown clearly that on July thirtieth, twenty seventeen, Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were both together and as a

seaside estate in Delaware and on this What's App communication, And this is a quote I'm going to read that was delivered from Hunter Biden to a former chair of a Chinese oil company named Ye Jon Ping. And this is what Hunter Biden said in the What's App communication among about ten other pistols are smoking guns. Quote. I'm sitting here with my father. We like to understand why

the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Hunter Biden goes on tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before he gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And z if I get a caller text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zang or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me I e. Joe Biden, and every person he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge,

that you will regret not following my direction. All too often people must take kindness for weakness, and all too often I'm standing over at top of them saying I warned you from this moment until whenever he reaches me. I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father. I sure hope whatever it is doing right now is very important. Within a week of that what'sapp communication, five million dollars flowed into the accounts of Hunter Biden that he dispersed to many,

including the big guy who's Joe Biden. This is a scintilla, a small piece of evidence that demonstrates and after all, because of all the notes from the US Department of Treasury that it's obvious that Hunter Biden, on this particular communication intimidated the Energy chairman from China. And once again you have the Chinese bribing the leaders of a country with millions of dollars to get possession of

billions of dollars of other materials, and the media didn't cover it. On Wednesday, Wednesday and Thursday, he testified for six hours, and the lead story had everything to do with the submersible, everything to do with the Titanic, but nothing weather, but nothing to do with the fact that John Durham, career Justice official, found clear and convincing evidence that Donald Trump was sandbagged by the Department of Justice, that Hillary Clinton was given a free pass and

that Joe Biden is corrupt. Harriet Hageman, state representative from the great State of Wyoming, had about a four to five minute summation of what happened and Danny boy Gleason, if you're prepared hit it, mister Durham. In reviewing your report, I sincerely wanted to understand the work that you did and decipher the various investigations that we have been discussing. The origins, the history, the backstory, the who's the wise, what's the what if? And the

how. I desperately wanted to figure out what happened to what was once our flagship law enforcement agencies, the FBI and the DOJ, to determine what went wrong and to evaluate how we can go forward from here. I have listened with great interests, hoping to find some answers to the burning questions of the day, and I have reached a few conclusions that I do not believe our subject to dispute or debate now. I truly appreciate your regard for the agency

you have dedicated your career too. I am sure that as your investigation progressed, you must have been truly saddened by what you found. What you have exposed, however, is that we are dealing with something so corrupt and so rotten that no amount of face paint, deflection or whitewashing can fix this. You have been asked lots of questions about predicates, protocols, the Steel Dosier, the Australian connection, mister Papadopolis, mister Carter, the fiz Accord and

Carricade, among others. Your responses have been enlightening. But let's get to the brass tax. None of those people, or documents or reports were relevant to the FBI when it identified Donald Trump as Public Enemy number one. What do I mean? The accuracy and voracity of the Steele Dosier was irrelevant to the FBI. The accuracy and voracity of the reports coming from the Australian Embassy

were irrelevant to the FBI. The fact that the Russian experts in the CIA, FBI, NSSA, and other agencies had no evidence of any kind of relationship between mister Trump and Putin or Russia was irrelevant to the FBI. And the fact that there was no verifiable evidence such as testimony, documents, videos, or recordings of Russian collusion was irrelevant. To the FBI. Nothing and I repeat nothing that the FBII did was designed to show that Donald J.

Trump was a Russian asset. That wasn't the purpose of the entire charade. How do I know this is true because they told us so. The very people who cooked this up are the ones who ran this entire operation. Struck Lisa Page, and Andrew McCay, client Smith Steele, the d n C. Perkins Cooy. It was never their purpose to prove Russian collusion, and in fact, from the very beginning, they knew that no such thing actually

existed. They knew that the entire Russian inclusion narrative was fabricated by the Clinton campaign to deflect attention from her mishandling of classified materials and destruction of official emails. But they didn't need to prove Russian collusion. They just had to keep

the investigation alive. And so long as they had a complicit press, and so long as they had people in this very body who has been here, one of the gentlemen who has been here much of the day, who would go on TV every night and lie about the smoking gun, they could further their personal, personal and political agendas. Oh no, the purpose of crossfire hurricane wasn't to prove Russian inclusion. It was to destroy Donald J. Trump.

And they told us that with the text messages that are set forth on page forty nine and fifty one of your report and fifty of your report. And then if they failed at blocking mister Trump from being elected as president,

well, they had a backup plan. They had their insurance policy to use Strok's terminology, which was to make it impossible for him to govern, to use whatever tools were available to taint his presidency, the legitimacy of his election, his ability to work with foreign leaders, and to make everything about Russia, Russia, Russia. And how has this corruption and rot manifested itself in our everyday lives, in our national culture, and oury to solve the problems

we are facing. It has destroyed some of the key foundations of this country. A foundation built on equal protection, on the belief that justice is blind, on the belief that you will be held accountable if you commit a fraud of the magnitude of what we have been discussing here today, on the belief that due process, justice, and constitutional rights are more than mere words.

It has left a smoldering hot volcanic mess where the soul of this country used to be all because a few people in the FBI decided they wanted to destroy a political candidate and ultimately a president in anyone associated with him. While these folks set out to destroy a presidential candidate and later a presidency, the fact is that they destroy so much more and that will be their ultimate legacy.

One casualty is America's faith in our institution. And another casualty is the erosion of a justice system that is supposed to apply equally to all Americans, but that has been weaponized to protect the favored few elites, the Clintons, the Bidens, while targeting politic all enemies. That is the current legacy of the FBI and DJ Mister Durham, here's my question, how long do you think

that this country will survim in the time is expired? You can't ask a question a two tiered justice system that ceased to persecute people based on their political beliefs. He went on to answer, I don't think these things can go on too much Further, with the view that law enforcement, particularly the FBI Department of Justice, runs a two tiered system of justice, the nation can't stand under those circumstances. Harriet Hageman, if I could stand an applaud right

now, damn, and I would do it. Laid it out right there. They had all chips on the table to make sure that Joe Biden got elected in twenty twenty, because if Donald j elected in twenty twenty, maybe he would have appointed which he should in twenty seventeen, a full investigation of the corrupt aspects of the leadership of the FBI and the fact they were after

a defined result, not justice. The insurance policy that the officials the FBI talked about was the destruction of the four years of the Trump administration and the fact that that shift immediately after hearing in supposedly in toto and silence and camera would go out and talk about the smoking gun. That shift was the character that kept the story in the news, and the FBI at any point could

have stopped where they were doing. Christopher Ray could have done this four years ago and stopped and made it all public, but he failed to do so. So the prosecution was based upon politics, not policy, and not behavior. But the FBI Department of Justice gave a complete Texas al Paso to the connections of Barak Hussaint Obama and Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton and Joe Biden and now Hunter Biden the bagman, and they're going after with hooks and clause the

victim of all that, and his name is Donald Trump. And will they get a conviction of Trump? I have no idea. Having done quite a bit of criminal defense work, you cannot claim that your clients should not be prosecuted because somebody else robbed a bank and they weren't prosecuted. Each case stands

on his own merits. But the fact that there's not media coverage of John Durham on Wednesday, his six hour testimony on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, few references on the Sunday morning talk shows, clearly indicates the lessons have not been learned. And the fact that the Department of Justice gave a Texas El Paso to Hunter Biden with this information available and put in prison people like Pete Rose for like five months for income tax evasion and Martha Stewart went to a

federal prison for making a misstatement to an FBI agent. How many thousands of people are locked up because they didn't file their taxes? Well, Hunter Biden went through years of collecting illegal moneies, and I wonder if all those Biden

grandchildren had moneies put in their accounts. They filed taxes and all that illegal money suspicious activity reports from the US Department of the Treasury, hundreds have been filed with the IRS as prima facia evidence of illegal monetary transfers from several foreign entities, nations, and business owners into the Biden checking accounts to be dispersed as indicated to the entire Biden tree. Everyone gets a cut of the action.

And this what's app communication twenty seventeen is another smoking gun. There's many chambers in that pistol relative to criminal misbehavior of Joe Biden and all those hundreds of suspicious activities reports over the years going ten years, fought with the I R s from the US Department and Treasurers saying this looks suspicious. But during the Biden years, nobody investigated Joe Biden. And once they lost power for

those four years they wanted Trump tied down so he could not investigate. James Comey knew it, and how many been indicted. None. Kleine Smith played out to some minor offense, but to have a jury trial involving a Trump issue in Washington, d C. With the jury pool, there is almost impossible. If you're on one side of the fence, you're not guilty. You're on the other side of the fence, you're guilty. And they're going

to play that game. And even should the Trumpster getting reelected in twenty twenty four, he cannot pardon himself from activities committed in Georgia or the state of New York. Doesn't have the power. So at some point the empire will strike back and strike back again Donald Trump with a willing, compliant media that will not inform the American people as to these important matters upon which we electors can then cast an inform ballot. It doesn't happen. And so now we're

in a crisis. And I prayed A sentencing judge in the Hunter Biden case, who's not bound by the recommendations of the Department of Justice not to send Hunter Biden to jail, throws it out and says, I want to give you a list of individuals or sitting in federal prison now for not reporting about three million dollars in income and owed one point two million in taxes and by the way, we did Hunter Biden get the one point two million dollars from

to pay back the IRS? There was one report it came from a large Democratic multibillionaire contributor who received an ambassadorship. He gets one point two million from Democratic friends of his dad to pay off the IRS having committed numerous crimes, and the US attorney under the leadership of Joe Biden gives him a Texas El Paso hope. The federal judge says, I can't do that. You're going

to prison. Later on, we have John Lott coming up in about an hour or so to talk about when he was in the Department of Justice working for Donald Trump. How serious were the violations when you lied on these federal forms when you're a drug addict? And by the way, how sick are you? According to one report, he was kicked out of a sex club in Los Angeles for being a perv. I think it's called Sanctum something like

that. Never heard of it. One account said, I don't know why he got kicked out, but it's hard to get kicked out of a sex club that you paid seventy five thousand dollars to join. But hyter Biden got that done. They didn't want him around. He's on the video on the laptop from Hell, hundreds of hours using crack cocaine, having sex with hookers and flipping guns in and around, kind of like he's an NBA player. It's unbelievable. He got a complete Texas El Paso and now the whistleblowers are

coming forward. So later on, also tonight, we have Congress and brad Winstrop. Let's take a short break. When we continue, I'm to take calls. We have calls from Arkansas and from Michigan, from Florida. We have three lines open. I want to hear from you on the other side. Eight sixty six six four seven seven three three seven Bill Cunningham, the Great American, live with you every Sunday night, tending college kids. I stopped, and sure enough the pain returned. So I started taking relief Factor

again, and within a week the pain was relieved. I'm now taking relief Factor daily. Well, thank you, David. Go to relief Factor dot com or call eight hundred four Relief to find out more about this offer. That's eight hundred four Relief. Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor. Try Billy Cunningham the Great America. Let's continue with your calls on the other side.

And one of the things happening is that we've been told repeatedly recently as Thursday by the Attorney General Mary Garland that a G. Weiss in Delaware has complete authority to do whatever he wants to do. So a whistleblower has come forward that has said he was in a meeting. He gave the place, the date, and the time and the participants in the meeting where that same mister Weiss and Delaware said he did not have the authority to proceed in these matters

as he would want to do, and so the lies continue. And as long as you have compliant media types, the mainstream media that refuses to objectively cover the news, be umpires, be referees, and call balls and strikes,

call fouls whoever commits the foul. That until we have a media that's going to do its constitutional duty, we're in no better shape now than we were back in twenty sixteen when Obama held those meetings in the Oval Office to target the campaign of Donald Trump. And if they knew in October of twenty sixteen the Trump was going to be elected president, something would have occurred that

made that impossible. They would not have allowed it to transpire once he was elected to undermine his presidency, which is what the at a top demand that all along remember the insurance policy. Let's go to j D in Las Vegas and j D let me stretch hairs there we go, JD. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. JD. How are you good? Bill? And thank you and welcome back from Israel and Grady had home. I tell you what, it's been about three

weeks and I have pictures that will last a lifetime. I felt I walked into shoes of the fishermen, went to Massada, did not float in the dead sea. It didn't look that good to me. But nonetheless, to do the Stations of the Cross, to spend time in beth Leahem, which it was great treated well, if anyone has the opportunity to go there, you must do it. Thanks fantastic Bill. A couple of things. First of all, as a lawyer, have you ever seen a five year investigation

not go to trial like this? Pipe? Well, I can you know, I'm not used to that. Normally, when the FBI target you and you've actually committed the crime. It's quite unusual to take since twenty nineteen to fully investigate something that is proven by his own laptop that he did it and the lies told on the form which I'm gonna have John Lott on it about thirty minutes to talk about that. The answer is no, you have to be a Biden or a Clinton to get away for this kind of stuff.

It would never happen to JD from Las Vegas. It would never happen. I can't believe a five year investigation, no trial. Number two, the press has started trying to bail about and say he was a drug addict. They also did not charge him with failure to register in a foreign country. I believe seven countries he got money from maniport. I believe got money in one or two and got seven and a half years. But it's not even

mentioned in any of the reporting. Like you said, there was two hundred and fifty seven minutes about Trump over the weekend and zero Biden and this disaster. Also, I had an experience with the IRS in ninety four or ninety

five when Bill Clinton changed the tax law. If you remember, in the middle of the year, it costs me about eight thousand dollars additional taxes, which between the delays and the penalties and the interests and the lawyer and the accounting, it crossed me over an abundance of money out of all of this, buddy, and that he didn't pay in taxes. They don't mention any

penalties, any fines or any interest. Let's talk about the Foreign Agents Registration Act carries up to ten years in prison a fine of not more than five thousand dollars. It is beyond argument that the pidents worked on behalf a foreign interest, government agency, company or a process. Of course they did. That's where he collected all the money from never registered as a foreign agent. That cared up to five years for each violation j D. Every check that

he got was a separate five years. What did he get on that one zero? Nothing? It wasn't even mentioned, not as as a charge. And he collected literally about thirty to fifty million dollars. He was a bag man for the big guy, his dad, and it wasn't even mentioned the fair a violations. Man of Fort was thrown in a dungeon and I didn't the trump'ster pardon them after tourisy broken man broken, he was put in solitary confinement. He did it with water or two countries a hundred Biden was in

seven countries with twenty LLCs. Who knows what the Bahamas or Bimini or wherever they were registered at. How's this? And but does the media care about that? What the media doesn't care. There's no mention. When zero nothing you how do you get away with a smoking gun? I mean this is not only a smoking gun. This is a gun that blew up in his hand. And it's just so amazing to me. How the justice Thank god this Garland didn't get on the Supreme Court, because we would have him,

we would have him for life. Fortunately we only got it for another year and a half. He needs to be impeached and removed from office, along with several other officials. But the idea that the Biden clan through all these indications, the US Department of Treasury beginning and the first part of the Biden o'biden administration had all these violations of suspicious called stars reports. They had one hundred and thirty one hundred and thirty times Department and Treasury under Obama said hey,

this is suspicious, they send it the irs. How many investigations were conducted? The answer is zero, because he was your buddy. Jordan and the other guy, uh that's on the investigation wouldn't get these, couldn't get these from the Secretary of Treasury yelling they had to go back. They had to go back door to get these suspicious violations some other way. And then you have i RS agents, a supervisor who was testifying, who was taken

off the case. Twelve of them were taken off the case. And all of these accusations by actual, real whistleblowers, not like Colonel Vinman who listened in on the Ukraine calls. But all of a sudden, my friends, my Democratic associates are saying, there's no evidence. What are you talking about. There's no evidence, Well, there's no emence. If you don't look for it, you can't find it. They don't want to know. There's

no evidence Hillary Clinton committed federal crimes because the FBI didn't investigate. They simply gave her a Texas El Paso for the similar misconduct that others went to prison for for a long time. How's that possible? Now? Why didn't his dorm at least sit down and talk to Komey, McCabe, Struck and Stroked and Brennan and all these characters. He didn't even talk to them, not subpoena them. And you know, by the way, it reminded me,

McCabe, I found an article all before I forget. I gotta tell you, the trial has been postponed the document case till December. Now. I just read it in the paper today by Jack the Ripper and his association away on my birthday. December the eleventh is the date Jack Smith. Yeah, but McCabe when he was in the top spot or second spot in the FBI. Going back to Benghazi, listen to this one. He was the lead investigator in Benghazi. You know how many days it took him to gift to

Benghazi after our ambassador and the other three brave souls were murdered. Twenty three dollars twenty three days. Now, if you go to a crime scene, Billy, twenty three days after it happened, what do you expect to find? Whatever someone doesn't want you to find is gone. If they want you to find something, it's there. So he got twenty three days to clear

it out. I'm looking the collapse of our justin Can you imagine if somebody's gonna walk into federal court tomorrow on a tax violation where they didn't file income taxes, didn't report income. Hell. Pete Rose, he was my friend at the time, went to Joliet State Federal Prison in Illinois. By the way, Pete's with you out there in Las Vegas. He went to prison for five months. He's at Caesar's Palace show now five months because he didn't

report some income from signing autographs. They want him locked it up five months. And I visited Pete, who was a great guy in a halfway house in Mount Auburn here in Cincinnati. He wanted me to do a few little things for him, get things electricity turned off. And then you call this guy and he didn't have communication. Yes, i'll do, Pete, I'll

do. He sent me a couple of letters from federal prison. Sat in a federal prison cell for five months because he didn't report about eighty thousand dollars in income. Hunter Biden didn't report three million dollars, three million dollars and not nothing. Just go away, no interest penalty, no interest penalties, no finds, no nothing. How about the FARO violations each one five years? I mean it's Joe Biden was an agent of a foreign country. At

least the four years he was out, he received the money. He was the grand inquisitor, He was the guy in charge of the conspiracy. He was the reason their whole family was making money. And they didn't want to investigate Joe Biden. They wanted him to run against Donald Trump in twenty twenty, and they wanted to protect him in his basement. And I'm watching this in this country. I can't believe what I'm watching and hearing. And I

can't believe that the John Durham stuff wasn't a bombshell that shook Washington. It used to be meeting Potatus for CBS, ABC, NBC Washington about corruption and government. Hell, that's that's the reason they exist. And they ignore it completely because the party benefiting might beat Donald Trump, and if he benefits, they're not going to bother with him. Billy, Just think how much more good President Trump could have accomplished if he wasn't impeached twice, if he wasn't

Mullard, if he wasn't now this thing. By the way, before, I appreciate the time you're You're so kind to your callers, and admit myself, I behoove you to talk to Sean Hannity and to Mark Levin, whose you know is the best constitutional lawyer in the world. I listen to him every every day. They have to help you. You and Levin have to get some information to Trump's lawyers on how to help him beat this document case

because I have no faith in some of the people that he hires. But anyhow, I hope to meet you someday out I'm gonna come out there. I'm gonna go to Reddy and I want to I want to be your caddy. I want to play it. I'm wanna play at Cascada and I like running a role with Wayne Allen route. I tell thettle story. You picked, no, you you picked the Great Courses rated number two. It's got huh and it's only behind shadow Rich. Well what happened is, yeah,

that's I. We're playing there a few years ago. And the pro says, look by the way when you go into the pro shop there they have like a waterfall and a creek inside the pro shop. But nonetheless, and there's four of us. Is hey, guys, uh uh, there'll be a twosome behind you. Just let him go through. And I said, uh fine, it's fine. So we're about the fifth hole and I'm looking out and I see two guys. There were two black guys the middle of the fairway. It was a long part four, it was high. It

was Jordan Jordan and uh Barkley and Charles Barkley when they were friends. Yeah, Barkley and d Relish Cascada because with the waterfall it was beautiful. So we get we get around, We played quick three and a half hours. We get around the sixteenth all they came back through again. I said, what are you guys doing? He said, we're playing. We're playing thirty six this the two of them, this back when they were friends. And when I said, it's beautiful, Well, look, I gotta run.

When I get to Vegas. The next time, I'm gonna talk to Wayne Allen Rude, I'm gonna talk to Win and I'm gonna I'm gonna meet my listeners in Las Vegas. Thanks what, Billy God, bless you, thank you. Oh, let's continue. The Blind becomes available at eight six six six four seven seven three three seven. It is so obvious and so corrupt and so wrong because it all benefits a hated Republican to wit Donald Trump. The news media ignores it and talks about the submergeable. They might talk about

the weather, They're gonna talk about about what's happening in the Ukraine. Anything but the fact that John Durham are current prosecutor put the hat on the Department of Justice and on the FBI as being corrupt, and no one who's been fired. The answer is nobody. And the current director of the FBI, Christopher Ray, is equally corrupt. And I'm not referring to the field offices. There's a building about two hundred yards from where I broadcast from in Cincinnati

occupied great FBI agents confidentially. When you hear FBI US Marshall Service talk about their displeasure with what's happening at the top, that they can't believe. They get up every day and they go to work. That's ninety nine percent of it. But the leadership is corrupt. The simple question asked of Christopher Ray and others, very simple during January sixth, during that riot inside the Capitol in which hundreds of serious crimes were committed. Question asked of the FBI itself.

Where they're FBI agents inside the US Capitol on January sixth, that committed crimes inside the Capitol. Now, the easy answer that question is not just no. The answers hell no. They don't want to. They said, we can't answer that question. Did you have informants inside the capital committing crimes and encouraging encouraging others to commit crimes answers. I can't answer that question. The FBI for weeks, especially two days before, sent notice to Washington d

c US marshal service to the leaders of the House. In the Senate all Democrats Schumer and Nancy Pelosi that were concerned about violence at the Capitol on January sixth, they responded to none of it effectively. If the National Guard had been called out the day before, none of the violence would have occurred. But the Democrats acted in a way that some say encouraged by leaving the capital bear allowing the hundreds of individuals who commit a crime that day who should be

punished, especially the one that beat up those cops. Absolutely, but what do the FBI know and when did they know it? Refuse to answer the question, Well, let's continue with more And how serious is it when you lie in these federal forums to get to get guns, get handguns? Is that a serious issue? My guest coming up about eleven thirty five, John Lott, who's an expert worked in the and the Trump By Department of Justice,

has the answer. Let's continue with your calls. Eight sixty six sixty four seven seven three three seven Bill cunning in the Great American with you every Sunday night. Get your tickets now dot com four hour twenty twenty three. I heard Radio Music Festival coming back to Las Vegas. Two nights stage streaming live. Only one is the IR Radio Music Festival. By your tickets for our twenty twenty three. I heard Radio Music Festival dot com. That's access

dot com. Hear that that's the sound of a Factor meal just waiting for you to dig in. It may only take two minutes, but Factor is far from fast food. Props to James Comer, Republican from Kentucky who's part of the investigation of Hunter Biden. They're going to release more Hunter wires and

more countries. Every wire is a fair violation Foreign Registration Act. Everyone is a separate crime that people go to prison for a long time representing foreign interest and off filing the proper forms to make sure that the entities involved know exactly what is occurring and what is not occurring. And the fairer violation carries up

to ten years in jail and a five thousand dollars finess. A Foreign Agents Registration Act that is if you deal with a foreign government, corporate entity, entity of any type, you must folly a particular form and notify the number one the irs knows money's coming. Number two, that you're representing a foreign government, foreign interest and not American interests. And Paul mana Fort went to prison. I think he got seven or eight years in prison. And there

was two or three companies involved. That doesn't make it right. But if he violated the law, he violated the law. But he was treated and thrown into a dungeon. Here Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and most of the Biden family members including Jim Biden, Joe Biden's brother, and violated this act

repeatedly, and nothing's happened whatsoever. Attorney General Garland defended the integrity of the Department of Justice on Friday, and according to Comer who was on Newsmax recently, my good friend Christopher Ruddy, he said, he stood up and lied to the American people. Mary garl and has destroyed the reputation of main Justice. He has destroyed the reputation of justice in America. There's no way he can defend the indefensible by saying that he had treated Republicans the same as Democrats.

Well, just the opposite is true, because they had a chance to treat Hillary Clinton like they treated Donald Trump, and no reasonable prosecutor with file charges could have done the same thing. And so now I guess next month sometime, Hunter Biden's going to walk into court and plead guilty to two misdemeanors tax defenses. Had admit I legally possessing a weapon after his twenty eighteen purchase of a handgun. And how many people have been reported to go to prison

filling their tax returns? That Pete Rose comes to mind immediately, and thousands of others. But their last name was not Biden or Clinton or Obama who held the Oval Office meeting in the same of twenty sixteen, they began the plot against Donald Trump. It's unbelievable. Let's continue. And the expert on these guns and hundred Biden, of course, is John Lott, and he's next. Bill Cunningham with you every Sun, Yes, News, Traffic and

weather. News Radio seven hundred WLW, Cincinnati, searching for a suspect after multiple people were shot and over the Rhine tonight with the eleven thirty reports, Good Evening, I'm Sarah elis breaking now tonight. Four people are now recovering following a shooting in over the Rhine and Cincinnati. Reports are showing that officials were called out to the intersection of Clay and Thirteenth Streets around ten o'clock.

When officers gone to the scene, they found three people suffering from gunshot wounds. One person is now in critical condition and two are in stable condition at UC's Medical Center. A customer inside the bar near by Long Fellow suffered minor injuries after being hit through a bar window. At this time, there is no suspect information, but witnesses are telling police that juveniles were involved. Meantime, a father accused of executing his own sons could be facing the death penalty.

Chad Dorman was back in court before the weekends. The accusation that Chad Dorman killed his young sons is already horrific, but Claremont County Prosecutor marked to Kobe Friday in court describing in detail how Dorman allegedly murdered his children. He said the four year old was the first victim, shot twice in the head inside the family home. His seven year old son tried to run, but

to Kobe said Dorman shot him from behind. Then the heartbreaking description of the three year old boy's death, as he prosecutor said, Dorman ripped him away from his mother's arms, killing him. Dorman facing a twenty one counting diamond, pleading not guilty to all charges and could face the death penalty if convicted. I'm Sean Gallagher, News Radio seven hundred WBLW, and the Rights came up just short of the Atlanta Braves this evening at Great American Ballpark. The

Braves went on to beat the Red seven to six. They're now in Baltimore to take on the Orioles for a three game series. First pitch Tomorrow night set for seven oh five. Our coverage will begin at six oh five with the inside pitch. It's now eleven thirty one. Our next update here's at midnight. I'm Sarah Elisee on news Radio seven hundred WLW. The key to call news is dressing the Groske. Welcome to the good stuff. I'm Jacob Schick, a third generation combat marine, and I'm his co host and wife,

Ashley Schick. You'll understand that I do not believe that Joe Biden will be the nominee of the Democrat Party because he has no office set up, he has no fundraising techniques going on. He's held one silly event, and those around him know that he's not mentally capable of proceeding. And for those who are concerned about hundred Biden, I would say this, he was going to pardon the guy anyway. The father was going to let the son go,

nonetheless, no matter what else happened. But the number of Americans serving hard time in prison for not filling out forms correctly on the ATF side are legend And at this point Hunter Biden's going to get a Texas El Paso plus it appears, and this is a guest on my part. This is the middle of June. It's a guest on my part that Gavin Newsom is going to be the nominee the Democrat Party next year for the presidency. That's that's

my prediction. I'm sticking to it. And of course, the great John Lott, who's the creator, founder of Crime Research dot Org and many other research platforms and the gun violence has written a great column at Realclear Investigations dot com by John Arlott Junior and James of Varney that murder. They spun and

spend the facts. Whenever Gavin Newsom appears, it has always stated by him that the red that the Red States have a lot more crime being committed in them and more murders than in the so called blue cities and Blue states, and that California is Nirvana's where people ought to go. And John Lott, through facts and figures, have exploded that lie. And once again, John

Lott, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. So I'm hearing constantly now from Democrats that's a terrible murder and gun problem and red cities and red states. Why is that, shall I say, inaccurate? Right? Thanks? Hurting me on look. Newsom started this when he was pointing out in twenty twenty that the states that voted for Trump had a higher murder rate than in twenty

twenty. The irony is the data for twenty twenty one was already out when he was making the statements, and there had been an increase in murder rates, particularly in the Biden States. In twenty twenty one. The murder rate was actually higher in the Biden States than there were in the Trump States. But for some reason, all the fact checkers, even though that data was already out, also seemed to ignore that. But you know, much more

importantly, crime enforcement is a local issue. Policing is determined locally, not only the number of police and the budgets for police, but the policing policy you have. District attorneys are elected locally in the vast majority of the country. Local judges are elected locally in the vast majority of the country. You know, in the last few years you've had liberal judges releasing half and even

two thirds of the inmates from many local jails across the country. You have district attorney soros, district attorneys who have been refusing to prosecute violent criminals. And you've had large cuts and police budgets. Chicago cut the number of police officers from twenty twenty alone by four hundred positions. You had New York City cutting its police budget by one billion dollars a year in twenty twenty. You

had Los Angeles and many other cities doing similar types of things. So where you want to look at really is what happens at the local level in terms of crime. And what you find, whether you look at twenty twenty or other years, is that the is that the counties that voted for Biden had

a much higher murder rate than the counties that voted for Trump. But even more importantly, if you compare the Biden States with the Trump States in twenty twenty, the reason why the Trump States had a higher murder rate was entirely because those Biden counties in Trump States had a much much higher murder rate than even the bounties in the Biden States. You know, it was completely driven

by the high murder rates in the in the high Biden counties. And I tell you John, as proof of that, I live in Little Cincinnati, Ohio, and Ohio is now a deep red state. And so but if you take hal if you the city of Cincinnati out of Hamlet and County, or take the city of Columbus out of Franklin County, or the city of Cleveland Cuyahoga County, or the city of Toledo in Lucas County, all of

a sudden, the crime rate and murder rate plummets. If you're in Tennessee, if you take the city of Memphis in Nashville out of the Tennessee numbers, guess we are in Georgia. Take Atlanta out of Georgia's numbers, and you find, my gosh, there's very little crime being committed. But the Democrats don't point that out and the media will not correct them. Why,

well, I think you know why they won't do it. I mean, the amazing thing to me is, even as I was saying, even the state numbers, so you have all these fact checks on Newsom's claim there, and they're all saying he's exactly right. I don't know why they don't even look at if if you're going to insist, and I agree that looking at the state numbers is misleading, But even if you're going to look at the state numbers, you'd think, since the twenty one twenty twenty one it was

already out that they would at least mention it in their analysis. But no, they refused to do that. Newsom himself already knew the twenty twenty one data, but he didn't mention in his state level comparison. But as you say, and I think it's exactly right, you need to look at this at the local level, and when you do, it's pretty clear where the crimes occurring, and in fact, in the city of Chicago, Washington, d C. New York City. It's damned near impossible for the residents of

those cities to buy possess They carry guns, they fight like crazy. Supreme Court decisions have lessened it a little bit, but this is not black and white and brown. What it is is the criminal element. And my little city of Cincinnati County prosecutors said repeatedly there's about one hundred and forty thousand black residents and well less than one half of one percent are responsible in the black community for terrible violence. There's all kinds of great African Americans. They say,

we can't take this anymore. And the city of Chicago, even there, it's ninety nine percent are simply victims. But for some reason, it's almost like the Stockholm syndrome. It's almost as if, well, we kind of know what's going on, but we won't give the other side a chance

to make our lives better. And I'm anxious to hear your viewpoint and the idea that for those who want to defend themselves, that blue mayors and blue states make it damn near impossible for the residents of Saint Louis, Missouri, or Washington, DC, or New York or Atlanta or Los Angeles to defend

themselves. Do you have some sense this is kind of outside your Bailey wick as to why the residents the Democrats in these cities are suffering from the Stockholm syndrome and they will not make a change even they know it's terrible for them. Why won't they go a different direction politically? I have a thought on that. I mean, you look at surveys, and black residents in these urban areas are want to have more police. They know that if you want

to reduce crime, you have to have more police there. But somehow they vote for politicians, the Democrats who don't want to do that. They vote for these Soros funded prosecutors who refuse to prosecute violent criminals. They vote for liberal judges that create these problems, and you know, it's I don't know.

I mean, so the thing is they talk about disparity. You know that black criminals are convicted at higher rates and whites or Asians or other groups are, But what they ignore is the fact that who are the victims? About nine of blacks are murdered by blacks, you have, you know, and it's not just the direct victims of violent crime, where you have happening is is that who owns many of the businesses they're being closed down because of

the crime in these black areas. Who who works in these doors, whose shops in these stores that are being closed down, Who goes and owns houses in those parts of town. It's only the same people who are committing the crimes, same type of people. But you're right, it's just a tiny fraction of those populations, which account for a huge percentage of the violent crimes

that occur there. And you know it's so they want to protect the small group of violent people at the expense of all the other poor blacks that are being harmed by this. And somehow, you know, they keep on electument And the thing isn't just the crime. I look at things like education, the horrible job of education. Democrats fight against having things like school choice to allow people to take their kids out of poorly performing schools and send them to

ones that are doing better. Would we want to have the government produce cars or produce computers? Do you think if you just had a government on producing cars to computers we'd have better cars and computers. No, But something is important as education. We think it's okay to have teachers, unions and governmnopoly. I'm providing these things. There's so many different issues that you look at immigration, who gets hurt by the massive six and a half million illegal aliens

that we know have entered in under the Buying administration. And that's not even counting the illegals that they didn't even count. So those are the ones that turn themselves in or the so called gataways where we see the ones coming in but we don't catch them. But the ones we never see aren't even counted in that six point and a half million number. Who are these people? They're unskilled? Whose jobs are they competing against? Relatively poor unskilled workers?

They're there, they're lowering the wages for those people that the Democrats claim that they care about. So you know, whether it's immigrantion, whether it's schooling, or whether it's crime. Democrats keep claiming that they care about poor minorities, they care about poor blacks, but yet they keep on pushing these policies that those are the very people that are harmed the most. And John, when I look at the ditch in which many Americans find themselves, education for

a child as the latter to get out of the ditch. I could not imagine a worse circumstance and being in Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Cincinnati public schools are terrible, terrible, and I would have to think, you know what, I can't blame the school board. I can't blame teachers who tried their damnedest. And Cincinnati, you can't fill rosters out of teachers

in urban grade schools because completely out of control. You would think the voters would say at some point, look, well, we've tried this in Cincinnati fifty years. In Chicago, we've tried it for ninety years, given complete control to one political party. Why don't we try something different, Why don't we go a different approach? Because charter schools according to a Tuesday report, a couple Tuesday of this week said that charter schools have better results than public

schools, and Catholic schools have better results than urbans. But no one says, you know what, we got a change direction. They'll talk about Trump, talk about systemic racism, talk about transgender rights, everything about whether or not a fourth grader can read and write. Now, before I let you go, when you worked in the Trump administration Department Adjustice you to deal with

some of these issues. Hunter Biden obviously was a drug addict and that he filled out forms and he lied on federal forms to get a handgun that was located in a dumpster near a school, and he's on video having sex with prostitute, snorting crack cocaine lying on these federal forms. When the last several nights, I've seen many other Americans that literally went to jail for exactly the

same behavior. To share with the American people, Biden and why this sweetheart deal is not good and the long run for anyone, how it's different treatment than others received. Right. Well, I worked as chief economists for the United States Sentencing Commission, and as you say, I worked more recently in the Department of Justice. In fact, one of the areas that I was involved with was the very nixed background check system that we're talking about here in

Hunter Biden's case. And it's just incredible. I mean, anybody who committed similar crimes where they had the type of evidence that they have, and it's not just one gun crime that he's committed, but multiple there's like four felonies just that he could be charged with. They're only talking about one of them. That's there, But somebody would be going to jail for years under that, And you know, it's not like they have a difficult case. As

you say. They have video. Of course, they refuse to use the laptop in any of this discussion that's there. But they have his own biography, they have statements from his dad, they have his own state public statements that he was a drug addict during that period of time, and so you know, it's not like you have a difficult case here. I can give you lots of cases were people who I think even accidentally did the formulas. When I was in the Department of Justice. There was one case of a

sixty three year old man. His wife was being threatened by violent criminals and so she was going to concealed handgun permit. He as a present went to a store to try to buy her a handgun. But it turns out that forty years earlier, he had gotten into a fistfight with his brother in their front yard. Neighbors had called the police. He had pleaded both he and his brother had pleaded guilty to domestic violence misdemeanor, and so when he filled

out the form, the forty four seventy three. He hadn't listed that as a prohibited a fense even though he should have done that, and he got three years in prison, so he had no other criminal record in the last forty years after that one miss and it's just I can give you case after that. I'm shaking my head because the President Joe Biden, when they trod him out for various events, always talks about these forms they got to be.

I'm going to track down on these forms. You gotta fella. Well, his son on video committed multiple felony offenses, all of which may now rolled into a possible misdemeanor that'll be dismissed if he doesn't commit other crimes in the next year or two. And it's like, no big deal, But the next person represented by an attorney is going to fight years in prison for committing exactly the same offense. John Lott, let's keep it going the lines

of communication, because I think we got serious problems. We haven't touched on the fact that Honor biden Is had a multibillionaire loan him one point two million dollars to pay off the irs. Where'd that money come from? With a billionaire democrat donor is now an ambassador. I can only imagine if the shoe was on the other foot and someone for years didn't pay taxes and the donor to the Sun to bay his taxes back is now an ambassador somewhere. What

the hell would the media do with that one? But John Lott is it's Crime Research Dot Org. If the American people need more information, is that correct? Yeah? Thank you, thank you for being their Bill, John Lott, You're a great American. Thank you. All right, let's continue

with more. It's it's unbelievable. And the last several nights on Fox and Bride part they've had all these other individuals who didn't fill out the forms correctly that are serving serious years in jail for exactly the same conduct of Hunter Biden, who now claims, because I'm a crack cocaine addict using the services of underage prostitutes, I should get free pass. Bill Cunningham, the Great American live with you every Sunday night. You can host the best backyard barbecue when

you find a professional on Angie to make your blood as an expert. When it comes to the use the registration, the penalties for illegal use of weapons and guns, and is thereof It appears likely that there's been no administration more anti the Second Amendment than this one. So now the Department of Justice has had an opportunity to say, once and for all, you know what, you can't lie on these federal forms when you're addicted to drugs and you're a

PERV. You can't lie on these forms to get away with it. Well right now, of course, Hunter Biden is going to get away with it. How many times has someone been sent to federal prison for lying on these forms and the misuse of weapons? Quite often, but not if you're politically connected, as Hunter Biden has been. So let's continue with more. Coming up next will be Congressman Representative brad Winstrip's on the Intelligence Committee. It's also

in charge of determining exactly where the origins of COVID nineteen. Want to talk about the whistleblower. I want to talk about what happened in Russia the last three or four days with Purgosan and what does this mean for the Ukrainian people. I pray to God that some malth Putin reconsiders what he's done and goes some other direction. But I sincerely doubted and also later on as Clifford May to talk about what's happening in the Congo for the ingredients of these batteries which

have proven so horrendous for the people of Africa. Let's continue with more. Phil Cunningham, the Great American, live with you every Sunday night. Hi. I'm Joe Sweeney. I founded the a Servo project in response to the growing Willie bad Ball rocking you by Choice Hotels, a kind of lodging ROADWAYA in hotels are serving up double points where over qualifying stay book at Choice Hotels

dot com. Sal Here's the man who's been recognized its radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Mark Coney Awards for he is broadcast excellence, the one and only the old cunning Head, Fine Bully Cunningham, the Great American. Of course, so many issues of Park Lady in Washington, throughout the world, and beginning on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, I guess mainly Thursday and Friday, and looked as if a bloodless coup was going

to take place somehow between Moscow and Ukraine. But then all of a sudden, about forty eight hours ago, everything stopped, and according to media accounts which I don't know to rely upon them or not, that Progosian has been given access to Belarus, which is completely out of character that anything Putin is done. The Wagner Group was killing with impunity many Ukrainians. In fact that one point it appeared the Wagner Group was mainly responsible for whatever successes the Russian

Army had. But then when the Russian Air Force went after elements of the Wagner Group Progosian, then the leader kind of began to march toward Moscow that was greeted as conquering heroes to two or three Russian cities. So as this mercenary group about twenty thousand strong showed up in southern Russia and went into Russian cities, they were welcomed by Russians. All hell's breaking loose, but a

man with many of the answers of courses Representative brad Winstrip. And brad Winstrip is on the Intelligence Committee, but he also is the chair of the subcommittee on the origins in response to COVID nineteen. And also we have the whistleblower who is releasing information about what the age knew and what the Age didn't know, calling him mainly a liar at a meeting and with he he announced,

why's the Age announced? Special announced that you know we have I can't proceed except in this district, which means all the stuff happening in Washington, I had no authority but to get it all started. Congressman Brad Weinster, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. First of all, as we sit here toward the end of June, what in the hell is going on with Progrosion

relative to that? Wagner grew, Well, yeah, it's interesting. You know, Belarus is a friend of Putin and they have maintained their allegiance. Who are alliance with Russia right now, So that's interesting that he's getting refuge there. But they're acting as the intermediary. I'm sure they like having that bit of authority. But I think this is the worst of Putin's days ever since he has been in charge there. But you have to think about the

mercenaries themselves. I mean, they are not your patriots fighting a war they are for They're just hired killers. They don't they're not fighting for Mother Russia or something like that. They don't have patriotic bones necessarily in their body when it comes to the work that they're doing. So in some ways what we started to see is it's kind of like a union wanting to go on strike, and they were reaching out to the human resources team right and saying,

hey, th things aren't good on the job here. And so you know, they turn themselves around and went right into Russia. And this is something that all of the Russian people can see. So this is one you just don't spin out a very easily when it's in the public view. And as Putin called it, treason. And if these people when they come through these

towns are being welcomed, that tells you where right now. But the Russian people they see it, and the United States and NATO and all of those that would like to see Russia get out of Ukraine and get us back to a peaceful state in that area, we got to use this and nothing else for the psychological operations on the Russian people. I don't really think the Russian

people have been in favor of this very much from the beginning. You're taking people out of prison to go serve and I and when else is conscripted. So this is really going to be bad for Putin in so many ways. Here he's trying to meet with leaders of what would be his allies, and he's going to have a tough sell with them. Remember they've been trying to supply him with weapons, etc. And they may just say your time is up. I don't know, but it's going to be a tough spin for

him to try and win them back. After we just saw what happened. It's an amazing thing to watch when these mercenaries using I guess second hand Russian army equipment under the orders of progosion somehow begins in March toward Moscow, and then on Friday night you had a circumstance where CNN Live from Moscow and regular Russian soldiers guarding Moscow. Again, it's this invasion that was being welcomed by the Russian people. I'm looking at this, I'm thinking what am I watching

there? What would this be like the Pennsylvania National Guard marching on Washington, DC. Is that a good analogy or not? Um? Well, I don't think that they they trained themselves to do the things that mercenaries do in the way that they do it. But yeah, to a degree, you know, it's a component of what was Putin's forces and they just decided they've they've had enough and didn't see this going in the right direction, I guess, and said this has got to stop, or at least we're stopping and

we're gonna come. We're gonna come and talk to you. And they didn't seem to hesitate, but that's that's their mentality. So again, this isn't a war where people in the in the Soviet, in the in Russia, uh, their children are being gaining are gaining something from this. It's not something where it's like, hey, when we defeat Ukraine, which we attacked, our life will be so much better. Their lives are worse because of this, and there's nothing better about it going forward, and there hasn't been.

And they failed miserably. They failed militarily miserably when they thought they would walk right in. Well, you know, hello, Vladimir Putin, here you are. How does this play Can you think you're on the intelligence committee? How does this play out? Because right now we have North Korea sending missiles over to Japan, we have Iran threatened nuclear war with Israel. But we have the circumstances in China. According to the intelligence community, they're targeting

Taiwan. We have a president who's mentally feeble. They can't make decisions. The staff around him is doing it for him. We have Russia that was on the March. Now it appears to be a bloodless coup may take place. And in Russia all the oligarchs are done because they've lost their billions of dollars. They're all angry. You have the Russian military which is completely dysfunctional. You have a part the Russian military, five to eight thousand men getting

ready to attack Moscow. And of course Joe Biden was at Camp David. Now he's supposedly back in the White House. We'll see what happens. All I look around and I'm thinking, my God. And we haven't talked at all about the reaction of the Intelligence Committee to COVID. We haven't speaking. We want to talk about the whistleblowers who are calling the whistle and blowing the whistle on the FBI in the Department of Justice. The southern border remains wide

open. But just from the Russian perspective, can you play out the next few weeks and months if Vladimir Putin leaves power and pregoes and takes over a ledgedly he's worse than Putin. There are people that are worse than Putin. How does it play out? Get out yuwigi board, what's gonna happen? Well, one thing that I might just think about is one is Putin leaving and that's gonna have to be the first step. And withdrawing from Ukraine.

When you talk about those other countries that are poised to do more things, such as North Korea, Iran and China for that matter, just better really as strong you might think you are, because Putin learned a lesson there. And also you have to understand what happens when you take on people that are fighting for freedom, that are actually fighting for something as opposed to just serving a dictator who wants to take more land, more property, more value.

And there's a big difference in that, and we see that time and time again throughout history. So we know, I mean, the last four or five days have been interesting. I don't know how it plays out. One of the reports this morning I saw indicated that Putin may go one of two ways. One withdrawal from Ukraine, which appears to be impossible. The other thing is to attack the nuclear facilities in the Ukraine to cause a European crisis,

and or use a nuclear weapon in Ukraine. Either way, I mean, the best thing would happen him to leave Ukraine saying oh made him. I can't conceive that's possible in him remaining in power. The other thing is to do what he did to the dams, which is attacked the nuclear power plant, the largest in Europe, and or use a nuclear weapon. Wouldn't that be a disaster? It certainly wouldn't be. He's got the capability of creating a disaster. He's already created one. He can certainly create more.

But the tide is turning against him. And I would hope that if he does step down or disappear in some way, whoever takes over well learns from the lessons of Vladimir Putin and maybe decide it's time to create some peace around the world. Well, I don't know what's going to happen there. Let's get Let's turn to page two. The whistleblower everywhere I look, and you have information on this, the whistleblower the irs? Who is calling the blowing

the whistle on? Mary Garland who said that the Wise, the assistant US Attorney in Delaware, had complete authority. That's not exactly what the whistle blower is saying. Obviously, we're looking at monster corruption at the top of the federal government, which many have talked about. One information. Since you're on the Intelligence Committee, can you share about these whistleblowers that are coming forward reporting the lies of Mary Garland and indirectly the FBI, Christopher Ray, what can

you tell us? Well, first of all, I am on Intelligence Committee, but this has come through Ways and Means Committee at this point, and the reason being is Ways and Means has jurisdiction over taxed in the irs, and so whistleblowers came to Congress, voluntarily, came to Congress, in particular to both sides of the aisle. They insisted on talking to both sides of the aisle in the House of Representatives on the Ways and Means Committee. So

the Democrats have been involved with this since the beginning. Just last week, though, we had to have a closed session where we discuss the allegations and decide if we want to make them public. The Democrats were opposed to the release of the whistleblower allegations which of course is not necessarily a surprise. But we have oversights. Our agencies are not infallible, and that's what we have to understand. And Congress has a responsibility and that includes the intelligence community as

well. They're not infallible, and they may have motives that are not necessarily in the best interests of honesty and integrity. So in the name of truth and justice, it seems that we have a two tiered system. You know. One of the things I want to point out with Hunter Biden in the charges against him, is that he has a plea deal supposedly, but the

judge has to accept that. As I understand it, the Democrats are saying we shouldn't release any that we need to have an investigation first what we are investigating, and I think the judge in this case should investigate as well. But as far as mister White, the whistle blower, engaged with them,

and you remember mister White, he doesn't decide these things. And what happened, unfortunately, of what we're hearing, is that he wanted to take this up the chain the way they normally do, the whistle blowers, that is, and the irs chain of command decided they would refer to the Department of Justice, and he said, but if the normal procedures were followed, they would have executed search forts themselves, conducted interviews, and serve document requests.

But the IRS chain of commands and now take it over to DJ And so Weiss in March of twenty two goes the prosecuting team and again he doesn't decide these things, and he referred to the US Attorney in DC. They declined it. Then he saw a special counsel in the spring of twenty two that was denied. Then he went to the Central District California in the fall of twenty two that was denied. On all three of these cases, they were Biden appointees that were doing the denying. So, you know, here's a

guy one he you know, evaded his taxes. That's a felony if guilty, committed fraud, made false statements another felony if guilty, and a willful failure to file or pay or supply information, that's a misdemeanor. That's the only thing they're They're they're charging him one. And I was told by some people that were at the state dinner as we had the Indian Prime Minister in

town. There were only two Republicans invited that I know of, but they said Hunter Biden's walking around his tucks like everything's all good, everything's great. I mean, you can't make this stuff up. And so I hope that the judge ultimately doesn't accept this, this plea deal it's still in play, which I think it is. And you've got to take a look at what these whistleblowers allegations are and say there is no way this is not justice by

any means when you compare. I'll tell you one of the members of Ways and Means even pointed out, you know, Pete Rose didn't declare some of his income from signing autographs and he went to jail. You know, we look look at the things that Hunter Biden has done, and you know, you've seen the quote that came from the WhatsApp message where he's telling Henry's ou in China. You know, I'm with the big guy, right, we didn't say big. I'm here with my father and he'd like to understand why

the commitment hasn't been fulfilled. I want this done, basically say I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father. Good Lord, what more do you need to launch a full scale investigation and try and get to truth. But that's where we are in America today, Bill, And I'm not one that was conspiracy theorist, but there's just too much that is in playing in

plain English that you've got to say, what are we doing? So you know, and I'm one who sat through the hypocrisy of the Russian collusion investigation being on Intel Committee and all those types of things that in the impeachment, etc. Where the committee became thepeachment committee rhythm than the Intelligence Committee. We have a lot of clean enough to do, Bill, No, but this

one, this one deserves a lot of attention. Right now. Everyone says on this it's up to the federal judge on sentence and you can't bind his hands, which is exactly operated the way it should operate. But it doesn't. Let's face it, everyone in the country who's going to be charged with the I RST tax violation should demand the Biden deal, which is I can add sex with underage prostitute, snort cocaine, flee some millions of dollars all around the world, and my father sitting next to me, I e.

The Vice President, Joe Biden. Where's the five million dollars? I want it now? Not accurately file any tax returns, lie, cheat and steel and guess what, nothing happens. Pete Rose didn't get it. All those rappers handed. He's had a bunch on this week talking about there are thousands of Americans sitting in prison on gun law violations and not filing tax returns. In his case, over three million dollars of unreported income and nothing happened.

Congressman, I'll tell you what I'm up against the clock already. I mean, we haven't gotten to the origins of COVID. We got to do that against some I'm watching Injustice on steroids and Brad Winster at some point. Let's do it real soon. What the intelligence community says about the origins of COVID, But the whistleblowers and the Hunter Biden deal and the possible coup in Russia

is also terribly important. But Congressman, once again, yeah, go ahead, Yeah, those take priority right now, and they're gonna be unbelievable. Up Martha Stewart. It was the federal prison for some tax returned. Pete didn't report cash on some signing his name and here's Hunter Biden fleecing the Chinese, the Ukrainians and the Yugoslavian's getting millions of dollars, having all these shell companies structuring deals and all over the Biden family and nobody, nobody can figure

it out. I don't know what to do. This is complicated. Well, we gotta run, really gotta run now. But brad Winstrup, once again, God bless you, and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you. You bet they'll take care. God bless you. Let's continue. The big guy got his ten percent and he's sitting in the Oval Office. Bill Cunningham, Live with you every Sunday night. Get Georgickets now literally in charge of determining the origins of COVID nineteen. And according to

the intelligence community, it came out of the Wuhan virology lab. It didn't come out of some went market. The first three people infected and died worked at the lab. But nonetheless, the Biden administration, for some reason unclear to me, wants to make sure that it is not known among the American people that we paid, we actually paid the money to create COVID nineteen in

the lab at Wuhan. We paid it, and we knew it early on, and it was all a lie told by health officials, mainly doctor Anthony Fauci, and the Trumps are made a serious blunder in keeping that guy in office. Let's face it, serious blunder. But nonetheless we didn't get into that issue. But the Intelligence Committee now believes that Liza told to us repeatedly.

And I wish that the Trumpster had been more difficult with Anthony Fauci, but he was not because he was pinned down doing a bunch of other stuff. Coming up next is Clifford May. He references a book written about the Congo and what happens in the Congo when large numbers of children are killed mining cobalted and a bunch of other exotic materials that go into your eye on lithium batteries, and the deaths caused by are unbelievable. And the non coverage is

again unbelievable. Goose our media that doesn't fit. Let's continue with more bhil cutting in the Great American Live with you and all Great Americans every Summa News, Traffic and Weather News Radio seven hundred WW. Trucks and Trucker has helped do the heavy lifting of business. Time is money, so depend upon right Billy Cunningham, the Great America. My gosh, do we have problems. And whether it's global warming, or whether it's electric vehicles, or whether it's abortion being a sacrament to the radical leftists or more.

We have nothing but issues everywhere. And I would note that a guest of mine of many years was Clifford May. Cliff May has a new book out, Blood of the Congo. Of course you may not know this, but every time you buy an ev it may hasten the death of a black kid and the minds of southeast Southeast Congo, where hundreds are killed every year, so that we can driver evs Clifford May. The book is Blood of the Congo, and cliff welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. You're the founder

and president of the Foundation for Defensive Democracy. Is also a columnist with The Washington Times. Many times I find myself watching a suburbanite, generally a female, is some yuppie dude behind the Tesla wheel, thinking about how cool and relevant they are in their own minds. Do they understand what's happening where these materials come from. So cliff tell the American people Blood of the Congo, what's that great book about? Okay, and you'll write a mccomus at the

Washington Times. And you're right. I'm the founder and president of the Foundation for Defense of Democracy. I didn't write this book. This book came to my attention. Shoucome the attention of more people. It is called Cobalt. Read How the Blood of the Congo Powers our lives. I wrote a column about it. It's written by an American researcher. His name is said Arthur

Kara. He is a senior fellow at the Harvard School of public Health, and I've got to say, as an ex reporter, he's a good investigative reporter. Which what he did is he went through to Congo, which is in Central Africa, and he went surreptitiously because if people knew he was reporting on this, his life would have been in danger. So he found ways to get in there and see what was going on. And what he found out is really it should be starting and should be And it's very important to

know. I have nothing against electric vehicles. Wonderful machine is they're looked by fun. I understand why people want to ride in them. Most people who buy them, by the way, buy them as a second car, not a first car. But it's all fun. But the idea that they are green and clean, I am sorry. They are not. And one of the ways in which they are not is that you have to understand this. In order to make an electric vehicle, you need a big battery to tessela.

It's probably about a thousand pounds. The key ingredient in that battery is cobalt. I won't go into a big scientific explanation unless you want me to, but the cobalt is necessary to produce energy density without the battery overheating. Energy density means it means how much range you're going to get for your car. So you need this thousand pounds, but you need a lot of cobalt. The main place cobalt is mind is in Congo and and who is mining

it? Much of it is being mined. It's called artist spinners were so wonderful. What it really means is children in many cases, men and women with their hands going into tunnels, going into caves and pulling out the rocks and pulling them into into sacks and maybe getting a dollar a day. And the cobalt there mining is toxic. They don't have gloves there, blues or anything else. And what he was able to find, said Kara, it's

by going into by through his investigations he wasn't. He was able to reveal that the cobalt mining tunnel involves slavery, involves child labor, forced labor, death, bondage, human trafficking, hazard and toxic working conditions, pathetic wages, injury and death, incalculable incalculable environmental damage. One local researcher told the mining companies have polluted the entire region, all the crops, all the animals

and fish, they're all contaminated. Now here's one thing that Kara didn't get quite well. I won't say he got right. What he says, look that no one's accepting responsibility for all these negative consequences, not the government, not matter. But here's the important thing. Were and I'm gonna I'm gonna cat you can of the cobalt goes to one country. Can you guess what country that is? Would it be h Malaysia, the Philippines, the Singapore, Would it be Canada, Would it be Panama? Would it be Peru?

Let me think, would it be Argentina, would it be Brazil, would it be Belgium? Or would it be Communist? Right? China? You got it? You got it, you got it. It goes to China, and China takes it, advise the cobalt very inexpensively, and then it refines it and it processes it and it makes it into the batteries that are used for all these electric vehicles. And China Communist China, as you said, that chinae Communist Party has control of the minds happens that we don't

quite know. What we do know is of most people are very important Congo. But there are a lot of people in the government who are very rich right because the Chinese. The Chinese are doing in the Congo what they're doing here, which is they buy off the leadership directly or indirectly for millions and

millions and then rip off the populace for billions and billions. And when I read the exerp of this book, Blood of the Congo, that seventy five percent of the world supply is coming out of the Congo because it is so cheap and inexpensive because of the slave labor, and that China is paying paying buying off the Congolese leadership, much like one might say they bought off the

leadership in this country. And as a consequence, every time you buy a tesla, you have to understand that it was produced by slave labor, child labor, force labor. It destroyed the environment of the Congo, the working conditions, pathetic wages, injury and death generally of younger African children who are killed and murdered, the windomen that are raped and trafficked, and the men that are also destroyed. But there's no sense of the radical left on the

environment. There'll be no investigation of this one Clifford made, there's not going to be an investigation by the New York Times to send reporters to the Congo that produces seventy five percent of the world's supply of this ingredient for a battery, cobalt, which must be in these batteries. Seventy five percent. Why won't the Washington Post, CBS News run to the Congo, do undercover investigations and talk about the cost of these evs, the real costs. Why won't

they do that? Well, you and I could have a law of discussion about what's happened to the media and how the media, not least, but not only in the area of environmentalism. They are not they are not They

are not reporting to seek truth. They're not investigative reporters. They are cheerleaders for the radical environmentalists who for some reason, and it's really kind of strange, So we could explore why they say they're environmentalists, but they are absolutely okay with the destruction of the environment in the Congo in order to get these electric vehicles. Now. And even the author of the book, and I got to give him great credit for his investigative reporting. He seems to think

that electric vehicles are some solution to the problem of global warming. We have an instruction of that too. They are not. It's very clear that if everybody in the United States tomorrow went out and jumped their their internal car and boord an electric vehicle, the climate of the Earth would not be affected in any way that you can measure. That is absolutely the case. So something else is going on there. And by the way, where's the UN about

it? That you shouldn't the UN be concerned? And by the way, we're producing electric vehicles from this cobalt, But nine out of ten people in the Congo and hundreds of millions of people in Africa have no electricity in their home to turn on or a life, much less a computer. And if you think they're gonna that's what real poverty is. By the way, no electricity, no power, that's serious, serious poverty. Okay, Now if

you don't if you want them to have a little bit of prosperity. In other words, they can turn on a ceiling fan, their kid can study by a light. They maybe can turn on a computer in their home. They need electricity. They're not going to get it by from wind farms from spoiler, and they are going to get it only frankly, from hydrocarbons. If I live at Africa for three years, if you're a farmer, you want to get a little prosperous, you buy a small tractor. You don't

plug it in, you need gas, you need diesel for it. And then if you get enough prop not just to feed your family, but to make a little bit of money, so you can buy a riskwatch, maybe a bicycle, maybe a ten roof of your house. You need some kind of truck to take it to market. It's not going to be a plugin. It's not going to be an electric vehicle. So we are denying hydrocarbons to the people of Africa, which means we are putting them into greater poverty

and not allowing them to come out of property. That is now the mission of the UN, the Davos crowd, and it's US policy to say right now in the by the administration to say we're fighting a war against fossil fuels. Fossil fuels are by the way, the Chinese in the midst of this, what are they doing. They building coal powered plan right one after or another, and coal of the hydrocarbons. Coal is the most polluting for a

lot of reasons. I could explain about a probably woman unless you force me, no, no, but Cole, in fact, we have a whole bunch of clean energy coal in this country, all the scrubbers, etc. That the Chinese never worry about. They don't care about that. It looks to me like every act of green activism seems designed to make life harder for working people in the United States and in Europe. But of course it is

killing large number of Africans. One might say the NAACP, the Urban League, the Congressional Black Caucus, they should be on this issue like white on. By that, I mean they've got to be publicizing that when you buy these electrical vehicles, you're indirectly participating in the killing of large numbers of African kids and the cobalt mines. So why doesn't the NAACP and Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson and Morning Joe and all these so called elite limousine activists have to

say, look what we're doing, not just to the planet. It's not

making us any more clean. It's a terrible way. There's no way to get rid of all the thousand pound batteries out of all these cars that the resale values of the Tesla have plummeted because it is damn near impossible to pass on to a son or a daughter or a grandchild your car with seventy five thousand miles on it, because you got to get brand new batteries that can cost fifteen to twenty thousand dollars, exacerbating more of these torture being conducted in

the Congo. So why aren't these so called limousine liberals in America pointing out the fact that when you buy a Tesla, you're there's not number one and you're destroying the planet. Number two, you're hurting the lives of Africans, and number three, it doesn't solve any problem relative to be so called man made global warming. Why aren't the activists involved? Yeah, somebody should ask the question. I guess they will. Now, don't black lives in Africa?

Matter? Because if they do, you know, as you say, the Black the Congressional Black Caucus would be all over this issue, would be demanding hearings on this issue and demanding to know why the Biden administration is pushing to get rid of fossil fuels to eliminate the internal combustion engine and to substitute for electric vehicles in the in the short time. Again, I think, look, I want consumers to have choice. Sure, I think over time

electric vehicles are going to be are going to be a great thing. There's a place for them. But we shouldn't have a government force transition before we deal with all these environmental humans matters. Right now we're ignoring in pursuing something else. And I who really fear that this is not about environmentalism, It's about D growth, it's about d industrialization. You are too you are too wealthy and I and if you want greater equity, which means less incomm inequality,

there are two possibilities. One is to make poor people richerly they us to make rich people poorer. Making rich people poorer is a lot easier and over the long term. When you buy these evs to TESTLAS, you're buying a car that's gonna plummet in price downward. Number two it's a vehicle that it's fifteen to twenty thousand dollars in battery upgrades after seventy thousand miles has become Number three there's no place to put these billions of batteries. And number four,

you have to understand where cobalt lithium comes from. And the communist red Chinese got ninety percent of it coming to them, then they will decide for us which of our power plants. And one can only imagine now we're in June and terrible crime waves in certain cities and Texas right now, the average temperatis one hundred, five hundred and ten degrees. We have to grossly upgrade the ability of our power plants. And to do that, it is not

about windmills and solar panels made in communist right China. It's about using the fossil fuels we have so the middle class Americans canna enjoy a normal life. Well, Clifford May, we got to run the book is Blood of the Congo, and you're the founder and president of Foundation for Defense of Democracies.

All we can do is normal Americans, is point out that this headlong rush in the EVS is costing lives, costing money, hurting the environment, having no benefits whatsoever for the ozone layer, and it's being done for a specific purpose to enrich a few of the expense of the many. And Clifford may once again thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show, and with your permission, we'll do it again. Thank you, Clifford. The thanks led

to do a FDD dot org or Washington Times dot com. They can read my column and learn a little bit more about this subjec cliff may thank you very much. Thank you all. Let's continue with more. All of us want to live in a world in which there's no carbon based fuels whatsoever, and that we're using dilithium crystals or cold fusion energy or something of that character.

Legislation cannot demand engineering advances. You can't pass a wall that says, Okay, by twenty thirty we're gonna have no gasoline powered cars in the state of California, and by twenty thirty five in the Midwest, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, we're gonna have nothing but electric vehicles. We don't have the power grid. When enriching the communist Red Chinese and is costing us serious billions of dollars in this country, and is participating in the killing of black kids

in the Congo Go get you go, get your Tesla. Build cunning in The Grand American live with you every Sunday night. Welcome to the good stuff. I'm Jacob s Ti Billy cunning in the grd American. Thanks for listening this glorious Sunday night. And I'll tell you what. I will fight like a warrior poet for the greatness of this country. I will not stop. I think those of us conservative talk radio feel as if you must have a

voice. You don't get it from the newspapers. You don't get it from ninety percent of the media, don't get it from television other than a few such as Fox, A little Bit in bright Bard and so much more Newsmax. Yes, but there is only fifteen to twenty percent of us that listen to that and watch that. I think we got a major problem, Houston. We got a problem. And that is the one business in America given constitutional safeguards is the news media. Look at the First Amendment. Every other

business does not constitutional guarantees of freedom and opportunity in proceeding forward. The news media is the only one that gets that protection. And the stunning revelations and John Durham's hearing on Wednesday should chill all of us. To the Corps if the shoe was on the other foot and there was this level of criminal activity conducted against a Democratic candidate by Republicans and power, it would be the biggest

story in the world. But because the object of the FBI at the top and the DOJA at the top was Donald Trump, the most hated man, the most targeted man in America, the news media ignored it because the end getting rid of Trump justified the means of getting there. John Durham testified the FBI quote was too willing to accept and use politically funded and uncorroborated opposition research

such as the Steel dossier. The FBI relied on the dossier and the PISA applications knowing there was a likelihood material origining from a political campaign of political opponent. To break that down, that means Hillary Clinton perform a dirty trick with the cooperation of Barack Obama and Joe Biden and the head of the Department of Justice and also James Comey, the FBI director, to make sure that Number

one Trump would not be elected president. And if he was elected, guess what, there'd be an insurance policy that would make sure he could not effectively govern. And the comments I played earlier, and please get them if you can, of the great congresswoman from Wyoming, Congressman Hageman, you have to get those comments that she made because they are absolutely brilliant. Congratulations, Thank you for what you've done. What a service she has provided. And somehow,

some way this cannot continue. We can have two systems of justice, one for Republicans that are loathed and the other for Democrats who are loved. They can't work that way. So thank you for listening, and we'll continue to follow this thing. We are a very small part of the information given, of course to you, the American people, of whether it's Hannity or Ingram or any any of the bright bar types or news Max Christopher Ruddy. We must do our duty as God gives us the light to see that duty.
