this great nation. I want to tell you my reaction on Thursday, about six pm when the verdicte was announced. I said, if you and I, if you share your time with me last Sunday night. I said, there's a great probability, if not a certainty, that Trump's is going to

be found guilty. And the reason is that's what was concocted. That was the scheme put together by Democratic activists all over the Eastern seaboard to make sure that Donald Trump had the moniker the title the name of convicted felon next to next to his surname, so that in eternity, at least through the twenty twenty four election, that's what's going to happen. So I walked around for forty five minutes or an hour, and it came to me what occurred about

twenty nine years ago. I found myself outside of the Los Angeles County Criminal Court, and I specifically remember Steve Garvey now running for the US Senate. See I pray to god he gets elected in California. Was going in with some donuts and his wife and I was there to cover the OJ Simpson case for seven hundred WL. And I went to Rockingham, I went to Messaluna. Did those things two or three days ahead of time. Didn't know exactly

when the verdict was going to be. All the evidence clearly indicated guilt. In fact, it wasn't a case of a not guilty. The proof of OJ Simpson's killing of two innocent people, including the mother of his children, was complete. There was no piece of evidence to indicate innocence, and every piece of evidence indicated guilt. So I was outside the criminal court in LA and opposite the street, which was very busy, where maybe a thousand so

called protesters screaming, hollering and shouting a free Oj. There were about thirty five to forty large stallions covered in their battleguarb with horsemen on top, wearing all their lapd uniform because they anticipated a complete riot again if OJ Simpson was found guilty. There was a concern that parts of Los Angeles bird down again. And I covered the trial because, having done maybe fifteen or eighteen murder cases in the past, you look for things like bloody footprints, or you

look for DNA on the gas and brake pedal of OJ Simpson's Bronco. How did that get there? How did Goldman's blood get on the brake pedal of O. J. Simpson's car. It's impossible unless he was the murderer. You had all the means and motive available. You had to cut on the finger, and you had the blood scenes blood OJ Simpson's blood at the scene of the murder, of course, along with Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson's blood.

It was all there. And after a many, many long month trial, Judge Lanceto was a joke on the bench that Jerry found him not guilty, and everyone knew, even those who were doing an end zone dance knew that he was in fact guilty, but he got off for killing quote two white people in the minds of many black college kids and black law students, to the chagrin of others who thought, wait a minute, I thought Lady

Justice was color blind. And I thought, what a feeling in my gut that I had, And it was a bad feeling because I know justice was not done. And then that night O. J. Simpson had a victory party at three ten Rockingham and at his palatial estate, and several of the jurors showed up to party with OJ Simpson that night. Unbelievable, and the

riots, the crimes were avoided. The police stood down once it was found not guilty, not guilty, not guilty, and shall we say, the party began and there was end zone dancing of the macaraina all over Los Angeles and many other cities, celebrating the fact that a bloody murderer, a coward named OJ Simpson got away with killing the Cole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, absolute and cold blood killed him. And I may relate it to a few years ago, and I'll do it now. We're going to relate this to

the Trump verdict on Thursday. I'd found myself a few years later in the Bahamas with some friends playing golf. We'd like going to the Bahamas in March of each year because the Bamas at that point had legal gambling, and me and my golfing pals like to go to a resort in Freeport and we would bet on some of the college basketball games, which is legal. Had a mini casino there. We played eighteen to thirty six holes of golf, had the buffet, and then bet on the baskets. They go back to our

room and do it again. On the first day I was there, were up on number one t I'm with three other guys. I'll save you their names, but the three other guys were the smallest. One was six three, about two point fifty, and there weren't too many groups up there. There was another group in front of the group in front of us who was on the putting green. And I pulled up and I was getting the scorecard together, and I could sense there was a card next to me. And

I looked over and they're two feet away. Was O. J. Simpson, And this is like in the late nineteen nineties, might have been two thousand and two thousand and one, and I look over. The first thing I can say is juice The thing that I found striking was the size of his head and how friendly and outgoing and effervescent he was. He said,

May reached his hand. I shook his hand. How you doing, man, I said, fine, got out, walked about twenty yards in front of me and the other group that was ready to tee off, and then oj'scrooped. Then our group they all went over and start shaking his hand. And I'm watching this scene and I'm thinking, son of a son of a gun. Here's a killer of two innocent people, Ron Goldman and a Cole

Brown Simpson. He intended to kill the Cole Brown Simpson with a bloody knife, and Ron Goldman, unfortunately, was returning a pair of glasses to her home. I think it was a Grettona Green. Was that it? Anyway? And I'm watching this for four or five minutes. Oj is literally signing autographs and happy in happy as a lark, and I'm thinking, son of a son of a gun, this is wrong. So I kind of I walked over there quietly and I said Ojay like, he said, man,

what's going on? I said, let me ask you a question. I said, I'm a radio talk shows and I covered this a lawyer, criminal defense attorney, and I covered this your trial for like months and months, and I was there the day that verdict was announced. It was in October. He said yeah, And I said, I always had a question in my mind as to who did you kill first. I suspect you killed Ron Goldman first. He was a healthy, young male, and then you decapitated

the mother of your children. Is that correct? And at this point a few of the people around him put their hand on their mouth. Oh my God, and the posture of O. J. Simpson went from happiness and glee to anger, and so he dropped a few f bombs and I did not respond. I walked back to my cart, and they were in the group in front of us only had three and we had four. And I suggested to my playing partners, let's wait until OJ gets at least a hole

ahead of us and get out there somewhere. And we did. And the next time I saw him was that night about eight nine pm, in the bar with the casino and with all thet basketball games on, and you would have thought a rock star was present. There were so many blonde tourists I couldn't stand it. A lot of men buying him drinks and he was holding court. One of my pals said, Willie, you better get out of

here. I said, no kidding, I'm gone, went back to the room, double locked it, and I kept a low profile, and I did not go back to the bar until I was told he wasn't in there the next two or three nights. I wanted to give him a bit of discomfort to know that at least a good chunk of the American people knew he was a murderer despite the fact he was found not guilty. Same thing with

Donald Trump. Had the same feeling in my gun. Walk out of my house about five point forty five six pm on Thursday night, Eastern time, took about an hour. Walk, went to the left, went to the right, kept walking, and it came to me about O. J. Simpson. Is the fact that the jury found him not guilty means that he didn't commit the crime? Absolutely not. Is the fact that the Donald Trump jury found him guilty of thirty four counts means that he committed the crime crimes?

Absolutely not. It is simply a court issuing an opinion through a jury as to what they think happened. No one with a mind believes the recently departed O. J. Simpson, and may he rot in Hell for eternity unless he begged forgiveness of God Almighty. Actually was innocent, and he said he would spend the rest of his life looking for the true for the true murderers of his ex wife and Ron Goldman. The only place to find them would have been in sand traps, on golf courses and in bars. Then

he died. I think, a horrible death at the end, with various ailments, and I assume he's in one of the deepest denizens of Hell as I speak. The fact that Jerry said guilty thirty four times does not mean factually that Donald Trump committed those offenses. He did not commit the offenses. In fact, one looks at falsifying business records, a couple of people.

Can I explain what happened? Well, there was thirty four counts of a misdemeanor falsifying business records, which was labeling the payments to Michael Cohen is reimbursing him for the payments to Stormy Daniels. Was a false business record giving a lawyer a fee, and didn't break it down. He couldn't put on the forms. I don't think hush money for a porn star, so he said

it was legal fees. The worst that is is a misdemeanor. Of course, the statute of limitations have run in twenty nineteen on those thirty four misdemeanors. So Alvin Bragg knew he couldn't bring the charges, so he concocted a scheme with one of the attorneys from the DOJ under Joe Biden, named Matthew K. Colangelo, who was loaned from DOJ to a criminal court in New York City. That's kind of like going from the major leagues to UH to

single a baseball You don't do that. You don't go from Department of Justice to a stinky, rotten courtroom in New York City that stinks. The reason they kept us so cold in there because of the smells of cockroaches and worms and rats and mice all over that building. That's why they keep it cold, to try to keep the vermin out. And unfortunately ola vermin got in, including Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels. So the judge directed a verdict.

Many times a judge in a criminal case will direct a verdict of not guilty. They have improven it. In this case, the judge, by his behavior, by his rulings, by his charge, and by the verdict forms, directed a verdict of guilty against Donald Trump. If you break it down, if it's a nine hour deliberation, they spent about fifteen minutes on each of the different thirty four counts, each having different fact patterns and different legal

requirements. They ignored it. They basically said, did he do it? Yes. The lawyers know in the law firms they practice in New York City, they can't go back to work on tomorrow. On Monday, having found

Donald Trump not guilty or innocent, they couldn't function. And the other jurors knew they were doing what fellow Manhattan Democrats ninety percent or so wanted them to do, and they did it. And Judge Mrshawan, who's a political hack and gave money a small amount of money but nonetheless gave money to Joe Biden's twenty twenty election campaign, and whose family has made millions of dollars off the Trump trial, that is, his daughter, who's a big time Democratic fundraiser

that raised money off the Trump trial, is despicable. What happened there, and it gets worse because on appeal, there's no one I know who practices criminal appellate work, even in New York City, who says that the charge and the evidentiary rulings and the flipping of the script on Donald Trump is going to withstand appeal. It won't happen. It's going to be all reversed within one to three years, maybe four years. You go to the second level

of the Court of Appeals in New York State. Then you go to the Court of Appeals in New York State, which is the New York State Supreme Court. Then, having has exhausted all your state remedies, you can flip to the federal system and go directly to the US Supreme Court under a writ of cercari maybe prosendo or rid of prohibition. But they're likely to send it

back to a district court to more develop the record. We're talking four to six years before we have a final resolution and when he's found not guilty. Do you think the media is going to cover it that way they cover this trial, I sincerely doubted. I certainly don't think so. It is truly unbelievable. Give me an example I have. It takes short break I'll give you one little example. By the way, we have full lines eight sixty

six six four seven seven three three seven. The Media Research Center Brent Pozel's group has unveiled some interesting statistics about the three networks ABC, NBC and CBS. They ran a total of one hundred and ten stories comprising six hundred and forty minutes, or more than ten hours of airtime on the Trump trial. Think about that, ABC, NBC, CBS ran ten hours of airtime over

the past six or seven weeks. Of those one hundred and ten stories, three of the one hundred and tw hinted that the prosecutor, Alvin Bragg was a Democrat. That's three of one hundred and ten stories. The network used the word criminal referring to Donald Trump on ninety six percent of the six hundred and forty minutes of coverage, and omitted the fact that the state's star witness, Michael Cohen was a convicted perjurer. Not a single network one hundred and

ten stories, six and forty minutes, ten hours of airtime. Not one story reflected that Judge Juan Mershawn political hack gave money to Joe Biden. Not one time that the three networks say President Trump's opponent in the twenty twenty four election was, of course Joe Biden, and the fact that Mershon's daughter raised almost one hundred million dollars to defeat Donald Trump. Not one time did they mention that the judge's daughter is a top Democratic fundraiser, completely unmentioned, resulting

in the following I gotta take a break. Let me make this one quick point. Media Research Center Brent Prozell said that there was an NBC poll, believe it or not, an NBC poll that said, among Americans whose primary source of news was ABCNBC, and CBS, Biden leads Trump by twenty percentage points. So if you get your news primarily from ABC, NBC, and CBS, it is fifty five percent of those viewers one Biden, only thirty

five percent one Trump, which isn't surprising. Garbage in, garbage out, and there's lots of garbage, including from North Korea going into South Korea. Unbelievable. Oh, let's continue. He caught some flock Aaron Rodgers for not shaking hands with the Donald, but he said something came up, and he sent later a pick of him shaking hands with Donald Trump. But those are the average middle class Americans in and around Newark, New Jersey that want to see Donald Trump win. And they shouted, we love Trump, and then they dropped the F bomb when it came to Joe Biden, and you think about the popularity of Donald Trump in New Jersey.

If he wins New Jersey much like the last time it was one I think was by uh was Bush forty one I think won New Jersey, then the election is over. And I think there's many more twists and turns between now and November the fifth, because tomorrow Hunter Biden's going on Trialey. He'd be stupid not to accept the plea. But nonetheless, who knows what's going to happen there? And there's many more events because the Democratic Party is dangerous

and they're desperate doing stupid things in stupid ways. When you're cornered, you're desperate and you're dangerous. Likely horrible stuff's like to happen, liking to happen, And I'm not sure what's going to happen July the eleventh. I know Judge Marshawn likely will put Donald Trump in jail or demand that he stays under house arrest and Trump Tower for the next six months so he can't campaign this election. This trial was all about the election anyway, play it out.

also shouldn't be below the law. Now you would take that as possibly truthful if there were numerous examples of the the leadership of the Democrat Party making sure that their own are prosecuted for crimes as well as Donald Trump, Because if everyone is treated equally, I don't think Trump would have a complaint other than

the judge himself, who was a hack. So when the IRS last summer, two whistleblowers, Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler, who by the way, are both Democrats part of the Labor Union, came forward and testified under a subpoena in the House of Representatives that they were barred from pursuing criminal charges against Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and the Biden family, especially the grandchildren.

They went to further investigate, they were told by the senior officials at the IRS and also by the Department of Justice, don't go there, we don't do that. Now. This came after there were about one hundred and fifty suspicious activity reports of tens of million millions of dollars flowing into the accounts of Biden and his family Don Coleone aka Joe Biden and his family from Romania, from Moscow, Russia, from China, from Iran and Iraq. Lots of

money kept flying into these accounts. So when it came to the attention of Joseph Zigler and Gary Shapeley, they said, we got to pursue these matters because that's what we do in the criminal division. This doesn't look right, what skill set? What did Hunter Biden and the Biden family do to have millions of dollars flowing from overseas accounts into the Biden accounts. Several members, including grandchildren or one of whom was nine years old, open up a bank

account and money flows into the account. So the IRIS whistleblowers Ziggler and Shapeley, wanted to pursue the matter to see where it went. They were quickly told you can't do that. So how many times did Democrats come out and say, you know what, they ought to continue to pursue where are those moneies go? Who landing and what landing? In whose pocket? And what do those grandchildren do to collect tens of thousands in fees? Put money in

their account? What did Hunter Biden do? And how did Joe Biden build these beach houses all over the Atlantic Ocean on the shoreline when he didn't seemingly have any money. Well, Ziggler and Shapely were told, quickly, know your role, shut your mouth, and we're done with the investigation. Now. Secondly, Joe Biden to classified docs Robert Her investigation. It was obvious that Joe Biden did not have any classification duties as a US senator or a

vice president. He was not authorized by stature to declassify or classify anything. But he knew that he could not be in possession outside his skiffs classified information. Now, when the investigation began, Robert Hurr, appointed by Mary Garland, found after several months that there were seven locations in which classified documents were located, including top secret SAP information that's extremely classified, including in Joe Biden's

garage and boxes where he parked his corvette. Right now, he couldn't pass a driver's test, for God's sakes, and so Robert Her said, yes, he committed all these crimes serious crimes, which, by the way, Trumps indicted in violating when his classified docs were in Locke and Key protected by Secret Service agents. Nonetheless, I regress, and so at this point Joe Biden was found to be non compass menace and Robert Hurr discovered and found that

this is a frail, elderly man with a terrible memory. In fact, to his memory was so bad he didn't recall the years he was the vice president under Barack Hussein Obama. He did not know the time frame. Someone should have told him it was twenty eight to twenty sixteen, But Biden didn't recall when he was vice president. And this is the guy with his finger on the nuclear trigger. Think about that. Can you imagine the fallout of

any Republican president. Did not know other offices he recently had held, could not identify the year his son died, and had no memory of all kinds of activities. Yet he's the president currently getting worse every month. Did the Democrats arise and say, look, no man, no woman is above the law. Therefore, we insist that Joe Biden be indicted for mishandling a classified information for which many are locked up in prison. Right now, no, they didn't say a word, did they. Did they say a word about

Joseph Zigler and Gary Shapeley? Not exactly. Then you also have, beginning tomorrow, the trial of Hunter Biden. Hunter Biden is a drug addict to a pervert. Seemingly they had sex with underage prostitutes and more. And he was the one a bag man for Joe Biden, and Hunter Biden frequently complained that he was tired of giving too much money to the old man, to old number one, to my dad. Well he does nothing to get it.

One might ask, did the Democratic Party arise and say, in twenty sixteen, when James Comey took on the role of a judge and a prosecutor, which he should never have done, and said that Hillary Clinton submitted and committed several serious felonies as the so called Secretary of State, that she violated numerous felonious statutes in the federal criminal system USC and really should not be held accountable because no jury in New York City or in Washington, d C.

Would convict Hillary Clinton of anything despite the fact she committed the crimes. That Democrats arise at that point and say, no man, no woman is above the law. It's obvious she committed numerous felonies, and we insist that there be hearings held to make sure that she is prosecuted to the fullest extent of

the law, as Donald Trump is being prosecuted. I would say this if the system the last ten or fifteen years had locked up Bill Clinton when he came out of office for paying off numerous girlfriends, falsifying dozens of business records, paying off girlfriends, and Kathleen Willie sexually molested her in the Oval office to say nothing in Monica Lewinsky, and that he lied repeatedly about it under oath to a federal judge. We insist, as Democrats, no one is

above the law. Bill Clinton is not above the law. We insist that he be indicted for perjury beginning at one to two three and bring Bill Clinton to justice. I would say this if Bill Clinton was just now coming out of federal prison. If Hillary Clinton received a term of four years in for

the crime she committed. If the Biden family was fully investigated by DOJ officials and IRS senior agents and found out that they had tax violations, and that they lied repeatedly under oath and that Joe Biden is indicted for what he did, however, he can't be prosecutor until he leaves the presidency. Then here comes, of course, Donald Trump, who is certainly not above the law

or below the law. And if all those big time Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi and the millions her family has made on insider trading, if all those Democrats had just now come out of federal prison, I would say, you know what, Donald, is the system that we have. I don't think

falsifying business records is a serious offense at all. But if in fact you committed some sort of error or mistake handling top secret documents under lock and key guarded by the Secret Service, then you're no different than Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, no different than Barack Hussein Obama or Biden or any other big time Democrats like Nancy Pelosi. They all got indicted, they all serve their time for crimes. You're in a long line of those responsible. I'm sorry,

let's see what happens to trial. The New York trial was a farce. It was like the oj Simpson verdict, in which we know what the truth is, but the jury determined something different. It's not possible for Donald Trump to receive a fair trial in New York any more than it's possible for him to receive a fair trial in Atlanta with Fanny Willison or in Washington, d C. With Jack Smith. It's not possible. Republicans get convicted in those

jurisdictions and Democrats do not. So to an extent, James Comey was right when he said about Hillary he knew that a Washington DC jury will not convict her of anything. Or New York City jury. He knew that. But to me, it's amazing how fundamental structures in the American way of life have been destroyed by the liberal socialists, Marxist Democrats, not the Democratic Party at all of John F. Kennedy or Scoop Jackson, not even the Democrat Party

of Barack Hussein Obama circa twenty eight or twenty nine or twenty ten. You might recall, Obama was known as the deporter in chief. But everything the Democratic Party today touches turns the horse manure examples. How about the family structure, family life? The policies encourage the structuring of families or not. How many kids grow up without a father in the home. That doesn't pass on the next attributes of a great society and how you should behave. What about

the faith? How many members of the Democrat Party are faithful Christians or Jews or Muslims or Sikhs or whatever it might be. The answer is under twenty percent, eighty percent or not. How about the destruction of the Democrat Party when it comes to police because of the George Floyd Ryan, it's the police have been decimated to fund The police has become the monitor and vicious criminals prey upon defenseless citizens. Whether it's Akron, Ohio, where twenty people were shot

over the weekend, or Chicago where thirty six were shot. The longer the Democrats control the city, the worst the crime becomes and the court system. Judge Juan Mershawn born in the Nation of Columbia, it's a typical New York City Democratic hack who's got to give money to the Democrats to keep his job, and that's what he did. What's the status of schools in Ivy League schools under Democratic control the past fifty or sixty years, do they produce artful,

bright students ready to defend the American way of life? Absolutely? Not. About public education in every urban area controlled by the Democrat Party. It's awful. It's terrible. Whether it's Detroit or Sacramento, or Austin or Los Angeles, or Washington, d C. Or Atlanta. The worst places send your kid is to a large urban public school where it's nothing more than a daycare service. There's little or no education taking place. Because of the policies

and the Democrats. They've ruined the echelon, the top echelon the FBI, of the Department of Justice of the CIA. They've ruined the southern border and the northern border, and the homeless encampments proliferate throughout the country, and the cities are almost an economic collapse. And those are all truthful items. That's where we are with the Democrats in charge, and everything they've touched has turned

to bs and it continues unobated. As representing Donald Trump thirty four counts of falsifying business records, which was hooked into felonies that will not stand through appeal. The Federal Election Commission said there was no violation. The Department of Justice said there was no violation. Southern District of New York said there was no

violation. In say Vance, the predecessor to Alvin Braggs. There was no violation, but he ran on a campaign of getting Donald Trump, much like Letitia James ran on a campaign of getting Donald Trump, and temporarily they have. It concerns me that five or ten percent of Republicans now say they're not going to vote for Trump, but I think five or ten percent of Independences are going to say I'm voting for the guy because of what they did in

July eleventh. For those who say it's going to be probation in a small fine, no it's not. The goal of the Democrat Party was to keep the Trumpster pinned down, and they've been extremely successful the past eight weeks. Judge Burshawan is going to send Trump to prison, and he's going to require the Court of Appeals to set a bond so he must miss the RNC in Milwaukee starting four days later. That's the goal. And don't act as if

boy he's going to treat Donald Trump fairly. The activity and the behavior of this judge was almost a directed verdict to the jury taking a victim of all thirty four counts. Well, let's continue. CBS Morning News had a segment with Ted Copple running around I think it was West Virginia as to why Americans support Donald Trump, Why the Great Americans supports Donald Trump, Why many of us support Donald Trump? And I just feel like something's gone wrong,

something's completely off track with the American people. And he is the remedy to what we're witnessing. You know, the populous Democratic Party of old champion lunch bucket workers has turned into a show union of the very rich and subsidized poor. Democrats today are university types, labor union leaders, university types, late night talk show hosts types, the subsidized poor. And those are the Democrats. Why the Republican Party is the party of military justice. It's the party

of law enforcement. It's the party of lunch bucket Americans. It's the party of those who believe in God. If you believe in God, you're very likely Republican. If you're atheistic or agnostic, you're very likely a Democrat. And the idea that one can have a successful police without good recruits is anathema

to the glory of this country. And let's face it, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, the enlistments are way down that average Americans, especially those from the South, southern whites, or the backbone of the US military, simply don't want to join an organization described as racist, sexist,

That a wife cannot drive, open up and check an account, a woman cannot work without the permission of her husband, who can beat her on a regular basis, there's no such thing as marital rape, And that women are brutalized and beaten to within an inch of their life and dragged around courtyards by Muslim men in Muslim countries all the time, including honor killings in which fathers or brothers kill their sister or their daughter, and that happens in Vancouver

as well as in Muslim countries. Now, is that a deprivation of human rights. Why aren't the female co eds in this country going after that? Do you think it's obviously of course they're taught and he's left to schools, and they're just ignorant. A lot of times they don't know what they're doing. They'd see, they know if they're against anything conservative, so they got to go out and you know, they got to be against d Ya who are of course it could be any Semitic too there as well. But these

schools, they would never teach that. They would never tell what you just told the truth. That's the truth. That's the truth. Yours truly been stating for the last several weeks, seven or eight weeks, that the goal of this New York trial is to convict Donald Trump. The politically he may be called a convicted felon, and the media on the morning talk shows went nuts on that

issue. Plus the second issue is we thought maybe there was some possibility because of the complicated formula used to get it from a misdemeanor to a felony would not be fully understood or fully expressed. But of course that doesn't make any difference. If you add up the thirty four counts divided by the nine hours of deliberations, that means that each count with separate fact patterns had a fifteen

minute deliberation for each one, which of course is impossible. So whether it was Judge Murshan, the timing of the indictment, whatever it might be, the goal was absolutely to convict Donald Trump a few months before the twenty twenty four election, which started over a year ago. Now they had their result, and of course it's a break the glass moment in American society. John and you and I now is Mark latter he spent many years as a special

assistant to President Trump. He was involved in the twenty sixteen campaign, involved in the twenty twenty campaign. You've seen them on cable channels for many, many years. Mark Ladder, welcome, I think for the first time or

second time to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Mark, first of all, tell the American people, because you have personal knowledge about Penson, about Donald Trump from a policy perspective, also personally, what was your response when late Thursday afternoon, early evening there was a guilty verdicton thirty four counts that could carry up to one hundred and thirty five years in prison. Well, good evening, Bill, I mean, sadly, I'm not shocked. It's really

that's where we've gotten to. I mean, this trial shouldn't have even happened. I mean they literally charged him with thirty four counts of paying his lawyer and listing it as legal services. I mean, where in the world is that a crime? And to add to that, they actually said that payment team made in twenty seventeen impacted the twenty sixteen election. I mean, I mean he wasn't getting a flex capacitor out of this, So I don't know

what kind of time machine they think? Twenty seventeen payments impacted the twenty sixteen election. You knew you know the man well, Donald Trump. He appears to be like William of Wallace fighting longshanks, and that is he will never give up freedom. Here will yell to the final Has there been some moments Thursday night, Friday, Saturday, Sunday in which Donald Trump might have said, my god, look at the trouble I'm in. Is that the way

that guy's built. I really don't think it is. I mean, his entire his entire DNA is really about fighting back, especially on an injustice such as this. And so when you see that in the twenty four hours after the conviction came in, he raised fifty three million dollars, which is twice as much money as he'd ever raised in a single day online, and thirty percent of those folks were first time donors. We're now here, you know.

Through the through the following days, he's raised two hundred million dollars just since the verdict came out, two hundred million dollars seventy million dollars in small dollar donations, about thirty bucks is the average. And to put that in perspective, in all of May, Joe Biden raised fifty one million dollars. He raised more than that in one day, and he's raised four times that in the four days since since this verdict came down. That shows to me,

and I know it shows to him. The American people see this for what it is, and they're like sick and tired of all this stuff. They just want to get back to the policies at work, no question, but President Joe Biden wanted to act as if he had nothing to do with it. On the day before the verdict was announced, Robert de Niro, who was my favorite actor till about ten years ago when he went off the rails and went nuts, held like a news conference attended by the Biden Harris

twenty twenty four campaign. He then had the comments he made in the Oval Office a few hours later when trying to announce some sort of a deal on Gaza. And Joe Biden himself, directly or indirectly, has said repeatedly that Donald Trump needs to be held accountable and so his Department of Justice has done it now in two separate jurisdictions. And of course Matthew Colangio, who is one of the number three at the Department of Justice was on loan to New

York City. Can you imagine number three at DOJ in Washington, DC, number three, one of the most powerful positions in government, on loan to a New York City prosecutor to bring Donald Trump to justice. Doesn't that indicate to you that the Trump I'm sorry, the Biden DOJ's involved in this? Well? Absolutely, it's not even a question. I mean, I mean, how do you leave one of those top jobs in why it's like a Supreme Court justice going to though on one of those works small claims somewhere.

It just doesn't happen. And when you think about the fact that, look, not only did the Biden DOJ refuse to bring these charges the sec the Federal Election Commission investigated, they said there was no crime. Alvin Bragg's predecessor investigated and said, yet, no, there's no crime here, but Bragg, who campaigned on getting Trump, so I'll do it, I mean, And so, I mean that's literally what we've been reduced to at this point.

And there's no question this thing is going to get overturned on appeal. But here's my question, just like the Hunter Biden laptop win six months a year after the election is over in twenty twenty, does the New York Times and NBC and others go, oh, yeah, you know that laptop we told you was rushing disinformation. Now it's real. So as we get acquittal six months into next year or a year from now, oh yeah, yeah, he shouldn't have been convicted on that. I mean, you can't go

undo the election. Well, you cannot ring a bell. And when I look at the comparisons of Joe Biden, had he had possession illegally and seven different places top secret information. And the prosecutor, Robert Hurst, looked at it for months and said that because he's a frail, elderly with a terrible

memory, he can't stand trial even though he committed serious felonies. Can you imagine if Donald Trump was in office and a special prosecutor said Donald Trump is not mentally competent, doesn't understand the charges, can't counsel with his lawyer, he is frail and elderly and can't answer the charges. What would the media

have done with that one? Oh, they would have gone nuts. And now I'm seeing reports over the weekend that say that the Department of Justice have classified that actual audio tape at one of the highest levels of classification there is and locked it in a secure facility so it can't possibly get out. They know how devastating this is. But you know what, Bill, here's the thing. The verdicts, the Hunter trials, the Joe Biden being incompetent,

none of that's going to change right now. The election is still going to be about gas and grocery prices. It's still going to be about our wide open southern border. It's still going to be about wars raging in the Middle East in Europe. And none of the things that have happened in the last four or five days is going to change that. And that's all bad news for Joe Biden. Falsifying business records in order to hide the commission to some

other offense. That the three possible other offenses was Federal Election Commission violation that the FEC itself took a pass on. The Internal Revenue Service might have been some sort of tax violation that the IRS took a pass on. The other one was violating some sort of amorphous other criminal statue in New York State about fixing an election. None of which occurred. Of course, Democrats know how to fix elections in Michigan and Wisconsin and in Georgia. They know how to

do that. And so everyone, even those of MSNBC, Mark, I watched that, so you don't have to. I watch MSNBC. In a little bit of CNN. It is shocking that even legal advisors on those left wing networks are saying this is problematical at best. And the best is Ellie Honig, who's the expert on CNN. And Ellie said, look, this is a novel theory that has never been tried before. And when the judge

charges the jury of the three step up that makes it a felony. The jury can find him guilty of four votes on one, four votes in another, and four votes on a different one, which means the other eight do not find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt on one of the elements of the offenses. And he said that is not going to stand. And then, of course, during the trial, as you may know, the judge would not permit Donald Trump's lawyers to put on evidence why it wasn't an FEC violation

or why it wasn't a violation of tax law. But Judge Marshawn, who personally contribute money to Joe Biden and whose daughter has made millions of dollars as a fundraiser for Democratic causes, would not permit Donald Trump to put on witnesses. Now, I've tried one hundred jury trials as a criminal defense attorney, and the judge will always tell you, look, at the end of this day, I'm going to go on with my life. The state's going to move to the next case, but the defend is going to be left with

everything that we've done. I want to make sure the defendant beliefs he received a fair trial, so that if he's convicted, he knows it was done by a so called jury of his peers. In this case, I don't think any reasonable person, including Elig Honig of CNN, is saying Donald Trump received a fair trial because it was concocted scheme originating in Washington to get Donald

Trump to be a convicted felon. And as far as the appellate process, Mark Lauder, it's obvious there are so many ripe areas of overturning it. It goes to the first level of the Court of Appeals, then goes to the so called Supreme Court in New York. Then you jump over to the federal system. You could do a special writ, a procedendo or prohibition on the US Supreme Court, probably to go back to US District Court, then

the Second Circuit, and then to the Supreme Court. We're talking five to six years before this thing is resolved, which was the purpose make all the airs you won, and Judge Murshawn, who's a Democratic activist, knows it'll be reversed long after the election of twenty four isn't in a sense, And

you have deep, deep connections, especially to the Midwest. Will it affect voters and the key states of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, because if the Trumpster loses all four of those states, he's got to run the entire wreck. What does your gut tell you about the voters November the

fifth. No, I don't think it's going to change anything because it doesn't lower gas prices, it doesn't lower grocery prices, it's not going to secure the border, it's not going to deal with crime in our cities, and it's not going to solve the wars that are going on. And it's to your point, Bill. I want to go to Vegas with Judge Mrshaan because this guy does have to stack the deck. I mean, this is just crazy what he's doing. And yet but to your point, we're going to

be, you know, years from him being exonerated. But to be honest with you, I do not think any of this stuff matters. Even Frank Lawn, you know, who used to be very supportive of Donald Trump, isn't anymore. He's like, look, these numbers are already baked in. The polls today are showing us what we already know, and people's thoughts on these criminal cases are already baked into the cake. What's not changed are the fundamentals. It's still and I'm not going to say it's the economy stupid,

although it's still brilliant. It's affordability stupid, and it's the border stupid. And those are things that are not going to change between now an election day, and even if Joe Biden comes out on Tuesday and announces some executive you know, action on the border, it's just going to be window dressing. It's not going to do anything to stop or to do anything about the twelve

million people who are already here illegally. And a good example of that is that when Stormy Daniels talked about the events that took place eighteen years ago after a golf course, the Trump story has said it never happened. There's no objective evidence that dinner didn't happen. It's her testimony and that's it. But he allowed her judgment. Sean allowed her an entire afternoon talking about did he use a condom? What kind of sex did they have, what kind of

underword did he have on? What in the hell did I have to do with anything about falsifying business records, of what kind of sex they did or didn't have, and what he wanted to do, what Machean wanted to do over the objection of Trump's counsel was to smear this guy. So for those on the jury he thought he engaged in terrible behavior, guess what they had

some hook to hang their hat on. It was completely irrelevant. So the judge himself concocted a scheme to make sure that within the jury instructions and within the testimony permitted, Robert Costello, the attorney for the lying lawyer, was not permitted to go far afield at all. In fact, he put the defense in a straight jacket, and he gave the prosecution wide birth to do

whatever they wanted over the objection of the council. You put that together with the idea that you don't have to find someone guilty beyond a reasonable doubt on any of those three stepped up so called felonies, and add on top of that the jury charge and even the jury form itself. And I've filled out many jury forms when I was a bailiff in common Police Courton and Lucas County to Leeder, where I went to law school. You have to indicate what

the offense is. And at no point was Donald Trump notified as to what law he was defending against, because the judge did not tell him what was the violation of the law. Falsifying business reckers is only a misdemeanor, and the statute of limitations has long since expired, but it becomes a felony because of the step up one of those other three areas, and that the judge never required the State of New York to notify the defendant as far as whitch

of those three is their theory of the case. And also he would not allow the defense to know who's coming up the next morning as a witness till after six pm the day before, so you couldn't prepare a cross examination. And right, you know, Cohen gets up there and just lies through his teeth, repeatedly lies directly to the jury and the jury and hold him accountable?

Do you hold the jury? You know, I'll get your feeling on this in about two minutes or a minute and a half re manning Mark lauder And is that I give almost a jury a Texas al Paso because they were directed toward a specific verdict by the way Marshawn conducted the case. Do you see things that way? I agree with you as well. I mean, this was the judge putting his thumb and really sitting on the scale to get the verdict that he wanted, whether it was from the jury instructions and the

way he handled things. I mean, you know there's so much better than I do, Bill, But me, could you remain Let's go back to the O. J. Simpson case. If OJ's lawyers wouldn't have been able to put on a blood spatter expert or a DNA expert to counter the government's witnesses, this judge basically said the foremost expert in the nation on election law, can't testify fully because I'll tell you what election law is not the actual federal expert. I mean, it's just crazy, it is. But I

had you brought up Ojy. When that verdict was announced. About five to six pm on Thursday, I left my front door and I walked for an hour, and I had to clear my mind because the same thing happened to me with OJ Simpson when that verdict was announced. And I happened to be in Los Angeles when it was announced, and I was there when Steve Garvey and his wife brought in donuts at the announcement of the verdict. I was at the La County Courthouse, and I the same feeling in my gut that

I did then, My God, is this wrong? And one hand, Democrats, especially African American Democrats, did an end zone dance when OJ Simpson was found not guilty, much like now we have Democrats doing an end zone dance in the macarena that Trump is convicted. And there's no connection between falsifying business records and slaughtering two people. But the verdict in both cases indicate that

the Democratic Party in liberalism prevailed over justice. Ojay should have been convicted and Donald Trump should have been found not guilty because the opposite in each case occurred. That's what making democrats so happy. But Mark Lotter, about thirty seconds remaining, give me your thoughts on how Trump should play this so called conviction in the end of the future. Well, I think you're doing exactly the

right thing. They've already got the donors, they've got. People, don't get angry, don't get sad, get motivated, donate, volunteer, sign up, register to vote, vote, bring friends to do the same. And I think both of us predicted the likelihood of a conviction because everything in this trial indicated that they wanted to put Trump in a no win position, to be like fighting Mike Tyson in his prime in the ring and you're handcuffed, go ahead, try to beat him. So I want to get your reaction to the verdict on Thursday and what this means for the campaign. And whenever I have a lack

of faith, I think about Wayne Allen root less. When this came down Thursday night, Wayne, I left my home and started walking down the street, mumbling and fumbling my way. It was I had this same feeling when oj Simpson was found not guilty. I thought, boys, something's wrong about this. And I had the same feeling with the Trump verdict. Give me the Wayne on a Root Reaction. Well, I listen, I think there's some great news here. I mean, it's terrible news because, like you,

I was sick to my stomach. I was on the air. I was actually taping my evening show. I've now got a TV show every night on Real America's Voice TV at ten pm Eastern, and it's called The Root Reaction. And we were just about to start taping when I heard the verdict came down and I composed myself for about sixty seconds, and then we went on the air and I said, look, it's a horrible moment. I'm responding moments after I heard the guilty verdict on all thirty four counts. It's

stunning, it's shocking, it's sickening. It means America is now a banana republic. It means we're now the Soviet Gulag. It means we're now nineteen thirties Nazi Germany, which I've been screaming from the highest mountains for three years now, based on you know, vaccine passports and forced vaccines and forced masks and arrests of political opponents, and the falsehood of January sixth, which was a peaceful protest turned into a riot by Democrats on purpose to entrap Republicans and

make Trump look bad and make Trump's supporters look like criminals. Based on all of it, and the indictments of Trump ongoing, I kept saying, we are nineteen thirties Nazi Germany. So all of that is terrible, and the conviction is such a reality that's come crashing down. There's a big demsty in, an indictment and a conviction, and we all know is a rig trial, a rig judge, a rig jury, we know rigged instructions going to the jurors. Everything about it is sickening. But let me give you the

bright side. I believe, as the Japanese Admiral Yamamoto said after Pearl Harbor, all his airmen were celebrating destroying Pearl Harbor in their sneak attack and sending what was it, over three thousand young Americans to their death. Looked at them. He was very solemn, and he said, I'm not celebrating. I fear we have awakened the sleeping giant. And I believe this was the exact same thing. It's the moment, and most people don't see it.

Bill, they haven't been staring. They're busy with their lives. Like I spend my life because I've got TV shows, I've got radio shows. I spend my life studying the news and seeing what's happening and trying to read the tea leaves. And I've just noticed, you know, just last week, Stephen Schwartzman, the CEO of of Blackstone Black black Rock, Right, he endorsed Trump. Right, He endorsed Trump. It's a miracle. That's a political tsunami. Right, And so no one's ever seen anything like that or

anything like that. Lifelong Jewish Democrat endorses Trump. It says, I'll put all my money behind Trump and the entire Republican Senate slate of candidates. Amazing a Silicon Valley CEO also Jewish, and I happen to be Jewish, so I noticed these things. Lifelong Democrat I don't remember his name, but he gave a million dollars to Hillary in twenty sixteen, he announced he's giving a million dollars to Trump. He's completely changed over the college protests. He sees

what's going on. I've noticed many in Silicon Valley and Wall Street Jewish lifelong Democrats suddenly switching to Trump. It's all changing. This verdict yesterday, literally after the verdicts, or not yesterday, but on Thursday. It was on Thursday, and literally after the verdict. One donor gave the eight hundred thousand dollars to Trump's campaign. Another one by the name of Maguire, who had been a huge Hillary supporter, gave three hundred thousand dollars to the Trump campaign.

And the site where you give donations small donations win read Trump site crashed because millions of Americans tried to get on at the same time. It gives donation to Trump. That happened Thursday night, right after the verdict. So when you add this together, and there's like a puzzle, and I'm trying to put the puzzle together. When it's finally put together, you could clearly

see the picture. Right. It's like jeopardy, you know, you put it together, you figure out the answer and or wheel of fortune right, and you figure out the answer and when you see the final result, people are changing from Democrat to conservative. Big people, Jewish donors, wealthy donors, Wall Street, Silicon Valley. They can all see that the emperor has no clothes. The guy screaming the loudest Biden that Trump is a dictator is

the dictator. He's the one that just rigged and framed Trump. If Trump was a dictator, Bill, how would you be able to frame him and rig a trial, a communist color trial against them, a communist show trial against them? How would you be able to do that? And the answer is you couldn't. It's the people who rigged the trial who actually are the

dictators. It's the people who force vaccinated who are the dictators. It's the people who open the border to replace voters and change the electric so they stay in office forever. Who are the dictators. It's the people who put January six ers in solitary confinement for three and a half years with no trial. Who are the dictators, and the American people are waking up. And it's the people who allow the college campus protests to scream death to America and death

to Jews and death to Israel who are the real dictators. And I think the people have seen it, and I think all of this what's happening in the last few weeks before Trump was found guilty, Now it will accelerate. I believe they've awakened the sleeping giant. You know, Wayne Allen Ruth, the Ayatola Komani came out a few days ago supporting the college protest in favor of hamas right and so Toolason, go get them kids. You're doing what's

right. And then Putin and g are dancing. They're doing the macarana right now together because they're thinking, Okay, this is going to hurt Trump. We don't want Trump back in the White House. If you're a Chinese or Russian Irani, and you certainly don't want Trump, what you want. What you want is the continuation of Joe Biden. And then after he's gone within

about a year, he can't survive mentally. Look what the ag even said, Robert Hurst said about his mental state is going to be Kamala Harris will

be the president. Can you imagine for the next four to ten years locking in the policies of Biden Kamala Harris on the southern border with fentanyl, the behavior toward Israel which will be obliterated, the behavior toward China, and the whole issue of the Biden family accepting tens of millions of dollars from communist red Chinese business interest in building homes on the East Coast, as if that's not a crime in and of itself. Would you say, when the Ayatolas supports

you, it's time to reconsider your position. Yeah? Well, I listen as a Jewish American who happens to have always been a lifelong Republican, conservative patriot, I watched these protests in horror, and I'm so glad. I mean, I really am for the You know, remember when Michelle Obama said when her husband Obama got elected, she said, for the first time in my life, I'm proud of America. And you know, I laughed, because that shows what communists they are. That's the first time she's ever proud

of the greatest nation of world history. But I feel like I'm reborn because I feel like, for the first time in my lifetime, I've always loved the Jewish people. They're my people, their blood is my blood. But I've always been embarrassed and sickened by their politics, by their political leanings. For the first time in my life, I'm proud of some of the most successful Jews who have seen the light and switched from Democrats to Republican They're seeing

what I'm seeing that you can't allow this to go on. That in America, we've never attacked someone because of their race or religion, you know, not since slavery or you know, post Civil War in the South, has anyone allowed someone to malign, to demonize, to hang someone, you know, because of their race or religion or We don't do that in America. That's what makes America different and special. And to see the jew hatred and anti Semitism come out in the last few weeks has been a horrible, horrible

first in the history of America. That's never happened. No one's ever said death to Jews in the history of America. Jewish people have always been Americans and welcome in America and celebrated for their success. So I think all the Jewish leaders have seen what's going on, and they've seen the light, and they know this must end. And they see that every protest, all these protesters are coming only from the left. There's no one from the right.

It's all from the left. And more importantly, the protests aren't really just leftists. They're mixed in with foreigners, and mostly Muslim foreigners who've come in through the open border which was caused by Obama and Biden who opened the border and let in millions of Hamas and Hezbelad sympathizers. It's not actual Hamas and Hezbla terrorists, and that's who's on these campuses. And you look at the crowds and you realize this has never been America before. Where's your Dao Christian

nation. We've never been a a your dalo Christian Muslim nation. You're letting people in who hate Jews. And by the way, Bill, if they hate Jews, I guarantee you, after they've finished killing and imprisoning the Jews,

they're coming after the Christians next. In every Muslim country, they hate Christians just as much as Jews. So we're letting people into our country who don't believe in democracy, who don't believe in freedom, who hate several groups that make up our country, and who bring with them hate, violence, and a propensity for literally for killing, for mass murder. It's insanity.

And I think some of the richest Jews in America on Wall Street and Silicon Valley have looked at this and said enough, I've been a lifelong Democrat, It's time to change my views. Republicans stand for the things I stand for, protecting Jews and stopping hate, and Democrats are allowing to happen nearly because Joe Biden wants to win Michigan and Minnesota, which have large Muslim populations.

Unbelievable. You went to Columbia. Can you imagine during your years at Columbia and the bowels of New York City that you would have Columbia shut down by large numbers some outsiders, many hundreds of Columbia students saying kill Jews, kill the Jews, kill Americans. And then you have a George Washington University, that classic statue of George Washington in blazon with his symbols of Hamas that still stand today. They don't want to repaint the thing yet because it may offend

George Washington students, and there was this small college in the California. It's just a couple of days ago. After about six weeks, finally broke the siege and took over the administration building once again, all complimented by the Ayatola. And so for those who say we're moving forward, hell, we're moving

backwards. Kill the Jews. And you have the Iatola complimenting. I mean, you don't have the president sending the doja to see where the money is coming from, who's funding all this and what's the purpose of that still going after mega supporters instead of those who's saying killed the Jews. When you were at Columbia, could you imagine hundreds of Columbia students shutting down campuses and saying kill Jews at Columbia. Well, I'll tell you what. It's kind of

a mixed answer. It may not be quite the answer you expected. I'm going to shock your audience a little bit. When I went to Colombia and I wrote a combat this recently, maybe about a month ago, pretty much every single student was white. At least half the students were Jewish in those days, at least half at Columbia University and at most Ivy League colleges. You know, from Harvard to Princeton, large large numbers of Jews, and

today that's all been replaced. That's the insanity of Jews on the left that they would allow GI and affirmative action to take roots, which means the talent and the brains and the hard work of a race of people. The Jewish people are erased in favor of letting someone in just because they're black, who without the hard work or without the good grades, you let them get in ahead of a Jewish student, or an Asian student, or a white Protestant

student who gets the right grades and should be in the college. They're kept out, and it's going on every day. This is sick and for the Jewish people, and I'm a Jew, to say let someone in because of the color of their skin, that is racist. Reverse racism is racism. So it's just to see all this. So when I was at Columbia, mostly white, mostly Jewish, but all communists. They all hated America.

I would not have been surprised by anyone saying or a sign saying or chanting death to America because they were all crazy, radical, extreme communists, and brand about being communists and hated this country, and for the most part where anti Israel as well. They never said death to Israel, they never said death to the Jews, but they sided with the Palestinians, despite the fact that most of them were Jewish. So this doesn't surprise meets another generation later.

They're extreme, they're radical, and now they're mixed in because of the open border with all kinds of extreme radical Muslims who hate Jews, hate Christians, hate Israel, and hate America. And you put it all together and you mix and you have a powder keg. And so it really doesn't surprise me. The virulence and the hatred and the bragging about wanting to kill Jews.

That's new. That wasn't at Columbia when I was there. But the general attitude anti America, pro communists, and anti Israel, it was all there. It's just now much amplified and much worse in America today, mostly because of the open border. Lastly, I'm reading a story out of the Los Angeles Times that fifty percent of the UCLA medical students cannot pass the medical

boards. Fifty percent of the students DEI. They started this seven eight years ago DEI admitting because of the of your skin, not because of achievement. And some of the best brightest people I know are African American lawyers and doctors, et cetera. In fact, I go to one. But nonetheless DEI

has destroyed the medical profession in the state of California. And if this continues, I don't know what to do. Fifty percent of the students cannot pass the Medical Boards Part one and two, which is standardized testing to advance in medical school, and now they're talking about getting ready to exam that the exam

is culturally biased. What look. I grew up bill in a majority black town, went to a all black middle school and an all black high school, invited black kids to My born Mitza was best friends with only black kids because that's all there was at my school. My entire upbringing is black. And all I could tell you is I don't see black or white. I see talent. I don't care what color your skin is. I want the

best people to be in the jobs. Just like in the NFL and the NBA, the best talent should be on the Nobody seems to worry in the NFL that the best talent is pretty much all black, that white running backs don't exist anymore other than Christian McCafferty hitt the Tampasco forty nine ers, and that white wide receivers don't exist anymore other than maybe Julian Edelman who retired from

the New England Patriots and with the Super Bowl MVP and is Jewish. But other than that, there's really no wide receivers, no white cornerbacks, no white running backs. NBA. That's okay the day, of course, but that's okay. I want the best product on the field. So if liberals don't mind that sports is all black, then why should they mind that the best person gets into Harvard or Columbia, or the best person becomes a doctor or a lawyer. It should be color blind. Yep, we gotta run

Wayne Island Road. These are sad times. Whenever I get down after the verdict, I walked around mumbling in the neighborhood for a while. I want to call Wayne Island Route. But once again, Wayne, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Wayne, You're the best. Remember my

statement, my last statement, the sleeping giant has been awakened. Will now go on to an even bigger landslide victory, and you will have a mandate to indict and arrest the bad evildoers that have come after us for no reason. They have committed real crimes. They need to go to jail. Trump can actually do it now. I think he's got the cover to do it once in office, right because people feel sympathy for what he's gone through.

Taylor Swift, who's a multi billionaire and lifts the American economy by herself, Oprah Winfrey, many others, and probably you have something in common that all three of these notable Americans, along with fifty thousand other Americans have had their tax records

stolen by an IRS thief. The thief was convicted of one count and the theft of tens of thousands of IRS files leaked to the media, and the prosecutors now say this convicted thief may have stolen the IRS files of maybe seventy thousand Americans. And of course, the legendary Grover Norquist as the CEO president chairman of the Board of Americans for Tax Reform. He's been out of for about twenty years or so, a frequent guest of the Bill Cunningham Show years

past. But when I read this column, I said, we have to know what's happening with our private personal information. And Grover Norquist to welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Grover, first of all, tell the American people with this IRS tax thief cheek did and the impact it had. Well, he went to go work as a contractor in the IRS, had access to all sorts of stuff. I don't know who is supervising him. They don't tell us that he ultimately was working for our group called Pro Publica.

He took all of he went in installed the private IRS data of somewhere between fifty and seventy thousand Americans all during this for several years, the administration lied to the Biden administration, lied to the American people, lied to Congress, lied to the committees that oversee the IRS. The head of the IRS came and lied and said, oh, it's just a few thousand. Fifty and seventy is not a few Okay, that's many tens of thousands, not

a few thousands. Although a few thousand is a crime. One is a go to jail crime. Somebody from the IRS takes one your tax return and gives it to somebody who doesn't have access to it, a foreign country, somebody who doesn't like you, a newspaper, anything. Okay, it's your private business. The IRS gets to look at it and which money they take. That's it. If somebody from the IRS does that, it is five

years in prison, five years in prison. What happened here was this fellow Charles little John is the name of the thief, and he gave this all to a group called pro p r O publica publico public of which is a left wing group which uses it. Who knows what they say? What is it all in China? Possibly even if this group has had it stored in their basement. We think the Chinese or Russians couldn't steal it. The mob

couldn't steal it. Once it's outside, the irs could go anywhere. And this guy, Charles little John stole this data over years, had access everything. Who was okay? They tell us that the irs the head of the warfare and so on. Oh, it's all very seats say no, it's not. We know it's not. They lie to us and told us your stuff is safe, your your privacy is safe. They handed this to a left wing group. One of the people they went after, oddly enough,

was Bloomberg, who had the audacity to run against Oh Biden. Not a good idea to challenge the king, because he'll have these people take your tax returns and splait them out and use them for who knows what purpose is. Maybe maybe your competitors would like to know how you spend your money and where you've invested. For crying out loud, people pay a lot of money for that sort of thing. What is a guy like Bloomberg? How does he

investors money? That's you could you could sell that on the market because he's a good investor. This assault on the privacy of the American people. And what was Biden's reaction, Let's give these crooks, Let's give these people eighty billion dollars to do more, Yes, more honest? And what was the motivation this thief? What was the motivation? What's simply scintilating stuff or was he paid or it's a felony for each time he committed maybe fifty to seventy

thousand felonies. What was the motivation? Well, I think he knew perfectly well that having done it during the Biden administration, he wouldn't really be punished. He'll certainly be pardoned before Biden leaves. And what the Democrats held a press conference to announce, we need more money for the irs because we need

to do more audits because rich people aren't being audited. Okay, they did it just at the same time that the stolen data was being released by the left wing activist group Pro Publica, which got the stolen stuff from him. So this the thief pro Publica, the recipients of the stolen data, who gave it to Chinese Russians. We don't know who they gave it to,

who they sold it to. Maybe they sold it to the Democratic Party and the Democratic Senate Nurse all coordinated on a date for the press conference to go with the president's budget, saying we need money to do more audits. Now. One of the things that's kind of funny about that is, first of all, none of these people, none of these rich people owed more money. Okay, it's not like, oh, we looked at their tax stuff and they weren't paying any taxes. No, they're paying back what they know.

There was nothing interesting, which is why it was a one day story. When they broke it. They just made it sound like, oh, we have all this data, look at this, without oh, I don't know mentioning it was all stolen, it was all illegal, and it was seventy thousand people, you know, fifty to seventy thousand people. And again, really know that because one of their targets who happened to be a conservative

journalist in New York. Surprise, surprise, once they admit to you, they've even called the people and told them all that their stuff was stolen. Okay, this has been years and they haven't gotten around to telling people that, oh, by the way, we have no idea who has your data?

Now, your privacy because it's been stolen by Pro Publica, by this thug Charles Little John and the I R S. Didn't care, didn't tell you about it, didn't run it down, hasn't, at least according to the press, hasn't even asked for it back from the guys who have the stolen property at Pro Publica, probably because if you ever got it back, then you'd have a record of how much was stolen, and you could see how much of it was sold to anybody from China to somebody else, you

know, who knows what they've done with it. And Grover, your column indicates that it appears that Donald Trump's tax returns are also stolen, and they declined to proceed on that because the statute of limitations had run. Once again. Trump is the victim. Of course, there's Stormy Daniels. He is a victim of an extortion attempt that they ignored. And with Michael Cohen, he admitted stealing about sixty thousand dollars from Donald Trump, and that was a

bigger thief, more of a crime than what Donald Trump did. They ignored Michael Cohen's thievery. They ignored the extortion by by Stormy Daniels and now Donald Trump's tax returns were stolen. But the media says that, well, the statute had run out, so we're going to leave that alone. Isn't that ridiculous, Well, it is if you cheat the IRS out of what they think they're owed. Okay, there is no statute of limitations. They can go back as far as they want. But if the IRS takes your data

and gives it to somebody there is they don't get punished. If they get it takes enough time to get caught. That may be why they delayed on letting you know there were fifty to seventy thousand, so that you could no longer have the statute of limitations on the guy who stole it. And again, the idea that one person did it strikes me as unlikely. But one thing we know is the IRS has made no real effort to find out what was going on. This is the same IRS that Biden wants to get eighty

billion two. The Republicans are able to claw out twin billion of that back, so half of what was going to go into more agents. Supposedly they're hiring people to answer phones, but the Congress reports they've tripled the number of calls they get saying, hey, I'm trying to get through the IRS to

solve this problem with my taxes, but they won't answer the phone. So not so the IRS with all this lovely money and all these new people supposedly answering the phones working out of the homes, not out of the IRS, because they've got a union who says, you don't have to come to work. Nice thing of not being at the IRS. You don't have to come

to work. My favorite is the guy who was caught more than one hundred times playing golf while on official time, and they finally fired him, but it took several years and court things because he kept arguing and the union kept defending the fact, Well, he doesn't really have to come to work. He's allowed to play golf and lie in faith, you know, taking time off. That's that's your IRS. That's you get who they're trying to get

eighty billion two. The Republicans got half of the stuff that was going to go into auditors taken out. They shouldn't have a until they reform. And here's what's worse. They want. This is what the administration wants, what Biden wants to do with the head of the IRIS wos to he wants to

do your taxes for you. Does that sound like somebody's doing your favorite Well, what it means is all the paperwork that you put it in front of you when you sit and do your taxes, right, the government now has to have that in order to do your taxes, and then they send you a bill. Here's what y'all kiddo. Now, let's say they're off by five hundred bucks, seven hundred bucks. Do you hire a lawyer for three thousand dollars to get your seven hundred dollars or do you just give it up?

You eat it? To say? Now, when you said rich not being audited, that's the month of that's kind of the amut of the radical left, especially Democratic US senators I'm sure never been audited, and they claim

the rich is not paying their fair share. So I'm watching this segment and CNBC this morning, and it pointing out that the top one percent, those making about four hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year, the one percent make twenty three percent of the income, yet pay forty six percent of the taxes, and fifty percent of Americans pay no federal income tax. So you've spent your life, Grover Norquist, Americans for tax reform knowing who's paying taxes and

who isn't paying taxes. So can you notify the American people who's paying the taxes to the irs and who's not paying taxes to the irs. Well, as you point out, the personal income tax is heavily weighted to hire income Americans. It's wildly progressive compared to Europe. It's much more progressive than European

tax structures. The Europeans start with a twenty percent value added tax or a sales tax at every level of production, and they have basically social security taxes, wage taxes which hit everybody the same rount, and then they have a progressive income tax. United States tax structure is much more progressive than Europe's forsten. But what I find very interesting is the corporate income tax. Now the politicians have to say, well, we're only going to raise taxes on rich

people and corporations. Okay, so you raise taxes on Walmart. What are Walmart's options. They can raise the price of things they sell at Walmart to pay the taxes. They can reduce wages to pay the taxes or slow wage growth. So tax, the corporate income tax is designed to hide that. That's what gets middle America because you pay it in higher prices. The grocery store down the street are going to have a corporate tax. The grocery store will pay it. Really, yes, Hey, how come the price of

cucumbers has gone up? I don't know. That's a good question. How come Mary, who's a bagger at the grocery store doesn't get paid as much as she used to. I don't know where the money got. Well, they take the corporate income tax, and then the Democrats politicians go, you know what rich corporations are paying that? Mister and mister General, he's paying it. There's no mister General. Motors, their consumers and their workers.

They get screwed. That's who gets screwed by the corporate income tax. The whole point of the corporate income tax is to hide that. That is a tax on middle income people and adding to your thing. For most Americans, at least forty percent of Americans, they pay more in corporate income tax to higher costs and lower wages than they do in the income tax. The income

tax doesn't it. The corporate tax is the one that gets low income people because they pay higher prices for everything they buy, and the leftening posicians go, I'm your friend, and he's screwing them with higher prices because of the corporate income tax while smiling. And most of them are smart enough to know they're lying to people. But some of them. I don't think that lady from New York AOC, I don't think she knows. I think she thinks.

There's a mister General Motors and a mister grocery store and a mister barbershop. Who if we pay taxes and it's not paid by customers, consumers and workers. Of course, of this, every company or corporation that pay taxes, we must understand that's the cost of doing business and the build into the product, the god to the service produced, the cost of the taxes paid by the company that the consumer pays. All the taxes in the entire country.

Corporations, whether it's an S or a C, they pay no taxes. They pass it on to you as a consumer in the form of higher prices, and the literacy of average Americans about who's paying taxes, who's not paying taxes. The Democrats say these things because it works. They want to continue to convince people that the evil rich do not pay their quote fair share, never defining what a fair share is. And secondly, it's real popular to have corporation taxes go up as if the consumer doesn't pay them all.

And the ignorance of the American people when it comes to tax policy is unbelievable. Well, Americans for tax reform. Grover nor course, how many years have you been at this? Hasn't it been thirty or forty? A lot since Reagan asked me to put it together in nineteen eighty five. Forty years you've been at this? Are you succeeding or failing? What do you think? Well? I think we're doing pretty well on the general direction. I'm

looking at the fifty states right now. We have seven states with no income taxes. We have fourteen states now that have a single rate tax, about five new ones in the last couple of years. Okay, a single rate tax is easier to cut because you just say to everybody, everybody's going from four to three and a half. It takes envy out of the equation. Everybody pays four percent, got it? Now we're all going to pay three

and a half. It's also very difficult to raise. Illinois, for instance, has a single rate tax, flat rate tax by constitution, can't have a graduate or progressive income tax. In Illinois. Everybody has to say out they pay under they charge under five percent. Well you think it'd be like New York or California at over ten percent. But if you have to face everyone at once, even the left wing Democrat Bolshevik politicians out of Illinois,

they can't face everybody and say I'm stealing every more of everybody's money. They have to go I'm leaving you alone. I'm only going to mug these two over here, and then take turns who they mug. But a single ray tax very difficult to raise. So and there are ten states now committed to going to zero, to face their income tax to zero. Right Carolina's on the way next year. In New Hampshire will be at zero. West Virginia and Kentucky you're on the way to zero. I mean these are Arkansas and

Mississippi. Of all, Louisiana is going to go to zero, Arizona, A lot of states are taking those. When you have the competition, people realize you want jobs, you want growth, you want income you want people have low taxes, people move to your state, flourish. What we want to do in America is compete against China by having lower taxes. We took our taxes. Corporate tax used to be thirty five percent. China's was twenty five and fifteen. We took ours down to twenty one, okay, which

makes us competitive with China. Trump wants to take it to fifteen, which will be even better. What Biden wants is he wants us to compete with China. We're going to have higher taxes than China. You have to take it up to our taxes up higher than China, higher the taxes in China, more regulations certainly on energy and so on than China does, and we'll have to compete on lower wages. So Biden says, we're going to compete

internationally by having the lowest wages while high taxes and regulations. And the Republicans and Trump say no, we're going to have lower taxes, less regulations. We want high wages for the American people. We're not going to compete with China on paying people less. We're going to compete on the government taking less

over nor quest May you do this for another forty years. I've been doing radio for forty one years, and may you and I together have another interview in about forty years to say, Okay, we've reached a point with the American consumer. The American voter is very literate. He or she understands that when taxes go up for companies, the consumer pays every one of those taxes. That's why inflation is skyrocketing.
