Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunningham Ki Tilly cunning in the Grand American getting ready on the eve of the most important trial in the United States history. Put that in granted,
chisel it somewhere. What's beginning tomorrow and the courtroom of a Colombian born judge named Juan Morshawn is by far the most important trial in the history of the United States of America. Number one, it's likely to pick who the next president is. Now, what other trial? Maybe? OJ you think famous the murderer, the dirty, filthy murderer who chopped off the head of his children's mother. No, No, not that one. Maybe, uh, come up with the Durst trial. Maybe talk about the Boston Masacer trial.
I don't know, but this trial has sown the seeds within it the election or the non electability of the next president. I think, without question, having spent years and years in courtrooms trying cases. Donald J. Trump will be convicted by this jury. Write that down in Boss it somewhere not going to be a hung jury. One cannot imagine a juror living in Manhattan going home after spend eight to ten weeks in a trial and all your friends
and family members know you run that jury. You can't hide it. Think the lawyer's missing eight weeks of work. And they're described in general ways in biography matters. They don't know who they are, of course, spouses, no brothers, no sons and daughters, no friends know. And so as the days and weeks roll by, and by the way, this case would be quicker than you think. It's going to be obvious to friends and family who's sitting on that jury, who's not sitting on the jury. And the
jury will not be sequestered. I used to sequester your juries, spend time with him in important cases. But Judge Morshawn from Columbia is not going to sequester the jury. He may do it after deliberations begin. So the entire time that these jury are going to be reporting to a courtroom in a dirty, filthy building in downtown New York City. They're going to have in the back of their mind, can I, at the end of this case go on and continue my life? And the answer is only one way. That
is to convict Donald Trump. Because friends and family associates will not put up with the fact that you voted not guilty or hung the jury. That they won't be able to survive in New York City if they free Donald Trump or even have a hung jury, that will not happen. All twelve ultimately are going to convict him because they want to go home. They want to be uh never standing another Starbucks line. When they call and get a reservation,
they're going to be at the top of the list. People will applaud them as they walk down a hallway. If you're on this jury and you convict Donald Trump in that climate, absolutely you're going to be wine dined in pocket
lined for the rest of your life. And you know that it'd be like the m Mattil jury in Mississippi. A bunch of white races killed Emmettill from Chicago, and they knew they had to find the three defendants not guilty because if they found those three white races guilty of killing Emmettil they couldn't go home, that they'd lose their jobs. The direct opposite is happening in New York
City in the month of April in May. The trial will take four to six weeks, and the first appropriately allegedly the first witness is a guy named Pecker, David Pecker, who used to be the owner of the National inquir Pecker. That's a perfect case, perfect for this case. We'll get into that in a minute. Pecker will be the first witness in this case involving
Stormy Daniels. Pecker will go first. Unbelievable, but nonetheless getting back to my original point, jurors do not sit in the box oblivious to the circumstances in which they find themselves, especially those two lawyers working in DEI dominated law firms. They're going to be off the next six to eight weeks, and when they come back, having convicted Donald Trump, they will be a ploted walking down the hallways of their law firms. All these flowery phrases will be
used about independent voting and independent judgment. But at the end of the day, the day after the verdict, the week after the verdict, the month after the verdict, the year after the verdict, as their books are written, They're going to profit off this thing, just as Judge Marshawn's daughter, Lauren Marshawn is profiting off raising money off this trial that her daughter, that her daddy is presiding over. So number one, it's going to be convicted.
And then what happens I call it the most important trial in the history of this country. Is Judge Marshawn going to revoke bond and put him on Rikers Island pending sentencing Donald Trump at Riker's Island? How's that going to look? And then he'll quickly go to the Court of Appeals and the same type
judges there exist is on the trial court. And that means they're going to let the trial judge verdicts stand and they're going to keep him locked up in Rikers Island sometime in like matt June or July, just before the convention. Then what happens. Can you imagine that circumstance that the hatred, the feelings, the filth that liberal Democrats feel for this country will be manifested in the incarceration of Donald John Trump on these trumped up charges. Hate to use that
word trump up charges. Let's go over a little bit the h Can you imagine whatever county you're in in this great country. There's about four thousand counties in the United States. What if you're a local county prosecutor took it upon himself for herself to enforce federal law the Federal Election Commission. There's certain rules and regulations as to what can be on a federal election form as a campaign donation, directly or indirectly, and what cannot be. If you fail to
put something on that is, that's a crime. If you don't put something on that should be, that's a crime, Come hell or high water, it's a crime. So in this case, the UH Robert Bob Barr, the Attorney General for Trump, of course, said there's not a criminal violation here. But more importantly, the next Attorney General, Mary Garland said, there's no violation of federal law because that was not a campaign donation. The money to keep supposedly Stormy Daniels to poor and start quiet, that was not
a campaign donation. Didn't have to do it. So my source for that is the president Attorney General Merrick Garland. And is he a Trump supporter? I don't think so. Going back to New York. Previous to this clown Alvin Bragg, who ran a campaign to indict Donald Trump, the prosecutor in this county in New York. There's five counties in New York City. Guy named sy Van's been there twenty eight years. He said there was insufficient evidence
to bring a criminal charge against Donald Trump. So you have Democrats, progressive left wing Democrats, cy Vance and Merrick Garland saying there is no violation of the federal criminal statute. You on one hand, I heard some experts say that if Trump had put on that on the form that he paid Stormy Daniels one hundred and thirty thousand dollars, that would have been a fellony because it wasn't a criminal, it wasn't a campaign donation, and putting it down would
be a crime. And if he didn't put it down, it's a crime. It's a catch twenty two. So the case has been turned down by everyone that's looked at it except Alvin Bragg, who ran a campaign to get Trump. And of course there's so little crime now in New York City. I can understand he's got lots of free time. You can you can treat a cops had like a soccer ball, and you're out immediately beat up. Cops, rape women, punch them out down the steps of a church.
Everything's free, there's no bond of all, there's no consequence for crime. So Alvin Bragg had to hire two United States Department of Justice officials experts in these kind of things, to be special counsel, getting paid big bucks. This is costing the City of New York, State and New York tens of millions of dollars simply to bring the case. It was rolled to a judge, of course, named Marshawn one Mrshawn, who was born in Bogata,
Columbia, and he was assigned the case. He immediately was asked to get off the case by the Trumpsters. Lawyers say, no, wait a minute, judge, you gave three they were small, but you gave small cash donations to Joe Biden and the Democrat Party. It appears to be a conflict of interest. You can't do that. Judge said, oh, yes, I can, and then it became somewhat apparent. New York Post ran a story that the judge's daughter, thirty six year old Lauren Mrshawn, is a
big time democratic activist. Now, when I heard reports on CNN and CNN would fit nicely inside Zvestia that the Donald was attacking Judge Mrshon's daughter, I thought, what is she a fourteen year old girl with braces. No, she's a thirty six short political activist that, according to the New York Post, has raised about one hundred million dollars for left wing progressive political costes Adam
Shift and Schumer and many others. And she's raised money off this ca So, the judge's daughter has used the legal peccadillos of Donald Trump to book money in her pocket. She gets ten to fifteen percent of the money that she raises. And one of the trump'ter's lawyers pointed out to me a New York
law that says the following. A judge is required to remove themselves from a trial in a case that a person known by the judge to be within the sixth degree of relationship has an interest that could substantially be affected by how the case moves forward. Well, in this case, the daughter is one degree removed from Judge Marshawn. She's personally benefiting from raising money using this trial as a vehicle against Donald Trump, And of course now they've asked the judge to
recuse himself from this case, and he refused to do that. Also, Mershawn's daughter has worked as a partner and as the president of Authentic Campaigns, a full service digital marketing agency for campaigns that has worked with several prominent Democrats as well as Joe Biden's twenty twenty campaign. So the judge's adult daughter is raising money off this trial, and this judge sees no problem whatsoever in staying on the case. Is that the appearance of impropriety, I would think.
So now to get onto the case itself, the judge kept on the case jurors who did an end zone nance on the night that Biden beat Trump in twenty twenty, saying, can you put aside your feelings of glee when Donald Trump lost the election and try this case solely upon what happened inside the courtroom.
Absolutely then issues a quick gag order that keeps Donald Trump from commenting on the judge's daughter or any court personnel, but doesn't have the same thing against Michael Cohen or Stormy Daniels, two star witnesses, so to speak, hookers and lyon lawyers who are making money off the case. As I speak on their podcast. Lastly, it's about eighteen minutes after the hour. We all
know, we should know what a witness list is. Each side, within two to three weeks before trial must give the other side a list of witnesses that they plan on using. And I'm told by some on the Internet that the list given to the Trumpster and his attorneys are about fifty five different names. And so each person on the witness list, the defense team begins an exhaustive study as to who that witness is, what they may testify to,
what are their biases, what are their proclivities for truthfulness or falsehood? In other words, they do is social work up on each witness. If you got the money, that'll cost you millions and millions of dollars, because it takes a long time to have a private detective on social media and elsewhere work
up a dossie on each witness. And so on Thursday or Friday, a couple days ago, the they were in chambers and the defense team asked the prosecutors, by Alvin Bragg and his henchmen from Washington, who are going to be your first two or three witnesses. The reason you asked that question is so you can spend time over the weekend getting ready for the first witness. Right, you can't get ready for fifty five witnesses. You don't know who's
going to be called first. So as a matter of comedy, as a matter of cooperation, each side traditionally will say, oh, I'm calling witness A, B, and C, and then when it's your turn to call witnesses. On the other side, defense will say, okay, we're going to call one, two, and three. That way, lawyers the night before can prepare cross examination of the called witness. Guess what Judge Marshawn did. He told the state, don't have to give him your names, your
witnesses until maybe one name on Sunday night in the room. Right now, it is a rumor that the name given is David Pecker, who is the publisher of the in Car, will be the first witness. Now that doesn't necessarily mean it's got to happen. It's a matter of courtesy among counsel and Judge Marshon would not follow that currency because he's got a personal bias against Donald Trump and has ruled repeatedly against Donald Trump because he wants him convicted. The
judge here wants the feather in his cap is called Donald Trump. So when I began twenty minutes ago by saying this is the most important trial in the history of this country, this jury likely will select the next president because if Trump is if it's a hung jury, which is extremely unlikely, or not guilty, you might also just call off the election and put Trump in the
White House. And the Democrats know that Mershon knows that his daughter Lauren Marshon, the big time fundraiser, knows that raising money off this trial the rulings of her own dad. They all know that they got to convict him. And if they convict him, that throws a monkey wrench into the idea that we can have a functional southern border, maybe cities that work, maybe not
borrow a trillion dollars every one hundred days, maybe have homeless encampments. And the mayor of the carrent A Bass of Los Angeles had her home broken into her personal home. We got a crisis, My god, do we have problems? And so the Democratic Party wants to keep control of the checkbook, control of the agenda through their friends in the media and so they want to convict Donald Trump, and these poor twelve jurors are going to be the schleps
that are going to do exactly what Judge Mershawn tells them to do. Whi's not so subtly as convict this guy. Now on appeal, it is very likely a lot of this will be overturned, maybe, but the appeal will not metastasize until sometime in twenty twenty five or twenty twenty six, long after the election. After the election, the Democrats don't care. They're going to have the power they demand, and Joe Biden the Putts will reign in the
White House with Kamala Harris taking over in the first six months. A vote for Joe Biden is a vote for Kamala Harris, who's been the recipient of millions of dollars of positive donations from the judge's daughter. You see that. Let's continue. I have thousands on a hold, millions of listening, and I would note that the virulent anti Semitism of Democrats are becoming more apparent, more laid bare. Columbia University professor calls for Jewish students at Columbia to go
home, get out. I watched today numerous Jewish students, one of whom was assaulted by one of these pro Homas demonstrators, suffering injuries that they feel as if they're back in Warsaw Poland Circle nineteen thirty five, that they're being targeted by members of the Democrat Party when they yell at you, listen to what they're saying, death to the Jews. That means killed Jews, marginalized Jews, locate them in one place, then eradicate the Jews. Is what
large elements of the modern Democrat Party is saying to Jews. As the Trumpster has said, if you're Jewish, can vote Democrat. You're suffering from the stuff home syndrome, and it's going to get worse, not better. I watched the report today out of UCLA in Los Angeles that certain hamas generating ideas is to have these protests, and these riots take place all over the country on college campuses. Kill the Jews should be the cry of the modern Democrat
Party. Well, let's continue with more the line becomes available eight six six six four seven seven three three seven. Bill Cunningham, the Great American with you every Sunday night. As I shared with you many years ago. If the Democratic Party and the media had known a week or two before twenty sixteen that the Donald was going to win, it never would have happened. Something would have happened. The ballots would have flown down like in a blizzard.
There is an other ballot, here's another batch. They would not have allowed it to occur. Obama himself was shocked. I was told inside the Trump camp they were shocked that he won. He won by about fifty eight thousand votes in three states. In twenty twenty he lost by about one hundred thousand
votes in three states. This selection is going to be awfully tight. It's going to be close, and the Democratic Party in the media will not allow Donald Trump to win in twenty twenty four by any means necessary, whether it's a blizzard of ballots, ballots that magically appear a week or two later, or the zucker Bucks all over Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan, whatever it takes, by any means necessary. They will not give up the checkbook.
And they know that if the Donald gets involved for the next four years as the president, the investigations may come back their way. And the Democratic Party wants nothing to do with that, So the rhetoric will continue to be ratcheted up until the low information voter, both Republican and Democrat. I have many republic and friends of mine that are so sick and tired of politics they don't pay attention to the news anymore. But about a week before the election,
they're going to decide that I can't deal with chaos. How's the chaos looking now? As we continue, I'll talk about what's coming up later on Tonight's Big Show, including a live report from a Congressman from the Freedom Caucus who is going to explain what happened yesterday. Welne becomes available eight sixty six six four seven seven three three seven Bill cunning and the Great American with you every
Sunday by Billy Cunningham. Let's continue and never stop. Coming up, in about thirty minutes or so, we have one of the leaders of the Freedom Caucus and the House Congressman Warren Davidson, about what the hell happened Thursday Friday and what happened yesterday. Also later on, I had a guest to a call, a female caller a week or two ago that said, you know, we've not heard from Bridgete Gabriel. In a while I contacted her Actfroamerica
dot org. She was with my friend Sean Hannity about a week or two ago. She's gonna be with us later on tonight. Also Michael O'Neill, who's a jury consultant, how to pick a jury and how judge Mrshawn has figured this jury in a way to be anti Trump. And also later on as Chris Fattus of Solidarity Healthcare, there's a sanctuary movement among blue cities and
blue states. There have a sanctuary city in a sanctuary state for those under eighteen that want to have an abortion or those over eighteen that want to have an abortion to kill their unborn, healthy babies and order to have sexual reassignment surgery as a teenager. And so he's going to deal with the report out of Europe about why that is such an abject failure, and more and more and more, it never stops. I would point out that a week ago
there was a matter of the United States of America versus Amy Harris. This should be one of the biggest stories because right now there's a presidential candidate allegedly involved and money to keep Stormy Daniels quiet in order to help him get elected, not to save him in his marriage, or to have embarrassment from the
grandkids. And so this case involving us of a versus Amy Harris should be a big deal because it feeds into the diet tribe present right now about illicit sexual activities allegedly Gene Carroll in the dressing room, Stormy Daniels, Karen McDougall, etc. And all the other girlfriends grab him by, you know what. So you would think if that ball's in play, if we had a so called legitimate media instead of one bought and paid for by the Democrat Party,
then we would know all about the name Amy Harris. Have you heard the name Amy Harris, Danny Boy Gleason, my producer Amy Harris ring about I would say under one percent I've heard about it. Amy Harris has had serious drug and alcohol difficulties and sexual addiction problems for a long time. She's thirty four years old and she found herself. She describes herself as a long term victim of sexual trauma, drug use, and domestic abuse at the hands
of many men. She has two children that are now eight and six years old. And she checked herself overs ordered to go into a drug rehab facility, and as circumstances would have it, she just happened to be in the same facility as a person named Ashley Biden. Have you heard of that name? Maybe the last name, maybe not the first. Ashley Biden the biological
daughter of doctor please say doctor Joe Biden and Joe Biden. They had one child together, her name was Ashley Biden, and they found themselves together for several months in a rehab facility. Now both of them have had severe problems of drug and alcohol and sex addiction, and so using I think terrible judgment. Amy Harris, the roommate of Ashley Biden, stole the diary of the
President's daughter, and she said, I made a mistake. I shouldn't have done it, but I had serious bills, I couldn't support my children, and I thought somebody might want to buy it by the diary because of what's inside the diary. Inside the diary was a recitation by Ashley Biden, the
President's daughter. At that point Senator Joe Biden. Ashley Biden, the Senator's daughter, was forced to shower with her dad on a regular basis, and she feels as if she was trying aumatized by the activities inside the shower involving Senator Joe Biden and herself when she was a little girl. And so Amy Harris thought, wrongfully, I can monetize this, get out of some debt,
get some money ahead of things. So she hired an attorney to find someone who would pay money for this diary of the senator's daughter traumatized as a child enforcing the shower with her dad, and God only knows what happened inside that shower. And she got twenty thousand dollars from a conservative website and provided
that to her provided to the website the information about what occurred. Now you would think, in this climate, if a presidential candidate has allegations from a family member of felonious criminal sexual miscan, maybe the mainstream media would like to
do a little investigation to find that if it's true or not. Because Ashley Biden has spent her entire life with all kinds of difficulties, much like Hunter Biden, all kinds of difficulties drugs and alcohol, sex, addiction, etc. So the FEDS went after Amy Harris a hook line and sinker, and they charged her with an offense which is named conspiracy to transport stolen property across
state lines. That is, at some point that diary of the senator slash President's daughter made its way in the possession of Amy Harris across state lines. So the defendant, Amy Harris, pled guilty, saying, you know what, shouldn't have done it. I'm sorry. How serious of a crime is transporting a diary over state lines? As bad as kicking a cop in the head or punching a woman's teeth out on the steps of a cathedral in New
York City? Maybe it is. Her defense attorney urged no prison time, citing to this client's traumatic life and her efforts to care for her children are recovering from sex abuse and violence, and the lawyer said Amy carries the shame and stigma of her actions whether her constantly. But the United States Attorney Robert Sobelman urged a prison sentence for this woman, saying Amy Harris had exhibited a pattern of disrespect for the law and the justice system. He said, Miss
Harris is not the victim in this case. Miss Biden is the victim. One might say, Ashley Biden is a victim. But is she the victim of her father's sex abuse or a victim of her diary being stolen? And is it true or not? Sitting here, I don't do you know if it's true or not. But the media's job is to determined is it true or not. He said that Harris, in December of twenty twenty, had stolen Ashley Byery's Biden's diary and everything she could get her hands on in the
hopes she could make as much money as she could. She wanted to damage, according to the prosecutor, US attorney wanted to damage Miss Biden's father, who was the president. And Harris was told to report to prison in July, a couple months from now. She declined to speak the sentencing judge. The federal judge made a comment quote The judge, who was a Clinton appointee, said that The judge said that Harris, motivated by greed, had hoped
to impact the nation's political landscape. Listen up, federal judge said to Amy Harris, who stole the diary that disclosed, according to the diary, the sexual predilections of the current president sident Joe Biden, that she was motivated by greed to make money, and it hoped to impact the nation's political landscape. Would that describe Gene Carroll, Would that describe Stormy Daniels or Karen McDougall.
Absolutely, But the weight and power of the United States federal government came down like a ton of bricks on this thirty four year mother of two who had been sexually abused, severe alcohol and drug problems, Amy Harris, and she thought the way out was to make some money, by any fair estimate, selling the diary of the President's daughter for twenty thousand dollars. Now, when this burst on the scene in the summer of twenty twenty, how much media
coverage was there for this? Zero, zilch, nada. Last week she was sentenced to thirty days in federal prison to report in July, and the federal judge had the gall to say that Amy Harris, motivated by greed, had hoped to impact the nation's political landscape. Does that apply to Jean Carroll and Sormy Daniels. Greed impact the nation's landscape? Absolutely? So why would
the federal government go after this person? And who orchestrated it? Mary Garland under the direction of Joe Biden knowing that ABC, NBC and CBS will not report on this because they cover they take care of Although this is AP news, you can google it yourself. Florida woman sentenced to a month in jail for selling Biden's daughter's diary is what in the diary? Is that accurate or
not? I don't know, do you. I would think Ashley Biden would know for sure, and she said it did happen, and that's the President's daughter. But did daughters sometimes lie about their dad? Vice? Yes, But the job in the media might beat up ferret this out. We need to know. We know everything about Donald Trump, about the hookers, about the prostitutes, about the porn stars, about the lying lawyers fully investigate it completely, put on set on CBS News. Jeene Carol change the statue of
limitations so she can bring this lawsuit. She says she wouldn't rape, but she was sexually assaulted. I wasn't there thirty years ago. I don't know, but I know the media fully delved into the issues of Donald Trump's peccadillos. I know it fully put it on Front Street. But the same stuff about Joe Biden and Tara Reid, who claims she was raped by Joe Biden. Many other women google it say it claimed they were sexually assaulted by Joe
Biden. How often do you hear anything about this? The answer is never, not at all. It's not an issue. How many times have you seen Joe Biden sniffed the hair of women and not goofy around them in one sense or another. It happens on a regular basis. It's unbelievable. So what's in his whole life? Joe Biden has had numerous women step forward to claim they were either molested rape sexually assaulted by Joe Biden. Happened constantly.
Tara Reid, one of the first women who claimed Joe Biden raped her, has had to flee the country fearing for her life. And so, why wouldn't the media in this climate, with all these allegations of wrongful sex activities conducted by one presidential candidate, look after the sexual predilections and charges against the other presidential candidate who's the current president and a Democrat. Why wouldn't that happen? I think only the media can answer that question. They pick and choose
winners based upon the object. And you might know the other I saw the Kennedy clan standing behind one of their own endorsing Joe Biden. The Kennedy clan filled with drunks and perverts and derelics. They looked like a cast from the movie Deliverance by Burt Reynolds. Awful, terrible going against rfk jor going against
him. And of course, Senator Ted Kennedy has been the paragon of virtue, declared by the media before his passing, the only senator in recent history I think who killed a girlfriend Mary jo Kobeckney, then pretended he was the victim. Ted Kennedy was a drunk who groped and grinded his way all through Washington, and that was completely ignored by the mainstream media, completely ignored.
It didn't fit the bias. But Donald Trump, We're going to give him a proctological exam to make sure every girlfriend, every allegation believe the victims. Do you believe the victims of Joe Biden? Hell no, that doesn't fit. If it doesn't fit, you must have quit. So when a Republican is charged with sexual peccadillos on Front Street, get it out, lots of interviews. But when a Democrat whether it's Joe Biden, remember the Kennedy clan,
or anyone else on the left side charge with similar misconduct. Guess what, we can't find anything here. We've we've looked at this and we just can't locate I don't know what to say. Well, let's continue. We want to go on to the politics of this matter here at some point,
and what happened Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I want to say one more time, the reason Republicans voted against the bipartisan border pill border patrol bill was because nothing was triggered until at least five thousand illegals a day came to the southern border. Then Biden had the opportunity maybe to do something that is not a border protection bill, that is a border collapse bill. There is
no bipartisan bill that Republicans could have voted for. So let's continue. Well, set up the rest of today's Can you tell I'm a little fired up tonight. It's just so unfair and they will not let Trump win the presidency. They got to keep the checkbook, they got to keep control of the diet tribe in the narrative, they got to keep control of democratic policies. That you see exhibited at Colombia this weekend. Kill the Jews, Kill the
Jews. That's the official policies of so many students at Columbia, and rabbis and others were saying, get the hell out of New York City before they put the Star of David on your chest. Let's continue with more. Bill Cunningham, News Radio seven hundred. I'm sorry, Bill Cunningham with you every
Sunday night. Let me say something noteworthy. There's about four to five million Muslims that live in the United States of America that are as loyal and as good Americans as I am, and they're the ones that must speak up. I know it's dangerous. I know it's rough to speak out against anti Semitism or Islamophobia if it can be located. I don't think thousands of Israeli students are marching around college campuses calling for the killing of Muslims. But maybe I
missed that. But it's incumbent upon faithful Muslim Americans to speak out, even though it might be dangerous. A bit about what's happening on college campuses at Yale and soon to be UCLA University of Chicago. There's smash chapters in a hundred different college campuses who want to kill Jews and tell them we're going to
kill you. And it's incumbent upon the adults and the population to speak out against this hate when conducted by those in their midst Much like I've said many times, it'll take Democrats in democratic blue cities and democratic blue states to say, you know what, we can't take it anymore. The policies of the liberal Marxist Democrat Party, not the Party of John F. Kennedy or the Party of Scoop Jackson, or even the party of Bill Clinton of the nineteen
nineties. We can't take this anymore. We can't live like this. So it's incumbent upon those inside the tent to speak out against the oppressors of those who look like you, to say, we can't take it anymore. Let's continue. What happened Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the House of Representatives was a shock. It's a betrayal of conservative principles. Coming up in about ten minutes, Congressman Warren Davidson will be here. He's an Army Ranger,
graduate of West Point, member of the Freedom Caucus. To tell you exactly what happened. Also later on, because of a call from you, a female listener of mine a week or two ago, Bergique Gabriel, we'll be here to talk about the origins of a Jewish hatred in the Muslim world. Also later on is a Michael O'Neill, who's a jury consultant how to pick juries now, how he thinks Judge Marshawn has done a terrible job in allowing
certain individuals on this jury opening statements here tomorrow. And to wrap things up, as Christopher fattis f like in Frank a dds of solitary healthcare, there's a movement of foot in blue cities and blue states that have sanctuary abortions and sanctuary transgender surgery. And he's going to talk about a European study about how
little sense that makes, if any. And for the next to several weeks, every Sunday night, we're going to give you expert analysis of the trial of the century involving the next President of the United States or not, Donald John Trump. I cannot imagine Judge Mrshawan putting him in Rikers Island if he's convicted pending sentencing, but this guy will do it because it'll raise a lot more money for his daughter, who's a political activist raising money off the trial.
Stay tuned for more. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, with you and all of the great Americans. Every Sunday Night, Willie brough you by Choice Hotels, Econo Lodge and Roadway In Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at Choice hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast episodes, The One and Only Bill Cunningham. Hi,
Billy cunninghad the American. Of course, another dibacle took place Thursday, Friday and Saturday and the House of Representatives when, once again, supposedly conservative Republicans, many members of the Freedom Caucus and others, voted to defend the borders of the Ukraine and Taiwan and Israel, but not the borders of the United States of America. And we've put to rest onceon for all that Republicans did
not vote against southern border control. The so called Bipartisan Act would have allowed five thousand illegals per day to enter the country before triggering any action by the president. And I don't trust Biden anyway, but you can't bring in five thousand a day, which is maybe two million a year, and then certain border control measures kick in. Stay in Mexico. That's the way to get it done. Biden won't do it. So once again, from one conservative
perspective, it appears the Republican Party has collapsed again. Joining you and I now is one of the leaders of the House of Representatives, also a member of the Freedom Caucus, Warren the Great Warren Davidson of the State of Ohio
and Congressman, welcome again to the Bill ca Him show. And if you're a citizen in Hamilton, Ohio, or in Provo, Utah or in Austin, Texas, how would you describe to a conservative what happened on Thursday Friday with the vote culminating on Saturday, How would you explain what happened betrayal? I mean, look, we're looking for a missing person. Mike Johnson's gone missing. Now, Speaker Johnson isn't looking for Mike Johnson. He's running a
whole different playbook than what Mike Johnson said he was going to do. There is no way in the world. Mike Johnson would have been elected Speaker of the House promising to do the things he's done as Speaker, and just in January, he led a trip down to the border to say not because the country needed another border visit, but part of it was to stiffen everyone's resolve to do it and fight for the border. And the words were so good. He was saying, just in January, we're not going to fund a
government that doesn't secure the border. And within a week of saying that, then at the border he cut a deal with Chuck Schumer to fund government that doesn't secure the border. And when he was folding then surrendering to that, he's like, well, we're going to use leverage on Ukraine. We're not going to give him the supplemental plan. We're gonna make nothing that that fails to secure the border. Anything that fails to secure the border is dead on
arrival in the House. The words again so good, the problems the deeds. So when the pressure came, and it did, there's a lot of pressure and all acknowledge it probably feels really different when you're the guy with the gavel as the speaker. But he didn't get the job to fold. He got the job to stand, not to stand for Ukraine, but to stand for what we said we would do. And we said we were going to put border security on the package. And look, would it have passed by
two hundred votes if we did that. Well, sadly no, Democrats wouldn't have gone along with it in big numbers. We got only got five Democrats, but five is more than enough to pass it, because we could have passed it with only Republican votes. And if we sent this to the Senate, that's the leverage because you saw how much they wanted the Ukraine Ate. For goodness sakes, they're wave in Ukraine flag on the floor of the State
House of Restives look like the Parliament of Ukraine. It was embarrassing. It was very embarrassing. That does Speaker Mike Johnson belong on the side of a milk carton? Well, not Speaker Johnson. Mike Johnson. We don't know what happened to Mike. Mike joke was pretty good. Well, we liked Mike, we wanted him to do well. But the downside is now the Democrats they're they're like, oh, we love this speecher Johnson. Guy he's
great. Dave had a much joy since they passed Obamacare. I don't think uh, Speaker Johnson is now the favorite of Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. How in the hell did that happen? And also Maxine Waters loves Speaker of the House Mike Johnson. How's that possible? Well, apparently it happened in the skiff, you know. He says, I went down to the skiff and I got the briefings. And we're like, well, yeah, we went to the skiff and get the but no, we didn't really see it
that way. And you know, but to be fair, you know, a hundred of our party did on a lot of these issues. The parties kind of divided, and you know, I'm starting to think about this, Willy, I'm starting to think about it. As you know, we always refer to the Republicans as you know, Republicans, but it's also the GOP, GOP's Grand Old Party. And I was thinking, Okay, maybe we should divide here the Cheney Romney McConnell Grand Old Party wing over here. More
wars and more places and all that stuff. Spy on Americans don't get a warrant. Big spenders big business, big government coalitions. You know, forget the people. That's the Grand Old Party, and I do think they're old. I think they're on the way out because what the boat voters are telling. They're looking at the Republican wing and the Republican Party that says, yeah, the stuff that's on the platform, the stuff we said we're going to
do, Yeah, we're doing that. And that's the part that the people are energized by. That's the part where people are going, how's it that I'm funding both sides of another war? I mean, that was the plan for Israel. We want to help Israel. I mean, it used to be the most unifying thing in the country. But Democrats wouldn't vote for it unless you also funded halass And this isn't a let's stay on that point,
Congressman. But we spent and nomalt say we. But Joe Biden and the United States government sent to Iran well over one hundred billion dollars directly and indirectly in released aid of money for humanitarian purposes, extra money because of oil, money for hostages. So Tehran, Iran and the moul Is, these great religious leaders call for the killing of Jews, great religious leaders do that and
Tehran, and so we sent over one hundred billion dollars. I watched on YouTube about a week ago Assistant Secretary of the Treasury testified that money is fungible. Duh, yeah, water is wet. Money is fungible. And he testified. The great majority of aid that we have sent to Iran that we have sent to Iran was used to purses to buy cruise missiles, missiles and drones. And so we paid for Iran to build up their armaments to attack
Israel. And then we also are providing aid to Israel to defend himself against the missiles that we paid for. Do I have this right? Absolutely right? And the bill that passed on Saturday to help Israel has got nine billion for Okay, they say humanitarian aid, all right, let's say that can be perfectly with absolute accountability. It only helps humanitarian the people of Gaza.
The reality is aid goes to the people with the guns, and even if it only goes to the people without the guns, and the people that are the most needy, and everything else in this port that Joe Biden wants to build gets the aid through the port for the US Navy to offload to aid into Gaza gets it only to the most peaceful people in the world, total pacifist. I'm sure there are plenty in Gaza. The people with the guns are gonna say, great, we don't have to take care of the people.
The Americans are feeding and clothing and sheltering everybody. More of our money, nearly all of it now can be used to buy weapons and munitions. And that's that's what money is fungible means. And so how are you going to fund both sides of the war? An extra nine billion pumped straight into Gaza that's going to be ultimately controlled for the benefit of Hamas. And look even without that the downside, look at what the Biden administration is doing.
They're they're leveraging Benjamin net and Yaho, the Prime Minister of Israel, to try to talk about US two state solution, have parliamentary elections. Chuck Schumer calls for parliamentary elections to unseat Benjamin net and Yahoo, And they're using they're going to use this aid as leverage to try to coerce Israel. These are the same goals that the Hamas massacre had on ten to seven. So how in the world, my colleagues want to fund. Both sides of this conflict
are insane. Joe Biden, we know he's kind of, you know, not all there, and he's kind of been wrong on formed policy for his entire political career, but he's the guy making these decisions. And the failure with Iran is part of what's in Boltened, you know, the Iranian proxies AMAS and so far thankfully not Hesboa. So we'll see how it goes. Maybe maybe everything will work perfectly. My no vote will be proven to be the wrong vote. I hope, I hope and pray because I want the
people of Israel to flourish. Absolutely. Congressman, I can't imagine during the nineteen forties Fdr having in Lenley's program to Adolf Hitler. Now we're going to make sure that the Nazis have plenty of armaments that we're going to pay for to attack American soldiers and our English partners. Then we're gonna I look at this, But the media, CNN, ABC, NBC, they're flushed with happiness because once again the Republicans are made to look like fools, and frankly
many times deserve it. But the Democrats are all together as one. Can you tell me why that if the Democrats need a fall in line and came Jefferies, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, Joe, they always fall in line, one hundred percent, no objection. But Republicans are like hurting cats. Well, well, Democrats your daughter at following orders? Yeah, they're better at following orders. Why that? Why do they? Why don't Republicans follow the orders of the Freedom Caucus. Well, you know, if they did,
that'd be great. I always say, you don't have to be a member of Freedom Caucus. You just need to be eligible, get your voting records right. And and the hard part there's Look, these aren't positions that are outside the political outside of the party. If you look at the platform, you know, everything that I've seen people take positions from in the conservative realm in the House of Representatives is in the party platform. And it's not
something that oh, some super extraneous radical for right. These are the things that we said we were going to do in the party platform. The downside is the party platform hasn't been updated since twenty sixteen, so I think is one of the problems. If you've got to RNC dot org, they've added a disclaimer because some of us started calling this out. But they didn't want
to embrace Trump in twenty sixteen. They thought it was going to lose, so they didn't really update the platform in sixteen twenty twenty, similar thing in oh but COVID they never updated the platform. Here it is twenty twenty four. Republicans are in the midst of campaign season and they still don't have a party platform. And I think, look, at minimum, well, we
clearly have factions within our own party. We have to align and say here are the things that we promised we are going to work together to do. And at the end of the day, look the words again, so good. They all know what to say. They know what the voters want. They want a smaller, more accountable yes, southern border yes, and they want a secure border and that those are the two big promises we made. And unfortunately something happened to Mike Johnson and Speaker Johnson has failed to deliver on
both. Speaker Johnson, I recall a few months back at the southern border, we will not protect borders of Ukraine, Taiwan, and Israel until number one, we secure the southern border of the United States of America. That was the guy. It makes sense to me, But right now Speaker Mike Johnson has just thrown overboard principles and values. We're defending every border in the world except our own. And as we speak, day by day, five
to ten thousand legals come across the southern border. They're flooding the interior of the country. We had an opportunity to stop it. The Democrats don't want to stop it because of all the voting that takes place of illegals during presidential elections. Who gets ballots set in the mail because the registered to voter have a government benefit. Eighteen states simply send out the ballots to illegals who are legally voting because they have a driver's license or to get a government benefit,
and those ballots all over the place. Getting ready for twenty thirty when reapportionment takes place and all the seats are reapportioned, and what's reapportioned are human beings living in a state not said so they're prepared to take over the United States of America and damn it, we can't stop it, and the party committed to stop it, the Republican Party, collapses every chance, every chance it
happens. Now we have a Speaker of the House supported by Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, and Jakiem Jefferies, who now said they're going to keep him in the chair because the guy's a stooge. Are you going to vote to
remove him between now and the next election? Well, look, I think the plan that people are laying out is let's just be clear, he's not going to be speaker next Congress. Now, we hope we have a Republican majority, but when you look at some of these things, frankly, our voters are getting discouraged, and I think that's why it would really be important for us to start saying, look, we know Mike isn't going to have the votes next Congress. No, and we should be working together to figure
out not by shutting the whole thing down. I thought that was a terrible mistake. The people who said it was a mistake to vacate Kevin McCarthy, I think have been validated at this point. Sadly, you know, I was like, hey, I hope it turns out I disagree with it, but they did it, and it's been a disaster. But the way it
was done was also a disaster. Everything stopped for six weeks or something while we were fighting over who was going to be the next guy, and we really, truly we missed the opportunity to say, what are the things that truly unit us. We should have united behind a plan instead of a person. And I think that's what we have to do right now. Now. Whether we can pull that off, you know, that is the question.
But I do think. You know, there'll be a lot of people that simply rally around the speaker and say we have to defend Mike at all costs. And some of them love the results. You know, they were waving their Ukrainian flags too, if not literally, you know, they were joyous, just the same on on on our side of the aisle, some of these folks, at least in that world. We're only funding one side of
it. But you know, we don't have very good accountable accountability on where all the money is actually going and how it's being spent, you know, and we don't. We still don't have a mission there. You know, people, people should know that that as much as it takes, as long as it takes, is not a real mission. There's no way to hold somebody accountable for that unless they just keep cutting shacks as long as it takes.
They said this in Afghanistan in two thousand and four when they were shifting from going after bin laden and going into nation building, and it took all the way till twenty twenty one before we reached the culmination of as much as it takes, as long as it takes. We were spending forty fifty billion a year in Afghanistan for you know, nearly twenty years, and what's the
result. You know, you would think that with the benefit of hindsight, having already used the phrase as much as it takes as long as its stake takes for one mission, that you would say, you know, maybe we should look at this a little differently. What exactly is it we're trying to
accomplish, Who do we hold accountable for accomplishing it? And if the mission really is that there are no Russians in Ukraine, people should know that Ukraine, no matter how big the checks or how long there go, Ukraine does not have the combat power to extract Russia from Ukraine, never without outside military
power. They just don't. They don't have the manpower, they don't have the combat skill to do it, and we don't have the cash to burn at the rates you could fund Ukraine's government because their economy a substance economy. Ukraine, we're paying pension funds for Ukrainian retired government officials, and frankly, the auditors are basically over there saying, just don't do quite as much corruption, and if you do, spread it around so you keep some stability here
in Ukraine. So let's say this again. You're a military guy. You went to West Point, you served. I said to you off the air, the odds of Russia at some point in the months or years, I'd saying, you know what, we're wrong. We're going to pull out of Ukraine unilaterally, and good luck, that'll never happen. Ukraine cannot win this
war a little bit. But at the end of the day, if Russia wants Ukraine, Russia's gonna get Ukraine unless we put the Third Army in and around Kiev and we start World War III, in which case all of us may be killed in a nuclear holocaust of incredible proportions. And so are you willing to have your sons and daughters die somewhere in Ukraine in a war that they cannot win the answer. Of course, many Democrats say yes, it's
almost as if they intend to destroy the country. Borrowing one hundred billion dollars is almost a rounding error anymore. But looking at the deck clock, it's up to about thirty five trillion dollars on its way to forty trillion. We borrow an additional one trillion dollars every one hundred days. None of this money, none of these moneys are paid for. We continue to borrow and borrow and borrow. This is the most predictive calamity ever to strike this country.
And Congressman, we can't stop spending money. We can't stop. Like I said, the mandate for Republicans is really basic. A smaller, more accountable government, secure border, and if you deliver on those two things, gosh, I mean, but think how monumental this shift is. I mean, that's why last last May was really the last truly productive thing Republicans got done.
And it wasn't an incredibly high bar. It simply was a plan that the fiscal year twenty twenty five funding was going to be smaller than the fiscal year twenty twenty four funding, you know or sorry, twenty twenty four was going to be smaller than twenty twenty three. Already on to the next approached bills. But that that's basically the bar like in its look at it.
That's not a pass to balancing. It's not all the things that should be done, but it's just turning this giant ship to the point where you actually spend less money. No, and not in a like, oh we spent less than we were intending to spend, but no, really, we spent less money in a year. Oh I got a run. But Congressman Warren Davidson, good luck for the fight. But you talk about Mike Johnson, Mitch McConnell, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, not much difference you can throw
in I think throwing Lindsey Graham. Not much difference. But Congressman, once again, thanks for sharing your opinion on the Bill Cunningham show, and keep the fight. A country's worth fighting for. It absolutely is. God bless you and your listeners. Willis h to join you. Warren Davidson, thank you very much. Let's continue. This is unbelievable. Bill Cunningham with you
every Sunday night. Ultimately the truth will set us free. Right now, we're enslaved Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday, Bill Cunningham, the great American of course. Bridget Gabriel, national security analyst, the New York Times bestselling author and chairman of Act for America dot org or late as bestseller has rise, is exactly on point with what's happening in the Middle East. Terrible circumstances, and she knows where the bodies are buried all over the Middle East.
She's a great supporter of America, very concerned about the future of our country. The protests, the rives, shutting down college campuses, tiki torches, kill the Jews, happening all over New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and this is only the beginning. And Brigitque Gabriel, welcome again to
the Bill Cunningham showing me and I love having you on. For the last eight months or so, we've lost track of each other for reasons unclear to me, but you are exactly on point because of your experiences in the Middle East. Can we back up a little bit and answer the question why are almost all Muslim societies in the Middle East so virulently anti Jew, anti American. It's almost like it's in the water, it's in the air. Is it a divergent factor from the fairs of the government. Why are so many
governments in the Middle East viciously anti Semitic. Well, well, thank you for having me with you. I'm delighted to be back. And I tell you this issue goes back to the ideology that controls the Middle East. And when you look at the Middle East, the majority of the Middle East are Islamic countries, and the majority of those Islamic countries are a very devout adherence to the Koran, and the Koran is very clear about the hatred for the
Jews. Prophet Muhammed on his deathbed commanded the Muslim to kill the Jews. He said, the rocks will cry that there's a Jew behind me, come and kill him. And these were his last words before he died. But his last commandments to the Muslim And that's why you see a lot of antisemitism within the Islamic religion towards the Jews from generation to generation in the Middle East.
The Islamic cause, the Palestinian cause, is just a tool that they used to drive and mobilize their people to attack the Jewish nation and the Jewish people. Well, and it's said that we see it right now spilling on the suites of the United States. What's happening on Columbia University, what's going to happen in Chicago in August? What's happening? And one thing it was pointing I watched one of the morning talk shows, and these movements don't just
erupt serendipitously. They're well funded. There are communications. These rioters and protesters and virulent criminals are shipped all over the country. Someone provides their pre printed signs, someone pays for the hotel bills, someone gets them out on bond, someone ships them to other locations. We're talking about thousands of people.
Is it true that those funding this process of protests and riots, etc. Are generally those giving to left wing democratic causes and therefore this is not going to stop. You can't arrest your way out of a movement in New York City Columbia University, in essence, what is behind the funding of these riots and protests? Well, what we are seeing with these protests, they are very similar to the Antifa movement and the Occupy Wall Streets movement, and the
way they strategized and they conducted their shit downs or their demonstrations. We saw this very glaringly with what happened with Columbia just a couple of days ago. And it's the same type of what happened with the Palestinian movement. What they were able to appeal to the leftist movement in the United States, theoretical lefty antifas the Black Lives matters, et cetera, and they are latching onto them
and as if they are both now fighting together on the same side. And that's why when we are watching the demonstrations in breaking across the country, they are not the only Middle Eastern students. They are not only students. They are actually African Americans. We're seeing a lot of African Americans. We're seeing a lot of Asian Americans. We're basically seeing a lot of people from the
left. The activists on the street, the gressful activists of the radical leftist movement who showed up and demonstrated with Black Lives Matter, with ANTIFA, are the same people right now on the streets blocking bridges from New York to LA and everything in between. And what is even more concerning about this bill is
this is not about just you know, free Palistine movements. This is an anti America movement because the violence that we are seeing, with the burnings of the American flags and the shouting of the death America, we are seeing a movement of young Americans who loathe and hate their country and are willing to stand with a foreign terrorist organization. It designated foreign Terrorist organization HAMAS against the United
States. So we are now seeing terrorism breeding from within our own young citizens in the United States, and that's very dangerous and poses a great threat to the national security of America. I've seen some female activists and the worst kinds of torture punishment is being visited upon the women in Iran and also Taliban and Afghanistan. Effect over most of the Middle East, women have no rights except
those given to them by a man. Why doesn't the media in this country point out or why don't the activists understand that to live in Iran as a woman would be an absolute chattel slavery situation. His jab must be worn. They have the modesty of police walking around Tehran beating women and that is not well reported. Of course, going over there to be reporting on this might means you're going to get arrested. Is there a blind spot when it comes
to human rights in the Middle East for women? Well, here is the reason why they do not want to report on it. Bill. In order for them to report on this, they have to report about the cause of this. What is the driving factor that forces people to have morality police to make sure that women wear the hijab or the chadur. I mean that used to be enforced in Saudi Arabia and most of Saudi Arabia it is still enforced. It is enforced in Iran. The marriage age is at nine years old.
Why if you have to report on these things? Correct, they lowered it to nine years old because Profect Muhammad married the girl at the age of six and consummated the marriage at the age of nine. And that's why in Iran the legal marriage age is nine years old. So in order for the media in the West, who has been totally brainwashed to buy that American and
Israel are evil, the Arabic world is the oppressed. In order for them to report about the source of this oppression against women, they will have to basically report about the ideology that drives that oppression. And they do not want to touch the issue of radical Islam with a ten football because this is you know, this topic is nuclear and harmful to or help. You can't touch
it. It will endanger your career. You will be fired. Nobody talks about it, and that's why they under report about the abuses, the human rights abuses, and pretty much the majority of Middle Eastern countries. Look, we are still seeing honor killings right now within the Palestinian territories, in the Palestinian authority. Yet nobody talks about that. That's like a non touchable issue.
Nobody wants to report on this. And by the way, bill so right now there are leastest members of the Democratic Party want to bring Palestinian refugees from Gaza into the United States. We do not want this to happen. I encourage everybody listening right now, go to our website Act for America dot org. Act for America dot org. There's a petition on our website to stop any Palestinian refugees from coming to the United States. We need you to sign it. We need you to take action, We need to involve.
The least thing we need is the likes of Illehan Omar and her daughter and all these elks that are now screening this to America in the streets, and they're born and in New York to be imported into the United States. We do not need more of them, We need less of them. Yes, congressman Omar came out of a refugee camp and she was plucked out of absolute, abject poverty and death, came to America. Now she spent her time in the US Congress crapping all over this great country that allowed her to live.
Abraham of Courts. Let's go back in time a little bit about four years ago that Donald was in office. He had certain of the Arab states ready to sign a peace deal with Israel. Iran was contained to some extent for a while because of all the sanctions that Trump put on Iran. Gasoline and prices were low, the currency in Iran was failing. That all changed
when Joe Biden got into office. Why how do you see the differential in the policies which between Donald Trump on one hand and Joe Biden on the other, And what is more successful and why is the other one? Why is this failing today? I mean, look, the results speak for themselves. I mean we are reporting about wars breaking out all over the world. I mean, right now we are literally looking at crazy Iran developing nuclear weapons and
rest assured they will use them against Israel if they are able to. When they are able to, the whole world is on the edge of a global war right now because of Biden's failed policies. When Trump was in office, the world respected America. It was peace through strength, which we know is an effective and working strategy to basically deter the access of evil in the world
from running granted and destroying the world right now. When Trump was in office, this is exactly why he brought the Arabic leaders together, the Islamic leaders together, to work together towards peace. And this is why you started seeing a flight between Dubai and Israel. Now Saudi Arabia even intercepted as standing with Israel because they were talking about normalizing relations. You have Jordan, Egypt,
the Arab Immreates all coming together wanting to normalize relations with Israel. That was the Abraham A Cord which without firing the bullet, he was able to bring everyone together. As soon as Biden came to office, he destroyed that.
But the proof about how what President Trump laid out the foundation he laid out, we are now seeing the Saudis, the Egyptian, the Jordanians, the Imaradis are working together with Israel. Look when Iran attacked Israel last week, for the first time in history, we saw Arab nations standing with the Zionist
country in the Middle East, Israel, in defense of Israel. Where Jordan and Saudi Arabia militarily participated in the defense of Israel against an Islamic contry Iran because they understand the Sunny Block in the Middle East understands that Iran wants to establish jimminy in the Middle East and that threatens all of them combined, not only Israel, and that's why they're coming together to work with the Israelis.
That policy worked, and that's exactly why we need to bring back President Trump into office and say not only America, but also the world's from collapse. Bridgie Gabrael'm looking at a column. The world is paying a deadly price for Barack Hussein Obama's foreign policy legacy. January of twenty twenty one, Iran was on his back. It was in trouble. There were riots and demonstrations in
the streets. Its currency at plumbing it. Since then, some of the money's given by Biden to Iran as well, over one hundred billion dollars. Obama may have sent pallets of cash in the middle of the night to Tehran, but the Revolutionary Guard received recently from Obiden. Obiden, I call him a six billion dollar ransom, paid twenty five billion in sanctions relief, ten billion dollars in waivers, plus one hundred billion dollars in moneys, selling oil
on world markets. And what this did, and this was pointed out in this column that when Obama left office, the Muslim Iran, the world was quite unhappy with the policies Obama of Trump. So when Biden came in, what Biden did then was to take the two or three thousand bureaucrats who couldn't find work after Obama left office, and he put them in positions of power. Obviously, Joe Biden has no idea what's going on. Hell, he thinks cannibals are eating his uncles. For God's sakes, he has no idea
what's going on. But the executives that are running the executive branch of government are the holdovers from Barack Hussein. Obama funding Iran. So we have Americans funding Iran and its weapons programs to fire missiles at Israel, and then we're funding Israel to defend against the rockets that American taxpayers paid for. That's how
ridiculous this is. That's outturageous considering how hard the American people work to pay their taxes, and we are seeing our tax dollars being used to basically bomb our only ally in the Middle East and being given to a terror network and a terrorist country that is funding terrorists networks across the Middle East and actually across
the globe. Because remember Football Lah even has a command center in the Tri States in South America and they are working with the drug cartels and smuggling terrorists into the country. But here is how far we have come. When President Trump left the office, Iran was so starved for cash they were on the brink of collapse, to the point where Hunt Blah Blah leadership cut the salaries of Football Lah members in Lebanon and their army because they could not they were
hurting. There was not enough money from Iran to fund Football Law, so they were taking sallary cuts. Today in Lebanon, not only FOOTBALLAH has plushed with money. But they are also handing money out to all the Schiai villages in southern Lebanon, five hundred dollars per person to just be participate, supporting them with food, supporting them with whatever they need, providing them with home, you can bank, you can go on vacations. All this money is
the result of America flushing Iran with cash. And now we are seeing translated on the ground among terrorist organizations, whether it's the hockeys in Yemen, whether it's Hamas and Gaza, whether it's Hosba and Lebanon, whether it's by the way, football is also fighting in Syria, and whether it's the other fractions in Iraq. And so this is the result of a failed policy. But that's exactly why Bill, the American public must organize, the grassroots must organized,
must come together. I know they say every election is you know, this is the most important election. Well guess what this election is the most important election. America is standing on a cliff and we're going to lose our country unless we come together and do everything we can to save our nation. And I encourage people again go to Act for America dot org right now, sign our petition join us, start a chapter in your community. Sign up
to receive our emails. We will train you, we will mentor you if you start a chapter. We are mobilizing the whole nation to come together and make sure we save our country between now and the election in November. Richie Gabriel, I've said it for many decades, this is the most important election. But when Biden is funding Hamas, when he sends money, according to his own Department of the Treasury, an official testified two weeks ago that the
money's given to Iran are not used for humanitarian purposes. They're used to buy rockets, crews, missiles, and bombs. That's what the Biden administration officials are actually saying. And so when we flush Iran with money, they use it to kill Jews, kill Americans, Death to America, death to Israel. That means kill Americans and kill Jews. I'm watching it happening in real
time, and I don't feel powerless to stop it. When I listen to people like you, Burgee Gabriel, once again, let's keep the lines of communication open. This country's worth fighting for. Connections between Hamas and Tifa. Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives matter all funded by George Soros types group, and we're at this point. We might be losing, but we can win. On November the fifth, Regite Gabrael once again. God bless you and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Brigitte,
Thank you, my friend. I'llly a pleasure. God bless you. Let's continue Bill cunning In the Great American live with you every Sunday night, My Bully cunning In the Great American. To have on Breegee Gabriel is a breath of fresh air because she was imprisoned in the Middle East for many years. Her Organization Act for America dot org is available for you to join. One cannot imagine a more dangerous situation. They've been telling us in the world for
at least fifty years, some say fifteen hundred years. We want to kill Jews, kill Jews, kill Americans, from the river to the sea, death to Israel, debt to America. The government of Tehran, Iran has been saying that now for about forty five years. When will we pay attention to what they're saying? Doesn't make any sense to pay attention to what they're saying. They're telling Israel, we will kill you. And they've acted like
that for the past forty five years. I'm talking about the government of Iran. Tehran, kill Jews, kill Americans, debt to Israel, death to America. And when and if they had the capability of setting off nuclear explosions all over Jerusalem and televis they will do it. Listen to what they're saying.
They say they want to kill you. Will you pay attention? And let's continue with more coming up. Next to Michael Leneil, who's a jury consultant about the jury Charles starting tomorrow against the Trump Show, Go cunning In with you every Sunday, Willie Brock You by Choice Hotels, Acuto Lodge and Roadway in Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at Choice
Hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not won, but two prestigious Marconi Awards for he is Broadcast Exodence, the one and only the Old cunning Halt by Bill Cunningham. The Great American, of course, has many issues in so little time. The Trump jury matter continues unabated. Can you get a fair and impartial jury in Manhattan. Can you get a fair and impartial jury in nineteen fifty three in
the Emmettill case. I kind of doubt it. The jury's kind of concocted the way it is with NPR listeners. They could have moved the case out of New York City to a fifty to fifty Republican Democrat that didn't do that. They could have moved the case to Staten Island, its own county, which voted for Trump. They're in a jurisdiction we're ninety percent of the voters. I think Trump is the devil incarnate, so to have twelve jurys find
them not guilt will be next to im possible. But nonetheless, my guest deals with that, along with many other issues. Michael O'Neill as a living legend when it comes to matters of stopping illegal voting, is with the Federal Society. Also a devotee of Ronald Reagan. He's a fellow attorney and Michael O'Neill welcome, I think for the first time to the Bill Cunningham Show. And first of all, when I have on guests, especially from blue cities
and blue states, the stopping illegal voting is a big deal. Now we're told repeatedly that you can't prove any of this because, after all, by the time candidates have been ordained to have been elected in November, it's too late to file lawsuits. An issue won't be ripe until the Secretary of State determines who won the election, and then by the time it's ripe and sometime in December, it becomes moot because you can't give the relief sought by January
the twentieth. So can you give the American people some overall of the jury system that we have today when it comes to illegal voting, especially in restoring faith, they're in because the jurors are drawn from the voting rules, and if the voting rules are filled with illegal aliens, such as in California Nevada, you never get to the point of having a fair jury, much less a fair voting system. So Michael and'eal to deal with the voting system restoring
faith give us a thirty thousand viewpoint of where we are today. But the problem here is what you have to do to ensure fair and open and election integrity is ensure that the voting roles, in other words, the roles that utilize to determine whose eligible voters are accurate, are up to date and accurate.
Now, there's a federal law on the board that obligates registrars of voters election officials, in other words, to spot check, to check and determine that the individual names that appear on the voter roles are actually eligible to vote. So that means if you pass, if you die, the Social Security Administration is obligated to inform the registrar voters that a person has died and that name is removed from the voter roles. Well, we know that that doesn't
occur. Well, there is no specific federal obligation under that law, under the National Voter Registration Act, to identify and remove non citizens from voting. Now that should be done. You would think that that would make sense that we know that they'll buy law. Non citizens are not eligible to vote. A lot of states have constitutional provisions in their state constitutions stating that the individual that if you are not a citizen, you are ineligible to vote. So
it would be be just common sense would dictate that data is shared. And when you're talking about jury pool, you're talking about jury duties and jury pools. We know that that's a good indicator that there are non citizens on the voter roles. For example, if you go to if you talk to courthouses in this country, you will find that when individuals show up to serve on jury duty, oftentimes I shouldn't say oftentimes, but sometimes that they will exempt
themselves from jury duty by asserting that they are non citizen. I'm ineligible to serve on this duty, on this jury because I'm a non citizen. Well what would make sense there, Well, if you take that individual's name and you know, they just say they just attest that they are a non citizen, will take that name and send it over to the registrar voters to say, well are you on the voting wall? And if you are removed that person from the voting wall. Well, that's the problem here is data isn't
shared. And this is what we talked about a little bit last week with what Speaker Johnson and that former President Trump talked about. What's necessary is that there needs to be sharing of data to to make sure that the voter roles are accurate and to the extent at which non citizens' names appear on these voter walls. They're identified and removed. Therefore, we never get into the situation where those votes are illicitly cast, illegally cast, and pervert the outcome of
the election. So that's really the first thing that needs to be done, and that's probably the most important thing to ensure that vote, that our elections are fair and open, is to make sure that the voter roles are accurate and up to date. And that means identifying the extent which non citizens are on these roles and removing them. Michael O'Neil I live in a functional part of the Contrey Ohio. Ah, I'm Kentucky. Indiana requires voter ID,
it requires a photograph, it requires a signature. Now let's jump out to California, Nevada. I understand in about sixteen states, including those two, which are generally blue cities, blue states, that when you get a driver's license, which anybody, if your name is Tony Benner from Guatemala, you can show up in Sacramento, show up in some county seat and say I want a driver's license. They do not inquire by state law as to your eligibility to vote, because, after all, you're an alien. As a
federal all that says you can't do it. But when you get your driver's license, they don't inquire whether you're a citizen or not. They give you the driver's license, and then the second rice today is mandated to send you a ballot. Explain that process exactly. And that's what happens. Is in certain jurisdictions, particularly in California, as you just indicated, a lot of
the guardrails, the inherent protections have been removed. So if you go, as you just said, if you go, if you go and obtain a driver's license, there's an automatic set. There's an automatic voter registration that occurs when you obtain your driver's license. Well, if nobody ever asks you whether you're a citizen, and the only thing you're obligated to do is a reverse checkops say, well check here if you're not a citizen, and you and
you miss that, and we know it's missed. Again. As I told you about the jury duty, the jury duty, there's no protections in place. DMB officials in California are specifically directed not to inquire about the citizenship citizenship status of individuals applying for driver's licenses, all the while knowing that once you register for a driver's license. You're going to be automatically and you're going to
be automatically registered to vote. What else is problematic here is California mails every single name on its voting roles a ballot, whether you indicate you want to vote by mail or not. So again, in some states you have to affirmatively indicate, you have to go down to the registrar's office, you have to sign some document, you have to affirmatively indicate that you want to vote by mail. You have to take some steps. Well, in California,
every single name on those voter rolls gets a ballot via mail ballot. So osensibly you have the situation in place where you have non citizens on the voting roles, getting voting, getting ballots, and possibly casting votes. Now what happens to here is the left is always saying, well, you can't prove it, you can't prove it. Well, of course you can't prove it. It's impossible. Think about this. If Mike O'Neill is not a citizen, and I receive a vote by mail ballot, and I get that ballot
and I execute it, I've committed a felony. I placed myself in legal jeopardy. But then I go drop that in a mail in a ballot box, or I go drop that in or I drop it in the mail because the postage has been prepaid. It comes into it comes into a registrar's office or an election's office with thousands and thousands of other ballots. There's no way to identify pull that specific ballot out and say, oh, that one was
improperly cast or that was cast by a non citizen. Once it enters into the stream of commerce, it's virtually impossible to segment and segregate those out, those improperly cast ballots out because there again we're talking anywhere from dozens, hundreds,
thousands in voting pools of millions of vote by mail ballots. So there's a probability across the country hundreds of thousands or millions of votes are illegally counted because the system is not set up to pull out those that are voting illegally. And in fact, this system is set up to make sure that illegals do vote, because there's no segregation of their ballots from those others, because
there's no indication that they're illegal in the first place. And so how do you respond to the argument used by the radical left that after all the Trump appointed judges, they Clinton appointed judges, the Obama appointed judges, no one ever found massive voter fraud enough to overturn an election. How would you explain that non sequitor? Well, again, and it goes back to the point
is judges are loathed to overturn the outcomes of elections after the fact. You have to put protections in place in before this happens, and in the process, it's important that the process itself be protected. That means having well trained election officials who actually engage in to the extent there is voter mail vote vote by mail, and again I'm a proponent of in person voting on election day, but to the extent that there is instituted widespread vote by mail, you
need to have. Again, you need to have accurate and up to date voter roles with eligible voters, and there needs to be some due diligence to ensure that the names appearing on your lists are eligible to vote next on election day when the or on the during the process when those whattes are actually accounted.
You need to have significant signature verification. That means you need to have well trained people actually verifying that the attestation signed on the envelope the outside of an envelope of a mail ballot is the actual signature on record in the voter registration office. That means you have to have real signatures in the voter registration office. It's imperative that the process is protected and that they're competent, trained
individuals that are exercising due diligence. Because, as I said, and as we've seen and experience is born this out, we know that post election lawsuits challenging the over asking, requesting over the rerunning of an election, over the overturning of the election are very rarely succeeded because it takes weeks and weeks and weeks for the military ballots, and for the absentee ballots, and for the
ballots put off to the side provisional ballots. The system is overwhelmed. And so you said, there come the first week in December, three weeks after the election, you still haven't open up all the ballots. You have all the contests or all this ballot overseas was postmarked at the right time. So by the time the election officials have to answer questions how many illegal people have voted. The judges say, look, the issue is not ripe yet because
the winner's not been determined. Once the winner is determined, maybe the first or second week in December, then it's ripe. However, the relief sought is either a trial, which is voting, depositions and requests for documents, witnesses on the stand. That'll take years, and the swearing in is January the twentieth or January the first or elected officials. So there the issue becomes moot. One case, you haven't declared or running yet, we can't look
into it. Once the winner is declared, well, we can't give you the relief you seek because the swearing end is too tight. Do I have it correct right? And I would yes, you do. And I would also add that judges are loth justly, and this is probably a good thing. Is they don't want to be perceived as interfering in the electoral process. You don't want to have the allegation that the judge, you know, oh, the judge picked the candidate here. Well, and they open themselves up
to that. So therefore they're going to be very very reluctant, and they're going to look for every single exit opportunity to get this case off their docket. If that means grating a motion to dismiss because of an in of a failure to allege the injury in fact what you're talking about, or mootness or any of these procedural hurdles, they're going to exercise that. They want to get these off their dockets. They don't want to be perceived as interfering with
the election process. Now. Secondly, the US Constitution says the state legislatures set the time, manner, and means of an election, which means the state of Pennsylvania, state of Ohio through the legislature, Sate of California, through the legislature, determines how elections are conducted. In many states like Pennsylvania, each county elects its own election supervisor. So obviously in blue blue counties
they select liberal Democrats to administer their elections. Which so in the last election you had Pennsylvania county registrars, far leftists who had drop boxes, no signature of verification, they had very liberal laws, the whole deal, and they determined how the election was conducted. Wasn't that fundamentally unconstitutional? Certainly? And what's important here is although the states have the role as you're a dictating, there is a role for Congress, and there is a federal role here.
We are dealing with federal elections. So again, if you had a federal
cause of action, there is a federal cause of it. There is a private cause of action that allows individuals to challenge the accuracy of the voter roles under the National Voting Registration Act if there was a if there was a cause of action that allowed, if there was a reasonable certainty or a premifesion case that non citizens are non citizens were appearing on a voter role, and there is an obligation under a statute in legal obligation that those individuals are identified and
removed. Now, look, let me be clear here. I'm not saying that you should go out and prosecute these cases, or you should go up and there should be penalties. The actors here are the election officials who are tasked with ensuring the accuracy and up to date ness and primacy of their voter roles. The obligation is on them to identify and remove. Now, I don't whether there's a penalty for a name appearing I'm not concerned about that.
What I'm concerned with is maintaining the accuracy and up to date on the voter roles so that eligible voters are either sent ballots or can appear in person and vote on election decks. Here we said in April of twenty twenty four, we have the leading candidate for the presidency on trial in a blue county and a blue city about to be I think railroad it in Manhattan, and he
can't campaign right now because he's in trial. You've been, and I've been in lengthy trials in which two to three hours ahead of time, at six o'clock in the morning, you meet with your client, You prepare the day, and then you're in trial until four o'clock, five o'clock in the afternoon. Then you meet with your client back in your office those six or seven o'clock at night, and then you prepare the next morning. Get getting up at six o'clock in the morning. Try to do that for eight weeks and
see what shape you're in. If you're a seventy seven year old man, and so at this point, I don't care if you're a marathon runner and your life, your life's on the line and you're looking at life imprisonment in front of a judge Mershawn who made financial contributions to President Joe Biden and whose daughter. I thought the daughter might have been a fourteen year old teenage girl
with braces. It turns out to me that his daughter is forty years old and she's raised about one hundred million dollars for Adam Schiff and for Joe Biden. Kamala Harris, she's a Democratic Progressive act And so you're in front of that jury. Is it fair to have a jury? And what's ninety percent have voted for the other guy. This whole jury system in Manhattan is unique in the history of the world. It reminds me of the am Mattill jury
the nineteen fifties in Mississippi. They set free three white guys for killing Emma Till. And so can Donald Trump. Since this is my last question, this is off scarre. Can he get a fair trial in Manhattan? Absolutely not, And that's why they have change of venue motions that are granted. It's if you can establish that it is impossible for your client to receive a fair and impartial to obtain a fair and impartial jury, then you can change,
you can move to change venue. Of course I didn't get them anywhere in New York, but there is there Ostensibly there is a release style for this, so that this trial should never occur to Manhattan. Strig Curre in an area where you're at least increasing the likelihood that you have impartial jurors. Now, the lack of impartiality is going to result in a tainted try. But I don't know how the extent to which the entire process, again,
this entire prosecution in this particular case. We can spend hours talking about each individual case, but we're talking about events that occurred before the twenty sixteen election. The federal government actually tried a case similar to this with John Edwards and they lost. So there really is no federal case here. The import they
used the statutal limitations has passed. That they used a fela a boot They bootstrapped a misdemeanor into a felony charge for something that Department of Justice again never prosecuted. So there's just so many problems with this issue in this trial. And again not to mention the fact that you pointed out just a minute ago, the fact that this is going to be an enormous distraction. But this is again part of the law there, part of to settle this issue.
In other words, who's going to be the next president of the United States? Not at the ballot box, but instead in the courtroom. And this is the problem. Michael O'Neill, Esquire, Federal Society Member. More information Landmark Legal Foundation dot com, Landmark Legal Foundation dot com. Michael O'Neill, you're a great American and uh for us setting us straight on this and once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you,
Michael, Thank you. Bill. Have a great day. God bless America. There there you have it. What chance does the Trumpster have none? And you n n none? Bill cunning In The Great American Live with you every Sunday Night, Billy cunning In the Great American. Good to hear from in real life jury consultant. What's going to happen starting tomorrow? And I mentioned this is a couple hours ago when we started. You have a conflicted
judge who has made financial contributions to Joe Biden. Add on top of that a prosecutor Alvin Bragg, who ran onto the platform. I'm going to get Donald Trump Add on top of that the fact that the judge's adult daughter runs progressive fundraising sites now, according to The New York Post, have raised approximately one hundred million dollars for progressive life wing causes fundraising around the idea of getting
Donald Trump. Get Donald Trump, says, The prosecutor, Get Donald Trump, says, the judge, get Donald Trump, says, his adult daughter, who's raised about one hundred million dollars. Add on top of that the fact it's a rather clear fact, believe it or not, that the federal authorities have taken a pass on any federal election violation. Barr said, under Trump is not a violation. Mary Garland said, it's not a criminal violation. It doesn't belong on the forms you have said, vance the predecessor to
the present prosecutor, Alvin Bragg saying, is not a violation. And so this is all done to concoct a scheme to make sure that ten to twenty percent of independent voters and low information voters will not vote for Donald Trump. And it all starts tomorrow and the jury is picked, and they're going to be coming going six alternate God knows what's going to occur, but those jury members They will not be able to find Donald Trump not guilty and go home
in New York City. Won't happen. Every one of those twelve sitting on the jury presently, they all have family and friends and cohorts. Know who they are, and they know they're on the jury. They're going to be gone the next eight weeks. It's going to get around their friendly circles. That person is on the jury. That person is the foreman of the jury.
They cannot find him not guilty and go back home any more than a white juror in Mississippi could have found the murderers of m Mattil guilty and gone back to their homes. This is a concocted scheme to make sure that Donald Trump loses the twenty twenty four election. It'll be up to you to be the fly and the old I'm going to make sure it doesn't occur. Let's continue with more. Chris Fattis is next. He's with an anti transgender group
called Solidarity Healthcare. Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday year, Bill Cunningham, the Great America. Let's continue. Whenever stop, we simply continue. Of course, I'm very concerned about Joe Biden's uncle and being eaten by cannibals and New Guinea. We're going to talk about that maybe later on. Whenever your uncle's eaten, I assume alive with an apple in his mouth, and your
nephew becomes the president. It's a big story. But until then, Chris Fattus is the founder and president of the Solidarity Healthcare and he discusses scientific and legal and faith communities as they react to the excuse me, to the dangers of transgender treatments, especially for children. It should be an article of faith. You can't be sixteen years old and have agreed to have your genitals cut
off. I think that's an important consideration one should take. But in order to keep all the anger going, all the money flowing in, the liberals the left have got to come up with new causes all the time. Chris and Fattus, and once again, welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. First of all, can you give us a general overview as we sit here toward
the end of April relative to what's happening with transgender rights. When it comes to a fifteen year old girl who thinks she's living in a fifteen year old book, boy's body. Well, what is generally where are we now? Yeah, I mean we're at this point now we're in the US. We're starting to you know, well not starting to. I mean we're fast down the lane of pushing for these young people to be able to make these decisions
for themselves. Meanwhile, they're not legally able to smoke by a lottery tticut or drink, but we think that they can make these life altering decisions when their brain's not even fully developed as we know scientifically, and they've known for for you know, many many years, and so that's where we are.
I mean, it's a huge push. What I think is insane is that you know, obviously in Europe they've been doing this for some time and they're actually rolling the curtain back, and yet we're marching straight down the field, going in the same wrong direction that they went ten years ago, even though the evidence now is clear that this is not effective, it does not help, and actually it's harming these children in more ways than just the mutilization mutilation
that's happening. Fortunately, we're slow to this game, but in Europe, and Europe is large lost, it's a socialist haven. There's no rights individuals have in Europe, and they've been doing this for about fifteen or twenty years. Kind of put a sharper point on the studies out of Europe that indicate that transgenderism doesn't solve a problem, it creates other problems, and that it
ruined someone's reproductive systems for life. Explain the studies in Europe. Of course, facts ought to matter, except to us socialist liberal facts don't matter. It's the ideology that does. But explain what Europe has found. Yeah, I mean, you know, a couple of years ago now the London actually shut down their main gender clinic that the government was funding because they were finding
that it was ineffective and there was lots of issues and problems. And now as further studies have come out, a recent study by doctor Hillary Tasks is showing that there's no good evidence on the long term outcomes of interventions to manage gender related to stress, which the interventions she's speaking about primarily or hormonal treatments and puberty blocks and the like, and ideology and really like what she's made
it clear ideology on all sides of directed care rather than being directed by normal principles of pediatrics and mental health. And that's a quote from a research scientist in the UK. And you know, I tell you, Bill, what's really interesting to me is even ABC has published this study, which I thought was very surprised, surprising that even ABC News is speaking about this. But the reality is that the signs are all there and this is not effective.
It's actually harming these children. We've seen plenty of other studies to show that it actually increases suicidal ideation and actual suicide, not the other way around. Stay on that point. I see these ridiculous pre printed signs that say you want to kill transgender kids that the goal of normal Americans is say, now,
wait a minute. If you're sixteen years old and you can't buy a beer, and you can't buy a lottery ticket, and you can't smoke a cigarette, but you can agree to have your gen almost cut off or go through transition drugs, we'll give you that opportunity. And the argument as well, transgender kids generally have mental disorders of one type or another which is manifested
through transgenderism. But we don't give a kid the opportunity of making life altering decisions, much like buying a bud light, which you can't legally do but respond to the fact that you are trying to kill transgender kids. Yeah. Yeah, even the statement is just so, it's so ridiculous, right to say. I mean, especially when you think about the amount of the stuff that's coming out and even people like you and I, what are we talking
about. We're talking about our concern that we're actually making life worse and we're having a child. We all know what it was like to be a teenager. Yeah, I mean, you and I. How many decisions, if they were if they were permanent, would we be regretting today? Right? And there's probably something we still have. You know, we probably all have
some permanent decisions we made. And the reality is we're all maybe most of us almost, I'm sure all of us, and especially many of these research scientists, these doctors who are speaking out, are very concerned about the safety and the life of these children who should not be pushed down this path of
gender ideology and mutilation and hormone therapy. It's the exact opposite. In fact, we want to see their dignity respected and upheld, them, to see them see them nurtured through this process, which, by the way, studies have shown if you simply affirm the gender, you simply affirm the child and work with them through their struggles, they will on their own merits, they will eventually change their minds and choose their given gender. And so that's all
that people are trying to say. We want to love them as who they were created to be and help them get there right and not sit here and do all these awful things at such a young age. And again the studies showing there's nothing here about ideology. This is what science is saying, this is what the actual medical professionals are saying, who are not ideal. The hospitals are making a boatload of money. But let's be snarky. My producer
snark. Let's be snarky, Tony benderstyle. Let's be snarky. Let's say, okay, if women want to kill their own unborn babies, because the only way you get pregnant today with all the birth control available, unless it's rape or incests, which is less than one percent of abortions, and if you want to kill your own baby, after all, it's one less liberal.
And if you're a liberal parent and you want to take the demands of a fifteen year old and play into that by giving them hormone reducing or explosive drugs and surgeries. That's on you. The liberals are destroying their young, either by killing them in the womb or by transitioning them. That's the snarky approach. Why should normal people like you and I be concerned about that? If that's what liberals want to do to their kids, kill them or sexually
mutilate them, why should we care? Yeah? Well, I think we care because I think we all know what God created us for. I think that's what it is. I think in the end of the dayu strated as we all get, and as snarky as we all get, and believe me, Bill, I've been there. You know, the reality is we want to see these people succeed. And we know that man is capable of much
more than what we're doing in this country. And and I just you know, I think there's there's greater hope for these folks, even though they're maybe their parents are leading down this path and they're they're you know, far gone. There's hope for these children if we can give them what they what they
actually need. And I think there's an opportunity we can solve societals ills by societies you know, ills by by giving you know truth, giving them you know, good medical care, giving them good solutions to the problems they face, you know, and and those things will actually turn someone around into into who they were created to be. So yeah, it's it's hard though, because you're right in some ways, we do. I've heard this conversation many
times. The one good thing about uh, some of this, you know, the the bed towards liberals is they don't recreate, so they don't procreate. So therefore those people will go away, and those of us who have seven or more kids, or five or more kids, we're going to be the ones populated in the earth, and so these ideas will go away and we'll be back to a level footing. And that there's certainly is truth to that for sure. Fifteen twenty years ago, the United Kingdom the UK began
these transgender blocking hormones and surgeries. They quote earlier this month, quote there is no good evidence on the long term outcomes of interventions to manage gender related
to stress. The UK public health system has stopped prescribing dangerous puberty blocking hormones for children earlier this month, there was a I saw a Gallup poll taken in which twenty five percent of incoming freshmen, especially females, identify as binary, non gender, sexual fluid, gay, bisexual, lesbian, whatever it might be. They pick one of the other one hundred and ten genders.
How come twenty five percent of all the students and it breaks down to about forty percent of the females, about twelve percent of the males going to college consider themselves to be different than what they truly are. In fact, it is a thing in college to have an alternative lifestyle and to be a different gender, maybe transfluid. How come that's the case? Is the culture? Is it trying to get attention? Well, how come the number so large
when we know the numbers probably closer to two or three percent. Well, yeah, I mean the reality is there's a massive social engineering project that's been going on for probably longer than ten years, but certainly out in the open for the last ten years. And if you think even you know, you even look at you know, the Bruce Jenner Caitlyn Jenner, you know story, which was probably what ten ten or so years ago, it was unfathomable
that we would be talking about this. But ever since then, this has turn and now you have these conversations happening in schools, you have teaching, if you have teaching happening about it, you have clubs talking about it, you have you know, all kinds of media and social media content pushing these kids to think this way. So it's a asset and engineering and you know, we can call it culture, but the reality is it's absolutely driven,
directed, and organized. Right. It's not just that it's not just organic culture. There is a pushed, an ideological you know, engineering happening right
now, and that's pushing the numbers to you know, new heights. I mean, there was it was less than a percent of a percent of people who were considered themselves transgender, you know, ten maybe fifteen years ago, right, And so that's happening the other side of it, as you've seen, and this is one of the big concerns in some of these medical studies is what you're seeing is children, teenagers, you know, adolescents who are
going to counselors, school counselors, or mental health counselors for just basic things. Right, I'm depressed, I'm alone, I'm still abandoned. I don't know who I am. You know, I don't have any friends. Whatever it is. They're being led down this path of gender ideology. They're being ethnic, you know, they're not coming thing. I don't feel like a boy, I feel like a girl. They're coming. STACK feel alone, I feel abandoned, I feel confused. And these counselors are leading them down
this path. These these programs out there leading them, those stuff on the web is leading them down this path of gender ideology. So these are real concerns. And that's one of the reasons why that you take when it shut down, was because what they found and they especially when they studied it after, was that most of these kids who came to them were not properly. They were not coming for gender ideology. They were being led to that path.
And many of them this was kind of pushed on them, this idea of homeown blockers and all of that, and it only made the problems worse. Well, I want to share with the American people the Tenth Amendment to the US Constitution and essentially says that and the so called Bill of Rights. The Tenth Amendment says that if certain duties and obligations are not part of this
Constitution. It is up to the states of the people. I defy anyone to look in the US Constitution and find the word abortion or transed under rights. It doesn't exist. And that means it's up to what It's up to the people to decide these things, which is what the Trumpster is saying. So you have a posting here about the United States Supreme Court agreed to let an Idaho law protecting children from dangerous gender transition drugs and surgeries go into effect.
And so what do you say to those blue cities and blue states that are liberals and socialists rome wild like in New York and Connecticut, all the kill the Jews and the tiki torches at Columba University in California. The people
in those states thinks transgender rights one of the ten commandments. I mean, for God's sakes, what do you say to to the kids who live in a blue city, blue state that are misled by the system, by their culture, and they want to go through hormonal blockers and then surgery and the parents say okay, the doctors say okay, and it happens. What do
you say to those kids? Right? Yeah, Well, I would say, first of all, for parents, it's high time, especially in these blue state and lose cities, to take over the education of your child and don't allow them to have control of your child for twelve years. I just don't think it's it's not even a prudent decision anymore because of where we're headed.
And that's even in some red states. I mean, we we have you know, even in my home state of Arizona, things are decent, but there's some concerns, right some of these things are still happening, and so you know, I believe firmly that we've got to take over the education of our children and keep them out of the hands of these ideologues and social engineers who are trying to trying to bring about this this new paradigm. That's that's my number one thing. I mean, you just you got you've got
to be in control. It's the same reason why we started our own healthcare program, because we want we realize we cannot trust the insurance bureaucrafts the government system to our family healthcare because they're going to manipulate in abuse it as much as possible. And so we opted out and we said we're going to do
our own thing. And that's that's an important piece. I think it's time for these parallel economies to come about out for you and I to have a place to do business and to serve our families and make sure that they're not being laid down these paths. Whether we like it or not. And I
don't like it. But on December fifteenth, seventeen ninety one, during the first term of George Washington, the Tenth Amendment was ratified sufficiently by the States, and it says any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the States, are reserved to those respective states or to
the people. And so there it is. If you live in a blue sitting a blue state, and your kids being coerced because of mental difficulties or challenges to a change gender, and the parent says yes, the doctor says yes, and the hospital system says absolutely. Medicare Medicaid will pay for it.
Let's get it done. It's time to get the hell out. And just to kind of conclude Chris Fattus of Solidarity Healthcare and for the liberals who want to kill their unborn babies and transition their girls to boys and boys to girls, the long term consequences are you're not going to have any grandchildren because it doesn't work that way. And if that's the kind of world they want to let him, so be it. And as Tony Bender would say,
it's their rules. Live with it, kill your babies, transition your teenagers, and suddenly liberalism will die out. Not a bad idea, all right, Chris? How did the American people get a hold of you? What is your website? Yeah, visit us at Solidarity HealthShare dot o RG solidarityhealthshare dot org and uh or you know policy for four five one three four one
three just give us our website. I don't remember what Solidarity healthcare. And lastly, we have a terrible case locally in which a mother gave birth to a full term baby and I suppose smothered the little baby. And uh, now she's under murder indictment. If the same thing had happened a week earlier in the womb, guess what, every it would be completely legal. But if a few hours later, it's murder. Even Bill Maher understands what's going
on. If Bill Maher understands what's going on, you know, maybe the life maybe he has a few lucid moments. But once again, Chris Fattus Ofthsolidaryhealthcare dot Org, thanks again for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. We sound the alarm. Hopefully people listen. Thank you, God bless Thanks Phil, God Bless America. Let's continue with more Bill cunning In the Great American live with you every Sunday Night. Billy cunning In the Great American. Thank
you for listening this glorious Sunday night. And in a few hours, allegedly the most important trial in American history is going to commence. It will go a long way to determine who is the next President of the United States, presided over by a judge who's compromised and unethical, and by a family member raising money Lauren Merchant Mershawn raising money off the trial by a jury whose only
job it will be is to convict Donald Trump. They will not be able to go home and face family and friends if they do anything other than convict Donald Trump. They will not be able to live their life. Knowing also that if they do convict Donald Trump, they will never stand in line again, they will never have to have any trouble getting a reservation, and several will write a book, maybe making millions of dollars. And so it is
said that we have an Emmett Till type jury in New York City. Much as Emmett Till and his murderers, the three white Races, were set free by an all white jury. He couldn't stand and go home having convicted those three guys. We now have a New York jury who will not be able to go home if they find him not guilty or hangs that jury. Think about that? How fair is that? We'll find out in a few hours.
This is by far the most important trial coverage and trial verdict in the history of the United States of America, and every Sunday night I will cover with you first fast fair in factual. Paul, I also want to thank Brittie Gabriel for coming on. She's faculus. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, with you everything. Send you that
