Portions of the Bill Cunningham Show may be pre recorded. Willie brought you by Choice Hotels, Econo Lodge and Roadway In Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at Choice Hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast exodence, the one and only Bill Cunningham. I'm Billy Cunningham, the Great American, and of course eight sixty six six four

seven seven three three seven. Your calls are welcome, as I think I live in some alternative universe watching sixty minutes again tonight. I watch those kinds of things so you don't have to. I've learned that legal immigrants have a lower crime rate than regular American citizens. Did you know that? Of course you didn't know that, because it's a lie. Let me tell you why it's a lie. Immigration status is not requested by every big city law department

in this country. So take the top fifty American cities from LA and New York City all the way down to Memphis and Nashville in size, and guess what the blue mayors the Democratic mayors order their police not to inquire as to immigration status when someone is arrested. So how do you know the crime rate of illego aliens into this country, largely unattached single males, when you don't ask where they came from and are you a citizen? The answer is you

have no idea. But it feeds the Democratic talking point that legal immigrants do not commit much crime at all. Well, you ought to talk to maybe Molly Tibbets about that, or go talk to some of the other women like Kate Steinley or Lake and Riley whether that's true or not. Of course it's a lie. But when the media does not ask do you request immigration status?

Are you a citizen when arresting someone in Austin, Texas or San Antonio, the answer is no, we don't require and so the crime rate of those individuals might be through the roof, But we don't know the facts because the facts are not ascertained. And I also find out that eight of the ten largest American cities do not send their crime data information to the FBI anymore anyway, they don't want to do it. So guess what we have plummeting

crime? We have less crime now than ever before. Joe Biden says, well, the crime rate's going down. The course is going down. It may be going up in reality, but it's going down because the record keeping number one does not inquire to immigration or citizenship status. And number two, they don't send the information to the FBI anyway. So how do you know they don't want to know you? And I know it's pretty bad, maybe not as bad as Port Prince in Haiti. Did you see this story?

On Thursday, the gangs in Haiti decided to free four thousand of their compatriots from the largest prison in Port of Prince. So they launched an attack against the largest prison starting on Thursday when Prime Minister Henri left the country and visited Kenya. While he was gone, the gangs got into a gunfight with the penitentiary guards. Overwhelmed, the guards killed them and opened up all the jail cells. Now there's an extra four thousand gang members and Porter of Prince who

want to come where to Louisiana, to the United States of America. The gang leader, who's a former police officer, caught on various armed groups to overthrow the government and let them take over. That's where we are. It is really unbelievable that sixty minutes could ask a stupid question about crime rates of illegal aliens when no records are kept. Of course, the crime rate's going

down. In fact, they might go down to zero. Maybe Lake and Riley and Molly Tibbots and Kate Steinley are alive somewhere I don't know, serving burgers at Burger King with Elvis and Kalamazoo. According to mainstream media, there's not much crime at all by illegal aliens. Of course, the first crime they committ is coming across the border illegally. Then Catholic charities are one of the other charitable groups paid for it by your tax dollars of millions and millions

of dollars transport them all over the country. If you're in Idaho, if you're in Missouri, if you're in Chicago, if you're in Las Vegas, guess what illegal aliens are coming your way? With Ted McKay and guess what. We don't know what crimes they're committing because the police don't ask citizenship status. Well, then you can say, guess what. There is no crime committed by legal aliens unattached males. But we know in Porter Prince. The

prison. The penitentiary was attacked by gangs. They killed the guards and released all the inmates and Porter Prince and they're coming to Louisiana and Texas. This is unbelievable. Secondly, have you watched the farce of Fanny Willis's testimony in Atlanta along with the course of Nathan Wade and Terrence Bradley. Pull back the

covers, pull back the curtain, take a look at what's happening. Repeatedly, Fanny Willis sent Nathan Wade and others to the White House to coordinate criminal charges against Donald Trump, and in New York City exactly the same thing happened. Representatives of the prosecutor in New York City met with US Department officials in the FBI to coordinate the attack donald Trump. So if he is elected president, that means that the criminal prosecutions in Atlanta New York City may continue.

Alvin Bragg has been to New York, has been to Washington repeatedly, and in fact, there was some of the bill collections by Nathan Wade seemed to indicate that he spent eight hours of meetings on at least three occasions with the in the White House meeting with White House officials to coordinate the attack on Donald Trump. Really, what's happening to Donald Trump is a lot worse than what

he's being charged with having done. When this arose with Fanny Willis about a year ago, she was wined, dined, and pocket lined all over the place by the New York Times, the Washington Post, MSNBC as the courageous savior prosecutor in charge of keeping democracy alive, glowing profiles of her, supposing her sheer way of courage and expertise would ensure that Donald Trump would never come

near the White House. He'd spend the rest of his days in the state prison somewhere near Rayford, Georgia. That was the plan by the Democrats. Do you think if we had a legitimate media, this would be shall we say, probed just a little bit to find out why why Spenny Willis's representative, Nathan Wade, meeting in the White House for sixteen to twenty hours coordinating

what the prosecution or shall we say, the persecution of Donald Trump. And there's no power on earth at this point on March to twenty fourth that would keep Donald Trump and going on trial in New York City front of New York City jury on the money's paid to the porn star Stormy Daniels, what a storm. She was paid one hundred and forty five thousand dollars through Michael Cohen to kind of quiet her down, catch and kill, which is not illegal.

The problem is, according to Alvin brag is that the real intent of Donald Trump was to violate federal election laws. It was a book keeping mistake to characterize the payment to Michael Cohen slash Stormy Daniels. It wasn't to keep his wife from finding out or save embarrassment. No, the purpose was to violate federal campaign laws, which was looked at by federal prosecutors and they rejected

to pursue it. But at this point, alvon Bright, it's going to put Donald Trump on trial for six to ten weeks in New York City on these ridiculous charges. The persecution of Donald Trump continues. So I'm about to lose my mind. Can you imagine lying under oath when you're the elected prosecutor of Fulton County. Fanny Willis lies under oath. Nathan Wade, her boyfriend,

lies under oath. Terrence Bradley, the divorce attorney for Nathan Wade lies under oath and Terrence Bradley lied under oath because his contemporaneous text messages indicated the beginning. In probably twenty twenty or twenty twenty one, he had sent text to others saying that Nathan Wade is having an affair with the county prosecutor, that being Fanny Willis, And they both all three lied under oath. And how many boyfriends go on these extensive vacations with his girlfriend and demand that she

pay half, of course in cash. It's got to be paid in cash, which is supposedly untraceable, to the tune of maybe eight to ten thousand dollars in cash that she paid reimburse that she says cannot be traced. Are you kidding me? Does anyone buy this? And poor Judge Scott McAfee is between a rock and a hard place. He's a Republican appointed by the Republican governor and he's running this November to keep his seat where in Fulton County,

And I would imagine the way I know racial politics. Fanny Willis right now is probably more popular in Fulton County than she's ever been in her life. She's being prosecuted, persecuted by evil white guys like Donald Trump, and so she continues to use her race and gender when that has nothing to do with any of this. All she had to do was tell the truth. But the truth was so bad she couldn't tell it. So her and her lover concocted a scheme to slither out from under. And I pray that Judge McAfee

doesn't buy it. The problem is does it want to be a judge or not? And I would imagine Fanny Willis's popularity in Fulton County may cause Judge McAfee to do what's wrong, which is to find no conflict of interest. This prosecutor has a direct stake in the outcome of the prosecution when she's using part of the money to be wine dyned in pocket lined all over the Caribbean and the wine country in California, using taxpayers money to do it. It's

truly an unbelievable circumstance. You can't make this up. There is overwhelming evidence that Fanny Willis and her lover were in a sexual relationship before he was appointed special counsel, and that she paid him six hundred and fifty thousand dollars of Georgia money. And then they both perjured themselves concealing the relationship and the spending of that money, and have since conspired to conceal and suppress evidence and to

obstruct justice. They committed worse crimes than the Donald's being charged with. And the media continues to love this prosecutor because she's out to get Donald Trump. She's being used in abuse like she used the taxpayer's money, use and abuse that and so much more. And so I'm having God, do we need Donald Trump in the White House again? I mean, it is so apparent.

And I watched this morning some of the presentation of the Attorney General Garrick Garland and the Vice President Kamala Harris, known as Joe Biden's insurance policy in a church in Alabama, that both of them said voter ID laws are racist, that we can't anticipate that black or brown folks are competent enough to get an ID who lives their life without an ID, but you want to gin up the base by telling them lies because it works so much in the past.

Truly unbelievable stuff. And so then tomorrow Monday, we're supposed to find out now from the US Supreme Court about the Donald allowed on ballots. So the Democrats won and prosecuted in New York City for paying off a porn star, which they declare to be some sort of a federal campaign violation because of a bookkeeping mistake. And in Georgia, the prosecutor concoct a scheme through after Donald Trump, with cooperation from the White House, to indict the leading opposition

leader. And then it comes out that the two of those are wine in pocket line with George State money all over the all over the Caribbean and also in the Wine Country. Then they get under oath and lie about it in

New York City. In about two weeks, in March twenty fourth, the trial is going to begin in New York City that Donald will be off the campaign trail to get him with about the thirty six counts of misreporting on a different form falsifying business records that should have been a federal campaign donation to a porn star. Are you kidding me? No, I'm not. That's what's

happening in the United States of America as we speak. Wow. Plus, once again I have a real life congressman coming on in about thirty five to forty minutes, Warren Davidson of the Budget Committee. And here's a little factoid that Joe Kernan on squawk Box related on Friday. Joe Kernan is from Cincinnati, So I love the guy. How about every one hundred days, America

borrows an additional one trillion dollars every one hundred days. The national debt as of Wednesday was thirty four point four trillion dollars on its way to forty trillion. We borrow one trillion dollars every one hundred days. And the argument is how much more money to spend? Where can we spend more money in sixty minutes to a hit job on Governor Abbott when obviously our laws are being ignored on the southern border and historically un president fashion and seemingly nothing we can do

about it. Well, we could do something. We could stop the suicidal catch and release. We could deport law breakers at a minimum. We could privilege the legal over illegal immigrants. We could demand that would be refugees apply for asylum in their native countries or in Mexico and can't come here. And if you're located here, you're thrown back over the border. We could finish

the border wall, all of which undermines the integrity of this country. We will fight like crazy for the border of North and South Korea, Iran and Iraq, Israel and Ukraine and NATO countries will fight like hell for that. We don't fight for our own survivability. One trillion dollars we borrow every one hundred days, and the illegal aliens are bankrupting American cities and states and the federal government. Now it was thirty four point four trillion, quickly on its

way to forty trillion dollars. And what do we talk about? Gangs, jail break, thousands of inmates as chaos breaks out in a Caribbean country, and it's coming to America. And of course you do know the crime rate among illegal aliens is low. Of course it is. We don't want to fight out what it is because we don't ask. Let's continue with more. I'm all fired up, I'm all urinated off. The Fanny Will of Scandal herself is so much bigger than Donald Trump. Donald Trump deserves to be the

next president to clean up Washington if he can. But nonetheless, what boyfriend requires his new girlfriend pay him in cash for fifty percent of a trip on a not all the booty calls. How about twelve thousand? How about twelve thousand text messages and twelve hundred telephone calls over a seven month period. That's impossible. Mainly at eleven o'clock PM at night or four am in the morning. What are they talking about? Monetary policy? What do you think?

Then they get on the stand, play the race card and lie about it, and NBC laps it up like a dog twenty three minutes after the hour. I go to the calls next. I got to get to the American people. Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday night. I'd like to think I have hope. This country, damnit is worth fighting for. I'm waiting for Democratic core constituencies to say we can't take it anymore. What do we have

to lose. I don't see any indication yet that Democratic core constituencies, black folks especially, are going to say, you know what, this is ridiculous.

Promises made, promises not kept. We can't look back fifty nine years at disasters that happened by Democrats. By the way that Democrats cause bloody Sunday They were the ones in charge of government in Alabama at that time, and they ought to say, you know what, if one thing needs to be canceled, it needs to be the Democratic Party, the party of slavery, the party that declared war in the United States of America, the Party of Jim Crow and the Party of lynchings, and the Party of lousy schools,

the Party of open borders, the Party of fentanyl, the party that participated in Nam directly in the killing of Kate Steinley and Molly Tibbetts and Lake and Riley and one hundred thousand others, the party that has failed miserably and controlling are magnificent cities that are the envy the world that have been destroyed by the

policies of the Democrat Party. Given a choice, which parent in Los Angeles or Portland or Austin, Texas, or Pittsburgh or Washington or Baltimore would send their kid to a public school control by the Democratic Party, and doctrination takes place, not education. It is ridiculous and until the core elements of the

Democrat Party requires it to change, it will not change. The mouthpieces, the Kamala Harris, the Nancy Pelosis, the sheared, Browns will continue to use and abuse and mislead their core constituencies as long as they're given the votes at ninety percent. Why change? Are you happy? What do you have to lose? The answer is nothing. Look at it. Look at the shootings in Kansas City, Chiefs during the Super Bowl party, gangbanger shooting each

other for no reason other than some sort of disrespect. Every year, ten thousand black men kill ten thousand other black men. But if one of those could be used to advance the political calls or to get money, believe me, Al Sharpton and his friends will be there. But otherwise, black lives are irrelevant to the core constituencies of the civil rights movement. Ten thousand are killed every year, no big deal. Forty thousand are shot in the major cities. Do they care? No, no, no, no, no,

no no. What do they care about? Let's talk about George Floyd hy Let's continue with more. I'll take calls on the other side, Bill cunning and the Great American with you every Sunday night. Coming up later will be Ali Bradley of News Nation from the Southern Border Eagle Pass. In relationship to the presidential visits on Friday, also later on as the Great Scott Powell of the Discovery Institute, and also Leland Vidderd of News Nation and more.

But until then, let's go to my friend Mark and Missouri. Mark and Missouri, welcome to the Bill. I'm sure, Mark, how are you well? I'm doing well well personally. But our country is just it. We are up against total corruption, total lies all the time, I mean little information. For sixty minutes, a person not in this country cannot commit a crime in this country, so their crime rate is zero percent. It is just pathetic. The propaganda we get to the media, their work lists,

they're on offense. We are in trouble on every front, and it's time. I don't know, we need draftic ats. And these people aren't just political opposition, They're they're trying to destroy us. And like you said, I just turned about that prison break and tonight they're going to come to this country. And the guy that killed Lake and Ridley was let out as yell in Argentina probably or Vengeuela, and is just as evil as it gets right now on every front. What can we do? I'm not from the

main point that I call, but what did Ronald Reagan. Do we're up against basically communists. I know people say that's hyberbally, but how did he handle him? He called him out. He said, they're the evil Empire. We need Republicans to get on offense like this because we are up against

it. It's our country won't survive if President Trump is not elected. I'll tell you, Mark, look at what Fanny Willis and Nathan Wade and Terrence Bradley, the plot they concocted organized through Washington d C. Moneys were paid for them to go to the White House to meet with White House officials. They weren't talking about monetary policy, about when to indict. You have the New York case kicking off real soon, Alan Bragg. You got Jack Smith

under orders of the president himself. Joe Biden was asked repeatedly did he commit crime? Yes, he did. He should be prosecuted. So this is all a White House thirty trick operation. And to watch Fanny Willis, Nathan Wade, and Terrence Bradley all get under the oath and lie. Terrence Bradley and also Fanny Willis's best girlfriend in twenty twenty one said, of course the two were having an affair, and that was wrong because you can't hire your

lover and benefit from a prosecution financially. And that's exactly what back out of the case. Vanny Woollace should voluntarily step down, Nathan Wade should step down and give it to a prosecutor who might be independent, not manipulated by the

White House. The scandal, what they're doing to him in Fulton County is much worse than what Donald Trump is accused of doing there, would you agree, Oh, of course, And like you say, her popularity probably go up in that point county and any rate, it's all been orchestrated out of the White House. This is creatin est I mean exactly what happened in the Baldy. That's what they do. That's who we're up against right now.

They want to put President Cremin jail for seven hundred years. This isn't the Nixon, Kennedy or all these other presidential elections we've had in the past. I'm sure there was correption there to you, but this is more than corruption. This is just a major attack on our country right now that any Codunk prosecutor can stop a presidential election. That's essentially what they're doing And the founders

would never imagine that, couldn't have couldn't have made that. They can't imagine lawmakers in Washington borrowing every one hundred days brand new one trillion dollars to fund insatiable federal spending. Now the debate in Washington is how to spend more money. It's like, what we got's one Democrat Now we'll ever want to stop spinning. And the Republicans are weak as well. I mean, do they not see the train wreck that we won't survive that either. We're on a

death fire on about ten different fronts right now. And Republicans they're good guys, But my guys, we have to get on offense. And the main point of why I originally called was I mean, it's already starting. The main issue for the Democrats is going to be abortioned and Republicans want to take away women's rights and all this, and it's gonna be wall to wall ads, it's gonna be stopping. And I was wondering, how can we fight this? Well, get on os there too. I mean, you've heard

places like preborn to show pictures of unborn baby. Did you see that, Senator Kennedy definition you've never seen that. We've got to put that word out and say, this is a baby. Maybe you you and I obviously saw it. But Senator Kennedy put up a twenty week unborn baby, and uh, when he described the hearts beating, the brain is working, the baby

is sucking on the thumb, all the organs are present. He's got these pro abortion doctors up there and puts up this this large depiction of a twenty week old unborn baby and said what is this and none of them would say it's an unborn baby. They all said it's a woman's right to choose to kill that baby. And then he asked all of them, well, well, let's say a week or a day before birth, healthy mother, healthy baby, the mother's having a moment and wants to kill a unborn baby.

Not one of them would say, well, that's wrong, and he brought up the point, look, here's a twenty week old unborn baby. Take a look, and all of them said, was very rare for that to happen. To have an abortion after that point, but what would you agree with me? Then it should be banned, absolutely not. And so you're killing a million unborn babies every year We're having ten million illegals come across the country or southern border, infiltrating into our cities, ready to commit terrorist acts

and use amounts of crime. We borrow one hundred every one hundred days. We borrow an additional one trillion dollars every day. We borrow six billion dollars every day. Add up the numbers and numbers aren't Democrat Republican. It's math, and we're killing ourselves. I'm watching our magnificent cities be destroyed by a million homeless that are defecating, urinating, and fornicating, injecting and assaulting our downtime sidewalks and to our friends, this is medieval. This isn't debatable.

And yet in many major American cities controlled by Democrats, that's what's happening every day. We know that mentally ill belong in mental hospitals away from public spaces. We don't do that because that's unkind. But it's okay to have a million Americans every day defecating, urinating, homeless populations, injecting drugs. It's okay to bring across the southern border fetanyl killing one hundred thousand Americans. That's

okay. Mark I'm losing my mind. It's just amazing. It's like they have no conscience, like you said, all these like you said, ten thousand African Americans are killed by ten thousand other as no big these marriage don't care. How about forty thousand or shot every year forty thousand. But if one cannot be used to advance the political calls or make a lot of money

with Benjamin Crump and his crew, guess what, it doesn't matter. The Democrats don't care, and so they're not held to account at all by anybody, including the voting population of major cities. Mark, thanks for your call. I don't know what to say. Let's go to Canon Canada. Oh, Canada, can and Canada your counting hown, Ken, go ahead. How you doing? I talked to you about two months ago complaining about how

our prime minister in Canada has taken away all our gun laws. I'm trying to find out which guns are illegal now in my collection, and we got to get three hundred and eight pages in order to find out which guns have been banned. But that's what I'm not what I wanted to talk to you about tonight. Wayne Lapierre has been running the NRA for years and years and years. I think he's a great American. Yeah, and he's in this

month's copy of the Freedom NRA magazine, which I'm a member of. He's had to retire, correct and bow out because they figure he's been milking the money, not anywhere near as bad as the politicians are. So this month, Wayne Lapierre has had to step down. And let me tell you, Letitia James is the one who brought the lawsuit. Do you think the safety of citizens in New York City will now be enhanced because Wayne Lapierre is not the CEO of the NRA. How does that change the lives of New Yorkers

at all? What impact? It has? Zero impact? And if Wayne took some money, you shouldn't have taken. That's between him and the NRA. But Letitia James made it a big issue to attack the NRA. What she's getting political benefits in New York State, much like attacking Donald Trump and having this ridiculous five hundred million dollar verdict against him, and she's her ratings are going up, not down? Ken, How does that work? And

I don't think Wayne Lapierre ever embezzled as much as John Biden's son. Anyway, we listened to your show, Bill, and we're faithful listeners up here in Canada. Ken, You're a great American and thank you for calling. Let's continue with more. Let's go to d in Tampa, AD and Tampa. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham show ed, how are you? Oh my god, Bill, that's a heart the top here. But let me go

to Latin America. Since you talked to somebody in Canada, Mexico's having any water crisis, and I saw that they're not actually saying that Mexico is actually going to be running out of water, but you notice the illegals coming through Mexico and we're having enoughcases in diseases. So there you go. That's why

I told somebody earlier this morning, we need to have a moratorium. And then when they try and come in, if they were passed a lot for a work pieces, they're gonna have to get a COVID shot, just like we were forced to get out. Yeah, there's no there's no screening who's coming in. There's no what's your criminal record, there's no what's your vaccination

reports? Are you vaccinating against measles? A bowler? What about diph theory whooping nobody that they disperse these individuals all all over the country and all of a sudden, it's like, man, we got a bowler in America, we have measles, we have whooping cough? What's going Where did that come the price? Look like, why do we have these? Where did that come from? It's unbelievable. How's that possible? Well, we know what's going on, but the media won't report it. But you just did.

Yeah, and you have Debbie Wasserman shoulder, Hillary Clinton hack he's asking for the surgeon's head because of the uh over here in your home state, over here, your second home state. Yeah, yeah, it's ridiculous. Well, all I can say is ed, we're in big trouble. JD in Las Vegas. JD. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show, and JD, how are you? Uh? Hi, I'm doing great. Trying to get a hold of you for a long time. You got me, No, man, you got me Now. I'm gonna try to get way on the

root on next Sunday if I can market it right on the nose. Joe Biden was out here yesterday and all she was talking about to the SEIU Union crowd was abortion, abortion, abortion, so that's going to be their theme again. Regarding the crime in twenty and seventeen, I talked to our Sheriff of Lombardo, who is now our governor, and I asked him of the eighty seven thousand felonies in twenty and seventeen, how many were committed by illegals.

He's a thirty five percent. That's about thirty thousand of the r eighty seven thousand felonies in Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada. And I'm worried

now about those four thousand Haitians. I'm sure they're not travel agent. How about that, I'm sure they got I'm thinking, who attacks a penitentiary and they kill the guards and the police around it, and they take over the prison and open up the sales released four thousand gang bangers and porter of Prince Haiti on their way to Louisiana. Now, what is that a story? I haven't I've seen it one place, and it is unbelievable what's happening on

our southern border. Instead of the media going down there to demand that would that the president follow American law, that they put Governor Abbott up against the wall, to blame him for putting up a razor wire to try to keep illegals out, and damnit, he's doing his best he can. But we need a president to finish the wall, put the National Guard on the border with a big wide door in to let in those who we need, and don't let in those we don't need. BILLI getting back to the crime of

the illegals. I believe John Lott did a survey on Arizona and Texas and three other states wrong with CIS SIS not SIS CIS pair and the Cato Institute a guy named Stephen Camarado. In Arizona, it is two hundred and fifty percent more chance of an illegal committee to crime as opposed to an Arizona citizen. And Texas, they didn't give the figure, but it's much higher in

Texas, also with the illegals committing crimes over American citizens. Of course, also in that in that survey of the costs that we're incurring, approximately one hundred billion dollars alone is just going for education of the illegal kids, which doesn't happen about JD. There's no education happening in public schools when you have eighteen different languages, fourteen different dialects. All it is is an expensive daycare

service. There's no education going on of some fourteen year old who can't speak of the English that has to begin in kindergarten, and they simply put him in school learning nothing, and then they let him. Then they give him a diploma that's worthless that he can't read, and then he's out. How's that an education? I believe they're dragging down the other kids because they can't you know, they have to spend extra time with them because they can't speak.

They're they're not illiterate in their own language. Also, I don't know if you've heard one of the Georgia parks, I think six Flags. Today, six hundred gang members were roaming through the park, shooting, shooting up the park and just going just going wild, and they had to shut down the entire amusement and park. Cost of massive lawlessness, you know, JD. I don't know what to say. I was in Indianapolis, east of that and Carmel, Indiana, and I talked to some people there over the

weekend. They said they don't go to downtown Indianapolis anymore. It's too dangerous Cincinnati for example, is too dangerous, Chicago is too dangerous. And why don't the residents of these magnificent cities arise and say to their elected leaders, you either change the circumstances of the homeless crisis, the crime or else in the public school systems, all those, we're going to throw you out of office. But they don't to look. In Chicago, when Lori Lightfoot,

who looked like beetlejuice, what was a failure as governor? They elect brand and Johnson, who's more liberal, who's worse? So maybe we shouldn't come to their assistance. But I want to save this great country. And you know, abortion is largely conducted by Democrats, not Republicans. And if they want to kill their own babies, maybe they should. But I care for the black babies, the brown babies, the white babies that are killed by

parents and by abortion clinics. But if they don't care about their own babies, why should we care? I asked that. But George, they don't publicize it. But a vast majority of abortions have been on black children. Sure, and you know the Republicans have to come up with an answer. And my theory is, if I was running for office, and somebody brought up the abortion question, I'd say to them, thanks for bringing that up. I can't kill a baby, a fetus that has a heartbeat. No,

I can't kill a fetus or a baby that feels paid. No. Now, if you can't, I cared. That's your decision, not mine. I feel sorry for you, but that's how I feel about it. The confronted head on because that's how they they soured the midterm elections. They abortion. Every commercial in Las Vegas was abortion, abortion important against every candidate they lied to, incested rape. Just ridiculous, Manny, I got to run. You're very good, but I gotta get into a break. If

they don't care about killing their own babies, why should I care. I care more for unborn babies deaths than they do. Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday night. And I don't know how long it'll be employed. Maybe tomorrow he'll be fired by US Border Patrol chief Raoul Ortiz said during sixty Minutes that he's never had a conversation with the president or vice president. He said,

I'm the chief of the Border patrolling United States of America. I command over twenty one thousand officers, and I've never spoken of those in charge about the Southern Border. I'm welcome. I'm waiting for their telephone call. So how about this. The person in charge of the Southern Border, Biden slash Kamala Harris, for the last three years plus has not spoken to the person in charge of the Southern border. His name is Raoul Ortiz said it on sixty

minutes. Is that an issue? What would the media do with that? If that was a Republican in the White House. It's like, it's unbelievable. Willie welcome you by Choice Hotels Econne, Roger Wild Wiian Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at Choice Hotels dot com. Now, if here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not won but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast exodence, the one and

only Bill Cunningham, Billy Cunningham, the great American. Of course, Congressman Warren Davidson's been in the House about seven or eight years, is in positions of leadership. He went to West Point, served in the military, got a master's degree from Notre Dame South Bend, Indiana elected a Congress about seven or eight years ago, took over from John Bayner. He's a member of the Freedom Caucus, one of the leaders. And once again Congressman Warren Davidson.

Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. And before we get into the substance of matters, once again, the Republicans in the House have kicked the can down the road. There's a great phrase of delaying this, implementing it like a CR and I know that is something that you are viscerally disapproving of, but nonetheless it happens. Can you tell the American people why whenever one of these crs come up that mainly Republicans continue to agree with Democrats simply to kick

the can down the road and worry about it later. Yeah. I always tell people be careful what you wish for when you say I want more bipartisanship. The most bipartisan thing in Congress is spending more money than we have. That's how we're thirty four trillion in debt and ruin at about a trillion dollars every hundred days. So that is not going well. And unfortunately, whenever you say CR, that's like the status quo is fine, let's continue on

this course. The sad thing is is that the delay is also they can spend even more money. You go back to last May, and at least we had a plan that said we were going to spend less money this year than we spent last year. But all the big spenders have drug it out and here we we are still dragging it out. And also that they can

load it up with even more spending. It's a bad plan. Well, I watched a CNBC squawk Box with on Friday morning with Joe Kernan, who, as you know, from Cincinnati, and the United States national debt right now is thirty four point four trillion as of Wednesday. It is rising at a faster clip as it grows. It's now increasing by one trillion dollars every one hundred days. And before the recent uptick about eight months ago, it

was only thirty one trillion. Now it's thirty four point four and gold is now over twenty one hundred dollars an ounce, bitcoins up to sixty eight thousand dollars, and the Congress debates how to spend more money. If you take historically from seventeen eighty eight, which was a long time ago. George Washington is the president until twenty oh one, when Bush forty three was like the twenty oh one period of what about one hundred and one and two hundred and

fourteen years long time. Think of what happened between seventeen eighty eight and two thousand and one. Everything happened in that timeframe. We had accumulated national debt and twenty oh one of about four trillion dollars, and so every four hundred days we equal four trillion dollars, and that to me, of course, is unsustainable. Did you vote yes or no on the cr continuing? I voted no, absolutely no. And look this is look go back just a

year and a half ago. I mean this is this is almost a year and a half ago. That's how far it's been drug out. All of the Republicans voted no with me, because this was when Nancy Pelosi was the Speaker of the House, Chuck Schumer was the Senate Majority of the Leader, which he still is, and President Biden was president, which he still is. And so this was their funding priorities. It was the number and the

policy attached to it. So bankrupting our country financially and morally and Republicans were at least united. Then to say this is a bad idea. I can't, for the life of me understand why one nanosecond passed October first, back in the fall, that we would have voted for anything other than changes. And yet here we are half of our parties voting for it, about half isn't and nearly all the Democrats. I think one or two Democrats voted against

it, and their main objection was we should be funding Ukraine. So we're not in a good state. It's sad to give this full report, but it is not a good one. It's ugly. And at thirty four point four trillion every one hundred days, add another trillion, and the interest rates

arising, they're not falling. Certainly, forty trillion dollars of national debt is only about four years away, or less than four years away, forty trillion, and then after that fifty trillion, after that sixty trillion institutions and the Japanese, the Chinese, the Saudi Arabians are going to quit buying our debt, and then we're going to have the most predictive financial crisis in American history.

And Congressman, we can't stop it. When I look at when I go online and look at how the money is spent, thirteen percent is on defense, twenty one percent is on Social Security, twenty four percent is on Medicare Medicaid, ten percent is interest on the national debt, eight percent are benefits for veterans and federal retirees. Add up those numbers, about eighty percent of the budget is almost untouchable because nobody wants to touch Social Security, Medicare,

Medicaid, defense, spending, interest on the national debt. So we're almost powerless to stop it. Because even when I think the best president of my lifetime that's going back a while was Donald Trump. His administration added eight trillion dollars to the national debt. He had the excuse of the pandemic,

but not really, it wasn't said. And even whether it's Republicans or Democrats, Congressman, and the twenty four to twenty five years of this century, half the time Democrats are in charge, half the time Republicans are in charge, it made no difference. We keep spending and spending and spending, and what happens when those quit buying our debt stops doing it? The Federal Reserve has to print more money, or the treasurer he's got to issue more IOUs.

Either way, it's bad. How do you sell the idea that if this isn't addressed, America will be a banana republic by the year twenty thirty. Well, it isn't going well. I go back to twenty sixteen, when I was a first a candidate. One of my sayings was, don't bankrupt America, and we sure as heck are on a path to do it. And you know, don't bankrupt it financially, that's the math part. Math is real. And don't bankrupt it morally. That's all the terms and

conditions. All this stuff is loaded up with, and it's crippling our economy, and people recognize that. People give such eloquent speeches about it. I go back to Berry Goldwater and Ronald Reagan when he was nominating Heaven gave us famous a time for choosing speech, and they were worried about the debt in the sixties, and so the Republican Party. Reagan's famously in the eighties had a great quote. He said, you know, the closest thing to eternal

life we'll see on this earth as a government program. You know, they don't ever stop growing, and yet he, in spite of recognized that, presided over a massive expansion of spending and overall the big growth of government. So recognizing the problem is the first step, but then actually doing something about it. You know, most I check all my colleagues, most every one of us has some version of we want a smaller, more accountable government.

Every one of us as Republicans anyway, everyone left of center wants more government. That's part of the mindset. You think the solution to every problem is more government. But unfortunately, even though they say otherwise, a solid chunk of Republicans believe that this solution is more government as well. That's why we keep winding up with more government. We have had a Congress in memory where

we had less government, So that's that's the problem. The only time we really got aggressive about winding down the government we did was post World War Two. We had about the one hundred and twenty five percent debt to GDP ratio, so we had lots of debt, and our economy was, you know, smaller than the debt twenty five percent. The debt was twenty five percent

bigger than the debt. We're closing in on one hundred and thirty percent of our debt to GDP right now, So we're more debt to GDP than we had after winning World War Two, and at least after World War two they realized, you know, we can't keep spending at wartime levels. We have to pay out in the debt. But the only quest for all of the people left of center and a solid chunk of Republicans is more government. And look, one hundred, one hundred and thirty percent debt to GDP ratio is

a big warning. Historically, there's fifty two countries in history that have gotten to that debt to GDP RATIONIOW, and so far fifty one of them have defaulted. The only one that has it is America. Yet no, we're not quite there yet, so we're closing in on it. Japan has not defaulted yet, but they're above it right now and they're still surviving somehow.

That's the only cases so far at Japan. And you might as well lump the United States there, because there is no plan to avert getting to one hundred and thirty percent debts GPU ratio For the United States, it always ends in default. Fifty one out of fifty two times so far, and no one's even working on the land for default. So reality is when something can't

continue, it does eventually stop. Sometimes, like a fall from a skyscraper, it's the sudden deceleration that kills you right, you hit the ground and you stop. I don't know what it's going to take for the United States to realize we can't keep spending at these levels, but we have to. And what happens people are already seeing it. Yes, you can print money, but it doesn't mean that you can buy the same amount of stuff.

It causes inflation, and it's essentially attack. So if you think about how much more expensive everything is in your household right now, imagine if that was because this was going to taxes to pay to the federal government. Because that's effectively what this is. It's a consequence of policy decisions made in Washington, d C. Overwhelmingly that you're dealing with this inflation. Well, each American personally owes about two hundred thousand dollars of They're part of the national debt,

and it's getting worse and worse. We defend the borders of the Ukraine, but don't defend our borders, and we had Kamala Harris the vice president, and that's the best, the best insurance policy Joe Biden has as his vice president. No one's calling for the twenty fifth amend because of what would happen. But nonetheless she and Age and the Attorney General Mary Garland said in a Selma church this morning yesterday that guess what, voter ID laws are racially discriminatory,

that we cannot expect Blackfoot folks to get an ID to vote. That that has to do with all the illegal immigration going on right now, which is completely out of control. One of the things that really is such a lie that illegal immigrants don't commit more crimes than shall I say, Native Americans. Well, the fact of the matter is that the cities, the Blue Cities, and the Blue States do not ask anyone their immigration status when they're

arrested. So therefore we don't know how many illegal immigrants commit crime because we don't ask where they're from. And secondly, the Blue Cities and the Blue States have stopped reporting to the FBI crime statistics, and so we don't know out of New York, Washington, d C. Or Atlanta or Portland or La or Chicago or Cincinnati. We don't know the level of crime committed by illegals. Number One, we don't ask immigration status, which is are you

legal, so we don't know who's committing crime. Secondly, we don't send that data to the FBI because it looks too bad. I think about the murder, the terrible murder which is happening all over our to female joggers, tither and fro whether it's it began with Kate Steinley in San Francisco about seven or eight years ago. Molly Tibbets in Iowa and Lake and Riley and Georgia all killed by illegal immigrants that shouldn't have been here, but we don't know

their immigration status. We're told now that the killers of these three women are from foreign countries, many had been toporter committing crimes here. And the Congresses can't act on requiring cities and states to report immigration status because the Democrats in the Senate would filibuster are not permitted to come up. We're in serious trouble.

And on the southern border. Can you make the argument, Congressman Warren Davidson, as to why we protect the borders of Iran Iraq will protect the borders of South Korea, of Israel, of Ukraine, will protect the borders of NATO, but we don't protect American borders. Why yeah, there is no excuse for that. And you'll go back briefly to crime. Let's not forget counting methodologies and you know all the corrupt dishonesty going on there on reporting.

But let's just say the right level of crime committed inside America by illegals is zero, because the right level of illegals inside America is zero. There should be no crime committed by illegals because we shouldn't accept illegals coming in. And so the Senate Democrat plan was to create a floor of five thousand people. They could come in a day, so you get one point eight million

people in a year. And what's that designed to do. It's designed to jam up President Trump's forty seven the next term, so that he can't actually limit immigration and get it back closer to zero, you know where it should. And when you look at the priorities, Look, we haven't funded our own government. The deadline was October first of twenty twenty three, that's the

start of the fiscal year. We could have had a lowering level, and we could have had Republican priorities, and the only reason we don't is because Republicans refuse to work together as a majority to implement a majority policy. We have to fight. Now. That doesn't mean that the Democrats in the Senate and Joe Biden are going to want to sign it, but they're certainly not going to sign it without a fight. And we can't even get into the

fight. So that's incredibly frustrating. And you know, people say back home, why do I see it that way? Well, because I want you to know that there are people in Congress like me, like you that are frustrated, and we expect to be able to fight. We call the votes. We don't have the votes, and I think that's great, because it's not great that we don't have the votes, but it's great that we get to vote, because then the American people can see and they can send reinforcements.

You can see who's more interested in funding foreign governments and foreign wars than who's interested in funding our own country. And we should fund our countries, yeah, but we should fund it in a direction that cuts spending, that shrinks our government, that balances our budget eventually and it secures our borders. It gives up the whole idea of citizenship. If you don't care about citizenship,

you're not a sovereign country. Now. Whenever Joe Biden reads the teleprompter or whenever the mainstream media talks about it, it's the Bipartisan Border Control Bill. The Bipartisan Border Control Bill sixty minutes BI parttersan border control bill that the Republican's Donald Trump's in fault because he told the Republicans, I guess like you in the House not to vote for it, because after all, it's bipartisan.

The bipartisan bill legalizes every day five thousand new illegal immigrants before Biden has to trigger something to stop it. Five thousand a day is almost two million more illegal before. It's a terrible bill. It makes no sense. There should be not one illegal immigrant entering in this country every day. But the bipartisan bill says that five thousand of days brought in before Biden has to do anything, which is two million new every year. But the media never points

that out, do they? No, they don't. And look, let's say that that could get all the way through the Senate. That's not what passed the House. The House passed HR two. It's a strong border security bill. It does actually do a lot to address the problem. And what should happen Normally, when you have a bill that passes the House and a build that passes the Senate, they go to conference committee and you try to reconcile the differences. Sometimes you can't reconcile them. That happens in a lot

of cases. The Senate doesn't take up lots of bills that the House has passed. But we passed this bill on boarder security last May. So we've done everything we can to try to get them to take it. We've asked nicely, we've demanded. The thing that we haven't done, though, is delivered a bill that needs to pass the Senate and it's got HR two attached to it. The Senate tried to do this last week with their amendment process.

Republican senators were able to force some amendment votes and they got thirty two senators to vote to secure our border along with funding our country. So the cr that ultimately passed, there was a chance to pass one that's the border, and thirty two senators voted to do it. One of our senators did, JD. Vance voted to secure the border and thunder government not the senator's share. Crown said no thanks, let's not secure border statements, thunder government.

It's just stalemate status quo. Congressman Warren Davidson, I'm glad you're in the fight, but I have little hope that Donald Trump's going to get a fair trial in New York City. I have little hope that the arc of spending is going to be stopped. I have little r I have little hope

that the southern border is going to become secure. It wouldn't take a dollar of federal spending for Joe Biden issue a whole bunch of executive orders, just use the template that Trump used, and he's not going to do that. And as long as the mainstream media keeps lying to the American people, they're never going to know the truth. Well, Congressman, we got a run. But I'm glad you're in the fight. I'm glad you're on the right

side of history. But we're going to have the most predictive national catastrophe we've ever had when when the debt bubble burst and dollars are worthless, and it will take a real bear roll of dollars to buy a loaf of bread. That's where we're headed. And everyone says, yep, it's happening. Everyone from Wall Street to Main Street says man, we got a problem. But the Democrats largely refuse to do anything because they don't want to. They don't

want to take responsibility for the def deficits they've largely cost. Congressman Warren Davidson, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. With your permission, we'll do it again. Thank you. Congressman. Willie is always an honor. God bless you and your listeners, and don't give into despair for anybody listening. This country's worth fighting for and defending. So thank you for inspiring and soul. God bless you. Thank you very much.

Let's continue with more the line becomes available, which it never does. Eight sixty six six four seven seven three three seven. Their most predicted depression is on the horizon in American history, and we're powerless to stop it. We're not powerless, but politically we are powerless. Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday night, record highs. Every one hundred days, we borrow an additional one trillion dollars. Think about that. Let's continue with more. Ali Bradley is

next on the Southern Border. You pass NewsNation Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday night. Bill Cunningham, the great American. Of course, the southern border and the northern border continues to be a point of great reference in this presidential campaign. I would note that in the Michigan primaries, the Republicans, that is, Trump and Haley, received about three hundred thousand more votes than the

Democratic candidates received, including the uncommitted category. So there's a lot of passion on one side, and we'll see what happens later. But the presidential visits are a matter of great interest, which is Trump and Biden are together. But until then, Ali Bradley of News Nation, welcome again of the Bill Cunningham Show. And Ali, you've been at this for many many years on

the Southern border and you've watched it develop. Can you state here we are at the end of February, first of March, about the status of the border where you are now is compared to say, six months ago. Yeah, so right now, Bil, thanks for having me. First of all, we're down in Eagle path once again. So this is kind of the epicenter, if you will, of the crisis. It is an area that

Governor Abbit's very well fortified. Though, so the numbers that we saw, you know, six months ago, a couple of months ago, even in December, where we were seeing you know, four thousand people in a single day, you know, now we're seeing around five hundred or even fewer in this area. And so what Governor Abbitt is doing is obviously shifting a lot of the traffic because we are still seeing upwards of six thousand people are day

crossing. So that juxta that juxtaposition with what we were seeing at the height in December where we were seeing you know, twelve thousand people on any given Sunday. That has changed quite dramatically. But we are still seeing around six thousand people a day crossing into the United States through the southern border. Now where are they going? While most of them are actually going to Tucson Sector,

they're going to San Diego. We're seeing street releases in San Diego Tucson sector there once again kind of up against a wall because they're running out of funding for their NGOs as well. At the beginning of March, that's going to or excuse me, the end of March, that's going to go away. So they're expecting to have street releases and all of these different things going

on within the Tucson sector here in a couple of weeks. And so when you look at what has changed over the last couple of months, or you know what is changing over the last couple of years, nothing Bill, It's gotten even worse in some areas. The traffic is shifted, right We aren't seeing those numbers plummet. We are still seeing the problem, but it's just shifted. The cartels in control. They move the people where they want to

move them. And guess what the paths of weast resistance right now is more so to the west. So Texas is kind of seeing a decrease. El Paso is still seeing around one thousand people a day right now, and so we are seeing these things unfold and it's the same kind of crisis that we've been covering now for three years. As far as the Razor wire, I watched some of the morning talk shows and you see these floating dirigibles in the middle of the rivers. You see the razor wire, but it's not between

San Diego and Texas completely. So the drug cartels which are in this is their business. I don't know how many billions of dollars they make every year, but it's a big number. And they have drones, they have almost satellites. They can go Google Earth and find out where things are, and

they know where to take people. Can you take us through? Many Americans would like to know if there's a group of five hundred or one hundred or fifty from China, from Lithuania, from Congo, wherever they're coming from, how do they actually? No one gets up in the morning in Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan and says, you know what, I kind of want to visit Eagle Pass, Texas. I kind of want I kind of want to get the Tucson. It doesn't work that well. How does alita immigrant get

from Afghanistan to Eagle Pass where you are? How does that work? Well, it's all a coordinated effort. And we know how much the cartel makes. It's thirty two billion dollars a year in the del Rio sector alone. Bill they were making thirty two million a week just moving people. Okay, so this doesn't just happen by coincidence. No. Number one, it takes one to four months for someone to get here, depending on where they're coming

from. And a lot of these individuals start coordinating that trip with who they say as a friend of a friend, someone who knows how to get to the US, helped me all the way down in Venezuela where it might be. And then they go to these countries like Nicaragua or other areas that don't have visa requirements. For some of these areas, they pop into there, fly in there, and then fly into Mexico City basic from there and it's off to the races. And yes, the cartel is in full control of

who, where, when, what and why these people are crossing. So the Sinaloa cartel, they're the big dogs along the southern border right now. They run the Tucson sector and beyond. So that is why we're seeing so many people from these special interest countries, like these different African nations right they're all coming into the Tucson sector. While the Cinealoa cartel also controls a big swath of what's happening in San Diego, which is where the Chinese migrants are

coming through. Those are big ticket people bill because they're special interest or it's going to have they're going to have a harder time walking in, so they're going to pay a lot more. And Sinaloa is the one that's going to capitalize off of that, because again they're the big dogs in the game. And so when you look at Eagle Path, they're seeing people from Venezuela, from the Northern triangle, which Mexico, Guatemala, El Savnorhondura is kind of

the typical IAW group of fifty. Today you've got people from El Salve, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua in that group, and those are what you typically see. Those are the migrant groups who typically see in Texas because they are dealing with fractured cartel groups the Plaza Bassa, they all kind of work together. It's not one cartel group down here that's managing the entire southern border for Texas, so they kind of change different hands. I hope that kind of

gave you a better perspective of what's going on. But the reason why we're seeing people from China come in on the west coast is that cartel group is coordinating that effort and they're doing it very early on. They're doing it through people that these migrants a lot of times think they dealt with what they think is a travel agent of sorts, and it's actually someone tied in with the

cartel. When something happens like the murder of Lake and Riley in the University of Georgia Athens, Georgia, it becomes for a few days, a big issue. It's kind of dying off. I can recall five or six years ago, Kate Steinley was a beautiful young woman that was murdered in San Francisco by an illegal alien that had been deported four times. He was a WindMan

crime wave, and the media covered that a little bit Kate Steinley. And then when Molly Tibbets, who was out for a run in Iowa, was killed by an illegal immigrant, that was a story for one or two days. And now Lake and Riley is dead. She was killed brutally by another illegal immigrant who was arrested in New York City on several charges. He didn't show up for court. They issued warrens for his arrest that were not served.

He gets down to Georgia, hooks up with his brother. They commit numerous crimes in Georgia, and then he buys the farm kills Lake and Riley, and away we go. And when I look at this, I would anticipate the Lake and Riley thing has slowed down. There'll be another murder, another murder. One thing that really shocked me was Congressman Porter, a female who's running for the US Senate seat in California. She's in the Congress now.

She was on MSNBC and Ali Bradley of News name I kind of watch MSNBC so you don't have to, And she said, we can't formulate government policy on the killing of just one person. And of course the next question should have been, well, it's not one person. There's massive lawlessness. Can you kind of lay out the number of thousands of crimes committed of these coming across the border by itself as a crime, no vaccination request, there's

no fingerprints being taken, there's no criminal check on all these guys. They simply come in. They're picked up by the NGOs, the non government organizations such as Catholic charities or Salvation Army or the Urban League, and they have huge contracts with the federal government to transport these individuals. But if you hear a congressman say, well, of course, Lake and Riley's life was important. But we can't formulate policy based upon one crime. How would you respond

to that? I mean, it's not just one crime. Because I just got confirmed this morning from DHS sources as well, that is Nilsen trailed. Ronado's this guy that just got picked up for connection to the death of a two year old in DC earlier this month. He's one of five guys that have now been arrested in this guy Bill. He's a twenty five year old.

He actually entered into the Rio Grande Valley back in twenty fourteen, but as an unaccompanied child, and he actually evaded law enforcement while they still caught him, and then they turned him over to AHHSOORR, which is what happens with the un accompanied minors, and they released him to his alleged dad in New Jersey and then he didn't show up for court. In twenty twenty two,

he was ordered removed. No one went and got him. Then he goes and he commits two different acts of depth in Maryland in September and then again in March of twenty twenty three, and he never got removed. I've watched detainers against him several times. He never got removed, and now he's in custody in connection with the death of a two year old. Okay,

so it isn't just one person. There's another one that's right there on my page where there is a man from louis Via an undocumented individual here from Honduras who's nineteen. He's in jail right now out of Kenner, Louisiana because he was arrested for aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, first degree rape, and aggravated assault. So it's not just one person. This has been a couple of days. This is becoming a full time job for me to confirm these peoples

in the immigration statuses. And that's not what I signed up for. So yeah, it is definitely shifting the tide right now. I don't know how people are going to continue I guess defending that because it's out of control. Bill, we can't even stay on top of it. No, it's massive. I'm watching sixty minutes a few weeks ago, and there's the border fence gets to one point, then it stops, and then literally hundreds of Chinese

nationals coming across. They simply walk against the fence in Mexico. They get to the end of the fence, they walk into the United States, and then they voluntarily submit to surrender, and then they're at the NGOs. By the vans and by the buses pick them up, or if it's a plane, they pick them up in transport. Something like twenty eight thousand Chinese nationals have just decided to come here just by happenstance. And one has to assume

that not everyone has good motives. I would have to assume that many do not. Is it true that when the government, our government picks them up, DHS or whatever picks them up, there's no fingerprints, there's no vaccination records because we have an outbreak of measles and other exotic diseases happening inside of America. There's no criminal records check. So if I'm from China, I'm from El Salvador, I'm an unattached single mail and unattached single mails or a

high incidence of criminal activity. How much actual checking is done on that one person before they're released to Madison, Wisconsin or Cincinnati, Ohio, but before they're put on a bus or a plane to come all over the country. How much check is there of each person that comes in as to who they are, why they are, what's their vaccination status, their criminal record status, why are they here? How much check is being done on each person?

So, Bill, I think this might surprise you. Actually all of those checks are happening. But here's the problem. We don't have access to the criminal databases of other countries. You think that Venezuela, who's not accepting repatriation flights from the United States and hasn't been from over a month, it's providing US criminal histories and medical records of their people. Do you think they even have them? Probably not. These our third world countries, we have

one hundred and seventy nationalities represented at our southern border. How many of those actually play nice with the US? Not very many. You think they're really going to just give up some documents that we want. That's not going to happen. So the reality is this, they come in, they're going to get a facial recognition scan, retina scan, and they're going to have fingerprints

done. That does happen now if they don't have brigorous medical screenings unless they can tell or see or have visible symptoms or something like that, and then they will go to the hospital for a check, but then that takes an agent to go to the hospital and baby system, So that's not really a prioritized thing as you might imagine, because we already don't have a lot of

spare agents to do that, so they don't necessarily the COVID vaccines. I've seen so many of them, the documents that they have dumped on the other side before their apprehended. I don't understand why they would get rid of their COVID vaccine documents, but they are. But they are going through those checks

now. It is important to notice and to make note of the rapid DNA testing for miners that went away and May of last year, and they have not put a new contract in place, so there is not that DNA screening for the miners. But when it comes to facial recognition fingerprinting, that is done for every single person. The facial recognition is done out in the field initially, and that is for immigration and fractions. So if they've crossed already

once before, that's when it would flag right there. Now when it comes to the DNA the fingerprinting, all of that, that is a criminal records database that they are going through now that will check through the terrorism screening watch lists that will Interpol. They have different databases they are going through, but the vast majority of it you have to commit a crime in the United States

for to show up there. So that Chinese migrant, if they don't have any documentation in the United States and they're not on the Interpol list, they're not going to flag, so they're going to walk right in. So that's the reality. We don't have access to these records, and if they haven't committed a crime in the US, it's going to be pretty impossible to prove

that they have criminal history. Email Allie Bradley of News Nation. Last I read the US Census Bureau that said, at the current levels, instead of three hundred and forty million Americans, in about twelve to fourteen years from now, we're going to have four hundred and fifty million. There's one hundred million more coming. This is the tip of the iceberg. It's not as if Mayor Adams the other day held a news conference and said we're no longer a

sanctuary city. If you commit crime here, we're going to deport you. Of course, Venezuela will not take back their citizens. Well, you're an American. You're a patriotic American. Can you imagine continuing these same policies for the next ten to fifteen years and we have over one hundred million more persons

living in the United States of America. Don't have a medical system, don't have a doctor system, we don't have a pharmacy system, don't have an education system, going to have a criminal justice system that is coined to handle this. What happens to this great country in a decade or two when there's another extra one hundred million persons living here? What happens? You know?

Bill, I try to stay away from ever interjecting my Ali Bradley opinion in anything, So I'll just say this, if we can foresee that coming and we're not going to do anything about it, then we best start adjusting, and we best start building up our infrastructure and allowing for a response here, right Because if right now it's this is where we are, we're sitting ducks and this isn't sustainable. We cannot We can't support one hundred million without making

a move in one way or another. Right, No, And that's just common sense. So if they are going to allow this, right, I keep telling people, if this makes you mad, you need to vote different, or you know, you need to get a little bit more educated on the situation. But right now, what's happening is happening legally under this administration. So it's these that this is going to continue, that we need to pivot as a nation and look at how we are going to accommodate the situation

we're allowing. Right, I'm not saying I agree with that, but if it's going to continue, they need to start making moves to accommodate the infrastructure problem. Start building hundreds of brand new hospitals, and by the way, the hospitals are closing, they're not growing. Start building hundreds of brand new school buildings, Start educating thousands of new doctors, start building new interstate highways, and it doesn't stop. Ali Bradley, You're the best at this there

is in news nation. Your stuff is there constantly. And once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. I say this quite often. I mean, at this time you are a great American, And thank you, Alie, thank you, sir, be well, God bless you. Let's continue with more. One hundred million more are coming. Are we

ready? In fact, rural hospitals are shutting down, they're not growing, and public education is in near collapse in many urban areas, and they have to build hundreds of more schools with one hundred and seventy different languages and dialects. It's the collapse of our country. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, live with you every Sunday night. Billy Cunningham, the Great American. No one does it better than News Nations Ali Bradley about what's happening on the southern

border. The dueling presidents are there on Friday, a couple of days ago, and the split screen could not be more visible to those with eyes to see and ears to hear that we're in serious problems. And the barbed wire up and down parts of Eagle Pass, etc. And the Abbit I think Governor Abbot did a great job this evening on sixty minutes. That means other sections of Arizona, or New Mexico or California going to be emburdened by these

large numbers of illegal immigrants paid for by the drug card. Tells of the tune of literally billions of dollars. And we could stop it. Joe Biden could materially change it by executive order, costing no money. But he refuses to do so because they want the logical consequences of their behavior, which is more legal immigration. We have more crises, we have more challenges, needing more government and separating people based upon their political beliefs. It is awful.

Let's continue with more Bill cunning and the Great American Scott Palace Next, live with you every Sunday night for the ones who work hard to ensure their crew can always go. The extras Willie rough You by Choice Hotels, Econo Lodge and Roadway in hotels are serving up double points. We're overqualifying. Stay book at Choice Hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his

broadcast exodence, the one and only Bill Cunningham. Now let's continue. We never stop, We simply continue. These are trouble times. In fact, some have said it's the most troubling times Americs experiences, maybe the nineteen sixty eight or maybe even the beginning of the founding of the Republic. Scott Powell is the author of Discovering America, it's a timeless and relevant book that many people have read two or three times. It belongs in every concerned citizens library.

And it's a touchdowe to take current events and apply them to the principles that led to the founding of this great country so many years ago. And when you think about it, that Toakville came and ran over America in the eighteen thirties, long time ago, and he had, shall we say, observations that are timeless and apply today as much as they have at any time

in American history. And Scott Powell's written a column about a Chinese female who wrote a book and named zvon Fleet, an article about what is wrong with America today, and he calls her a sage. You can find yourself a Scott Powell and rediscovering America. And once again, Scott Powell, welcome to

the Bill Cunningham Show. And Scott, I read the column under the date of February twenty eight, twenty twenty four, and you begin by saying the following outsiders often have more and a better insight on societies and countries than native peoples. Such was the case with alexait to Tokeville, a Frenchmen who traveled widely in America eighteen thirty one to eighteen thirty two, and it h had observations that published an eighteen thirty five Democracy in America that have proven time listed

today. And I guess a newsage as Jevon Fleet who describes herself as Chinese by birth, American by choice, survivor of Mao's Cultural Revolution, defender of liberty. And for those who don't recall, the Cultural Revolution over about a ten year period, killed literally millions of Chinese, and the relevance about getting rid of dissent one way of thinking, have government really hang killed or otherwise make you irrelevant those who disagree is a very fung for today's world. In

Scott Powell, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And you say it is difficult for Americans to see the extent of communist infiltration in America for several reasons. Give us. First of all, who is this Chinese by birth

female that you so relevant to today's problems. Well, her name is g Van Fleet, and she has been in America I think about thirty thirty years or so now, and what she's seen is that progression of developments that reminded her poignantly of Mao's cultural revolution, which totally destroyed China, and you know, it sort of it sort of leveled China, destroyed their heritage and their history and their culture, and replaced it with a communist order, which is,

you know, which continues today. It's actually being heightened again by Jijinping, who's following in Mao's footsteps. But when she saw these developments, especially during the early COVID period, it really, you know, all these alarm bells went off in her head that that there was almost a direct parallel of

what was happening in America to what happened in China. And she used the woman who many of your much of your audience probably remembers because it went viral that she stood up at a school board meeting in Alaudin County, Virginia, Yes, and basically called out the school board for promoting what really was a communist agenda in the school And you go on to say that Mao's canceled culture that turned trying to upside down and toward Chinese society apart, including get rid

of the traditions, the customs, and the habits and crt in cancel culture feeds in nicely to the maose a tongue attitude of shut people down. I look at Fanny Willis, whose father was a black panther, and she's a disciple of CRT to use by any means necessary to make sure that liberalism progressivism doesn't have an opponent. So when I think about Fanny Willis and Nathan Wade, I think about the prosecution of the persecutions in New York and Washington with

Jack Smith. That's exactly what Malse toungue did is political opponents. However, in China and Russia they would kill them. In America, what we're doing to political opponents is locking them up or seeking to do so and take it away their property. And that's called Donald Trump. And she sees the difference, but most of the media doesn't. Well, I'll tell you, and this canceled culture that it canceled culture also involves in the communist agenda, you

cancel the old and you replace it with the new. And so let's just go down some of the ways that our culture is being transformed, canceled and replaced. Individualism is being canceled and replaced by collectivism and group rights. And group identity. We can all see that. It's obvious. Unalienable constitutional rights are being canceled and replaced by politicize it an arbitrary government rule. Equality of opportunity, which we've always believed in, is being replaced by equality of outcome.

The rule of law is being canceled and replaced by mob rule and lawlessness. Free market capitalism is being replaced by this ESG and stakeholder capitalism, which are simply stepping stones to socialism and communism. Nationalism and sovereign states are being replaced by what globalism. Diversity and independent thought are being replaced by conformity. It's you know, the individual independent thought is it is no longer valued.

It's it's all about conformity. Equal justice for all is being replaced by unequal and customized justice like racial, environmental social justice. Freedom of expression is being replaced by censorship and political correctness. Parental rights are being canceled and overridden, replaced, if you will, by state control of children. You know, we can see this in vaccination and transgender policies. And lastly, common sense, which is a god given thing, is being canceled and replaced by political

narratives. In ideology. I don't know no longer thinking as they used to in using common sense. You know how you conform to the agenda, the court agenda. It does not describe exactly what's happening on ninety five percent of college campuses, law schools. As far as picking who leads is based upon race, gender, or sexual ideation, individualism is shall we say, extinguish, it doesn't exist. CRT promo rights are being canceled overridden by state control

of children. In fact, in California, if you do not permit your fourteen year old girl to identify as a boy and go through hormonn and replacement therapy and surgery, the state of California will take your custody away of your own child and give it to the state if you don't do what they tell you to do. And diversity and independent thought are being replaced by conformity. That's whether you're Riley Gains or whatever. You're shouted down in prison and thrown

off college campuses based upon the ideology that you're promoting. And less than three percent of news media types are conservative. And so what we're describing here that nationalism and sovereign states are being replaced by globalism. That's John Kerry and Joe Biden telling us that we have to do certain things to make the un happy. You've gone through a laundry list, and I can give you current events

that fits every category. Free market capitalism is replaced by ESG and stakeholder capitalism, which are stepstones to socialism and communism. This is exactly what's happening in America today, exactly absolutely why you do what you do, Bill, and that's why I do what I do. We're sort of Paul Revere waking up Americans to this second Revolution that we have to fight. This has to be

stopped or we don't have a future for our kids and our grandkids. There's one way of looking at things, and the prosecution, i e. Persecution of Donald Trump is a pretty good example of this because I look at Joe Biden. I've had on guests repeatedly to talk about all the money and bribes that the Biden families received all over the world, and the media and the Democrats in Congress act as if it doesn't happen that way at all. It's

all a lie. Up is down, Left is right, dry as hot, hot as cold, and the reality doesn't exist when you say individualism is being canceled and replaced by collectivism. In group rights and group identity, you receive your worthiness and power from the group that you're a member of, not by you as a person individual by God. And I think you know, abortion and all those things is a perfect example of that. And I've made the reference. And I'm glad you're on today talking about Van Fleet and what

she says. Cancer culture is what's happened the past four or five years. And that was a key element of Mao's world to change the status quo and tear down the symbols. You're a great symbols guy, which I love. In your book Rediscovering America, talk about when we pulled down the statues of Washington, Jefferson pulled down the statues of Abraham Lincoln and replaced them with George Floyd's statues. That's exactly what happened in communists read China for ten years in

the nineteen sixties, and it's happening in America today. Well, it's even worse in America today because at least even with the communist revolution in China, they did not celebrate corrupt people. You know, corrupt, criminal people. Even though the regime and Mausetong was a tyrant of a very corrupt kind, but he, you know, the corruption in China was not like what we're

seeing in our own country right now. The reason that they're going after Donald Trump is that there is so much corruption in our government now that they are fearful that should Donald Trump become president, that he is going to restore justice, which is exactly what we need, because if we don't correct this corruption, we just simply don't have a future. Let's just take one area of corruption, controlling the narrative, you know, creating you know, a narrative

of reality by silencing people, by cancel culture and censorship. When we can't talk freely, we can never get at the truth. It's like, you know, Washington is now being run on all these false narratives. How do you get a good outcome of debate when it's all being corrupted by an underlying false view of everything from energy, to education, to foreign policy, you name it. There's corruption at work preventing our country from making good decisions.

One of these principles is nationalism, and sovereign states are being replaced by globalism. The main reason why the Democrat Progressive Socialist Liberal Party wants millions and millions of illegals here is because it obscures the line between America and Mexico or Central America. That they want this country to be overwhelmed with crises so that the government has given more power to control the crises that their policies created in the

first place. So I don't see it might be a placebo put on the fact of the southern border with Biden's visit and Trump's visit to the border, but in reality we have to assume that Democrats assume the logical results of their policies, which is no borders, and that's part of globalism, it's part of the UN. And instead of being a proud American, college kids are being taught to be a world citizen. MTV has all all these concerts about

become a world citizen, make contributions to the world. That America is not worthy to be saved, and how dangerous is that. Well, I've tried. I've traveled in Latin America, South America, I've traveled in Africa and Asia, and let me tell you, life is not better over there than it is here. We have a constitution that empowers the people to be free

and creative. Most of the countries don't have that. We used to have a free press that enabled us to get to the truth of things because you know, when people debate things, when scientists look at different evidence, they end up refining, uh, refining things to getting to the truth or what works. Uh. And right now, you know, America still stands in the way of this global order, and that's why they're working double time to

destroy our country. What Donald Trump is said is so true. He has said that I stand in the way uh uh of their going after you uh, this corrupt cabal globalist going after the American people. Donald Trump stands in the way, and indeed he does. So that's why that's why we've got to open our eyes recognize that we're in a fight and we've got to win this fight. And there are no perfect politicians, donald Trump included. And so we have to be involved at every level. People need to be involved

in their local levels. We need to think in terms of sacrificing a little bit more of our time to get involved with organizations that are that are that are that are doing constructive and positive things for our country that can be with us, you know, attending the school board. It really is everywhere. But we all have to think differently because we're in a really a battle for the survival of America. One of the principles is free of speech. Freedom

of expression is replaced by censorship and political correctness. That is, in the sixties and seventies, there may have been great debates and college campuses between liberals and conservatives about the Vietnam War, about abortion, about freedom of speech, and there were debates being held. But now there are no debates on college campuses. In fact, if conservatives show up, they're either shouted down or

told they can't appear. There's even a comedy club in California that had three or four conservative comedians poking fun at Joe Biden, and they were told they can't do that anymore because it helps Donald Trump. That we don't have the First Amendment, which is directed to activities of persons. The government was created under the Constitution to make sure that we have freedom of speech, freedom of expression, freedom of religion. But now government is the entity that's eliminating those

rights under a globalist banner. And I'm reading this stuff that you have at town hall dot com. And it's wonderful. But I want to get the message out as much as we can that our country is worth it to be saved. That I don't want to be a globalist. I want to be an American. I'm a damn proud American. But when I listen to Democrats on college campuses and government and in big big tech, they're censoring already conservative

thought and don't let individuals even hear the opinions. And this is so dangerous. It is dangerous right now, Scott, It is terribly, terribly dangerous. It is. And Bill, I want to commend you for the work that you have done over the years and that you haven't lost any bit of your passion, you know, for truth, justice in the American way. In fact, you're getting more fired up as you've gotten older, and I think it's great. Well, we got we got to get the message out.

Paul Revere time. Yeah, I mean, you know, make no mistake, this is Paul Revere time for the second Revolution that's going to save our country. It's sad, it's sick, and it's said, and I wish there's a way out of it. Assuming this November the Democrats win. I don't think Joe Biden will make it, but there'll be some interchangeable drill bit put in there. And if these policies continue for the next I don't know, several years, My god, are we in trouble. I mean,

right now we're in trouble. We're already in trouble. I mean, it is critical that we have a changing of the guard. And I think, I do think that American people don't just see as Bidens as the only problem. It's really the Democrat Party that has facilitated the destruction of America. Let's face it. It is it is. The corruption is deep and broad, and it needs to we need to give you know, we need to deliver a mortal blow to that, because we don't have a future if we

don't, if we don't return to our constitutional, God given rights. The life of liberty, the pursuit of happen is free speech and freedom of thought. You know, when you talk about free speech, you're really talking about the freedom of thought. And if we can't think freely, we simply don't

have the life that God intended for us. Scott Powell, if you look at the results of their policies, with the poop maps in San Francisco and Portland, the collapse of public education, massive lawlessness, individuals not wanting to become cops ors serve in the military. That's the future for all of America. Got Powell once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show, my friend. Let's do it again. Thank you, Bill, thank you. We could do this for hours. Thank you very much. Let's

continue. Scott Powell, Bill Cunningham, the Great American, live with you every Sunday night. Billy Cunningham, the Great American. Scot Powell is about the best of what he does and person connected with Scott Powell. Looking at America objectively from the side is terribly important because Chinese Americans can see things in this country that maybe Native Americans cannot see. We cannot continue on the path

were on because the culture is being debased. The country is not scaled to add an additional one hundred million of legal immigrants, the great majority of whom are unattached, single males, committing disproportion of crime, and we don't have the statistics available to prove that they commit less crime because the major cities do not ask immigration status where they came from no form and they don't send the information to Washington anyway. So when you hear something to the contrary, it's

all alive. Let's continue with more. To wrap things up tonight, we have the great Leland Vetterer of News Nation, Bill Cunningham, the great American. If you're in the news business, this week has been unbelievable. On Wednesday, it starts with Mitch McConnell retiring after almost eighteen years as Senate Majority Leader. Than the US Supreme Court rules at the end of April, they're

going to hear arguments on Trump's community cases. And every day this week there's been something going on, and I'm sure the week Elizah Head, the same thing's going to happen. Leland Vetdert News Nation seven o'clock talk show hosts Monday through Fridays with us again Leland Vitter, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And have you had a more remarkable news day than what happened on Wednesday?

With all the news taking place, and now we're getting ready for another week and the trial in March twenty fifth, you could on of conceived of this, So how do you prepare an evening talk show in cable news when you're drinking from a fire hose almost every day. May we live in interesting times, right? And I say this all the time. It is both a blessing and a curse to have lots to talk about. But I think

it makes it all the more important to be fair. We call ourselves the Faris Show on television when the news is coming at you at this speed and with that with disintensity, and I think you rightly born out Bill at a time when it is never more important to get it right and never more important to be fair. That's what we spend most of our time thinking about. It's not coming up with stories, it's finding out, it's figuring out and

thinking about how to cover them fairly. Did you think that the presidential visits a couple of days ago on the southern border, and I watch MSNBC because you don't have to. I watch it, and then I watch a CNN, and I try and watch Fox or Breitbart and also News Nation to get a different perspective. And I can tell if I'm watching MSNBC the visit by Trump was an absolute disaster because he wants to have detention camps and he wants

to deport ten to twelve million illegals and reminds everyone of Adolf Hitler. And then I watched Fox News, and on Fox News where you spent so many years, this was a failure by Joe Biden. He didn't look good. The shuffle is back, it didn't make any sense, and that there was constrained moments. He couldn't read a teleprompter. A disaster for Joe Biden. Then I watch News Nation. I get a little bit of both. I get both, but most of the American people are watching shall we say,

mainstream media outlets, and many have turned off. The turnoff factor, Leland Vitter is something we have to talk about. Some of my buddies and others have said, I can't take it anymore. I don't want to watch the news because it's driving me nuts. Is there a turnoff factor when there's so much going on and that many people want to live their private lives in good ways without watching the media. I think that's a great point. I think

something that has turned off people of fair minds and strong intellections. I know all of your friends are is the unwillingness by each side if you will and each side's chosen cheerleaders in their respective media camps to ever call out their own side. Yeah, and that's not you know, the whole concept of journalism was never meant to be a cheerleader or to be a player on the field. I always equated to I always said, my job's like al Michaels,

I just call the game. And I think that at least what we're trying to do, and people could decide whether they want it or not, is to cover things fairly. And I think, you know, I think smart and fair mighty people know that Donald Trump is not going to create in tournament camps into port eleven million people, even though they want the border secure. I think it's fifty plus percent of Democrats say more needs to be done.

And I think Republicans know, and those watching Republican and right leaning news channels know that Donald Trump had the House and the Senate and the White House in twenty seventeen and failed to get anything passed when it comes to immigration. So you've got the Border Patrol saying hey, maybe passing something that's not perfect is helpful, even if it's not perfect and not the best, and at the same time saying yeah, and Joe Biden could also sign executive orders that would

change things. Multiple things can be true at once. It's not that what one outlet's report is untrue, it's that they don't report the other things that are true that are inconvenient to their side. How can a normal American watch the news, go on to cable, read the newspapers, maybe some of the periodicals that they still exist, and come away with actual facts because there

are facts, facts from stubborn things. Leland Vitter and the American people, I think can glean through the trees and see the force as a whole. And I'm looking for example. I was watching the other day a segment with The Morning Joe and they had on a couple of Democratic operatives who said, among the following, white voters are the most racist, xenophobic, anti immigrant,

anti gay geographic group in the country. They're the most conspiratorial. White voters are the most anti democratic sentiments, They don't believe in an independent press or free speech. That white voters are the most strongly white nationalist group in America. Fourth are most likely to excuse or justify violence as an acceptable alternative to peaceful public discourse. And this came out of NBC quote MSNBC, a

couple of Democratic operatives came out swinging using racial terms against white voters. By recompense, that would be Trump voters are racist, sexist, anti democratic, they don't believe in the constitution, they believe in violence, and the strongly white nationalists. Could you imagine some Republican operatives flipping the script and saying black voters are the following and getting away with it, getting away with it on their own network, getting away with it, Yeah, getting away with it?

Would would they be called out? And with radio hosts on the left and the positive America guys saying the same thing about them that you say, Yeah, politics in America has become a reflection of each other. If you're saying, is there a double standard? Sure? We had an author on as an MSNBC analysts who had a book that disinformation is the biggest threat to our democracy. And I said to her, who decides what is and is not disinformation? And she tried to hang up on me. She couldn't figure

out how to end the zoom on our computer quick enough. But the true story, you can go back and watch the tape. But look, politics could become a mirror image each other. I think your your right facts for pesky things does pesky things on both for both sides. I think what is missing in the media landscape right now, and what we keep trying to do every day is to be willing to have facts that are inconvenient to both sides.

Bias isn't having an opinion. Okay, you know, you think about the guys who White Will Rule White Rage is I believe the name of their book that you were talking about white rule Rage, Tom Shallerd and Paul Waldman. You think about them, Look, that sounds an awful lot like people who cling to their guns in religion and deplorables, right, and needless to say, that didn't really work out well for Democrats. They would they might

want to think about that if they'd like to. When elections, calling people racist is not normally a way to win their support. But I digressed. The issue is not having an opinions. They have an opinion. That's fine, Lots of people have opinions. The issue when it comes to journalism is excluding an opinion. And that's biased, and that's what I work hard every

day to avoid. I watched a congressman it might have been on News Nation with You, It might have been on CNN that had on Congressman Porter, a female running for a Senate seat in California, and the interviewer brought up the idea, is Lake and Riley one of those moments the University of Georgia nursing student who was bludgeoned to death and killed by the legal immigrant name Abarra.

Is that one of those turning points, because when you personalize this and put her pictures up in parents and the mayor is shouted down, it could be a turning point. And she made the point that you cannot change national policy based upon one person's death, one person's murder. And I thought, if I'm the interviewer, I say, what about Kate Stiley, What about

Molly Tibbitts. What about one hundred thousand Americans dying of fenanyl? What about sex slavery on the southern border, what about the murders, what about the organized gangs? What about the smash and grabs happening all over the country. And that was not asked by the interviewer. It was simply, let's move on to something else. It's been about a week after the Lake and Riley

murder. Did you think at the time that would be one of those crucibles that would change the views of even Democrats when it came to the southern border.

Nope. And I'll tell you why, because I pulled a clip a couple of days ago of Heraldo Rivera and Bill O'Reilly two thousand and four, two thousand and seven on Fox News in an absolute slugfest for about nine minutes, and those two guys can argue about sanctuary cities, is almost the exact same thing had happened in an illegal immigrant with for Duirs killed somebody drunk driving in the sanctuary and the argument is obvious, But for it being a sanctuary

city, whoever he killed would be alive today. And the two were arguing on and on and on, and we're having the same argument again today. So as tragic as Lake and Riley's murder was, and we are covering it as much as it's very clear that the laws that the laws and policies of the Bide Administration of sanctuary cities, not just Athens, Georgia, but New York as well, would have prevented But for those laws, she would be alive today And we're going to we're going to move on on from it.

What I can't figure out. And I asked a prominent Democrat about this last a couple of nights ago, what is what is it about effectively an open border policy and sanctuary city policies that is such a sacred cow to the left, And I cannot get an answer other than, oh, we have to be humanitarians. We have to be if we are a nation of immigrants, so we can't close the door. On and on and on. I can't figure it out. It's very confounding to me. Could it be that chaos

is a way for government to seize more power. When things are peaceful, things are good, everybody's happy, there's not much change required. However, if things are chaotic, if the schools don't work, if the police department is this functional, if in Austin, Texas, you dial nine to one one and no one shows up. In my little city of Cincinnati, cops have told me that they need two hundred more cops. In Cincinnati, they need five thousand more cops. In New York City, Washington, d c.

Cannot hire enough police because nobody wants the job. In Portland, Oregon, the mayor is putting up one hundred thousand dollars salary to start with as signing bonus to become a police officer, and still they have problems recruiting. So when there's chaos, confusion, smashing grabs, schools that don't work, the politicians say, often, give me the power to change these things, and I can make it happen. So Democrats look for opportunities in order to

seize power because of the chaos caused, often by their own policies. However, I can't conceive of some person living right now in Chicago saying, boy, this city's working real well for me. Could that be at play that you want chaos? Hey, look, I think you make a point that chaos creates opportunity. And traditionally democratic democrats answer always is more government, and

traditional conservatives answer is always less government. But you, you and I have talked about this, that the divide in America left and right is changing. You know, suburban, suburban Cincinnati is no longer reliable George W. Bush. Republicans. They're much more likely to be to be blue voters and rule

Ohio, where where you did have blue rule. Working class Americans, they're now die hard Trumpers, so that that should that I would agree with your settlement, but for but for, you can say a lot of things about Donald Trump. I know you're a fan, and that he certainly had had an enormous amount of success as president. Yes, but he's not a small

government conservative. Say whatever you want. He's not a fiscal conservative, and he's not a small government conservative, and he certainly doesn't subscribe to traditional conservative Ronald Reagan foreign policy views. So I'm not sure that the argument you're making about Democrats wanting power from chaos is necessarily the right one. I tell my conservative friends that when Trump was the president, all hell was breaking loose constantly.

The Democratic Party often would not let him be the president. But nonetheless he put about eight trillion dollars in national debt onto the backs of future generations. And it was always one next year, when things in the pandemic is done, when this is done, when that's done, we're going to change it. But when I look at the raw numbers that during the four Trump years, with Trump in charge completely for those four years as president, in

two years with the House and the Senate, they added four trillion. I'm sorry, eight trillion dollars in national debt, and Obama also added over eight years eight trillion dollars in national debt, and beginning in two thousand and one, we had about four trillion dollars in debt. Now we're up to thirty two trillion on our way to forty and at some point there's going to be the most predictive debt crisis in the history of the world. It's coming.

The train is coming down the track. We don't stop spending money, and many Republicans simply want to spend more money on different things, and Democrats, but spending money is the problem. Would you agree, I would agree. I would note that neither candidate right now, either Donald Trump nor Joe Biden, is willing to talk about reforming Social Security and changing the age age ofment

or changing Medicare eligibility. So these are big issues. You fit Medicare and you fit social Security by raising the retirement ages, indexing it to life expectancy from when social Security began. Effectively, the American debt crisis can be solved, or at least put off for many, many years. As you point out, spend more money. Donald from shows no interest in even talking about

or having that conversation. So here's the good news. Bill. Okay, I don't want to pay your age, but I'll say what I always say to my parents whenever they go to the doctor. I say, hey, you're welcome, because I'm the one paying the bills for it, and I'm now I'm paying bills to But nonetheless, the retirement age ought to be seventy. Rich people should not get Social Security even though they paid into it, which is not very popular. And a lot of my rich friends with multiple

country club dues use Social Security pay off one of their country clubs. And there's working slaps out there paying the bills. And I like your comment. Thank you because that's what's going on. Thank you well there, leyland Venter, thanks for coming on again. I appreciate it. I watch most Monday through Friday seven o'clock on News Nation. And thanks again for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And Leland will do it again with your permission. Thank

you very much. Appreciate this. You'll stop the policies of Joe Biden on the southern border and the major cities and the public school system is in collapse, and maybe there'll be some apprehension about the debt, but we can't continue on the path that we're on, and things were much better four years ago. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, live with you every Sunday night.
