Speaker 1

Hi, Billy Cunningham, the Great America. Welcome this glorious Sunday night between Christmas and New Year's glorious December the twenty ninth, with you Live. I would note the passing of President Jimmy Carter. He had not much of a presidency, but had a great post presidency, spent forty five years in life after he left the office of the presidency to Ronald Reagan. Thank god that happened. If everyone that knew

him or met him, he was a great guy. He was a good husband of good father, grandfather, great grandfather, and certainly his conduct after they left the office was meritorious.

Speaker 4

I know.

Speaker 1

President Donald Trump a few hours ago issued a statement and to the Cardon family offering his condolences and talking about the positive things in Jimmy Carter's life. As an old man once said, and may all the good be remembered in the bed in turred with the bones. So I pray that Jimmy Carter is in the hands of God Almighty tonight, and that he's with his lovely wife Rosalind, and that he has earned his place in heaven because of his conduct. And I wish the Carter family well.

And secondly I wish you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. We have about two two days to go. Something good or bad could happen the next two days. Joe Biden, after all, is still in charge, so to speak. We don't know what the hell's going to happen. But nonetheless, may you and yours have a wonderful and a prosperous

twenty twenty five. I said to one of my guests earlier this afternoon, as I was talking to Scott Powell, of course off the air, about imagine what would have happened if things had gone wrong and November the fifth, and that somehow we'd be sitting here tonight talking about the first term of Kamala Harris and Tim Waltz as president and vice president, where we would be as a nation, where the world would be right now, there's a sense that the Ukrainian war is going to somehow wrap up,

that Hamas is going to play ball and release the hostages, that all the world's leaders are making their way to mar A Lago to talk to the Donald. There's a sense of strength and power. There's a strength of compassion, There's a strength of competency that otherwise would not be president. How Kamala Harris could have gotten that close to the presidency when in twenty nineteen she did not last in the Democratic primary long enough to get one vote. Her

four years as vice president were ridiculous. She had the lowest ratings of any VP. She had one point five billion dollars that she blew on stuff like paying off Oprah Winfrey, John bon Jovian Moore ran a terrible, awful campaign, could not even articulate why she was running for the presidency, Yet she still received something in the range of seventy four million votes the final tally. Trump won by one point eight million popular votes, receiving forty nine point eight

and she received forty seven percent. But most importantly, the Trumpster got three hundred and twelve electoral votes, and that's how things are measured. And he won first president to win the popular vote since twenty oh four, and the terrible presidency of Bush forty three continued. Of course John Kerry would have been worse. But I wish you and yours merry Christmas in a happy new year coming up. Many issues are going to have to be dealt with today.

One there's Joe Biden himself. He gave a sort of an interview and what she has said his only main regret as president was not prosecuting Donald Trump harder so ball humbug. So that's Joe Biden somewhere in Saint Croix, near the Islands where Alexander Hamilton was born, saying a couple of days ago that his only regret is that he didn't put Donald didn't put Trump in jail. But he says he's going to go to the inaugural and some three or four dozen lawmakers Democrats say they're not

going to go. They don't recognize him, they don't accept the outcome of elections. But that is somewhat illustrative of a difficulty. And I did spend some time this afternoon on the phone speaking to some congressman, and I listened with interest. Congressman Michaeh. Lawler of Rhode Island. He's a Republican, he makes a lot of sense. He's the bearded one. And he said, Mike Johnson's going to get two hundred and eighteen votes. One of them supposedly will not come

from Thomas Massey of Northern Kentucky. Well, I know Thomas talk to him about a week or two ago. He said he's not going to it for Mike Johnson. That if that's the case, two eighteen becomes two seventeen, in which case we may have a crisis. I don't know,

but Mike Lawler says it. And when I talked to one or two other Congressmen and a certain person connected to the top of the Trump administration, they believe they have the votes to have Mike Johnson selected as the next speaker, which has to happen on the third, maybe as late as the fourth. It can't go to the sixth because, let's face, they're going to get back in session on Thursday or Friday of this week, and the first order of business has to be to select a

speaker of the House and needs to be Mike. It needs to be Mike Johnson and Louisiana because the Trumpster wants him. And uh. But those I speak to say somehow it's going to happen. I would also know it. This morning an ABC News with Jonathan Carl, they were snickering, as Jonathan Carl always does, about the tech Bros against the factor of John with Bannon on Steve Bannon on one side and the tech Bros on the other, and they and their ABC News is calling it a war.

It's not a war, it's a disagreement. I think I'm on the side of the Trumpster when it comes to many of these visas that have to be extended for survivalship of the country. I'm gonna give you some salient facts. I spent some time looking them up because I love Peter's eye hand. He's often in exotic ports of call, but he's a philosopher who notes with interest that Russia

and China are both in a death spiral. They cannot survive more than two or three more generations because of the lack of births, and the one China policy is killing the future of communists. Read China also Russia is in a spiral population wise, and guess what. America is also in the death spiral population wise. Give me the numbers. By the end of this century, America is going to

have a demographic problem of incredible proportions. In nineteen fifty, which wasn't that what seventy seventy four years ago, every woman had on average three point five babies. Three point five A woman has to have two to maintain the population the baby boomers through nineteen sixty four, three point five, that's good number. Nineteen eighty got down to two point five per woman. Well, that's a little bit above sustaining the population. Every woman allegedly must produce two point one

in order to maintain the population. By the way, men do not have babies. Women do not have testees testicles, and women do not have the ability of producing children, and men do not have fallopian tubes. I hate to say that, but that's the case. And twenty twenty it got down to one point six. So in America every woman on average has one point six babies, which means you got to have two point one to maintain the

population or losing the population. But the other thing is happening We're not losing population because of illicit immigration into the country. So to me, the immigration debate is not about immigration yes or no. Immigration must be yes, But the issue is who's coming into the country and who's not coming into the country. We went into the country. We want those best and brightest. We want legal immigration. Americans, We're so good, so many peoples all over the world

want to come here. We can pick and choose who can supply us with legal immigration that we need. They could be tomato pickers, that could be engineers, they could be nuclear physicists, or they could be waiters. Whatever it is, America must decide, not the marketplace. So the debate to me is not about illegal immigration or ilegal immigration. The only debate is who to legally admit into the country

and who to keep out of the country. Because having an unbridled immigration system where those coming into the country decide who comes, is a disaster. It is the most important issue, a vital issue, because it affects every part of your life and every part of my life. It affects every part of the American way of life. It affects the macro economy and the micro economy. It affects the labor market. Who's hired, who's not hired. Many Americans don't want to apply for work anymore because the jobs

they want to take are not available. It impacts terribly negatively the welfare state. I live in Little Cincinnati, Ohio. We have a county about one hundred miles away named Clark County. Will Springfield, Ohio, is located in that little area of forty thousand people. The government, Joe Biden, put twenty thousand hations in a community of forty thousand that doesn't work, and none of their job skills are needed in Clark County. Believe me. Now many are dispersing all

over the country. The welfare costs are well over one hundred billion dollars a year. And on top of that, the criminal expenses, the cost of crime committed by these illegals, it's well over one hundred and fifty billion dollars a year. It affects the welfare state, It affects national security. We don't know where the thousands of terrorists are in this country because of Joe Biden. We don't know where they're located.

It affects everyday crime, It affects all the Chilean and Venezuelan gangs praying in major cities because of the policies of Joe Biden. It affects our language, our religion, our culture, our values, It affects our ethics. It affects our customs, our lifestyles, our habits, and our way of life. I've gone to several legal immigrations, swearing in sara ceremonies in

a federal court. It is heartwarming to watch individuals who've gone through the system legally, that know what the first Amendment is, that know what the federal's papers are, that know how many states there are that I've sworn them in, and I feel great about that. We need legal immigration in ever increasing numbers for the needs that we have, and also illegal immigration affecting all those other things, the ethics and the values, the morals, the customs, the lifestyle,

the language, and fundamental questions about our politics. How are we literally a nation with no borders? How does that work? It doesn't work. We've tried it now for the past forty to fifty years since Ted Kennedy stuck his nose into it, and it's accelerated the past four years under Joe Biden, with the goal of replacing the electorate with

these large numbers of illegals. Who if the Democrats have won the House and the Senate and the President and see in November, guess what we would have illegals voting tether and fro and the country is done. So I don't consider a debate between Viveake Ramaswami on one hand and Steve Bannon on the other. The debate among we Trumpsters is we need legal immigration. H one ends absolutely, but we decide who comes in. They don't decide by

walking and or legally entering the country. The founding fathers recognize this. I'll get into this later with the Scott Powell and that we're the only country on Eor two hundred and fifteen countries. There's only one that says in our constitution that individual citizens living in the United States of America receive their rights from God, from divine providence. And the purpose of government is to protect our rights given by God. So it's God citizens, and government protects

the rights given to us by God. Every other country like Canada, has rights given to citizens in Canada from government. Government decides what your rights are, and government can take away those rights because they gave them to you in the first place. But government only exists in this country. God bless America in order to protect us from those who want to take from us God given rights. That analysis doesn't work anywhere else in the world, but in

the good to the United States of America. So as we begin twenty twenty five, I want to share with you a few words from Alexander Hamilton, one of the founding fathers, one of the most important. He was the main author of the Federalist Papers, which I'll explain to

you later what those are. And he opined in eighteen oh two before he was murdered by Aaron Birth that the safety of a republic he's talking about America being a republic, depends essentially on the energy of a common national sentiment, on a uniformity of principles and habits, on the exemption of the citizens from foreign bias and prejudice, and that love of America will almost invariably be found to be closely connected with birth, education, faith, and family.

He lastly said, how extremely unlikely is it that foreigners will bring with them that temperate love of liberty so essential to real republicanism quote unquote, It says it right there. We've tried for fifty years, since the nineteen eighties, and

Ted Kennedy through now to go the other route. Open the borders, report date years in advance, live in the country, get the benefits of citizenship without the cost of the price bankrupting the treasury, affecting our major cities, affecting home land, security, affecting crime, and the culture and religion and values and ethics and morals and customs, and all of a sudden we find ourselves now saying enough is enough. We can't

take it anymore, so let's continue. I have also some comments to make about the comments of one Joe Biden saying that the Afghan when we had thirteen service members murdered at the gates of the airport and Cobbo Afghanistan, that wasn't a serious problem that Joe Biden had. The worst problem was not prosecuting Donald Trump quicker to get him locked up so he couldn't be the president. Plus, I want to get in a little bit about the Greenland and about the Panama Canal and things of that nature.

And we'll continue glad to be with you live tonight. The name of the show is after all, Bill Hunningham live between Christmas and New Year's I'm with you now, and now let's take some calls and number to call his eight sixty six six four seven seven three three seven. I want to hear from you what went right this year went went wrong? I think one thing went right.

I almost exempt from your comments Donald Trump, but picked something else that went right, because that was the hand of God making sure that Donald Trump became the president and didn't continue the policies of Barack Obama. Because obviously Biden has not been the president. By all the reporting, he had no clue what was going on. He still has no clue, and he probably won't give any eggs in interviews or any statements because he's babbling and the

country knew it. The Washington press corps knew it. Democrats knew it, Republicans knew it. The media knew it and didn't do a damn thing about it. In fact, anyone in the press who sat in the Presidential press briefing room the Brady Briefing room should not get a renewed pass press of a press pass, because, after all, they didn't do their job the last four years. Why anticipate

they might do their job the next four years. Let's continue eight sixty six, six, four, seven, seven, three three seven. Happy New Year, Bill Cunningham, the Great American with you and all other great Americans. Every Sunday night, it calls some Louisiana, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City in Florida. If two lines open, I get to in a moment, I'm gonna take calls quicker tonight because I want to hear from you, the American people. One thing that has to occur, in

my opinion, to change the direction of this country. It can't be four years, because the Trumpster this time will not be besieged by his own FBI, by illegal search warrants, by eavesdropping and lawsuits and all the rest, and by the FBI out to get them under James Comy and then under Christopher Ray. But for this to be a successful movement, Jane Vance needs to step up, which he's done so magnificently thus far, and be the nominee in

twenty twenty eight and twenty thirty two. It needs to This can't be a four year run than back to Kamala Harris or back to the governors of Pritzger or Illinois or the governor of California or some other left winger. It can't happen that way. It's got to be a long period of time in which you have eight to twelve years to turn the country around. And Janey Vance is fluent in the language of the modern GOP. His performance in that debate against Tim Waltz was great, unbelievable.

His appearances in person on the campaign trail has been very, very good. He's demonstrated a nimbleness and an acumen that many forty year olds do not have. He's the freshman senator from Ohio. On the other side, I'll tell you a story. The first time I met him, which was about seven or eight years ago, and the guy right intelligent, only had a one kid at that point, and we talked a little bit about the future. He wasn't going to be involved in politics, but then something changed his

love of country. He said, why not choose me? Like in the Marine Corps. Jd Vance said, I'll go. So let's continue and if line becomes available eight six six six four seven seven three three seven quick story about jad Vance on the other side, then your calls Bill Cunninghan, the Great American with you and all of the great

Americans Happy New Year every Sunday night. And then David and William and Larry and Andy and many others I first met why this must be an eight to twelve year process, because four years will not be nearly enough to correct what ails this country. But jd. Vance has got to be the anointed one to have four to eight years, hopefully eight years after Donald Trump, who Ronald Reagan was so popular. Nineteen eighty eight, the American people took a flyer on Bush forty one, which turned out

to be a disaster. Bush forty three was even more of a disaster, and Dick Cheney even more of a disaster. So anything can happen. And I have trust, in faith that JD. Vance would not go the way of Bush forty one or Bush forty three, and that he'll pick up the cues from Donald Trump, the greatest politician, the greatest survivor, the greatest comeback story in the history of not just American politics but American life. I first met

him in twenty sixteen or twenty seventeen. There's a county north of Hamilton County called Butler County, and as you may know. JD. Vance spent many years in Butler In Butler County, Middletown, Ohio, we call it Middle Tucky, and he grew up in a dysfunctional household. His father was not in the picture. His mother was a drug addict and worse. But nonetheless he had someone in the family that showed him the light and they came out of Butler County, got to eventually got to the Marine Corps.

He had the sense as a young guy saying, you know what, there's got to be a world out there other than the drug addiction of so many in Butler County, Middletown, Ohio. He spent about four years in the Marines. That gave him the money to go to Ohio State, which he attended. That gave him the mental ability to finish top of his class to get to Yale Law School. That's where he met his lovely wife, Usha, and the rest is history.

Made his way out to Silicon Valley and wrote a book called Hillbilly Elergy, which was the best seller and Hollywood made it into a successful movie. So as happens in many counties. As you may know, there's something called the Lincoln Reagan Fundraiser once a year, each County Republican Headquarters has a speaker come in to to raise money to keep the headquarters aflat and Butler County is a

wonderful county north of Hamlet County. It says, I would think about three hundred and fifty thousand people in Butler County. And at that point, needless to say, JD. Vance wasn't the biggest draw in the world. We're going back twenty sixteen, had the book JD. Elergy, and so someone made a connection with JD to come and be the Lincoln Reagan Day speaker. And he asked that said, you know, public

speaking is not something I've done a lot of. At this point, what he would have been thirty one thirty two years old, and said, someone said, what about getting Bill Cunningham to kind of interview you on stage about your book Hill Billy Elergy, how it relates to today and in Butler County right now? If JD. Vance showed up in Butler County, you can hold to get together at the pay Course Stadium where the Bengals play. But nonetheless,

at that point they wanted to bring in JD. Wanted me there to you know, to modestly say to add a little more star power. But Jade Vance was a guy that lived in Butler County, but not really connected to the Butler County Republican Party or in fact any Republican Party. In fact, at that point he had used the H word to describe Donald Trump and was a Hillary Clinton supporter. So I said to the organizer, I said, you know, this is raising money for the Republican Party,

and I don't know jd Vance from Adam. I read the book. I then called him in preparation for the appearance to promote the appearance and talked about the book. He'llbilly Elogy, and I said to him, you know, we have to kind of downplay your support for Hillary Clinton. Had a Republican function. He said, oh, I understand completely. That was twenty sixteen, might have been twenty seventeen. So they sell it out, get two hundred and fifty tickets sold.

And my good friend, Sheriff Richard K. Jones was the co chair of the Republican Party in Butler County along with Don Dixon, who county commissioner. And so I met him for the first time, and I'll say it, he was shy. He was uncertain of himself because he was appearing as a Republican, but he had Democratic viewpoints eight nine years ago. But he wanted to, you know, connect with Butler County Republican Party. That as a kid growing up, grow up, growing up in Middletown, Oh he had no

idea about politics at all, didn't care. And it's pretty hard to come out of Silicon Valley at that point and not dislike Donald Trump and not love Hillary Clinton. But that's a different story. So we're up there in front of the stage and we have the book a little podium there and I'm giving a little bit of the history of JD. And I look at him and he's nervous, and I said to you, okay, so and I'm fine. You ask questions and if I get off track,

get me back on track. And so when I saw him at the Republican National Convention in Minnesota, when I I saw him at that speech, I said, my god, is he a quick learner. This is wonderful. Jane Vance is wonderful. And it began. It started there and then after the Trumpster won in twenty sixteen, he later I had a conversation with him later about you know that

was pretty good presidency. I said, yes, it was. So in twenty twenty two, he decided more or less on his own to run for a Senate seat in the state of Ohio that was available because Rob Portman, my friend lives about two miles from where I broadcast from, was retiring and they had you know, it was an open primary, which seldom happens, and he was running against a lady named Jame Timpkin who was chair of the Republican Party, very popular woman and a Trump supporter, and

against a state senator named Matt Dolan, who family own owns the Cleveland not the Indians, but the Guardians. He's rich and jd Vance had one way of winning, and that is going down to mar A Lago, reconnecting with Don Junior, who is a great guy, Donald Trump Junior, wonderful person, and working that avenue to get to the Trumpster to have Donald Trump endorse jd Vance In twenty

twenty two, all this is improbable, would you agree? If you take a kid in the drug wards of Middletown, we'd call it Middle Tucky, Ohio, and say that kid living in that drug house is going to be the vice president of the United States. No, only in America. Only in America can that happen. And so he ran in twenty twenty two and against an incumbent, Matt Ryan Ryan, who was pretty good US congressman. In fact, I think he was fai to win. But with the Trump endorsement,

and in twenty twenty two, with JD. Vance working crazy, he went to every county, met every chairman, had the endorsement Donald Trump. He pulled it out. He beat the Democratic congressman from Youngstown, barely, but beat him, and he becomes the new Senator from the state of Ohio. And have him on my local radio show all the time. And then it comes up that he's down to the final three to be selected by Donald Trump to be the VP. I think, you know, the other two would

have been great, to Mark or Ruby. I think it would have been great. You could take almost any of the senators and they would have been great. But he wanted a new generation. And he met with with j D and his wife and his family. He's got three beautiful kids. Still lives about three miles from where I broadcast from. And the guy is bright, he's committed, he's loyal, and that the person that grew up in Middletown, Ohio, by the way, about five or six miles from for

Veake Ramaswami where he grew up. He grew up in Hamilton County, Ohio, which is the county south of Butler County. It's unbelievable and that whenever I talk to JD it's like, can you believe this is happening? And he smiled, I can't believe it. So for Donald Trump, for the Mega Movement to succeed, it can't be forty eight months. It's got to be ninety six months. It's got to be eight years, or it's got to be twelve years, one

hundred and forty four months, whatever it is. Because the media, the Democratic Party, the tech savvy individuals, colleges, universities aren't gonna lay down the next four years. They're going to fire everything they got at Donald Trump, and JD. Vance will be great armor because he can turn an argument against someone like a Yale Law school graduate. Should I'm proud of JD. Vance for Vake ramas Swam, I mean

what they've accomplished. So with that said, not four years, eight to twelve years, then the country can give back to its basic roots of legal immigration. H one ends absolutely no problem. But we pick, not the whole world picks. We decide who comes here, not those with God knows the purposes. That's why it's gonna work. Let's go to telephone calls, go to We'll go to Dan and Louisiana. Then David and Pittsburgh and William and Larry and Andy

and Judy and many others. And Dan and Louisiana. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Dan, how are you Dan? I'm great, Bill, Go ahead, go.

Speaker 5

Ahead, Yeah, we two part questions for you. The Obama administration did away with the Smith on Sam basically giving the liberal media free reign of propaganda with no repercussions and not that I know, but as anything since then and did not how did he as Americans get that in the cross hairs of Donald Trump to restate that steroids to stop the media from the blatant.

Speaker 1

Line on the media front. The media sat there for four years knowing we had a mentally incompetent president who was a crook. They knew he was number one dirty financially because of Hunter Biden, and two they knew his mind was shot and the media sat there for four years, refusing to report on any of that because they would

have helped Donald Trump. They all wore cheerleaders for the Democrat they had their skirts on for four years, and lastly put to the side the numerous sexual peccadillos of Joe Biden himself, not a few of which is adequately reported on, about his own daughter, and about terror Reid,

and about sniffing little girl's hairs constantly. Well, we hit somebody, in my view who's a pervert, who's a crook, and he's mentally vacant, and the media sat there for four years and ignored it all because they thought in their minds this might help Donald Trump. And so I think you begin in the presidential briefing room that if you hit credentials for those four years and sat there as a cheerleader for the Democrat Party, take off your skirt.

You don't get a press credential. You can't come here anymore because you're not a journalist. You're an ideologue serving the role of an ideologue. You're not independent, an objective CBS, NBC, ABC, especially PBS. We pay for bad left wing TV and bad radio with our tax dollars. I think that's going to happen, that there's going to be a different approach when it comes to Donald Trump dealing with the liars,

the thieves, and the crooks and the mainstream media. Secondly, the Obamas have been in charge of the presidency, not Joe Biden for the past four years. Right now, who's issuing fifteen hundred commutations, who's issuing these pardons for mass murderers. It's not Joe Biden. Someone in his office I can't give you a name, chief of staff and others are simply putting papers underneath Joe Biden's ink penance had sign here,

signed there. He's not been the president. In fact, the Wallstreet Journal reported that in the spring of twenty twenty one, four years ago, that the White House staff knew they didn't have a president, so they propped them up like a dead el sit on a horse and rode him around.

And the mainstream media permitted it to happen. And in a sense, I hate to say this, maybe they did us a favor because if they would have adequately reported on Joe Biden when he was running over the last first two years, that Democrats would have got rid of him, they would have had some more legitimate primary and maybe a tougher candidate would have arisen other than Kamala Harris. So maybe the media unwittingly did us a favor. But there's so much illegality that took place, so much money.

Shapely and Zigler the irs agents testifying in the Congress about them wanting to pursue the money is given by Chinese and of the bank accounts of all the Bidens, and the eight year old granddaughters got twenty eight thousand dollars checks put in her account. That's that someone. If equal justice means anything, get a bulldog ex prosecutor, give him or hern unlimited budget and treat them the way they treated Donald Trump. I think turnabout's fair play. What do you say?

Speaker 2

I agree?

Speaker 1

Now, I thank you for your call, and I'll say you what. Happy New Year. Let's go to David and Pittsburgh, then William and Salt Lake City about gun rights. David and Pittsburgh. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. David, Happy New Year, how are you stay?

Speaker 4

Bill?

Speaker 6

Happy to year, buddy. I'm the one that called you earlier this year when I went to the Bella Pennsylvania rally.

Speaker 1

Yes you called me after Yes, Yes, I remember that, Yes.

Speaker 6

Yep, everything is good. I think the high point, as your alscreen, rafts man, I think the high point obviously this year is Troubramania winning back to the office, you know with JD And as you were to alluded to by the low point, I have to say his President of Katta passing away. Unfortunately, God called him home and he's with his wonderful wife Russelling and Bill. I'd like to mention about Habitat Humanity. I mean, I'm a conservative

constitutionalist tea party guy. But you know, on the other hand, I believe that President Kada was a Christian. He standy before God and even though Reagan beat him like a druma, I mean a brag like that. But uh, I think that President Coatto was a very humble man and he did a lot of good with Habitat Humanity.

Speaker 7

You're going to give him his due.

Speaker 1

I've raised money for that group. Homelessness is a terrible problem. It's not getting any better, it's getting worse. And Jimmy Carter from the time he left the president say he spent the next forty four years doing a whole bunch of good things, and yes, a live one hundred years living. For imagine, he was born one hundred years ago in nineteen I say nineteen twenty four. He was born during the presidency, wasn't it Calvin Coolidge in nineteen twenty four?

I think Calvin Coolidge and look at and he was an officer with Hymen rickover in the United States Navy and the nuclear submarine. He was an officer. And so I always respect those who step forward and serve in the military, and Jimmy Carter was one of them. So you know, I'm not going to smear Jimmy Carter at all. From the time he left the presidency. He was a great guy and a guy like that. If he's not in heaven, you and I have no shot.

Speaker 6

I know exactly, and I am you know. I just wanted to say all my prayers go out to the Carter film. He's brother, Billy Carter. I believe he's passed away, correct.

Speaker 1

I would think you'd have to. I don't know too many people lived. I think Billy might have been a few years younger. But you know, I'm not up on the Carter family. It was sad to watch to watch him, you know, at the one funeral where he came in. But David, thanks for your call. Let's have a great twenty twenty five good comments. Let's continue with more Bill cunning in the Great American with you every Sunday night.

Speaker 5

I know.

Speaker 1

Let's continuing your calls and coming up will be William of Salt Lake City about gun rights, and Gary and Florida and Bill and Maryland and Paul and Andy and Jacksonville many others. One last thought is that DEI, which is a form of racial discrimination itself, is on his last legs. DEI diversity, inclusion, et cetera is equity is something that says to a person that your race, your sexual orientation, that kind of sects you enjoy, the color

of your skin is going to count for something. And my source for it not counting for anything is Martin Luther King Jr. Andre or colleges universities other than Costco. By the way, Costco is not say they're going to stick with diversity, equity and inclusion, which is a form of race and sex discrimination, because they want to do it, and many people are quite unhappy with Costco because of that.

But many colleges universities are saying, now, how many men, how many women, how many straight men, how many religious individuals? How many Asians have been discriminated against because of DEI? You simply change the object of the discrimination, and that's wrong. The Civil Rights Act means you can't do that, and Costco should not do that. Let's continue, Bill cunning and the great American with you and all of the great Americans every Sunday.

Speaker 2

Night, Willie Brock you by Choice Hotels a Conor Roger Roadway in hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at choice hotels dot com.

Speaker 3

Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not won but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast exodence, the one and only Bill Cunninghead.

Speaker 1

Let's continue now, who will be the last caller of twenty twenty four? Getting ready for twenty twenty five? I would note the murder of a corrections officer. It happened on Christmas Day itself in the state of Ohio. Andrew Lanning, we spent many years as a CEO in a state prison, was a viciously attacked by a long time inmate and

killed with his bare hands. And this corrections officers in the arms of God Almighty as I speak, murdered on Christmas Day by a person named Rashaan Cannon, twenty seven years old. No weapon was used. The State Patrol in Ohio is investigating the homicide. He's married and for the last twenty four years, as two kids and many siblings and many who loved him. And this criminal simply killed Andy for no reason whatsoever other than he wanted to

kill someone. And this brave officer was standing in a long line and he was murdered. Andrew Lansing well respected and love by his colleagues at the High Department and Rehabilitation and Correction. He's one of about two hundred men and women killed in the line of duty, many with guns, other with cars and otherwise in the past twelve months. Addition to that, about fourteen undred others died or were killed by other means while on duty. But as far as the use of a weapon, it's about two hundred

every year, two hundreds going up. But made the soul of Andrew Lansing rest in the arms of God Almighty. Let's continue with your calls. We have two lines open eight six six six four seven seven three three seven. In about an hour or so, we have joining us to Scott Powell and also later on this John Lott. At least for the next hour, it's you and I eight six six six four seven seven three three seven and William and Salt Lake City and Utah. William, Welcome

to the Bill Cunningham Show. William, how are you.

Speaker 8

Wonderful? I want to wish you the happiest New Year reasonably possible.

Speaker 1

I anticipate, imagine that things are different politically, and we just had the continuation of the policies of Joe Biden for the next four to eight years. I give thanks a wake up with a smile on my face every morning. Now you want to talk about gun rights? What are they?

Speaker 9

You know?

Speaker 8

First of all, I knew you would be asking what was the greatest things.

Speaker 1

That happened this year?

Speaker 8

Short of the election. I wanted to make mention how many gun rights court cases were decided in our favor, many that the NRA got cleaned up, and other two A groups came out of the walls to find defend us.

Speaker 1

And now we have a president that's going to direct the Department of Justice to implement the Second Amendment, which is, you know, it's fundamental. When the courts take away a person's fundamental rights, I can't imagine a court saying, well, you don't have the right to practice your religion. You don't know the right freedom of press, you know, the

right to assemble. Second Amendment is there to protect the First Amendment, and for too long, whether it's a state legislature or a judge, has written out of the Constitution the Second Amendment. We have a president now that will defend our rights through the Department of Justice, and that's a good thing.

Speaker 8

I've seen so many times the left complained that they couldn't win their election, so they turned around and went through the courts to get their point across whatever they were screaming for, and turned around as fair play.

Speaker 10

It is.

Speaker 1

I guess it is much like investigating all the criminality of the Biden crime family. I don't know how any other citizen could receive tens of millions of dollars from overseas sources to affect governmental policy and simply walk away and say, you know what, let's forget about that. Well,

I can't imagine. I'll tell you what William if you had two i RS agents named shape Lee and Ziggler who testified under oath that they wanted to pursue criminal charges against you in Salt Lake City because you accepted twenty eight million dollars to change American foreign policy, and the Department of Injustice said, no, don't do it. People say, what are you talking about? But the Biden's have gotten the Obamas and the Clintons have got away with numerous crimes,

and seemingly there's no recompense, nothing happens. Donald Trump pays off allegedly a porn star and that's thirty four count felony conviction in New York City. But I'm looking at the Biden crime family, the money, I look at the influence pedaling, I look at fair violations Federal Agent Registration Act. I'm looking at all the Treasury Department reports on moneys coming into this country illegally, and the Bidens in the middle of all of it, and the media like they

can't hear, can't speak, can't see a damn thing. But someone ought to look into the illegalities of the Biden crime family and the involvements of the Obamas and the Clintons.

Speaker 8

What do you think exactly? Damn, You're a great American.

Speaker 1

Thanks, thank you for your call. Let's continue now we have Larry am I saying that correctly. Care I'm sorry, Carrie and Florida carry how are you?

Speaker 10

I'm good, mister Cunningham. I just want to tell you I'm a tremendous man. I look forward to listening to you every Sunday night here in Melbourne, Florida. I couldn't agree with you anymore, sir. When it comes to JD. Vans and we need that young man. He is brilliant, he is articulate. We need him for his eight years and that will give us through twelve years that we need. We needed to this country.

Speaker 1

We got to have a successful presidency. We got to have a presidency that average Americans say, like Ronald Reagan, we need four more years of that guy. And that's how we got Bush forty one. Now I went in the last year for the American people to say, we need four more years of Donald Trump. We can't get him. How about JD. Vance We need that badly. We need we need eight to twelve years of sanity and common

sense in Washington. We don't need four years and back to Kamala Harris, or back to Pritzker, or back to whoever you want to plug in the Democrat They run like pack animals, all vote the same way. And you know Gavin Newsom would be a disaster and carry. If we don't have eight to twelve years, the country is not going to fundamentally change and it needs to. Now what else do you got?

Speaker 10

I just want to thank you and congratulate you on being bold enough and courageous enough to consess and profess that the miracle that had happened in Butler, Pennsylvania, the one millimeter miracle, was provided by our good Ruden Savior Jesus Christ. And that proves that Donald Trump is truly a man, has a mandate of the people and for the people.

Speaker 7

And carry.

Speaker 1

I'll say this on that event. I've been to several Trump rallies. He saves from the very end of the graft in the chart about not migration. It's illegal migration, not legal. He's talking about illegal migration till the end of his speech. And he does that because he's kind of a crescendo and the murderer that's the Secret Service

negligently allowed to be on that roof. I used the term negligently and not recklessly or knowingly to scope him out at the moment he turned to the right, so he took the last half of his head out of the scope of that murderer, that assassin as he turned to the right and hit his ear instead of blowing off the last part of his brain, like John F.

Kennedy and Daley Plaza. And the only reason that could have happened with the negligence of the Secret Service, much like at the golf course in mar Logo, was the hand of God Almighty, because I could not have imagined what would have occurred if Donald Trump had been assassinated in the summertime. There would have been thirty days of gnashing our teeth in sorrow. But then the rest of the country would have moved on and said, all right,

here comes Kamala Harris. And that's what would have happened. And we never would have had a JD. E Vance all that. It would have been different, but for the hand of God said no, I can't let this happen to the United States of America. That's my representative on Earth, and I have to let that matter change. And from that moment on I thought the hand of God was directing Donald Trump. I know those who don't believe, that's fine. Believe what you want to believe you and I believe definitely,

And so be it. And thanks for your call. Let's move to Andy and Jacksonville and then Bill and Maryland and evening, good evening, good evening.

Speaker 4

Yes, I want to discuss a few of this very tragic plane crash in South Korea. Yes, sir, the plane was a Boeing seven thirty seven, eight hundred. Now the news media's as well. Maybe it was the landing gear, maybe a berfluent to it or something. I would propose it just might be all these defective parts that Bowing

is recycling back into service. And Lord and know's wives for a few extra bucks because that plane has gotten part of a landing gear that was defective, and no one's saying that in the news media.

Speaker 1

I haven't order them anyway, No, I haven't heard that. I'll tell you what I watched the report this morning. I guess at the end of that runway, about one hundred yards from the end of the runway, it's the grassy area. Then there was a six foot high concrete embankment that held within the concrete certain instruments that allowed planes to land correctly. I'm not sure what they are.

Maybe TSA would know, FA might not. But the placement of that it was forty yards long and five foot high of concrete, is what caused the plane, which had no landing gear down, to skid off the runway, hit the concrete embankment put there by the airport and that blew up the plane. Only two survived. There were two flight attendants that survived in the back of the plane,

almost in the tail. But if that concrete structure wasn't there, there was another almost a quarter of a mile of grass the plane would have gone through before it hit like a road. Well, and the and the expert said, why would the airport put this forty yard long, five foot high concrete embankment at the end of the runway. And one might ask, well, why didn't the landing gear come down? Or were there birds that got I don't

we don't. I guess in eighteen months we're going to find out, uh, what what the hell is going on? But I can't imagine having a runway in South Korea or at the end is like a concrete obstacle that will blow the plane up if it goes too far. I don't get that now, why the plane went too far that that could be a parts issue. I mean, Boeing has had a terrible year or two, and it's America's only a commercial airline manufacturer. We got to have a functional Boeing. But we have to have a I

use the term functional. We have to have a functional Boeing because that other than China and Europe, there's only three manufacturer in the world. And Boeing's has had underlining the word, had the reputation of making the best planes in the world. Now it's under some doubt, is it right?

Speaker 7

Now?

Speaker 1

Maybe the Trumps are can correct it. But we need a functional commercial airplane manufacturer, and that's only Boeing. All the rest of them are out of business except the private jets made in Kansas, of course, but the commercial airliners. Isn't Boeing the only game in town?

Speaker 4

Agreed? Well, listen, my friend, Happy New Year to you.

Speaker 1

Happy New year, Andy, let's keep going in twenty twenty five, what do you say? Yes, all right, yes, let's continue and next calls will be from Florida and Idaho and Maryland. Bill a call. We have three lines open if you want to participate. Who'll be the last caller this year? Eight six six six four seven seven three three seven, Bill cunning and the Great American with you and all of the great Americans. Happy New Year every Sunday night.

You know, I know with interest that many companies, corporations, and universities, including University of Iowa, the Iowa system, is getting rid of racial discrimination. It's called DEI. You simply dress it up. You put wh whip cream on a turd. It's still a turd, and racial discrimination is disgusting, and it's called now. It's called it used to be affirmative action, and after several court cases it's become DEI. And a

great company named Costco. It's on CNN's website tonight pushing back against the idea of them getting it of DEI. They say they're not going to do it. Decision after decisions, say, including the Title six of the Silver Ice Act, it compels federal agencies to ensure that programs receiving federal money do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, or

national origin of religion. The Department of Health and Human Services could under Trump prohibit universities from requiring diversity statements for employment and promotions. We're at that place now. It should be used to compel all universities and all employers to disclose why they hire certain people and prove it's

not based upon racial discrimination. We do not know how many Asian students, how many straight white men or straight white women who should get jobs haven't gotten them because of the color of their skin or their sexual orientation.

And there have been thousands of instances uncovered over the years in which high achieving secondary school students are penalized because of the color of their skin or the kind of sex that they enjoy to create some sort of racial proportionality of those that these gifted so called universities and the Doees Office for Civil Rights should target schools and companies to eliminate advanced courses due to racial disparities.

And they should get rid of the Biden era directives that say that the color of your skin or your kind of sex that you enjoy is a factor or not and your hiring or your selection, and if it means more Asian students are selected who do well in these standardized tests, so be it. One of the criteria might be service in the military. I'm all for that. Jade Vance used that to get to Ohio State then the al Law school. He's unfortunately, according to the Biden administration,

he's a straight white male. And we can't live in a country where we practice racial discrimination and call it not race discrimination or affirmative action. We call it DEI. And I can't tell you how many millions and millions of employees and students have lost out because of the color of their skin, or because they're straight, or because

they're Christian, or because they're Jewish or they're Catholic. The according to reports, I see that there are many students who score less well on standardized tests that are admitted because of the color of their skin or they identify as gay. That should not be a benefit and it should not be a cost. Remember the words of Martin Luther King Junior. We've gotten to the point now and the twenty first century. Heck, we're a quarter of the

way through the twenty first century. The money's being spent on public education are obscene. The opportunities are present, and to pick someone, to choose someone because of the color of their skin or because of their allegiance to a gay principle or a non gay principle or whatever it might be. Is stupid, But Costco says they're going to die on that hill of DEI. They want to select those they deal with in a business way and select their three hundred thousand employees based upon the color of

their skin and upon their sexual orientation. That is wrong, that's illegal. Hopefully it'll stop soon, But the Department of Justice and the Department of Education's officers civil Rights should investigate universities that added diversity essay prompts or adopted Jerry manderd proxies for race post fa. In other words, wink, wink, nod, nod. You can tell us what organizations you've been a part of, and that kind of implicitly tells us are you straight

or gay? It kind of tells us if you're black, white, or Asian or Hispanic. Shouldn't mean a damn thing. The color of my skin or the kind of sex that I enjoy, not much anymore, by the way, but nonetheless, or the fact that I'm from Ireland, or my family is black or my father is black. According to the genealogy. I'm five percent black anyway, there's lots of Cunningham's in the black community. It's fine with me. I don't want to get a benefit. I don't want to get a

cost because of my race, directly or indirectly. We should live in a meritocracy, not in the kind of racial society created by the Democrats, the Democrat Party, you know, the ku Klux Plan, the Democrats Confederacy, the slavery, the lynchings, ku Klux Plan, you know the Democrats, the Democrats of affirmative Action. Now it's the Democrats of DEI. It's a political statement and has no place, no role in American society. Let's go back to the calls if thousands on hold.

As we continue, we have calls from Florida and Idaho and Maryland and Ohio and Michigan and all places in between. If a line becomes available eight sixty six six four seven, seven three three seven, should you get a benefit because of the color of your skin, or because you're straight or gay, or bisexual or intersex or one of the other one hundred and sixteen genders. Should that give you a benefit or a cost? Noo? All mus continue may God bless Donald Trump and what he's going to face

when it becomes the president three weeks from tomorrow. Bill Cunningham, the great American, with you and all of the great Americans. By the way, Happy New Year, Bill Cunningham, with you every Sunday night. All right, Billy Cunningham, I love this opportunity every Sunday night to be with you in every county, every state, including much of Canada, which may become our

fifty first state. By the way, I have many friends in Canada, and who knows, almost became part of the United States in seventeen ninety two, almost again in eighteen twelve. If the government at that point was a bit more aggressive, Canada was for the taking. I'm not sure it was worth taking. But nonetheless it says left wing, as most of Europe is today. But nonetheless that's possible. The whole Panama Canal thing is a canard when you look at

what happened. I love the comments of Ronald Reagan that said, we dug it, we own it. You might recall also that Jimmy Carter, when he was running for office, opposed giving up the Panama Canal. Jimmy Carter running and there's so many involvements with the Panama Canal right now, with the communist Red Chinese, the media want to talk about it. Panama joined the China's Belt and Road Initiative. It renewed a contract with Hutchinson Ports, a Hong Kong based company

controlled by Jijiaoping, to manage the canal. The ports around the canal are controlled by Chinese companies. China has built four bridges over the canal and controls much of the construction projects and the vital infrastructure in Panama. This is on top of a multi billion dollar port the communist Red Chinese have built in Peru. And you look at this, it's not good. I think of the Monroe Doctrine and I think about the control of ships, and right now

it's controlled by the communist Red Chinese government. I know ABC News in the morning this morning wanted to snicker and laugh about taking back the Panama Canal. Ronald Reagan said, we dug it, we own it. And they have permitted themselves to become compromised with the communist Red Chinese, which is building the greatest military in the world, getting ready

for what it looks like. Adolf Hitler, the nineteen thirties building a military for what most of the world is tearing down this military like in America, not with Trump. But China is doubling and tripling the number of ships over the next five to ten years. And we have various treaties with Panama that indicates that are transfit through the canal will not be a bridge denied. But right now Communist China has taken over the Panama Canal. Did

you know about these facts? But the Hutchinson contract, which is through a company in Hong Kong controlled by the Communist Chinese Party, and they're actively building billion dollar ports in and around South America. It's like one might ask, what in the hell's going on around here? Let's continue thousands on hold, Let's go to Bill and Bill in Maryland and then Lisa in Michigan. Bill and Maryland, the Home of the Terrapins. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. Bill,

how are you com fine? Thanks Bill for keeping us in formed. Just to add to what you were just talking about, So apparently last year China built twenty one submarines.

Speaker 9

Get how many submarines we.

Speaker 1

Built, I would think zero or maybe one.

Speaker 9

One exactly.

Speaker 1

And they build them in. They're building aircraft carriers three a year. And why are they doing this? The economy in China, they tell us in trouble when I talked, when I listen, listen to Peter's eye hand, he tells me there's a population collapse going on. They have trillions of dollars they've lost in these ghost cities. Twenty five thirty percent of youth are unemployed. And they're doubling and tripling the military for what purpose.

Speaker 9

Well, apparently our politicians and the media, and I'm not paying all of them. For a large number of them, I don't know what they're thinking. They're not going to get any sympathy from many of these people and our country. I mean, we are, for all intents and purposes, clearly in a cold war, but it's being escalated more and more and more. And as you said, you know, why do they need the submarines, why do they need aircraft areas,

unless it's just because from World War Two. I was just listening to something in World War two and after World War Two the top person over there from United States and Russia said, the only thing these people understand is power and military And I mean it's the same thing.

Speaker 1

Tens of thousands of Chinese students are here, they're tapping. There's all these data breaches all over the world happening by the communists, rich Chinese. It's a godless communist empire. And I'm thinking somebody, and this has happened for what twelve of the last sixteen years, You've had Obama and Joe Biden not in charge. Obama's been in charge for twelve of the last sixteen years. All these things are happening.

And when you bring up the fact, wait a minute, the Chinese just spent one point three billion dollars on new ports on the west coast of South America. Now they have contracts to control completely the Panama Canal. And why are they building a military and doubling in size. Why are they doing all this is not to invade Taiwan. God knows that could be done in a weekend. If they wanted to bombard it with a million artillery shells,

it'd be obliterated. They're coming after us, and they're using our freedoms against us.

Speaker 9

What's the number one way to take over or to influence a South American country? Build them a soccer stadium that's what they did in Costa Rica. They didn't just build them a soccer stadium because they're big soccer fans, or they'd like to weather. In Costa Rica, it's all about power and influence and hopefully people break up. But actually I thought about another question. You have so many great topics, So my question is who are the notable people that are being pardoned?

Speaker 7

Now?

Speaker 9

What I heard on the news that there's a Chinese spy who's having his sentence reduced or eliminated. And then I also heard from somebody else that I thought, maybe you could verify this that one of the people that blew up the Boston marathon he's been pardoned or whatever, had his seven sword. And then the man who killed all those people in church in South Carolina, do you know anything about those?

Speaker 7

I'm not sure.

Speaker 1

There were three who were not granted a pardon for a commutation of sentence. Zarnayev is one of the only one now under a death sentence. He was not pardoned. Another one not pardoned was Dylan Rufe who shot those eight or nine black churchgoers. He's still facing the death penalty. And also the murderer who went into that synagogue in Pittsburgh. He also is is not pardon so Biden says and

won him. I'm against the death penalty. But on the other hand, he kept in an effect for those three And in November twenty fourth there was a Chinese citizen who was pardoned by Donald Trump. Another one was swapped to China. And this goes into the fact, and this is a fact that the Biden crime family has re seved millions of dollars from Chinese interest and that Joe Biden lied repeatedly about every meeting these business associates of Hunter Biden. Now the pictures are all over the place,

including I was at a state of shock. CBS News covered the story a little bit and had the photos of Joe Biden with the business partners of his derelic son getting millions of dollars from these Chinese energy companies. And guess what. CBS News covered it. And I about lost lost my lunch when that happened. It is happening. Let's continue now with Lisa and Michigan. Lisa and Michigan, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show.

Speaker 8

Lisa, how are you, oh, Happy New Year?

Speaker 2

Bill?

Speaker 10

Thank you, thank you such a joy.

Speaker 11

I had to find you on a different Internet tonight just to be able.

Speaker 4

To talk with you.

Speaker 1

Thank you, Thank you. What do you got?

Speaker 4

Well?

Speaker 11

I feel as if I'm connecting the dots the last couple of months, and we've got a diabolical president in power that's not really the resident, and we've had these drone sightings now for months that are not being reported on. They're being blown off by the DoD and President Trump

has been briefed but has been very tight lipped. I'm afraid that the shoe is going to drop, that Biden's going to declare a national emergency at the last minute regarding these drones and prevent our president from being inaugurated.

Speaker 7

What's your take on that, Well, I'm reading a story.

Speaker 1

Radiation levels have dramatically increased in New York City after the mysterious drone sidings were discovered hovering over East Coast in recent weeks. The new revelations result in officials warning Americans to prepare for the worst. According to GQ Electronics Geiger Counter World Map, high emission levels were detected in the Bronx and in New Jersey and the upper levels of Upper Side of New York City. The radiation reading

scale was two one zero foury counts per minute. Author of this play red China's project to destroy America, Golden Chang, told Forbes magazine the drunes could be associated with the area's high radiation levels. There's been reports of spikes and radiation in the New York metropolitan area, two of them on each side of the Hudson leads to the conclusion that may be looking for an implanet nuclear weapon or

some sort of a dirty bomb. And Chang compared the current drum fiasco with the Chinese spy balloon crisis in US airspace, saying that in both instances there was failures of our federal government, military and the president to protect the American people. And it's ongoing, but it's not reported as much. Have you noticed that?

Speaker 10

Oh, have I noticed that?

Speaker 1

Have you noticed that the media quit doing it? And I wonder why. According to local sources in New Jersey, New York, it's ongoing. In fact, it's accelerating. And Gordon Chang, who's often on CNN and Fox News, criticized President Joe Biden for refusing to address the recent drone sidings and

failing to give America's proper briefings on the situation. Quote, the president is actually should address the American people and tell us what the federal government knows and what it doesn't know about the drones and I could be a dirty bomb, could be an implanet nuclear weapon, and they're trying to find it. And I'm thinking, well, if that's the case, well tell us the truth. You know, we can handle the truth. Just tell us what the truth is.

But the sightings have continued, but the media has been told not to report it exactly.

Speaker 11

And I'm just nervous that we'll count down to a month, a little bit.

Speaker 1

More than a month, three weeks, three weeks to tomorrow, and.

Speaker 11

I'm just afraid that another shoe is going to draw up. And we've already had two assassination attempts, so you know, and I've heard talked about with you know.

Speaker 10

Iran where where, what's what's next here?

Speaker 11

We've had the pardons, We've just I just you know, he's gonna get without any without any.

Speaker 1

Further upheaval, because if something happens to the Trumpster and the forces of evil, the crawl of the earth looking to ruin lives and destroy souls are right now trying to destroy Donald Trump, and if something horrible happens to him, J. D. Vance never becomes the vice president, which means he never becomes the president. And now we're in a crisis in which Mike Johnson, as Speaker of the House, becomes the acting president. And I want Donald Trump to be hermetically

sealed somewhere for the next three weeks. He's not playing any more golf. I'm told he won't go on the They've said, please don't put yourself in that situation. But uh, I don't think the forces of evil, to paraphrase Saint Michael the Archangel, is done with Donald Trump.

Speaker 11

Yet I agree, Bill, and I pray. I'm not a Catholic, but I pray sixteen thousand times a day that we just can keep him safe, to get him pay off finish line, get his policies going. Yeah, God, this track, you know, get this train back on the track.

Speaker 1

Yep, we needed And uh, before you go to sleep tonight to just google Saint Michael, prayer to Saint Michael, say it tonight, Lisa, say it tonight, the prayer to Saint Michael. Let's continue with more. Several more calls. Line becomes available eight six six, six, four, seven, seven, three three seven, Bill cunning and the Great American with you and all great Americans every Sunday night. Continue now, Kevin and Florida. Kevin, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Kevin, how are you.

Speaker 12

I'm doing the best we can. But what we got, you know, what the country's given us, We're going to deal with and everything that happens with us. But I want to say, you're a blessing you are to the country, to Donald Trump and for us moving forward in an honest direction. I'm calling you because of what you had said earlier with CBS in the middle of the week when I seen that podcast on six o'clock.

Speaker 7

News, I fell asleep that evening.

Speaker 12

I woke up in the middle of the night and I was in such a disgust that the media could not be honest with American people. And Joe Biden the way that he is is a disgrace to the American people in the country. That's my opinion, because you know, I see passed away. I'm watching grid TV. I see Kurt Douglas over here, and then people had respect for this country where he has the goal to go over there.

Speaker 13

Under the doctness or whatever they did years ago, and for it to be just height it is under the cockpit, and to take advantage of this country, that's treason.

Speaker 1

You know, at no point in American history, to my knowledge, has seen in the United States president in office took

money directly and indirectly to change American foreign policy. And whether it was a vice presidency or the last four years in which he's pardoning commuting sentences of Chinese, it's clear listening to the I R S Agents themselves shape Leine Ziggler, that this president is family, the so called Biden crime family received directly and indirectly in office millions of dollars into their accounts, and shape Lein Zigler, by the way, both are Democrats, said they wanted to pursue it,

and doj said don't do it. I mean, if millions of dollars overseas one in your accounts, Kevin, You're and your family I'm talking twenty eight to forty million dollars and IRS agents came after you. You better hire the best lawyers money can buy because they're going to put you in prison for years. But if your name is Biden, you get a Texas el Paso and I'm not even touched on the sexual predilections. The guy has the difficulties there.

And the fact the Median Democratic Party had the biggest cover up in American political history by not reporting on his mental decline in which he couldn't be the president. You put all those three things together, Kevin, How is it possible that finally CBS News did a story of him saddling up next to the individuals and pictures that gave he lied about that gave his son millions of dollars, and CBS they're not reporting on his much of his

mental acuity. This morning, there was a woman on one of the CBS morning shows that said that was the failure of the media. How is it possible in today's age with the Washington Post in Washington, DC, with thousands of employees watching this guy not perform a job, not asked the question about the cover up of his mental status. We've not had a president for four years. We've had

a crook, and he's gotten away with it. And that's why some say, you know what, Kevin, let Trump worry about the future.

Speaker 7

Looky, yeah, move to the future.

Speaker 8

I believe that, But let me say this to you.

Speaker 12

He only made a hoss's tail out of himself because the country came out and seen through the cracks with the deceit that's been going on, and God bless America to put his moving forward with what we have going.

Speaker 4

But in all honesty, have you had gg pinion?

Speaker 7

You knew four years ago that they were heighten the lies from us.

Speaker 4

He is laughing all the way.

Speaker 12

Makes us look like Cross's asses because of the seat of.

Speaker 14

That that CBS doing and knowing and not telling, not telling, federal government, all of them.

Speaker 1

Well, you know, Kevin, if you're listening to Summon talk right here, like Sean Hannity, mahe and Angeley Earhart have a great life together. I texted with Sean yesterday. I'm so happy for him. But nonetheless, few of us are saying, way man, that guy is not mentally alert, that guy's not right, his mind is gone. And suddenly when the Wall Street Journal got on it, the media got on the Wall Street Journal for reporting the facts. This is unbelievable. Let's continue with more on the other side.

Speaker 6

We have.

Speaker 1

We have the great Scott Palell coming with us, and more Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday.

Speaker 2

Enough Willie.

Speaker 3

Rough You by Choice Hotels, Econo Lodge and Roadway In Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at choice Hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunninghad.

Speaker 1

Billy Cunningham, the Great America. Once again we note the passing of a Jimmy Carter at the age of one hundred. He had a consequential post presidency, not much of a presidency, but I remember recording to Julius Caesar, the good lives long after a man let the bad be interred with his bones. So we offer her tonight, as always, nothing but the best for the Jimmy Carter family, the elements that may they find peace. And I'm sure Jimmy was a good father and a husband. Or Rosalind preceded him

in death by about eighteen months. But nonetheless, we wish the Carter family peace as we get ready for New Year's Day and so much more. And joining you and I now, of course, is the great Scott Powell. He's with the Discovery Institute. He's worked in corporate, academic and

research worlds for a long time. His latest book about a year out number one best sellers, Rediscovering America and Scott often has touchstones across the pools of acid in which we live, the holidays, the things that America has today that touches us back to the founding of the country. Between Christmas and New Year's Day coming up in a couple of days New Year's Day, I thought it might be wise to have Scott Powell on to kind of set the stage for what's happened, more importantly, what's going

to happen in twenty twenty five. I briefly discussed with Scott Powell off the air, would what would have happened if we're sitting here this Sunday night, and guess what, Kamala Harris is getting ready to be sworn in, and the world is continuing to take over elements of the economic package that Trump otherwise would have, The Chinese would continue their assault on the on the Panama Canal, and the rest of the world would be laughing at us once again. But Scott Powell, welcome again to the Bill

Cunningham Show. Between these two great holidays. Hope you had a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. Scott Powell, give me your thoughts, says, we're between these two great holidays. What has happened? Where are we and what lies ahead? That's not much of a question, but please answer it.

Speaker 4

Well.

Speaker 7

You know, Christmas, of course, is the greatest story ever told. We've passed Christmas and we're going to the New Year. And it's interesting to reflect on the origins of celebrating the new year, and this is quite universal around the world, actually,

even outside Christian cultures. Many people who recognized the the new year needed to start with freshness, and so one of the traditions of partying and drinking that a company's New year celebration was sort of to act out the debauchery that was part of you know, part of people's life, and that if they got it out of their system on New Year's Eves, it laid the foundation for a fresh start in the new year. Now, that's a true story for many cultures, and it sort of carried and

it's kind of goes beyond any culture. But really, what America has been through has been a nightmare. It's been a nightmare. The last four years have been a nightmare under you know, we say under the Biden administration, but it's really the people, the evil, the deep state actors behind Biden have made our country almost unrecoverable with the inundation of over twenty million illegal immigrants, the higher levels of crime, and it's just the decline of urban urban

culture everywhere in America. But we have a new day now, you know, the election of Donald Trump brings in and look how vigorous his his before he even assumes office, He's made all these incredible appointments, and he means business and he talks the truth. And leaders from around the world are coming, you know, coming to him, meeting him at mar A Lanco. Yeah, because they know he means business and they want to be you know, they want good treatments. So even even the so called enemies are

willing to meet with Donald Trump. But it's it's it's a remarkable period in which we're passing like no other period in American history.

Speaker 1

You know, Scott Pond. We went through eight years of Barack Hussein Obama. Then we had the the interlude of Donald Trump, and he was he was sought out, he was besieged, He was beaten bloody to the FBI, the CIA, the Secret so everybody was after Donald Trump. He could not turn left or right without having his aide and assistance being subpoened. They were wiretapped illegally, two hundred thousand

illegal wiretaps under Faiza. The incredible criminality at the top of the FBI and the CIA and Department of Justice. He overcame all that, overcame the bullets. He overcame the indictments, overcame just sitting in that filthy thirty wrought in New York City courtroom for about eight weeks as he's absurd charges or run against him, that's going to be reversed on appeal. And then Jack Smith went after him in two different federal courts. Those have all been dispensed with.

Now you got Fanny Willison, Nathan Wade, the loving couple from Atlanta, Fulton County. They're on the run. It's almost as if the hand of God said, Okay, I need a representative on Earth. It can't be Western Europe, which has lost its way completely. Surely is not China, Russia, It's not in North Korea. It's got to be the

United States of America. And God realized that if we had eight years of Obama, the four years in which the Trumpster was besieged, and then we had eight years after that of Kamala Harris, that's sixteen or twenty years. We can't survive. It's over. And I think, well, did the hand of God play a part in November the fifth?

Speaker 7

You better believe it. Bill, Of course, the hand of God played a role. My goodness, you know, I think there were so many people praying for that election, and they were praying that the evildoers, that the vote fraudsters, that their hands would be tied and that they couldn't carry out their vote fraud. And meanwhile you had this amazing mobilization of people around Charlie Kirk and so many

others that got the vote out like never before. And so the combination of the two, the vote fraud was mitigated, certainly on the presidential level. It was not mitigated in Arizona, is not mitigated in various states. There should be far more, far more congressman and a few more Senators elected on the cotails of Donald Trump's victory, but they were not elected because there was vote fraud in some.

Speaker 1

States, massive sending out ballots to every registered not just every registered voter, everyone with a driver's license, anyone getting a government check in many states simply got the ballot in the mail. And to me, it's amazing you won Arizona Nevada because there's so much cheating happening in those two states. It's amazing, amazing you won.

Speaker 7

Yes, Trump won, but he should have gotten more votes in the House and carry Lake should have won that sentence seat. She should have won an Arizona. She's a terrific candidate, but she was again vote frauded out. I mean, it's a very corrupt state, you know. Anyway, Yeah, please go ahead, go ahead. I want to ask you one

more question about Christmas. Sure, yeah, just on a more positive note though, we really we have a kind of a new opportunity and this this is a this is an incredible time to be alive and be an American.

Speaker 1

And I had I watched this morning on one of the morning talk shows. Most are ridiculous, but uh, there was a set to on ABC with Representative Congressman mikel Awler of New York and he's a Republican. It makes a lot of sense. And the margin in the House this week is going to be extremely slight. In fact, my friend, and I mean my friend, Thomas Massey of Northern Kentucky uh is uh has announced he's going to vote no because Mike Johnson went along with the deal.

And unfortunately in politics you get you got a deal. In the real world and the media, and whenever there's a dispute between Elon musk and and Ramaswami, between them and maybe Steve Bannon, it's not a dispute, it's not a disagreement. It's called a war. Right now, there's warring factions in Trump world, which is a bunch of bs. I talked to a Trump official who told me, look, he's gonna Johnson is going to be the speaker, and

it needs to happen before the sixth of January. They're going to vote on either Friday or Saturday of this week coming up, and they you can't let you can't let January sixth to roll by without actually counting the electoral ballots. And you bring up the in one of your articles about a week ago, I read about the significance of Christmas. Today, I'm at mass I'm looking at the crib. New Year's Days, coming up on Wednesday, another

holy day of obligation. And there's a lot about the Holy Family and three spectacular persons and the role they played. That little kid born in a major in some out of the way place nobody ever heard of the time in Judea, and time begins when he was born. Speak if you can from your column about the significance of the birth of the baby Jesus.

Speaker 4

Well.

Speaker 7

First, first, the account of Jesus Christ is more historically verifiable than any other renowned figure and their works who lived in that ancient time in the era, including literary greats Virgil and Horrors and military kings like Alexander the Great, and it's there, and Jesus is more verifiable because of the number of eyewitness accounts, the short lapse of time between what Jesus said and did and the written account of those events, and the number of the surviving manuscripts.

Those three things make Jesus more historically verifiable by almost a factor of a thousand over other figures of that time. And of course, no one doubts Virgil and Horace lived in originated written poetic masterpieces, nor does anyone doubt the biographical account of Alexander the Great, written by Aran and Plutarch, some four hundred years after Alexander died, But there were only two accounts, and there was four hundred years after.

But we believed that Alexander the Great lived, we should even be more sure that Jesus Christ lived and did the things that he did, raising people from the dead. And of course, the most important thing that he accomplished is which will come up on the celebration of Easter, is that he gave his life, that that believers in him would have eternal life, that there was a way to God, a way of salvation by sacrifice, by Jesus sacrifice. God sacrificed his son that we might have a direct

relationship with God. It's it's incredible and were we are the heirs of that, and we should never forget it. And it empowers us to be, you know, to accomplish greater things than we could just by our own power.

Speaker 1

And as far as the proof two or three, if this was on trial somewhere and Scott Powell had to prove through testimony through transcripts what happened, how what are the two or three pieces you find most persuasive for the agnostics and for the critics.

Speaker 7

Well, that historical part is very important. But second, you know, Christ is the only person in history, the only one in all of human history, who was pre announced, starting a thousand years before he was born, with eighteen different prophets from the Old Testament between the tenth and the fourth centuries BC, predicting his coming birth, his life, and

his death. Hundreds of years later, the circumstances of Christ's birth, life, and death validated these prophecies in surprisingly accurate detail, even naming the I think was in Micah who prophesied that Jesus will be born in Bethlehem. This is five hundred, six hundred years before he was born. How does that happen? It happens because you know, these prophets were inspired by God, and God knew what was going to happen and when it was going to happen, and where it was going

to happen. This is amazing. No, there's no other figure in history where people predicted exactly what was going to happen and how he would die. Do you know that David prophesied the crucifixion of Jesus a thousand years before Jesus was even born, and he prophesied, you know, the piercing of the hands and the feet, the piercing the crucifixion. Crucifixion was not even known in David's at David's time in history. In otherwords, it didn't exist. No one could

have thought it. No one couldn't have imagined that type of death because it didn't exist. But David foresaw that it would exist, and that would be the way, that would be the means of Jesus' suffering death. And it's a horrible death, and Jesus was willing to go through that horrible suffering for us. It's incredible.

Speaker 1

Coming up on Wednesdays, New Year's Day, we're close to twenty twenty five or three weeks from and a sense of deliverance. I would note that President Joe Biden is going to go to visit the Pope, to visit Frances a couple of days before the inaugural I would anticipate there'll be a lot more pardons after that. Why do you have hope in twenty twenty five.

Speaker 7

Well, the correct deal of reason, there's a spiritual revival going on in America right now. We don't see it. It's never going to be publicized by the major media. But it is happening. And the reason that it's happening is that we've gone through eight you know, the last four years have been years punctuated by deceit, deception, lies, abuse of power, the likes of which we've never seen before. And people have lost confidence. The media has lost its credibility,

The university system is failing. People don't know what to believe, and so when they're confused and that their wits end, they say, well, you know, gee, the Bible, we understand is the word of God and it's true. And so a lot of people rediscovering the heritage that made America great. And you know, remember America. Christianity was foundational to America's

original character. You know, if Christ hadn't been born in the way and died the way they did, all of history would have been different, and neither Columbus nor the pilgrims would have received or have been motivated by the good news of salvation through Christ to explore and establish new communities for the higher moral purpose in the new world. That was the reason for the earliest immigrants to come to America. It was to establish a more moral society.

And indeed, you know the founders, who are a remarkable group of people, you know, extremely learned people. But they weren't just idealists. They also recognized that that power tended to get abused, and so they said about creating a system of checks and balances, so one power would check the other and mitigate corruption. And they also so created a federalist system, so the national government in Washington, d c.

Would would be checked by the state governments. And indeed, the founders had envisioned that the states would have more power than the federal government. That's been lost largely. But lastly, they created a system where there are elections of the legislators who make the laws every two years. So if you're not if you're not happy with the legislature, you're not happy the way things are going, the longest you have to wait to change it all is two years.

Speaker 15

That's a lot of checks and balances. That's unique to America. That's called term limits when you have elections. And lastly, about a minute remaining, Scott Powell, and that is this that the Constitution written in the seventeen and the seventeen eighties and seventeen eighty seven the world in seventeen eighty seven didn't look a lot different than the world in twelve five hundred years earlier.

Speaker 1

But those brilliant men said, you have rights given to you by God, and the role in purpose of government is to unclutter your path from pursuing the rights given to you by God. That's the purpose of government. We get rights from God protected by government. We don't get rights from government. Get rights from government. Government can give it, government can take it away, but it can't take away the rights we have as Americans because they're given by God.

Scott Powell, I got to run up against the clock, but may we continue to have open lines of communication. In twenty twenty five, once again we acknowledge the passing of President Jimmy Carter. Hopefully his remaining family can find peace and solace. But once again, Scott Powell, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show to kind of conclude the year twenty twenty four. And Scott Powell, let's keep it going.

Speaker 7

It's an honor to be on your show, Bill and I mean that, Thank you, God bless you.

Speaker 1

Let's continue with more rights from God, not rights from government. Bill cunning and the Great American with you every Sunday night, Billy Cunningham, the great American. You know, Scott Powell is better than simply excellent when it comes to issues of American holidays and the touchstones they had to the founding

of this country. So the birth of the Baby Jesus the most consequential, consequential act ever to occur in humankind, much like New Year's Day, beginning on Wednesday and more begins a new way, a new approach, something badly needed, which is a new direction. For it to be successful long term, Donald Trump must have a successful four years. Then the American people will be so happy with Donald Trump.

At that point they want Jade Advance to go four more years, and after that four more years after that. In twelve years, we can fundamentally fundamentally change the country. We must do it. It must occur. So I don't want to hear about Donald Trump a good four years. I won a great four years involving the mega issues. And then four years after this and four years after that, we need eight years of jad Advance and away we go to country's in better shape. Let's continue with more

coming up next to John Lott, Crimeresearch dot Org. The last caller of the last guest of twenty twenty four, Bill Cunningham, With you every Sunday Night by Billy Cunningham, The Great American and my last guest of twenty twenty four is Sean Lott. Spent many years in the Department of Justice, but Donald Trump runs Crimeresearch Dot Org. I have the website up. It's fabulous, and once again we

acknowledge the passing of a former president. Jimmy Carter had a great post presidency, did a lot of good things. I'm sure his family arnold to have been part of that family. He spent one hundred years on this earth and he's reunited with us with his lovely wife Rosalind, and hopefully he's in the arms of God Almighty. But tell then, John Lott, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. This couple days before New Year's Day, and I thought could not be much better than have John Lott'd be

my last guest of twenty twenty four. And overall, can you tell the American people when it comes to crime prevention, guns and things of that character? Was twenty twenty four, twenty twenty three good years or bad years.

Speaker 14

Well, Happy New Year. It's an honor to be your last guests on for the year. Look, we've had a few bad years with regard to things like crime. We've had the largest percentage increase in violent crime over any three year period that we've had during the Biden administration since they started collecting the data for the Bureau of Justice Statistics fifty one years ago. You see over a three year period we saw a fifty five increase and

blonious violent crime. You've seen like forty two percent increase in rates of sixty three percent increase and robberies, and a fifty five percent increase in aggve assaults. And it's not rocket science about what's going on there. I mean, you you make it so that they're cuts and police budgets and many of these major urban areas, you have

huge numbers of police retirements. You've had bail reform, and I've had massive numbers, unprecedented numbers of the legal aliens coming into the country, you know, and you've had judges going and releasing large numbers of inmates from local jails and prisons.

Speaker 9

You know.

Speaker 14

It's you've had district attorneys many George Soros district attorneys who've been refusing to prosecute violent criminals. And of course, you know, the Biden administration is just has refused to criticize people like these district attorneys, and it's just done things to make the jobs of a police officer is much more difficult than it was before.

Speaker 1

You make a key point the media will not make, and that is all we hear. Thank god, the American people understand the truth that crime is not down. In fact, crime is way up. You have the facts, you have the statistics, you have the receipts, but the enforcement of

crime is way down. And upon those numbers, the Democrat Kamala Harris ran and she'd lost miserably because American people, you have great stats up that For example, you say nineteen percent of American voters think that passing more gun control laws will reduce crime. Forty percent think that either passing more gun control or strictly enforcing gun crimes would

reduce crime. So we understand what's happening. You have all the statistics up, and it's obvious that if you cut the police, defund the police, and the cops are twenty thirty years since I've had it. You can't recruit new people to come. Another issue is getting rid of qualified immunity. If you tell cops and marshall and deputy sheriffs, you can personally be sued for a negligent act that you can't get a home, can't can't get a visa card.

And on top of that bail reform which means no bail, And on top about the prosecutors' offices like like Fanny Willis, et cetera. They're not going to prosecute many crimes. And then you have weak judges. You put all that together. Crime is way up, but prosecution of crime is way down. And the second thing, you have a great column up about the about the pardons that Joe Biden granted, and

you spend time in the Department of Justice. I've tried to get pardons from some clients of mine, and the literature you got to provide the forums have to go through Department of Justice. First explain the pardoning of thirty seven of forty on death row and what Joe Biden did.

Speaker 9

Not do.

Speaker 14

Right, Well, there's no kind of logical consistency in terms of who he pardoned and didn't. If he doesn't like the death penalty. Then, you know, one, he should have mentioned it before the election that he was going to do something like this. He didn't campaign on it. It wasn't in any of his planks or Kamala Harris's planks that when they were running. But you know, you have mass murderers that he commuted the sentence on, you had child murderers, You had people who would horribly torture their

victims before they were murdered. These people haven't shown remorse. Some of them, in fact, have kind of doubled down on gloating and the murders that they've committed. You know, you think you at least want to have some remorse for the people before you're going to be commuting their sentences. They don't have to base the death penalty, but you know, the big thing is that people need to understand that if you don't have the death penalty, you're going to

have more murders. And you can see the deterrence effect of this just in terms of things like the plea bargaining that goes on in some of these high profile cases. You have Dylan Rufe, the murderer in Charleston, South Carolina, at the church there he didn't want the death penalty. He was willing to plete guilty to all the murder charges that were there in other charges as long as they would take the death penalty off the table. He

preferred a life sentence over the death penalty. Nicholas Cruz, the mass murderer at the Parkland School in Florida, he did something similar. He pled guilty to all the seventeen murder charges that he had there, but he fought against the death penalty. Now you have to ask yourself, why are these guys willing to trade off the death penalty for a life sentence? If you know, the only way they would do that is if they fear the death penalty more than they fear a life sentence. And you

see this half in time after time. I'm sure you've seen this in cases too. But there's also a lot of empirical evidence that indicates that each execution you have deters at least eight murders.

Speaker 7

That are there.

Speaker 14

And so if I think if we had executions more regularly, or in more states or at the federal government, you'd have an even greater deterrence that's there.

Speaker 1

And John, you know, you look at go ahead, you bring up a great point that he kind of made the statement to look as if I'm against the death penalty, I'm going to see the Pope here on January seventeenth. I'll be blessed by the Pope as a so called practicing Roman Catholic. And he he referenced the Pope and some a talk that he gave about I'm doing what the Pope wants me to do. But he didn't do it with the as arnayev at the Boston City Marathon. He didn't do it with the Jews that were murdered

in cold blood in Pittsburgh. He didn't do it with Dylan Ruth. So if you're against the death penalty, that he didn't do more like a constituency and the sense of the Democrat party. And he said, well, I'm going to pardon all these other ones. He tortured children and did horrible things to women and boys and girls and mass murderers who got the death penalty, but I'm not going to do it for zarnay Evan, Dylan Rufe, and

the murderer in the Pittsburgh synagogue. If you're against the death penalty, you got to include those three, correct.

Speaker 14

I would think so there's no real argument that was made in the statement to explain why he didn't just commute all their death penalty sentences, why he selectively picked the ones that he did. Honestly, I'm not sure what's the logical argument would be. If you're against the death penalty,

you're against the death penalty. But you know, again, it would have been nice if if he had the courage of his conviction and would have said before the election that this was something that he was monny ondoing, because I don't think, I mean, at least according to polls, it's not a particularly positive thing. But look, I mean,

it's not just these death penalty cases. Biden in four years has pardoned more criminals by a huge factor than any previous president, even presidents that have served two or even Roosevelt who have served over three terms. You know, so on a per year basis, I mean not only in terms of total is he likes twice or more higher than the next person, no matter how many terms that they've had, But on a per year basis, he's

just astronomically higher than these other ones. And again, you have criminal after criminal who showed no remorse for their crimes and he's letting them out of prison.

Speaker 4

People.

Speaker 14

You know, you have people like a Chinese spy who was just convicted in twenty twenty two, apparently did real damage to our country in terms of what he stole, and he's been free to allow to leave the country.

Speaker 1

And one thing that's come to light is all these photographs of Joe Biden as VP with Hunter Biden and Chinese operatives paying his family millions of dollars. By far, if there was an objective criteria for an in your pocket corrupt politician as president, it would be Joe Biden. He's taken more money directly and indirectly from the Chinese, from the Romanians, from the Russians, from the billion dollar guaranteed to the Ukrainians and Ukrainians to get rid of

a prosecutor. This guy is financially corrupt, and now he's giving special treatment to a Chinese spy. And I guess the media has put down their weapons completely beginning on the inaugural of in twenty twenty one, they weren't going to investigate Joe Biden for anything. And this morning and one of the morning talk shows, one of the female guests said, the biggest mistake the media was made was not investigating the corruption of Joe Biden. That was obvious.

This guy was taking money directly indirectly to the tune of about twenty eight million dollars all over the world. And he buries among all of his pardons and commutations a Chinese spy connected to the Chinese government. And there's so many pardons. There's fifteen hundred hare and fifteen hundred there. Maybe that's the reason he pardons so many, So no media can look at all the cases individually. The guy

is corrupt. And secondly, I have serious concerns that he's a sexual pervert, such as with his daughter Ashley and sniffing girl's hair and with Tara Reid, etc. Who gave evidence and testimony that he's sexually assaulted him. And the media completely gave him a free pass on the perversions and the financial fraud. And I would ask you, John Lott, what if Donald Trump had done half of the money stuff that Joe Biden has done. And then the big corruption,

of course, is the fact that he's mentally vacant. He's not present a dementia, whatever it is, and the media refused to investigate that either you take the sexual matters, along with the financial matters, along with his mental state, Where in the hell's the media been for the past four years?

Speaker 14

Right, Well, obviously it's rhetorical questions. I mean, the media

surely hasn't been doing its watchdog role. I mean, you had a Wall Street Journal story that came out, unfortunately after the election, where they are talking to staff members in the administration that says, look as early as the early spring in twenty twenty one, just after he'd been in office for a couple months, he would not They'd have to cancel meetings that they were having because he was just not having a good day, wasn't with it, and so they'd have to reschedule for when he would

be up for a meeting. You know, this is a guy who had eight cabinet meetings during his mystery where cabinet members couldn't just speak out and add comments in the discussion. They had to go in advance right down what they would be saying, and then the staff would write out for Biden how he would respond, so they would say something, and then he would read what he was supposed to be saying to his cabinet members that were there I believe.

Speaker 1

I mean, it didn't start a year ago. It started in the spring of twenty twenty one, in which he couldn't be the president. So I would ask the question, he's not making decisions on anything, So who made the decisions on the federal judges, Who made the decision on the pardons and the commutations, Who went over the thousands of people he partner community sentences individually and said this

guy deserves it. Obviously, Joe Biden is still in Saint Croix, I think tonight, don't know where the hell he is. John Lott, we know he's not being the president. So I would ask rhetorically, at least the last three years, who's been the president?

Speaker 14

Yeah, well, I mean it's been somebody else. But look, you mentioned the judges. One thing that's interesting is Biden his nominated relatively low quality as far as intellectual quality goes for judges. He's been much more concerned about whether they're kind of, you know, the right politically ideologues and extreme going to go and do you know, worried about

the political result and the quality. One thing I have to say is Trump, I believe is appointed the best judges to the courts of any president in my lifetime, even more consistently better nominations than then Reagan put on the court.

Speaker 1

Much like picking as vice president, it was a limited category for which to choose. He promised to have a person of color, a female black woman, and in that category there are many qualified, but Kamala Harris wasn't one of them. But the pool available would not be the same as if to say I'm basing my decision on merit, not upon membership in some racial group, or because this person is gay or at LBGTQ plus plus plus. It

limits the category of those who have the merit. But nonetheless, John Lott, once again, I'm looking at you stuff Crimeresearch dot Org. It's all there. Thanks for coming on often in twenty twenty four. Let's keep the lines of communication open through twenty twenty five, and let twenty twenty five be the beginning of the renaissance of the great greatest country on Earth. John Lott, thank you very much.

Speaker 14

Happy New Year, Bill, and thank you for being there. You make a difference.

Speaker 1

Thank you, God bless America. Thank you John. All right, let's continue with more Crimeresearch dot org. It's all up. Let's continue. My last comments of twenty twenty four, are next. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, with you every day, every night, every afternoon, whenever you need me. Bill Cunningham, with you every Sunday night. All right, Billy Cunningham, the Great American, Thanks for listening to this last show of mine, twenty

twenty four. I could not have imagined a better outcome politically a year ago than the one that developed after November the fifth. Whenever I'm down, I think about the road not taken, which is Kamala Harris, and that clown Tim Waltz being a heartbeat from the presidency. And if that had happened, surely the House would have gone Democrat, and I guess that Keeme Jeffreys would be in charge,

and who knows what would happen in the Senate. These ridiculous left wing extreme democratic judges would still be shall we say, appointed, and the world would look completely different. I had a caller an hour or so ago. I think her name was Lisa from Michigan, Who's going to say a prayer that Donald Trump is kept safe against the forces of evil, the crawl of the earth looking to ruin souls over the next twenty two days and I know he is extra careful, extra cautious, and that's

what we need. I could not have imagined a better outcome a year ago. And December of last year, there was doubts, profound doubts. What was going to happen in the trials, What was Jack Smith going to do? More bimbo eruptions, God knows what would occur. Assassination attempts is something many of us considered as a possibility without even thinking or expressing it. We knew what was possible, and we came through the wilderness and we survived at all.

Now we have the people's Champion about to take office on January the twentieth at noon, and Jade Evans backing him up. I'm told by a certain Congressman or two that Mike Johnson will make it through the end of the week. We can't have some great delay there that would look ridiculous, that would look utterly ridiculous. To bounce up or pass January the sixth, when the Electoral College

votes are counted, giving Donald Trump the presidency. We got to get through that, and he must, by any means necessary, please remain safe over the next twenty one days. But thank you for listening in twenty twenty four, and I'll be with you every Sunday night that I can at least fifty to fifty one. And the year twenty twenty five,

twenty twenty five will be just fine. We're gonna have problems and disabilities of one type or another, but finally common sense will be restored to the White House, and that we're going to have compliant judges that follow the Constitution through the United States Senate. There's going to be probably two vacancies, I said, two vacancies in the US Supreme Court. And guess what, Donald John Trump will make those appointments instead of Kamala Harris. Once again, Merry Christmas

and happy New Year. Man, you and yours continue to have a great twenty twenty five. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, with you every Sunday night.
