Many wishes he would stay, but nonetheless, tonight Joe Biden issued a statement in which he said, for those offenses against the United States which my son Hunter Biden has committed or may have committed, or taken part of during the period of from January the first, twenty fourteen through December the first, which is tonight, twenty twenty four including but not limited to, all the offenses charged are prosecuted by Special Counsel David C. Weiss, an absolute
complete pardon from any crime committed by Hunter Biden and that ten year period and passed out as the statute of limitations, so it doesn't apply so right now Hunter Biden, despite the protestations of Joe Biden for years he would not pardon him, he has pardoned him. Being the liar that Joe Biden is. And to justify it. To read the White House statement, it's a following. On Sunday morning, there was a fifty two page public plea from Hunter

He released the statement saying what it was, and then Joe Biden said, among other things, today I signed a pardon for my son Hunter the day I took off, as I said, I would not interfere with the Justice Department's decision making, and I kept my word even as I watched my son being selectively and unfairly prosecuted without aggravating factors like using a crime multiple purchases, or buying a
weapon as a troll purchaser. People are almost never brought to trial and felony charges on filling out forms incorrectly. Try to fill out your ATF forms or your IRS forms incorrectly to watch what happened. Joe Biden went on to say in the statement quote, no reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter's case can reach any conclusion other than he was selectively singled out because he is my son, and that is wrong. I continue, there's been an effort to break Hunter, who's been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelating attacks and selective prosecutions and trying to break Hunter. They've tried to break me as your president, and there's no reason to believe it will stop here. He received millions of dollars from Moscow, from Romania, from China, and from Russia itself, and the IRS wanted to know, Okay, you've collected about eight to ten million dollars that we know about. You didn't file taxes on any of it. We know some of it went up your nose. Some of them went a teenage prosecutor. I'm sorry teenage prostitutes. But I want to know who else got the money.
So Shapeley and Ziegler sent emails to the Department of Justice Mary Garland and said we want to pursue and use subpoenas and other legal mechanisms to find out where the money went. Did it go to the president, did it go to the president's brother, did it go to the president's system? How was the money spent which they testify to. We do this in all cases. If any taxpayer comes into possession of literally millions of dollars are not reported on IRS tax forms every year, at least
it's a fair violation. It was his Foreign Agent Act, in which you have to register as a foreign agent if you're an American citizen. In addition to that, he broke numerous felony statutes for years. We like to follow this, but Joe Biden has said in the statement that as you know, he said, no reasonable person who looks at the facts of this case can reach any other conclusion.
What two managers I Rs. Ziggler and shapely. Both testified that they wanted to pursue this matter and file criminal charges to begin with Hunter Biden, then to see where the money went. conference in months or years. No one knows what he's thinking, and he's told a lie to the American people for the last several years that he would not commute the sentence of Hunter Biden. Let the system play out, because I will not commute the sentence. He lied every time he said that. Also, the Democratic Party has said salt
rubbed in its wounds by Joe Biden. He's ruined the brand, He's taking the party upside down, And any Democrat that wants to talk about gun control is told to be a liar by Joe Biden himself, who pardons his own son for violating atf laws about drug addicts or alcoholics getting possession of firearms. And because various videos have shown Hunter Biden playing with guns as if they're toys, could
injure himself for others. So I don't want to hear from Democrats anymore about how vital, how important gun control laws are when President Joe Biden pardons his son for violating gun control laws. And now that we hear all about this law fair charges by the media and the Democrats against Donald Trump, Well, isn't that exactly precisely what Joe Biden himself has done? Well, the answer would be yes, because he cannot be. He cannot be currently prosecuted for any act committed in that ten year period. It's a complete blanket pardon like Nixon received from Ford. It wasn't particular to the two pending charges against him. It's about eighteen counts against him. But yes, he cannot now claim that I fear a criminal prosecution if I testify. And so if he's granted that federal pardon, which he's been granted complete and absolute, he cannot refuse to testify.
Now.
He can't get amnesia. He can say I don't remember. I mean Hillary Clinton said I don't remember four hundred and ten times when obviously she committed numerous felonies. But he could claim, you know, I don't remember that, or he could claim he could claim you he could lie, and he can't be prosecuted federally for any criminal act committment in those ten years. It's a full, complete blanket pardon.
Can he gives some sort of testimony, a written statement.
He voluntarily, No, The only way would be legal process. Put him before a grand jury, and then he could actually, if he committed the lie after December the first, he could be prosecuted. So let's walk through this. That ten year window ends at midnight tonight, and so if a week or two weeks from now he is called, he can't be prosecuted for activities during those ten years. But if he commits new crimes after December first, he can be prosecuted. But he can claim also, I don't remember,
I don't recall. So you know, it'll be up to It'll be up to Trump what he wants to do. If he wants to continue to pursue this matter, he could have a special prosecutor subpoena Hunter Biden in front of a grand jury. He could then take the fifth on that date passed tonight's date, and his rights would be See, you can't pardon someone on a future unknown act.
It is thought that the person doing the pardoning Joe Biden knows completely the crimes committed by a person he's given a pardon to, but he can't pardon him on future acts. And so if Trump wants to wait for about six months or a year and see what happened to the money, what happened about ten million dollars? How much money did the big guy get? The answer would be yes, he could pursue it, and Biden and Hunter Biden then could take the fifth and Joe Biden could
take the fifth. And then you need witnesses. Who are the witnesses? The Chinese won't step forward, Burismo officials won't step forward. Maybe almost damn near impossible to prosecute. But to answer a specific question, acts committed in these ten years, complete commutation, full and absolute, but not shall we say any acts committed in the future. So we'll see what happens. to be released in the House of Representatives. Give me your action as a lawmaker. What's happened two or three hours ago with the pardoning of Hunter Biden on all charges from the day he was born through December the first.
Well, I'm appauled.
I would have almost expected that if anyone pardoned him to some degree, it might have been the new president in an effort to let us move on, but without saying that what has happened in the past cannot happen again.
And that's important. But you look at Joe Biden. You know he said, I abide by the jury decision. I will not pardon him.
Talking about his son. His spokesperson Jean Pierre, she said, the answer is no to pardoning Hunter Biden. And Joe comes out with a statement tonight where he says, a carefully negotiated plead deal. Oh, it was careful, al right, it was careful to let his son off the hook for felonies and break it down to a misdemeanor. Agreed to buy by his Department of Justice, not just the normal process, it was his Department of Justice. And the
reason this didn't happen is that whistleblowers came forward. One was a Democrat said I'm a Democrat, but he said, there's a difference between right.
And the wrong.
This man committed felonies and we were supposed to go about investigating him once we discovered it, and we were told to stand down. I mean, it's so obvious to the American people. I got it, Hey, Bill, this is why Democrats lost. This is why they lost.
Big to Donald Trump.
There's no doubt about it, because this was just a blatant and misuse of government. And it continues with what happened today, with what Joe Biden relieves. And not only that. If you think about Joe Biden taking his son off.
The hook, if that stops all the further.
Investigations, then it'll stop the investigations.
On who is the big guy? Well maybe it will.
Maybe let me share with the American people tonight the actual words of President Joe Biden. He said, quote this is Biden in his own words, quote, I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this. I also believe raw politics have infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice. And once I made the decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it.

I hope Americans who understand why a father and a
president will come to this decision. He went on to say that I hereby grant a full, unconditional pardon for any offenses Hunter Biden has committed or may have committed, or took part in during the period January one, twenty fourteen through December one, twenty twenty four which is a full complete pardon over a ten year period, of all the cocaine dealing, of all the influence peddling, of all the violations not registering as a foreign agent, of all
the irs taxes that should have been paid. One up his nose and he lays at Congressman Brad Winston on the fact that, after all, my own department of Justice conducted a miscarriage. What explain that one to me?
Yeah, Well, his own department of Justice was ready to bury this whole thing, his own department of justice.
That's the thing.
This Department of Justice, or any department of justice is not the President's owned. It is the Department of Justice of the American people.
That's who it should be.
All of our agency shoulds should operate under the same guidance that you belong to the American people. You work on behalf of the American people. Yes, the President can name secretarya director and all that kind of stuff, but when you get in those jobs, you should be agnostic and work on the behalf of truth, justice, the American way, and law, law and order.
And he said committed or.
May committed or may have committed, So he's pardoning anything that maybe he did.
We won't even bring it up.
You know what if he killed somebody during that time, gone, what does it? Killed somebody that time and that comes out gone, Oh, I guess it's off the hook.
Are you serious?
This cannot be what he puts out a full and unconditional pardon, not for just like one incident that we're talking about, or you're getting out of jail because you murdered somebody fifty years ago. It's now saying committed or may have committed within the last ten years. That is unbelievab and certainly does not bode well to the American people.
And again, I'll report to you this.
Is why Biden and Harris lost because America is fed up with it and I know your audiences well.
No question in Congress and brad Winstrop, do you think the line led to the big guy? The big guy is Joe Biden himself. Ziegler and Shapely, two career IRS agents testified in your Congress about being blocked by the Department of Justice and the pursuing avenues towards Joe Biden himself. Now Ziegeler and Shapely allegedly have had some difficulties by
the IRS managers of these two. These are career prosecutors in the criminal Division who said, you know what, we wanted to pursue where the money, how it got into Hunter Biden's pocket, and where it went to after that he collected literally about seven to ten million dollars, not that much could have been taken up his nose or to female prostitutes, teenage girls mainly, And they wanted to find out how much did Joe Biden get and when did he get it? And what did Biden's Department of
Justice say about that? Stop it, don't do it, don't look into it.
That is exactly it.
They said, stop it, We'll take care of it. It's kind of like, oh, you got a speeding ticket today, don't worry about it. We'll take care of it. I'll tell your dad. We'll get it all taken care of it. No, no, no, that's not how America is supposed to work. Look, I'm old enough to remember Watergate, and I was proud as a Republican.
Even as a teenager. I was a Republican.
And if Richard Nixon did something wrong and it meant he should leave office, then so be it. And it was Republicans and Democrats just seeking the truth. We don't have that type of system today. We don't have that because Democrats are willing, and I can tell you from working on the COVID dilemma for the last two years, Democrats are more than willing to just cast aside any wrongdoing and just say everything was great, we did everything right.
You know, why are we put why?
Basically, this administration is part in China too. They part in China, they part in Russia. They pardon Iran, I mean,
you know, not literally but figuratively. They have just let these these countries go about their malfeasings and maybe it's because and I don't know, but maybe it's because the Biden family and maybe portions of the administration happened to have some deals made with those countries that benefited them in their families at some time in their life, not necessarily why it was president, but at some time in their life.
And as I.
Know it, in the military, something like that says you're compromised.
Yeah, there's no question the Chinese and the Russians have the dope on the Biden family. This blocks out. What about the issue of Fauci. He's raised his ugly head once again, and you know more about the origins and the response there too, than any any person perhaps in the country. You're the chair of the Select Committee, you're also a medical doctor, and Fauci's race has had again
Stunn Interviews. Got another book coming out about the origins, et cetera, and you have a report coming out later this week. What can you tell the American people tonight?
Well, I think we've gathered enough that the American people, if they read this, and I hope they do, will make their own opinion of what actually took place in place during COVID. And look, we need honorable trusted faces to be leading this. And when you have someone like Tony Fauci, who was always in favor of gain of function research.
Which is dangerous and he knew that.
He was asked in twenty twelve if he was worried about it creating a pandemic, he said, well, I think the benefits that weigh the risk, and the risks are small.
Well, you know what if gain of function.
Research was their creator, with all indications are that something along this line created COVID nineteen and there was a lab league accident or otherwise, you got to face up to this possibility, but to deny the possibility and just try and save him from nature when there is no indication whatsoever. But there's still a good portion of America that'll believe whatever he says, and he doesn't want to
have the scientific argument. And at the same time that he came out and said this came from nature, the very people that wrote the article that said it came from nature were telling him in an.
Email the very day he went on the.
House lawn, they said, we still can't roll out that this is engineers. I mean, America's got to see all this. They'll have a chance to see all this. We did a lot of digging, We've done a lot of work. There's so much for America to see. Let them make their own decisions. But he can't create his own legacy compared to what actually was said and done.
Well, this is the moments, And of course the media is relentless in pursuing Donald Trump, blaming him with the lawfair that maybe he's intending or going after his polagual opponents. What the hell's happened in the past two or three years against the Donald Trump? But not just him, Congressman, what about his lawyers and those around him? The White House chief of staff have been indicted through state courts
and federal courts. Everything's falling apart at this point. But the state charges in Arizona continue, and the state charges in Georgia may continue after the appellate court gets done with it. And he's I don't know if he's going to be sentenced in a week or not in New York City. Alvin Bragg, I certainly hope not that may go away. But at this point, the only party engaging in law fair is the Democratic Party, and the only party ignoring the requirements of norms is the Democratic Party.
But I guess my frustration is the media doesn't cover that way, do they.
No, they don't.
But you know, we're not all stupid, and the election showed that. And I think the young people, for example, were so distraught with the way that they were incarcerated, kept off campus, couldn't go to work, all these things that they were told when they weren't at risk and they knew they weren't risk, and those that were knew who was at risk and they should take more precaution. It came to code infection and the possibility of death especially,
and so their lives were drastically changed. They didn't have graduations, they didn't have all these things. But time proved, and actually time had already proven that there was no reason to keep these things from happening. Yet this was what happened when under democratic rule. And so I think that that's why you saw so many people saying, you know what, I want Donald Trump back.
One.
I do think that he's being abused.
I do think the government's going after him, and I do think they're going after Republicans, and I do think they're covering up origins of COVID, and I do think that they made a lot of mistakes, putting us basically in jail for a couple of years, so we couldn't
proceed with our lives, especially at a young age. And that younger of young voters and African Americans and Hispanic Americans, they all came out and to I want someone who I think is going to come forward with a system that's going to be honest and straightforward and give me a chance to succeed in life.
And you know this article written by Anthony Fauci a few days ago, and this medical journal sent him on other things. Quote with this is Fauci in his own words. With COVID nineteen, the role of political leadership the highest level or the lock thereof, was again shown to be critical as COVID nineteen exploded globally and in the US, President Donald Trump minimized the seriousness of the pandemic, claiming
that COVID nineteen would simply go away. He also failed to use his bully pulpit to encourage people to use low tech tools such as masks. He didn't do. He did this mask respirators, ventilation, physical distancing. So Anthony Fauci wants to cast a blame for his mistakes on the shoulders of Donald Trump.
Yeah, Anthony Fauci jointed said, masks won't make.
A difference, and then go ahead and use masks.
You know.
Basically, Donald Trump let Anthony Fauci be the spokesperson in many ways. That is, that is clearly a fact and everyone can remember that.
There's no doubt about that.
Anthony Fauci was also, if you look at things what we found during our investigation, Anthony Fauci said during the investigation, No, the lab leek theory is not a conspiracy theory. Well, that's not what you said early on. Why don't you Why don't you admit that in your book?
Why don't you.
Say that now that you called it a conspiracy theory? And later on when so much evidence came in, he said, no, it's not.
And think about this.
When Donald Trump put a restriction on travel, Democrats and Compelosi and everyone else was like, oh.
He's a xenophobe, he's a racist.
We asked Anthony Fauci when we restricted travel, was that racist or xenophobic?
He said no.
I said did you support did you support that idea that we should restrict travel? He said yes, Well, then when politicians came out and accused him of being xenophobic and all these interesting why didn't you come out publicly and say I supported the president on restricting travel.
He didn't do that.
No, he didn't do that that I know.
I don't remember ever seeing that. So he let people go out and bashed the president. And he was always willing to let the president be bashed, but he but he didn't go after people like Joe Biden for example, and even even even Fauci said, when you get the vaccine, it's a dead end for the virus.
No it isn't. We knew that from the trials. The trial showed you can still get COVID. It was not a dead end for the virus.
But he said that, and also he let other people say that, and he didn't correct them. No, he didn't correct them. Let me tell you, we're putting forward a system. It's going to be more trustable, more accountable, more transparent, and more honest. And we have to have the right messagers talking to the American people.
Well, Joe Biden has showing us as true colors, true flavors tonight. Then he lied repeatedly about not pardoning his son. The big guy is Joe Biden, and the number of sins and crimes, felonies and otherwise committed by Hunter Biden over the past ten years arranged to the hundreds hundreds of felonies and including not registering as a foreign agent, which people go to prison for that obviously that's to come.
But this pardon and not is a blanket pardon that washes out all conduct for the past ten years past their statute of limitations except for Joe Biden himself. Would you be surprised, Congressman brad Winstrop if the new administration goes after Joe Biden himself, just as Joe Biden won after Donald Trump.
Well, I would say that they should put it in the hands of a true Justice Department if there is one, and hopefully we will have one with the changes made and new directors and secretaries being appointed. You know, I think he's appointing people that he knows will stand up for truth and justice, and we definitely need that in
the Justice Department. I can go back to the Russian collusion narrative, and we went over to the DOJ and our staff did on the Intelligence Committee to dig things up and I walked out of that building thinking I wonder if I could trust anyone in this building. We
need to get that restored. The American people have to know that justice is justice applies to everyone, and so he might pardon his son, but there's a lot of people around his son, and especially in agencies that have worked to hide things and try to quell the truth.
I think they need to be held accountable as well.

You may know that Hunter Biden is due to be sentenced a week from Wednesday to about eight years in federal prison for numerous crimes committed only a few which has been prosecuted to concerning. Plus another terrible events taking place, which is Joe Biden. The last week or two, his worst instincts have come to the forefront. He's shoveling out the door literally billions and billions and billions of dollars in new green energy scams.
Joining you and I now is Jason Isi. He's the CEO president the American Energy Institute, and he is a long listing online about all the billions of dollars misspent. But first of all, Jason Upbrook, a few hour, a couple hours ago, what is your thought about Hunter Biden, cocaine head, underage prostitutes, photographs with Ukrainian, Romanian and Chinese billionaires with his father who his father said, I never
met those guys. There's video and audio of all the Bidens got they're yucking it up and spending money up his nose, the Hunter Biden laptop, all that, and all of a sudden, forget about all that. The energy the Justice Department is working well, and my son deserves a pardon because President Biden said that he was targeted by the Biden Justice Department. From the lips of Joe Biden, can you make sense of any of this?
No, you can't make sense of it at all. Well, he's been getting rich off of billions of dollars from the Chinese Communist Party in from Ukraine. Where is the pardon for the American taxpayer that from twenty twenty one to twenty twenty three has doled out over fifty five billion dollars in subsidies just so wealthy people can drive fancy golf carts.
That's just for evs.
You look, and then just in the last week, six point six billion dollars that the Biden administration is giving a low interest rate non guaranteed loan to Rivian.
When their largest shareholders are flush with cash, their largest shareholders of companies like Amazon, Volkswagen, Ford. Maybe Ford's not flush with cast because they're losing so much money on this eb scam. But Blackrock, those companies could loan billions of dollars to Rivian if they've invested in But instead they come to you and I the taxpayer, looking to bail them out and extend them a six point six billion dollars loan. This is just like Soleindra, Where is our pardon?
And you know, Jason Isaac, I look at this. The charges against Donald Trump were in twenty sixteen. Well, he's going to take care of his buddies. He's going to go after the Clintons for all the sins and crimes they committed. He did none of that. In twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen, he left Hillary and Bill Clinton alone. And now Joe Biden has been shown to have in his possession,
illegally all kinds of classified documents. But the prosecutor appointed by Biden's Department of Justice, after all, Joe and is old and feeble. He can't remember things, and so it wouldn't be right to prosecute someone that old and feeble. We'll give him a Texas albaso. And so now now that the Trump's was coming into office, it appears he may appoint special prosecutors go backwards in time, which he's
never done before. And that's called warfare. Uh, that's called going after your political opponents with weapons and mass distraction, which is the same thing Joe Biden has done the last few years against against President Trump by locking trying to lock him up for the rest of his life and take all of his money. But I guess tonight you'd have to say that any charade that the Department of Justice doesn't need complete leveling and complete new leadership.
Tonight's activities take care of that. And secondly, as he's getting ready to go for his last overseas flight, imagine this. He now is going to hand out billions more to African countries in the form of subsidies that John Carey says that they need sol power when they basically, shall we say, in need of all kinds of power to
produce electricity. And so it doesn't stop. Tonight didn't stop a week ago, and all of a sudden Donald Trump's being blamed for the behavior of Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton. It is farcical. Talk a little bit about what happened in California with Gavin Newsom, which is I guess Elon Musk is not a favorite anymore in California. What happened with what happened with Elon because of his relationship with the Trumpster.
Yeah, this incompetence knows no bounds to the federal levels, and it's extending to California as well. Gavin Newsom, the governor there, is saying that if Trump gets rid of the seventy five hundred dollars tax credit for EV purchasers. Again, these are wealthy individuals that aren't over six figures a
year that are buying additional cars. This is a second and third car for some families that's used for short trips and the virtue signals of their friends when they go to fancy parties in La Gavin Newsom is saying that if Trump gets rid of that small tax credit seventy five hundred dollars, California will will reinstate it at the state level, which they're the number one purchaser of ebs more EV's or redshirt in California than any other state. And so I'm thinking, this is great, show me more.
Let Californians pay for californians stupidity. I shouldn't have to pay for it, You billy shouldn't have to pay for it. It would cost the state of California over five billion dollars in twenty twenty five alone. And they're already broken. That's why they got rid of the program years ago.
And why is Tesla being singled out? According to this one story I have in front of me that Tesla is singled out for not getting the state subsidy.
But Rivian is, yeah, this is just because Elon supports free speech. Imagine that of all things, you know, they talk about the greatest threat to democracy. It's like they're the ones that are pointing the fingers where they've got three or four of them that are pointing back at them because they are the greatest threat to democracy taking away free speech. In the Elon defends that, and so they're saying, well, how can we go after Elon? This
is completely targeted. It will never stand up in the courtill law because this is completely abdication of any responsibilities whatsoever. It's just absurd. They're going after one man in one business because again he supports free speech. And now he's going to be the co chair of this Department of Government Efficiency and get rid of the deep state. And I really think that Elon's going to be one of those people that dismantles these EV mandates that are actually
benefiting Tesla, but they're crushing the least among us. That's why people are driving older cars now. The oldest cars they've ever driven are happening right now. People should be buying newer, safer, more efficient vehicles, but they can't because the EV mandate costs so much money and does nothing to mitigate a change in client.
And of course a Ford Motor Company is a great company and they I think they lose something like fifty or six sixty thousand dollars every time they sell it an EV. They've lost. How much money is Ford Motor Company lost under some wink nod nod deal with the federal government. We're going to Reimburson, which they haven't done now though, is really how much money is Ford Motor Company lost?
Yeah, it's over sixty thousand dollars per EV that they sell and the billions of dollars keep adding up every single quarter and losses, and now their CEO is coming out and saying, please don't get rid of the EV mandate. It is there leading to their demise. So you know, this is a guy that drives a Chinese EV. I discovered this recently the road about it. He has been
driving a Chinese made EV for over six months. I understand you want to check out your competition, but when he makes a comment that says I don't want to get rid of it, that is a slap in the face with the people that are working on the production lines in America that around the world producing Ford vehicles that he would rather drive a Chinese made EV. Appalling. We are subsidizing them for every single EV that sold.
The American taxpayer rate payer is pitching in over one hundred thousand dollars per EV sold because we're doing it in the form of them would buy new gasoline vehicle. That vehicle costs more because it's subsidizing the EV mandate. It's atrocious. We need to get rid of it. Cars will be more affordable and people will be able to buy new, safer vehicles.
Jason Isaac. Let's deal with that issue you brought up. That is that you would think if you buy an internal combustion engine that gets thirty forty fifty miles a gallon, or a hybrid vehicle that gets maybe more than that, that somehow the dealership has got the build into the cost of your new Chevrolet Blazer. The losses on the EV and Ford when they sell a Bronco must build into the cost of the Bronco the losses on the EV. Explain that to the American people tonight.
Yeah, so they're having to buy it's from Tesla, from Rivian to the tune of billions of dollars. Tesla still would have been profitable, would have been barely profitable because they're selling billions of dollars are worth of these paper made credits that are made by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Transportation, the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration,
and the Department of Energy. This is the deep state EV mandate that we've been talking about for years that is being pushed on the American consumer. But they have to buy these credits, and that's why the cost of gasoline diesel vehicles are skyrocketing and I've joked that Bernie made off in ron accounts in sam Bankminfreed would blush at this accounting gimmick, that this pyramid scheme that's happening right now, because it is so much worse and we
need to get rid of it. And I'm hoping that a Vaik and Elon with Doge can do exactly that.
I tend to think that's at the top of the list. Because if you want to buy an EV, Jason Isaac of my producer Danny Boyd Gleeson wants to buy an EV. If I wanted to buy an EV, I buy an EV. But the cost it right, But explain why I'm just someone else is paying for my EV in addition to me.
Yeah, again, it's over one hundred thousand dollars per EV sold because you have to improve the infrastructure to charge that vehicle. You have to those credits, the corporate average fuel economy credits, the greenhouse gas emission credits add up again to over one hundred thousand dollars per EV sold. Those are costs. This paper gimmick trading scheme of these credits needs to go away. People are going to flock
to more efficient vehicles. Toyota has stood up and said this that consumers would rather buy hybrid electric vehicles, but they don't get the credit unless they're a full electric vehicle. The federal government gives them one hundred and fourteen miles per gallon rating, which is crazy in and of itself,
it's not accurate. But if it's a pure ev multiply that time six point six ' seven, you're getting over seven hundred miles per gallon equivalent, and then that gives you a ton of credits to sell the other automobile manufacturers to meet what's now at fifty nine mile per gallon requirement from the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration. That's going up to nearly over ninety miles per gallon by
the end of the decade. And the only way to make it is by buying and selling these credits that do nothing to improve fuel economy.
So if someone thinks, okay, I'm gonna get me a hybrid, maybe like a Toyota Sienna is a wonderful vehicle, and it's a hybrid and no plug in the wheels create the electricity and you get maybe thirty forty forty five miles a gallon. The government does not give Sienna any credits whatsoever, but it will give credits to pure evs that most American consumers do not want.
That's correct, that Sienna is gonna get rated at probably arounds forty to fifty miles per gallon, which doesn't get them to the fifty nine mile per gallon current credit which are requirement, and so what they would have to do even if you build that hybrid, then you're having to buy credits from somebody else that's made an EV because they're getting again seven hundred miles per gallon, and so you buy these crazy credits and it says, oh, well, now now we've gone above that fifty nine mile per
gallon mark because we paid Tesla hundreds of millions of dollars to say that we are. But it's only on paper. These vehicles aren't attaining these goals as it is right now, and these goals are meaningless because we're already world leaders in clean air. We've reduced pollution nearly eighty percent over
the last five decades. You can't differentiate our air quality now in the United States foman natural state because we've achieved such incredible dominance when it comes to air quality and being number one and access to clean and safe drinking water. We've done mission accomplished. Now let's go and make vehicles. It would be a complete resurgence in our environment or in our automobile manufacturing if we get rid of these mandates.
Well, I think that Trumpster will do that now. And also on a side note, I think the Trumpster, after tonight's pardon of Hunter Biden, has the ability now to do almost any pardons he wants to do, saying look what the president, look what Biden did. And I wonder if Joe Biden's pardon covers Joe Biden. Every instinct the current president has is laid bare, what he did to Israel, what he's doing to Israel, what he's doing with the pardon of his son, Hunter Biden, what he's doing with
shoveling out the door. I saw somewhere that in addition to Rivian, other green energy scams are getting hundreds of millions of dollars in subsidieson money, and what's all the documents signed by the end of this month, end of December, so that they can't be reversed. Do you have any idea Jason Isaac going out the door right now. Joe Biden has the worst popularity he's ever enjoyed, and the
Trump's are is very high. Do you have any idea how much money that out the door in the past month that Joe Biden all once done before January the nineteenth, Any idea how much as taxpayers were paying for that?
Well to the tune of billions of dollars. You look at the solar subsidies that have just gone out from twenty twenty one to twenty twenty three, it's twenty five billion dollars wind subsidies during those three years. Fifteen billion dollars in those three years, and multiply that time take that a third of that because that's the same number that's been spent here at twenty twenty four, his last year.
These are real dollars that are just creating inflation because when the government prints more money to handout, and these are again are going to primarily four in the companies. You look at who's investing in win infrastructure around the United States, it's companies like EDF Electric Day France, which is owned and controlled by the it's been nationalized by the French government. We are subsidizing socialism here in the United States, and all we're getting is less reliable, more
expensive electricity. In return. Is just laughing all the way to the bank. Because these components are made in China. They're made with Chinese materials. You can't and they will not be made here entirely in the United States because our government won't approve the mining permits and the applications that are being processed right now. They're keep rejecting these minds.
