Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunningham.
Hi, Billy Cunningham, the Grant America welcome this Sunday night, picking up seven more stations.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Watching all the morning talk shows today, I thought maybe we had or maybe the Trumpster are not doated Tulci Gabert, who might be a Russian asset and has compromised, or someone who raped a woman in some hotel room in Monterey, California, seven years ago. And so I got into it later while trying to watch some football games Mike Bengals didn't play. But nonetheless, it's amazing, amazing how the Democratic Party, having lost Matt Gates to kick around now, is going after
Pete Hegseth and Tulsi Gabbert with hooks and claws. Both are American Army veterans. One attained the rank of Major, the other one Captain one has been a Democrat most of her life till the last two years, has served with great distinction. And the other one, Pete Hegseth, has been on Fox News weekends, pinch hits here and there, has received two Bronze Stars, dedicated his life to the military station all over the world, including Gitmo. Has served
with great distinction. So obviously the Democrats have to go after him. And instead of dealing with the idiocy of what we have right now, which originally was Mark Milly. That guy was a real clown. And Lloyd Austin's been there for about four years Secretary of Defense, and we have the president right now as I speak at eight minutes after the hour. I guess what the president? Remember Joe Biden About four or five days ago, Winsday or so, he was in a Brazilian jungle and he was being
blessed in incest by a Brazilian jungle shaman. And after the incense floated all around him, he took some deep breaths and walked into the jungle. Someone had to go get the president, come on out this way. And then he refused to answer any questions. No news conference was held because the guy can't answer questions, and then one asked a pose for the group picture, the last one as president he will have taken. He simply was unavailable and the staff didn't want him to get another picture
taken with him in the last row. And so I sit here tonight at nine o'clock. I'm looking at newswires all over the world. There's two twenty five missiles and or artillery shells that have been shot from Hesbelah into Israel, Who's God's representative on Earth. Fortunately over ninety percent ninety five percent were captured in flight. Iran is again indicating
it's going to attack Israel in any moment. In Ukraine, we have ballistic missiles sent from Russia to kill and maim as many Ukrainians as possible, along with North Korean troops. From ten to twenty thousand are either in Ukraine or Russia. World War IIE has started. By any objective measurement. Israel's being attacked by the Huthis, being attacked by Syrians, being attacked by Iranians, being attacked by Lebanese, being attacked from the Gaza's trip and we have a president right now.
I'm sure he is in bed having hands some warm milk, and we're worried about national security of Tulsi gabbered and Pete haigseth, Are you kidding me? Where's the media right now saying who's in charge? Who's the commander in chief, who's the head of state, who's the head of government? Where is Joe Biden tonight? And where will he be tomorrow morning? Where will he be on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday? What's happening? How's this happening? Why is this happening? Believe
it or not? We have almost two months to go. We have eight weeks until the Donald can take over. And the national leaders all over the world are calling mar A Lago directly and bypassing the White House that's in total meltdown. As the world enters money, pundits say word War three. We got Neville Chamberlain in charge, who has no clue what's going on? Does anyone other than
the great American care about this? I'm watching the morning talk shows from CNBC and CBS and NBC and ABC and the Cemetery News Network, and I'm.
Watching it all.
I'm thinking, there wasn't a mention of this at all, there was nothing about the the president commander in chief and the president Defense Secretary and the President chairman of the Joint Chiefs. What are they doing as the world is nearing World War three involving missiles sent from ballistic missiles with MERVD from Russia into Ukraine.
He also Putin is indicating he.
Is targeting American arms depots in Poland. The cables have been cut between Sweden and the mainland, and Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia is preparing for a Russian invasion. And where's the president? Remember him? Joseph Biden being blessed by a shaman and the Brazilian rainforest?
What?
And the media talks about Tulcy Gabbert and Pete Hegseth. Did he or did he not commit a sexual assault upon a woman seven years ago in a Monterey a fancy Monterey hotel room. What happened? How did it happened?
Of course, the female prosecutor there who spent months and months and months interviewing the actual witnesses that things happening inside the bar and at the pool, in the hallways, and actual any rape reports, no indication of a rape, and taking statements of numerous people determined that she could
not prove a sexual assault took place. In fact, Pete Hexith has said that he was the one, shall we say, that was under the influence to a great extent, which is mistake on his part, and the woman, whoever she is, was also somewhat inebriated, and she initiated the sex. He said it was consensual, he thinks, but neither one can say whether or not a form of sex took place.
They neither one could say if penetration occurred. They don't know, because Pete said I was drunk on my butt and she was the initiator, and so on that regard before I talk about Tulca Gabbert headline police report cast doubt on sexual assault allegation against Pete Hegseyth from twenty seventeen. The accuser, who was a married woman. In fact, she was in the hotel in a room, her own room,
with her husband and her children. And somehow this was a Republican women's conference and a fancy hotel in Monterey, California. According to the accuser, the woman, it happened after conference organizers went to the hotel bar and after after party
following the day's events. So there were days events in which Pete Hegseith spoke at the event, and a couple of her girlfriends said quote earlier in the day, she the woman texted her own husband in the hotel numerous times about how Pete Hegseth looked, including that the women of the conference were quote freaking drooling over Pete unquote.
He talks pretty though. Also so as the day the conference is going on, Pete's one of the speakers, the so called rape victim is complimenting Pete Hegseth and his physical appearance to her husband who's in the hotel.
What.
This goes on to say that the police reporter raised his serious questions about the accuser's claim, with several eye witness accounts and surveillance video suggesting that she and Hegseth had at a minimum a consensual sexual encounter. She was attempting to hide from her husband and her children. The accused of believes something might have been slipped into her drink, but she can't remember most of the night's events. An eyewitness told police that the accuser was flirting with Pete
Hegseth in the bar. The police report also said that a person appears to be the accuser's husband told police that after she returned to the hotel room her hotel room with her husband her children, she said, I must have fallen to sleep somewhere, but I'm back now. Some of the other things I think are relevant from the report about Pete Hegseth, this is going to be a big story. It could be like Christine Blasi Ford big Remember that about Kevinaugh. That was a bunch of crap too.
The accuser did not remember how she got into Hecces's room. According to the prosecutor's report, she don't know how I got there, but remember details such as Hegseth allegedly blocking the door with her body and saying no a lot and not much else, But she can't remember how she got to the room. Police report says there's no evidence
of a rape. And then a person whose name is redactive but appears to be the accuser's husband, told police that after she returned to their hotel room, she did not have a hard time walking, was not slurring her words, and appeared not to be under the influence at that point. That was some time after three four o'clock in the morning, Pete does recall her saying to him, did you bring
a condom? A hotel worker told police he received a complaint at one thirty am from two separate guests that a couple near the pool were causing a loud disturbance. The worker went to the pool and said the woman apologized for heccess actions and put her hand on his body and walked him away towards buildings four and five, where Pete's room was located. The hotel worker said it was obvious that Pete Hexseth was very drunk, but the
accuser was standing on her own and was coherent. So the hotel worker, without skin in the game, said Pete was drunk and the woman appeared not to be, and she's the one that was leading Pete to the hotel room. The hotel surveillance also showed the accuser and Hegseth leaving the pool arm in arm and heading toward Pete's room. And I wouldn't have said she saw the accuser floating with Hegseth consisted of touching parts of his body the same I wouldn't have said she saw the accuser of
the next how about this the next morning? The same woman saw the accuser quote. She did not seem any different. It was normal. Goes on to say, Pete said that things progressed between himself and the accuser. The interaction was completely consensual. Doesn't have a full memory about the events that transpired with their clothes off, and he does recall that she asked him if he had a condom. Uh goes on and on. Anyway, this is what I think. This is what I generally think about the report, the
kind of reports, which is it's a he said. She said, But the independent hotel workers, the bartender in the bar area, the hotel surveillance video indicated whatever happened between those two outside of Pete's hotel room was consensual. In fact, the worker said, Pete was the one that was drunk, and she was the one that was coherent, and she was the one leading him and touching his body. What happened inside the hotel room is a classic.
He said. She said.
An NDA was eventually negotiated, and Pete said, yes, I did pay money so that she wouldn't sue me civilly, because I feel that if if I was suit civilly, this is twenty seventeen that I lose my job at Fox News, but she probably would have. An allegation is the same as proof in the mind of a liberal.
So what happened? I don't know.
Do I think Pete Head said hegg Seth should not have been drunk. He's been married three times, he's got numerous children, and he's a man's man and a woman's man. Should he be drunk at a Republican conference as a
married man with children sloppy drunk? Absolutely not, or both of them in the in the hotel bar after the conference and after the dinner with something in mind, I would say yes, A married woman with her husband and kids probably should have gone back to her room, and Pete Hegseth should have gone back to his room and slept it off. It's not a good look to be drunk. Nothing good happens after midnight when you're drunk. But did anyone testify that it appeared that a rape was ongoing?
The answer is no, and that's from this surveillance, and it is a good be No, it's not good.
It's bad.
Shouldn't do it, especially when you're in you know, eighteen or nineteen's one thing. But Pete Hegseth and this woman were both in their uh in their late thirty and shouldn't have done it. It's wrong. Does that mean you can't be the Secretary of Defense? Absolutely not. And Pete has said that I signed it, I paid it, not because I committed a criminal act, which the female prosecutor in that county said there was no criminal act committed,
but he said I would have lost my job. And I'm led to believe the money's paid was in the eighty to one hundred thousand dollars range. And Pete Hegseth is not a rich man, right, No, not rich, but that's used against him now seven years later as an excuse not to look at all of his life, not the worst things he's done, but the best things he's done and the best things he's done to me. Is very,
very impressive with Pete Hegseth. I got a guest coming up later Leland Vedder News Nation is going to talk about this. Also later on is the great Heather McDonald of City Journal, and she's written extensively about crime in the inner city, what's happening in New York, what could happen with Marine Penny Tomorrow's The case is not going to continue tomorrow, is going to continue a week from
tomorrow because of the Thanksgiving Day holiday. If any juror convicts to issues a vertic to convict a Marine Penny of anything, they should have their head examined. But this is a New York City jury, and we have a white defendant, we have a black dead guy, and the testimony of the defense was completely consistent with guilt from the perspective of the prosecutor, and completely inconsistent with any version of not guilty, which is the opposite of what
the New York City jury should do. Is seen in its vitality. The only proper verdict in this case is not guilty. Overcharging venders will and gang members can rape with impunity, and Alvin Brakes couldn't care less. But if it's Daniel Penny, or if it's Donald Trump, they get a full measure of justice. But those who rape and rob and commit crimes in New York City to make
the area almost unlivable. Let's continue with more. Plus when we continue, I want to talk about Tulsea Gabbett for a while and more and if line becomes available, which it never does. Eight sixty six six four seven, seven, three three seven, Bill cunning in the Great American with you and all great Americans every Sunday night. You know, sometimes in a criminal case you don't put your defendant on.
Rarely do you put the defendant on. Didn't have to do it in this case because Daniel Penny and went on for about an hour and a half. New York City is finest, and he gave the entire defense, and of course the prosecution had to play it. So the entire defense of Daniel Penny and the so called killing of Jordan Neely was presented during the cross examination of
New York City cops and he was released. They didn't charge him until politically the mayor and others and Alvin Bragg said let's charge him and the death of Jordan Neely. And then there was a expert to physician who testified on a couple of days ago in Daniel Penny's case that the choking, so to speak, of Jordan Neely by Daniel Penny did not contribute to his death. He didn't
choke him to death. In fact, there's no broken bones in the neck during the six minutes he was held and Daniel Penny the proud marine said he did it because he feared not just so much for his life, but the life of his fellow passengers, including women with children. Because the nut job Jordan Neely, his body filled with illegal drugs, got on the subway car, saying he was going to kill someone and he didn't mind if he
went to prison for the rest of his life. So now this marine veteran is charging the killing of a black home was mentally ill criminal and suddenly the media says it's a national flashpoint over race, urban life, and boundaries between self defense and vigilanteism. So Daniel Penny has been compared to being a vigilante. What it's he didn't the state didn't fail to prove his guilt. More importantly,
the defendant proved that Daniel Penny was innocent. They proved it was not guilty, which of course is not a burden if the state puts on any criminal defendant. And also the expert told jurors that Neely's medical records and the video do not show telltale signs of choke holds, and so the medical testimony from Daniel Penny himself proved his innocence and the state did not prove his guilt.
The jury should be out for twenty minutes. But I hesitate to point out New York City, in which a white marine is not honored, but a career criminal, mentally ill, homeless bum is.
They are protected, but citizens are not.
Let's continue now, got a few comments on the other side of Tulca, Gabbert. Lets calls continue. We have calls from Florida, Idaho, Las Vegas and Oklahoma. The line becomes available eight six six six four seven, seven three three seven Bill Cunningham to the Great American with you every Sunday Night.
By Billy Cunningham.
One of the great things I've seen recently is the collapse of mainstream media and the arising of talk shows and podcasts. It's unbelievable to watch now. Of course, MSNBC has been in the tank for months, and now it's collapse along with Morning Joe and Joe Scarborough and Zeika Brazenski are kissing the ring. They lost half their ratings
in October, lost the other half after the election. I don't know what's left, but can you imagine Elon Musk stepping up and buying MSNBC, yes, and calling in the staff yes and say you're fired out out and go a completely different direction. You look at the influences of ABC, NBCCBSP, PBS throwing the major newspapers, there are no major newspapers and exists. Compare that to podcasters and talk radio, which
is arising. Compare that to the audiences of Sean Hannity or Buck Sexton and Klay Travis throw in the great win Mark Levin. I often change. I often change my trip in the evening to make sure I can listen to the great win, Mark Levin, Red Eye and Glenn Beck in the mornings, and Dan Bongino, who may become head of the Secret Service, and Joe Rogan and Jason Whitlock and Megan Kelly and Ben Shapiro, Ben for you,
ewitt yours truly the great American. Put all that together, we have ten to fifteen times the audience of NBCCBS and ABC put together. People don't pay attention, they don't care because they know what they're gonna get. It's not entertaining. So if Elon Musk would want to purchase MSNBC for maybe a Rosenbag and a talk show host to be named later, and then go ahead and put yours truly
the great American eight o'clock throw at nine o'clock. Either Ben Shapiro or Ben Ferguson or Dan Bongino if he doesn't take the gig as secret service, or Joe Rogan, let's do it. Wonderful, it's the future. We know what we're gonna get at six point thirty every night, and
we're not buying what they're selling. But if you do, I know, I noticed that the when I check out Fox News, they have a posting here about what's happening in the State Department and various other various other departments of the US government after the Great Trump victory of about three weeks ago, headline blinking question for State Department
hosting in house therapy sessions after Donald Trump's win. It appears that federal employees who were devastated, devastated that Trump won, had a binkie, They had they had their had their had their blanket available, had a pacifier. But then the State Department provided counseling sessions because Kamala Harris was not elected, and so some want to know how much money was spent on that. But we have another approach. There's this
outfit that's come together quickly. That if you're one of those one of those childless cat ladies who shaves her head or paints her hair purple or blue, or put on the blue blue bracelets, or maybe you need more rings in your nose or in your lips or in your ears, and you just can't get over the pain and the suffering that you're going through. The lies and the smears didn't work this time. The fact that we have an incompetent president and they replace him with an
incompetent candidate named Kamala Harris. And if you can't here, we are getting ready for Thanksgiving on Thursday. Groups organize itself to help you. Danny Gleason, hit it.
Are you distraught after the recent presidential election?
Hear it?

No more crying, no more anxiety attacks, just blissful sleep until Trump is gone. When you awaken from your slumber, we'll even have a party ready and waiting for you. all just a bad dream. As an added bonus, you can choose the Vance add on package, We'll extend your sleep for an additional four years at a fifty percent discount. In the event JD. Vance wins the next presidential election, everything will be okay. We're here to take care of you in your time of need. So remember, don't cry cry O?
Where am I?
Oh?
Please tell me it's over.
Wait, something isn't right.
This is your captain, Elon Musk. I want to be the first one to welcome you to Mars. Sorry, Donald Trump Junior was just elected president and he deported all don't cry cry out customers to Mars.
What the dead ahead? Hold on anymore? Trump's in the wild house. Just consider the options.
You can join Ted Williams's head somewhere in Arizona. Ted Williams his heads in Arizona frozen.
It's this not to me?
Something good?
Did your banky get your blanky? Maybe a pacifier? State Department pay for it?
Taste no fess.
It's called cry sessions. After the Trump victory, they need stress management techniques.
I can't take it anymore.
About seventy one million Americans are crying don't shave your head, don't wear the brew the blue bracelets, don't put metal hooks in your lips anymore.
Go to Mars.
We might go through four years of Senior, then four to eight years of Jade Vance, and then Donald Junior for four to eight years.
You can live on Mars.
Daryl Isa, Congressman, send an email to Blincoln, Secretary of State, saying that the reported sessions were quote disturbing, and that nonpartisan government officials should not be suffering a personal meltdown over the result of a free and fair election. So we're waiting to get a reaction from Antony Blincoln. I saw also raise fears that the sessions could also call into question the willingness of State Department employees to carry out Trump's new vision for the agency.
Hell, I can't take it anymore.
Quit good thing that Elon Musk and my good friend who from Cincinnati forvek Ramaswami, they're going to require federal employees to return to work.
Can you imagine that?
How mean, how vicious is that you got to come to work and for those that don't show up, you're going to be fired. Then they're going to move several of the state department agencies into Kansas, Idaho. Maybe Tennessee would be great. Maybe call your county, that'd be wonderful. Come on down and get the hell out of Washington. They think another half won't leave. Then they have to build the buildings and maybe get rid of the Department
of Education. Why not and take the money for special programs and block grant them to the state's Department of Education. Then fire all the employees that don't do anything anyway, they don't even come to work. That's about a million two or bureaucrats. So that's where we're headed. Have to have understanding, got to have love. I had said repeatedly that if Kamal had Garris had won, I was gonna go with Danny Gleeson the Madagascar and breed Komodo dragons,
which is an island, of course, east of Africa. I didn't have to go to Madagascar. I don't like Kimodo dragons, and I can stay here. Danny Gleeson told me he would like to raise Kamodo dragons for a living. I said, look, I'll help you. If the American people are that stupid to put her in the White House. Have had the four years of the worst president this side of Herbert Hoover. Jimmy Carter looks like Ronald Raaken compared to the shaman
blessed Joe Biden. We're in trouble Tonight. On the news, every half an hour, I hear about missiles flying all over the Middle East and that all of a sudden, Russia is getting more aggressive to seize more Ukrainian land. And at this point, it'd be great if Donald Trump
could take over the presidency. Now I ask a legal expert, what happens at this point if Joe Biden falls off a cliff somewhere I actually didn't wake up, or babbles incessantly, Maybe give me one of the sessions disturbing sessions in the state. What if he can't continue whether then, of course Kamala Harris becomes the president.
Are you kidding me? What if she can't?
What if she's a Look, I've just been defeated, a monstrous loss. I'm not doing it well. Then it goes to Mike Johnson, He's the Speaker of the House.
He steps up.
Then Mike Johnson is the acting president. He then appoints Donald Trump to be his acting vice president. Then the House in the Senate confirms him. Mike Johnson quickly steps down. Donald Trump becomes the president, the acting president until January the twentieth, then on January the twentieth, he's sworn in as the president for four years. That's the solution. Do you trust it? Where's the State Department? Where's the Defense Department? Where are the patriots? With the world on fire? And
we have no commander in chief? And the Meetia this morning cared a whole bunch about Tulsea Gabbert and about Pete Hexath, but not the fact for the next two months, we don't have a president. The State Department is in these crying sessions with personal meltdowns, and the Defense Department knows they're going to be desecrated at the top. They're going to be released of their tour of duty, and those the Department of Justice will be the same thing he's going to clean out.
And the FBI is gone.
The ones who use the law against Donald Trump in about fifty to sixty of his lawyers and supporters are gone.
And they know that.
So the quicker Donald Trump gets there, the better. The scenario I laid out could happen in the next hour or two, Joe Biden under the twenty fifth Amendment, cannot continue. Taulca Gabbett immediately resigns. What happens, then twenty fifth Amendment Speaker of the House becomes the acting president automatically, he's in office, he's sworn in. He appoints Donald Trump as the acting Vice president, confirmed by the Senate, and then
Mike Johnson resigns, and guess what. Donald Trump is the acting president until January twentieth, and then he's sworn in for four years. Other than that, this country's in deep, deep trouble for the next eight weeks.
Do you agree?
How much trouble are we in? The most dangerous time, perhaps since the Bay of Pigs in nineteen sixty two or nineteen eighty five, when there was a real fear of an exchange, a nuclear exchange between USSR in America, when USSR thought there was incoming missiles from America, and Ronald Reagan got on the horn and disabused the notion
and stood down. But something ugly could happen, And we don't have a president, we don't have a vice president, we don't have a functioning Defense Department, don't have a functioning Department of Justice. We don't have any of that. They're all gone, they've checked out. I want to get your reaction to that. It's really unbelievable. Blanken questioned over in house therapy sessions hosted by the State Department to his employees that are crying after the Trump win. You
got to be kidding me. And I hope this one report about it half an hour ago is accurate. Israel reportedly moves toward ceasefire deal with Hesbela in Lebanon, being encouraged to do so by Iran, who funds Hesbola. They know what's coming. Let's continue. Lastly, before I take calls, I have thousands on hold. I got to get to them eight six six six four seven, seven three three seven plus tonight's show and about forty five minutes or so,
Heather MacDonald will be here of City Journal. Great columns up at RealClearPolitics dot com butt the meltdown in the City of New York and in Urban America, and also in the Daniel Penny Caase, which closing arguments will be
a week for Monday. Then also at later on as Congressman Warren Davidson, he's a military man, he's got real power now in the House of Representatives to talk about how the media is treating Pete Hexith and Tulsey Gabbert, and also later on is Leland Vidder of News Nation and operation of Sean Compton to talk about what's happened this week and just this week has been incredible. But until then, lastly, and then I'll go directly to the calls.
I've done a little bit of copious research about the biggest swings toward Trump by state, and I would note that because of a loss of population in New York and New Jersey and Massachusetts, in Illinois, that in the next census the electoral vote, those who voted for Trump are going to get fifteen more electoral votes because people are moving to North Carolina, South Carolina, they're moving to Tennessee,
They're moving to Texas, and moving to Florida. California is going to lose three congressmen in California's going to lose three electoral votes. So if you take New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, and California, fifteen more congressman will be from Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina. How about that? How about this?
The biggest swings toward Trump by state from twenty twenty to twenty twenty four as far as plus, New York State won eleven point five percent toward Trump compared to twenty twenty. New Jersey ten point one percent toward Trump, Florida ten percent more toward Trump, Massachusetts nine percent more toward Trump, California eight point five percent toward Trump. Texas
it couldn't go much higher. Texas won eight point three percent more toward Trump, Mississippi seven point seven, Rhode Island seven point zero, Tennessee six point five, Illinois six point five percent more toward Trump. Democratic Party is in serious trouble. Maybe they need some psychological services provided by our state department. Get your binkie out, get your blinky, get the pacifier,
contact cryogenics, get to Mars before it's too late. Fifty minutes after they are Bill Cunningham, the Great American with you and all great Americans every Sunday.
Now, let's stop. Let's stop.
All we do is continue it. It's not time to do anything. We don't back up, we stack up. It's not time to stop. Let's continue. I would note that a pro soccer player has blasted the media for praising Megan Repino while blasting Christian Poliitic for a Trump dance. Now, Christian is a male soccer player, at least I think he's he identifies as a male. I'm pretty sure he's
a man, but you're not sure anymore. He's US men's soccer star, and he joined the wave of athletes pulling out the president elect Trump Mega Dance as a celebration. I find myself doing the Trump dance YMCA all the time.
I love it.
John Jones did it at UFC. I didn't see it today because I was in the yard mainly getting things ready for Thanksgiving. But nonetheless, NFL players have done it, the NCAA has done it, but the so called soccer
media think it's inappropriate to mix soccer with politics. The US Soccer Federation did not address Polisks dance, but cut that part out of the clip when reposting the score, and a former member of that organization said, among other things about the dance, Megan Repino shouts and screams about every radical liberal idea, and the soccer media clap like
seals at her. But Christian does the Trump dance, and now the soccer media says he should worry about the message it sends, said Andrew Carlton on X on Wednesday.
The athletic writer Jeff Ruter.
Also the soccer starter consider the impact of the dance move and why he may come to regret it. So athletic writer Jeff Ruter said that Christian Polizzi may come to regret the fact that he did the Trump dance. Did he say the same thing about Megan Repino? I don't think so, and I hope more people, especially young folks, that one fraternity in Missouri to YMCA doing the Trump dance is absolutely hilarious and the majority of young folks
in this country want to change the direction. And you can't do that with people like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden and Kamala Harrison. They figured it out, but I guess the athletics not figure that out. He better be careful. He may come to regret it. Maybe he needs one of those cry sessions sponsored by the
State Department. Let's continue with more. Your calls are next eight sixty six six four seven seven three three seven, Bill cunning and the Great American with you and all other Great America every Sunday.
Night, Willie through you by Choice Hotels, Econo Lodge and Roadway In Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at choice Hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunninghead.
In about thirty minutes.
Heather McDonald will be here later on as Leland Veddard of News Nation, also Congressman Davidson, But until then, what we're watching now is the character assassination of Taulsi Gabbert, mainly because she was a Democrat, ran for president as a Democrat, spent about eight years in the United States Congress as a Democratic leader, worked with Debbie Wasserman Schultz, head of the DNC at the time. Every part of her life for the last twenty two years has been
a Democratic life. And right now she's forty three years old, and she entered the military when she was twenty one years old. She now has eight years in the Congress and twenty one plus years in the United States Army. She was deployed a couple times overseas to Iraq, Afghanistan. She's received a few medals, and she decided about a year and a half ago to switch party. She thought the Democratic Party left her more more than the other
way around. You know what a current rank is in the Army, Lieutenant Colonel Taulsi Gabert, a reader qualifications.
It's incredible.
But this morning on the Cemetery News Network also known as CNN, Dana Bash. The last name is an adjective, not a noun. Dana Bash said the following to Senator Mark Wayne Mullen of Oklahoma. And I love that guy. I love that guy. I wish he'd take on the president of the Teamsters. But that's a different story. So Dana Bash, being the objective journalist she wants to be,
said this quote. I know you listen to what Senator Duckworth said in describing Trump's pick for Director of National Intelligence, Tulca Gabbert. She called her compromised, someone who's wholly backing in supportive of Putin.
What do you make of that?
So at this point, Senator Mark Wayne Mullen, who by the way, spent years in the House before he was elected to the Senate in Oklahoma, said the following quote, Dana, I think that's dangerous. Tulci Gabbert is still a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army. She commands the reserve unit in Oklahoma and Missouri. If she was compromised, if she was not able to pass a background check, she would not be able to do her present job. In fact,
she wouldn't be in the Army. So Tammy is absolutely dead wrong on this, and she should retract those words. That's dangerous to say about a lieutenant colonel in the United States Army, that she is a Russian plant and that she has compromised, or that SE's an as said, is it actually said to hear say that?
When I say that?
When I when I hear that said, I thought, I wonder if this is political. But she's upset that Tulsi left the Democratic Party because they went woke, because I know they actually got along when both were in the House. She knows Tulsi, gabbered. She knows her heart, and she knows better Tulsi is a lieutenant colonel the United States Army, and I think that's probably more politically motivated than I
actually should be. So you have Dana Bash of the Cemetery News Network mouthing the words of a left wing radical democrat from Illinois, who, by the way, is in a wheelchair because she gave her legs up for freedom in a Rock. That's Tammy Duckworth calling a fellow female Army member still in the army. In fact, she's the commander of the reserve units in two states, Oklahoma and Missouri, lieutenant colonel. Soon she'll become a full board colonel in
the used Army. She's like a spy or something. Are you kidding me? Tulsi Gabert. She's forty three years old, been in the army twenty one years, attending the rank of lieutenant colonel. She's still serving. She has strong stand against Islamic terror. She's multicultural from Hawaii. And I read what she's done in her life and I'm damn proud
of Tulsi Gabert. Congratulations what she's overcome. She had a twelve month tour in a Rock, serving as a specialist, and she also served logistical support area, completing her tour in twenty oh five and.
Away we go.
So because Matt Gates is kind of off the books now. I think Pam Bondi's going to be wonderful that democrats in the media cannot have a month or two of peace. Calm down, get your blankye, get the pacifire out, go to the crying sessions in the State Department, and just let the country continue without these constant charges against Donald Trump and those he pick, including those who have served admirably, whether it's Pete Hegseth or Tulsa Gebett in the military.
It's kind of saying, isn't it. It's awful, So just calm down, and I have a sense that's gonna happen. I have a sense that once the hearings begin that it's not going to be as bad as it was the last time when before he took off, As the FBI tried their damness to scuttle the presidency of Donald Trump and to put his top assistance in aids under illegal warrants listening devices, including General Flynn, and destroy them. I have a sense they've learned their lesson, But I
think not. When I listened to CNN and ABC Jonathan Carl and others attacking Tulsea Gabbard and Pete Hegseth, having brought down, in a sense, the original nominee for the Attorney General's position, Matt Gates. But I think Pam Bondi's going to be much better. Oh, let's go to the calls. We have thousands on Ohen millions are listening. If a line becomes available eight six, six, six, four seven, seven three three seven verss go to Canada. Oh, Canada, and
then Danny and many others and Ken and Canada. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham show. Can I read somewhere that your Prime minister was at a at a rock concarch when there were riots taking place in large parts of Canada because of Islamic terror.
What can you tell me about that? Oh?
He was, He was doing that, and and he's also uh uh supported that international whatever the hell they are about impeach or at least arresting net and Yahoo and his general.
In fact, he said he was.
In fact, he said that if Benjamin Netting Yahoo in the head of the Defense Department came to Canada, he would he would be put under arrest.
How about that one. That's right? He just right now?
We got nothing but problems. In fact, I thank you for your call. But that is something that went up in disgusts there. Anyone that does that is crazy. Let's continue with calls. We have Danny and Oklahomas, Oklahoma. Danny and Oklahoma. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham shown Dan, how are you?
Oh great, It's always good to listen to you. Bill. I want to I want to talk about kind of add to what you were saying about Tulsi Gabbert and than the administrative Biden administration green lighting those uh long range of missiles in Ukraine to escalate it and doing so after the election I thought was weird. Uh. But with Tulci Gabbert. I recently listened to an interview she
did in late October. I believe where she she was asked some of these questions why they went after she said, well, when she was still a registered Democrat serving in Congress and the Obama administration wanted to uh bomb a few targets in Syria, she asked for a debate as to why we were doing that.
What's wrong with that? Robert, Danny, what's wrong with that?
Nothing at all? And so instead of rubber stamping it like all the Democrats were going, she said, there was a couple of others that wanted to, but they're afraid to speak up. So she said right after she uh, she she called for a debate that uh, the administration, the Obama then put her on a watch list, which made it tough for her to fly right. And then furthermore, that's that's about the time I think Hillary Clinton accused
her of being some kind of a Russian asset. Well, I would I would come here believing the Clintons or a Russian asset. Then someone like Tulci, like you, like you've pointed out, you know, she admitably, you know, served her. It continues to serve countries in more than one capacity. And as far as the Biden administration greenlighting those long range missiles for you training to fly or to fire
into Russia, how reckless can you be? I mean on so many different levels, you know, to escalate that just to give Russian excuse, you know, to escalate the war prior to the Trump administration coming in there to try to uh, you know, in the war.
And I'm told I have an office, I have a congressman coming on later. I am led to believe that there is communication between mar a Lago and heads of state all over Europe, and maybe with Vladimir Putin himself saying how what what are we doing?
Well?
The Ukrainians are using our most attack symbols of a missile taking out and killing Russians one hundreds of miles inside Russia. I can only imagine how we would react if the same thing happened to us. And what happens if the Ukrainians destroyed large parts of the capital of Russia, Moscow? What happens if they're successful in doing that using our weapons?
Are you are you?
Are you willing to have a thermonuclear exchange between Russia and the United States that would end end civilization and your life and my life as we know it over Ukraine?
Are you? Are you kidding me?
Uh?
I want Ukraine to win the war, but at what price? And do we want to get into a nuclear exchange with Russia?
No? No, no?
And right now he waited to after the election to give them the Ukrainians these sophisticated missiles that, according to most of the generals on Fox News, have no military significance. It's not going to change anything, but it's angering the Russians that have the largest stock pile of nuclear weapons in the world, and.
The Russians aren't going to back down.
No, he can't. He can't boot and can't not.
You know, he thought within a weekend he'd be in Kiev and that would be it. But it didn't happen, and a Ukraine has now been bombed back to the Middle Ages. They have no functioning power grid, they have no hospitals, and schools are gone and it's going to continue.
Now.
He's got ten to twenty thousand Koreans, and he's got more missiles than we got, and he's firing them at the Ukraine. And we have a president being blessed by a shaman in the rainforest of Brazil. It's like, you know, Danny, it's unbelievable that this is dangerous. This is terribly dangerous. That could change civilizations as we know it. And the vice president is sunbathing in Honolulu and the president is asleep, and we have.
Who's making decisions.
Yeah, well that's what I was going to ask you. I mean, and if that did happen, if we had an exchange with Russia like that, it would make the it would make for the recent pandemic look like a picnic, you know, as far as the just think what that would do to the supply line.
You know, Danny, what are we risking on one hand America and what are we gaining on the other We're risking the destruction of three hundred and twenty five million Americans, our lives, We're risking the destruction of the world, and we're gaining what in Ukraine?
Well, what's the gain.
There isn't And we need to find out who actually made that decision to green light Ukraine to use those long range of missiles. We need to and and I hope you're right. I was thinking about that the other day too, Billy. I hope that the uh Trump team. I hope that they they've already got some dialogue going on with our NATO allies and with Putin, because I whoever made that decision, they knew good and well what that would get us into that they had to have it was just reckless.
Well, I don't I don't know the advantage that I want Putin to lose. That he's a mass murderer. Uh, he's gonna rode in hell with Adolph Hitler and malsy tongue. Uh, it's a terrible government. The Russian people are a fine people led by a mass murderer who is partially insane, and he's a murderer, and he's a mass murderer. And so without military advantage, we've transferred to Ukraine sophisticated long
range American missiles to go into Russian cities to kill Russians. Now, in response, Vladimir Putin send in these ballistic missiles, and he's got ten to twenty thousand of them, some with nuclear tips, into Ukraine, which is destroyed.
Ukraine is destroyed.
It will take a trillion dollars to rebuild Ukraine, and it's going to take twenty to thirty years. And so how does America benefit by doing this? The answer is we can't and and we're acting as if, well, Putin's not going to attack Poland or Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia. He's well, how do you know that, Well, we didn't think he would send missiles, these kind of missiles into Ukraine. He's got ten thousand more. And it's winter and it's cold. I looked at temperatures in Kiev. It's in the twenties
and thirties. They have no functioning power grid, they have no functioning electricity, the schools, the orphanage is the hospitals. The roads are all destroyed, cities have been decimated. And so now America steps up under Joe Biden and sends the most sophisticated missiles imaginable to this Troy Russian cities with no military advantage. According to the generals. I hear on Fox, I'm thinking, well, why did we do that? Well, what Ukraine is using US made long range missiles to
attack Russia? What answer, Danny? What world is Joe Biden? Turning over to Donald Trump and these.
It's like you were saying, you know what, Where is the State Department, the Defense Department complaining about Trump's nominations not having experience. They have all the they have all the experience in the Biden administration, and and they have once he asked, who have to You can go all the way back to the withdrawal from Afghanistan.
And these are the experts right now, we have the so called experts, and here comes the amateurs. Well, damn it, I'll take the amateurs over these experts any day of the week. Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday Night.
By Billy Cunningham.
One more outrage. Lake and Riley, a beautiful, gorgeous University of Georgia nursing student, not just raped brutally but murdered at the hands of Jose Albera, an illegal alien, and we paid.
He's from Venezuela.
You paid taxes to fly him into New York City from Caracas. Had an app part of a gang, got in New York City. I can't imagine how many crimes he committed in New York City before he took quote a humanitarian flight out of New York City to Atlanta, Georgia. And while there he hunted down an attractive young women to forcibly have sex with him. And Lake and Riley fought like a warrior poet with his skin his DNA under her fingernails as she fought fought for her life.
And a Bear's former roommate, a guy named Flores Bello, testified on Monday, about six days ago that both are Venezuelan nationals who connected in Queens in twenty twenty three after meeting through a mother in law. They were staying free of charge on your nickel at the Roosevelt Hotel, which, by the way, normally is six hundred dollars a night.
Stayed there for about eight months, then got bored in New York City and took a humanitarian flight to Atlanta, and it was there that he hunted down and killed a beautiful young woman. It is disgusting number one, that the death penalty could not be quickly applied to him,
and he got life without possibility of pearl. If that guy doesn't get the death penalty, why even have one rape a beautiful young woman and crush her skull with a heavy rock in his hands, throwing it and placing it into the skull of this lake and Riley a beautiful young woman. And this crap is going to end because of Tom Hooman. I'm confident I've had him on several times. Great guy, let's continue. But I'm waiting putin,
evil mass murderer, communist. I would hope the Russian people would take care of him at the ballot box by any means necessary, Vladimir Putin, But damn it, Why we are risking a thermonuclear war with Russia and China is beyond my capabilities. When what do we gain in Ukraine? The answer is nothing? And I hope Ukraine wins. I
want them to win. Please win. Tell me, tell me how you're going to win this war against Russia when now there's tens of thousands of North Koreans coming and they have thousands of more of these ballistic missiles to rain down upon Ukraine and I have no idea.
Let's continue.
Coming up next will be Heather McDonald of City Journals. She's wonderful, wrote a column about real clear politics, about the collapse of criminal justice in many parts of our great cities. Later on, also as Congressman Warren Davidson to talk about Pete Hegseth and Tulsea Gabberty's serve her in
the House of Representatives. Plus later on, we want to hear from Leland Vidder News Nation Enterprise of Sean Compton to talk about what happened this week and what Liza had when a line becomes available eight six six six four seven seven three three seven. Bill Cunningham, the Great American with you every someday. Okay, let's continue, Bill cunning in the Great American. One of the great thinkers and philosophers I call her in American life today is Heather MacDonald.
And she's written many books on the subject of race and merit, what's happening to urban areas. I think there's been a slight turn in the right direction. We'll see what occurs. A new book has is out when race Trump's Merit. But more importantly, Heather McDonald, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. You have a posting about what happened in California. Because we're often told what happens in California will come to Iowa, Ohio and Georgia down the road.
But what happened to George Gascone and Pamela Price in California, Why that might be a slight turn in the right direction by the citizens of California.
Well, it's great to be with you, Bill again. They were finally held accountable for performing their jobs, which they have utterly failed to do. George gasca the prosecutor of the district attorney in Los Angeles County, has twice faced
recall efforts that failed allegedly didn't get enough signatures. The day he took office, he sparked a revolt among the longstanding district attorneys in his office because he issued proclamations that basically said, we're going to stop enforcing the law because if we do so, it will have a disparate impact on black criminals. So there's been extreme dissatisfaction among people that are officially and truly committed to the rule of law for since he was in office. But he's
managed to escape. This time. He was booted out, elected out to a very moderate challenger, Nate Hawkman, by a massive percentage. Two thirds of the voters voted for Hawkman, and Gascon had initially had a ton of sorrows money
behind him, this time he got almost none. Even the sorrows people were realistic to know that la had seen so many of the mass looting events, so many of the street takeovers, so many of these the flash mobs that come into seven elevens and strip them like a horde of locusts, knowing the participants, knowing that there will
be no consequences, that he's out. And then in Alameda County, which is the East Bay area east of San Francisco, whose county seat is Oakland, which is itself right next to Berkeley, California, they put in several two years ago an extremely left wing prosecutor named Pamela Price, who, again this is all about Race Bill. Everything going on in the criminal justice system for the last twelve years is all about race. If you don't know that, you're not
going to understand what's going on. It's all about decriminalizing and deprosecuting, because if you enforce the law in a colorblind, constitutional neutral fashion, you will have a disparate impact on black criminals. Not because the law is racist, but because the black crime rate is so high. And we have decided collectively, this is society somehow that we would rather not enforce the law at all, that enforce it and
have a disparate impact on blacks. So Pamela Price comes in and she's all about racial justice too, and she says, We're not going to prosecute fiendish juvenile homicide gang members as adults because that would be have a disparate impact. We're not going to put on sentencing enhancements to the most gruesome gang murders because that will have a disparate impact. And she this time she faced an actual recall that
was successful. Earlier in her term, the NAACP from Oakland called for the national emergency to be called because crime had gotten so out of control. You had long standing businesses around the Oakland Airport, like in and out Burger Target that had been there for decades that pulled out because they said, we can't guarantee the safety of our employees or customers any longer. Pamela Price denied this was problem,
and she helps firm to her racial justice agenda. And so you have two of the most liberal cities in the country and counties finally saying enough is enough. And so this is a very good sign.
Bill.
I'm not usually an optimist, right and I always thought that liberals would put up endlessly with crime and disorder because they're so committed to their ideology. But it turns out that finally there is a limit.
And the great number of victims of the disparate impact argument are also black victims, and they're also persons of color. They're the ones who voted out these left wing prosecutors because black moms and dads and family members, they don't want to live in a society we're tolerating crime and urban squalors as part of the cost of business. The black voter supports you and I and also those who kicked out these prosecutors. Correct, this isn't black against white.
These are criminals against victims.
That's absolutely true. Now, you know, one can be a little bit too rosy about that. There still is, you know, support in the black community for racial victimology. But as I say, it was very significant that the NAACP in Oakland said enough is enough. We were in an emergency situation here and we need strong law enforcement. So yes, the nobody wants to it's it's amazing to me how racist the media is. There are every single day in the country, there are dozens of blacks getting gunned down
in these insane drive by shootings. Nobody ever talks about them. Those black lives don't matter a damn bit to the mainstream media. Why aid they're races too, because they're they're killed by other blacks. And the only blacks that the mainstream media is interested in talking about is that handful of blacks that are that are shot by a cop. Usually the cop is shooting in self defense or trying
to protect other people. But otherwise this slaughter that's going on in our cities every day is out of sight, out of.
Mind, no question about.
I hear the sirens in the background here, then another event's taking place where you live. But most importantly, what's occurring is that whether it's in Louisville and I have a friend of mine named Stu Matthews who represented one of those cops, they will pursue a white cop to the ends of the earth if they make a wrong, split second decision or one that maybe negligently might be wrong,
and they will pursue him constantly. But twenty thousand black men can gun down twenty thousand other black men on a regular basis and it's no big deal at all. What are the facts and the statistics of being killed at the hands of police? Can you tell the American people be goes you speak so forcibly about this, Give us the facts on cops who kill black men and also white men and other What are the facts nationally?
Well, blacks, there's about eight to ten thousand homicide victims a year who were black. That's more than all white and Hispanic homicide victims combined, even though Blacks are only thirteen percent of the population. So and those eight to ten thousand black homicide victims dozens a day, dozens of blacks killed a day, more than all white and Hispanics killed a day. They are killed overwhelmingly by other blacks. The number of blacks who are killed by a police
officer every year is about two hundred and fifty. The vast majority of those are armed and dangerous. The number of whites killed by a police officer every year is about five hundred, so twice as many whites are killed by blacks. Now that is disproportionate because blacks are thirteen percent. But here's the key. What is what predicts a police officer's use of force or legal force is the likelihood of confronting armed, violent, resisting suspects that happens overwhelmingly in
black neighborhoods because of the crime rate. As far as unarmed so called unarmed blacks, and I'm going to bracket that bill because the unarmed category comes from the Washington Post database of fatal police shootings, and the Washington Post declares unarmed very very loosely. Somebody, if you're suspect trying to grab an officer's gun, but it's not your gun, you're unarmed.
So the number of.
Blacks who are killed by the police. Unarmed blacks who are killed by the police every year is about twelve to fifteen. Compare that to eight thousand to ten thousand of black homicide victims. A police officer is four hundred times more likely to be killed by a black mail than an unarmed black is to be killed by a police officer. Historically, blacks have made up about forty to forty two percent of all cop killers black males have
even though they're six percent of the population. So if you want to talk about threats in the police black mail encounter, it is overwhelmingly to police officers and not to black.
So, to put a sharper point on what you just said. From FBI statistics, there are twice as many white men killed by police every year than black men. And secondly, there's about eight thousand black on black crimes victims.
Every year.
Eight thousand black men are killed, but the total number of questionable police shootings is between twelve and fifteen, not
twelve to fifteen thousand. The number is twelve to fifteen in the entire country, with literally tens of millions of contacts every year between law enforcement and the black community, hundreds of millions every time somebody's pulled overstop whatever it might be, but twice as likely to be killed by a cop if you're white and Secondly, twelve to fifteen questionable shootings as opposed to eight thousand black men killing other black men, which to me you will not deal with. Are those facts to.
Boil it down for that we're living a lie, the idea of a war on blacks that we've heard from President Obama, that we heard from from Obama, from Biden, that you know, black parents are right to fill fear that their child will be killed by a police officer every time they go outside. That is utter lie and deception. Yes, guess what black juveniles in the post George Floyd rac Hysteria riot world, black juveniles are one hundred times more
likely to be shot than white juveniles. Why because black juveniles are more likely to shoot at one hundred times the rate. Blacks between the ages of ten and twenty four die of gun homicide at twenty five times the rate of whites in those cohorts. That is because they're committing crime at those rates. That's the threat to black children is the black gang that we're told we can't incarcerate because that would be racist.
And Heather MacDonald in your book When Race Trump's Merit, explain what that book is about. It's all over the place. When you say the book is when race Trump's merit explain that to the American people.
Well, it's the same concept we've been talking about, Bill, which is that any racial disparity, according to elite wisdom, is by definition a result of racism, and therefore any behavioral or intellectual meritocratic standard that has a disparate impact
on blacks must be torn down. So, for instance, we find that black students don't do as well on the medical college Admissions test to get into medical school MCATs, and so we've declared those must be racist tests, even though they're colorblind, computer graded, stripped of any possible racial overtones. It's because the reason blacks don't do as well is
because their academic skills are way way behind. Only sixty six percent of black twelfth graders don't possess even partial mastery of basic twelfth grade maths like reading a graph or doing arithmetic. Sixty six percent of black twelfth graders possess basically no math skills. And then we turn around and say, well, if they're not passing the MCATs proportionally, it's a racist test. So what we do is we tear down standards We're tearing down standards for medical school,
for medical training because race Trump's merit. We're saying, we would rather not have tests of medical knowledge than have a test that has a disparate inpact on black This is going on in every research lab, scientific research lab that they're hiring on the basis of race, not merit. It's going on, as I say, in the criminal justice system.
It's going on in the federal judiciary. You had Biden elevating black females to the federal bench at rates way out of portion to their population in the pool of available lawyers. And that's not even taking into account the skills gap. We have decided that we would rather put racial diversity ahead of competence, ahead of excellence, ahead of achievement. And I just hope that from the day he takes office, Donald Trump says enough, I am going to extirpate the
disparate impact standard from every federal regulation. I'm going to work with Congress to take it out of statutes. From here on. We care about one thing, and one thing only. Can you do the job. I don't want to be promoted because I'm female. Being female is not an accomplishment and Being black is not an accomplishment. Being gay is not an accomplishment. I know what accomplishment is. It's learning language,
it's learning it's learning mathematics, it's learning reasoning. That's the only thing that should matter.
N Heather MacDonald the number one racial group when all these tests are and are not whites, They're Asians. In fact, the test supposedly provide Asians because of faith and family and parents demand educational achievement. Of course, Democrats are largely in charge of urban public education, which is an unmitigated disaster. But nonetheless, it's also true that Asians, another minority, do better than white boys and girls, men and women, and
Asians is a small racial category that succeeds magnificently. So the argument that this is racism while it's racist against Asians.
Correct, absolutely right. The idea of there is white supremacy, well, we haven't done a very good job at it because Asians are whooping our ass and you can absolutely see it in the family culture. The parents are riding those children from day one. You will study, you will learn, you will get into Harvard. And Harvard keeps raising the bars. So it's harder and harder to get in into your Asian It's no longer enough to play two instruments like
a professional. It's no longer enough to score perfect score, sixteen hundred's on your sads. You have to know, I don't know, God what you have to prove that you're going to be totally left wing, presumably to get in. And rather than saying lower the standards on our behalf, which is what the black civil rights leaders do, they say, okay, we'll meet your standards. You keep raising them, we'll meet them.
Unbelievable. It's about faith and family and good parenting. It's not about race. Once again, Heather MacDonald, you're a great American. Let's not wait two years to do this again. The book is when race Trump's merit, you come with the facts, you come with the receipts. And once again, Heather McDonald, thank you very much for coming on the bill, cunning him show. Let's have a great four years at Donald Trumper.
We'll pull out DEI by the roots and get rid of the disparate racial impact studies, which is not as you say, it's not an accomplishment to be gay, it's not an accomplishment to be a female. It's not an an accomplishment to be an Indian or a Black, and let's get rid of that. I think Trump's going to do it, don't you, Heather.
I do, And I'm actually for one's optimist in my life. Can you imagine if we had twelve years of GOOP rule, I like to be still my heart, we would save the country.
Oh my god, thank god. Heather McDonald. Once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And Heather, you're a great American.
Thank you, Thanks so much.
Bill.
Let's continue, never stop. We simply continue. Asians do well, do great on these tests, but we have to White supremacy fails because Asians succeed. Do you buy that argument? He'll cunning in The Great American Live with You every Sunday night by Billy cunning in The Great American. You know, an evening with Heather McDonald is a great knight because that woman comes with the receipts and with the facts. And unfortunately New York City, in Chicago, Los Angeles, most
of the urban areas do not pay attention. I guarantee you. For example, if Marine Penny in New York City subway was black and the victim so to speak, was white, no prosecution would have taken place. It simply would not have transpired. And to me, that's pretty sick when a prosecution occurs only because of race. And this Marine Penny, I think did the lord's work, because the testimony is very clear about him defending himself and others from this crazy guy. That is a forty three page rap sheet.
And by the way, I guess tomorrow there's going to be closing arguments scheduled for tomorrow, but they delayed it until after the Thanksgiving Day week until December the second. We'll see what happens. But anything other that a complete exoneration would be an outrage. And I'm sure, like many other circumstances in New York City, that Alvin Bragg will
be overturned on appeal. And I did read it in the New York Times, and Alvin Bragg now is extremely popular in New York City for what he's done to Donald Trump and what he's trying.
To do to this Marine.
That shows you are sick large aspects of New York City can be. And I say that with sadness because I spent four years of my life there. When I was there during the rooms in Bloomberg years. It was quite good. Please continue with more coming up next. As a US Congressman, Warren Davidson about happened this morning on some of the talk shows relative to the nominees of Donald Trump. Bill Cunningham with you every Sunday.
Night, Willie.
The Ball rock you by Choice Hotels, Acuno Lodge and Roadway in Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at choice hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunningham.
By Billy Cunningham.
The great American, of course, one of the leaders else the representatives even more powerful in the next Congress will be Warren Davidson of the great state of Ohio. He's a graduate of West Point, serving in the military for many years, a tendant graduated from Notre Dame University. The fighting Irish knows where bodies are buried all over the world. He's a great American and first of all, Warren Davidson's
State of Ohio. Congratulations on your re election. I think you got seventy five to eighty percent of the vote, which isn't bad. You got more percentage of the vote than Donald Trump did in Ohio, which is a good thing. But can you give us first year analysis as to why all the polling once again was off by three or four percentage points. I can recall the weekend before the election Iowa. Iowa was plus three for Kamala and therefore the media went down that rabbit hole for three
or four days. Looking at it from your perspective, why did the trumpster win such a mandate for change in Washington?
Well, the polls were off because they were trying to use the polls to skew the outcome of the election. I do think some of those polls were over election interference, particularly in Iowa. The lady that has historically been accurate there was off by about thirteen points, and that seems like WillFull action. Frankly, she resigned from the Des Moines register right afterwards because I think she was facing some legal problems. But sitting aside that, look, Kamala Harris was
a terrible candidate. You know, they didn't have a real primary. They tried to rig it by saying no, Joe Biden's fine. Dean Phillips tried to tell the world like, no, no, I'm not going to go along with this. He's not fine. And look how they ran him out of office and everywhere else they could get rid of him on because he was considered a heretic. And then they saw that first debate and they're like, oh, yeah, we're gonna have
to do something. But they landed on Kamala Harris and she was just as unpopular with a billion dollars behind her as she was before they put a billion dollars behind her. And then the other thing that went right is Donald Trump just crushed it. I mean, he really just built a great campaign coming off of that first debate,
you know, going into the convention. Unfortunately, you know, someone tried to kill him, but he responded very heroically, and from there, I just really feel like he connected with more and more people that you know, they were hearing Rachel Maddow'll say one thing and the crazy ladies on the view say another, you know, essentially the same thing Rachel Mattew was, and then they see what he's doing and they're like, well, he doesn't seem crazy to me.
He's picking rfk up. This is great.
He's on Joe Rogan, the McDonald's things great, this garbage thing. I mean, it all just kept turning into gold. And frankly, JD Vance, I think was one of the big turning points in the whole campaign, not only when they picked him, but in the VP debate. He just showed this guy is very likable, very normal, What a refreshing person to have in politics and people, but what a great representative of our state. And I think it's like I think of Ohio, I think a JD.
I'm glad you brought this up because when you watch the mainstream meetia in the morning talk shows, it's all about Pete Hegseth and what happened in some hotel room seven years ago to Monterey, California, or about Tulsea Gabbert being a Russian asset, which is a smear of the radical left. Before we get to that, have you seen, and I've mentioned this the last few weeks, there's a disintegration of the mental abilities of our commander in chief.
As the world aroundness is tumbling, you have the President. Biden a few days ago was in Brazil and there was some shaman with some incense who was blessing him with the insects in their native garb. Then he wanders into the jungle by himself and he's brought back. Will not take any questions, wonders off again for the group photo. And this guy as we speak, Congressman Warren Davidson. He is the commander in chief, he's the head of state
and the head of government. Obviously he's mentally incompetent. Now the fear is Kamala Harris, who's in some Awaian vacation, would be in charge. But as a former military man, aren't you more than a little concern that the world left to Donald Trump January the twentieth at noon is going to be in flames. That he seems to be almost purposely inflaming the situation in Ukraine and Israel, and we don't have a president right now. Am I overestimating this?
No, I think you've summed it up. Look, the world sees it.
I think the nice thing is a lot of the world leaders are seeing that Donald Trump is en route. And I think that a lot of world leaders are seeing through the fact that the neocons, the kind of Dick Cheney Liz Cheney wing of American politics. It used to be in sort of Republicans, but now they've crossed over, supporting Kamala Harris. Anything to keep more wars and more places going, and it's dangerous. So that really is a huge concern and the refreshing thing, Like I say, world
leaders can't get access to Donald Trump fast enough. They want to connect with him, want to know that there's strength is stability, because they know there isn't strengthen stability in the Biden Harris administration. So January twentieth can't come fast enough.
Ballistic missiles flying from Russia, striking all over the Ukraine. This is the beginning of World War III. We have North Korean troops fortunately dying somewhere in Ukraine.
Or in Russia.
We have right now Vladimir Putin has identified American arms depots in Poland that he said he's going to attack. And here we have a shaman blessing Joe Biden stumbling, mumbling and fumbling. And why, I guess this is a self answering question. For the last year or two, it's obvious we've had a presidency in mental decline who can't function, and now it's getting worse and the world's on fire.
And I.
Is any of your Democratic friends. I assume you have a few in the Capitol concerned about the fact that America doesn't have a president right now and that the VP is somewhere on a beach in Maui.
Yeah.
Look, I haven't talked to him since the VP has been in Mali but or wherever she's at in Hawaii. But uh, but I have talked to him about Joe Biden. And you know, Dean Phillips in particular, he's like, you know, look, he really isn't there.
People know it.
They're just kind of covering for him. He decided to run run for president in the primary because he really thought he was ready to run a presidential campaign. But he thought, look, this is dangerous, we can't do this. And behind the scenes people have known that all along. And then then that would go on TV and cover for him and talk about what a sharp guy he is. Uh, there really is cause for alarm here with Joe Biden's competency.
We've evacuated eleven embassies under President Biden's administration. This is dangerous for our country, and you know, really it is a mess. That president President Trump is inheriting and that's why he does have to have his team right away. So you talked about Pete Hegseth earlier. You know, we've had a woke military where their number one agenda is you know, how many trans.
People can they get?
And you know, every kind of crazy stuff in the world, but military readiness. They're depleting our arsenals by giving them to Ukraine, and they're not deployment in a.
Very effective way.
You look at the peer that they tried to build in the Mediterranean to try to get humanitarian assistants into Gaza. Total embarrassment, dumb idea in the first place, but poorly executed. This has been a disaster of administration in every way, but especially in foreign policy.
Lloyd Austin, I'm watching about six months ago. Millie was still there, so it might have been about a year ago. And each was asked by a Democrat, what are the one or two main things you work on as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and to Lloyd Austin and Secretary of Defense, and each of them said the same thing. Number one is white supremacy in the military, and two it's climate change. Mitigation, that they have climate change mitigators on the seven hundred military bases all over the world
issuing reports. And now the US military and Thailand or somewhere could help the environment. So they're worried about white supremacy and they're worried about climate change mitigation. Whoever appointed those two guys, and we know who it was, should be embarrassed by that fact, because we need the military to be as lethal as possible. Instead we worry about DEI I've seen transsexuals in military garb give announcements to
recruit more shall we say, alternative lifestyle individuals. And also I see and Pete Haig said that the Democrats are going crazy because on his body he has a cross that indicates support for Jesus Christ. And also it's a cross that dealt with the Crusades or whatever, and they say that is white supremacy. May I have your reaction to both of that, Warren, there's a question in there somewhere.
Please look, got me all five, got me all fired up?
Now?
Well look, if you're not fired up right now, I don't know. You can't be paying attention. I mean, you look at it. What they're doing, destroying our military on purpose, undermining the strength and Pegseth represents change and that's why they're going to do everything they can to stop him. Look, Donald Trump campaigned on change. He has great slugan drain the swamp.
He hired mad Dog.
Madis one of our best generals. He's gonna come change it. And transgenderism is one of the first things. That's like, we got to fire this guy because Donald Trump said, We're not going to pay for surgeries for these people anymore. And Mellie said, oh, we'll study it, or mat mad Dog, we're not going to study it, don't do it. And Trump should have fired him. Then he had million there talking about white rage and all this nonsense. He brought
an esper who was an inside lobbyist. He understands where all the bodies are buried. He'll get it, he'll get it done. He didn't do anything. So now Donald Trump is picking people that are clearly committed to changing the status quo. Peig sas a company great officer. You know, he was a captain now junior field grade, but served as a lieutenant and captain in in combat in an infantry unit.
Uh.
The guy is respected by everyone who knows him, and I think he's going to bring change, and that's why they want to stop him. And you look at at the Intelligence Service. Go to Tulsa Gabbert. She's an active lieutenant colonel command in a reserve unit in Oklahoma. But you see the same trope really built by the same lady. Hillary Clinton ran the same attack against Tulci Gabbert that
she ran against Donald Trump. Russian asset. Why because she was a threat to Hilly Hillary Clinton in the primary. She was back in Bernie Sanders. So it was the same play. They continued the same lies and uh and and she's going to bring change to our intelligence services, the idea that we can, you know, respect American citizens, we can protect your privacy and get a warrant for Americans and yet target foreign intelligence. You've used our intelligence
services to target Americans. When you say, oh, well, well, white supremacy, white rage, DEI, these are the real things we should be concerned about. I don't know how about all the people that have flooded our country.
Ten plus a million people illegally.
Let's plain how who these people are and where they are, and certainly some of them don't come to do anything but harm to our country, and we should be rooting them out. So if you're looking inside our country, you should be looking at them, and you should be especially paying attention outside our country where the world is disintegrating.
I have a quote here on one of these CNN morning shows, and this is a question. Now, imagine you're so you're a so called journalist, Dana Bash of this of CNN, which is the cemetery news network. But this is a question that Dana Bash this morning ask of Senator Tammy Duckworth. Quote, this is a journalist. Quote, let's turn a former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsea Gabbert, who's the president elect tap to serve as our director of National Intelligence.
She's a critic of US intelligence. She has promoted Russian propaganda. Your fellow Democrat, Debbie Wasserman Schultz called her a Russian asset.
Now, you and.
Tulsi are both veterans, you both served in the House. What do you think of her? So the question was, well, she is a Russian asset, which is a false defamation, and Soworth, here's what Duckworth said, quote, Well, I think she's compromised. I think by going to Syria and basically backing, you know, a brutal dictator there. I mean, Russian controlled media called her a Russian asset. So I guess, I guess I have a deep concern whether or not she's
compromised quote unquote. That is a question from CNN, And an answer about Tulsi Gabbert is that the Tulsi Gabert that you know.
No, Look, Tulsi Gabbert when she was in the house with me, she was a Democrat, but she was one of the honest Democrats and still defended civil liberties. You know, she wasn't going to cancel free speech, she wasn't going to trample on privacy. She was not, in that sense a tyrant like the far radical left is the threat. Look at MPR, the threat is actually too much loyalty to the truth. I mean, can you imagine that that that an organization is supposed to be free press saying
too much loyalty to the truth. Is that essentially the same position Dana Bash has got. It's like, oh, we can't really go after the truth here. We have to carry the political agenda. And that's why some of these networks are dying. And you see podcasts like Joe Rogan flourishing because people know that they're being deceived. On the other side, they just completely discount it. No one's there anymore to listen to them, and and it's the same
old tropes that they'll do anything to undermine it. The downside is there's a lot of times senators are still
old school and they fall for this nonsense. So hopefully our senators will we'll see through it and get these confirmations done quickly so that we can you know, we need to start the Trump administration with the Secretary of Defense, with the Director of National Intelligence, with an attorney general and the director of the FBI, the core positions that the president needs to be able to execute day to day operations of the government.
It is ridiculous.
I guess when Matt Gates a few days ago left and Pam Bondi, I think is going to do great as the attorney general. But when he left under fire because of a seventeen year old and also certain other violations, and Pam Bondi arose immediately, and thank god Donald Trump did that. It's almost as if now that mac Gates
has gone, we got to viciously attack someone. So how about Tulsey Gabbert, who was a Democrat who worked in the Democratic National Committee with Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who spent all of her life as a Democrat except the past two years. The other guy's Pete Hegseth, who was cleared from seven years ago of some alleged sexual assault. I have the report in front of me. I may share some of it. I've shared some of it earlier, might
share some later. On Let's face it, he came away with that with a clean bill of health.
Let's deal with the issues.
And if you're concerned about national security, how about right now, the President of the United States cannot discharge the duties. He probably can't read, he probably can't find his way into the Oval office. The guy is physically and mentally gone. And we're talking about Tulci Gabbert instead of the mental capabilities of Joe Biden to discharge the duties this morning, tonight, tomorrow,
Right now, we have about two months to go. And let's face the Congressman, Warren Davidson, we're in trouble if somebody quickly has to make a decision, which is a life and death decision about the US military. You served and Tulsi served and Pete served. The commander in chief to make that decision would be who.
Well, look, Joe Biden is gonna be the one. I don't know if he's gonna turn to Jill. But if you look at Anthony Blincoln, and he certainly wants a bigger war. They've done everything they can to expand or escalate the war in Ukraine. They've done everything they can to undermine NET and Yahoo's efforts to win a decisive outcome, to hold hamas accountable Free ten seven massacre, to get
Israel's hossages and our own out, they've undermined that. And if you look at Lloyd Austin at the Security Defense, this is the guy that came up with the dumbest way possible to leave Afghanistan, that first you would get the military out and then still leave civilians behind. This no one's been held accountable. The only person ever fired for that was the lieutenant colonel that said in the Marine Corps, that said this is a crazy idea. It
was the Cincinnati guy originally. So you know this is going to change quickly with a new administration, but we got to get there, and I think a lot of people are really worried as you see, you know, Russia, I think showing some level of restraint in the sense that they could have used more warheads on this missile capability that they just demonstrated over there.
Right.
Look at the natural warfare. It's changing. And we've got to get people in place that are committed to the national security of our own country. And they know that the real threat is.
Not climate change.
They know why we have a military day to day, and it's like that on every kind of front. And I think you put all that together and that's why Donald Trump won anyone decisively.
We got to run.
Congressman Warren Davidson, I the next eight weeks cannot go by more quickly. Once again, you're a great American. Thank you for your service, and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show.
Thank you, Congressman. Thank you very much.
Always an honor. God bless you and your listeners.
And God bless America. I let's continue with more Billy cunning and The Great American Live with you every Sunday Night by Billy cunning In.
The Great American.
I cannot imagine more dangerous circumstance we have tonight that as missiles are flying into and out of Ukraine, that missiles two hundred and forty were sent this afternoon from Lebanon into Israel. There was a lot of damage. Calls to the Holy State of Israel, back and forth they go. It's been some reporting tonight, believe it or not, that piece is at hand between Hesbolah and israelis I doubt that very much, because Iran is encouraging action before the
Donald takes office. Once he does, then all hell's going to break loose. And that's the differential. And maybe if there was a way that Biden, who's mentally incompetent and Kamala Harris is on the beaches of Hawaii, could step aside and let Donald take over. Now, that would be a much better thing for the country. We're in danger for the next eight weeks with the pathetic president who's mentally incompetent and the VP on the beach and war is conducted all over the world. Go Cunningham with you
every sund You know Bill Cunningham, the Great America. Let's continue with more Leland Vidder on Balance Money through Friday on News Nation. That was the first network to announce the shall we say, the election of Donald J.
Trump.
Joining you and I now is Leland Vinter on the News Nation. Leland, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And first of all, you've had reporting and many have also about the may I used to turn backing down of Donald Trump. And there was some reporting to the effect that after Matt Gates did his senator greets round and around, the Trumpster had a sense that it wasn't
going well for Matt Gates. He wasn't gonna he could afford to lose like three or four votes and that's it, and that he made the call to Gates, or did Gates make the call to him. The media says the Gates made the call to the Trumpster and said, you know what, take me down. Other media accounts were or Donald Trump got the call from the leadership of the Senate Republican Party Thuned specifically and said this isn't going well.
Then Trump made the call.
What's your sense of who called who first and how did this play out?
My reporting is that it became clear to the transition team and then to Donald Trump that they didn't have the votes to get Matt Gates through. And remember things were getting worse, not better for Matt Gates. The more things came out, the worse it looked, not the better it looked for him. So the senators I know I've talked to were thrilled because they really did not want this over the next.
Month or six weeks.
I think I think it shows a couple of things. Number One, all of this talk that there, you know, Trump was gonna last through recess appointments, and he was going to put in whoever he wanted. And you know, the rules, the rules did not apply to him, right, yeah, the yeah, the rules applied to him and Republican senators, some of a number of whom a third of whom are going to be in the Senate after Donald Trump leaves the White House said you're gonna have to do
play by everybody else's rules. Number Two is that we've We've seen it time and time again. Donald Trump demands loyalty, requires loyalty, talks about loyal for everyone but himself. And by that, I mean he did not expend political capital to save anybody else. And you know, he could have, really, he could have really started twisting some arms when it came to Matt Gates and he did not.
Yep, he didn't. And in fact, when he was told. Of course, the brand of Donald Trump is never apologized, never backed down, never never sweat. But in this case, it appears that the more that came out about Matt Gates, the worst that got. And there was reporting of the ten thousand dollars through venmo at the seventeen year old girl. There was more than one incident. And then you wrap
it up to the nude pictures. I think it's disgusting for a congressman on the floor of the United States House of Representatives to walk around and naked pictures of his sexual conquest and share them with congressmen. And in fact, the ethics report wasn't dealing with the human trafficking element. They were dealing with breach of the rules of the House by shall we say, conduct unbecoming and then also using campaign money for personal reasons. And so this this
is going to be death by a thousand cuts. And at some point Matt Gates said, and I would think down the road, the Trumpster is going to take care of Matt Gates.
Anyway.
There'll be something in an ambassador, something that doesn't have to be approved by the Senate to take care of Matt Gates. So one might ask, before we talk about Pete Hegseth and his problems in Monterey, California, did is Johnson really happy now that Gates is out of the Congress and that the deal was, okay, you do this, resign immediately. We'll try to get you through. But that doesn't work out. At the worst gonna happen, Matt Gates will be out of the Congress. He doesn't get along
with Republicans, much less Democrats. That is Trump that smart to set it up that way? Get rid of Matt Gates, get him into a position that he can't be confirmed, let him back down. That Here comes Pam Bondy from Florida, eighteen years prosecutor, eight years as the Attorney General, part of the transition team in twenty sixteen, et cetera.
He likes her quite a bit.
So is Trump that smart to put up Matt Gates have a deal with Johnson, Baker of the House, that we're going to get him out of the House. He's not going to succeed. He's going to back down. Now I get the person I really want?
Is Trump? That's smart?
Well, perhaps in retrospect, if that's how we're looking at it. But I would I would give you the other side. I've never I've heard that Donald Trump plays for dy chess all the time explanation.
For his behavior.
That said, I have yet to find a situation where you see something that really phenomenally happened for Donald Trump and you can trace it back and go, oh, I see what he was doing all along? This Matt Gabe's thing has caused a lot of problems for him. And first of all, in Washington is exposed that I don't want to think the Emperor has no clothes, but it's
exposed that Donald Trump isn't all that powerful. It's exposed that this whole resets appointment thing that you know every maga he said, you know, if Tom Zune doesn't agree to recess appartments for everybody, soon's out and we're going to blow up the US Senate. That lasted what a week?
Yep.
So it does not, It does not. It doesn't fit the pattern of forty of successful forty chess.
Now that Matt Gates has gone and Pam BONDI I would think, is going to fly through. Women seldom have sex problems except if you're a teacher. But that's a different story. But it looks like the hot white lamps are going to be on Pete.
Hegseyth.
Now I read the twenty two page report out of Monterey the police department, and it's a he said. She said she had a rape exam so to speak about four days later that turned out to be negative, and there was some money paid under an NDA. And I've had Pete Hecseth on a couple of times. I'm sure you have. He was probably at Fox when when you were there, or Leland Viddert. Now that Matt Gates is gone and the betting markets now have Pete, Hegseth. He
was a eighty one percent getting confirmed. He's now at fifty two percent. He's going down with a hot white Lamb's going Pete, Hegseth. About the NDA. What is in the NBA. The woman was contacted a week ago. He said, Look, I'm done with it. I got to talk with my lawyer. He said they were both drunk. She said, we were drunk. We ended up in a hotel room somehow naked, and she says, I kept saying no, no, no, He kept saying yes, yes, yes, they're not sure they had intercourse
or not. Neither one of them are sure about that. So where's a Pete Hegsett situation. There's nothing like a sex scandal set Washington a flutter.
Well, you never get caught on your first time, Okay, in look, Bill, if somebody said this about a number of people who you and I both know, we'd go are you kidding me?
Yeah?
I know this man. This would never happen. Okay. The problem is is everyone who knows Pete Hegsett reads this and goes, yep, yeah, sounds like him.
Sounds like Pete.
This is a guy. This is a guy who has cheated on his multiple wives with women who became his wife, who he then she's on again and had children with other women. So I think, And when your best defense is well, I wasn't charged with anything, being being cleared is very different as a prosecutor, you know this than being not being charged, right, Okay, And when your best defense in front of the United States Senate is well I wasn't charged with anything, I'm sorry, and I and
number one, I think the standard should be higher. And every Republican Republican comes back with, well, what about this, and what about that? Well, Republicans won allegedly because they were going to be better, not the same as Democrats. But number two and I this is what confounds me about Donald Trump. And this is where I think he becomes ill served by his sort of hanging out at mar A Lago, always being told what he wants to hear. She's no one's saying this about Marco Rubio. Nobody's saying
this about Susie Wilds. No, nobody's saying this about Doug Burnham. All people who are loyal to Donald Trump, they are exceptionally good on television at prosecuting the MAGA message. They believe in MAGA.
And they're all confirmable.
No.
I mean, I'm just I'm watching MSNBC and I've got you've got Democratic congressman going. You know, I may not agree with Marco Ruby on everything, but the President's entired to a cabinet that he likes. Marco Rubio is a great, a great pick. It's confounding to me. So either either somebody like Marco Rubio isn't a tear of the house down kind of person, so therefore Donald Trump's not being true to MAGA or he's picking people because he likes
them on television. I'm on television every day. That doesn't make me the best pick to run, you know, to run the Commresce department.
Well that the fact the matter is that Brett kavanaugh hearings were wild. What was her name, Christine Blasi and it.
Was yeah, hold on, hold on.
This is totally different, Yeah, totally different than Christine Blasi. Ford had had a made up story with no corroborating evidence right from forty years ago. This is a woman who was paid off. This was This is somebody who has a long history of behavior that you would be disqualifying for any man to allow his daughter to date him, okay, or for your wife to allow you to hang out with him.
No.
I'd love to tell Rachel, hey, Rage, I'm gonna go down and you'll get some get some bruskies with Pete and.
With that wedding off. Wedding's off.
Then yeah, yeah, well yeah, you know, honey, you know, honey, he had no idea how much longer you have to do? Right now?
Oh?
And I can imagine that if a subpoena this woman, here we go and then he backs down, and I don't know, there's so many qualified people of the Magma movement that would become Secretary of Defense. He picked someone that, shall we say, has a little bit of a checkered past. We'll see what happens now. Last lace about Elon Musk. Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswami, my good friend from here in Cincinnati, says that they're going to cut the federal
workforce by thirty to forty percent. But he's Elon Musk, and Vivek has a unique idea how to cut people. Can you tell the American people what their plan is? In the first gusto about seeing who wants to work or not, this is kind of remarkable.
I think it's a great idea. And I have been on record as quite skeptical of DOZE because they don't have any power, but the idea of forcing federal employees to go to work like the rest of us do. Because right now, about a million federal workers are eligible for remote work, which is just absolutely insane and the fact that we're paying people to stay home is nuts. And anybody who works for a living agrees with that statement. So fifty percent or so of the government workforce who's
eligible for teller work. That would end, and you know what, it's universally popular. It would get people to quit. You could then have a hiring freeze because you know what is it. You know, one in one in three or one in two government jobs is redundant. It's amazing. It's amazing how the world still functions when non essential employees don't come to work in Washington on snow days. And it's it's actually a pretty genius idea. And the other
thing it'll do. I mean, I get everybody complaining about traffic and everything else. Nobody cares. We all sit in traffic. But the one real, untold story about government entitlement, especially in Washington, DC, is all of the businesses, small businesses, minority owned businesses that rely on government workers who come into the office. I'm talking about the bodega's downtown in Washington. I'm talking about all the cafes that were built all
around all of the government buildings. They all went out of business. And it's high time that if those folks have to go to work every day and struggle because no federal employees are there, how about after four years the federal employees can come back.
It's amazing.
They're not required to report to work. Also, there was a massive hiring increase over the past two years of the Biden administration, putting more people to work on condition you don't come to work. It's all truly unbelievable stuff, and I think it'd be great now. Lastly, according to Elon Musk, he's got two trillion dollars in mind to cut from the federal budget. The whole budget's about six and a half to seven trillion dollars. That's about thirty
percent cut. If you take defense, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and interest on the national debt, that's about seventy percent of the budget, which means if you cut two trillion out of the rest, there'll be nothing left for any other branch of government.
We're in trouble.
Is that more of a should always say, an advertising ploy, an idea, a mean of two trillion dollars, but in reality it's going to be maybe a few hundred billion, which I think is great. But Elon Musk and Vivey cannot cut that much out of the federal budget unless you cut everything defense, social Security. You got to have interest on the national debt. We borrow about six billion dollars every day, a brand new money to fund our
spending habits. Isn't not a dream that will not come true thousand percent.
And Elon Musk is no. Elon Musk has done some incredible things and unbelievably successful in fucking trends and destroying conventional wisdom of what can be done, you know, catching the rocket with the chopsticks, on and on and on. It has done things that the government said that could not be done. The one thing that both the vike Ramaswami and Elon Musk are going to come up against is a rule from the Gipper, which was the closest thing you'll ever get to eternal life as a government
bureau or program. And that's because government bureaus, programs and spending are really popular, especially with the con risman where that money is spent in that district and everybody's got their pet projects, their pet road project, their interchanges, their airports, their parks, their gazebos, whatever it is that the big grumas armani on musters and will try to be cutting. So yeah, you can nibble around the edges. Government was created to protect itself, So I think they're gonna have
a very hard time. And you point out rightly, if you really were serious about this, somebody would have the guts.
I don't know, maybe maybe a president who didn't have to run for re election would have the guts to come up and say, if we want to make America gradient and we want to keep America financially solvent for the next fifty years, we're going to reform social Security and we're going to reform Medicare, and you know what it's look, it's going to go a lot, a lot long, a lot farther in saving America than the siding what bathrooms people can go in.
We will.
It's important. I guess every congressman has their own bathroom anyway. It's one of those tempests, and the teapots don't amount to hill of beans, but it gives each side enough time to.
I say, is raising a lot of money off of it?
Absolutely, and the Democrats are raising a lot of money. It was a big issue at least in the Ohio Center race between Bernie Marino and Sheard Brown. That was a big issue, and I would imagine it continues to be a hot button issue in Ohio and elsewhere but we got to run. Leland Vetter, you and yours have a great Thanksgiving, eat some turkey, back at it. I know you'll be on between now and Christmas quite a bit, and the nominations continue.
We'll see what happens down the road.
But Leland Vetter on Balanced News Nation, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show, Leland, thank you very much, thank you, God bless it. Let's continue with more and
we'll see what happens down the road. But until you means test social securities there, rich people like Tony Bender don't get benefits until you tell Tony Bender, multimillionaire, look, you got to pay for your own medical expenses when you're sixty five years old, which is about thirty percent of old folks, shall we say, or able to handle their own bills. Until that happens, there'll be no cuts in social security. Bill Cunningham the Great American live with
you every Sunday night. Billy Cunningham, the Great American, thanks for listening this Sunday night. As we began about three hours ago, I pointed out how absurd and ridiculous it is for a Democrats attacking army officers and veterans like Pete Heckseth and Tulsey Gabbert, and comparing what they've done for the country, comparing what's happening now in America? Are
you kidding me? What's happening now is truly unbelievable. About four or five days ago, you might recall that our commander in chief in office, supposedly doing the job, reading daily the Presidential Daily Briefing. I doubt it what was blessed by a holy shaman in the Brazilian rainforest with special incense. He then wanted off into the jungle and refuse to hold a news conference in Brazil, and then missed the group photo again. They had it back in

We have a VP.
Sunbathing in Hawaii, and we have a president incapable of acting. Imagine if we had a serious, more serious problem we have right now in the world, and the guy making those big decisions would be none other than.
Joe Biden. Frightening.
