Willie Buck You by Choice Hotels Econo Lodging roadway in Hotels are serving up double points for over qualifying. Stay book at Choice Hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized. There's radio's best, the recipient of not one, but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunningham, now Billy Cunningham, the Great America. And it is rather frigid Sunday night across America and another storms are going to head California on Tuesday

Wednesday. We'll see what happens down the road. But looking at why I left the game end at Kansas City again, beat up on Buffalo twenty seven to twenty four, and the Taylor Swift phenomenon continues, although I think it's going to meet its end in Baltimore next Sunday, but who knows. Unlike many, I'm impressed with Taylor Swift. I'm sorry, don't listen to much of her music, but don't care for her politics. But what she's done

with their ability and talent. She's a multi multi billionaire putting to work lots of people. What the hell let the young lady enjoy her life with Travis Kelce who ran for a touchdown, caught a touchdown pass. All hell's breaking loose, and Kansas City is going to be at Baltimore and of course in San Francisco, Detroit Lions are going to be there. Buffalo once again hit with like thirty eight inches of snow, brutal blizzards now have several months to

lick their wounds. Miss fieldal at the end would have tied it up. Who knows back and forth. I don't think Kansas City punted one time in the entire game. So to go into Buffalo like they did when Kansas City is pretty good stuff. Look forward to maybe next year when Joe Burrow comes back with the Cincinnati Bengals. I was kind of hoping between Buffalo and Cincinnati. The two franchises have been to the Super Bowl a total of seven times.

You know the record of Cincinnati and Buffalo in the Super Bowl zero and seven, So we'll see what happens. I love it when small market teams winning. Kansas City certainly is one of those. But big show planned for tonight, and I would point out that the bombshell developments of a few hours ago when Governor Ron DeSantis of Florida, which is my second home state,

decided to drop out because frankly had no chance, zero zilch nada. For some reason, De Santas did not catch on at the retail level of politics. Now, I've been in a couple of events with DeSantis, and I've been in four or five with Donald Trump. In fact, introduced him a couple of times Trump event, and later on we have Leland Viddard coming up from News Nation. He's driving between Concord and Manchester. There was a Trump event there tonight. And if you go to a Trump event, it's kind

of like the Grateful Dead. It's like a festival. There's a line out the front, people are selling things, people are happy. You go to a Rhondissantus event. It's not good. Not good at the retail level. He would have been much better off having won a great Florida gubernatorial victory in twenty twenty two, to let this thing rest until twenty twenty eight, when he's still going to be barely fifty years old. But he decided to jump in. Now. I think his advisors told me, like in January and

February of twenty twenty three when he decided to get in. He said, you're gonna have the same positions as Donald Trump, without all the peccadillos, without the tweets, without the insults, and you're gonna win. So he bought it, got tens of millions of dollars from rich guys. I didn't want to see Trump in office, but many did not anticipate what what would happen? Beginning in April of twenty twenty three, what about a year and

eight months ago, that is indictments. Alvin Briggs had the stupid, ignorant Alvin Braggs at New York City filed some of like thirty five felony charges against Donald Trump for paying a porn star money to catch and kill a story about him having sex with a porn star. And at that point, when that thing broke criminal charges, he put the money paid to the porn star on a different form than on some other form. So that caused Alvin Braggs to

indict him thirty five times on felonies, just that indictment. If convicted, Let's face it, if the Donald goes before a petted jury in New York City is going to be convicted. Spend the rest of his life in a New York State prison. Unbelievable, That was ridiculous. And then Fannie Willis, Atlanta Fulton County prosecutor we now know, coordinating indictments from the White House.

If this was a real media that we had, what would occur is that the so called mainstream media would go after Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade her lover to understand why he spent many hours in the White House. I would imagine talking about the prosecution of Donald Trump, either that or the weather one

or the other. And then here comes Jack Smith, when Joe Biden said, go get him, have indictments in Washington on obstruction of justice on January sixth, issues when the Donald said, march down to the Capitol peaceably in protest. And then also Jack Smith and Florida on the classified documents, which Democratic leaders have done for decades with impunity. So all of a sudden,

these the criminal cases seem to be falling apart. So I think run Desantus said, Okay, January February of twenty twenty three, this is my shot. Let's go get him. I have the same policies as the Trumpster, without the peccadillos. Well, little did he know that Alvin Braggs and Fannie Willis and Merrick Garland and Stormy Daniels and others would come at him hard, and that the support for the Donald would switch from lukewarm in twenty twenty three

to HoTT as a firecracker. Because we understand that this is an attempt by the Democrats to do exactly what they accused Donald Trump of doing. Is being an authoritatian authoritarian form of government, indicting the leader of the opposition party, putting him in prison for the rest of his life, seize all of his assets, and then make sure that Joe Biden, who by the way, as a Democrat, cannot be part of any primary system because he might lose.

So the party that runs on the platform of democracy is at risk, is actually putting democracy at risk. Whatever they accused the Republicans of doing is

exactly what the Democrats themselves have already done or presently are doing. And so when I see what's happening beginning a few hours ago, I look at the Drudge Report tonight, and I'm the successor and title in this show from Matt Drudge and the Drudge Report has completely lost its way, by the way, as a headline, New Hampshire poll, Trump forty six, Haley forty four,

the Santus six. So if that poll is correct, there's a real chance that Nicky Haley could beat Donald Trump in New Hampshire if the polls are accurate. So I'm going to put a call in later to Leland Vinter of News Nation, who's on the ground tonight in New Hampshire went to a Trump rally to get a sense of the Senate what is happening in New Hampshire, Because in New Hampshire you don't have to be a registered Republican to vote in

the Republican primary. Democrats are independents can go in and say give me the Republican ballot and then vote for Nicki Haley if they won. But then in a couple of weeks, guess what everyone's going to head towards South Carolina. And you would think the governor, former governor of South Carolina, Nicki Haley, would do well, but all the leaders of South Carolina have sattled up next to Donald Trump, and some polling in South Carolina as the Trumpster beating

Nicki Haley by thirty five percentage points in her own home state. So we have a nominee, whether you like it or not, we have a nominee, and his name is Donald John Trump. And it appears now unlikely there'll be a trial which surely will result in a guilty verdict to be overturned on

appeal before election day. And the party that tells us that all these indictments and lawsuits against Donald Trump have nothing to do with politics, want to make sure politically they all go to trial, at least one of them before November fifth, because they want a conviction. Polling indicates that about thirty percent of Republicans say they will not vote for the Donald if he's convicted of a felony.

Any doubt in your mind what happens if Donald stands in front of an Atlanta City jury or a New York City jury or a Washington, d c. Jury. Republicans are convicted there and Democrats are set free. It's all political. So how can it not be political when the Democrats themselves say we have to try this guy before the election, which is all political normally in federal court. And I've had dozens and dozens of trials in federal court.

A case like this, where the defendant is obviously out on bond, may take two to four years to come up for trial because of all the pre trial motions. And the US Constitution provides each defendant, each defendant the right to a speedy trial. It does not provide to the government the right to a speedy trial. Only the defendant gets the right to the speedy trial. And Donald Trump has waived his right to a speedy trial, and he wants

to have these motions determined, of course before trials. With all the problems of Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade, and that is a joke in and of itself. You can't have a prosecutor personally benefiting from the prosecution of a defendant. And it appears, based upon Joscelyn Wade, the wife of Nathan Wade, that significant assets were used by Nathan Wade to wine dine in pocket line the prosecutor on their romantic getaways to California, to the Caribbean and the Palm

Springs. They were spending money like drunken sailors on shore leave, which is an insult to drunken sailors. But obviously you can't have a prosecutor personally benefiting from the prosecution of a defendant, which is exactly what Fannie Willis is doing and Nathan Wade exactly is doing. He's collected so far from the taxpayers of Fulton County about six hundred and fifty thousand dollars on its way to a million and one of the billings making two hundred and fifty bucks an hour. He's

spent twenty four hours in one day on the case. Twenty four hours a day sounds like a Beatles song. Eight days a week he's working in billing. Fannie Willis his lover six hundred and fifty thousand dollars, which is five hundred thousand dollars more than the other two prosecutors are getting because of his quote, his personal relationship with the prosecutor who's been wine dined and pocket lined by the taxpayers of the state of Georgia. Huh does that make sense to anyone?

Now? That has nothing to do with the guilt or innocence of these nineteen defendants, four of whom have already pled guilty because they got sweetheart deals. But at a minimum, Fannie Willis and Nathan Wade both need to be disqualified from the case, bring in some other prosecutor, and start all over again. It's the fruit of the poisonous tree, which is a doctrine under

the Fourth Amendment. So you can have a circumstance where a prosecutor is personally benefiting from the trials of a person that she has caused to be indicted. She is a personal stake in the outcome of the cases, in fact, to keep it going for a long time, so she can personally put money in her purse or get fancy trips all over the world. And so I want to compliment Joscelyn Wade, the estranged wife of Nathan Wade, for making

public this information, because the truth will set us all free. So let's continue later on, we have that same Leland Vittat will be here from News Nation. He's in a car between Concord and Manchester. He went to a trump rally tonight in which the trump Ster was happy as could be because of ron descent as getting out of the race. Of course, that was a

non sequitor because he had no traction any time anywhere anyway. And Nikki Haley may benefit slightly, and if in fact she is at forty four percent in New Hampshire and Disantas is at six Is it reasonable to assume that she's going to get the majority of Dissanders and six percent. I don't know. I would assume that is an anti Trump vote, whether you like it or not, and I like it. Donald Trump is going to be the nominee of

the Republican Party and before November fifth. I do not think he's going to stand trial in any of these ridiculous criminal charges. Civilly who knows, Stormy Daniels, Gene Carroll, who knows what happens there, And we'll see what occurs. But my gosh, are we in trouble. I want to spend

some time tonight with an expert on the southern border. Plus, we have a call into Congressman Warren Davidson. He's a member of the Freedom Caucus, and I think he's concerned about the behavior of one Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, who made promises not kept. I think many in Washington want Mike Johnson to go the same path as Kevin McCarthy. We'll see what happens. So if a line becomes available, I see we have a call from

Massachusetts already eight six six six four seven seven three three seven. Lastly, before I take a short break, Senator John Fetterman, of course uh had the serious stroke. As stroke could strike anyone. It doesn't mean you should sit in the US Senate with serious stroke symptoms. But nonetheless, John Fetterman said, quote migration crisis threatens to destroy the American dream. That's from John

Fetterman, who's working with half a because of a stroke. And let's face it, if John Fetterman has this southern border figured out, why can't Joe Biden the other Democrats Because they're in a replacement mode. They want to get rid of all those working class Americans and replace them with ilegal migrants from Venezuela. Continue with more. Twenty two minutes after the hour, Bill Cunningham, the Great American Live with You every Sunday, Dramatic Dame Politics, Rond de

Santas is gone and Nikki Haley remains. We have a call coming in from Leland Vindert of a news nation on the ground in about thirty five minutes to discuss what's happening in New Hampshire. As a consequence of that, I would point out one other issue. Study finds that nineteen percent of young millennials definitely want to be parents, another twenty percent which gets the number up to about forty percent or leaning toward going child free, don't want to have kids either

said definitely not or probably not. That's forty percent. The average female in America currently produces about two point one children per female, which is only replacing the current population. So this study from the US Census Bureau is even more shocking about the dismantling of America, which I want to spend some time with

you on because we have no idea how important the November election is. Because if Michelle Obama, I do not believe along with my good friend and yours wayn Allen Root, that Joe Biden will make it till November the fifth,

He's going to tumble, sir, He's gonna do tumbles down steps. They're going to find the actual cash in his pocket from Hunter that he took bribes as a vice president into the two to millions of dollars, or his polling is so bad that the Democrats are going to tell him at the convention, or before you got to step down and get ready for Michelle Obama with Kevin

Newsoen is the VP that they think is the winning ticket. But it is so bad in this country right now that if we continue with these policies on the southern border, that America is being dismantled before our very eyes. We have no border. In one month of December, the number is three hundred thousand illegals, which was about half of the real number because those are the ones that have been registered. So if you continue on that front, and

it's going to accelerate, it's going to get worse. That means by the year twenty fifty, and we're as close to the year twenty fifty, the year twenty fifty appears to be thousands of years away. We're as close to the year twenty fifty as we are to the year two thousand. We're basically halfway there. Imagine one hundred million more Americans that are itinerant migrants inside of this country and that accelerates. We go from three hundred and forty million to

four hundred and forty million by twenty fifty or before. Unbelievable. What does that mean? That means our society is not structured to have a country run with four hundred and forty to four hundred and sixty million people. The great majority are not working. The great majority do not have skills demanded by this technology technologically superior economy. We don't live in the nineteenth century anymore, with

large manufacturing and farming needs and industrial needs. We don't have that anymore. In fact, we need less workers to do more. But the problem is politically that the middle class is voting against the Democrats for this and other reasons. Oh As a result, they have to suppliant, replace the Americans not voting for them with Americans who will because of keeping power and keeping control of the checkbook. So let's continue. Want to get your calls. We've called

some Massachusetts and Texas. We have three lines available now at eight sixty six six four seven, seven three three seven. Big show coming up in more. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, with you every Sunday night. I was born in a small town. I live in a small town. My friends are in a small town. I'll be buried in a small town. Let's continue now in UH eight sixty six six four seven seven three three seven.

A quick comment or two. I think many Americans living their simple lives hopefully in good ways, do not understand what's occurring deliberately by the Marxist liberal

progressive Democratic Party on the southern border. When we had a functional southern border for most of this century, when Barack Hussein Obama and Chuck Schumer and others, Hillary Clinton as recently as twenty ten saying as Democrats in office and power, that we must have a functional southern border well guarded and let into this

country only those that follow the law. That that party has changed completely because they started losing elections, so they had to replace the voters who voted against them with migrants and others who will vote for the Democratic Party. The American that I live in, grew up in, and want my kids and grandchildren to live in, have taken most of our freedoms for granted public education.

In many areas, it's pretty good from kindergarten through the twelfth grade. But those areas in which the Democratic Parties controlled for forty to sixty years are utterly dysfunctional. If you're in a major American city and have the option, you would not send your children to the Detroit public schools, or do the Portland public schools, or to the Houston public schools. You wouldn't do that if

you had a choice, because they're terrible. But I lived in suburban areas in the Cincinnati area in which I went to a place called Deer Park High School. About forty years that about twenty five percent of us would go on to college or other degrees, And until the Democrats completely controlled higher education, the cost was somewhat reasonable. Now it's confiscatory. Millions more could go to

vocational schools or gain employment of the choice from thousands of available jobs. And there was a hope that as you got older twenty five thirty, you met the guy, met the girl of your dreams or whatever. You jumped on, jumped on the bandwagon. Let's get married. Remember marriage, Remember marriage, have children, have a three bedroom house with a picket fence and a couple of bathroom and raise your family. We take that for granted, and

we enjoy driving on highways. The part of the world I live in I seventy one, I seventy five, two seventy five. Except for an hour or two each day, you can travel the highways and the byways somewhat unfettered. The roads are not massively overcrowded. In the area that I live but as stated by US government demographers, that currently there's three hundred and forty million human beings that live in this country. Of the three hundred and forty million,

eighty million we're not born here eighty million great majority are illegal. By twenty fifty, there will be an additional one hundred million human beings living in the United States of America that will fundamentally alter and destroy fundamental freedoms that we have. The invasion is ongoing, and the quality of your life, and my life, and your kid's life will be gone. We're not a country

that is scaled to handle three hundred and fifty million people living here. For example, New York City is going to go from eight million to seventeen million. Los Angeles will jump to about twenty five million, and every city will be over polluted, filled with homeless and drugs, massive lawlessness and crime. Water is going to be scarce, It'll be a toxic wasteland with poop maps all over the place. And your tax dollars will go to pay for welfare.

Obama phones, clothing, housing, medical, educational, and transportation needs that we thought was almost to right. But the system is not scaled to have four hundred and sixty million people in this country. You have to take one look right now at a sanctuary city, which is just the beginning of the invasion of New York, Chicago, Los Angeles. It's just beginning as to what's happening with housing, welfare, hospitals, and schools. There is

no education happening. New York City public schools. They took in at least one hundred thousand, one hundred thousand, a different more migrants one hundred thousand, and there's no education going on. Take one look at Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Portland, take one look at downtown Austin, Texas. That's what your city's going to look like when your kids or grandkids in the next forty or forty five years. That's what's gonna happen. National parks will be

overwhelmed, they'll be trashed and overcrowded by thousands and thousands each day. And that we have a circumstance now which is almost stoppable, but maybe not. Of the one hundred million that are going to come into this country illegally, one hundre million, how many are compatible with our religions and our culture. The answer is few. What are their worldviews about welfare and about the American way of life. It's not what happens in this country whatsoever. So we

have an occasion. Now you think you solve a problem and cause other problems, unintended consequences. Imagine millions with mental illnesses, millions with drug addictions, millions with drug overdoses. Imagine the homeless situation. Imagine escape from New York with snake plisken. That'll be the word of the day. No nation on the face of the earth that has this many people provide anything but a horrible existence for the so called middle class in those nations. China and India have

about one point three one point five billion people. The average Indian middle class American average living in Calcutta, for example, has a horrible life. The average Chinese person living and communist Red Shina, the average person doesn't have a uh indoor plumbing, doesn't doesn't have indoor toilets, doesn't have water systems inside the house. The system is not resolved. The average Russian, the average

Brazilian doesn't have a life because too many people, too few resources. And so we have decided not we, but the Democrats have decided to replace your

votes with those migrants from third world countries with grinding poverty. Milton Friedman said, one of the four conservatives of my Mount Rushmore, Milton Friedman said that you cannot have grinding poverty, third world values next to a developed nation with wide open borders, because eventually the developed nation will look like the country with

grinding poverty. That's exactly where we're headed. Right now. We have endless supplies of fresh water, somewhat functioning medical system but not in Denver, and we have a sewer system that is somewhat permissible. You add one hundred million without homes, without medical care that we provide for nothing, for zero, no cost, and we can't exist. It's literally is the purposeful, intentional dismantling of the United States of America if we don't stop this invasion and stop

it immediately, stop political it's reality. Can this country survive with an additional one hundred million welfare recipients that are going to be here by the year twenty fifty. No, we can't survive. We won't. The country will slip into nothing. In great societies have generally done well for two to three hundred years, and by the time we celebrate our three hundredth in. Unless we stop the deliberate invasion of this country from the southern border, the country will

not exist as we know it today as cities emptied out. Look at Oakland, California. That's a joke. That is an absolute joke. Downtown Chicago, Downtown New York, where I spent seven or eight years doing my television show, was a fabulous city ten years ago. Not anymore. It's over the pollution the crime. Friend of mine went to a hospital in er in suburban Cincinnati and was number sixty two on the wait list to be seen with a heartbeat of over one hundred, blood pressure two twenty over one eighty,

and after three hours of waiting, went home. And cities like Denver has a ridiculous progressive mayor who once bailout from the federal government because of all the care provided to illegal immigrants in Denver, not exactly, shall we say, a border city. That's what's headed to this country. Whereas to the year twenty fifty, as we are to the year two thousand and this selection in

November determines the course for the next thirty to forty years. That Donald says, legal pathways walls with nice large gates, letting the right people in because they've been tested in their skills of needed inside this country, or the Democrat wins. And if it's Michelle Obama for the next four to eight years. On top of that, we're at the tipping point of having completely dysfunctional public schools. Did she send her kids to Chicago public schools? I don't think

so. It's for the unwashed masses who are asses to keep people like Mayor Johnson in charge of the city of Chicago. Are you kidding me? Imagine the philosophy of that mayor for the next ten to twenty to thirty years. Imagine it. I can't. We have one chance to get this right, and the media will spend its time attacking Donald Trump because of Gene Carroll, or because of a tweet, or because of a porn star, or because of not handling a piece of paper correctly, or because of some other ridiculous

purpose. They want to keep control of the checkbook. And if the Democrats are in charge of the checkbook, the bankruptcy of America is already occurring. It's occurring right now. We have about one trillion dollars we pay an interest payments soon to be two trillion dollars by the end of this decade. Well have accumulant national debt of forty trillion dollars, not supported by productivity but presses, by printing presses, and by borrowing. And that is that's non survivable.

It is sick, and it's sad. We need a gladiator, a maximus, hold the line. We need the Trumpster with the courage and the power to change the arc with the Democrats have in store for you, which is the unbridled dismantling of the United States of America as we know it. If you would enjoy living in downtown Chicago or downtown Oakland, or downtown Portland, or downtown Atlanta, you would love with the Democrats have planned for your

city and for your state. That's where we're headed. And this election is the most important of my lifetime. If we continue on this path, with unbridled welfare, with an open border, with massive lawlessness, with this functional schools, with more deficit, more borrowing, the country can't survive. I think we're past the point of breakage now, but I know in four to eight years or twelve years from now, with Obama and that crew in charge.

That's where we're headed. It was a shock to the system in twenty sixteen when Trump beat Hillary Clinton, a shock. So what happened is that Obama left in charge of the FBI, the Secretaries of State and Defense and the underlings, and relative to the FBI and the CIA, the ability to destroy the presidency of Donald Trump by impeachment and by by indicting his age around him, so that everyone's lawyered up and that Donald could not impose what he

wanted to do. So Biden wins, and that's the third Obama term. And if Michelle Obama wins this November and gets eight years in the run, you hand it over to Gavin Newsom. We're done. It's over. And the cities that we used to say were majestic have been destroyed. They're going to be worse, and there'll be more people looking to Costa Rica to go live. Let's continue with morel Let's take some calls if a line becomes available. Eight sixty six six four seven, seven three three seven, Bill cunning

and the Great American with you every Sunday night, well tonight. Taylor Swift beat the Buffalo Bills twenty seven to Taylor Swift is now on her way to Baltimore. I don't think they can beat up there of Lamar, but we'll see what happens. Taylor Swift is the best thing to happen in the NFL in a long time. Let's continue with more. Let's go to Robin, Kansas, home of the Jayhawk, and Robin, Kansas walking to the Bill Cunningham Show, and how you doing tonight in Kansas? Very good, Billy.

We had a nice keeethswin on a cold night and looking forward to next week and also have to fill a good news Taylor Swift news. Yes, yes, I guess you're there a cheerleader. Yeah, I'll tell you what a lot of people beat up on her, but I'm saying she's thirty four years old, worth a billion dollars. Don't like her politics, but you

know, Travis Kelcey and his brother are from Cincinnati through Cleveland. They played football here with the Bearcats and they weren't too good here, but they're pretty good now. And I Taylor Swift, I know it's not a conservative viewpoint, but she's okay with me. Beat up on the Buffalo Bills. What will happen on Sunday in Baltimore. I think with Patrick Mahomes there they got

a chance to win. Taltimore is not proven. Yeah, we'll see what happens, all right, give me your viewpoint there, Rob go ahead calling about Donald Trump. It's time to get behind him. He took on a field of very qualified, good people, Desantus, the great governor, probably the best governor in America, and he beat them all. Like Mike Tyson came out in the first round and knocked him out handily with one arm tied behind his back because of the indictment. He had one arm and he beat

him without even trying. Yeah, with the DOJ holding one arm behind his back. We have got to get every resource available to beep the Democrat Party this fall. They will do things that we don't even know about right now. They're going to come up, of course, and everybody's got to be on the same team. We're behind. We probably thought we're ahead because of

some good things have happened. We're very behind all right now. I mean it's a do or die because if we continue these policies for four to eight to twelve more years with southern borders wide open, with massive lawlessness, with public schools that stink with fentanyl overdose, one hundred and forty thousand Americans dying every year, with communist red Chinese on the March, and if they get a sniff that they think Donald Trump's going to be the president, They're going

to invade Taiwan in a heartbeat because they don't want a real president to stop them from doing that. Around the world right now, rob remember that when Joe Biden read teleprompters three years ago that the world needed an expert American president to calm things down. Since he's become the president, we're at war all over the place. I have empathy for those American soldiers and fox holes in a rock having missiles launched from Iran bevyes to come and kill them with traumatic

brain injuries. I can't imagining my son or daughter over there in a rock, in a foxhole and having missiles launched from the surrogates of the Iranians causing my son or daughter traumatic brain injuries. And we have that no one respects. They all hope and David was Switzerland. They were all hoping, and the powwow last week that Biden was staying power because he's so easy to manipulate and the guy's a clown. So the world's elite doesn't want Trump back.

That tells you it's a good thing that Trump will come back. Yes, it is, mister Cunningham. And I'll tell you if that stuff was going on with Iran doing those things that are true, oh, with DJT, Donald Trump and the presidentcy how quickly would be over well three years more of his presidency, Iran would have been bankrupt. Anyone dealing with them, we wouldn't. He had him bankrupt. And now what's happening now. Joe Biden is monetizing Iranian terrorism. Yeah, yeah, Donald Trump had him starved.

They were They couldn't get any money for the old people wouldn't buy their stuff. They were starving. They weren't starving, but they were in bad ship trouble. They were well. Joe Biden bailed him out. He bailed him out. He said, Hey, here's one hundred billion dollars more missiles used to attack American troops in a rock. And one might ask, why the hell are we in a rock anyway? I mean, it's beyond me.

We have seven hundred and fifty military bases in one hundred and twenty five different countries, and I'm thinking at some point the military industrial complex needs to change. I don't know what do we win now in a rock that was a George Bush disaster. There's nothing to win in a rock right now? Wow,

let's continue. I'm going to put a call in the Leland Vidderd of News Nation, I think is in a car halfway between Concord and Manchester, New Hampshire as I speak to talk about the rally tonight Donald Trump had and what impact that the Santa's decision had in New Hampshire. Let's continue with more. Bill Cunningham, the Great American. Life with you every Sunday night, Willie Brough You by Choice Hotels a Connor Rogen Roadway in hotels are serving up

double points for every qualifying stay book at Choice hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one but two prestigious Marconi Awards for he is broadcast excellence, the one and only Bill Cunningham. Hi, Billy Cunningham, the Great American. Of course, bombshells happened a few hours ago when Ron DeSantis, the so called popular governor of

Florida decided to drop out of the race. He had a lucid moment in which she said, look, there's no way I can win this thing. Uh. And let's face it, from his perspective, after the elect in twenty two, when he carried almost every Florida county, he was perceived in the eyes of many, with a great shine on him, and he decided to go out. And he could not have anticipated in April of twenty twenty three about what a year in ten nine, ten months ago that Alvin Braggs

would do what he did. And then of course what happened in Atlanta, what happened with Jack Smith, etc. And the thought was at the time, well, all have the same policies of Donald Trump without the peccadillos. But once the indictments in the lawsuits started, there was a hardening of resolve by many in the conservative Republican movement saying this is unfair. So des Santas

could not have anticipated what was going to happen after his announcement. But then once all the indictments came and all the lawsuits and Jean Carrol, etc. Happened, I think many Republicans, conservatives said this isn't right, This is unfair, and so the support for Donald Trump hardened and there was no path to the nomination for Ron de Santas. He would have been better off, would have been greatly better off if he would have waited till the next time

and keep the shine on. But he made I think a serious political blunder. And now a few hours ago he got out Joan you and I now this glorious Sunday Night. Is Leland vintert one of the stars of News Nation on every Monday through Friday at seven pm Eastern Time, and he's actually in New Hampshire tonight in between a new in between Concord and Manchester, having covered a Trump event and Leland Vinter first of all, thank you for coming on

the Bill Cunningham show this glorious Sunday night. And can you tell us the reaction there in New Hampshire when a shock Ron de Santis was gonna kind of skip New Hampshire anyway and head on down to South Carolina. He canceled his appearances on some of these Sunday morning talk shows this morning. But what are the shock waves there in New Hampshire with with Ron de Santis getting out of

the race. Well, probably the worst thing for Ron de says was there was no shock waves in New Hampshire because nobody cared, which says says everything you need to know about Rod standis to your very expert analysis. I would add two points to the Ron Desanti's issue and why he never caught on in New Hampshire. Number one is New Hampshire, like Iowa, is a place

that values retail politics and getting to know candidates. And Ron DeSantis's biggest problem was once you got to know him, you liked him less, which is explains how he was more popular and doing better in the polls before he announced than after one hundred and thirty million dollars was spent. And there you go. The second point that I think to be made is you made a good point about it. Ron DeSantis was all the things that Trump was, you

know, but without the main tweets. Right, Well, that's kind of like new Coke. Everybody liked old Coke, Coke classics, and that's Donald Trump. And what happened is that you know, I spent time, I spent time in Florida, and I'm thinking this guy is going to be a future rock star. Because of his naval connections, the way he ran in Florida. This guy, but he never caught on at the retail level. And now he switched and said I'm gonna support the Trumpster, having criticized him

repeatedly for the last several months. And this is a secondary matter. But Leland Viitdderd of News Nation. Is he kind of hurt himself nationally politically? Could? Of course when Richard Nixon arrived, came after nineteen sixty two, after losing to Edmund Brown in California, Well, he was lower than whale dung. Richard Nixon was done six years later was the president. Anything can happen, But is he mortally wounded himself when it comes to future presidential politics?

Look, one way to be proven wrong covering politics is to make predictions. So I don't do it. But is that the reason that Richard Mixoly wounded had to do with other things other than Richard Nixon. The reason that Ron DeSantis is mortally wounded is I go back to it because of Ron DeSantis. It was because of who we on a retail politics level. And that's not to say that he's not been extremely successful as the governor of Florida, not to say that he didn't win by millions of votes, a state that

you know he has solidly turned red. We can go through, yeah, accomplishments, but voters inherently have a feeling about people and they don't like him. Yeah, they may like his policies, they may like what he's done in Florida. They don't like him. And the American people almost always, with a couple of notable exceptions, I would say Joe Biden and Jimmy Carter over history elect people that they like. Yep, you right. The Trump

event earlier tonight in New Hampshire, can you describe what happened? The excitement things in that character For those of us that have not attended one, and I've been at three or four of them, they're almost like woodstock. I mean, it's exciting, it's like the grateful Dead as people come and they

sell. It's a gathering. So what was the differential between the Trump event and the event you saw with rond de Santis if any, Well, ron Saya is the one event we didn't have we went to with Rondes Santas. He showed up two hours late to and left everybody out in the cold, so there wasn't much of a there's not much comparison. I would compare it to a Nicky Haley event. And this is what I would tell you is that the Trump event, we showed up at about four o'clock. There were

already a few hundred people standing in line in twenty degree weather. This is in Rochester, New Hampshire, population thirty six thousand, and it was twenty degrees and the temperature was falling and the line was growing. You get inside and it is it's like a rock concert, a revival, and it was this old town, the opera house. You would have thought that there could have been a high school play on the stage, and instead it was Donald

Trump. And Donald Trump is a show, unquestionably, and he was very gracious towards Ron DeSantis. And this plays into what Trump wants. Trump wants this race to be over and Nicky Haley wants this to be a person race. And I would argue, of those two aspirational framings, the person who wins it right now at least is Nicky Haley, because there's still a race. And look, say, what, you know, we've all underestimated Donald

Trump in the past at least I have. But Nicky Haley's event tonight was at the Exeter High School with about two and a half times the number of people that Donald Trump's event had. Now does that mean it's translating to votes? Is Nicky's voters enthusiastic and Trump's supporters are rabbit in their support? Absolutely? But I think it would be unwise to just declare this over and not be thoughtful and open minded heading into Tuesday about what could happen. I'm looking

at the Drudge Report tonight. They have a poll out Trump at forty six percent, Hailey at forty four percent, Desantus at six percent. So I would imagine, based upon that Desantus's support, which are anti Trump votes, I would think would give Haley fifty percent and Trump forty six percent. How much of a shock would it be politically if Tuesday night Haley beat Trump?

How much of a shock would that be? Leland Viddard that would be on the Richter scale at eight point zero in politics, right, I mean's not the same as Trump winning in twenty sixteen, But all of a sudden, there's a new narrative right now Trump has been beaten by two people he's been beaten by Joe Biden, He's been beaten by Nicki Haley an astrust to your point about DeSantis's votes, they tend to go to Nicki, they tend to

go to Ronde, to Donald Trump, rond Dee. Santis' voters second choice when polled, tend to be Trump voters, and that they like the policies, but they wanted a less mean tweet version of it. So we'll see and look, this is why we have elections, right, you know, I think it's I always think it's fun to come out on the trail and important to come out on the trail because you actually get to talk to voters.

Yeah, and then you get to then you get to see what they say, not what the pollsters say, not what the pundits say, not with what you and I as hosts say, but what the voters say. And that in the end, that's America, that's what matters. That's why

we play the game now. Polls don't elect candidates. Voters do. And unless you're on the ground as you are tonight in New Hampshire, you don't get a sense and a feel as to the place, as to the excitement and if you cover it from a from an anchor desk, You're not going to get any of that. So I'm going to give you one thing to watch. Watch Dean Phillips. The real drama tomorrow on Tuesday Night. Might

be on the Democratic side of these. If Dean Phillips the candidate the Democratic Minnesota who's running for the Democratic nomination because of how Joe Biden switched up the rules, Joe Biden is not on the ballot in the Democratic primary here in New Hampshire. He has to be written in, and the Democrats are scared. The Biden machine is scared. They're now doing a writ in writing rallies

for Joe Biden. And if Dean Phillips wins, that'll be pretty interesting if the sitting president does not, well, look at it this way, Leyland Viddert. One of the platforms of Joe Biden is that Trump would be a threat to democracy. I'll tell you what's a threat to democracy is when the Democratic Party will not allow Democrats in New Hampshire to vote for Joe Biden.

In fact, they put out a missive saying that if delegates are elected in New Hampshire having voted for somehow for Dean Phillips or someone or Marianna Williamson or RFK Junior, anyone else going to seat them at the convention in Chicago. So the party running on the platform of we want more democracy eliminates it when it comes to Joe buying me on the ballot and a whole bunch of states, and the media other than News Nation doesn't cover that well. MSNBC,

CNN doesn't cover it. Fox covers it a little bit. As far as what the Democratic Party nationally is doing is making sure that Joe Biden isn't on the ballot so Democrats can elect delegates to put him as the nominee in Chicago. Is that somewhat interesting? It is interesting at the point that Dean Phillips has made over and over and on my show as well. We have an interview with him that we're going to air tomorrow night. One little asterisk to

this. I thought it was interesting. Maggie Hassen, the Senator from New Hampshire, was on NBC today and she talked about how it didn't matter to her whether Nikki Haley won or whether Donald Trump won because all Republicans are the same and all the royal Republicans are a threat to democracy, and I would see just that that is going to backfire because once the threat to democracy argument about Donald Trump has some unique characteristics to it, and there's a lot of

people who don't like Donald Trump. But once you start arguing that any Republican is evil, well, if everybody's a threat to democracy, then nobody is. And stay tuned for that argument. And of course conservatives talk about threat to democracies occur when the ruling party makes it impossible to have somebody run against the leader. And that's exactly what's happening on the Republican side and the Democratic

side. Because Maggie Hassen, US Senator from New Hampshire kind of wants people to write in Joe Biden's name, but the probability of him beating Dean Phillips. Is there an actual Democratic primary on Tuesday? Or can you if you're a you can go in who do you vote for? You can vote for Dean Phillips, you can vote for Marian Williamson. Can you vote for Joe Biden? He's not on the ballot. You got to write his name in in Democrats and Democrats to that point are scared Democrats are. We've been at

two events. I think it was a much as folks from Boston have come up. A bunch of Democrats in Boston, all with writing Joe Biden signs, and I asked a couple of them. I said, I said, wouldn't it just been easier to put him on the ballot. They didn't have

a good answer for that, but it was a good question. I thought, well, very good question, especially if you're running on an idea of authoritarianism that somehow Donald Trump represents authoritarianism when the president president assumes he's going to be the Democratic nominee and he conjures up the rules so that Democrats can't vote for someone else. LBJ could have done that in nineteen sixty eight and Eugene McCarthy and Robert F. Kennedy, etc. But not even Democrats in sixty

eight would say, well, we have an unpopular Democratic president. At least he was on the ballot. Now many don't recall, but in nineteen sixty

eight LBJ actually won. He beat Eugene McCarthy, but there was enough vot it's given an a McCarthy, which is what encouraged RFK to get in and here we are so many years later, my gosh, fifty six years later, and here we have rfk son RFK Jr. Who can't get democratic ballots, can't get on ballots, and he's Robert F. Kennedy Jr. And it can't get on a ballot, and so many are extremely concerned about the Democratic Party not practicing democracy. Well, we'll see what happens. I'm glad

you're are still in the car. Have you still driving through the wiles of New Hampshire this Sunday night. We have arrived at the plush but not overly ostentatious resident Danning Honkard just in time, just in time to depart before the sun comes up. I have a friend who calls it o dark stupid.

His call time tomorrow morning as we head out to the Red Arrow Diner to chat with voters on primary eve, and then we'll be traversing the state with our crews and ending up tomorrow night at the beautiful Saint Anthon's College for the final evening. Well, I'll be watching you tomorrow night at seven o'clock Eastern time on News Nation. Leland Vetter, thank you for taking time tonight and get a good night's sleep and get out it Monday and Tuesday. And once

again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you Leland, Thanks Bill, God bless you. Let's continue with more. Now you got it. The party that's running against Trump on democratic issues refuses to let Democrats vote for Joe Biden in a primary. They don't want them to be

embarrassed. In many states have done exactly the same thing. They're going to have no races whatsoever, and all these democratic primaries they don't matter because those in charge in the smoke filled rooms have said that Joe Biden is going to be our nominee. But guess what, Neither Wayne Allen Root nor I actually believe that. So let's continue with more. And once again, the Tailor Swift phenomenon continued tonight as the Buffalo Bills went down hard despite my protestations,

twenty seven to twenty four. Kansas City is on. Taylor Swift. Experience continues next Sunday in Baltimore, and that'll be uh Lamar Jackson will take care of Taylor Swift. Let's continue with more. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, with you every Sunday night, Billy Cunningham, the great American. And you sense from Leland Viddert of News Nation the excitement happening tonight in New Hampshire. When a political rock star shows up and that rock star is Donald Trump.

Had that big rally tonight, It's like a grateful dead concert. The true believers show up and believe me, they're going to vote. And now with Dessantu's gone, of course, he was never never really in it. He had nothing going terrible at retail politics. That now it's a two horse race. One is secretariat and the other one's heading for the glue factory. And secretariat of course is Donald Trump. And Nicky Haley would shock the world.

I think if she beat the Donald in New Hampshire shocked the world. Right, if that happened, I don't believe it will. I do not believe that the true believers in New Hampshire, having looked at other Democrats have viciously and personally attacked Donald Trump, that they're going to turn on this political rock star and not give him support when he badly needs great support. I

don't believe it's going to go that way. I think that the Donald's going to get fifty two to fifty three percent of the vote, beat Nicky Haley. Then in about two weeks head to North South Carolina and beat her in her home state. Then it's over. So by the end of by the first part in February, certainly by the end of February, it's over. It's going to be number one Joe Biden, who the Democrats complained about democracy and then have no primaries. They're going to have Joe Biden the next few

weeks or a few months. And then on the other side, Donald Trump's going to be the nominee as he fights a ninety one count felony indictment put on him by Democrats for political purposes that will put him in prison for the rest of his natural life. In addition to that, seek to destroy all of his businesses. They want him bankrupt, wearing a wheelbarrow selling flowers on a street corner after his parole from prison. That's what they want for the

leadership of the opposition party. How is that fair politics? How is that support for democracy? When you imprison the leader of the opposition party and pin him down in court so he can't campaign. That's why I think normal people in New Hampshire and South Carolina, and then Nevada will arise like a mighty tsunami and make sure that Donald Trump is the nominee of the Republican Party. Delay the trials elected Donald and away we go because he will fix the southern

border and no Democrat will not even close. It will not happen. Stay tuned for more next ups. Congressman Warren Davidson, he's a member of the Freedom Caucus. I'm gonna ask him speak of the House, Mike Johnson, should it? Should he be fired? Let's continue with more the line becomes

available eight sixty six six four seven, seven three three seven. Bill Cunningham, the Great American and other great Americans with you, every Sumner, Billy Cunningham, the Great American, and of course Congressman Warren Davidson is a former military officer graduated from Notre Dame and also West Point, who is also a member of the Freedom Caucus. And he's been in office now about seven or eight years. And I like to think he represents conservative values and generally he

receives very high ratings from Heritage and other groups. And Congressman Warren Davidson, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham show and Congressman. We'll talk about dissan Is getting out of the race a bit later on. But there was a hope that when Speaker of the House Johnson took over and that we had an agreement more or less that conservative principles are going to be advanced, and that the Southern border is the next essential threat to this great country. It involves the

deliberate dismantling of our country over the next twenty five years. I've seen the stats on this, and we're going to have about an additional one hundred million or so called refugees inside this country by the year twenty fifty. At that the rate we're going, if it doesn't stop, we're not going to have

a country left. And I had great hopes that you Republicans in the House would stand firm and not agree to a cr and not agree to any help for Ukraine or even Israel until the White House agreed on the southern border to seriously change the direction of what's happening there. So, can you tell the American people give us a report as to what happened a few days ago that allowed almost all the Democrats and a lot of the Republicans to go with another

cr and how that's good for the American people. Yeah, thanks for allowing me to join you, Willie. It's always an honor. And you know, a full report. Well go back to when uh Speaker McCarthy was being relieved of his duties. Uh, you know, I wrote it out ed shortly after that. It said, you know, we're asking the wrong question. Uh not who should be the next speaker, but what's the plan that

unites the conference and unites all the Republicans there? Because with a narrow majority, you know, we only really have a majority if we work together to use it. And we have on lots of things like immigration past HR two, which would fundamentally change a lot of the policies that the Biden administration has abused. Uh, you know, if if they were implemented and became law. The triple is when we only pass it through the House. Uh, you know, it's not a law. And so how do we force that.

There are only a handful of things that ultimately have to pass, and one of the big ones is four year funding. So that was the hope that we would be able to get, you know, everybody to unite behind a plan to do that. The Speaker says he doesn't believe that he has the votes to do it, and we've left it saying, well, then please just call the vote so that everyone in the country can see where their member of Congress stands. You know, maybe in some districts they think not

a big deal, don't worry about the border. That's not what they think. In southwest Ohio, I don't think that's what they think. In most of the country. You get Eric Adams sand the boarder is a big deal. You get Democrat districts thinking it's a big deal. And frankly, we did a non binding Sense of Congress that Biden's border policies are failing, which is, you know, a complicated way to essentially send a letter saying, hey, we don't think you're doing a good job. But we at least

got all the Republicans to say that and fourteen Democrats. Now those are the words. The question is what are the deeds. How are we going to get to doing it? And that's where everyone loses their result. And we had much higher hopes for the Speaker, and look, he only passed by one vote. A majority of House Republicans, multiple chairman of his committees, the conference chair atleis Stefonic, and lots of us voted against this. So

only by one vote did he get fifty percent of Republicans. So, yeah, he's in a bad spot, and he should take take heed and say, yeah, I'm messing up. How do I get back on the right track? Because I guarantee you he wouldn't have got the votes to be the Speaker if he told us he was going to call the plays that he's been calling. And so from the Freedom Caucus perspective, there were promises made by Speaker Mike Johnson of Louisiana about two or three months ago. Has his promises

been kept? Well, I don't think so. But here's the problem. You know, I can't speak for the whole Freedom Caucus or frankly for all Republicans, but I can tell you I was reluctant to vote because I didn't think we had done all the work. And look, I think that the right answer is that he needs to make the right decision and then put pressure on colleagues to vote the right way. And to me, that means we're going to fund the government. We're only going to fund the government to secure

as the border. And even if we don't have the votes, I'm at the point where you don't have to guarantee me we got the votes, but you should call the vote so that everyone can see. You know, it's an election year. We're basically out there asking the American people to send us reinforcements. Now. I don't know what prospects are for the Democrats. I don't know what they could say they've done well. It seems to me the past three years have been a disaster under Joe Biden. But you know,

they'll make their pitch and we'll make ours. But I want more recorded votes so that the American people know where their members of Congress stands, so that the right reinforcements show up. And you know, as Republicans, I don't want somebody that's just going to wear a red jersey. I want somebody's gonna come do what we said we would do. And yeah, those policies conflict with what Joe Biden promised to do. So the only way you're going to

do that is to have the fight. You can't just ask nicely sometimes and the CR I mean, I know your heart, I know you're against these crs. I know most conservative Republicans are against kicking the can down the road to cr forever. This one goes to March first, which one is about five six weeks from now, and here we are again and at some point,

at some point, we have to secure this other. Well, why do we worry about the borders in Ukraine and Israel and don't worry about our own southern border, which has sewn within it the deliberate dismantling of this country. And I watch it going on, and it's unbelievable that we elect conservative Republicans and you're certainly one of them, but many are not, and they

play the Washington two step game. And it's as a consequence, Biden's going to get his way March first or March eighth, as some of the reporting indicates, Congressman that many like you are going to oust the speaker if this thing continues March April May, and we have continuing curs as far as the eye can see, and we have three hundred thousand at least double that number coming in every month. Would you vote to ol Speaker Mike Johnson? Well,

look, here's the situation. He wants to fund the government and get on with dealing with Biden's supplemental request, which at this point we don't have the full government funded, so I don't even know why they call it supplemental. They should just put it all together. But if he puts funding for Ukraine on the floor, I do think there'll be a call to remove him as Speaker. And because numerous people have promised they will make the motion,

Marjorie Taylor Green is maybe the most outspoken on that. I don't think she's bluffing at all. And so the question is some Democrats have come up and said, yeah, we'll back him. Well in a way, that's great because that can show the American people, well, who is the governing coalition here, because it's no longer if he's going to make play calls like that, you know, we don't want to fund our government if they won't secure

the border. But you've got people that aren't content unless they fund for more wars and more places, and they would they were so committed to funding all these wars that they would go along with something that they don't really want to and the framework that was released on that's a disaster. It would be worse than passing nothing that essentially funds all of the Biden status quo policies with minor tweaks to say, oh, but I will take care of some of the

other you remain in Mexico policies. Basically, I won't grant parole to people unless they cross at the right entry points and do it the right way. That's sucking. That such an empty concession. It's unbelievable. It's offensive to me that you say, oh, you can defend your country as long as you agree to spend tens of billions more on somebody else defending their country. And most of that's borrowed. Of course, it's borrowed money. It's not

like it's printing press money and it's borrowed money. And we're we have thirty four trillion dollars and there's no style it and no accountability for the money when we send it over. Now, look, I'm inspired when Zelenski says I don't need a ride out of the country, I need I need ammunition to fight the war. I mean, it was an inspiring statement. And they've

done an amazing job holding the line against an invasion from Russia. But frankly, they don't have the combat power to kick Russia out of their country. No, I think they know it. It doesn't matter how much money we send over to them. They don't have the manpower to do it. And that's the other thing. I've asked for a mission, please define the mission from the administration. And you know, we get one hundred and twenty nine votes on that in Congress back in July. But I think now that's broadly

the sentiment amongst Republicans. So the idea that the Speaker would put something on the floor to fund Ukraine without a secure border. Having passed a terrible spending bill, which is his current plan, is to greet another four corners deal with Chuck Schumer. This spends more money then what we said. Two thirds of the House and two thirds of the Senate last May said they would spend less money. And so this framework breaks that agreement that was passed under McCarthy.

Everyone said, oh, what a terrible deal under McCarthy. Well, now, how are you going to praise praise Johnson for the deal he just cut. Did you make a mistake in voting for him? Well, I said, I think it might might turn out to be one of the worst votes I've ever made. In some ways, because yeah, like I said, we didn't agree on the plan, so we didn't set anybody up for

success, no matter who ended up being the job getting the job. But I do think the default mode needs to be that we're going to do what we said we would do, and yeah, what we said we were going to do is in conflict with Joe Biden. Joe Biden said he was going to have open borders. He campaigned on it. People showed up at the border We're in Biden for President t shirts because they knew, hey, this guy promised to open the border and he has. Biden kept his promises,

and Republicans have not kept their promises. So one thing you can say about the Marxist socialist, the man who's corrupt, Joe Biden, his family are corrupt, and he's of course mentally deficient, is that he someone around him keeps a promise that I want the southern border to be wide open. I want one hundred million illegals to come into this country between now and the year

twenty fifty, one hundred million. What that'll do to the ers and the highways and the bridges, and what it'll do to emergency rooms and to education what it'll do to the environment is unbelievable. But it's almost as if the Republican Party ran on the idea we're going to secure the southern border. We

got this conservative from Louisiana with little experience, Speaker Mike Johnson. He's made his promises, and the first major skirmish, he broke his promise and passed it with fifty point one percent of Republican vote and a whole bunch of Democrats love what he did. And we're left here again with another cr And it's like someone's political head needs to roll on this deal. Would you agree? Well, that's where a lot of people are frustrated. Look, believe me,

you get in the arena and you're in there. Look, I can't deliver on my promises if it was to push the colleagues to do what we said we would do. Instead, it's basically pushing out excuse after excuses to why we can't do what we said we would do. Well, if you're going to surrender, it's hard to win, you know what I mean. It doesn't take a lot of planning. Why you drag this all the way out to March if you just plan it on surrendering in the first place.

You know, this, all this drama to deliver on nothing is really I mean, there are people that went along with what the speaker asked them to do and voted for it. The level of unhappiness with this guy is off the charts right now. And he's a good man, I really, I'm sure he's a good guy. I'm sure. But it's a Washington two step. Hardly ever does a liberal go into Washington and become conservative. Conservatives go into Washington and become liberal. Why is that? I always told people it's

like Nascar. Everyone gets in their race and they just turn left. I'm like, I just want you to do what you said you would do, and you know, thankfully a lot of them do. I'm inspired by a lot of my colleagues. I don't want to trash the whole place, but we are frustrated because you see the results. The results are out there, we can watch them and see them. And my question is, can we at least start holding people accountable for it? And You've got it right.

People say one thing and then they do another. But be clear, there are a lot of people who can't do what they want to do because they can't get the speaker to put it on the floor. Secondly, Congressman Warren Davidson, what are the two or three things that you would like to see done in the Freedom Caucus on the southern border that seemingly worked under Donald Trump? What are the two or three things that are must be done to save

the United States of America down the road? What must be done on the southern border? Yeah, great question. We see HR two. People don't really know what's in there. And we just went down to the border with the Speaker. Thought it was a great trip, that was inspiring all that. But one of the Borti pro agents phrased it really well. He said, look, I don't need more buckets. I need somebody to turn the fire hydrant off, you know, which is stop the flow of these people

coming in. The Bide administration wants to just give everybody more money. Democrats will say, oh, Republicans didn't want to fund border security, and we don't want to fund resettling more illegals all over the country, so you've got to turn that off. No funding for interior resettlement, I mean, there's no way for the money, whether it's from directly from the federal government.

Or here's the other thing. They launder hundreds of millions of it through nonprofits, and the nonprofits technically pay the bill, but they pay the bill with the federal money that got sent to them in order for them to do what they're doing, which is, you know, to essentially run a travel agency to relocate people all over the country. So you've got to cut that funding off. You need you need to detain families together, detain everyone together at

the border until they're able to have their case adjudicated. Indefinite detention or immediate release, so you're free to go. You don't have to stay here even a day. You can go back across the border and get out. But but if you want to be technically in America waiting your trial, you're not free to run about the country. You're in detention, and that that disrupts

the whole model. And I think one of the other things that's really tragic is you go down there, they the biometrition has stopped collecting biometric data on everyone, and they need to collect biometric on biometric data on everyone, but they don't collect any data on minors because they say they want to protect their privacy. I'm like, I don't buy that, because it's not like you're making public all the other people's data. You protect their privacy, right,

Oh yeah, well we're protecting privacy. But like, well, let's be clear, there's no excuse for not collecting it on the miners, so you have to collect you know, Congressman, it is so obvious that even Senator John Fetterman, who obviously has severe physical slash mental problems because of his stroke, which could strike anybody at any point, but doesn't mean you should be

in the US Senate if you have serious effects of a stroke. But Fetterman said, the migration crisis threatens to destroy the American dream that comes from Pennsylvania Democratic Senator John Fetterman. And if he's figured this out, I think all of us should figure it out. Well. Once again, Congressman, good luck to you in the Freedom Caucus. It's profoundly disappointed the Speaker Mike Johnson

has not kept his word to the American people and to you. And let's pray to God that there's some significant change in the Biden administration in the next six weeks on the southern borders. Unlikely to happen, but it's required, even according to John Fetterman, the American dream is going to be a nightmare if this continues. Congressman Warren Davidson, West Point Graduate went to former Army officer once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show, and

with your permission, we'll do it again. Thank you, Congressman. Yeah, always an honor. God bless you and your listeners, and God bless America. Let's continue. It's more, How is it possible that Senator John Fetterman has this thing figured out but the Freedom Caucus can't impose its will on Speaker Mike Johnson? Are you kidding me? Let's continue. Bill Cunningham, the Great American with you and all great Americans every Sunday night, Billy Cunningham,

the Great American. Warren Davidson is a rock ribbed Republican who says that Speaker Johnson has lost his way. He wants to do a deal with Chuck Schumer instead of holding firm and saying that the survivability of this country's at stake, there must be a stay in stay in Mexico policy. The Mexican Army must guard, must declare war on the war lords in northern Mexico. That makes life they're impossible for Texans and others. And if it doesn't happen,

America doesn't exist. And I think many of us feel that way. So I want to compliment the Freedom Caucus and Warren Davidson for doing their duty. Next up, of course, is Wayne Allen Root from Las Vegas to give us his perspective on what's happening now with the southern border and what's happening with the election now that Dessantus is gone. And Wayne Allen roods about the best there is. Plus later on as Steve Molloy to talk about the climate's colder

than a well digger's behind, that's going to get colder. Phill Cunningham, the Grant American with you every Sunday, Willie Rock You by Choice Hotels Econo Lodging will Willian Hotels are serving up double points for every qualifying stay book at

Choice Hotels dot com. Now here's the man who's been recognized as radio's best, the recipient of not one but two prestigious Marconi Awards for his broadcast exodence, the one and only Bill Cunningham. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, of course, Wayne Allen Root to live in Las Vegas is a great prognosticator, former vice presidents or candidate Libertarian Party, predicted so many things correctly. I read his stuff every day. Got the website up right now, Wayne

en Route, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Wayne and looks like this so called mainstream media and others wants to hype up Tuesday. What's going to happen in New Hampshire? Now this is the uh, this is the moment for Nicky Haley to shine as the Santas heads to South Carolina, which is a which is the home state of Nicki Haley. I don't know, but is the media hyping something here that, of course is unreal.

It can't happen that Simon Nicki Haley is going to beat Donald Trump in New Hampshire and that the Santus is going to beat Donald Trump in South Carolina. Is that in the real world? No? I mean, look, I

feel bad for the status because he never stood a chance. You know, last March I predicted for the moment or talking about March of twenty twenty three, from the moment that Manhattan da Alvin Bragg, you know, decided to indict President Donald J. Trump on the most ridiculous, fake false charges in the history of the world, with no jurisdiction, and already you know the actual supposed crime, the time had lapsed. You couldn't even prosecute him.

When people saw that, they realized that Trump is our last hope. They realized that Trump's the guy they're aiming the cannons that bill, because he's the guy that will upset the apple cart, and he's the guy that will into the deep state cabal that's destroying our country. He's the only one they're scared at. They've never aimed their Canada nickis Helly. They've never aimed him at DeSantis. So from that moment on, which was March of last year,

DeSantis never had a chance. And Nicki Helly doesn't have a chance. And look what happened to the Santas at Iowa. De Santa's gambled. His whole campaign is out of money, is that of donors. His pack is broke. He gambled every dollar he had left, and he put every volunteer. He literally had him camp out in Iowa. He traveled to ninety nine counties. He did a great job I'm not against Ronda Stantas, but after traveling to ninety nine counties, it was a total repudiation. All ninety nine counties

voted against Ron Santas. Trump won ninety eight of them, and Nicki Helly won the last one by one vote. And that's only because it's the county Johnson County that includes the University of Iowa. So it's got all these college kids who were Democrats who got in the Republican clocks just to vote against Trump,

and they only beat him by one vote. So Descanta's got repudiated by ninety nine, ninety nine counties after literally moving in the Florida governor was living in Iowa for months and campaigning day and night, and he gambled everything and he lost. There is no path to victory. Ron DeSantis needs to drop out. Now. Let's let's quickly hit to Nicky Elly. She's she's gonna

do better. Obviously, you see the polls. Trump's winning by seventeen points in New Hampshire, but Nikki Helly's in second, and so she's a distant second. Then we go to Nevada, where I live, and very few people understand is in Nevada primary and in Nevada caucus, nobody understands that the primary does nothing. It's meaningless. So the only person signed up for it was Nicki Nelly, did you know that the only person in the primary two

days later is the caucus. The caucus uses voter ID and you must be a Republican for thirty days prior to the caucus, so we know nobody's getting in as a Democrat. So we are gambling everything on the caucus. Trump's that I want to caucus only. So who's in the calocus Trump to stanis and the who no longer is in the race. So Trump's could win one

on one against the status by fifty points in Nevada in the caucus. And then we move out to South Carolina, where poll show he's beating Nicky by thirty in South Carolina if it ever goes, because he'd be so embarrassed to lose by forty in his own state where he's governor right now. So he's gone, and Nicky, hell, he'll be gone either after Hampshire or certainly after South Carolina once she's repudiated in her own home state. Trump is the

numb and knee. Everyone needs to stop being delusional. It's Trump. Well, the other issue that a party that's running on threats to democracy. Boy, Democrats say Trump is an authoritarian threat to democracy. They will not allow Democrats to vote in the primary in New Hampshire. That DNC told the Democrats in New Hampshire on Tuesday, don't bother that primary you're having. We're not going to recognize wherever you pick. They're doing everything in their power to make

sure that either Congressman Dean Phillips or Marian Williamson or someone doesn't embarrass. So how can you run on a platform of we're the party of democracy, we're the Democrats the other sides of the threat to democracy when they're the ones indicting and suing the leader of the Republican Party. And secondly they don't allow Democrats to vote, but they're the but they are it's all about democracy. Isn't that a farce? Well? Yeah, I mean, look, every Democrat

is a student of Salynsky, who wrote Rules for Radicals. And if you ever read Rules for Radicals, one of the main concepts built is look in the mirror and whatever you see, blame your opponent. So if you're a hitler and you're you know, exhibiting Nazi like weaponization of government. You look at Trump, but you call him Miller. And if you are anti democracy,

you look at Trump but say he's the threat to democracy. And if you've opened the borders to destroy the United States, blame Trump, it says, somehow it's got to be Trump's fault, or it's climate change, it's anything but you who you see staring back at you in the mirror. It's always blamed the other guy, always disinformation. And that's what's going on as

usual. You know, to say that Trump is a threat to democracy when they're the ones trying to qualify Trump and get him off the ballot, and they're the ones trying to put Trump in jail for life, it's pretty funny. And it's you know, it's kind of like you're standing there with a grenade in your hand. You're saying, you know, you're suicidal, You're you're blaming you. You know, you look at the policeman and going, you are suicidal, But you've got the grinna eat in your hand and you've

taken the clip out. Well, who's suicidal. You're the one that's about to blow everybody up. So it's you know, you call that guy a crazy guy, and you'd say he's got mental illness. Well, the Democrat Party certainly has mental illness. You can see it every day in every way.

Who would want to take the greatest nation and the issue of the world that's lifted more people out of poverty, more Black people out of poverty, more Latino people out of poverty, more gay people out of poverty, more women out of poverty, more Muslims out of poverty, that any country in the history of the world combined. And yet you want to destroy it by letting the whole world invade our country. And by the way, who would want to turn us into China? Do you want one point six billion Americans?

No? Do you want the whole world here? Can you imagine the pollution? Can you imagine the crime? Can you imagine the disease? You know, the countries that are large are poverty stricken India and China. Everyone has nothing, Everyone lives in abject poverty, and everyone lives in disease in you know, tenements where disease runs wild because there are fifty people living in

each room. Is that what we want for America? That's what they want their crazy mental illness is defines the Democrat Party when Alan Root to have the emergency rooms overwhelmed. Look what's happening in Denver, to have housing completely destroyed, to have a public school system. There's one hundred thousand illego alien kids in New York City public schools. There's no education taking place in almost any large public school district. There may be the desire by good teachers to teach,

but they can't teach because of the behavior of the students. Plus there's seventy eight different languages and dialects being taught, and teachers are told, don't send this kid back to the principal's office. You have failed. And on the front you bring up Alvin Braggs. What he did was indict the leader of the Republican Party for putting the wrong name and the wrong amount on a form that should have been a campaign contribution with the porn Star instead of what

it was was to keep that quiet. He came up with a novel theory, and that case is languishing. And the worst case is Fannie Willis in Atlanta with Nathan Wade. Seemingly she paid her boyfriend three quarters of a million dollars when he had no experience trying these important criminal cases, so they could go on vacation around the world, drink fancy wine and eat fancy food. And now she's playing the race card. So the party of racism, the

party that causes racism, is now calling the other side racist. And now Fanny Willis in Atlanta is claiming, you know what, this is an attack on a proud black woman. And uh, also, it is ridiculous. I can't stand it. And I hope the American people figure out what's happening to them and what the Democrats have not done for them, especially black folks. And is that changing in your mind that especially black males have figured this

thing out a little bit? Yeah, I believe. So I'm about to write a commentary that you know, if Trump campaigns black, he will go back to the White House. That's the title of my next column. By the way, if Trump campaigns black, he will go back to the White House. And I do believe that you have to campaigns from this following sery. You've got, you know, seventy percent of white folks, white middle

class folks, all of the United States. You don't have seventy percent by the way, of the two hundred thousand and above who went to elite universities, they've all been brainwashed, so many of them are liberals and woke. So what you've got is seventy percent of the white middle class. So you don't need to campaign with white less people anymore. You need to go after

one group and hammer it Black Americans or black plus minorities meaning Latinos. And if you can get some percent, not fifty one percent, not eighty percent, but like if you could add ten percent to your vote totals, if instead of getting you know, ten percent of the black vote, donald Trump gets twenty if he gets twenty five, if he gets instead of you know, forty percent of Latino vote, forty six percent of Latino vote, that's

still a majority for the Democrats with both Latinos and black But Trump has raised his totals so far they'll be the highest totals in the history of any Republican And you will win the election by a landslide. If you can just get a few percentage points of black and minority voters, you win a landslide. There's no reason to go after anybody white anymore. And by the way, I've made this recommendation for years that Trump should have rallies not in stadiums filled

with white people, but stadiums filled with people of color. Go to all the inner cities and go to their stadiums and bring black crowds in. And I'm telling you, we win this election by a landslide. And I've been saying this for three years, but now is the time where everything I ever saw as possible has happened. Blacks are so angry at open borders and all the people coming in and stealing their jobs and stealing their money, that this

is the moment in time. You've seen it with blacks in Chicago. They're actually saying they're going to vote Republicans in Chicago. They're saying they're going to deliver Trump the state of Illinois. I don't know if that's ever gonna happen, but it doesn't matter. Let them get an extra twenty percent in Chicago, and let them get an extra twenty percent all over the country, in La, in Miami, in New York, I don't care where it is, Newark, I don't care if it's Camden. If you get more black

votes, you will win a lass slide. You already got the white middle class. If you can't paign black you will go back to the White House. When Allen wrote, I compare it to the Stockholm syndrome and which for so many years, decades in general, black folks have put all their love and support of the Democratic Party, and look what they've done to black folks when it comes to job creation, health care, education, whatever, the

standard. The worst place to live is in a city, a blue city and a blue state that the Democratic Party's controlled for fifty to one hundred years. You're in serious trouble now. One thing that's got me fired up is Peter Navarro. I've had him on several times. I'm sure you've had him on former Trade advice mc donald Trump. He's wonderful. He's seventy five years old. And he did not, according to Joe Biden's Justice Department, provide

sufficient documents relative to a subpoena issued in February of twenty twenty two. And of course he went to trial in Washington, d c. Which is a serious mistake because any Republican is going to be convicted there of everything. So now the Justice Department wants to put Peter Navarro no previous criminal record in prison for six months, while on the other hand, Hunter Biden is still negotiating whether he's going to give a statement. Is he not going to give a

statement. He's got the cocaine on the gun pouch, he's got the laptop from Hell in which he's taking millions of dollars, and all of a sudden, Hunter Biden is a victim, and the media is on the side of Hunter Biden. But the media wants Peter Navarro seventy five years old, not locked up for six months providing inadequate information according to the Justice Department. How ridiculous is that? Well you listen. If you think Navarro's ridiculous, what

about Donald Trump? No? Trump's done? What are his crimes? Can anyone explain what crime he committed that actually is hurting the American people? Who is the victim? Go to New York and talk about the civil trial. They want to strip him of what I don't know, seven hundred million dollars of his wealth. They want to ban him from business in New York for the rest of his life. These people are crazy. What was his crime

and who was the victim? Is that one loan he took where they claim he exaggerated, you know, the assets he had the value of the assets. He's not one loan with a bank or complain. They're all happy they got put back every single sense. He makes his payments on time every month. All the bankers love Donald Trump. They do another deal tomorrow. So how can it be a crime is there is no victim. This is the worst. I mean, I hate to re beat Trump all the time.

It's the worst witch hunting the history of mankind. It's the worst witch hunt of Jesus Christ. That's what it is. They're treating Trump like he's Jesus Christ. And I got to tell you something. I think they're eventualist. I've said it for months now. They are going from convictim, you know, indict them and convict them and put them in jail, to disqualifying them.

And then the last one, if they can't do any of those, is to assassinate m With the first one on record, Bill who said last January January twenty three, I think it was on January twenty eighth, I wrote a column to the Gateway Pundit and I said, get ready for five terms of Obama because Michelle Obama is gonna be the nominate. It's never gonna be Biden, and they're gonna push Michelle Obama in. I'ma has his next puppet. Biden's been his puppet for four years. This was the third term

of Obama. He's the one in control. He's the one that was buying on Trump. He's the one that put the finger on Trump for the indictments. It's all Obama orchestrating everything, and Biden and everyone around him is a puppet for Obama. Now you're gonna have Michelle Obama as a candidate, Mark my words. I said it a year ago. I'll say it again. Michelle Obama will be the candidate. She tipped it what she said the other

day. You know my worst nightmares at night. I'm staying up because this idea that Trump could be elected is you know, has been so upset. She is gonna walk up. She's gonna tell the American people. I never wanted to be president. I don't like politics, I don't like campaigning. I didn't want to do it, but I have to do it for my country because I've got to stop a Nazi hitler like dictator Donald Trump for becoming president, destroying democracy. I see it. The script has already written.

It's gonna be Obama, except it's not gonna be Barack. It's gonna be Michelle, who's another proxy for Barack Obama. He wants five terms to finally destroy the United States of America. And of course that solves the Kamala Harris problem too. The box has checked. He'll push off to the side maker or judge somewhere and away we go. Why, Alan Root, we running for one hell of a ride this year. I'll tell you what. We're

blessed to have the platforms that we have. It's gonna be unbelievable. And how did the American people, Wayne on the Root get ahold of you? Of it all? Well? By the way, the Chinese people, great Chinese wisdom. May you live in interesting times. Oh that's from like a thousand years ago. It's probably confusion. May you live in interesting times. We are cursed and we are blessed. There's definitely terrible evil things going on,

But boy, do we live in the most interesting times. And this will be the most interesting year in the history of America, maybe in the history of civilization. So sit back, get out the popcorn, get ready to fight. Its gonna be a wild year. You find Wayne Root at root for America dot com and Bill. And once again let's keep the lines of communication open. You're a great American. And thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you Wayne. God bless you, Bill,

God Bless America. Let's continue with more Go Cunningham the Great American Live with you every Sunday Night by Bully Cunningham the Great American. Whenever there's a crisis occurring, you can rely upon the Democrats and others to make sure you can monetize the crisis. Never let a big crisis go to waste. We saw it with the pandemic. We saw it now with the southern border, et cetera. We see it with the climate. I don't know where you

are, but I live in southwest Ohio. It's colder than the well diggers behind. It's terrible, likely to get worse. So we'll see what occurs. Every Time it's cold, it's global warming. When it's hot, it's global warming. When it's dry, it's global warming. And when it's wet, it's global warming. Whatever the question is, the answer is the same.

And so we anticipate that Steve molloy of the American Energy Institute can put some muscle on the idea that we're in deep trouble and we're likely to be in even deeper trouble if we continue these policies, especially when it comes to EV's electric vehicles, which is a fraud. There's been a fifty percent reduction in the month of December in the purchase of evs because they're unreliable, they're expensive, and they're not good to travel in. And when you have to

replace the batteries, it's a twenty thousand dollars or more item. And so the government, once again picking winners and losers, has picking you to be a sap to buy an electric vehicle. Hopefully that'll stop. So let's continue. Next up with Steve malloy, American Energy Institute that the Santa stepping down a few hours ago was a shock to the system. I think in the long run of benefit Donald Trump, which is necessarily a good thing. Let's

continue whenever stock, We simply continue. Bill Cunningham, the Great American, with you and other great Americans every Sunday night, Billy Cunningham, the Great American. Of course, for the last several days, in fact, two or three weeks, we've had global warming everywhere. In fact, in Chicago they've had the nastiest weather, coldest weather they've had in the past thirty five

years. I live in little Cincinnati, Ohio, and the Local Inquiry and Channel nine has all the photos of nineteen seventy seven, nineteen seventy eight in which individuals unlike myself I was there, walked across the Ohio River. Things were cold. And at this point, because global warming politics pays a lot of money, and it does the so called elite, the doctor plyding gay

crowd, wants to keep promoting it because they get paid well. Recently, a coalition of climate and energy experts have sent a letter to the Speaker of the House Johnson and Majority Leader Steve Scalise to address key science, policy and real world developments surrounding climate change narrative. And it's called the Wrong Again, twenty twenty three edition, Hottest Lying Ever. And of course the great Steve Molloy is a senior fellow at A and E and elsewhere, And Steve Molloy,

welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And can you give me the highlights of the lies, distortions and more being told that as of twenty twenty four has not occurred because of the bowling oceans and we're all going to die. Well, Bill, thanks for having me back. Yeah, so you know we heard I don't know how many times countless times at twenty twenty three was the hottest year ever we've heard about as you mentioned the boiling oceans.

The boy, you know, we're in an era of global boiling. Of course, none of this is true, this is even close to being true. And moreover, it has nothing to do with emissions. So you know, we are living in the era of the hottest lying in really one hundred and twenty five thousand years, And so you know, just to eat it, just knocking this easy stuff down. You know, global boiling. You know, if there is an average temperature to the Earth, it's about fifty

eight degrees, which is a long way from boiling. The oceans are obviously not boiling. We don't really have a good temperature record for the Earth, you know. We believe that the last four interglacial period you know, between ice ages, were warmer than the present. There were no SUVs, coal plants or anything like that back then. So it's all a lot of nonsense.

And why is that? Because you would I can recall maybe you're a relatively young man in the nineteen seventies, well, we had the coming ice age headlines Newsweek, Time Magazine. I don't think they exist anymore. They did exist, and it was all about how the sheet of ice, We're going to have this ice flow out of the Arctic. We're all to die again. And there wasn't enough money in that, so they switched to something else. It is it fair to say that if it's a scandal, follow

the money, If it's Hunter Biden's laptop, follow the money. If it's some Democratic contributors buying the art of Hunter Biden to get an ambassadorship. Follow the money. Why is there so much money involved in myths and lies of man made global warming as opposed to the opposite. We used to have a coming ice age. Why is it happening? Yeah, so I can remember the nineteen seventies I was in high school, and you're right, they were

called for a new ice age. And then all of a sudden, these el nino started and became global warming, and they climb and change in extreme weather and blah blah blah. Here we are today. You know, there's lots of people that have interest in pushing this stuff. Obviously Democrats, American leftists have you know, political reason for pushing this. It's all about control of our lives. You know, rent seeking industries like the wind and sol

or and ev manufacturus. They just want to make a buck off taxpayers, you know, guaranteed subsidies. And then you know the more worried, well, they're all worrisome. But you know you've got the Chinese out there as well. Now, the Chinese don't give a crap about emissions or climate or the environment or anything. All they want, you know, their goal is

to be the lone global superpower by twenty forty nine. So of course they are, you know, working with John Kerry and Joe Biden to push all this green crap on us, which is just going to make us dependent on communist China. You know, every time someone buys an electric car someplace, they've just made they've made themselves. They've made us more dependent on communist China,

because you cannot build an EV without communist China. And as far as the EV's your report to the Speaker of the House says, quote, now a day go by without news of some other apocalyptic event happening on Earth, the EV electric vehicle disaster or a problem. The supply chain includes child slave labor in the Congo. Can you we're going to talk about how much each

EV really cost us, and they're completely dysfunctional in this environment. Nonetheless, talk about the child labor and the killing of small black boys and girls in the Congo, And what's happening in China. Now, how many babies have to die before the liberals white wake up? Well, that's a great question.

So every EV battery, or the first of all of them, rely on cobalt, and the vast majority of the world's cobalt comes from China via these minds in the Congo that employed maybe forty thousand child laborers working in extremely

primitive, dangerous, brutal conditions. These children are charged with, you know, going down into caves which can be very deep, chiseling cobalt out of the walls, bringing it up in baskets, all very dangerous, and then taking it to their Chinese masters for it to be weighed and for them to be paid you know, the piddling sum, and then they go back and do it as well. It's easy for them to get into these crevices to

find cobalt than it is for an adult. So and as far as the taxpayer subsidies, your report says, quote, taxpayers are subsidizing the disaster of electric vehicles to fifty thousand dollars per EV over ten year payer. Where do those numbers come from? So those numbers come from the Texas Public Policy Foundation and they have you know, run them for all the various state and federal

government subsidies. And so if you buy an EV over the next ten years, your car will be sub subsidized to tune of about fifty thousand dollars, which works out to subsidizing a gasoline powered car to the tune of seventeen dollars per gallon. So, I mean it's really obscene. You know, the whole evy thing is a disaster bill. I mean, they cost more, they're of lower quality, they involve you know, child slave labor, communist China. They don't work when it you know, cold weather. We're seeing

you. Everyone saw the video of Chicago, all the dead robots, you know, right right, I mean, they just it's just inferior technology. And the technology used to make our lives better for less money, and now

all this green stuff is making our lives worse for more money. And as far as the arguments the other day before the US Supreme Court about reigning in the administrative state, it appears that the liberals cannot put up with the idea of a whale dying except if it's at the hands of a large wind turbine in the middle of the ocean, in which case, and that if they're killed, If thousands of whales and tunas and porpoise and dolphin die because of

wind turbine, that's okay with the liberals. Am I missing something? I thought whales were like sacred species, except when they're killed by the liberals, in which case it's kind of like collout damage. Yeah, So fifty years ago, in nineteen seventy three, Green Peace started this Saved the Whales campaign,

like everybody, everybody saw all the bumper stickers, right. Well, fifty years later, you know, it's become killed the Whales and Green pieces supporting kill the whales because the Biden administration, using Inflation Reduction Act money, is financing the construction of all these wind turbans offshore. And these wind turbans, you know, the construction is very dangerous for marine life, especially for

whales, for dolphins, porpoises, seals. It screws up their navigation and you know, sends these whales, you know, makes it more likely to run into ships where they wind up dead. And so in twenty twenty three we saw like, you know, more than sixty dead whales wash up on the shore on the East coast because of this, and the government is saying, well, you know, we're not sure that it's the offshore wind's doing because well, like like we're supposed to have video of this, you know,

it's like there's a there's no zapruder film for it. Well, it's happening. And the thing that just is flabbercasting is that the leadership of academia, the leadership in Hollywood, the leadership of the newspapers, the leadership at CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS, it is always looking for an angle that something is wrong with gasoline powered cars and something's right with evs. And as far as the cost the cast, it's about five thousand dollars

to upgrade your own personal electricity in your house. But if you live in an apartment or condo without that, or if you want to take a trip right now, say from Cincinnati to Chicago and it's really cold, it could be life threatening if you listen to the liberals, and do you see any hope of reversing this or is it so ingrained into the culture that we're going to continue to pursue electric vehicles at the expense of the lives of black boys

in the Congo and empowering the red Chinese. Do you, Steve Milloy, do you have any hope at all that in the next five or ten years this can be turned around? In reality? Does exist? Well, I do you know. But as long as Joe Biden and these leftist Democrats are charged. No, so everyone has a chance and ive ever to fix the situation. If the situation gets fixed with a new administration, you had, the offshore windmills will stop. Uh. You know you can get you can

get Congress to stop subsidizing the electric vehicles. We can reclaim the funds from the inflationial reduction neck, you know, if you get a new government in Washington, which is what we need because our current government is you know what, this is terrible. We need a new government and things can be can can be changed. As far as how are people going to feel about it, well, I think most people will like the result. Just remember the

Trump years. You know, people like the result. You know, until we've got the COVID will will will The left fight back, of course, because you know they're terrified. You know, they're in panic mode right now because they see Trump on the right. Yeah, they're trying to jam all this stuff through as fast as they can. And they you know, John Kerrey said that all those climate stuff is just irreversible at this point. Well,

no it's not. I spoke to a Ford dealer in Southwest Florida who said they don't take EV's anymore in trade, and I said, you don't want to take them in trade? He said, they're dangerous. How many fires have taken place of EV's in the batteries inside garages and burned down the entire home. He said, the ev we can't sell them in the secondary market, so we wholesale them out and think about it. Explain that process.

Well, look, half of Ford dealers refuse to sell EV's and GMS had to buy out half of its buick dealers who don't want to sell evs. So nobody wants evs. There's no money in it. You know, Ford was losing sixty thousand dollars per EV So how you can stay in business, I don't know. Thank God for subsidies, right, Yeah, these things are very dangerous. They just sort of spontaneously catch fire. You know, there's no warning. You know, one day they're going to start catching

fire in underground garages and office buildings and apartment buildings. You can't put them out very easily. It's very dangerous. We've got, you know, these EV buses. You know, there's a great video on the Internet of a line of German buses. One just spontaneously combusts and blows up the whole. You know, who wants to That doesn't happen with gasoline. You know,

your gasoling car does not spontaneously combust for no reason. And as far as getting them towed, I'm told that half the tow truck operators will not toe and EV because of the weight and also the danger. Any injury, any damage to an EV means that the entire package has to be replaced, which is fifteen to twenty thousand dollars. But explain how they're so dangerous that tow

truck operators don't want to touch them. Well, they're very heavy. The batteries you know, if you have a conventional car was pounds twenty to fifteen pounds something like that. Well, an EV battery weighs about thousand pounds, and so this is you know, so they are a lot heavier. They're

harder to put tow truck winches, aren't. They aren't designed for that, just like parking garages are not designed for just you know, all these evs me parking garages are going to need to be re engineered because they're going to collapse. As everyone is forced to drive an EV. Roads are going to wear a way faster, tires are going to wear a way faster. There's you know, it's a technology that is just not ready for prime time. Yeah, Speaker of the House, with many others, there's some letter that

hit the Wall Street Journal. Hundreds of scientists said that the effect of global warming, so called you caused by humans is insignificant. That, well, you've spent centuries in which the Arctic was like a jungle. We've spent millennia with the equator being a snowball. Right now, we went through decades of global cooling and the new ice Age was coming. Now it's just the opposite.

Do you think that these kinds of Number one, your viewpoint doesn't get dissemination on the so called mainstream media, But secondly, that this letter has it any measurable impact with the Speaker of the House Johnson, Well, I mean, you know, I think he's a he's a good guy. I think he's got good heart. But of course, all these guys you got to sit on and watch. You can't just assume they're going to do the right thing. You know, they've got a million issues in front of them.

Their staffs are very young and ignorant. You know, all these staffers are in their twenties right right, and they all grew up with being propag propagandaized and brainwashed with climate idiocy. So you just never know, and you have to go in there and you have to stay in touch with them, and you have to educate continually. You can't just assume that they're always going to do the right thing, because they're not. And that's just the reality.

So you know, we're we're letting Speaker Johnson know that you know, climate has falling apart. You Net zero is nonsense. The whales are being killed, the eds are failure, the whole ESG movement has so you know, we ought not be doing the clean us and safest environment in the world. We don't really need to be doing more. We don't really need to be chasing. We've got serious problems ahead now. We got big problems right

now right now. You know, if liberals believe this was a real thing, would we admit another twenty to thirty million people into America causing more pollution, more use of the of the highways and the emergency rooms and the public schools. If it was really an issue, You wouldn't hear all the liberals saying open up the southern born and bringing another fifty to one hundred million people. If it was a real problem, they would say, that's a lot

of pollution coming in. We don't want that. But they don't want to do that, do they. I hadn't thought about this until now, Bill, but you're absolutely they have no carbon footprint. You know, it used to be that the environmental groups all opposed immigration for that reason, right, because they didn't want them coming here and you know, adding to the economy

and whatever. But now because you know, the goal has always did to you know, bring about communism and control and destruction of freedoms in America. So now they, of course we're gonna be letting in ten million illegal You don't care. No, we don't care what the footprint is. We don't care. We just we want to keep power. It's all about keeping and dispensing power. Whoever's control of the checkbook in Washington, that's where the power

is. And they got control of the checkbook. Well, Steve Maloy, we got to run once again your letter to the Congress. Hopefully I have

some impact. One classic statement you make is quote not to day seems to go by without news of some sort of ev disaster or problem from the supply chain that includes child slave labor in the Congo and communists China, sourcing of key materials to low consumer demand because of a high prices inconvenience and poor performance, to outo industry financial losses, job cuts and labor problems, to the

outer waste of taxpayer money through the Inflation and Reduction Act. Evs are becoming a casebook study and the failure of government industrial policy could not be said better. And last week we have thirty seconds remaining. Every time Ford sells an EV how much money does it lose? Somewhere between thirty and sixty thousand dollars per evy. In November twenty twenty three it was sixty thousand dollars per ev sixty thousand. I'd quit selling. If I'm losing sixty thousand dollars every time

I sell something, I'd quit selling the damn thing. And maybe Farley they see you is in more trouble than we think you sixty thousand we lost. Let's quit selling those before. Dealers won't even take them in trade anymore. It's unbelievable. Oh I Steve molloy and hopefully your letter has some impact with the American Energy Institute. Steve molloy, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. You're a great American. Steve. Thank you

very much. Bill, thank you very much. God bless thank you. Well. Let's continue with more. Bill Cunningham, the Grand American live with you every Sunday night. It's the Marketer's Report today. Capital One's chief brand Officer, Mark Mintry weighs in on building loyalty with customers. Capital One is really worked. I want to thank Leland Vittert and Congressman Warren Davidson and went out and route and Steve Mloir for coming on this Sunday night. There was

a shock to the system when Dessantus a few hours ago stepped down. Of course didn't make any difference if he wasn't gonna win anyway. Nonetheless, it gives I think his goal is to help Nicki Haley. We'll see what happens on Tuesday in New Hampshire. I pray to God that Trumpster lights her up, as if he didn't there, he's going to beat her up in South Carolina. He's the nominee of the Great Republican Party. We must win this

election once again. Bill Cunningham, the great American, with you and all other great Americans every Sunday night,
