Transcript

All right, here we go seven hundred WLW. It is Dan Carroll in for Bill Cunningham, a great American one more day on a beautiful Friday afternoon. Sean McMahon is on the board. So, uh, if you get a chance to call in and really this Sean, let's go ahead and open the phone lines five, one, three, seven, four nine, the big one. You're listening if you look. If you like me, you've been listening to the radio all morning long, probably haven't had much of a

chance to call in. Right now is your chance to call in if you got something you want to talk about. You want to talk about the Hunter Biden indictment, and uh, I've got all that right here. I've got Dan Hills coming up at the bottom of the hour, and we're going to talk about Uh. Of course, we always talk about what's happening in Cincinnati with the Cincinnati Police Department. But there is a major city, and you may not have heard about this, but there is a major city in this

country that has made a a very significant reduction in its homicide rate. And how have they done it? Well? The answer is very simple, common sense. And there was an article and to my way of thinking, this is another story. There are so many stories that go in this country that go underreported day in and day out, and to my way of thinking, this is one of those stories that has gone underreported. So if you want to hear what is really an obvious and common and look, this audience is

pretty darn smart. Hey, if you're listening to me talk about this right now, you can probably figure out what it is. But we will tell you what it is after the news at the bottom of the hour when we talk to Dan Hills. Also, my buddy Daniel Turner is coming up. Just an amazing guy. Has a great website called Power of the Future. You want to talk about what's happening in government, you want to talk about

what's happening with the economy. You want to talk about what's happening with green energy or energy period, you want to talk about We're going to talk a little bit about what's happening with Cop twenty eight and all the hypocrisy going on there. There is no one better than Daniel Turner. He is going to be here at one oh five, and then Perry Johnson will be here after the news at two o'clock. And if that name sounds familiar to you.

It should because Perry Johnson earlier this year was a presidential candidate, self made millionaire, made a lot of money in the auto business, ran for president, didn't get a lot of traction, decided to document his day to day cummings and goings as he was on the campaign trail. But he has endorsed Donald Trump completely in full. And so we'll talk to Perry Johnson after the

News at two o'clock. So that's why I say right now is your best chance to get a call in. And if you have something to say, five one, three, seven, four, nine hundred, the big one, say hello to Sean McMahon when you call in. It is also the eve of the Crosstown shootout. We'll be talking with seg about that during the Stuge Report and a little something special queued up for the Stooge Report. So a lot going on today on this beautiful Friday afternoon. But of course,

the some of the big news that came out last night. And look, I've been saying for a long time that the issue as it relates to Hunter Biden is not Hunter Biden, and it's I don't know why it was so obvious to me on day one when we learned about the Hunter Biden laptop and all the things that were going on associated with that. We you know, we have since come to find out that the the Biden campaign knew that it was authentic, the FBI knew it was authentic, all these intelligence agencies knew

that it was authentic. Hillary Clinton knew it was authentic. But of course, the treachery and the deceit that has been part of this revelation of the Hunter Biden laptop knows no bounds. And so the Hunter Biden, or not the Hunter Biden, but the Joe Biden campaign was able to convince a number of and I believe the number is fifty one so called intelligence experts from various agencies of the federal government to sign on to a letter saying it was Russian

disinformation. We know now that is a complete and total lie, a complete and total fabrication. So Joe Biden went on record the other day saying that it's all lies. All the information that has come out about by Joe Biden's association with his business associates and all the rest of it is all lies. So from day one, my point on this whole thing has been How does

this relate to Joe Biden? What Hunter Biden did and did. Joe Biden's not paying his taxes, I think to the average American doesn't really amount to a hill of beans. But when you have the only thing that he was able to offer, and that was access to his father, When you have

that, well then it becomes the business of the American people. So the Hunter Biden and Dyton came out federal grand jury in California indicting Biden Hunter Biden on nine counts related to his alleged failure to pay over a million dollars worth of taxes over a four year period. And we'll talk to Daniel Turner about this. I mean, this guy was just I mean, you talk about

the wild side, I don't think that even adequately describes it. The younger Biden holded more than seven million in total gross income from foreign business dealings in Ukraine, Romania and Chinese entities. The indictment lays out, there's a piece written by James Lynch in the Daily Caller and you can read the indictment yourself. It's right there. At times relevant to this indictment, the defense served on the defendant. I should say, served on the board of a Ukrainian

industrial conglomerate. Remember when they were talking about how none of that was true. A Chinese private equity fund negotiated executed contracts and agreements for business and legal services that paid millions of dollars in compensation to him and his domestic corporations.

The defendant engaged in a four year scheme to not pay taxes on at least one point four million and self assessed federal taxes he owed for tax years twenty sixteen through nineteen teen through nineteen from in or about January twenty seventeen through October of twenty twenty, and to evade the assessment of taxes for the tax year twenty eighteen when he filed false returns in or about February of twenty twenty.

Hunter Biden is charged with three felonies six misdemeanors, including failure to pay taxes and failure to file taxes. I think it was interesting his lawyer came out and made a statement saying that only because his last name is Biden is he facing he's charges. I think there's a lot of people not named Biden who

have gone down and faced prosecution because of failure to pay taxes. Here's the statement from Ebbie Lowell, based on the facts in the law, if Hunter's last name was anything other than Biden, the charges in Delaware and now California would not have been brought. Really, really no, they would have been brought a long time ago, and probably in a much more severe fashion.

And of course, now you've got Joe Biden, who's been out there campaigning about making the millionaires and billionaires pay their fair share, but under his own roof, under his own nose, his son, according to the indictment, has not been doing the very same. And this guy has the hutzba to go out there and say if his name was anything other than Biden, the charges would not have been brought. Now, what a clown show. Well, you know what, let's go ahead and take take a couple of calls

here, and we've got Alan Middletown, Al. How are you today, good little afternoon in the mornings, whatever time of the day you get up, they never know, you never know what time of the day it is.

It's true, you know, I'm an average working stiff. I probably worked, honestly, probably about sixty hours a week all right, that sounds about it seems like, yeah, it just seems like, you know, us as an American population, we're going to have to start getting uh, making these politicians pulled up to what you know they say and do you know Bill Murray said it great, it's a politician, you know lies to you, it's politics. But did you lie to the government. It's a pelony

and there's penalties and fines and possible imprisonment that goes along with that. Yeah, And what makes them better than us? Absolutely nothing. And that's what I find so sick and disgusting, you know, especially yesterday. I was in for Cunningham yesterday too, and I was talking about these uh these professors are not professors, but these presidents at the University of Pennsylvania and MIT and Harvard and they were being questioned by a last dephonic and it's it's uh,

it's part and parcel of what the left in this does. They're so arrogant, they're so elitist, they're so condescending to people like me and you and people in Congress who would dare ask them questions. You know, I mean, these people, Okay, fine, you've got a PhD or a doctorate

behind your name doesn't make you any better than anyone else. But yet, you know, but they but they went to Harvard, or they went to Cornell, or they went to Brown, they went to some ivy League school, and so they come out of there thinking that they are so much better than me and you and people who have to work for a living. And it just it just makes me sick. And I and what I must say, I do take. I do take some enjoyment not in seeing their downfall,

but in calling them out when they exhibit this kind of behavior. It makes me truly afraid. Though for my kids, I probably will never see it, but I just see that we're getting worse and worse as the years go by. Al from Middletown, thank you very much for the call. Appreciate it. Let's go to Scott and Lawrenceburg. And then we got Terry Scott. You're on seven hundred WLW. What's up? Hey? How you

doing? Dan? Thanks taking my call. Sure, I heard you bring up the city that had to reduce homicide rate, and it got me to think. And I mean at first I thought, well, of course they hired more police, but then I said, no, you know, probably that's the city they started paying reparations, and of course, as soon as you do that, everyone's going to be happy and peaceful. Reign and shopliftsing

will end. Sure. My thought that is that you say it sounds like you're well versed in liberal logic exactly, not that you all cities adopt that policy. Dan. I'm not saying not that you would practice, not that you would practice it because you're probably a common sense American, not that you would practice it, but you want you understand how their minds work. Well, I know one thing right is right, wrong is wrong, and I'm going to stay on the right side. Well, Scott, it will all

be revealed. When we talked to Dan Hills after the news at the bottom of the hour, thank you very much for that call. Let's go to Fairfield and say hey to Terry. Then we got Jim and Bethel and Jeff is in Westchester. So Terry, how are you doing this afternoon? Hey, just on track as usual. You know, by the time we discussed it was we don't have that type of radar lies hiding more lies from Biden,

you know, over and over again. Well, you know, the man ran a campaign out of his basement, using the big guns of the big networks who were line for him the whole time, and he vaulted the

president. Isn't this crazy? Terry? I don't know if you're like me, but I have said ever since that election was over, if it was true that Joe Biden got eighty one million legitimate votes, the most ever in the history of politics the United States, then there would be documentaries made, there would be books written, there would be college courses documenting all this and I mean, the greatest political campaign in the history of the United States.

Don't you think that we would be reliving that time and time and time again about how this guy managed to pull it off? And so where are those books? Where are those documentaries? Where are those HBO mini series? By now? Absolutely because first because first lady went off for whatever that was.

But my other point is talking about hiding and lion. You know, we finally got those scumbags down there at City Hall and Cincinnati flushed out what fifty five sixty percent of them are heading to jail or played guilty to their little schemes, and then the next one. The Veterans Commission of Hamilton County has been doing a lot of hiding late. We want questions have been getting asked, and I hope you put that on your radar, because we know we

have radar that work. Craignan, my buddy Craignan, I used to work with them over the Channel nine. Craig McKee, the main anchors that he is all the next point and he's been all over the veterans issues for it for a long time. Give me one more point than we got to run. That was my point. I wanted to give Craig a shout out,

yeah, because I knew you had mentioned him before in the past. When I saw him, I was like, oh, man, I said, that's miss carel buddy there, And I said he's lobbing a couple of rounds in on them and waking them up to the reality that thirty two million dollars was left on the table. And why does that Hamilton County Commission don't want to address it because the money defaults back into their accounts. Well, it's

disgraceful. It's disgraceful that that that our veterans had to endure something like that. And uh, I'm sure that all that information and exactly what happened will one day be brought to light. Thank you very much for that call. Let's go to Bethel and say hey to Jim Jim seven, how you doing? Man? All right, thanks for taking my call. Uh. I'm seventy years old, and I've noticed that people my age, my friends,

we all think the same thing. You look at the Marxist series on how to take over a country, and when we look around, and that's what we see happening into our country. I mean, when I was in the third grade, if if a teacher brought in one of those trans those trans dressers or whatever they call, four o'clock in the afternoon, the teacher and the guy both jail. Yeah, they they'd be gone. They would never

be teaching again. And now we're supposed to just sit back and act as if this is perfectly acceptable, and it's uh to my way of thinking. The parents that allow this kind of stuff to go on are the ones who are are the major problem. When we when we have things like that going

on, it's sick and disgusting. And when you talk about Marxism, uh, we you know, every every avenue of life that we have right now is being attacked, and a lot of it by this administration when it comes to what we can see here and read on the internet, when it comes to what they want to teach our kids, when it comes to what we

endure on a daily basis about being lied to. And the tough part of it is is that we have a national media now that is more than willing to aid in a bed and simply go along with these infringements of our First Amendment rights. Well, the media, is this the right arm of the liberal agendas right now? And if you know, the thing that gets me is, you know, I raise my kids. They know how conservative I am, and yeah, you know they lean my way, but they don't

see it. They I said, look, what's happening. Why do you think they let seven million people come into our country that we don't know who they are? I mean, why why did they cut off the pipelines and back up our energy costs? Where you know, I drive a Digel truck last time Trump then I paid two twenty seven a gallon for diesel. Now it's four forty five, and everything and every store is delivered by diesel, you know, and in the inflation rate, my youngest daughter, I said,

go buy a house. The first week they're going to let buyden end the office and buy a house now. So go oh dad, we're going to wait a couple of years before we do that. We got to get a little more money down payment, so listen to me do it now. And she did it by May, and she got a three percent interest.

Thank god, Yeah, thank god for that. I mean, I you know, look, my kids were I had kids who were that age, who were who were looking at buying a car, looking at buying their first car back then, and I have I just feel terrible for young people now trying to buy that first car is next to impossible to find a used vehicle that is somewhat reasonable in price that you can that you can have any hope

for driving for any amount of time. And to try and buy a house and do something like that where you need to take out a loan, it is almost impossible thanks to the economic policies of the Nie Frame Dings Commander in chief. But Jim with that, Jim and Bethelow, I appreciate the call. We're up against the clock. We got to run. Thank you very much, and thanks to everyone who called in and made that an easy segment

for me. Twelve twenty six, Dan Hills FOP Chairman or President, I should say, coming up after the news at the bottom of the hour, Dan Carroll for Bill Cunningham on seven hundred WLW. In the final stretch, we gave away fifteen back on the Big One seven hundred WLW twelve forty on this beautiful Friday afternoon on the eve of the Crosstown shootout. You know, one of the things I've always loved about living in Cincinnati is that I feel safe here. Maybe it's just me, but I have always felt that I can go anywhere I want to in this city, at any time of the night

or day, and I'm going to be all right. I really have never had a concern for my personal safety whenever I go downtown, Whenever I do anything doesn't mean I'm not prepared to deal with something should an issue arise. But I've never really had that much concern for my personal safety. I tend to worry more about others because I, like, you know, I'm a grown man. I feel I like to feel like I can take care of

myself. And so crime in Cincinnati. Having said that, crime in Cincinnati is an issue, and it always is and it probably always will be. We have our share of degenerates and low life and criminal scumbags here in Cincinnati, just like any other city has. And there's always a question about how do you deal with that kind of stuff. And whenever we talk about that, we often talk with our buddy Dan Hills. Dan, you're still the president of the FOP. There is that you still hold that title, even

though I know you're about about ten more days. About ten more days, really, yeah, ten more days and then hopefully Daniel still call me. I'm I'm gonna be working with some lawyers and we're frontline advisors and I'm going to be a spokesman for a policemen and other little towns and stuff that we pick up to represent. So call anytime, Dan, I'll still be around. Well, absolutely, you are a valuable resource and a great person that

this community is fortunate to have. And I thank you for your tenure on the Cincinnati Police Department and as FOP president, and you're going to continue to do great things even after those days come to an end. Let me ask

me about this. There was some some serious action going on in the overnight hours here in Cincinnati last night where there was a car chase that started in Norwood, went down Running Road, got out on I seventy five, across the Brent Spence Bridge, and then eventually came to an end there in the cut in the Hill in northern Kentucky. I'm sure Cincinnati police got involved in

that in one form or another. Do you know anything additional about that particular incident, Dan, I hate to knit, but that's the first I've heard of it. Yeah, really was off. I was off today and I just got done with a nice, a nice workout in the swim at the gym, and and finally started paying attention to my phone and emails and text messages. All right, everybody called. Nobody called me about it, but thanks, yeah, thanks for showing that I didn't know anything about that.

Well, you know what, that's my bad I should I should have asked you ahead of time if you knew anything about it, But now there was you know, you look at UH you look at five nine or twelve or nineteen in their websites, and they've got big coverage on that because it did shut down the cut in the Hill for several hours in the uh yeah, in the over night and Cincinnati. I I don't always pay a lot of attention to the news because they're not always very I know what you mean.

I know what you mean. But it was just about a month or so ago, uh, maybe just a little over a month ago that we had the mass shooting in UH in downtown Cincinnati that led to the death of a five year old boy. Five others were injured. And who knows that shooting could have been a lot worse. Uh And am I wrong on this? There was a Cincinnati police officer close by who who fired or shot at that assailant and and that and that person left the scene. But in any case,

it seems to me like things have have you know. At that time when that happened, well, the thing thinking was, man, are we going to see a lot more of this? But it seems to me that the things have calmed down on the streets somewhat since that incident took place. Am I reading that right? Yeah? I mean as far as you know, it's been a year maybe two ago where we kind of had some back

and forth between a couple of neighborhoods in Cincinnati. Yeah, and yeah, when that happened, I had the same thoughts that, oh, here we go again. This is some people striking out of people at the West End and people from the West End, and I'll strike back at the people from wherever. And so yeah, I kind of held my breath a little bit on that. I mean, like I said, just an awful crime, a child, innocent child taken. But yeah, there hasn't been what we've

noticed as any big response to that. If this is gang related, and you tend to think so when you see that type of indiscriminate firing at a group, you know, homicide isn't talking a whole lot about that, and I'm not, and I'm on it. That's uh that that that's their business. You know a little bit I did here is that they think they may be fired at the wrong group that they were looking to fired at one group of young people and they fired at a you know, that's that's the thought.

But I don't really know any more about the case, and I'm waiting for waiting for homicide to you know, complete their investigation. They almost always get the bad guy in the Cincinnati I agree with that. I think there are a few, if any police departments in this entire country that do a better job of closing cases than the Cincinnati Police Department. So I the detectives and everyone else who works on those things are to be commended for that.

And that has been my experience for very very many years now that those police departments, or the Cincinnati Police Department just does a great job in that area. I sent you an articles. Yeah, they really are. I sent you an article a day or so ago, and this article to me was eye opening. And you know, look, whenever we have it in sense like this and they are going sadly, they are going to continue to happen.

But we always get members of city council, we get different community leaders who sit around and fred about how are we going to deal with crime rates, recidivism, how are we going to deal with people who go out and shoot other people? All these sorts of things, and of all places, Dan Hills, it is the city of Detroit that took just a couple of common sense steps and they have seen a major reduction in crime in their city. Was that article as eye opening to you as it was to me?

Yeah? And you know what, Dan, it gave me a little bit of hope because I was listening to a little bit of your first half hour there. I'm the same as most of your listeners. You know, I know something's really really wrong. I don't claim to know everything that's going on, but I know something really really bad is happening. To let to let millions of people into our border unchecked, lots of them from countries that people really hate us. We're we're at the tipping point of war in the Middle

East. My guess is there's a whole whole lot of people, and and by a lot of people, I mean bouts that are here to do us harm, should be if they should get the signal to go ahead. And so this is a dangerous time in our country. There are people, for reasons I can't even fantom, you know that, that that want to see the nation fall apart in chaos, and our our our left wing cities have a lot of those people in charge, including in Cincinnati, judges and politicians

that seemed to be encouraging crime and you know, bad behavior violence. But you see a city like Detroit and basically it's an ash sheep compared to what it was, you know. And it's the only thing I cautioned about the article. It talks about the best crime rate or best murder rate in sixty years. Well, I don't know if it's about a rate. I think they're going one to one on the homicides without looking at the population changed Dike.

Before I got on, I took a look at the population in Detroit in nineteen sixty since article mentioned sixty years ago it was one point six million. Now it's that six hundred and thirty nine thousand, it's that point six million. So my guess is the homicide rate isn't down from sixty years ago, Just homicides are down from sixty years ago. Since there's you know, almost two thirds of the people have left all they've all checked out and said

this place is well. Yeah, the people that were able to said I'm getting the hell out of here, no doubt. And so the eighteen percent drop from last year is great. News. The fact that crime is dropping

across the board's great news. And to me back to what I was saying, even though Detroit obviously has been a left wing democratic city for a long long time, it shows that after a certain amount of time, maybe decades, is people finally say, you know, enough is enough, and you start to have leaders that speak up and do different things, and you know, they got some initiatives to fight some of the crime involves. Look, Detroit's a long long way from being what I would consider a safe city.

I think there's far there's far too many shootings and homicides in Cincinnati, and it bounces around from year to year. It's a fluid thing. Sixty seventy eighty homicide the year, but our population is half of that of Detroit. The yet Detroit is happy and celebrating that they had two hundred and sixty one homicides in twenty and eighteen. I get it, you know, like I said, the numbers were were much higher at one time. But it's still

it's way too violent. So if you know, if you were to if you're to double Cincinnati's homicide and doubling, doubling the population, we still wouldn't be where Detroit is in a in a violent level. So I I do think that there's good news here. I just don't want to people get carried away with it and and go and maybe invest in a neighborhood in Detroit.

It's still probably still probably not time uh to do that, but uh, you know, is there a sign there that even even in some of our most left wing cities, that people can finally start to realize that that uh, crime and violence have to be dealt with. And then you know, they're I read in your article there, you know they're they're come up with great idea like keeping bad guys locked up. I'm like, oh, I wonder who thought of that one? Like brilliant, but but yeah, those

were the things that opened mynd my eyes. Where was a simple solution of hiring more police and locking up the bad guys? And it's amazing that you can see results. And they've only been doing it for for a short time. But when you do that, it's amazing how things can turn around. And I don't know why I could get like a paid consulting gig where I could go to city and videos hire more cops and keep your bay. Yeah, that'll be fifty that'll be fifty thousand dollars, thank you very much.

Yeah, I could definitely do that. I'll take that gig, I'll take I'll take a piece of that action. Absolutely. But but you know, it seems it just seems. I don't know why when it seems and I know that, what's what's the current situation with Cincinnati police. I think we're down. What's the number of police officers that were down to have? Is the compliment had been set years ago? But look, they're never at least I don't believe in my lifetime will we ever see over one thousand policeman again,

three short of that number. Right now, though, we're about we're we're about one hundred and fifty shot. I think we're either at counting the people are running out, their retirement has taken. If you take them out of the picture, we're right at nine oh one, nine hundred eight, you know, ninety nine somewhere around there. We do have a recruit class coming out of forty seven in January that was supposed to be sixty. It's

not going to keep up with retirements. And I don't think to intend on keeping up with retirements quite Frankly, I'd spend a little time with a group called us say a future committee or commission, and you know, they speak very openly about the changes in our tax base because of remote work after the pandemic. There's just not as many people that go to Kroger's or Procterant, Gamble or any of the big you know, corporations downtown. There's less people

that work in the city. Therefore there's less people tax in the city. And you know, the most important part are the most expensive part of city government is the safety and that's a fire and police. And so I don't think there's any intentions by the by the truly powerful people, which isn't the

politicians, it's the it's the movers and the shakers. They they know that they're going to have to push city council to squeeze the size of the city government and and UH and city employees and and you know, the end result will not be a good one when it comes comes to safety, because as UH crime and punishment become less and less fashionable in this country, you're going to have to have more or less UH areas occupied for people to be able

to be safely move about entertainment and all those things. And if we don't have the bodies to do that, and I'm afraid we won't, then, uh, you know, things are going to suffer. Like you talked about being able to walk around without any fear, you're a braver man. The mean hand, I could definitely take to some places where i'd be nervous. I guess I I guess I could be uh a little braver because I'm with you who's not afraid. But I've seemed too much. I've seen too much

in my thirty five years, Loug. I'm not saying I'm not saying Dan Hills, I'm going out looking for trouble. I'm just saying that I've always felt like I can go pretty much anywhere I went to any time of the night or day. I mean there are some areas, Yeah, would I definitely have the radar up at a higher level, absolutely, when there are some areas of town that you want to walk around in at certain times of

the night or day. But I agree with that. But you know, sometimes it seems that the most obvious answer is the answer and locking up the bad guys. And look, I know that Cincinnati police want to do nothing more than protect the people who are not causing problems and lock up the ones who are, or arrests or at least arrest them keeping them behind bars is the job of the legal system, and I think we've fallen woefully short in

that area. But it makes sense to me, you know it, More police and keeping the bad guys behind bars leads to lower homicides and lower crime. We're up against the clock. I'll give you the last word. No, that's it, Dan, I think that's the recipe, you know. And also if we could do a little better job of electing judges and people who are actually going to hold people accountable. We haven't done a very good job of that in Hamilton County lately, so hopefully that turns around. You

got to reelect Melissa Powers as your prosecutor. She's a bright light and a lot of stuff that's not so bright as far as since Sunday the criminal justice system goes all right. Well, Dan Hills, congratulations on having only ten days left as the FOP president. You know you've done a great job, and I'm glad to hear that you're not going to be a stranger On seven hundred WLW and you and I will talk again before too long. Always enjoyed being with you, Dan Carrol, thank you so much. All right,

Dan Hills, thank you very much. And it's good that that guy's going to be around, because what a great resource he is, not only for this radio station, but for this city as a whole. time is me ULW. Dan Carroll and for Bill Cunningham on this beautiful Friday afternoon, Thank you so much for being here, my honor, my privilege be able to sit in for the Great America. So I take the opportunity every chance I get to do that. And when I do that, I like to bring on great guests. And one of my favorite all time guests

is my next guest. And there is always so much going on in the world, and whenever I want to discuss just about any issue under the sun, there's one guy I can always turn to and his name is Daniel Turner. His website is called Power the Future and Daniel Turner, Welcome again to seven hundred WLW. How you doing. Oh, it's great to be on with you, Dan. Thanks for having me, well, thanks for being here. You know, I always try to contact you a day or two

ahead of time. You know, I'll see something that'll spur something in me and I'll say, this is going to be a great thing to talk to Daniel Turner about, and then I contact you, I get you booked on the show, and then between that time and the time we're actually on the air, it seems like there's another ten or fifteen or twenty stories that come down the pipe. It's remarkable. I mean, the news is it just me or it has the news cycle these last i don't know, five or

ten years just been out of control. It has, and it shows you that there's way too much happening in our government. There's way too much power in our government because the slightest thing that it does makes news. It dominates the headlines. So they're a lead driver. And then even tangentially things. You know, whatever Elon Musk does well. Elon Musk, you know, makes a lot of his money off of government. You know what our celebrities

do. So yeah, there's just the news cycle is never ending. And that's why he's got to do what I do and get out of the city, go live on a farm, and at the end of the day turn your devices off. That sounds like good advice to me. Of course. The one thing everyone's talking about today is the indictment that's come down against Hunter Biden pretty thorough and the way the expenditures were described, and I mean, you look at this and this guy, the way this guy was lived and

is probably the envy of your average rock star. I mean you talk about sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Man, I mean, this guy had it going on. And then I found it interesting. There was one expense in there that they talked about. I guess legal fees and accounting fees, and I'm thinking to myself, if he's paying an accountant, wouldn't at some point an accountant might advise him that, hey, look, you might want to pay some taxes on some of this money. I mean,

is there a possibility that conversation was ever had. Yeah, it's remarkable. I'd love to know who that accountant was. Clearly went years without paying a diamond taxes. You and I could try that and see how long we last. But you know, the overarching thing about the hundred Biden indictment is this is the deep state, the Democrat Party teaming up to prepare for the removal

of Joe Biden. And they're going to drum this for the next couple of weeks and months until we get to February March that we say this is just too much. It's sustain On the twenty twenty four, this too much at stake. Joe has to step aside, and his very last action as president before he steps aside will be a full pardon for his son Hunter. So you're going to get rid of Joe. This is the precursor to removing Joe Biden from some contention in the twenty twenty four election. The Democrat Party can't

just come out and say he's old and s nile. We have to get rid of him, so they need to have an excuse. My hunter was they were going to use some health emergency and he was going to resign, But now I'm thinking this is probably a backup scenario. But either way, Joe was not running. I think Joe knows he's not running. They just have to keep him going long enough to get to the convention because they're not going to have someone else on the ballot. So you will be voting for

Joe Biden in the primary. If you're voting for a Democrat, you'll be voting for Joe Biden. They're not going to let the people choose the candidate. Remember the last time the people had a choice, they were choosing Bernie overwhelmingly, but they don't want Bernie, so they had to buy him out and shut him up. And the election before that, they were electing Berningley Bernie overwhelmingly as well, but they wanted Hillary right, so they had to

do the same thing. So Bernie is oh for two. The Democrat primary voters are oh for two in the last two elections. They're not going to let the people have a save A Democrat Party is very undemocratic. They don't want the people choosing their candidate for them. But Daniel Turner, if they take Joe Biden off the playing field, is that going to absolve him of

everything he's done? Because I said from day one, since the first day I learned about the Hunter Biden laptop, was that it's not about Hunter Biden.

It's about whether or not Joe Biden sold out foreign policy, American foreign policy, in exchange to make himself rich and to the benefit of his family, and for him to if he gets taken down like this, to my way of thinking, that'll take off the table any criticism you're allowed of Joe Biden or the possibility that he will someday be held accountable for the things that he has done. I agree if you're the Democrat Party insiders, right,

the folks who are actually in charge of the country. Right now, Joe Biden has spent eleven trillion dollars or has promised to spend eleven trillion dollars, right, there's a lot of money on the table so you don't care about legacy, you don't care about stains on the party. All you care about is keeping the right people in power to keep your hands on that money.

And so getting rid of Joe Biden is not going to be a very difficult decision so long as they can replace him with the person of their choice, who we all know is Gavin Newsom. And that's why my thought is they have to get to the convention. They will get to the convention, every

Democrat voter, every primary will vote for Joe Biden. Joe Biden will be the nominee until they get to the convention in Chicago, which is slated for I believe June or maybe July, so they have a couple months ago, and then at the convention, Joe Biden will make some grandiose announcement that he has to step aside. The reason why they have to do it at the convention, this is again just me being a little bit of an insider. The reason why they have to wait for the convention is that then the party

rule to dictate that the delegates at the convention would pick the nominee. And so the delegates are then going to be bought off and told, hey, guess what, you're the forty five delegates from Texas. You're voting for Gavin Newsom. And then they will say that we the delegation from Texas, yea gladly put our vote to Gavin. And so that's how they will get it

done. Yeah, but it just to me, it says a lot more about where we are as a nation that we don't know, Yeah, that we don't have the wherewithal to pursue the crimes of what is potentially and and my way of thinking, the biggest government scandal that we that you and I have seen and will likely see in our lifetime. It's hard, but none of them, none of them ever pay for their crimes, right. The

Clintons don't pay for their crimes. Hillary Clinton is viciously. The Clintons are are probably as probably guiltier, uh than than than Team Biden and the hundreds of millions of dollars that funneled through the Clinton Foundation bribes from from foreign leaders, what she did as Secretary of State, and then when she was getting caught, right, she just deleted all of her emails, She burnt everything,

destroyed every hard drive. She's fine, she knows she's fine. She doesn't ever go to bed saying, oh God, did I get away with it? You know, like when you were a kid and you did something wrong and you waiting for your parents. God, just waiting waiting. Nope, Clinton is she knows that she's fine, you know. And you go back and you say, well, why were you getting five million dollars to speak at these farms? Who gives someone five million dollars for a speech?

Oh? We look at all the shady deals they were getting on the back end. So the bidens are just a continuation of the Clintons. Will they get caught? Probably not right. I have lost faith in our justice. Well, I think they caught Latin mass You're going to get caught. They have caught, Yeah, But will they Will they be held to account for it? I think the answer is no. And and then look, I don't even look for these stories, but they just pop up right in front

of me, and they get dropped in my lap. There's a new story today and Fox has been talking about it. Uh, the Department of Energy is being investigated now. They gave three billion dollars in subsidies two and and this is something that you and I have talked about time and time again all the government subsidies that have gone to the windmill companies, the solar powers,

the ev makers, all that kind of stuff. Three billion dollars in subsidies to a solar company called Sonova, and Sonova is under investigation now for scamming senior citizens out of ten thousand dollars per senior citizen. So they go to these senior citizens, have pressure them to sign these long term contracts, and

now they're being invested. So here's a solar company again getting billions of dollars in government subsidies and now they're under investigation for scamming senior citizens out of their hard earned pensions and Social Security and other money. I mean, it is just it is just another symptom of how sick and depraved that this administration really

is. I think absolutely, and it's inevitable that these stories are going to replicate and there'll be more of them because none of these companies were born out of the free market, right. These are not companies that you and your brother and you and your wife were sitting at the kitchen table like I think we can do it right. There's a need for this. We have a product we can. Nope, these are products that were born from government.

When government says we are going to start awarding hundreds of millions or if not billions of dollars in contract to anyone who has a solar company, well, you know what bad people do. They say, we have a solar company, and you just make it up, right, They don't care that these are not products that were born out of out of the true capitalist system of supply and demand and ingenuity. And no, these are all phony. And so you're going to get more of these, right, And we all remember

Soleindra. I think that the Republicans made a good job back in the day of making Soleindra a household name. But there are dozens and dozens and dozens of cylinder that don't make the news. This one, Solendra was five hundred million, right, This is a three billion dollar company in the biggest one. Yeah. No, yeah, And it's tragic. And the thing is the these these different companies, they they pledge to donate to the right causes

they pledged to donate. You know, it's either it's either going to be the UH National Association of Educators, you know, the Teachers Union, it's going to be this union, it's going to be uh, this liberal cause or that left his cause and and uh, and that's how the money starts flowing. And so when you talk about money changing hands, uh, to my way of thinking, when you look at the COP twenty eight, uh, the I guess the Worldwide Environmental Crisis Summit held in Dubai, Uh,

I guess all the auspices of the of the United Nations. And and the question I've been asking about this is the people who attend this meeting. Do they really believe in all this mumbo jumbo that they're that they're trying to sell us? Or is it just that you know, all this money gets played, money is changing hands, and they found out a way to get their fingers in that pie. Yeah. I mean you want to talk about hookers and cocaine, go to COP twenty eight. Could you imagine that party scene?

Hunter Biden, I'm surprised he wasn't there, right, it was exactly his type of criminals is putting the bill one hundred percent. And you know what's proof of that is what did they do with Cop twenty seven that was last year and Charmal shaken Egypt? The same people attended. John Kerry gave a very lofty speech. Al Gore warned us, all we're all gonna die. What do they do in COP twenty six That was the one in Scotland where Joe Biden was seen on camera falling asleep. Right, they didn't do

COP twenty five because it was COVID. But they've been doing this for twenty eight years. And what will come and they're going to say we we have a resolution that we are going to work for blah blah blah. And at the end of COP twenty eight, which it's still not over right, this is some hell of a party. It's still ongoing. The last thing they'll do is they'll plan COP twenty nine because it's free, right and absolutely to

take money. This is all one gigantic scam, and it's a good gigantic scam for globalists like John Carey to all sit around and so many of your wonderful listeners right now have been to these awful conferences. But a lot of times the boss makes them go, right that the company makes them go. And it's the Midwestern Regional Trade Associate. And you sit there and you listen

to talks and you say what the hell am I doing here? But the only difference is with Cop twenty eight is that it's all free, right, it's on someone else's dime. The party scene is incredible. It's in Dubai, right, It's not in Toledo. You know you're going to Dubai. You're staying at the world's fanciest hotel. It's one gigantic scam. They know it's a scam. We know it's a scam. And it took someone like Donald Trump to finally say I'm not paying into the scam anymore. I hope

the next president has the same guts as we've seen in the past. Yeah, Trump doesn't go for all that kind of stuff, all the partying and the hookers and all the rest of it. And I know I've read where they've flown in the you know, the best escorts from around the world to attend this meeting and make it make it fun for everyone. Growing up in New York City, every single time it was the United Nations General Assembly, it was just a known thing that the amount of hookers would go through the

roof. They're flying from all over the world because they are going to be thirty thousand people in New York who are all going to be at you in General Assembly in September And if you're an escort, you put that on your itinerary. Right, That's how strauss Khan, the predecessor to Klaus Schwab, That's how strauss Khan went down. He finally got caught doing it. So, yeah, how many Russian escorts do you think? When to Dubai for the last couple and it's all paid for, right, It's all paid for

by the taxpayers. Hey man, you know what do you do? That gig once a year and you're set for the rest of the year until the next cop, the next cop it comes along? The business where's the next one gonna be held? What? What far flung location? Will the next one be held? Probably someplace ultra exotic I can imagine. I'm sure well they have. They'll announce it at the end of COP twenty eight. And you know where it's not gonna be held. It's not going to be held

on su Dan. No, it's not gonna be held in bangal A dead that's sure. It is going to be held in either Marseille or it's going to be held in Bangkok. Right, it is going to go to someplace that has a night life and good booze. All right, well, Daniel Turner, with that we got to run. Always great having you on, man, you're absolutely on fire today. I wish we could go for another hour, but Daniel, thanks for the time. Always great and we'll do

it again before too long. Brother. There you go, Daniel Turner, Power of the Future, and check out that website for some great reading all the time. One twenty seven, got to get to a break, Dan Carroll for Bill Cunningham on seven hundred WW. Did you know that if you miss any part of our shows, you can catch the podcast of that show on the iHeartRadio app. Did you also know that it's illegal to bring bears to the beach in Israel, which means if you're on the beach in Israel

Introducing ESPN BET the new official sport, Undefeated and then just get kicked out of all playoffs, and that's what we all plan for it to be. In the playoff though, win the championship. J Charles Turnston on Business. They already deal what it did, so it's there to being there they want undefeated thirteen and oh for no reason. It's crazy Harvist. He did never

break his leg, but it definitely didn't get it right. Oh hello, helloa quiet and I'm skos, I'm broadcasting God, So sag I guess say we're talking about Florida State there, Yeah, snubbed when it comes to going to the college football Playoff. He's you get one injury and you go thirteen and zero and you're out the door with more. How was how on earth was U se ever able to get into that into that college football Playoff? They had a great team, I mean, I know they had been Ritter

and everybody else. I mean, a great defense, great team, and they got in there and they almost shocked the world by getting into the final four. But why why does the ACC get frowned upon so much? They've got great basketball teams, they've got great football teams, and that is big time college football. Yep. And you run the table in the ACC and you can't get a sniff? Are you kidding me? Just because that kid

got hurt? That's it. So next year when they go to twelve teams, they'll have like three weeks of games and then they'll have to start the playoffs. I'm thereou so it'll be. It'll be they'll be playing into I bet you the National championship game next year will be played the sadder day before the Super Bowl. That's how they'll be playing. Probably it's unbelievable, but

I saw I saw them. I saw the bracket, and it's like, you know, they got all the first round games and all this stuff, and then you go and then you keep going, and then you know, like Liberty and somebody will play, you know, like so and so played the winner of that game, and then they'll just whittle it down. Oh that's how they're doing. I love the top four teams. We're going to get a bye as well. Yeah, and then you know, I don't

know, it's just the whole thing's a mess. It's about as it's about as messy as Ukraine, about as messy as everything else in the world with this, with this college football playoff deal. Don't get me started on that. They have messed this whole thing up. You know the world's a mess.

Yeah, I've had young Sean McMahon go to the archives and dig up perhaps What is the the greatest all time call of the ending of a UC Xavier

game. I probably don't have to tell you what it is. No, it's Andy Mac and a little bit of Joe Sunderman. Am I correct? Sean dick Mann hit it Brown starting his griveling move. Then he pops up his hit. He's wearing seventy sixty nuntry the number two Hill City is? Is that the Is that the greatest all times one of all time? Right there and trying to get wasn't having any Apparently he was holding his he was holding the handset or the headset he was holding. He was reaching over to

That was that? You see? And uh Tony Pike Curtis playing that a little bit earlier. He frowned on that. He was what're too happy about that? The only other one was what what what?

Well? They used to play at the Gardens when Xavier played at the Gardens, when it was when it was up and that one night when uh, you see and Xavier playing and they had something going on, and Huggins, Bob Huggins and Pete Gellen didn't shake hands at the at at at the didn't shake hands. Well, just play the game and that's it, Dan Horde and and and one of the reasons we love Dan Horde is because I don't think there's a more honest broadcaster than Dan Horde. Well, and then Terry Nelson and then coming out and saying that you know that we're gonna we got we're gonna beat Xavier to and Huggins calls him up and says, what are you

doing? What are you doing? But Dan Horden was on with Scott Sloane earlier today and Sloan said, I don't think there's been much of a game this weekend, and Dan Horde said, Sloaney, that may be the stupidest thing you've ever said in the history of your broadcast career. I thought it was going to be the j Daniels from LSU. I thought it was going to be the guy from Washington, the quarterback from there's a quarterback that wins it all the time. Rocky told me to go out there and take the under on that game because he didn't think there was going to be twenty points score to Patriots. I'm glad I didn't do that because I would have been another bet. I would have lost Patriots snap a five game, losing Street go to three and ten, Pittsburgh loses, gets

to keep his job. Now Pittsburgh loses to a two win team for a second time in five days. You're talking about one of the guy wanting a guy to run him out of town, Mike Tomlin. I'm a nose to the grindstone kind of guy. So he's Tony Bender. Happy birthday. Tony Bender is a good man. Amen. So se, can I read to you from the indictment of one Hunter Biden? Oh? Boy, go ahead. I mean, the guy made millions of dollars, didn't pay taxes. And here's just

some of the things that he spent money on. The indictment lists this payments to various women. They tell you and tell me if you've ever engaged in any of these things. Okay. In the year twenty sixteen, four thousand, four hundred dollars. Okay, but I've never done that with Denise frown on something like that, I would say, so yeah. About in twenty seventeen he spent he spent slightly more on various women one hundred thirty eight thousand,

eight hundred thirty seven dollars. It's pretty good record keeping. Was he writing us down and put it in the book and they found it, the investigators found it nice. In the year twenty eighteen, okay, twenty eighteen, he spent a little bit more on women three hundred thousand, eighty three dollars, making that three hundred and eighty three one thousand dollars five hundred and forty eight on women. You know, it's tough time. It's hard times

out there, daddy, hard time. Then he cooled off a little bit in twenty nineteen and only spent one hundred and fifty six grand on women total. How many girlfriends he got? I don't know. It says payments to various women more than Willie six hundred and eighty three grand between twenty sixteen and nineteen, in a four year span. Six hundred and eighty you spent that much on your wife? Did you? Are you kidding me? Okay, oh my god, she would love it if I brought home that kind of

money. Let me see. Then we get to adult entertainment. Oh boy, So spending money on women wasn't enough. He had to have adult entertainment to go along with I can imagine, and they'll probably being a kind listing that under adult entertainment. If you know what I mean, I know what you mean. Four four hundred eleven dollars in twenty sixteen, one hundred three thousand dollars in twenty seven was he twenty four to seven at some places or

something one hundred thousand, one hundred thousand dollars on adult entertainment? I'm sorry, yeah, no, that was in twenty eighteen. Fifty six grand in twenty seventeen, one hundred thousand dollars in twenty eighteen, things go up, and then another twenty seven grand in twenty nineteen. I don't know, Dan, and then it's just it's it's unbelievab. He's a mess. Hunter, Biden's a mess. And then he didn't and then he didn't pay taxes on Ania. Who's going to go to jail him? Or Trump first? Neither

in neither one of them. Oh okay, now Hunter by Trump park Well Trump, Well, if you if you listen to my last guest, Daniel Turner, he said they're going to take Biden off the playing field. The Democrats will, and his last act as president will be to pardon his son,

and then he'll be gone. Gavin Newsom will come in as the UH as the nominee, and away you go, and then Homa and then Kamala Harris will be uh bitching and moaning that that she didn't get to be the nominee, so we'll have all that drama to deal with, which is good for me, because that's good. You know that kind of stuff is good for talk radio. That's correct, all right, seg We got to run,

One of the uh, one of the guys that I've had a chance to talk to before, and he was a great guest. Then he's been on the Bill Cunningham Show a few times. I know he's been on with Gary Jeff Walker. And it is my honor to welcome back the man who would have been president had

he stayed in the race and not dropped out in October. His book is called The Two Cents or Two Cents to Save America And Perry Johnson, welcome again to seven hundred WLW. How are you, sir? Fantastic yourself. I'm great, It's great to have you here. Did you watch any of the debate last night between the four who are being called the also rans in the in the current Republican primary. I did, when having dropped out of the race. Do you sit there and watch that and say, man,

if I was on the stage. I would respond to the vake Ramaswami by saying this, or I would say this to Nicky Haley, or I would tell Chris Christy to you know, give him what for do you sit there and say that that kind of stuff to yourself having been in the race at one point, Well, obviously the whole point of getting on in the race is to get on the debate stage, because that is really where everything is typically one or lost. And the problem that we have is that the poor

candidates that we have really don't compare it to Trump on the stage. In fact, I don't even know, I don't seem to even enjoy life that you know, in life, they have to have somewhat of a sense of humor too. Everything can't be, you know, miserable. You have to, you know, realize that we have this great country and we have things that are wrong and we have to address them. But in the end, everybody should be on the same page, and that we want to have the

best country in the world. Well, getting everyone on the same page, I don't know if you and I are likely to see that again in our lifetimes. It's it's it's hard to imagine the sort of thing short of war, that would unite the country in ways that has been a long time since we've seen something like that. So I think about that, and I think

about how people like you and Doug Bergham and some others. At least Bergen was on the debate stage early on, But it just seems like that there's so many people like you who have good ideas, good conservative, solid ideas, ideas that make sense, people who have run businesses before, people who have been able to make change and make things better, and yet when it comes to the mainstream media, people like you rarely get shown the time of

day. Well, you have to understand that this is the first time in history that the Republican the RNC decided that they were going to take control of everything. And what happened is that they just decided that they were going to have certain polls that counted and other polls didn't. So when I met the requirements, and I think Larry did too, met the requirements for the debate

stage, and they decided they didn't want me on. They disqualified the McLoughlin poll, they disqualified the Harvard Harris Pole, they disqualified Resmussen, they disqualified the Emerson Poll. They said, we're going to disqualify the Victory Strategic Poll. That was the most amazing one to me because the person that runs it is like a statistician, and so they asked for information on it. He gives them the statistics on it because he did a national poll that was regionally

balanced, and in that he told them that thirty eight states responded. And then they said, well, that's not acceptable. So I asked, well, what's the normal number that respond They didn't know because nobody else gave him

that information. Well, if your chances of being selected for a call or only one in two hundred thousand, you're probably, on an average not going to have more than about thirty five states responding unless you decide that you're going to specifically target a certain number from each state and you don't regionally balance it. So none of this made any sense, but they wanted to control everything. Fox even arranged from a walkthrough. They had everything set up for me

to be on the stage, but I wasn't there. Dog is disgusted with the thing too. Doug is very unhappy. They forced us to get donors, so we are paying to get donors when we're finding our own campaign. This is like the silliest thing on the planet. But they didn't want me. They were afraid I was too much like Trump because I'm a guy that was funding my own campaign and didn't need their money, you know. And they just didn't like the fact that I was going to shrink the government because

I think the government has just gone nuts. They spend so much of your money and now we're almost thirty four trillion dollars in debt, and what is their answer to this, Well, their answer is going to be raising taxes, cutting or getting rid of Social Security. They're not going to be able to continue Medicare, and they're just going to pay no attention to being all frugal in spending your money. It is wacko. Let me ask you this.

There's been some I guess positive economic news that has come out in the last few days, most recently the unemployment numbers. I believe the number was one hundred and ninety nine thousand. That was slightly above what the economists estimated. The third quarter GDP bumped up the five point three percent. When you look at those numbers, Perry Johnson, what do you see behind those numbers and why are we seeing those kind of numbers right now? Well, actually,

those are fantastic numbers. And the reason that we have these fantastic numbers is that we recovered from COVID. But we have to recognize that we put an extra four point five trillion dollars into the economy. So you live very very well. So let's say, for example, that you decided as a family, you're going to take out one hundred thousand dollars loan and you're going to go out and spend that hundred thousand dollars. Well, you can do

really well, live a great life, fantastic vacation. And then for the period of the next what three months, you go on vacation spending that one hundred thousand dollars thinking things are great. But eventually you have to pay for it. And how were we paying for it? Well, that's the problem. The problem is that they had to raise the infrast rate in order to

try to squash things. And I want everybody in America to really ask themselves, is it reasonable to go to the grocery store and have to spend forty percent more for food just because the government decided to do this crazy stuff? And when you try to buy a home now. Heaven forbid that you don't

already have your home with the low infrastrate. If you have to go try to buy a home now, and you are in your twenties or early thirties, you recognize that if you put seven to twenty percent down on that home, your monthly payments are one hundred percent more than they would have been three years ago. And I'm not making this up. As a matter of fact, I own a mortgage company too, among my other ad companies. It is literally one hundred percent more expensive now to go acquire a home, if

you have to go and buy the home and get a mortgage. It's the nuttiest thing you've ever seen, all created by the government. Yeah, the government caused all of this, And well, that goes along with a lot of the analysis I read about, especially that GDP number, that a big portion of that, if not all of it, is driven by government spending, and so the converse of that is going to be a massive hangover at some point how long down the road before we start seeing that reflected in the

numbers that come out and give us a gauge on the economy. Well, what people don't understand is that every household in America last year spent six hundred and twelve dollars a month just for the interest payment on our loan. That's just the interest. And now they're borrowing money at astronomical levels compared to what they were doing before. They were borrowing money at point six to eight of one percent. Now they have to borrow money at anywhere from four point two

to five point five percent. Well, when you're thirty four trillion dollars in debt, I think it's now thirty three point eight trillion in debt and you have to pay five percent, well you're talking about one point seven trillion dollars. That means that you're going to be looking at anywhere from thirty to forty percent of all the money you collect in taxes just going on the interest.

That is just the interest for the debt that we've incurred. And at one time, you understand, like it was World War Two, when all that money was spent, you had taxes up over ninety percent, A general tax rate was at seventy percent. So it wasn't until Kennedy got into office that we actually lowered the taxes. So people have no idea how agregious the tax can be when the government spends money right decklessly. And what about this Inflation

Reduction Act, Isn't it like the stupidest thing in the world. They're really just added to the inflation, added to the expense, and they call it the opposite. That amazes me, absolutely, It's incredible. But people buy it. It's like a marketing tool that they use. And what they do is they buy people off now because they figure they'll get elected and people are not going to realize the true misery until eight, nine, ten years down

the road. Unless you're young now and you have to go and buy a house, or you have to go and go and buy food and you're living on a fairly modest seventy eighty thousand dollars a year as a family, well, and that is nuts. Yeah, Perry Johnson, I want to play a sound bite from Joe Biden, something he said a couple of nights ago, something that really just bothers me a lot. I want to play this sound bite and then I want to get your reaction to it. So let's

go ahead and hit cut number two. Cut number. We've committed as a NATO member, so we defend every inch of NATO territory. Then we'll have something that we don't seek and that we don't have today, American troops fighting Russian troops. American troops fighting Russian troops if he moves into other parts of NATO. So Perry Johnson, there are the words coming out of Joe Biden's

mouth when he's talking about American troops fighting Russian troops. And this was after the Senate said no to another sixty billion dollar funding bill going to Ukraine. The way I see it, we have not look. On one hand, I understand why we cannot let putin prevail on Ukraine. On the other hand, I am not for just sending and keeping open the blank checkbook that we

have been keeping open ever since the invasion of Ukraine began. And why is it impossible for us to get some sort of accounting of how that money is being spent in Ukraine. And now you toss on top of that that you've got the White House and then the President saying that if you don't give me the money for Ukraine, then we're going to have the specter of American troops

fighting Russian troops. Well, what's hard for me to believe is that this is the leader of the free world and the image that he sets is not one of strength, electricity power. What really I want you to think about how really stupid the whole setup is. We had a bill that went before the House and in that bill, all we asked for was an accounting of the money, and they could not get this bill passed. So if you're going to go sending one hundred billion dollars over to the Ukraine, how do

you know that forty or fifty billion isn't going to the oligarchs. We don't even know where the money's going. And when you have so much care going on, you have to say to yourself, let's put a stop to this. I don't think until you get into politics and see what's really going on, you never realize how corrupt it is. But we have such a swamp over there. And the swamp is serious because you have all these special interest

groups that are now getting tit for tat. So you go give a concession, and to get that concession, you have to give so much away to all these other people. And then you're trying to get people to donate to you so you can win the next election. So in order to get that donation, you're making concession after concession after concession to get more money into the pockets of the people donating the money to you. And this is just not a very good way to run a country. So I think we have to

do something to try to stop this. Yeah, and it's and it seems to me. And I was listening to Kamala Harris at the COP summit, the COP twenty eight summit a few days ago, and their solution for every problem under the sun is simply to spend more money. And she's very proud to talk about how we're going to spend one hundred billion dollars or we've already spent a trillion dollars or a trillion dollars in the next ten years fighting climate

change. At some point, all this spending is going to have to stop. And again, there's no reckoning, there's no accounting, there's no there's nothing for the American people to be able to hang their hat on when it comes to spending this kind of money. And your book is called the two cent Solution, But whenever you talk about even cutting a penny, one penny on the dollar out of the federal budget. Well, the Democrats and those

who love spending money in Congress just have an absolute conniption. Well, what's really amazing about this whole thing is you can't even get them to freeze the budget. Remember when they said that they were going to have to spend all this money because we had COVID, and because of COVID we have all these special needs. We understand there was an issue. We understand also that it's a huge problem if you force companies to shut down and they have no way

of getting any revenue. We understand all that. But after COVID, don't you think at some point we should say, Okay, COVID doesn't exist anymore, so we should cut. No. Not only did they not cut, they actually increased their expenses, so they went there still are going over budget. When you have an economy that is growing at anywhere, depending on how you look at it, between four and five and a half percent, it is not the time that you should have deficit spending. It should be just

the opposite. When you have times like this, we should be at a surplus, not a deficit. When you are making a whole lot of money, and when you are in a position where Let's say as a family you're doing particularly well. That's not a time when you go and borrow so that you say, Okay, I was making one hundred thousand, Now I'm making one hundred and thirty thousand. Let's go and borrow some money so now I can spend one hundred and fifty thousand. It's just idiotic. Nobody does that

if they're rational, except our government. Well, government's the only was Well, it doesn't operate in the real world. I think we all understand that. Perry Johnson, we've got about thirty seconds left. In that time, give me your best thirty second speech. He wrote an article about about two or three weeks ago saying that America's only hope is re electing Donald Trump. Give me your best thirty second speech on why America's best hope is to get

the Trumpster back in the White House. Well, I want you to just reflect your life. If you really think that your life is great right now, and that the world situation is great, then I would recommend you go ahead and vote for Joe Biden. But were you better off under Trump? Was the world better off under Trump? Did we have better situation worldwide? Did we have wars going on under Trump. Do you really think that Putin

would have invaded Ukraine if Trump were president? And now we're in a situation where all over the world we have chaos, we have what's going on in the Middle East. We have to worry still about China invading Taiwan. And I think America needs to look strong because we are the leaders of the free world, and Donald Trump is our best answer for that. We saw in

the debates. He's the clear front runner. He hasn't debated. He's now at sixty six percent, and DeSantis, even though they've been pushing him, is now at thirteen and Hayley's at ten. He is going to be the nominee, and he is a that has proven that he can do the job. I say, let's get behind him, let's unite as a party, and let's put an end to all of this problem that we have right now, because we can change it, and we can change it overnight. All

right, Well, Perry Johnson, with that we have to run. I want to thank you for your time this afternoon, and keep up the great work. We'll be reading the website Perry Johnson dot com, and again, thank you for being here. On seven hundred WLW. John hit that here we go a little Andy Mack. I don't know if he's got it ready or not. You're starting a revel then he popped up his hits. If you're wearing it the musk, he's winning seventy one sixty nine and is the usually catch my number one in the country, number two in the

city, number two in their own city. Great line from Andy Mack the Bear and you know what, he's the only guy that's ever done both both teams. He started out with it during UC with Ed Badger and everybody back. Then then he goes over to X. Look what happens, Well, Andy Mack did it all back in the day. Correct Stingers Hockey? Yeah yeah, Stingers Hockey and the Bearcats rolled into tomorrow there, Dan Carroll, it's seven and oh the Musketeers are four and four, losers of three straight.

Then they lost to Delaware a couple of nights ago. Cincinnati leads the overall series fifty one to thirty nine, fifty one to thirty nine. The Xavier has been winning a lot lately, though, haven't they let's say, five in a row? No, well, in the series. In the series, yea Xavier wishes

The Steelers lose to a two win team for the second time in five days, and they want to run everybody out of town on the Steelers. The owner on down does Pittsburgh have a losing record now seven and six, seven and six, So the Bengals win Sunday, they're seven and six, but they're still behind Pittsburgh because they lost

had the head to the Pits and then hopefully Cleveland will lose Sunday. That'll be good to Jacksonville. So but they don't know if they don't know if Trevor Lawrence is gonna play Sunday or not. With that ankle, Dan Horden said today, if the Bengals win ten, they are in. I agree, yep, he said, even if they if even if they don't win ten, they could possibly still get in. But they need a little help,

a little, a little. Also, we say Happy Birthday Sunday, December tenth, over the weekend on the Bengals will win that game because it's Joe Burrow's birthday on Sunday, he's twenty seven. What if they run out of birthday cake on the bench, they will give everybody like a piece of birthday cake for Joe bib. I don't think they need it out there on the bench. Why can't they have some in the you know, in the locker room before they come out? Are they gonna they got a dining room

down there for the players? Why don't they have it there? Maybe so makes sense to me. I mean, come on, I don't know. You know, they're football players, but they're civilized. For God's sake. Get to get the fans involved. Give him something neat after eating and drinking for three hours, they give him, give him a little dessert? What else? So seg you got more Hunter Biden? Mess? on? Now? Cars? Chicks, anything else? Cars, hookers, hotel rooms? He uh, well, he wasn't staying at Holiday inn or something. No, he stayed Hotel six light on. He stayed at a place called the Nomad Hotel in uh in Oh. I thought that was Abu Dhabi rs. I talked about all his all his drug dealer friends, all his hangers on, all the uh oh he had. He had a whole entourage following him around like you. Well, they don't have the entourage I

used to have. Were you with a big helicopter Man nine back in the day you had to roll with the crew. You were like the fly boy. You know what I mean? You were like the fly boy. Did you wear one of those big scarfs that the that the flyers used to wear in the in the helicopter. Here's uh, here's here's one of the big white scarves that. Oh, just check it out. I don't want to get tangled in the road Chopper nine. I don't want that to happen.

Where's Chopper nine? Chopper nine is uh? You know? I think I saw it somewhere in Saint Louis. I think I saw Chopper nine was repainted. I just saw it on that Airline Repo show they check into that. I think Steve Rawley was one of the guys stealing it because he wanted to bring it back. Well, those those things get recycled and they get you know, when they're done with one. TV station, they go to another

TV station. That was fine, that was fun, though when it lasted, and then and then I would I would always hear you say, get Dan Carl over there, and Chopper nine. Get a look at that. That's right, whether there's teeth, hair and I anywhere, you gotta get that Chopper nine over there. That's news. Let's go. What else you got, Let's see. Here's uh, here's here's Hunter Biden's entourage, boy

and he and he wrote this himself. Thieves, junkies, petty dealers, over the hill, strippers, con artists, associated sordid hangers on who invited their friends and associates in most recent hookups. They latched onto me and I didn't let go all with my approval. I never slept. There was no clock day, bled in tonight and night in the day. That was like Willie. That's Hunter Biden when he was on any when he went, when

he was living the life. That sounds like Rocky Boyman. On a college football weekend, he said, I stayed in one place until I tired of it, or until it tired of me. Then I moved on my merry band of crooks, creeps and outcasts, soon to follow availability Biden's cabinet. He was with, Yeah, that sounds like Biden's brooks, creeps and outcasts. Yeah. Availability drove some of the movie, impulsiveness drove others. A sample itinerary. I left the Chateau Marmont, then for a time to an

Airbnb in Malibu. Then when I couldn't reserve it for longer than a week, I went to West Hollywood, the Jeremy Hotel. There were stays at the Sunset Hotel, then stays at the Sunset Tower sixty Beverly Hills, the Hollywood Roosevelt, then another Airbnb in Malibu, and Airbnb in the Hollywood Hills, and back to the Chateau, then the Nomad downtown, the Standard on Sunset On Sunset, an antrail of dealers and sidekicks rolled in and out day

and night. They pulled up late in their series. In their late series, Mercedes Benz decked out and oversized raiders and Lakers, jerseys, flash and fake rolexes. Their stripper girlfriends invited their girlfriends, who invited their boyfriends. They drink up the entire mini bar called room Service for filet mignon and a bottle of don Perrignon, and one of the women even ordered an additional filet for her purse sized dog. That's Hunter Biden spending eight hundred thousand dollars on

a hooker's porn and sex clubs over four years. Who joins, who joins there? Who joins a sex cort, Matt and then and then tries to take it as a tax deduction. You'd be very surprised, Dan Carroll, how many people are from the people. You know, a lot of freaks out there. But then Alex Jones did an interview with Tucker Carlson Boy and they got to talking about Joe Biden, and Alex Jones says he has sources that confirm to him that Joe Biden wanders around the White House naked at night,

all drugged up, pump full of amphetamines. And then Tucker says, and then Tucker says, I know he's pumped full of drugs. And Tucker says he has sources in the White House and tell him that Biden is pumped full of drugs every day. And Alex Jones is saying, the guy strips down naked and goes bumping in and he the head of that what was a group. Alex Jones, I don't know he's he's some kind of controversial he's I guess he's got a radio talk show or something. I don't know,

maybe he's on satellite radio or something. But Tucker Carlson's been talking to him, and we're talking about Joe Biden. It's completely out of his mind. Wanders around the entire two and a half years, but it's getting worse. Naked in the White House in the middle of the night. Doesn't know who he is. That's what I'm thinking. They have to give him a bunch of drugs, a bunch of methamphetamines in the morning, then they've got to drug him up at night. So that's what he says on the Tucker Carlson

Show. You can watch the interview now streaming on X can't Wait. So there you go, seg So you got to learn something new every day about people around you. Got that to think about this weekend. I certainly spent a lot of time I'm doing that. So what are you gonna watch on TV this weekend? A little Crosstown shootout? Oh yeah, little Bengals? Yeah, oh yeah, yeah, heck yeah, you kidding. And oh one more thing, man for Sam, the hell is that? I have no idea? Probably him walking around naked into White

baby? Is that? What is that? What he yells when he's walking around naked in the White House in the middle of the night. Can't say all drugged up, doesn't know who he is, doesn't know where he is. Sounds like a lot of people around here. SA. We'll see you later. See ya on seven hundred WLW warming you up, Cord. This year's Crosstown shootout explation point I must be care of.
