I'm Billy cutting in the Great American Welcome to this raining Monday afternoon. The Tri State Reds Baseball. Thank god they're off today, resting comfortably, I'm sure back in Cincinnati having barely won. But barely one is good enough. It's like being barely pregnant you whether it is or not, let's face it. The Reds one pulled it out late and they got a two games set with Cleveland. Can I say Indians or Commanders, I'm not sure which Tuesday

and Wednesday, and then off again on Thursday. Then Toronto's in town and that was a huge game last night. But until then, there's mayhem everywhere I see. Over the week and another Norstrom store was ransacked and Los Angeles

well over six figures were stolen by thirty individuals, you might recall. And then Kenwood Town Center about two years ago Louis Vatan was hit and the number wasn't given out, but I'm sure it was all over one hundred thousand dollars of thefts mass thefts, and this has happened regularly in the major cities, and also in Cincinnati. There was four or five US students shot again like a pinball machine. Around the UC campus. There's death, disease, and

pestilence everywhere. A man with commenting on this, plus the activities at Dasamond Jones, who supposedly killed Edgar Lopez, et cetera, is the great Rob Sanders and Rob Sanders, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And I'm going to send you a photo of me approaching a deer stand in the woods of Boone County. I was there recently, I was there yesterday, and it's on my Twitter account that I may take up deer hunting in September October.

I'm not sure how we do with that, but nonetheless tell us the story of Dasamond Jones and what happened in the alleged murder of Edgar Lopez, and how your comments about Covington having nothing to do relative to homicides may not prove to be accurate this year. Well, Willie, last time I was on your show, I was abundantly clear that I was making no statements about Covington not having homicides anymore. That didn't go too well for a few years

ago, and I'm certainly not about to repeat that mistake. So this little spat of Cincinnati style violence that we saw in Covington can't be pinned on me or my jinks of talking about the crime rate on your show. Tuesday last week as a violent day in Kenton County, we had a stabbing down on the Covington Riverfront during during the morning hours. That suspect was apprehended in our

courthouse parking garage. Of all the places you're going to try and run and hide from the police, I can assure you that the courthouse parking garage is the last place you want to go, because not only the police that got called and headed that way, but all the police in the courthouse are going to be right there. Anyhow, that victim is still in intensive care at

the University Hospital. We're hoping that he pulls through, but we don't know yet whether that's going to happen, so we're keeping a close eye on him. But there was another later that evening, about six o'clock Tuesday afternoon,

there were two individuals that got in a fight on Bank Lack Street. One of them was a fellow by the name of Brian Gray who attacked Edgar Lopez with a brick and Edgar Lopez somehow turned the tables on him and won the brick fight, and this Gray person was gave up and decided he had had enough at Edgar Lopez and the brick fight. He walked away about a block over to Russell Street and this Dasmond Jones character shows up on the scene and

is somehow related to her friends with Brian Gray. He sees Edgar Lopez drive after Brian Gray to go confront him again, jumps in his own car, drives around the block, and according to the arrest warren'ts torn out by Covington Police detective Adam Yule. He jumps out of his car with an assault rifle and fires approximately twenty six shots and Edgar Lopez's vehicle. Many of those shots struck Edgar Lopez, killing him. He wasn't transported, he was dead right

there on the scene. Covington Police did a heck of a job make quick work of the whole investigation. Gray was arrested when he got out of the hospital. He's been charged with belliny assault and Desmond Jones was tracked down and there was a search warrant that was executed on his residence on Friday of last week and on Saturday morning, early Saturday morning, he turned himself into detectives out of Mule and Brian Powers and they lodged him in the Kenton County Detention

Center. So now it's on us and we're ready to take it from here and make sure mister Desmond Jones is prosecuted for the murder and won't be getting out of prison anytime soon. So do you blame Cincinnati for some of this? How much of the waves from Cincinnati washed onto the shores at Covington and or Newport and or Boone County, Hamble of Boone and Kenton. How much crime do you think if Cincinnati did not exist, would you have nothing to

do? Well? I don't know about nothing to do, Willie. We still got enough of our own criminals and thugs and scoff laws over here without any of Cincinnati's wandering across the river. But unfortunately that river's not as wide as you might think. This guy that's been charged and the stabbing is fellow by the name of Kevin Geomi. I don't know Giomi. I don't know how you pronounced that. But he's got quite the history over in Hamilton County

according to court records. But he's never been in our jail before this instance last week. He's, according to records I've been shown, been bounced in and out of the jail, in and out of the mental health system. Probably should have been locked up in a mental health hospital somewhere to keep him from causing injury to anybody, since he's been known to be violent in the past. However, that didn't happen, so when he came to Covington for

the first time, decided to start stabbing someone in the head. That's one fine example of Cincinnati's criminals coming over here and causing mayhem and injuring innocent victims. That happens a fair amount. I'd say that, you know, upwards fifty percent might be a stretch, but I'd say it's approaching half of our violent crime in Kenton County has some connections Cincinnati. You have a bite started over there, somebody defendant was from over there. Somebody from this side of

the river went over there and somehow brought the trouble back with him. There's almost always a connection, it seems like from thirty thousand feet. I saw the story over the weekend out of the San Francisco Chronicle in which there's two large federal buildings in San Francisco. One is the United States Courthouse. The other one is the Federal Building which handles all the civil aspects. And the name of both large buildings is the Nancy Pelosi Federal Courthouse or the Nancy Pelosi

Federal Building and the Missive. The emails have gone out to all the federal employees not to report to work starting today because it is unsafe. There are too many robberies, too many burglaries, too many car break ins and physical assaults. So at the Nancy Pelosi Federal Courthouse, the personnel are told do not report to duty, and they've postponed trials for a while until they get

the crime under control. Now, it is somewhat oxymoronic that Nancy Pelosi, who has been the representative Speaker of the House and Majority leader for decades, has a facility in her hometown that can't function because of all of the crime her policies have created. Could you imagine in Kenton County rob Sanders in the Bavarian Brewery, now the Great Kenton County Courthouse and other facility sending a message to the several hundred Kenton County employees it is too dangerous. I've failed as

the prosecutor. The chief of police has failed. Do not report to work because it is too dangerous. And if you're a juror, don't bother to come here for a criminal trial because it's too dangerous for you to come here. What do you think about that? Well, at least they got a good excuse to tell their employees to stay at home. Will you know, you go down to Frankfort these days, and we've still got remote working state workers. All the state run buildings are well, maybe not all of them,

but most of them are half empty. It used to be go down there and visit the complex that the Attorney General's office is in, and it was almost impossible to get a parking space because all the state run facilities out of that same office complex. Now you go down there and the Attorney General's office seems like about the only ones that actually report to work. Everybody else is still working remotely because the the Shared Administrations apparently still thinks COVID's going on,

or it hasn't made anybody come back to the office. They're still letting people work by zoom. So at least Nancy Pelosi's got a legitimate reason to tell all her workers not to come to work. But there is a great deal of irony there that the Nancy Pelosi buildings have been closed due to failed policies and inability to enforce the law. But it's scary what's going on in

some of our big cities, Willie. I was reading about how they can't have trials in Seattle right now because they can't get enough jurors to come downtown because they're too afraid for their own safety, whether it be just being a victim of crime on their way too or way from the courthouse, or whether it's because the lunatics and the Antifa types they're in the courthouse shout them down and follow them home and cause them all kinds of problems and scare the wits

out of them, so they can't fill their juries. And I don't know what's going to happen in these big cities. It really makes me wonder, makes me fear for the future of some of these cities, and where are the good people in those cities, Because I'm sure there are still some good people in those big towns, but they're not going to stay there forever. They're gonna leave. They're gonna go someplace else, whether it's to the suburbs

or a whole other city or a whole other states. What's going to become of those major metropolitan areas when they start to move out, Well, the same thing in New York, Baltimore, just give the name. What would happen if a few dozen homeless individuals who tend to be mentally ill or dry addicts, are alcoholics would pitch tent around the Kent County Courthouse and say, I'm living on a sidewalk. What would Rob Sanders do? We'd be calling

Joe Deeters, Justice Joe and even on John Cranley. See who they employed? What you know what a company they called to have them come do the street sweeping. But that wouldn't go for very long. You know, we've got a homeless population, some that are down on their luck, others that choose to be homeless, and we do really do a heck of a job. I think in northern Kentucky. You're trying to give them a hand up and help them out, find them housing, find them drug treatment, mental

health counseling, whatever it is they need. But there is a balance and you can't just let let homelessness and mental illness run a muck, run untreated and go without any attention at all. But you can't let them take over the town either, and that's something that we would never let them do that. We're going to do our best to help them out, but we're not going to let them overthrow the city, so to speak, overthrow the town.

You know, find parts of Covington, whether it be the Robling area, there be main straws, any of the entertainment districts like over Madison Avenue that area that are thriving right now. We've got great bars, great restaurants, some really nice hotels, some really fun places to hang out, some unique outdoor venues. We're not going to let that go to hell just because the homeless people are the ANTIFA types or the mentally ill show up. We're

gon we're gonna help them out of the area. We're gonna try and fund him a good place to live. Some people though, just refuse to be helped or else we don't have enough of the resources that they need to fix their issues. But we're not going to let it destroy our community either. Talk about public safety, that's number one. Without public safety, a person has no rights whatsoever if your public safety's impinged upon. I see that.

You see, University of Cincinnati has repeated shootings, and every time someone comes on from UC that tell me how safe things are Now I keep hearing about more shootings and more mayhem. I watched Channel five last night and they had a story of this family living in the Clifton area. Their street was unlivable cause a few of the frats have taken over some of the buildings and they have street parties. They use cars to block either end of a street,

and it's a free fire zone for a long period of time. And I don't know how someone can send their child into that environment anticipating getting a quality education when you're like a pinball and a machine getting bounced around, and then the classes of three, four or five hundred students. I know it's not your specific area, but nonetheless, how safe is NKU compared to you see,

Willie. I don't want to jinx NKU like I did Covington. You know, the next thing, you know, if I start talking about how safe it is up there, they'll start having homicides or something God forbid. But generally speaking, you know, Highland Heights is not my jurisdiction. But I like you watch the news and watch the Twitter or x or whatever it's called these days, reading what's left in the newspaper and when it comes out a week after all the news they're reporting on, but you don't see anything

about shooting going on in Highland Heights. And I'm sure that the good folks in the Campbell County common Wealth Attorney's Office and the Highland Heights Police Department are working hard to keep it that way every day. But I like you also see all those reports of shootings coming out of Clifton. I don't know that I wouldn't let my kid go to you See anymore. It's you see so

many reports of it. If it's not as dangerous as it sounds up there, then you see needs to step up their public relations game because it's certainly it sounds like they should be handed out body armor with their welcome to school packets. But I don't know. Maybe NK, you's got to find police department. Maybe we can have them help you see out, deputize them over there so they get some more people fighting crime up there and get it under

control. I think it sounds like the fraternity parties of the least of their problems days. And if you're the prosecutor, if you're the chief of police, and you have to put out a message to everyone working in Kenton County or Hamleton County, don't report to work, and the prosecut don't come here because it is too dangerous. We want to tell you you can't work anymore

from the Kent County courthouse. And god forbid, if Molessa Powers had to say, you know what, and Chief a Thiji would say, you know what, our city is so out of control that don't report to work. Don't come as a juror to me. If I'm in those law enforcement positions, I rise up like a line, a tenfold beacon of the night and saying, not on my watch, We're going to clean this town up. But there's no apprehension of that. And most of the blue cities in the

Blue States. When Nancy Pelosi Federal courthouse has to be shut down because of violence, that's a problem. Can you imagine that happening in Kenton County or Boone or Campbell. I don't think it happened in Hamlety County. But nonetheless, can you imagine that occurring. I cannot willy, because you know, the people, the good folks of Kent County that put me in this office, they wouldn't stand for it. They'd run me out of the office and

they'd find somebody that would get the job done and rightfully. So you know, there's been a lot of controversy over that chiefs now Dean song. Try that in small town lately, you know, people accusing it of being racist or what have you. I don't think that's it at all. I think it's about a commentary on you get the community that you're willing to accept.

And if the people that live in San Francisco are willing to accept a city, a county where they can't hold jury trials, where they have to send their public workers home because it's too dangerous to come to the courthouse, then that's what they're going to have to live with. But the people of Kenton County are never going to accept that. I don't think. You know, there's parts of Kenton County that might feel like a small town, but generally

speaking, it's fairly decent sized county, at least for Kentucky. But the good folks in this county are not going to put up with that, just like they're not going to put up with it in Boone, they're not going to put up with it in Campbell. They're gonna hire good prosecutors, good police officers, good police chiefs. They're gonna hire voting, good mayors and good city councilmen that are going to make sure the stays quality place to live,

work and raise a family. And that's why we enjoy a good quality of life over here. Sure we have our problems. We have are in fighting, we have our occasional crime, sometimes violent crimes, but ultimately speaking, we don't put up with that stuff, and we're not gonna put up with it. We're not going to accept it. I'm never gonna accept it. I'm never gonna allow that to happen. And if I did, the good folks can County, I gotta vote me at office. Somebody out to

say San Francisco, these other Baltimore, New York. When the prosecutors in those cities tell their assistants don't report to work it's too dangerous. When the chief of police says it's too dangerous. As a civil employee in the police department in San Francisco, don't come to work. My god, that's a clarion call. We gotta run once again, Rob Sanders, and maybe you'll

join me in a tree in a deer stand in Petersburg, Kentucky. At some point I'm gonna spend some time up there with my buddy Wayne Caruci looking for a buck. I like to shoot the good that's a great spot in Boom County's got a lot of big deer, Willie. You're probably gonna have a nice big buck to hang on the wall back WLLW Studios by the time you're done. So if you and Wayne want to want to go deer hunt, and I got plenty of cameo and plenty of guns, just let me

know. I'd like to feel dress a deer and hang his head on my wall and act like John Dutton of eighteen eighty three. That's what I like. But once again, the Rob Sanders, thank you very much for coming on the Bill cunning Am Show. And keep the place of my birth safe. Willie, thank you very much for having me on. We will keep

Kenton County safe and happy and healthy. And when you get to that Reds game, you let me know I'd like to come across the river because Lordos Island cross the river when I have Reds or Bengals tickets, but I want to come and hang out in the Willie Cunningham luxury box at the Reds game, and maybe they will finally break this rough street they've been on and get on a winning streeteah Ben. I think they've won three games in August.

All right, well, thank you very much, Rob Sanders. We'll do it again in the invites coming through, Tony Bender, thank you very much. All right, sounds good to get Willie. I'm pleas let's continue with more your comments in the news all the news radio seven hundred. Hey, are you drowning in credit card debt? You want to get cash out of your home's equity? Lone Pronto's happening with the Reds And there was a heartbeat

detected stand back hit him with the paddles. Things look ugly. In the second game of the doubleheader yesterday, went down by two or three runs late, came back and won in overtime. Thank god. So now they're only half a game out of the playoffs. Believe in a half a game, and they have Cleveland in town Tuesday and the Wednesday for the Ohio Cup, whatever the heck that is, and then the Reds are off Monday and Thursday, and then Toronto comes in town. Then they go on a terrible road

trip out west that will largely determine their fate. Most of the games in September are at my ballpark, the Great American, So we'll see what happens. Wish the Reds had some relief help, but that's a different story. Green Lodolo schedule to come back and the next week. Green supposed to be here in about a week. We'll see what happens. Nonetheless, I have my feelers into the Joe Mixon misdemeanor assault trial happening in front of Judge Gwen

Bender, and not sure the outcome yet. The case was scheduled started at nine o'clock along with thirty other cases, which means at the end of the dockett what they do is they do all the pleas and the sentencings and the pre trial motions first, and then if there's a trial to be had with five six seven witnesses, the judgment put out at the end of the docket.

So that means the case I called certain people in the courthouse they're going to go back to me by text in the next several minutes to see if

there's a deal. I doubt there's going to be a deal. But nonetheless, this was the incident before the Buffalo game, about an hour before the bus left from pay Corse Stadium. Might have been Paul Brown's stadium at that point, not sure, but and allegedly Joe Mixon had some sort of road rage type incident in which it is alleged by a woman that he brandished a firearm in her direction, and he says it didn't happen. In fact,

he said he left the firearm at home. He didn't have the gun win with him because he was going to the stadium and by NFL rules, you can't have a gun on NFL property, so he said. I therefore, that's not evidence he left it at home. It's an indication he may have been mistaken taking the gun with him, or ignored, whatever it might be. That's not evidence. And as I understand it, largely it's going to

be he said, she said. And so in those circumstances of each party's worthy of belief turns out to be not guilty, because you have to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, and statistically, mathematically most jurors put beyond a reasonable doubt ninety five to five. In other words, the evidence is overwhelming. It happened on the woman's side of the table, she says, and

this is true that she immediately left the scene. I went to a police substation in and around the banks, went into the banks, described what happened, and said did not know who the person was who brandished a gun, but had a making model of a vehicle which came back to Joe Mixon. She said, I didn't know this was Joe Mixon, and in fact, she didn't know who Joe Mixon is or was, didn't did not, so

this this wasn't a Steelers fan wanted to get Joe Mixon in trouble. But nonetheless, she went there and filed the report, and the police put out an APB to try to locate where is his car? And that's how it began, and it came back to Mixon, and within an hour or so, of course, he was on the bus to the CVG, then on a plane to Buffalo, which, by the way, he had a tremendous

game. I think he rushed for over one hundred yards and that was the best football game the Benga was played all the last year, was the playoff game in Buffalo, especially with all the Tamorrow Hamlin situation going on, all the emotion, et cetera, and maybe his best game Joe Mixon did and he says it didn't happen, that maybe she took some foul language might have been used, but no gun was used, according to Joe Mixon, and

she specifically remembered it being a weapon, and that's what caused her to immediately leave the scene, which is around Third Street, about a two minute drive over to a substation. And she said, I knew there was a substation there because I'd been to the banks before, and I knew the police have a station there, and I went over there and that's I made a report. So and at one point, you might recall that the charges work. It took a while to file charges. They were filed at some point and

then they were they were pulled back by Chief of Police Thiji. Then charges were filed again. So who knows. We're going to find out what happens with that case. But absent video evidence, absent a third party, which at this point, I don't think defence lawyers know about a third party to identify Joe Mixon as a person with the weapon and absent that, it looks as if things are going to be a not guilty, but who knows,

something may pop up. Joe Mixon's testimony may be contradicted. Maybe the woman's testimony will be contradicted. I don't want to use her name because she's a private person, and therefore whatever happens happens, and when we get information on it will pass it on directly to you, if not sooner, so we'll see what occurs. The other thing happening, of course, are the pending

criminal charges. Watching all the talk shows this morning, the Trumpsters about to be in died with a whole bunch of other Republicans by a Democratic prosecutor in Fulton County slash Atlanta named Fannie Willis, who has spent a long time on this case. One of the objections of those of us who feel maybe this is politically motivated is the fact that all these events took place in December of twenty twenty or January of twenty twenty one, which was what more than two

and a half years ago. And so normally on a state case you may talk to Rob Sanders or Melissa Powers or Joe Eaters or anyone about this. Most county cases are quickly resolved within three to six months of when the criminal act took place if you know the alleged perpetrator, and in this case, the alleged perpetrator is Donald Trump, and the so called elector are selected by the Republican Party some operatives to take the place of those selected by the voters

in the state of Georgia. Do I believe according to the rules and effect at the time that Joe Biden won the state of Georgia. Yes, Do I believe that the rules in effect at the time that Joe Biden legitimately won the presidency. Yes. Now I don't like the rules that were in effect, and they can't be tested in court for all kinds of reasons. And reality was stretched by having drop boxes and no verification of who filled out ballots

and no voter ID required in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana. But by the rules and affected that point, it appears that he won the presidency, and God knows he's sitting in the presidency, and so instead of letting it go. Democratic activist in New York City and Atlanta and Washington, DC are going after Trump if to keep him either off the ballot, which might be impossible, or to make it sure that suburbanites will not put him back in the

presidency. Based upon what we now know about Joe Biden and the Biden family, each of those families are now fighting to stay out of jail. The choice might be, on one hand, you have the Republican nominee allegedly committing fifty to one hundred felonies currently under indictment out on bond. His name is Donald Trump. And on the other hand, with the Democrat, you have a mentally incompetent of the White House who this morning, when asked about the

terrible wildfires in Maui, said no comment. His mind doesn't operate. You have the president who's mentally corrupt and financially bought off by foreign powers. So you have somebody who should not be indicted but is running against somebody who was

not indicted and should be. Those are the choices. And I'm looking at this going and you're kidding me. When push comes to shove, if nothing changes the next fifteen months, I'm gonna vote for Donald Trump because the record that guy had in office was among the best record in the history of American politics. Where he found the country in seventeen and how he left the country in January of twenty twenty one. That everything that should have been up was

up, and everything that should have been down was down. When you talk about Joe Biden, everything that should be up is down, everything that should be down is just the opposite, and it's getting worse, not better. Plus, he lies so easily. Remember, Joe Biden never discussed business with his son or his family, said that repeatedly. I never discussed business with my family. Now that has come out through the FBI and through the Internal

Revenue Service that he did it repeatedly. Discussions with his family and others proved to be a lie. Secondly, Joe Biden never met with his son's business partners. Remember that never met with him. Of course I didn't discuss anything with him because I never met with him. Well, now it turns out that there were numerous Dinners, either in the vice presidential residents or on golf courses in twenty fourteen twenty fifteen with a Russian oligarch Kazakistan oligarch and braced my

executives in which they repeatedly talked about business. According to these ten twenty three's put together by the FBI, so sitting in the vice presidency a heartbeat from the presidency. Everything that Joe Biden said about not meeting with the business partners as a lie. In fact, he penned some personal notes to these oligarchs thanking them for meeting with him. Unbelievable, So that proved to be a lie. Another lie by Joe Biden, as the Biden family did not get

money from China. According to the FBI ten twenty three reports, at least three million dollars float out of Chinese oil and gas companies into the bank accounts through various shell companies. Three million dollars spread around eleven Biden family members, including a granddaughter who was nine years old. Mom and Dad open up an account. The money's flowing into the nine year old account? Are you kidding

me? And Joe Biden said none of that ever happened. Of course, you have the Barisma executive who told the FBI, I paid five million dollars to one Biden and five million to the other Biden, referring to Hunter and Joe Biden. Then they tracked the money through eighteen shell companies into their into their hands, Joe Biden simply lying about that. He also said Hunter Biden has done nothing wrong. That's what Joe Biden says about his crackhead son.

Well, Hunter Biden last week walked into a federal court and signed a form that said he did a lot wrong, including making millions of dollars not reported on his taxes. The deal fell apart but under oath in a written form of the US government. Hunter Biden, so I did a lot wrong that proved to be a lie by Joe Biden. And lastly, the Hunter Biden

laptop that emerged laid in the campaign was rush and disinformation. May I say that that is the roadmap of massive lawlessness conducted by the Joe Biden family. So everything he said about his business dealings with Barisma and with Romania and with Ukraine and with China and Russia has proven to be a lie, a bald

faced, unmitigated lie. But because it's Joe Biden who likes to smell the hair of eight year old girls, the media doesn't pay much attention and that One of the main reasons is they're so filled with rage and anger at Donald Trump they can objectively cover the President of the United States, who, for the first time, maybe in American history, directly took bags of cash to change American foreign policy as vice president and president. That's never happened never,

and I pray to God it never happens again. And that's why there's several impeachment inquiries beginning in the House of Representatives, more or less chilled by the idea that if we're successful and Joe Biden leaves office, Jesus, Mary and Joseph we got we got president Kamala Harris? Are you kidding me? It

gets worse. And so, as an American that cares more deeply about our country than politics, I now know, on one hand, I can vote for someone under one hundred felony indictments out on bond, or I can vote for the other candidate who's a crook and mentally deranged. Those are my two choices. Can this country of great Americans come up with something better? The answer obviously is no, we can't. And I still contend that Joe Biden is one fall away, one more gaff away from being pulled down by the

Democratic Party. This morning, he's in Delaware once again. He has spent forty percent of his time on vacation, thank god. He was asked about the Maui fires, had this look on his face, like what are you talking about? He said, no comment, no comment. It doesn't know this morning about the Hawaiian Maui fires. And we'll look keep me a team in training. I spent two or three glorious afternoons on the road to Hannah. It was beautiful. It's gorgeous to think that whole area is obliterated because

of a wildfire, and then the civil authorities provide no warnings whatsoever. That'll be sorted out in the future. Obviously one hundred or more people are going to be killed, many burned alive. It's terrible. And our president is saying, I don't know what you're talking about. And that was this morning about ten thirty am. My god, are we in trouble. So let's continue after one o'clock today, we'll be your friend and mine. Moe Egger.

After two o'clock, as Scott Powell is gonna or rate about how America is becoming a banana republic, and how we're looking not good. I hope it gets better. I do not want Cincinnati. They'll become San Francisco or Portland, or Chicago or New York or Baltimore or Memphis in which the schools are completely dysfunctional. Or Louisville. How about Louisville, hundred thousand kids ready to learn, and the system, of course, run by liberal Democrats,

can't get the buses to run on time. It sounds like CPS, by the way. But nonetheless, everywhere I look, I see great opportunities of leadership. And I think about when Trumpster left the presidency. Things were functional, things were good, the economy was great, America of his energy independent. Now he's got some personality peccadillos that some may now find acceptable. I care about the results, and the results of those four years with Donald Trump

was fabulous. Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Let's continue with more twelve fifty five Home of your Reds Off today, back out oft tomorrow and Wednesday against Cleveland against the Guardians. That's a stupid name, by the way, Guardians stupid. Then Thursday is an off day weekend with Toronto and then on like a ten ten game road trip out out West, the road Trip from Hell. They can come back from that around the first of September with most of the games at home, still a half a game out of

Let's

continue. There was some despair and Reds Land late yesterday when the Reds were losing. Late Tony Benner gave up all hope. I said, no, keep hope alive. They might come back in extra innings and win the game. They did, six five. There's a heartbeat, stand back, hit the paddles, see what happens. Plus, we have the issue of the Bengals, who played fairly well in the preseason game, which doesn't matter at

all. And then August fifteenth, which is tomorrow, is the deadline for a lot of these conferences to op in or op opt out for the twenty twenty four season and more Moeeger, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham showing. First, give me your analysis of what happened last night with the Red Legs when thing looks things look very dark, and they pulled a victory out that

had to happen. I think they've only won what three games in the month of August, but to lose two out of three to Pittsburgh would have been disgusting. Give me your analysis. Yeah, you know, they sorted to pull themselves off the mat because for the early going yesterday it sort of sound like, you know, with the way they lost game one, Game two was was not necessarily going to go the way we had hoped, and then they were going to lose two out of three to a bad Pirates team that

frankly is not in the race. Fortunately, David Bell pressed the right button, put Stuart Fairchild in the game for Will Benson. He got a big hit and then obviously Fairchild on a ball that looked like it was going to be maybe a tailor made double playball. This was talking about in the TV broadcast last night. Ellie Dela Cruz is the fastest man on the team.

He says he's the fastest man in the world. Stuart Fairchild measures as the second fastest guy on the team and he beat a double play ball by his step. Alexis Diaz was terrific in the ninth inning. That was a big, big victory. Because the Milwaukee Brewers are starting to separate themselves. A little bit. Reds kept them from separating themselves by four and a half games.

They remained a half game out of a wild card, and perhaps they come home with a measure of momentum after winning two out of three, and let's face it, this series in Pittsburgh, Bill their most recent home loss on Wednesday, felt devastating with the way they blew that game three run lead

in the eighth inning. I think for them to bounce back and get a good pitching performance from Andrew Rabbitt on Friday, at least getting a split yesterday, they have at least to a degree, moved on from the disaster that was the end of the Miami series last week, and they're off today, which is a gun must. Sure baseball could be played today anyway with all the rain, but nonetheless, they're off on Monday, they're all Thursday,

Cleveland's going likely nowhere, they're in town Tuesday, Wednesday. Then Toronto says got taken apart at home. So you're thinking Chicago and you're thinking, okay, the Reds now need to right the ship and get ready for the return of Green Aldolo later on. How big of a blender looking back from maybe the first week in October to more or less stand pat and the trade deadline. Of course, we don't know what deals was being off and we don't

know what was on the table. The Reds Shirley could use a couple of other relievers whose arms have become now rags. The starting pitching is remarkable, unbelievable starting pitching, and now the relief course broken down because of all the usage. Looking back, is that going to be a blender? Well, I think what might end up being a blunder is not necessarily adding, it's

adding, given what it costs other teams to add. I kept making this point before the trade deadline I certainly agree with with anybody who says, look, don't don't do something that's going to derail this team's chances of winning next year and the year after that in the year after that. Don't push your chips so far to the center of the table that if you fail this year, you'll look back on it and go, well, now we have no

chance of winning in the future. But my thing all along was, first of all, they have such an extraordinary collection of young players at the big league level and at the minor league level that you could not convince me that making a trade was going to deplete them of the resources they need long term. Then if you look at how the deadline unfolded, and I think you and I talked about this. Michael Lorenzen threw a no hitter last week for

the Philadelphia Phillies. Was having a quality season for the Detroit Tigers. His first two start for Philly, he has been fantastic. The Phillies won both games. Michael Lorenzen costs the Phillies one player, one guy. Aaron Savali was traded by the Cleveland Guardians to the Tampa Bay Rays, a team desperate for starting pitching because of the injuries to their staff. They traded him away for one guy, a quality player, a top one hundred prospect, a

player that I'm sure the race really didn't want to part with. But at the end of the day, one guy, Justin Verlander, was acquired by the Astros, and in exchange they send to the Mets one top one hundred prospect and a throne two guys. So I think what might prove to be the blunder is the insistence that if you well, if you if you make

a trade, you're really going to derail what you're doing long term. Nobody wanted to see the Reds trade away three or four prospects, but I think you could have made the starting staff a little bit better at relatively minimal cost. Now, the bullpen thing, it's something we have talked about since since April and May right. It's not necessarily starting pitching quality that they need,

which they obviously do need, but they need quality and length. They can't have guys going three, four and five innings, and so I think what's going to be really interesting is when Hunter comes back, which we hope is by the end of the week, what sort of innings limitation does he pitch with. What sort of pitch count does he pitch with? Is he given the capability of going deep into games? He is coming off an injury that is not an arm injury. But yeah, I think it's the storyline of

the last quarter of the season. Is the relief corps going to hold up because they have so many pitchers who are among league leaders in games appeared in. They obviously did add an arm and Sam Mall. Everybody in the sport wants relief pitching, everybody in the sport wants starting pitching. I think an added starter could have helped alleviate some of the concerns about the bullpen they didn't

add. And I think when we get to October, if they missed the postseason by a game or two, understanding that starting pitching for most of the season has been a weakness, I think you are going to be very reasonable if you look back if they don't make the postseason and say, look, the difference between making it and not making it was adding a starter other teams did. The Reds did not. Two or three months ago, we were looking forward to Green, Lodolo, and Ashcraft. They were the big three,

two of them basically washed out this year. I mean I had a stat it was something like five and twelve. Green Lodolo to get together are terrible. You have to say they're terrible and to send his Green signed a fifty eight billion dollar contract. He went right on the DL for two months. He didn't look good in the start. A couple of days ago in Lousville he was lit up. And no one ever heard of Andrew Abbott and

Brandon Williamson accept those devotees. If somebody would have told you a couple three months ago that Abbott and Williamson would be the Bellweathers of the Reds March for the playoff, would you have been shocked. Well, I would have been shocked had he told me that in the middle of August we'd be talking about their playoff chances. But relative to Andrew Abbott's minor league success early in the season, you certainly could have convinced me that when he got called up that

he was going to help the team out. I think the guy who's been a bit of a revelation those you talked about, Brandon Williamson, guy they acquired from Seattle last year. It feels like start to start, he seems to get it more and more. He is a guy that you know, let's say, so when the season started, weren't we weren't talking about him playing a big role in this team. And now as they get huntered green back and hopefully here assume Nick Lodolo, you kind of go, okay,

well, you can't take Brandon Williamson out of the rotation. I think what's going to be interesting is how they approach Andrew Attot, who obviously has already made appeared in more innings this season than he did last year. There's a lot of data it says, you know, once you hit a certain point, it could be really detrimental to a picture's health and development if you keep

going with him. So obviously they're going to have to balance needing Andrew to make starts every fifth day and help this team with not blowing out his arm. And so you know, what do you do. Do you go to a six man staff? Do you pull him for a few weeks? Do you say, look, here's basically going to be a drop dead date and after that he doesn't pitch? How do they how do they manage that? But yeah, they have hopefully they get green back and he's effective and they

get Lodolo back and he's effective. They've got a good collection of young starting pitchers, which bode well for the future. And obviously, if this team makes the postseason, those guys are going to be a huge reason why you're a big UC guy. August fifteenth is coming tomorrow. There's going to be two or three super conferences. We want you see to be in one of the super conferences, and by tomorrow Florida State and Clemson and maybe Virginia UNC

Marity Brennahan's favorite school has got to make a decision. What does your crystal ball tell you? What happens between now and tomorrow. I think we get more news of future consolidation and future realignment, which is going to lead us to a point that we have exactly what you just outline, two or three super conferences. Florida State has basically made its intentions known. We want to leave the ACC. Now how they do that legally and financially, I think

it is going to be pretty complex. As for where the University of Cincinnati stands, look right now, they're in a pretty safe place. New members of the Big twelve, a league that is getting bigger, that is added membership. But look, here's the reality. In my lifetime, University of Cincinnati has been in the Metro Conference USA, the Great Midwest, the Big

East, the American Athletic Conference, and now the Big Twelve. I'm left to assume that no home is permanent until we see otherwise, and it's going to be a long time before we do so. I think I think UC is pretty well situated. I'm always gonna wonder bill from from a UC perspective, The school, for all of its attributes, I feel like was sort of caught off guard ten eleven years ago when the Biggie started to disintegrate.

And then I remember when the ACC accepted Louisville and not Cincinnati, with Babcock was the director of athletics, and I had him on the air of that day and I could hear the disappointment in his voice, not necessarily that the ACC took Louisville and not Cincinnati, but that he knew the school really wasn't prepared for that wave of realignment. You can't say that about know how Cincinnati was ready for maybe the Big Twelve extent expanding in twenty sixteen, or obviously

what the Big Twelve has decided to do over the last two years. But I'm always gonna wonder had the school been maybe and you could say this about other institutions as well, had the school been maybe a little bit better position ten eleven years ago. Where would they be right now? What league would

they be in? How solid would their foundation be? We're never going to know, but I think for the here and now, if you're a bearcatsan, if you're UC alone, you should be pretty happy with where the school resides conference wise. Now, lastly about Joe Burrow. Here we are August the fourteenth, there, within four weeks of the kickoff of the NFL Season four. The Bengals in Cleveland. Latest on the contract, absolute radio silence. The injury may have played a part in delaying things. Now, Joe

Burrow looks to be as spry as a spring checking. He's bouncing around and even a sleeve on. What about what happens on say a couple of days after Labor Day? No deal with Joe Burrow? What happens? I think? I think it's going to be really interesting to hear what the spin is from all parties, because every domino that was supposed to fall has fallen.

Right. We think we talked about this back in March and April. Well, if you're Joe Burrow, you know you want to see where Lamar Jackson's contract You want to see where Jalen Hurts contract land, you want to see where obviously Justin Herbert were his contract lands. Well all of those things have happened. And so now if you're Joe Burrow, former number one pick, a guy who has been to a Super Bowl, which Justin Herbert hasn't, Lamar Jackson hasn't. Now you're next in line and the deal just sort of

gets done. Then you know, it's interesting everybody that I've talked to and ask pretty much a similar question, Okay, this deal, how come it hasn't gotten done? One should be worried, they will say, almost unanimously, If we get to that first week and the deal's not done, then I'd maybe worried just a little bit. But remember Aj Green once signed his contract basically when the team was boarding the bus to go to the airport to

play their first game against the Oakland Raiders. So there is precedent four some of these deals getting done close to last minute. I think the thing that's going to be interesting is if t Higgins deal doesn't get done, how does that affect the conversation about the team moving forward in relation to him getting a franchise tag. Do they still get a deal done? Is it just assume that he is no longer going to be a Bengal at the end of this

year or maybe at the end of twenty twenty four. But but yeah, it's August the fourteen. Joe hasn't signed on the dotted line yet. And I think relative to how a lot of us thought the offseason was going to unfold, if you would have sent me back in February, Bill David Bell will get a contract extension before Joe Burrow, I would have said, you're nuts. Yeah, that's where we are. Well, this is the Bengals.

Will see what happens. This is a new day. And I guess the franchise is now worth four billion dollars or more US purchased for like eighty million. Now it's worth four billion go in one direction, So I think the money's available. We'll see what occurs. And once again, Moeggar, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And we don't anticipate Joe Burrow's gonna play until Cleveland, but we'll see what happens. But a contract

extension would be very welcome by Bengaledon and Mo. Thank you very much. Willie's always good talks to you. God bless America. Let's continue with more news coming up. Plus that victory yesterday was number sixty two of the season, getting close to that magic number of sixty six, equally last year's win total. Already they have

India Green or Lodolo? Gosh? Green wasn't very good in Louisville, was he? Well, one yes and one no. How about Lodolo? Is he throwing yet? I think he threw on

In congratulations too, will he to Mount Healthy High School and Miami US built. Inducted into the Houston Astros Hall of Fame yesterday? Well deserved. Well, he's a good man. Speaking in Milwaukee leads to the division. And how about this?

The Brewers have given some thoughts about relocating. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the issue as the club's lease on American Family Field and the talks about a new funding package for improvements. What no agreement has been set there, No agreement has been reached between the two sides. So how about if the Milwaukee Brewers leave Milwaukee that made a beer that made Milwaukee famous, the Braves left,

Yeah, and so things do move. But how about that? Who the owners of Major league teams right that are multi multi billionaires, right, keep wanting every sleeps like you and me to pay their bills? Correct? How much is the Bengals team now worth four billion dollars? Shouldn't they that's the a's the bottom of the NFL. Shouldn't they significantly pay for their own improvements and not come to taxpayers and say give me a half a billion one because

of Joe Burrow at all? The team has doubled and tripled and quadrupled in price threw please, yeah, find your own damn improvements. Also, the Western Southern Open Willie is under a rain delay. They had over thirty seven thousand over the weekend out there for just qualifying the matches and stuff. How about that? How about Peyton h John Barrett's tournament? How about Peyton's turns? The Bengals are back at practice at two fifteen, coming up at about

a half hour for season ticket holders only. Preseason Game two coming up Friday in the atl Atlanta to you after today Tuesday, the next seven eight nine days look very good. Good Tomorrow. Preseason Top twenty five college football poll is out. What about you

see Georgia looking to make it three in a row? Number one? That team up North by Tom Weedman is number two, The Ohio State University is number three, Alabama four, LSU is five. What about you see not in it? Notre Dame is thirteenth. Is anyone moving because to buy August fifteenth, I e. Tomorrow? Teams have to say if they're in for twenty twenty four. Anything new on Florida State nothing, Clemson nothing, Virginia nothing, Virginia Tech nothing, North Carolina not that I know of Miami,

Miami University or Miami Hurricanes. Hurricanes. No. No, how about you see leaving the Big twelve for which is now the Big sixteen? Now where they going to the MAC? No they're not. No pro golf Lucas Glover made a two in a row yesterday on the PGA Tour, won the playoff opener in Memphis. Mister glover all of last year made one point nine million dollars. That's terrible. Over the last two weeks, he's pocketed four point nine million, about to make a lot more too. Bingo, So there

you go, right there. I don't know what to say. And then when Joe Burrow was back at practice yesterday was no sleeve on his leg? What about his contract? I have no idea. Well, shouldn't you know these things? Oh? I mean you know, get a hold of Troy Blackburner. You got a number there for Elizabeth, for Duke Tobin. Oh him, he's not in charge. I think this is a Mikey Boy Brown situation. I think so too. Mikey Boy has four. We don't have

that dollar. We don't have that number. I don't think it's the richest man anywhere, you know what? And we wish him a bulated happy birthday? Will he mister Brown turn eighty eight last week and relatively good health? Amen four billion dollars and he wants the taxpayer to pick up the cost of redoing what pay corps? Am I missing something here. Oh, we'll look at all the other stadiums though. Tennessee's getting a new one with for like

some so much billion dollars. Buffalo's getting a new one. Everybody, it's just going to keep going up and up and up and up and up. In the National Football League is number? I mean they had sixty four thousand people Friday night that Saturday for that game, and eight and usually in the past one of the Bengals gotten in a preseason game twenty five maybe thirty at most. Speaking of that, I saw the NASCAR event in Indianapolis. Remember when it used to be people would go to it? Yes, did you

see what happened? Well, that's because it was the road course. But whatever it is. How many people attended? Not many but empty? Well can't they can only see You can only see so many places on a road course. NASCAR is a dying sport. Are you aware of that? I don't think so. And hopefully it comes back to Kentucky Speedway. Why it didn't succeed the first time, we'll see what do you think it left because

it was successful? Can't say the answer is no. And so when I look at that crowd on the road course and Nick got who wanted somebody Michael McDowell, nobody ever heard it. While he won a Daytona five hundred into brick Yard. He's one of nine drivers now that have won both, including in that list Dale Senior, Jeff Gordon, Jimmy Johnson. Well, get those guys back to somebody to go watch them, because nobody's watching them because it's boring. Well, next year they're going to be on the oval and

the place will be packed. No, it won't. Yes, it wouldn't pack. Last year in the Oval, they didn't run the oval there last year. Last time they had the Oval, it was half full. We'll see what happened. Fans aren't going and if you don't go to that race, you're not going any race. We'll see. The reason has failed at Kentucky Speedways because customers didn't go. Do you think I think they left because they were highly successful. No, because NASCAR's a monopoly and they can just

go wherever they want, and they go where the money is. And the circuit left, circus left town. Bruton Smith can go where the money is and the money wasn't there, and he left. And so some sports go up. Some the NBA's coming down, and and of course women's soccers in the toilet, and so things go up and down. But I think we're about a week away from you know who coming to town. Elvis, the

big m who messy you idiot. I think he's here on the August twentieth, right against Inner against the Naymar is getting one hundred and twenty million dollars a season. He's leaving two. Wonder when wonder when uh uh uh Naymar, Harry Kane and Babe will come here to MLS. That would be an FC Cincinnati Jeff Burden can get a day. They'd score four hundred goals a game. See people to go watch that? Correct, Well, they'd have to build another stadium, couldn't. I mean it's only twenty three thousand,

five hundred. Some sports go up, some come down. NASCAR is going right into the tank and uh, it's bad segment. Get me out of the students report. Scott Powell is coming up next about Bidenomics and whether America is about to become a banana republic chiquita style. Will the a utter of a rainy day you're in the tri State. We leave you with the Immortal words of the stew Report. First of all, who likes tie up on that piece? Tee Higgins on Joe Burrow segment. I'll say this to you.

Red's off today. They've got a couple of games tomorrow against the Guardians. That's a stupid and they're off again Thursday. Name and then the Toronto Blue Jays roll into town. It just got wailed on by the Cubs.

Then they hit a lot of home runs out of there, and that road trip from back on the west coast of the they play O Shoe Otani Angels and the Arizona Snakes, and I think somebody that'll tell the talent right there. They come back September one of Friday, right, half a game out of first. Now they've got most of their games at home. Push to the Playoff team lined up right, let's get her on. We got to do the show for the stadium at day Why, I don't know. Push

They won't play till seven, they'll open they'll open it up for just forget the NASCAR's failing. No, what would you describe as success? Then they're doing okay this year. The TV ratings are up. Everything's good, Yes they are. Attendance is in the tank. Well that's you have an opinion, you know, I'm just saying I deal with facts. I deal with eighteen

She can tell out of wind you that I was bad to the bowl, bad the bowl, bad of the bowl by bully counting him to great America. Let's continue. Whenever stop, we assembly continue. One of the best columns I've read the last several months, there is one pen by Scott Powell on Townhall dot

com and also a real Clear Politics dot com. And the headline is the following, The Democrat ruling class goes the way of Banana republics and to eliminate opposition. And now that it appears in a couple of days, once again another Democrat elected prosecutor, Fannie Willis, is going to go after the president

for a fourth time. But God knows how many indictments. We also have the circumstance a couple of days ago where Mary Garland somehow appointed the same special counsel for the last three years that screwed up the Hunter Biden investigation, David Wise as special counsel, which by the way, completely contradicts what the I R. S Agents said was the truth and contradicts would he himself had said

before about not having the power. Whatever it might be. Everywhere I look, I see issues, But this column by Scott Powell is special, and I want to share Scott with the American people at one line before we get too far into this thing. Trial by media follows an old Democratic playbook.

Three indictments may look like overkill soon four, but the strategy is to crowd out and diminish all the media coverage of the Biden scandals, while flooding the media with coverage of Trump's legal difficulties, thus attempting to amplify his alleged wrongful misconduct and guilt, and subliminally influenced people to conclude that Trump is There's so much smoke from different cases and jurisdiction, there must be fire. So first of all, thanks for coming on again. But secondly, can we take

the long view from thirty thousand feet? Why do you say the democratic ruling class? And by the way, whenever a president is elected as a Democrat is like an interchangeable drill bit in which he sticks somebody else at the resolute desk in the Oval office and the swamp remains. But why are we compared to of ananna republic and why are they trying to eliminate Trump? Well, Trump is the biggest threat to the what we'll call the the ruling class,

the administrative state, also known as the deep state. These are unelected people that run the country and there is enormous corruption from revolving doors where they move from the administrative state into industry and back again. The law firms are all involved, for the most many of the many of the elite law firms. So Trump threatens to sort of clear the deck and reset America to its original

vision, where the people rule America. The people's voice is heard by honest representatives in the Senate and the House, that the laws that are passed are not passed for the elites or the corrupt interests, but they're really passed to maximize the interest of the most people, and that it's not too much to ask that more or less was the way our country was run up into the

early twentieth century, and then things began to change. But the corruption now is so great that I'd remind your audience that no nation can survive when it's government deceives and corrupts its people, denying them the ability to make good political and economic choices. We have so many narratives going on in our country, whether it's the Ukraine War, whether it's it's COVID, whether it's an election irregularity, in other words, vote fraud. On all the major themes that

the media promotes are basically lies. We have been lied to about so many things for so many years, but it's really intensified in the last few years, and we as Americans know something's deeply wrong. There's something deeply wrong. When the Secretary of Homeland Security says that the board or is secure, we all know it's not secure. How many lies And I'm looking at one thing just from thirty thousand feet when I think about Donald Trump, about patriotism,

love for country and the flag, the culture of the heritage. Then I look at Joe Biden I kind of look at the differentials there. You also point out a small item, which is that Trump, in his life and his four years in office, donated all of his salary to worthy charitable causes and lost billions of dollars. Donald Trump is the only president in American history, having left office, has lost billions of dollars, while on the other

hand, Biden and his family have grossly benefited. So one sacrificed and the other gave away the store. And then you mentioned also the wall being built on the southern border. I saw in one of the morning shows today that every day ten thousand illegal aliens come across the southern border. And Trump wants to commitment to build the wall. Why Joe Biden immediately stopped the wall and liberalized immigrant policies to migrant inflow. And it goes on and on. You

have ten points here. I just pointed three or four. And now we have the specter on Friday of Mary Garland conducting another massive cover up by appointing David Weiss to further fix the Hunter Biden game. Because for three years this US attorney found nothing worthy of prosecution except minor misdemeanors, and then got rid of the felony, and he's the guy and pointed to look at it again

as if it's going to go anywhere everywhere. I look, Scott Powell about all going to happen in the next election, assuming the Democrat wins again and some other interchangeable drill pit sits at the Oval Office desk, and the deep State continues what is doing, and their goal is to put Trump literally in

prison. And one point you make is that Biden the inheritance from Trump's rebuilding the American military and then the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, the eleven families destroyed by the terrible military decisions of the president, leaving behind eighty five billion dollars in hardware, and the national media didn't cover one bit of testimony, which goes back to your first point. There's so much Trump information coming out that

the media won't cover what's really happening. No, the media is synonymous with the deep state. Now the media is controlled. I wrote another article in which I traced back the corruption of the media back to Operation mocking Bird, wherein the seat in the nineteen fifties, the CIA had four hundred journalists and all the elite news outlets and TV news, you know, news reporters basically parroting what the CIA wanted them to say about the United States, uh,

you know, Soviet relations. Of course, the Cold War was a very tough period for our country. But for the government to be dictating to the to the news media how something should be portrayed as a fundamental violation of the First Amendment. The news media's job is to figure it out on their own, to report the facts as they see them, and that's it, okay, And there's plenty of them to do that. And when you know,

when ideas, news reports will have different ideas, so that's fine. Let the ideas compete and the best ideas the truth will emerge through the competition of ideas. That's why the First Amendment is absolutely paramount. So what we have now is just a continuation of Operation Mockingbird, where the intelligence agencies basically control social media. Now they lost the asset of Twitter because Elon Musk bought it, but Facebook, Google, the search engine of Google, and so forth.

These are all controlled now by the deep state. We can't you know, And if you have an independent view on one of these controversial issues, you're likely to get d platform. We've all heard about that. Scott pell I want to go to points at nine and ten, which I think are excellent. It was announced on Thursday that the federal employees in San Francisco have been told do not report to work and the federal courthouse or the federal office

buildings because of too much crime and it's dangerous. And the name of the federal courthouse is the Nancy Pelosi US Courthouse. And so you have in San Francisco a complete meltdown of law and order in which the federal employees are told it's too dangerous for you to come to work. And then in Oakland, about two weeks ago, the head of the ACP have the story out of San Francisco headline Oakland NAACP blast local leaders calls for state emergency due to crime

quote failed leadership, including the movement to the fund. The police are district attorneys who, by the ways of liberal Democrat appointed appointed and then elected unwillingness to charge and prosecute people who murder and rape and commit serious offenses, and the proliferation of anti police rhetory created a heyday for Oakland criminals. And that's coming from Bishop Bob Jackson of the Acts Full Gospel Church who heads up the

NAACP. So, now you have the liberal Democrats who put liberal Democrats in charge of the criminal justice system, attacking liberal Democrats who they put there. And then the last point you make is about public schools in Jefferson County Louisville,

Kentucky. Looks like one hundred thousand kids great majority or kids of color that they're so incompetent they can't get the buses to run, and they show down school controlled by the Democrats. And so when the Democrats elect liberal Democrats and complain about the behavior of those they put in office, what does that

say about the Democrats? It says everything you need to know. And the good news, Bill is that this corrupt system, the corruption that really is ingrained now part of the Democrat Party, is now being seen by everyone, and there is no way that a Democrat candidate can take the White House in twenty twenty four without massive vote fraud and corruption. But everyone's also woken up to that jig. We all know what. Sixty five percent of the American

people think that the twenty twenty election was rigged. That's so everything is changing and the other part of what i'd say to your great audience and want to I want to say to all of your audience across the United States that you are the salt and the light. You are the ones that can understand things, and you have an obligation really to help educate people, you know, who are sort of still in the dark. You're the light. Light.

Light brings clarity to darkness. You can't see in the dark, but when light shines, you see it. People can see this if it's explained to them. And the good news is that when we go through this confusion, this very difficult time, more and more people are going to run to the light and they're not going to vote for the status quo. I hope.

And Joe Biden's corruption it is unbelievable. Checks, visits that are made, and now the main your meat, he says, we don't have evidence of actual cash being put in Joe Biden's pocket, Therefore he must be innocent. Are you kidding me? How are you kidding me? Look, one thing about the Comber hearings is that they got access. It was almost almost like a god thing that that Comber is the head of this committee. He's a former banker. He's not a lawyer, he's a banker, so he knew

how to get the financial records. These are records of deposits and where they came from. And the deposits came from Russia, Romania, Ukraine just to name those three countries. Uh, you know, are approaching twenty million dollars. No, and it's that that doesn't account for China. We're going to find out that China transferred far more money than, you know than the European theater, if you will. I mean, there's enough in Ukraine alone for

impeachment. You know, there's there's really you know, impeachment is called for when there's bribery, uh, when there's treason. And then there's another part of our constitution that talks about emoluments, and that means gifts that you that a vice president or a president. Doesn't matter that joke. Biden arranged most of these deals when he was vice president and he may have continued to receive some of this benefit as president. The point is that he did this and

this is a violation of the emoluments clause in the Constitution. It is a high crime and misdemeanor subject to impeachment, Scott Powell, let me share with the American people, I R S whistleblower Joseph Ziggler testified under oath, and this was the Democratic activist, a gay American and and A'm proud of Joseph Ziggler completely for what he for what he's done. He testified under oath that he agreed to the statement that the Bidens received approximately seventeen million dollars from foreign

income streams that he's been able to identify. Now, the question is why or the Bidens paid seventeen million dollars, What services in exchange for that did they provide? And the answer Hunter Biden is a crack addict. He provided no services except services except Joe Biden changed American foreign policy in the Ukraine and in China and in Romania because they got seventeen million dollars. And Joseph Ziegler, a committed Democrat, said that was true. And what did the Bidens

give that was worth seventeen million dollars in one stream of income? According to the IRS, the answer is not the other than illegal stuff. And then they didn't foul tax returns. And then the IRS right commented indictment or pursuing these charges, and the US Attorney's Office said no had by the ag put up by Obama. And now recently Mary Garland has appointed the guy to investigate this further who's already found nothing wrong. And so I'm looking to this,

how's this back? Couldn't you couldn't you know, you couldn't make up a fiction that's more, you know, unbelievable than than reality right in front of our nose. And that's why people are waking up fast now. And and uh, there there is there's going to be hell to pay. I mean, then there should be hell to pay. I hope, I hope. You know, the American people, we we you know, we're a very big minded people and we will forgive on many things in life, but there

are fundamental things and when injustice is done on a repeated basis. This was the basis for the early American revolution. You know, if you read the Declaration of Independence, it actually articulates all the abuses that the colonies had had had to suffer and that they were justified in revolting in declaring independence, which was really the revolutionary war started with an articulation of what the complaints were. We have so many two points now injustice in our country. I don't want

to see another revolutionary war, that's why. Why, But but what are we gonna The FBI says the owner of Brasmeholdings said, quote, its costs my company ten million dollars. Five million dollars went to one Biden, five millions to the other Biden. That's in the form ten twenty three in twenty sixteen. And Eric Holder gets the information and buries it until the statute of limitations is run out. Has the other Biden some nine year old granddaughter,

well look sadly, Scott Powell. Believe it. In We're out of Time, The Timeless Book is Rediscovering America, Scott Powell. The article is everywhere. The headline caught my eye, one of the best you've ever written. The Democrat ruling class goes the way of Banana republics to eliminate opposition. Someday in the next two three, four days, I guess he's going to be indicted again. That's gonna suck all the oxygen out of the room, and

the media will not cover what's happening with the Bides. Scott Powell. I'm sorry, but we gotta go, and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Thank you, Bill, Thank you Rediscovering America, Bill Cunningham, the Great American on seven hundred WLW. The Chinese spies inside and over the US with impunity for that balloon, medical labs producing COVID and bongo bingo bongo. You also want to get that. Joe Biden printing four trillion dollars of money that's causing inflation to double

and triple in his administration. Can I get some of that? You have Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea on the move all over the world, and the renegade to Department of Justice have weaponized itself against normal people like you and me. Shall I continue with his accomplishments. I think that's good enough. Sounds sounds pretty good to me. I guess I gotta. I got a text from Rocky Boyman saying I can't make an on with you today because of Notre Dame. Oh all I know is afoot about Notre Dame

hiring a new defensive coordinator? Is he? Is he here or in South Bend? According to my GPS, he's about eighteen to twenty miles south of Lake Michigan in central Indiana, interviewing with a man named the Freeman, and Rocky is interested in Notre Dame then joining with Stanford and cow into the mac the Big Ten. Oh, well, you know what, will he We'll just call him Rocky Collinsworth in because he'll leave us just like Chris did.

And look what happened. They all leave and look what happened to Chris. Pretty good stuff happened. Sure you're right about that, it's pretty good stuff. But you know, we'll just call him Rocky Collinsworth and that'll be enough to the old man with the red hair. Maybe if he doesn't strike a deal and south ben Hell Chris Boyman? Should we call him Chris Boyman? Well, I don't know. C h R I C and c R I

s correct, And don't you forget it? Boyman? Will He? The Stuge Report is a prop service of your local Tame Star heating and air conditioning dealers, Tame Star quality. That's him? Oh okay, he's here to examine. He owns the tournament starting in twenty twenty six. Yeah, and he wants to examine Mason. Reds and Pirates split their double leader yesterday, Red's falling four

to two and then win six five. That victory yesterday and ten innings was a sixty second of the season for David Bell's team, equaling their win total of last season. They got forty two to go. Well, let's see what happens. I think they'll go one hundred and four and whatever. What does Joe Deeter say? We'll see about that, won't we Well, we'll see about that. I don't know. We don't. We don't hear from Justice Joe too much. Anybody don't call buddy, Yeah, he calls about

as much as uh Chris Boyman or Rock or Chris Collinsworth. We don't hear much from them. Either that's a day off or the Reds Today they'll kick off a homestand tomorrow night, Oh opening night, Ohio Cup twenty twenty three, Tomorrow night, first to two. Who's on the mound with the Cleveland Guardians? I don't like the nickname the action right? And and Tom Hamilton's in town? That guy, yeah, he's good Man Hamilton is funny.

The action right here on seven hundred w allw who's pitching for the Reds? Uh? It's uh? Who did I see? Oh? Graham Ashcraft? They got one heck of a shotb all right. Looks like the Brewers will either lead to the v Apparently their management has given the thought of thoughts of relocating what apparently The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel says the issue is the club's lease on American Family Field and that talks over a new funding package for improvements. Shouldn't

they pay more of their own improvements when they're making all that money. I'm just well, I would guess so, But you know how it is, Let's go to beer drinkers, let them pay Bengals back in practice as we speak right now about forty five, yeah, about half hour into it. But season ticker holders only down there in the preseason game Game two coming up Friday night in the at L. That's Atlanta to you. Who's the quarterback? Trevor Simeon's gonna start Friday night? Who's gonna start for Atlanta? I

don't know. It's not money from you, see, I don't know, babe, I don't know. They might who knows? And and Jesse Bates is in Atlanta too, remember him? Yep, Georgia, it's gonna start. It's drive for an unprecedented three peat. The Dog so the number one team in the nation and the Associated Pressed had preseason top twenty five pole. They got sixty to sixty three first place votes. Michigan is two, Ohio State is three, Alabama four, LSU is five. That team has gonna

hire Rocky Boiman as the new DC. Notre Dame fighting Irish or thirteenth not good? So there you go, So Rocky collins Worth, they'll be ahead of the Notre Dame. I guess what about Desmond Ritter. I don't know if he'll play or not. I never heard out. I don't know, I need to know. Usually starters don't. Maybe he'll play a half, maybe he'll play a series. I don't know. I like to see what he's got a shot at it. He's stated as the starting quarterback, correct,

and I mean he deserves the shot. Now it's only Monday. Kevin Prater deserved the shot at U see, so they took him down and made him a wide receiver. What about that? No, that's Scott Sadderfield's decision, not mine and not yours. We'll see what happens, but we'll see what happens for the Wyoming great don't like it much. The Home of the Cowboys throws for the Falcons against the Bengals. I like Jesse Bates might play. You never know what happened. What if Jesse Bates, well, I

guess, I guess. I guess Jamar chasing those guys probably likely won't play again, right, I would think not, So I would think that Atlanta would be the same way. First game is like four weeks from yesterday, correct, So if you won't see the Bengal still September seventeen in the games off, they got the Atlanta this week and then Washington to close out the preseason and then open up against the Browns in Cleveland. What about the deal

deal for Joey Burrow. Hopefully he's back by the opener. If he isn't, then they go with Trevor said me in and see what happens. What about his contract? Haven't heard anything, Paul Troy Blackburn. I thank you. He needs the money. Well, I'm just looking for bags of cash to show up at pay Corps Stadium. Go see Hunter Biden and it done. Paycord like manage money. Yes, they could manage there right there. Bingo and Mike Brown is now worth four billion dollars forty one percent increase from

last year. But they're they're last in the NFL at four billion dollars. They're the losers four billion dollars of the Dallas Cowboys are worth nine point two billion. And in fact, Cincinnati Mike Brown is so tidy squeaks. He's got his first Communion money and he's eighty eight years old. He had a birthday last week. Dollar. No, that's the National Football League? Will you like Trump? He used to say, you got to be an idiot

not to make money in the National Football League. Mike Brown, by the way, is not an idiot erect when he whips the irs and tax court. Bingo, that's my guy right there, right nobody, nobody's nobody's lacking Dough, the Ray and the me in the NFL at all. No. In fact, even the Reds are supposedly worth. North have a billion dollars four times with bobcasting and he paid for how much? How much of those teams worth now? Yankees, Dodgers. I don't know everything, multiple billions.

And the NBA is the same way. That's ridiculous. NHL, I don't know if the NHLs hit that mark yet they're not doing well, so I don't know. NHL and they and they say they may bring major league cricket to the United States. What saw it on Twitter earlier today that some investors may are thinking about bringing cricket? No chance cricket, bingo. I thought soccer was a reach, but not football football. What does Dave Lapin

think about soccer? Yea or nay? No, he's not invited to go see Messy then no Messy, No, No, he's gonna go not gonna go see him, Okay, I'd like to see I'll take his place in How about putting Dela Cruz on Messiah, would would that be something? Yes, Dave lap messy? Would MESSI would make him look silly? Run around? Well, silly messy MESSI the magician, that's what he is. Well, he could kick a ball into the net from Kenwood uses his head.

Did the west end of it go in? Pretty good? Messi he's going to be here that I think the twenty third, well, it's pretty good Messy and uh I watched nay Mars deal one hundred and twenty million a year to play soccer and Saudi. I think that's where everybody's gonna play anyway one day. Get all Chris Sabo's going to be a manager over there in the Arabia. Yeah, and that the one baseball league over there. That's a smart move right there. Those guys pay though the Ray. To me,

they got a lot of that over there. None of it left. I thought maybe the Brewers, maybe the Reds and the Bengals on a hook up with them, and they can build six or seven more stadiums with nothing. I can't imagine the team leaving Milwaukee having lost the Braves. How about that lose the Brewers would be unbelievable. I hope not. Then where do they go? Nashville? Nashville would like him, san Antonio would like, yeah, I mean they already gott oh Bingo. You know what tennis there?

You got base that's right, at baseball, that's right. Give them baseball. Then they'll forget the tennis. Forget the tennis, and then John Barrett will be happy in a tennis tournament. It'll be here forever. And you know, those guys make no money on the tournament because everything they make they plow back into the event. Correct. They expanded this year. They spent another five million dollars for more amenities in Mason got action and you have fifteen

hundred volunteers working freebee goes. The proceeds go to Children's Hospital. Correct. And so you know, I hope Navarre. And by the way, Navarro's daughter plays in the ATP and her doubleta whatever it's called pro tennis. Yeah,

and her daughter's partner is Peyton Sterns. So we got Peyton Sterns politicking with Navarro to stay in Cincinnati. And we've scheduled tomorrow David Young, the Commission, to be here at twelve oh seven to talk about the latest on the greatest of If the tournament stays or if it goes, we need it here. It's like having an All Star game every year that goes on for a week and the players love it here exact whether this week's gonna be.

They have no problems here. It's not like a you know, New York City or nothing like that. It's none, you know, and you in none and we'll see what happens. That's all we can do. And I know everyone is doing their damnness to keep an air, including Carl Linder and John Barrett. You know what, maybe that's where Rocky is today. I mean, I mean a Rocky college worth. He can't say he's in Notre Dame. Notre Dame is trying to get cal and Stamford all three to go

into the ACC by tomorrow afternoon, which is the deadline. And Notre Dame is balking because they they're in a conference. Will you stop me? Come on, thank you. And there's Marvin he was a friend of mine. What's Marvin lewis doing these days still in Arizona State. I don't know, I can't, I don't know. Out of that in Arizona State now, in the Big Twelve. It's now the Big who did the Big twelve? The only team the only thing it hasn't expanded lately is the SEC. They

got nowhere else to go. They got everybody in there. Well, UC could go back to the MAC. They're one of the founding members of the MAC. I know, but I don't think so. We'll see what happens. Segment Get me out of the Studge Report coming up later. We believe as Eddie Fingers and Rocky Boyman directly from South ben Indiana. With the deal, they have to announce the decision by noon tomorrow, which is the fifteenth of August, in order to bolt the ACC for the Big ten or maybe

the SEC or maybe the Big twelve which is now the Big sixteen. Are they going to change these names? I don't know Big ten now they whether the PAC ten was the pat well the Big ten that used is the twelve right because they added but they still kept the name they got sixteen. I'm sure they'll keep the name. Well, the Pack the Pac ten is now the Pack four. Well, it used to be the Pac twelve. Now it's the Pack. They can't make up its mind. Well anyway, get

me out of the studs report, we have important matters to attend. Willy an honor of Where is Rocky collins Worth when you need him? South Ben, the old man in the red hair. Who is that the guy? Yes? Where is he? Oh? We don't know. We leave you with the immortal words of the stud report. I love you, but you are not serious people. That's your guy from your TV show at a succession SI, I love you, but I'm not serious. But you're not serious
