Coming up later, plus your telephone calls getting ready for Bengals action on Sunday, And of course the action starts about nine am in the morning, kickoff about four to twenty in San Francisco. But until then, Congressman Brad Weinstrip, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show on this rainy Friday afternoon. May I ask you a couple of fungent questions before we get into the interview. Absolutely, here we go. Recently I had on Ran Paul and he's written
a book called Deception and the Great COVID nineteen cover Up. And there's no two persons in America, at least politically now know more about this than you and Ran Paul. Both are doctors, and in your case, you head up. You're the chair of the sub committee on COVID nineteen, and so nobody knows where the bodies are buried more than you and Ran Paul. I don't know if it's the sixth of the seventh boosters now out, and I see last night on ABC News three percent of us have gotten the booster and
it may not go much higher than that. The last one was about seventeen percent. So the ability of the politicians and the medical industrial complex to move Americans to do things have evaporated. We don't trust it anymore. And the reason we don't trust it are the lies, the deception of doctor Anthony Fauci and Collins that told us one thing, but they knew another. The emails
on January the thirty first, twenty twenty between and amongst the leaders. To make sure the template is set that this was a Wuhan virus that came out of a wet market with some bats maybe beginning in the caves eight hundred miles south of Wuhan, has to be inculcated in the minds and souls of Americans, because if the American people figure out what happened with the creation of COVID nineteen, we're in deep trouble. So here's my first question, and I
maybe and give me a yes or no, and then explain yourself. Did the American taxpayer directly or indirectly paid for the creation of COVID nineteen To some degree directly and or indirectly, there seems to be involvement with the type of research in China where COVID nineteen likely was created in the lab. Now that's
kind of dancing around it. But I have to tell you there are many scientists that we haven't had the opportunity for America to hear from, but hopefully soon we will that have very clear evidence, scientific evidence of just how and why this type of a virus was made in China or could have been made in China, and especially more information more facts associated with COVID nineteen being manufactured as opposed to coming from nature, where there's actually been no proof whatsoever,
just conjecture emails that we got access to Doctor Christian Anderson, who immediately contacted doctor Fauci towards the end of January of twenty said, this thing looks engineered. Fuci then released to his deputy, Hugh Alkinklaus, the study done by Ralph Berrick in North Carolina, Zenglichi and China about the creation of a supervirus and proof that it could have been done. And that was in twenty fifteen. So this has been going on for a while. And yes, we
have been funding giving grants Eco Health Alliance. Sometimes there's subgrants through universities that were then going to China. Doctor Paul and I got together just two days ago to discuss this further. He's done a lot of research on it. And I've been doing this. I have the benefit bill of sitting on the Intelligence Committee, and so when COVID started, I was looking for cures and treatments more than anything else. But then we started discovering that about chimeras and
gain of function research and it happening in China where the virus began. I'm also now chairing this like subcommittee, and so we're issuing subpoenas. That's how we have information that says that doctor Fauci said this this thing, and his colleague said, this thing looks like it could have come from a labt's engineer. I'm paraphrasing, but on and on, and then they come out with the report saying it came from nature and try to make that the definitive science.
Why which is not right? That and that and that is the big question. So that is the question all across the board. Why then, why would you not want to have a scientific debate? Well, I have a few theories, but I'll take I'll listen to yours. Well, mine is is that it would be so damaging, maybe felony criminal indictments against the head of the antih and others that the gain of function research is so dangerous.
To take one uh one terrible virus, to change the genome of the virus with a different virus, unite them together and then see what happens is so dangerous this time. I think zero point three percent of the American people died paid partially for the creation of the virus that destroyed America and the twenty twenties, beginning at least in March of twenty twenty, even through now that those involved would be held up to such anger and public ridicule by the American
people that the government officials could not let the truth out. That's why it happened. They had a pennent on a bat or some sort of slimy creature in a Wuhan market, even though those who died first worked in the lab, including that doctor. And when it got out and the virus got into the China, and then the Chinese knew they had a problem, so they sent to planeloads of Chinese to Italy, to Germany, all around the world
to infect the entire world. Which is an entirely different issue. But we've got to know whether we paid for the creation of this virus and the lies told by doctor Fauci and Collins and others. We had emails from January the thirty first. It is a parent You use the term likely, which means probable that the American taxpayer paid for the creation of their own destruction, and that is so bad that the government could not allow that to be anchored in
the American people. Here we are toward the end of twenty twenty three, and it's still if somebody would walk up and do a polling, where did COVID nineteen come from? Most Americans don't know that. It was very likely that we created it as taxpayers, And then we were punished for anyone who like you and others who said, wait a minute, that this didn't come from a wet market, this came from us, that you're a conspiracy theorist and the legitimate media will not cover the story. Correct. Well, I
think you covered that pretty well. Let me give it a little more background to what you just said. It really pisses me off that this happened. Yeah, me too. You go back to twenty twelve, and at that time, in an interview, doctor Founci was asked about gain and function research, and he I think his theory was creative, a very nasty virus, but have a vaccine for it and you can cure anything. Well, that's interesting. But they even asked him, I said, aren't you worried about
it getting out of a lab accidentally and in creating a pandemic? And he said, well, I think the odds of that are pretty low and the benefits outweigh the risk. That's his opinion own up to it today that the benefits don't outweigh the risk. And at the same time, in their internal documents, you have the people that came out that were doing the research on these types of viruses, and they came out and wrote Proximal Origins, which
was a paper that tried to claim that this came from nature. They completely ignored the possibility of the lab. And then they said things in their internal documents like can you imagine the disruption of international harmony if this is known to have come from a hap Again, but it did, and now we've got
the disruption of international army. And it's even worse because there were lies and deception associated with it, And they said things like can you imagine the I won't use the word s show if someone of credibility says this came from the lab. You have doctor Collins telling doctor Fauci, you really need to get the Nature article out there, you need to talk about it more, that this came from nature, and so he says that on the White House lawn
the day after Collins asked him to do that. It just goes on and on and on, and certainly they have skin in this game. And a lot of people received a lot of American taxpayer dollars to go ahead and do this type of research. And of course, you know, I've got bills try and stop this from here on out, as you might imagine, we need to get those through. But we also have an administration that seems fearful of in aggravating China in any way, and that may be another motive that's
part of it for the administration, if you will. So that's what we're up against. And I'm not done. And I am finding that some directors of agencies were not given information that their scientists had that would imply that this came from the lab. So scientists who analyzed and wrote reports and these did not go up the chain for some reason. Dell the reason is the culpability would be so ugly for those involved that they may go to federal prison.
There was a nine to eleven type commission proposed. In fact, you have Democrats, Nancy Pelosi specifically and Joe Biden saying absolutely not to a nine to eleven type commission in which you determine the facts, because they know what the facts are. And that's why there wasn't a nine to eleven type commission On January the sixth. They wanted all Democrats or apologists and stooges like Lynz's Lynch
to be on there. And so there's no nine to eleven commission available to look at this because the results would be so ugly and the media would have egg all over its face. Fauci, who made millions of dollars, how do you make millions of dollars off the death of a million Americans? And now he still has a government car picking them up every day with security.
Fauci and Collins invested in companies that they gave grants to. And this thing is the biggest scandal of the twenty twenties, and it destroyed the American economy, destroyed public education, put kids years behind destroyed American businesses, and it was all because government sez complete power to rule over our lives. I can recall coming up and down I seventy one Montgomery Road at the time, and guess what, there was no traffic out, and there was the National Guard
was going to be called out at some point. I can recall my training up with the transmitter that if all hell break loose, I was going to be in. I was a designated survivor. And I'm thinking, my God, scared the crap out of everyone, and this was all a lie from the inception, and the American people still don't know the truth. That is frightening, Brad Winster frightening. Well, we're getting it to him, and we've got ways to go. But what I'm finding too, Bill, is
we're seeking information from within our agencies. They are doing everything they can to put us off and to the point where we have to issue the penis. It shouldn't be that way. When Congress has something of the agencies, they need to turn it over immediately. And doctor Fauci, we have him scheduled for some time after the first of the year, and we have to go through a rot of wrangling of what the rules of engagement will be. Why,
and this is this is for a transcribed universe exactly. And more interestingly, you're now told that he's going to be bringing counsel from the White House. He's no longer in the White House. I don't understand why that has to be. So there's a lot that they must seem to be leery of if they're, you know, fighting us, keeping information from us. We have a guy, and this is one of the men who worked for doctor Fauci, doctor Morins. He had in his emails telling these other scientists and
those involved with this. He said, don't email me on my official email me. Send it to my Gmail, because that way it can't be foid he thinks. And he said, because these people are foiding me all the time, which means Freedom of Information Act, and you get to see their emails, which is how we found out about doctor Fauci putting together the group for proximal origins. But he said, don't do it, send it to my Gmail, and that way I can delete anything I don't want showing up
your times. And now they're they're ignoring our subpoena for information related to his emails. They want to play out the string. They want to play off the string until you Republicans lose the House and maybe ye not get back the Senate, play it out, get the Democrats back in charge. To keep the lid on. Is that the game being played. It's the game being played all the time. They have made up rules that don't really exist.
For example, when you get into the Hunter Biden situation, etc. They're starting to say, well, we can't give you stuff now because there's an investigation going on through the IRS, etc. And it's like, no, no, no, that's not how this works. We're investigating you, and so you have to turn these things over. And you know what we're doing on Intelligence Committee, and very effectively, unfortunately, we are doing this by
players and fashion when they're not giving us the information that we want. We're doing what we call fencing the money. And we say, guess what we are the ones that appropriate the funds for all that you do. And so until we get this, there's twenty five million you don't get and it's working. At conversation recently with someone in telling this community said, so is that good? Is that what you wanted? Do I get my ten million? Now? I mean This is what we have to do as Congress is start
to you talk about Democrats talk about defunding police. We needed to fund agencies when they are not responsive to the people that have oversight over them, that created their agencies and fund their agencies. It is ridiculous. We should have the authority to fire anyone we want within those agencies. Well, I wanted to spend time talking about the new Speaker of the House, but this is such an important issue. The American people need to know what government has done
to them. You bring up Hunter Biden. Let me read one sentence, and none of this is covered by the mainstream media. By the way, none The FBI maintained since twenty fifteen more than forty confidential human sources on various criminal matters related to the Biden family, including Joe Biden, dating back to his time as Vice president, according to information obtained by Senator Chuck Grassley of
Iowa. To continue the confidential human sources inside the Biden family and Biden political operation provided criminal information to the FBI relating to Joe Biden, James Biden, his brother, and Hunter Biden, his son. Those confidential human sources were managed by multiple FBI field offices across the nation a beginning about ten years ago, and every time credible criminal information surface about Joe Biden, quickly it got into the swamp in Washington, d C. The FBI, and it died
right there. Congressman, I don't know what to say, because, well, you've got it, and I appreciate you having a voice for it, because this is this is a great concern. Yeah, and just look, you know, here's the guy. You know, we put people in jail because of January sixth, and I'm not condoning January sixth, but some of them just walked through the House of Representatives, walk through the capital, and
they spend time in jail. We have a member of Congress who delays the work of Congress by pulling a fire alarm intentionally to be a disruption, and he's getting off with some kind of misdemeanor and a fine. This is wrong that we have a two tier justice system and you know who it favors. Yeah, and I will say quickly on the speaker, we got a good speaker. We got a good speaker who gets it, and we're going to
drive forward. He believes in all the values of American conservatism, which individual freedom, let the government rule of law, peace through strength, discal responsibility, free markets, human dignity. That's who we are as conservatives, and we're going to keep pushing that forward in the future. We need more than the House. We need to send it. We need the White House, and we need to turn this country back into the country that our founders had
in mind great thought. Representative Jamal Bowman is the character that pulled this fire alarm to disrupt the Congress, and it emptied out the cannon a federal building. And he's going into misdemeanor court and he's going to have the misdemeanor crime expunge from his record when he takes an eight hour class on how not to pull a fire alarm. He's a member of the Congress who, by the way, was a principal in a grade school for a while. All right,
to Congress and brad Winstrip. We'll talk about Johnson and some other contexts, but the American people need to know what's happening to them and we have to respond appropriately. But Congress and brad Winstrip, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Brad you bet. Thanks for giving this a voice. Let's continue if a line becomes available. Five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand. You
paid for COVID nineteen's creation. The government lied to you repeatedly about it. This was during the Trump last year of the Trump administration, and now the truth cannot come out because the Democrats and the Senate went out fund a nine to eleven type commission. Hey Bengals fans, you know great tackling can happen off the grid iron two rough trail ahead, Hit the music, Sean, hit the music. We have nothing but issues, chaos, confusion everywhere, left, right, center and down. And you've heard now from Senator rand Paul. I think yesterday or Wednesday, and now doctor representative the Great brad Winstrop and the actual in time emails back and
forth. He uses the term likely to give some wiggle room, but it is likely probable. I would say certain that you, as an American,
paid for the bullet that killed American society. You paid for it. Your tax dollars went to the Wuhan Lab in concert with the Communist Chinese Party to create, through gain and function research, the COVID nineteen virus that killed only zero point three percent of the world's population, including over one million Americans, and that factoid is being obscured as much as is possible because the bureaucracy,
the constant agencies, ninety percent of whom are Democrats. If you work for the IRS Department of Justice, if you're one of the three million bureaucrats working in Washington or around the country, the odds to you being a Democrat or nine out of ten. It is the permanent branch of government that is undefeated, untied, unscored on. And part of that is the National Institute of Health Infectious Disease Anthony Fauci Collins had all tens of thousands of employees, and
their goal was to create remedies for combined virus. So if you would take a virus that was coming out of a bat or a snake or a hippo and combine it with some other virus to create a function, a gain of a function of that created virus, and then work on getting a vaccine to defeat it, you may be ahead of the game down the road if it should emerge in nature or otherwise, you have already a remedy ready to go. So that was the purpose, and we have the same labs, one
in North Carolina, one in San Antonio that does the same thing. But we have rules and regulations. But if you go to communist red China and the American taxpayer give grants and other inducements to the virology lab in Wuhan to do this, there's less rules and regulations. There's less restrictions. The first persons who were killed by this virus were medical personnel and doctors. Remember that nice young Chinese doctor about thirty two years old who died horribly gasping for air
in a hospital. Wuhan is a city of about two million Chinese. And so at the end of twenty nineteen, when it was obvious that the COVID nineteen created virus had gotten out of the lab, and the Chinese government, being a communist government, not the great Chinese people, but the Chinese government, which is a communist made sure that planeloads of infected individuals went all around
the world. We're not going to have the problem here in China, and better get to Italy, better get to Germany, better get to Japan, better get to the United States, and let's make sure the whole world is
infected. Now that story cannot be told because if you, as a taxpayer, figured out that government created COVID nineteen with the best of intentions and then it got out of the lab into the population, killing across the globe approximately five to six million, including those in New York State, who were put by Governor Andrew Cuomo into nursing homes while infected to make sure that more old people died. If that got out, those responsible would be charged criminally and
ruined. And the main person involved in that is doctor Anthony Fauci, who is loved and sainted. Anyone who expresses doubts about the veracity of the emails on January the thirty first, saying we got a problem between Collins and Fauci is called a conspiratorialist. It's ignored, it's not important. We better get on to Trump and the election of November of twenty twenty. That's what's important
to keep this thing under wraps. Then when Biden gets in, and basically Obama got in because everyone around Biden is an Obama, a Devota, and obviously Joe Biden is feeble and frail, you know what the hell's going on? And the lead is kept on because once you begin to line the cover up, you have to keep it going. And right now they want to play out the clock. And assuming the Republicans will lose the House, not regain the Center or the presidency, this will be kicked down the road in
a way we go. It's the games the media plays. This is a perfect story for sixty Minutes or or Nightline, a bunch of other stories. It's perfect for CNN's investigators. But they spend all their time trying to indict and convict Donald Trump, so they can't spend their time on the death or murder of over one million Americans with COVID nineteen. They can't do all the time for that. Secondly, by the way, we have James Bogan coming
up in about twenty minutes about the insanity defense coming. If this murderer in Maine is located, of course, he could be dead at this point a couple days ago. Finally, the Republicans picked Mike Johnson of Louisiana and let this smearing by the media begin. He's already being called an extremist, a title an adjective that would never be used to describe Nancy Pelos or Jamal Bowman, the word extremist is not being used to describe a Keem Jeffries, the
lead of the Democrats. Extremism is never used to describe Democrats, only Republicans. And according to how about Lester Holt NBC News In the first few seconds of NBC Nightly News on Wednesday night, Lester Holt said, NBC Nightly News, quote, meet the new speaker, little known Congressman Mike Johnson, a hard line conservative from Louisiana. And he further went on to say, a staunch conservative on issues like abortion and governmental spending. Hard line conservative? Is
Nancy Pelosi ever a hard line liberal? Of course not. How about CBS anchor Nora O'Donnell quote the staunch conservative once a federal ban on abortion rights and opposes same sex marriage. He managed to unite both the hard right and the establishment flanks of the party. How about ABC News Rachel Scott said that Mike Johnson quote is staunchly anti abortion and not in favor of protections for same sex marriage. He voted against reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act of twenty twenty one
quote unquote. The reason he voted against that is there were all kind of abridgment of gun rights and religious liberty issues within that bill, but the title of the bill was violence against He put in a bunch of crap, So by voting against it, I guess you were in favor of beating up women something like that, And other newspapers have described him as an ultra conservative hardliner that By the way, are there any ultra liberal hardliners like Greg Lansman or
Nancy Pelosi or Maxine Waters? Are they ultra liberal hardliners who want healthy babies killed in the womb? I don't think so. According to PBS anchor Jeff Bennett, quote, Mike Johnson is more genial than Jim Jordan, but he's no less a hardliner. He's on the far right of the spectrum when it
comes to issues like reproductive rights in same sex marriage. By the way, his religious beliefs indicate there should not be same sex marriage, but as political beliefs indicate, those are a states matter, not a federal matter, which is what the Supreme Court ruled. So most states, like Ohio, for example, now has same sex marriage. And as an American who understand divorce law and marriage law civilly, I have no problem with same sex marriage.
Civilly, no problem at all. Nonetheless, you have to introduce this new speaker in a very negative way. Words and language that would never be used whatsoever to describe a Democrat. When the King Jeffreys of Manhattan was selected to replace Nancy Pelosi as their party leader, PBS said, quote, this is the first black lawmaker to had a majority party in Congress. And it goes
on and on. He's an election denier. He doesn't believe in gay rights, according to the media, and he's a hardliner when it comes to abortion. He actually believes that healthy babies in the womb should be born. Pretty hard lined to me. Can't get much more hard lined than that. And
so, by the way, I'd give you other history. When Speaker John Bayinner was pushed out in twenty fifteen, a month long study found they describe Republicans in the mainstream media, which are the three broadcast stations quote as an ultra conservative, far right individual more than one hundred times a search is indicated. No House Democrat has ever been ascribed by the media as far left. Reporters are left doing extremists themselves, like Pelosi and Jeffreys, but they see
themselves as a sensible center. That's where the American people are. And lastly, by the way, stay tuned. We got James Bogan coming up describing what's going to happen in Maine. I'm looking at a story out of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, and I'm sure you've never heard of. On October the fourteenth, two twelve year olds walked into a Catholic church after school and set a Bible on fire on the altar. When the police finally arrived, most of
the church was affected. This was this year so far act number two hundred and ten of violence and vandalism against the Catholic Church, in addition to one hundred and fifty more of Christian churches many burned down, along with about eighteen
incidents in Islamic centers. But it's two hundred for the Catholics, about one hundred and ten for Protestant sex and a dozen or two and the pro abortion groups like James Revenge and Ruth Sentis called for retalia against the Catholic Church after the leak of the decision, and in fact since Dobbs there's been three hundred and eighty five acts of violence and vandalism against Catholic churches. And you would
think when the persons are apprehended, there'll be a prosecution. To date, there's been no federal prosecution or allocation of federal funds to combat these attacks on Catholic churches. No, in my view, of course, no place of worship should ever be targeted. But it comes to Catholic churches, it is ignored. But if you march and protests in front of a planned parentoud center, the FED will arrest you. We have the second Catholic president in history,
Joe Biden, believe it or not, identifies as a Catholic. Therefore he is just identify you are. He's been silent on all these attacks. In fact, he told those after the Dobbs decision, quote keep protesting, keep making your voices heard. And the Face Act provides penalties for those who damage or obstruct an abortion clinic or a place of worship. There has been no prosecutions of burning down or vanalyzing the Catholic Church. It doesn't apply.
So on one hand, you have the new speaker called an extremist. He actually thinks healthy unborn babies should be born. But on the other hand, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters that Keem Jeffreys, Greg Landsman. They're in this sensible center of American politics. That's how the public's views are molded by an oppressive mainstream media, irrelevant to the facts but concerned about ideology, much like
the kids in college campuses who have Hamas chapters. And when I see and hear Brian Combs and others talk about Catholics for Choice when it comes to abortion, reminded me of signs I saw in Manhattan Jews for Hamas. What the hell is that Jews for Hamas joins Catholics for Choice and Blacks for the ku Klux Klan as an indication where we are and the failure of our public education system, which sucks. It's terrible. Public education generally is a joke because
of what happened with the pandemic. But before that, and the pandemic was created by your tax dollars and the US government through gain and function research, and the COVID nineteen virus got out of the lab and the rest is history. You can't learn those facts because you might lose a little respect for government. You might lose respect for Doctor Anthony Fauci Collins in eighteen thousand of his associates who knew what happened, but they can't let you know the truth.

Dal you can relive the greatest moments from our twenty twenty three iHeartRadio Music Festival streaming Holy On, Lenny Kravitz kicks things. There's more experience and murder cases
involving insanity and James Bogen. The cases he's handled are into the dozens, and many times the juries disregard the idea of an insanity defense because many people did not understand it, and as a consequence, it is quite rare, although possible, for a criminal defendant to commit a horrible act and be found
not guilty by reason of insanity. There are some in Columbus, Frankfurt, and Innianapolis that want to change that to guilty but insane, because when you sit on a jury and someone is obviously mentally ill and commits a horrible act, to say not guilty by reason of insanity is a bridge too far from many jurors. But James Bogan, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show this Friday afternoon. I won't mention the defendant's name. We have a policy of
not talking about individuals like this to give them any glory. But when I hear about this case in Maine in which this guy was a sergeant, He was in the US Army Reserve, he was a weapon specialist, and he was put in a mental hospital for two weeks in the summer because he threatened to kill people on the military base. This thing cries out for some sort of treatment ahead of time that would have kept him away from the bowling alley
in the restaurant. So when no one knows more about these subject matters than you, so over the past week or so, when this is percolating, what has come to your mind as a possible defense and what should happen in
this case? Well, possible defense. I honestly don't know if not guilty by reason and Sandy would really fly here because one of the things I've had in the past, I had that with that Roselann bar shooter, was that when somebody flees tries to avoid being caught, to doctors, that indicates that they know right from wrong. Uh huh. Now, I do think his
mental health will definitely come into play here. I mean, his lawyers, assuming he gets captured alive, his lawyers should definitely check him for competency to stand trial and have his him check for not guilty by reason insanity. And let's see where that goes from there. Maybe a doctor might say, hey, he does qualify for not guilty by reason of in Sandy under main statute, But just the fact that he's been working to avoid being caught would indicate,
my guess is a doctor. There's a good chance the doctor would find that he does know right from wrong. So quickly tell Tony Bender there was a McNaughton standard. Then the Supreme Court got involved. Give me the two or three principles of someone not guilty of by reason of insanity? What the defense lawyers like you have to prove they have a mental disease or defect,
and they basically can't distinguish right from wrong. The analogy I use is if somebody robs a KFC, instead of trying to get away with the money, they decide to take their clothes off and eat fried chicken in the middle of the restaurant while the cops are on their way. Okay, well, you know what comes to my mind quickly is the Claremont County cases. The murderer, the vicious murderer, that the father of three little boys that are angels.
What he did, in his mind was killed the three little boys and then sit there and wait for the cops to come. Is that as strong or not guilty. Yeah, he didn't try to get away, He didn't try to kill witnesses when there are lots of witnesses around you. Remember I mentioned that for those are things that could really point to a very possible not guilty by reason insanity in my opinion. But in the main case, because he's eluding law enforcement. There was a news conference this morning with all the
law enforcement officials and they don't have a clue where he is. They thought last night he was in his house and for hours on end, Fox News and CNN and others just sat there out in front waiting for him to come out, which he wasn't there. They eventually had a search, went inside, got in with dogs and sniffed around make sure he wasn't hiding somewhere in a floorboard or whatever, and he wasn't there. So the fact that you're
trying to elude capture is crippling to an insanity defense. Yeah, and you know, there's a lot of mental health stuff that's been mentioned here. He was described as hearing voices and acting erratically, and he threatened to shoot up that National Guard base, which but just from those things, I've got a few questions. He was in a mental hospital for fourteen days, but not everyone who stays at a mental health facility is considered formally committed, and it's
used. That's something that's usually required in Maine to keep someone at a facility longer than fourteen days. So my question here is did someone actually trigger civil commitment proceedings that would make him not allowed to possess a firearm? And then why weren't their criminal charges. They could charge them with a federal felony or a state charge keep them in jail, get them evaluated, and then did
anyone think to use Maine's yellow flag law. No. In fact, according to media accounts, if someone threatens to kill individuals out a US Army base and is a sergeant and as a weapons expert, you would think someone might say, you know what, we ought to commit that guy and find out more about him. But none of that happened. They simply released him under a promise that he would take his meds. And the thing is, Bill, you've got all the people from the left screaming, we need more laws,
we need more laws. Maine has solid laws in place. There's a solid federal criminal law he could have been charged under. But a light bulb won't turn on if you don't flip the switch, and so you have to get him in the system. But the decision was made by I suppose mental health officials in Maine not to commit them and not to file criminal charges. They could have locked him up during the pendency of the trial, which would
have taken months and months, then treat him in the hospital. What they did for fourteen days was give them counseling, give him meds, and let him go. Instead of charging him with a crime. We don't need more laws, we need the enforcement of present laws. No one thought to use the yellow flag law either. It's a law, it's not a red flag
law. It's a law in main that law enforcement can detain someone they suspect is mentally ill and pose a threat to themselves, and they first from red flag laws as you actually have due process here, which is something you need because the Second Amendment is a constitutional right. It's not a privilege like a driver's license. It requires police to go to a medical practice, get a medical practitioner to evaluate the person and find them to be a threat before the
police can petition the judge to get the firearms seized. And I would I would think in the US Army base you must have psychologists, psychiatrists, and those involved in mental health, and if not, contact the state of Maine and see who's available to me. I won't use the term yellow flags red flags where he's hearing voices, he appears to have a mental episode ongoing.
He's an expert in weapons, he's a sharpshooter, is access to all the weaponry of the United States Army, and he's threatening to kill people at the military base Bata doom, Bada bing bata bang. Let's charge them with a crime, get him locked up, and see what happens. But that didn't occur. We don't need more laws, we need effective use of the present laws. And Maine is a liberal state generally, And James, I don't know. This is where I go back to what I say about beercrats.
People get into this bureaucratic mentality where you tell me to do something that makes sense, they'll conniptions and do the exact opposite. Why I can't imagine. And I brought up to call him beer craft bureaucrats, and I'm thinking, okay, the case in Claremont County is murder. I can't imagine twelve jurors in Claremont County determining that this patriocide, this murderer who killed viciously, tracking down one of his little boys who ran out, brought him back, and
executing him. Then he simply sat there. He may not have known it, but the fact he did not leave for lawyers like you would be a pretty good defense. And like I said, and when we talked about this before, Bill, I think if he doesn't qualify from not guilty by reason
in Sandy. He could still try the serious mentally ill defense, which would not absolve him of guilt, but if he met the standard would take the death penalty off the table, and that would mean he would never I you know, this is the kind of person, in my humble view, that needs to be executed as quickly as possible after a fair trial. But if
he has serious mental illnesses, the death penalty is out. He could face life imprisonment without possibility of parole, or if he's found not guilty by reason of insanity, he's committed to Let's assume somehow a runaway jury in Claremont County finds him not guilty, that lawyers like you manipulate their thinking, and he says, okay, he's mentally ill, couldn't conform his behavior. He's like the guy at KFC that held it up, strips his clothes off and eats
a fried chicken leg. Obviously he's he's mentally ill. How long would he be in a mental hospital if he was found ngri Possibly the rest of his life. On the other hand, possibly not. Well, what's there are I think I don't know what. I'd have to look at the statute, but I guess there are periodic checks with the court, and I remember that came up with another case out of Hyde Park about fifteen years ago with a
young man who killed his brother when he thought he was poisoning him. And I know there are periodic updates with the court, but generally something like that can count on spending the rest of their life in a psych institution. Certainly, hope so. But James Bogan, thank you. But I love the idea of you doing the research. In the state of Maine, they had
all the flag laws possible, but the implementation did not occur. And now we have eighteen people dead, We have a massive search underway in a little town that you to host the fight between Muhammad Ali and Sonny Liston and Maine, And at this point, I don't know what to say that we have
all these laws in effect and they're not being used. There's not a clear example to me of a forty year old staff sergeant with sharpshooter skills around all the armaments of the United States Army threatening to kill people on the base, and after a fourteen day hold, under a promise that you'll take your medge,
they let him go. They I'll promise that never you know, I do those probate hearings too for Judge Ralph Winkler, and medication noncompliance is such a very you know how common that is too, because you used to do those hearings. Bill, And again, a light bulb is not going to turn on if you don't flip the switch, and you've got to get him in the system and see what happens. And I can recall I did thousands of those hearings with Magistrate Bev Cook and Melvin Ruger was to judge thousands of
them. And the term that was used at that point is we can't trust this person to take their meds. Therefore we're putting them in longview. And now they trust individuals to take the meds, and we don't have the mental hospital system in place to house these individuals. And so all who want more laws, it'd be illustrative if we actually enforce the present ones before before we moved on to creating new ones. James Bogan, you're the best there is
of this kind of stuff. Thanks for sharing your opinions with the American people. Thank you for having me, Bill, Always a privilege. God bless
America. Let's continue with more your reaction five one, three, seven, four nine, seven thousand or pounds seven hundred new eight and t Sadly, we have thousands and thousands of individuals in the Tri state area with the same mental problems, probably paranoid schizophrenia, with effective components as this murderer had in Maine, and this murderer had in Claremont County who killed his little boys.
We have thousands of those individuals. It used to be if you didn't take your med you were locked up. Now if you don't take your medge you got to slap on the wrist and said you got to start doing that now the result is murder and mayhem. Bill Cunningham, News Radio seven hundred w welw. Many with profound mental disabilities and then drug problems who do want don't want to go into the homeless shelters because it doesn't fit their lifestyle, and as a consequence, they're on the streets and they're derelics. It used to be those individuals were off the streets and you're at Rollman's or you're at at Longview or some other health facility. But after one flew over the Cuckoo's Nest the movie in the late seventies early eighties, the
whole system changed and it went to group homes and that didn't work. Now it's outpatient instead of having individuals like this murderer in Maine who should have been locked up, or many others including Dylan Roof in South Carolina that presented himself ahead of time as a mentally ill homicidal killer. That's among the worst.
If you're mentally ill and you're a killer. Now we got problems. We pussy foot around and try to treat them outside a hospital setting under a promise they're going to take their medge as they don't do because it washes out their energy levels. I watched the system from the inside out on behalf of you. I was an assistant Attorney general that conducted, over many years, hearings of trying to keep the mentally ill locked up, not in prison, but
a mental hospital. It was in Roselawn called Longview, and it worked. Right Now, we have a failure of compassion in which we throw onto the streets of our great cities, large numbers of individuals who are mentally ill, drug addicted, who commit crimes, do other horrible things. We're destroying societies. What we're doing. I watch it in almost every aspect of our city life, and it's disgusting. Let's continue with more. Let's be positive.

two. One deals with abortion laid upon the table, and this is an extremely extreme abortion constitutional amendment that would permit partial birth, abortion, et cetera, through birth and maybe beyond. Now the polling indicates that about I don't know, sixty percent of the American people are going to vote yes on one, and it'll be an occasion where we can say where the culture is. The second issue, of course, is marijuana pot. Should marijuana be treated
similarly to alcohol? That is a commission set up, and because it is a it's a statue to being proposed and legislatively that could be changed. So unlike Issue one, which is a constitutional amendment, the legislature would have nothing to do with adjusting or changing it. Issue two, relative to marijuana,
that could be changed. And issue three, for your thoughtful consideration, is so called Issue twenty two, in which the City of Cincinnati, having tried in the past to sell the parking meters and the water now seeks to sell a railroad between here and Chattanoogee for about one point six billion dollars. So all of us have mistaken this thing. We began money with Moeeger and John Lott and Congressman Tom Massey on Monday. On Tuesday we had Republican candidate Orlando
Sanza along with Jennifer Shock of the Archdiocese and Julie Gunlock. On Wednesday, we had the Great Melissa Powers, our county prosecutor, about the doughnuts, and also Kelly Meyer, who is with News Nation Live from Congress, and then Craig YUEIY dot com to talk about Bidenomics how bad it is. On Thursday we had Senator Rand Paul about COVID nineteen and Schari Palelo about crime in
the City of Cincinnati and Dick Morris at two o six on Thursday. So far, on this Friday, under the leadership of Pete Whitty, we had twelve oh six today Brad Wedstrip about the origins of COVID nineteen, which was in a lab and now it's been hidden from you because it's very bad for the bureaucrats. And also James Bogan, but the main massacre. So let's
go to the calls. This point, we have two lines being unused five one three, seven four nine seven thousand, or pound seven hundredth the new at and T. Either way, give me your first name, give me your locale, and give me your vote on one two and twenty two in related matter seven four nine seven thousand. Let's continue now with Pete in Western Hills, Pete in Western Hills. I'll use your name with your permission, the great Pete Witty where I've been to your business and you've been to mine.
Give me your vote on one two and twenty two, and why you have forty five seconds? Go ahead? No, yes, in hell no, let me write this down. On twenty two you have not Let one. I'm gonna write this down. We're gonna We're gonna let the inquirer know what it is. One two twenty two. So on one you are no, I'm writing that down right there. One all right? How about two
yes? Marriage Iuana you're a yes. And how about twenty two your favorite that's a that's a hell no. We cannot let our line mayre sell our railroad. No way by the way, I gave you two nos. Is that legitimate? Because you're like a Democrat, you get to vote more often. So I'm gonna give you two. I'm gonna give you a no and a no. Give me the brief reason why not on twenty two? Well, first and foremos transparency this. They should have gone out into the community
to discuss this before they even put it on the ballot. They did none of that. The second thing is we are selling it at a fire sale. We know that Norfolk Southern once this so bad because the deal is so good for them. We need a better deal for the residents of Cincinnati. Hey, WEDDI thank you. I have right now. I gotta know. I got a yes on two and then I got a no. No, you're so passionate, I gave you two votes. Let's continue. Now give
me a first name where you're calling from? Bill and Anderson? Hi, Bill and Anderson. Bill, give me one, two and twenty two. What's your vote? No on one? Yes on two, smoking Misty got them and on twenty two. Hell no, I'm gonna give you two votes on twenty two. Then, because you're passionate, give me the reason why don't you trust city council with your money. Hell no, hey, well under one point what billion bill while you're still you'll still tee at seven hundred
that one point six bill be gone up in smoke. Well we got four votes on run the place. Well look what city council did right now, they have an eight hundred million dollar hole with the city pension system. According to the INCR. They want to expand the railroad thither and fro. They're spending money on DEI like it's going out of style and they're going to spend And doesn't the mayor appoint the members of the board of the railroad. Does
the mayor do that? No, I don't know that. I'm gonna find out because I like to know, because people do not trust the mayor. Correct. I'll tell you what Norfolk Southern is throwing money at this thing, hand over fist because it is a boomdoggle. I'm gonna give you two votes on no, thank you. Let's go to Joe and in the end of the Home of the Hoosiers and Willie's in Hidden Valley, Joe, give me a full report. I got, I got one, two and twenty two.
What's your vote? Okay? I know number two is a hippie wadis is that correct? Correct? To Mundo, you can smoke pot until your life's content. In other words, they want to treat marijuana like alcohol. You got them fire once as big as stove, Liz. But okay, here's here's the thing, Willie. I think that they ought to put you. I know you're the You're the last remaining survivor, and you'll be out
there at the tower and Mason, am I correct on that? The federal government has said I'm going to be in a pod under the transmitter if all health breaks loose, I've been designated to drive out there with one other person, become ensconced underground like a mole broadcasting. And I'm I'm assuming the judge will be with you at that point. My correct, You better behave a little better than she's behaving. Yes, I think about my own I think
about my granddaughter and my grandson. That's what I'm thinking about. Yeah, well, you know, with the popularity and the power that you wield, i'd have another pod made. And that's a good point. I could dig something like a most terrorist and be like I'm like they do over there, Yeah, and have care of and you could run from your palatial state back and forth. Yeah, why sell you that? Well, what about the railroad? I need a vote on the railroad. Okay, well that what
I'm getting to. Yes the railroad is well, I say, being that you are the last remaining survivor, say that railroad and apply all that money into your various accounts. When you say yes on the railroad? Can I count that as two yeses? Because you feel strong, because you feel strong, because I feel really strongly about it. Will it? We gave you two yeses. Thank you for your vote. Let's go to Jim and Lawrenceburg, the home of the speedway. Jim, give me your vote on abortion,
Marriajauana and the railroad. No, no, and no. And the one I want to talk about, Willie, is the genocide of the black race. On number one, forty percent of all abortions are black children. Margaret Sanger started and the way back when, and she had nineteen points and I had the black race on the planet, and it is genocide. Out of seventy five million abortions, thirty million have been black babies. It is genocide. So why would forty percent of abortions be from the black race when
they're only twelve percent of the population. Let's speak like there's an agenda. You know, Margaret Sanger puts those facilities like planning parrot on the black community, black community to make it easier to kill black babies, which is what the Democrats want. They were within two miles. There were within two miles of all poor black neighborhoods where you can walk and they can get it done
in no time. Thirty million black babies have been afforded. And really, if they're twelve percent of the population, if you throw in that thirty million, it makes them twenty percent. At twenty percent, they got a held of a voting blocks. So what they've done is the twelve percent, they've made them victims to vote Democrat. And if they turn into twenty percent,
they'll be too strong, so they make sure to abort these babies. It's just put a sharper point I had on the high Department of Health director. The number in Ohio, which is similar to other states, is forty nine percent. So black babies are forty nine percent killed. Healthy black babies in a mother's wound becomes a tomb. And why white black politicians supported is beyond me. We got to run. Thank you. Let's go to Bill and Dateton, the home of the flyers. Bill and dateon give me your vote
on one to two and twenty two. Right. No, No, I'm ineligible to vood on twenty two, but I would give it a no vote. Up vote on it anyway, be like a Democrat. I'll say, yeah, there you go. I'll get my dead cousin to vote. Well, they vote any I'll just follow up on issue one. If black lives
matters, why are they killing their children? If black lives really mattered, they would not be supporting Hamas. And the leaders of Black Lives Matter are all multi millionaires, putting the abortion clinics in the black community and supporting Hamas that kills Jews. Black Lives Matter doesn't care much about black lives, but they're called Black Lives Matter. Therefore the liberals and the Democrats love them.
Thank you for your call. Let's continue. We have another call from Dayton, Jim, and then Chillicothe, Milford and many others, and Jim from Dayton, give me your votes on one, two, and twenty two. Hey, Willie, how about uh? No on one? Absolutely hell no on two the dummat of America. And I can't vote on three, but uh give me they know. I'm going to give you two votes on no
on marijuana, the hippie lettuce, because you're passionate about that. I gave you two votes, and then I'll give you one vote on the railroad. No, you could. You could quickly drive down here and start voting. That's what democrats yet. Just vote. I'm good, I got your vote. Yeah, thank you. Let's go to Doug and Chillicothy. Doug and Chilli Coathy, give me your vote. Way? Yeah, there I was. Number is you one? No, We're going to respect the most basic
elements of humanity. That needs to go down. Number two, the state of Ohio or any other state in the Union does not need another intoxican. We don't need it. Let's just reach around for another nail to nail our own coffin shit. Number three, the mayor is way too close to the advocacy group. I don't live in Cincinnati, the Cincinnati area. There you got it, Willie. No, I'm going to give you one no on abortion, one no on hippie lettuce, and one no on the railroad.
Is that right? That is correct sir, So I mean, and I'm up right now. We got to it. We got three or four more votes so far. It's seven no's and no yes is on abortion one two three, it's three yeses and four no's. On marijuana and on the railroad it's no, no, no no. Then it's yes yes, that is no no no. So it's one day no. Let's continue. The American people are now being heard. Let's go to Matt, Matt, Matt, where are you coming from? Woln't the cheeks? Wouldn't what? Go cutty
to aream? Yeah? Go cutt it are Yeah? Yeah, goodbye. I don't know what that was. Dan and Anderson and Chris and Western Hills and James and reading to them with the blue devils, Dan, what do you got? Give me your vote on one to two and twenty two? Well, Bill Cunningham, I had the opportunity to read the ballot language for issue to the other day. And if you read the ballot language for issue too, yeah, it's talks about you need to be twenty one years old
to make a decision about smoking a little bit of marijuana. So on one hand, Bill, we're saying that if you're under the age of twenty one, you don't have the mental capacity. You don't have the wherewithal to make a decision about smoking a bomb. But yet, on the other hand, if you're fourteen or twelve or thirteen years old, then you have the mental capacity to make a decision about having an abortion or having gender surgery to remove
your private parts. Does that make any sense to you whatsoever? It makes no sense at all, only to a Democrat, to a democrats sense. So it's not only no on issue one, but hell no on issue one. If you want to smoke a little weed and you want to be an adult and do it in a responsible way, knock yourself out. So if you want to vote yes on issue issue too, that's fine with me. And the railroad sale, I can't see it. I just can't see it.
I you know, you're going to create the most powerful entity sitting on one point six billion dollars ever seen in the tri State, with the ability to ladle out that kind of money, what kind of power, And we know what happens the power. It corrupts absolutely, So let's stop the corruption, nip it in the bud and say no on Issue twenty two. Dan, please keep your anonymity on the marriage I wanta issue. I would say this that I gave you two yeses because you're I would never smoke pot,
never have I encourage those around me not to do so. I have many friends that smoke pot on a back deck on a summer's night as the sun's going down, and it's and it's all over the place anyway. In fact, medical marijuana is everywhere. You can have flat feet or a headache, you get medical marijuana. And if we vote this thing down, marijuana is still going to be everywhere, but you don't know what's in it. And secondly, uh, the state gets no money out of the Shari Pololo said
that she's done stories on lacing marijuana with other drugs. At least if the state does it through a license process, is going to be legitimate pot. So I'm gonna give you, In fact, i'm gonna give you three yeses on two, I'm gonna give you two no's on one, and I'm gonna give you no no on railroad. How about that. I can live with that. Bill Dan from Anderson, you're making good sense. Thank you say you ought to get in talk radio. Let's continue up against the clock.
Here it is on abortion, it's no no no, Then it's no no no no no. I'll count that as a no. On pot it is yes yes, yes no no no, then yes yes yes, that's razor thin. I'm going with yes on two. Then the railroad is no no no no yes yes, then no no no, then no no. I'm counting out as a no because who trusts city council? Who trust the mayor?
The answer is nobody. Thank you for your participation. Now, we've scheduled in about ten minutes, Lily Dwyer of the Indian Hill High School girls state championship tennis team to be here with the trophy and or the medals. We'll see what happens in about ten minutes. Twenty six The Home of People who Vote News Radio seven hundred WW Mike Allan presents his evidence tomorrow morning at nine on seven hundred W LW. It's hung up, shung up, dangling from the ceiling or something. Possibly to celebrate our big win, big win, But you don't have the trophy with your coach. What's your name of your coach, Wade Ward. He would not let you bring the trophy here. Is that correct? There was some miscommunication. They
