Not Billy cunning in the Great America. Welcome this Tuesday afternoon. The tri stay a little bit of rain and eat it badly. And of course tonight Reds baseball continues. They may not know it, but the Reds are a game and a half out of the wild Card. They got Detroit, they got the New York Mets. Maybe hang around and play. The Jets don't have Aaron Rodgers. Don't know what's going to happen. Next six games are important, aren't they all. They win four out of six, they could

be in the wild Card and away we go. But until then. Once again, Independence, Kentucky, which is in the middle of Kenton County, was perceived possibly as the county seat, but many many eons ago, was determined probably Covington might be a better place. There's a beautiful courthouse and Independence kind of in the middle of the county, but it seems to be the

location a lot of fisticuffs and shootings of late. I saw in the news last night that twenty three year old Seth Burns, who was not directly involved in the fracas between the ladies who call each other out, was killed one I guess one gunshot to the Chest area. He was taken to the hospital

where he died. Now, a total of six have been arrested in Independence, and it's a sad story, but interesting how these things metastasize from words to social media and all of a sudden there's dead bodies and Independence joining U and I now is the Kent County Prosecutor, Rob Sanders and Rob, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And first of all, the history of Independence. Can you tell the American people how the county seat might have been

an Independence but ended up in Covington? Willie, it actually is in Independence, And thank you for having me back on the show again. It's always a pleasure. But Kenton County, we have one hundred and twenty counties in Kentucky, and Kenton County is one of my believably two, Campbell County being the other that have two county seats. It might be a little mind boggling,

but we actually do have two county seats. Independence was the original county seat, but then they also moved to our opened a dual county seat in Covington. But that didn't replace Independence, it just added on to it, so that we actually have two court houses. The one out in Independence is more of an antique. Our fiscal court, which is the same as a

county commission in Ohio. But the fiscal court still meets from time to time at the Independence Court House, but we don't hold criminal courts or civil courts or anything like that. That's all handled out of our courthouse done on Madison Avenue and Covington, so basically split between Covington and Independence. Let's talk about you announced last night the arrest are four more in connection with a man's murder and Independence explain the facts to the American people. Well, let's see this

complicated, Willie. It all starts with a beef on social media between some women, which seems like that's how so many of my cases, especially my shooting cases start these days. I think this is the third shooting in the last year that started over some kind of social media rama where somebody insulted another

person's child. Anyhow, one of the females involved insulted another female involved in Amanda Turner and her entire clan of four children decided that they were going to go over to this house on Archer Court and settle that beef by beating some people up. She took her son, Xavion Turner, and another son who's a juvenile who hasn't been named yet and won't be named until he's transferred to

adult court. But anyway, she takes her two sons and her two daughters and Xavion Turner's girlfriend over to this house on Archer Court to fight Xavion's ex girlfriend and her friends. Seth Burns doesn't live on Archer Court to my knowledge. He just stepped up to try and get in the middle of it to keep anyone from being assaulted at that residence. He was visiting on Archer Court at which time Amanda Turner's juvenile son has ledged to pulled a handgun and shot

Seth Burns one time, killing him. He was transported by by standards to the Independence Fire Department. They flew him via air carried at University Hospital, but he succumbed to his wounds there. We arrested, and I should say Independence Police did a great job make quick quick work of the case. They arrested the juvenile and Xavion Turner, both of whom are alleged to have been

carrying guns at the time Seth Burns was killed. Obviously, the juvenile alleged to have fired his gun, arrested them within twenty four hours of Seth's murder. Amanda Turner was arrested a couple of days later. After independence police recovered ring doorbell camera footage, which also seems to be populating all of my cases these days. Everybody has torbell cameras, which is great if crime is going

to go on outside in public. Amanda Turner is seen on some of that ring video camera that's already been broadcast in the media leading her parade of children down the street towards the house where Seth Burns was with friends and to engage in this big public fight. Anyhow, those are Amanda Turner's two daughters. They were both arrested and charged with riot and the first degree and unlawful transaction with the miner and the second degree, as well as Emma Ryan, who

was Zavion Turner's new girlfriend. She was also in that parade walking down the street to go fight, yelling and screaming and carrying on. They've all all three of those women have all been charged with riot and unlawful transaction with the miner. So at this point this began on social media where women, adult women started questioning the intelligence and the looks and the appearances of children of the other clan. And this video which I saw in Channel nine of like four

people marching into a suburban area. It looks like a nice little neighborhood there. It doesn't look like a housing project. I've ever had a case off of Archer Court before Archer, Yeah, it's unbelievable that. So it's it's Amanda Turner her two daughters. Polonious behavior that's in public and likely to result in death or seriousness gl injury to another person. That's what we call rioting.

Might not be what you think of when you think of a riot, you know, you think more of like protests and setting buildings on fire and stuff like that, but it's a broad definition in Kentucky. So this one fits the definition, and certainly rightfully so, because this is the kind of behavior that we just can't stand for. It very easily can turn into a deadly situation, just as it did in this case. And if you recall, you and I talked about a year ago when it happened down in Covington.

Fortunately the young lady that was shot in that instance where actually three children were shot, but one of them was seriously wounded. She'll never walk again. She did survive, but will be paralyzed the rest of her life.

Basically, that was the same thing. Well, if people going down the street, adults parading down the street with kids going to get in a fight and watch these kids fight and jump in the fight themselves, and next thing you know, people are pulling guns and shots ring out and lives are changed forever. So the Seaton, twenty three year old Burns had nothing to do with the fight. Was he like a good samaritan who kind of said, no, wait a minute, ladies, let's not do this. In the

seventeen year old pulls out a handgun. I guess he's a high school kid and shoot Seth Burns. But Seth Burns was an innocent party. I watched his father last night. I guess his significant other talking about this. The

dad is destroyed. So Seth Burns was a good samaritan as far as I can tell, Willie, I don't know if it even got as far as the you know, all the statements that you just made, because everything that happened in this case, from the parade down the street until the shot rang out and Seth Burns is laying on the ground with a bullet wound in his chest. That all happened in all of about fifteen seconds, so I don't know how much he was actually able to say before he was shot and killed.

But this was a situation where he was at this house with his girlfriend. His girlfriend was friends of the resident of the house in the beef. All started with women insulting each other, insulting their children, insulting their parenting skills, things like that on social media. Somehow that devolves into a situation where a mother, a grown woman named Amanda Turner, thought it would be a good idea to take her four kids to this house and fight the occupants.

Seth Burns, to my knowledge, was there with his girlfriend when he saw this parade of angry folks walking down the street yelling and shouting threats and statements of what they were going to do, threatening bodily harm to his girlfriend and other occupants of that house. He stepped up and got in the middle to try and protect his girlfriend and the other people there. And next thing you know, he's got a bullet hole in his chest. Unbelievable, And

this for nothing. There was nothing at stake. There was nothing in the balance, simply verbal insults that began with social media insults. And a man at turner took her crew to beat up the other woman's crew, and all of a sudden seth burns. Maybe was a good samaritan and got shot. He's dead now he got six. When you figure out actually who fired the shot, you say it's early, but it might have been. The seventeen

year older's name is not out there yet because have his minor status. You're going to try him as an adult, Yes, sir, we plan on transferring him to adult court. Now in Kentucky, all cases against anyone under the age of eighteen starting juvenile court, no matter how serious they are or how certain we are that we are going to try them as an adult. So those charges are filed according to law in the juvenile court, but the

county attorney is seeking transfer. It's a mandatory transfer in this case because it's a juvenile over the age of fourteen using a gun to commit a felony, which is on an automatic transfer, but also because the seriousness of the offense. You know, obviously man lost his life. It's a murder charge that in and of itself is also eligible for transfer. And then also I believe the juvenile we're talking about in this case will turn eighteen before this case gets

over, so that would also make it eligible. So we've got three different grounds to transfer this willie. And given the severity of the situation in the charges, the fact Seth Burns lost his life, I think this is appropriate to handle an adult court where there's real punishment, not slaps on the wrist

like we see in the juvenile system. And even in Kentucky or other states, even if a juvenile commits vicious rapes like the Covecats student did over a period of time against twenty five years in jail, he's still in juvenile court, approaching the age at twenty one, and who knows what's going to happen in that case. So when you're located actual the murder or that person you think likely the seventeen year old who's going to be eighteen is going to face

how many years in jail? Then what do you do with the rioting charge

against Amanda Turner who appears to be the instigator of this. Well, the juvenile with the murder charge, his brother and his mom all charged with complicity to murder, and in addition to the riot charge and the unlawful transaction with the minor charge, they're all looking at upwards of twenty to fifty years or life in prison for the murder charge, the ryot and the unlawful transaction charge those carry one to five years each, so that's up to another possible ten

years on that. So they're looking at significant prison sentences. Willing, are you gonna seek it? Are you gonna go after all six of these characters who thought they would resolve disputes in the streets with fist turns into guns? Are you gonna seek serious penalties for these six? Well? Absolutely WILLI. We plan on putting this in front of a Jerry, asking that Jerry what they think is a just and a fair outcome given the fact that Seth Burns

lost his life. He wasn't armed, he didn't shoot anybody, he didn't punch anybody, he didn't attack anybody. He was being attacked. Quite frankly, everybody at that Archer Court residence was being attacked by these people that drove out there in separate cars. Amanda Turner driving one of her sons to the scene meeting up with her other son and his girlfriend and the whole lot of them parading down the street to go getting a big brawl in front of God

and everybody on Archer Court. Yeah, we're gonna put it in front of a jury. We're gonna as twelve citizens of Kent and County what they think is an appropriate sentence for each one given their conduct and what went down that day. And I'm confident that juries will not look kindly upon Amanda Turner's actions and anyone else that they think is responsible for Seth Burne's death. All right, now, Page two is this. I know this isn't directly your Bailey

Wick, but it's going to metastasize. I see last night there's a homeless population in Burnet Woods, which is right by the UC campus, and the Community Council of Burnett of Clifton gets together, and of course there are all a bunch of liberal Democrats basically, and they're kind of justifying living out in the woods next to nature, living off the land which is called Burnett Woods, and that these dozens of individuals have an array of difficulties, mental difficulties,

drug difficulties. You've got defecation, urination, and I'm sure fornication happening on a regular basis, And a large number of the Clinton Clifton community says, well, we have to solve homelessness. We got to do something with this. When I traveled Comington a Newport, I don't see too many homeless on the streets or in the woods. And when I travel around Hamlety County in Cincinnati, I don't see much except that burnet woods. It begins small

then gets much larger. We have a prosecutor like you that doesn't put up with this kind of stuff, which is Melissa Powers. And because it begins in one way and ends up like Austin, Texas or Portland. If someone argument to just for the sake of argument, when a dozen or so homeless would want to metastasize themselves into a wooded park, maybe Davoo Park or elsewhere,

what kind of attitude would you take on that, Willie. That's fortunately not something I have to deal with, because over here in Kentucky we separate the common wealth attorney does nothing but prosecute felony criminal offenses in the county attorney, who we sort of split Melissa Powers job in half. Our county attorney Stacy Tapkey, she's the one that has to handle issues like the homeless camps

and whether we clear them out or whatnot. But me personally, I'm not in favor of allowing the homeless to the set up shop wherever they want to, or take over the land. You know, homeless populations. There's something a sidal problem that we have to deal with. You know, it's very much a double edged alert. There's a lot of people that need help, need a hand up, need a place to live, and I'm sympathetic to that. But at the same time, there's other people that for whatever reason,

just don't want to live by society's rules. They don't want to live in a house. They want to be out in the woods or on the river bank doing drugs or carrying on or being drunk the entire day and night. And we just can't have that out in public, ruining other people's quality of life. If they're going to carry on like that, they need to do at someplace out of sight, out of mind, where they're not interrupting other people's abilities to enjoy the public spaces and the public lands and what they

pay their tax dollars to enjoy and really are. The homeless encampments on the shores of the higher River are present. We see them. The homeless population in Hamley County walks from the facilities down to the river banks and if it's a warm side ms night, maybe not tonight, but they like to have a little camp fire right there, and they like to maybe grill a few hot dogs, catch a few carp. Tony Benner tells me he loves Ohio River carp. He tries to take out the mud vein. Sometimes he doesn't.

He eats that too, because he gives him a sense of one with the land. But these individuals, God bless them, needs some help. But God helps those that help themselves. And the carp doesn't taste good. Tony's brought some in for me, and it just doesn't taste right to me. But if you live in Kentucky, maybe a mud vein taste good. But you can't have individuals pulling society down with them. Have you ever had carp, by the way, with a mud vein? Hen I have not,

Willy. In fact, I don't think I've ever eaten carp. I'm not a huge fish. Got to begin with, most of the fish I enjoys like deep sea fishing or maybe some walleye something like that. But even catfish is a little little too fishy for my taste. Talk to Tony. He's got a bunch of he's got a bunch of them in the freezer. If you want to bring up some harp and with the mud vein, and he'll he'll grill him up for you and just take a few bites. Eats

the head, the fins, eats everything. It's kind of it's a lot. Yeah, Tony's from out there in Boom County, Willie, and it's a lot more country out there in Boom County than it is here in civilized worlds like Kent Countyo. And Covington, Iroline are the places you're familiar with. But so maybe that's just a delicacy that you and I haven't learned to enjoy. Food costs her up and you can catch a few things and you know, eat him. But all right, we'll see what happens with these

desperadoes. They had a scene from Yellowstone. They thought they were going to one clan against the other clan. Let the chicks fight. All of a sudden, somebody pulls out a gun. Death takes place now people are facing decades in jail. I'll encourage you to keep him locked up because Seth Burns had a life to live and he couldn't goes to the behavior of these six and Rob Sanders, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show with your

permission. Will do it again. Thank you. Sounds great, Willie. I look forward to it. Have a good day. God bless America. Let's continue with more. And if you check out my Twitter account, I'm going to put a a photo of Tony Bender during a storm in the middle of a highway holding up the American flag. I have it up by one o'clock today. You're gonna love it. Tony Bender and his prime Let's continue

with more. Bill Cunningham News Radio seven hundred w LW Enjoy Clean and Healthy Home powered by and I want to set up at the rest of today's big show. By the way, your friend and mine David Young, the Commissioner of Warren County's coming up next on the Guilk Windows hotline Trusted Pros. Everyone knows run a course by my good friend in yours, Mike Gilk has been at it for about thirty five or forty years, he and his family, and no one does it better than Mike Gilke, and Mike Gilk is a

great American. So let's continue after one o'clock today will be that same David Young. Rob Sanders lays it out how maybe some episode of Yellowstone or eighteen eighty three is happening as the family's line up to get the women fighting each

other. This was a setup where the women and we're gonna have fistic cuffs and roll around the carpet of the grass a little bit, and suddenly a gun comes out of seventeen year old acts like a seventeen year old acts, especially a male, irresponsibly in one sense or another, and said, well, I'm gonna I'm gonna kill I'm gonna shoot someone. And now we've got six people charged with various kinds of murder and or rioting, and it's disgusting.

It's said, I watched his father last night, the victim's father, and my god, he was heartbroken. But that shows you what happens when irresponsible people act irresponsibly. This was not, in a sense, gun violence. I'm kind of always fired up when the media talks about gun violence as if guns commit violence persons wrongfully using guns commit violence. The guns by themselves do nothing any more than a fork and a spoon causes obesity or firestone tires

calls DUIs. These inanimate mental objects nothing until they're properly used, and they're used properly in self defense a half million times a year. Guns do not commit violence. Violent criminals with guns can use guns for violent purposes. So we'll see what happens. Is I look at the prosecutors we have all over the tri state, and we have a great group here. I doubt we're going to end up like Portland or Chicago, New York, but it's certainly

possible, certainly possible. After one o'clock today will be the commission David Young, who's quarterbacking out of Warren County. The efforts to keep the tennis tournament here, and you might recall at the time, we're going back about a

month when the tournament started. They say within a month or two when the tournament ends, and it's been about a month that we'll know about the Western and Southern Tennis tournament in Mason. So I wanted to check in with David Young to see what is the latest, because the US Open is now wrapped up, and the winners of the Western and Southern are the same winners of the US Open. And the decision it must be made. I would think

by Halloween to decide to start construction or not. And so we'll see what happens. But I want the commissioner to weigh in on that. He's the quarterback in Warren County, David Young to get that done. And they said at one point he thought it was like seven out of ten. You might recall the great John Barrett was here about ten days ago saying he thought the odds were ninety percent or more. That he said, the tournament's gonna stay.

So you get the heavy hitters, you get Carl Lender, you get Sintash, you get Fifth Third Bank, you get the farmers involved, get the Joseph family involved. Money's flying forth. And the state of Ohio. I know Mike DeWine, if all the way he doesn't play tennis. I don't think Mike DeWine plays any sport. Is one to keep the tournament here. And the state of Ohio was flushed with bucks right now, billions and billions in the Rainy Day Fund. So Ohio was getting it done, so

we'll see what happens. We're gonna find out. Second, I brought up yesterday the sad story of mel Tucker in at Ohio State University and is meanderings and his doings with Brenda Tracy, who's an expert in sexual harassment, hired by the university to help teach department heads about what is and what is not acceptable behavior in the workplace. As a great American, I'll tell you what

acceptable behavior is. If you're a man in a position of power influence in any organization, you don't need rules and regulations you'll need Title nine, ten, eleven, and twelve. Don't need lawyers and lawsuits. You don't need to be taught what is right and what is wrong. Need none of that. What you do need is the basic understanding of one principle. Treat a woman in the workplace as you would want your wife or girlfriend to be treated

in the workplace. Treat a woman in the workplace as you want, as you would want your mother or sister to be treated in the workplace. So if you interact with women in the workplace, which all of us do all the time right positions of power, generally, it's a male. Many times it is none. Just treat that woman as you would want your girlfriend, wife, mother, sister, daughter to be treated in the workplace. That's all it takes. It's simple. Don't take advantage of your power, whatever

that might be. And in the years ahead, more and more women, we guys are more at risk than women are. We're the ones men black and white and brown. Men are the ones committing most of the crime. We're the ones that are failing in school. We're the ones in prisons. We're the ones on drugs, We're the ones on fentinel. We're the ones under stress today. It is not women are not under stress as a group. Most college students are women. Most of lawyers in law schools are women.

Most of the judges, the power brokers are women. It's a misnomer to say that women need some unfair advantage when right now they're kicking our ass. Anyway. So I don't know if Tucker mel Tucker, the head football coach of Michigan State, did it or not, but he supposedly sexually harassed a woman hired by the university to teach him about sexual harassment. You can't

make this up. Her name is Brenda Tracy, and this is the place where doctor Larry Nasser used his medical license to sexually examine, harass, and commit rape against US gymnasts, including the great Simone Biles. Unbelievable. So I would have said yesterday, you know it. Uh, mel Tucker said it happened. Well, what did happen? He issued a statement yesterday because he's going to court if he said he's gonna do whatever, they're gonna sue.

He says everything that I did was consensual, that she did not mind whatsoever what was going on. He admits to having some relationship with her. I'm sure against the whims and wishes of his wife of many years, of thirty years, he's got a I suppose from reading about Michigan State that he's got a wonderful wife who's going with him to ten or twelve different coaching positions,

including Ohio State. And so he allegedly sexually harassed a rape survivor who was hired by this cool to educate athletes and coaches about sexual harassment and sexual assault. And he admits, I mean, shall we say embarrassing coach? Mel Tucker admits to touching himself to be gentle touching himself during a phone call

with Brenda Tracy without her knowledge or consent. He pleasured himself, and Tucker says the allegations fall outside Title nine or any university policy because of his personal relationship with a non employee who was an independent contractor. I don't know the facts of an out there. And Brenda Tracy issued a statement last night saying this is victim blaming and lies. I would think correct me if I'm wrong.

I would think that a woman who's a rape survivor and has a business a nonprofit about educating generally men on the boundaries of sexual harassment or having sex with subordinates, has evidence, shall we say, of what occurred allegedly. She claims I have numerous gifts that he has sent me, and that I have proof of the allegation that he pleasured himself on the phone while talking to me without my consent. I don't know what that is, but let's see.

The lawyers right now are huddling up to say, how do we mitigate the damages? Because mel Tucker signed a ten year, one hundred million dollar contract about three years ago at Michigan State and he's owed about seventy five million dollars and he's suspended without pay, no money, no moss from here. I don't know, but the stakes are high if Michigan State moves to terminate the contract and the coming weeks and there's a hearing set the first week in

October. According to Detroit Free Press, Tucker has more than seventy five million dollars remaining on the contract. And I think there's scenarios where High State pays a portion of that amount to Tucker, and scenarios where it pays very little lot or a little, so somewhere between zero and seventy five million dollars. This is the place extremely sensitive the sexual harassment and other crimes against women because

of doctor Larry Nasser, who was a PERV. So how those who know mel Tucker, including urban Meyer, says a hell of a good He's a good guy. Good guys do bad things, and he is saying it was all consensual. This is going to be he said, she said, And I would think put to the side the moral issues of missus Mel Tucker going through a living hell right now. But in reality I wouldn't understand and expect that Brenda Tracy would have evidence. Shall we say of what she claims when

she implies that she does have evidence. All right, let's continue. Of course, Reds Baseball kicks off about five forty tonight. Is not over yet. In fact, the Reds are button a game and a half out of the last wild card. They played the next six games against the Tigers and the Mets, then come home next week for the Twinkies and more. Red's Baseball kicks off at five forty. And of course, last night Aaron Rodgers had the worst conceivable start to his Jets career by tearing his achilles tendon on

the fourth play of the game. When you get old, things start falling apart. Let's continue. Twelve fifty three, the home of your Reds and Bengals and Bearcats and more. News Radio seven hundred WW Skyline Chili end up with the Bengals to bring you six super cool collectible cups featuring a different Bengals player each week. Every week, we bring you the same in depth analysis and entertainment you've come to expect from the fantasy footballer's only now it's from the

Dynasty perspective. Join me and the rest of the crew every Wednesday for a new episode listen to the Fantasy Footballers Dynasty podcast on the iHeartRadio app or wherever you get your podcasts only cutting in the Great American Red Spaceball kicks off a five forty believe it or not. The Reds are still in great contention, a game and a half out of the last wild car. They have the Tigers a night starting about five forty, and the Tigers are terrible after three

games, including a business special on Thursday. Then go to New York Mets and the Mets are terrible while they're play. The Jets play the Jets, and the Mets and the Giants, and the Yankees play them all together. Then come back home against the Twinkies. How can you call a team the Twinkies. That's a for an issue, but until then, David Young is the commissioner the commission of Warren County and Dave Young, welcome again to the

Bill Cunningham Show. Two issues are percolating. Number One, we had on John Barrett about a week or ten days ago, Western and Southern Chair, who was almost close. He said, the ball is on like the one yard line, not quite done that the tennis tournament. He's very optimistic. He's going to stay. All the media says that's not going to happen. When we had you on about a month ago before the tournament started, it was very optimistic. Here we are on September the twelve, twenty twenty three.

There was going to be an announcement made a month or two after the end of the tournament. We're about a month into the road down the road. Give us a full report first of all on that before we talk about theft and Lowe's and more. Please continue. Well, we like to think that no matter how much we love my beloved Reds war Bengals, those are especially now FC Cincinnati, which is somewhat of a global asset. You know, the Reds and Bengals are national assets. Yeah, they play a couple

of international games. The Western Southern Tennis Open held in Mason here in Warren County is literally a global asset. It's seen around the world when the doll would pay would play in those events. Literally the entire country of Spain would shut down to go watch their national hero. This is a big, big

deal internationally, and it's very desirable. And you know, we're all about the free market in Warren County and the city of Charlotte, one of our competitors, values this asset on one hundred and thirty million dollars, and actually about a week ago, Willie, they increase their number by an additional twenty seven million plus a little more of this. They're basically at one hundred and sixty million dollar value of trying to take our asset away. Are they going

to be successful? They are not going to kick our asset, Willy. Let me be clear, we're going to keep it. Well, there you go. I don't want to say we're going to keep it. I don't want to say we're gonna keep it. My intent is to keep it. My intent is to keep it. But like any good negotiator, I'm not

negotiating it in public. We have made strides in the last ten weeks or so because, honestly, to be clear to the public that this tournament was gone, Bimacas said that on different meetings that this tournament was gone until about ten weeks ago, and things changed, and we are right there close to the goal line. We're close. It's not guaranteed this tournament still can lead, but just to be clear, I think we're in really, really good shape. So if you if you were a betting man, you would say

the probability of it staying is greater than the probability of it leaving. In my humble opinion, that is my position. All Right, it's a costing the taxpayers more money because the State of Ohio is flushed with money. They have billions and billions of extra money. Warren County doesn't have a credit card. You pay everything in cash, bags of cash, so it's going to

be more public involvement. I'll say this, Willie, that if the free market has established a price, the state of Ohio is an unbelievably good financial position. They have a billion dollar fund to do things exactly like this. Warren County is in arguably the best financial shape of any county in the United States. Definitely in the state of Ohio. We just did a tax holiday last year where we did not collect our portion of property taxes from our residents.

We are in unbelievably good financial shape. We know how to manage money. And I'll say this, Willie, I don't like to lose, and I especially don't to lose when it comes to money. And if we think this is a worthy investment, we think it's a worthy investment. So, David Young, the Commissioner of Warren County, you will not allow Charlotte, the queen city of the South, the kick our assets. Is that what you said? Listen, I'm ready to fight for our asset like you wouldn't

believe. I'm from Blue ash Willie. I'll get in there and fight for that asset, and I'm going to kick somebody else's asset. So the little tree that grew is now a big oak. So when would the announcement be made at all? They said, John Barrett said, a month or two after the tournament ends. Believe it or not, we're a month down the road. Would you anticipate something by say Halloween? Before that? If I'm

in their shoes. Once that decision has been made, they need to break ground somewhere, whether it's in Charlotte or if it's expanding the facility here in Mason. They need to do that sooner rather than later, because now we're only ten months away from them moving things into the facility here in Mason, and then their only twenty two months away from having to move it into Charlotte. So they need to get going. So I think the decision we're talking

a matter of two three four weeks. Okay, Page two is a headline. When I think of business, and I think of money, and I think of power, and I think of American capitalism, which has created the middle class, the greatest economy in the world, despite the fact we find so much wrong with it. There's no place that'd rather be than in America. No place or rather live in the dry state. While I was at a function last night at the Xavier Sintas Center where I met some of the

leadership of Xavier plus many others about important issues. It was a great get together. Many are talking about moving to Warren County in the Boone County because of what's happening in the city of Cincinnati, which is a gross increase in the income tax, plus the safety issue. Issues are shots being fired in the gaslight district at little three year old birthday parties are being disrupted with he's thrown out of car doors and Clifton. Things are not good, But headline

CNBC shrink and theft losses near one billion dollars at lows. Here's how much they're costing other retailers. I'm watching a collapse of civilization. I would assume there's massive theft happening in Warren County somewhere, but when it's discovered, the indicted individual goes before a conservative jury and goes to prison. That doesn't happen

in many other urban areas. What was your reaction as a business leader when it's shrinking the theft losses at Lows in one year approach a billion dollars. Please tell me your reaction, you know, Willie, I started off my career managing money for other people and four own K plans and things like that, so I'm fairly well versed in a lot of things I don't know. One of the things I do know is you know some of the Wall Street terminologies and things like that. And here in the last couple of years,

there's been a new word that has appeared in financial statements of company. That word is shrinkage. Shrinkage is a another term for theft, and that our inventory is just gone. And it is not one or two companies, it's across the board. And before we get into why this is happening, I want I want your listeners to kind of understand it. Fiscal twenty two annual shrink loss from lows nine hundred and ninety seven million, and just for comparison

purposes, ten years ago that number was three hundred and fifteen million. It averaged around three hundred million until twenty sixteen, then all of a sudden, four hundred million, then five hundred million in twenty twenty, twenty twenty one, seven hundred and eighty six million, and just since last year at just under eight hundred million, it went to almost a billion dollars just at lows

because people are literally going in and taking the money. Target second quarter shrinkage two hundred and nineteen point five million dollars shrink in a quarter a quarter. They're on pace to do a billion, Yes, that's a quarter. Macy's second quarter eleven point two billion, TJX TJ Max one hundred and fifty million higher than the year before, Dick's Sporting Goods twenty seven millions, dollar tree eighty eight million for the quarter, times all of those times. For So,

that is what's going on in our society. That's what's going on with our retailers. And there is a direct correlation with areas that have high shrinkage and loss of stores. And who does that hurt? The god fearing, law abiding citizens of those areas because the stores go away because people steal and rob them blind and they can't afford to keep the doors open. It hurts

those residents who we all care so much about. My goodness, we're taking those stores and grocery stores away because they can't stay in business in certain areas. Right, it's amazing if you have fifty percent off, you're getting some cash in the door to pay the products. But when Lows and other retailers lose one billion dollars a year on shrinkage and theft, and it's accelerating,

it's not going down, it's going up. When that occurs, those customers who use those stores are going to complain, holler moan about the fact that there's food deserts, or there's retail deserts, or no one's coming here. And this is a small number of people and one thing. There's always been some internal theft happening with employees walking out the door. But this is industrial

strength. These are the gangs, the warlords out of northern Mexico that see right for the plucking billions of dollars that they can sell on the internet for thirty forty cents on the dollar. And away you go. And so that's where we're headed. They call it organized crime, and I should correct my last statement. It's not just in certain areas, it's everywhere. Really. I mean Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hill. I mean they've the smash and grab.

It's happening everywhere, especially throughout even nicer areas of California. And there's a direct cause and effect of our being, our society, our interpretation of right and wrong and is it okay to do certain things? And what's the penalty when you break the law. What are we as a society going to do? Do we just let oh, you know, it's okay, he just stole something or he or she and then all of a sudden, we're just going to do in a cashless bond. We're going to let him out

the next day. Nobody, nobody, quote unquote was harmed in the commission of this grab and flee. So we as a society, we're saying, no big deal. So what are certain people in the society doing, especially organized crime. They're coming in and saying, we're going to take advantage of that. So we're getting we're reaping what we sowed when it came to our

crime and punishment policies related to this subject. And then when the store employees try to stop this massive theft by direct means, they're fired by their employers. I can recall the Louis Vatan theft out of the Kenwood Town Center, which is the greatest retail shopping center and the Midwest is right here at the Kenwood Town Center and smash and grab one in three or four, mask up, no fingerprints. I seventy one is right there smashing grabs. No one's

going to stop them. There's no security present. If there was, they can't arrest. That is all organized retail theft. And if you come across the southern border and you've got a certain kind of a bracelet on, what you have to do is do what they tell you to do, or else you and your family will be killed or raped or murder, whatever it might be. So these individuals have industrial strength Louis Vatan thefts happening all over the

country. Rado drive Kenwood Town Center. They go where the money is, and it is sad. And to stop it you have to build prisons, have prosecutors that will prosecute, police at will, arrest and away you go because right now I walk into a jewelry store. I saw this one in New York City. They went him with sledgehammers, broke him, and they broke the display cases and took literally a half a million dollars in diamonds in

your pocket and out the door. And a couple tried to stop this big fat guy with a bag putting diamonds in and he was apprehended, but he was out on bond within two hours because it was a quote property crime in New York City. They don't prosecute those property crimes. And this person has gone to do more of it. Unless we draw the line somewhere in our

society, guess what, We're going to have complete chaos. It It'll be like Escape from New York with Snake Pliskin Snake Pliskin, and that's what it's going to come to. But if it happens in Warren County, you got a prosecutor dot a prosecute, you got police at will arrest, and so that metastasizes in the city more. But we got to run. David Young the Commission, I'm very happy to hear what's going on. It's not done till it's done, and if if it is done but the tennis tournament,

it will be a long term, guaranteed, bonus laden contract. And God knows we need that. We need the w EBN fireworks, we need the LPGA, we need all these ancillary events off to the side. They'll produce hundreds of millions of dollars and the quality of life that other cities do not have. We have the Crown Jewel, which is the Western and Southern w EBN Fireworks and also the tennis tournament. So on a scale of one to ten, are you getting closer to ten? Are you at nine point five?

Eight point seven five? Where are you at this point? I would say I'm close to an eight at this point between seven and a half. I'll say a solid seven and a half because I've been around long enough to know it ain't done until it's done. But this is a such an important asset for the entire region. Really, it's not just Warren County in the city of Mason, it's the entire region. This is a big deal. In Warren County. We have thirty to forty international companies that are located here,

and we only have two hundred forty thousand residents. There's a disproportionate amount of international companies here in Warren County. I can't put my finger on in the direct correlation, but common sense dictates there's a reason why they're here. Why do these international companies know about little old Warren County Because we're doing it right and they've seen our name through the Western Southern Tennis Tournament. So there

is a correlation. There is a benefit to the taxpayers. We don't like to lose. We're gonna win. I'm confident in it. But again, it ain't done until it's done. Willie and the Joker and Coco Golf, they won the big tournament, the Western and Southern Tennis Open. Then then go to the city on the East coast and they went some other event. I don't recall exactly what it was, but they won the Western and Southern Open. The women's champion, the men's champion. The greatest of all time

is the Joker. The Joker is wild and having won the Western and Southern, he felt impossible win the US Open along with it. All right, Commission, thank you for calling in, and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And when there's massive theft happening. Prosecute, prosecute, prosecute, David Young, Thank you very much. God bless you, Willie, and God bless America. Let's continue with more bill cutting into great American

life. Which term of the Reds still searching for that playoff spotty game and a half out? Hello, Hello, Hello, quiet, and I'm broadcasting. I'll be careful. What you wished for the Democrats had gone after the Trumpster with hooks and clause is fair play? Right? Yeah? I think so. Every time Biden or Obama or Clinton leave office, they become worth a billion dollars.

The Trumpster gave up a billion or two dollars, didn't take a salary, So turn about his fair play. Now I got more information about your buddy Mel Tucker that you ran around with a little bit O boy when he was at Ohio State. Okay, now what happened? He claims, uh huh that the sexual information and interactions on the on the phone, it's called phone sex. Talkt to Sarah Lee about that phone sex, it's not sex with a phone was and sensual.

It was accepting she was participating that Brenda Tracy, the sexual harassment expert fighting sexual harassment, approved of the inner play on the phone, according to mel Tucker, And he wants his seventy five mill bags of cash. Is that was he was making? It was making at Michigan State ten million year? Yeah? Now now the now, the the lady has fought back and said, what it is insulting for any man to say that I would enjoy having

quote sex over the telephone with any person. That is insulting for someone to make such a suggestion. So the party, shall we say, are hardening their positions, so to speak. Well, so was this headed to like Michigan Superior Court or something in it? Well, this is definitely a he said, She said, right, but I would imagine I'm not sure that Brenda Tracy, the expert on sexual harassment correct and sexual assault, who bothers

a rape survivor herself. Okay, probably has evidence. Well. Yeah, The Reds kickoff a three game series up against the Tigers tonight in Motown AKA Detroit. Coverage at five forty with Sports talking to Ralph's American Grill Inside Pitch and let's see one of the ex Trainings and Kelsey Chevrolet ex Raining Show after the game. Sorry, don't make another. It's the home opener for the

Bengals on Sunday. Get ready for the game actually on Friday with the Mike Casdrucy Ford and Milford and Alexandria Football Frenzy and the Natty Live from the Holy Grail starting at three, presented by Encore Technologies, Skyline Chili and ACR, Gun Eyed Pools and Spas right here on seven hundred WLLW. You know, I like Frank's zibel, but I have section three B one. If you're prepared to hear mel Tucker's contract. Oh, I thought that was an new

airplane that the US was putting together. Go ahead subsection three Clause B Subsection one A. Are you prepared? Sounds like Barney Fife arresting somebody, but go ahead. Mel Tucker's contract states the fallen quote if the coach engage quote in any conduct which constitutes moral turpitude, or which, in the university's reasonable judgment, would tend to bring public disrespect, contempt, or ridicule upon the university, he may be terminated for calls, meaning the school owes him nothing.

Now, did the activities during phone sex, sex and more sex constitute moral turpitude? Yes? Well, according to this other ex mel hit the road jack well according to as other expert. If if not as detail ailed as many I've seen, there are some that lay out all kinds of specific conduct. This is a catch all phrase which is subject to interpretation, which means it's going to go to court and lawyers are going to be involved,

and you're gonna be happy though. The ray and the me somewhere between zero and seventy five mil for this fifty two year old coach who's been happily married for more than a quarter of a century with children, So he's gonna he's gonna get it both ways from her and from the wife. I would think missus mel Tucker is not happy, very happy about these circumstances. Correct. Well, you kind of phone did they have? Is what I want to know. I must be I don't know, must be from Kid Chris's show

rotary dial, isn't I don't know? Flip phone? Cell phone? There was some flipping going on Joe Burrow. They've gone a little bit deeper into Joe Burrow's contract, deep into it, all right. The news about that five year, two hundred and seventy five million dollar contract extension with the Bengals.

But it scores a forty million dollar pay raise this year. He gets a forty million dollar pay raise this year and a whopping one hundred and forty six point five million fully guaranteed when they put the pen in his hand and he signed it. How much guaranteed? One hundred and forty six point five million. What's he making this year forty mill? Well, he's making fifty five million a season now with two he had two years remaining on his rookie

contract. Okay, the fourth year and then the exercise of the fifth year option. Burroughs contract now combines for a seven year, three hundred and ten million dollars deal through twenty twenty nine. Maybe he should play better, very surpassing Patrick Mahomes at twelve years. At four eighty, he has left everybody in the dust in the Queen's City. So Mike Brown gave him bags of cash, U more bags than Kroger probably has right now. Well, all

I can say is that any better play better? Would you agree? I would say I would. I would slightly say that it better be a win and a much better effort Sunday in the jungle or the natives are going to be real restless. Do you think people went cuckoo after oh and one? What if they go and two again? Oh? Well, wait a minute, that we got if we got breaking news from the zoo that Fritzi Fritz is up to seven hundred and fifty pounds Fritz, there's Fritz right there,

seven five. Oh so the not on weight watcher so great number nine. Not Carson, but JB. Correct was making like twelve million this year in his rookie deal. He gets an additional forty mill. Well, he gets a forty million dollar pay raise this year. That's something like the UAW is gonna get by Thursday. Don't you think too? He better play a lot better. All I can say is so his bass salary was one bass salary this year was just a little over one million. He signed for thirteen million

and a roster move of let's see you making it. It's unbelievable, these numbering, these numbers are nuts. How about this. Seventy crocodiles escape a zoo in China. They've made a break for it. Somebody calls swamp people and get him to shoot him, Elizabeth, shoot him. Seventy crocodiles have broken loose from a zoo. Somebody somebody called Troy Landry and get the swamp people out there. Than Maynard said it. We're gonna get more money to

feed the animals. We're going to release him. And MRI has confirmed New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers has torn his left achilles tendant last night and the win over the Buffalo Bill's Rogers hurt and the Jets fourth play of the of the season. They're gonna go with Zach Wilson now. Colin Kaepernick's agent has dialed up the New York Jets and has reached out to the Jets about his desire to return to the National Football League. It's four nights of complete darkness.

He's got He's got that for sure. You can't make that up. Seventy five million dollars and yeah, he plays for four play snaps snaps is achilles tendon done? I want to feel what pure love feels like. Pure will. I've talked to Mel Talker about I did. I really did well. He must talk to the magical experience with uh, the sensation of feeling a hundred different hands on my body, imparting a blessing of love and giveness for myself and gratitude for this life from what seemed to be my ancestors.

Huh. And I came back in the pandemic hit. That's Aaron Rodgers in the hut, New Mexico. Wasn't this? It was in some haba hut. I thought it was Oregon, four days by himself and total black. Yeah, and now he's got like this show every day. Focus on your achilles a little bit there Aaron College basketball, Willie Xavier. Of course they are there. I think Zach Freemantle's out for the year is with his foot. So they reportedly landed a commitment from six year six foot nine big man

out of Slovenia, twenty year twenty year old Sasa Si Sasa Sianni. Isn't he in Freemantles coming? Back at me. I don't. I don't know. They said he might be out as foot still as messed up. I was at Xavier yesterday interacting with Xavier officials. Yeah, Sean Miller was there. He did not bring up Freemantle at all. Uh this Siani has averaged eleven points and seven rebounds a game in the top tier basketball league in Croatia.

Now you were going to ask me, I know where Slovenia is so over the Eastern Europe, isn't Southern Central Europe bordered by an on the west, by Italy, Austria to the north, also Hungary, Croatia and the Adriatic Sea. I was like the old Yugoslavia with Teto. So remember Teto. Yeah, he manages the Guardians, doesn't He's got some problems too. It might only compan I know. I think he said. I think he's going to retire after this year. He's a good player. Remember remember when

he crawled to home plate at for the Reds. Was also an astrodome Michael Jordan's coach. So we'll see what happens. But we got nothing but problems now with Aaron Rodgers and Mel Tucker in a hut and Mel Tucker. The victim says, it is insulting to think that, in my profession that I would engage in such things with the head football coach of Michigan State. I mean, you know, I don't know, I don't even I don't know. Say get me out of the students report. I'm gonna stand a shock

and disbelief, Willy. We on this Tuesday, we see happy anniversary to the one and only Jeff Ruby, as this week marks the forty second year that the precinct opened forty two years ago. This week, how to get McCall later on? Why not? By the way, you how to talk to Joe Burrow and the family about playing a little better football? Would you

agree he could not have looked any worse, That's for sure. Say get me out of the students report, please, William, daughter of a rainy but dry day here in the tri State, wherever you live, we leave you with the immortal words of the studs Report. But even Democrats are worried about the president. Stage of Wall Street Journal had a poll showing two thirds of Demo craps say Joe Biden is too old to run again. Are you prepared to be Commander in chief. Yes, I am. If necessary.

That's why I'm against the impeachment of Joe Biden right there. Correct, that woman is incompetent. Maybe that's why the crocodiles left. They're coming after her. Believe me, if seventeen crocs eggxit Thine Maynard Cincinnati Zoo, see, you wouldn't want to be a Lastly he said this, and we don't feed the animals. I'm releasing them. Correct, call swamp people on seven hundred

All that countdown is odds two twenty twenty three. I ard radio music festivals at a thousand arts before I make you, I'll bring a thousand all baby before I am too. I want to be asked with a baby a minute. But I'm bad of the board, bad of the board, Billy Cunning in the Great America. Unless you and I talk about nuances and how little things should make big differences in life, I'm told by the political experts.

And I went to an event yesterday at at Xavier, which I love, and we spoke with some of the Savior leadership on morals and values and issues. And then Republicans are there and we spoke about some of the issues. And there's such a sense that on their Republican side that Joe Biden cannot win another election it's impossible. And there's such a sense on the Democratic side that

Donald Trump cannot win another election. And I'm looking at these things thinking, well, what's going to be different about twenty twenty relative to twenty twenty four and vice versa. Well, one thing different is that Joe Biden obviously has a mental loss and the alternative is so bad that the independent voter is not gonna want to vote for Joe Biden. But will that independent voter then vote for Donald Trump when they didn't vote for him in twenty twenty And the answers

probably know the independent voter doesn't want Biden and done one Trump. From my perspective, if the only choice I have in twenty twenty four is going to be Trump or Biden, I'm going with Trump one thousand percent. I will compare the four years of his record as president to the four years of Joe Biden and say who did a better job. Well, Donald Trump did a whole lot better. The country in January of twenty twenty one had relatively a

close down. Southern border crime was going down in the major city inflation was about one point eight percent, gasolene was about a dollar ninety a gallon, And we had a president who would focus at some point on the deficit and the debt, which didn't happen during the four years of Donald Trump nor during the four years of Joe Biden. So maybe that's a wash. And the four years that Trumpster was the president, the cumulent national debt went up about

eight trillion dollars and it's going up more under Biden. So I look at it that way. But for those who saying I brought this point up last night that the so called four states that will decide the election, and there's about one hundred thousand voters in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona that's going to decide the election. And I look at what happened in Pennsylvania. John Fetterman, who was at that point the lieutenant governor, had a serious

stroke in the summer of twenty seri stroke and it was nonrecoverable. He began a debate, ending the debate with thanking everyone for being there. He sounded like Joe Biden on a good day. And so the Pennsylvania voter come November had the option of voting for John Fetterman, who was obviously mentally challenged, not capable of doing his job at all, didn't have a mind against doctor Oz, who was a Trump supporter, and Trump went there to help doctor

Oz, and it wasn't that close in Pennsylvania. So the fact that Joe Biden is mentally incapable of doing the job, it's going to be irrelevant to a whole bunch of Democratic voters and independent voters who are so turned off by everything about Donald Trump they can't stand it. And on the Republican conservative side, we're so turned off. I'm a conservative libertarian, I'm not a Republican. I look at the candidates, and I vote for Democrats all the time,

but I don't vote for very many. I look at that thing, and like a Pennsylvania voter might say, his, look, I'm not going to vote for John Fetterman as much as I'm voting against Donald Trump and doctor

Oz. That's what I'm going to do. And in California when she ran about four years ago, Diane Feinstein was obviously mentally gone, didn't have a mind, and California Democrats still voted for her, and independent voters voted for her over a Republican candidate and the Senate who was bright, intelligent, a job creator, et cetera. I wasn't even close. She won fifty nine percent of the vote, beat the Republican easy. So what matters is the

labeling of the party instead of the qualifications of the candidate. There's Joe Fetterman still Kent. Contend that he's a functioning United States senator. He's no more functioning than Joe Biden is functioning or Diane Feinstein is functioning. They're not functioning. And it doesn't make any difference because you vote against something more than you vote for something. And so for those who say, well, Cornell West may file as a candidate, he's a black leftist liberal and take away a

lot of black vote from Joe Biden, I don't see it. It's possible he may get one two percent of the vote. It's possible, but very unlikely. And so the odds of the Trumpster being the nominee of the Republican Party is almost ninety nine percent. As long as he's eligible and possible to be the nominee, he will be the nominee. And I think the convention this year, correct me if I'm wrong, I think's in Wisconsin. So he's going to be the nominee with ninety one counts pending against him. He's

out on bond. The Democrats played dirty. They play that game. And now the Republicans are going to put up a candidate that viewed in the abstract, that Republicans will never vote for, which is somebody out on bond facing ninety one counts about half in state government and half federal government. Who knows what's going to happen. And the Democrats were trying to rock in a hard place. Many of them do not even recognize America today. How things have

quickly changed because of the digital age. Four or five years ago, we were in pretty good shape coming out of the pandemic. We had full employment, we had low inflation, we had energy workers everywhere. America was not at war with anyone. The Afghanistan debacco never would have happened under the Donald, nor would Putin ever have invaded Ukraine with Donald in the White House.

It wouldn't have happened. And right now, as I speak to my left, it appears that North Korea and their armored train with Kim John Hunn is on his way to meet with Vladimir Putin to give him millions and millions of new artillery shells and other armaments and exchange for free oil and gas in New Mexico in North Korea. And so that would never happen if the Donald, if we had a strong president, which we do not. We have someone beyond week. We have someone that can't identify where he is in life?

Where am I? How do we get off? He can't find his way off a stage, much less out of some complicated international dispute. In fact, yesterday on nine to eleven, he released to the Iranian Mullah's terrorist state six billion dollars in brand new money and exchange for some hostages. Remember how much trouble Ronald Reagan got in for trading arms for hostages. Well, hell, the media made that a big deal. Yesterday on nine to eleven,

Biden agreed to give an exchange for hostages six billion dollars to Iran. How much media coverage was there of that almost none, nothing, because it involved, of course, a Democrat. So I look at this. We have Donald Trump against Joe Biden, assuming Joe Biden can make it the next fourteen months in shape, without rolling down steps, without saying or doing something which is completely absurd once. He does on a regular basis, but the media

doesn't cover it. He said in Alaska yesterday, Joe Biden did that. He went to nine eleven a memorial the crime scene the day after. He went there the day after, and he looked into the gates of hell. No, he didn't. On September twelve, twenty oh one, Joe Biden was in Washington, DC. So he simply makes stories up. He doesn't really lie. A lie is an intentional falsehood. Joe Biden doesn't have a

mind to form an intent. He doesn't know where he is. He did go to the nine to eleven site about ten days later, but it wasn't the day after. You might recall that it happened on the Tuesday, and President of Bush went there on a Friday and gave the speech about the US who knocked down this building. Soon hear from all of us. Biden wasn't there. He just lied about it and made it up. But he does

on a regular basis. More reportings come out. In addition to all of the women Joe Biden sexually assaulted in his life from terror Reid to a woman named Lauretta Sanchez, to another woman and named Denise something or other in Wisconsin. He's sexually assaulted numerous women and then has recently come out the diary of his daughter, Ashley, the only child he and Jill had, that he appears from her diary too, sexually molested his own daughter. How big a

story was that? Not at all? Nope, nothing, And he smells women's hair and he grabs him by the butt on a regular basis. Mel Tucker is in trouble for doing something improper over a telephone call, self pleasuring him himself, and he's in big trouble. But Joe Biden is engaged in much worse behavior and immediately doesn't care. They've chosen sides and said Republican Democrat good, so they're going to keep covering this race as if Democrats indicting their

major political opponent, it's like, okay, it's no big deal. Practically every incoming president could have indicted the predecessor for something in the last forty or fifty years. It was available constantly, but only Joe Biden and the Democrats in New York City and the Democrats in Atlanta have crossed the rubicon. They've done it, and now it's going to be a regular event where the incoming administration will seek to indict the lawyers and the friends and the family and those

related to the previous president. It's going to happen with Joe Biden if he survives mentally, and it's not in adult daycare somewhere, so it's gonna happen. It was announced today that McCarthy's going to open up an impeachment inquiry for all the millions of dollars to the big guy. It just lays out there normally going after fraud and going after bribery. It's like a staple of mainstream media, not anymore. If it evolves a Democrat, it will not be

investigated. If it involves a Republican, it will be amplified. And the occasional independent voter that isn't clear about politics at all. Well from the background noise gather opinions about Republicans or Democrats based upon the cacophony of voices on the left that dominate the mainstream media. So here we are. Many of us

have said I can't recognize America today. I think if you would talk to Charlie Lucan or Tom Lucan Bless his soul, a traditional Democrat, a Tim Burke Chairman of the party, the Dick Celeste, the traditional Democrats, they would be aghast on what's happened to their Democratic Party. Because liberals like my friend Jerry Springer may rest in heaven. I hope Jerry Springer and liberals believe in racial integration. From many one equal opportunity signs used to be up everywhere,

equal opportunity. The Marxists left today believes in racial segregation, you know, separate graduation ceremonies based upon race, separate campus housing projects based upon race, and that if individuals of color have bad test results and go to school, it's someone else's fault. Liberals believe in color blindness, but the Marxists left rejects the idea of color blindness in favor of something called racist. If it's color blind, if you don't see race, then you're a racist.

And of course, liberals have always believed in America, the Great Liberals and the Senate, the House, in cities, counties, and states have always believed that America is special, that America is exceptional. But the Marxist Left believes that we're fundamentally immoral, beginning with Obama is saying that we're not exceptional at all. And just think about this. Liberals have always believed in free speech Berkeley campuses sixties and seventies now free speech, which by the way,

by law includes hate speech. Hate speech is covered by the First Amendment. The Marxist left does not believe in freedom of speech. In fact, two thirds of college students say it is proper to shout down speakers on college campuses that you disagree with. Don't let them speak, including law students at Stanford, don't let them speech. So the Marxist left doesn't believe in freedom of speech or freedom of religion or the Second Amendment. That they believe in shouting

those down you disagree with and liberals. Liberals have always believed in the existence and the support of Israel and my Jewish friends eli Cineville Country Club. But the Marxist Left is anti Israel and supports Israel's enemies AOC, the Squad.
