Billy Cunningham, the Great America. Welcome to this glorious Friday afternoon of the tri State. After the Reds have swept up on the Yankees. The Yankees were completely non competitive against the Reds. For the first time in history, the Yankees lost got swept in a series by an intra party team like the Reds. First time it's ever happened. In fact, the Reds have never swept the Yankees going back to nineteen seventy six. They won two games there

to win the World Series. But it's been a while, so you can see momentous things are happening. So as we continue, Doctor Carol Lieberman is an expert on many things. She's a board certified psychiatrist, and she's wonderful when it comes to issue of cognitive health. She's a real medical doctor. She is a psychiatrist, board certified psychiatrist, and award winning and best selling author and doctor Carol Lieberman. Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show and Doctor

Lieberman. There are many issues I want to cover with you. Time is so limited. But number one, it appears that the media, which spent months and years telling us that anyone who questioned the psychiatric condition of Joe Biden's was conducting in fake videos and AI and that it was ridiculous to consider the fact that our president is not cognitively alert, which has been present for two or three years, and if you went after him, it was all political.

And so give me first your perspective. You have a posting here that's seventy percent of the American people seventy percent say that a voters doesn't have mental cognitive and help to serve for the next four and a half years. Whoever we elect this November is going to be there in January of twenty twenty nine. January of twenty twenty nine, So give me your view expressing this column about what the voters believe about Joe Biden's cognitive declines. Well, it's about

times that the voters woke up to just how declined he is. I have been talking about this, trying to warn people in twenty twenty for the when he ran in twenty twenty from his basement that he had I called it encroaching dementia. And since then it has continued to encroach evermore. And now you

don't have to be a psychiatrist or a forensic psychiatrist to see it. And now, of course, of course a lot of people are very resistant to that idea, resistant to believe in what they see, because you know, these are the people who don't want to vote for Trump, and they would vote for a banana if it was running against him. So, but you know, so a lot of his symptoms, a lot of the symptoms of dementia. And I've never examined Joe Biden personally, I have to say that,

but I did. I wrote a column and an op ed that invited him, a letter to him that was published that invited him to take a cognitive exam that I would give him. And of course, still waiting for the phone to ring. Don't think that's going to happen. But at least, you know, people are realizing this, and it's so dangerous. You know. One of the latest things that came out is he's talking about how

he doesn't he can't do any work after eight pm. Well, I'm glad now, I'm glad now, Buten and all our other enemies know that if they're going to strike America, you better do it after eight pm easton standard time. I mean, it's so crazy. We are in such danger and before and after eight PM, and not to mention, of course, the danger of terrorists in our country increasingly in our country. It's a sad juxtaposition of what ought to be as opposed to what is. And I look at

the cover up. This makes the Watergate cover up look like child's play, because you had begetting with maybe one of your compatriots, doctor Joe Biden, who is a doctor in an education is with them. I would assume almost every hour of every day. She knows what's going on. The Pretorian guard around Joe Biden knows what's going on. Those who have met with him, Democrats and Republicans know what's going on. And it's been not shocking. On

June twenty seventh when the debate took place, people were shocked. I can't believe what I'm saying. And if you got most of your news in the mainstream media, you thought this guy could do backflips like some own biles, and he could stand on his on one hand, and he could recite the Koran backwards. And so I'm thinking, what the hell are we dealing with there? Isn't it amazing that after the twenty seventh the majority of the American

people saw something they've not seen before. And if that's the case, where the hell have they been the past four or five years? Exactly where have they been? And in fact, you know, I was talking about it in twenty twenty, but apparently in twenty nineteen the family he was diagnosed in twenty nineteen and it was all hushed up. I didn't even know that. And just just until just a few days ago, Tucker Carlson has a video

online about it. You know, he's giving a talk in Australia or New Zealand, I don't know, and he talked about how he had a friend who is friends with Biden's sister val and they knew back then. And then I did an interview with Simon Conway and he was talking about how when they came into his studio in twenty nineteen that he told Jill Biden that there's something

wrong with Joe. You should take him to a doctor, right, And she didn't listen, of course, So well, if you're in the cover of Vogue magazine, why would you want to listen to someone who would take you off the cover of Vogue? And at this point exactly, doctor Carol Lieberman Oxios is reporting that he works, according to our house staff, so

to speak, from ten am until four pm with an afternoon nap. So assuming there's at three am Teleon, Well, who's making these decisions the past four years, who's been appointing the federal judges, who's doing the work? Who is it? It's Obama, It's it's mainly Obama. He's pulling the strings. And that's why our country is in such incredible and incredibly bad state,

and that's why we're more in danger of terrorists than ever before. It's Obama and you know, behind he's pulling the strings behind the curtains, and it's really very sad, and of course that's why he hasn't been you know, he's been very sort of ambivalent about whether to. You know, on the one hand, he protects Joe and on the other hand, you know, he may be like talking to some people behind the scenes, but he wants Joe unless it's going to be Michelle Obama, so they then put up.

He wants Joe to keep running because basically that's him running. Obama running well. Now, Doctor Lemham and a completely different topic, Guy ten at many Fourth of July events parades, especially of one type or another. And I'm always heartened by the fact that average Americans come out many times in thunderstorms and rain to sell celebrate the greatness of our country, and are outter of the great heat, whatever it might be. But I do notice one thing.

There's many children and are as many folks over at the age of thirty and forty. And I've noticed that between the ages of about eighteen years old and thirty, there's a sense this is not a special country, that somehow we don't deserve to exist, That somehow they've been taught by high school and colleges, as reflected by what we see in the Ivy League demonstrations in favor of Amas who are the murderers, that somehow the country is not worth saving.

And the great majority of younger folks do not get their information from talk radio or from you or from me. They don't get their information even from mainstream media. Where they get their information from is the Internet and social media, maybe TikTok videos, things of that character. And you've been around a

long time as I have been, are you a little concerned? And I think this is reflected by the lack of enlistments in the military, that it is very difficult to get people to serve as police officers or deputies, sheriffs, are corrections officers, the FBI, the US Marshal Services looking for more recruits that come up the ranks. I look all around, and my good friend mister Rowe tells me that every year there's five men, generally men,

but some women leaving the trades, and every year about two enter. So there's a shortness of those who want to work and a shortness of those who want to wave the American flag a country worth saving. When I see fast food restaurants that can't serve fast food anymore because they can't find employees willing to work and start at fifteen or twenty dollars an hour, do you see long term, I mean in ten or twenty years, when these individuals are in

charge, that the country is fundamentally changing. I am just heartsick about all of this. I see this all the time. I mean increasingly. It's of course, it has to do with what they're being taught in school, you know, I mean this somehow, this has been creeping and we've kind we have. The one good thing about the pandemic is that because it made most students do online learning, you know, on a computer, and so on. Parents got to see some of what was going on in school.

And it is just awful. The teachers who there are teachers who people who have become teachers, who have been gradually working their way into the educational system, who are teaching this stuff, teaching what a bad country America is.

You know, how were we slaves? And you know, all all racist and all of this, and and you know, capitalism is bad and I mean all of these things that are so anti American and not true, and and so then they grow up thinking believing this, and I mean, yes, it is very, very I mean we're going to be sitting deep deep trouble if we I mean, we're going to have to start the draft because people are going to want to sign up because they you know, why should

I sign up? I mean like after nine to eleven there was so much patriotism and people rushed to sign up to join the military. And if there was a nine to eleven now, you know, they'd be sitting in their parents' basements watch playing violent video games. You know, Doctor Carol Lieberman, I watch I hear about the view on ABC in the morning. I watch it sometimes that you don't have to, And I watch a segment with doctor Condaleza Rice, Secretary of State, a brilliant woman, grew up in Alabama.

Her and her family. She had a structured family. They could not attend movie theaters in the nineteen fifties. They couldn't go into some restaurants. It was terrible. And her mother and father said, you know what, Condalsa, You're going to be successful in life. You're gonna work hard,

work smart. You will overcome the racism of that Southern regime. By the way, they were all Democrats, the democrats in the South who after the Civil War lynched and Jim crow Laws were the same Democrats in charge in the nineteen fifties and sixties. And she made the point that she found it amazing as she succeeded. Now Condoleeza Rice, who rarely plays golf, belongs to

Augusta National Golf Course. But nonetheless, she said, I find it amazing that when I talk about school choice, and I talk about vouchers, and I talk about charter schools, and I talked to the editorial board of the New York Times, the Washington Posts, who set the agenda for liberal America. I often ask those editorial board members, do you send your children to New York City public schools? Do you send your kids to Washington, d

c. Public schools? And she said, I've never gotten a yes from any of them, who are telling everyone else that charter schools and school choice and vouchers are wrong. And so the system now makes sure that black kids grew up in dysfunctional cities, with the dysfunctional streets where moms and dads can't walk around, that marriage is almost irrelevant, and we want to lock these kids and the failing dysfunctional public schools, just as happened in the South of

the nineteen fifties and sixties. And she made the point to view, how many of your kids are attending New York City public schools and him haul and around was unbelievable. So they preach one game to keep black kids held down, but then in their own lives they go to Sidwell and other exclusive private schools. Can you smell when I'm cooking? I never heard that expression.

That's good? Well, you know, I mean, the thing is that I'm not saying that there wasn't that slavery back in the day and that there isn't still some degree of But the parial problem is we're making it worse because with the teaching critical race theory in schools, when kids are born, they don't know color they're they're not the born racist. No matter what color they

are. They care about kids. You know, they take their friends by who they like and who's friendly to them and who's nice to them and all of that. But teaching critical race theory that one group is the oppressor and the other group is the oppressed right away, starting in elementary school, you're creating racism. She made that point that you can't come through an urban public

school without being taught that the color of your skin determines an outcome. And she said, if my parents had done that to me in Alabama, I never would have been the secretary of State. I never would have walked in the corridors of power. I never would address to you and if I thought the color of my skin would determine outcome. But that's being taught because it's an excuse for the policy failures of those in charge. I just lastly,

we have about two minutes for manning. I'm going to get you're so good about this. Those of us that have daughters or granddaughters between fifteen and thirty years old. Why is there a christ among younger girls especially and boys when it comes to fitting into American society? Why is there such a crisis today with drug use dropping out, obesity and also marijuana use. Why is there

such a crisis among that group? Well, because they look look at what's been happening, and they look at their future, and it doesn't seem bright. It doesn't seem people are feeling like, what's the point? Why should I try hard to do well in school or to you know, plan to have some kind of career or whatever. Why should I aspire to anything?

Like? It seems like the world is going to end. I mean, that's a combination of the pandemic, you know, where it seems that there was never any like the light at the end of the tunnel never really came, and they were deprived of so much for two years, and so there's a sense of mortality, a sense of just why try like and then of course the world situation with you know, with Afghanistan, by this horrible surrender in Afghanistan, just so many things all over the world, you know,

people threatening nuclear boutin and others threatening nuclear war. I mean, it seems like there's not going to be a future there, so they feel like why

should they try. It's very depressing. They are very depressed and about the country, you know, about feeling pride in America, just to circle back to what we started talking about, and just in general, you know that they feel defeated before they've begun, and it's up to parents to really be like kundelieves the Rice's parents, you know, to encourage them, to inspire them, to take them to extracurricular activities, to help them find what it

is that they're passionate about. Well, that's great. Great, they're depressed, unhappy, family structure, meeting a man, or if you're a man meeting a woman and forming a family, having children, struggling, working hard. That's a problem, isn't it. Yes, I mean with these dating apps and so on, you know, dating, romance, love, it's it's kind of been really ruined by dating apps. You know. If you know, if we get into an argument, I'll just swipe right or swipe

left or whatever it is. You know, I'll find somebody else who doesn't argue with me. Or I mean, it's it's it's it's very as a very unfortunate state of affairs. But each person is an individual and they can create their own future. Doctor Carol Lieberman, you're the best there is that this. Thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And please let's do it again. Let's ring the bell and hopefully someone can hear the ring. Let's let's keep doing it. Absolutely, Thank you, God bless America.

Let's continue with more if the line becomes available. Five one, three, seven four, nine, seven thousand. Bill Cunningham News Radio, seven hundred WULW. From the lobster traps of Maine to the nut farms of Hawaii, from the tumbleweeds of Texas to my place where I'm having a garage sale next weekend. No early birds, please, Happy Fourth of July weekend from seven hundred WLW. You know I tell my expensive staff that I'm a workhorse,

not a show horse. I insisted on being here with you this Friday afternoon in the Tri State, despite it being a halfway holiday. The parking garage here at the Death Star is largely absent. Only the true believers are with you today, and I'm one of them. I know tens of thousands are traveling thither and fro to hear the words of the Great America, and you're about to hear them. After one o'clock today will be Scott Powell of the

Discovery Institute. He's written a great column about the meaning of the Fourth of July to make sure it's rooted in patriotism in the almost serendipitous moment when America became a distinct country. Because from fifteen nineteen and through seventeen eighty seven, which was what well over two hundred and thirty forty years, America was divided up among the Dutch and the Friends, and the Spaniards, the Portuguese, the English, all the foreign powers are in this country, and they weren't

giving it up. They thought, this is the home of the free and the land of the brave. We're going to take advantage of this new country over the ocean called America, because it's going to be the land of riches. And at this point there was no guarantee that in seventeen seventy six and the Ten Year War took place under the leadership of George Washington, we would

win against the greatest military power in the world. In fact, many have said, if they were not distracted with France and other wars in Europe, they would have won this country and we would have been a commonwealth. We

would not have existed as a separate country. It took a ban of renegades to say no, no, we want to have our own country here, and they formed the Constitution which had within its boundaries the availability to get rid of slavery down the road, which did happen, which was a unique idea.

Slavery exists today all over the world. Slavery's existed for three thousand year years, and America and Western Europe got rid of slavery, and Africans kept selling their African sons and daughters into slavery for profit long after eighteen sixty three. The history of slavery is a terrible one, but America was at the forefront of ending slavery along with England, and because of the Republican Party, it did end in this country ultimately. So that's down the road. That's

Scott Pala about one oh seven. Then after two o'clock today will be Reabbi Ari Juhnn of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati. He's going to be here to talk about the desecration of those graves in Green Township. I know Tony Rosielo and others with the FBI are on at big time and it must take place. It must occur because those who did these terrible things to a Jewish cemetery,

targeting Jewish headstones are cowards. And now the FBI has posted a ten thousand dollars reward to lead to the information resulting the arrest of those involved in this. So anti Semitism, by the way, is on the left and on the right. The extremes on the left you see it on college campuses. Extremes on the right are the ku klux Plan and right wing racist who

consider Jews not to be full human beings, much less full Americans. And so that's Rabbi John will be here from the Jewish Federation to talk about the fallout from the desecration of that Jewish cemetery in Green Township and more. But until then, lets you and I go through a little bit of a history

lesson. I know the popular thought today is that Joe Biden is mentally incompetent, which by the way, I've said for many years, but it's accelerating, and maybe the whole Democratic Party just figured it out and needs to be replaced immediately by Kamala Harris. Let her run for the presidency. It's largely what the Democrats are now saying, because Joe Biden is not mentally alert, and that to give the acting president the reigns of power Kamala Harris would mean

an easy victory for Donald Trump on November of the fifth. Let me provide to you a short history lesson as to why that would be a terrible mistake. Just going back about one hundred and twenty five years or so, President McKinley, by the way, from Ohio, was fairly popular, and Teddy Roosevelt was a loud mouth from New York that was widely despised by the Republican Party. There were two or three other Republicans who the convention thought should serve

as the vice president. But they thought by putting Teddy Roosevelt as the vice president under William McKinley, that he'd be buried in a job described as a vat of warm spit, and that tr said, I want nothing to do with that. But he was in between gigs and writing books and writing roughshod in the Rocky Mountains. He said, I'll take the job, but I'm gonna I'm not I'm not gonna do it. I'm gonna leave. I'm gonna

tour the world. And McKinley said, great. So McKinley, very popular president from Ohio, selects Teddy Roosevelt at the convention to be his vice president. To bury the guy, to make sure we never hurt him again. Well, lo and behold. A few months later, William McKinley. Bill McKinley was assassinated, and Teddy Roosevelt was informed when he was in Colorado that he's the president, and he was heard to remark to your reporter, that's

a joke, right, I'm the president? Are you kidding me? But Teddy Roosevelt on a train, got back to Washington, DC, and in fact he was the president. Nobody accepted him well as the president, he didn't appear to fit in with the ideas of the Republican Party at the time.

So Teddy Roosevelt runs for election in nineteen oh four and sweeps not just the Republican states, from many Democratic states and went on to become one of the most popular and beloved presidents of the first half of the twentieth century because no one thought he could be the president, which is why he buried him

in the vice presidency. Jump had a few years Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The media, of course, hid the reality of FDR because the media thought that the American people would never vote for a guy that was in a wheelchair. There was nothing wrong with his mind, at least in the nineteen thirties. I think his policies during the Great Depression failed miserably and kept us locked into

the depression for many years, But nonetheless he was the president. He spoke well, spoke on this station on a regular basis, and so when it came time for nineteen forty four, it was obvious to those around FDR, not obvious to the American people that he was in great physical decline, not likely lived very long, and so FDR had two or three aggressive Democrats who wanted to be the VP. But FDR knew that he wanted a weak VP, so that if he did live out the four years till nineteen forty eight,

he would in fact be the president. And I had to look over his shoulder in the regular base. So who did he pick. He picked a failed haberdasher from Independence, Missouri. His name was Harry S. Truman. This guy, according to the media and according to Democratic Party, was a complete incompetent. He'd owned several failed businesses, he was in the clothing business, couldn't do a damn thing right, got elected to the US Senate

by mistake. He's the VP, and he's completely irrelevant. FDR never spoke to Truman. FDR takes office in March of nineteen forty five. He was on his deathbed, and the media did not report upon it because we were in the middle of a war and the media covered up for Democrats, which they always do. So Truman is informed on April the twelfth or thirteenth of nineteen forty five, FDR is dead. Truman was shocked because Truman had not

seen him in months. The media and the Praetorian Guard kept FDR completely away from the media. The media w and report on the truth about FDR's physical condition, and so when Harry S. Truman was informed, he was in Missouri at the time that FDR had died, thought it was a joke. First thing he said was, may God have mercy on me. Harry as Truman goes into the presidency and becomes one of the great presidents of the middle half of the twentieth century, made every right decision. FDR gave away the

store in Yalta. And here this vice president comes in, not liked by Democrats, unknown to the American people and to Republicans, and becomes a very very good president. In fact, Harry S. Truman did not make a bad decision during the nearly eight years he was the president. Now, lastly, before I bring this around to Kamala Harris, John F. Kennedy barely

won the presidency in nineteen sixty. Some said, but for the theft of Democratic votes that way by the mayor of Chicago, Mayor Dailey, that JFK would have lost Illinois, in which case he would have lost the presidency to Richard Nixon. Nixon said, I'm not going to contest it, because probably Nixon did some things he shouldn't have done in California, which, by the way, voted for the Republicans. California for the Republicans. And so if

JFK thought, well, I got to make sure I win Texas. So let's pick Lyndon Baines Johnson to be my VP, despised, disrespected by the Democrat Party. Unknown to the Republican Party or to the nation, LBJ was a well known crook who would steal elections on a regular basis in Texas by stuffing the ballot box. That's how he got elected the first time. So JFK's assassinated and Lbj's with him, and all of a sudden, we have a vice president that was specious at best and unliked by all to become the

new president. The vice president ascends. A year later, LBJ wins a widespread, massive landslide victory over the nineteen sixty four nominee who was very goldwater. And so when my friends on the right tell me today, you know what the twenty fifth Amendment is there for Joe Biden. Obviously, the Democratic Party in the media has lied to you repeatedly about the mental condition of Joe Biden the past four years. He's not mentally equipped. He thinks his uncle

was eaten by cannibals. He falls off bicycles, and he said at the pow Wow in July the fourth that he's Joe Biden said this, I'm the first black female president. Are you kidding? Me, no, I'm not so. The media has been part of the massive conspiracy to downplay the mental issues in the decreptitude of Joe Biden, and right now the liberal media cannot

defend itself anymore, much less the reporters. Sometime tonight, I think it's eight or nine pm on ABC, George Stephanopolis that holds regular meetings with James Carville and Paul mcgala, their friends from the Clinton years when they covered up the peccadillos of Bill Clinton. Supported by the media. Of course, it's going to do a softball interview with Joe Biden. Now. I have a thought that George stephanoppas tonight may morph into a real journalist, but I doubt

it. I doubt it goes. Up to this point, he's not been There's a conspiracy of silence to protect Joe Biden. And part of the co conspirators is the Democratic Party, the staff in the White House, the FBI, the CIA, and the mainstream media. They're all part of it.

And now they're having a come uppance. So for those who say to me, you know, the twenty fifth Amendment should be exercised now by VP Kamala Harris, and I'm thinking of the commentary of the vps that have ascended to the presidency unexpectedly, whether it was Teddy Roosevelt or Harry S. Truman or Into Bains Johnson, all were thought to be clowns of the Capitol k Nonetheless, they get into office and suddenly the viewpoints change about these unknown, unprepared

vps, especially Harry S. Truman, who had to make, beginning in April of forty five, momentous decisions of life and death. Largely have turned out to be correct. Harry Truman was a very good president. FDR was not. Nonetheless, for those who say, okay, Kamala, obviously the media has lied to the American people for years. Obviously all the Democrats have

lied for years about the ineptitude and the mental decline of Joe Biden. The FBI, the CIO knows about it, won't leak a damn thing about him, because they're all Democrats at the top, not not working stiffs, but at the top. So therefore, let's make sure Kamala Harris becomes the acting president, get half the cabinet to agree, file the petition with the House and the Senate clerks, and as soon as they do that, at that

moment, the power of the presidency goes to Kamala Harris. Joe Biden has moved out of the White House, then if he can test his mental ineptitude, he can have a trial, so to speak, in the US Senate. So those who say, okay, let's uh for political reasons, get Kamala Harris involved, put her in charge, and give her five or six

months on the job. She'll fail miserably. O contrere, monfrere, do not assume that is the case, because there's every chance to believe that Kamala Harris, who is completely ill equipped, has not said anything with which I agree and as a cackle that lights up the depravities of left wing politics, would miserably fail as president. I could see this happening sometime soon that Joe Biden steps down and hands the presidency to Kamala Harris or decides I'm not going

to run for reelection. How can he service the president today and tomorrow and next week and next month in the next year when he's mentally incompetent. And the mainstream media, the magazine writers, the opinion writers all know that's the case, and They've lied to you now for four years about the mental competence of Joe Biden. They now want to push him out under the idea that Kamala Harris could carry the banner forward. And any Republican that saves them at

this point should have his head examined. There's no guarantees in life except through Midas Muffler. There's no guarantees that Truman or tr or LBJ we're going to be terrible presidents coming from the vice presidency because they're mentally incompetent. Well, Kamala Harris is the most ill prepared, non governing person that's ever occupied the Vice presidency. In my opinion, She's a complete incompetent. But give her time months in office, the media will fall down and lick her toes.

They're going to love the first female and so called black president because we've had Obama and we've had Bill Clinton. I thought they were the first two black presidents. She claims to come from Jamaica, she claims to come from India. She was raised in Canada, but now she claims tutelage of being an African American, having lived nowhere close to Africa. None of her ancestors ever. But nonetheless, the media is going to love the historical presidence of Kamala

Harris and they will not cover her objectively. There'll be no objective media coverage of Acting President Kamala Harris, zero, zilch, nada none. The media will pump her up to beat Donald Trump. So be careful for what you wish. You may want the law to operate as it should. If the media did its job with Bill Clinton in nineteen ninety two, certainly by nineteen ninety six he was unelectable. If the media did its job with brock Hussein

Obama, he could not have been elected. If the media had done its job in twenty two, there's no way Joe Biden was mentally competent then. Now he's even worse. So count on the media to prop up the acting President Kamala Harris. There'll be puff pieces galore about her greatness in California at a great job she did there, and her greatness as the US Senator, and her greatness in the campaign in twenty twenty, and her greatness as the

vice president most consequential in lifetime. And they will convince suburbanites to vote for Kamala Harris. So for those who say push him out, he's mentally incompetent, I say, make the Democratic Party live with it. You put him there. The media, ABC, NBCCBSPBS and all the rest have covered for him, part of the conspiracy, a massive conspiracy. They lied to you,

and now you know they lied to you. And if this thing happens to the twenty fifth Amendment and Kamala Harris is the acting president, and be careful for what you wish. Let's continue the line ever becomes available five one, three, seven, four nine, seven thousand, pound, seven hundred, the new eight and D ANDT. I watched Morning Joe this morning, so you don't have to. He continues to sing the company line about all the accomplishments of Joe Biden and how bright the guy is. He can read

the alphabet backwards and make some own bios look like she's clumsy. This guy's wonderful talking about Joe Biden. Are you kidding me? So let's continue, And uh, I just uh we're in trouble. Uh maybe it's the tale of two Cities. I watch Morning Joe, and I think these are the best times ever to be an American doing a great job on the southern border. The cities are in great shape, the budget's going to get fixed, and Joe Biden is brilliant when it comes to foreign relations. The guy's brilliant,

absolutely brilliant, unbelievable, according to Morning Joe. Then I think the reality of the cost of everything because of the failure of economic policies, dumping six trillion dollars into a marketplace that didn't need it, causing rampant inflation. You know, more dollars, less products, that means inflation. When I think about the destruction of our southern border, one hundred thousand Americans being killed

every year because of the Mexican drug cartel cannot be constrained. And I think about what's happening in our major cities where crime is rampant, prosecutions are few. We're told that crime is going down, when in reality, the prosecution of crime is going down, but crime itself is through the roof. Let's continue. Coming up after one o'clock is the story of the greatness of our

Y'all, bathroom's got to go with the vanities, decay and joy. Let's really all the baptops giving Bill cunning and the Great American.

The fourth of July many considered to be a great American holiday, and it has been besmirched and defamed over the years by leftist extremists who think of that our country's not worthy of salvation, not worthy of being saved. Fourth of July is a special day for all real Americans. Scott Pale has written a great column which is everywhere rediscovering the meaning and authority of July the fourth. One great sentence quote, if more Americans only understood that they're both the true

errors and the protectors of the birth of the freedom of the world. July fourth celebrations might well take on new dimensions, potentially igniting Americans from all walks of life to sacrifice more time and resources and join the ranks of the growing patriot movement dedicated to saving America's freedom at this critical time. And God knows these are critical times. Scott Powell, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show, and I want you. Part of your column deals with the freedoms American

has as individual persons as opposed to government. When governments are untethered to a constitution, that's an evil. But when Americans are tethered to the Constitution and the Asians and Europeans and South Americans are not, the party in power can do almost anything they want. Each person has power because of the declaration of

independence in the Constitution. Tell the American people at about the freedoms and rights that we have taken for granted for hundreds of years, and why the Constitution and the fourth the July fourth as special which is unique in all the world.

Well, I think we start off really recognizing that the Great vision that was cast in the Declaration of Independence, which was really the It really encapsulated this great realization that America was to be the city on the on a hill, it was to be the salt and light for the rest of the world. When it was you know, when it was first colonized, we had

Christians coming to every single colony. And in fact, you know, when you think of John Windsorp who came to Boston as a Puritan in sixteen thirty on the ship called Arabella, which you know, which stood for I think something having to do with prayer. I mean, everything about these early colonies was a vision of the same pattern that was established by by Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt to the Promised Land. They viewed America as this promised

land, and they were in the same sort of providential position. All the early colonists that were coming to America were coming because this was a promised land. And that attitude really shaped the Thirteen Colonies largely. And so when finally the oppression of Great Britain became so great, there was you know, there was a movement to free ourselves from this growing tyranny of Great Britain. And

that was the inspiration for the Declaration of Independence. But I would remind the audience also that let's just think about how impossible it was for these thirteen independent colonies that had really very little communication with each other because there was no There was not even any telegraph in those days. You know, there was no electricity, it was nothing. And these were independent colonies, so there was

no sense of unity. You know, there may have been an occasional courier going from one colony to the next, but how were these thirteen independent colonies going to over, you know, to succeed in defeating the greatest military power in the world. It was impossible. It was impossible to envision that that that could happen. Well, God, in his great wisdom sent George Whitfield raised up, you know, Jonathan Edwards, who brought about this great awakening.

There was a spiritual revival in America between seventeen seventeen thirty and really right up into the seventeen fifties. It was a twenty year period of revival in America where spiritually the colonies came to feel an affinity with each other and a common cause. Had not had God not brought about that great awakening, I

don't think we would have had a successful war of independence. So we have a very, very profound history, and it is it must be understood in terms of you know, God, God's role in America well to that. You know, when you think about South Carolina compared to Pennsylvania, to go from one place to the other would literally take months to communicate, months to walk through the bridge, to walk through the woods in the forest, and to go across the streams and go up the mountains and down. There was

no way to communicate. Nobody knew North Carolina, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania didn't know existed. And you bring out a great point that the providence, the hand of God had to be involved in this. You say, when secular forces hastened driving God out of America's cultures sixty five plus years ago,

the void became filled with false idols and divisive spiritual influences. Little wonder that average Americans today feel demoralized and confused about the self destructive direction of this country. And we do feel demoralized. We feel as if my God, it's falling apart, the southern border, the city's in flame, ramp and crime. We have a currency being debased, we have fentanyl deaths, we have God knows what's happening. We have nothing close to the problems that existed in

the seventeen seventies, eighties, and nineties. And we've come, in a sense full circle and here we are as Americans wondering what is the fourth of July. I would think average high school students today have no conception of what General George Washington went through in order to keep the country together. Defeat the British Empire was impossible. But for the hand of God, it couldn't have

happened just for a moment or so. Scott talk about the military campaigns of this tall skin surveyor named George Washington with bad teeth, who forged the nation. Talk about the defeats and the victories that he had, very few victories defeats. Tell that to the American people. The most important thing to understand about George Washington is that he had this incredible faith in God, and he had other qualities. He had qualities of persistence and courage the likes of which

we have rarely seen in American history. And his relationship with God was solidified when he was serving under the British in seventeen fifty five when he was just twenty two years old, and it was at that time where the French and Indian War was going on in America, and the French and Indian War was a war really against Britain, you know, there was the attempt of the French to expand its territorial claim in America against the British. The British brought

back. So the French and Indian War was going on. In General Washington, well, he was in general then washing George Washington was twenty two years

old. He was a colonel and he was serving in the British Army and they were a mission was called to take back Fort Duquine up in Pittsburgh, and so they had to march from Virginia up to Pittsburgh and they were ambushed in the Monongahela Valley fourteen hundred troops, you know, a full battalion of troops made up primarily of British but also some Americans, and George Washington was the senior most American officer, but he was only a colonel, so he

was way down in the ranks of the British military. Hierarchy. They were ambushed and the Indian sharpshooters were told, you have to shoot all the men on horseback first, because they're you know, they're the officers, and if we can take down the officers, then we can take we can take over the everybody, We can capture everybody. So one by one those British officers went down, including Braddock, the general who was in charge. He went

down and he died later on, but they all went down. There was one man standing who they couldn't seem to shoot, and that was Colonel Washington. He was the last man on horseback, and he was on his third horse because he had already had two other horses shot out from under him. But he got on a third horse, and by that time he's rounding up the troops to retreat because there's no way they're going to prevail. They need to save their lives, so they have a successful retreat. That night.

George Washington takes off his uniform coat and he finds four bullet holes through his uniform, four different holes. And he realized that but for the grace of God, I would have been killed too, that it was only God's intervention, God's protection that he had that saved his life. And we know this is true fact because he wrote a letter that has been preserved to his brother

praising God for saving him. From that time on in his life, George Washington knew he had the protection of God, and then he could lead the American people from the front. He could be in the front line on his horse, and he'd be protected by God. And indeed he was in all his subsequent battles in the Revolutionary War. He was a remarkable man, unbelievable. He was a He's an American saint, right you know, right now, so many Americans July fourth feel demoralized, We feel confused. We're not

together as Americans anymore. Dei and other chopping up cusin arts. You're defined by race, by color, by sexual orientation. And that wasn't the concept. And the most beautiful thing in your column, Scott Powell, is the idea that an individual person can sue and win against the United States of America if the cause is just George Washington could win against the evil British Empire, if the cause is just. No other country in the world you can't be

a brit today or a German or a South. You can't be living in Uruguay or China and walk into a courtroom and say I'm taking down the United States of America. I'm going to use the authority of the Constitution to guard my individual rights. So when we talk about Americans today, one person what brown versus Board of Education. One person can say the system is wrong. It may take me a while, but I'm bringing it down. And George

Washington was the first person that said the system is wrong. I'm taking it down. And a couple sentences in your column. Is so good about Ronald Reagan and about Abraham Lincoln? You say Thomas Jefferson, who was the champion and wrote the Declaration of Independence, called America the world's best hope. Abraham Lincoln, whose cause became expanding freedom by abolishing slavers, called him America the last best hope on earth. Ronald Reagan said, quote, if we lose

freedom here, there's no place to escape too. This is the last stand on earth. Do Americans today come out of high school or college having those feelings about our country. No, they don't, because look, we have been in in a spiritual battle to destroy America and our enemies and our primary enemies. You know, we have the Bible as sort of our guide to living a good life, to living a godly life, and most of all

of our problems are answered in the scripture. You mean, you name a relational problem in life, marriage, or anything else, you'll find the answer in the Bible. But we have an enemy, and they all also have their own playbook, and Marxism Leninism is the primary playbook that they read from. And they have always targeted the you know, they've targeted Christianity, They've targeted the family. They want to destroy Christianity, they want to destroy the

family. And the third thing they want to destroy is to erase the memory of the people of the society in which they're trying to take over, erased from their memory anything of their history. And they've succeeded. They've succeeded. They succeeded through the public school system, the Department of Education, to totally basically degreat America in the eyes of young children who are learning about the history of their great country. And this is a crime. The first thing that

Donald Trump should do is to defund and disassemble the Department of Education. You know, Jimmy Carter established the Department of Education in nineteen seventy seven. Who in their right mind thinks that education is better today than it was in nineteen seventy seven before we had a Department of Education. Number One, the kids have got to come out of high school and college with the deep love of this country, with all of the problems and thought, they should say,

you know what, wave the flow, Hi, I'm an American. We saved the world constantly from the Nazis and from the fascists. We saved the world from communism. That flight is ongoing. You conclude your column, Scott Powell by saying, let's make the July fourth a day a celebration of our founding ideals and also a time and renewed commitment to engage and wake up everyone. We know that is time to resist creeping tyranny and political corruption and reclaim

sovereignty over the precious possessions of our freedoms and rights. Just as Washington succeeded against impossible odds by perseverance, courage, and the truth, we too will prevail. Why do you have faith in the future. I want to know why. I look around and I see nothing but difficulties. Why do you continue to have faith because you know, the God who opened the Red Sea to deliver the Israelites from the pursuing Pharaoh's great army and chariots, that same

God is on his throne today. The God who raised Lazarus from the dead after four days being in the tomb is the same God today that the figure of Jesus Christ, who was so God's son, was so powerful that a woman who was suffering from hemorrhage for many years, she said to herself, if I can only touch his garment, I will be healed. She believed that, and she was healed. This is the same God. We have

the same God today that we did then. I think God is allowing us to pass through the valley of the Shadow of Death that we might all wake up and see evil face to face and say, you know, we have to stand up. We have to fight this evil, just as those colonists did in starting in seventeen seventy five when the shot was heard around the world in Lexington and conquered, and you know where they recruited. The early patriots from the army all came out of the churches. Well, no question,

it's a great column. Celebrate what we are wave the American flag. Be proud of your country. Be proud, and once again, Scott Powell, the column is great. It's everywhere. You're a senior fellow at the Discovery Institute, and the column is rediscovering the meeting and authority of July fourth. Scott Powell. May God bless you and may God bless America. Thank you very much, Thank you, Bill, God bless you. Let's continue with

more and if a line becomes available. Five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand, Bill Cunningham, News Radio, seven hundred wulw Man low testosterone causes a host of problems. By the way, I am proud to us as I said, the first vice president, black woman with black president. Oh hello, bye, I'm broadcasting God. I am proud, said the first vice president, first black woman served with the black president. He's a black woman serving with a black president. I thought that

was Bill Clinton. Well the way, manue, I got a question. Now, if he drops out and miss Harris is in, who's becomes vice president? Then oh, it's the first man. Don't have to go to the House in the Senate or doctor Jill. Let me tell you what it is. If you'll let me ask him. All you're doing is babbling over there. Oh you got to be a babble for a living, is what I do. But yeah, nonetheless, if please don't let this happen.

But if they read the constitution, okay, twenty fifth Amendment, don't tell me, like the Speaker of the House, that'd be a good week. President Harris and I President stood in the United States Capital. President, He's already president. So what happens? Okay, if if Kamala Harris, you're a good friend and political consort, a sins a sense, under the twenty fifth Amendment, she must go to the majority of the cabinet, all appointed

by Joe Biden, and sign a petition suggesting his mental incapacity. And if Kamala signs the paper, that's it. It's filed in the House, filed in the Senate. Then Joe Biden is no longer the president. Well, then who's the vice president? You're not answering my question. I'm getting to it slowly. See, I've always wanted to do that. The fact that there is no vice president. What there is no vice president at that point because Kamala becomes the acting president until the president says I e. Biden.

I'm restored to sanity, which may not happen. So she becomes the quote acting president, and then as far as the nomination, I would assume he will not take the nomination for the next four years. That means Kamala Kamala the headhunter would arise from the ashes of the debacle of the Biden administration, becomes the acting president. How does the media deal with this? And then

she would pick her vice press correct maybe Hillary Clint. She can pick anybody to be the VP, because I'm going to Bikini a Toll and just sit there and watch the sunrise. Then what happens is that the convention in August they picked they will pick the current president, Kamala Harris. She selects her VP, which might be might be Hillary whoever she wants. The Democrats nod like a bobblehead. Then they're on the ballot, and then the media says,

happy days are here again. Got our first president of color. We got Hillary Clinton. His back life is good. They run all these puff pieces on her like they did with Barackhu's and Obama, and the suburbanites return to the fold and they want to vote for Kamala Harris the Headhunter. Now is that about the Trumpster? Then? Does he go crazy? How about the debate between him and her? That will be Can you see her sitting across the table from Vladimir Putin Rashijao ping? How about Kim John Un talking

to them? Play for he plays for the Washington General. Okay, can you see her in the world stage? You think Biden's been an embarrassment? Wait till Comala the Headhunter shows up. Does he know that the United Kingdom got a new prime minister or not? No one's told him yet. But segment these are difficult. By the way, we have a call in about ten minutes from Jesse Brewer Boom, Johnny Commissioner. What's in the eye of the hurricane burrow in the Yukadam? WHOA not a good time to take vacation

there? I'm gonna ask him why'd you do this? Will heave the stood reporters a proud service of your local tame Star Heating and air conditioning dealers tamestar quality you can feel in northern Kentucky called Tom Recton Heating and air Conditioning at eight five nine two six one eighty two sixty nine. I got a text here from Bob the Bricklayer, who says, maybe it'll be Bill Cosby for VP or Sean P. Diddy Colmbs. Wouldn't that be something They got to

both get him out of jail, don't you. I think neither one are yet in jail. I'm not sure, but Bill Cosby's not in jail. Kind of looked that up. He might he's in jail, in jail here for a while. I want to look it up. PJ out I thought you P Diddy's available, though, Great, then we can then he can make it a sitcom. Red's get out the brooms in the Bronx Willie by sweeping the Yanks. Uh, let's see, that's a five and two road trip. Lance has come up with some stats. I need them, Sam

May twenty third, the Reds were twenty and thirty. Since then they're twenty two and fifteen. They're on a ninety six win pace. Now the next couple of weeks could tell the tale. Give me an update. Three against the Tigers commenced tonight at GABP thirty nine and forty eight is Motown. The Rocks come to town on four against the Rocks thirty and fifty seven, currently three against the Marlins next weekend here thirty and fifty seven. That adds up

the cole rain math ninety nine to one hundred and two. The next three games the teams they're playing out of the break. They got the Nets who are under five hundred. So thirteen straight against teams against losing records. May that happen? May I'm making prediction. If that happens, it's the Titanic. They beat the Dodgers on the season series, right, they beat the

Phillies, right, they beat the Yankees and backsweep them. They're ten and six this season against the Yanks, Dodgers, and Phillies, twelve and ten against five teams of the best records in baseball? How about the other teams? Not good? Right now? I made a bet with Mike Lane, the Diamond Broker, with Rocky Boyman and many others that the Reds would sweep the Yankees in New York for a hot fudg Sunday. I've yet to receive one scoop of anything from any of the individuals I made a bet with.

I bet you something the other day, and who paid? Thank you paid? Thank you? About three of them. Wonder if it wonder if Rockies got the guts to stop in on the way in he lost. And by the way, you ate two of the three hot fudd Sundays. Now I only bought two. Well, how come you ate Rockies? Well it was gonna melt, don't We don't have a refrigerator hand. No, I can't stand watching the ice cream melt one of them. I'm glad you brought that

up. Scott Sloan said today, Yeah, that you consider the Nathan's Hot Dog eating contest as kind of like pornography, and that you recorded and played backwards and forwards watching these people eat fifty five hot dogs. I don't pay it that true, don't. I don't pay attention to clowns. You mean Nathan's hot Dogs? No, Scott Sloan, So you're calling him a clown? Correct? He made fun of you watching someone gorge themselves with what else is new? Well? Then, wait a minute. Now you know that

Mickey Pseudo claimed her tenth women's title she ate fifty one. Well, Chicago's Patrick bertole Eddie gobbled down fifty eight hot dogs in ten minutes, while Joey Chestnut was in Texas ate fifty seven hot dogs in five minutes. That's the champ right there. But he's not. He's a pitching vegetarian hot correct right. Well, so I don't know, but I mean, you know it is true that you watch this stuff because I didn't watch it. I have on this, well I just reported on it. Scott Sloane said, you

love this. That's an idiot. That's idiots. So like people on EBN, I don't listen to idiots. What about Sarah? Also Willy tonight before the game defense They're gonna have a moment of remembrance for radio icon Jim Scott tonight before the Reds game like that, and Bengals defensive end Sam Hubbard's gonna throw out the first pitch that we have Jesse Brewer warming up in the Yucatan in the middle of the eye of the hurricane Burrell? Is he like the

Is he like the Jim Cantory of a hurricane covery day? But why would somebody would come and send from Boone County fly to the Yucatan? One might asks, Sonny and hot down there will he? But what's it here? There comes a hurricane, what's it here? Well, they probably don't have beaches where's our beach? The water parks shut down? Where's the tiki bars? We've got plenty of those. I don't know, bikinis and babes,

got a few of them here too. Segment just saying fit segment. We have the report coming up from Jesse Brewer in the eye the hurricanes in the Yucatan segment. You're going to be clinging to a poll with like Jim cantorre Is on the Weather Channel. It looks like a man with some common sense, but common sense is quite uncommon. But be careful what you wish for. Acting President Kamala the head Hunter Harris, Oh boy, the media will go nuts segment, Get me out of the students Report, will you?

And honor of the day after the fourth of ju July. We leave you with the immortal words of the Stewge Report. It's bad for us to spend all our time talking about how terrible we are, and it's wrong to say our future is compromised because we look different than we used to and we live different than we used to. What the hell does that mean? I have no idea. That's Bubba on seven hundred wlw our Higheart Radio Music Festival,

President by Capital. Coming back to Las Vegas, I only counting under great American. I saw Jesse Brewer, the Boone County Commissioner, on a local TV interview last night. I thought I'd reached out to him. He's in the Yucatan in Mexico with Hurricane Burrow everywhere. First of all, Jesse Brewer, tell the American people this Friday afternoon, where are you and what are

you doing? Are in riper Arara, Maaya, which is about an hour and a half south of Cancuns, kind of near towards the Player Deck Carmen area to resort for a long plan family vacation, and unbeknownst to us, like so many other people, we got here Monday morning. Monday afternoon we found out we're going to get hit with the hurricanes. So before you left Boone County, you had no idea, no clue, no clue. Otherwise I probably would have convinced my wife and mother in law and children, we

need to make alternative arrangements. I'd never been in a hurricane before until until yesterday, and so and I w wasn't looking start, but we are. We made it. We've been at this resort here and they've been fantastic. The place was built like a freaking fortress. I think I found who I'm going to find who. We're built this place to build my next house. The thing is the solid tank. And we really did pretty well whether the

storm last night. We did. We were in the eye of the eye of the wall, the wall there, and had some damage to not to the building and exterior as far as tree down and things like that, had a lot of loud winds, but you know, we were pretty safe overall. How they pretty fortunate to be where we're at right now Friday afternoon, mid afternoon. How bad or how good is it right now? And you have your kid, you got you of everyone with you in the family.

What's happening right now? Well, right now, they just started limited food service back up at the restaurants here at the resort, which is good because they delivered meals to us last night. And I tell you they pressed this place. Well yesterday they were taking in all the fool chairs. There's all the signs down delivering box meals to people's rooms, so you can kind of hunt it down and write it out. And now they just open up some

limited foods. Ever since they're already in clean up mode. You know, you still got thirty forty one mile an hour lens out here. The beach is going to be unusual because of the rib tide and everything else you know that comes after the hurricane. But overall we're doing a pretty impressive job. It's hard to complain right now they're kind of in clean up mode and get

back to normal mode of their normal force of business down here. It's just amazing to see how fast they work and how well put together the machine they've got down here to keep everybody sicking. Well, jes you bruh, you're not in Boone County anymore. What are you coming back? No? Monday? So we're hoping travel planes aren't disrupted. We can come back Monday's. We hope. We're optimistic of that. You know. It's just a scary thing to be in the hurricane, not never being in one. You know,

it's kind of like someone asked me, what was it? Like I said, you know, if you've never been like stay skydiving or or on a big roller coaster, you know, all day, yes days, that anticipation while you're waiting in line, that's hitting your stomach. The closer your turn gets is how it kind of fell, and we got up to go time. It felt it was a it was a pretty scary feeling. But then once it was over, we were fortunate enough to say, Okay,

that wasn't so bad. But we could have been in a very different circumstance. As I've seen other places that have been hit. I know, the same scented towards the United States and Texas, and it's tacking up strength again. So unless you've been in one either, no joke. Well, I've been in a couple and the last one I said that said, I'm done never doing that again. Did you ever ever? Now? I think of Mexico. I think a Mexican drug card tells. I think of Mexican gangs.

I think of American tourists being executed and kidnapping. Is that wrong? And you're part of Mexico. I think it's perfectly safe down here. I want me down here with my family. We've been here multiple times. Everyone's very friendly to Uh. We've never experienced anything like that here, of course, you know, we are in a sheltered resort community. Uh, and don't really venture off the island, you know, so to speak and let's

us do a chaperone event. So my experience event has been nil. I've been I've had nothing with good experiences personally and a half dozen times in my family and I have been down here except for the heat. You know, today the first day I can stand outside and not be a shower because the heat has just been miserable. But that's to be expected when you come down here in July is the ac How about utilides, phone service, bathroom facilities.

Is all that working in the middle of the hurricane, it was working. This place has its own power supply. They've got Rolls Royce generators and they got a lot of them. And so even though the power grid here locally could go out and be unstable, down here, we didn't even miss internet service, which is really nice to have to keep a communication know back home and be able to tall you know, mind through the storm, traffic and things like that. It was really nice to be able to do that.

If you had to do it all over again, would you have left? Has this been an experience like none others? Assumeing and make it back safe for the next couple of three days back to Boone County. If Jesse Burr had to do it again, would you have done it? No, I would not have put my family in that kind of harm's way, because I know if that storm would have picked up a little strink or taken a slightly different turn, we could have had a very different outcome. So I'm

very grateful for my family's sake it lined up like it did. But I wouldn't want to put my children and my wife and harms way like that intentionally. I would never do that intentionally. Oh things happen on my smartest guy in the world. I'm not the smartest guy in the world, you know, and I see these storm chases on TV, so like, oh man, that'd be kind of cool. But no, you know, I wouldn't do that to my family and push them in that kind of harms way intentionally.

Again, And I'm just very thanking God, you know that we were able to make it through. And I didn't meet some folks here from Cincinnati told him I was going to be talking to you and the big fans of yours, and so they were really excited that they knew they were a part of something that you were talking about in your show. So Alice and Bob is who that were who they were, and they were really excited that up to hear that you were going to be as I'm talking to you, tell

them, tell them they're great Americans. And thanks for listening. And Jesse come on back home in one piece. When you come back from the Yuka ten where do you go go to Texas? Then cbyear do your fly direct? Why direct a CBG And I'm gonna take myself home. So you did, now, which would be really nice. And one of the good things about living in the greatest in the greatest county, and not only the Try state, but it could just come of lok the Kentucky Aboo County not commute

from the airport is not very long, all right, Jesse Brew. Good luck to you and it's a great human experience. And uh, you know you'll look back on this in a few weeks and months. The family have a lot to talk about. Take take pictures, put it on social media. We welcome you back and glory in the next two or three days at CVG. Jesse Brew, who runs a boone county with an on grip, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Jesse Thanks

sure, God bless him. Glad it worked out. Wasn't sure about that, was uncertain, made a couple of calls, he made some calls, finally got into an area. But to live through a hurricanes not a pleasant experience. But looking back on it, Jesse and his family's going to love

it. Let's continue with more news coming up at your home of the Reds News Radio seven hundred w eldo I Billy Cunning into Great American about two o seven in the Tri State Reds Baseball kicks off about six ten the night fortunately is not on television, only radio and Apple TV turned down the Apple TV. Listen to Tommy and Death tonight, Red's play the Detroit Tigers, having whipped up on the New York Yankees, the first interleague series ever swept in

New York. Can't get much better than that, and they beat the Yankees for the three million dollar payroll. Now home Friday, Saturday, and Sunday have three teams coming in before the All Star break. All of them are bad teams. Let's see what happens. But as you know, has been quite a bit of reporting of about one hundred and eighty gravestones at two Jewish cemeteries and Cincinnati have been vandalized, according to the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati,

and the President has issued a condemnation of it. Plus joining you nine now is Ari John, who's a rabbi Jewish Federation of Cincinnati and Rabbi welcome, I think for the second or third time to the Bill Cunningham Show. And as we sit here this Friday afternoon, can you tell me the status the investigation of those who have caused this desecration? Well, I know that our law enforcement officers federal government are putting as much effort as they can behind this.

In a situation like this, it's obviously quite hard to figure out who did it. But I'm happy to know that. I think the FBI has offered a ten thousand dollars reward to try to find the perpetrators, and the Civil Rights Division of the federal government is also looking into it. In addition, I should say to Green Township's police department, who's been wonderful in helping now Tony Rosiello runs Green Township to PD. They're on at big time.

It's very difficult. Why does this happen? This isn't unique. I often talk about the contributions of Jews throughout human history, going back hunt thousands of years. But wherever Jews proliferate, it appears Jews are used as scapegoats for failure of public policies. You can't find a Jew in Iran, Iraq, Syria, Egypt because they've all been destroyed, their synagogues are gone, and

Poland the same way most of Europe. Why can you speak philosophically as to why the Jews are used as scapegoats in almost any country, even the United States of America. I can't believe the anti semitism seeing in this country. But why is that the case? Let me tell you just so you can have the stats right. In twenty twenty two, we had thirty seven hundred incidents of antisemitism in the United States. Twenty twenty three went to cheshai of

nine thousand, a lot of those coming after October seventh. Why do Jews face anti Semitism? Why does it seemed to follow us? You sort of alluded to it yourself, which is that every society has its own problems, has its own ills. People look for a scapegoat. Unfortunately, Jews have served as an easy scapegoat and a lot of societies throughout history. The US is better. I want to give us credit for America is a pretty darn good place to be as a Jew. And at the same time, we've

got our own problems. Just in last year, according to a report by the American Jewish Committee, just shy of half forty six percent of Jews in the United States were altering their behavior for fear of antisemitism. So these problems are real, and they metastasized recently in our major cities and on elite colleges.

I don't want to give names of so called non elite colleges that may offend someone, but the elite colleges that give us in ten or twenty years, the leaders of our society, the Ivy League, Ohio State, Northwestern UCLA, US. You can find it on hundreds of college campuses. Why are the most literate, the most educated, so easily manipulated by Hamas and others to believe the truth is a lie, to lie is the truth, and that the Jew is the problem? At Harvard and Yale and Columbia,

Are you kidding me? Probably most of the students at Columbia are Jewish. I spent years in New York City, and I can't believe anyone in New York City could look at the contributions of Jews and the Big Apple and say, man, we're going to go after Jews. Are you shocked by what's happening on college campuses? I wish I were more shocked. I know, it's just a day after after July fourth, so I don't want to say

that. You know, too many things down on the United States, but the United States is not exceptional when it comes to issues like anti Semitism and so called elite educational spaces. Throughout history, it hasn't been just you know, the Joe Schmoe, the people at the bottom of the societal ranking, the pecking order who have been engaged in anti Semitism. It has been elite in society. In Germany leading up to the Holocaust, it wasn't just your

average person who is engaging anti Semitism did this. It came from the elites. So I wish I were more surprised. Smart people can do really dumb things, and what we find with anti Semitism, if you leave it unchecked, it's kind of like a pollution, right. It starts with the Jewish community. It never ends with the Jewish community. So not only ethically should it be all of our job to fight against something like this, but it's in our own best self interests to say enough is enough. And it's true

of liberalism and conservatism. Absolutely, it's both because conservatism in the South allowed for anti Semitism. Liberalism and big college campuses allow for it. I make the point, Rabbi that when Jews proliferated in Cincinnati, Jews had difficulty getting medical treatment as a consequence, That's why Jewish Hospital exists and go. Jews had difficulty joining country so called clubs. That's the elite. Nobody at the

bottom of the economic strata really joins the country club. So when Jews were barred from country clubs, they formed Lasandeville and Crest Hills. When Jews were barred from public education, or they formed their own colleges, their own universities, their own schools, there is one right here in Kenwood, and so I look at Cincinnati, and the elite have determined that Jews don't fit into their society, which I don't have that orientation. I told you off there.

I practiced law in a Jewish law firm for twenty years and the catsman Logan and alper and it was I was the only gentile and my eyes were open to bar mitzvahs and bat mitzvahs and attending events and the woman and the guy on the chair and breaking glass and all that kind of side. This is wonderful stuff. And there's no society that Jews have not entered that are not better. It's a better place to have them. So when you say elite, and a lot of people think, well, these are poorly educated

individuals. And the Jews in America, I think it's only one or two percent. Is probably about ten million Jews in America, probably half of them, don't you've already overestimated. Really seven million Jews seven and probably half are not observant. A lot of them are not observing. If I go to a synagogue, is it packed? You're not going to find all seven million of this jew It's like Catholics, you know, yeah, I'm a Catholic. Yes, but how many actually go to church once a week? Not

a lot, probably one third or something like that. And so it's amazing to me that the scapegoat and when I see how Moss backers at Northwestern or Ohio State or uc running around in their scarves talking about queers for Palestine. I'm thinking, have you lost your friggin mind? What would happen to someone is gay there? And explain that to me. It's really sad you mentioned this, actually that in this moment, it comes from both the extremes of

the left and the right. It's really unfortunate. We may figure out who did this, whether we find them we don't find them. It doesn't erase the point that the fringes of our political spectrum on both we've got terrible people which we all ought to be disavowing because they don't help us. So maybe this is someone who's you know, Hamas supporter on the left. It could be you know, a crazy KKK whatever on the right. It doesn't matter

because it could have been either one. That's a real problem for us as a society. None of the real people, the real Cincinnatians, we don't want this nonsense. Yeah, Reverend John. As far as going forward can their based security, there's not cameras some of my my grandmother always told me that a cemetery is a great neighbor. Not much goes on, and so these cannot be guarded. That would make no sense. How do you pick up the headstones? How do you connect the families? How big of a

task is it. It's going to be a substantial task. First of all, it costs a heck of a lot of money to repair this. It takes a few minutes and not a ton of work to not over a headstone. It takes a lot of time to bring in the construction equipment you need, all that you know, it takes a lot of work and dollars to

reset all of this. To contact the families, it's going to take ages to reach out to every single family involved one hundred and seventy six headstones, figure out what they need, and also to just inform them of this. It's a bad look for this city. I mean you might think that, oh, it costs a lot of money to reset this, but you could also think of it this way, which is that this is It's actually the second time in the last month that Sincaty's made international news for an active antisemitism.

The first one was with Cincinnati Pride. Now we've got these headstones, second time in a month that Cincinnati has been in international news for antisemitism. And you know, we think we need to advance our city and its business. You think fortune five hundred companies want to come and settle and build in a city that has a reputation, international reputation for hate. Thank god. I don't think we're at the point that people are avoiding us yet, but

this has huge ripple effects and consequences for our city. Lastly, Reverend John on that Pride, I read this story in the inquir that two Jewish members of Cincinnati Pride were either barred or resigned. Can you put more meat on

the bones of what happened? Yeah, the two Jewish members of Cincinnati Pride boards, good members for our Jewish community, active involved and engaged, were pushed to resign because of a hate campaign led by a local socialist group that decided that because these two Jewish people had any relationship with Israel, by the way, that's basically any jew in existence, they shouldn't be allowed to be involved in this space. And that's the kind of hate I'm talking about.

I actually don't think most people from that community are hateful, but they've got hateful people in it, and they should be pushing them out. They should be pushing the Jews out, and that a big story because I think Pride would be responsible and reflective of openness to different ideas. So they have two Jewish members by the Pride Committee, either pushed out or resigned because of some of the socialists inside the group. Those two supported Israel, which is never

permitted to win a war. Israel can be attacked repeatedly and they're not permitted to win a war. You can't defeat your enemy if you're a Jew. You have to have negotiations. Keep Amas in charge of Gaza and watch what happens in the next ten or twenty years. It's going to be awful. But nonetheless, why aren't Jews allowed to win a war? They have the military power, but they're not permitted to use it to full board to bring

down Hamas. And I would assume the Palestinian people are also enslaved to an extent by Hamas, even though seventy percent or so support a mass that's a different story. Why aren't Jews allowed to win a war? It's an impossibly difficult position because on the one hand, Commas isn't good for Israel and it's not good for Palestinians. On the other hand, we do have to recognize that they're a heck of a lot of innocent, normal, regular Palestinians are

suffering this. I'm not a military expert. I don't have the right conclusion to this. I do know that so long as Comas is in power in Gaza, it's going to keep attacking Israel. They're going to keep oppressing Palestinians. You must win the war. In other words, Hamas must be obliterated, the Palestinians must become good neighbors and envelop peace. You can't put Hamas in charge of an entire country anticipating theft major billions of dollars of theft of

Hamas of all the aid going to Gaza. And the leaders live in Glory and Abu Dhabi in other places. They're billionaires because they've stolen all the money. And the average Palestinian, if allowed to flourish, would have a great piece of dirt right on the Mediterranean and make it flourish, like the Jews did in Israel when they arrived in nineteen forty seven. As a government. They've been there for three thousand years. Look what Jews have done with Israel

compared to what the Gazans and the Hamas have done to Gaza. It is disgusting and it's wrong. But Rabbi Ari John of the Jewish Federation, thanks for coming on. If someone is information directly or indirectly who desegrated this Jewish cemetery, what should they do. They should reach out to the local law enforcement, whether it's Green Township or the FBI. Please please come forward.

This didn't hurt any living people directly. On the other hand, it's a heck of a message that it's ends our Jewish community makes them feel unsafe, unwelcome. We would be immensely grateful to be able to see some justice.

You bring up a great point that internationally, the two big stories is the Pride organizers in Cincinnati kicked out directly or in directly two Jewish members of Pride, and secondly, Joe Biden's issued a missive about the terrible events one hundred and seventy six gravestones desecrated in Green Township, and those are the two stories that hit the international wires. Rabbi, once again, thank you for coming

on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thanks for having me. Well, let's continue with more your reaction five one, three, seven four nine, seven thousand, Red Spaceball Tonight's starting about six ten with Lance on news Radio seven hundred WLW proudly weaving old Glory and that weird loose skin that dangles from my upper arm. Happy Fourth of July weekend from seven hundred WLW. I'm really excited about Marcus. We all are. I think he's versatile. He gives our

team depth and flexibility. He makes us older and experienced, and I love his rebounding. Meet a new Xavier musketeer from the Sean Miller podcast We need Everybody to rebound. Marcus is an excellent rebounder. I love his ability to move without the ball and play the team game. You know, Marcus has really developed and grown within the framework of Firman's coaching staff and became an All

conference player. He does a lot of things well. He's an excellent passer, he's a very capable three point shooter, and he actually scores in and around the basket some as well, so he can play a different style. Xavier basketball is back. New season tickets are on sale now. For more information, visit go Xavier dot com. I Billy cunning In, Let's continue and never stop. Maybe there would be a special place in Hell reserve for

those who desecrate cemeteries, especially Jewish cemeteries. Finding the perpetrators may be difficult, but the ten thousand dollars from the FBI may help lose someone's memory.

We'll see what happens down the road. But this is one of literally thousands of anti Semitic acts committed all across America on a regular basis, mainly on college campuses and an urban areas, in which the radical left wants to convince Americans that Hamas are the victims of Jewish aggression when the opposite is true. And now there's reports that Joe Biden, who believes this one, understands the difficulties in the Middle East, how intricate things are, that he's working with

Benjamin Netcanyahu to find a solution. Any solution that keeps Hamas a murderous, left wing, horrible terrorist group in charge of Gaza is a short term piece that will guarantee more Jewish lives to be taken in the future, So we'll see what happens. Plus, there's reports out of Washington that Kamala Harris, the Vice president, is screening her vice presidential picks that the smart money in Washington says that Biden is gone, and it's all because of the Great Debate.

There was hope by the Democratic activists and the Democratic left that you could keep him propped up until the first quarter of next year, get him reelected. Then here comes Kamala has spent about four years in office, and it's not working out that way. It was so bad that even the left wing Democrats in the media are saying that something must be done and who's responsible. They're going to rely upon average voters to have short term memory loss and forget

about what happened to you. One of the worst examples is Kamala Harris when she was asked about her report last year that said that Biden is feeble, he's senile, and can't stand trial for the crimes he committed on classified documents, the same thing that Trump is standing before the bar on when it comes to his behavior, but not, of course Joe Biden's. She said, quote the way that the president's demeanor and that report was characterized could not be

more wrong on the facts and clearly politically motivated. It was gratuitous unquote. That's the report of Robert Hurr, who was in the Department of Justice who said President Biden is not mentally equipped to stand trial? Are you kidding me? And she's defending it completely. I hope it's wishful thinking that the Democrats can just shove Biden out the door and every swing voter will forget that a massive conspiracy was undertaken to deceive them and to deceive you. Harris knew the

truth. The president was feeble in serious decline for the last three or four years. She could have told the truth or at a minimum, kept her mouth shut. Hopefully, voters are not going to forget who lied to their faces and insulted their intelligence, not for weeks, months, but rather for

years, and it continues to think anything else is delusional. Not even suburban voters, when they may be swayed by the gender ideology of Kamala Harris, will forget that she orchestrated a lie that the mainstream media fed into and agreed because they hate Donald Trump so much that any negative reporting on Biden or Harris is a positive for Donald Trump and they can't have that. I hope the loss trust doesn't come back and the scandal perpetuated by the major Democratic officeholders,

the donors, and the media will not be forgotten. And the time is now to do something right which has changed the leadership in Washington. You can't have a VP Kamala Harris who by her behavior and words directly and indirectly lied to you for years about the feeble condition of Joe Biden and then succeed and take over the presidency as the media goes crazy because of her skin color and her gender. That's wrong. Two thirty one, Homie your Reds News Radio

seven hundred WLW. And we give thanks to our commander in chief, the President of the United States, the extraordinary President of the United States, Joe Biden. Oh, Happy Independence Day with black president. By the way, I'm proud to be as I said, the first vice president, first black woman, sird with the black president, crowds, all the first black women in the Supreme Court. There's just so much that we can do because together

week there's nothing. Look, it's United States America. Oh. Hello, Byett Skulls. I'm broadcasting. Hi Rocky. I'm glad the first team is here for this July fifth thereafter. But we have movement now in Washington of Kamala Harris's screening candidates to be her vice president. Is it going to be who helps her? Why? You got Bill Cosby, you got P Diddy, got Hillary Clinton, Epstein, Jeff Epstein, he's still alive, got several. Of course, he's a white male. That doesn't work. That's

true, but it's unbelievable. A segment is putting his support behind P Diddy or Jeffrey Epstein. He thinks that'd be an extra body is a Harris Buddha judge ticket beatable, not at all that scornerpot. I'm worried about Spain and Germany going at it right now in extra time in Euro twenty twenty four. They got guys fighting and everything, got more yellow cards and the Cincinnati police give out. I don't know about that, but I tell you we got

a problem everywhere right now, and I don't see any resis everywhere. We've got chaos. And now there's your Your good friend Joe Biden is now ready to speak. He thinks he's a black He thinks he's a black female vice president is what he thinks he might be. I'm not sure to watch his interview with Oh yes, absolutely, Now is it gonna be Live. Is it gonna be edited, taped, edited? ABC News, George, it will not be edited. Of course, he's spent his whole career as a

Democratic activist editing things. But nonetheless, we'll see what happens. You'll be watching tonight as at eight or nine o'clock. Do you know? I don't eight o'clock eight o'clock tonight. Wait, here's the question, a question. He won't be able to watch it because he's going to go to bed by eight o'clock. That's true. You gotta get up and get the early c

span viewing. So so here's the question. Give me the course. The media is kind of in control of everything, especially for the Democratic side. Does he purposefully go in the tank drill Biden and make him look better bad? Kind of all the debate, some would say was made to look Joe Biden bad, so they get a new cannon? Or does he try to, you know, give him a bunch of softballs? What do you think? Well, you're changing the subject matter is the question that I made a

bet with you that the Reds would sweep the Yankees in New York. And I don't see any hot fudge Sunday unless it's the one you ate of mind, he said it was melting. Give them credit. I'm not gonna let ice cream melt. That is Unamerican. I'm just saying the fact is American, not by me. A freezer. No let Greater's ice cream melt is un American. I'm just saying that Greater's freeze when you put in a freezer, no Ike said it, it tastes better fresh, not froz ice cream.

The only the only bet I recall is that you said Joe Biden will not be Now you're pulling Biden on nothing. You're pulling the Biden because they I made bets with Mike Lane, the Diamond Broker, I got nothing. I made bets with Steve Tino and one of my golfing friends. Got made bets with Buzzard Eaters, not nothing. I made bet with Joe Eaters, gott Wally Sweeney got nothing. And yes, I said they got bet. I will have a tape on that we're gonna play. We're to get the

cut, get the cut. He's next that you ate all three hot fud sunnies. But I don't know about that. Good and see what happens. But you got the stats on baseball with the Reds. Tell the rock what the Lance McAllister has shown you will he the stood reporters of proud service of a local tame Star Heating and air conditioning dealers, Tamestar Quality You con feeling beautiful Milford to home of one main gallery called Baker Heating at five one three

I got thirty seven. I got no chance. I'm sorry, sir, you've timed out. This is I've timed out long time ago. Geez, I can't. Red's up against those uh Tigers tonight, first of three in a ten game homestand this is it Rock right here, this is it, this is

from Land. Give me the stats. Three against the Tigers. They come to town in thirty nine and forty eight, losing record four against the Rock starting Monday, losing thirty thirty and fifty seven. Three against the Miami Marlins next weekend thirty and fifty seven. That means the next three teams, so ninety nine and one hundred and two. Then out of the break three at the Nationals, losing five under thirteen straight against teams and losing records. Now

is the time for a men to arrive. So thirteen games, what do they need to go? Why do they need to go? Nine and four? That was pretty good to men. Four ten, three, catapult us back up in the contention. SEC drill them, Yeah, heck yeah. Willie would answer, but he's he's I'm trying to trying to get his text. I dare you she's the queen of d e I I dare you say that about the black woman. I dare you to do that.

I try not to get rid of I try not to use technology. That's why I have the same password for everything. That way, I do a

I watched two of those three games this weekend. They look good. Yesterday. How about the Yankees guy at the center field and the ninth inning? Oh, why did that manager? Why did not Boom come out right there and say you come out here, let's go. I mean that that

would have set the tone for the entire team. How he didn't do that Billy Martin domination. Remember Billy Martin with Reggie Jack. That was an amazing teachable lesson, even for well paid Major League Baseball players. You gotta do that kind of effort you're coming out. He's probably probably got sent to Columbus. That was unbelievable. Fourth of July. The Yankee Stadium segment. Loves the hot dog eating contest. He considers it to be like soft court.

I watched that too a point. He loves that stuff. He loves hot dogs and wieners going in mouths fifty five times. He gets excited. He taped it, played it over five or six times. And so you're in July fourth, Yankee Stadium. You're wearing the uniform and you're playing the Reds. I'm sure they snickered and opened up a nostril and blue snot on him, and only that guy was like, well we're behind by four runs, that's over. Anyway. Would you hustle Yankee Stadium on July fourth? Yes,

seg would you yeah? Yeah? Front of fifty thousand people that played, if not for myself, for all the little kids out there that would have lets me run right. This is how you do it. This is what being a professional is all about. All right, Rocky, thank you for thank you great. It took you ten seconds. I've been there minutes figuring it out. I hit the coat, hit the can, hit the can, hit the cout, I hit the code. Now, copy and paste it. Goof get me out of the studire polio boy, copy and

paste it. I like to copy and paste you is what I like to do. You need a big screen for that. Yeah, settle down over there, Joe Biden. Now you're in mumbling, mumbling, stumbling, fumbling. I'll be the president, Willy. Everybody have a great weekend and take it easy out there. We leave you with the immortal words of the report is trash Clinton Station. That's all it is. Well, I mean, I do have a problem with somebody who looks me in the face and lies.

Yeah, I got a problem with that. But as far as bashing Clinton, I absolutely do not bash Clinton. Did you? Oh my, come on, Marianne. I have made the I've put this forth to people time and again. What has Clinton done negatively in the course of his term. As far as his policy that's had a detrimental impact on this country, the answer is nothing. He's done a decent job as a president. I have said that time and again. There are people who said it his tax

hike would cause the the economy to take a nose dive. It didn't. They were wrong, they said some kind of Yes I did. Right now. I'm talking about a man who look you in the face, looked me in the face, wagged his finger and lied. That's fine with you, and that's not fine with me. Ronald Reagan couldn't remember anything. He didn't recall. Yeah, anyway, they all did. I say it was a good idea for George Bush to raise taxes. No, I hammered him for

that too. You got to start paying attention, Mary Anne, thank you very much. You gotta start paying attention. Yeah, right here, baby, I got it. Yeah, you should heed that advice. It was either you or Avery, one of the seg man I can cut in paste with the best, and I bet on seven hundred w Elbert two guys, five riggs. Yes, yes, twenty
