And of course, as yours truly predicted, I know Alex Trent to FEELU just cackled and shortled every time I did it and snickered that Joe Biden was not going to be the nominee of the Democrat Party. My prediction has now come true this Monday afternoon. And of course, right now in Middletown, Alex T's in the parking lot ready to enter to the throngs of thousands supporting Jad E. Vans And once again Alex to Toronto, Felou the

chair of the Republican Party, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. Tell me where you were Sunday afternoon about one five when it came out that Joe Biden had a printed statement by John Meacham, the American historian. Then I think he did not sign, And sometime today or tomorrow, Joe Biden's going to figure out what's going on, because Joe doesn't know what's happening. Once he figures out what's going on, he's going to get all angry about this.

But give me your analysis quickly. Where were you when you heard the news? What happened? Did your heart sink or did your heart rise? Billy, It's good to be with you. Always a privilege. So you know, I was home. I was unloading and unpacking still from an incredible week in Milwaukee where we had a very successful Republican National Convention. So I was home and not one bit surprised by the news, much like you. You know, I'm one of the people who for years has been suggesting that Joe

Biden was ill equipped to do this job. That's been obvious to anybody who's been paying attention and not just following the mainstream press. So you know, my analysis of this quickly is that Kamala Harris cannot run away from her complicity in what Joe Biden's policies have been. You know, we've been talking policy on our side the entire campaign. We talk about building a wall, we're talking about you know, we're talking with immigration. If you talk about drill,

baby drill, we're talking about energy. They want to talk about things like threat to democracy and nonsensical issues that really don't matter, not kitchen table

issues to the American people. We're talking about the issues. So Kamala Harris has a lot of questions to answer about what she knew about Joe Biden's mental state, when she knew it. Why as recently as just a couple of weeks ago, she was suggesting the spit for the presidency and now we see him resigning, you know that basically essentially giving up the nomination of the Democratic Party. So you know, my initial analysis of this is that things have

not improved a Democratic Party at all. We had an outstanding convention, we have a nominee that's talking about issues that matter to the American people. So I like very much where we are. I'm watching all the shows this morning, so you don't have to. I'm much in Good Morning America. And it appears the moniker the label is going to be it's the prosecutor versus the convicted felon. Are you in the side of law and order or lawbreakers?

Respond? Is the share of the Republican Party? Is this the prosecutor against the criminal? I mean, it's preposterous. And she was a terrible prosecutor. She was an even worse attorney general. If anyone looks at her record in California, which I hope that this biased mainstream media will ultimately look at

her record, No, she was not good at a job. She's not a proven boke at her And again, those kind of conversations, Bill, they don't have anything to do with what the American people are worried about day to day in their everyday lives. We're seeing cities overrun by people who've come into the country illegally. We're seeing crime, and they say crimes down. It's knocked down. Ask anyone who lives in a challenging community whether crime is

down. It's certainly not down. Ask anyone who goes to the grocery store. You know, I drove back from Milwaukee. I filled up my car. There's sixty five dollars to fill up my car. You know, that's just not That's not what middle class families are worried about whether it's the prosecutor versus that. You know, those are all just good talking points on the

left because they don't have policies they can run on. Bill. You know, our policies are to talk about a free market economy that lifts up everyday Americans has nothing and I mean nothing to do. What they're talking about has nothing to do with what people are worried about day to day. So again, you know, they can try to promote Kamala Harris as something new or

different, but she's just more of the same. I see with interest that Vladimir Putin received about eighty eight percent of the Russian vote and the opposition was all either jailed, killed, or disseminated. They would not permit to candidates

to run against Vladimir Putin. I would note that during the Democratic primaries has started way back in January with the Iowa caucuses that were canceled, New Hampshire primary and the Democratic side was canceled, the South Carolina primary was canceled, and so the party that fears that Trump's a threat to democracy is now saying that the Democrats voting in primaries you don't matter. The elite of the Democratic Party matters, and you don't matter. We also have the Supreme Courts of

Maine and Colorado saying to the Trumpster, you're off the ballot. That's the party that cares about democracy. And then we have a system now where there's no more primaries, and the elites are going to get together and anoint someone who did not win one vote in the Democratic primary for president. And so the Party of Democracy wants to act in an anti democratic way. So here's the big question I'm asking a bit early out extrench of Felou. Is the

Democratic Party non democratic? And how can you run against the Republican parties being a threat to democracy when you conjured up a scheme where Democrats can only vote for one candidate, and then at the end of the process they tell you, even though you fifteen million people vote, at you fools, you clowns, we're not going to give you the nomination that you voted for because we're the Democratic Party and we're attacking the Republicans. They're a threat to democracy,

when in reality, the Democratic Party is a threat to democracy. They don't let anyone to run against Joe Biden. And when you do run against Joe Biden, You'll be sued until your bejabers fall off. We'll have no primaries, no caucuses. The elite will tell you Joe Biden is the nominee of the Democrat Party. And here we are at the end of the process. They're going to tell the clowns and the fools that actually voted in primaries that

you're not going to select the Democratic leader. We're going to tell you who the Democratic leader is, and God help you if you oppose it. So here's the big question. Is the Democratic Party undemocratic? How can they run against the Republican Party as a threat to democracy when the Democratic Party is a threat to democracy? Have they call the Republicans what they are? Do you know what I'm saying? Well, you know, Billy, I'm a exercise

on this topic as you are. I did a round of statewide media, probably seven or eight outlets Saturday Sunday on this topic, and I will tell you that it is amazing to me how much of a past they're currently getting from the mainstream press. What I think enough people do not understand is the

reason that we make a big deal of the Iowa caucuses. The reason we make a big deal about the New Hampshire primary, and then we go to South Carolina, and then we roll through Nevada and everywhere else we get the Super Tuesday. Americans know these concepts. These are the moments where they,

the voters, get to decide who the nominees of the parties are. And Billy, I'm not afraid to tell you that in twenty sixteen, had some smoke field Room or Republicans been choosing the nominee of the Republican Party, it probably wouldn't have been Donald J. Trump. I know those people, and they would have selected Donald Trump. So instead, the voters in our party made us better by telling us what they preferred. That process is being wholly

ignored by the Democrats right now. It is really an amazing moment in our American experiment to have Joe Biden in one day decided ought to be Kamala Harris and then everyone falls in line. All the potential challengers yesterday save a few,

all of them are falling in line. So answered your question as a resounding yes, it is undemocratic what Dave attempted to do here, and again, I hope the American people make them pay the price, and the Democratic Party ought to rise up and say we should have a voice to voters. Millions and millions of voters across the country are being disenfranchised in the way that

they're handling it. I have the scorecard here as of last night. I mentioned this on my syndicated show, and I'll mention it this Monday afternoon that on the Kamala Harris side, the Clintons Bill and Hillary back has fallen in line with Kamala Harris. The Congressional Black Caucus says, we want Kamala Harris, who claims to be an African American. Her father was born in Jamaica, her mother was born in India, she was raised in Canada, but

she's an African American. And then you got the CBC saying, guess what, we support Kamala Harris. Then you got Shared Brown, who's scared to death of Bernie Marino, saying I'm with Kamala Harris. On the other side, the Obamas, Hillary, I'm sorry, Michelle and Barrock say let's have an open, open discussion in Chicago in four weeks from today it starts. AOC has at this point not endorsed Kamala Harris, and of course Nancy Pelosi. So those who know her best like her least. And Pelosi and the

policies and Kamala Harris have destroyed San Francisco. So how can you have on one side of the Ledger the Clintons opposed the Obamas, the Clyde Burns opposed AOC, the CBC is against Pelosi. Can you put that together and smoke it? Well, you've covered a lot of territories you always do, Billy, But look, I mean, Kamala Harris didn't even get to the Iowa caucuses when she ran for president. She was so unpopular in the Democratic Party

that didn't even really cast the vote. She withdrew so early because she didn't have financial support, she didn't have on the ground support. She's a California left wing extremist if you look at her policy statements on everything from crime to reparation, and she just thought the mainstream of American politics, she's exactly the wrong choice by them right now. And I think that's why you're seeing people like Joe Manchin, who got pushed out of the Democratic Party, say maybe

we should consider another alternative to her. So she's not the right choice for America. She's really not the right choice to the Democratic Party. But I gotta tell you Billy as a Republican, God bless her, let her run because I like our chances. I can recall the great song Tony Benner used to dance to this music many years ago. Fool you think it's over,

it has just begun. So for those who say, hey, this is Kamala Harris with the cackle, this is someone who's a prosecutorial idiot, who prosecuted the wrong victims, who would not do things that even the Supreme Court of California found acceptable. She was a terrible prosecutor, and therefore that she got out of that job, became the Attorney General of California. Terrible work there. And then she said, let's get rid of her there. Let's

make her a US senator. Terrible work there, especially with Brick Kevinall. Then she said, well, she's a person quote of color, even though in a sense she's not an African American, Jesus Jamaican, Indian American born in Canada. Let's make her the vice president. Let's bury her there and she'll be okay. The cackling continues, and her first job in the first year Alex t as you know, was to fix the southern border. On the southern border, how are we looking? Not well? I mean she

was the borders are I'm not entirely sure what she did not good? Look, I mean I'd like to run now. I just want to clear Billy, and I think the Republic continue to clear. I don't want to run against you know, her personality. I don't want I don't you know, her race and all those other things to be an issue. Her policies ought to be, and the policies that she and Joe Biden half of the American people has failed the American people, which is why he's at historical low disapproval

excuse me, a historic low approval rating. It's why we're winning the Swing States by outside the margin of air. So again, it's just more of the same. If you elect Kamala Harris on policy, not some of these other issues. I'm sure they'll be discussed. But from where we sit, let's have a good debate on immigration, Let's have a good debate on crime, on inflation, on the issues that the American people care about. Are

you ready, lastly for the second big question, the big question. I'm ready billy guard yourself in the parking lot of the rally as we speak about

twelve to twenty Monday afternoon. Here's the second big question we have the missive the message on social media drafted by John Meacham, in which Joe Biden said, I'm not going to be a the nominee because, let's face it, I've lost my fastball, I've lost my curveball, I've lost my knuckleball, I've lost my slip pitch, I've lost my screwball, I've lost my slider.

I've lost everything I got. How can a guy who's not mentally competent to be a candidate for an office hold that office for the next six months, which many say is more difficult than being the program director at this station, more difficult than being the CEO of Walmart. This guy admits that he's mentally corrupted, that he's frail and elderly, can't hold thoughts in his head, can't read a teleprompter, can't walk, can't talk, can't think,

can't do nothing. How does that guy stay in office for six months and be the potus? Can you explain that question to me? Alex t answer the question. The big question is he should resign the presidency. We called for him to resign yesterday. Republicans everywhere, including the Speaker of the House, have called upon him to resign. He's unfit for duty. We've known this for months. It's a perilous time for our country, it really is. I mean, look, I played a political game. I want to

win elections. That's what we're about. But you know, in terms of governing the country right now, people ought to be concerned. And you know, Joe Biden again has been silent since issuing this statement. You know, I think it's he needs to come out publicly at some point just to reassure our allies and ward off our enemies and let him know that he's still in

charge. But I'm concerned he should really resign the presidency. Well, when he finds out about this, sometimes a day or tomorrow, he's going to be upset because they took his auto signature to sign the thing. Joe Biden's

going to be upset. And I think more upsets going to be Joe Biden because she says, oh my gosh, and one thing he was wined, dined in pocket line to get out and part of the deal has got to be pardons or commutation of sentences for all the criminals and the Biden crime family, including Joe Biden, Joe Biden, including his sister, including Hunter Biden, who's looking at years in prison. What is the deal deal that got Joe Biden out? He may discover in a day or two. Well,

I mean that's another big question. I just don't know, And I guess what will pop the popcorn on our side and see what happens here. But look, I mean there's a reason for concern. I just would want anyone listening today to understand that Kamala Harris's policies have been Joe Biden's policies. If you want more of the same on inflation, if you want more of the same on a poor southern border, if you want more of the same rising crime rates, than vote for her. But that's not the future for the

country. We have a better alternative. Things were much better during the Trump presidency for every American. We just need to return to those good days. Alex t thank you. And I went to websites and this is something that I've been saying for months and months and months, and eventually the Democrat Party would say enough is enough, we

can't take it anymore. And as recently is Meet the Depressed. On Sunday morning, you had Richmond the chairman of the campaign, saying everything's hunky dory. He's ready to go. We have event scheduled. He's going to meet Benjamin Nettunyahu on Wednesday. And then of course the Olympics happened at the end of the week and doctor Joe Biden's going to go there, and all of a sudden a statement came out that from allegedly the president that said he's stepping

away from the campaign. And I would also say this that when Joe Biden finds out about this, somebody's going to have hell to pay, because I still I like to know if Joe Biden knows what's going on. So, as a conservative, thanker author, talk show host, give me Jeff Career, your analysis is to what the hell happened? You know, Bill tried to be with you. Joe Biden hasn't known what's going on for five years.

I mean, Joe Biden is literally out the lunch. It's an embarrassment to our country and it's also a threat to have someone who's mentally incompetent as our commander in chief. And you know, he was on display during the debate. It was embarrassing. And then all the events that he did afterwards, Bill just created more to helps with the American people, all the interviews and speeches, more gaps. The man has lost it. He's got dementia,

mentally incompetent. He should be in a rest home. And he was up until, as you say, this morning, they were saying he was going to run. And then I think it just got overwhelming the pressure the Democrat bosses, the money dried up, and he saw no route to victory. And he's now throwing his support behind Kamala Harris and we'll see what happens. I tend to think that there gonna be some other people that are that

will jump in, but she's got a head start. Well, when I look at this thing, this is one of the this is the biggest cover up in presidential history when you have individuals from the Pentagon, the State Department, you have the Diplomatic Corps. You have members of the executive branch, from Secretary of Defense to Admiral Kirby to others. Senators, congressman all talking about this guy. This guy could could spend rings around anyone. We're talking

about the last six months. He can recite the alphabet backwards, he can do it on his head. He says, nimble as any American gymnast. And this guy's and all of a sudden he can't tie his shoes and can't walk up steps. And I'm thinking, what about can we go back in time and talk about the cover up of his mental acuity? What did Kamal Laras know and when did she know it? You know, she knew it from the beginning. I mean she's been covering up Joe's incompetence from the very

beginning. I mean she's spent more time with them than the cabinet member. They never had cabinet meetings, so the cabinet didn't really see him. I mean, of course, doctor Jill was the biggest abuser. She was engaged in elder abused for years, and Kamala Harris News. So I think she was playing along, figuring that eventually they would force him out. Eventually this would happen, she'd be sitting pretty as the quote unquote new choice. It's

the same old policies since Biden had the same failed policies. That's what Trump said. He's going to take anybody on, no matter who the Democrats put in there, because the policies don't change Bill, the policies will be the same, and they're all failing policies. I mean, his three and a half years have been the biggest disaster we've ever seen, the worst president and vice president in American history. And Kamala Harris is an embarrassment. She is

the word salad queen. I mean, she is a cackling fool, and I shudder to think how she's going to do in a debate against Donald Trump. I mean, I think he's gonna prevail easily. I wonder if that will happen, because I can't imagine. I was looking forward to jd Vance teeing it up against Kamala Harris. Now I don't know is that. I guess the debate is still on so to speak, for September tenth or eleventh the VP bait who knows what that's going to be. And so the cover

up I find amazing. I look, on one side, you have Congressional Black Caucus, you have Congressman Clyburn All with Kamala Harris. Of course, you have the Obamas with Kamala Harris. But on the other side of the fence, it's come out that Nancy Pelosi says she wants an open convention. You have other prominent Democrats like the Obamas and throwing Nancy Pelosi and others saying that we have to have an open convention, and they know her best.

I would assume Nancy Pelosi goes back for decades with Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris has been so called on the public doll for about thirty five years. She's about sixty years old, and she's spent thirty five years Kamala Harrison public service, and she goes back with Nancy Pelosi as far as the eye can see, and those who know her best like her least. To me, that's a problem. What do the Obamas know and what does Nancy Pelosi know about

Kamala Harris's ability? I assume they think she can't win. Well, they saw how she did in the last presidential race. She came in last. I mean she had to end her campaign before anybody else, and she was terrible and it was a surprise. I guess Biden wanted to pick a quote unquote candidate of color for VP and chose her. But she was terrible on her own as a presidential candidate. So they know that she is not presidential material. They know that she's going to lose. They're hoping that they can

shake this thing up and they can get somebody else in there. I don't know. She's going to have a head start. She's going to have money. She's got the support of Biden, whatever that means, whoever he is, whatever he does, well, wait wait till he finds out what's going on, because Joe Biden's not going to like this at all. Someone needs

to tell him quickly. And as far as that money, there's ninety one million dollars in the account, and there was a release from the Federal Election Commission saying that she cannot access that money because only the candidate for the presidency can do that. And as we sit here with about a month before the convention, Joe Biden is not the nominee of the Democrat Party, and nor is Kamala Harris, and therefore the ninety one million dollars is in larch.

NBC News reported a couple of days ago that when she had a call with three hundred mega donors a Democrat Party, NBC News said the donors came out completely underwhelmed. They did like what Kamala harreas As was saying. And those those are the funders of the Democrat Party and they won't like it. Still, they're seeing what we've seen for all these years. Is VP. I mean, she's an embarrassment. I mean, she is the word sala queen. She'll say a word over and over and over. I mean, she

really can't articulate. She's not a thinker, she's not smart. Here's two questions I want to throw out there. One, what happens to Joe Biden and she cannot serve as the nominee, How in the world can he still serve as president? You know? I mean, should there be an effort to try to remove him as president? If he is so in company and he can't be the nominee, is that a danger to the country? To have someone like that as president. And you know, secondly, what about

all the fourteen million voters around the country who voted for Biden. They've just been disenfranchised. How are they going to feel Bill Jeff Etcher. That can't be the case because the Democrats care about democracy. Every time Trump that's up in the morning, when Trump rises out of about six am, he's a threat to democracy. I watch an interview with Robert F. Kennedy Junior. There's probably no better name in democratic politics than Robert F. Kennedy Junior.

And he was barred from ballots all over. The so called Iowa caucuses didn't happen. In New Hampshire. They passed a rule that if you're a candidate other than Joe Biden and step into the state of New Hampshire and you get any delegates to the national convention, those delegates, by New Hampshire law, must go toward Joe Biden. There was no race at all. There were a few candidates that wanted to run against them. The one congressman did and

that was an embarrassment. But the A team couldn't run against Joe Biden because the party that cares about democracy made sure the whole primary was undemocratic, and they kept out of the race. A whole bunch of people. Bill the party that rigged the twenty sixteen primaries and the twenty twenty primaries, rigged the twenty twenty four primaries. They do what they do. That's the Democrats. They hate democracy. They say they love it, they really hate it.

They hate the little people, the voters. It's all about the machine, all about the big money people, all about the insiders. So you know, we'll see what these insiders come up with. They certainly could not care less about the average voter. You know, Jeff Career, you bring up a great point. If he's not competent to run for an office that he holds, how can he hold the office? Well, one or the other. In the twenty fifth Amendment, I know the Speaker of the House Johnson

is talking about the twenty fifth Amendment. But twenty fifth Amendment says that if Kamala Harrison half the Cabinet suggests in a writing to the Clerk of the House and the Senate each of the way of a president that can't discharge the duties immediately, she becomes the acting president. And then if within four days, the so called President Joe Biden objects, he can file an objection and then quickly the House and the Senate must have determined whether or not Joe Biden is

mentally incompetent or not. And then if it takes two thirds to the vote, and likely the Republicans aren't going to bail out the Democrats, which means Joe Biden is back in office, and that means Kamala Harri stage an unsuccessful coup. How about that one, right? Right? I mean, I think you've laid it out perfectly. Here's the the sort of X factor you're talking at the cabinet. Joe Biden doesn't know the cabinet, and the cabinet doesn't know Joe Biden. I mean, they never meet, so how can

they evaluate his mental acuity? I mean, they don't know him, they haven't seen him, so it'll all be based on what he's done on TV. No. I mean he the other day couldn't even remember the name of his Defense Secretary, Bill Now Lloyd Austin, how bad off he is? He called him that black man, right. His name's Lloyd Austin. He's been there every day you've been to President, and he couldn't remember. He can't remember who's dhs. My Yorcas was standing there about two months ago and

he couldn't remember my Yorcis and he's he's calling Lloyd Austin. You know that that black man and b e t just sat there and not at the her head's like in a babblehead, ed Gordon saying the black man, you know you mean it didn't bail him out. Now you bring up another great point about the twenty fifth Amendment. There's difficulties with that because it looks like a bloodless coup unless Joe Biden resigns the presidency, which he can do. He

can tonight tomorrow, this afternoon. He could say, you know what, I resigned the presidency, in which case Kamala Harris becomes the president and the acting president. And I'll say this, Jeff threw Air. I mean, imagine that her behind the resolute desk and it's like what I mean, it's

one nightmare after another. Here's what I know. Before he leaves office, he's going to get all those pardons together because he's got a pardon his son, he's got to pardon the other family members involved in all the scheming and scams and the corruption. So I'm sure he's got a lot of work to do as far as you know, cleaning up the messes that his family's created. Well, he's got to do all that. And there has to be some understanding if Kamala takes over, is to you have to let my brother

go, my sister go, you have to let Hunter go. My gosh, he's going to spend decades in prison with the crimes against him. He was the bag man for Joe Biden. And one other interesting thing this is brought up. I'm giving RFKG Bobby Kennedy Junior credit on this one. He made the point that we've spent a long time. When Russia had an election, I guess a month or two ago, Putin got eighty eight percent of the vote, and Joe Biden was saying, well, he's got a fixed

election. There's no candidates running against him, and that's why I get eighty eight percent. Well, he made the point that Joe Biden received eighty seven percent of the Democratic vote. Putin got eighty eight percent of the Russians, but on the same mechanisms of getting rid of all the oppositions suing them, changing the rules eighty seven times. They changed the rules to make sure there was no democracy in the Democrat Party, as they complained about a threat to

democracy they had. Eighty seven percent of the votes went to Joe Biden, and the great majority of those who voted, like fifteen or sixteen million,

eighty seven percent voted for Joe Biden. And I would contend Jeff Career, you cannot in a party that has spent this last decade or so on DEI in affirmative action, say to a sitting black vice president, even though you're holding the job and have been a US senator, did a terrible job, Attorney general, terrible job, a prosecutor in the city of San Francisco. Look at that hell hole right now, terrible job. That that black woman

cannot be the president? Could How could the Democratic Party convene in Chicago and say, you know what we're gonna, We're gonna, We're gonna step over Kamala Harris and not let her be the nominee of the Democrat Party. Does that work? The only way I see that happening is if the black man who served as President, Barack Obama, would have to be publicly for someone else. That would be the only way I could see that possibly happening, and I don't see a willing to do that. He wants to play this

role behind the scenes. So yeah, that's why the betting is on Kamala Harris. That's why she is an overwhelming favorite to secure this through whatever kind of sham process that they put together over these next few weeks. I mean, is it's a joke. It's disgusting. All these primaries were for naught. All these people voted for a candidate that's not even in there now, and he was in the same mentally incompetent state during the primaries that he is

now. He's been this way the entire presidency bill, and they've just lied about it, and the media is covered up for it. The media did a shameful job in covering the Biden administration on so many different areas, but his health certainly has to rank up there at the very top. They covered

up his problems from the beginning well. Chuck Todd said about a week ago moderator former moderator of Mate the Press, that he had a sit down with a high ranking cabinet official, and the cabinet officials said to Chuck Todd. You know, this guy can't run for president in two years. We don't have any meetings, there's no communication. And Chuck Todd said, well, why wouldn't a newsman like a Chuck Todd on NBC News report the fact that

cabinet officials have no meetings with the president. They don't respect what he's doing, they don't know each other, don't know who they are. And Chuck Todd kept it alive, the idea that he's competent. Think about a newsman given that kind of a sweat to someone like Donald Trump. It would never happen. It would never happen. That's why he's not a newsman. He's not a journalist. He's just a partisan Democrat hack. And that's what so

many of these quote unquote reporters are. They're just doing the beating of the Democrat Party. And he felt that he had to cover for Joe Biden. He had to support Joe Biden, so he did. And you know, the truth, be damned, we didn't get the truth. The American people did not get the truth from these from these so called reporters. So it's been an outrage bill the whole time. The Russian Putin gets eighty eight percent of Russian vote, Joe and gets eighty seven percent of Democratic vote, and

I thought the presidential speech of Donald Trump was great and Warren Davidson was therefore it all wanted to talk to him about the convention. But the activities of about one thirty five pm Sunday afternoon have taken Presidents congres has been Warren

Davidson. I would ask where we Two big events have happened since the assassination attempt of Donald Trump on July thirteenth. I can't imagine a twenty five day stretch ever in American history for a Republican. Between June twenty seventh and then today, about twenty five days have gone by since the debate. In the middle of that, of course, was his shooting of fired one hit of Donald Trump. I kind of remember where I was when Kennedy was assassinated.

I was a kid in the grade school. I remember where I was on nine to eleven. I remember now where I was. Trump was shot. And now the startling events of Joe Biden saying that he's stepping down. I would assume he was wine dined and pocket lined by somebody to get pushed out the door. And when Joe Biden finally wakes up and understand what's going on, and the next day or two, he may be really angry at what's

going on. He may not know what's going on. So, first of all, before we talk about the convention, the great success, what's your take on what happened when Joe Biden passed on the baton? We think to Kamala Harris, what's your thought on that? Well, look, you're right, what a crazy stretch of events. And note that Joe Biden didn't resign immediately after his terrible debate performance. He instead enlisted the media to lie continue

the lie that somehow he's actually not undergoing dementia. Those are all just fakes and taking out of context and everything. He's strong, sharp as attack, brilliant, and those were the lies in the immediate aftermath of his, you know, very visibly bad debate performance. And then of course after the assassination attempt on Donald Trump failed, and after the Republican Convention, and after numerous members of the House, the Senate, other Democrat top donor people pushing for

Joe Biden resigned, that's when he resigned. So today people are trying to say, oh, what a selfless act. There's nothing selfless about this at all. It is a shameless power grahab by the elites of the Democratic Party. To avoid having a primary in the first place, and then after that to strip the Democratic nominee from the position, and if necessary, we'll see, probably from his role as president, the only thing he's got going for

him. This is the tell the dementia riddled current President Joe Biden is still probably stronger than the absolutely crazy Vice President Kamala Harris. Imagine that's why they haven't invoked the twenty fifth. They haven't invoked the twenty fifth if they if she was strong, they would be ready to invoke it. Well, the twenty fifth Amendment Section four you may be involved in this because if a president is not capable of campaigning for a position, how can he hold that position?

And so at this point we're sitting here with about six months to go until January twentieth of next year. In every minute of every hour of every day, there's a nuclear football. Nuclear codes are supposedly with him. He's got to make snap decisions on life and death. He's meeting with that Tunyahoo. I guess on Wednesday. He's got other big issues coming up with Russia and has now put crosshairs on European capitals. You have North Korea firing missiles

thither and fro. You got the Israelis responding to the Hoodies and Yemen and they're at war. And everywhere I look, I'm being told that by the media and by the Democrats that Joe Biden is the second coming of Abraham Lincoln, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and the greatest one term president since John Tyler.

And I'm looking at this and I'm thinking, what, well, if I've been asleep the past four years like he's been, if you had to vote, just briefly on the twenty fifth Amendment, Section four states that if the Vice President Kamala Harris gets half the signatures of the Cabinet, there's a petition filed in the House in the Senate, and then within four days the SOO she becomes the acting president. At that moment, she's the she's the president.

Biden's out, and then the Joe Biden has four days to file an objection and if he says, no, I'm not crazy, I can discharge to do and then you and the House in the Senate are going to have a quick proceeding as determined by the leadership, to have a trial or depositions or something. And then unless there's a two thirds vote of each house in the Senate, then Joe Biden is reinstalled in the presidency and the bloodless coup

fails. Would that be a bit messy? Yeah? And look, the fiction writers couldn't come up with some of the crazy stuff that's happened over the past eight years, or frankly, as you point, over the past thirty days. I mean, this stuff is insane, and you know, and

so inspiring. I mean, you look at Donald Trump that literally tried to kill him, and he stands up and just in the most bold and inspiring way possible, raises his hand, lets the crowd know that he's okay, and encourages him to fight, fight, fight, And you couldn't have scripted something more bold. And the disgusting thing is people are saying, oh, Donald Trump rigged his own thing, like, look at what happened there on that day, and how close that came to taking his life. How psychotic

are these people? And disgusting to make these accusations against President Trump or others. And you look at Joe Biden. We've known that he wasn't mentally competent since the twenty twenty campaign, and it's fair to say that the rate of decline is probably exponential. And right now when he's saying, look, I don't have the Jews to make it through this campaign, well we saw, we saw the debate performance there. You don't have the Jews to make it

through the day. And so it's like having a hockey game where you've got no goalie in the net. I mean, you've got to have somebody in position as the commander in chief of our country. He's always been weak as a president, but now he's frankly not even on duty. It seems to a lot of people in the world, well, you're a congressman. How can he be? How can to be the president this afternoon, tonight,

tomorrow morning? He's the president? Supposedly, he said, I'm working between ten am and four pm, with a nap and lunch in between, and That's what I'm doing. And I'm thinking to myself, what if a Republican reviled president like Donald Trump had done the same thing. What if he said, look, I'm working between ten am and four pm, with the lunch and a nappy time in between. There would be demands that he was resuming

even though he was the other way. He was super vigorous when he was a president, they still tried to say, oh, you need the twenty fifth Amendment to go after Donald Trump. He's insane. The reality is the House and Senate don't get to invoke the twenty fifth Amendment. Right the vice

president and the cabinet invoked the twenty fifth Amendment. Now we've got a Sense of Congress resolution that I think several of my colleagues introduced variations of this, and we could take a vote on it, but it would be non binding. It's a sense of Congress. The power of the twenty fifth Amendment rests with the cabinet and frankly the vice president. So that's what has to happen

to initiate a twenty fifth Amendment proceeding. And then if the president himself contested, then there could be a role for the legislature, but abs in a contested situation, the legislature really doesn't have a say in this well, and may be thrust upon you at some point, but at this point, I have no idea. And when I look at this, on one side of the table, you have the Kamala Harris crowd presently includes the Clintons Bill and

Hillary. They don't have much steam in the Democrat Party because Hillary lost to Donald Trump and so, but the Clintons have lined up with Kamala. Harris James Clyburn your compatriot there, and the House of Representative is with Kamala. The Congressional Black Caucus is with Kamala. Now on the other side, to have an open convention in Chicago in four weeks, you have the Obamas say,

have an open convention the Obamas at this point or against Kamala. You have AOC against Kamala, and you have Nancy Pelosi, believe it or not, against Kamala. And those two of must known each other for thirty or three twenty five years. Each of them has destroyed the city of San Francisco. And so isn't an odd that you have the Clintons on one side, Obama's on the other, Clyde Burn on one side, AOC and the other, the Congressional Black Caucus on one side, and Nancy Placi on the other

side. This is chaos. How's that possible? Politically? Well, it is a little crazy. But look, Alex Soros has given the message, get in line, following fall in line, and get behind Kamala Harris. We'll see whether they do just that. You know who's been silenced so far today is our Democrat Senator Sharon Brown. You know, he did ultimately get

to the point where he too was calling for Joe Biden to resign. But I gotta believe it's under duress because I don't think there's gonna be a lot of crossover voters that are gonna vote for Kamala Harris on the one hand, and then vote for Share Brown that are gonna somehow I'm gonna vote for Donald Trump and switch my vote and vote for Share Brown. That's already long odds.

But when the alternative on the other head of the other ticket, I can't imagine sure Brown's going to want to be seeing campaigning next to Kamala Harris anymore than he's wanted to be seeing campaigning next to Joe Biden. Well, I would hope I made this point earlier, and that is this that when the democratic machine fires up on all eight cylinders, it is a magnificent thing

to watch at some point, whether it's September or October. Let's face it, there is some balloting that takes place in September in Virginia and in Pennsylvania. But at some point all these Democrats are going to fall in line. The media is going to fall in line. They will not investigate the background of Kamala Harris. When she was horrible as a prosecutor in San Francisco,

she was routinely reprimanded by Supreme Court and other federal courts. She was terrible as the attorney general in California. She was awful as a US Senator, and terrible as a Vice president. The reporting on her the first year was that she couldn't keep staff, she was impossible to work for. And she's in charge of the southern border. She's the czar of the South border, and she handled that so well. I mean, she solved that problem.

But I say this, Warren Davidson. At some point the machine is going to hit all eight cylinders, and here they come. And for those who think most of my friends, probably most of your friends, say, you know what, this election is over. Fully, if you think it's over, it has just begun, because at some point the democratic machine is going to fire up and it's going to be a magnificent thing to watch. Do you agree with me? It's going to be tough as nails or easy as

can be. That's right. It is going to be tough because it doesn't matter whether the kennate's Kamala Harris or Joe Biden or Michelle Obama or whoever else. They pick somebody that we've never heard of, that they can blank slate them and make them whomever whatever they want to be, like some kind of new product launch or something. Who knows what they're going to do. But their machine, at purpose of the system is what it does, not what

the intent is. What it does. The Democrats have a machine. I was talking with Cedric Richmond at one point, who is one of Biden's key campaign operatives, and I said, you guys are really going to go with Joe Biden And he's like, yeah, we're going to go with him, and like, you know, you know he's not in good shape. And another Democrat who I won't name, said, look, i'll concede that if if he wasn't president, he'd probably be in a memory care unit. But

we're going with Joe Biden. And so they've known he's an empty shell of a person, which is sad. I mean, it's a sad situation. What's gone on with them but they've they've played this this way because it is a machine and he is simply a useful agent in the operation of that machine. And now he's not, so he's going to be discarded just like a disposable diaper, and they're going to move on and go as fast as they

can. Because look, the Democrats, as much as I can't stand their policies and what they're in my view as a party at the top level, the people that are leading this our left agenda for the Democrats. What they're steering there the Democrat Party to do is to destroy our country. As Barack Obama said, he wants to fundamentally remake our country, and it doesn't need to be fundamentally remade. And if Concertos don't start fighting, we're going to

run out of things to conserve. These guys are fighting for keeps right and and you know, we can't take anything for granted or leave anything on the field. We got to put it all in because this election. Gosh, think of the contrast. It's a key intersection. You can't you can't go forward straight ahead. You're either turning radically left or frankly, you're turning slightly to the right. I mean, Donald Trump has been accused of all kinds of things, but as he said, how of my threat to democracy?

You know what has he done that somehow is a threat to democracy. They use the same kind of rhetoric on Donald Trump that they used on Mitt Romney, that they used on George W. Bush, that they used on John McCain. And really there's none of these guys are far right radicals. No, Well, I tell you, I tell you what's amazing. A party that's run on the idea Trump is a threat to democracy is describing precisely their own behavior when the elites get together, which they did, I guess Friday,

Saturday and Sunday. And I'm told that John Meacham wrote the so called recusal remarks that Joe Biden supposedly signed, and he has no idea what he signed, so I don't think he knows what's going on. But the elites decided that sixteen million primary voters are going to be disenfranchised. They decided that the eighty seven rule changes they made, and like New Hampshire, that if a Robert F. Kennedy Junior set foot in New Hampshire, every delegate that

he earned would automatically go to Joe Biden. They got rid of the primaries in South Carolina, the caucuses in Iowa. They said Democratic voices do not matter. This is the nominee, and God help you if you oppose it. And now that they've changed their opinion, they say to the ten fifteen million Democratic voters, eighty seven percent voted for Joe bid you don't matter. And now they also are saying that Joe Biden is going to be allowed to

step down as a candidate, but stay as the president. It's one hundred times easier to be a candidate than the president, and the president is a much more difficult job than being the CEO of Walmart. And this guy, if his family was involved, they wouldn't let him drive a car. They take the keys away. But he's in charge of the military, appointing federal

judges. He's in charge of the southern border and foreign policy, is in charge of the diplomatic corps, is in charge of the executive branch of government. Isn't it amazing that the elites of the Democrat Party just said Democratic votes don't matter. We will tell you who the nominee is. Know your role and shut your mouth, and that's the party running on Trump being a threat to democracy, when in fact they that's right, I mean Google to save

our democracy. They always say, well, we're going to cancel free speech. We're not going to allow free we're going to censor any kind of social media. We're going to ban people of bankrupt people who do speak out and cross lives. We're going to put you in jail for speech. Basically, yes, we're going to ban Donald Trump from being on the ballot. Yep. We're going to bankrupt Donald Trump, yep. And at least somebody decided they were going to kill Donald Trump and all of it to quote save democracy.

Well, now, jeez, as you highlight the most undemocratic path possible to selecting the nominee for the Democratic Party, they should at least change the name of their party. The Democratic Party is undemocratic. Congressman Warren Davidson, you may have a big decision in making a few weeks or minds under the twenty fifth Amendment, but it all begins with Vice President Kamala Harris, who's failed at every job that she's had. And once again, Warren Davidson,

With some people listening to those descriptions of Obama articulate, clean, heard racial overtones or at the

very least condescension. Tonight, his campaign is doing damage control in the months that followed. Joe Biden dropped out of the race last night after finishing poorly. Once again, Joe Biden's campaign would collapse. The latest news is that Joe Biden is dropping out of the rate. You're coming on the year at this hour with breaking news. President Biden has just announced that he is ending his re election bid. But I was told another guy that loser. I

think he's having trouble you he hello, Byett, I'm broadcasting. You know. When Joe Biden finds out what's just happened, he's going to be one pissed off individual. Does he know anything about this? Michigan, and Minnesota quickly sign them up with massive fundraising. The Democratic Party is comprised of the elites at the top and at the bottom. In the middle is the Republican part of the opposite of what it's been historically. She's going to have access literally to thousands and thousands of ground soldiers from the college's universities to sign up new voters, to get the list prepared on election day. We have thirty days to vote anymore. In fact, in Pennsylvania you

got forty five days to vote. They're going to sign off the names of the list of one hundreds of thousands of soldiers in the field signing up these brand new voters. You're going to have the universities and colleges pumping out more marching Marxists to make sure that you vote for Kamala Harris because she is an African American whose fathers is Jamaican, whose mother is from India, and she was raised largely in Canada. But the media won't let it on that because they have many stooge followers, They have many of the of the kool aid drinkers that want to have something to hang their hat on. Is going to be the twenty twenty five plan put out by the Federalists and the evening news, the morning news, the late night comics. The view will be one hundred percent with Kamala Harris

And on top of that, all the morning news shows are going to be complimenting Kamala Harrison, criticizing Jane Vance, and also Donald Trump and big city mayors, the powerbrokers with them, and all the unions and the federal bureaucracy. These are all parts of the democratic machine marching marching toward Donald Trump and JD. Vance. The unions provide

money and foot soldiers. The federal bureaucracy provides cover. Not the rank and file, not the FBI across the street from this building, not the cops, not the firefighters. They're not going to be the marshall service of the FBI, but the leadership of the FBI and the CIA and the irs will go after Donald Trump again and again and again until they bring him down completely.

Put all that together, and you mean to tell me a well funded operation involving massive fundraising, thousands and thousands of ground soldiers and foot soldiers. The registration sign up on election day only by these thousands of college kids and union members, all of the colleges and the universities. The newspapers, the website, the cable news, the Hollywood, the Star Power, the evening news, the morning news at all is going to come after Donald Trump again.
