With the Snakes are in town Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Arizona. Then it's off to Milwaukee, Los Angeles and the Cubs. But until then, of course, so there was announcements yesterday from Melissa Powers, the Hamlety County prosecutor, about the indictments of Croissan Dixon, Ryan Brown, and Damario Williams, the three individuals that were involved in the murder of Demaia about ten days ago, two weeks ago joining us. Now is that same Melissa Powers.

Melissa, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And before we get into the actual facts of this case, I know you've spent many years as a Hamlety County judge. You spent before that many years in the Prosecutor's office as an assistant. Now you are the prosecutor. And one thing I've noticed is that when you were a judge, quite often you did not, in a sense take a lot of work home with you because you had some things to read. But now as the prosecutor, you're on call twenty four to seven.

And when you heard about the case of getting in a sense murdered on some sort of a retaliation deal. As a mother, yourself This had to strike a little bit at your heart strings, am I correct? Yeah? Absolutely? Why? This was a beautiful young girl, innocent, had nothing to do with the situation. She's in the safety of her own home and gets murdered and doesn't even know what happened. She and her friend there was

a sweepover at her grandmother's house. They were dancing and videoing themselves for TikTok videos and before they even knew what happened. I mean, she's dead. Awful stuff. Let's walk through the charges. Some asked a couple of days ago on the cases of Ryan Braun and Quissan Dixon. These are so called the trigger man that wasn't there a death penalty speck available? And I said, probably not. But nonetheless, why is this not a death penalty case?

Well, the facts do not fit any of the specifications to make this a death penalty case. And then basically the reason is they would have to have that fired intentionally, try trying to kill with purpose, trying to kill um Demaya stay shot into a home indiscriminately, not even knowing who was in the home, And that's why it's not a death penalty case. This is a case though it's an aggravated murder case. Both of them were indicted.

The shooters were indicted more aggravated murder, and they faced the maximum possible sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole. So it's the best that we can do for this heinous crime. Kind of walk us through as citizens. How does this thing originate? Who did what when? What was the role of Dixon, Brown, and Williams. Can you talk go back a

little bit in time as to how this event began. So in July tenth, Dixon and Brown drove to Plainfield Road, Silverton, and the suspect fired twenty eight shots into the home on flank Bille Road. And this was the grandmother's home. Her name is Lutitia Copeland, and her nine year old granddaughter and then the granddaughter's friend were inside the home for a sleepover. They were doing. They were not even in the front of the house. They were

in the back of the house. So these these the gun shots went through the front of the house into the next room over or behind it, and that's where the girls were located. Demaiah died instantly, she was shot in the chest. The other girl, a little girl, was grazed by a bullet. She's going to recover from her injuries. And the grandmother she was

not harmed at all. But I just can't imagine the trauma that the grandmother as well as the other little girl a friend, what they're experiencing after you know, here they are, I don't think they'll ever feel safe again. Everyone should feel safe in their own home. Here they are in their home, and then before you know, in a split second, one of the little girls is murdered. As far as Demario Williams, some called him early on he was the driver, it appears that is not the case. What

was the involvement of Demario Williams, age twenty two in this well. Williams was invited for tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice, caring concealed weapon, the vehicular assault, and fairy to stop after an accident. So if he's convicted on all those charges, he faces a possible sentence of ten years in prison. He was the driver. The following day met with Dixon tried. He carried the firearm, the actual rifle, and a gun case out to

the car place in the trunk. Also located in the car was the glock, the handgun the firearm, and both of both firearms were recovered. They were under surveillance by the investigators and detectives from the Sheriff's department, and so they were watching them and they watched to walk out of the house with Dixon go into the car. He was the driver of the vehicle. He also was the one that placed the rifle into the truck or trunk of the car.

And Prosecutor Melissa Powers kick, can you tell us between Dixon and Brown do we know yet which one fired the so called fat fatal shot. I haven't received the Corners report, so I don't want to make any comment on that. Also, I want to protects the invest the integrity of the case at this point, and I don't want to disclose too much information at this time. As far as the drone technology, well, what role did drones play in the apprehension of these characters. Um, I don't have that information

to discuss at this time. Again, it's protecting the integrity at the case. I don't want to jeopardize it that trial. All this will come out and trial. Okay. As far as the previous criminal record, Quissan Dixon was only twenty five and Ryan Brown was only twenty seven and Demario Williams twenty two. Did any of these characters have previous criminal records, Yes, thank

dad. All of them had contacts, multiple contacts with firearms, weapons under disability when and convictions and prison sentence that they received from the judges in Hamilton County. So they served their time on these low level faalonies. Believe it or not, having if you're a convicted balon illegally possessing a firearm, that's called a weapons under disability, you're not permitted to have a firearm. And

but they're low level salonies with a presumption of probation. So initially they were given probation, then by the probation by picking up another charge with the weapons enter disability, and then they eventually went to prison. And they also have they also have numerous contacts with drugs. Let's see what else they have here, but it's anyway, they have a lengthy criminal history and they also have a number of times that they've report after being released out online. Can you

address yourself to the issue. You've been around Cincinnati almost your entire adult life. It appears as more drive by shootings, whether it's an OTR or elsewhere. Is there a reason or is this just happens thence that we have more of these drive by shootings. I can't explain it though, as to why these are occurring with such frequency at this time, I just can't. There isn't an explanation. I haven't received anyone any explanation for it through law enforcement

as of yet. They are collecting the data, they're looking into it. It may have something to be able to explain it, some way, to get some kind of intervention earlier so that we can prevent this, But I have no idea as far as the role of the community in coming forward to identify these individuals. Normally it takes a long time or never because of retaliation.

What role to the community do you play in this regard and pointing out who's the guilty parties we had cooperation for to get the information and exactly how that came through. I'd rather not discussed at this time. Not only protect them, but also protect the case to make sure that they're available as witnesses for trial. As far as your level of confidence, you've done this for many years, as far as and indicting and trying at criminals with what level

of confidence do you have that you have the only three individuals involved. I'm pretty I would say very strong and very confident that the appropriate parties involved here were apprehended and now are sitting in jail waiting for trial. Are the bonds such that these characters won't get out again? The two individuals, the two men that are charged with aggravated murder and other charges, so shade it with that um they're not to be no serious of offenses, even though this is

involving a very very serious case. So the bond on that individual, it's about one hundred and fifty and so it remains to be seen if that's high enough at this point to hold him. But now he's indicted, it'll get reviewed by another common Police magistrate and our office will be asking for a higher bond to keep him in jail. So at this point, relative to Dickson and Brown, the odds are posting bonds of North at two million dollars are

almost non existent. But as far as De Mario Williams, a relatively low bond, of course he wasn't. He wasn't one of the murderers. It's only one hundred and fifty thousand someone could put up fifteen thousand dollars and he would be out. It's not fair to say exactly with a bondsman. And it's a surety bond, So a bondsman would post it and that that's feasible.

That's a possibility, And Monday it'll be in front of you know, it's going to be reviewed again by a magistrates, hopefully with our office emphasizing the strength, how important this case is and how important, how dangerous this individual is, that he should remain behind bars because he had no regard for

safety of anybody. He's driving the car recklessly, people are out on the road, he ends up crashing the car going at high rate to speed, violing and all kinds of traffic violations and then runs into a crashes into an innocent driver and cause serious injury. A person like that is not somebody that was going to cooperate. They fled when they got out of the vehicle, you know, so, and he didn't have any regard for anybody else but

himself. Hopefully we can get a higher bond. Lastly, Melissa Power is the beginning. I think September first, the state of Illinois and its wisdom is getting rid of all cash bonds because of the presumptiveness of innocence. That there's a thought by the good governor of Illinois and its legislature that it's not fair to somebody without financial resources to sit in jail awaiting trial as opposed to

someone else that can post a bond, that it's like economic discrimination. Can you briefly address yourself to the issue as to whether or not a bond would hold somebody for trial, because in the state of Illinois, Forsam Dixon and Ryan Braun, the murderers of a child with an extensive previous criminal record, wouldn't be subject to no cash bond at all because they're presumed to be innocent. Therefore, why lock up an innocent man? Why is that a bad

idea? Well, a number of things, but we already know these policies, this thought on crime. There's no bail buying, it's just reeks, havocs on cities, and failed policies. Basically, I understand their argument, but at the same time, there's a duty to protect the public. There's an accountability that needs to be taken, and so hopefully, hopefully our state

never turns into it like Illinois yeah, that's the goal. Well, Prosecutor Melissa Powers, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And I guess all the law enforcement needs to get a tip of the town's cap for finding these characters so quickly and getting them off the streets. And Melissa Powers, have a great weekend. And thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thanks though you two have a great weekend. Thank

you, Take care. All right, let's continue if a line becomes available five one, three, seven, four nine, seven thousand, and in many parts of our country, of course, with sn Dixon and Ryan Braun had committed these offenses elsewhere, like in Illinois or California, in New York City, there's a good chance they'd be out on bond quickly, in which case they would seek out the individuals who fingered them as the perpetrators for specialized

treatment with an AK forty seven. And so we cannot become Chicago. Let's continue with more. Bill Cunningham News Radio seven hundred WLW. Special interests spent millions lobbying corrupt politicians to call a special election this August, even though there's already one scheduled in November. Why they're banking on you not paying attention, so polling places are left empty because they're trying to sneak something through, hoping

you don't show up to vote. There's only one question on the ballot, a constitutional amendment called Issue one. Issue one ends majority rule in Ohio, undermining the sacred principle of one person, one vote, taking away our right to decide what happens here, and stripping freedom from we the people. All so special interests get what they want instead. But you can stop them if you vote no on Issue one. Early voting has already started. Find out

how to vote at Vote no in August dot org. Don't be silenced. On Tuesday, August eighth, vote no on Issue one. Paid for by one person, one vote. Most dependable mass market brand three years in a row by JD. Power. You can stop thinking about what you can't do and start doing which another thought possible. Whether it's in the keyser call today, swim this year, Frank Sybell gets it done. Lets get into it.

After one o'clock today will be the Great Brian Henrick of the Power of Five, about a character fifty nine year old man playing the role of Luke Skywalker and actually being a devotee of child porn. I know Shari Plelo and others. A Channel five did positive reporting on this character a few years back, very popular. But nonetheless it turns out after some investigation that Luke Skywalker's

character is somehow involved with child pornography. That's with Brian Hemrick after one, then after two o'clock of Scott Powell of Newsmax dot com about US military wokeness. But until then, while you and I were doing what we were doing the last day or two, there were two IRS Criminal Divisions supervisory agents who

were testifying before the House of Representatives. Now, if you missed this in the media, you didn't miss a whole lot, because the media largely doesn't cover things that are negative toward Democrats in particular, but Joe Biden in particular. It's very difficult to get negative information in the stream of consciousness about Joe Biden. But essentially, these two agents, and by the way they identified

themselves as Democrats. One worked his way up for sixteen years, the other one for fifteen years in the Internal Revenue Service located in Delaware but also mainly in Washington, d C. And so they testified under oath for several hours, and even the Democrats could not lay a glove on them because they know what they're doing. And there's a form called an FD ten twenty three which states that Joe Biden, then vice president, engaged in a criminal bribery scheme

involving Barisma, which is an oil company in the Ukraine. It appears that we're being sucked into a world war with a Russia about Ukraine, which is a separate issue. But these agents testified about the millions and millions and millions of dollars beginning in at least twenty fourteen when Joe Biden was the vice president that flowed into the accounts of Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, Joe Biden, Joe Biden, and all the Biden family through twenty different shell companies, which

is called structuring or washing the money. It's laundering money from one source to another and make it appear legal. And sometimes the Bidens made it look as if the five million dollars coming from a Chinese energy company was in fact a loan to an LLC that later the money was released to Joe Biden or Jim Biden the brother, or Joe Biden the wife or Hunter Biden, that the

adult's son is a cocaine head. So in one part, the founder of Barisma, a large oil company in the Ukraine, told an FBI agent about being pressured by then President Joe Biden. It was to put Biden's son Hunter on the Ukrainian energy company's board of directors, and also that we needed ten million dollars. So the head of Barisma said, well, what experiences Hunter Biden have. The answer of courses none and why should we pay you five

million and Hunter Biden five million? Well the answer was one billion dollars to the Ukrainian government, with more money going back to Barizma. So American taxpayer monies of a billion dollars would flow into the Ukraine and that in exchange what would come back the other direction, Well, Hunter Biden and Joe Biden would get five million dollars each the big guy, plus monthly payments on top of

that. And according to the leader of Barisma, the goal was to have Joe Biden used his political influence number one to force the firing of the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Barisma, and number two that one billion dollars of your money would flow into the Ukraine. And so never before in American history has a president been bribed with serious money to change American foreign policy. It's happened one when a vice president took money when he was not in office, but when he's

out of office. That spirowt Agnew was the VP for Richard Nixon, who when it was discovered he when he was the governor of Maryland took money from construction companies building interstate highways. That Sparrow t Agnew resigned as the vice president, which is how Nelson Rockefeller got there. But I regress, never before in American history do we have a president or a vice president in office saying you're not going to get the foreign aid until you pay my family lots of

money. And so now we know why Christopher Ray and James Comey, who was the director of the FBI at the time, did not want this matter

out because it looks so bad for Joe Biden. However, in twenty eighteen, after Biden Banetta out of office about a year getting ready to run for the presidency, he was speaking off the cuff, as Joe Biden often is apt to do, in which he spoke about he was speaking to a group called the Council on Foreign Relations, a private group, and he was talking about Someone asked him a question about parisma, and Joe Biden tends to be

unplugged, not to alert. Here is Joe Biden, in his own words, talking about giving the billion dollars, getting the prosecutor fired in Ukraine investigating his son hit It. I'll give you one concrete example. I was not II, but it just happened to be. That was the assignment I got. I got all the good ones, and so I got Ukraine. And I remember going over convincing our team, our brothers, to convincing that that

we should be providing for loan guarantees. And I went over, I guess the twelfth thirteenth time, to Kiev, and I was going supposed to announce that there was another billion dollars loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Porshenko and from Yats and Yoke that they would take action against the state prosecutor. And they didn't. So they said they had They were walking out to prosecut and said no, I said, I'm not going to We're not

going to give you the billion dollars. They said, you have no authority. You're not the president, the president said. I said, call him. I said, I'm telling you're not getting the billion dollars. I said, you're not getting the billion. I'm gonna be leaving here. And I think it was about six hours. I look, I said, leaving in six hours. If the prosecutors not fired, you're not getting the money. Oh son of them got fired and they put in place someone who was solid

at the time. So there's the the ex vice president of a year out of office saying that Barisma paid Biden and Hunter Biden millions to get this prosecutor Pershenko fired because the Ukrainian prosecutor was getting close to hooking up the connection between Hunter Biden bribes and Barisma. So going back in time, when Donald Trump himself made a call to Zelenski, then the political leader of the Ukraine, to say, why aren't you guys investigating the fact that my political opponent Joe

Biden and his son received ten million dollars from Barisma. Once again, Donald Trump was getting close to proving and hooking up the fact that the Bidens are as dirty as coal, black as coal when it comes to legitimate issues.

But quickly the Democrats called that an impeachable offense because he was asking a foreign prosecutor to interfere in an American election, which is exactly what Joe Biden has done repeatedly, getting serious money, serious up to one hundred million dollars from communist read China, from Ukraine, Barisma, Romania, the mayor of Moscow, Russia, etc. It's a regular course of business. So step back from this thing. You have the sitting Vice president told by Baraku Saint Obama,

you're in charge of the Ukraine. I know nothing about it. You've been a Kiev a dozen times. Handle those loans and guarantees and moneies. I don't want to be involved in that. And Joe Biden said, cheching, cheching, cheching. Absolutely so when the FBI demonstrate it that a prosecutor named Porshenko was closed to indicting Hunter Biden with connections, of course to Joe Biden in the Ukraine, there was a billion dollars of American money about to

flow into the Ukraine, and it was a quid pro quo. You do this, Kill the investigation about Parisima, kill the investigation about Hunter Biden, and I'll do this, which is guarantee the billion dollars and guess what. Prosecutors fired. Porshenko is fired. The investigation has ended, and a billion dollars went from the American taxpayer into the Ukraine, and the moneys began to flow even more now from the American taxpayer into the pockets of Ukrainians back kick

back more money to the Bidens. So step back. Why in the world would at this point the American media, the Attorney General, the FBI, and I will exempt Shapely and Ziegler, the two irs. I'm an all investigative agents because those guys are profiles encourage. Why would all of official Washington say we can't go after Joe Biden. Two reasons. One, the person to take his place would be Kamala Harris. And this is a person totally

incompetent that not even one percent of Democrats wanted to be the president. So she takes over and its horse. And number two, it helps Donald Trump. Those are the reasons. Let's continue. Just got a text here from from Vivek Ramaswamy and I'll tell him, Okay, I'm going to get him on money or Tuesday, different issue. And so you look at this thing and how dirty is it? Oh, it's the only time in American history when an American Vice president now president in office has been bribed with money to

personally benefit him and his family. An official Washington doesn't seem to care because number One, immediately Kamala Harris becomes the president and she's incompetent. She not even close to doing the job. Of course, neither's Joe Biden. But number one, it would hurt the Democratic Party greatly, as did the scandals

involving Richard Nixon hurt the Republican Party some fifty years ago. But number two, it would help Donald Trump be reelected president and all of Washington, most of the FBI, most of the Department of Justice, to permanent bureaucracy, the fourth branch of government cannot put up with the idea that we're gonna have either Kamala Harris or Donald Trump as the president, and Washington cannot have that.

The FBI document shows that Barisma, the oil company, paid Biden, Joe Biden, and Hunter Biden millions to get the prosecutor fired investigating the bidens. And guess what it worked. And yesterday these agents laid it out. How much coverage did it get thank you, file, Let's continue with more. Coming up next is the great Brian Hemrick their Power of five about a

Luke Skywalker look alike in the child porn. And then after two o'clock is great is Scott Powell about what's happening to our military, which similar to what's happening to our police, what's happening to our public schools, what's happening to country music? And more? Twelve fifty five Home of Year Reds News Radio seven hundred w Old Brandon Steaders kangaroof is prior to congratulate Sergeant Thomas Day of the Fairfax Police Department as the winner of their Back to Blue your chance to

win one thousand dollars Inner this nation wide keyword on our website. Cash, that's cash inner It now my Billy cunning In too. Great American Reds Baseball continues. Everyone two in a row, if three now against the Snakes. The Snakes are in town. Whether it be Carter Snakes or whether it be Black Mumbus, I'm not sure yet, but the Reds need to win the next three and see what happens. Then it's off to Milwaukee. Then it's off to Los Angeles. Then it's off to Chicago before they come back home.

But until then, one of my favorite characters of all time was Luke Skywalker, a character a great note in the Star Wars, etc. And it appears that Luke st Luke Skywalker has taken a turn for the worse, which is child pornography. Brian Henrick, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. Tell me about Luke Skywalker and what about this character who wants to put himself always around children. Well, thanks again, Mster cunning Yeah, this

is a disturbing case, a child pornography case. We have this guy who addresses up as h Luke Skywalker, and he dress us up like this because he looks so much like the actor Mark Hamill who played Luke Skywalker and all these, uh, the movies that we've seen over the year. He really

looks more like the old Mark Hamill than the younger Mark Hamill. Uh. And so he would be hired by all these different companies, big companies, big events, uh, and he'd be around kids, and they'd be doing all these uh uh they'd be doing all you know, all these events. And so he dresses up he and he you know, he had done a lot of good work he had, he had gotten kids. I know at one point we've covered a story where he went to uh, he got a kid who wanted to go to a Red game and he was able to get

him there and get a van for him. Uh. And you know, it was all on the up and up. And we've talked to people who are stunned that now this same guy, his name's John Stevens, he's fifty

nine years old, is now charged with child pornography. But you know, when you go back and rewind and look at it, you say, well, a lot of these a lot of these folks were involved in child pornography, often put themselves around kids as coaches, boy scout leaders, and in this case, the guy who dresses up like Luke Skywalker and is able to get close to kids. Well, the sad part here is that you probably

don't become a child porn aficionado at the age of fifty nine. So I would assumed that John Stevens has been attracted to children to brutalize them for many, many years below the covers, because I guess it's possible you're fifty nine years old and suddenly you're attracted to little boys. But that's unlikely. Isn't the history of these things seem to indicate he's been this way a pedophile most

of his life. Yeah. You know, what's well, you know, if you look at the history of a lot of folks, that's the way it unfolds. But you know, they don't know they're looking at this thing case by case. Uh, they don't have any evidence that, you know, he was involved in abusing kids himself, but he just liked to look at this type of pornography. Uh. And they say, this was really

graphic. It was so graphic that in court the prosecutor said he didn't even want to he didn't even want to specify exactly what was in the photos and videos because he didn't want to say it out loud in front of the cameras that were there. That's how graphic this pornography was. So it was pretty it was some pretty awful, disgusting material. Um. But uh, but what he was involved in with kids, we don't know. I talked to some of the investigators yesterday and they said, well, the concern is that

you have someone and let's say he never did act on this. Maybe he just you know, looked at this this material, you know, these images, but they said, you know, the concern is that one thing leads to another and then you know, suddenly the images aren't enough and the video is not enough, and then being around the kids is not enough. And then you know the concern is that someone would put themselves in a position that

they would, you know, find an opportunity. You know, an opportunity would come along say well, you got to take Jimmy to the ball game, and we don't have anybody to drive him while all take him. Now he's a loan in a van with the kid who maybe even have you know, physical or mental disabilities, and you know it could be very I mean, and so he puts himself in an opportunity, didn't He gets in an opportunity and then you know, maybe act on it at some point. This

is a concern. They have no evidence that that's what's happened with John Stevens, but that was the concern of investigators. That's why they wanted to act very fast on this and make this arrest. And I think right now they have eight counts against them again photos and video, but they're looking through his electronic devices because they've confiscated some of those to see if there'll be more charges.

Brutal to look at this stuff. But Detective Mary Braun, who's with something called the Police Department Regional Electronics and Computer Investigation Unit, she said, quote very upsetting, very disturbing. That is one of the reasons that we acted on this quickly. And the other thing she wants the word out because it appears that at this point they don't have the evidence of actual physical contact.

However, by giving it media coverage, it's possible someone might come forward and say, yeah, this Fluke Skywalker character also known as John Stevens did this to me and did that to me and thought the police want the message to go out the next few days, I think so. I think they'd like to hear from anybody that had any kind of inappropriate contact or anything with

John Stevens. They'd like to know about it. Certainly they put this case together because at this point they have the images, they don't have any evidence that that it went farther than that. But like you said, you know, it's one of those you know, is this a case where there's smoke, there's fire, So they want to make sure that they get that message out and people are you know, look, there's people, a lot of

people had a lot of contact with this guy over the year. So it wasn't just you know, it wasn't it wasn't just something he dressed up, you know, for Halloween one year. This was from what I understand, this was a pretty a long term is something that happened over a number of years that he portrayed his character. He performed as a Fluke Skywalker for really decades. In fact, I know Sheri Paolo said last night that they have

done stories on John Stevens as being a friendly character. And so if you've had some illicit contact with them, I think it'd be wise for parents to speak to their kids to talk about maybe an indirect fashion. Did you spend any time alone with Fluke Skywalker? Also this morning, when we talked about this, you said they have a dog, literally a canine who could sniff out porn. Explain that one to me. Yeah, yeah, So this uh, this unit you mentioned, they're that regional task force that looks at

these uh Internet electronic crimes and they've been out there a long time. I've done stories with these guys. They do, they are they're on the deep web, the dark web. They do investigations there and that is a that is a whole, interesting, whole aspect of this as well, because a

lot of these things come from those kind of site. There are people that are down there and they create these rooms and child pornographers can go into these rooms and trade pornography, and that's what happens a lot of times, and investigators like these they're down there, they find these rooms and then they monitor

to see what's going on. And how this was found was they he apparently uploaded some of these images to the cloud, and there are organizations like watch dog organizations, and there are programs that seek out this kind of material and then they get IP addresses, they tract those of IP addresses and then they contact units like this in those local areas. So that's how they were notified

on this case. But in other cases they're down there just looking. So part of this entire operation of this unit, and it's made up of Cincinnati Police, Cariiff's Department, investigators, law enforcement from around the region are all part of this task force. And so what they do is they have this dog and the dog is it is an electronic sniffing dog. I hadn't even heard of this thing, but the heat this dog. Apparently, electronics are

coated with a specific type of material in the manufacturing process. It's a chemical. That chemical gives off a specific odor, and they have trained dogs as a guy out of Indianapolis that trains dogs to sniff out these electronics and they can find them. It's it's been doar and unbelievable how well this dog can find things. Well, this is unbelievable. I know dogs with marijuana, dogs with heroin, dogs with cocaine, but not dogs with with kitty porn.

Now, I mean, there must be some selicon coating or something. I don't know. It's a specific chemical that they use on disks and hard drives and cell phones. And you can put a cell phone in a room and this dog will find it. I mean, oh, his cell phone's easy for him to find. But even those micro chips, he's found micro

chips and different things. They said he was in one investigation and it was when he was really new, and he goes around sniffing in a cabinet and they opened the cabinet and he starts ripping out the shelving because he's trying to get to this device and that's the only way this dog gets fed. He's he is with his handler, Rick Hahn, twenty four hours a day, with his hand and he says, I go on vacation, he's in the seat next to me. He goes, we don't leave. His dog is

with him all the time, and he never eats. He says, he never gets a bowl of food, like I don't set a bowl of food down. He only eats when he finds a device. So he has to really be training him at all times. And he says, he's this one. He's a big part of their team over there, and when he's not finding an electronics, he's kind of serving as a therapy dog for everybody because

they have to, you know, the least detective. They got to find this stuff, and they have to go through these images, and he says, we see a lot of awful things. He goes, it just helps to have your dog. Your adult's name is Larry. Says, it just helps to have Larry around to kind of put us all at ease and give us a second to say, hey, everything's not so terrible, you know. Brian Henrik of the Power of five. I talked to one of the

medics that tended to Demaya Barton the other about ten days ago. This is nine year old girl that was murdered in Silverton, And they said, coming on the scene, the first person in that room. We had an earlier the prosecutor and talk about Mlissa Parson. It's tough duty to be a man with an eight year old little girl himself, who has to go and attend to the murder of Demaya, nine years old. Of physicality of an AK forty seven round going into a little girl's chest, and what you have to

try to do. And he said, I can't unsee what I saw that night. And and on top of that, what Detective Mary Braun does almost every day is pursue child porn individuals, a person's perverts, and they have to look at thousands and thousands of disgusting images of babies and toddlers and children having sex. And to spend your time either picking up the brutal remains of a nine year old or to spend your day looking at kitty porn. You

can unsee some of those images. Yeah, it's it's amazing, you know, Like you said, these these investigators and folks, they go into these scenes where where this would happened, you know, the images we see here from outside of course, you know we see some of this stuff as well, but it doesn't go on television, you know, so we kind of get a sanitized version of it. Of these crime scenes, which is, you know, more than most people want to want to deal with anyway.

But these investigators are forced to go in there, you know, they've got to they've got to get hands gone and with a victim who's been killed, a child has been abused, um and you know a lot of times they're they're right there. They got the blood of the victim on them when they leave a scene in many cases. So it's a it's a it's a tough

thing. And you know, I mean that's why these folks in this in this outfit said, you know, they they you know, for the other folks that aren't finding the electronics, not the handler, they say, you know, Larry's earning his keepers. The therapy dog over there. It's sad. Brian Hamrick, I'm glad we have men and women doing this kind of stuff. But once again Fluke Skywalker has been taken down as somebody involved in

child porn not good. Well anyway, Brian Hamrick, give my best all the folks at Channel five and once again thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Thanks again, mister Cunningham. All right, Brian Hamrick, thank you very much. Let's continue and had this conversation with one of Dr Park's finest to go into that to home on Playfield Road, the first on the scene and it's uh, he told me it is something

Sake, if you take a twelve twelve twenty ounce tumbler, fill it up with ice and watery and wait an hour or two, Yeah, and all the ice melts, right, does the water overflow when the ice melts? Think? So simple principle. So they're thinking like New York and

East Coast going to be underwater. Oh yeah, they've been promising this for fifty years, and nothing's happened other than the weight of the buildings may cause a little bit of settling, but not man made littible warming melting icebergs which bother way over the millennium have melted repeatedly in the past. And that movie took Yes, thank you laugh, gonna go lap yes, Lapham's going wow, that's what he said.

Yes, I want to know about snow White and the seven Dwarfs. They got rid of six of the seven Dwarfs. They're now trans about Sleepy Dopey there at no, no, no, no, But what are they gonna do who's gonna do all the work with? So No White, is our Prince Charming gonna come and kiss her on the lips? No, it's gonna it's gonna be a same sex kiss, I'm told. So we're gonna have to go watch that one. Can't wait. Don't bother me. N It sounds like a real movie, like Rocky would like the Seven Dwarfs.

One's under four feet, the other ones are like Ugandan war lords. But also I think we're gonna have a circumstance where Rocky is considering becoming an arena football star and leave the Big One. Is that accurate? What an arena football star? Well, apparently there's rumors going around at somebody with big pockets. We're gonna take the take over the Cincinnati team. What kind of I think it's gonna be named the Lancers after Lance McAllister, But I don't know.

Losau might get a little hot about that one. Well, we're gonna have to see about that. So I don't know what kind of name they're gonna have. But what about the river Men? Well, talk to rock Concinnatti captains. He's gonna coach Notre Dame and the Arena Football Club and well we won't. You know what, then he's gonna turn into our modern day Chris Collinsworth on constantly because he'll be here like Monday and Tuesday and the rest

How many guests savings alone? I call it? How many guests did I get him over the years, all of them. I'm gonna charge him one hundred dollars a guest. It's cheap, very cheap. Say give me out of the Studge report. Coming up next is the status of US military in trouble, much like police, much like public schools, much like family formation, much like faith that foundations are in trouble, and Scott Powell is here to talk about it. Will they an honor of a nice weekend and

go Reds. We leave you with the immortal words of the student reports. The highway patrol story next week is a very unusual one. We hope you'll be with us until then. Remember the clowns at the circus, they're real funny, but on the highway they're murdered. This is Roderick Crawford sayings to you next week. Those are the days that men were men. That was a Show of Shows segment. Thank you, yes, sir. Let's continue with more Red, space Ball and more on News Radio seven hundred WLW.

Get to MVG on July twenty ninth for the seventy thousand dollars high fives giveaway. See similar say at leather what's happening to law enforcement? That's happening to public schools and that's not good. And right now we're going to get a brand new Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. Mark Millie, who's been a disaster as the Chairman of the Joints Chiefs is leaving and I would hope someone better

might be found, but that is not the case. And the present nominee as General Charles Brown, Leader of the Air Force, which is again in a terrible position. Probably the worst branch of the military for d EI and other social experimental issues is the Air Force, which ranks as very weak by some objective settlements, including a Heritage Foundation index of US military strength, and that has quite a bit of his finger on the pulse of what's happening in

the country culturally. Is the great Scott Powell. Scott Powell is what Discovery Institute. He also has the book out Rediscovering America through the use of the Founding Fathers and also the major holidays we have which have been debased and Scott Powell, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. I always trying to be optimistic. So first of all, talk about the current condition of the military, which is sad, but all the realisement problems and also finding out individuals

who want to serve and where it's headed. First of all, talk about the condition of the military today under Mark Millie. Well, the military today is in one of its weakest positions. Probably that it's that it's been in in really since the end of the Vietnam War anyway, and it gets worse

perhaps under Chief of Staff Charles Brown. He's the Chief of staff of the Air Force, and he's been nominated and he's made diversity and wokeness into the core of the Air Force's mission and he will certainly do that if he becomes the chairman. And the problem in the Air Force was that the planes aren't

flying too well. I mean, you consider our latest generation planes. Let's take the F thirty five, this is a fifth generation fighter that would be crucial encountering any sizeable aerial engagement with communist China, and its deployment, it's readiness has fallen from seventy six percent to sixty eight point eight percent. And the goal is to have seventy five to eighty percent of your aircraft ready mission capable, is what we say. And so the F thirty five is down

at under seventy percent. And last year the Biden administration boasted about deploying you know, F twenty two stealth fighters in the Pacific that he was very proud of that. Unfortunately, their readiness hovers it around fifty percent. So you know why we're not focused on totally focused on enhancing our military capability, our military readiness, and not on the social experimentation of wokeness and diversity, which

is really it's not just a distraction. It undermines the morale of the military, and neither Scott Powell also this isn't his direct responsibility, but I read in the New York Times about two weeks ago that one third of the nation's nuclear submarines, the major triad to de turn. One third cannot be deployed because of parts that are missing, lack of training. And so I look at a military that had a mission in Afghanistan that went on for twenty some

years and had no impact whatsoever in Afghanistan. I look at Iraq. Iraq has fallen into the worst conditions. Many say it's much worse now than it was un a Sodom Hussein and and on top of out the whole Vietnam War disaster now controlled by communists. And so every time we deploy the military, we get the opposite of what we intend. The last war we won was almost eighty years ago, and now the guy in charge of the worst branch of the military, the Air Force, is now going to take over all

of the military when we can't deploy. And going back in time a little bit, how come we don't have proper a recruitment of ten to twenty thousand every year. We lose because young men and women do not want to serve in the military. They don't consider an option anymore. Why is that the case, Well, it's the case because the military has embraced this wokeness of diversity, equity and inclusion, and which is directly related to critical race theory.

And both of these have the roots in Marxism, and so this involves. In the old Marxist terms, it was class warfare, but in our terms, the class has been replaced by race. So it's racial warfare. And that's exactly what happens with diversity, equity and inclusion and critical race theory. Is that is that there's an emphasis on the differences between the whites and

blacks. And you know, white supremacy is now out, and we're elevating blacks to more and more leadership vision, which is fine if if they're qualified, if they have the merit. We should be color blind in the way we run businesses and certainly the way we've run military. And in fact, you know, the military was traditionally one of the least racist institutions in America

because everyone that enlists in the military, it goes through basic training. This is very tough and as you go through the military, it's all about teamwork. And so if you talk to military people, they don't view their compadre, their brothers as white, black, or Hispanic. They're all really together in a mission. Been that has been the trade aditional character of the military.

But it's all been transformed with this woke revolution that swept through all of our institutions in America, and we really have to take stock of where what is the outcome of all this. Well, we see how we're going to lose our country, we see it, we see the outcomes. And going back to General Colin Powell going back twenty years, but he said the US

military is the least discriminatory part of American life by any description. And Colin Powell was a black guy, came up through his parents are from Jamaica and came out of New York City. And Colin Powell was a general and also became Secretary of Defense and did other things Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, etc. National Security Advisor. Colin Powell said twenty years ago, the military is an example of what all of American society ought to be, that color does

not matter in the military. So what happened from twenty five, twenty seven, twenty eight, not exactly the dark ages. Compare that to what's happening today, and I would contend it's eight years of Barakusain Obama, four years of Trump fighting off all the Japanions in impeachment, tied down, and then by the time next year happens, four years of Joe Biden. So the persons who wanted to take the military away from non discrimination and discriminate based upon

color, we're all Democrats. Yes, we really have to consider that we now are dealing with a traitorous and seditious activity in high places in our country. I mean, we have a president Joe Biden, who was the vice president during the Obama years and went along with everything. So really the woke revolution, the attack against police, we saw that very visibly in the Biden

years. The same type of attitudes has been employed in the military. So now the military is being subjected to this, you this woke racial analysis which separates and hurts the espritic core in the military. But that's unfortunately Obama had eight years to carry this out and he fired you know, he fired one hundred and ninety seven generals and admirals during his eight year ten year I was actually in a five year period. He fired one hundred and ninety seven.

And these were the traditional military leaders and they've been replaced with progressive people. So we have, you know, we really have the realization of a of a woke military leadership now. And you have to ask yourselves, isn't this really traitorous? Almost it is. It is addition to undermine our war fighting capability in this dangerous world in which we live. Hey, I look at the decisions racing in the military, whether it might have been out And Joe

Biden, he's not the president. Someone is manipulating him because he doesn't have the mental ability to do anything, can't read off a note card when he's speaking with the president of Israel. You add up what's happening in Cuba right now with the communist Red Chinese having bases in Cuba. Throw on top of it the Chinese balloon floating across the country, that so many other things are

happening in which we project weakness. And when we send to represent our country Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, maybe Nancy Pelosi, Janet yelling and have those individuals sit there and talk with the communist red Chinese brutal dictators. Scott Powell like, God, are we in trouble. We are in trouble. We're in very deep trouble. And that's why you know your audience needs to continue to talk to all your friends, get more listeners to Pill's show, get

educated, get engaged. You know, we've got to turn out a huge vote in twenty twenty four, and we ought to have clarity. There's really only one way to vote, and that's to save the United States of America from the traitorous Democrat Party. The Democrat Party is undermining our country by almost all the things that it does. What can you point to in the Biden

administration so far that has helped the American people. Yeah, I look at the hearings a few days ago in which it appears you have courageous I arrest supervisory agents coming forward Shapely and Ziggler, I mean, And Ziggler said, look, I'm a lifelong Democrat, I'm a homosexual male, and here's my

husband, and I vote a certain way. And you got Gary Shapeley, who also is a liberal Democrat, who's saying that one hundred million dollars over the last eleven years have flowed from Chinese, Ukrainian, Romanian interest ultimately into the bank accounts of Joe Biden, Hunter, Jim Biden, Joe Biden, all kinds of grandkids, and no one is seemingly overly interested in it because of what what that means is Kamala Harris becomes the president and when she was

running for office, she received less than one percent of the Democratic vote in twenty twenty. The Democrats didn't want her, and so I think a large part of what's happening now with the bribes taken by the Biden family over the last ten or twelve years we know about, has to do with the fact that I know Biden's mentally incompetent, but nobody, not even Democrats, want Kamala Harris. Scott Powell, This is unbelievable. We find herseluse in a

very in a very dangerous, dangerous place. Probably this is maybe the most challenging. This is probably the greatest period of challenge that we've had in our history, perhaps with the exception being the Civil War. So it's incumbent on all of us to keep the feet to the fire, to insist that the truth be pursued. This notion that there are topics off limits for discussion, yeah, is crazy. That's anathema to our First Amendment and to the importance

of getting at the truth. I mean truth, truth, truth. The only hope for our country is that we is that we restore and find out what the truth is of these horrible things that have been happening to us. Scott Powell, author of the book Rediscovering America Truth. What a novel concept at truth about the military in the direction fifteen years ago, after you know, Oat nine oh ten, we had a military coming off the disasters of

Iraq and Afghanistan. We leave behind eighty billion dollars of equipment in Afghanistan to be reversed, engineered and given to the communist in China and to the Russians. And that's not a big deal. The balloons, spy balloons, that's not a big deal. We have tens of millions of dollars in the bribes given of Joe Biden. That's not a big deal. We have the movie The Sound of Freedom kicking butt all over the place because people need this information.

And Jason Aldean can't sing a song without being canceled. Everywhere I look, I see opportunities. But Scott Powell, your columns, I note one here at Newsmax, which is wonderful opinion. Joint chiefs of staff chairs should be about one thing, winning wars. That's interesting. And Biden's about to appoint someone worse than Mark Millie to be in charge of the military. No

one from the White House will direct him to do anything. And the guy who can't get planes in the air, or aircraft carriers to work, or submarines to do their job is going to run everything. But Scott Powell, we gotta run. But once again, I want to put a pitch into the American people Rediscovering America. It's a great book, especially if you're homeschooled, a Christian school, a charter school. Get Rediscovering America as a curricula

for next month when school starts. And Scott Powell, we gotta run. But God, bless you, and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you very much. Thank you. Bill. All right, let's continue. I'll tell you what. Scott Powell puts the cheese on the cracker when it comes to what has to happen because if we go through four to eight more years of this with Joe Biden at all in charge, it's nonrecoverable. Well, I'm sure none of his music and anyferences to violence. Snoop at the Cincinnati Music Festival. I'm going down there Saturday and see him. You're gonna go see the dog him and Bootsy Doggy Style. The ABC guy we had on talking about the Alden video and stuff. His explanation was, well,

he's mocking protesting that was gone on, like protest protest. I see. I'm like there was a I think that's what this all comes down to, is it were we were told Remember that guy on CNN who was staying there and the buildings are on fire behind me, Like now, I'm telling you right now, this is a mostly peaceful protest. Hell yeah, Yeah. We're being forced these days. That's a big problem. We're being forced these days to believe things that our eyeballs tell us one aren't true. You're

a better tell the company line, otherwise you're in trouble. But Jason Alden, I don't go to a lot of concerts. I saw the Turtles back in nineteen sixty nine. You think it's cool, Let the fool if you're cout comes speaking this fee scope the flag, Harrison, Ohio, come get let's get some of that is The media has gone nuts because a popular country singer highlights the absurdities of what happened in twenty twenty and the non reaction there too. And speaking of that, I'm glad you're here. Nobody watched this, of course, because it is so negative for Democrats and so bad and

therefore good for the Trumpster. You had two in office I R S Supervisory Criminal Division agents sing that Hunter Biden, Joe Byden received millions of dollars in dollars. Yeah, and here's the emails, here's the and we wanted a prosecution of Hunter Biden. You can't prosecute a president and often and the media was largely silent, largely go down and found square right now and ask how many people know that nobody talks about it. I'll give you one concrete example.

I was not II, but it just happened to be. That was the assignment I got. I got all the good ones, and so I got Ukraine and UM. I remember going over convincing our team, our brothers, to convincing that that we should be providing for loan guarantees. And I went over, I guess the twelfth thirteenth time to keep and I was going

supposed to announce that there was another billion dollars loan guarantee. And I had gotten a commitment from Porshenko and from Yatsen Yoke that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't, so they said they had They were walking out to the president. I said, nah, I said, I'm not going to We're not going to give you the billion dollars. They said,

you have no authority, you're not the president. The president said, I said, call him, said I'm telling you getting the billion dollars. I said, you're not getting the billion. I'm We'll be leaving here. And I think it was about six hours. I look at it, leaving six hours. If the prosecutors not fired, you're not getting the money. Oh, son of them got fired and they put in place someone who was

solid at the time. So poor Shanko was investigating Hunter Biden and getting money from Barisma and Joe Biden had a billion dollars of our money in his pocket and it wasn't going to pay the billion to the Ukraine till the prosecutor got fired criminally investigating his son. And it was like, hey, nobody, does anybody looking like how many other world leaders are getting prosecutors of other countries fired? And is there possibly something nefarious about it? Well, I can't

take it. It's un believable. Andy mack Where is Andy mack? Well? The the Stute Reporters a produ service of a local Thame Star. He to get their conditioning dealers Thame Star.
