Transcript

Now let's continue, never stop. Great day to being American. This Tuesday afternoon in the Tri State Red Space Park kicks off about six or five tonight. The Red Legs are in Yankee Stadium and the Yanks have blood in their eye because of what happened in nineteen seventy six. They're so angry about that when the Red swept the Yankees won the world title. And so we'll see what happens to Paul O'Neill's monument is still in centerfield. Glad we got rid

of that guy, whatever happened to him. But nonetheless joining you nine Alis. Representative Adam Byrd bird is the word. He's the sponsor of House build number one eighty three, which may not be fresh of mind to you, but what it is is the Transgender Bathroom Bill, which keeps boys and boys facilities and girls and girls facilities and more. It passed the House that may languish in the Senate. We'll see what happens. But Representative Adam Byrd,

welcome again to the bill. Cunningham showing before you're attacked by transgender activists on this issue, can you tell me why it's necessary to have a bill in Columbus that says boys have to shower with boys and girls have to shower with girls, and the Twains should not meet accept in the backseat of a drive in movie theater. So can you tell me why the bill is necessary? Willie? It's great to be on your show today. It's an honor to be with you. And yes, I can tell you. You know,

you're right. This wasn't a problem twenty years ago. It became a problem under the starting under the Obama administration. And so there are schools in Ohio that are getting sued because they're allowing boys into the girls' restroom. And then there's some schools that are getting sued for not allowing boys into the girls' restrooms. And so, you know, this is a problem, and superintendents across the state of Ohio to ask me for this. We need to protect girls

from assault, we need to protect girls from exposure. And you know, Bill, we should not be sitting on the sideline as a legislative body in Ohio allowing the federal Executive Branch to issue their guide and they're rulings. You know, we should be weighing in and we shouldn't be sitting on the sideline waiting for the judicial branch to have something to say about that. So the elected legislature of the state of Ohio, we need to weigh in, and

we have and we did in a very overwhelming way this past week. Well, as you know, Title nine, which is the federal legislation that I thought was a wonderful thing which keeps women equal to men and girls equal to boys when it comes to funding of facilities. Title nine was reinterpreted about three weeks ago by the Biden administration to say that one's identity as far as sex, is also part of Title nine. So until the federal courts about three

days ago, said na Babanah, Wait a minute on this. The federal law was that if you identify as a female and you're a male, you have all the protections of the United States Department of Justice to make sure that you can shower with girls and or use their bathroom facility. Hardly the ever opposite, hardly ever happens, hardly ever to teenage girls want to go into the boys' locker room. It's always one way because of biology. And so

the federal courts have put that on hold temporarily. But one cannot of imagined fifty one years ago, when the wisdom of the early nineteen seventies said,

and you weren't even born yet. I don't think in the early nineteen seventies Title nine it was slipped into a bill that kind of went through quickly, and then it was interpreted over the decades to mean that if you spend eighteen million dollars on men's sports at Ohio State, you got to spend a like wise amount on girls sports at Ohio State, which is opening up the fantasy of good girl soccer and swimming, in tennis and golf, whatever it might

be. So the idea was treat men and women, boys and girls equally when it comes to federal funding. But because of the Biden extreme administration, they're now saying that if you identify as a girl, or identify as a woman, you have all the protections of the Department of Justice to make sure that in Mason High School or New Richmond, the Home of the Lions.

But by the way, I scored thirty eight points there my senior year, But I regress that you have to have all the if I identify as a woman, And I've said this at Kenwood Country Club, where I belong they have women's tournaments. And I said to the head pro there, I said, I identify as a woman. He said, well, file a statement that you're a woman, will treat you like a woman. How ridiculous is that? Tell me why I'm getting fired up and don't like what's going on.

How does this affect Title nine? How does it make sure the girls and boys, men and women have separate equal facilities? Adam Bird, give me a full report. Now you got me fired up. Well, I'm glad to get you fired up, Willie. And this is an issue that does fire up Americans and fires up Ohiolands. And it's why we as a General Assembly here in the state of Ohio have passed a bill for prohibiting the gender mutilation surgery that is occurring in some places in Ohio, and there phibots

that happening anymore to those under the age of eighteen. We also passed a bill that would save women's sports and bill. I don't know if you've heard this, but we're sending the women's Olympic team is sending a distance runner on their women's team who just was he was she was well, he was first place and a girl's distance event, and she's keeping he is keeping qualified girls from going into and representing the United States and the Olympics. It's outrageous.

And so, you know, the other issue here is that girls don't want to talk about this because they're afraid to cancel culture bill. They don't want to be canceled. They don't want to be condemned for this, and so it's up to us as legislators to take this fight forward for them. Two

issues. I want to probe your mind on one. I'm ringing editorials in USA today that says, persons like you, Adam Byrd, State Repped from New Richmond area, people like you want to encourage suicide by a transgender youth. Can you respond to your desires to kill transgender youth? Billy? This bill is about protection. It's not about hating anybody. It's not about wanting anybody to commit suicide. And you know, are there stats that show that

there's an increased amount of suicide amongst transgender population. Yes, that's true, Bill, but it's not because of because we won't accept them. It's because they've done what they've done to their body and now they regret it to the point that they're willing to think suicidal thoughts once they've cut off different parts of their body. Now they know it's irreversible, and that's when suicidal thoughts enter into the mind of a transgender person. One of the classic comments out of

the British England's health system, which is ubiquitous. They cover you from birth to grave every part in between, and they're a near collapse because of socialized medicine. They did a fifteen year study on transgender youth who went from girl to boy and boy to girl. In fifteen years after the fact, there

is no difference in suicide rate. In fact, it is worse when you get your twenties and thirties, because then the child turns toward the adult child turns toward their parents and say, why didn't you protect me when I was

making childish decisions? Why didn't you protect me? And secondly, I want to share with you an editorial from the Inquirer a couple days ago, and you probably don't read it, but I do on occasion from a person identified as Carson Hartledge of Clifton, who says this last Wednesday night, June twenty sixth I watched the Ohio House of Representatives that's you use their legislative sessions before summer break and passed a tactic to bully transgender and gender non conforming Ohio wins

again. This bill regulates which restrooms Ohio students can use at school. As a twenty six year old graduate student, I assume at U see, I find it absurd that my state government that would be you, cares about this. More importantly, if this bill becomes law, it'll take the Senate to agree and the President governor as sign it. It will inflict real harm on

transgender students, many of whom already face significant discrimination. Our government leaders, that would be you, continue to try to make life difficult for trans Ohioans. But we're not gonna We're not going anywhere. I urged the Senate not to concur on this terrible piece of legislation. Since you're the sponsor, please respond to mister Carson Hartledge. I assume it's a man or a woman. Carson Hartledge of Clifton, please respond, well, I reject that bill.

That we're not out to hurt these these people that are in this situation, and we want to protect the bill. You wouldn't believe the stories that I've heard from people. I'm sorry, young girls who have talked about the times where they've been exposed in a in what they thought was the safe space.

And no one's trying to hurt transgender people. And you know that when House Bill sixty eight, the bill that prohibits transgender mutilation surgery from occurring in the state of Ohio under the age of eighteen once that's been an impact for several years. This is not going to happen anymore. But the other thing that I would say in part of this bill, the bill that we passed,

is that you can have a single use restroom. You can have a single use restroom one at a time, restroom where boys can go in there, girls can go in there, families can go in there. And so single use one of the time restrooms are permissible, and colleges and universities can do this for the students that they think it's best. Secondly, I've always believed

in parental rights when it comes to medical procedures for their children. For example, there's some religious sex sect that says that we don't believe in blood transfusions. Therefore, I think as Jehovah witnesses and then there's lawsuits filed that juvenile court judge ll up in the middle and say, well, you have to have this. And so one argument was made to me that I have difficulty overcoming, which is this that if mom and dad desire to have the sixteen

year old go through hormonal treatment then transgender. Does the parents agree, the sixteen year old agrees, who, by the way, can't get a tattoo without the parent's consent. But nonetheless, so if the parents agree, and if the doctor agrees that this transgender treatment is necessary, and the hospital agrees, why would the state jump in when the student wants it over eighteen?

I think you agree with me. If you're twenty, twenty five or thirty, you want to go through this, that's on your side of the table, have at it. But nonetheless, if you're a child, the child wants the transgender treatment, the parents say it's okay with us, the doctor say it's medically necessary, the hospital says, yes, it's medically necessary. Hell Children's Hospital has a transgender clinic. And so the argument might be, Adam, why do you stand between the teenager, the parents, the doctor,

and the hospital. Why do you do that? Answer that question? Well, we do not as a state of Ohio let parents do a lot of things to their children. We don't allow parents to not send their kids to school, we don't allow parents to send their kids to a tanning boot, we don't allow parents to assault their child, and we don't allow parents to give their children illicit drugs. So there's a lot of things the government tells parents that they can't do, and this is an important thing to add

to that list. So it's not unusual for government to tell parents certain things when it comes to the raising of their children. Will the Senate pass it? And will Mike the Wine sign it? I am very grateful to have the comments that I read in the paper the other day that Mike the Wine said that he supports this bill. So now it's up to the Senate and we'll see what they do. They'll be back in session come November, and I encourage all of your listeners Bill to reach out to their state senator and

ask them to support this bill. It needs their vote and the Senate needs their concurrence vote, and so yes, if we can get the Senate to go forward with this. Mike the Wine has publicly announced that he will sign this bill. Secondly, marijuana is in the lurch the citizens and I supported it seven or eight months ago to give recreational marijuana to the citizens of Ohio.

The Senate's got a version, the House has a version. And here we are sitting in July, July second and the Tuesday afternoon, and there's no bill. Why Why can't you Republicans get your act together? Well that we are all over the place, there's no doubt about that bill, and we need we need hearings, and I think that's part of the problem. We have not had a lot of hearings. We've had a lot of negotiations behind closed doors, but we have to have hearings. We've got to hear

from the public. We've got to have a bill introduced, and so we've got to hear from proponents, we've got hear from opponents, and we haven't done that. And I do think that that's an issue, and there probably is some concern among my colleagues that we don't want to go against the will of the people. The people just voted for issue too back in November, and so we don't want to look tone death by completely reversing what the people

have stated. That they want. Isn't this You know, Republicans can't get a damn thing done when marijuana in the state of Ohio. I'm told a berdie whisper to my ear that Speaker of the House, Jason Stevens is out. He was the speaker who had all the Democrats vote him to put him in power. That your Republicans are not happy. During the primary, Stevens ran a lot of ads against those who didn't want him in office. Who

are Republicans? Republicans fighting like cats and dogs with Republicans can't follow the will of the people, can't pass legislation. Do you support Jason Stevens as Speaker or not? Well, I think this is a pretty clear bill. I do not support him. I didn't vote for him before. I think that we need a new Speaker of the House. And so that's one of the

reasons that I've lost my chairmanship. I used to be chair of Education Committee, and so that was taken away from me because I supported someone else to be the speaker. And so, you know, there are probably forty House members in the Ohio House that want to see a different speaker. Unfortunately, all thirty two Democrats want to keep Jason Stevens right where he's got and so you know, he got the votes of all thirty two Democrats, and there's

a there's a small group of Republicans that are still staying with him. But I believe Bill that we will have changed and it will come soon, might come real soon, It might come in January. But Ohio needs to have a as a speaker that it's elected by the majority of the majority party,

and right now we don't have that. Completely dysfunctional. You have a super majority in the House, and in the Senate, you have a Republican governor can't get things done because they're publican speaker relies upon the Democrats for his job. Then he cuts your legs out from under you for supporting the idea that

Republicans should elect Republicans and not Democrats electing Republicans. We now have Democrats electing Republicans, Republicans cutting the legs off of Democrats supporting the Democrats and the Republicans. This is screwed up. Representative Adam Hey Bill, yeah, goh hell. You know, Speaker Stevens, he voted against adding My Restroom Bill to the as an amendment to the bill that it eventually passed in he voted against

it. Bill. This is screwed up. This is this is this is our speaker voted the table my bill and then he voted against adding it. And so I'm very discouraged that he did that. But but fortunately uh common sense for veil. We protected our young children and it did end up passing. But you know, this is it was very surprising for me to see the Speaker of the House against my amendment. Well it passed nonetheless, but and I have empathy for kids that have gender dysphoria. It's a thing encouraged

by society and encouraged by social media, not to be traditional. And kids that have mental difficulties should get the help they need. But cutting off their coyonees is not the way to get it done. And Representative Adam Byrd, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And I get it. I'm glad you have coyonis. Bill. I am very thankful to be on your show. And I got my serious doubts that you ever put thirty eight

points on the New Richmond Lions back when you're in high school. I sat down on the fourth quarter because it was so bad I have Tony Bender send you the clippings of the greatness of the Great America. All right, Adam may have to meet at the Front Street Cafe and New Richmond to talk about this further. I love that place, all right, Adam, bird bird is the word. Thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show, and please keep your coyonees. Thanks Bell. I appreciate it, love your show.

I appreciate what you do for us. God bless America. Thank you very much. Let's continue with more. Your thoughts are next at show them with the Reds playing the Yankees tonight. If the Yanks are coming. The Yanks are coming on seven hundred WLW prescriptions. Requirement online consultation with the healthcare provider who will determine if appropriate restrictions. Placy website for details. An important scene. Now let you and I continue now with a broadcast superbody equal to no

other. Thank you for being here with me this glorious Tuesday afternoon. In the tries date Red Spaceball kicks off about six oh five tonight the Bronx Bombers try to take on the your beloved reads. I made a bet with Mike Lane, the Great Diamond broker that the red Legs in New York, who would win two out of three or sweep the Yankees, anticipate collecting a hot fut Sunday. Come Friday. I'll be off on Thursday, but back with you on Friday. Many do not work on Friday, but the Great American

does. Secondly, it appears that the Judge Murshawn, under the leadership of his Great Prosecutor, is going to delay sentencing of Donald Trump, which is ridiculous, until at least July twenty fourth, so that the so called conviction of Donald Trump in New York City under the leadership of Alvin Bray can be examined whether or not the new Supreme Court ruling affects the case in New York.

Of course it does completely. It affects it because there are three buckets the Supreme Court ruled when it comes to presidential so called misconduct during his term in office, and in this case in New York City, the forms to be filled out did not occur until the first quarter of twenty seventeen when Trump was in office, so these would be covered by the Supreme Court ruling.

The one bucket is official acts. So I got a call today and spoke with a fine woman named Sandy Manning who wanted me to explain to her exactly what does this mean the Supreme Court ruling, Well, here it is in a nutshell. Supreme Court said, there's three buckets of presidential acts that need to be considered. The first bucket is official acts and the Article two of the US Constitution that lays out several core duties of the president. Among them

are commander in chief. Among those are appointment of diplomatic and other officers. Among those as faithfully executing the laws the United States of America, certain core beliefs, appointing the diplomats, the cabinet officers, enforcing the law, being the commander in chief, and a few other minor things. So if an act is an official act described an Article two of the US Constitution, written

as you know in seventeen eighty seven, then there's absolute immunity. So the remedy therefore, for someone who violates an official act in a bad way is impeachment, which means the House in the Senate can remove the president from office. But I regress a bit. So the Chief Justice and five other justices

said, there's three buckets. One is official acts. So if Trump or Biden is committing an official act and wrongfully kills innocent civilians, as almost all presidents have done during a bombing raids or whatever it might be, that's an official act as the commander in chief, and he's absolutely immune. Another official act is faithfully executing the laws the United States of America. That's a core duty of the president. The Congress passes laws, the President executes the laws,

and the court system interprets the law. So one of the core functions of the president is to faithfully execute the laws passed by the Congress. Among those laws are voting rights, whether a person's voting rights have been unconstitutionally prevented, or whatever it might be. So the Atlanta Fulton County case goes away completely despite the mumbling, fumbling and stumbling of Fanny Willis and Nathan Wade, her hot lover, that dealt with whether or not Georgia was following election laws.

That's a core function of the president to execute the laws passed by the Congress. The Congress passes rules and requirements about what is and what is not voting rights. The president's inquiries in office relative to whether or not Georgians were denied the right to vote or whether votes were properly counted. Now it is a core function of the presidency. So the Atlanta Fulton County case is thrown

out completely. It doesn't exist anymore. In the New York case, one of the theories of the prosecution is that the president violated federal election laws in the first quarter. I think by March fifteenth, Trump had to file election returns about who got the money, how he spent money, etc. So the theory is that Donald Trump violated New York state law, which was a misdemeanor. It became a felony because the Trumpster violated federal election laws. Well,

that goes into the second bucket. The Supreme Court says, there's a facial acts. Presidents are immune from that absolutely the remedies impeachment. Secondly, not a core power, but functioning as president on the outer limits. Arguably, it's a presumption that the president's duties include that particular act. So the president filing election returns as far as finances while he's in office is not described

in the US Constitution. Would you agree it's not there? Seventeen eighty seven, they had no conception of federal election forms, but it is it is definitely not a core power, but functioning presidents must have the ability to have communications with their staff. So under Trump, for example, official acts evidence

should never have been put before the jury. Because of this recent ruling, he may not be prosecuted for exercising his core constitutional powers and is entitled to a minimum to a presumptive immunity from prosecution for all of his official acts. One of the official acts as president is to follow your federal election forms on time, so he's entitled at a minimum to presumptive immunity for prosecution from all

of his official acts. To Judge Mershaan charge the jury about the p numbers of the core responsibilities that include doing his official duties as president and give the president a presumption of validity which can be overcome. Well, the answer is no. You might recall if you followed the case as closely as I did. There was one of the testimonies against the president came from Hope Hicks,

who was the communication director in the White House. There were other White House officials that testified as the private communications they had with the president through email and in person that is now now illegal Trump's attorneys, and I watched one on them last night. I think it was on CNN. Will Scarf pointed out to evidence elicited during the trial in New York City from Trump's time in office, including testimony from Hope Picks. That is illegal. You can't do that,

be goes. That is one of the p numbers or one of the presidential duties that a president must perform, and he must be given the presumptiveness of immunity, which can be refuted. The judge did not go through that process whatsoever. So the entire New York City case is thrown out, doesn't

exist. It's wrong based upon the New Supreme Court decision of yesterday. So the Atlantic case is gone, the New York case is gone, and most of Jack Smith's ridiculous prosecution of Donald Trump in DC and in Southern Florida is also going to be gone. Because any presidential act, the purpose of which is to faithfully execute the laws passed by Congress, gives the president absolute immunity.

So if the president believed the voting rights duties responsibilities were not being followed, and the Congress passes laws that say the president must faithfully execute and make sure, the laws are faithfully guarded. So almost everything the President did himself, not the rioters in the Capitol himself on January the sixth, including communication

with his staff, is all protected, and it should be protected. I cannot imagine someone issuing a couple subpoenis for the law clerks to Judge John Roberts to testify under oath about private communications the Chief Justice had with his staff. No, you can't do that. The remedy is impeachment. So and AOC has filed impeachment articles against the six Supreme Court justices that she doesn't like. Of course that's going nowhere. Zero ziltz, nada. So the Supreme Court

ruling was quite wise and quite correct. And this ruins the ability of the Democrats, the lynch mob of the Democrats, and for about one hundred and fifty years, the Democrats are experts at lynch mobs that they can't proceed anywhere against them. At a minimum, official acts are complete absolute immunity. It doesn't mean you can kill somebody, because then you have impeachment on other proceedings. The third bucket that Supreme Court talked about. First bucket official acts prescribed

in the Constitution absolute immunity something goes wrong. Impeachment second is not a core power, but a functioning president needs these abilities because it's part of the office of being the president. There's the presumption of immunity in those cases. The third bucket is no relationship to any official duties, no core responsibilities, no statute. So if the president would sneak out of the White House and rob a bank, well you can't say that's a core responsibility. You can't say

it's required for the functioning of the presidency to do that. So there's no protection whatsoever makes sense. Well, we'll see what happens between now and July eleventh. On the sentencing, it appears it'll be delayed at least two weeks.

And if you had a real judge instead of Judge Mrshawn, he would obviously throw out the entire verdict because the entire case was tainted when the prosecutor from the DOJ guy named Michael Colangelo put there by Biden into New York City and listen a testimony from the president's assistants and aids while he was the president. So the president has the ability to now say that there's a presumption of validity because that's a presidential act, and the judge did not inform the jury

as to the test to be used in weighing that kind of testimony. If he had a real judge, Judge Murshan would overturn the conviction, set An off his docket for more motions down the road on whether one of the presidential functions is to file federal election forms, which it is, and therefore the future jury must determine with a presumption abilidity, whether or not he should be prosecuted for that. So, in all fairness, this whole thing is done.

Secondly, and I want to get into this later, but I have a great congressman coming up next from the second Congressional District to brad Winstrop to talk about the performance of Joe Biden on Thursday, also other related matters. And I have great respect for brad Winstrop, who's a doctor who came to politics late, but the last ten or twelve years with him has been fabulous. And he's going out the door and about six months. Want to get

him his perspective on things in Washington. That's coming up at one oh seven today. But it is wonderful to watch the twisting and the turning of the Democratic Party and the media, and the lies that have been told for the past two years or more by the media and by the Democrats. There are hundreds and hundreds of examples when Trump was president as to why the twenty fifth

Amendments should be implemented. It takes the Vice president plus the majority of the cabinet to file petitions in the House and the Senate suggesting the President is not capable of discharging his duties and as a consequence, he must be immediately removed

from office, and it happens immediately. So if at one o'clock today, Kamala Harris and the majority of the Cabinet would sign a statement suggesting the President is mentally or physically not capable of proceeding under the twenty fifth Amendment, that petition is filed in the Clerk's office of the House and the Senate. At that moment, Joe Biden loses complete authority. He's put to the side. Kamala Harris becomes the acting President. Then down the road, the Senate has

a trial to determine whether it's true or not. How many times did you hear the last four years the mainstream media PBS, CBS, NBCABC, all the newspapers, all the so called opinion makers saying Trump should be removed from

office. How hundreds of times. Now there's a little bit of inkling of daylight that the media has been telling us lies for the last two years about the mental componence of Joe Biden. And we were told that all these videos were fake videos, And now all this misinformation has proven to be accurate.

How democratic institutions. How any person, including you, could vote for a man that you know is not capable of finishing a sentence, much less capable of working for four more years and the most difficult job in the world the CEO of a company. Recently, what if the performance of Joe Biden on Thursday and many times before that was being conducted by a manager of one of your units, they would be relieved from duty immediately. What exactly are you

going to be electing in November? If you vote for Joe Biden, it's six months to a year of an administration in which unelected advisors, party hacks and sickophants and stooges is going to make decisions about your family about random acts of violence against you in the college campuses, they'll make daily decisions about war and peace and composition of the judiciary and the boundaries of state authority, complicated

issues, and Biden's got nothing to do with any of it. The stooges and hacks and sick of fans around him like Anita Donn and Ron Klain make all these decisions right now. Is that what you want? And then Kamala Harris takes over the presidency at some point in the first six months or a year next year, and she's filled with ineptitude. Every poor of her body leaks ineptitude. So how can you vote for a guy that the media and

the Democratic parties lied to you about for the last two years. My source for that is no one less than John Cranley, the former mayor of the City of Cincinnati, who said, this guy's incompetent, and he's been incompetent for two years at a minimum. And the media has been hiding this lie from you for the last two years with impunity, so to speak. They've been covering up the mental decline of Joe Biden because it fits the purpose of

attacking Donald Trump. And this, to me shows the contempt that the media and the Democrats have when it comes to the presidency of Joe Biden, sink the Bismarck, kill Donald Trump by any means necessary. In fact, there's a BBC reporter to my right in London who called for his assassination by Joe Biden, who he claims now will not be He's im moon from prosecution because

of the Supreme Court case. The events of the last week have exposed the depth of the hatred, contempt, and deception that the major Democratic party has for you as a voter. And Biden has probably done his party one final service, and that is there united the country against him. So let's continue. It's wonderful to watch the cover up. And even Carl Bernstein of Watergate fame said last night, we in the media for the last couple of years

have known this going on, but we didn't report on it. Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward of the Washington Post admit, this is the truth, and it's been the truth for two years. So why did you not know about this? If you listen to me, you did know. If you listen to Sean Hannity, you did know. Listen to Rocky Boyman, you did know everyone else. It was a massive cover up, almost as if FDR is still in the presidency and no one could take a picture of him in

a wheelchair. So it's amazing how the greatest country in the world, and I still believe that's the case and its media could lie to you repeatedly for two or three years and simply move on. I know we lied constantly, PBS, ABC, NBCCBS, all of the major newsrooms lied to you repeatedly about Joe Biden's metal competency. But okay, let's move on. He's still

better than Trump. Really, really, let's continue and if a line becomes available, which is seldom does five pint three, seven four nine, seven thousand or pounds seven one hundred and new eighteen t These are sad times, man. I guess we're blessed to live in interesting times. At times I wish they weren't so interesting. But nonetheless, yeah, the lies, the misconceptions, the distortions, the claims of fake videos of Joe Biden that they're

not real, And now the truth's been laid bared. And guess what. You can't handle the truth, can you? The media and the Democratic Party? You can't handle the truth. The truth is out there. Now live with it. Let's continue with more. Bill cunning In the Great American, Live with you every day, You're Home of the Reds playing tonight in New York. The Bronx Bombers should take a hit from the Reds on news Radio seven hundred WLW. Yeah, bathroom's got to go with the vanities they can.

Billy Cunningham, the Great American, one of the leaders of the House of Representatives as Congressman doctor brad Winstrip of State of all I spent about ten years in the House, going to retire in about six months. He had a tour duty in a rock and came back here. He's a doctor and he decided to serve and for the last ten years he's done his best. He's head of the Select Committee in the House on investigating the origins of COVID

or response to it. And the media won't cover that kind of stuff because it is so bad for doctor Anthony Fauci and so bad for the administrators that they media done one deal with it. Media loves government control of human activities. Joan you and I now is a Congressman brad Winster and Congressman First of all you and I watched three or four days ago on Thursday Night, the

cognitive Challenge Joe Biden. Now, am I conspiratorial in saying this? That there was no reason for Donald Trump to agree to that debate this early because the Democrats wanted to prove that Joe Biden was mentally unfit for office. He's been unfit for the last two or three years, maybe four years. And

the Ron claims that Susan Rice's they, Needa Dunn's all Obama hangovers. Having just repeatedly with Joe Biden, knew what was going to happen, and they let the disaster go forward so that it would be a broker convention in Chicago, the home of Michelle Obama and Barack Hussein Obama. Am I conspiratorial to think that somehow this was a put up job to destroy Joe Biden to make

it more easy for the Obamas to return to power. Well, you know, Bill, when I first came to Congress almost twelve years ago, I was pretty down on the idea of conspiratorial things taking place. But now I've seen too much as a matter of fact, and so nothing would surprise me anymore. I think it was interesting. The timing of the debate, for sure, in the next one is scheduled for September, but it wasn't. But to counter that somewhat, they went ahead with the rally in Virginia the

next day. And one of the things that's very clear, and as I was watching the debate with some other members, I guess he was asking me, as a physician, is like, how could he be so strong a stay of the union as far as his vocal cords and his ability to at least speak? And I said, well, there he was on a teleprompter, but when he's on his own, he's not there. He's just not

there. And the winner of that debate, if you look at things for the next six seven months, the winner of that debate with a big bad four and you know who they are, ran North Korea, Russia, and China. They looked at that and said, this is so pathetic, and he's not going to be able to do a thing, and he won't do it as a thing if we if we continue to act. That's one of my biggest fears. And then you go into what you're saying, who knows

what may happen at their convention or even after their convention. You know, it's very clear that he's not capable when he is on his own without the teleprompter. I think that's really where we are at this point. And you know we knew this when you had special counsel Robert Hurr said, he's mentally in an elderly man, and I'm not going to press charges against him because because of that. I mean, so it's very clear it's out there.

Yet he went ahead with that rally and he was able to read from the teleprompter, and I saw Democrats go on even Fox News saying, well, that may be producing results. Well, he's not when he's sitting one on one with Putin. No, assuming he's a sundowner when you get old. I had an elderly mother and my in laws got elderly. About six seven o'clock at night, the sundowners the sun goes down on a go down and I thought, okay, so we have a president maybe from ten am to

four pm. So if there's a crisis in the world, it's not the three am telephone call to worry about, it's the five pm telephone call to worry about North Korea, Russia, China and Iran. We're doing the macarena, the thinking, my god, look at this guy right here, and they're laughing, these brutal dictators, these mass murderers, and North Korea said, China and Iran they're going to rot in hell for eternity, all of them. And they're doing the macarain and thinking, we got this guy.

And so why would the Trumpster agree to a debate June the twenty seventh when it's almost irrelevant to the election in October November, Unless I don't know, he could have waited a month. He could have waited until September the tenth or eleventh, the next debate. And am I you're in the quarters of power in the House of Representatives. Is anyone thinking like I am that Michelle Obama is the only other, is the only Democrat they can actually beat Donald

Trump? Harris can't win, Newsan can't win. Just pick one. The only one is Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey. I can see those two coming back out to reclaim the power of the glory of the Obama years and the quarters of power. Does anyone talk like this, Yeah, that's definitely you know, on people's mind. I mean, the name Michelle Obama's been popping

up and over and over and over again. And look, the strategy for a lot of people in politics is I act like you don't want to, act like you don't care, and then all of us and then all of a sudden it's like, well, I'm so needed. Obviously, I'm so needed. I must serve my country in this way. And it's and it's very self serving. And by the way, you know, if it's if

it's Barack Obama's policies, it's just as weak right as I was. Just look, just look, Putin acted under Obama, he didn't under Trump, and then he did under Biden. It it's very clear, So that won't be any different. They're all interchangeable drill bits. Now, let's get on

the second issue, which is the so called Chevron decision. It's been historically accurate that the Congress passes general statutes giving rule makers, well, whether it's the fishermen that have to pay seven hundred dollars to have somebody on their boat, or certain several itights aspects, or workers' compensation or mining whatever it might be, and then left the administrators, all left wing activists from Harvard and

Yale and Stanford to actually implement this general rule. Explain to the American people, what is the Chevron decision by the Supreme Court on on a Thursday or Friday, and why it's germane to the Constitutional Republic. We hope we have. Well, what Chevron Defrons did is it's left a lot of authority in the hands of the administrators. Congress would write a bill and even if their intent was clear, that the agency can say, well, that's not how

we interpret it, and so here's how it's going to work. And then we've experienced that firsthand and in a bipartisan basis when we passed the No Surprises Act and we put in a plan where if you go to arbitration to pay off a patient's surprise bill when they weren't in coverage, we've made it clear that you couldn't use the benchmark like the insurance companies median and network rate.

It favors the insurance company, they start dropping their high end providers. But the point being that we made it very clear you could not do that. We put it in the bill, We wrote them three letters, we met with them intentionally, and then the agency comes out and says, oh, yeah, you can use the median in network rate is a benchmark which favors the insurance companies completely. I don't remember when you know you're you're an attorney. I'm not. I'm a doctor. I just want to take care of

people. But I don't remember the part in Schoolhouse Rock where it's set after the president signed something into law that that the agency gets to change it. And that's what's been taking place. And along with regulations, agents should agencies should be agnostic. They should have no political influence whatsoever. And it should be like the military and the agencies where unethical is unlawful, and where you

cannot play politics. Do as instructed by the legislature, which when something's passed is signed by the president. That's how it's supposed to work. They've been getting away with just being the legislators. It's time we put things back in the hands of we the people. So I'm thrilled with the Supreme Court decision, and now Congress has to have the courage to say, yes, we are in charge of legislation. You can be subject matter experts. That's fine,

that's what the agencies are supposed to be. But they've become the regulators and basically the legislators, and you know, we spend time trying to stop them rather than having just us past bills as they are. Another issue is that I hear on the morning talk shows constantly how Trump's going to be of a retribution and revenge, and I think, okay, don't do to us

what we have done to you. And that is when I watched Governor Andrew Cuomo about a week or two ago with Bill Maher and HBO, and no one knows more about democratic politics in the State of New York than Andrew Cuomo. The governor and my new bromance friend Chris Cuomo know all about politics, and both of them said, including Andrew Cuomo, that the only reason the State of New York acted against Donald Trump and the Gene Carrol case and then

the valuation of real estate case and in the criminal case. Andrew Cuomo said, this is because Trump is the nominee and likely to win. Therefore we have to smear and mark him up. And that is so outrageous to think

that Democrats play hardball. Isn't turn about fair play? How many times have you sent contempt citations to doj and they're buried but whether it's Bannon or other trade representatives of the of the Trump White House, when those recommendations or contempt is sent to DOJ, they prosecute Republicans for ignoring congressional subpoenas and congressmen. What do they do with democratics individuals held in contempt? What happens in the

DJ with that seemingly nothing? I mean, we were lucky to get some progress with the hunter Biden's situation thanks to some whistleblowers from the IRS who came out and said, hold on a minute. They just buried everything he's done. They're about to make a deal for him that just exonerates everything, and he just charges him with the misdemeanor when he's committed felonies. It's unbelievable. Thank goodness for a judge and said no, no, no, we're not

accepting that plea deal. But rarely does it happen against any Democrat. It happens to Republicans all the time. It's become very clear he ends justify the means with them. That's just who they are today. They are not the same Democrat party of when I was a little boy and Kennedy was president. We all seemingly had the same values and we just had different policies and trying to reach certain things. But now it's not that, and it seems to

be all about power. It's not the American way as we grow up knowing, and it's just it's got to stop. And so you maybe turn about his fair play, But how about just fair play? Why don't we just have fair play throughout our entire system? You know, I was doing a sort of an exit interview with one of the newspapers in DC, and now the question he asked, he said, uh, do the ends justify the

means? And I said never, never, No, not in the big scheme of things, because you ruin people's lives and you don't care, and no way should this ever be considered. Right, Well, that's the attitude now. Republicans go to jail for contempt to Congress. Democrats get jobs at

seeing an MSNBC. One of the worst incidents is when Shapeley and Ziegler, two career I r S Agents in the criminal Division, said there was clear and convincing evidence of massive receipt by the OH by the of huge amounts of money from China, Russia, Romania, and of course from Ukraine, and both of them testified on the road that they wanted to pursue it wherever it might lead, and they were told repeatedly by the officials of the IRS,

but mainly by DOJ, don't pursue that matter against the Bidens. And except for their testimony and the federal judge rejecting the deal in Hunter Biden, none of this would have come to light. And I've googled Zigler in shapely. You know, the mainstream media did not cover their story. I can imagine if a career IRS Criminal Division agents a clear and convincing evidence of the Trumps receiving tens of millions of dollars from overseas interest not registered as a foreign agent

the Foreign Agent registration. I just said nothing of IRS problems, that the mainstream media would have put those two guys on set with David Muller and Lester Holt. They would have said, Okay, let's pursue this. But when the career I R S agents were blocked from pursuing the illegal moneys received by the Bidens, the media was silent, weren't they, Yeah, yeah, they are. There's just definitely a double standard out there. We all see

it. We've all experienced it, and it's extremely frustrating. And it doesn't matter because what I see over and over again is we bring forward clear evidence of malfeasans over and over again, and Democrats just say there's nothing to see here. You're making it up. They say you're lying. They constantly want to say you're lying. It's like I'm showing you what someone said and did. How am I lying this? These are facts? But that's how the

game is being played right now. It's extremely frustrating. I will tell you you know, leading the COVID Committee subcommittee, I've had some successes. We've had people like Peter Dazik of Eco Health Alliance, who was getting NIH money to do gain a function research in Wuhan, China. He's now debarred. And it's not only just because he was doing the research, but the mischievous ways he was going about it and the things they were trying to hide from

the people. Doctor Morens Fauci's assistant says, write me on my Gmail so I don't get foy it Freedom of Information Act. Well we got it anyway. I mean I met with someone that taught me how to hide things from the American people is basically what he said, and nothing's happened to him. Yet nothing's happened to him, and we found this blatant evidence. And then he just said, well that was just all personal stuff. Well it wasn't,

and we found that. And he lied on her oath, and Tyther Anthony Fauci lied on her oaths repeatedly, and let's face it, nothing will happen to him. How many times has sixty minutes got a hold of you as the leader of the COVID. How many times has Lester Hold got a hold of doctor brad Weinstrip congressman and said, sit down with me and tell me what the government did to us COVID? How many times does that happen? Zero? Zero? Just you know what, I want to face the

nation before the committee really began, just to what's your goal? And other than that zero. You haven't seen me, honest, you haven't seen me on a Sunday show or any of those other things. It's like it's it's not happening. But you know what I told one of the Democrats. I said, well, I don't want you to be on the wrong side of history, but you seem to want to be and that's where but that's where it's history is here. People will know sooner or later. This is this

has got to change. The media is in with all of it, and I don't know how we beat it. Just honesty is the best policy, and I got to continue that and beat the drum wherever we find it. Congressman brad Winstrip, doctor, thank you for your twelve years of service. You're like Cincinnatus about to leave Rome and go back into the fields making the grapes. Let someone else drink the wine. Congressman brad Winster, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show, and please let's do

it again. Thank you, you bet, Thanks Bill, God bless you. Let's continue with more. Imagine that the shoe was on the other foot, how the media would cover it. Bill Cunningham with you every afternoon on news Radio seven hundred WLW AH vacation time. You know, it doesn't matter where you go, you can always listen to seven hundred WLW on our live stream. Consider this? For the first time in decades, there's a better option for a corporate card and spend management platform. Hello quiet, and I'm broadcasting segment. That was your buddy Harry Kane.

But I got expression for you about sports. Scored the game winner against Slovakia to send England into the next round us A last night, falling to Uruguay one nil. Americans out for some reason, I watched it. But why aren't the best players in America playing in the COPA? Because, as I understand it, correct me, I'm like Lucho Acosta. How come MLS players do they not play? I don't I don't know what the rules are? Will you because the MESSI plays, right, I guess you're well,

Argentina. Will you get called up? The one, the one player from the national team, Miles Robinson is from FC Cincinnati. So if you get if you get called up, you go. But they don't call well Acosta couldn't play for America anyway. He plays for his home country, which is what Puerto Rico or Svenezuela or so. I mean he couldn't he couldn't play for America anyway you're playing, maybe I should call it Jeff Birding on this. But series in the Copa, the Copa Cabana, American team that lost

to Uruguay doesn't have the best players, correct? Why? Because that o the best players like MESSI will go play for Argenta. Harry Kane's playing for England Harry Kane and Bope is playing for France. What is Ronaldo? Ronaldo's in there with Portugal. But you're playing for your country. You got to play for your country. You you guess, can't send Luco Acosta to play for the United States. That doesn't work because they're not answering my questions.

Soccer well would be in turmoil not answering my question. You play for your country at these events, like like euro twenty twenty four. It's a year all the European nations. So like if you're if you're Bill Cunningham, when you're a soccer player, you play for the United States. If they call you up, and they don't call you up, you stay with your team wherever you're at. So the American team in the Coca Cabana thought they had the best players in America. However, they go, but they don't have

the No, I mean, what are you gonna do? Is it that big a deal? What is if you get to the Copa? Do you get to the World Cup? No? No? Do you tell the Olympics? No? What do you get? Well? The next the next thing is the Olympics? What about the what about the World Cup? Well, the World Cup doesn't start till twenty twenty six. When's the Olympics? Are now Olympics? We don't have an Olympic team right now? Soccer, Yeah, they got Olympic team. Yeah, they named them the other day.

It is not the same as the Copa. No, this is totally different. Copa America and the Euro twenty twenty four. You're playing for your nation. The Olympics, you're playing for your nation. You're not answering my question. I am thoroughly confusing. That's what I've tried to be every day. Sit back and let's listen a little bit of Copa because here's the music. Hit it. They lost the Uruguay. Anybody we lose to we got to invade. Well, what's the county where Uruguay is. He's not by Paraguay,

you fool. Oh yeah, Northern South America and Uruguay. It's in North South America where that hurricane. See Harry Kane's coming through the glove will find a way every time. Yeah, love will find a way. Yep. Got the Copa. So the Copa, the World count the Olympics are all for America. Is the America is all the American? How does that relate to the World Cup, World Cups while you're playing for your nation there too? Did I answer my question? If you win the Copa, they're

all separate. No, no, no, no. You got to qualify for the World Cup. You got to qualify for Copa America, alright, Whereas I know, you gotta you gotta go, You gotta qualify for this stuff. You're making no sense at all. You know, you're not listening to me. That's what I'm trying to listen. But you're not giving me the answers to my tray to gid it. You're playing for your nation and I know that, But as Copa standing alone, if you win the Copa,

you win the gold boot or something. You went over. Yes, but the World Cup is alone, right, the euro twenty twenty four, you're the European champion at Copa Copa Cabana America that they're playing for. Now you're the champion of the Americas. What's the capital of Urugua? Have no idea? Give me some sports you know it. I'm gonna look it up, will He the stooge reporters of proud service. Every local tame star heatn't

Trump plus six at a minimum, But that's higher than that because that counts California and New York and all the I don't called liberal states, but I don't know about that. Obviously, he's gonna win. But the Democrats are not done. You don't think he's gonna Bide's not gonna say he's gonna quit, is he. I'm making the bet with hot fuds Sundays all around.

I may bet you, I may bet you will make it out of basket. I'm saying he's gonna quit. Not even Democrats can put him up. Big twelve football media preseason poll is out. Eighteen teams. Utah picked to win at all the eighteen teams yep, Utah, Kansas State, Oklahoma State won two three or Cincinnati Bearcats fourteenth out of eighteen. Correct. There's that number again, yep. And then let's see we got Olympic news eight and a high school Alumba Carlic Jones going to play for South Sudan and the

million dollar maximum contract to stay with the the Boston Celtics. That's like money he's gonna And this year he's going to make fifty four million, twenty six and twenty seven, he's gonna make fifty eight twenty twenty twenty seven, twenty eight sixty two. What about Steve Flesh twenty twenty eight and twenty nine sixty seven Bill And in the end, at the end of the contract, he's going to make seventy one million dollars. How's this possible? And the Celtics

are up for sale now. When you sell them? Yeah, makes them serious, Jack. Then go the dough, the ray and the meat. Former Xavier star Quincy Oliveri is signed with the LA Lakers, and I'm sure he got a little less than Jason Tatum did. Unbelievable, Andy Mack, It's unbelievable. The Reds, Big Big Series. Then they're in New York today, tonight and on Thursday, afternoon. Will he Then they come home

for an extended homestand against Detroit, Colorado and Miami. They all think right before the All Star breaks, so they got to make some hay big time with Ted McKay in this Dix Homestand well, the Reds right now are thirty nine and forty five, ten and a half out of first correct, but they're four out of the wild Card with six teams in front of them. That would behoove them to listen of Paul O'Neill and kick some ass in the Bronx, which is a terrible place to live, by the way, you

ever been in the Bronx? No, don't go there. Okay, but the Yankees tonight and they're gonna have revenge from nineteen seventy six. They think, what are you saying, Aaron Judge and the rest of them, Aaron Boone and the rest of them, And what do you say? I don't know. I guess they got a pretty good team with Babe Ruth and Joe DiMaggio and Yogi Barra. They're pretty good. And Whitey Ford. Oh here comes, we've got action from the sheriff right here, We've got the Sheriff's

going nuts. It looks like Trump's gonna win. Well. By the way, what is today's date, July the second? Is this relevant? On July the seconds? You never know, anyone cares. What's the plus six something like that. But we'll see what happens. Somebody's got to be in front. Yeah, we're rather have them in front and behind. But let's face it, what matters is October November. Tell me where the country is? Then? Well, can you tell me then where the country is going

to be? Well? And then what about yesterday's a big announcement that what he's throw there there? The immunity deal is they are they throwing it back to the States? Is that all these charges in New York and especially Fulton County should all be quickly dismissed. The judge did not charge the jury in New York about the qualified immunity on the Article two when Trump's exercising presidential powers. If you don't charge the jury, the case is thrown out. So

if Judge Marshawn was a real judge, he throw the case out. And then that lady in Georgie's that's still a mount are in it. That's Fanny got a little Begs. How about some Beg music about Fanny. You know about Beg's and Fanny one of my favorite songs. I know, I don't think i've heard that one in a while. Well, they never performed it live because it was too complicated, But I kind of like that Fanny. And we got new violent protests erupting in Kenya. Don't understand what's going on

over there. I have no idea. And you got Hurricane Burl Burl rolling through the Lower Caribbean. Yes, yes, I guess Jamaica is gonna get next. And then uh, look at Mexico. Beivat La Mexico. By the way, they're building a new Panama Canal in Mexico. It's gonna cost about eight billion dollars and it's gonna take the place the Panama Canal. Don't tell the Panamanians about this. They're going to have a serious case of the

goo goole, that's for sure. But Mexico is going to develop southern Mexico with ports and airports and warehouses and large towns, and in the next five to ten years will be a new Panama Canal. But it's going to be in Mexico. Viva Mexico. You know what I'm saying. Yeah, so we'll see what happens. But we've got all hell breaking loose everywhere, would you agree? Always? And this also applies to Joe Biden. By the way, there's numerous sins and crimes that Biden has committed in office. This

Supreme Court decision gives him immunity largely. And when Bill Clinton, the next Bill Clinton, wants to sexually attack women in the White House, guess what you can't do? Nothing is that a presidential act? I don't know about that. Who decides that now, Well, it's gonna have to be the jury. He's gonna have to be the des the Trump deal, Well, the judiciary is going to decide it. First of all, I want you to listen to this right here. Hit it. This Fanny Willis seems like

the Nathan Green wanted the love of his woman. Didn't He got paid for it, eight hundred thousand for that love, spending lonely up until to the time you now here comes the hook line. Fanny, Fanny be Tender with my love Listen up segment, along with the eight hundred thousand bucks he was paid well for his services. Say it segment. Are you in the rain all night segment? You're

not going to do that? Are you? No? I don't think so. Eight hundred thousand would you? It's the start of the love affair. I don't have to start thinking about that one I met her, grabbed her by the fannies, the prosecutor. What the hit it? Be tender It's easy to break me. Be tender enough segment. So if the if the current president drops out Willy, then what who do they get? Kamala Harris? We call it the Queen of Dei? What about Andrew Basheer. I

don't know about him. I don't think so. I think the Queen of Dei is God a boat loudmouth sherver or somebody take over? What's that? What's that other loudmouth? They got up there? And that other loud her? And then Keem Jefferies. Now the one guy, he's from New York. You know it looks Jet Schumer. Keim Jefferies. I don't know. I forget what his name is. Get me out of this stud's report. We got nothing but issues everywhere. Look, we got nothing but issues.

But Fanny is in charge in Atlanta. And if, by the way, if you call her Fanny, that is sexually provocative because it refers to a body part. Her name is Fanny. It's funny to you second man. Hopefully this is this isn't heard in Atlanta. We're gonna get sued. Nathan Wade though no line, he knows where Fanny lives. A lot of late night Fanny calls. Can I call him? Fanny calls? Will he? On this Monday, July second of twenty twenty four, we say happy birthday

to the mayor number twenty one forever Red's first baseman, Sean Casey. And happy birthday to the King Dusty Rhodes. Nope, the King, the King, Prince is it? Queen Charles who is now two hundred wins in NASCAR? The one and only Richard Patty, turning eighty seven years young today, Number forty three. Fingo, say get me out of the student's report. We leave you with the immortal words of the stood report. And I'm looking forward to seeing you guys again. And tell segu is good talking in too.

Number twenty one, not Paul O'Neil star, the star on the major MLB network, Sean Casey. Correct, that's your home of the Reds beating up on the Bronx Bombers. Tonight bets are made by me. Get a sweep. I favor the Reds against the Yanks. The Yanks are coming. The Yanks are coming on seven hundred. That will you l of our Higheart Radio Music Festival? Is it in by Capital One coming back to Las Vegas

September twenty and the twenty first streaming live only on Hulu. On the day I was following this all got the bound ni east of the wide window at the door they have found. Then spoke up, slieve this little lawful. You can tell that way though I was bad of the bold, bad of the old, bad, of the pole y Billy Cunningham. Let's continue until about six oh five tonight Reds Baseball in New York with the Yanks and the Bronx. About thirty minutes from now, the Rock will be here to talk

about all the issues of the day and so much more. I was just handed by Dave, my producer, the latest polling on the Trumpster and whoever the Trumpster is allegedly beating Biden by six points forty nine to forty three. He's beating the Queen of d EI. That's Kamala Harris forty seven forty two. So Harris the VP runs much stronger than Joe Biden. Also Gavin Newsom, Governor of California. Trump's forty eight, Newsom's forty three. By the

way, he's running California completely into the ground. Wouldn't recognize the state. He's got a forty four percent approval rating in California among Democrats. That's Kevin Newsom Trump versus Pete Budha Judge, who of course ran South Bend, Indiana into the ground, the worst Transportation secretary ever. Can't handle the air, the rail, the water, or whatever it is. Pete Bodhajudge is only losing about four forty seven forty three and Governor Whitmer of Michigan forty seven forty

two. So looking at this, the best candidate the Democrats could put up is the Queen of DEI. That's Kamala Harris, and she's a completing competent, but she runs a lot better than Joe Biden. Now these polls will even out over the next few weeks because the attacks on Donald Trump will accelerate and the media, as it always does, will cover up for the mistakes of Democrats. They're in the business to doing so. But something to think

about. On July the second, what are we about four months before the election or so, But the voting starts in October in some places late September. We'll see what happens. At this point, Trump's was doing pretty well. The big issue and if Donald Trump is reelected, which I think he will or should be, complete chaos will ensue, the rioting, the protest, the campus is will erupt. Don Madonna will show up again in Washington talk about blowing up the White House. The media will attack Tora Tora,

Torah with impunity. We know Trump's going to serve for four years, so every month that goes by there will be more recharges and recriminations from the media about Donald Trump. And Joe Biden will slowly fade into the background, be

in a nursing home somewhere. So here's a couple issues. I want to think and speak almost like a Democrat, which is tough for me to do because as much as we love Donald Trump, he's hated by many on the left, not just disliked Reagan Bush forty one forty three was dislike Trump has hated. And there's a hardcore group of Americans, maybe forty five percent, that would vote for Lucifer himself rather than Donald Trump. And that's just the

way it is. Sometimes those proud warriors have difficulties. Georgie Patton was popular with his men, but not too popular among the politicians. But think about this, with all the bad news about Joe Biden and all the horrible senior moments, the mumbles that stumbles, the fumbles, the fact that right now everything is wrong. Trump is right on the economy. Trump is right on the border war, Trump is right on inflation. Trump is right on the

military, He's right on forever wars. He's right about everything the top four or five issues of the American people. He's a ten to twenty points up on all the big issues. Even in spite of all that, Trump remains within the margin of error. The only way this is possible is if there's large groups of Americans, no matter what the circumstances, will not vote for

Donald Trump. They simply won't do it. And the other choice is someone who either can't stand upright, who can't think, can't talk, can't complete a sentence, or mandering incompetence, like the vice president of Pete Budajet. Honestly, the poll, seventy two percent say that Biden is mentally gone. The responsibility of fellow Democrats to call a spade a spade and to say, you know what, Joe Biden cannot be the president is the silence is deafening.

There's been one elected leader, a Congressman of Illinois that's called for the president not to run for reelection. But the bigger question is this, he should step down now, immediately, no question. He's not competent, he's not mentally alert. Doesn't understand he has sundowners every day about six or seven o'clock as what, he fades into the wilderness by nine or ten o'clock at night. The guy can't think, can't talk, and he's ready for a

little warm milk and to go to bed. And that means the twenty fifth Amendment must be implement it. He can't be allowed to stand for re election because he's mentally incompetent and the media is covered for him and they won't stop covering for him. There's cracks in the media, but most of it want to tell you lies because they hate Donald Trump. The media hates Donald Trump,

and that's just the way it is. My advice to the Donald would be a would be one thing is forget about the past, do what you're going to do on the prosecutions of criminal defendant, slash Democrats and turn about his fair play. What they've done to him is ridiculous. No one except a multi billionaire who withstand what the Democrats have put him through in Atlanta,

New York, Washington and Florida. Nobody could withstand it. If it was a regular person, they would have given up long ago and say, okay, how plead guilty to something? Stop what you're doing to me. But now the whole thing is falling apart. It's unbelievable. So no matter who the Democrat is, they're going to get forty five percent of the vote. I would anticipate Jill Stein and RFK Junior is going to get five or six percent of the vote. So the Trumpster needs about forty five percent of the

vote to win, maybe forty four percent, maybe forty three percent. Hell, Abraham Lincoln got thirty seven percent of the vote, and he won because of these third party candidates. Trump has to find a way, in my view, to reach out to a few million Americans who can't imagine voting for him right now, simply because they don't like his style, his hair, his peccadillos with women, the fact that he's gruff and mean, nasty tweets.

They don't like Trump because it's the end thing to do among their group. Is there a way for the Donald to quit talking about January sixth, as much as he would like to quit talking about his presidency and talk about the future. Every election in America is always about the future and not the past. It would be good if, at some point have a little warm and fuzzier Donald Trump. It has to show these people he's not mouse tongue, he's not hitler, and that he shows how the economy is hurting and

he is a plan to change it. And I think he's starting to do it, But obviously he must do a whole bunch more because it might be required for him to win. I can't imagine the Democrat winning this time, and what happens to our country, especially on the southern border with police officers, deputy sheriffs, with the military, with the ramp and out of control spending, with fentanyl, with heroin, with suicide, all that stuff. I can't imagine how anyone with a right mind could say, you know what,

things have gone well for eight of the last twelve years. Take the eight years of Obama, take the four years of the Trump's to the best four years ever, and then take the four years under Biden. That's eight of the last twelve years. The good times were when Trump was in office. We did not have multiple wars happening all over the world. We had a functioning economy, the border was shut down, we had police officers getting paid, we had to over enrollment in the military. There was a sense

of pride in our country. But now we have a president filled with senility, incapable of discharging his duties, which has been the case for two of the last three years. And guess what. The media refused to cover it because it might help someone they disagreed with, So the Biden campaign, I think in the next few minutes. Joe Biden spoke earlier today at the Hurricane Center, and he's got an interview with ABC News coming up which will be

released. I guess sometime tonight he's going to do a media tour to try to demonstrate that he's mentally competent. Well, it's like saying to FDR, get out of the wheelchair, start doing backstand the backflips and handstands. Go ahead, FDR and the media at that time. The media we have today as similar to the media we had with FDR, in which the media would not report on his disabilities. Couldn't stand up, he had to sit down

because his mind was accurate, his mind was sharp. FDR performed as president despite the in fact the bottom half of his body was useless and the media wouldn't report on it. Now, the top of Joe Biden is useless and the media won't report on it. So they picked favors. It picked sides. It was set in nineteen thirty eight, during the beginning of the second

term of FDR. I'm sorry nineteen thirty six second term of FDR that if the American people knew he was disabled, he would have lost millions of votes. But he didn't because the media wouldn't report on it because they did not want Republicans to win. They want an FDR to win, so The media lied to you repeatedly during the FDR years because the truth didn't fit their agenda.

Right now, the failure of the policies of major Democratic office holders and the mental disabilities of Joe Biden does not fit what the media wants to report to you, which is, we have a president in presidency and complete crisis and I mean crisis right now at two to nineteen pm. If there's a major problem somewhere, guess what the guy making the decision is Ron Klaan or

Anita Dunn, someone you never heard of. They're the two gatekeepers around Biden to make sure that he doesn't have too many events each day, and they want to lie to you repeatedly, and you've accepted the lies. Now that the lies have been bared as false as of last Thursday, is not going to change. Your vote has changed about three or four percent. How could anyone look at that debate on Thursday? One third of the American people said, oh, by the way, Biden won that debate. You understand that

it was like Joe Biden saying that night you answered all the questions. Are you kidding me? We have about one third of the electorate who are mentally unbalanced themselves if they believe Biden won that debate and that he answered all the questions, he was loocid and understanding. We got a problem, and we do have a problem, which is we don't get truthful information from the mainstream

media and the major Democrat party. And I think John Cranley brought this up earlier today, has contempt for revealing to you the truth because they think you can't handle the truth, that somehow, if you know the truth, we don't have a president that somehow the country's better off. And they can't admit the truth because of one maiden factor that is Queen of Dei, and that's Kamala Harris. If there was a functioning vice president who could defeat Donald Trump,

the media would have gotten Biden out of office more quickly. But they can't, and now they're stuck. The only person who could I think beat Donald Trump at this point is Michelle Obama, who's repeatedly said I'm not doing it. I'd love to see a poll about Michelle Obama versus Donald Trump, and now that would turn out, Thank god, she has said I'm not doing it. Now Mighty, as I said with Congressman Winstrom do it for the sake of the country, to save the world from Donald Trump. Yes,

the convention is in Chicago. The handlers around Biden put them out there on June the twenty seventh, last Thursday, so he would fail miserably to hasten the return of the Obamas, which are still in charge of the White House. The Obama staffers and sick offhants that couldn't find real work stayed on with Joe Biden, and they're the ones in charge. They're the ones in control of the purses, the purse strings and the money in this country,

all the judicial appointments, and so much more. They're the ones in charge. Obama's in charge right now, and not in name, but in reality. And I'm still looking forward to the time that Obama and Clinton walk into the Oval offices say Joe, come with me at story time. But Joe Biden and his sister, Joe Biden's sister Valerie, and Hunter Biden kind of has to agree. I am told by those and the corridors of power that

there's a sism and a cut today between the Bidens and the Obamas. Michelle Obama thinks the Biden family all the drug use in sexual predilecta pred elections, and the revelations of Biden's daughter Ashley that she was forced to shower with him as a little girl, has outraged Michelle Obama, and Michelle Obama wants nothing to do with the Bidens at this point. If that's the case, that's more reason for Michelle to run, to push him aside. And if he

can't run for reelection, he can't be the president. Right So every month he gets worse, and it's been accelerating the past three years. So I hope at some point the media begins to do its essential job of being watchdogs and not and not lap dogs for the Democratic Party. Right now, they're

lap dogs. They're in the lap and they're being stroked by the Democrats, and they're doing exactly PBS, NBC, NBCCBS and the mainstream meeting exactly what the Democrats want them to do. And they will not tell you the truth because they think you can't handle the truth. And they don't want Republicans to win because there's sick of fans and stooges that go back and forth from the great universities to the fund to the great funders of the Democrat Party and more.

And I'll tell you one little secret. A Chicago fundraiser told me that this is a Democrat that he wants Trump to win because business for those next four years of raising money from tech sources and the foundations will be so great and the commissions will be so high for billions of dollars pay to Democrats to get Republicans out because they think the American people will hate Donald Trump. So the Democratic institutions, the bundlers, the financiers of the Democrat Party want Trump

to win. So the next four years they get big commissions of raising money to defeat Trump and the Republicans. So the Democrat financiers want a Trump presidency. That's where they can get some serious money, serious bucks, because if Biden is re elected in the Queen of Dei takes over Kamala Harris, guess what, They're not going to be able to raise nearly as much money as Trump in the White House. They can raise serious jack and that's what they

want. Let's continue. But and there's God above. I'm a practicing Roman Catholic, and I would want Donald Trump to take over the presidency mainly for the Southern border, and for inflation, and for energy independence and respect for our military. That's what the main reason, because I doubt Donald Trump can get much other stuff done. The media and the Democrats won't let them.

And they can raise trillions, maybe hundreds of billions, maybe a trillion dollars off a Trump presidency and get the commissions that they can't raise off a Democratic presidency, which means is up to you as an American to become informed. If you listen to the mainstream media, you're not informed. In fact, for those who just listen to the mainstream media and watch it, they're Biden

supporters fifty because that's all they get. Has great stuff about Biden and horrible stuff about a private citizen not in power named Donald Trump going after private citizens that they find not worthy of holding public office. And that's Donald Trump. Make God bless Donald John Trump. Let's continue with more bline becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand. So yeah, what I am a poll in AI stooge. I'm glad you brought this up. Yes, here's the polling. Okay, now on this show or what one name is not on the polling, which is Michelle Obama. I want to see that. But according to the most recent polling right here, Trump forty nine, Biden forty three. But your favorite ci the Queen

of Dei, Kamala Harris forty seven, forty five. Harris runs a lot stronger than Biden. No way, I'm just telling you, and Gavin Newsom is the same spit. But that's good. Hopefully everyone's looking at that poll because let it be Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris needs it, because it's a twenty fifth. I'd make it the twenty fifth to twenty sixth and the twenty seventh, am and get them all. Put her in the White House, get rid of him. And she has the power to do it, along

with half the Camra well. And the big thing is she gets Biden's war chest. It goes directly early. She gets all the money, hundreds of millions, try to get rid of all those horrible sound bites of hers speaking and work gibberish. We will need all that money to get rid of those sound bites because they're all over the internet. We play them here weekly. You know who's going to take over doctor Jill, Jill Biden. Doctor to

They're all gonna just take each other, shooting each other down right, attack, attack, attacking. You're avoiding, you're avoiding.

But I am supporting Michelle. I'm getting the Michelle. Who is the one Democrat that no one, no Democrat would ever run a negative ad against or talk down about. Who is that Obama? So that's got to be the logical person to put in that spot because everyone else, Look, everyone else is going to take you try to shoot each other down. But there's not

a time for that all to play out. But the one person they could put in there that no one would speak out again, no one would have a problem with, No one would run millions of dollars attack heads on Iselle Obama or Hillary. She's back, run it back, let's go Obama. There she is, she's back, she's bash. I'm just saying, and thank god the last ceiling prop to the tune of millions of dollars ahead of that she was going to play at her you know, inauguration. I think

she still has that so generalistic. You can put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the basket of deplorables. That's you, that's you, not me, not me, any animals of bad political decisions. Seg didn't answer the question. You got the question, you got

the Copacaban answered the question. You don't understand. I answered, you got the World Cup and you got the Olympics, So I understand the American lost last night to Uruguay. Or Paraguay or some Guay And I said to Sega, did did our team, our team, so to speak, have the best players? He said, no, the best players in the MLS. So I said, so what or in the premier league in England? Who's but the MLS is like two notches down from the premier league in Europe,

is it not? Yeah? But with with Copa America and Euro twenty twenty four, you're playing for your nation, right, So that's why we could say, he said Today he said, how come we can't get Acosta on the American team because he's not He's not from the US. I'm about the best Americans. You would answer my question, Let's get the best Americans. You're not answering my question. I am too. Here I got the answer. I mean COPA World Cup in the Olympics, Go, what is it?

Here's the problem. The best athletes from coast to coast in America do not play soccer. They play football and basketball. So if Jamar Chase, who was probably catching a football since he was seven years old, one of the top pedigree athletes in the country, had you instead given him a soccer ball at age five? Because you know, if for some reason soccer was

the biggest sport in America. He would have taken that ungodly athletic ability and trained it to play soccer, and he would be one of the best players in America. But the best athletes do not play soccer in Europe, in France, all these other places in the country. If you're the top, top athlete going to soccer. The best American soccer players today on the US team, no they're not there MLS, right, but they play for the for America when the World Cup and stuff comes up there they do that.

But they you play for your country, and I want that, you fool, I get that. What the saga is saying is a lot of the MLS players are not America. But how can you know what? You drive me up a wall sometimes a short trip. Yeah, you're you're about that. Why can't Americans meet the Uruguays or the Paraguays when they have no because there's nothing else to do in Uruguay but play soccer. Nothing, there's another sports, there's nothing. This is the golden age of soccer right now,

right we can't last in the city. They had nobody there. No I watched that, nobody, nobody You put it here in twenty five thousand. I guarantee another thing I've been saying for the past five to ten. No soccer is going to take over of the country. No, it's not. It's not that. That's sacrilege right there, that's sacrilege. This is the

Golden Age, Harry King. That's the part where it is the most loached, most loved, and the most universally liked sportl though, that's pervasive throughout our culture, and the best young athletes in the country go into soccer at a young age instead of going to football and baseball and basketball. Until that happens, soccer always be behind. It is soccer in the top five or six. I don't know. Over there, hockey bigger than soccer here. Hockey, I don't know. I think so I in the Stanley Cup a

bigger deal than the Cup. It's the US Opening, Tennis and golf bigger than you're a Guay versus Paraguay versus your Guay versus who. I don't know, but I know one in Uruguay is is playing. When's the last year a Guayan player golf tour champ when's the last Uruguayan hockey player football player, baseball player. Nothing. You know what they do over there? Soccer aka football to them in forn A key try not to die? Sega? Is that it in sports? Yep, you never answered my question. I don't

know COPA World Cup and the Olympics. I don't know. Is copa part of the World Cup? No, it's a part of the Olympics. No. Now you're making sense for the first time. You're trying to make That's what I told you an hour ago. I don't know when everything is separate. Copa America is the America? Do you win? You win the Golden Boot or something. I don't know, you win something. But here's the other thing on cinema soccer. So like in soccer, you're playing for in

the MLS, right, and they're that team? Is I assume paying you lots of money in the middle of that season you then go play for your country for what happened with the Yeah? Would you imagine if I don't know, Joe Burrow in the middle of the middle season, you gotta go, I gotta go, can't play and go get bang? I mean soccer is screwed up? Am I wrong or not? You run around game boy? I mean they play almost year round. I mean it's tough, and it's

tough on those guys. Say get me out of the Stude's report. You made sense for the first time in weeks. Willie and Otter are the great game of soccer aka football around the world.
