Welcome this great Tuesday afternoon at the priest date. All Star Games not starting about eight o five. Last time I'm watching the convention, I thought it was like Jesus taken to the amount of olives. When Trump came out down the hallway ww E st Isle with the bandages on his head like a wounded warrior. I've out lost it. I'm going crazy. I'm up on my chair, I'm cheering. And then he takes his seat, talks to Byron Donald's who's been on the show a few times, and of course Vance,
he's been with me a few times. I'm looking at something. I can't believe what I'm watching. But then I turn over to the mainstream media. I had no idea that up to this point JD. Vance had lived a life that somehow had an opinion that he made money, that he came out of hillbilly elegy. I get that he was born in Kentucky, raised in Middletown. I was born in Kentucky, raised in Deer Park. I get it, to understand it. But the media now is in the mode of
attacking JD. Vance, bring down Vance by any means necessary. And I'm watching this. I can't believe it. But also we have the lawfair going on with Judge Cannon and Florida in which she ruled that the appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith was unconstitutional. And the media, of course now is going
after Judge Cannon because she didn't rule the right way. But a man with opinions, he's like a real lawyer and a constitutional scholar and the great American Chris Finny of the Chris Finny Law Firm, and Chris FINNI welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Chris, before we talk about Judge Cannon and how the vicious media is now attacking her, can you give me an overview
of the lawfair that's been conducted against Donald Trump since twenty sixteen. Well, I really think just stepping back and helped having people have a perspective about what where you are in sort of the timeline of what's going on. Let me take you all the way back to nineteen ninety eight and Hillary Clinton coined the phrase fast right wing conspiracy and the reality is she wasn't wrong. There's organized up and DC. Both sides have very sophisticated organized teams that are political legal
special interests. Inside and outside government, no question. But the vasked left wing conspiracy is far broader and far deeper, which is where they talk about the deep state. And if you really look at the timeline of where we are, and a lot of people predicted this leading up to Trump's reelection, which Joe Biden says is well, I guess there's twenty twenty, But Joe Biden's got twenty twenty and twenty twenty four mixed up. We were embroiled with
the riots all over the country and COVID all at the same time. And you could go out and riot and not get COVID, but you weren't able to go to work or shop or anything else. But they foisted all of this on the country. And then you remember the Kavanaugh and Gorsich confirmations and them attacking the Supreme Court and all the nonsense. But it was a steady drum beat that built up to the election. And guess what we're going through
right now, this steady ramping up drum beat leading to the election. And I can say confidently knowing and I've been up to the US Supreme Court,
I've been in some of these halls. This whole lawfare that's been orchestrated against Trump comes directly from the Democrat National Committee, And you've seen glimpses of that where Fanny Willis and her boyfriend went into the White House and went to the DNC for meetings where they put a lawyer from the Justice Department up in the trial that the Stormy Daniels trial up in New York to orchestrate and make sure that that was handled well. So this is all being orchestrated. Imagine this.
You know, these crimes, the Stormy Daniels thing allegedly occurred eight years ago, and they're finally trying it right before the election in twenty twenty four. Imagine the coincidence. This is all orchestrated. And then the thing with the assassination. I don't you know that the Secret Service inexcusable that that woman doesn't resign for her incompetence the head of the Secret Service. But you know,
do I think there was a conspiracy to an assassinate Donald Trump? I don't, but I do think that it is part of the vast left wing conspiracy, just like the vast right wing conspiracy to ramp up the tenor of the vitriol as you approach the election that everybody's you know this, you know, going to destroy the country versus having an orderly election. So we can we all should take a step back and see the perspective of where we are
and expect what is happening and what has happened. But the legal strategies are all part of that. Chris Finny. On that front, there's no big powwow taking place with in which Atlanta, New York City, the DOJ they all get together and win room and say you do this, you do that, We'll do this, you do that. They just know what to do.
And the idea that Matthew Colangelo, number three at DOJ, will just happened to show up in a courtroom in New York City to prosecute Donald Trump, and a dirty New York City courtroom by Alvin Bragg just happened to go from the DOJ in Washington to a dirty courtroom, a misdemeanor type courtroom in New York City is impossible. And then according to according NBC Meet the Press, that happens all the time. I listened to Kristan Walker on Sunday morning,
Well, hell, that happens all no, it does. I would have said, Vance should have said, well, give me one other example where a top ranking DOJ official ended up in Hamley County Municipal court to prosecute somebody. That doesn't happen. It never happens. And you have Nathan Wade meeting in the White House twice with DOJ officials just before the indictment of Donald
Trump in Atlanta. How many times would Melissa Powers send an assistant to the DOJ, maybe of Donald Trump, to prosecute Joe Biden and the media find a coincidence, there's no connection, and then talk about the assassination at Temple. I had Brad Weinsterpond yesterday. In twenty seventeen, a left winger from Illinois made his way to decapitate the leadership with the House of Representatives with a SCS, a rifle and also a couple of pistols and one hundred shots were
fired trying to kill the leadership of the Republican House of Representatives. Winship survived scaliso a inch of death. Then judicially, you have Chuck Schumer on the White House steps saying to Gore, Sitch and Kavanall you never know what's going to hit you? And then a few weeks later, an assassin shows up outside of Kavanall's home. Now you've got the executive branch of government, which is Donald Trump being shot by an assassin, and we're still finding out more
about him down the road. But you don't need an organized effort. It's disorganized and organized in order to make sure that Donald Trump can't win. And in spite of all that, in spite of all of that, look where we are. Talk about Judge Cannon. I'm watching last not MSNBC, so you don't have to. She's been called everything but a white man for ruling that a federal official under the Article II the Constitution cannot give his power does
some private citizen. Jack Smith was in Europe at the time. That that'd be as if Judge Michael Bhaar downtown a federal official, a federal judge who was confirmed by the sound It would say, you know what, I'm stepping aside. I'm going to appoint Tony Bender. Tony Bender, come on in here and take my job as a federal judge. You can't take your power and just give it to a private citizen. Am I right or wrong?
That is that is exactly right. So your analysis ties in closely with Judge Cannon's ninety three page, extremely well thought through opinion that she had on that one issue. The other issue is the special Counsel, with his expenses, has just usurped twenty four million dollars of unlimited by the way funds from the from the federal Treasury to fund this one case and without any a already by
Congress to do so. So both of those things were cited by Judge Cannon in this and Willie, it actually all ties in to what you're saying about the deep state and this collusion issue because the way. First of all, there is no Special Council statute that expired after the Bill Clinton Special Council, So there is no statute. The day it expired without any legislative authorization, the Justice Department enacted Special Council regulations which mirrored that statute and began to follow
them. But what Judge Cannon points out is, first of all, in the appointments clause, key federal officials have to be which this category is, have to be appointed by the President, confirmed by the Senate. But beyond that they have to any other appointments have to be authorized by special legislation of Congress, and there was none. So the idea that you could bring in a non presidential appointment, because there have been special counsels who are also confirmed
United States Attorneys and they possibly could serve in those roles. But this guy was plucked out of private industry by the bureaucracy who just out of whole cloth both created his appointment, which which there you know. The judge said to Merrick Garland said, tell me what your authority was to have created this position and appointed this person as the prosecutor. And he cited instead of one thing, he cited ten different things, saying we have plenary authority from the Congress
to you know, enact the cause of justice in this country. Nothing specific. And then when it came down so she really pinned him down, she said, tell me the specific statute that you're using. And it was a statute that was used to create the FBI and had some vague language about hiring law enforcement person. And she said, that doesn't cut it. And there's really a funny quote in here, which is Congress does not hide elephants in
mouseholes. In other words, they didn't create this huge huge responsibility that can spend one hundred million dollars prosecuting a former president for all kinds of crimes, you know, a roving a system of justice, a roving inspector looking for some crime. They didn't create this massive legal structure and hide it in the middle of the FBI statute. Congress does not hide elephants in mouseholes. If they wanted to enact a special Council statute and empower Merrick Garland to do this,
they could do that. But they've chosen not to do that. Well, the issue is going to go up and up and up, and god know how is it going to turn out. But Mary Garland today could say, you know what, I'm going to appoint the US Attorney from the Southern District of Florida who was affirmed by the Senate. He's going to pick up the prosecution of Donald Trump. He doesn't have to rely upon Jack Smith, who was a private citizen. He could appoint someone in his own office.
Politically, he doesn't want to do that. He wants to control the operation indirectly, but not directly, because if Mary Garland did it directly, it would look as if Joe Biden is prosecuting Donald Trump, which of course he is, but nonetheless, it would look bad politically for Mary Garland to have one of his own guys confirmed by the Senate to actually prosecute Donald Trump on
these ridiculous charges. So he wants the dirty work to be done by Jack Smith, whose last big case was against Governor MacDonald and the State of Virginia. He was reversed nine zip on using the wrong statute. So Jack Smith has a terrible record except going out Republicans. And so Mary Garland wants Jack Smith to do what legally his office should do, but politically it looks bad.
So Mary Garland, the Attorney General, broke the law in order to have this prosecution occur during the presidential campaign, which didn't begin until Donald Trump announced for the presidency. Is that correct? You could appoint someone from the southern District of Florida right now to continue it, but he won't. I believe that's possible. Yeah, and Willie, let me let me say something. I think it's important for your listeners to hear this. Judge Eileen Cannon
down in Florida. I've practiced, I've had the privilege of practicing in federal courts, not just in Ohio, but in Kentucky, Oklahoma and other states. But I've been all the way to the United States Supreme Court three times, and whether appointed by Republicans or Democrats, people really don't understand these are
not political positions. And the people that get through this system, and it's really a wonderful, amazing system for our country and become presidential appointments Senate confirmation without almost without exception, are fantastic ethical their thinkers, their attorneys, and they're brilliant people that have very high ethics. And the constant drumbeat of criticism of Aileen Cannon, which candidly is somewhat sexist because they portray her as some
sort of intellectual lightweight. I encourage your listeners, I encourage you to read this ninety three page decision. It is some of the best writing and reasoning legally that I've ever seen. It's really detailed. I want to make sure your listeners hear that. The other thing I want to say to you is when I go into federal court, and I've said this on your radio before, when I go into federal court and stand a government official up and essentially
tell the judge that they've exceeded their authority. It is so refreshing to have a federal judge, any judge, sometimes it's in state court, to go beyond the simple things saying, hey, the City of Cincinnati, they must know what they're doing, they did the right thing, or the state of Ohio or whatever it might be, to listen to your arguments, apply the law, and to slap down a government official who's far exceeding their authority.
It is so refreshing and candidly, just like with the First Amendment of the Constitution, if the judges won't enforce it, it doesn't mean anything. And so it is our last line of defense to have these judges who say, you know, this is a this is not a plenary authority. You know we have Kim Jong un running the country. We have a constitutional republican.
What that means is each of our officials, federal, state, local, school board along they all have limitations under constitution and statute of their authority. And there's a structure of a separation of powers in this country that is respected. If you have a judge who's intelligent and courageous to have the backbone and take the time she did two day hearing on this, just this one issue, and mountains of briefing on it, and she did a brilliant job and
a brilliant analysis, and I think it's bulletproof. When this goes up to the Eleventh Circuit and up to the United States Supreme Court, I think she's going to be upheld. And I think that Merrick Garland was just dead wrong in appointing Jack Smith, and that then impacts the other the Jay six kise
that he has as well. It's Chris. I'm gladulated out, but to have our government weaponized against the candidate who now is a wounded warrior is something You could not have made this up, that somehow the assassin, by a millimeter or two did not blow out the back of Trump's head John F. Kennedy style, but instead wounded him. And when he showed up last night and that hall in Milwaukee, my god, I think the archangel Mike Saint
Michael was protecting him for some higher purpose. And I hate what the media is trying to do to j. JD Vance, but that's what they do. They won't do a bio on JD. Vans to talk about a father kid in Middletown dysfunctional, He'll Billy Elergy, goes to the Marine Corps because he can't afford to go to college, comes out, goes to Ohio State, goes to Yale Law Magna. I'm sorry, Summa cum laud go to the University of Cambridge in London with the degree in philosophy and comes back,
marries an Indian girl and they got three great little kids. I've had dinner with him, and I'm thinking, how do you attack this guy? And the media will find that little crack eight years ago when he said something about Trump that they can use for their political purposes. Our mainstream media today is an arm of the Democratic left wing party, and I wish the Democratic Party
of Joe Lieberman still existed, but it does not. But the media marches in line with the orders from Washington how to cover Republicans that they would never do with Democrats. Never Well, Chris Finny, we got to go. Love to have you there, and thanks again for coming on the Bill Cunningham
Show. But the law fair continues. Trump I think will win. I think right now might use the term bulletproof, or to use the term of President Joe Biden, that right now Donald Trump is the bullseye and to have that language out of the mouth of the President, which last night he wanted to revise and extend his remarks with Lester Holt, was illustrative of the problem. But once again, Chris Finnie, you're a great American and thanks for
coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you. It's a deep honor. Thanks Willie God bless America. Chris Finny, Chris Finny Law Firm. Let's continue with more of your comments. Five point three seven four nine, seven thousand, Bill cunning in the Great American Live at Home of the Reds. Back at it on Friday Tonight the All Star Game with Dela Cruz, all on News Radio seven hundred WLW, Hailton County Veterans. All right, now
to set the record straight. After one o'clock today, we have a retired Secret Service agent talking about the three or four serious blunders made by the on site Secret Service that resulted in the killing of that fire chief and also the wounding of Donald Trump. And so I've done a little bit of research on your behalf to find out where did Kimberly Cheedle come from. You may not know the name In fact, last night on NBC Lester Holt, the President
referred to this female who leads the Secret Service as a male. Didn't know who secret Service director was, has no clue. He didn't know the name of his Department of Defense secretary, didn't know the name of the State Department Secretary at one point, didn't know Majorcis's name, which his Homeland Security, and he didn't know who the Secret Service director was. Several days after the shooting, he referred to the Secret Service director as a hymn until Lester hole
corrected him with her her name is Kimberly Cheatle. And how did it happen that someone with so little or no qualifications to lead an important, terribly important organization could get the job? So The New York Post has gone back in time and found out how it happened. Cheetle was plucked by the Biden administration from her position as PepsiCo Senior Director of Global Security in twenty twenty two, and she had previously served twenty seven years in the Secret Service, beginning in
the Clinton administration in nineteen ninety three. At PepsiCo, her main client was was a breakfast cereal and she had to protect the executives of the breakfast cereal, which was Quaker oats. And at some point doctor Joe Biden made the comment to us to the head of the Chief of Staff of the White House, who that person should be, and she decided to go back in time and pick Kimberly Cheatle. Cheatle served on doctor Joe Biden's second lady detail and
Anthony her chief of staff. Biden's chief of staff guy's name is Anthony Burnell. Push for her. She's a Democratic insider. She is national security and law enforcement experience, and she will impose the dei principles that we hold deer. So the offer is made to skip over more qualified individuals to become the lead secret Service agency secretary in the nation. And that's how it happened. No one believes that Joe Biden is running the White House. Democrats know who
to go to. It tends to be the current White House Chief of Staff, a guy named Jeff zince ze nts. He's kind of in charge of the presidency along with Ron Klain and Susan Rice and also, of course Joe Biden. I'm sorry, Doctor Joe Biden runs the executive branch of government.
None of whom, by the way, we elected. The idea of electing Joe Biden as our recall, was to calm things down, keep things nice and cool after the hot years caused by the news media when Donald Trump was in the White House the first time, it has such great results, and the media did not want that to happen. In fact, a little footnote, I've noted him among my Democratic friends, and I mean my Democratic friends, that they're looking forward to a Trump presidency. And you're thinking, how's
it possible that Democrats won a Trump presidency. Well, because of the way the country in the Deep State is constituted, because of where the money comes from. You know almost every circumstance. If you simply follow the money, that will answer almost all your questions. And so the elements of the Democratic
Party won a Trump presidency. They know that if Joe Biden is re elected by hooker crook, that come January he may serve no more than six months in office, and that then we're going to have Kamala Harris and that'll be a further unmitigated disaster for the country. So what they really want, those who fund the Democratic Party, is to have Donald Trump again be elected so they can raise literally billions and billions of dollars with fearmongering against Donald Trump and
fill up their coffers and also take their commissions. The glory times for the Democrat Party occurred in the first four years of the Trump administration, as the deep State unleash the fury of the CIA, the FBI, the DA the IRS and others against Donald Trump and his alcoholytes before he took office. They were ready to go. And so those involved in such things raise billions of
dollars. And they knew that by the time the media got done with Donald Trump in the first two years, that the country had flipped to Democrats in the House and the Senate, in which case they'd have power again, which is exactly what happened. So they want write this down, my fellow Americans, I found like a president right now. Write this down. The Democrats want Donald Trump to win. That is how they hold on to power.
They think in twenty twenty six, twenty twenty eight, and twenty thirty by getting the elements of the Democratic Party the machine, and believe me, it is an impressive machine that they put together, and they have the fundraising necessary of tech giants and others who will then, shall we say, take over fundraising, pay the commissions. Everybody's happy. So if Trump's in the White
House again, they'll be massive fundraising. There will be ground soldiers, their registration, election day operations, all fund up by big tech and billions and billions of dollars. Universities and colleges have a object of scoring and hatred to proceed against. That's Donald Trump and Jade Vance. They have the websites, the newspaper headlines, the cable news. They'll have the Congress. They'll have
those like a Keem Jeffries going after Donald Trump repeatedly. Hollywood and the star power and the access there too, in the evening newscast, the morning newscast, the View, the evening, all the late night shows that go after Donald Trump, big city power brokers, the labor unions and et cetera. They know how it happens. And to hell with the country, you know, energy independence, a lockdown, southern border, no wars, the military
industrial complex not getting paid billions of dollars. That's a bad thing. What they want is open borders. Then with the cities and flames, with the university and colleges to become hotbeds of a moss protest, and they want forever wars to happen. That fuels the military industrial complex. They want all those
things to happen. And so when I see Adam Schiff, the clown from California by the way, about to become a United States Senator, Adam Schiff already saying we need to get money out of the presidency and put it in Senate races, you know what's happening, and that is Democrats want Donald Trump and JD. Vance is an object of hatred and scorn to go after to make a lot of money and to keep you inflamed against Republicans. A friend of mine told me Luke Bryant, one of my favorite country singers, was
at Riverbend on Saturday night about nine nine thirty. It was by that point obvious that a President Trump had been shot and that he survived, and so he did a little bit of a reference to Donald Trump. Thank God he's alive. The great majority started shouting Usa, Usa, USA. But there was a trickle of dozens and dozens of country music officionados that left Riverbend because Luke Bryant said the name Trump. Because of that, they saw like a
bull seing red. They proceeded out of riverbend. That's what we're dealing with. And as far as Jade Vance about eight years ago going after Trump, he said, last night with my good friend and your Sean Hannity, I had never met Donald Trump up to that point, and I was relying upon
the media caricature of Trump. And that's why I said the things I said against him, because my high tech buddies in San Francisco found that desirable and the hillbilly Elergy movie had to be made, had to play the company to In fact, he said, in fact, I've changed my opinion. What in the heck is wrong with changing an opinion? The opinions I held as a thirty year old is not the opinions held as a fifty year old or hold today. Things change in life, and he's an element of change.
I know the media is attacking him relentlessly now because he's inexperienced. Is Kamala Harris experienced? Was Donald Trump experience? When we became the president. The only person in American history elected to the presidency who had never held any political office or had been a general he's the only one. No one else had
ever done it before. He did it quite successfully. So looking at from the democratic perspective, they demand that Donald Trump be elected because the southern border will be locked down, will become energy independent again, There'll be the end of forever wars overseas. He will try to help the blue cities with blue mayors and blue states crack down on law and order. He will seek to bring the colleges back in the line, not as cesspools of socialism, but
institutions of higher learning. He will try those efforts. And that's why four years will not be enough. He's going to take eight to twelve. And as I said a week ago, whoever he picks, and I wanted Jad to be picked and needs to be someone who can hold the presidency for the next four to eight years from now. Let let Trump in dvance be in office for the next eight to twelve years to change his country for the better. The left once the southern border wide open, they won chaos and confusion
everywhere because it destabilizes our government. They won America's forever wars to continue. They want to defund the police and defund the secret Service. I got an agent coming up in about fifteen minutes. And I have unbridled respect and love for those who would put their body between an assassin's bullet and the protectee. The planning of this in Butler County, Pennsylvania was ridiculous, and I think
my next guest will address himself to that issue. It was utterly ridiculous that we could live with a secret service with a building within five hundred feet and a rifle shot. And the President said, I watched again this morning. I must have seen it twenty or thirty times. Thank God. Trump's head when he speaks is moving left and moving right. Seconds before the bullet struck him, his eyes were looking forward, which meant the bullet would have taken
out the back half of his head. Just as the bullet was fired, he turned to his right, and the bullet then only had access to the upper right ear and not to his brain. I like to think that Saint Michael, the archangel and God Almighty saved Trump's life for greater purposes. I know that's an anathema to the radical left, not the Democrats that I know so well. Many good Democrats in the city of Cincinnati. They're good Democrats all over the place, but not the leftist, the liberal ideologues, and
the socialists that controlled the Democratic Party today. But for the grace of God, literally the grace of God, Trump lived and the wounded warrior appeared last night in Milwaukee. The most traumatic moment in the history of any convention happened last night about ten pm when Donald Trump wounded with the banning John his ear came walk down the hallway the end of the arena, and I would say that was the most dramatic moment ever in the history of any political convention.
And tonight tomorrow, especially if Thursday night, is going to be so special. They do not want Joe Biden to win the presidency because the money is in a Trump presidency to be raised by billions of dollars through the text and the labor unions and keep the country at each other's shroods. That's where the money can be made to destabilize our government. That's what's at play here.
So when Adam Schiff of California says, spend money on the Senate and on the House, but don't spend it on the presidency, that is the message that Democrats want Trump advanced to win. So they can be in the future an object of their scorn and hatred and lies in order to perpetuate the myth that the democratic cities in which so many of us live are the kinds of utopia the democratic policies bring. And if you accept that, I got some
swamp land to sell you in Florida, let's continue with more. But the Democratic machine is going to nominate Joe Biden, and the next week or two it's going to happen well before the middle of August, so that all this talk about getting rid of Joe Biden stops. They don't want someone to emerge who could be a candidate in twenty twenty eight and get drilled by Donald Trump. They want Joe Biden to be the sacrificial lamb. He'll lose in the
first quarter of next year. They'll talk about all the ugliness of Joe Biden, etc. And Kamala Harris they're both gone, and then a new figure will arise in the Democrat Party and the machine, the Democratic machine, will raise billions of dollars to smear Trump advance as they were so successful in twenty twenty. That's what's going to happen. Let's continue by the way they have
a verdict in the Senator Menendez case out of New Jersey. This is the guy that had one hundred dollars bills in cash and gold bars all over his house. And the media doesn't cover this a lot because it's bad for them. So let's continue with more if a line becomes available five three, seven, four nine seven thousand. Once again, in about ten minutes, we're going to have a Secret Service agent here to talk about what were the problems
and how they're going to be corrected. And the Secret Service is overwhelmed because they're part of Homeland Security. My Yorkists controls the Secret Service. They went from the Treasury to Homeland Security and out of the pot where the Secret Service moneys come or all the border security difficulties. My Yorkis is a complete clown and he was held in contempt by the Congress for lying and not doing his
job. So a secret Service has to compete with the schools and the busing system and the plane trips out of the southern border all over the country to disperse those who should not be here. And that's why they're funding for the Secret Services so slack. Because my Yorkist controls the funding. I have great respect for the rank and file law and order who put their lives on the
line every day. Twelve fifty five Home of year, Red's News Radio seven hundred WW for eligible individuals eighteen and older only results verieds website for details and important safety information. Let's continue. Billy Cunningham, the Great American. Todd Lamb has spent many years in the Secret Service, two years with under Bill Clinton, six years under Bush. He's currently the presidents of Central Oklahoma University and Todd Lamb. Welcome to The Bill Cunningham Show. And Todd can you
tell me? Can you point out I've been following the stories on Saturday Night, as I'm sure you have as a former Secret Service agents, what are the three or four major problems you see with what occurred Saturday Night that cannot be repeated? Just lay out one, two and three four US if you can. The advance the dance was not the best in the Secret Service? Can do a campaign rally like that which I did? I did dozens when I was in the Secret Service. I was assigned for the site supervisor during
a presidential campaign. The advance work underperformed. When you do advance about you're there about three or four days ahead of time. Do a site survey. The site surveys documentation. You walk the site with your with your advance team. You walk with state, state police, local police, m self fire, etcetera, etce. You examine every structure in an open field environment like
that. You know behind those structures, how many structures there are. You determine how many post standers you need, how much additional advance advance you need, how many counter of snipers you need. So the advance the advance effort on the Pennsylvania trip for forming President Trump failed. The reaction by the agents were superb on that stage, but the advance in the site survey is what saves cailon. Let's stay on that point number one, which many people are
focused on. According to reporting by NBC News this morning, and I believe about half of what I hear there on a good day, they said the snipers with the Secret Service had the murder or the coward in their sights for about one minute and did not pull the trigger. And what would be occurring, assuming that report is accurate, what in the minds of the snipers were going on when they scoped him and they didn't pull the trigger before until he
shot, and then they did. Sure, And it's it's really hard a money morning quarterback that. But here's speculation. We all know this. We all know that it was an assassin. We know that now we saw the video. But if you're looking through a scope as a counter sniper and you see somebody on a building and you see the top of the head or you see his shoulder, we don't know right now. We don't know if that counter sniper through his scope saw that the assassin had a rifle. We know
he had a rifle. We don't know what he saw that scope. Did he see the top of the head, did he see his shoulder, you see an arm? Did he see an object moving on a build? So he has to verify this as a counter sniper. He doesn't want to shoot local police, he doesn't want to shoot state police, he doesn't want to shoot I mean, so he's got to verify that as a threat. Now we know it was a threat, he got a shadow of a doubt. But in that instant that that very quick thinking you have to do as a
counter sniper. Now you can see his reaction as soon as shots were fired, he was eliminated, put down, and they killed They killed the they killed the assassin, but in that split second before you have to verify because you don't want to shoot it and it's a civilian and so so. And also the slope of that roof indicated until he popped up, they didn't have a clean line of sight, according to NBC News, and they and he
had camouflage on and so. But the major problem was according to the Secret Service, according to media accounts, that that site was pointed out on Wednesday before the Saturday night saying that's something that's got to be covered. But now the SIGRed Service is saying it was outside the perimeter. It was up to the state police or the local police. When the Butler County Sheriff in Pennsylvania talks about this, he said, that wasn't our responsibility, that was someone
else's. We have reporting that there was a two minute time frame from the time someone on the ground with a TMZ sold video had the murderer, and
two minutes went by until the first shot was fired by the assassin. During that time, there was a ladder put up against the building and a deputy sheriff went to the top of the ladder with his gun not drawn, and when his head popped up, the assassin turned his rifle and the deputy sheriff, according to media accounts, fell from the ladder and at that point, within about ten to fifteen seconds, the first shot was fired at President Trump.
And so why in those two minute time frame that there was a lack of communication between the witnesses, the Secret Service, the deputy sheriffs, the local police. And that's another one of those things that's unbelievable. Secondly, as far as the behavior of the Secret Service on the site, there's been
some criticism that they didn't hustle Trump off the stage immediately. What is the procedure when when the Secret Service agents were on top of Trump, he was bleeding from his head, and that they didn't know if it was a true shot to the back of the skull, The didn't know it was in the ear, but they saw blood. Why didn't they hustle him off the stage immediately? Well, think about it did this context, Why would you hustle
them off immediately if you don't know that there's only one assassin? What if they hustle them off in a direction where there's another assassin waiting for him, that there would have been a team assassin environment, and the team said okay, and the assassin that that was killed, Okay, I'm gonna shoot it and if I miss him, they're gonna runer the motor cade. So you
position yourself on that structure over there with your long rifle. As soon as they start to move him too quickly and they won't hover around him, did you take the Can you take the kill shot? We're trained in that in the Secret Service. I'm not trying to make excuses. So here's what they did that they created a human wall. He was absolutely protected because they were gonna if there was another assailant, another assassin, they would have killed the
Secret Service agent. But here's something else that nobody else saw. When the president was covered by the agents on the stage, there was at least one agent moving his or her hands all over President Trump's body. For this reason, they knew he was bleeding on his face, but they were checking his body while he was being covered by He's being gain tackled. They moved hands all over him like they did on Ronald Reagan forty three years ago, to
see if there was blood anywhere else. They were assessing him immediately. Then they brought him up and once they knew the counter snipers. After they eliminated the one assassin, they checked every other riifftop and they quickly evacuated I think after they assessed, quickly evacorated him the motor pan and got him out of there. Thirdly, I'm told and I have some handguns, I have shotguns. I don't have a long rifle that could take this shot that a five
hundred foot shot of this type. It was a two foot putt. It was easy. One thousand yards would be more difficult. Two thousand yards more difficult. Who knows we've had snipers hit targets more than a mile away. What change changes will be made to make sure this doesn't happen again? Because this is unbelievable that he survived. I think Saint Michael the Archangel saved his life, but that's a religious context because he's in for a bigger purpose.
But what's going to cause changes by the Secret Service after this? They're going to have to make sure And this is what surprises me. When I did this advance work when I was a side supervisor for the campaign years ago. If I would have been I'm not saying I'm better, but the structure like that would have been inside the perimeter in some way, shape or form. So what changes will be made? Structures that can reach the target with a
long rifle will have to be in the perimeter and the Secret Service. Right now there's an inner perimeter Secret Service only, next layer perimeter Secret Service and local and state police. Outer perimeter, which you've alluded to earlier in this conversation is usually state and local law enforcement. That outer perimeter will have to have Secret Service in it, and that outer perimeter will have to be extended
farther than has ever been. Why was there such an institutional failure? And the head of the Secret Service headed up security for PepsiCo and I think Quaker Oats to be specific, But it was like a DEI hire because Biden wanted some woman, much like the vice president had to be of a certain color or gender, and I want I'd love Conder Lisa Rice to be the vice president. This is not about gender and race, It's about competence. Do
you think the head of the Secret Service should be released? I'm sure Trump will do it when he gets in office. But nonetheless, why doesn't someone take an employment hit for this. I think somebody will pick an apployment hit for this eventually, I do. And there was systemic failure, but there are also systemic challenges in the Secret Service. The Secret Services created in eighteen sixty five. It wasn't until after nineteen oh one, when Wayne McKinley was
assassinated the Secret Service startup protecting the president. It wasn't untill after RFK was assassinated the Secret Service startup protecting candidates for office. But that forever, the Secret Service was Treasury. After nine to eleven and former President Bush created Homeland Security, the Secret Service moved from Treasury to Homeland Security. Now now the Secret Service is one of many mice trying to get cheese at Homeland Security.
They're no longer the only lawful an in t like they were at Treasury. So it is asinine to think, but it's accurate. The Secret Service has had budget constraints for decades now. For decades, whatever the Secret Services asked for, the Secret Service should get because they are protecting democracy, the republic, democracy that we have, and the leader of the free world. For too long, for way too long, the Secret Service has not received the
budgetary items they need for security assets and the higher additional agents. And right now Mayorcis heads up Homeland Security, and I want to say, this is my opinion, that guy's a clown. He's been impeached by the Congress, and so the money going into the southern border is out of a pot shared
by the Secret Service, and I think they're overwhelmed. You were an agent, you're a police officer or deputy sheriff, you a you have a relief got eight to four, you got four to twelve, got twelve to seven am in the morning. But if you're Secret Service, it can be twenty four to seven. I mean literally twenty four to seven. You travel everywhere, you work unbelievable hours, don't make enough money, put your life at
risk constantly. I would imagine the in and out of the Secret Service is tremendous, and now we have so many targets and so many persons covered, you're overwhelmed. It might need another one or two billion dollars a year, which is a drop in the bucket. So you're saying the Secret Service needs to go back into a law enforcement official, much like Department of Treasury or maybe under US Marshall Service or whatever and be properly funded. Otherwise we're going
to have these catastrophes. Right now, there's assassins somewhere in the country preparing to kill either Joe Biden or Donald Trump, and we have to act as
if that's a reality. That is reality. And I just want to Clay, I'm not saying the Secret Sert be formed within the other law course, and it's the image in the US Marshals, but they need to be a standalone lawforcement to be at treasure or they just need to have better attention from Congress to receive the money they need to receive for more more, more personnel,
and greater security assets and technology. Considering you living in your twenty twenty four lastly, Todd Lamb, lastly, former Secret Service agent, have there been numerous examples where the Secret Service was successful? I would think you can be successful ninety nine times out of one hundred and the one time there's a
faux paw mistake and a catastrophe takes place. When you were when you were regarding Clinton and Bush, did you have a few examples when you were you were within a half an inch or so half a millimeter of one of those presidents being killed. Is this a regular event that we don't know about. No, nothing, No, sorry to interrupt you. Nothing like we saw in Pennsylvania. I had one international assignment with President Clinton where assal responsibility on
me, and it was a little unnerving. And I remember the day well, and I recanted how many bullets I had on my extra magazine clip. I didn't have to shoot it all, didn't have to draw my weapon, but got hearing up with some protest and well, the president was about to arrive where I was close to calling off the arrival and send the motivates that alternate motivator oute. I didn't have to do that. But it's nothing pills
a comparison to what happened in Pennsylvania. And answer your question. You know, I'm somewhat removed from working the day to day's shifts in the Secret Service, but this is not commonplace. It's not and this can never happen again. Would you agree? We can never have an idiotic sniper within five hundred feet of a president's head. And he missed the shot by half an inch, because if that bullet had entered the skull, he'd be dead. If it was a half an inch closer, it would have taken off part of
his skull, in his brain. It would have been a Kennedy situation in Dallas. And we can never ever have this again, right, all right, Todd Lamb, Secret Service agent, thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Good luck and god speed, and thank you, Todd, thank you very much, You're welcome. Thank you. All right, Let's continue with more. And also I'm told that doctor Joe Biden was in the Pittsburgh area the day four and Secret Service assets went to protect her, and that
their stretch past their limits. And whatever it takes, we have to protect Democrats, Republicans and our and Bobby Kennedy Junior today has Secret Service protection when he didn't have it before. And thank god that and I mean literally thank god that Donald Trump is alive and able to conduct business and I'm sure become
the next president. Let's continue with more. Your reaction five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand, Bill Cunningham News Radio, seven hundred WLWR Spritzers Bruce a leaping second home run of the morning for Dab Chamberlain. Every year there's five men or women, mainly men right leaving the trades, and there's two that enters talk about electrician, plumber, drywallers, right, whatever it might be, carpenters. We need more and more and more. Correct you can never outsource electrical plumbing, drywall carpentry. You can't outsource that. Would you agree?
You can't correct? Can ai that? Yes? So if high schools like Deer Park which is between Indian Hill, Marmont Amberley Village between seventy one and seventy five, you can't buy a home now in deer Park for less than three hundred thousand dollars. If they would take those kids, and there's a few of us, brilliant kids like myself come out at Deer Park. I want to go to college, get a juris doctor a degree, move on with life. The great majority of kids in those environments simply want to live
the American dream and work. Of course, so to go to college is one to two hundred thousand. When you and I went, it was I don't recall, Yeah it was. It was. I had a loan, but I paid it all. I don't know what it was. I got no loan and it was what did an in state at NKU was two hundred and forty dollars like a semester or court. We're gonna make the money, thank you. So I'm proud that my high school, Deer Park High School, has been granted because of the leadership of Jay Phillips. Yes, about a million dollars from the the Wine Administration to have the equipment on site at deer Park hooking up with businesses that need a machinist right now. We need a tool and die now.

And how about and going back to football, Cleveland Brown's and their kicker Dustin Hopkins reaching agreement on a three year, fifteen point nine million dollar contract extension makes him one of the NFL's top five highest paid kickers. He won thirty three of thirty six on field goals last season
for the Brownies. Pretty good. Bengals kicker Evan McPherson money mack is entering the final year. What does that mean of his contract? And he's now due for a new deal deal. So the mark's about five million dollars a year? Is that correct? What is money Mac making? Now? Do we see they got to pay uh Tavar Chase t maybe t Higgins or of course he's gonna he's gonna get more bags of cash than men and Menendez has and they got to pay the kicker among others. Said they're gonna they're gonna have more bags of cash than Menendez did. Becuse he was convicted of all sixteen counts. Says he's innocent. He's got gold bars, and he's got trips and and uh cash, so bags of cash. Now see that guy, and then and and and then the Supreme Court guys are all immune. Not a bad gig, that's what there's saying.
Menendez had, Uh, he talked to Hunter Biden. He got some bags of cash from Hunter Biden. Those guys make some serious jack. And he's a Democrat, of course. Look at a hundred dollar bills and he's got d buying gold bars. He had Where do you get that he had? He had money in his shoes, wouldn't you You have no place to put it? Oh that's that's you, not me. Looks like a goofball right there. It looks like a goofball. Look at me. He got the
bold got the gold bars, just hundreds of them. I want to want to wonder, wonder if he got those from a Morton Knox. I don't know. We'll see, if we'll see if Rocky Boyman, who's an elitist. It'll be like this. This is a test test because if he doesn't got he's gonna pay the piper. I'd rather have him not, and then we're gonna ride him every day, every day until he pays up. It's like Mike Lane, the Diamond King still ows me a hot fudgs Sunday when

And I'm glad in a sense that the I don't know if you saw it, the National Anthem singer Andress last night, according to Matt Reese, is now going into rehab because she has a serious drinking problem. I didn't. I watched some of that last night, watching on YouTube this morning. You just heard some of it. And alcoholism and
drug use is a serious difficulty. Marijuana. Use of porn, especially for young men, being lost in the world of porn because of the easy access, is a problem. It's all out there. You may partake or not, but you know there's consequences. I also would point out looking straight ahead, as you know, I'm in a studio here with the large TV monitors and all the cable outlets. Headline breaking news. Secret Service ramped up security
after intel on the Iranian plot to kill Donald Trump. Once again. Secret Service ramped up security after intel on Iranian plot to assassinate Donald Trump with no known connection to the shooting itself. And right now, as of yesterday, the Secret Service and the FBI received access to the tablet and into the phone
of the murderer the assas to gather more information. Now one might ask, and by the way, we have open lines if you want to talk to the American people and talk to me five one three seven four nine seven thousand. First caller of be James from Dayton with a common an or question seven four nine seven thousand. I'll get to you James in about a minute or
two. Here if you want to share, please do it now. Also, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the DEIA, another alphabet soup government agency, released a report two weeks ago that Iran was funding the Hamas protest to the
tunes of about ten to fifteen million dollars walking around money. This was not well publicized, but beginning yesterday, my sister married Diane red and Cunningham, who's going to be a delegate for Trump and help to put him over the top last night to be the nominee, is funding through very five oh one c fours they protest at the Trump convention in Milwaukee and at the Democratic convention
in Chicago. That money is flowing out of Iran to Hesbla a Moss Boca Haram, the Taliban to Americans to protest, paid protesters marching around with their silly signs. And now, according to CNN, that the Secret Service is ramping up security because the Iranians want to kill Donald Trump to keep the Democrat in office. That's their goal, because things are pretty good when Obama and Biden have been in office. Iran is flourishing, and they don't want Donald
Trump to take over the American presidency. That would hurt Iran. It would hurt Hesbla, hurt a Moss Boca Haram. Isis the Taliban and the protest on college campuses and the protest in major cities paid for by the Iranians with use for idiots who call themselves co eds and college kids and others who march around with their silly signs. That is the world in which we live.
But this is happening under the Biden administration telling you that Iran is walking around with millions of dollars to give away to paid protesters, and secondly that there's a specific intelligence to kill Donald Trump. Lastly, before I go to the calls, I want to in the good old days, we took more calls five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand with James
and Rick will be the first two. Lastly, one may not come away with an opinion about Donald Trump from the mainstream media or jd Vance with anything but a negative view. For example, the Washington Post said, quote, yes, it's okay to compare Trump to Hitler. Don't let me you when people draw parallels between Donald Trump's twenty twenty four candidacy in Hitler's progression from fringe figure to great dictator, We're not joking. The Associated Press said, quote
Trump says he didn't know his immigration rhetoric echoes Hitler. That's part of a broadern pattern. Unquote USA Today, June twenty seventh. Quote did Trump say Hitler did a lot of good things? Quote unquote ABC News quote Donald Trump's history with Adolf Hitler and his Nazi rottings. There have been multiple reports of Trump privately admiring Hitler. Quote unquote from The New Republic magazine said that we
can spend this election year in one of two ways. We can spend it debating whether Trump meets the nine of seventeen points that defined fascism, or we can say it out loud. He's damned close enough, we better fight. And then the President Joe Biden said that there's a bullseye on Donald Trump. I know the media now wants to say, hey, what got nothing to do The media has got nothing to do with the climate of hate toward Donald
Trump. But facts say something different. And lastly, I'll comment for one more minute, going to the calls. How many times have you heard the smear about Charlottesville that Donald Trump said there's good people on both sides, but the Charlottesville right wing racist marching around with tiki torches saying the Jews will not replace us. It is a lie. As as early as twenty nineteen that CNN political analyst Steve Cortes noted that there were more than ten million media attempts
this smear. Donald Trump was saying there were good people on both sides. In context what he said, there's good people on both sides of those who want to tear down Confederate statues and those who do not want to tear down Confederate statues. It was not in relationship to the white right wing racist saying anti Semitic things about Jews and saying they refined people it was a lie, and finally, after so many years, Snopes, in New York Times and
others admitted it was a lie. He was referring to those who wanted to build the statues to Confederate heroes and those who wanted to tear them down. And there are good people on both sides of that debate. Of course, those Confederate statues are all of Democrats from the Confederacy. And he said there's good people who want to keep the Confederate statues and good people who did not. But the media wanted to smear him with a lie about the tiki torches.
So more than ten million times since that happened in twenty nineteen, the media has circulated that lie repeatedly and repeatedly until it becomes a fact. So go to the calls, as I promised, go to James and Rick and Jim and thousands of others, and James and Dayton the Home of the Flyers. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. And James, how are you? I believe this maybe the temp or so time that I've been honest with you,
and it's great to be on with a great American. Right you pay your taxes, obta law, do the right things, and you are a great American. Correct. I try to be yes. I mean, I do my part and my faith and Jesus has deep in the past ten years. And I believe that that bullet meant for Donald Trump's brain was somehow deflective by Saint Marco the archangel or God Almighty for other purposes. And when the Donald came out of the hallways last night, I've never seen a more emotional
or dramatic moment in political history, at least at a convention. I wasn't gonna go down that path. But you know, he said, and Mothers has said, he never turns his head to the right. He's always looking straightforward. He had a chart which he never had as and he turned his head. And if he had not turned his head, he might be dead. Likely when he was looking forward, that bullet would have gone into the
lower right lobe of his brain. But he was looking right because he was looking at a chart about legal migration, so his head presented the ear rather than the back of his head in a split second, and that bullet, James was traveling three thousand, one hundred feet a second, and he was five hundred feet away, so you don't hear, you feel the gun shot in your body before you hear the gunshot. And when he reached up to his right ear and the blood was coming out and he went down, there
was of course great fear that he was shot in the head. How many times do you take a rifle shot to the head and survive? Yeah, he's right, and it's great to hear you use the word of the Lord on national radio. Basically ww is almost national radio. So my my two quick comments are, number One, protecting an indoor arena like the convention is going to be or is right now, is different from protecting outdoors. And my sense is that the uh, the security what was seriously lapsed by not
relying on local officers to manage. And I just don't understand anyone who would stand up and say, hey, they did their their The Secret Service at a great job. When you have a clear line of eye direction to the the the President. That just doesn't make sense to me, unless I'm missing something, Well, James, no one defends it. In fact, Joe Biden thinks the director of the Secret Service is a male when it's a female.
Doesn't know who it is and uh, that was funny. It was it's sad uh and and I anyone, if I live long enough, I'm gonna lose half my mind. If you live long enough in your nineties whatever, you're going to babble and stumble and fumble. But that doesn't mean you should be the president. As Bob Hope did with you on the radio a couple of decades ago, he was eighty some years old. And if we're lucky, all of us get to that point, we live a good,
long life and you're cared for it. That doesn't mean you should be the president, which makes the CEO of Walmart look like a child's play. The president deals with issues, and we don't have a president right now. Who's the president who's making decisions news conferences? He doesn't know who Mariorcus is. He doesn't know who Austin is. He doesn't know who the State Department secretary. He doesn't know anything around him, and so how's he making decisions when
he doesn't have an intellect? He's not used to. He doesn't if you look at the video of even in twenty twenty during the debates, he was able to make some sense, But right now he makes none and things for your call. Let's move on. Let's go to Rick and then Jay and many others. Rick and Western Hills, the home of Pinky Classic and also
Ron's Roost. Go ahead, go ahead, Rick, Yes, sir, so, I listened to Glenn back yesterday and there was a reporter on there, a woman, and she was on the stage and she said there was two sets of gunfire. There were four shots and then there were six more and they were came from different caliber guns. And I cannot believe because when I saw this, I thought because they showed NBC News I had, they
were kept showing over and over and over again. They had an aerial photograph of the thing, and they showed where the kid was on the roof at and it was the Trump's left. Okay, so I can understand how he got hit on his right ear at the guy shooting from the left. That's the first point, and the second point is looking at him he was a stooge. I think this is a professional hit man and there's another shooter.
I really do believe this because lady's testimony yesterday on the radio corroborated that. And when I'm looking at the video, they're show, and now it doesn't look like the same video that they showed when it first happened. It looks like it's been doctored, it altered. Now that sounds kind of crazy and convoluted. But I didn't see Trump turn his head that far to the right when before he got shot. I saw him God hit Luke. He was
looking straight ahead and then he turned his head. I didn't see that. I saw it twenty times, so I believe my own eyes. And I don't understand if that kid was up on that roof, why that got sniper didn't take him out beforehand. There's no he took him out after he shot. Why'd he take him out two minutes before he shot? And let me explain the answer of that specific question from the guest I had on about an
hour and a half ago. He said that when they had the scope on the kid, and the scope was on the kid the murderer or the coward for about a minute. I'm sorry, he said, thirty seconds to a minute, save thirty seconds out the day side, and so the roof was sloped in such a way that where the the SS snipers were, they didn't have a clear shot until he picked his head up and they were talking is
that he is he a friendly? Is he with us? They weren't sure if he was somehow a Butler County special joparty or whatever, and they kind of waited. So as soon as he fired the first shot, that's when his head popped up, and that's when they blew the top of his head off. And so possibly that's the answer to that question. I'm not going to sit here at two twenty five on the afternoon of Tuesday and say what you're saying is necessarily wrong. It doesn't fit with the facts as we know
it. But I also know that we're not told necessary information by the media in which we can base an informed decision because the media is in the game on the left side of politics. And so I can't answer the other parts of your question. Let's continue. We never stopped. We simply continue.
And if line becomes available, which it never does seven four nine, seven thousand, Red Spaceball tonight to eight o'clock, and that Stude's reported is indicated, the Rocky Boyman will be here to pay off his debt to the Great American which he's paid off, and to segment Dennison, because I said JD Vance would be the nominee, and he rejected it in favor of A. Ak Ramaswami. Either one would have been good with me, but I particularly
like JD. Despite the efforts of the media right now to smear the guy. Bill Cunningham News Radio seven hundred WLW for eligible individuals eighteen and older only results verieds website for details an important safety information. Well, let's talk about the conversation this has started, and it's really about language, what we say out loud, and the consequences of those You call your opponent an existential threat. On a call a week ago, you said it's time to put Trump
in the bullseye. There's some dispute about the context, but I think you appreciate that it's the cross heairs I'm talking we focus on. Look, the truth of the matter was that I guess I was talking about it as the time was. There's very little focus on Trump's agenda. Yeah, the term as bullseye was a mistake to use the word. I didn't. I didn't say crosshairs bulls and focus on him, focus on what he's doing, Focus on one as his policies, focus on the number of lies he told the
debate focus on. I mean, there's there's a whole range of things that Look, I'm not the guy that said I want to be a dictator on day one. I'm not the guy that refused to accept the outcome of the election. I'm not the guy who said that one accept the outcome of this election automatically. You can't only love your country when you win. Hello, quiet, I'm broadcasting now. Right before we get to new business, we have to deal with whole business. Got some new business. We got new
business. Like I'm breaking news too. We got breaking news every but let's news. Let's go to old business. A bet was made yesterday, yes that I said J d Vance would be the nomination, and I somehow got suckered into this. If you go back to what I've said on my show for the last week, I said I was going to be ja exactly say, somehow I got mine warped into mind agreeing to a bet that I had been saying long before you said it. Now, I am a man of
my word, and I gave you your hot fudged no nuts. I got it, no nuts. But seg Man relates that you said three hot fights Sundays one for each of us. And Seg was telling an hour ago that he'll come in with mine in about an hour. You don't have one? Why I the bet was with you, and I gave you your hot fudge Sunday, and segate my hot fudge Sunday, So we're ant even. I guess I'm just chopped liver around here? Didn't you? That was with you? Not him? Didn't say he say three hot fight Sunday. Aren't we
a team around here? Yeah, twenty mules. It's t I a m do you team member wouldn't have eaten my hot fudge Sunday about ten days ago? American it's Unamerican to let a greater's ice cream Sunday melt. We don't have a freezer right there. I guarantee somebody Austin Elmore would have ate it up along with the So you saved the hot fudgs Sunday from melting. You were looking after the hot fuds Sunday, correct it, and it didn't.
They and the artful act of creating such a outstanding Sunday. So you didn't get him one because he got you one, but he ate yours, so therefore you ate his and didn't get him one because the main reasons that the bet was wasn't with him by the whole office, Hot Fudge Sunday. I mean the bet was with you. I'm a man of my word. I delivered. Let's move on to Let's move on a new on the breaking news, new business before we get to the Iranian according to Joe Biden, to
kill Donald Trump. We'll get there in a moment. What last night, your good friend Lester Holt was talking at Joe Biden about his meetings after the assassination, attempting, the wounding that shot at Donald Trump. And he said that he'd met with all these people. And then he asked something the effect, what about the Secret Service director? And he said, I met with him. The problem is it's her. It's her. Oops, Kim Cheatle, is it acceptably you have? It's still not heard, at least publicly
from the Secret Service director. I've heard Sean public Crafts sat down in a situation room downstairs, Secret Service, the FPI, and that security agencies, maybe a strange security all the how there you genderize that person? I'm sorry if I'm if I'm Lester, I say, look, what, what's that person's name, Tell me the name of the acting director to you met with, that you met with apparently who is yesterday? She's got to go. Donald Trump made this point. I thought it was, in my opinion,
the best point he made during that debate performance with Joe Biden. He said, you never fire anybody. I mean, how can how can that happen? A president almost get assassinated by a quarter of an inch due to failure by that that that service, and no one, she's not gonna lose her job. That would be unbelievable. No one loses their job for incompetence anymore. So you get more incompetent. Could be a transgender deal, maybe Kimberly's
transition. We gotta pretend we don't know what's going on. We got to pretend that we understand why there's five foot three females guarding the former president instead of like six foot two former military people like it should be. Everyone in their brain knows that's what should have happened. But we gotta we gotta pretend we don't know why those women were to one it's because they put them in
there. But check a box. We did that one agent with them that was with him stop and Butler County, Pennsylvania looks exactly like Bengals defensive coordinator lou Anarumo with sunglasses on. All that. You didn't see that that off season job. I don't know. Times are tough, you know. I'm just saying, let's go to issue. I'm trying to watch last night the home run derby, which is no fun anymore. By the way, and the singer I used to date her grandmother. You might recall the model right
ursula and actress. She came out of the ocean and from that point on we were a hot number. Doctor no Ingrid Andres who sang or tried to sing the Star Spangled Banner terrible. I thought it was it's hard to sing without auto tune. If you're a professional singer and you have to go there without auto tune, it's hard. We got breaking news hit it the national anthem singer from Colorado said she was drunk during her performance. She was not
that was that was not me last night. It was problem transgender deal. I don't know the problem. A problem is it was her. It wasn't her voice pumped through auto tune to make her sound great. It's a lot of these singers they get they do live performances and everyone's like, remember ever Levigne appeared on the like the Good Morning America or something, and I just happened to have it on and she sounds pretty good, like on her albums, and then she's like, it was horrible. It's like, what what
is going on here? She wasn't drunk, she was terrible. So her agent said, let's make an excuse up. Yeah, Fergie's another one about auto tunes. She sounds so yeah, it's better to say publicly that we were drunk. One guy, I actually have no talent, that's what. That's the problem. They can when you had your idea about the nuclear bomb on an asteroid, and my good friend from Aero Smith's Tyler. But you
got to get the oil drillers too. You gotta gotta get them out of get You got to train them for about six weeks and then what do we do? Then we blow up the asteroid? Right, all right, But this singer is now drunk, therefore it's okay, And Baseball letter out there wasn't drunk. He's a bad singer. I go to the Reds game, there will be like a like a senior from Sycamore Heights. One who's unbelievable, right, get that kid, get him there. I don't know what
to say about this. I wonder who's singing tonight. I can't take it. It won't be Andrew. Maybe Snoop. He can't. Neither one of those guys can sing either. But Snoop is off marijuana. Now did you hear this story? Done? Smoking? Nothing makes sense down He's going to be the vice president candidate. And I'm looking to my straight ahead because I'm
player. I'm looking at CNN boy, and they the Defense Intelligence Agency, said they've intercepted information from Iranians. They have an assassination team in America that killed Donald Trump. And I'm going, is this kid? And they said, there's no evidence yet he's connected to a plot because the Iranians want Trump dead. But if you were the Iranians, you would take a loner, loser of a kid, twenty years old, maybe the only twenty year old
in America that's not heavily on social media. Right, he has really no Instagram, Twitter, tiktoking that sort of stuff, and you get him to do it, that's what you would do. I'm going to stay at a shock and last before I turn to the segment, Adam shift the shiftless one from California running for the Senate seat, and said in a phone call,
it's time to give up on the presidency. Let's focus on the House in the Senate because he knows that Biden his toast, and therefore let's nominate him quickly in the next two weeks and get all the money coming to the Senate in the House because we know if Trump wins, will raise billions of dollars next year from left wingers attacking Trump. So it's in our interest long term. If Trump win the presidency keeps it's marring jd Vance and then we'll raise
money off Donald Trump. Your comment, what you're saying is kind of like a professional team would do, Like a basketball team NBA team, you would purposefully tank rather than go and spend a bunch of money in free agency to try to make the playoffs that you're not going to make this year. Let's save our resources, let's lose, Let's get a better higher draft pick and be ready to fight. Play the long game. The Democrats play the long
game better than the repeating to every day of the week. So I would say that was a smart plan, Adam Shift says, Now, he said, well that was a private call, So you've done. That's all. He's got to exist, though it exists. And then segment, will you defend yourself or where you continue to your manipulation of the facts to sit to
fit your particular needs. Will heave the student reporters approud service of your local Tamestar heating in their conditioning dealers Tamestar quality you can feel in Cincinnati couch. You made heating a cool league? Five one three, five three He won sixty nine. The sources of Department Homeland Security received intel on Iranian plot to
assassinate Trump. Now, if they were gonna do it, ironies, they got a lot of oil money, right, would they give them by the kid of a kid or would they get somebody who actually knows what they're doing? There's more Trump. They're not done. They're not done with Trump yet. Indictment, bankruptcy, to force him into bankruptcy, sit him in and filth in New York City. Class can do that now, because I mean, he's he is, he is somehow unbelievably attained the moral high ground though
he's a wounded warrior. Yes, he is a an assassinated attempted president. He has gotten the moral high ground. They can't. They can't. I don't think they can go down the mud with him anymore, can they? His ear looks like Spock, Live Long and prosper segment. Give me some sports and don't forget about ACR Gunny pools and spots. He's buying banana splits for people like Rocky Bowman. I won't buy you one, will he?
Of course? Everybody knows it's hot, hot, hot in the Tri State and you'll be cool this summer for years to come with your own very own a c R Gunny pool. Schedule your pool installation now, visit a c R gunn eyed pools dot com. That's a c R gunn eyed pools dot com. Hit it. I gotta, I gotta story here. The Joyless read of ms NBC fears that Donald Trump will be able to call himself a victim, well he is to read fears that Donald Trump will be a victim
what he is? Joyless read seg but you're gonna spend time with joy behar or joy read those are your two choices. I read. They get drunk with that singer from last night. That wasn't her last night. Oh it was a I. It's never it's never her fault. I dare you, I dare you the substances fall, I dare you. Yeah, go ahead. Probably Jim Beam and Johnny Walker. He's probably had a few Johnny Walker, Jimmy Beam, one Bourbon, one Scotch, and one beer by George
Thoroughgood. That's a great ticker from my boys and horses for my horses. National League up against the American League tonight in the All Star Game in Arlington, Texas. A ninety fourth Midsummer Classic. How about this jd Vance. The Hillbilly calls Trump a moral disaster and possibly the America's hitler. That's current news, this eight ten years ago. But who cares you say? You said we play as Tuesday? Baby hit it about the house. It wasn't
