But first of all, the super Bowl of Politics conducted itself last night, and some of the analysts said this was similar to what happened in nineteen eighty four with
the first debate with Ronald Reagan. He recovered on the second one. Some brought up the fact that Obama had a bad debate in the Romneys and the first debate, but Obama came back strong in the second time. But most of the so called pundits talked about this is a different issue completely, and Jonah, you and I now is the main personality at News Nation, that is Chris Cuomo heard every night and Chris, I was with you early morning hours watching I had three sets up. I had Fox, I had CNN,
I had News Nation. I'm like overdosing on this. Those of us who care about such things, May I make an opening com meant to get your reaction, if any. Of course, when I'm watching this and I got done, I thought Okay, the politics, the analyst who won, who lost? Who told so many lies? Was it thirty lies for Trump?
And wasn't nine lives for Biden? And all that stuff. And I'm sitting back, I'm thinking, like, if I'm an average American, if I'm like Tony Bender, and I'm sitting back thinking this tonight, tomorrow, all week, next weekend. There's a guy sitting in the Oval office with his finger on the nuclear trigger, that is conducting himself and the most difficult job in the world. In fact, some have said being the CEO of
Walmart is so much easier than being the president. And for the last at least two years, maybe longer, the media, the Democrats have hit the fact this guy is mentally incompetent and can't be the president. He's got to make decisions about the Ukraine, about North Korea, has got to worry about Israel, hamas Hesbela. He has domestic problems out the wazoo. We have
riots in major cities. We have a southern border open. We got one hundred thousand Americans dying of fentanyl and heroin over to US, so we have children being traffic. We have one hundred thousand kids that are missing. We have the cities many times are in flame, who are about to be in flames, and you have an inflation rate of twenty to thirty percent of the
average Americans. One answers, And I'm thinking the guy in charge right now, that guy is frail, elderly, and senile and can't be the president. First of all, shouldn't Kamala Harris walk in now to the Oval office and say, mister President, I'm implementing the twenty fifth Amendment. Here's the statement of mine, along with half the cabinet. I'm going to fall it with the clerk of the House and the clerk of the Senate, and I'm the acting president. You're out? Would that? Am I on the wrong
track or the right track? Here is the statement over. I have a couple more things to say, if you like to hear some more. I love it all right. Secondly, second keep going. Secondly, I don't know if it's the Wall Street Journal of New York Times had a story a week or ten days ys ago about these about people that interact with the president say that he doesn't know what he's talking about. He mumbles and stumbles and
fumbles, and then we heard about AI fake fake IDs. He had all this made up stuff about Joe Biden being mentally competent when he's reflected as mentally incompetent. And I'm thinking, well, how in the world can the handlers around Joe Biden in the executive branch of government and the Democratic Party look at this and say, let's put him out there on June the twenty seventh.
And he's and having spent a week a week preparing with twenty six experts in Camp David to get him ready for this moment, and he goes out there and falls flat on his face. And the ones that are controlling that decision are in control of the United States of America. Those around him, clearly he's not the president. Whether it's Susan Rice or Ron Klain or Kamala har somebody's making all these thousands of decisions every week or every two weeks the president
makes. And that's the group who said, this is the guy, this is our our hero, this is our WWE champion. Send him out there. He's gonna beat Donald Trump. This guy's ready to go, and that group's in charge of the country. Your comments, and thirdly, I'm glad you brought that up. Your brother Andrew Cuomo knows or has forgotten, more about New York politics than any one of the Empire State knows. He was on Bill Maher a week or two ago and he said, if it wasn't
Donald Trump, New York would not have gone after him at all. It's all political. And that's your brother. Do you contradict your brother to the twenty fifth Amendment be implemented? And what about the crew around the president who said had the good judgement to put him out there? Can you answer the question? Oh? Sure, I can answer all of them. Which would you like answered first? Give me the Andrew Cuomo question first? Okay.
I love my brother, and on this we don't disagree. I would just like to bring up that I have been saying this four months and it has gotten me obviously a lot of heat from left and all of this must be
looked at through the lens of proportionality. Okay, when I say this case did not warrant action against the former president or a former president of the United States who's currently running for office and in the lead, when it was a misdemeanor that was pushed to be a felony in a district that makes felonies into misdemeanors all the time. It reeked of politics. And the best test is you can't find me another case like it. So I've been saying that for
months now. It is wrong for people to assume that I have become a Trump acolyte because I said that. Even though I don't respect Donald Trump as a human being, that's my choice. It doesn't mean I can't be fair about him. That's the job. My brother is right about this. If Donald Trump's name was Bill Cunningham and he wasn't the great American, this prosecution
most likely would not have happened. I agree now to Biden. Look, and you know how many calls I got last night, Bill and this morning about Biden, of course, but you know what I got more calls about And this really burned my big fat behind. By the way, your brother, we need your brother. Why didn't your brother from the same people that ghosted him, yes and me, the same writers yes, that were happy to say, well, he's got eleven allegations, he's got to go.
The same people, what your brother couldna do? They need him? Now? What did that remind me of? Bill? This is an ugly perfidious business. So they're not people of goodwill or good conscience. They're opportunists, just like most people in most sectors. But we really need better out of the media. So is there exaggeration of consequence here? I believe? So? Was I part of that? Yes? Why I said a couple of weeks ago. And look, I'm not Bill, O'Reilly. I'm not constantly
looking for reasons to tell you I'm right. What I'm saying is two weeks ago or so, I said, Look, the debate is going to matter. I believe the Trump team has set too low a bar for Biden and they're going to regret it, like they did at the State of the Union. Now I was wrong. They did set a very low bar, but he didn't get over it. The idea that there is surprise among the Biden folk is inaccurate. Who you saw last night is who Joe Biden is. Now here's what I would ask one. He's not you, okay, He's
never been super articulate. He has aged, and he has declined. These are facts. The people I speak to who work with him on a regular basis have no reasona life to me, Bill, I've known them twenty thirty years. Okay. Is he making decisions? Yes? Is he a ghost? No? Does he make argue? Does he make calls calls that they don't like? Yes, yes, and yes. Has he all but lost the ability to message in real time, to contest another person's ideas in real
time, and to move the imagination of the American people? Yes? Does that disqualify him? Maybe? Why? Only? Maybe? Because you got to play the ball where it lies, Bill and the party. To me, I'm okay with all of this. Why because my whole point for people is, look at what this two party system has done to us. They're the only people who are happy with Trump and Biden has choices because they're selling hot dogs versus and sausages. And as long as you can say the other
one is worse, they're okay with that. They still get the power and get to keep power. So I want people to look at Trump and Biden as well. Yeah, but I like the policies, so it doesn't matter that Trump is That's not the point. The point is you don't have to pinch your nose to get policies that you like. These two choices are unacceptable.
That is what I was most embarrassed about last night that the thing that they fought over most aggressively last night was which one was the worst president ever? That was their major spet. Bill cunning Man. We got a country filled with people like you. Okay, I don't come on your show by accident. I am honored to come on. You go. You pulled yourself up, You did what you had to do. You dealt with adversity.
You have texture in your life. You've succeeded. You know what it is to run a family, You know what it is to be in communities and have business. You care. Why do we have people like this in it? You know why? Because there are people like me that will search. Bill Cunningham with a team of ten people for the next three weeks, found the one guy who didn't like him in law school, and all of a sudden that I'm going to have a four thousand word piece about his perspective and
the Bill cunninghams don't want to get involved. And this is where it leads us. So what happens now, here's what's happening inside the Democratic Party, Bill and this is the truth. Okay, because I know several people involved. They are now talking about two things. One how much time until this passes and we can say it was just one night and we can get back to Trump, which is a mistake. The second thing is when do we go back as bundlers for money for the party, which is they are the
fundamental people in the parties and both parties. When can we start asking people for money again? Because they're not going to want to give money right now to Biden, so that's their conversation. It's not replacing him. The only way that happens is the way I suggested it two weeks ago. Joe Biden, here's everything that's being said, looks his wife in the eye, okay,
reads where she's coming from, and then makes a decision. I think Donald Trump is such a danger to the American people, then I got to step away, or he looks in those eyes and Hubris gets the better of him, and he's gonna lose. Now. Could he not lose? Absolutely?
Why? Because I could be misstating the bases and the persuadables' reaction to what Donald Trump was is and could be, and that they would rather have someone who is greatly diminished, and that's being generous, Okay, greatly diminished, but not intent on doing things that I fear over a guy who is not nearly as diminished. Right, Although I wouldn't exactly trade minds or bodies with Donald Trump, but I think the guy is a danger who's gonna be
on a revenge and glory tour and we're gonna have years of chaos. That calculus, if it moves enough persuadables and women, then Biden still wins. But last night Joe Biden took away the pro Biden vote. You're not voting
for Joe Biden. You're now only voting against Donald Trump. Chris Cromo, if you're a leader, and I'm sure is Hijah Ping and Kim Il Sung and Vladimir Putin and NATO, all the heads of France and NATO and all the Polish leaders were watching this in mass I can only imagine what was happening in Beijing, Punyang, What was happening in Moscow? What was happening in NATO, What was happening in South America? They were laughing and snickering and
saying, now's the time. If I'm looking at Donald Trump, who's a strong man, he's kind of like brock Lessner fighting against a eighty one year old old guy that's frail, and they're looking at brock Lessner coming into the presidency and I'm thinking, you know what, whatever the hell we're going to do, it better be in the next six months, because once that guy gets in charge, we're going to have a problem. And so it is so dangerous, and that these are parlor games. Isn't it dangerous to have
him still in office for the next six months? Dangerous. I don't agree that he is a fumbling idiot when he's not on camera. I believe this is his weakness. I'm not saying that he's Bill Clinton when he's in the White House. I'm saying that in public live having to articulate, he's at his worst. I'm just telling you, Bill, people who are with the school with who have known, you know, since I was a child, none of them are saying, I don't even know what the guy's talking about
half the time. That's not the narrative. And he talks to world leaders on a regular basis, and they say that it goes well that people call him for advice. But look, that's a different calculus. I'm not afraid that we have a twenty fifth Amendment or a mentally ill person in control. That's not my concern. My concern is that our election has now become about nothing but which is less bad, and that is not the way we get to a better place in this country. It's not where you get to unity.
It's not where you get to even talking about unity or common concerns. That's my concerns. Now, do I think that there's an easy fix. I actually do think there's an easy fix. By the way. That's so you either have to first of all, the first thing is acceptance. Okay, all of these people have to start saying look, and Biden has to say. Biden should say if he's going to stay in the race, and say, look, I am not who I used to be. I do
not have my fastball in these public settings anymore. I don't. I don't have my fastball the way I used to. I'm not as glib, I'm not as slick. It doesn't come to me as easy. It's true, But I know who I am, I know what matters, and I know that this is a bad guy. And after he apologizes and shows that he is compassmenthis as you and I would say, you then have to surround him with a team of people who are going to be part of his leadership.
And Newsom has to make a decision. If he's such a patriot, then he's got to go into the White House and become the chief of staff or become compan held. And you have to surround this guy with better minds and better, more energetic, more compelling figures. And I don't know what you do with Kamala Harriston. So they're looking, Oh to talk about the team around talk about the team around Biden. The team around Biden is the team that said, let's do this debate. Let's get him prepared, seven days,
ten days, adderall, whatever it might be. He's got wide open eyes and a raspy voice. That's the team in charge. Enough. The bill is enough, Bill, the truth is enough. The bill is enough. That's good. You are the truth. The truth is enough. There is no adderall. There is no magic drugs. That's that's you said, like the former president. Now the truth is enough. What you saw is what you get. This is in not articulate, slow thinking, okay,
easily easily disturbed, old man, that's who he is. Okay, the truth is enough. He's not taking drugs. They're not juice in them. I don't know about that. I know you don't, and I know it feels good to say it, but it's just not me. It gives him an excuse. I guess I don't. I want to thank the guy. And I look about the five stages of grief that the Democrats are in right now, including the media types, because they've been covering for this guy for
two or three years. First of all is denial, and then anger and bargaining. I think we're between three and four. The next stage is depression, then acceptance. At this point, the Democratic player, you don't who played it right, I'll tell you who played it right. And I would have never thought that this is the case. Trump played last night exactly right. I reject appraisals that while he was so mean to Biden that it turned
people now, I don't believe that. I don't believe that he wasn't He went out of his way to let Biden be his own problem, and that is not natural for Trump, and it showed an unusual kind of discipline. Now what bothers me? I think that him and you and all these other big brains banging on CNN saying you guys can't be fair. You can't be fair worked and you neutered them and they just let him say things without any
basis of understanding and that are completely inaccurate all night long. And I know they said in the beginning, we're not going to do a real time fact checked and what the hell were they there for? Are they? And Jake Tapper and Dinah Bash aren't my favorite people, But after last night, hold on, I didn't do money. They were accepted. Well, they did exactly what you wanted him to accept. What they did last acceptable, They did exactly what you wanted last night. You gotta work the gotta work the
ref gotta work the umpires. But I mean it's their job to not get worked. Now. That's why nobody, that's why they always put me at the bottom of the list. Well, the only time I was proud to finish last bill is when Jeff Zooker would tell me you're the last person they want. Yeah, Chris Cromo, thank you. But I love I like your brother now more than ever. I like you more than ever. And at this point we're in for a rough ride, and as an American,

the debate. To me, it's almost unbelievable that thirty three percent of Americans watched that debacle last night and said, you know, Joe Biden did a great job. Joe Biden's my guy. Maybe they should be denied their vote because they're stupid. I've often said during elections, if you're stupid, don't vote, because you cast out the ballot of someone informed. But I have several ideas I want to get your thoughts on them. Number one, the
lies CNN MSNBC to an extent. Fox to my left is running many of the quote lies of Donald Trump. They have the lies. The fact checker as CNN has thirty lies for the Trumpster and nine lies for Joe Biden. That's ridiculous. Can we recall lies that matter? For example, Obama, if you like your plan, keep your medical plan. If you like your doctor, keep your doctor. Your medical costs will go down by fifteen hundred dollars every year since obama Care has been put in. How's that lie working
out for you? And did the media ever call it out a lie? Of course not. It was by the sainted one Barack Hussein Obama, in which case you never told a lie. All he did was massage the truth, the lies of the media, and the lies of the Democrats. I had the time over the last day or two to go back to the September twenty twenty debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump, and at that point Joe Biden looked completely different than he does today. In fact, he had some
tacit connection to reality, but not much. But the media hit him out, permitted him to be in the basement conducting his campaign because a quote COVID. But I'm waiting for the next COVID emergency in October to hide him out some more. I'm not sure it's going to work this time. Then about twenty twenty two, it was on sixty Minutes, and there was an occasion where he answered some stupid questions in a bad way from Scott Pelley of sixty
minutes, and that guy had lost a lot of touch with reality. Jump ahead two more years. He's got no connection to reality. I had a person who must go nameless, that owns nursing homes, who said that if he looks like in many of my patients who gradually lose their mind over time, which is quite said, it could happen to me, could happen to you. Whether it's dementia or Alzheimer's. He's said, two brand aneurysms. Whatever it might be, it's the way things are today that old folks simply
fade away, and Joe Biden is fading away rapidly, rapidly. If you look at twenty twenty, Joe Biden much less twenty oh eight Joe Biden on the vice presidential debate involving Barack Hussein Obama. But just go back to twenty twenty and look at him in twenty twenty physically, emotionally, mentally, completely different than twenty twenty two. Right down the hill. Two years later,
he's in the abyss. He's gone, and as evidence of that, the media will not cover the objective mental failures and the terrible emotional condition of Joe Biden because it doesn't fit their agenda. The media wants to talk about abortion and abortion and abortion which is killing unborn babies. They think that'll drive out the suburban vote against Donald Trump. That's why media covers it. If it was a benefit to the Republicans, the media never would cover abortion at all.
And so the number of deaths and murders and rapes, thousands of them committed by legal aliens, is not covered by the mainstream media because guess what, it helps Donald Trump and the Republicans. So the media doesn't cover the rapes, the robberies, the murders, the burglaries, and the massive drug sales and one hundred thousand missing children on the southern border because that helps Donald
Trump, and the media won't cover that. So the media is involved again and his story cover up of the lies of the media that won't tell us the truth about Donald Trump, and of course the Democratic Party. Many times cops have told me the first run through the door gets shot. Last night and today, I'm waiting for a serious Democrat to be the first run through
the door, which says, the emperor has no clothes. We have a mentally incompetent president who's been that way for the least the last couple of years, and it's accelerating. But every Democrat, Hakeem Jeffries, Head of the House, the Minority, Chuck Schumer. I watched Governor Waltz, the Governor of Minnesota, Gavin Newsom, Kamala Harris, all standing in line like a pack of dogs following the leader over the cliff, and they're all saying,
what a great job. He's started off a little bit rough, but then he got so much better. Not one Democrat, not one, has calls called for Joe Biden, maybe not to step down as president, which should happen today, but step down is the nominee. They are disused, illusional, and they're lying to you because they don't jump out of line. Republicans, on the other hand, constantly criticized Donald Trump. It's an industry millions
of dollars when made by so called Republicans criticizing Donald Trump. We're like cats. We go every which direction. We're independent thinkers, but not the Democrats. Straight in line, put your head down, know your role, shut your mouth. Those dealing with Donald Trump, on one hand, have completely different reactions to those dealing with Joe Biden. He's mentally absent, he's corrupt, He's a bagman hunter. Biden collected millions and millions of dollars all over
the all over the world and put it in Joe Biden's pockets. He was charged with sexual assault repeatedly by female staffers like Tara Reed and other females that he molested talking about Joe Biden, to say nothing of Ashley Biden, his own biological daughter, who, she says in her own words, she was forced to take sharers as a little girl with her daddy now ruined her on all this information is available, maybe that's the first time you've heard it because
the media doesn't cover it, doesn't present you know. Senator Ted Kennedy was the conscience of the Senate. It was hardly a skirt in Washington. He didn't chase and bag at one sense or another, and he participated in the death the killing of Mary Joe Kopecney. But he was the conscience of the Senate when Robert KKK Burder rose and the Democrats got in line to make him the Senate majority leader. He was a former ku Klux Klan head in West
Virginia. He was head of the ku Klux Klan. Democrats made him the Senate majority leader. For God's sakes, including Joe Biden's support for a leader of the ku Klux Klan. Democrats are in line with the media who protects Democrats. They never ever think about protecting any Republican, including Donald Trump. It's sick and it's sad what this country has become. Guess what we got?
Serious problems? Would you agree? We got serious problems. And the guy in charge, Arge has lost his mind and those around him in the Oval Office are so morally corrupt themselves that they're telling us, after seven days of preparation, preparation, h after seven days, this guy's ready to go. Surely, during those hours after hours prep sessions in a made up studio in Camp David, they knew exactly what was going to happen. Last night they watched it. You and I have watched it. We play the cuts
every now and then. Dave Keaton, my producer, plays some cuts about how bad it is when Joe Biden speaks without a teleprompter. It's bad when he speaks with a teleprompter, and so the staff around him. Joe's not capable of making any decision. He would not be qualified to be a greeter at Walmart. Put up the rules to make sure that everything was tilted toward Joe Biden. The format, the questions, the mutant microphones, and of
course Aaron Burnett. Dave, do you have that cut ready from Aaron Burnett? You might recall that a few years ago, the chair of the Democrat Party, Donna Brazil, gave Hillary Clinton the questions ahead of time to kind of prepare the Hillary Clinton for what's going to be asked. That came out later and she was fired as the head of the DNC and fried from her meteor job. This is Aaron Burnett last night hit it. Dave. He
goes through six days of preparation. I can't date, and they know the rules more than a week, okay, and so more than a week they know the rules. He practices with the mics. He knows every one of these questions is coming, and yet he couldn't fill the time. Now that I just want to, let's see what the White House is saying. So I supposed the White House are saying he had a cold, wasn't feeling well. I mean, as you expect, that came out early on in the
debate. But what accounts for someone with so much experience, doing so much preparation and diamed outcome. Honestly, I think the pressure and answers itself. He wasn't capable of doing any better than he did. And if he's I'm not capable of doing any better than he did, why put him out there? Anyway? The Democrats and the mainstream meat is going to cover for the guy. What's he always do for Democrats anyway? But here's Aaron Burnett saying,
here the questions ahead of time. Dona Brazil, working for CNN, I think now she's at ABC, was fired for giving the Democrat the questions ahead of time. Jake Tapper spent years as a Democratic staffer on Capitol Hill. Dana Bash is a well known leftist Democrat supporter. And they're the moderators. You look at this, if you got the questions ahead of time.
You have thirty six paid consultants making boat lows a doe at cant Day, but you got the makeshift studio, you got people standing in for Donald Trump, and you're ready to go. This is the best he's going to be. It was terrible. You may recall at about two years ago, Robert Hurr of the Department of Justice was appointed a special counsel after lengthy investigation as to why Joe Biden should not be indicted for miss handling a classified information which
he clearly should be. Said that Joe Biden is a well meaning, forgetful old guy who shouldn't stand trial because he doesn't understand the nature of the charges against him and can't participate in his own defense. Are you kidding me? He said that about six months or eight months ago. Then, when that was announced by the Democratic Department of Justice Robert Hurr, the media went to those who had dealt with Joe Biden, speaking as if he's the second coming
of a brilliant poet. The guy knows everything. He's Albert Einstein. This guy is wonderful, and I'm trying to watch Morning Joe, who said that Fdr won Ward wars and had the depression by working from a wheelchair. And this is the best version of Joe Biden who's ever been. He said that about a month ago. So NBC News is saying, this is the best version of Joe Biden, after fully prep after getting the questions out of time, this is the best they can do. Are you kidding me? The
answer is yes, wow. So let's continue. And so we're left with this circumstance created by the Democratic Party, who had the option, after the first two years of a Biden's term, to go to him and say, mister President, you promised to be the transitional president, you promised to serve one term. We urge you to step down now and let there be an
open democratic primary system. Get them all together, the governors of Wisconsin, the governor of Michigan, the governor of California, throwing a keem Jefferys, maybe Kamala has get them all in there and let's work it out. But the Democratic Party, being dogs following the leader, wanted nothing to do with democracy. They did everything in their power to keep Robert F. Kennedy Junior off every ballot. They keep suing the guy. I watch them last night
on a news nation. The Democratic Party's working hard to make sure Kennedy does not get on any ballot. They want to make sure that one candidate is Joe and you want to smear his opponent, Donald Trump and hide them out until November sixth, then within the first ninety days of next year, put Kamala Harris in the White House. a disaster. There's a migrant crime wave underway in which our citizens are getting killed, and no one asked about immigration status, so we don't know whether their immigrants or not. They simply are locked up without asking the question. Of course, the crime rate is down, of course, we all know
that less crime than ever before, less crime than in fifty years. That's the same lie the media and the Democrats have told us for the past two to three years about Joe bo and being mentally sharp, very bright, are you kidding me? And so last night I almost did the macarina, thinking, Okay, what I've been saying for the last few years is accurate. There you got it. But then I thought, wait a minute. First and foremost, I'm an American. I want my country to succeed. I
want us to be strong, brave, and proud. I want to have laws that matter. I want to a military. I want Americans signing up for the military, signing up to be cops and deputy sheriffs and corrections officers. I want the Southern border lockdown, letting in those who deserve to be here and not letting any illegals. That's what I want. I want the war in Ukraine to end, and I want Israel to obliterate Hamas and the guy in charge is mentally ill and no one says it, but I just

That was shild We say at times I was doing the macarena, I was doing the twist. I was thinking this is wonderful. But on the other hand, I'm thinking, this guy is not a candidate for the presidency, referring to Joe Biden. This guy's in office and he's actually making decisions as we speak tomorrow, tonight, all week, he's the
president. And the group around him that said it'd be a great idea to put him out there with this debate, let him practice for a week. All the run throughs had a makeshift studio at Camp David, and that group now says this guy had a cold, but as a Republican leader what do you think about what happened with the Great debate Thursday night. Well, the clear and decisive victory for former President Donald Trump. And you know, we go into these debates, we declare winners and losers. A clear win for
Donald Trump and Billy. One of the things that's concerned me though, in this after debate discussion is, you know, people are talking about the total collapse of Joe Biden. That's true, number one. Number two, those of us who've been watching him and have been honest about this for the last year or more have known that this is a complete debacle, that Joe Biden sadly is suffering, something that a lot of older Americans suffer. I've seen
it in my family. You know, you've likely seen it in yours in different places. It's very sad. But he's a leader of the free world. He's going to be a leader of the free world for the next seven months. You know, that's a that's a dangerous thing. But what gets lost in all of that is that Donald Trump did talk about a very positive, positive agenda for America. He talked about ending the foreign wars that are
killing so many innocent people. He talked about sealing the southern border. He talked about the damage done by twenty million people pouring across that southern border and taking jobs from Americans and all the other negative impact that the negative impact that's been had by this flood of people who are not Americans across our southern border. We're losing our country. So yeah, he talked a lot about what
this country looked like pre COVID and pre Joe Biden. So you know, between COVID and Joe Biden, the country is in a terrible situation right now. So, you know, a clear win for Donald Trump. I hope the American people, even Biden voters, take a look at a more hopeful future, and we as Republicans are offering that right now. And Alex transipheelu. I kind of analogize this to a raid on a home. Many times,
the first cop that comes through the door gets shot. I'm looking forward to the first Democrat of note to say we can't do this, whether it's a King Jeffries, or whether it's a doctor I'm sorry, doctor Joe Biden, or whether it's the Democratic leadership. I watched Governor Waltz on a morning show today talk about what a great job Joe Biden is doing. Not one prominent Democrat is willing to be the first one to go through the door.
Everyone is going in line, much like a pack of dogs, and the lead dog is Joe Biden, and all the other wolves are behind Joe Biden. Do you find it amazing that after that performance, and after the terrible positions that we're in, that at this point, not one elected Democrat anywhere is saying he's got to go? Not one? Why is that? Because they put their party in their power before the good of country. That's what
you're witnessing right now. You know, Billy, Sometimes I don't like it, but there are Republicans, prominent ones who have spoken out about Donald Trump. I don't like that. I like, you know that we should be united as a party. But you know, at least some of our people
have the courage to speak out. I don't agree with him. Now on the Democratic side, clearly, you know when Robert Herr's report came out, the special counsel, Billy who was investigating Joe Biden for these classified document issues, when he came out with his reports thing, this guy is unfit to stand trial because he's not mentally confident. The Democrats trotted out the chief the
Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman. They trotted out the Secretary of the Treasury, Jannet Yellam, they trotted out the Surgeon General of the United States, Adam Schiff, went after Robert Hurr. They all fell in line because and they said that he had lied and somehow he was the problem. He was a canary in the coal mine in this whole thing, wasn't it a Bill? I mean, he's the one who said, hey, there's a real problem with Joe Biden. But the Democrats all fell in line because they're putting their
power over the good of the country. No one can watch that debate last night and suggest that the man that think that is the president of the United States right now is actually fit to lead us through a serious crisis. It's just a sad place that we are for the country. Look, it's good for the Republican's good for my party. I hope that we win this election. I think we will. We should, but we should win it on policy. And again, this guy, Joe Biden just again had a horrific
night last night. And we'll see how all this ends. But right now, again, Donald Trump's the clear winner last night. Well, the other issue is this that Robert Hurr laid it out depositions after deposition, And it was amazing that after Robert Hurd found that Joe Biden was mentally incompetent to stand trial on charges of mishandling classified documents, the same charges that Donald Trump is
now in trial under indictment for in Florida. That as soon as that came out, every dam how about having the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is to the Constitution, not to Joe Biden. The Secretary of the Treasury, Janet Yellen, her loyalty is not to Joe Biden, is to the financial system of this country. Every one of them came out to mouth the company line. And you know, I'm a Trump supporter, have been, will be. But there are many Republicans that go after Donald Trump with hooks
and claws. We're not a party. We're like cats as opposed to a herd of dogs. I can't think of any Democrat who's dealt with Joe Biden, including about a week or ten days ago, the Wall Street Journal New York Times did a report about the number of people that have dealt with him in a private way, and they report he's the same guy in private as he was last night, the same person that's him, that is Joe Biden. And so none of them will stand up and say, I'm not the
first person through the door. I'm not going to get shot, and they're going to say, you know, to hell with the country. To help with the military, to help with the southern border, our major cities are colleges, to help with what's happening in Ukraine and North Korean and Russia. And what's more important is for me and my party to keep power and to
keep control of the checkbook. That's what's really important. And for the Democratic Party to look at that performance last night and say, you know what, boy, that guy did a great job. I'm watching Kamala Harris. I'm not sure if you saw her. I had the TV's up, I had News Nation, I had Fox, and I had and I had CNN, and every one of them said, you know, this guy was terrible.
And then Kamala Harris came on. She went on MSNBC and CNN. Well he started off a bit slow, but man, he finished real strong. Every one of those dogs got behind the lead dog, and the view never changed. I'll ask you a question. I'm a lawyer, You're a question, Alex t you ready for a big question right now? I'm ready.
I'm ready, Billy. In the nineteen sixties, after John F. Kennedy had been brutally assassinated in Dealey Plaza, there was some speculation thereafter what would have happened if he lived after the first shot and he would have been incapacitated.
So the twenty fifth Amendment was put together and it passed by the States unanimously that when a president is mentally or physically incapable of discharging the duties, it is up to the vice president of his own party and the cabinet officials at least fifty percent to present a petition to the Clerk of the House and the Clerk of the US Senate suggesting the president is not capable of discharging his duties in a constitutional way. At that moment, the president is out of
office. The acting president would be Kamala Harris, and then there's a trial head in the Senate weeks or months later to determine if the president has been has recovered. Isn't it time for Kamala Harris to be the first person through the door, to walk into the Oval office and say, you know what, I have the signatures of all the cabinet and i'm your vice president. Mister president, you're not capable of discharging the duties. Do you think that's
even possibly going to happen. I know, I don't think that's possibly going to happen. But you know, it is interesting the ability that no one, really the pundits of the talking heads, is actually talking about invoking the twenty fifth Amendment. And I recall when President Trump was in office, when you know, these stories would leak out about sort of atlandish things that people claimed he wanted to do. That people talk about the twenty fifth Amendment?
Is it related to Donald Trump? Think about how preposterous that it is. After watching these two men on stage for ninety minutes last night, who really would be more subject of the removal provisions of the twenty fifth Amendment than Joe Biden? But really nobody's talking about that. That's not what's going to happen. How this is going to end. I don't know, Billy, and you didn't ask this question, but I'm going to briefly answer the question for
your listeners. I functionally don't believe they can actually replace Joe Biden on the ballot. I believe it may be too late, and I don't think anybody who has really done the analysis. Their convention is a television show, and they've been a television show for thirty or forty years, so is ours. By the way, it's a four day infomercial and a celebration about Republicans. Heck, I'm leading the Ohio Delegation art convention in Milwaukee. I'm telling you
it's a party they're not going to ask actually do business. For them to go and try to replace him in mid to late August, inside of one hundred days from a major national election, when overseas ballots largely already printed and mailed off, I mean we have a crisis. The Democrats have a real, live crisis. And if somebody starts to do a state by state analysis about how you replace Joe Biden on the ballot, I'm somewhat convinced that they're
going to have a very difficult time getting that done. Billy were one hundred and one days today before early voting starts here in Ohio. If they're going to replace Joe Biden. They'd better get on that job today, and I don't see it happening. So I think they've got a real crisis on the Democratic side. I heard this morning on one of the talk shows that Joe Biden's doing a campaign rally in North Carolina then going to New York over the
weekend. I'm thinking, what you take that guy. I guess you could try to be funny, try to be humorous. Had a bad day, the adderall kicked in, had a raspy voice, my eyes are wide open, I look glassy eyed. Some of the best shots for him looking at Donald try up with his mouth a gas, having no idea. And one of the best parts is when Trump looked over at Biden and said, I
don't know what the hell he just said. I mean, it's unbelievable the Democrats have put themselves in this position at this time when we're close to World War three. I've had pundits tell me, because of what's happening in Ukraine and because Russia's losing their men a half a million, that the next movement's
going to be theater based nuclear weapons. And I'm thinking, you got the guy in the White House, who's mentally incompetent with his finger on the nuclear trigger, and the people around him, Alex t You imagine the experts around him, the thirty six experts who went to Camp David that set up their own TV studio. I'm sure at our expense in Camp David to prep him for a week for that performance. One might ask what if they didn't prep
him? Well, what if he simply went in and did it? And the answer is God forbid us. All those in charge of the presidency is not the president. And if Kamala Harris had any coyonies, she would have moplement the twenty fifth Amendment. But as you said, even when Robert Heard determined he's mentally incompetent to stand trial that all the other benefits, Democrats fell behind in line and said, you know what, he can do the job. I can only think in China, North Korea, Russia, how about
NATO, how about all the problems in the world. In South America that they're they're watching this last night with a beer and some popcorn laughing at the United States of America. I can imagine Jija pink kim Il's song. Vladimir Putin I can imagine all the NATO leaders are watching this. In my God, whatever we're going to do, we better do it before brock Lessner takes over the presidency in January next year, because if that happens, we're in
trouble. So the next six months, Alex t are going to be a rough, terrible ride because we have a mentally incompetent president that I've been talking too. I've been playing his cut for the last two or three years of him and his own words, and we're being told these are fake videos, this is all somehow, this is made up. The guy we saw night is the same guy in these meetings and the same guy that is conducting American foreign and domestic policy. And I'm shocked. I mean, I'm amazed.
The last night, I'm hearing stories like, well, this is amazing. He hasn't done well for the last two or three years. And lastly, I went back to YouTube four years ago when he debated the Trumpster in September. That guy doesn't exist anymore. I went back two years to a sixty minutes piece in September of twenty twenty two, and I'm watching him answer questions two years ago. Here we are two years later, and incrementally it's getting
worse every month every year. And let's face at Alex t if we have a real crisis, can you look forward to Joe Biden and as those around him who put this production together as conducting an American foreign policy in a good way? Is that possible? There's a real low point. I'm very concerned. I think the American people want to be very concerned that we're going to face that. You know that what was that old ad Billy of the phone ringing at three o'clock in the mo We're name in the White House. I
mean, look, this is serious. I mean sometimes we watch these political things on television and you know, it feels like a sporting event or something, when the rooting for our team and you know, all the pundits and look, I'm a political junk, feel like everybody else. But this is deadly serious. I mean, we do have a crisis right now in the White House. And it took last night for some in the mainstream press to wake up to it. Obviously, Bill, you've been talking about this.
I'm the political leader. Everybody just assumes that, you know, I'm biased in this regard, but you've got the step back. We need the press in this country to step up and say what happens when a serious crisis befalls this country and we don't have a coherent, clear leader. I mean, we're the most powerful nation on Earth. We've got nuclear weapons unlike any other. There's three hundred and thirty million Americans that you know, depend on a
strong leader to lead the country. We don't have that right now. Look, I mean, we got to get through the election. Hopefully the country sees what we all see and makes this change and improves you know, the presidency, and takes them in a different policy direction. But Bill, you are exactly right. There is great reason for concern right now for the country. Lastly, the sickest part of what Joe Biden did to us last night
was his comments that not one US soldier has died on my watch. How do you forget the thirteen brave heroes who gave their life at Heaven's Gate in Afghanistan? How do you forget about those three soldiers killed in Jordan or the two Navy seals. He went to the funerals. He was there when the bodies came off the plane in Dover, and he was looking at his watch. How do you forget the sacrifice of American soldiers on your watch? The
guy doesn't have a mind upon which he can rely to makingformed decisions. How do you forget about the death of those thirteen heroes at Heaven's Gate and cobble. but devoted her life to her four children and to her husband. Also, Thomas Massey is an electoral engineer himself, but he represents Ohio's fourth Congressional district, which goes from Louisville, Lexington up through northern Kentucky. And Thomas Massey is a great guy. So it's with great sorrow he announced the death of his wife of twenty five plus years. She leaves behind a loving husband,
a great congressman, and fouri children. And the entire Massy family has suffered a terrible loss and the death of Ronda, who was an incredible woman.
