My Billy Cunningham, the Great America, and welcome again to Gloriash Thursday afternoon in the Tri State Reds Baseball kicks off about six ten tonight in Saint Louis, And of course the Red Lakes have not been real successful late. They've won five of the last twenty baseball games. Now they're playing at Saint Louis and not the Yankees, No doubt about it. They'll beat the Yankees.
They'll sweep the Yankees next week without question. But until then, the big game tonight is, of course, at nine oh one pm Eastern Time, when Joe Biden tees it up against Donald Trump, and I don't know what's gonna happen. Of course, Trump needs to show that he has the temperament to be the president. Of course he was for four years, ignore that, and Biden's got a show he can put two sentences together to make any sense and don't mumble, jumble and fumble or puke kind of like a Hunter
Green did. You can't puke at the lectern and just babble incessantly. But joining you and I now is a great, maybe the best lawyer when it comes to constitutional issues. In this part, of the country is Chris Finny. Chris Finnie, Welcome again into Bill Cunningham Show. And before we talk about all the issues, which is a mirthy case, which is whether or not federal government officials can call social media companies and whisper in their ear.
By the way, forget about that Biden laptop or any disinformation about COVID because it's not true, which most of it turned out to be true. But first of all, your thoughts. We discussed this off the air that I met the man about ten or fifteen years ago, and he's a well intended individual. Pastor Jackie Jackson on losing his sixteen year old grandson. This was the tenth Jackson family member to be murdered in the last ten years, and
nine others on top of that were shot and survived. And he's talking about the sixteen year old boy that was killed. He had a bright future ahead of him, that his smile would light up her room. He's just a wonderful human being. And before we talk about legal issues, what is your thought as a father and as a citizen about what's happening around certain parts of
the Tri State community. I'll say a couple things First of all, my heart goes out to that grandfather and the mother and maybe the father of that young man who was killed. It's horrible, absolutely horrible, and the tragedy is is unspeakable, and anything I say, I don't want to detract from that. Secondly, you know, we do have I grew up in Kennedy Heights, so I mean I understand a little bit more than the average person, maybe, and I sat on the board of the NAACP for several years.
I would like to believe I understand a little bit more about the racial challenges and divide we have in our community. So there's, you know,
the different challenges for some people than others. But having said that, when I read that article about the minister whose grandson was murdered and had had other family members murdered by gun fire, why was his sixteen year old grandson, And this is the question nobody's asking, and I think they really need to, is why was his sixteen year old grandson, who's had apparently multiple encounters with the law, already in small park at two fifteen in the morning on
a Saturday night. I mean, Willie, did your kids? No, you're pointed too, and what would you have done to him if they had tried. I sat on him. I sat on Evan. I said, I know exactly what you're thinking, and your ass is home. And he generally paid attention to me. But the idea of having him twenty four law
enforcement contacts by the age of sixteen, twenty four. In addition to that, the father of a child who's a year year and a half old who's going to grow up in the same culture, the same idea to me, I don't get it. I grew up in Deer Park and they were African Americans, Damon Ferris and the Yates family and played basketball, went to Madisonville that did not exist at that point in time in the black community, that did not exist in the nineteen five, fifties and sixties. There weren't keys
for doors to open. That idea is not racial, but what it is is cultural and what's acceptable and what's not. And my heart goes out to the Reverend. But I can't imagine if I had nineteen family members shot, I'd move to Madagascar and breed kmodo dragons. I'd say, what the hell is going on around this? Ask? Let me ask you this? Based upon that article that you read. Do you think this is the last tragedy
that's going to happen in the Jackson family. No, it will continue adam finitum until fathers and mothers become husbands and wives and raised family, raise their kids together. Know where your kids are at two o'clock in the morning as a sixty And by the way, there is a curfew law in Cincinnati, but who cares about that. We're talking about murder. And he was up to no good with twenty four cop contacts, and I would have to assume
some of them were quite serious. It's a juvenile record, so you don't know specifics, but I would imagine that this was predictive, predictive years before turned sixteen, how his life was going to end. It's not good. I'll give you one other example. With Throw High School. A cop told me. You might recall about a month ago there was that graduation party in
the parking lot. Three or four cops show up in their cars about ten o'clock in the evening and there's hundreds of kids in a parking lot in and around with Throw High School. And the leaders of the group told the police that we have the permission of the principal to be here, and so the calls kept coming in on nine to one one. Something's happening as loud, there's fights going on, there's gay and the cops did not go back because
they're told not to do that. And when the when the gang banger jumped out of the car at two o'clock in the morning and sprayed the crowd with bullets, there were seven different shellcasings found among the crowd, So there were seven high school students and teenagers with guns returning fire in that community. I'm thinking, what the hell's going on? And that's not solvable by Irish Rowley and another movie theater downtown or a pickleball court. That's not going to solve
that problem at all. It's going to continue. I mean, the kids need to be under their parents' supervision at sixteen, seventeen years old, and they need to realize it's a dangerous world out there and maybe start protecting themselves. Well until that changes, I don't see that changing anytime soon, because culturally is unacceptable. Academic success is called acting white, whatever the hell that
means. It means that you care about school. And I have all these YouTube videos and I would add Chris Finny that the great majority of black folks are in the middle class. They work, they have family structure. They're all over Boone County, Kent, Kenton County, all over Hamilton, all over Westchester, absolutely all over the place. There's this small subset that follow
a cultural lifestyle that's destroying itself and disproportionately. They're meant to reflect the black community, which is not the black community of Christopher Smitherman or Melville marsh or a tyrone Yates any of the other black folks that I know are very successful, they're functional, and they're good. This is a small subset of five hundred to one thousand youths destroying the city of Cincinnati, and we act as
if it's racial, and it isn't. Anyway. Chris fenny Well, I was on the board of the NAACP, folks would say to me, you know, they ask about black on black violence. They said, I don't have anything to do with that. That's not my community. That's not people that I associate with. As you point out, there's a criminal subset of our community that's not the normal African American that's working and going to school and
doing the right things. It's absolutely true, and it's offensive to them that they have to be tagged with that because they're not a part of that. This is a subset of the white community. In fact, JD. Vance came out of it in Middletown and in Apalachia disproportionately a drug induced on oxy
contin and the fentanyl and heroin. There's a subset of every race. And I don't think the subset of derelicts in Middletown and trailer parks using drugs or are white, or that in southern Ohio that are white represent me and Tony Bender or you. But somehow, culturally it's the definition of black America, which is a wrong definition. The black men and women I know want nothing to do with it. In fact, they're embarrassed by it, and I wish we could get out of it. Let let's talk about legal cases.
There was a case in the US Supreme Court that said that the federal government seemingly has the right to contact social media companies and correct coverages or takedown postings. I can only imagine if someone from the FBI would contact me or Tony Bender saying, by the way, you had a guest on and what he
said was incorrect. I'd pass it up the food chain. What is the chilling effect when the US government contacts media and enterprises and say, by the way, you might want to consider taking that down or not having a guest on because the chilling effect of that is severe. Right, And we actually litigated, our firm litigated to the US Supreme Court. The case that was actually cited in this decision yesterday from the Unia State Supreme Court Susan B.
Anthony Liszt versus the High Elections Commission. And in that case, the court said that when government has policies that don't directly, you know, put you in jail or find you, but cause you to chill your speech because it's so intimidating, that does give you standing that can in fact be the basis
to sue the government over there overreach. But in the in the Mirthy case that was decided yesterday, the Supreme Court said there weren't enough specific facts that would lead to the conclusion that there was standing that there was enough there. And you know, as you point out, you're in the community, Willie, you may talk to a police officer, you may talk to a city council member, and they might say, hey, something you said was inaccurate.
That kind of interaction is expected and normal, and it's not a chilling of anybody's speech for a government actor to do that. And what Amy Cony Barrett, who's no you know, fuming at the mouth liberal said, ISO, they do not point to any specific instance of content moderation that caused them,
meaning each of the plaintiffs in the case identifiable harm. That contrast, by the way, with a case that came out earlier this year involving the National Rifle Association, where the Attorney General of New York was telling banks, telling banks not to do business with them or the state would come after them, okay, and then they did that because they didn't like the speech that the NRA was engaging in. That's the specific kind of identifiable chilling conduct,
trying to force the NRA to change its behavior. So the Mirthy case I think has limited application. Now let me say a couple things on this. First of all, people call me all the time about some problem with their local government, their school board, or even the state of Ohio or their
congressman. And I say, look, most of the things people call me about, we have no tools in the law to stop when you in Cincinnati a bad city council and they're engaging in policies that you think are hurting the city and maybe demonstrably or hurting the city, or Congress is spending like drunken sailors causing inflation, and you want to do something about it. Those things are not necessarily unconstitutional or illegal. There's nothing we can do in court about
it. What you need to do is become an educated voter and vote for good officials who will engage in productive policies. We can't sue over everything.
And that's what this Mirthy case basically said is in what was happening with the Hunter Biden laptop piasco four years ago, with the COVID which really tested our country and our First Amendment, because remember we were all going through this at the same time, twenty twenty one, terrible international tragedy, a lot of people dying, a lot of people getting sick, and a lot of fear. And fear is our biggest enemy because we act outside of our principles when
we're consumed with fear. And it tested the limits of you know, telling people they can't go to work, telling perfectly legal businesses that they can't open up and do business, putting people into bankruptcy. And what we then did, in order to force those policies, out of fear or maybe for some other motivation, what we did was suppress the speech of everybody. And it was a collusion between Facebook and all of its subsidiaries Instagram and so on.
Twitter at that time was suppressing the speech YouTube when Google was doing the same thing. So the three of them colluded to torque the debate and clearly suppressed speech. And probably the most disconcerting thing to me today isn't that that happened, but that, in hindsight that those organizations I mean Elon Musk took over
Twitter and more or less apologize for what they did. But nobody in that whole COVID situation shutting down schools and again suppressing the debate about that for two years and hurting those inner city school children that needed not just the education, but needed that social structure of the school system in their lives. Nobody has ever apologized and said, we really need to rethink this and make sure this
never happens again. Doctor Winstrip in Congress actually is chairing a committee before he retires, it's going to issue a report about that. But the Democrats are not participating, the media is not admitting, and these social media companies aren't admitting that they really way overstep the boundaries and by suppressing that speech, by prohibiting what now turns out to have been very true speech on the laptop, on COVID and these other things, really harmed this nation. But again that's
not necessarily unconstitutional. Facebook is not subject to the constitution, nor is Twitter or YouTube. And in the case of Mirthy, the government said the Supreme Court said the government did not step over the lines by communicating with those organizations and creating specific, identifiable harm to the p in those cases, so we
can this is dangerous. I mean, this is a brave New World stuff bill where we are influenced and our content is limited by these social media platforms, and so people need to discern for themselves the truth and do their own investigation. And we are manipulated. And Willie, when you and I were growing up, was ABC, NBC and CBS. That was it that we were being manipulated back then too, Yeah, but it wasn't the same as
it is today. I mean today I can't imagine being the attorney general of a state which has regulatory power over banks to call the banks and say, look, quit loaning money to the NRA and gun manufacturers because we have regulatory power over you, and you better do what we tell you to do.
Or with COVID, doctor brad Winstrop is doing the lord's work and it does not receive widespread media coverage of what the government did to us and shutting down the debate, including the fifty one experts who said that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, which would prove to be it was not Russian disinformation. It was true because the government admitted the laptop and the case against Hunter Biden.
There's no after action report where a NBC, CBSPBS ABC said, you know what we're wrong about that we should have reported that they simply move on to the next fallacy is if all the other ones again shows That really shows me the dishonesty of the media, not that they make a mistake or even we're overzealous during an election season, but there's no recognition from themselves that we overstepped the boundaries, We made a mistake, and we'll never do it again.
Now that's things that shows that we are in fact so realize you're manipulated. You're manipulated by Facebook. Maybe get off of Facebook, YouTube, not so much Twitter, I think, which is a more robust forum than it was. But you are manipulated. You're manipulated every day. And there it's intentional. I mean, they have a plan to torque the debate and to spend the debate in there, and you're going to see lots of that tonight with the presidential debate. But in the end, who is it? Who
are these people who are influenced by that? Do they have no a compass of their own to figure things out? And the answer is, you know, they've been very successful. They completely suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story, and they've all been shown to be liars, from the intelligence agency down to Twitter, which barred which actually prevented The New York Post from being on their
platform for reporting an entirely true story at that time. Think about that they barred them from their platform because they wouldn't take down the entirely true story about the Hunter Biden laptops. Whether you think the Hunter Biden lapp is important, that says more about that platform than anything. And you know, we should not be promoting these platforms that are so blatantly attempting to twist the debate. But I have faith in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has been fabulous
on the First Amendment. They've been doing a great job on it. I think the Mirthy case was just a step too far for them, but they've been pretty good in protecting free speech rights. And we really enjoy seeing them. You know, I tell people in my law practice, Willie, there's nothing more enjoyable than standing a government actor up in front of a federal judge
and having them explain themselves. And they sputter and they you know, try tojus and it's really funny to watch and thank goodness for the principled federal judiciary at least that we have that I appear in front of in Cincinnati and up in Columbus, because they do enforce the Constitution without any bias on both sides. And to have a government actors have to stand up and explain why they did something is it's a lot of fun to do. Chris Finny, You're
a great resource in this community. And we have about thirty seconds remaining and thank you again for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show and keep doing what you're doing. Willie. I appreciate you. You're great American. And go Reds. Let's see what happens tonight. I say, go Trump. We'll see what happens tonight. Chris Finny, thank you very much. Thanks Willie. Let's continue your reaction five one, three, seven four, nine, seven
thousand. We have the government we deserve, and at times that worries me greatly. Bill Cunningham News Radio seven hundred WULW no, Billy Cunningham, the Great American. I got my ginger ale, I have my popcorn ready to go. About nine o'clock tonight. It'll be like the super Bowl watching. I would anticipate the viewership maybe north of one hundred million. A typical super Bowl might have one hundred to one hundred and ten million. This could be
good top that. But one thing it is not. It is not a debate. Can we say this, we call it the Great Debate. There'll be no debate tonight. What it's going to be is a CNN scripted forum, which means that each candidate and I wouldn't be surprised if the CNN had given the questions already to Joe Biden, which is what they've done before with Democratic presidential candidates, which Hillary Clinton was given the questions ahead of time.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if it leaked somehow from a Dana Bash or Jake Tapper. Jake Tapper worked for years as a Democratic staffer Democratic staffer on the Hill, and Dana Bash's husband and CIA signed the fifty one experts saying it was rushing disinformation that was the Hunter Biden laptop that turned out to be real, and then CNN wouldn't cover it. So this is not a debate.
A debate is the Lincoln Douglas debate, in which there is no moderator and each party has the opportunity to bring up an issue, to talk for a period of time, and then the other party interrupts, back and forth, back and forth. I've been in great debates, I've been in New Court debates on issues, and you go back and forth. The form out of this is unbelievable for those who haven't followed closely. There are no props allowed during the debate. That is, you can't have a teleprompter, can't
come in with pre printed materials. There's mutant microphones controlled by CNN, which is a network committed to the defeat of Donald Trump and all conservatives. The microphones will be muted except when a candidate is recognized to speak, and I watched yesterday when CNN they're only going to be eight feet apart. And when one candidate is speaking on mike and the other candidate wants to be heard, you really get. All you hear is garbled words in the background, and
you really can't understand what the other candidate is saying. So it is a made for TV debate that I think Donald Trump agreed to for reasons unclear to me. The whole debate itself will be ninety minutes long, with two breaks, two commercial potty type breaks, and no studio audience, and the questions will be asked by Dana Bash and Jake Tapp, who are left wing committed to individuals with a long history of supporting Democrats and opposing Republicans at every turn.
One thing that is not is a debate. A debate is going back and forth within a certain time limit and talk about issues in real time and giving each part of the opportunity to make a fool of themselves or not by interrupting the other person, So that doesn't happen. So this is a made for TV CNN production controlled by CNN, and the engineer of CNN controlling the
microphone will cut it off in mid sentence if someone's making a point. There's a couple of colored buzzers on the podium in which they're either green, ready to go, or red. So I can't imagine Joe Biden could speak for two minutes on any issue and he'll be sending a few zingers, and then the Trumpster's got a minute to respond. When it's Trumpster's turn, he gets two minutes, then Biden gets one minute, back and forth, back and
forth. But it's not a debate. It's a scripted form put together by Joe Biden and his friends of CNN to maximize the potential of a Biden victory and a Trump defeat at the debate tonight, which is not a debate.
Secondly, before I get onto the issues that Chris Finney and I discussed, which of course cannot be discussed in Polite Company, because the reason we're having so much violence in every American city, not just Cincinnati every American city the face of crime, and Cincinnati is largely a young black male face, when the great majority of young black males have nothing to do with crime. But because it is almost exclusively a black male violent issue, the media kind of
tiptoes around the issues without saying it. And I just did. The great majority of Black Americans are in the middle class. There's thousands and thousands, tens of thousands of black millionaires who perform quite well in this great country of ours. But there are many others, especially in urban areas, that don't pay any attention to education or family structure. The human family is the greatest institution in the history of the world for the communication of skills, attributes,
and morals to the next generation of human beings. And it took about fifty thousand years for human beings to figure that out. When out of the old Devi, Gorge and Kenya, when they came out of the trees, it became a parent. The best way to survive is to have moms and dads become in a sense, husbands and wives to protect the children. That doesn't happen in urban black areas or in many poor white areas. Happens the same way. It's not racial, it's behavioral, and the behavior is terrible.
Try to go to a Cincinnati public school and watch what happens with the track meets between classes. Doesn't happen at all. That's a different issue. But I'm glad Chris Finny and I could touch on it. And the media, of course perceives abortion as positive for Democrats and bad for Republicans. So newscasts will always have something on abortion if they can make Republicans appear to be extreme and Democrats appear to be reasonable. I wonder how much abortion if it's about
healthcare, how does healthcare and abortion protect the innocent baby? Not sure it does. In fact, it doesn't. It's death. Ninety nine point nine percent of abortions ends in a human life being snuffed out tragically and horribly. It's called an abortion, and it's said, but that's where we are in our society. And how is it a threat to democracy when Americans vote yes or no on abortion? Is that anti democratic when we vote? According to
the media, yes, it's an anti democratic. If you want to vote on abortion, then you're anti democratic. What how does that work? And we now know a year after Dobbs there was a get the number right, an eleven percent increase in abortions than twenty twenty. It is ubiquitous, it is everywhere. In fact, the US Supreme Court ruled earlier this month that's the so called abortion pills can be sent through the mail. And I hate to say this to Justice Jackson, who used in her opinion the term birthing
people. Birthing people are called women. By the way, she can't define during her hearing as to what a woman is. Well, she's a woman, and women have babies, not birthing people. But if you get pregnant today, and it's in a sense something you want to happen, great majority
of women get pregnant and have babies. There's a very small number they get pregnant and then having been totally irresponsible and getting pregnant in the first place, absent rape and incest because of birth control pills and IUDs and condoms, even the Plan B, which is ubiquitous everywhere. After two to four days, reconsider, Okay, take this pill. If you go through that process and come out the other side pregnant, you've engaged and don't want the baby.
Something's wrong with you because you have every opportunity not to get pregnant through abstinence, through birth control, through Plan B and by the point a baby a child is viable in the last quarter that Ohio and many states allow abortion through birth, it's disgusting. But the reason the media talks about abortion when according to the polling it's out thirty percent as an important issue is because it's the
thing decided. The great majority of Americans live in the state where abortion on demand is allowed up through birth like Ohio or abortion abortion pills come into mail. If you get pregnant, you want to get pregnant, And if you're act totally irresponsible and don't protect against it to begin with and don't take Plan B, and then you're pregnant, that's sad. It's sad for the baby
who's about to be killed now. And the reason the media doesn't talk about all the crime committed by illegal aliens, especially their rape and murder of young girls, is because that helps Republicans. Right, So the media will cover abortion because it helps Democrats, and the media will not cover the murder and rape and pillaging of illegal aliens because that helps Republicans. So the media is in the game and they're playing the game in such a way as to twist
your opinion to a defined result. So don't tell me tonight it's a great debate. It is not a debate. The debate's going. I've been in many debates, especially in mood court, in law school, back and forth, back and forth, zingers pro and con. But as soon as it appears that trumpsters making some headway with Joe Biden, someone's going to mute his
microphone. Move on to the next question. You have committed leftist journalists, so to speak, and Jake Tapper and Dana Bash who have long histories in supporting democratic causes and calling Donald Trump Hitler and Jake Tapper said in twenty twenty, the long national nightmare is over. Trump is out of office. That's the independent journalist to conduct the debate. How about getting Sean hannanin me as the moderators. You might get a different result. And I'm kind of surprised
that Donald Trump approved this, but who knows. At some point, maybe we have the government we deserve. But don't talk to me that it's a threat to democracy to let people vote. What it's not a threat to democracy. We get it wrong quite often as Americans, and we get it right more often than not. But don't tell me it's a threat to democracy when we vote, because it is not clearly a threat to democracy. And every time the media mentions abortion, they only do it because it assists Democrats and
hurts Republicans in their opinion with suburban voters. And they will not talk about the massive lawlessness of illegal aliens in this country because that helps Republicans and urge Democrats. And how do you know what the crime rate is among illegal aliens when law enforcement doesn't ask about immigration status in the first place, when you report to a jail, by law, by policy of doj don't ask about immigration status. So we keep hearing from leftist democrats about you know how low
the crime rate is among the lego aliens. Well, how do we know that when you don't ask, Well, we don't know it because we don't ask. But let's talk about it. The media will talk about it because it helps Democrats and hurts Republicans. And as you know, the crime rate is down, right, you hear everyone, Oh, the crime rate is down. It is so far down. The US Surgeon General has declared a health emergency with gun violence. Are both those ideas in concert with each other?
I don't think so. The crime rate is the crime rate is up, the reporting of crimes while the FBI is down because about thirty percent of police agencies do not report their information to DOJ to the FBI. They don't report it. So now Democrats can say, well, the crime rate is down, and as you know, immigrants commit fewer crimes and then normal Americans. How do you know that, well, because the FBI says that, Well, the FBI will tell you they don't gather information as far as immigration
status. So how do you know what the crime rate is when you don't ask? How do you know that the crime rate is down a historical low of fifty years when thirty percent of agencies in America don't report crime to the FBI. To begin with, garbage in, garbage out in this case,
no garbage in, and then garbage out. It's all manipulated to cause you to believe something that's a lie, and Jake Tapper and Dana Bash know it's a lie, but they want to trick you into believing that women have difficulty getting an abortion when abortions are way up and you get abortion pills through the mail. For God's sakes, I watched this in the media and I just
shake my head. Let's continue after one o'clock today, we have an expert on this going to talk about the three or four issues that the Trumpster should focus on tonight and the CNN form. It is not a debate, because the media would not want a debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump unfiltered, because that'd be ugly for Joe Biden. But the media wants to define outcome, which is the election of Democrats. Which is why the news that is presented by PBS, CBS, NBC, ABC, the major newspapers are all
with the left wing slant. It almost almost would be as if if Glenn Beck and myself and Sean Hannity were in charge of what information you heard well
on the liberal side, that's exactly what's occurring. Individuals with the left wing media Marxist bias tell you what the news is and what the news isn't, and they don't tell you that abortions in this country are way up, that abortion through the mail is now a reality, two thirds are through the mail, and that it's a non issue because Democrats in the process of democracy have determined that most Americans who vote on this, because I think many are misinformed,
vote in favor of abortion, and the abortion is off the table because it is the policy now. The Dobbs decision returned the issue to the states and to the voters, which is a correct interpretation of constitutional law. I don't know how letting people vote on issues is undemocratic, but the media wants to tell you that. Well, let's continue with more and nepheline becomes available
five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand. Eric grew Ark will be here next to discuss the issues that Trumpsters should highlight tonight.

Together, let's drive with up to ten percent off Bill cunning into Great America. Not every turn. Joe Biden is trying to make the southern border giving more wide open. Of course it is shut down, as we all know. And mayorcis the other day whose name
cannot be pronounced by the President, so there's no ISIS influence. We know nothing about the five hundred ISIS fighters coming over the southern border. The governor of Texas disagrees, but Jonah, you and I now is Eric rew Ark of Numbers USA USA. Eric drew Ark, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. You're the director of research in pr for Numbers USA. Of course, the great debate between Biden and Trump is unbelievable. But first of all,
let's talk about the ISIS fighters. We've had other guests on maybe you included that talks about maybe fifty thousand communists, Chinese military edged men brought into the country in order to work in the pot farms, and other illegal enterprises operating inside the country by the communist Red Chinese. Tell the American people about the executive order of Joe Biden when it came to five hundred thousand granted legal status when he didn't have the ability to do so. Talk about that order
and so much more. Right, Well, the important thing is you mentioned the president doesn't have the authority to do this. Now he's claiming the authority, but no such story exists in the statutes right passed by Congress. So it is five hundred thousand spouses, so these would be illegal alien spouses of US citizens. But also it's estimated that there's going to be fifty thousand children of these illegal immigrant spouses, so it's five hundred and fifty one thousand altogether.
And he's using something called parole in place, so it's another abuse of parole. But there is something in the law that will out for spouses of active US service members. But he's just extending this saying that the law allows them to do it, so basically, and he puts stipulations on them. One of them they have to have been in the United States for ten years, residing in the United States for ten years. But there's gonna be no
way for them to check even if they wanted to check. And we know when it comes to vetting, and you know the name the President won't mention in Secretary of may Orcus. When he was at USCIS, he was known as mister get T. Yes, when it came to processing applications. He's
extended that throughout the entire DHS now as secretary. And so they're gonna be rubber stamping these applications for amnesty, and they're going to be put them on a pathway de citizenship because they're going to become legal permanent residents just mean they have a green card. In five years, they can become citizens. And again there's nothing in the law that allows for this, but we And the other thing is they're going to put these people ahead of legal people who are
going through the legal proper just the right way. So they're going to go to the front line. And that's always something that you know when we have an amnesty people who are in the system legally are very upset, rightfully so, because they get put to the back of the line, and they're the ones who have followed the law and have done it the right way. What
about the ISIS connections. The last few days, Governor Abbott of Texas has said there's hundreds of ISIS sponsored terrorists led in the country and released what are the facts on that? Well, I guess it depends on who you listen to and who you believe. May Orcus was at the border yesterday had a press conference said you know, these reports are not true, and later a Congressman who had been briefed said it's not true because it's more than the number
that they're giving. So you know, it's like, well, it's not five hundred, it's four hundred and ninety nine, right, So these reports are untrue. But what we hear from other sources who have been briefed about this, it is happening. It is true, and may this is simply downplaying if for whatever reason, I don't know, because this is going to
be on his head when it comes to these attacks. Just as we're seeing with people who are coming over and committing violent crimes against Americans, they're not blaming the cit the broken systems. They're blaming the people who are in charge of the system, as President Biden. But it's also Secretary may Orcus who was impeached for not only opening the border, but lying to Congress about what
he was doing. And so no one with any intellectual honesty is looking at this situation is going to say that you can trust anything that comes out of Secretary may Or to this mouth. And we know that, you know, here's why. I watched an interview with the acting ICE Director last week with a reporter who asked them about people coming over in the vetting process, and these are his words. We simply don't know who these people are. We
don't have information on them. But if we get information later, meaning after they've released these individuals in the United States, then we go look for him and try to find out where they are. He said this very non chalmantly. Now, so people are coming over, and when we hear our government is thoroughly vetting these individuals, what it means is they're doing you know, they're relying on information available to them, which, as the Acting ICE Director
said openly, we don't have that information. So we simply don't know who these individuals are. Harry crew Ark on one of the morning talk shows I heard again, and it makes me puke every time I hear it. That there's less crime committed by lego aliens and regular Americans. I know for a fact that law enforcement agencies do not ask about immigration status when someone is arrested. So how do you know there's less crime committed by lego aliens if you
don't inquire as the immigration status, you simply don't. And that's the problem with these claims. And we're seeing a lot of this now, I've seen it on social media this morning, the prelude to the debate, because that's we assume going to be raised at some point, because we have examples of horrific crimes being committed, and so the argument is immigrants commit fewer crimes.
Well, then you have to distinguish between people who are legally immigrants and people who are coming in illegally, who aren't immigrants, who are violating the law. And when you look at that group, the illegal immigration or immigrant cohort, you have to exclude all of a whole bunch of crimes that they have
committed. Number one, crossing the border illegally, working in the US illegally, identity staff fraud, tax fraud, and so really what they look at the people who are making this argument of violent crimes and people who have been convicted of violent crimes, and when we're looking at the data, it's very
difficult to distinguish. As you said, there are lots of places around the country who don't collect that data, either because it's not part of the process or because they're willfully withholding that information because they don't want it communicated to the federal government and particularly to the public. So when someone definitively says immigrants commit fewer crimes, you know, when we're talking about illegal immigrants, there's no
way that they can make that claim. And what they're actually doing two things. One is they're telling us to deny the reality that we see with our eyes every day in our communities. But the other thing is they're downplaying the reality of these are horrific crimes that we've seen against you know, young girls. There was an example of a young girl who was raped for two hours by illegal immigrants who have been vetted released into the country. They've murdered her
and threw her in the river. And the people who are making the argument that it's not a problem, I mean, there's no moral compass there at least acknowledged Number one, how horrific this crime is. But also It's so tragic because it could have been prevented. Yes, we can't prevent all murders, even by people who we let into the country legally. But what we can do is make sure that we're not our government isn't purposely releasing people into
the country who are then going on to commit marble crimes against Americans. I think tonight if the Trumpster would have a list of five or six young women raped, brutalized, assaulid murder. In one case, the thirteen year old girl put some bite marks and scratch marks on the arm of a legal alien that was raping her. She fought like a warrior poet, but had no
chance to survive. It'd be interesting tonight if Lake and Riley's name came up and a whole bunch of others to have Trump ask him, mister President, here the list of these. Of course, he can't even say the name Lake and Riley. In the State of Union address. He mumbled and garbled that one. But wouldn't it be effective tonight for the presidents say these are
the women killed as a result of your policies. You know, and I know we've talked about this before, and we've always made the point, and number of JUSA always makes the point when we talk about illegal immigration, most people come in for jobs. That's the magnet that draws them in. That's not Groundsford mentioned to the United States. They still shouldn't be going coming into the country being released because they don't have did they have no legal right to
come into the country. But what we're seeing now, and even if someone supports massive increase in workers coming into the country, okay, that's one thing, make that argument, but at least acknowledge that the border, the Biden border policies are letting people and who do want to commit crimes and who are
committing crimes, and don't downplay that. When you hear the argument on their side, it's simply it comes down to dead Americans is the cost of doing business right for sheep labor, and they brush it aside, and that the President of the United States is responsible, his policies are responsible for this,
and he needs to be confronted about it. Now. Whether Jake Tapper and Dana Badge seeing n are going to do it, I doubt very seriously, but President Trump should because it's not politicizing, it's saying Americans are suffering because of the policies put in place by President Biden. I would contend that unattached, poorly educated young males are exactly the demographic of individuals who commit crime.
You don't have fifty seven year old grandmother committing crime, it's eighteen nineteen twenty year olds from Nicaragua or Venezuela released from President. Parts of gangs have infiltrated large parts of our country, and according to one stat I saw that each border agent has to deal on a shift with about seven thousand illegal immigrants. There's no way that one border patrol agent can process seven thousand persons in an
eight hour shift. The idea of less crime is a farce. It's a lie, kind of like saying that the gun problem is caused by the NRA and not by criminals. Secondly, there's about one hundred thousand kids that are missing in the system that are now been trafficked in one way or another. I can recall the New York Times, Washington Post, CBS, etc. Had kids in cages under Trump. Trump and the Democrats went down to the border patrol areas where the kids in the cages. Isn't it Trump's policy on
steroids. When it comes to missing kids today, one est them is one hundred thousand missing kids are gone into the terror of the United States that are being trafficked for sex and other purposes. Why does the media deal with the missing kids under Joe Biden. Well, you know, if you ask Secretary for Sarah a Healthy Human Services Secretary, who's that's the department whose job it is to track and make sure these kids are are are not in danger.
His argument is, well, we haven't necessarily lost them. We just don't know where they are, So they could be they could be where we think they are. We just don't know because they don't care they And that's the
sad reality we have to face is our government doesn't care about this. We see the rise in child labor, and the New York Times and other outlets did very good reporting on it, and it sort of went by the wayside because the Biden administration didn't do anything in response other than say we were unaware it was such a big problem. But again, it's a cost of doing business. If you want to bring millions of people into the country, you're
going to have these This is going to be the result. The trafficking, the child labor, the crime, and the strategies is to downplay all of these negative effects. And so when we're talking about a functioning immigration system, which is what numbers of USA has always been about, obviously, the numbers and how many people are coming in and who is coming in. We can't have those conversations on the national stage because we do not have a functioning immigration
system, because we do not have the rule of all being applied. And that's something that Trump needs to articulate on that stage tonight is if I'm re elected president, here's the specific policies I'm going to implement or reimplement to keep this under control, because it's going to take a long time to deal with the disaster that we've seen under President Biden. When it comes to immigration, an additional ten to twelve million people brought in under Joe Biden means the use
of the medical system is off the charts. Try to get an er visit, talk about getting a doctor. That's impossible. The cost skyrocket because those individuals pay nothing into this system, causing the cause of housing apartments and homes. When you got ten to twelve million more people looking for a place to live, the cost of housing skyrockets. When you're in a school system, here comes thousands of new kids that don't speak of the English. That means
your kid's quality of education is being hurt. There's so many aspects of this in which the Democrats are trying to replace the electorate with complyant voters from all over the world. Well, Eric grew ark, we got to run. But what is your website? Because getting ready for the night, I assume you'll be real active tonight, Get your popcorn, get your ginger Ale nine o'clock Eastern time, and what is your website for the people to get the

Well, Dana Bash and Jake Tapper have called Donald Trump hitler.
They did an entire segment on the description of Donald Trump's penis by the porn star. And that shows you the interest of these two independent moderators. They couldn't care less. They want to get Joe Biden elected. They're in the business of CNN of downplaying all the difficulties of Joe Biden and only talking about January sixth, abortion and god knows what else. But to Eric Ruark Numbers USA dot com, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill

My wife plays Senior Citizen female rugby, and she was able to put together a half of one team, but she needed a league of at least four Senior Citizens women that wanted to play rugby be and she couldn't get enough women to play. Correct? When the Australians and New Zealand's get ready for the match. That that in cricket. I don't understand. Well, it's like football and rugby, but you never like move the ball. You think she wanted to play? She wanted to be in the middle. Oh, segment, we've got Lauren Tomlinson coming up from the National GOP about advice to the Trump Star. It's not a debate, it's a presentation segment. Give me out of the studio, Willie and Utter of
tonight's big event at nine o'clock. We leave you with the immortal words of the Stood Report. You see what's happening. The process is rigged. This whole election is being rigged. That's my guy, that's my guy right there. Make it too big to rig is the motto of this campaign segment.
Thank you, yes, sir, Let's continue with more. Bill Cunningham News Radio seven hundred wulw our iHeart Radio Music Festival is sitting by Capital On coming back to Lusco by Billy Cunningham, the Great American of course, tonight starting at nine oh one Eastern time. It'll be a unique presentation. I've looked back in American history the last time there was a sitting president debating a previous president. It might have happened in nineteen twelve, when tr of the Bull
Moose Party was running against William Howard Taft from Cincinnati against Woodrow Wilson. But I don't think in nineteen twelve there are any debates going on, so this might be the first debate of its kind. Joan, you and I now is Lauren Tomlinson. She's a Republican strategist who worked in the Trump administration. And Lauren Tomlinson, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Lauren from the Democrat and or republic in position, what does in your view that Trump needs
to do tonight and what does Joe Biden need to do? If anything? So Trump tonight, We're looking for him to be more disciplined version of himself, for him to stay on message and make sure to pivot to the issues that voters currently care about, so stay in the future. You know, this is a unique time in which the economy is top of mind for voters. Inflation is still super high, is keeping those interest rates high, which
is preventing people from buying home. Lots of trickle down effects there that are affecting people's everyday lives. And by talking about that and making the nostalgia about the economy as it was under Trump, he can have a really successful night. For Joe Biden, what he's looking at is how do I remind people of what they didn't like about Trump? In twenty twenty. The reason why I want in twenty twenty the case, the drama, the unscripted moments,
and the Twitter ramps. How can I remind people constantly that he isn't presidential. So for Trump, as long as he can maintain the focus on the future, not get dragged into personal grievances, and make sure that he doesn't take de bait on revisiting the past, which Joe Biden will continuously try to do. He should have a good night. Let's talk about the two moderators. And I would like to think Donald Trump did not receive good advice on
this one. But Jake Tapper worked for many years as a Democratic staffer on the Hill. Some of the comments he's made about Trump being Adolph Hitler, And in twenty twenty, Jake Tapper CNN said the long national nightmare is over and Dana Bash has a long history of anti Trump rants and raves on air.
Couldn't the Trumpster? I guess he didn't have a choice of having someone from Fox News or Breitbart or Newsmax from talk radio come on, and didn't he kind of lose the It's not a debate so much as a forum because they're not going to debate each other. But isn't that a problem when CNN picks the moderator so to speak, and all the parameters of the debate.
Was that a mistake? I think it's interesting that both campaigns agreed to go outside of the non partisan by partisan presidential debate forum or commissioned, because with the commission you get things like that, you get to negotiate the host, you can bring in people from other networks, you can ensure more of a balance moderator panel. Since they decided to work directly with the network, you're
kind of limited in the talent pool. So he could have maybe he maybe could have pushed for Chris Wallace, who is now a c and an anchor who's formally a Fox News to be there with him. But either way, it wasn't going to be favorable outcome for Trump in that regard. Now, on the flip side, in September, there's going to be another debate that you know, the Biden campaign will say that the that the moderators are unfriendly towards him, so at least it's balanced in that set. But for this,
for this debate, because they chose to go with the network. There really wasn't a lot of negotiating ram of who they were going to get.
The one positive though, I will say about Jake Tapper, he has been very vocal about the Israel Hamas war and anti Semitism in this country currently, and so I think that that could actually play to Trump's favor, reminding people how weak Biden has been on this issue, how he hasn't been standing with our ally, how he hasn't been standing up for Jews in this country. And so Trump can focus on the positive there, then he could also make
a really strong foreign policy point with a sympathetic moderator. And the other thing, Lauren, is that Trump is the only president in American history that has Jewish grandchildren. And the idea that somehow Trump's going to be an Isomitic would be a joke. And is this a debate? Isn't it more or less? The format? There's no props, there's muted microphones, there's two commercial breaks, I guess potty breaks, there's no studio audience, and instead of
going back and forth, CNN has their hand on the mute button. And I watched yesterday the sound coming out of the out of the podium with a mute button on and you couldn't hear anything it was being said. And so isn't it isn't all the formats? I say, Trump's playing an away game and Biden has picked the officials and are paying them, And is this a debate when the parties can't go at each other? You know, it's funny because the muting of the mic makes it less of a debate one hundred percent.
But they will be allowing candidates to address the at least do rebuttals. But I'm sure you've seen this as well, but at least with my work with congressional candidates, almost every local election has a TV debate in a similar format. So you walk in the studio, it's kind of awkward because there's
no audience. You get two guests and you get to debate each other, and so congressional candidates are kind of very used to this format, and it's a little awkward not having the audience feedback when you land those singers and not being able to play off of the crowd. But it also can be beneficial in that part of the goal of a debate from a campaign communications perspective is to make sure that you are reaching those secondary audiences. So here we are,
we're in the middle of June, almost July fourth holiday. People are with their kids, they're preparing for Fourth of July barbecues, They're not really paying attention this. It's very early, you know historically for us to be having these debates. Are not tuned in, and we know from the polling that this is going to be a very tight race. So there's basically ten percent of persuadable voters out there that will make the difference in this race.
So those ten percent are probably not watching the debates tonight, and it's going to be really important, and the studio provides this opportunity. I think if you have this goal in mind, to make sure that you get a good clip of your message and then push it via paid advertising and social media after
the fact. So the spin room and the campaign apparatus will be really important because these messages and the effects of this debate won't be seen for weeks, because the campaigns will be actively pushing moments for weeks to come to voters who aren't paying attention. And I think that's going to be the opportunity here where it won't feel like a normal debate like we've seen previously because of the cross
talk that you've talked about in the limits there. But it does provide a real opportunity for the candidates to have those viral moments and make a campaign at and make a difference for some of those persuadable voters. It's only a prediction, but I would think that comes September. If Joe Biden is still the nominated the Democrat Party and I got hot fudged Sunny Betts all over saying that he's not going to be the nominee the Democrat Party, they can't be that
stupid to put him back up again. But nonetheless, if he is and Trump's up five or six percentage points, Trump's gonna not want to debate Biden. If, on the other hand, Biden stumbles through tonight and doesn't mumble, stumble and fumble too much and have a senior moment, a Mitch McConnell moment to just stare into space, and if Biden comes out of that in the media declares him to be the winner, which they want to do, that case comes September. If Trump's up, He's not going to want a
debate. And if Biden's up. If he's still the nominee, he's not going to want a debate, and either way, I think that's why this is more significance. But you're right, I don't think a core Democratic voter is going to say, man, that was a bad performance by Joe Biden. I'm gonna vote for Donald Trump. And I can't imagine Ohio and a Kentuckian or a Hoosier being a Trump supporter saying, you know what, the Trumpster didn't do that. Well, I think I'm gonna vote for Joe Biden.
And so it's hardened already as to you're gonna, as you say, go to the five to ten percent of occasional voter and that they're going to decide the election, and they may not be watching it all because they don't pay attention to politics until October. And secondly, I would say this that the Trumpster has Are you better off today than you were four years ago?
Inflations up about twenty percent, you have a duke, Energy bills up about thirty percent, real estate taxes are through the roof, Mortgage interest rates are about seven to eight percent. Gasoline has almost doubled in price since twenty nineteen. Everything that should be up is down. Everything that should be down is up. And all the Trumpster has to do is point out the obvious and
stay away from personal attacks. Ignore what happened on January the sixth, to move on from that, and uh, don't go after a hunter Biden very hard because everyone knows his situation. Uh, and move. So, if you were going to whisper in Donald Trump's there before before he takes the stage at eight fifty five pm, what would Lauren Tomlinson say to the Trumpster?
I would say, stay calm. Remember your pivots. Don't act like in the first debate, act like in the second debate in twenty twenty, exactly the second debate of twenty twenty and and like you were saying, pivot, pivot, pivot. You know, every time that they want to talk about something else, bring it back to the economy, bring it back to inflation, bring it back to crime and immigration, because those are the issues that
people care about right now because they're affecting their lives. And if you can keep reminding people of where they are right now and what you can do to fix that, it's going to be very impactful because voters don't care about the personal grievances and the politics and the personalities. They know these guys, it's one hundred percent. Name might be they both had first term presidencies under their
belts. What they do care about is do you understand what I'm going through right now and what I'm being because it doesn't feel that way, you know, Lauren, go ahead please? Oh no, I was just gonna say, the person that can reflect that will win. Lauren Tomlinson, you're like a woman and a GOP strategistan. You're not a birthing people. You're like
a woman. And I'm watching Fox News right now. They have a list of all the crimes, the vicious rapes and the torture that illegal aliens have put women through inside this country, and the murder migrant gangs from Venezuela that are burglarizing homes, large number of migrants if smuggled guns and New York City shelters, that the rapes of of so many women in the South, especially at the hands of legal migrants, Wouldn't it be a good ploy for the
for the Donald to raute off the names of five or six women who were raped, tortured, and murdered at the hands of the illegal immigrants that Joe Biden brought into this country one hundred percent. And I think also tying that back towards the larger issue of there's a reason why we have immigration laws and
why our border is unsecure, is a threat to national security. I mean a lot of these laws were put in place because of nine to eleven, right in the terrorist attacks and the we need to know who and what we're
coming into our country. There was just a report that four hundred ISIS linked migrants are at large in the country right now because they came through the southern border, and so it's a it's not just uh, you know, the horrible crimes that are happening at the communities, which people are very upset about, and rightfully so, there's a broader national security argument to be made there.
And Democrats have denied that this is happening for years. I mean even when I was working in the administration, we knew that people with affiliations to ISIS were trying to enter the country or coming into the country. They very much view transnational criminal organizations know that that's the way to get in and we have to know who is coming in from a safety perspective, and so you know, even the Biden's going to be telling his recent measures to limit asylum
claims and how that's dropped the numbers at the border. But unfortunately two thousand people coming in illegally is still too much. Right if you limit it per day, it's not enough, right, Like you have to change the policies there. So I think as long as Trump can make sure to tie it to broader national security and make sure to connect to people that this is a
big threat. I think he went there lastly about a minute remaining. I see that ron Klain and Susan Rice and others, they've taken Biden away from his job as the president for a week to get ready. I think you'll overload many people that are mentally not up to snuff by putting too many facts
in their head. They can't rattle them off sufficiently. From a national perspective, I have this thought that the democratic operatives that run the executive brand government, not Joe Biden, wanted this debate early, unprecedented, so that if he does particularly bad, there's six weeks between now in the middle of August and Chicago to substitute out either Michelle Obama or Newsom or God forbid Kamala Harris to be the nominee. Is there a thought this is Joe Biden's last chance
to prove that he's mentally alert. I think that there is there. I hear that rumor that this gives them enough time before the convention to nominate someone else. I think that we also have a situation in which there is early voting in some states as soon as September, so we have a much shorter
cycle to influence those voters with the new early voting laws. And then three, I think that there's also a thought that if Joe Biden stumbles, even if they stick with him as a nominee, there's so much time between now and November that there can be enough clean up to be and like you said, they can forego the second debate. So there's a lot of benefits for the Biden camp for doing it this early. And number one, I do think it's influenced by the early voting, and then number two, the ability
to switch him out before the convention. Right. Lauren Tomlinson, you're a great American GOP strategist. Also worked in three or four different positions in the Trump administration. The truth will set us free. I like to think God Almighty's in charge, and I hope that some light is shined upon Donald Trump tonight. I set a rosary for him two days ago. I want him to do well, and it's up to him to perform up to snuff.
And the country cannot survive four to ten more years of what's happening on the southern border and what's happening all around the world. We can't survive this. We can't put up with another fifty to one hundred million people coming into the country illegally with bad intentions, and we just we just we can't survive. This is the most important presidential election, I think since eighteen sixty. And
we'll see what happens. But Lauren Tomlinson, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And may God bless you and God bless America. Thank you very much. Thanks having all right, Lauren, thank you very much. Let's continue with more your thoughts five, one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand plus Reds Baseball begins about six ten to night in Saint Louis on the home of your Reds Andw's Radio seven
hundred WLW. I know there's some attention paid to some language and report about my recollection of events. There's even reference that I don't remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that? Franklin? When I was asked a question, I thought to myself, wasn't any of their damn business. Let me tell you something some of you have comment. I wear
since the day he died. Every single day, the rosary he got from our lady of every Memorial Day we hold a service remembering him, attending my friends and family and the people will love him. Hello, I'm broadcasting you said to speak truth to power. Special counsel Robert Hurr did not ask President Biden when did your son die? The transcript shows that Biden asked her when did my son die? And secondly he also also asked Robert Hurr, when
was I the vice president? So you got Biden using his son's death to advance a political cause against his special counsel who said that Biden is not competent to stay and trial because he's too frail and elderly and can't remember anything. Do you remember when you were the vice president huh. That's my point I'm saying right now. By the way, I'm glad you brought that up. But Tom Striker remember him, Yeah, Chief tell us that famous Thanksgiving dinner
story to us. A yes, when somebody took the fork and stuck in someone's chest. But Marty Sloane is helping members of the Bengals, the Reds, and the Cyclones every day and he's got a Fighting for Saint Jude have been on Saturday to twenty ninth this coming Saturday at four pm at the Fitness and Boxing Center and Spring Grove Avenue and all the money goes to Saint Jude's Hospital in Tennessee. And that's put together by Marty Sloan and Tom Striker.
So you want to go see some live action Saturday, June the twenty ninth at four o'clock Fighting for Saint Jude. Suggested donations are five bucks and all the money goes towards Saint Jude. And that's under the leadership of Tom Striker and Marty Sloan. Where's again, It is a glad you brought that up. Cincinnati Fitness and Boxing on Spring Grove Avenue this Saturday at four o'clock. And secondly, you do not have true blue blood running for your veins.
If I'm not mistaken, you're from Kentucky. He doesn't shot there from He doesn't forget, does he. It's like a squirrel. But also I would note that Rocky Boyman is not here. Yeah, you have a story here about Notre Dame the fighting ours again losing. And I did speak this morning to Jim stall uh oh, Deer Park's own Yeah, former Leah Purcell right talk about Larry Bird coming to support what Deer Park athletics. The deal is not done yet what and it may not get done, but if it does, we could have Kevin Durant and or Larry Bird coming to benefit Deer Park. And we also want to thank Governor Mike DeWine. Is he going to raise money for
Deer Park? He's not well, he's allowing and permitting and encouraging a one point one million dollar donation to Deer Park High School for his machinery and classes and instructing men and girls and boys how to enter the trades. So Mike DeWine is giving a million dollars of economic development money to the park. You'll be nice to him now even further, won't you. I'll be there for the dedication, encouraging him to give more money because the park needs the money.

In my favorite movie, Josie Wales, Dying is easy, Living is hard. Ten Bears b Josie Wales, Dude, you like in that matchup outload Josie Wales about that's my favorite movie. Josie's the best. But my best buddy, Johnny k I can't use his whole name, says Ten Bears and Josie Wales are his heroes. Yeah, is that true.
I would take I would take Josie Wales, especially when he did remember with the raft, Yeah, run across the river and cut the rope with all the the soldiers on it, and it just floated down the river on the Saint Louis boat ride. Those are the days that men were men right there. Well, you're not kidding, I guarantee you. But now then, never remember at the end Ten Bears and they cut themselves in the hand and they put their hands together and they bled together as one dying, you
and I to do that. Dying is easy. Living is hard. I don't know what to tell you so other than that, we got nothing. Remember the scene he was in that old general store and these two guys were having their way with Somebody used the term squawk and I, oh, yeah, yeah, and he kind of they thought they had Josie Wales thought I'm having cornered, did the old flipper Rooney? spittle come out of her mouth and the audience was cheering. I can't believe me, But you already got the same problem as Hunter Green, Hunter Biden. Would you rather be ten Bears or Josie Whale? Those are your choices? Tough match up there, No, you're not kidding. Tough match up? What if? What about you? I take Josie? What if you're Josie teed up against Rocky, Josie Wales against Rocky Boyman, No, Rocky. I think pretty good match up there. Yeah, well I'm going with
