I Billy Cunningham, the great American Wark on mister Laria's tenth afternoon of the tri State. Of course, Red's win last night, unbelievable victory back out of the night, starting about six ten, first picture about eight ten. Also later this afternoon was of course we're going to go to ABC News live coverage of the so called Trump indictment, the arrest things of that character,
and my comments, and that'll come up later on. But first of all, joining you and I alis the great senator from the state of Kentucky. I consider him to be the best senator from the state of Kentucky. Senator Ran Paul and Senator Ran Paul, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And before we go much further, a few days ago, I saw the World Health Organization had selected North Korea to put on the Executive Committee of the
World Health Organization. I think about Anthony Fauci. I think about a human rights violator, a mass murderer, North Korea, the World Health Organization, and I think about your new book coming out in October. This set the great COVID cover up. First of all, give me your reaction to the World Health Organization in which doctor Anthony Fauci had a large role to play. Selecting North Korea to be part of its executive committee sort of seems par for
the course. If you read through the writings of Anthony Fauci and others that have been involved with public health in our country, it really is a long narrative of them fawning over Chinese totalitarianism or North Korean totalitarianism. They think that independence and the individuality of Americans gets in the way of the conformity they need. Really, it is about submission and conformity of these people. They don't
want you to think. In fact, you remember with the Twitter files, it was found out that they wanted to suppress knowledge even if it was found to be true, even if someone did die from a complication, which is rare. But let's say someone died from a complication from COVID, admittedly rare, but if they did, they wanted it to be suppressed in the news because they thought that even the truth was something that could get in the way
of submission. So I'm not surprised. I do think that Anthony Fauci, though, is guilty of probably the greatest cover up in modern history, and it began really early on in January of twenty twenty. This is from the very moment they knew this was going on. He was like, holy cal, I've been funding that lab and he knew it. He knew it immediately. An email show that he knew that he had been funding the lab where an all likelihood desvirus came from. And wuhan, can you tell the American
people going back in time? Because you're a doctor also that why is it in the interests of the United States taxpayer and I guess our medical authorities to fund lab and communists read China going back before the Fall and Winner of twenty nineteen twenty twenty, why what's the purpose to do that? As a medical doctor? Why do that? There are people and Anthony Fauci is one who say that gain of function research where you juice up a virus, you mix
two viruses together and it gains in potency. That's studying. That may be studying what happens in nature is evolved and can attack humans. But the other side of the coin is that they're creating viruses that never would have existed in nature because nature is random and its evolution of viruses. Now we're doing it directed by man, and you're coming up with viruses that never would have occurred, and also potentially coming up with a mixture of viruses that could be incredibly
deadly fifty percent mortality, five percent mortality, thirty percent mortality. And so many of us think this is a fool's error and anywhere, whether you're doing it in the United States or overseas, but if you're doing this dangerous research and then you're doing it in an opaque society, a totalitarian society like China,
that you really are risking real problems. And as I've gotten into this, and as we've begun to uncover this cover up, what we have found out is that the NIH is also funding US universities that were then subcontracting and sending the funds not just a civilian research, but to do military research in China. There are actually NIH grants that went to University of California, Irvine,
Berkeley, UC Davis. These schools were then subcontracting and sending it to military the Academy of Military Medical Science Research, where the scientists actually have titles such as general and colonel in the People's Liberation Communist Party Army. So kind
of in theory. The idea is to use communist red China labs like in Wulan, because American labs may have too many standards after all, but let's do it in communist red China. Let's spend tens of millions of dollars to create these terrible viruses that have maybe a fifty eighty ninety percent death rate as opposed to COVID nineteen that was about one percent or less than one percent. Because just in case these things do emerge in nature down the road, we'll
have the resolution is that the theory, it's the theory. There also is the argument that most the coronavirus has come from bat caves in China, so they said, we do the research over there because that's where the bats are.
But it's a little more complicated than that. They were going about eight hours by car south of Luhan into southern China to these bat caves, going one couple hundred feet underground, finding bats and viruses that had never interacted with band and then driving them back eight hours and introducing them into a city of
fifteen million. And I still think this was an accident, but I think it was a terrible risk to take to take viruses from a very very rural, remote cave a couple hundred feet under ground and take them to a city of fifteen million with an international airport. So I think it was incredibly foolish and full hearted to do this, and I'm not alone. Actually, even some of Fauci's friends have criticized this thing. Bill Gates is a big supporter
of this. He wants to identify all the viruses in the world, and the theory is if we identify them all, we'll find it cure them. But what we've done so far is we've identified many thousand new ones. They may well have released one of them in Wuhan accidentally, but there's no evidence that they've developed any vaccines or cures from this. The vaccine that was developed for COVID nineteen was developed very quickly, but was developed after they recognized that
it was a pathogen, not before. In fact, a Senator Ran Paul, You've also pointed on I'm one of those weird guys that I'll watch a c SPAN hearing, and I love when you go after Anthony Faucci, who, by the way, has since retired of writing books, making millions of dollars. You've pointed out that doctor Anthony Fauci himself likely have made millions of dollars in person because of investments. Can you explain that to the American people?
Well, we don't know for sure is what he has made in royalties, and we don't know if he's made money from the royalties from the company's making the vaccines. But I have asked him the question. And when I asked him whether or not anybody on the committee himself or anybody on the committee approving the vaccines, whether any of them had made money from Faiza or Maderna, he wouldn't answer. Basically said it was none of my business and none
of the American public's business. He said a law in the nineteen eighties prevented him and told him he did not have to reveal that. Now we've read that law, we disagree with the interpretation. We think they do have to reveal it. But the Biden administration has protected them. So whether or not he's made millions and royalties, I don't know. I do know that it's been publicly reported that his wealth during COVID went from seven million to twelve million.
I don't know that he made that from pharmaceutical companies, but I knew he's done very well in the forty year service. He made more money than the president on an annual basis. His wife also made two hundred and fifty thousand, so together they were making about thousand without loyalties, just from the government. And the problem is his tenure was so long in government that he had such a disproportionate amount of power that he's basically created the situation. And
probably the number one thing he did that is illegal immoral was devastating. He took the virus that was going on in Wuhan and it didn't go to the committee. There was a committee set up to study dangerous research and approve or disapprove of it. The research at Huhan never went there because Fauscie granted them an exception, and so he allowed an exemption, so he allowed them to get around the system that had been set up to try to prevent this.
And that's what he's gonna have to answer for. Eventually, he's going to be made to testify before the HOW sometime the next few months, and my hope is that that's what's going to be brought forward, is the records that show that he actually circumvented the Pathogen Committee that should have found out and should have stopped this research before it happened. You know, we trust you a lot more on this issue than doctor Anthony Fauci or the who the North Koreans
as part of the executive committee. Can you state here we are heading toward the middle of June, was COVID nineteen created by man? Or did it arise in nature? Looking at all of the evidence, there's a mountain of evidence saying that it was created by man, that it came from a lab. There's almost no evidence from nature. We do know in the past that
viruses to occasionally come from nature, and that is the traditional way. But what we've done is we've looked at the Chinese have looked at eighty thousand animals. They've tested them and none of them came up positive. And think about it from the Chinese perspective, even if they're not completely honest with us, would they want it to come from a lab or from nature? Nature that can write off as something natural and accidental. The lab looks a lot worse,
as if they were sloppy and their safety was bad. So they have an incentive to actually find an animal, and yet they haven't found an animal when looking fall throughout all the animals the wet market, and most people acknowledge now that it didn't come from the wet market. About a third of the early cases were from outside the wet market. So there's a lot of genetic
evidence also that this came from a lab. Most viruses that come from animals, they make multiple attempts to infect humans, so there's many different varieties. In the beginning, there's what they called diversity of the genome or of the genetics. With this, it turns out that genetics was basically one strain, maybe two, but one or two, and that lack of diversity scientists point to and say, wow, this means it came from one source in all
likelihood lab. Now, lastly on this issue, before we talk about Senator Grassley and what he's doing with Barisma and Joe Biden, I want to get your comments on that. But many times, when some great event transpires, after action report that is, the experts get together and say, okay, now that we know what happened, was this good or bad? I would think that Jizo paying, the leader of Communist Red China, if they did an after action report on COVID nineteen that they would say this was an extremely
positive thing for China. Of course, killing a million or two million Chinese is a rounding error of the Communist Red Chinese Party. They don't care. Is it fair to say the Communist Red Chinese government, Jiaoping, etc. Benefited from COVID nineteen. Well, in some ways, fear allows people to consolidate power that would guard Maybe I would say that one of the interesting things that we explore in the book is is that early on China began passing new
safety laws early in twenty twenty some in twenty nineteen. There was a lot of upgrades to the Wuhan lad in October and November of twenty nineteen because we think an accident happened there and they were replacing exhaust fans. They were replacing and asepsis, they were changing all kinds of things, and they ordered an extraordinary amount of equipment in October November, So we do know that something was
going on. They were aware of it. We do know that three workers became very sick, and we think that one relative of one of the workers that the Uhan lab died in early November, so this was going on. They knew about it, they hit it. They only finally released the sequence. The genetic sequence of the virus came out only after someone had illegally released
it onto the internet. And then finally the Chinese government about twenty to thirty days after they knew the genetic sequence finally released into the world, but only because someone else had done it first. So they haven't been good partners. They haven't been trustworthy of this. And we said no funding of any research. I don't know while we were ever funding any research. Look with their series, there are competitors, the outcompet us in the marketplace, and yet
we're funding their research. Wouldn't under one world should we be sending them any money? You know? And sadly, Senator around Paul, the average American has no idea of these facts because most Americans live their good lives in simple ways, and they rely upon the news media to relate to them important facts
upon which they can cast an informed ballot at election time. And if you would ask the average person did the American taxpayer fund the creation of COVID nineteen, they would have no idea what we're talking about because most Americans pay attention to the mainstream media. Page two on the issue of what happened about a week or so ago. On the same day that it was announced that President Trump was going to be arrested and indict on a thirty seven counts and arraigned.
On the same day, information came out through the FBI and Senator Grassley of Iowa that Barisma official has it on tape that fifteen conversations with Hunter Biden and sadly, and I say, as an American, sadly, there were two taped conversations with then Vice President Joe Biden talking about the payoff to Joe Biden getting rid of the prosecutor a billion dollars not going to be coming into
the Ukraine. As a person who's greatly concerned with medical issues and budget deals and government working well for the American people, are you concerned that we have a compromise president, directly or indirectly that's been paid moneys from either Communist read China, from maybe Bulgaria, possibly from Russia, certainly from Barisma in the Ukraine. Are you concerned that there's a burgeoning scandal that the mainstream media only
covers Trump, but not the corruption of Joe Biden. What worries me is not just the potential corruption of Joe Biden, the potential bribery and X to worse, and that he was involved with the payoff of the job to his son. What worries me is that the FBI has known about it, known that there is an executive with audio tapes, seventeen audio tapes. How many years have they had this? I think this isn't a recent past. I think they may have had this for several years. Have they listened to the
tapes? Have they listened to the audio tapes? I mean, what kind of investigation was done? So I think Senator Grassley's done Yeoman's work on this. But what I read yesterday from his release and his speech was startling. I mean that there are seventeen tapes out there. They also redacted that they let the members read this informant's words of accusation, but they didn't then tell us that they didn't tell the other members of Congress that there were seventeen recordings.
So I think, without question, yes, these need to be heard. If they want to hear them first in private session, that's fine, But ultimately I think the public needs to hear these and whoever the informant is needs to be given immunity and they need to bring them forward. They're not in this country. It's a little more complicated, but this is is a big deal. This is a huge deal. And you're right, what's the
national media doing? They report Trump NonStop? But I can tell you at home in Kentucky, and I think people are a lot of like that across the border into Ohio. When they hear this, they're thinking to themselves, is there two sets of justice? Is there a double standards or a standard for Republicans and Trump and his supporters, and a different standard for Democrats like
Biden. And I think when people see that, people instinctively no unfairness and injustice, and it's going to divide this country and make things so much worse if they end up persecuting and prosecuting Trump and basically giving the Bidens free pass.
Lastly, I heard you spoke about a week or ten days ago on the budget deal, and it's shocking to me that it is considered a compliment when you can maybe have a one to two percent reduction in government spending over the next ten years and I heard you on the floor of the Senate discussing
this. How bad of a budget deal is this? And are we forestalling the inevitable the bankruptcy of this country and or the bankruptcy and or defaulting on the national debt because we owe thirty two trillion And after the deal, we're told by the budget authorities, by twenty thirty, which is seven years away, we're going to have accumulated national budget debt north of forty trillion dollars. Forty trillion dollars. How bad was the budget deal that you voted against?
There was nothing conservative about it, And just in the next two years, the Congressional Budget Office says that will add four trillion. So the debt's been growing up at alarming levels. It's been growing exponentially, and this debt deal is going to allow it. It actually has no limit. They're gonna let the debt grow as much as people can possibly spend until January twenty twenty five.
There's no limit how much debt can be accumulated. They're estimating that it will be four trillion, but they actually placed no limits, So there's nothing conservative in it. If you look at overall budgetary spending. Two thirds of it is the entitlements Medicare, Medicaid, food stamps, and other programs. That was not touched at all, and that's going up at five percent a year. So they didn't touch two thirds of the budget. The remaining third
they called discretionary spending. It's military and then a bunch more welfare programs. They took military off the budget and they raised it three percent. So mandatory spending, entitlements is going up five percent, Military is going up three percent. And what they looked at was about fifteen percent of the budget, and they didn't hold it at the levels that they used to be before they raised
them on COVID. They said, well, you know, we'll try to hold the line and only increase them by one percent a year, but based on the inflated numbers that we've gotten in place since COVID. So no, there's just nothing good about this. And in two years the conservatives, who I think mistakenly supported this, we'll look back and say, you know, I got a good wink on this one. I was tricked. So it
was a terrible bill. Well it's awful, but Senator Rampaul, I'm led a normal person like you was in the Senate and how much more can you take? Well, I fight every day and I will continue fighting, as you know, as long as I'm here. And it does help to voices up here who do continue to fight, because there's a lot of folks up here I call furniture. They're not much different. You can move them around in the room, but they sit there or they're inert, and they're not
really putting up a fight. And we do need more people up here with some fight. Well, you're not a couch. Senator Ran Paul, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And like to do it again when your book comes out, Deception, the Great COVID cover Up, and of course Anthony Fauci's at the center of this cover up. And Senator rand Paul, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show.
Thank you, Senator. Thanks Bill. All right, let's continue. The line becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand.
