Transcript

Can welcome to Floris. Monday afternoon, Price State Rets Baseball kicks off about six ten with Lance Kansas City Royals are gonna be the next victims of the Reds and they are marching for glory. Three games there than the three games in Houston, then back home. But until then, Sheriff Richard K. Jones was country when country wasn't cool. I can recall in twenty fifteen and twenty sixteen, I had some doubts whether the Trumpster could actually win the presidency.

I said he can't win, And to be honest with you, Richard K. Jones said he is gonna win. I didn't believe it at that point, so I got the big question coming up with him in twenty twenty four. Now and Sheriff Richard K. Jones, welcome again to the Bill

Cunningham Show. First, how did you assess as a law man. You've been in law enforcement now I think longer than forty years between Lebanon, William C. Dallman, deputy sheriff, sheriff, etc. So how did you assess the indictment of Donald Trump last week and the fact that it's gonna be a ragined Hey, here's how I assessed it. It's all bunch of bull and there that from now on, every president that is the past president,

they're going to indie him, they're going to investigate him. It's once it's out of the bag the genie, they'll attack presidents and past president in our country. I really worry about our country. But I'll tell you what, Donald Trump is going to win the primaries. He actually picks up every time he gets indicted. Ye, his numbers go up and the santis goes down.

It's sad in a sense. I think that's the case. I listened to Dan Abrams this morning with Mike McConnell, and some of the so called experts say there was no there there when it came to Hillary Clinton, that Hillary Clinton, that they examined it and didn't find anything. As a law man, if you want to investigate, and you want to issue subpoenas, and you want grand jury testimony, and you put everybody under oath, you're

going to find something out about any bud. And so the mainstream media is saying that basically Trump is unique in the world, that Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Mike penns did similar stuff. But it wasn't criminal. It was no big deal. Isn't it fair to say that the mainstream media is rooting for the indictment, the conviction, then the incarceration of Donald Trump. Oh, sure, they want him to go to prison. They would be okay with him dying. They do not care. But imagine if

it was somebody that didn't have the money that Trump passed. You can't defend three hundred indictments and three hundred charges in every direction, do you? How does he even stand it? And and all he wants to do is help fight for our country and that's his right. Whether you like him or you don't. Don't stop and try to choose who I get to vote for the FBI, don't get to choose the sea, don't get to choose that Garland

guy who's angry because he didn't get the Supreme Court justice appointment. That it will never adver be the same after this. They'll all be indicted, everybody. As soon as Biden's done, they'll and died him. And if he's still there, they'll and died him if he's not, And all they're going to do is fight, fight, fight Biden and his family. That's the most corrupt. And I've been doing this a while, I've never seen anything

like it. But if it wasn't for President Trump having the money and the resources to go through with all this, how does he even stand it? But don't bet me, because you will lose. He will get the endorsement

of the Republican Party in the primary. Mantis has actually went down right, And I you know, I look at the guy that's seventy seven years old, going on seventy eight years old, who has, according to the Wall Street Journal, at least five hundred pending civil lawsuits against him and his business in his family. Over five hundred lawsuits. Many are class action lawsuits. He's getting sued constantly everywhere. Now. I don't know what the legal cost

of that is, but it's millions of dollars every month. He's got. Between New York City and the Feds, almost one hundred counts of criminal charges have been filed against him, any one in which he needs to run the table. He can't lose one of them. If he loses one of them, he's going to be sent to jail. He's going to have his own wing of the prison with Secret Service protection available to him. This is absurd. You know, sheriff, he's head of state, but he's also head

of government. I watched Christiana I'm on Poor this morning talk about how common it is for a leader of a country like Benjamin Netzan, Yahoo or Berlsconi and others to be indicted, either in office or out of office. Well, America is better than that. Probably every president the last fifty years. If the next president coming up wanted to go after the previous president, there's

always something president to go after him, and launched the investigation. In twenty one, Bush forty three was asked a couple of times, are you going to go after Bill Clinton for lying under oath to a federal judge, for stashing his girlfriends all over the Department of Defense, on no show up jobs, making one hundred and fifty thousand dollars a year, on hush money paid to witnesses, on sex acts committed inside the White House, obstruction of justice,

and all that kind of stuff, and Bush forty three says, we need to move on. We gotta move this big thing now. This morning, Dan Abrams talked about the Trumpster. The Trumpster comes in in twenty seventeen, and the question ask in a pejorative way was, well, why didn't Donald Trump points special prosecutors to go after Barack Obama slash Joe Biden. And at the time, the President said, Donald Trump, we gotta move on. It's time to worry about what we're gonna do, not someone else.

But now the media is rooting and today I'm watching it. Today, I'm watching the Today Show, I've watched MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, Bright Part. It's the same stuff. Everyone is covering him to the exclusion of everything else. When's the last time you heard about the southern border, or about the budget, about the dead or about East Palestine. All these things are done. It's the damnedest thing I've seen that Donald Trump lives under the

skin of the mainstream media. Hey listen, it's destroying our country and it's go and once, like I said, the genies out of the bag, it's going to continue to destroy it. And I've never seen anything like it in my life. But I predict Trump will win the primaries. How do you attack him? If you're a Republican, you're attacking a victim. And at this point, most Republicans, whether you like him or not, feel that he is the victim of our government. That's how screwed up this whole

thing is. We got China and we got Russia, all these things happening, we got that crazy guy in North Korea, and we've got it's all are I rays of loss money and they're going after Trump every single day. But listen, Bill, they don't know how to deal with him because his numbers keep going up. Right, he's gonna. I don't see how you don't win the primary, do you? Seventy seven years old going on eighty his first four year in office. If he was reelected, he'd be eighty

years old. And this guy should be playing golf and playing with the great grandkids and not facing with tens of millions of dollars every month in new legal fees. Now, don't get me wrong, it's a good thing to pay lawyers. In fact, that's a very good thing. But they will not let him go. I'm willing to make a bet with you that at some

point they will convict him of something because there's too many charges pending. As a lawman, are you offended by the fact that state prosecutors and state police are indicting a federal US president on top of Joe Biden, the Democrats who run the Department of Justice, and they're all Democrats, want to make sure that Trump can't be reelected. They want to lock him up before the election. And even if he's locked up, you can still run for the presidency.

Listen, I'm offended. All Americans, most of them are offended this. You got to watch what you want. And when you go after one and you think you're really doing and this is great, but you're destroying this country. We should not go after past presidents. And listen, the entire time they started that I was spying on him before he even became president. They had his phones bug Then they planted that FBI, the CIA, they planted these fake a Russian clusion spent four years attacking him. How do you

believe or put up with any of this stuff. I think he's gonna he's gonna get all these indictments. He's going to get all these charges. Just think if he wasn't as strong as he was, and if he didn't have his poll numbers weren't what they were, and he didn't have the money to fight this, or he'd be in prison the rest of his life. It's all terrible. It's an injustice and and people are getting to the point where

they're almost ready to revolt. They're so tired of all this in these states, and the wokeism and the schools, and I mean, it's out of control. The comedians can't make it laugh anymore, the TV, the news, it's destroying the country. But something's gonna happen that will It'll go as far as it can. Then there'll be a tipping point. And you watch and see, you'll call me one day there'll be a tipping point. Mister McConnell was useless. Haven't heard anything since he fail down. He falls down

probably more than Joe Biden. He's right along with Schumer and the President, and he's so busy trying to get everything they want. Then you got McCarthy. He's trying to do whatever he does, and he's got the others that are controlling the other caucus. It's the Republicans can't get in lack in agree

on anything they do. The Democrats do. Before we talk about criming the streets, Sheriff Richard K. Jones, Jack Smith, the special counsel who was a Democratic hit prosecutor with the lowest learner in twenty sixteen twenty fifteen, he wanted to file criminal charges against conservative groups constantly and his wife, Jack Smith's wife. The prosecutor as a Democratic activist, what he could have done would simply do what he's doing and simply issue a written report and say,

these are my findings. Now, let the American people decide yea or nay whether you want to elect this guy. Again, none of us are going to be safer if a seventy eight seventy nine year old Donald Trump is locked up in a wing of a federal prison somewhere, we're not going to be safer. He could have said, these are the findings of the grand jury. Here's what we have located. This is what it is. Now you decide in next November. But see the Democrats couldn't do that that they want

to lock him up now. Secondly, Sheriff, we're having a terrible time wave just in the city of Cincinnati, a little bit in Hamleton County. There's over twenty thousand shots fired each year in the city of Cincinnati. Because a shot sparter, we can kind of know exactly what it is. You have five hundred to six hundred youths that are basically terrorizing the city, and which is a small percentage of young black kids, but they have disproportionate impact.

Can you tell the American people in Butler County, the two or three larger cities, what is the criminal status of the crime issue in Butler County compared to Hamilton County night and day, totally different. But we lock them up. We have space here. We have good police, good prosecutors, good judges. You go in these shopping centers, we have a little issue out of the Liberty Mall where gangs come in there and they're trying to address

it, but we go after it and we will lock you up. And look, if you go in Home Depot and Lows and these big department stores, and if you go into Tractor Supply, if you go into all these stores and all they're stealing them buying people. They ride up on bicycles and they just shot and they even they just let them walk out the door, and they sell it online. Until you start incarcerating and locking people up, it's going to continue. Bit In Butler County, we're very fortunate, and

Hamilton County not so fortunate. Cincinnati, big cities, they have nowhere to lock these people up and they know it, and the judges just turn them loose. And I wouldn't want to live there period. Well, the other thing, Lemon Lulu and I spoke to a Walgreen's female employee about this. They're instructed, do not confront shoplifters. Right now. There's individual shoplifting happening,

there's industrial strength organized crime shoplifting, and there's also employee theft. You put them all together and target a large department store now and lost about five hundred million dollars in industrial strength shoplifting, which is done at that level, and they're told do not confront them. What is your feeling about security guards and in these large department stores who are told do not confront a shoplifter, let them shop lift. What do you think about that? Listen, you

know what the security guards are there for. It's for the people that don't steal, just to keep them from stealing them. The people who have never been in trouble. They don't care about the people coming in. They have trucks parked out down the street. The guys on bikes, the girls on bikes, they come in. They load this stuff up, they sell it

like a penny on the dollar. And until you put police officers in, they're not security personnel, retired police or police officers, somebody that can arrest you and take you to jail. It's not going to stop. And it just continues. I don't care what story you go to. You wonder why your prices are upper evening, they go to Kroger stores, they go to food stores. They're not stealing food. They're stealing to sell the food for drugs and we and but in Butler County, it's still an issue in these

department stores because they will not go after him. And these people pull up on their bikes, the Heroine drag, they load their card up and they walk right out the front door. And when you go in to buy something, you're paying for that because it costs more. Yeah, they don't care. Yeah, yea. And there's some customers like Tony Bender and Boon Coust to confront shoplifting. When he sees it in the store, he goes after him. What do you do? What advice would you give the customers?

Or get angry about what's happening then when it take action? What advice would you give Tony Bender about confronting shoplifters in Boone County. Don't do it because the store will come after you. They'll prosecute you in those places. And we had the same thing happened out here at the Walmarts in Thirfield Township and the shoplifter killed one per has shot another. Just people in the store or

the security guy at the door that just checks your receipt shotting. They killed one lady and not worth a cell phone or a pack of smokes or hell. They locked it detergent up in the stores. Now, if you go to get soap, it's locked up. You can't get tied. You have to call the lady with the little key to come over and unlock it. Before they can get it. They lock up all the anything to do with it's got soap, it's got anything to do with the odor and shape and

cream. Can't even get the odor without them getting the key, and they lock it up. It's the damn I've ever seen and it's gonna get worse until our that woke society says. But I'm telling people, if you're in the store, don't mess with it. Well they'll kill you, they'll stab you, and the store will come out against you, seriff, we have about thirty seconds from meaning, well, Donald Trump on January the twentieth, twenty twenty five, be sworn in as the next president. Here's what,

doctor Dick. He will win the primary, and it's I don't know from there on what happens. I assume Biden's got his wife going out campaign because of what he cannot. He can't go out. He's a crook. He's a crooked outfit. And you have to assume his wife is in on it. And they all make money when this all breaks out, what they've done. And he's one hundred and fifty years old. Donald Trump will win the primaries. De Sammis will come in number two. All right, we'll see

what happens. Sheriff from Glenn checking in with you, and give my best to Prosecutor Jack Smith if you see him in Butler County. Give him my best. Hey, you mean Mike Moser. I mean Jack Smith, the guy prosecuting Donald Trump. Guy. Hey, I listen, I will give him my best also, Yeah, I bet you would, Sheriff, Thank you very much. See my friend God Placa. Let's continue with them more.

We scheduled to call him from Senator J. D Vance in about ten minutes at term of the Reds playing tonight in Kansas City on news radio seven hundred WLW are you a business owner? CEO? Let's continue now a Senator jd Vance live from Washington, d C. And Senator Vans, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. Senator, first of all, you've been there

now about six months. And unlike others who are politicians that go in, they go up to ladder, begin the city council, good to county commissioner, might become the congressman, then a US senator, you kind of came horizontally instead of vertically, which is a good thing. I wish more people came horizontally. Well, what has amaze you and surprised you? And calls angst in the last six some minds, you're six months into it. You

know where the bathroom is now? And what have you found surprising about the USID? You know there are a few things. I mean, first, on the good side, Willie, it's certainly possible to get things done. You know, you have colleagues on both sides of the aisle who are interested in cutting deals and making sure legislation actually moves and that, of course makes it possible for me to get things done for the people of Ohio. That's

that's really important. But the second thing, it's sort of distressingly and I think this is one of the reasons why I had, like a lot of my Republican colleagues, did not like the Kevin McCarthy Dead Ceiling deal of a couple of weeks ago, is that not enough people pay attention to the deal,

the details. So if you look at some of the top line things, for example, out of that legislation, they sound pretty good, you know, the first time we've had spinning cuts in a couple of decades, some real efforts to rain in some of the worst parts of the Biden administration. But if you look at the actual legislative text, it gives a Bide administration a ton of power to waive some of the most important provisions. So you do some good things, but then you give Joe Biden intilateral authority to

waive it. You've got to pay attention to the details. So actually, that's something I take from my private sector experience, and I think that a few more folks Capitol Hills should learn. Last night, I had a question to you and I told my caller last night, I'd ask you this question about East Palestine, and that is that you were the one senator that was

physically present. I don't think Joe Biden never showed up there. And you had this demonstration where you dropped a little rock or some object into a creek and suddenly the stuff bubbled up that looked awful. Where several months away from the incident. And my caller last night from Western Pennsylvania said, we are thoughts are being confirmed and that largely we're being ignored right now. And I talked about with Senator DeWine. I'm sorry a Governor DeWine had done with the

Ohio Health Department. So for that caller who might be listening, what is happening this afternoon, what's going to happen this week and next week? And East Palestine relative to the train derailment, well, I give a lot of credit to the Ohio Department of Health for continuing to monitor the situation there, But we have some long term issues that we're going to have to stay on

top of. The biggest concern that I have Willie, and I've got a single full time staff member who just works on This particular issue for me is that we were really worried that the long term health consequences of this thing will not become clear for many years, maybe even a decade out from the accident. If you think about the perspective of the people living in the area, they're not worried they're going to drink the water and drop dead two days later.

They're worried about what happens after ten years of exposure, and there's no way to know the answer unless you actually do the long term studying. The crazy thing that I've won willie that there is no organized in our federal government to think about massive it is a six trillion dollars a year that we spend on it. There is no organization that is able that is equipped to measure the long term health consequences of some of these exposures. So that's what I'm

most focused on. The second thing that we're really worried about is just making sure it gets cleaned up. So set it aside the long term health consequences. You've got to get toxic chemicals out of East Palestine into proper disposal facilities. I think we are close to being done with that cleanup work hopefully by the end of the month. It's taken longer than it should have done, but I think without us continuing to hammer the situation there, it may not

have gotten done at all. I watched some of the CEOs and town hall meetings that you attendant, and the Norfolk Southern CEO beat around the bush about buying out the town because many people, I can't imagine selling your home right now in East Balastine, I would imagine you can't sell it. And so as a consequence, what's happened to the promises of the railroad to make whole again those injured by this, Well, even if you can sell it,

well, you're gonna sell it for wayless. And it was worth for Norfolk Southern set off a chemical bomb in your town, right. So that's the big problem here is these folks are going to suffer economic consequences totally aside from

the health problems. For a long time, you know, we we have worked to try to ensure is that either the federal government if it has to, or certainly Norfolk Southern on the first order, should be picking up the costs for people who lose their livelihoods, lose their homes, lose their small businesses or to your point, if they want to sell their house get out of East Palestine, that Norfolk Southern will recoup the loss. They have promised

to us that they will provide resources to the people of East Palestine. And what we've learned the hard way is we're just gonna have to stay on top of them. We're gonna have to continue to talk to the people on the ground. Sometimes we talk to people and they'll tell us, look, Norfolk Sovia did exactly what they said they would do. Sometimes we talk to people

and they'll tell us Norfolk Southern have them. And so in those cases you have to keep doing the work and make sure that Norfolk SOUTHNA is keeping its promise to people. So it's case by case. Sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't, and that's how we've handled it. Have you interacted with Senator Diane Feinstein and Senator John Fetterman and are they mentally competent? You know,

John Senterman is obviously he is going to have long term health problems. My sense is that he can't communicate very well, but he can he is fundamentally mentally there. Look, I have some serious concerns about Dianne Feinstein. I think it's ridiculous what they're doing. If you look at just some of the things that she has said publicly, it's pretty clear. I think that she doesn't know what's going on, that she herself isn't totally sure what she's doing

from day to day. She very clearly has serious health problems. And look, this is not a Democratic Republican issue. To me, this is basic human compassion. And I don't think that people who are represented by Dianne Feinstein, and I don't think Finstein herself are well served by what's going on. It's it's pretty sick. About a half an hour ago ahead on Sheriff Richard K. Jones Butler County. Of course, you grew up in Butler County.

Now you live in Hamlet and County. As far as what's happening with a Donald Trump indictment, what is your take on Donald Trump? But should he have been charged and should he be the nominee of the Republican Party? What is your take on the indictment by Jack Smith, a Democratic special prosecutor against Donald Trump. Well, so I've endorsed Donald Trump willing, I'm not changing my endorsement certainly not because of this, and not because of anything else

that I've seen. So I'm firmly behind Trump. I think he's the best candidate for us to win the general election. I also think he's going to be the best president when he wins. But I would make this pitch to people who are not Donald Trump fans, whether they're conservatives or moderates or liberals. What's going on here is fundamentally a political prosecution, and this should bother

you even if you don't like the guy at the center of it. Sets aside your feelings about Donald Trump, this is about the American system of law. Two issues that I would point out here Willie why I think this is a huge mistake for the Department of Justice to go down this pathway. First of all, I don't think that Donald Trump committed a crime for the very simple reason that he has the right under Article two of the US Constitution to

control the documents of the executive branch. That's all he did. We're talking about whether he misplaced papers, whether he stole papers. And my contention is, as the president of the United States, if he doesn't control the papers of his ocean and the bureaucracy does. We don't have a real president, we have a functionary and because the Constitution gives that authority to the president, he fundamentally should not have been prosecuted. But set that to the side.

Say you disagree with my constitutional view here, and you think that Donald Trump committed a crime. I don't think that he did. But say you did. If you only prosecute the Republicans who mishandle classified information, and you don't go go after Joe Biden, and you don't go aftri Hillary Clinton, if you don't go after the number of Bill Clinton and many Democrats who did this, you do not have equal justice under law. You have politics masquerading as

justice. And that's exactly what we have in this case. In a matter of Navy versus Egan, nineteen eighty eight Supreme Court case, Justice Harry Blackman wrote that, quote, the president's ability to classify or declassify and control access

to national security information flows from the constitution itself. He decides, he alone decides, quote unquote, doesn't that mean that if the president while he was the president, and he says he did declassify all the documents that went to Marrow Lago, there is no crime That's exactly what I think, Willie. And here's the thing what people have pushed back on. So the pushback you will hear from the left is they allegedly have an audio recording of Trump's saying

I could have declassified, but I didn't. Well, first of all, let's pump the brakes here. I've heard a lot of selective leaks from the Justice Department the last few years that have not proven out to be true. So don't take their word of faith value. But what Trump said in twenty one or twenty two about his declassification doesn't matter. Even if he said that, fundamentally is not the issue. The question is what did Trump do as

president. We know as president he put these documents in boxes, he made the move to take them tomorrow lago, he clearly treated them as declassified documents, and his personal effects, his actions as president matter of hell a lot more than his words as the former president. I believe he declassified those documents. I believe it's the only reasonable interpretation. And because of that, this

prosecution is a sham. And because they are unanimous United States Supreme Court decision said exactly the same thing, You can't have a bureaucrat determining in the bowels of the Archives Office what is and what is not national security matter. The President decided it. It's over now. Lastly, the d go ahead, Go ahead. Senator, Well, this is is such an important point,

Willie, that I want to build upon it. They just take one issue where even the New York Times is sort of on the side of Donald Trump. We know that he made certain decisions commander in chief, where the generals, Mark Million particular, undercut his decisions. Now ask yourself the question the documentation of those decisions. It's fundamentally something we want the President of the United

States to control, not the bureaucrats. If the bureaucrats can undercut the president and men control the documentation that shows what they did, we do not have a president. We have a symbol at the head of our government controlled by the deep state. This cannot stand, Willie. It's fundamentally weakened. The people's elected president, Democrat or Republican. The president has to make these decisions, not the bureaucracy. Senator vans Ukraine, You've been strong on this subject

matter this morning. According to Zelinsky, that the counter offensive has begun. Of course, the southern part of Ukraine is now completely flooded. At some point soon I would imagine the nuclear power plants will be exposed. There's hundreds of thousands that are dead, and I want Russia to lose. I think Vladimir and Putin is a mass murderer, he's an extortionist, he's a killer.

He's gonna rust for eternity in the bows of hell. But on the other hand, can you tell the American people, what is our interest in the Ukraine if it would spark World War three? Well, we have no interest to it would spark World War three? World War three is preventing it as much more important than any interest we have in the Ukraine. It's that simple, Willie, and that can't be repeated enough. Look, I root for the Ukrainians too. I think there are obviously an admirable and heroic people.

But the Ukrainian people is fundamentally a separate question from what we should be doing in this regional conflict. What we don't talk abou about, Willie, is the risk of nuclear war. Good point, Yes, the risk of this spiraling into a broader regional conflict. Look at food and fuel prices in Europe. Look at the fact that some of our friendliest governments, in places like Poland and Hungry, important allies of the unit U States, their governments

are being destabilized because of the inflation caused by this war. We're not talking about the refugee crisis, the hundreds of thousands of innocent people that have been killed, the millions that have been displaced. The national interests of the United States is to turn all of that off and depress for peace with all of the diplomatic power that we have. It's the great failure of the Biden administration. I hate to say it way too many Republicans that instead of pushing for

peace, we have constantly pushed for escalation. If we keep on escalating, this is going to become World War three. It's a disaster waiting to happen. And the more that we stay away from the path of peace, the more we endanger the future of this planet for our children and grandchildren. Zelinski says he needs a trillion dollars to rebuild Ukraine. Is the American taxpayer going

to pay that? Well, Willie sure as hell hoped on, because I think if I'm going to spend a million dollars, then I'd rather spend it on things like a border wall, on solving the fitting All crisis, on ensuring a good education for the children of American citizens, and on so many other priorities. Our country comes first, and I think it's kind of thick that our leaders can't acknowledge that basic fact. Well, we have to run. But Senator JD. Vans, I'm glad you kept the common touch there

in Washington. I would note we haven't touched on transgender rights for little boys and girls being indoctrinated with sexual issues when they're seven, eight, nine years old. I know your view on that, but but nonetheless, there's also shocking allegations that it appears there's more to come to light soon on the Jeffrey Epstein matter, which God knows the big time the Grand Pooba is involved in

Jeffrey Epstein on Lolita Island. I can't imagine when that comes out. Goes right now on one of the JP Morgan companies are going to pay almost three hundred million dollars to settle the Jeffrey Epstein accusers loss so the names can never

become public. Three hundred million dollars, And I understand some of the big names mentioned include Bill Gates, etc. And it's disgusting that we have this stuff going on, and in the Land of Freedom, an opportunity we can find out whether the Clintons are involved directly or indirectly, or Bill Gates or god knows who else. So maybe down the road we can find out. But right now this is settlement announced of almost three hundred million dollars on condition

the accusers remain quiet. What's your view on that one. Well, look, it's crazy, and we know without a shadow of doubt. I mean, it's admitted. It's a public record that Bill Clinton was on the famous Epstein Island, And look, we don't know what happened there, but we know that sometimes there were some sexual assaults of children going on their actual pedophilia.

Yeah, so let's sort of step back and appreciate that we don't know what our former president was doing on an island where children were sexually exploited. The fact that is one of the most important stories in the country makes me realize we have a very corrupt media. But we need to get to the bottom of this. It's crazy, it's disgusting, and unfortunately Willie way too many of our leaders appear caught up in it, and we care a lot

about the papers, pieces of paper and Marlago. That's the big story. I mean, every day, day after day. Senator jd Vance, You're a great American, and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Senator, thank you. Well, God bless you, God bless America. Har let's continue with more if a line becomes available. Five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand. My comments are next all A news radio seven hundred WLW three, iHeart Radio Music Festival,

Text the Nation, white keyword Vegas to two hundred two hundred. You get a confirmation text and info standard data and messtrates apply at the station white contest and that's Vegas to two hundred and two hundred. I'm like a good woman bag and I'm like a good woman steal. I'll make an old woman luss and I'm make a young girl. I want to be up yo yo. But I'm bad, a bo bad of bold. Yes, i am

bad at the bone. I want to think again. Senator jd Vance met him about about a year ago when he was running for the US Senate seat. I thought there were many pretty good candidates running and I thought the guy who would uh not change the most once he got to Washington would have been jad Vance. And I think after six months the early returns are very,

very very good for Senator jd. Vance. So many issues, so little time I touched on this with the Senator, And that is the JP Morgan has agreed to pay almost three hundred million dollars to settle dozens and dozens of claims by the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and others on the rapes of them that took place while they were a teenage girl, and also several other crimes being

committed, including kidnapping, things of that character. I think next to murder, most of us can agree that the rape of a child is among the most serious offenses anyone could ever make, anyone could ever do. It's awful, terrible, and this was ritualistically done by Jeffrey Epstein. And whether they

were Republicans or Democrats or independence, I don't care what they were. These men abused these girls for personal benefit, and the girls were paid also through Jeffrey Epstein and jess Lane Maxwell, directly or indirectly, and the truth has never come out. In fact, it appears now it will not JP Morgan, which was the clearing house for many of the payments of moneys to the girls, while Jeffrey Epstein was free as agreed to pay almost two hundred ninety

million dollars is the number. But there's a special master appointment that will over the next two years evaluate all the claims, then get releases from the victims. And that means the girls will have to sign documents to the effect that in exchange, I would think for millions of dollars, they will not disclose

privately or publicly the number of men they had sex with. It is well known that Bill Clinton was a philanderer of great note, and that he frequently went on trips with Jeffrey Epstein to Lolita Island, often in his Manhattan flat. And it's amazing to me how someone like Donald Trump President Donald Trump, may I learn underline the word may have mishandled pieces of paper, and he's facing a thirty seven count indictment carrying up to four hundred years in jail for

mishandling pieces of paper that at this point are completely irrelevant. Of course, the media wants to make it like the second coming of the massacre of the Pulse nightclub, which was awful, and now that they want to make this terrible event, But there's no media curiosity about whether the Democrats or Republicans, business leaders or otherwise that took advantage of these teenage girls in a ritualistic fashion for years. It's like, and no big deal, Let's move on.

It's unbelievable to me that this is somehow permitted and we're not going to find out who did what, when, where and why. But I do see Bill Clinton almost everywhere representing America. Joe Biden uses him as like an ambassador without portfolio. Whenever there's a Democratic national convention, you got Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton kind of representing the best of the Democrat Party. No issues, there, no problem. He speaks at every convention. And Hillary Clinton obviously

committed numerous crimes. When you destroyed thirty thousand emails that contain, according to James Comey, a Democrat who headed up the FBI, the most profound secrets the nation and has and Carlos Danger, which was the nickname so to speak of Anthony Weener also had access to these emails, and about twenty four thousand were destroyed. Another thirty thousand were not. And no reasonable prosecutor whatever bring

charges against Hillary Clinton, is what James Comey said. Well give that, give the whole Clinton clan a complete Texas El Paso for pedophialism, rape, destruction of documents. And these are the representatives of the Democrat Party. In fact, Hillary Clinton every spring gives commencement addresses at Radcliffe and elsewhere, and every time she shows up, thousands arise at their feet and just applaud. This is great that Clintons are here. Yet when it comes to Donald Trump,

there's no crime that he cannot be charged with. And as I pointed out with the senator nineteen eighty eight US Supreme Court case, which is what about thirty five years ago, Harry Blackman, who will live in infamy he was the author of roe versus. Wade, wrote in a nine zip ruling that the president, and the president alone decides what is classified and what is not classified. If he makes a mistake in that regard, well that's between

him and the voters. According to Justice Blackman quote and I'll read the direct line that's relevant. The president's ability to classify, slash, declassify, and otherwise control access to national security information flows from the Constitution itself. He decides, he alone decides, quote unquote, And how many times have you seen comments of President Trump that everything he took tomorrow lago he declassified. If that's

the case, absolutely, there's no crime. Espionage doesn't apply. And the Presidential Records Act is not a criminal statute, it is a civil proceeding. Unbelievable, but you would have thought that Jack the Ripper was sitting in the White House for four years. And of course in New York State, they changed the law while Trump was president, so Jeane Carroll could sue him in a large thirty five years ago. He may have raped me in the dressing

room of a department store. I can't give you the place to time, I can't give you the date, I can't give you the year it happened. But the law changed so I could sue Donald Trump. Then he gets hit with a judgment of five million dollars. It goes on and on, it never stops. I had somebody asked me at lunch yesterday, well, when he becomes the president again, he can pardon himself. Well, he

probably could, from federal violations, not state violations. He's under a multi coount indictment on a New York State through New York City on felonies committed relative to violating federal campaign finance that the City of New York's had no ability to prosecute. But nonetheless that's what they're trying to do. And a federal United States president has no impact to pardon violations of state law. And in the state of Georgia, Fulton County City, Atlanta, Fanny willis the prosecutor there.

That's the Melissa Powers of Fulton County allegedly is going to charge him with all kinds of violations in the state of Georgia. So the president can do what the president wants to do. However, relative to a pardon of federal crimes, he can't touch the state laws in New York or Georgia. So I would anticipate then that maybe Mike Moser there might be Republican prosecutors when Joe Biden leaves office. I want to indict Joe Biden for god knows number of

criminal offenses committed through their state. They now can do it because the glass top has been broken. Many presidents have left office under a cloud of criminal suspicions and no one has stepped over the rubicon and said, Okay, it's time to a prosecute a former president. It's never happened before until Trump. Now everything happens Bush Bush forty one obviously could have gone after Ronald Reagan for a ron contra that didn't happen. In twenty one. When Bush forty three

become became the president, obviously stature limitation hadn't run on Bill Clinton. He could have filed criminal charge and he said no. And when Trump took office in twenty seventeen, there were some discussion about filing criminal charges against Barack Obama slash Joe Biden. Trump said no, we got more important things to worry

about. Not gonna do it. This is the first time Joe Biden, Democrat, first time ever, has weaponized the Department of Justice to go after a former president who just happens to be the leading party, the Republican Party, the best nominee in twenty twenty four. He wants to take him out so he can run more or less unopposed again. And it's unbelievable. And the media is all on the side, of course of the Democrats. They don't raise these issues. You have to listen to Mark Levin and myself,

Laura Ingram, and it used to be Tucko Carlson. He's got a cease and assist letter landing to his lap on Saturday to quit going on Twitter pay to play because Fox News is continuing to pay out his contract, which expires in twenty twenty five. Tucker is making about thirty million dollars a year on condition that he not appear in the media, and he's getting paid. You know, it's kind of sad that his voice has been quiet, but it is. But the great bulk of the media. I've seen it on ABC.

They're following the Trumpster from New Jersey. Who's with him, who's not with him? And how's that going to work out? And it goes on and on and on and never stops. When he lands in two or three hours in Florida, we're gonna hear all about that then tomorrow at three o'clock. As the arrangement, we're going to be following the Trumpster wherever he shows up, at whatever point. And this is all about paperwork that may the whole case may fall apart at some point, nonetheless, but they'll do their

damnness to make sure that Trump is convicted. Their goal is to keep this thing pending without a trial until November of next year goes. If there is a trial and the jury finds him not guilty, he's the next president. Amazing. Of course, if you find him guilty, he's still going to run. He said he will for president, and legally he can. And many say, including maybe even Richard K. Jones, the sheriff of Butler County, that the Trumpster cannot win if he's under an indictment or secondly he's

been convicted. Then the trial in New York City is scheduled to begin in March of next year, which is a bunch of bs there, because you have the local prosecutor wanting to enforce federal campaign violations. Are you kidding me? He has no jur urisdiction to do that. They just want to keep everything pending through next year's election to make sure Joe Biden is re elected. I don't know who's mentally more mentally incompetent, Joe Biden, Senator Diane Feinstein,

or Senator John Fetterman. Which of those three are more mentally incompetent. It's an incredible thing we're dealing with in this country, and the media will stop tomorrow. That's all they cover. Trump Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump Trump. That's all they cover, which is Donald Trump. And he's the poor guys like seventy seven years old is first full year in office.

If he's reelected, he'll be eighty years old. It's being sued hundreds of times, and the legal fees have got to be millions and millions of dollars every month. They want to bleed him dry. We'll take a while to bleed him dry, but they're trying to bleed him dry financially as he's more serious. Charges JP Morgan to pay two hundred and ninety million dollars the victims of Jeffrey Epstein to keep those names quiet so that doesn't get into the media.

Just speculation, and that's it was Prince Andrew involved. Donald Trump's name has surfaced, although not greatly. He goes out, would that'd be a shocker. But Bill Clinton, of course, and dozens and dozens of other rich guys that Jeffrey Epstein ran around with. Incredible let's continue coming up after two o'clock today. Of course, there's no justice on the Supreme Court. Pleas received more condemnation from the critics and the sayers and the sussayers, and perhaps the greatest justice on the US Supreme

Courts, Clarence Thomas. I've had the honor a couple of times having him on the air with me many years ago, and I think largely now he might be hunkering down a bit because of what's happening in the mainstream media. And there should be libraries named after him, schools named after him. Bridge is named after him, and it's not going to happen because of the way the mainstream media has treated him. I call myself the voice of the common

man. To a large extent, Justice Clarence Thomas is the People's Justice. And to confirm that a great judge in his own right, judge a mule the par is written a book, The People's Justice, Clarence Thomas and the Constitutional Stories that define him and Judge the par welcome, I think for the first time to the Bill Cunningham Show. And first of all, Judge, I would note that you've served many years as a judge, for about about

fourteen or fifteen years District Court judge. You're on the sixth Circuit US Court of Appeals. Before that, you were a US attorney. You've been a member of the Federalist Society. You were one of the six judges interviewed by Donald Trump in twenty seventeen to take the seat you meet eventually going to Brett Kevinall and you're one of the brilliant judges in America on the Circuit Court of Appeals. But to get this thing started, why did you pick Clarence Thomas

as a person to write this book? In my left hand, which is fabulous I rot it the last two or three days over the weekend. Can you tell me why you picked him a subject matter? Yeah, that's a great question, Bill. Thank you very much for having me on. And what an introduction. I'm going to have to have my wife and kids listening that they won't believe it, but I really appreciate the introduction. So the reason I picked Clarence Thomas. Let me take a step back. I'm the

child of immigrants. My dad came over here with five bucks in a one way ticket and had to figure out how to make a living for himself, go to school, and eventually raise a family. So whenever I complained, he said the same thing to me, this is the greatest country in the world. If you can't accomplish it here, there's no where you can accomplish

it. So he would not accept any sort of whining or failure. Justice Thomas's grandfather was very similar in that he would say whenever Justice Thomas complained, then a young Clarence Thomas Hislor, who raised him, said, old man can't is dead. You know how I know, I helped bury him. And it's that type of mentality that we both grew up in and what I wanted to know and what I started to study, is I was an originalist. I became an originalist because originalism is the only way to honor the will

of the people. And Justice Thomas, now that Justice Klias sadly passed, is perhaps the ultimate originalist. And so what I wanted to know is what's behind it, what's behind originalism? And I didn't want to tell people that. What I wanted to do is tell people the stories of the cases and let people decide for themselves. Its originalism and us this Thomas's originalism in particular, is better or worse for the country. And as the publisher says in

the jacket, even the critics may be surprised by their answer. What surprised me so much, as you pointed out in the intro, is that we often juer the critics, but they rarely let you read Justice Thomas's words. In other words, when you hear the criticism, you don't see his words. They paraphrase, they take out of context. What I wanted to do is tell the reader. I assumed all of my readers would be intelligent people. I wanted to give them the stories and let them decide for themselves.

So I picked twelve cases from the Supreme Court. I interviewed the participants in the cases. I interviewed the lawyers, I interviewed the plainists, and they're the real heroes. Justice Thomas is the protagonist of originalism. As you see, we as judges are merely trying to discern the meaning of the people would passed the law and how it impacts people. And it shouldn't surprise people that when we do that, we honor the American people's will, and by doing

so, we often find it protects the little guy from the government. After all, the Constitution of a contract with the government signed the American people gave

up certain things in exchange for a limited federal government. Yeah. And I had a dinner with maybe one of the mentors of Clarence Thomas, not being into len Scalia and a little Italian restaurant in Toledo, Ohio, where you spend time as a kid, and I went to law school in Toledo, and we have a great radio station and Toledo that listens to me every day. And I'm having a dinner with him. There were four or five of us there at a table, and after a dessert he would reminisce about cases.

He spoke glowingly of Clarence Thomas, and he said, many times it comes down to two words. And I said two words. He said, no matter what the issue might be, if it's constitutional, it's two words. And everyone's leaning forward to Scalia. And he looked with those eyes at his and said, who decides? And I said, Justice, what do you mean? Who decides? He said, do we decide nine old men and women in Washington, DC? Or do the people decide under the ninth

and tenth Amendment? He said, too many times activist judges say I'll decide and take away the Constitution, take away the constitutional Republic, take away the Congress. And so when you say who decides, isn't that the heart and soul of federalism. Yes, that's exactly the heart and soul. And what

Justice Thomas or Justice Scalia have this great say? He said, I'd rather have nine people randomly chosen out of the phone book decide the ultimate issues of today than the nine judges in this building, meaning the nine justices of the Supreme Court. And its point, he trusts the American people. Originalism and textualism is about trusting the American people, and you see that in this book. But what else you see in the People's Justice and Justice Thomas is the

People's justice is that he truly is. And you'll get to go through the stories. One of the stories I'm sure you saw is about Warwick Dunne. Yes, that's Dunn, who I'm sure your listeners know, was a superstar football player in the NFL, one of very few running backs with over ten thousand yards. He was five eight with a heart of goals. What people don't know is his story at eighteen years old is the oldest of six children.

His mom was brutally murdered. She was a police officer, just take money to raise a family and get them a house and a single mother and she was brutally murdered. And chapter, the chapter called about Brumfield called the picture traces the stories of the killer constantly challenged his conviction, and Wark Done picking up the pieces, and it culminates where they meet in prison, where

Worth Done goes to see his mom's killer. Yes, and it's just it's it's heart wrenching, and you and I know Justice Thomas cares passionately about people. In fact, no great in one of them. She said, he's a man who cares deeply about the Court as an institution, about the people who worked there, about the people, what role, what role judged the

part? Do you believe that the race of Clarence Thomas has and the vicious criticisms and the fact that mainstream media would never do a positive piece about Clarence Thomas or his wife Jenny, But do you think race plays a large factor? And the and the bovine schatology thrown at Justice Thomas. You know, I don't know what goes into his critics mind, but you're you're putting your finger or on something because they've called him the cruelest justice, stupid and uncle

Tom and a traitor to his race. And if you don't believe me in the book, I have an endnot including all the criticisms because when you read them, your skin will crawl. You won't believe they're saying this about him. One thing, then you read the book. To me, he will never get a fair shake in the mainstream meat because it doesn't fit. And if there's more and more black conservatives out there who are originalist and think through

difficulties from through the prism of a Thomas or a Scalia. If more and more judges and Americans do that, then liberalism is in more trouble than it should be. I would ask you, as Justice, Thomas's identity as a black conservative made a difference in your life because you're one, I think, the second Indian American to be on the United States Court of Appeals. I look at the way some Court of Appeals justices have been traded in standford law,

which is disgusting. But how has his identity affected you? Judge? You know it's given me. It's empowered me to have the courage to always do the right thing, and that's an important trait. I think it's it's a little easier. I mean, people give us a lot of credit when

we have courage. It's a little easier for us to have courage than the litiganst when you read this book and you read about Otis McDonald who brought a case because he needed a gun to protect himself, a black American in inner city Chicago, asking a veteran asking to have a gun and getting you know, most people that stand up for rights or heroes, he was ridiculed. Talk about courage. So it's a little easier for us to have courage when

there's litigants like that. And that's one thing Justice Thomas realized. And the other thing critics don't tell you if he has, as you just said, a black conservative voice. It rings through in this book. In The People's Justice, it talks about his black conservative voice, and I think people will be shocked. And it's his words, not mine, that are in the

book. I quote them, and his words so strong. When he talks about historically black colleges and I'm quoting him, he says, it never ceases to amaze me that the courts are so willing to assume anything that is predominantly black must be inferior. Right, I mean, think about that now. And here they're calling him an Uncle Tom, and he's saying, stop assuming we're stupid because we're black, Stop assuming we need anyone else. We can

accomplish all we want to accomplish in the greatest country in the world. And he did it. But can you talk about a one way ticket? A one way ticket for your dad from India was a motivating factor. There's no way back. Can you tell the American people give us a couple of minutes on the upbringing of Clarence Thomas and why he's not some elitist now. He grew up I talked about it. He grew up on a dirt floor in a one room shack. His mom was making ten dollars every two weeks.

She couldn't raise him and his brother, so she dropped him off lovingly with their grandfather, who raised him with a ruler and sent them spent all his money, saved all his money to send them to Catholic schools because he knew, as Frederick Douglas said, that education means emancipation, and so he understood that, and he justice Thomas Sundays didn't get three meals, and yet his grandfather did everything in his power to raise him, send him to Catholic schools,

and give him a chance to succeed, just like my dad made a conscious decision when he came here and raised his kids here. My parents said, we are going to teach you English first, even though it's not our first language, because we want you to be on equal footing and be able to succeed in this the greatest country in the world. And think about it. I've met with multiple presidents, I've been appointed three times to the US attorney, to the district Court and to the Circuit Court. As a child

of immigrants, my parents went through a naturalization. What other country in the world could that be accomplishing. What other country could a kid from a dirt poor growing up in a shack in Georgia rise all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States. He's attacked constantly, yet anyone that knows him knows he has this loving and warm personality, Justice Friar Justice, So to my art, they talk about repeatedly what a kind and gentle man he is.

And you know, one of the sickest things, Judge the par is the fact that Clarence Thomas is often accused of betraying his race. That is, if you're black, you have to act, pretend to be in a certain way, have political viewpoints of a certain type, rule in a certain way, because obviously, according to the liberals and those angry at Justice Thomas,

being black means you must have a leg up constantly. And he would find that awfully objectionable, that he's betraying his race and why he's attacked as an uncle Tom, do you think Justice Thomas at this point, after thirty two years on the US Supreme Court would takes those criticisms to heart and is angry about them. I know it well. I know he would argue against

it constantly. But you think it hurts him that because you're black or an Indian or a white you have to think and behave and rule in a certain way. How offensive would you find that, as an Indian American that is a person of color judged apart, there's something that you have to do and rule a certain way because of the color of your skin. I mean, I think we all find it offensive to say we have to think a certain way. I know, if you tell your own kids they have to think

a certain way, they find it offensive. And Justice Tom has said himself that he will assert, and I'm quoting from the book, my right to think for myself, to refuse to have my ideas assigned to me as though I was an intellectual slave because I am black. To state that I am a man free to think for myself and do as I please, And to assert that I am a judge and I will not be consigned to the unquestioned opinions of others. And the People's Justice talks about that. He responds to

that while he may be hurt by the criticisms, I don't know. I haven't asked him. I know he will never let them affect him because he takes his oath to the Constitution so seriously and in the People's Justice. You see that firsthand in his own words. You see it through the party's eyes. You see what it means to the women trying to challenge Bill Cosby having

Justice Thomas on their side. How many times do you see that reported now was full on saying it that he was saying, though it shouldn't be that the law stops the victims of Bill Cosby from challenging his lies about them. Well, you've taken choice. Yeah, he is what a judge should be,

has been, could be, and it's amazing. I'm waiting for a positive piece on sixty minutes on some other national program, maybe the New York Times or Washington Post, to a positive piece in my in his thirty two years on the bench, in my forty years in talk radio, I've never

read a positive mainstream media piece about the upbringing of Clarence Thomas. His brilliance, his ability to turn a phrase, the fact that he's originalist, the fact that he believes in the Constitution, the fact that he's known and respected by those around the US Supreme Court, that the fact that he's been cleared of ethical violations repeatedly by the US Judicial Conference that has never reported they were report lies into storaces, but never the truth. Judge the part. We

could spend all day on this. But how did the American people get a copy of This book comes out nationally on the twentieth of this month, June. But how did the American people get an early copy? Yeah, I go to Amazon right now order it. We have a Twitter page they just put up at ct const Stories. You can find it on Twitter. We'll have all the reviews there. They'll have all the blurbs there. But you

can order it right now on Amazon. Hopefully you'll leave me a review and Bill I'll come back and maybe your readers can send you some questions after they've read the book, and I'd be happy to answer those questions. You can pose them to me, or we can do it however you'd like. You were the first radio show I got to do, the first piece of press I got to do. I'm honored to do it. I wanted to do it in my home city, and you made it possibility. So thank you

and God bless you for doing it well. You got an appointment in about two months, Judge Mule the par and Uh, you've led a brilliant life yourself. And because of the journey and because of the things that you've gone through in your life and your family's gone through, I know that gives you insight into the soul of Clarence Thomas. At the end of his days, he will rest in heaven next to God Almighty. He's a great justice. Clarence Thomas and Judge the par once again, thank you for coming on the

Bill Cunningham Show and doing me the honor of your first interview. Thank you, thank you very much. God bless you. All Right, let's continue with more. Bill Cunningham on seven hundred WLW. Hey friends, I just got my new Kroger wireless phone and it's awesome. Plus it's saving me. Thank you. A good pitcher, he goes tonight, he's like eight and two against the Reds in his career. That about the missile coming out of the bullpen tonight, and what about some of the bring him back, bring

him back? What about the missile bring the missile. I don't think Todd Frazier, you said bringing back. I'd rather have Alexis DS. But Johnny Quato is he's still around bringing back back. I don't know Jay Bruce, Jay Bruce, bring him back? Lost one hundred games last year. Now there, Maybe they're thirty one and thirty five last year, Willie, they were after this year after sixty six games last year twenty three and forty three games, eight games better. Well, I don't know what to say.

Thank god they're in this division. If they were playing the Landing Braves there, they'd be done the un and done. Kansas City stinks. They got to get three out of Kansas City. We got to go. They can't. They can't. They get they can't. It's it's it's it's a sweep. Used what he said? Right? How about Houston after that? Now, let's see how good Houston is to confront the Reds. Always go when it's always good, when we win, say give us some sports please.

We'll leave the student reporters a proud service of our local Tame Star heating and air conditioning dealers, tame Star quality. Who could feel in beautiful Milford, the home of one main gallery called Baker heating at five one three, eight, three, one fifty one twenty four. Who's going Weaver against Zach Zach Rank? Correct, that's not good and the the uh. The Royals are eighteen and forty seven on the year, second worst record in all of baseball.

Why would Zach Rank to play for the Royals? Well, he went, he went for the big money they signed him. They are nine and twenty three at home, and they've lost sixth straight. And of course they feature the former red the Cuban missile a rolled Us Chapman. It's grind candy good this year? Is he? Uh? I think I believe he's eight and two against career wise against Cincinnata, but he had ball clubs behind him before. He's one and two this year. A fishlow that they throw.

They throw a guy tomorrow, Jordan Lyles, he's oh and ten for the Royals. Tomorrow got beat him up, to beat him up like kind of like Connor mcgregors took down like like they hate mascot Bernie. Let's see six ten with Sports Talk and Lance. Seven ten, you create Inside Pitch Kelsey Chevrolet Extra Inning show after the game. Hopefully it'll be nice and late with an easy reds kind of like the seventy two footer made by the Canadian Oh about that? Do you see that? Rock? Oh? Canadian Open?

Canadian Open fourth playoff hole Taylor? Nick Taylor could become the next Canadian Prime minister today. Seventy two foot or to win seventy fourth playoff hole. Bing. So the other guys like I got the thing, Mummy, here we go. What Tommy Fleet was? What about twelve feet away with almost the exact same putt for Bertie for the second on the second playoff hole. It was going right for the cup, it turned a little left. Now he's looking at it, going all right, we're gonna go this way, it's

gonna go in. No, Nick Taylor stands seventy two feet away, right in the cup. Cookie. Speaking of golf, I made my triumphant return to the golf course today, first time in nine years the video Did you go to the friendly Confines? You went to Weatherington? Yeah, we stepped it up a notch from that slumming it over there a casec you know what, went to a real golf course, a challenging golf course. So you're gonna be here tomorrow. Rock do you want to challenge me on the cono

go picking up a golf club in nine years? I didn't hit too bad as a father, you got no time. It's just zero none. But I was out there on a headline an event by tender Mercy's, a great organization helps the homeless in downtown Cincinnati. Want to figure Thank Russell and Deanna. Those folks at tender Mercies had a great event. Lots of movers and shakers out there. You hit them straight somewhat. How many holes did you play? I only played like three. You can't play three holes in golf.

You gotta play nine or eight, way too many. If golf was like seven holes, I could not ever do it. Jack Nicholas said, if he had to do it all over again, a golf course would have twelve holes the front, the back, three you know, six on the front, six on the back. Eighteen started because in Saint Andrew's they had

room for eighteen holes. If they had room for twelve holes, all the golf would have been twelve holes, which would take two and a half hours to play, which is a good time and a lot less cost, a lot less land taken off everything. Yeah, everything, Jack Nicholas said, twelve holes makes sense. Now that would be impossible. Just can't do it. Thank your reaction. Maybe l I veal change that liv the billionaire they spend the money they call the shots. I knew it was expensive to sue.

The PGA tour thus far has spent over fifty million dollars in legal fees. They were looking at a bill of two hundred and fifty million or more plus if they lost billions of dollars in damages. So now the Saudis come and say, I'll tell you what, Yeah, maybe the guys are Republican. We can make that go away. And all again with a telephone call from a guy named Done to the guy that runs to Live and they met a couple of times and by the time they got the deal on a piece

of paper that then go to Monahan. They go to the guy. He says, wow, they're looking at spending two hundred and fifty million and if they lost billions of dollars in damages. They said, let's make a deal. We are Republicans, and they struck the deal with the Live Saldi's are going to pay all the expenses and says say because they can, and you know, they just gave up a million barrels of oil a day, which is seventy million a day, which is two billion a year a month.

They just said, to hell with two billion a month, we'll be all right. Yeah. If not, the well still runs tomorrow seventy seventy five million. And you might recall the Donald lost the anti trust. I mean, I'm sorry, the NFL lost to the Donald, and they and the jury gave him damages of one dollar that was troubled the three dollars. But if they would have found in favor of Live that this is an anti competitive etc. The cost to the PGA tour might have been billions of dollars,

would have filed bankruptcy and shut down the tour. So you're looking into one hand, risks financial run. On the other hand, embarrassment Jack, big Jack. We're talking you the Doe Ray and the me and the green salad, salad of salvation. That's why the deal deal was struck. And the Live now gets into the golf. They got the tennis, they got the motorsports, they got soccer. Then a part of the Live. I feel like I saw this on a video. Don't they encourage in like cheering and

yelling and all that sort of stuff. It's not like the short shorts and shorts and fifty four holes. So you get a day off, extra day off every week. They have private jets to fly these guys. There's no winning in line at TSA. Get on one of the Saudi Arabian jets. Here we go, and you get paid ten times what you're making on the PGA Tour. And that doesn't even include valplexly prize money. Prize money is

on top of that's on top. Yeah. Well, like Haron Varner, who won a tournament, had wanted his entire career four million dollars on the PGA Tour. After ten years, he totaled four million. He wins that tournament. With the entry fees he received, got thirty million dollars for one tournament instead of four million. Can't turn it down? What do you do? You can't turn that down. Flight for the New Jersey Generals if they don't, right, that's what they want salary. Dave Lapham left the Bengals

to go do the world of Tronald Trump. Congress that'll say it's maybe maybe you take the pebbles rock and make them golfers get him a seven hours and asked what will He said the other day the boyman brothers out there. There's nothing I can do to help him on golf. Nothing. I can't coach him. I can't do anything. So there's somebody else in this room that might be able to help him, a good sponsor to quit this radio thing and not know what's happened. What is your fee for coach? Maybe coach?

Maybe coach Willie help him out the pebbles? Well, I got my own crops. What's on the big show coming up? So? Um, right out of the gate, we have a guy by the name of Joe, a master stereo. He is a president of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy and America. That guy, that's right, he's a good guy, great West Side guy. So you remember about a year ago the uh what was it called the Capital Capital teen Wolf the Eden Park statue Romulus and

Remus members stolen. Yeah, um, well they seven found out where where it is. But this group paid for a new statue to be made in Italy. The statue is now done and apparently he's gonna give us an update on the way back over here to be reput out in and they got the original one. The original they because there's like it's a fairly famous statue, and there's hundreds of Africas around the world, so there's plaster molds of this that are still out there, old ones, and they use the same one.

You're gonna put it right back on the same spot. Well, I don't I actually I don't know. Again, I don't know that. But Joe's gonna tell us Reten. You're a Target department store. Watch how much how much money flows out of there every day? People shoplifting. It's terrible. What didn't you say it was two hundred thousand a year. Somebody says five million. Target has lost first store first, Yes, five hundred million

overall. Rock Thank You segment in honor of Rocky Boyman's golf swing get us out of the Stewart Report, William honor of Nick Taylor sinking that put on the fourth playoff hole in the Rock learned something about for the Canadian Open yesterday in his golf game. Trump arrives in Florida. This will be like the the White Bronco OJ there's the media is going nuts, got their hay,

got their hands salivating. We leave you with the immortal words of the student support was of a wolf statue feeding Romulus and dreems right, and so it was kind of it had teeths. We're gonna get tanyas comments and maybe she can keep him out of the gutter. At this time, one had tea teats tee, what do you mean tea tea teats like? Oh, like breasts the pumpkins pumpkins for the wall on the wharf seven hundred. W Welcome

you boy. This September, our iHeartRadio Music Festival is coming back to Las Vegas.
