Seventy. You beat the Reds in the World Series. They're going to show
up tonight that the Reds are back on the West Coast and more. But last night I had the occasion of watching News Nation with Chris Cuomo, and I saw something for about ten minutes that I'm going to remember for years, not for the rest of my life, and that is that Sheryl Sandberg, former Chief Operating officer of Facebook, has done something that will stand the test of time for those who claim October seventh never happened or there were terrible events.
She put together documentary Screams Before Silence, as far as the numbers, hundreds of Jewish men, women and girls and boys and children sexually rape, sexually mutilated, tortured, and the same thing has happened before with those who have taken documentaries of the Holocaust. To make sure that those in the future know exactly what was happened. And Chris Cuomo of News Nation, welcome again to Bill Cunningham Show. And Chris, I want to get your perspective for
those who may not have seen it. How would you describe the docum mentory Screams for Silence put together by Sheryl Sandberg to brave effort by Samberg because there's so much built in resistance, because this situation has become a political football where the reality is just one factor in what people are choosing to acknowledge. It's good to be with you, Bill Cunningham, thank you very much. But it is the worst of humanity that she shows in this. And remember Samberg
has a very specific mandate. It's just the sexual violence, so it's not even just the burning, the random multi bullet extermination of children and men that I have seen and others can seem for themselves line if they want to go look, the footage is there because the Hamas people and their adjuncts were bragging about it and putting it online, and it is an important reminder, especially when the campuses, and I believe eventually pockets in our communities are going to
be shouting that Israel is the bad guy in that October seventh was a propaganda move. I watched about ten minutes. It's hard to watch. It's kind of like watching a movie about the Holocaust. Here. I tried to avoid going to the Holocaust Museum when I went to Jerusalem last May, and I spent time in the Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem. It was just an unforgettable experience. And I would imagine that this is wrapped in the world of politics.
And I don't think the average American who's now protesting like crazy summer rioting. Some are protesting on college campuses. What accept is true. What happened on October seventh to thirteen hundred two is brutally slaughter, hundreds of rape, sexual mutilation of sex organs, rape, then taken into holes. Still this, I would assume there's a few left in Goazas somewhere living in holes. But she made the point that sexual violence for male soldiers is happening throughout history.
Look what the Germans soldiers did to the Russian women and girls. Then when the opposite took place, the Russian soldiers did exactly the same thing to every woman in Germany, every girl and woman in Germany. What's happening, what happened in Bosnia, as you mentioned Bosnia, what's happening right now in the Ukraine. The terrible sexual violence of Russian soldiers against Ukrainian girls and women is unspeakable. And to document it and say, you know, she's a tech
savvy person and one of the saddest parts. Chris Cromo, I'm wearing around my neck right now, Saint Christopher Metal. I keep it right there over my heart and he's the patron saint of travel and also no sudden death, but anyway, that's a different issue. And I keep it there. And she has an eighteen year old son who wears a Star of David, and she said, you better take that off, and I think explain that.
And I guess the next step is going to be instead of taking it off, maybe some on college campuses will force Jews to wear the Star of David.
That's where we are. First of all, the good news is, at least for me, the US versus Them ratio is overwhelmingly in favor who believe that Jews deserve protection, respect and equal rights, and that these kids, many of whom are diletons, many of whom are coming in just to create anarchy and chaos, many of whom are just grabbing on to a cause and appropriating the suffering of a people that they don't understand in the situation that they haven't studied. So for now, it's more fear than it is,
you know, reality of actions. But it's horrible to see. I hope that Jewish people double down on their faith and that we start seeing more Guy signs, more stars of David, and I have seen it in my own personal life. You know, a lot of the family that I choose are Jewish. Two of my brothers in law are Jewish. Now that doesn't mean that I can't cover this. It's very difficult to see how Palestine. You know, I've been covering this for twenty years and it's very hard to see
the suffering. It's an unfair situation, it's an imbalanced situation. But here's what they're forgetting. Israel is protecting itself and attacking its enemies. That's what it does. That's what it's always done. That's what we do. That's what we've always done, just like every other developed nation state. The part they're leaving out is that Palestine has always been disregarded by the entire Arab community
of nation states, except when convenient. Yes, there's nobody stepping up from that community and saying, hey, you know what, let's get rid of the terror organization that's running this place, and we will sponsor free and fair elections there and we will boost the economy so that it's not just Israel providing all of the oper city and infrastructure to this place. Why don't they do
that? Yeah, because they liked this situation because they disrespect Palestinians and that's the dirty sea, and they love that Israel's constantly at burden because they too believe that Israel shouldn't be there. That's the truth. I speak the truth, and it's too complicated for people, so they just pick winners and losers, you know. Chris Cuomo I spoke to the mayor of Shiloh a couple of weeks ago, and he said, an unreported story is that there's tens
of thousands of Israeli Jewish refugees right now in Israel. And he also had a tremendous emotional and physical expense because what's happening in the north end of South the country still is shocked in ways they've never been shocked. But he also said that we have three legs on the stool of our economy. Number one is tourism, number two is farming, and number three is tech. And right now Israel is completely out of business. He said, every week,
every month that goes by, we lose billions of dollars in tourism. We lose billions of dollars in our farming ventures. They've made the desert bloom, and we lose billions of dollars in tech. That is the underpinning of our
economy. And I think, and this is my guess, you might know more that I thought in the Iranians, having sent this three and thirty five missiles ninety nine percent shot down, than Israel proved they could defeat and attack military bases to tell them, look, we can do this and you can't that. Maybe the strategy now over the next months, in the years is
simply to bleed the Jews dry. Just bleed them dry from the north, from the south, destroy the economy completely, make it a place that no one can visit, and make it a place where internally tens of thousands of Jews are displaced in Israel and putting more harsh economic and emotional torment on the Israeli people. And that is an underreported story of the economy normally. Sadly, like when America went through the Vietnam War, our economy got better because
we weren't being attacked here. But in Israel, they're being attacked and they're shocked, and they're angry at the IDF and some of them asad, and they're angry about the thirteen hundred that were killed. They're angry about the massive rapes of girls and boys, the sexual mutilation. They're angry at the fact that it appears America might be if not turning on them, saying once again
to the Jews, you can't win. The country in the world. They can't win a war is Israel. LBJ said, you're not going to win. Nixon said, no, you got to stop. And now Biden is saying, well, you can't win. If any other country had gone through on October seventh, eighth, and ninth, whatever that Israel went through, they would fight to the death to kill that enemy. But why is it
that Israel is never permitted to win a war? I think, as Jordan Peterson properly instructs, you've got to avoid single factor explanations to complex situations. Is part of it that it's different when it's the Jews. Yes, it's part of the reason why it's different is that there is a bias against the Jews. Yes, Do I believe it's the main thing? No? Not in America. That's for sure, but then what is it? They are both David and Goliath. That is the weird thing when it comes to the
Jews. They are a minority. They absolutely face a surrounding existential threat in a way no other country does. Now you can say yeah, but and then fill it in with reasons why, the formation, the lines, whatever, but it's still true, and then you have to add to it. They are also the mightiest military power, largely because of America's support in the area, so they are at once the target and the toughest. So that is unique. But even still, this is the second time this has been
done to them in recent history. Kissinger stopped Gold in My Ear from going into Cairo when they got attacked the last time in seventy three, and they wound up being taken by surprise, taking a lot of losses, then turning it around. They then pushed the Egyptian forces back over the river, and then they were going to march to Cairo and say no, now we control Egypt, so let's cut a real deal because we don't want Egypt, and Er didn't allow it. Here again, Iran is the head of the snake.
They'll cutting him if you want to call out Joe Biden. You've got the border and you've got Iran. Now, if and when we have a new president or if it's Biden again, whoever it is, cannot ignore the head of the snake. Iran has been kicking our petuits for years now through proxies, and we are keeping Israel from taking Iran on. That's why they didn't retaliate after those several hundred munitions were sent because we told them not to.
That's the only thing that makes sense. Why because we don't want the conflict neither. Just Trump, by the way, and I get it. I get the calculus. Trump's calculus. Some people don't like it, but I get it. It's a very raw What do we get out of it? Why would I go fight with Iran? What am I going to do? Do they have oil? Can I take it? Do I want to run the place? If not? Why am I going to go over there
and see people die on my watch? Now? There are other people who will, especially in his party, as you well know, a lot of conservatives would say, whoa, whoa, whoa. It's about American idealism, it's about partnerships, it's about you know, there are a lot of rationale, he doesn't accept them. That's okay, because people make choices and elections. But Biden's rationale is hollow right now. It's we don't have any reason to leave them alone, except it's we just don't want one more thing that
may go wrong. So as a result, Iran is able to terrorize that entire region. And sorry to overtalk it, but here's my biggest point, which I'm saving for the last, because I'm a fool. These campuses and what I believe was still into the communities. I don't see it the way other people do. Okay, I don't fear protest, I don't fear these kids. I don't fear what's going to happen next. What I fear is who's planning it, who's paying for it, and who's motivating these perverse ideas
and exaggerations. There is a hidden hand online, filtered through Iran, filtered through its proxies, TikTok, especially funded mechanisms through cryptocurrency. They have been working the Muslim Brotherhood and all their adjuncts for years to play on America's appetite for division internally, and that's what we're seeing play out right now. Are
pushing They are pushing it. When they told us during twenty sixteen and twenty twenty, the Chinese, the Russians, it was easy to ignore the warnings because we were like, yeah, but you're saying that Trump is a Russian
agent. He's not a Russian agent. No, So we didn't listen to the other part, which is, but they are using their troll farms and their fake accounts and their algorithms to pump devisive rhetoric and make it seem like we're fighting with each other, which then led to us fighting with each other. And it was true then, it was true in twenty twenty, and
it's true now and Iran is once again the head of the snake. Christopher Ray warned us about this months ago, saying, hey, you know, this Middle East fighting, it's going to cause a lot of internal turmoil because online there's a lot of cyber warfare. He was right, and these campuses are the fruit of that. And remember, Johnny Walker Lynd, you and
I are old enough to remounber that was one. Yeah, they will create thousands of them that will work in concert with these dirt bag Muslim extremists that are already here in the country waiting for our opportunity. This is the opportunity. Who wouldn't want to do a Boston style bombing in the middle of one of these protests, Kill all these American kids, kill first responders, scare
the hell out of everybody. That's what I'm afraid of. I'm not afraid of protests, well, whether people are right or wrong about what they're saying. I'm not afraid of our democracy being an action, even when it's hard to hear and hard to watch. I'm afraid of who's driving it and who's going to use it to their advantage. And lastly, Chris Cromo, the fact that Tehran has offered free scholarships to these college kids to come to Tehran.
I can imagine some multi colored co ed with rings in her nose heading over to Tehran and pretend as if she's a refugee from America. I would say, honey, the door swings both ways, and don't let it hit you with a good lord, split you you. If you want to say that Queers for Palestine is some sort of a real thing, try that over there and watch what happens. And Tehran is encouraging that they're funding it,
they have the money to do it, they have the wherewithal. They killed hundreds of Gis American soldiers in Iraq with the improvised devices, They're killing as many Jews as they can. And for some reason we don't let Israel defeat
Iran. We don't say if that happened to if Mexico had sent in proportionally a bunch of savages to kill thirty five thousand Texans and on the way out of the country picked up the freshman class of the University of Houston and put them in whole somewhere in Guadalajara, this country would declare war in Mexico and to obliterate the place, and we got our we would win the war. Well, we never, whether it was sixty seven, seventy three or now,
we never allow Israel to finish off their enemies. We never permit them to win a war. And that's despicable. Well, Chris, we got to run great conversation, especially about Sheryl Sandberg telling her eighteen year old son, get the Star of David off your chest. And yes, obviously, and I don't Cheryl for that. Any parent is going to be afraid of what the kids are exposed to. But she has been a strong demonstrator of her faith in what she believes in by taking on this project, and I
was happy to give her the platform. Chris Como, thank you very much every night News Nation, and thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Chris. I'm a big fan. Take care of Bill. God bless you. Let's continue with more Calne becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand. Listen to what Chris is saying about the head of the snake. You must go there and we don't
allow it to occur for reasons unclear to me. Bill Cunningham, News Radio seven hundred WLW Attention nerropathy sufferer, The Great American after one o'clock today is the Great Mike Bataglia speaking about many issues outside and inside of racing. Mike Battaglia is calling and being involved in his fiftieth Kentucky Derby out of one hundred and fifty total, starting at the ripe young age of twenty four years old. So we got to talk about many issues with him. But until then,
you and I need to talk. They read and I teach. What we're watching now in college campus is what's happening in Middle East utterly disgusting. There's no country in the world not allowed to win a war other than Israel. Israel is the country they can't win a war, whether it was Yam
Kippur or the Seven Day War or what's going on now. Each time the armies the first two of the Middle East got together and got decapitated by the Israeli Army, the IDF, they were attacked on all sides by Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Saudi Arabia at the time nineteen sixty seven and nineteen seventy three, viciously attacked with the goal of doing what to
obliterate Israel and kill every Jew in Israel. Right now, there's about six or seven million Jews in Israel, and twenty percent of the population, up to twenty five percent are Muslims who live in relative peace. In fact, twenty percent of the Kanesset, they're a one cameral. They have a house and the Senate together. It's called the Kanesse or elected Muslims. In Jerusalem, I saw the gay pride flag in Jerusalem, and in Tel Aviv,
I saw Catholic churches. I saw synagogues, and I saw mosques. I saw the Palestinian slash Muslim populations walking around Israel on a regular basis, living in peace and harmony in May of last year, not this year. But that's never good enough. There's actually no place today called Palestine. It's something in your head. There's the West Bank and there's Gaza, and they call
themselves Palestine, but it doesn't exist. And you have literally there were about four million Gozins slash those living on the West Bank that we are, of course Muslims. But nonetheless they had every opportunity for years, decades to form the kind of society that the Jews formed in it Israel. They flowered the desert, huge exports on tech and also farming, and every Muslim willing to work had a job paid for by Israeli businesses. Plus there's a little factoid
for you. In Israel, about twenty five percent of the businesses are owned by Muslims. They work and they live in relative harmony. Every now and then there was a suicide bomber. Every now and then somebody got off track and used a gun or knife to kill somebody. Of course, that happens here too, you know, and so they lived in relative peace, and they were this close to having more peace after the Abraham Accords because of Donald
Trump, the first president in American history to have Jewish grandchildren. Saudi Arabia and the emperors were going to form a Holy Alliance along with Egypt, with Israel and Iran, which funds Hesbela, Amas, Bocaharan, the tal Ban,
and a cadre of other radical causes. Did not want that to occur, and so they directly and indirectly instructed Hamas to launch the attack on Israel in October the seventh, which at the time no one believed it would be that, may I use the term from their perspective, successful, because it
was thought the IDF would be there quickly. The IDF took almost seven hours to get there, as hundreds hundreds of Islamic Hamas murderers, paraglide, knocked down fences, raped and robbed arson, killing at least one three hundred Jews and taking as a captive about two hundred and ninety five of which I would think few are alive today. Killing is one thing, but the mutilation of dead bodies, the rape of dead Jewish girls, the setting on fire of
children in front of their parents who were who were restrained. The most horrible things imaginable occurred and on October the seventh, and it was a failure of imagination, same term that was used on nine to eleven. No one could conceive here that certain Saudis, some fifteen strong, would be able to fly four large filled jumbo jets into large buildings. The goal was to hit the Capitol, hit the Department of Defense, and take down the twin Towers in
New York City. And they were, from their perspective, extremely successful in doing so. And we could not have imagined that would have occurred. Looking back, we know exactly what happened, training in the flight schools, etc.
Muhammadada, et cetera. We know exactly what occurred. And I would assume in this war is concluded, and it will be concluded at some point that there will be a deep introspection in Israel as to how this is possible, how it's possible that hundreds of paragliders could fly over and take bulldozers and
knock down the large fences. When I was there, the fences were fifteen to eighteen feet tall and bossed with concrete razor wire and the party was taking place in the south of Israel, and it was a failure of imagination as far as how is that possible? And now we're stuck with this And Chris Cuoma made a great comment. The Arabs, the Muslims, do not want the so called Palestinians. They don't want them. Egypt could easily take in
another million, the country has one hundred and ten million people. They don't want them. Of course, Syria is in complete collapse. They don't want them. Iran they don't want them. How about Jordan. No, none of the Arab countries want those Muslims. But who does want them, it appears, is they go go to all the United States United States of America.
It's been reported that Joe Biden and his alcoholytes would like to import it into this country, the Halmas terror from southern Gaza by the tune of tens of thousands. Are you kidding me? No, I'm not. We're the only country that will take him in, So why do we take him in? I have no idea. If Biden's going to lose this election, which I still think is going to be a dog fight fifty to fifty one way or another that issue. Taking in Islamic Hamas terrorists into this country would kill
any small chance he might have and is simply unbelievable. And historically we went over this with Chris Cromo, and that is that no country could accept the incapability of winning a war when thrust upon them by others. This was not a case that Israel attacked anybody. Israel's wanted to live in peace since nineteen forty eight, what seventy seventy six years. They want to live in peace, That's what they want. They thought they had it going on strong until
the first week in October. They believed they turned the corner. Every now and out of rocket would be sent over from Amasra has blood that they shot down. There was large Muslim populations working in Israel, going to the schools, they had full citizenship, they had full access to the best medical care in the world, and there was relative peace and that was shattered by Iran.
Iran is the head of the snake. It would take Israel less than thirty days to obliterate Iran, much to the support of Jordan, in Saudi Arabia and the Emirates. They want that to happen The problem is the population in those countries don't want it to happen because they've grown up in a hatred for the Jew for a very, very long time, and that's not going to change. Imagine the radicalization right now of the gods and boys and girls
that are like five to fifteen years old. There's hundreds of thousands in that category. Imagine how they're radical radicalized now to kill the Jew. The public school system in Gaza says kill the Jew. They compare the Jews to rats and mice that must be obliterated. They've been taught their whole life that Jews are subhuman, the caricature of a Jewish face, and the way to treat that is to kill the rats, kill the mice, kill the Jew.
And they've been taught that since the earliest days. That does not occur in the Emirates, and doesn't occur in Saudi Arabia, but it does occur in Iran. It does occur in Iraq, of course, which is taken over completely by Iran. And so you look at this thing saying, why don't
we let Israel de capitate the head of the snake publicly? Most of the air world would be angry about that, but privately they support it, which is why most of the Arab world allowed their airspace to be used by Israel to knock down the missiles and the cruise missiles and the drones coming from Iran. They supported it, and there wasn't much of an outcry at all. So they've taken right now the proxies Hesblena, Moss, killing and butchering and
raping boys and girls, men and women. They've taken the fact that quickly they've won the war and most of Gaza. There's an enclave in Rufa that has about a million, and they're ready to go to clean out the other forty thousand Hamas murderers that are in the holes like rats and moles in the southern Gaza. They're ready to do it, and they keep waiting and waiting
for the United States or the UN to give them permission. I can only imagine pro proportionally if Mexico had a government that hated the United States of America, which by the way, I think it does anyway, and they sent in a bunch of Mexican fighters into Texas and pro Rata killed forty thousand Americans, raped and robbed their way up through Texas and on the way out, took the freshman class of the University of Houston and put them in holes all
over Mexico. I want to know what the hell we would do. Mexico would have be a glass parking lot. Nobody would stop us from going on to the nation that attacked us, killed our people, raped the women, brutalized the children, the most horrible war crimes imaginable. No, we would have said to any nation. No, in a small way compared to what Amas did. In December seventh, nineteen forty one, when Japan, the Empire Japan killed about two thousand Americans at Pearl Harbor, two thousand, including
almost segment Dennison's dad, Denny, It was on a ship there. We declared war on Japan, declared war on Germany. We spent the next four and a half years obliterating every part of Germany in Japan that we could find. We killed with abandoned women, men, children, and babies all over Japan and Germany. And nobody here said, because our existence as a country was at stake, calm it down a little bit. You need to cease
fire. We're like fifty miles from Berlin. But it's time to have a ceasefire because the college kids with three kinds of different colored hair is upset about what you're doing. And at no point that even the Kennedy clan, who of Joseph Kennedy, who opposed fighting the Nazis, ever say it's time to feed the German people. No, it was time to kill the German people. And we did it. We did it, and Japan, we killed
them all, everyone we could find. And if there wasn't a capitulation after the second bomb was dropped on Nagasaki on August of the nine, nineteen forty five, we had three more Adam bombs ready to go, we would obliterated them all. We would have won the war. They started it, we ended it. That's the way the game's played. And guess what now,
Germany and Japan have functional participatory democracies and their great allies of ours. If at any point the last fifty years Israel would treat those who attack it the way we attacked Germany and Japan, these problems today will not exist. Even now Joe Biden is saying we want peace. Of course, we want peace, But first of all the head of the snake must be decapitated. It's interesting that Iran has told these college kids that are being kicked off campuses,
come to Tehran will give you a full scholarship. It would be a wonderful thing to watch many of these so called college co eds with rings in their noses shipped over to Tehran to go to school there. And what would happen to them in Iran? In fact, anywhere in the Middle East, but
Iran and Iraq and Syria is the worst. There are tens of millions of women and girls living in basic slavery and bondage in most of the Middle East, and that college campuses are erupting with those who consider that system better than our own. It's disgusting and it's perverted, but it's where we are. I would say, can the current universe cities be saved, not the ones
where the riots and the protests are going on. I think you and I have finally waken up to the reality that a bachelor's degree no longer equates with graduates being educated, analytical, and ready for the challenges of the twenty first century. More often than not, whether it's Columbia, Ucla, Ohio State, Indiana, and I guess Miami's trying to get a protest together. I'll talk to Richard K. Jones about that. They're stereotyped as pampered and ignorant
students and opinionated supporting Marxism and communism. That's what happens in campuses today while the costs are skyrocketing through the roof, and what does Joe Biden want to do excuse student loan debt? Pay off their debts. It's unbelievable. There's a shrinking number of college kids, more than fifty percent don't ever graduate. Skyrocketing costs cannot be explained by inflation alone. But the teaching standards on college
campuses are disgusting and the indoctrination. Let me read you the syllabus out of Colombia University in New York City. By the way, my years in New York, I walked by Colombia on the Upper West Soun on a regular basis and it was disgusting. Professor Mohammad Abu Professor Mohammad Abu quote. His classes are about anarchist, interdisciplinary activist scholars of indigenous, Black, critical race and Islamic studies, as well as gender, sexuality, abolition and decolonization quote unquote
at Colombia, be ready to study those issues? Now? How to study any of that? Prepare you to be a functioning American in the twenty first century. It's unbelievable. Every virtually trendy pseudo intellectual identity politics issue is based in the syllabus that that professor was hired by Colombia with shall we say scan academic credentials very scant. So colleges today are largely in doctrination centers where most
of the kids don't graduate. They leave college with tens of thousands of dollars in debt and jobs often not paying enough money to pay off the student loan debt, and many times they're indoctrinated with leftist hatred for the United States of America. Scott Sloan does a great job on this. Scott Sloaney is a great American. Become a mechanic, Become an electrician. Go to Craftsmen Electric, go to johnny Craft Electric. HVAC texts are needed. Plumbers. I
talked to Robert Jones Plumbing. They're more than willing to pay for individuals who want to be trained to be a plumber. Drywallers. It's the tech. Get a high school education, then get to work and don't be indoctrinated and pay for it. But sadly, we the tax payers, are standing behind the student loans who said debts are being excused from their shoulders to you and
I and is totally disgusting. Let's continue with more. The line becomes available, which one never becomes available is five one three, seven four, nine, seven thousand. That's where we are. Excuse student loan debt and doctor Night the children multi colored hair nose rings, then go nuts and complain about the country that keeps you alive, the greatest country in the world. Can the colleges be saved? Absolutely not have a craft and get the work.

Bill Cunningham, the Great American, of Course, The Entucky Derby is tomorrow. Activity is going on now, Turfway's going nuts. The man who announces the races and set the lines at Turfway and the one who set the lines
at Churchill Downs is the great Mike Botaglia. Long. I don't know how many roots there are the Potagulia tree, but they're all over northern Kentucky when it comes to racing. And Mike Batagulia once again, welcome to Bill Cunningham Show. And Mike, how are you h I am good Willie. How you doing? How's your golf game? Well, my golf game is in dry dock right now. A little bit of a back problem L five S one. In fact, I got the needle this morning, so we'll see
what happens with my golf game. But I see in some of the publications that Kentucky Derby has been around for one hundred and fifty years, and think about the country's gone through for one hundred and fifty years. You're so old you've called or set the lines on fifty of the one hundred and fifty Kentucky Derby's. Does that make you seam old? It makes it makes me not
seamold. I am old, but I did start at a young age at twenty four, I was the youngest one to ever called Derby, the youngest one to ever make the morning line, and still going fifty fifty in a row farmy out of one hundred and fifty. So I'm slowing down. I'm not going to get many more. Twenty three, twenty four years old. How did a twenty four year old get to call the Kentucky Derby? Some I guess it would have been the one hundredth I guess how did that happen?
I didn't start calling until affirmed an alid Air in seventy eight, but I was still I was only twenty eight when I called. I was twenty four when I met when I started making the line, But I was twenty eight when I called my first Derby. I didn't call my first race until I was twenty two, and that was at Miles Park. And it's for me to call the Kentucky Derby. And that short of time was it just? It was a series of lucky breaks, That's what it was. Right
place, at the right time. And uh, it's just now I really did I got lucky? Well, you know many times in life, two things have to come together. One you got to be good and number two timing you gotta have you gotta have timing, but you gotta be good. So at that point when when you've called them all or seen at least the last fifty or so, is there one or two derbies that stand out in
your mind? Well? Always the first derby that you call a firm it was affirmed an AlIdar, which was, you know, a firm one of Triple Crown, Steve Coffin who was one of my good friends. Now he was in the saddle. I'll never forget that one. And the last Kentucky Derby I called was the closest Kentucky Derby ever and and was won by d Wayne Lucas with Grindstone with Jerry Bailey, and they won by a half a
nose. And that was the last one that I called, or remember That's but there was some so many good ones in between, you know too. It would be hard to pick a favorite. Of course. My favorite horse was Secretariat, and I was there for the derby, but I wasn't. I was working for the racing for him back then. Was that seventy three? Was that seventy three? Two two? Uh? What made it was
seventy three? It was Tony Bender Western of my ear that when Secretariat died at a healthy old age, I guess they discovered that his heart was, like, it's the size of a normal horse. Explain that. Yes, I don't think you can. I don't know what happened. You know, he was that's I have to believe that because the way he ran was so dominated. He did things other horses have never done. I mean when when he won the Belmont by thirty one links, that the next best Belmont is
two seconds lower than that, and two seconds is ten links. So he'd beat any field that ever ran on the Belmont by ten links. And it was it was, It was unbelievable. The stuff that he did. He won on the turf, he won is shortly, going short, going long. He could just the horse could do anything. And the thing about that is almost every record in sports, no matter what it is, has been broken in the last twenty thirty years. But that record from my gosh,
fifty fifty one years ago is likely. Can I say never be broken the time in the Belmont? I would say never, But you know you can never say that, I guess, but it hasn't. Nobody's ever come close to it. Two seconds and horse Raking, that's a long time. And he ran a mile and a half in two twenty four and the next best Belmont. There's a couple of them that did it, affirm to was one in two twenty six. That's the two full second flooror and no, I
don't think anybody will ever run at that fast. Now, Mike partagularly, and when you set the line on the Kentucky Derby, when is the line said on this year's race? How do you do it? Take us through the process. Well, they changed it completely this year. We used to do it on the two day Derby week. Now we did it last Saturday night. That's when we drew the Derby. They drew it at seven to fifteen on Saturday night, in between the opening night races. So that's when
I set the line. So and what do you do is you wait for the pill pool. Although I actually have the line made in advance, but you never You don't want to give it out until after they draw, because you there's twenty horses. I used to change the odds according to post positions, but I've come over the years, I've come to realize that there's no such thing as a good or a bad post position. I mean, everybody
talks about drawing the middle, drawing the eight. If you're in the eighth and the seven horse breaks to the right and the nine horse breaks to the left, they make an eight sandwich. So you know, it doesn't matter if you get a good break, that's a big pluck. But with twenty horses, that's why that's why a derby's so tough, because there are too many things that these horses and jockeys are doing for the first time. They've
never been a mile and a quarter. They've never raced in a field with more than twelve, they've never carried the weight of one hundred and twenty six pounds. It's just all these different things that they're trying to do for the first time. And anytime you're doing something for the first time, it makes it tougher to handicap. Mike Pataglia, what's bigger the Kentucky Derby or Kentucky basketball? Choose, but choose wisely. It depends on who you talk to.
If it's me, it's the Kentucky Derby, But you know Kentucky basketball is you got to feel sorry for them though, You got to feel sorry for the diehard Kentucky basketballers here recently. Yeah, Oakland, that's Oakland. Calthol Pari's gone. So yeah, Oakland. I thought it was the Oakland Raiders beat him. No, it was Oakland, some school in Michigan or something. I said, if they lose to Oakland, a small school in Michigan that I never heard of, I thought, I tell how big it
is. Though. When they announced the new coach about a month ago, twenty three thousand Kentucky basketball fans came in the rupparenda to watch the new coach. No one else to do that, no one, no one. You got to feel Mark Pope. I mean, he was a good coach at b YU. He's going to have to start all over. I mean the players left with Califari, a lot of them left, and uh, he's starting over. So I think, uh, it's got to be a rebuilding
year. Well, I think what happened is the Kentucky Faithful chase John Calipari out of town, and the faithful said he's gone, and then he goes to Arkansas. I mean, what the hell's in Arkansas? I mean except Bill Clinton and the Crooks. I mean, I don't know what the hells in Arkansas, But I'd be in Kentucky. But that's I'm gonna I got pen and paper right here. I want to know. Now you'll be hell do you account on Monday? Tell me who wins the Kentucky dermay gimme one,
two and three the Mike Bataglia line. All right, now, okay, the favorite of Fierceness. I think he is the most logical winner, but I'm not going to pick him because I'm not going to take a favorite. So the horse I like, his name is just a touch. He's only raced three times, he's only won one race. He's going to be a price, so you know, fourteen to fifteen to one. But what I like about him he's trained by the best trainer right now in the country,
I think, and that's Brad Cox. He's improved every race is running. He's coming up a second place finished in the Bluegrass. He got beat by Fierrera Leone, who's of course in the race. He's going to be tough to beat also. But I think this horse is the right way, and the Derby is all about horses that are going their best at the right time, and I think it might be the right time. But you know he's gonna be a price. So just to touch right here? What's number
two? Fierceness, he's the favorite. And number three Sierra Leone, the horse that Pete just to touch in the Bluegrass. Sierra Leon is a terrible place. I mean Sierra Leone brutal murders. I mean that's where Boca Haram went nuts. So I don't know about Sierra Leone. I can't vote on that place. But number one, I think number one I may put fifty bucks on just a touch and maybe collect five to six hundred dollars. You like that, that's I'm gonna I'm gonna try it. Well. Can you
recall back in the good old days when men were men? We're up there on the top of turf way with you, Pete Rose, and myself and uh yeah, and Pete. Every time Pete Rose would bet, the line would go from six to one to one to six because he put in like five. I said, Pete, what the hell you're doing? Man? He said, well, I got a winner right here. And I knew right then that he you and he know more about horse racing than anyone in
the world, and neither one he had great success picking winners. Right, Hey, how about the time you're up there with Collinsworth and you both called a race. I was pretty good and they're off, and uh, I hear everything. All you did was look at the program. You didn't look at a horse. You were smart. You just called names all the way around. Then you looked at me at the wire and I told you who
won? Chris? Is Chris hold this against me because he tried to do it the right way And all you did was fake it on the radio, which was perfect. It was just boom boom boom, and you got the horse right at the wire. Look, I couldn't see the numbers and the names. I just look at the program and I made up the race. I made it up. He just made it up. They voted for who was the best, and you were overwhelmingly the best. Chris has he'll bring it up all the times. I can't believe you told him who who the
winner was? He said that that that just did it. He said, he knife me in the back. How about when Collinsworth said he could be that beat a third bread in a race? How about that one? Yeah, he had no chance, none, he had no chance. But they did. They did cheat him a little bit. He was supposed to be on firmer ground and his feet gave gave away leaving the gate. He told me he did it twice. Turn for LATONI and Downs and they doctored the
photo at River Downs, they made it. They gave him the head start, doctored the photo and made him win. Whatever happened to that guy, did he ever do anything? I don't care. Whatever happened to Chris Collinsworth. Oh you know what his time's famous? Now? Jack? Yeah, he's known as Jack's father kind of said the guy hadn't amounted to a hill of beans. But all right, well, Mike, we got the winner down here. Just to touch lastly, give me the Mike Bataglia, Give
me the Mount rushmore of horse horse racing. Give me the four names all time going back one hundred and fifty years. You got number one. You got to put secretary in there. Give me the other three, Secretariat, Man of war, citation and now a photo for force. Well what about weaver Ridge at one in seventy two? Beaver Ridge wouldn't be an all time
great so citation three of the top three. Well, what about that movie I saw this movie about this old guy named Red that was running this horse that actually beat I think he actually beat Man of War one horse beating. Yeah, I forget the name of the horse that beat him. I know some horse beat him. All Right, we got the Mike Bataglia and just a touch is gonna win. We're gonna keep this tape for later on. Mike Botaglia, let's do it for another fifty years. What do you say?
Maybe one? Maybe one? All right, maybe I'll come back. It's turf waight. You have races there and everything. Maybe one more time I'll come and call a race. Wouldn't that be something? And they're off and I know you can make it up and everybody'd love it. Thank you, Mike Betagula. You're the best there ever was. And once you'd like the Marty brought him in a Thoroughbred racing. And thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show this Friday afternoon. Thank you, Mike. Thanks Bill.
All right, let's continue with more great guy. Whatever happened to Collinsworth? I mean, it can't call a race, it can't beat a horse. My name is Chris. Whatever happened to that guy? For a couple other issues, I read this report to all of us pay utility bills, and I don't care if you're a billionaire, a millionaire, or you're broke, you're middle class, you're an electrician, and you're a plumber. You pay electric bills. We all pay the bill based upon not income or other based upon
usage beginning in December of twenty twenty one. The testimony Department of Energy Jennifer grand Home is a clown, admitted that in the last three years, each year the utility bills on average for electricity, not gasoline, not oil, but just electricity, has gone up ten percent each year. So after three years of Joe Biden, it is now thirty percent. So when you open your Duke energy bill, you're paying thirty percent on average now more than you
paid four years ago because of the energy policies of Joe Biden. That's a Biden tax throw. On top of that, the gasoline gasoline right now is forty percent higher than it was four years ago. And when asked the future, they had a chart. It appears because of the incapability of America to use its own energy resources, you that's you are going to keep paying electrical cost of an additional ten percent every year on top of the thirty percent,
than the air after that ten percent, ear after that ten percent. Of course, if the Trumpster gets elected within four years, we're going to be able to pump enough natural gas and oil to pay off large chunks of our deficit. You'll be paying bills you were paying five or ten years ago.
That's the Biden tax repealed. It's up to you. I would also note that eco friendly advocates who throw tomato soup at van goes want wind in solar installations everywhere, blanketing millions and millions of acres of farmland that would require billions of tons of ore, generate billions of tons of toxic water and air pollution from mining and manufacturing, send electricity prices skyrocketing to pay for expensive battery or
gas backup systems and extensive new transmission lines and grid upgrades when it's not needed. Beneath our feet is enough energy to fuel the greatest economy in the world for the rest of the century, until someone like Dave Mackie discovers the use of di lithium crystals and how much greenhouse gases are there. How much zero two is in the atmosphere that you and I expel every breadth that we take. The total is point zero four percent of the atmosphere. If it goes
below point zero three, plants will not grow. Point zero three to point zero five is the sweet spot. So we're going to spend fifty trillion dollars pursuing a dream of free and accessible energy. That is a farce and a lie to try to keep point oh four not to become point oh six of greenhouse gasses one thirty one. So by Memorial Day we'll know if they

I sit here and babbel incessantly. The most important item, though, is you, how do you process this as a voter or someone interested in the great issues that confront and can

I thought I was ending up in Illinois by the time I kept driving out out fifty. Just keep driving. When you think you're there, hit the gas. You're not even close yet.
But nonetheless at a fabulous time. And the vote two weeks ago for the Trumpster was eight the zip not guilty. We're going to go to Salor Park and then Northern Kentucky. Then independence have three lines open. Now give me your verdict, and you'll have thirty to forty seconds in the fast break to say why guilty or not guilty. The media says there have been bombshell developments to shut down embarrassing stories about Trump, and I guess the lawyers for Stormy
Daniels was shocked to learn that his behavior may have assisted Donald Trump. No, it didn't. Didn't you know about these issues in twenty sixteen? And what I guess a porn star has sex for money? She got one hundred and twenty five or one hundred and thirty. Karen mcdu who got one hundred and fifty, and she wanted to go back in time and get more money one hundred and fifty thousand. They wanted to monetize their bodies for personal gain.
And did the Trump shir have sex with these two women? I don't know. Frankly, my dear, I don't care. Do you care? Is that a big issue? Trying to keep the public from learning negative story worries about the candidate. That's as American as apple pie. So let's go to the calls and I'll keep track again. So far as eight to zip calls from Sailor Park, Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, Batavia, Green Hills,
Independence and more. Let's go to uh, Let's go to Anthony and Sailor Park, the home of the Cabana, the Cabana Club, Anthony, how you doing? Give me your vote and then give me the reasons for your verdict. I just need to know if Joe Dieters really did put the hit out on coronbe Well, you know what, that's a collateral matter. And I think Joe Dieters when he did that, thought he was saving the life
of a little boy. And now this thing has gotten even bigger than that, and I think Joe Dieters will take responsibility for saving the life of that little boy. Let's continue, we have Joey and Northern Kentucky. Then ed, Joey, give me your verdict and the reasons I'm gonna have to say and pray and hope that God did it not. And I'd like to also mention that you know, come this November, it's gonna really hit the fand uh Trump is gonna win. Whether you like him or not, He's gonna
win, and they're not gonna let em. So those people are gonna had enough and they're gonna come out. And the second thing that's gonna happen, they're gonna wait till the last minute, Willie, because they're very calculated,
they know what they're doing. The wait till the last minute, and then they're gonna let so it's too late to do anything about it, and then they're gonna let all these names the people vote, and people are gonna have had enough, you know, Joey, we have chaos coming goes if Trump wins, so to speak, I don't know if the media is gonna let him win. You know, in the twenty sixteen dozens of Democrats boy caught at the inaugural saying he wasn't legitimate. You know, every Democratic leader saying
that Trump is not legitimate. And then once he took the oath of office, you had the Russian collusion, delusion, mess with illegalities at the top of the FBI to see how to bring him down. Then he was impeached on a telephone call, and every every time he made a move, he was attacked viciously. If he gets elected, chaos, the campus is rull erupt, the cities will burn. The Democratic Party won't accept it, but at least it'll stop Joe Biden. At least it'll delay the inevitable of Joe
Biden and Kamala Harris. And that's why I'm voting for Donald Trump. Write it down, imbossed and granted. I am a Trump supporter. Live with it. I'm gonna I know, I'm gonna count your vote twice because you have such passion. Is that? Okay? Thank you? Absolutely. People better wake up and be prepared because this time we've already seen it. They're gonna let them burn and loose stores, and this time the world we live
in and it's gonna be harder to get him replenished. So stores are gonna be empty, and you're gonna see it hit closer to home in some bigger towns, and you know you needed to be ready to defend your house and your family because they're going to be coming after where you live. Break it in for no reason. But they're just gonna be looking for food and hitting your local grocery stores and other things to survive because shelves are gonna be got
a win in trouble. Joey, thank you very much your call. Let's go to Ed and then Doug in Batavia and Ed in Cincinnati. First of all, give me your vote and give me the reason I'm voting for Trump. I voted for him before, but I'm not sure if that was the vote you wanted. Guilty or not guilty? Well? Is he guilty? Well? Has Donald Trump in these charges? Guilty or not guilty. Oh, not guilty. I'll put that down. And you know it's a bombshell
development. The media says Donald Trump tried to influence the outcome of his election. Can you imagine that? Can you imagine? Well, if I were running for office, I would like to do the same for mine. I think so in that called election airing, and Donald Trump did a small percentage of what Joe Biden has done for the past fifty years, taking money in bribes all over the world. He's also mentally ill equipped. He's also a
talk to Tara Reid, she claims he he raped me. Talked to his daughter Ashley Biden, who claims she was screwed up her whole life because her dad, Joe Biden, forced her as a little girl to take showers with him. Do you think the media's ever to cover those stories. Nope, I'm gonna give you two votes. I'm gonna give you two votes because you have passion. I'm gona give you two. So far as for zip not guilty, Let's go to Doug and then Mike and Mount Orb. Doug in
Batavia give me a full report. I say, not guilty, and they should impeach Biden. That was too late almost because do you want Kamala Harris to be the president? No, that's the insurance pols. Everyone knows that clown cannot be the president. But if Biden is elected, do you think he's going to complete four years in office? I don't think you'd give four
minutes. I'm gonna count that as a not guilty right there. Let's go to Mike and then Craig and Independent, then Gary and Green Hills the home of the Pioneers, and Mike and Mount Orb give me a full report, guilty or not guilty on the joy, How you doing doing well? I vote for Trump all day long and ten times on Sunday. Sounds like a Democrat and not guilty. And I'll tell you one thing. He said something. Well, at least they reported that he said it this morning, and
I was thinking this the whole time. They're bringing up stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with this case. It is nothing but an opportunity to smear him prior to a campaign. And I mean smear him big. And guess what it's all going to be reversed on appeal. If he's guilty, well, I think he'll be found guilty. Those twelve jurors in New York City cannot go home to their apartments with that fence and family knowing that they free
Donald Trump. So he's going to be found Get me wrong, I think he'll be found guilty too, But I don't believe he is guilty of what they're trying to accuse him of. And when he's found not guilty on appeal in two to four years from now, it won't make any difference. I hope Trump's in office and whatever he has to do, whatever, But this is the most ridiculous thing in American history when the opposing party seeks to lock up the leader of the opposition on the even election with a bunch of BS
charges that wouldn't stand anywhere. Can you imagine if Joe Biden went on trial in West Virginia and was found guilty, the media would never buy any of that. There ought to be some local prosecutor that indicts Joe Biden for the sins and crimes he's committed for the past fifty years, come up with some BS theory of liability, bring him down here and try him. If you tried him in Hamleton County or Claremont County, Joe Biden would be found guilty
and that's not the way to conduct the American presidency. Right, all right, I'm counting you twice. Thank you. Let's go to Craigan Independence and then Gary and Green Hills. Craig, go ahead, your verdict. And the reason Bill, I'm confused about what the actual charge is against mister Trump. Let me tell you. There's thirty six counts of falling of filing false election information. It was filed, shall we say, in New York State
as a campaign matter. Instead it was a payoff to a couple of hookers, and it should have been classified not as a campaign a campaign donation, which he put it down as legal fees. Now that what makes it a felony is that if you conceal and you make a false statement on your campaign forms in your business forms in New York State, there has to be the
concealment of some other statute. And so what they're doing, what they're saying is that he filed false business records in New York State claiming these were quote, legal fees when they were payoffs, and the purpose of that was to vile of late federal election laws in Washington, d C. When Judge Mershon and Alvin Bragg do not have the jurisdiction to try federal matters. They are state courts matters. And so the charges false business records in order to commit
some other crime. Wow, okay, my vote is ten for mister Trump. I'm going to give you two or three because I feel like I'm a Democrat registrar right here, but I'll give you some. They cheat, so I can't wait well, because cheating is wrong. Two wrongs don't make it right. And you know what I told Eric Trump in a text about three days ago, is that it needs to be too big to rig. In other words, it's got to be so overwhelming come November the fifth, and
we got to vote early and vote often. That has got to be so big that the Dems and these key states cannot rig it. And Ohio is off the map. I mean, you know, he the Trump's is going to win Ohio by eight percentage points no matter what. So the Democratic operatives are alive right now in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Arizona. That's where they're focusing on that. And the Trumpster needs to win two of those five states and keep everything he's gone. I'm scared, will you
I'm scared. I know. I think that if we continue these policies, you know, the two policies that will live well belong well beyond Joe Biden is number one, borrowing a trillion dollars every one hundred days. And two illegal entry into our country in a massive way. We have fifty million persons living in the United States not born here. Now you give him another four to five to six years, there's going to be one hundred million illegals living
in this country. And congressional apportionment is by persons and not citizens. That means in twenty thirty, the whole Congress is going to flip. And you can't have one hundred million illegals living in United States of America. The great majority are single, unattached males. You can't of that. And so that's what's coming your way. So no matter what else happens, we borrow too much money to bankrupt us. And number two, we have tens of millions
of illegals flooding into this country. And if Joe Biden slash Kamala Harris continue in charge, we're gonna have one hundred million of legals in this country? Now, how do you survive that the Trumpster needs to deport every one of them? I'm sixty six years old and I'm I'm wondering what the hell happened to my country. I tell people all the time, we're in trouble because if the Donald wins, which is probably fifty to fifty, the media and
the Democrats will not let them be the president. They didn't let them the first time, and they fought him tooth and nail and everything he did. Lawsuits are filed, Federal judges filing orders, impeachment proceedings, search warrants, underwrote depositions. Flynn was targeted by James Comy early on, and they did their best, like a little Aputians tying down Gulliver. And he's still got a lot of stuff done. And this time is going to be worse.
The media is going to have a collective meltdown if that occurs. I'd love the meltdown. I'd rather have Trump's kind of chaos as opposed to Biden's kind of chaos. Would you agree? Oh? Hell yeah, give me Trump chaos. I can put up with that. But but uh, so many of my friends hate Trump. I've heard this that I'm that I'm afraid that they won't vote for it no matter what. But I've been many people tell
me I don't like either one of them. I've had some practicing Roman Catholics tell me they can't vote for Donald Trump because he's a he's a horror among her. I said, I don't care. I don't care about the girls. Uh God bless him. That's between him and his wife. I care about the United States of America. I care about the country. How about pointing out some of the women that mister Biden is uh terror Just google Google do that, and also John F. Kennedy and throw in Bill Clinton.
And so I don't care if you're a horror among her, be a good president. And that's what Trump was. All Right. We got the voting here, I got about ten seconds. We got nineteen. I gave extra voting for Trump. We got nineteen total votes for the Trumpster not guilty, zero guilty, nineteen to zero. On news radio seven hundred ww clan flam

The Kentucky Oaks is coming up later on today. Uh, let's see speaking you you mentioned golf Tiger Woods accepting a special exemption to play in next month's US Open at Pinehurst and North Carolina. When do you know it's enough? Do you recall the end of Willie Mays with the New York Mets? How was that
not good? How about Mohammad al Lee his last couple, especially Trevor Trevor Berbwick, how was that not good? The great ones? Except Tom Brady, I might add, he's about the only one that you know lasted, but the rest of him, how do you say, Tiger, that's it? I mean, I think even Wayne Gretzky said that's it and doing it in his days with the Kings and then the Rangers, and he said, that's it. When should you and I say that's it? I don't know
who's the fastball? Can't hit the curve, can't run out and take out the second basement on a double play. When is it time? And will you know it's time that you've lost the fastball? Probably somebody will tell us, good point there if you don't voluntarily except it's going to say I didn't you know? Scott Reinhart will say, and DJ Hodge will say, come with me, boys, give me the Corby card. That's it. You've lost the fastball. Then go and we'll see what happens. All I can
say is Tiger Woods doesn't pass the eye test. Well. The greatest golfer of all time, in my opinion, the greatest, greatest Major champion of all time is Jack Nicholas. The greatest golfer of all time is Tiger Woods. And so you look at it and say, Tiger it doesn't look the same when you shoot like eighty seven at the Masters. No, And it's someone needs to hold him off to the side that he finished dead last, right, and uh, he's gonna play the US Open, then he's gonna
play in the PGA, gonna play in the British Open. But uh, it's just it's sad that he beat down his body and had that terrible wreck going uh excessive speeds. He paid the price. I'll ask you to find room in your heart to one day believe in me again. Do you believe in him? Can you find room in your heart? Segment I don't know.
I don't know where is your heart? And why he had girlfriends and everything else that his wife hit him with, whether three iron or something going out of their house and six that he wrecked, and he wrecked the car. You know, also did Sealed Team six training. That ruin is neat. You get my postured, My takeawy a little bit more organized, certainly, trying to make sure I get enough with in the swing. As we all know, I tend to get little bit narrow at times, and making
sure that that gets organized again so I can get the ball up. You know what that means. A little narrow. He's a little narrow, Yeah, a little narrow segment. Yeah. He was the great. He's the greatest of all time. But the great ones never want to leave, do they? Oh, Nicholas and Palmer had to do it, so did Gary Player. He's still running around at eighty eight. He's unbelievable, Andy Mack. He can put a Trevino still running around, he can put his toe.
You know. Another guy he's running around his barnard longer. It's another guy. He just had like some kind of major surgery or something that you know why, and then all of a sudden he's back playing golf within what three weeks? You know why? No pickle ball? He tore his achilles tendon. Really, how about that? That reminds me tomorrow Willie. We got our It's opening day at Lefferston Park tomorrow morning for the Middletown Pickleball Association.
Bob Hope lived a pretty good life, lived to be one hundred. Eh but uh but when I watched Tiger Woods play, it's like, there are forty strokes out of the league. Correct, you look bad? And Sunday at the Masters, I don't even think they even put him on television. I mean I I can't remember that. I don't know. I mean maybe not maybe late early on, but other than that, it was like why, well, I mean, you know he's a legend, but yeah,
absolutely, at some point the great ones all move on. That's correct. Look at Pete Rose or Johnny Bench, any of the great ones at the end. It is right, Pete Rose said, at the end, you lose your skills quickly. It doesn't go slowly. At some point I could not hit a fastball five years old. Remember what he said about Willie about batting up in the box, up back in the box, back closer to the plate, like back off of the plate, back off, choke up on the bat, choke up, choke down on the bats. Don't
don't mess with your swing the swing gets you to the majors. That's what you do for Pete Rose. Right there, what do you do up in the box, up back in the box, back in the box, closer to the plate, close, back off the plate. That's four. Choke up on the bat, that's fine. Choke down on the bat, that's six. And that's it. And Frank and Frank Thomas said, Pete Rose, that's church. When he said it was on Fox Baseball a few years ago, Frank Thomas said, Pete, that's church, the Church of baseball.
Right there, go up in the box, up in the box. Back. If the curveball is getting to you, you get up in the box, up in the box. If it goes, back back in the box, back in the box. It comes, you know they're getting throw you inside, move back back, move up, and the move up. But the post of the plane for most of the outside corner, back off the plate. Now choke up on the bat, choke down on the bat. Yeah, the answers didn't he doesn't get I mean, that's it,
you know. Pete Rose born four fourteen forty one, fourteen head tame before D Day. Correct. And now he's in Vegas at a card table outside of a memorabilia shop. Gotta do something height segment ging me out of Stog's report. Please Willy, Everybody have a good weekend, go reds and everybody have a safe and happy flying Pig marathon. How about this. You got the pig, You have the Kentucky Derby, right, you have Redspaceball,
correct, and you have other festivals happening in the Tri state. Correct. If you can't find something to do right now, you're a clown. We leave you with the immortal words of the stew report. Sweet Highay patrol story is a very unusual one. I hope you'll be with us until then. Remember it isn't the car that kills, it's the driver. This is Roderick Crawford saying, see you next week. No seat belt, no restraints, no air bags, nothing, and make it put the phones down, make
it home. That's another thing. People will spend too much time. I think it's a primary offense. Islands in Ohio. Right, if you're on the phone, you can be pulled over. Of course, cops aren't pulling anybody over. They put out speed bumps and say go over a speed bump. Right, don't find cops can't do their job because this is not politically correct or politically accurate, you know what I'm saying. Or they're breaking up protests and how they got one at Miami when you're gonna hit at Xavier in
Miami or x or Thomas Moore or Mount Saint Joe. I'm watching Channel nine's airing the protest in Miami. About fifteen people out there, seat on the grass. That was weak. If you're going to protest, make it real, fool of yourself. They got another sign out there says free Palestine. What does that mean? It doesn't exist? Not to my knowledge, I don't know where's it at. Somebody show me where it is on a map. Somebody show me. And also somebody explain the sign we saw out of
what a UCLA or Columbia demilitarized education, get rid of Rotzi. I guess, but I don't think Rozzi's on those campuses anyway. I don't know what to tell you. How about most David Grant? And then one lady said today, Oh, I'm not going. I'm not going to my graduation because of this Palestine thing. Okay, don't come. He just went to four years of school to do something and you're and you do you think those?
Do you think hamas? And then people carebuy sitting over there laughing. Tehran Iran University has sent a missive to the United States saying that if you get kicked out of an Ohio college, come to Tehran Iran to complete your education. Now, can you imagine that co eds with their nose rings and multi colored hair showing up in Tayran. Come on over here, honey, Yeah, get over here. We'll take care of you. Yeah, you end
up out of the middle of nowhere. And I got a text from Jeff Beckham rather a David David Beckham. Yeah, let me see what he says here? How about herm Edwards said it you play to win the game. You fight a ward to win. You have to win. Israel must win. Winning can only mean one thing, annihilation. Every time Israel is attacked, either the UN or the US says Israel, you cannot win. We won't let you win the war and end this. So it goes on and
on and on because there's no winning. And what do they do. They've been shooting each other since time began. Over there, I saw the Ten Commandments. It started a long time ago right, And it's not going to change anytime soon, am I right or wrong? Correct? Not going to change? No, it never will. I imagine the kids in Gaza, the half million kids in Gaza right now, what are their views toward the Chews? Oh? Just it just it won't end. This will never end
ever. Just rears its ugly head every so often. And and Israel got attacked on October seventh, like we did on September eleventh. What did what did we do? We went after him, we got we got Osama bin Laden. They're doing the same thing over there. Did anyone say to the US soldiers in World War Two, when the existence of the country was at stake, we we could have lost that war. I mean, you get attacked, you're gonna gonna go at them, But no, we won't let
them win. Issue was the only country they cannot win a war. They were America. They took care of Egypt in the Sixth Day War, and they said stop. That was lbj and and then seventy three kissingers said no, stop Egypt Jordan. They're just gonna look there, they're sitting over laughing
at us too, like we're supposed to tell them what to do. According to The New York Times, nets in Yahoo is given the Hamas leadership wherever the hell they are seven days that you accept the peace plan brokered between the United States and Egypt or kaboom we attack and Hamas wants the attack right because it keeps it going. It makes them more of a victim. Right. And if the so called quote Palestine people are so valuable, how about going
to an Arab country. Who's taking them in? Is Egypt taking them in? Nobody wants them? No, you're right, nobody wants But who does want them? The United States of America. Joe Biden has said, bring Hamas fighters here. We will admit them into this country. They're probably coming in by it through Mexico as we speak. Oh, I can say, sega, get us started on that. I think we're in deep, deep trouble. I agree. And if Trump wins, they're not going to let
them be the president. How did the Democrats scream, holler and shout and not accept the outcome of the twenty sixteen election or the two thousand election. None of them accepted, right, Democrats do not accept the outcome of elections. Republicans at times do the same thing. Taught by Democrats. I don't know, Willie, it's a mess. You think. I think we're in trouble, all right, seg Man, have a great weekend. The Pagan More Reds Baseball. It's the best team in baseball, right, one of
