By Billy Cunning immigrated America. Welcome to this toothday after Union in the tri State. All hell's breaking loose and the Trump trial in New York City, and each side's given about two hours, but the prosecution said they need four and a half hours. Kind of court began this morning when Judge Merschawn turned to the defense and said are you ready, and defense counsel for Donald Trump said yes, I'm ready to go. And then he turned to the prosecution
and said are we ready? And the prosecution said yes, we're ready to go. So the judge has indicated which side he's on. That's a different issue. We'll talk about that later on, but until then you may know. The Governor, Mike DeWine has called a special session of the General Assembly in order to put Joe Biden on the ballot. There's a nine to day requirement before the election that the parties indicated who the nominee is and the Democratic
Convention is after ninety days. I say before ninety days, in which case Joe Biden is not presently on the ballot in the state of Ohio. So the governor is very concerned, and I say, as one American, I know the Democrats play these games all the time, such as in Colorado and Maine when the Democratic leadership there said, guess what, Trump's not on the ballot. And I would hope that Republicans in Ohio would swallow their pride and
put Joe Biden on the ballot. But when this came up a few weeks back the General Assembly, the Senate said yes, but the House said no. And joining you and I, I now Sidney Abrams is the state representative from the west side of town, and Sidney Abrams, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Sidney, first of all, you've been calling into executive session by the governor in order to pass this one thing which has put
Joe Biden on the ballot. And so as we sit here this Tuesday afternoon, can you tell Tony Bender and others what's the procedure the next two or three days to get the vote done by Thursday or Friday. Please inform the American people. Well sounds good. Thanks for having me. And again, the governor, of course, has every right to call this special emergency session.
And in the Constitution, in the Ohio Constitution, Article three, section eight says very clearly that the Governor on extraordinary occasions may convene the General Assembly, and he's got to send a proclamation over and in that proclamation he's got to state exactly what why the special session is called, and no other business can be discussed except whatever he's named in the proclamation. So what is he
named? Okay, that we must pass legislation ensuring both major party presidential candidates will be on the ballot in Ohio this November, and legislation that would prohibit campaign spending by foreign nationals. Very clear. So that's what we're going to discuss this week and get it done now. The last time this came up in the General Assembly, it failed in the House but passed in the Senate. And the reason is the Democrats in the House of Representatives in Columbus.
There's only a few of them. Generally, you can't find a Democrat with a search ward and there's very few there. But they said, you know what, we don't like the idea of banning foreign nationals from spending money in our elections. And therefore it went down in flames. And are the two related. Are you going to vote them separately or are they both together in one package? Well, I don't know yet. Government Oversight Committee, which I do not serve on as meeting as we speak right now, they're in
committee. And listen, the bottom line with the foreign money, the foreign nationals have no business playing around in our elections. Period. That's crystal clear. I don't care, honestly period. There's no discussing it. So no foreign national money in our not just our elections that's already illegal, but in any type of ballot initiatives or whatnot. They shouldn't be playing around here.
They don't even live here, so that's very clear. The Senate, to kind of get give you some background, the Senate sent us over a bill and the language in the Senate version conservative groups around Ohio a post. So again, the Catholic Conference opposed it. The Ohio Rights to Life Buckeye firearms. So they had their reasons for opposing it. So we put the brakes
on and we're going to discuss everything. When we came back, gave everybody a couple of weeks to set their schedules and show up in Columbus on June twelfth, but the governor had another idea. So here we are this week, and procedurally, how it's going to work. Is again, Government Oversight is meeting today. I'm only speaking for the House. The Senate, they're also having session today. What they're going to send us, I have no
idea, you know, because I don't serve over in that chamber. But the House again, there's a bill that's being discussed today and Government Oversight, and then we'll have a discussion about it tomorrow, I would imagine in caucus, and then the vote on Thursday at ten am. That's when it's scheduled for us. Does your crystal ball tell you this is going to pass? Does your crystal ball tell you that the Republicans in the House of Representatives will
actually put Joe Biden on the ballot? Yay or nay? That is the big question. Answer the question, yes or no? I say yes, And I'll tell you why. Let me give you. Let me give you a couple little history lessons taking you back to twenty nineteen and the twenty twenty
conventions. And I use that in plural because in twenty twenty, both the Republican National Convention and the Democrat National Convention were scheduled to hold their conventions after the deadline in Ohio to get a candidate on the ballot for the president of the United States. So what did the General Assembly do? Well, they went in and voted to remedy the situation to ensure that both candidates again were
going to be on the ballot in twenty twenty. And that was passed in House built one sixty six, which was the operating budget a little bit before my time in July of twenty nineteen. And again it delayed the deadline for both you know, major party candidates to certify. You know, didn't pass that way a few weeks ago. Why didn't the House do the same thing? Well, who knows? Like I said, I'm not. I'm simply showing up and doing my job, and I am not the one making all
the shot calls. Of course, are you going to vote yes or no? Say right now Tuesday, are you voting yes or no? I am voting yes. On again the foreign money. Like I said, foreign nationals have no business planning our elections here in Ohio. Number One, I'm a guess on that. Putting Biden on the ballot, I'm a guess on that
for a lot of major reasons. But here's what it is. Number One, every single person here in Ohio who is a registered voter should have the chance to vote for whoever they like in the major party for president period number two. Many Republicans here in Ohio have told us, listen, you need
to get this done. And I'll just name a few. Trump's campaigns said, yes, get him on the ballot, because the Trump campaign, as you can imagine, wants Biden's name on the ballot because then it'll drive conservative vote. And for example, if Trump has an opponent which is Biden, people are going to come out to vote for Trump and others on the ballot, including Bernie Moreno. And you go all the way down the ballot, including our local judges here in Hamilton County. So that helps number two.
Senator jd Vance he, I don't say tweet, I guess not X now on X, he said, and I'm going to quote this. This is what jd Vance said a few days ago on X. This is the right call and it is a reasonable compromise. Republicans keep foreign money out of our state ballot process, and both major parties nominees will be on the ballot.
Period. And the RP said, listen, get this done. So I am voting again with all of their opinions in mind, and quite frankly, both parties, we've done this before in the past, and both major parties deserve to have a candidate on the ballot. I've read from some state rep that are have some fear of being primaried on the issue of voting in favor of Joe Biden getting on the ballot. And I understand that that someone in bugh Cyrus might be primaried as a Republican because you're so and so voted to
put Joe Biden on the ballot. Now, among conservative circles, that should
be it should be something that's a given. But in reality, Joe Biden is so despised by so many politically that to assist him when the Democratic Convention was set at a date within the ninety days, which indicates not on the ballot, have you heard from some Republicans are going to vote against this because they don't want to be primaried with the idea that I voted to put Joe Biden on the ballot, because if he's not on the ballot, I can't
conceive of some federal court within a few weeks saying he must be put on the ballot. It's going to happen anyway. The issue is who does it. But politically, can you understand how some small town Republican will be primaried on the idea that they voted to put Joe Biden on the ballot, who in some rural areas is considered to be close to Lucifer himself. I mean, I I guess you know. Here's my thing with Biden's look, I mean, he's not even fit to be our president. So that's a whole
nother story for another time. But the fact that someone is going to primary an incumbent of the General Assembly, here we go. Let's let's rewind back to March. This is ridiculous for doing your job. At the end of the day. This is simply procedural, that's all it is. It's from
you know, X amount of days to X amount of days. We've done it before in the past, for both the RNC and the DNC, and I just don't understand why this time it's like, oh my gosh, you're going to be you know, burnt up like a crisp in hell because you literally have put someone on the ballot, which quite frankly, if Trump campaign is asking for this, then why are we not why are we not listening to that? Don't understand, I just don't. All right, let's talk
to a broader issue. There are some angry at Republicans because it appears that not much is getting done in Columbus because of the race for the speaker. That we have a present speaker who is going to be opposed by Huffman, and Huffman is, shall we say, very aggressive in becoming the next speaker, and a lot of things aren't being passed because of the fights among the Republicans. I often said that on City Council in Cincinnati, there's no Republicans
or Charter rights. Therefore the Democrats fight with each other. And now in Columbus there's a fight for the speakership, and between the two warring factions, not a lot is getting done. How would you respond to the fact that some argue that the Republican Party is not a governance party. What it is is an advocacy party, and that the governance of the state is suffering because of all the fights for the next speak speakership. Well, I will say,
going back to our party, you know, the Republican Party. Listen, even going back to mark all the primaries that many of us face, and most of us won by a large margin. If the infighting has to stop. Okay, what my people want here in District twenty nine, because I've talked to them, because I knockdoors and I'm at community events and I'm out and about and I'm accessible, and people tell me, listen, Cindy, we want you to get up to Columbus and govern. We want you
to get up to Columbus and figure out this property tax situation. To figure out again. I'm on the Finance Committee. We passed a ton of great things in our last budget bill, including historic tax cuts for ohiolands. And you know what, we're going to continue to march down that road again. Fair school funding, fully funding our public schools, also giving the ed choice voucher expansion to our folks that you know prefer private school. Listen, there
was so much in there. Two hundred and fifty million dollars for our public safety. Are police officers, are firefighters? I mean, you want to talk about a lot of policy that last General last year in this General Assembly, we had a lot done, But nobody wants to talk about that. I guess they want to talk about infighting right now, I will say, I'll admit there was infighting. Hell I was a victim of it in this
last primary. Right, they spent serious money to defeat you with a bunch of lies and distortions, much like Jeanie Schmidt and for those who won, because let's face it, the Republican Party spent money to defeat Republicans in the primaries. And that's kind of stupid. It's ridiculous. It's totally ridiculous. Some of my own colleagues spent money to try to beat me down here. And you know what, I thank god that the voters saw through the lives
and the bs down here because they did. And at the end of the day, again, like I said, this infighting needs to stop. It really does. We need to get to work and govern. Are you ready for their big question? Yes? By Friday. By Friday of this week, well, President Joe Biden be on a ballot to give even Democrats the opportunity of voting for a frail unbecoming US president. Are you going to say, put your coyones on the line. As a Friday of this week,
would Joe Biden be on the ballot? Yay? Or nay. I'm voting yes. But like I told you, I didn't ask you that. I said, what about the other Republicans? I didn't ask you. I said, I have no idea what they're going to do. Who knows, I don't know. What does your crystal ball say? Last time a few weeks ago and went down in flames and Dwaine got all urinated off and then he called a special session to get you back into Columbus. You're only there a few months a year, So just give me a yes or no. Will
Joe Biden be on the ballot on Friday? Yea the crystal ball, I would say yes. We have to come together as Republicans to get something done for the people of Ohio because that's what we're sent to Columbus for. How about Republicans spending millions of dollars in primaries to defeat Republicans. You're coming ridiculous, ridiculous, and it needs to end again. We have to come together because otherwise we're going to lose the majority. And I'm going to say that
again. We're going to lose the majority in Ohio if we don't come together and start working together. Period. We're going to be in the minority. Well, we'll see what happens, because I know there's a whole group of Republicans in the House, some of whom contacted me saying there's no way they're voting for Joe Biden. They perceive this as a vote for Joe Biden and they're not going to do it. And if it happens again that way, so be it that a federal court's going to put them on the ballot anyway.
But I want them on the ballot because I want even Democrats to have a choice, and we can't play the democratic games like in Colorado and Maine, which kept Trump off of the ballot. In off Ohio, a Bellweather state, doesn't allow the President of the United States to be on their ballot. That's a problem. And so we'll see what happens. But your Chrystal ball is unclear about whether it's going to happen or not. Correct. No,
I think it's going to happen. I really do. I think we're going to come up there and you know what, have discussions and come together and vote to do this. I mean, listen, we went crazy when Colorado did this to Trump. And I will say the State of Alabama, the great state of Alabama. They just voted. They are Republicans, totally conservative down there. They just voted to put Biden on the ballot. So again, we just need to again govern. We need to govern and do
our jobs. That's what I'm focused on doing. Lastly, are you going to give the Bengals hundreds of millions of dollars for a new stadium? Oh? My god, we haven't even discussed that yet. Well, let's talk about it. We got the brawn Bengals. You got the Bengals. They were According to Alicia Reese that the state of Ohio has five billion dollars in extra money in its savings account, five billion dollars and that's a consequence a few hundred million should come to the Bengals. Yes or no? Okay?
First of all, yes, I hear that we have the rainy Day Fund. Everybody likes to talk about. But you want to know why we have the rainy Day Fund. Because we have made good financial sound decisions in the state of Ohio. That's why we have the budget. We allocate things every single year. I can answer my question, yes or no. One hundreds of millions to the Bengals. Well, world consider that. We will consider it. See what they're asking for. But you know, the county,
this is the county thing. They need to have a discussion. I'm not a commissioner. They need to have their discussions first, and if the state can come in, not with the whole tab of course. But again I think it's a good thing to have the Bengals here. Do you not agree? I think it's a great thing because NFL is the dominant franchise and all of professional sports. But I think helping the Bengals a little bit for some tax dollars makes some sense to me. But the franchise itself is not worth
about three to four billion dollars. And every time I look up, they signed some new deal with Netflix and now they're going to get twenty five billion dollars to divide up among all the platforms to take NFL games. That needs to be considered also. But Sydney Abrams will see what happens. You're on the record. You're saying Biden on the ballot, that's your crystal ball as a Friday. We'll see what happens. Sidney Abrons, thank you once again
for coming on the bill. Cunningham show. May God bless you and God bless America. Thank you, Willie. We'll do it again, thank you. Let's continue with more. She's on the record. Biden will be on the ballot. Don't act like democrats. For God's sakes, put them on the ballot. Let the fools vote for him. This is what I say. Let's continue with more Bill Cunningham plus my further predictions about the Bengals. I'm sorry my prediction about the Reds. As you know, I predicted they
would sweep the Dodgers. And Tony Bender many other snickered, completely snickered at me. Now who's snicker? And now Tony Who's snicker? And now talk about that further with segment on news radio seven hundred. Wulw. Hey, if you're listening to me right now, I have one thing every business needs. Forty or so I have. It's on the mound tomorrow Business Special and away we go. So many issues, so little time. You know.
I have given maybe forty or fifty closing arguments in criminal case. And I'm always reminded of the greatness of Abraham Lincoln, who recited the Gettysburg Address. He rode on a train as he went from Washington to Gettysburg to celebrate and to commemorate the passing of so many soldiers at Gettysburg. And he penned that speech, and it took two and a half minutes in order for Abraham Lincoln
to sum up what was sacrificed by their soldiers. And it's a speech that's one of the greatest of all time, along with Douglas MacArthur's nineteen sixty four speech about duty, honor, and country. But the Gettysburg address took two and a half to three minutes to give. And when lawyers are given, according to Judge Mershawn, two and a half hours for the defense and four to four and a half hours to the prosecution, the mind can only comprehend
with a but can bear. And at some point you keep beating a dead horse, and you move on. Make your points. Do it in a visual way, have some board in front of you, eclipse, and because those things reinforce what you're saying, then make your point and move on.
Largely the juris jurors, I think have already have an idea in their minds if they think he's guilty or not guilty, And as a consequence, you want to hit the high points and move, but you can't give four to four and a half hours to one side and two to two and a half hours to the other. Of course, that's in keeping with judge Judge Jan Marshawn's behavior in the case. At one point he turned to the defense opening up court and said, are you ready. Defendant lawyers said yes, a
guy's name Blanche. Then he turned to the prosecution and said, are we ready. And it's a problem when you have the judge who has chosen sides. And I know from my years as a bailiff and I sequestered juries and sat with them and listen, of course outside the courtroom what they were saying. And a judge is always the lead of the jury, and the jury looks forward to the judges someone on their side. Now they're looking out for them. So when a judge says something, it has much more impact in
the minds of jurors than if one of the two lawyers say something. They look toward the judge as to what they should do and what they could not do. So in this case, when Trump wanted to put on experts, in fact, the chair of the Federal election commissioned to explain why this was not a violation of federal law, Judge Murshon said, no, you can't
do that. When Trumpster wanted to put on another forensic accountant to talk about acceptable rules of accounting behavior, Judge Murshawn said, well, you can't do that. But when it came to Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen, Judge Murshawn, who was born in Columbia and as a left wing activist, who gave money to Joe Biden's reelection, and whose daughter, his adult daughter, is
making millions of dollars off fundraising off the Trump trial. When he allows them to meander constantly through testimony which was completely irrelevant to the central issue in the case, he tipped his hand as to which side he's on. And in this case, if Donald Trump had waived a jury and tried it directly to the judge, is there any doubt in your mind, Judge Mrshon would have
convicted Donald Trump without any question. Judge Mrshawn is a lower level political hack who's given money to democratic causes, and the prosecutor in this case, of course, is a George Soros prosecutor, and Joe Biden sent from the Department of Justice in Washington a guy named Michael Colangelo, who was number three the Department of Justice under Joe Biden, in order to assist in the prosecution of Donald Trump. Fundamentally unfair. We look forward to sometime Friday or Saturday.
I'm still predicting a guilty verdict because these jurors who had just spent a week at home, which is another terrible blunder by Judge Mrshawn terrible blunder to allow them to go home for the Memorial Day week and on Tuesday of last week, to live and to talk with and to counsel and to listen to their friends and neighbors. The attitude of Robert de Niro is typical of New Yorkers. They wont Trump convicted. This is their last best chance to keep him
out of the presidency. Which is so sad, but it's where we are. The evidence was manipulated by Judge Murshan to determine a defined result, which is guilty, guilty is charged. The best result he can help Ford is one or two jurors to say I can't convict him of felonies for paperwork mistakes. The Federal Election Commissioned chair would have testified that there was no violation of
federal law whatsoever. And the booking of these payments as legal fees as opposed to payments a Stormy Daniels, And the fact that Judge Murshawn permitted, allowed, and encouraged the prosecution. He's on their side to go into the ins and outs of the kind of sex that Donald Trump supposedly had with Stormy Daniels, whether a condom was used or not. What does that have to do with any element of this criminal case. The answer is none, zero,
zilch. But the judge is on the prosecution team most of the cases I've tried in Lucas County, in Hamlet County, and a few in Montgomery County in Claremont County, every trial judge, when a person's freedom is at risk, bends over backwards to make sure the defendant is able to present a full
robust defense of the charges against him. Because at the end of the day, when the case is concluded, the state, the prosecution moves on to the next case, but the defendant is left for the results of the trial, maybe for years to come. So I can recall the great Judge Norbert Natle or Judge Matthews or Judge Craft would always say on sidebars, am I allowing you, mister Cunningham, to present the defense your client would like.
And I suggest you're doing a good thank you, thank you. You allow the defense a lot more latitude than you allow the prosecution because the prosecution is seeking to imprison the defendant. And in this case, just the opposite took place. Mershawn now can run for the New York Supreme Court and win. He now has his ticket punched for glory along with family members for a long time. He's biased, and he's motivated the judge for a defined result.
And normally the jury looks towards the judge to determine in their own minds what to do. The judge is on their side, and that in a criminal case the judge should be fair and impartial and bend over backwards to make sure that defendant as a free in fair trial and the defendants able to present within wide parameters anything they want to present, and that what normally happens in a
criminal case, but not in this case. Not, in this case, the judge early on showed us antipathy and prejudice against Donald Trump and is exhibiting it right now by allowing the prosecution to go for four to four and a half hours and the defense for two to two and a half. What you do is a good judge. You get the defense lawyers in there this morning might have done it last week and said, look, guys and girls,
how much time do you need? And if Trump's lawyer said we need two hours and to the prosecution, how much time do you need in closing the argument? I need four to four and a half hours, he said, no, you don't. The mind can comprehend only what the butt can bear. I'll tell you what we'll split the difference. Defense you get two hours, prosecution you get two hours. I'm cutting you off after that hear what
I'm saying, and then then they have time to fashion their argument. But you don't send a jury unsequestered for a week into the uh environs in which they live, then bring them back a week later. When this is the most important trial in American judicial history, this is the one likely will determine who the next president is. And so on Tuesday, when evidence was concluded, you tell the parties the day or two before assuming you rest on Tuesday
morning. What I want you to do is get your closing arguments together and we're going to begin tomorrow morning. On Wednesday, each side is two hours. Here's the charge I'm giving to you. Take it over, take it over overnight, take a look at it. This is what I'm going to do. If you have any suggestions, let me know, and I'll let you know overnight if I'm going to accept any of your suggestions. But see,
Mershawan didn't want that. He wanted these to go back into the community and listen to friends and family, rail on them about what they have to do, then bring them back a week later, which is what's happened. It is sick, and is depraved, and it's wrong. Secondly, I just had on Sidney Abrams, a good friend of Michelle Schneider's, and I encouraged her, if you heard my interview with her, to please put Joe Biden on the ballot in the state of Ohio. Don't play the kind of
games that Democrats always play. Look at the games they played in Colorado in the state of Maine. In both states, the secretaries of state, many of the state elected leaders in each state, and the Supreme Court of each state struck Donald Trump's name from the ballot. That's the game the Democrats play. They play hardball, and the Republicans play softball. And I said to
Sidney Abrams, State rep don't be a Democrat. Don't do to them what they do to conservatives all the time, whether it's the appeal to Heaven flag, whether it's Alito or Jenny Thomas or Donald Trump. Don't play silly democratic political games. It was up to Democrats. And by the way, if the Supreme Court nine to zip didn't strike it down Illinois, California, Washington, Oregon, We're going to do exactly the same thing. Take Donald Trump
off the ballot. That's what Democrats do. They simply move forward and attack, tora tora, tora. Democrats. Liberals attack relentlessly. And so I said, please, don't be a Democrat. Put Joe Biden on the ballot, and hope the American people understand the games played by the radical left in this country. When you saw the protests and the ridiculous riots on many college
campuses twenty years ago, the same mentality to existed on college campuses. Of course, twenty years later, the leaders of our country in their forties and fifties, came out of Harvard and Yale in Columbia and Ucla and Ohio State, where they supported Hamas and supported the killing of innocent men, women and
children in Israel in October the seventh. Don't play those silly games. The leaders of our country now in their forties and fifties were the same students twenty years ago ran and raved in politic to did horrible things the female studies crowd. So don't be a Democrat, Sydney Abrams. And to my friends in the legislature, put please put Joe Biden on the ballot. Democrats, if the shoe was on the other foot, they would never ever put Donald Trump
on a ballot unless ordered to do so by the US Supreme Court. Even so, to Mayor and the big time liberals, Kagan on the Supreme Court, even Cantanji Jackson, who doesn't know what a woman is, even she said, you can't do that, but you know, Democrats said, yes, we can strike his name from the ballot, indict the guy. In numerous Democratic jurisdictions, send the number three guy in the Department of Justice to New York City to try a misdemeanor case about a paperwork mistake from the US
Department of Justice. And of course Joe Biden has no connection to any of this. That's pure poppycock. Whatever poppycock is, that's what's going on. So let's continue. Coming up after one o'clock today is a Congress and brad winstrip. This is big stuff. But because the media is enveloped in the idea of sink the Bismarck, sink the Trumpster, they ignored what happened last week with Congress and brad Winstrop. He's in charge of the COVID Committee and
the US House of Representatives. He had numerous experts coming in, in fact, the writers themselves, doctor morons and others who actually had the emails back and forth in twenty nineteen and twenty twenty talking about the vaccine in COVID nineteen coming from the lab in Wuhan. The fact that they knew early on it was a lab leak and not a bat cave that caused COVID nineteen. They
knew that early on. And did you know that the US taxpayer through Eco Health Alliance, paid for the creation of COVID nineteen and the Wuhan Lab and Winstrop asked the question, why are we spending hundreds of millions of dollars of our money sent to communist read China to do gain of function research on viruses?
And then when a lab leak takes place, cya became the order of the day in Washington, and Brad Winstrop exposed all this, I might add quite well, exposed it very well, but it didn't get much media coverage because of Donald Trump. He's sucking up all the oxygen because the mainstream media wants to sync the Bismark, sink the Trumpster by any means necessary, financially, take them off the ballot, convictim of crimes, whatever it takes.
They play hardball. Republicans at times arise to the level of playing softball, and they get away with it because our media, which is the megaphone of what's happening in the world, has the same objectivity as Judge Juan Mershawn, the same objectivity defense. Are you ready? Yes, we're ready your honor prosecution? Are we ready? That's the attitude. Oh, let's continue. And for those who criticize Republicans and Columbus for not putting Joe Biden on the
ballot when it's against state law. Presently, where was the criticisms when two Democratic states Colorado and Maine said Trump can't be on the ballot. Trump can't be on the ballot. Did anyone in the media say a wait a minute. You can know the media cheered on the Democrat secretaries of state to keep Trump off the ballot. When Republicans say, wait a minute, putting Biden on the ballot before the convention violates our state law, then the media suddenly
has concerns disgusting. Now, let's continue if the line becomes available, which it never does. Five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand Reds Baseball. The Reds are three and a half games out of the wild Card. On news Radio seven hundred wwwem Homer, Oh my goodness, what a can the part home rud for Elly Daily eats the Rags in card Citay at five four on seven hundred wul W and seven hundred jul w's live stream of the were iHeartRadio Act Billy Cunningham, the Great American for Joseph

Last season, millions tuned into the Betrayal Podcast to hear a shocking story of deception Billy Cunning in the Great American and last week, the Congressman in charge with the task of finding out the origins of COVID nineteen US involvement and in how to stop future outbreaks and what to do in reaction. Kind of like a clean up.
On AL six is Congressman doctor brad Winstrip, who sadly is leaving the Congress in about seven or eight months, maybe he's had enough, but his colleagues thought so well of him. They said, brad Winstrip, you head up the committee on COVID origins and our reaction to it and how to stop it in the future. And a few days ago, Eco Health Alliance president, doctor Peter Dazik and doctor David Morans, who's with a Fauci senior advisor,
came under oath. And what doctor brad Winstrip found is truly that this should be the front page story all over the country if the media wasn't fixated on Donald Trump and ridiculous trials happening in New York City. But once again, Congress from Brad Weinster, welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. Just tell the American people who may not follow this thing as close as you have, what is Eco Health Alliance and what was their role in COVID nineteen. Yeah.
So Eco Health Alliance is an entity that's led by doctor Peter Dazik, and they in this particular case, we're doing gain of function research and move on. China. A lot of people were aware of this, and gain of function means you're taking a virus, you're enhancing it and adding things to it, taking things away, taking parts of two viruses, putting together, and
seeing if it becomes more infectious. But they were doing this and they're denying it now because they changed the definition of what actually gain of function is. But the other members of the NIH besides doctor Fauci and doctor Dazik and doctor Morns and doctor Collins, they'll say, yes, EcoHealth Alliance was doing gain of function recent search. Let me just go back to this guy. So
he heads ecohic lines. He goes to DARPA, which is the Defense Advanced Research Program Agency, and he gets denied a grant to do the type of research that he wanted to do. And when we looked into his emails, personal emails, he was saying to doctor Ralph Berrick in North Carolina and other broologists and to doctor z Engli Shee in China, they're all in this email.
He says, we'll tell them we're going to do all the work in North Carolina, because that'll raise a red flag if we tell them that we plan to do it in China. But once we get the money, we'll do it in China, and we'll do it at a BSL two, which is a lab safety measure that's less safe than what Ralph Barrick said we would. If we're going to do this, we have to do it at BSL three. But he was willing to deceive the federal government. DARPA turned it
down because they said this research is too dangerous. And then he goes over to NIH and the process there, according to doctor Fauci, is you apply for the grant, advisory board decides what you get it or not. Doctor Fauci says, I just signed these grants that once they've approved it, I don't know. But the problem with Eco Health Alliance, amongst many things, besides the research they were doing, they were not submitting their periodic reports and
they were required to. And when they had an agent that actually became more virulent, more pathogenic, they didn't report it until two years later. NIH apparently has no red flag go off that they haven't reported anything for two years. And doctor Fauci said, well, that's over in compliance. I don't have anything to do with it. And I asked doctor Fauci, well, what about the fact you're doing in this in a lab of an adversary and you is there any oversight over that? And he said, I wouldn't know
how to do that. So the whole thing is very ugly. The process is a mess. But through this process, you know, they've been saying things that turned out to be not true. And doctor Daaac at the end of our investigating investigation with all that we revealed and his statements under oath if you will, we did a transcribed interview. You're basically under oath, he
said one thing, and actually the truth was different. And so long story short, the NIH upon our recommendation after our hearing with him, we recommended that that EcoHealth Alliance be debarred and that doctor Peter Dazik be debarred, never get another penny from the United States government. And now they have agreed. But keep in mind doctor Collins and doctor Falci are no longer there, so
maybe that's the difference. So the takeaway from this as a civilian is that they wanted to do this research, but did not want to do it in North Carolina subject to scrutiny, and the American taxpayer paid partially for the creation of COVID nineteen and let's and so the Dazik and others said, well, let's let's get the funding approved, get the money, then we'll move the research to Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China, And Fauci said,
well, well, I've lost control of it at that point, but he's part of the process that sent the work there and the money to the Wuhan lab in the first place. And is there any doubt in your mind this COVID nineteen came out of the lab and not a bat cave. I feel that it came out of the lab because there's just so many forensics that would reveal that. And I would say this, I don't know if Eco Health Alliance's work actually created COVID nineteen, but the type of work that they were
doing can create COVID nineteen. And there's been many articles written on this. How can be reverse engineered and so it can be made and can be made in a lab. But more importantly, as much as this technology is being shared with our adversary, and you have to understand that their military took over the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the People's Liberation Army helped construct the Wuhan Institute of Virology, and they had people around the whole time, and they've had
bioweapons pro for some time. So that's one of my most major concerns with all of this is why are we doing dangerous risky research, which as far back as twenty eleven twenty twelve, doctor Fauci and doctor Collins said, yeah, it's risky, but they felt the benefits outweighed the risk because they thought that we could make a virus like this and predict that one like this might come from nature, and then we will able to find a cure if we
can find a cure for the one in the lab. But even in twenty twelve, thout You was asked if he was worried about this getting out of a lab and causing a pandemic pandemic, and he said, the benefits outweigh the risk. Twenty twelve, Anthony Fauci was asked about doing this kind of research. He said, the benefits outweigh the risks. Does he still say
that, well, I don't know. I think we're going to have a chance to ask him that coming up, because you know, for a long time, you know, he and others that do this type of research were saying, oh, this came from nature, This came from nature, and anybody who says it came from the lab. Remember they were conspiered theorists and they were taking off social media. But now in more recent times with doctor Fauci, he said, oh, yeah, you know, it's not a
conspiracy theory. It could have happened, but doctor Morins, who works for doctor Fauci, was protecting him every step of the way. He even says in one of his emails, and keep in mind how we started on doctor Morins. We found an email where he said, be sure and email me on my Gmail because I keep getting foyed, which is you know, you or anybody going through Freedom of Information Act to get to see what their official
email say. He says, wring me on my Gmail because I'm getting foyed and if and then I'll delete anything I don't want the New York Times to see. Well, he's come to find out that they don't really get deleted, and he even went to the point of talking to a woman in the foyer office who was telling him how to get rid of his emails before he actually gets foyded. Or before the request comes through. Well it didn't work.
But this is just some of the things going on and on and on and doctor Morins and his personal emails, he references speaking with doctor Fauci about Eco Health Alliance suspended grant because of the Trump administration. They suspended it. Uh, but doctor Morins was working with doctor Dazik to try and figure out how they can get it reinstated. And so he was giving him information, Dazig information about how just do this, just do that, and we'll get
it reinstated. And during his emails too, there's such a treasure chest here and for us, sadly, it's such a treasure chest. He said, you know, we have to protect Tony and he said Tony doesn't want his fingerprints on origins of COVID and and then he said that he never really talked to doctor Fauci about Eco Health Alliance, and then he says that he did. I mean, it goes on and on. This man is a lot
in a lot of trouble. And I'll tell him both cases, doctor Dazit and doctor Morens, it was bipartisan going after them for the things that they have done. And history will not judge either of them very well, and we'll see who else we need to be involved with this, and we're going to learn more and more. I think about doctor Fauci's role in all of this, although he seems to say his hands were off right. Well, can you tell someone who lives in ames Iowa, why the US taxpayer is
funding research in the Chinese Wuhan Lab. Why are we doing that at all? I mean, that's a simple question. I can't imagine. I would imagine anything that's discovered is certainly picked up by the Chinese government immediately. But why are taxpayers dollars going to Wuhan. They shouldn't be at all. And you know, I just think that these things are going on within our agencies all across the board all the time, and they're just hardly ever investigated.
Congress needs to beef it up in all aspects. You know, as we've gone through this process bill, we're asking Health and Human Services for the documents, and they stall us and stonewallsts. We end up issuing satinas before we can get it. When the United States Congress goes to one of our federal agencies and we say, we say we want to see the documents of this, this, this, or this. It should be immediate and you don't
have to get lawyers involved. You shouldn't have to get lawyers involved. But you can see the types of comments that they made where they're you know, trying to cover things up, uh and and not letting it get out. But I think they've gotten away with it for so long. But this is such such gravity, if you will. We are trying to figure out what we do going forward, but we can't do that until we look back.
And when we look back, you know, we see things that have taken place, and you know, we go forward and say, guess what. This group should never get money again. And our grant process has to be highly scrutinized. And one of my first recommendations is if somebody is looking at a grant where we're going to do work in a lab, risky, risky work, the lab of a foreign adversary, where's the intelligence community sitting in saying no, you're not going to do this, they should be involved with
the process. And they probably were when they tried to get it through the Department of Defense and were denied because they said it was too risky. So we have a lot of things to clean up in our process, but just too all too often in our agencies where we have the unelected people that are there for twenty thirty forty years, they've just gotten used to doing whatever they
wanted to do and didn't think anyone would ever come looking. But when you have millions of people across the globe and millions of Americans dead, it's really important that we get to the bottom of the behavior, and that we clean up our agencies and we make sure that we have a structure and a better process going forward when we're faced with another pandemic. Connor, this has really rebolted me, to be honest with you, I wish the media would cover
it more. We are now, But doctor David Morin's testified before you in the Democrats. This is one of those rare occasions when Democrats on your committee attacked as correctly and viciously as Republicans, but they concocted a scheme, whether it was Morins and Fauci and Collins and Dazzik and others, to make sure that Foyer requests or turn out turn up nothing of what their most intimate thoughts are about how to handle the pandemic. And the origins and what we're doing.
Isn't it a Is it a crime to have a big time public health officials that one is secrete from the American people the truth of what they did in twenty nineteen and twenty twenty and twenty twenty one, and Mores just freely said that they had to use his Gmail account because he wanted to make a Foyer proof. Is that a crime or is such as a serious foetball?
Well it should be a crime. You know, the military is the only agency per se or department that has something like the Uniform Code of Military Justice where unethical is unlawful, and I think we need that in every agency. And we learned that with the Visa court when Trump was accused of Russian collusion and all that stuff. We realized these people just violated the rules that they
have and nothing really happens to them. When when we did advisor reauthorization, Now you can go to jail for eight ten years and pay fines, and the rules are much stricter and there's a process, it's much cleaner. We have to do this across all of our agencies because it just seems too often that you violate what should be the rules, and nothing really happens. But I will tell you that if you lie to Congress, that's a federal offense.
And so we're recommending some things to Department of Justice to take a look at to see if that truly is what happened, because it certainly looks like it. But you know, you just you look at this, and he says, quote, I try to always communicate on jail because my ah email is foy it constantly, and I'll believe anything I don't want to see in the New York Times. I learned from our foyer lady here how to make emails disappear after I am Floyd, but before the search starts. So I
think we're all safe. Plus I deleted most of those earlier emails after sending them to Gmail. And again, you know, he has things about the EcoHealth Alliancy, Peter Dazik. He warrens to Dezik, Peter, the blow confidential email went to Tony into our od staff, so that Tony will be prepared to speak on the subject of BSL. That's lab safety. And another point, he says, Tony is now fully aware and is involved in some
sort of damage control. Yeah. Well, and yeah, whatever is going on, I very much doubt that Tony or any of our NIAID leadership would willfully throw you under the bus. And God health, Guessruth will throw you under the bus. The truth will set us free. And to me, it's amazing this. Your hearings last week had such little media coverage because of Donald Trump. But this blew up art the idea that Anthony Fauci was beatified
near sainthood. The media did not permit people to criticize him whatsoever. And anyone who would suggest that it was lab created because of Chinese government involvement through TikTok et cetera would be barred from social media. And here we are in the Land of the Free and the home of the brave with the First Amendment, and we have the top health officials during the worst pandemic in over one hundred years, concocting a scheme among themselves to keep the public from knowing the
truth. And those names are Collins and Fauci and Dazzick and Morns and Congressman Brad Winster. But I'm glad you made it public about minute remaining. What's the next step, when's the next time Fauci is going to come before the Congress and lie. Well. He's coming in early June, and he has an opportunity to answer a lot of questions, and he will be under earth because this is a congressional hearing and he's just got a lot of things to
explain. I don't even really understand why he was in charge, because as I look at the agencies, it seems that the role of the CDC would be more important center for disease control. But the head of CDC was doctor Robert Redfield, and they squeezed him out of the whole conversation when it came to all the leaders in public health, if you will, and that's a shame. And doctor Redfield has spoken to that. Yeah, I'm glad you're
out there doing it. We need more like you, and Democrats and Republicans are united in this and maybe we'll get to the bottom line at some point. Congressman brad Winstrop, thank you for your service to this great nation. And Congress is going to miss you in about six months. But I know
you've got to get back to your regular life. You're like George Washington, like Cincinnatis, going back into the hills, having saved Rome, and I hope to an extent we can save the truth when it comes to COVID and brad Winstrop once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you Congress, Thank you, Bill, appreciate it. God bless you.
Let's continue with more. Wow. They concocted a scheme to make sure you didn't know the truth about COVID, Bill Cunningham on seven hundred WULW in this week's Marketers Report, Angela is a PETA see him. I'm here without her run back, but he's still on my lord mind. I think about her run bank and dream about him a mile the time. I'm here without her run back, but he's still with me and my dreams. And tonight it's how ROUM made me. Hello quiet and I'm I'm broadcasting, said Brian

What he said, he's now finally ready to speak about Harambe? What was his crime? What's his crime? Until thirty five today, it all happens. Joe opens up eight years ago today, correct, Joe put the hit out on Harambe. Harambe, the gorilla killed at the Cincinnati Zoo Willie after a small
child fell into the gorilla and cla, that's irrelevant. That's irrelevant. Okay, that doesn't matter. What what's his crime? Joe shot that magnificent ape and the head was his crame. I was gonna tear that kid apart. Well, that's irrelevant. He killed Harambe. I mean, livero, what are you gonna do. You're gonna walk up to him and say, hey, give me the kid. How about a dart? Maybe anaesthetize. I don't know, what do you do with Arambe? Well, what about if
you if you if you shoot a darted him? Whatever? I mean, there's other gorillas around, right, but there's only one in the pit at the time with that kid. But anyway, well, see Joe's finally going to break his silence. Oh we'll hear about it here in a little bit there one hour, just as Joe Dieters will talk of the inside scoop on the killing of Arambe, that Magnificent Ape. The story remains still as important today as it was in twenty sixteen. The killing of Arambe put his name
in the news, and it's iconic. The main message of how do we help these garillas in the water? That still should be the main focus of the name Parambri. Yeah, what does Joe say about that? I don't know. We'll find out. Let's find out that damn ape would still be eating bananas and watermelons. It wasn't for Joe Diaters. Forget about that kid. Livros don't care about that. Hell to say, they do the same thing the babies in the womb all the time, dismember them. That's no
big deal. But the fact of the matter is this magnificent ape is this symbol of the Cincinnati Zoo, and Joe Diatters played a part in the assassination of her Rambae. Well he the stood reporters approbservers of your local Tame Star Heating and air conditioning dealers Tame Star, Qualita Yukenfield and Cincinnati col Sheldon Braun had Broad Heating at five one, three, three, eight, five,

I could sense the Reds are about ready to arise like a mighty tsunami and the bowels of the Pacific Ocean to sweep across the land. And they did. They did, And I'm relying to I'll say this right now. They've won what four in a row? Correct? If they win ten in a row and honor of Marty Brunahan, I'm getting
my head shaved. If they win six more, I'm getting my head shaved at Great Cliffs for twenty bucks plus a generous tip. Hopefully it happens tonight, Willie at five in a row, as Kyle Gibson goes up against Andrew Abbott five forty Sports Talk RNL carriers Inside Pitch, Kelsey Chevrolet extraiting show after the game. What doesn't matter, But they're gonna kill him? Well, what about Robe was gonna go to? What about the ape? He was gonna go too. They just got to him first. I'm just saying. Thirty what
thirty two years of failure. It's unbelievable. He called his strike once the ball hit the ground before it got to the catcher, and he called his strike disgusting or some of the umpiring over the weekend, especially with Stevenson one't very good een, that's for sure. You know, they got to go to that automatic strike deal because the umpires are guessing anymore. But they got well and there, and the catchers are framing it. You see every kick,
every catcher analogy. It's either if it's low, he brings it back up. That means it's low, right, if it's outside, and when he moves the mid that means it's not a strike. Every catcher's doing that. Now I go, I got more about hu. Also French Open first round in tennis today Willie Payton Stearns who just won a her first career win in Morocco. She's a good friend of Denny Smith. Would you agree, Willie that that that who knows that they have they averted a major disaster and tragedy there. I want a truth when that that? How do you know that

It's not the eighth anniversary, though, you know, better late than never. Seven hundred WLW breathe the easier in your home with zero resureduct Now let's continue. We never stop, We never hesitate. We simply continue a couple other matters before I turn things over to you and the American people.
The prosecution as we speak is beginning their closing argument, which they say they need four to four and a half hours to complete. The defense was given approximately two to two and a half hours of their own choosing. It's not the way trials should be conducted at all, But we're dealing with the judge who has his thumb, is elbow and his knee on the scales of justice. He's trying to tip this thing as much as possible to Trump's conviction.
They got the statements ready to go. Donald Trump, a convicted felon is going to be the campaign which we now and October November to have you persuade those not well connected to the political system who vote to not understand exactly what's going on. And also, the judge at some point objected to the defense
argument, calling it highly inappropriate in the team's closing argument. Normally, most good judges will allow the defense whose liberty is at risk, to actually say whatever they want to say within wide parameters, and this is not the case in this courtroom. Judge Murshawn wants a defined result and For those who say that he would not put Donald Trump in jail and or prison if convicted,
I asked you to look at his behavior the past six weeks. And that is exactly what Judge Mrshawn wants to do because he wants to use this to be elected to the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He wants to move up to the judicial ladder, and he knows politically the way to get that done is to not only convict Donald Trump, or rather to send him to jail than allow a court of appeals down the road, possibly to release them on bond. That's what they want. They're throwing the kitchen sink.
They're throwing the kitchen at Donald Trump in every which way possible. And it's where we are as a country that the Democrats play hardball and the Republicans may arise to play nerfball or softball, as exhibited by what's happening in Columbus as we speak. You heard Matt Reese talk about it about ten to fifteen minutes ago that there's a special session of the General Assembly called by Governor Mike
DeWine to put Joe Biden on the ballot. And you heard Sydney Abrams two hours ago as one of the leader's Republican leaders in the Ohio House of Representatives who are saying, yes, he belongs on the ballot. That's not the game that Democrats play. Look at the state of Colorado and the state of
Maine. For several weeks, I watched the Democratic secretaries of state of multiple states and other leaders in each of those states and other states, especially Illinois, with Pritzcher as the governor, saying Donald Trump should not be on the ballot because he's quote an insurrectionist, which is a lie. So Democrats, if given permission by the US Supreme Court, would keep Trump off the ballot completely. If they had not voted nine zip to put him on the ballot.
Left to their own druthers, the Democratic Party would have taken them off the ballot and almost every state they could. They play those games constantly, and the Republicans simply want to try to follow the law and get him on the ballot. You heard the Democrats now may nominate Joe Biden virtually to meet the deadline of August seven. We'll see what happens. It's where we are, and I have a bad feeling about this, this is what Tuesday afternoon
at two to fifteen pm, I got a bad feeling. The jurors look toward the judge as to which way to go. In a sense, they don't trust the prosecution. They don't trust the defense. What they do trust
is the judge. And when the judge objects himself to the defense closing argument, when the judge bars Donald Trump from admitting important evidence through witnesses, when the judge allows the prosecution witnesses to go all over the landscape talking about whether the Trumpster used a condom in twenty zero six to have sex with Stormy Daniels, who, by the way, is the CPA herself and the so called porn star. You understand which direction the judge wants the jury to go.
And at this point we still have to find what felon he's supposedly committed. Don't know yet, just pick one. So when the Trumpster wanted to put on the chair of the Federal Election Commission saying, you know what, what happened here is not a violation of federal law. What happened which barred the testimony, wouldn't let it happen. When Donald Trump wanted to put on a forensic accountant to say what he did with the one hundred and thirty thousand dollars
page Stormy was a campaign expense not. The judge would not allow that to go on either, So he twisted and turned the testimony for a defined result, which was his conviction. When the judge turns to the defense and says, are you ready, the answer is yes. Then he goes to the prosecution and says, are we ready? You know which direction this thing is going as we speak. Right now, the prosecutor is making the case that Michael Cohen should be believed. And that's Stormy Daniels. The payment to her
was meant to influence the election? Well, of course it was. It's okay, did when Joe Biden wanted to give like seven billion dollars in relief to those whose student loans? Was that meant to influence the election? Absolutely? Could Missy Powers in Hamlety County indict Joe Biden for illicit behavior to influence the election? Of course she could. Would it go anywhere? Likely not? But in New York City it's going to fur piece because New Yorkers want
Donald Trump convicted of a felony. The whole campaign will be Donald Trump, a convicted felon, and that's the campaign they're running on, along with seizing a half a billion dollars of his money on BS real estate appraisals. It's up to each bank to determine what a property is worth, not up to a person seeking to borrow the money. You may put your house in the market and say, you know what I'm telling my accountant, my house is
worth a million dollars. Well, it's up to the bank to determine if your house was worth a million dollars and whether they'll loan you eight hundred thousand if you put down two hundred thousand. That's not the way the game is played, but it's where we are. And to have these jurors who live in Manhattan, all of whom are Democrat jurors, understand what's at stake here.
This is the most important criminal trial in American history because it'll go a long way to electing or not electing the next president of the United States. And this is not the way it ought to be, not the way things are. But so many institutions, the foundations of our country are being burned down as we speak. I'm watching this in real time. Give you an example. We just went through Memorial Day yesterday. In the Memorial Day weekend.
We understand as normal Americans that Memorial Day is recognizing those who died and were killed on behalf of America. Over a one point two million have died since the Revolutionary War defending this great country. Veterans Day is in November. Memorial Day remembers the sacrifice given by those who died, were killed, some murdered on behalf of the United States of America. We have a couple of lawmakers part of the school, the squad members Elon Omar and others. Corey
Bush, who put the following me up yesterday. Quote on Memorial Day, we honor the heroic men and women who serve our country. Goes on to say, we owe them more than our gratitude. We must spend more access quality mental health services for them, job opportunities, housing assistants, and benefits
they were promised quote unquote. Someone needs to tell the squad that Democrats in the United States Congress that Memorial Day honors those who are dead, who were killed, and I don't think they have any more need for mental health services or job opportunities or housing assistants or food stamps. They're dead. Can someone tell the Democrats and the House of Representatives that Memorial Day is to honor those
who gave the ultimate sacrifice for this country. They don't know that. So the institutions that form the heart of what an American is is under assault and official which is uncruel and fair, unfair manner. Faith, family, respect for law and order, and conforming one's behavior to the dictates of the law is awfully important. Would you agree? I would hope so. Faith Right now something the range of one third of the American people attend in religious service
at least once a week. One third, about seventy percent do not. And I wonder those in these teeming cities of Democrats, how many them actually attend church, mosques or synagogues. I'd say very few, if any. So faith is disintegrating in our country completely. As I look at the empty
churches every Sunday, they're gone. How about family? Family is the structure, the corpuscle of what it takes to educate the next generation of Americans about how to behave, what not to do, the attributes that are successful that behaviors to avoid. Family, family, is largely gone. The great majority of kids now grow up in America. Listen to this. The great majority of kids grew up in America without the father and the mother in the home.
About two thirds of kids grew up with little or no relationship with a father and sometimes a mother. You know, mothers can be bad too, but mainly it's men and so without faith and family and respect for the rights of others. Cars being broken into it's a small item. In Westchester, forty motor vehicles are broken into. Three kids from Avondale go into Happy Honting grounds in Butler County and the juvenile court judge their knee house would not release
them. If the same activity took place in Cincinnati. I guarantee you Judge Carrie Bloom and himnic count of Juvenile Court would release them immediately. She's told Channel five, one of their great reporters, that the harm we could inflict upon a quote child to spend one, one hundred and two or three nights in jail is unspeakable. So she thinks putting vicious criminals who are sixteen or seventeen years old at twenty twenty Auburn for one or two nights must be avoided
at all costs. So that's why in Hamlety County, I'm telling everyone when the sound of my voice, do not lock your car. One because windows are expensive to replace. Two, never leave anything of value in your car. So if those who go in your car, the first thing they do is see if the door is open, they go in, rifle through the contents of your car and leave and leave. But if the car is locked, the first thing they do is break the window, which is about one
thousand dollars expense. Then they rifle through the car anyway, and when they get caught. In Hamlety County, nothing happens. And most of these degenerates are armed. Talk to Benjamin Addison and his family. The UC kid twenty years old, great kid working in the library Jesus car is being broken into in Mount Auburn, goes out and is murdered cold blood right in the streets. Fortunately they picked up one of the assailants. I don't know about the
other two. But to confront someone breaking into your car is deadly dangerous for you. Let them break into your car, keep the doors unlocked, leave nothing of value in the car. Because we have a criminal justice system in Hamlety County that does not hold criminals responsible for what they do. And we have judges in Hamley County that like Wendy Cross, that'll go back thirty five years and find some excuse to free a murderer when every judge has looked to
the case for three decades finds nothing there. But a brand new judge can go back in time thirty five years and release a murderer from prison. Unbelievable. That's where we are. So much more to say, so little time, but we'll continue to follow the Trump and prosecutors saying that Stormy Daniels' story is a mess. It makes people uncomfortable, but damn it, it's the truth. If you were having a surgery and just before you nodded off into
never never Land, you looked up. On one side of the operating table you got doctor Michael Cohen. On the other side you got Stormy Daniels. Would you feel comfortable you're gonna awaken? I don't think so. If those two are on an island and there's ice between you and them, and they say, hey, it's safe, you can walk on the ice. It's okay, would you listen to Stormy Daniels or Michael Cohen in some important matter
in your life. Of course you wouldn't. But the State of New York has a political prosecution underway that has nothing to do with facts in the law and has everything to do with politics. And I just called them out. Oh, let's continue, believe it or not. For the first time in about ten minutes or so, scheduled an interview live with Justice Joseph TNT. Deeters from Columbus to talk about his role in the death of a rambe.
It's about time he spoke. Let's continue with more, and at some point later in the week, we're going to do a flash poll on guilty or not guilty with Donald Trump and the simplest term the prosecution said Stormy Daniels. Stormy Daniels must be believed. That's why the photographs were taken. I've taken photographs with thousands of people, and I have little or no idea what the heck who I'm standing next to? The Trumpster said it didn't happen. Did
he have sex with the porn star? I'm fifty to fifty on it. But Franklin, my dear, I don't give a damn what I do care about? Is the prosecution and the miscarriage of justice happening in a dirty, filthy in New York City court room that wants to convince you that Joe Biden ought to stay as the president two twenty six news Radio set one hundred wulw. It's not too late for a deep spring cleaning on your home. Get my victim every three seconds in the story remains still as important today as it
was in twenty sixteen. The killing of a Rambe put his name in the news, and it's iconic. The main message of how do we help these guerrillas in the water, That still should be the main focus of the name Pambe. Oh hello, quiet, I'm broadcasting god segment. Trump is on trial and some want to put Joe Dieters on trial and the death of a Rambe. What For the first time in a while, Justice Joe is responding to these hideous charges. You have to come back to Hamilton County to face
the charge. You'll never come back, Never come back there. He'll be ex justin shit, he'll fight extradition. Justice Joe Leaders, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham. Joe Joe, or shall I say Justice Joe, how are you. I really can't believe I'm doing this, but me neither. Bill. I want to thank you. Go ahead me to relate to your listeners. Just how incredibly diseased your mind is. Thank you, Thank You're
welcome. Because of your fake news spin for the last eight years, what I have personally received thousands of letters, emails, crappy face to face encounters. One letter had a bloody handprint on it and a banana peal, something like that. But if you're interested in the facts, I'll give you the fact. I don't want to hear the faint. I don't want to.
I say yes, Joe, go ahead, all right. So this lady has five kids at the zoo, and while she's at the zoo, near the gorilla enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo, one of his children, about three or four years old, wanders off. And Bill, you can relate to this. I was in a bowling alley with you when your granddaughter Avery wandered off. He didn't know where the hell she was. Where's Avery? Not on my watch? Where is she? Right? You're busy bowling or something.
Anyway, most parents know when you have a bunch of kids. Sometimes one of them will wander off whatever, and this kid did. It slipped through an enclosure at the zoo and fell into the moat. Barambey saw the kid fall, went down into the moat, and there's the gorilla of Harambe dragging the child through the moat. What is not on camera, then, is that Harambe then carried the child up the uh up the moat to get back into his enclosure and was sitting with the little boy on his lap with
both hands on the child's head. And the handlers at the zoo, and by the way, no one was more heartbroken than the people at the zoo and Thane Maynard and everybody there. They were calling the gorillas back into the enclosure. The females came in, but Harambe wasn't moving and he had as you can imagine the strength of HARAMBEI could have smashed his kid's head like a grape. I mean, if if Harambe chose to do that, he could have killed him right away. So they couldn't use he kind of a tranquilizer
dart or anything like that. Yeah, So they they decided they had to the gorilla out for the for the safety of that child, And what was your role in this? I want to know your role justice, What was your role in My role was when you shut up? My role was. People wanted the lady whose child walked away charged with child and dangering, which, as you know, is a you know, as a parent, you have played your child in some kind of substantial risk of harm. And the
issue was did she do that? And initially, and of course you know how the environment is and how ugly these politics are confluent. Initially the outcry was I wasn't charging the mom because she was a white woman. I didn't know what race was. It turns out she was an African American woman. And then it changed. Then they asked me, the media, your hero was in the media asked me, well, what under what circumstances would you
have charged the mother? And I made it if she was doing drugs or doing crack in a bathroom and let the kid run wild through the zoo. There that's an example in your hypothetical question. Well, of course that was racist because only black people do crack. You know, I don't know if you knew that or not. No white people do that. What about you? That's the deal, buddy. That was the did you drop the dime on a rombe or was it someone else's decision to kill that mighty age.
It was not my decision. That's what I did. You're avoiding deal with, hey Bill. The bottom line is, if you equate animal life with human life, this is what this is the outcry you're going to get. I mean, that child's life was worth you know, fifty gorilla lives in my mind, and I don't know the outcry for Ramah. I went to the Super Bowl a couple of years ago in Los Angeles when the Bengals were there and there's a giant, inflatable harambe outside of the stadium. I mean,
did you shoot him too? I did not. No, I did not do that. Well, I don't know about the fact that you're happy. I hope you're happy with this whole scenario. I hope you're happy to have this is unwound. And by the way, I should note I'm one of the few guests that can actually call you live on the air with a faulty dump button that you might have over there. I do have a faulty
dump butt, but that's a different issue. So you're avoiding complete responsibility for the unfortunate demise of one of the great apes ever to occupy the zoo. I do that, and I beg you to stop with your fake news spin that you constantly reel out that I ordered the code read on Harambi, because my children now believe that Crewe my neighborhood believes it to be true, and
I have been the butt of many attacks because of it. Sake any questions you have for Joe Eaters, I believe him, Willie, and I believe justice Joe wholeheartedly. Thank you, seg. Anytime somebody head on their shoulders over there, well you probably assassinate him too if you had his chance. But I never let the facts get in the way of a good story. It was a good story, though you've ridden this horse for a long time time now eight years. We put it to bed planning into the Apes Part
seven coming up. Well, Joe, thank you much. Trying to thank you for the opportunity bill so I can just lay after your listeners exactly how you've spun this out of control. Well, thank you very much, and I will continue to do so because the story is unbelievable. Well, why let the facts get in the way. Have a good story, sound like a well, Trump's on trial right now. Some want to put you on trial and the death of a rambe and both have the same sustenance supporting it.
Why not? Apparently prosecutors can do whatever they want now? Would you represent him absolutely? For enough money? Of course takes a few money, that dream team dream Who would get the case? Merlin, Schiverdecker, Me and Scott Croswell defending the Magic Man. Guys will give up Joe, give up Joe. You're guilty, You're guilty, you better take the plea. Would who would be the judge? Judge? I want Judge Natal to be resurrected and brought back. Judge Natal hedge. He always said, the defense
present what you want. I'm going to give you wide bert to do what you want to do, because, let's face it, your client's freedom is at risk. The state's going to move on to some other case. But that's not what's happening in the Trump trial. But Justice show him go ahead. Bill, You're exactly right. The good judges and I would it would be kind of frustrating, quite frankly, as crossers. They would let the defense do anything they wanted. I mean, it was just they would it
turned into an m weight presentation. They would to do all kinds of stuff, but anything went with most of the judges for the defense. That's just the way system is not in New York, apparently not. So that's you know. I'm not I'm not allowed to talk about those things anymore. I can't talk about it. No, I can't talk. But I'm glad. I'm glad you tried to defend yourself and I appreciate that very much. I think I laid at the facts. I'm glad you gave me the time to
do it and fatter and I have deep sympathy for Sagavn. That's fit there every day with you. I have sympathy for Arambe and your part in his demise. All right, we're going to stop this now. I'm want to call the team and this is going to be stopped. What justice show? Thank you very much. Good luck with your campaign. Thank you. But I'll talking to that. He's trying to avoid responsibility, but I want to let him. Facts don't matter. Who who then gave the code red?
If he didn't, nobody's talking, nobody's talking. Was it Thane made his crime? I want to know what was a Rombay's crime was his crass an attempted crime. Will he the stood reporters of proud service of your local Tame Star Heating and air Conditioning dealers, Tamestar quality you can feel in Cincinnati called Stacy Heating in Air Solutions five one, three, three, six, seven, h E A. Bengals Update, Day one of Bengals OTAs Zach Taylor said that Joe Burrow is his off season progress and practice, doing well, throwing the ball with great accuracy and speed, and he's not concerned at all that
guys like t Higgins and Jamar Chase aren't there. Of course, t Higgins can't do anything. He's ineligible, is going to sign for twenty two million until if he signs his deal, he can he joined the team, but right now he can't. Can someone get to David Bell and ask him how come you didn't do it the other night when you were down there? I left in the bottom of the second inning. Well, well, I'll tell you this right now. Yeah, Dela Cruz would be one hell of a
wide receiver. Joe Burrow throwing passes to Dela Cruz. You're talking about excitement right now. MLS Soccer FC Cincidnati's jumped to the number one spot now in the MLS Power Rankings, above Messi and Inner Miami. But yeah, what about Mbappe? The Orange and Blue play Nashville tomorrow night right there in the West End. And Boppe was there at the F one race in Monico with yours truly, so it was a lot of people and Boppe, did you happen to go on the Ritz Carlton yacht? I've not been there, of
course. I wondered the Yachtsino or the yacht that had the three million dollar Bugatti on its stern. Have you gone to the casino at Monico? No, I would love to go to the Monaco Grand Prix. One time I was there with herb Reisenfeld the race and they had let Clerk, one of my friends, a hometown lad won the race, as you may know. That's correct. See you think I know nothing about F one, I know everything about F one. Okay, good luck to you. What about the
Indianapolis five hundred, pretty good race. I liked the end of the guy one night and one left and one right went right by him? Correct? It was named t Garden something like that. Joseph Neugarten. That's him right, tells enough. He won two in a row, unlike Helio Kashnavat. That's the last one to do it, about twenty two years ago. That's correct. So is that it? In sports? That's it. I'm predicting tonight and tomorrow two more Reds victories, which would be, as you know,
six in a row. Now, wouldn't that be something? Also? Willie? Let's see coming up on Thursday now at one thirty five, we got the UC Claremont Small College National champion baseball team in coming in two thirty five that day on Thursday, Saint Ex volleyball champs. Are they tall? Can they jump? I don't know. We'll find out. Friday at one thirty five the Sycamore Tennis State champs, the Aviators will be there. And we've contacted indian Hill and m Nick also to be honored on The Big Show.
Carson Dwyer, who won the state individual Boys title, is the son of doctor Tera Harden, who did DNA work for Arambe. Can you imagine that? Would you do denna work on Arambe? Hopefully he's knocked out if he wasn't, open your mouth, big age. Yeah, let me do some drilling in there. Yeah, be tarry in half with one hand. See, Joe Dieters made an impassioned plea untethered to the story, but filled with facts. And as you know, facts don't matter round here. It
doesn't. But I mean, if if, if it is that the prosecutors call to do on that matter, it can't be well, I don't know. We'd have to check it out. But Trump's trial, Could Joe Dieters be on trial, same same kind of idea? I don't think so. Trump Trump's on trial? When was that eight years ago? I think the statute of limitations is over. Supposedly did the wild thing with Stormy Daniels who by the ways to see Orambe? No, No, I'm talking about Stormy
Daniels. Okay, that happened in twenty oh six, about about eighteen years ago, and the judge allowed the prosecution to talk about on trial for this, then well it's a false business entry. Let's lock him up for that. Do you think politics that doesn't happen? And every day in America, let's talk about politicians doing things to enhance their election. Is that a crime? I don't think so. And the guy's name is Pecker, talk about
everyone's arguments are coming on to who? What about the jury they get? They're all Democrats. When are they going to get the deal tonight tomorrow? And when? Well, they're going to get the the deliberations will be tomorrow after a long statement of the law by the so called judge who's on the prosecution team? Segment give me out of the student's reporters that we get ready for momentous times tonight, Tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday. I predict a
