Chance to win, all right, welcome this weather, rainy Friday afternoon at the tri States and coming up later as Reds and the Dodgers. They beat the crap out of the Dodgers last night, as I predicted, seven to two, but it wasn't that closed. The Reds dominated the Dodgers. They're going to dominate the next three games and sweep the Dodgers in Los Angeles, come back, maybe get up to fourth place. So that'll be a good thing. But until then, Chris Cuomo's with News Nation. I watch them
nightly. Chris Cuomo, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And you know, last night you did a great segment on Benedictine College. And when I looked at it and I watched it and I listened to what the casey field goal kicker Harrison Butker had to say, I thought to myself, that's the reason Donald Trump's going to be reelected. What's happening with Harrison Butker, who, for those who may not be aware, made some traditional comments about
men and women, husbands and wives, moms and dads. And this was a Catholic, small Catholic college in Kansas, and essentially he said as you walk across the stage. You may get diplomas and awards, but the most rewarding thing in your life will be being a wife and a mother and caring for your children. And Chris Clomo, first of all, give me your general statement as to whether or or not that this is going to elect Donald Trump. This is an example of why Trump's going to win. Well,
Bill Cunningham is the great American for a reason. You have a better feel, maybe for what will move the needle than I. This is so tight. People are so disgusted, they are so disenchanted with both choices that forget about October surprise. I think it's going to be a November one surprise. It's like whoever disappoints us last, we may find up swinging election. But what bothered me about what happened at Benedictine College is we have to get away
from demonizing what we don't like. Correct. It's okay to be offended if you don't like Catholicism, if you don't like his approach, I get it, and you should say that. You should say I don't like his approach. I'm insulted, I'm offended. They shouldn't have chosen him, blah blah blah whatever. But going to the chiefs and say you have to get rid of this guy and trying to punish the college and punish and punishment, that's what's bringing us down. It benefits nobody. That was why I had to
speak out about it. And by the way, I got crushed. Explain that because the same thing. I'm in Cincinnati, you're in New York. Different politics in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana. I've seen a lot of the x I've seen a lot of the messages. I'd say ninety nine percent in favor of Harrison Butker. But on one of the morning cable shows today, the controversy continues to grow with all this fake outrage. And they had the gay rights crowd, they had individuals about abortion rights IVF. They had somebody
on a youth in Asia, all of which the Catholic church. You're I think you're a Catholic. A police raised one Mario Son and I know I am, And he just went down the list of Catholic belief checked off each one and said, unapologetically that's what I believe. And now instead of getting into a debate or I don't think you can change opinions on these areas. But instead of saying, Okay, you got your view, I got mine.
Let's talk about it and then let's go have a beer. That's not the way the game has played today, and you know that that's not the way it's We're going to defeat him. We're going to be kicked off the chiefs. And that's why Trump is going to be re elected again. I don't know who had benefits. I just know that it hurts us. And the dynamic is exactly what you described it looks. I mean, look at us, Bill. You know I am often perceived as a lefty, as
a Democrat. I mean, almost all of this is because of two things. My last name and because I worked at CNN, and I accept that I'll talk to people about it. I can only say so many times. I've never a member of a political party. I don't think anybody should be a member of a political party. I think you're destroying us, but have the conversation, and I have a thick skin. We're just not like that
anymore. And the reason is I believe the two party system has put us into a headspace where it's all about beating the other side and social media makes it even more so. And the real media, the responsible media, the media with layers of accountability to it that you and I have worked in for so long, they use it because it's so much easier than doing the real job. Correct. You just default to what's happening on social media. So as a result, this kid goes out there, and he's a kid,
he's twenty eight years old. He goes out there, he states the dogma, he says some offensive stuff. I'll give it. I'll give it to them. Yeah, I get it. We're not used to hearing that kind of stuff these days. That LGBTQ is deadly thin kind of pride to play. He was doing there, he was asking for it, But what is the it it should be? I don't like him anymore. I'm going to
root against the chiefs. I don't like that they did that. That's all fine, But trying to get the guy's life destroyed, right, that's what the wait. And when it happened to Kaepernick, he would have socks that depicted cops's pigs and said the most awful things about police officers. He sued the NFL, got a big settlement, a Nike gave him a big deal too. And instead of the league, the NFL, the shield, you know how important the shield is. Got on more or less supported Kaepernick's right
to pick Cops's pigs. But when it comes to a player more or less in a religious service Benedictine College, never been there, looks like a wonderful place. He got a standing ovation for eighteen seconds. And this wasn't on the sideline of an NFL game where he's wearing socks depicting Copps's pigs. This is in a church service almost where if practicing dutiful Roman Catholic says, these are my beliefs. And so how come Pepernik was straight it one way?
And but the other key distinction, key distinction you made there, he wasn't doing this at the Chiefs game. No. Now is a very big point in favor of the analysis that we're sharing here. I also think it really shouldn't matter. I know that we like to keep our sports separate from our politics because it's a relief valve, right, That's what sports is supposed to be. It's entertainment. We're supposed to get away from that. You know,
my father is such a big athlete, and he loves sports. My father was a pro baseball player, and he would never go to games. We went to maybe two in our lives together, because he didn't want to inconvenience people who were there enjoying themselves by having to deal with a politician in their midst and make it about politics, which I always expected. Is the inverse. He is the mirror image of Butcker. He is everything that the
far left embraces. So he is celebrated and Buter is condemned. Butcker is condemned. University of Michigan students going to the bosses the region's house at four o'clock in the morning, not on the door with masks over their faces, saying deep on the police. They are not chastised. You see, this is about preference, not exercise of speech, not tolerance. What we see is that fringes have become what they say they oppose. They say they oppose
in tolerance, they say they oppose injustice. They have become those things and the question is what to do about it? And I have good, Bill Cunningham, you want to hear the good news given to me. I need some I need it bad. These people are not the majority. Social media is not our reality. More and more people come up to you when you know you're hacking it into the rough. But whatever you're doing when you're not in on the radio and saying to you, I just don't get what's going
on in Bill, I'm watching all the time. And that's because they're more regular people than there are hyper righteous, zealous from the fringe. We get an artificial take because of social media. We have to stop relying on it as a measure of ourselves, and we have to start being more mindful of what's making us this way. I'm telling you, these parties, Bill, they force people into a dynamic that's inherently unhealthy. And it's not new.
It's just this is the only place that could ever take us. I'm just hoping people see this as the bottom. You know. George Washington was the first one to say stay away from the party. Yes, Yes, we got to learn the lessons. Mario Cuomo signed for a larger bonus than Mickey Mantle with the Yankees, and so he used to joke with Mickey Mannle Pap was one of the guys tried to help turn his life around. Yes, and they said it was the first deal in baseball history, right, and
he was a very good player. I mean he got into politics and the country would have been better off in ninety two if he would have run, because the thought was a year off before the election. Look, Bush forty one is like ninety two percent approval and there comes Bill Clinton and his crew.
But secondly, you did a great segment on astro Zenica. Many of those I hear from, and I spoke to a cardiologist in Naples who said, in five or ten years from now, we're going to discover whether or not the vaccine COVID itself or maybe pakslavid caused more damage than than help that somehow that and astro Zenica came out a few days ago and said they're pulling their vaccine because it's dangerous. Now that's astro Zenica, And that did not
get much media play. It did on News Nation with you, but around the country you can watch it, and there's a resistance to reporting on these vaccines as causing more problems than they solved. Your comments, well, the resistance is because again I got desprooyed. You know, to do effectively and this is not easy, especial again again in our social media society now where
everybody wants to be famous and everybody can be especially by driving outrage. It's not easy to do this job because you're going to ping pongs back and forth between people's discussed, you know, because you know when people have agenda, they don't like to see them exposed. So people will say, well, Camo Onemo was saying people should ge vaccinated. Yeah, now this thing, Cuomo Cuomo, I'm saying bad things about the vaccine, and not bad things
about the vaccine, but asking questions about the vaccine. You know, he's part of his new Zealop group. You got to stay away from him. So here's what I understand. There has to be a nine to eleven style review commission on the pandemic. Yes, we have to figure out what calls made sense, which ones didn't. I'm not even questioning whether the vaccine saved lives. I believe everyone from Redfield to Fausciet about it. Okay, they
know better, they have the data. I've seen the data. Hospitalizations went down, mortality went down. Mortality is trickier because you've got to talk about whether you died from it or with it. So let's put it to the side. Hospitalizations went down or leave the stress off the healthcare system. Every
country around the world had a similar experience. Okay, but but but what else came with that benefit We don't know, different than what we took in this country because it was based off this monkey gene as opposed to mRNA. They didn't take it off the market because it was dangerous. They took it off because the demand has been depleted because the other vaccines are better. But one of the reasons the demand has gone down is because they are more side
effects with AstraZeneca than the other ones. We need to study it. Your doctor isn't wrong. We don't know. Why do I have long covid. People say there's no such thing. It's only long VACS. I had the symptoms before I had the vaccine, So there is long covid I had. Robert Redfield on last night he acknowledged there is long covid. He's working on it now in private practice. You have it, Yeah, we have. We have to research these things, Bill, and we're not why because people
are afraid of the political price right, and that's a mistake. That's why we need a nine to eleven commission. It cannot become it has to be people who aren't in office. It'd be good because cardiologists tell me they see unusual things they haven't seen in years, and they don't know if it's the vaccines, they don't know, if it's Pakslavid, they don't know, if it's COVID itself, don't know. But that nine to eleven type commission in
today's political world might be impossible. Lastly, on Monday, we're gonna have maybe Robert Costello. You're a big time media guru in New York. Costello is like the Chris Cuomo of the defense bar in New York City. He's the go to guy when you've got a major problem. He ran sd NY Southern District of New York. The guy's a legitimate lawyer who says that Michael Cohen is lying about having negative information about Donald Trump and that either on Monday
or Tuesday Costello is going to testify. That could be a bombshell. Did you see what Costellos said at the hearing on Tuesday or Wednesday? Yes, I know. We talked about it last night with these two Brillian lawyers. Mark Erra goes to defense guy and on the prosecution guy. This guy named Rossi, Rossi, gen Rossi really really talented guys. And uh, Costello is a problem for Cohen because he's different than other lies. Okay, Cohen told a lot of lies for Trump. Yep, Now you and I will
disagree why that is. I would say that's exactly why he was with Trump as his bagman. Is that's exactly the kind of guy Trump wanted. But Costello says, as his attorney, I said, you want me to save your heini Michael Cohen says yes. He says, Okay, if you have any information that we can give the FEDS to get them off of you and on to Trump, you know, which is done all the time. Okay, this isn't just about Trump. Right now is the time he says,
I've got nothing. Cohen says that to his own lawyer, I got nothing. That's devastation. That's devastating. So, well, how do you put the two things together? Because Trump knew about catch and kill, Trump knew that Cohen was paying these two women, Trump knew what time it was, so Trump would know why he wanted to do these particular transactions. So how can the two things go together? Here would be the one way and this is going to get me killed, Alsa Ball. Not so much with your
audience, because they'll be more sympathetic to his rationale. Did Trump know all these things? Yes? Did Trump want to do all these things? Yes? Did Trump know what was being done for him? Yes? Except for one part. What that Cohen came up with this forocoxas scheme of how to pay himself back and how to hide the transaction that Trump may not have known about it. Oh no, No, that's the thirty four counts. He signed all these things because he micro managed the money. I don't believe that.
I don't think Trump has ever micro managed anything. I think Trump was just signing what he's supposed to sign and it was put in front of him, and that's that if he didn't know how Michael Cohen was financing the payment. The financing of the payment is the crime, not paying off the women. The crime is subverting federal election law by hiding a campaign contribution that was
for something you were supposed to disclose. Mean, you were supposed to say this was an inkind contribution for paying off the women, and you didn't say that, so you broke the law. Well, the key here is Costello has said, I got Costello. Cohen his I got nothing, and all of a sudden that Roth and his mushroomed into into like a thirty six count indictment. When speaking to his own attorney, Cohen said, I got nothing, Chris, right, and I think that's going to be critical. Chris.
We have to run good to hear that you're on board at least with Harrison Butker and that ast is they had a different than MRI. And then also the situation now with the Monday is going to be fabulous. And once again, Chris Cuomo, you're the best. Thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. With your permission, We'll do it again whenever you want. Thanks for the opportunity. God bless America. Thank you, Chris. Let's continue with more news next on news Radio seven hundred WLW your idea for it
and winning seven to two, really seven zip? It was over with. I look forward tonight tomorrow Sunday, the same thing happening. The Reds are going to sweep the Dodgers then come back in glory. They've hit rock bottom and they're not ready to play a little baseball right now. The Dodgers are not that good, so action starts about nine to ten tonight. First pitch about ten ten Reds dominate the Dodgers as I predicted. Secondly, spend time
with Chris Cuomo the UH. I don't know if I can compare Robert Costello in Cincinnati relative to his New York ties, but he's a pre eminent criminal defense attorney in New York. Robert Costello. When Cohen had all those difficulties, the first thing he did in twenty sixteen twenty seventeen was hired Robert Costello. Had a few million dollars left that Trump had given him, and I hired Costello to represent him. And at least twenty times I said twenty times.
Costello says to Cohen, if you got anything to give me about Donald Trump. At that point, Trump was the president, I'd go to my old office, the Southern District of New York Federal Prosecutors and get a deal for you by Friday, get out of jail free card. Just give me something on Trump and lawyer client privileged stuff, which, by the way, Cohen later waived said I got nothing on President Trump. I don't have anything, And of course Robert Costello kept saying, of course you know something.
Come on, you got to give me something. With all the payment to the girls and all the extortion against Donald Trump, give me something. Over a period of several weeks, with dozens of meetings with the FBI officials, all Robert Costello needed was necessary information that was truthful from Cohen to put the cheese on the cracker. Relative to Donald Trump, he repeatedly says, honestly, Bob, I don't have anything. I got nothing, And he said
that repeatedly. He told others. Cohen told others repeatedly that Trump did nothing wrong. In fact, several times Cohen told others that he didn't think the event took place at all. There was no sex between the two of them, and Donald Trump has said that repeatedly, right, and so has Stormy to Aniels repeatedly said that there's no there there, It didn't happen. It
was an extortion attempt. And so the reason the money was paid because even though it wasn't due or road, even though the Trumpster was a victim of an extortion, he uh, according to the Prosecutor's office, that Donald Trump approved of it. But it appears now that is not the case. That when the attorney for the defendant testifies on Monday or Tuesday, Robert Costello that my client told me at least twenty times that he had no guilty knowledge of
Donald Trump committing any criminal acts. When that comes out, I think that's the final Coupdetah, maybe define him not guilty. I still find it incredible, hard to believe that New York Jury's when you watch MSNBC or CNN, you have a sense of what New Yorkers are thinking, and they're thinking, get Trump, Get Trump, Get Trump. The end justifies the means to get there. That's kind of what's behind all this stuff. But U and
the reason when the lawyer client privilege was pierced is another interesting story. It appears it appears that at some point in twenty eighteen twenty nineteen, the two of them parted ways, which is Costello and Cohen. Then Cohen goes around his old attorney, Robert Costello, and dealt directly with the Southern District of
New York federal prosecutors. He went there and said, guess what, I have evidence and proof that Costello and Rulolph Giuliani dangled a pardon in front of me, a pardon in front of me in order to keep me from telling
the truth about Donald Trump. So the first thing SD and Y did was to call in Robert calling Costello, the attorney who ran the Office of Federal Prosecutors New York City for many years, well respected, and said, Robert, I don't know if you want to come in and talk with us about this, but we have Cohen is now telling us that the President Donald Trump threw you and Rudy or offering him a pardon or amnesty of one type or another. And they said, we assume that's not true, and Costello said
it is not true. So then they said, well, and Costello told us that the Southern District of New York, Well, if you get Cohen to waive the attorney client privilege, I'll come in and lay it all out for you. And the prosecutor said, hmm okay. So they got a hold of Michael Cohen and said, hey, we need you to waive the
attorney attorney client privilege for this investigation to continue. And Cohen and Writing weighed the attorney client privilege and then sent Costello a few weeks later into the Southern
District of New York. And at that point Costello laid out emails, text messages, recorded telephone calls, type statements, and documents, spent about four hours with him, laying out that Cohen had no criminally negative information about Donald Trump zero and that his efforts to kind of accuse him and Rudy of offering a deal through the presidency of a pardon also did not happen. The federal prosecutor said, after months of investigation, there was no offer from President Trump,
through Costello or through Giuliani to buy the testimony of Michael Cohen. That didn't happen. But then after they were shown all these text and messages, only six of three hundred and some have been made public, determined that Michael Cohen is not worthy of belief, and that they said, we're not going to pursue federal election violations because we can't trust Michael Cohen. He's a liar. And so add to the pile those who said there's no there here.
For example, the Federal Election Commission, it said an agency in Washington, d C. Had complaints filed against Donald Trump. They investigated and said nothing, We're not going to find him, I'm not going to charge him nothing. Then it went to the US attorney who was Bill Barr, and Barr determined that there was no there there. You might think, Okay, that's
Trump's guy. How about Merrick Garland. Within a year of an office, Merrick Garland determined there's no federal criminal prosecution of Donald Trump on campaign violations. And so everyone that's looked at it except Alvin Bragg, has determined that there's no federal criminal violations. However, meetings were held between Fanny Willis and Alvin
Bragg and Jack Smith and the Department of Justice, back and forth. You might recall that Nathan Wade went to the White House, this is the lover boy Fanny Willis, for two separate eight hour meetings in the White House coordinating the attack on Donald Trump. And so the decision was made. You know what, Atlanta goes after him. He can't issue himself a pardon if he's
the president. New York City goes after him, and then let the Feds take their course with Jack Smith in Washington, d c. And in Palm
Beach County. So at this point sometime on not today, but rather on Monday at nine thirty sometime Monday after an inner Tuesday, the attorney for Michael Cohne will testify under oath with proof that the lies told by Michael Cohen to the jury continued through the end of his testimony, and that the jury will not look kindly upon a witness like Michael Cohen lying to them about having criminally
guilty knowledge of Donald Trump committing crimes because that did not happen. In fact, Robert Costello, the attorney for Michael Cohn, can prove it didn't happen. That's why the Feds that likeded not to pursue the matter at all. Now when you watch CNN or MSNBC, as opposed to Breitbart or Fox, you get a different outlook about what happened in court. When you watch or try to watch MSNBC, Michael Cohen is a fabulous witness. Everything he said
was corroborated through independent means. He was strong and courageous. Then you watch Fox News and maybe even the Washington Post said Michael Cohen fell apart in the witness stand and that the jurors. I wish I was in the courtroom and I could watched the body language of the jurors. I like to see their body language when someone is lying. Because after Monday's cross examination, then after
the attorney from Michael Cohen puts the cheese on the cracker. I would anticipate if we had like a regular jury, they'd be out for about twenty minutes. And in fact, the judge here, Juan Marshawan born in the Nation of Columbia, who's a left wing political hack who gave money to Joe Biden and whose daughters made millions of dollars raising money on left wing causes, should granted Rule twenty nine or a directed verdict when the state rest. He should
say, look, there's nothing here. They haven't proven a crime was committed, and so I'm dismissing all charges that could happen. But I doubt if very much because of the antipathy that Juan Mershawn has for Donald Trump. See there's democratic activist all around the criminal prosecution of Donald Trump activist one way or another, including a guy named Colangelo who was number three at Department of Justice
under Biden, who was put on loan to New York City. I don't know about you, but it is quite unusual to have a top Biden administration official go prosecute essentially misdemeanors in New York City. How's that possible? Guy's name is Colangelo. Because they want to get Donald Trump, and they've gone so far down this alleyway they can't turn on it come back the other direction.
This is the campaign of Joe Biden. You're watching the campaign. Obviously, Joe Biden is not mentally alert, and he can't campaign, and he can't read a teleprompter. They propped him up like some scene from l SID acting as if he's alive. Basically he isn't. Mentally he's gone. He's
shot. And so what they want to do on June twenty seventh is have the Great Debate, which would be about two and a half weeks before the Republican Convention, about six weeks before the Democratic Convention, and then make a decision at that point whether it get him off the ballot. How bad can it be June twenty seventh, we'll find out. But make no mistake about this, Democratic polit political operatives from Atlanta to Washington, d C. To
New York or behind the persecution of Donald Trump. Along with Judge Enheron. He was the one that issued about a five hundred million dollar verdict against Donald Trump. The goal is to take away more than a billion dollars in liquid cash from Donald He's going to spend two or three hundred million in legal fees. He's got the Gene Carroll situation for like ninety million, and then he has the overstatement of the appraisal of real estate five hundred million. And then
also he's got more criminal cases that might be coming down the road. Biden and the stooges around him have fatally damaged the American legal system with democratic left wing judicial sabotage. In the short term, they hope to destroy one person, but in the long term, to do this to the leader of the
opposition party is to break the glass moment that cannot be reconstituted. Biden right now is suddenly selling government favors to special interests, voting blocks to bring up his voting out of dearborn Michigan, or releasing more oil from the strategic reserves to hold down the prices. And for each elite college kids and graduates with the nose rings billions of dollars in student loan cancelations, which by the way, is all illegal that will be determined in the next few months. He's
quietly going to jawbone the Federal Reserve Bank to lower interest rates. He will pander to Arab Americans in the swing state of Michigan by cutting arms delivery to Israel, trying to kill the Jews. And at this point, everywhere I look, I see terrible, terrible things happening in this great country. Later on, in about fifteen minutes, I have Melissa Powers will be here. I'm watching. I think it was Channel five with Karen Johnson, along with
of course John London and Brian Hamrick, great street reporters. And there were three kids living in Avondale who thought it might be wise to go into Butler County and break into cars. They had a window punch and there were two juveniles who are fifteen and seventeen and one who was nineteen, and they broke in to at least forty cars in the Westchester area. And they used to punch, not just breaking into the cars. They also went on a fleeting
and looting. When they were more or less apprehended, the guy in the car took off, wrecked the car, got out of the car, and they found two semi automatic pistols. So these bums in these direlcts thought, okay, it's easy in hamlet the county because Judge Bloom, who's off the Bloom in Hamiltic County Juvenile Court, doesn't think black kids should go to jail. She thinks that's the pipeline from schools to prison. So she didn't put
anybody in jail. But when you go to juvenile Court and Butler County Judge Neehouse said, you're staying right here, We're not releasing you. So nineteen year old Vincent Bankhead used to wind a punch to break into forty cars at seven different hotel parking lots in and around Union Center Boulevard. The other two were not named, but they were sixteen and fifteen. Records show that the
fifteen year old was arrested three times in the past four months. He was fourteen years old at the time he had his first arrest, and the other one with the sixteen year old, who goes through Riverview East Academy, was arrested last year for receiving stolen property, seven credit cards, breaking into cars, and fighting. So when you commit these acts in Butler County, Judge Kneehouse and Butler County Juvenile Court is going to keep you there. When you
commit these offenses in Hamlin County. Judge Bloom will set you free. She was on Channel five a few nights ago with Schari Pololo stating that there's terrible pain inflicted upon a juvenile boy to be locked up for one to two or three days. Think about the mentality of a judge who says that if you break into cars fleeing in eluding police, illegally possess firearms costs thousands of dollars with the property damage, to be locked up for one night inflicts more damage
on that kid than inflicted upon the victims of his crimes. That's the mentality decriminalized crime. The reason the crime rate is down is because cops don't arrest anyone, and Judge Bloom has an unofficial docket. She takes all misdemeanors and many felonies and simply dismisses the charges. That's why the crime rate is down. It's going down because many in the blue areas, the Blue cities,
the Blue States have decriminalized crime doesn't exist anymore. And of course we do know that lego aliens don't commit much crime because police do not ask citizenship of someone arrested, So there's very few occasions when a lego alien commits a crime because police don't inquire as the immigration status. Oh, let's continue, stay tuned for this and if the line becomes available. Five one, three, seven, four, nine seven thousand Reds Baseball kicks off about to nine to
ten tonight. It looks like the Dodgers are non competitive playing my Reds, so we'll see what happens tonight. I've predicted to have a bet out with Rocky Boyman. The Reds will sweep the Dodgers and come back in glory. That's my comments and I'm sticking to it. So let's continue with more. But think about the kind of society you want to live in, and if you want to live in car break in, Hyde Park, Oakley, et cetera, you want to have windows replaced on a regular basis, which is
a pain in the neck. You know what happened to Benjamin Addison, the UC college kid whose car was broken into. He ran out there and was murdered by these individuals. There's crews going around collecting thousands of dollars every night from breaking into cars. I would urge you, number one, don't lock your car at night. What good does that do it means your wind is going to get punched out. Number two, Leave nothing of value in the car, of course, no purse, no wallet, no guns, no
cash, nothing. Don't lock the doors because the first thing they do when they come up to a car is see if they can get in without breaking a window. It makes noise. So unlock your doors, take out everything of value, and have some peace of mind. Well, let's continue twelve fifty six, Home of your Reds News Radio seven hundred WLW, Bill Cunning in the Great America, and the course is a great debate going on in our community about the level of law enforcement required in certain areas of our county
and throughout the entire county. And there's a different way of looking at things. When I have on Melissa Power's good friend Rob Sanders from Kenton County, they have a different outlook. When I have on the prosecutor of Campbell County, they have a very harsh outlook. When I talked to Butler County in
Warren County, very strong law enforcement. And we have a debate going on because I watched an interview at Channel five a couple nights back with the relatively new Juvenile Court Judge Kerry Bloom was in charge of Hamilt County and Juvenile Court, and she made the statement that to lock up a juvenile for one or two or three nights is devastating to that kid, that somehow that'll change the course of their life if they have to spend one or two or three three
days at twenty twenty Auburn, which is juvenile jail, and she doesn't want to send anybody to a night in jail. And joining you and I now is Melissa Powers how Many County Prosecutor. And first of all, I'm not sure if you saw that specific interview, but you know what you know what to deal with. When you were in juvenile court as a judge, Kerrie Bloom was more or less under your tutelage as the junior judge. Now he's
in charge. Are you concerned that when you have women who's beaten up on metro buses and the four girls are out before the paperwork is completed, are kids downtown committing rather vicious assaults that aren't locked up. Are you concerned about Hamilton County losing its way and being even more reckless than it is now? Well? Absolutely, First, I do want to make a correction. She was not under my tutelage. She was completely independent of me. We had
completely different philosophies. We've produced different results on our cases. However, I recognized that she was colleague and she was independent of me. I didn't agree with her decisions. I didn't agree with her philosophy. She is a soft on crime advocate, as you can tell just by her interview, and if you take her her statement about you can't lock a child up because of the
trauma involved in the lockup with them. Basically she's saying, and she does believe this, is that she wants to get rid of the detention facility. We wouldn't even have No one would be held under any circumstances. When you go to jail, when you go to twenty twenty or detention facility, that's a deterrence. People don't want to go there. They don't want to go, they don't want to be there. They don't want especially the juveniles,
they don't want to be separated from their families. We get that, their friends, we understand that. But that's the deterren When you eliminate that, there's no reason why not to go beat somebody up at the on a metro bus, or go steal from a store when you know nothing's going to happen to you. She's basically saying crime does pay, and there's nothing to stop somebody from committing crimes. Uh, you want, you need to have consequences.
You need to make it uncomfortable. There needs to be responsibility and accountability if you're going to commit a crime. And when you send a message that we're not, we're dismissing all assault charges, We're dismissing all resisting arrest charges and putting them on an unofficial dock at which the conclusion is a dismissal. So we're not going to entire categories of crime. You're not serving the community you're trying to help, and you're not helping the children that you think you're
helping. You're putting them right back into the same neighborhoods that are high risk, extremely vulnerable neighborhoods, making everybody that in that in those neighborhoods less safe. Sola, in my opinion, go ahead, Melissa. You said something very important right there that an entire category of criminal offenses have been decriminalized by Judge Bloom, which is what are the lists that if JUVENI also charged with assault, resisting arrest, a bunch of other crimes which can be felling these
or misdemeanors, she puts them on the unofficial docket. There's no record of it, and no one goes to jail for categories of crime. Right, you're correct, So yeah, an entire So basically she is dismantling the criminal justice Code, the criminal code, there won't be one, and that's that's the goal. I think that is the end goal. She doesn't like it.
She thinks it's sim racist, systemically racist, and so she doesn't want it to exist, and she's going to recalculate it and reformulate it the way she thinks it should be, which is basically, nobody goes to jail. There shouldn't be jails, nobody should be held pending trial and then of course used. As I said earlier, categories of crimes are not being prosecuted in her court. So when I read all over the media, wellss, the powers that the crime rate is to the crime rate is down, Well,
the crime rate is down because we decrininalized crime. That is, you have hundreds of individuals who should be charged with crimes in Hamlin County that aren't charged, and so the crime rate is down. That's all I have. The crime rate is down. It's down because juvenile court judges like Kerry Bloom does not believe that anyone should be locked up and she dismisses. When you put on the unofficial docket, that means it's dismissed. So of course the crime
rate is down because we don't charge people with crime. And you, I'm one other thing before we talk about Rwayne Reid and Russell Bell. You and my wife Penny spent a lot of time in Room May as young prosecutors calling cases. Can you recall how busy Room Ay was, which is the place in Hamlinon County, all over the county from the city to Green Township Anderson Township, that criminals would be brought and a bond would be set. Have
you recently been in Room Ay to watch what happens? I have not recently been in seen photos, you know, and some footage, and I'm shocked because, as you said years ago, the courtroom would be packed, absolutely packed to the you know, to the laws, every key taken, and attorneys you know, standing all over the place. Officers everywhere, and it's just empty. It's it's pretty, it's it's shocking, and I think they're even using it for storage some of us of the state I saw something.
Yeah, it is it's really hard to believe that that's the way, that's where we are. I mean, as far as the Justice Center, there was always problems with overcrowding. We don't have that problem. Now floors are shut down and twenty twenty floors are shut down. So I mean there's a lot of different things happening, but it is not the same as it used
to be. But getting back to when you're just missing cases or they're citizens that don't come forward because they know that justice system is broken when we don't have judges enforcing the law, enforcing making the appropriate punishment the severity of the crime. So witnesses don't come forward because they're not going to be safe. And it can be anything from a simple case to murder cases to rape cases. Why come forward? So that's why crime can be down as well.
Victims are not coming forward, they won't testify. We how many times do you hear somebody with a shot, but they're not telling the cops who did it? Right, Well, christ they know nothing's going to happen. There's nothing going to happen. About a year ago, I had a friend of a friend that had a PBC, a passing bad check, and I go
down to get a bond set. That's the last case I had. About a year and a half ago, I walk into ten to nine and there's like five people there and I walk up to David Wood, who's the county prosecutor, sitting there inside the glass. I said, David, am I in the wrong room. Well what is this? He said, what do you mean? I said, where is everybody? He said, this is
what we got. People are not being arrested. Cops are told in Cincinnati don't pull somebody over because you might discover something and get into a frakus.
And I'm glad you brought that up. About what's happening in Saint Francis, Sarah, I had a Paula Christian of Channel nine the other day and sure, and they talked about police cars next to Saint Francis Seriff where drugs are being administered interveniously, that the open sex pools of urine and poop, drug deals, burglaries and they shut down Republic Street to move it over a block. And I asked many in the city, why don't the city cops arrest
these individuals? And it comes down to the city manager, Cheryl Long, and the and the mayor. They don't want they want to be able to say that, you know, crime is down, even though there's hundreds of crime right and politically, I mean, how does that Melissa, You've been in law enforcement for more than thirty years. Are you a little bit disgusted by this? It's it is very upsetting because and I don't think and I'm glad that you're bringing a light on it, because I don't think that people
understand, like the businesses downtown understand. They think, well, our cops are great, Yes, our cops are great. That when they're being told not to make arrest, just just the show a presence and the banks after all the violence we've had that one summer and no arrest were being made down there. So it placates the business people and maybe the community. But if
you really know what's behind the scenes, they're not making arrest. And then I've had I've talked to people up in Price Hill and they said, you know that they've been they've been hit, had a hit and run on their with their car and they won't and they know exactly who did it and it was an illegal. No, we don't arrest illegals. We don't. We don't charge, we don't. We don't arrest juveniles, we you know.
I mean, these are things that these are being statements being made by the citizens, and I think we need people to be speaking out very loud and questioning what is going on, because why are the why is the city Cincinnati being handcuffed? Why is our police department being handcuffed? And and what is it? You know basically, So, I mean, it really just keeps goes deeper and deeper. It's not just the judges that it could be.
You know, we've got there's a philosophy that it's defund the police. They won't say it, they won't tell you that, but that's what that's basically demoralize the police department, This catch and release programs that they want to enforce. We see it over and over again, and it really isn't about politics in my opinion, it's philosophy and it's about safety. So do you want public safety? Do you want our community to thrive? Do you want businesses
to you know, to come and make investments in downtown Cincinnati. And there's been so much investment, so much good has been done down there, and to see what's happening, it just breaks your heart because I grew up here. I love our city. I want it to be a great place. I want to be, you know, feel comfortable. You know our family members, you know, to go down or anybody. Everybody should be able
to enjoy what Cincinnati has to offer. Now. Lastly, Wayne Reid and Russell Bell are now in their sixties and they were convicted without question of murdering police officer Charles Berdzel, and I think in a week or two there's going to be a role hearing for either one or both of them. Explain how the American people can get involved. We the parole hearing date is May thirtieth, and it's very important. The parole board does listen to the public and
the public can put pressure and it does make a difference. So I want to encourage everyone out there to send a message. You go to our website Hamilton County Prosecutor dot org, so it's hdpros hcpross dot org. Go to the parole watchtab and it's a form that they can fill out as that you object to the parole being granted to these two cop killers. It was a vicious, tragic, horrible situation. Our victim is he was a US Army veteran. He served two tours in Vietnam. He was given a purple Heart,
and after he was honorably dischargey it became a Cincinnati police officer. And on this date, back in July of nineteen seventy eight, he came back. He approached and responded to stopped the vehicle and inside the vehicle was Wayne Reid and Russell Bell and they were staking out and casing a convenience store. And an off duty officer saw them and called it in the District five and it was Birdsol that came. He was on duty and approached the vehicle and
asked the occupants to exit. And when Reid exited the car, he fired his handgun at Burzil. It struck him in the face. He fell to the ground. Then as he was laying face down in the street. He was still alive, probably would have survived his injuries, Reid stood over and executed him and shot him two additional times then that killed him. Because of they were on they should have been on death row, but at the time Ohio had ruled the death penalty unconstitutional. It was a very brief moment in
time. So that's what's so offensive about this case. Anybody else, in any other situation, these guys would have been on death row and they have already been executed by now. But because of this glitch in the law at the time and this ruling that only stood for a brief moment of time, these guys are now just they just have a life sentence. Life in prison without parole was not an option, so they are eligible for parole, which no cop killer should be eligible for parole ever. And but you know that
wouldn't be a concern of ours. We would think the parole board would keep them in but not nowadays that's not the case, and we just can't trust the parole boards to do the right thing any longer. And we really really need the people in the community to help us hold them accountable by sending messages to the parole board. We've done this before. We did it on that David Carol case. It was effective. We were able to keep public pressure,
kept him in prison. He's David Carroll, if you remember, killed Marcus Weaisel, the young foster kid. So the pro board will listen if there's public pressure, if they think nobody's paying attention, still grant these guys' parole and they don't deserve it. All right, we got to run.
But when you have a juvenile court judge who will not allow a vicious juvenile defendant to be in jail for one day or two days, she thinks that the assault on the mentality of the criminal is somehow outweighing the pain of the victim. We got major problems. We have less crime because we've decriminalized crime, and all of a sudden, cops aren't doing their job. But Wayne Reid Russell Bell Hamley County Website, Prosecutor's Office once again, Melissa Powers.

And then all of a sudden it just started to unfold and you're watching it, and there he goes, being led to the back of the police car and the way he goes and I'm going unbelieved, Andy Mack, How'd that happen? I mean, it's the most craziest thing I never think I've ever I've ever been had, ever witness so super comb says Scottish Scheffler's and handcuffs. I go, what what? So? Right now Mark Mark Hubbard is leading at nine under, Xander
Shaffley's getting ready to tee off at about an hour from now. Colin Morrika Kwa is at eight under. Apparently this hasn't affected the Scottie Scheffler one bit. He's in third, tied for third at seven under par and he's dropping putts. Keep a driver at twelve and a driver and you see a lot of drivers here. We got Bengal fans all over the place, Willie. That was yesterday, Scotty Scheffer teeing off. One of the fans yelled, who day? What about tiger? Tiger tease off? In about two forty

So we got a Now, what did I say yesterday with the Reds and the Dodgers, as you snickered at me, you said that the Reds are gonna sweep the Dodgers. Didn't you snicker? Yes? Now, what do you say? Dodgers were non competed. They got a good start to led La Cruz. Uh, how much is he gonna cost? Everything? Make him a Bengal wide receiver. Four for

Clark wound up with nine points, first time she's been held to single digits in a game since her freshman year at Iowa in January of two thousand and one. Maybe she's not that good segment, I don't know right now, but she have twenty points in the first game and then nine to second. I
think they play again tomorrow. MLS Soccer FC Cincinnati are winners of five in a row, host Saint Louis City FC tomorrow night, seven o'clock on ESPN fifteen thirty, one hundred and forty ninth running of the Preak Mistakes tomorrow in beautiful Baltimore. Who do you like? I think, mystic Dan? There was only seven horses in the field. Howbout Dan? Mystic Mystic Dan right too? Let's call Mike Patagaly to find out. And Miami University has signed

Uh elevan in the country or eleven in leven Ohio, Ohio the home of the Golden Lamb. I like to like the gold and then Fenwick the home of the Falcons. I like that. So Miami gets a hometown, hometown player. How can the Reds dominate the Los Angeles Dodge? I have no idea. And then and then
and the night before they what they got no hit for what? Four or five innings? I don't get it. I don't know, pretty sad, I don't know what. And then tonight they gotta they beat beat a six game winner last night. This Paxton dude is six and oh or five and oh? So? Uh? I mean in baseball? Will you never know? In sports? You never know, Like this morning, you never know. Scott Scotty Scheffler locked up. It's like I bet against that, me
too. He's in the orange jumpsuit. You should have worn it today we've been I guess you don't want to do that. We have nothing but a crisis. We have. So now, what what's the process? What? What? What is he looking at the arraignment? What do we do? I'm saying that right now, right now, he's going to jail. Okay, well, he's facing ten years in the joint. It's an f two serious felonies. What when you impose physical harm upon a law enforcement officer trying
to make an arrest? Right? Uh? You go to jail for that? And so uh I was his crime? Well, dragging the police his crime? What were the injuries suffered by the cop? It was a let's see you, it was he suffered a pain, suffered pain, swelling and abrasions to his left wrist and knee. Lies demned after Scheffler's car accelerated, but Scheffler said he didn't know there was a cop on the car, or any correct did not. He said he did not know. He said he
was waved around by someone else. Correct, and others are doing the same thing. Well you got you know, I mean, and that kind of a venue, will you? I don't, I don't. I've never been there, have been by there, but never been in it. But at these high end events, you've got people in vests all over the place, yellow vests, and you know, got to pay attention. Right, Scotty had a case of the goo goo, and then someone lost their life.
One of the employees for a vendor was run over. A pedestrian was struck by a shuttle bus at five am. So today's events did not get off on a good foot. No, is that fair to say? Correct? So we have nothing but crisis everywhere. Amen. And there's rumors about re shuffle fling the high school football and basketball leagues. What I've been talking to Tony Pike about this. What there's a reshuffling going on. New conferences are forming old Maybe Deer Parker is going to go into g c L. I
don't want to I don't want to drop any names. Oh okay, but Elder Big Mo, Saint x Lasal they're going to go into a super conference like the Southeastern Conference have invited the Wildcats what to join the g CL South. Now, wouldn't that be something that would be something they have eleven day would be something. Well, if that happens, you'd be shocked, wouldn't you? How much nil money is that their? Well what Harry Yeagey says, all of it. So, but seriously, the NVC, a bunch
of others. There's going to be some breakups and some makeups. So this is kind of like what college football is going through now. High school football is going to do it? Yes, what's it going to filter down to the grade school and then t ball team? All nil money? A lot of nil money to get deer Park athletes involved a lot of money segment you know what I'm saying. Yeah, so we will mark my words. There's serious reshuffling of the high school leagues and we'll see what happens. Will he
that'd be a status You'd be in shocked, wouldn't you? Deer Park joined the GCL South, that was your feel? I think deer Park would be in shock two day. I think the other schools can compete with deer Park though, that's my point. There's no reason that Muller cannot lies damned lie from Glenn last name. I won't give out his last name. Tell Sega made a mistake, so you're being monitored? What tell Sega made a mistake? Ellie was four for five and not four for four, that's what they
said on ESPN. So well they don't make a mistake like that. Oh well they won? Who cares? Could Ellie possibly play for the Bengals? Can you meatione? T. Higgins to mar Chase and La Cruise? How about those three wide receivers? Wouldn't that be good? Yeah? Reds dot com says four for four? So Glenn, don't make fun of our listeners. I'm sorry, don't make fun? Can I? Can? I? Well, what difference does it make? People want accuracy? That's all?
What difference does it mean? What was the what's the what's the main time to every night? What is the main thing you want to know about the Reds? So win the game, bingo? And then the score score bingo? And then who played? Well four for four? Walk? I wonder what is on base percenting? Go tell go see? Uh Mike Cameron and Ron Roth. Those guys know what they're doing. Yeah, but they're shuffling going on with the high school leads. That's all We need shuffling because of
nil money. So we'll see what happens. I don't know three seventy eight, say, thirty eight percent of the time he gets on base. You want to be Last night he stole Thirstanding up right, I mean that most of them are standing up. The hell with it? Incredible, We don't care. I'm not going to say or do anything. Pja right now, seg Man. Who's leading here? It is right there? Morikawa, Mori Cowa, Now here's Butker He's in big trouble now. Now maricaw is at
nine under along with Schoffley. He's not yet to take you off. And then Mark Hubbard is at nine under. So we got action all over the place now in Louisville. What do you think about that? And Scheffler's only two back. Scheffler in a morning, he probably wants to forget. Ray Tenzing was dragged by a certain individual in Clifton. Then all hell broke loose.
When you drag a cop, it is ripe with difficulties in that cop could have pulled out his weapon and shot Scotty Scheffler several times in the head. That's true. Now we got issues, that's for sure. Now I don't know what to say. Well, I mean, how do you when they say the officer attached himself to the car, don't do that? Well, what does that mean? Does he put his pant leg in the door? I guess, how do you? Does he have like bell crow? Does he have bell crow on the door? I would say, let that
guy super glue. We'll catch him later. But he's in an official vehicle, right, don't grab onto the car? Would you agree? Yes? Now? Butker's in more trouble. CNN says the outring of that. What's up with this guy? It's all fake outrage. There's nobody outraged by this. He's a practicing room and can does he give a graduation speech? He's a place kicker. Well, I've give him a few, haven't you. No, nobody's asked me University of to lead to law school, really give
it. I was the commencement speaker. I did not know that. But then, my god, I take all that back. Then antonin Scalia was also there. He and I came buddies. Yes, he and I were there together, went to Mancies dinner, spent time with antonin Scalia, and then he gave a presentation. Then I got some I'm already a doctor. They gave me some other award. I'm a doctor of laws. I have a doctorate, and so then they gave me some other award too. Oh
how about that though? Huh yeah, what I'm more impressive than you think. What was like? What was like hanging out with a Supreme Court Justine? I was in awe? Was he like an I mean nice? Normal? Talked about cases, Yeah, talked about the Originalist, talked about the Founding Fathers TV Thomas Paine. Oh of the Common Sense. We spent time on the show this seventeen eighty seven. Oh so antonin Scalia. I thought I probably didn't care, because you know, you're in Toledo, for God's
sakes, and you're antonin Scalia. He cared. Harrison Butker called for women to be homemakers. What isn't that okay? Can a woman to be a homemaker? Can't say that? Why not? Because it's sexist? Well, so he's got his opinions, You got your opinions. We gotta go say, get me out of the students report. We have a representative of the Media Research Center coming up next. Willie and Honor of an incredible day in sports, in the world in general, and the Reds dominating the Dogs,
and the Red's going led by four for five lied La Cruz dominating. We leave you with the immortal words of the Stooge Report. If you don't think you have a problem in your community, you're probably wrong. I'm getting more information now from Rob Sanders about you what I do. They're checking out the veracity of some of your comments. You better be correct. He can't get me. I'm gonna fight extradition when the bumps come out of Avondale and go
into Butler County Juvenile Court. Guess what you're staying here. You're not leaving broke into forty cars, So you wouldn't want to be Guy one News Radio seven hundred ELD. My wife and I both we ended up mildly sick for a few months, and the nasal congestion is probably the worst part. I'd like a post nasal drip. Just this nationwide keyword on our website, Grandan's
grand Enter It now Bill cunning into Great American. Of course, that we talk about rigging elections, I say, make it so big it can't be rigged. But nonetheless, Media Research Center as an article about leftist billionaire George Soros and what he's trying to do pouring literally eighty million dollars in the groups
that are calling for censorship on tech platforms. They were extremely successful in twenty twenty and if the system had known in twenty sixteen the Trump was going to win, he wouldn't have won because of what they can do with five hundred million dollars from Zuckerberg, et cetera to register new voters with the species abilities to determine who's voting or not. But Dan Schneider is with Media Research Center Brent Brozell's group, and Dan Schneider welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show.
And Dan, can you tell the American people what George Sorows and others are planning? Yeah, you know, when we talk about George Sorows, we're usually talking about hundreds of millions of dollars, and right now we're talking about eighty million dollars. So for George Soros, that's a drop in the bucket. And to do what try to get big tech to censor Americans and to censor Donald Trump, and people might scratch their heads and thinking, you know,
big tech already does that. What's eighty million dollars going to do here? Well, this is what's going on within all these big tech platforms. There's a constant debate about how much censorship they should do. You're at Facebook, There's going to be some people who like the amount of censorship they're doing today. Others want to censor a lot more. Of course, nobody wants
to censor less. No, But what George Soros is doing. They spent eighty million dollars to push, you know, to get two hundred of these radical left wing groups to push big tech center. Even more so as Mark Zuckerberg is hearing the debates going on within his own company, you know, this is going to tilt the scales for those of the most radical people at Facebook and the most radical people at Google and to win today the center even
more than what's going on. That's that's what's going on here. It's trying to try to sway the election for the radical left. All right, let's talk practically, tell me how it works. Like the Hunter Biden laptop broke about thirty days before the election in twenty twenty, that was devastating. In fact, most voters said, if we knew that before the election, we
never would have voted for Joe Biden because he's financially compromised. However, Big Tech discussed matters with the FBI and others, and the FBI warned Big Tech, Facebook, Twitter, et cetera not to publish or allow these things to be on social media platforms. And they use the hook of well, it's Russian disinformation, Russian disinformation. So why would the private com companies, uh put these sanctions on the American people, not letting us no important facts?
Why did that? Why does tech do this? Yeah? Well, of course Big Tech is owned and operated, controlled and run by the radical left. Elon Musk is the one outlier there. You know, he's always been traditional left to center and and and I you know, I think we can agree that the policies he's pursuing may be better that than it was at the original Twitter, but still not great. He's still engaged in censorship. We'd love to see him do even better. But all these other big tech platforms
are run and administered, controlled by the radical left. And uh, you know that Hunter Biden laptop story, with the Twitter files revealed and the Facebook doctrines that have come out, we can see that there's there was a debate. Some of those platforms are saying, look, this Hunter Biden laptop story looks real. I don't know that we can get away with since we may take real heat from Congress by doing this, and others say no, we've
got to silence it. And so this is getting back to George sos Sols for a second. He's trying to empower the most radical people in these in these companies to win the day, to censor more, to completely silence us forever. Well, what's happening. I can imagine if Trump was in office and he sent the FBI agents out to Silicon Valley to censor negative information about him and Stormy Daniels or Karen McDougall, you would have had impeachment three,
four, five, six, and seven. But for some reason, the media doesn't care about that. The media ought to get information out to the American public upon which we can cast an informed ballot. That's that's that's why the First Amendment is there freedom of the press. But right, well, before we even get the freedom of the press, there's first freedom of speech for the individual, and shockingly right, and that freedom of speech is that
we the people. We the individuals can push back on government government overreach. That's the purpose of the First Amendment for individuals, it's the Bill of Rights. But before the US Supreme Court, this Biden administration has repeatedly argued that the government has a First Amendment right to silence Americans. I mean, it turns the world on its head. The Biden administration literally claims that the government
has free speech rights to silence us. Right. This is outrageous. Whether you're the field goal kicker for the Kansas City Chiefs or you're Donald Trump. I'm looking at one of your websites. You know that they've announced Dune twenty seventh is going to be the first debate with the with Jake Tapper. There's no more left wing ideologue who's called Donald Trump everything but a white man.
He's a crook, he's a full and he is stupid. I mean to have Jake Tapper of CNN be the independent, objective, Walter Cronkite type moderator. When the go to NewsBusters dot org, it's got clip after clip of Jake Tapper from a year and a half calling Donald Trump the most vile, disgusting things in the world. And he is supposed to be the moderator. How's that possible? Well, this is obscene, of course, but I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what. The ghost Ron McDaniel is still
with us. You know, she cut a contract with CNN for the primaries. And it becomes very difficult then for Donald Trump to say, well, we liked CNN doing these primary debates, but I'm not going to let it to the general. I wish you would have said no. But of course his strategy is basically to say anywhere, anytime, but it's gonna be an extremely biased debate. Donald Trump's going to be debating Jake Tapper, Tapper's call, and of course their candidate's choice, Joe Biden, all at once.
You know, it's outrageous. And of course Jake Tapper will be getting miked up and he'll have a you know something in his ear with the staff is telling him what to say and how to contradict whatever Donald Trump is saying. It's going to be Donald Trump versus about fifty people on that stage. Well, it's not going to be fair and imparsional. It's going to be one sided. And I'm thinking, okay, he quickly agreed, thinking, There was a fear on the Trump side that, you know, Biden won't debate.
So as soon as he said I'll debate, pal where make my day? They quickly said yes, but the ground rules not being determined at all, and the presidential debate what's his name, that guy in charge Faraday or whatever his name is. He's done. It's all done, And now the two candidates do you I've said this before, I bet Tony Bender hot fud Sunday that Joe Biden will not be the nominee of the Democrat Party. He's going to tumble down the steps, say something really stupid and they're going to
substitute him. Am I wrong? You know, his poll numbers can continue to decline, and you know, Democrats really don't care about the rules and the laws. It's all about will to power. So yeah, but the thing is here, Joe Biden, the Democrat Party can't simply unilaterally tell him to go pound sand Yeah, he is the sitting in president of the United States. Yes, so they they got to convince him that he cannot be
the nominee. So, I mean, does he tumble downstairs? You know, I mean, what are they going to do to actually get him out of the way. I know that they want to because he can't win. I don't think so, and went went good to to go back to George Soros. I have a concern that Soros, the Rocketfeller Foundation, Bill Gate's Melinda Gates are going to buy talk radio. At this point, it looks
like George Soros is going to buy Odyssey and maybe Tumulus. And here since iHeartMedia and others, and I have a concern that they own the newspapers, late night television, they own all of the nightly broadcast. I mean NBC News with Lester Holt Melody on Wednesday night, Thursday Night about the Butker commencement speech in which he talked about Catholic principles. NBC News completely melted down.
We can't have this, and so I think I have a concern that the next step is for these billionaires to fire individuals like the great American Bill Cunningham, Mark Levin, Sean Hannity, get rid of all of us, Prager, get rid of all of us because we're the only things standing in their way of complete dominance in the media. Do you have a concern that Soros
is going to buy talk radio? And fire individuals like myself. Well, not only do we here at the Media Research Center to have a concern about it, we're fighting against it. We filed a petition with the Federal Communications Commission because the FCC is Democrat controlled Federal Communications Commission. They're violating the law
and their own rules. They you know, when somebody wants to buy a whole host of radio stations like this, two determinations have to be made, have to be a bit under the law that it's in the public interest and that there's not a twenty five percent foreign control. And what George Soros has done is put together this this package of so called investors with more than twenty five percent foreign interest in it. And we've told the FCC in this petition
you've got to do your job. You cannot greenlight this violating the law. You actually have to make these analyzes. Is this actually in the public interest and is there less than twenty five percent foreign control. So Bill, on the one hand, I can say congratulations to ourselves here at MRC. We
have succeeded in slowing down the FCC approval process. But these Democrat commissioners at the FCC, they want to make sure that George Soros buys all these radio stations, many of them are conservative talk radio stations, not to replace you with a liberal, but just to end you. If he can buy these radio stations, he'll fire you overnight so that the conservatives do not have a way to communicate with voters going into this next election. And then next up
would be NewsBusters dot Org. Next up would be Breitbart, Next up would be Daily Caller, Daily Wire, Next up would be Red State, next up would be town Hall, and just get rid of any opposition. And that's where we're headed. In fact, I'm amazed that Trump even won in twenty sixteen, and then he got six million more votes in twenty twenty. Then Barack Hussein Obama did six million more, and somehow Joe Biden got thirteen
million more votes than Obama. I don't believe it. Yeah. Well, well, Bill, we've already talked about how George Soros and others are really trying to kill MRC and all these conservative groups by ending our revenue stream. They're trying to collude with advertisers and advertising firms to prevent advertisements from going up on our own sites to help pay the bills they keep the lights on and pay the salaries of all these people who are fighting for America. They are
trying to kill us at every step. I'm watching this in real time. Whether it's Harrison Butker who spoke Catholic principles and a Catholics, I don't think he'll back down. And thank god the NFL season is still five or six months away because he's got to go hide somewhere because CNN is after him that The controversy continues to stir, and the NBC News lost their way. Lester Holt went crazy. CBS said it was a hearken back to the days of
back alley abortions. And I'm looking at this, are you kidding me? This guy who went through the Catholic principles top to bottom, whether it's IVF for abortion or syracusey or euthanasia or telling you know one thing, Dan that when I give a speech here and there, I always tell graduates, Look, you're not gonna on your deathbed worry about a business deal not done. You're gonna regret not spending more time with your husband, your wife, your
grand babies. You're gonna regret not going on vacation with your family. And so many of us have the same feeling that it's important to have. Hell, I have a doctorate of law. That doesn't That doesn't impress many people much. But what it does say is that the best things I do in my life is play golf with my friends and spend time with my family. That's what I want to do. And that's all Harrison Butker said he wanted to do and tell women that the greatest joy in your life will be getting
married and being a mother. Now, the fact that's controversial says a bunch, doesn't it. You know, he did not tell women that they should not work outside the homes. All he did was present an option, and he gave the upside of that option. I thought these liberals were supposed to like choice, and all he was doing is say, my wife made this choice in her life to stay home and it's been great for her and she's never regretted it, and you should consider it too. He just offered them
a choice. And the left is apoplectic that he's saying that women can choose which way to do this and there's upside to stay at home, and the left hates that idea. The left doesn't want women to have this choice, and left only wants women to go you'll work outside the home. Well, one good thing about this is that liberal females tend not to have children,
so they're not reproducing. In fact, a perfect day for a liberal female would be to get up in the morning, get her a lot day from Starbucks, charge up her volvo, stop by planning Parado for an abortion, thinking home in time to eat some alfalfa sprouts and put some nose rings in and so, and those women are not reproducing, and maybe that's a good thing because to him, well, go ahead. Well, this is why we see the Biden administration having fled. Is it now over three hundred flights
to bring in illegal aliens in this country? Right? And the massive run at the border. I just spoke with one of our best attorney generals in the States. I'm not going to tell you who, but there he's just about to announce what's going on in his state and how many tens of millions of illegal immigrants have registered to vote in this country for this next election. I su how many millions millions sort of vote for this election, you know. So, if the left is not having babies on their own, they're
gonna import more voters. It's unbelievable, and of course that's illegal, but in blue cities and blue states, that's not h that's not an impediment. Well, Dan Schneider, we got to go your website MRC dot org NewsBusters dot org, and what it does is chronicle the left wing media bias. And God help you if you're practicing a Roman Catholic, because CNN will come
after you with hooks and claws until they take him down. It's anybody of faith right now, it's it's Catholics, but it's anybody of faith that they want to take down. Well, their faith is Hamas, and the Democratic Party of the Ku Klux Klan is now the Democratic Party is Hamas. Those are tremendous bookends of disasters in this country. We got to run. But Dan Schneider, you're a great American, and thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Hopefully, except for George Soros, I'll be here a
long time. God bless you. Let's continue with more and if the line becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine seven thousand, Bill Cunningham News Radio seven hundred WULW, it's your chance owing a fouls and dollars. It's blowing us fox kiawai, you come, went on cron Rose o'donalds. I didn't expect to see her pop up here. Yeah. I can't think of a more unappealing pair. And I've seen Michael Moore topless, she says. Rosie says, breathe, you got this, which is what
she says to the toilet before flushing. Oh, thank you, and I love this year. They became friends, Rosie says. Cohen reminds her of every guy she went to high school with. Cohen said the same thing about Rosie. Oh hello, hello, quiet, and I'm I'm broadcasting rock. I see a crisis. There's no such thing as honor or demeanor or couth or nothing. There's nothing off limits. You can call somebody whatever you want. How about yesterday in that house the committee, you know that what the
Republican ladies, Taylor Green and people going at it. They were going at it like it was high school or fake flashes. And the women, the women look and give them. Just get him in a ring. Let's quit the beat, Let's get the Marjorie Taylor Green Acauseio Cordes crocket get them all in the ring and let's have about it. But you know such thing as like a no taking the it's over right now, it's we had Kamala Harris
dropped the F bomb the other day to a group of children. You have Joe Biden, you know, kind of giving the President Trump a little jabs, saying on Wednesdays kind of thing. So there's nothing's off limits. So so why are we pretending a lot of Republicans out there we need, we need somebody of higher moral standard, We need a statesman. Those days are over and let's get down the mud ms wrestle it out and let's see who wins. That's thank you, Rocker. I think you're the man. I
think you can make it happen from Harrison, Harrison to Pennsylvania Avenue. What about Scheffler? What he confused with Adam Schefter? You're talking about Scheffler. I don't know what to say, because there was on the car that made him a player. However, the cop did not see the symbol on the car that Scheffler was driving. He gets on the burn and he was following other players who were waving at him like this, other players. So he's right behind him. At some point a cop said who's that? And he
jumps on the car, which a cop ray Tensen should never do. Look a look at the boat. Is it that series you gotta jump on the car? People over or something? I don't know. He sustained pain and swelling and abrasions at his left wrist and knee. Uh so Arraiment's on Tuesday. Got to come back. He'll probably a wave a raiment. But he's looking at up playing his wear end off right now though right his crime was he's eight under like nothing happened. I don't know what to say. You
think morning or resolved. He got the dead guy at five am who was working for a vendor and he was run over. It was dark, it was raining by a shuttle bus. Shuttle bus killed him, and so the cops were on edge. Anyway, here comes somebody on the berm and the cops are thinking, oh the hell's this? Well, it's number one golfer in the world, that's who it is. So does this qualify as just you know, damn it? Sometimes just a bunch of circumstances happen and it's
terrible. But is anyone truly at fault? Is there such a thing. Not in legal world. There isn't no y yeah, yeah, yeah. Well he's looking at ten years and is he going to get ten years? No? But on the other hand, he better make a hefty donation to the FOP, the Green Salvation and the cop consume him for damages. Give the cop a million bucks, give the FOP something. Louisville cops have their own problems with Brenda Taylor and it's time to move on. But they're gonna
tonight. It's gonna be a big deal. Nightly news gonna cover it. I mean, it's a big deal. It'll be all over it. And they don't give up. And I don't I don't know, Chef, you had to be there. Did Scheffler know a cop was? Are you insinuating they're going to interject race into this absolutely white privilege. Guys that look like you are treated differently than Benjamin Crump? What about you? What? What?
What white privileges? I'm waiting to hear that privilege. They just wave you in at the friendly confines when you slap in, right, But if I'm told to stop, I stop. Who should there be a police escort to get him into the tournament? I assume he's like, look, this is a kind of a pretty big tournament day. I gotta get in. I gotta practice hitting some balls. I got hours ahead of time, almost three hours ahead of his YEA teams rolling in the stadium through four hours.
They did twenty mile back up twenty because of the homicide. Because they're killing twenty mile backup and nobody could get anywhere close to it. So the players are saying, they're calling their player liaison saying, hey, Chad, we can't get there. So the guy goes out there and says, okay, this is five thirty in the morning, six am, it's raining, it's
dark, of course, and the wind's blowing, and somebody's dead. How do you get to one hundred and forty four players in terrible, terrible situation. The poor guy, he's working and he's dead. Segment he's dead, in dead Saggie's dead. Well they The STUDJ Reporter is a proud service of your local Tamestar heating and air conditioning dealers. Tamestar quality you could feel in Southwest Ohio called Better Choice Heating and Cooling at five, one, three,
eight, six, eight, thirty three, eighty eight and Rock. You snickered at me. You snickered at me. Yesterday you snickered. I said, the Reds are going to sweep the Dodgers. You laughed and cafauled. Well, they've won one game, great, I gotta win three more on Sunday. Would you be shocked if that happened? I would be that wouldn't be shocked. Baseball is base never know Rock, Yeah, it's right.
There's days you can't at the broadside of a barn. There's days you look like day before against Arizona they were like no hit for four or five innings, and then look what happens last night. A fifty three thousand pack in that place because of Showy or Tani two swinging in a miss, the ball gets away all the way to the backstop. Day La Cruise will score and Steer will reach. He's gonna cost the Reds a lot of money, Dela Cruz, give him all of it. Would you sign him up right now?
Yeah? I don't know. As soon as they do that, you know what's gonna happen. He's gonna get hurt. Yeah, hurt is what about Bengals and the Bengals sign up? Dela Cruz to play tight end. Here's what I suggest, got Higgins. You know, let's how about the city. We we kind of just share the burden here a little bit.
Maybe the Reds pain half of his salary that he deserves, the Bengals paying the other half that East could use his services, and that ways, he might miss four games in September, but he's got thirteen other games to play. Can you imagine him opposite Jamar Chase and t Higgins? What kind of lineup would that be for Joe to throw? If nothing else, it would get inside the head of every defensive coordinator and they're like, okay, right,
we know they're not going to put him out there for nothing. It's a big deal. Just make him think a little bit. Number forty four bring him out good. You see him just coming on and wear forty four. Wed Well, what about pay could what about pay corps? When they if he would come out there on the field first Saturday, first Sunday in October, what would happen? And look, it's it's like they're asking him
to run complicated routes on the route tree and just run run. I mean, even without practicing football, I assume he has the speed and the I mean, he's an incredible athlete. He can catch it seven put his arms up West Joe Burrow, what does he say if you asked him, I haven't ask him him and say get him out to get him out there, because you gotta outside the box in today's world, kind of like Taco Bellaco Bell. But but if if the Reds and the Bengals would would look at
this from a entertainment standpoint, this would be the biggest thing ever. I mean, the cin Cincinnati would be the center of the sports world. For imagine how many jerseys the I mean every jersey almost in the city and in the half of it's the Reds and half of us the Bengals. They'd sell a million of them, a million though he was dropping everything that's jam how about and then never let's get how many how many Bengal jerseys alone would they
sell? All of them with his name on the back. It would be none left. Everybody would make money. Why not do it? Because we're in the entertainment business, right, Because it's like show get hurt and then get you're gonna get hurt anyway. You better send those refunds, get the refunds. Ready, he's going to get hurt anyway, right, everybody gets Do you have hope for the Bengals this year? Actually? Did you have? You have? Fifteen and two? But if somehow Dela Cruz plays seventeen
and oh if he can play, going with me? Then I'm going with you the windows my whole career. Just just do it. The Red do something out. They did, the Red send something out to the Bengals about using Dela Cruise. There was something. People are picking up on this. I'm just saying we better get credit. This would be dramatic. Would you agree? Yes? You got? You gotta do stuff outside there. Get him out there, run some routes and let's see what he does. Yes,
I bet he's better than Jamar Chase. Come on now, six foot seven faster? Who's easy? Alright? Who's faster? Oh he's faster. And who's taller? He's tall? He got more of a wingspan? Yes, yes, yes, Oh there you go. That's all You've been running routes on a football field seven years old, like Chase. Well, I'm just telling him go ten steps and take a left. Sure, the defense thinks he's ten steps, take it right, that's all. You go ten steps, take a left, one two three, Hey, are right,
take a left. How about a button hook? Gordon veteran who had a button hook? I threw to Jack Monah had a button hook. Take eight steps and I throw the ball as you're turning around right there, button hook, Go ten left, go ten right, button hook. Then have a post pattern. Hey, I want to see a post pattern. You have a button hook and go go. Who's gonna want to jump the button hook? Whatever the hell? Who's going to stay with Who on the defensive side
can stay with him? What about a give and go? I'd give it and then none a go. I'm just saying, think I'll run to have him on the left sideline, run fade, run off the half field safety and bring Jamar Chase from the other side. Now Higgins, clear him out, clear them out, run the dig underneath. Do you think Tommy Thrall could somehow get to David bell to see if tonight they're gonna ask the question, well, why don't you ask you when they come back Tuesday? I
got to see him, David bell Man. He told me to come. He's not feeling too good either. I know his stomach problems in Arizona. In San Francisco, got hold and thrown bad food, bad food taco I'm saying right now, David Bell, would you permit Dela Cruz after the red seat and to play for the Bengals? He would say, no, well no, what about later a minute? You know who? The question that you know who? You ought to pose that question to Troy Blackburn? No,
well that yeah, that him. You need to get you, mister Castellini and Troy Blackburn, to get Katie in the room and say all right, we got we got. What do you think? Here's my idea. Did the Bengals have trouble selling out the stadium? Noam says no, well maybe you can. I don't know. I get a laed La Cruz dual bobblehead Red's uniform, Bengals uniform? Yes, which other layer could play for? I was just thinking about nobody, Kevin Mitchell, Barry Larkin could Adam
quarterback. But Larkin was an All American defensive back. But not like Dela Cruz. We're talking about elite Neon Dion. He used to come in the top of Willie's. He knock on the door, open the door, come in there by the way. I passed by Willis and Western Hills yesterday. You have no no, no more connection with that none. But he still lives on. He lives on. But he comes in and I would he'd call me ahead of time and I have ready his lemon chicken, rice,
a warm roll and iced tea. This is Dion, Dion number twenty one. He'd sit there and he after the game, he goes he couldn't go downstairs. He couldn't. You know he can't. It's like you, good guy. Well I have I have less trouble than he has. But the younger women is my problem. Well, that's true. You and Harry Carey. I just wanted to grab hold of me and grab something. I tell him leave me alone. Did did you run run by Cheri? And yes, I did. Leave a message for Cherie and she said, let me
think about it. So if I had Cheri, Tanya or Rourke, Trisha Mackie naked and I'm taking all right? And Tanya, well it was it was and Tanya, and it was you Cheri and Tanya and Tanya. No, I got Tanya. I got Tanya. No, you a Tria and Sheila and then and then halfway through. Oh my god, I'm not one of those swapping types. I'm just saying, like there was a picture the pictures in baseball they swapped wives. Remember those guys from the Yankees about and
somebody else? I don't remember that one. Yeah, I mean they switch wives, kids and everything they got like after them. But do you imagine another family and Harrison just switching off, having your wife go over somewhere else another wife comes in? What? No, I can't imagine that. He's on that show too. But she says, I gave her Avery's number, and if she'll be naked and afraid, I will do it. Her and Tricia Mackie and me naked and afraid. She has you excuse me. They
shouldn't be afraid. They shan't be afraid. No, I'm a man's man and a woman's man. I'm filled with masculinity. I don't want to piss somebody off like Harrison. But he's in enough trouble sayings them men should be How many of those eighty thousand signatures are actually chiefs or NFL fan none. They're trying to create a controversy and it's not That's why Trump's gonna win well and then and then take it anymore? Can people can't take it. This
is the kind of stuff. It's just it's pushed people smart people that were once understand just push them into a corner. And CNN continues to pound the drum. The controversy today is growing, okay about women staying at home having baby only because they said so, he said so, nothing else. In fact, Taylor Swift came out a couple of hours ago what and stood with Harrison Butker saying he's a good guy. So you got Taylor she did? Yes, I know this guy. What's your name? Gracie Hunt? The
daughter she was? He's a lotty too. Yes, I've used to date her. He's very attractive. It's just like what was thirteen months old or something? Not like Joe Biden. Please Segas that give me some sports we had have you old Lamar Cowa Willy is twelve under par now through seventeen. He leads the second round of the PGA Championship Sam Hubbard's and second Sam Sam
Hubbard and ak Markhubbard is ten second. Wait, that is that the guy that plays for the Bengals Showfley Pard number one, So he's still nine under. You're not answering the question. Is Hubbard the Bengal? No, it's Mark Hubbard. See if he's playing golf, why can't all football? Well he said it was a Bengal playing and he's in second place at Tendreffler's eight under through fifteen. You got to think outside the box in today's world,
That's all I'm saying. Think outside the breast, something new. It's all been done, it's all been done to this point, doing October, November, December. What's doing nothing? Get out there and the Bengals would throw him a million box at play in like, you know, to play what he plays, the game games. Yeah, I mean he can play as many as call him up. The money they would make back in that would
be ten times just in just in. Yeah, Well I don't get it, Susan and I would be the center of the sports world, all right. Could any Bengals play baseball? Joe Burrow hit some home runs at my ballpark. The great American j Burrow played baseball as a youngster. He was pretty good. I don't think you could play at Dela Cruz. Dela Cruz is elite. He's faster than Higgins. Or Jamaar. Do you agree faster? Yeah, And he's taller, and he's stronger, and he's got a
bigger, bigger wingspan. Who's a wide receiver for the Cowboys back in the day, though, was the Olympic sprinter Bob Hayes. Hayes. I'm just saying, seg Man, I'm talking to Troy Blackburn about this, okay, And I'm going to talk to Bob Castellani and Caring Draft to get permission for Dela Cruz to play for the Bengals. What if he gets hurt, then he has not nothing to do with it? What my what my idea? I said, it was your idea. Look what you've cost the city.
End of the bus, seg Man, Get me out of the stud's report. Will he everybody have a good weekend. We leave you with the immortal words of the student report. We're not standing by no more getting killed. We're not scared of anybody standing up and standing by will on video head racing white men like Trump the trunk, dragging her by the hair, kicking her, that way of picking a rock. When you look at it, everyone's
going to say what you want about Biden. I can't say I love to pick either, but hey, we gotta get him in the office making sense. And he did. He support Biden. Birds of a feather flock together. Thank you very much, Roll, thank you. Let's talk to Shri Paolo about Naked and Afraid. This would be a dramatic event. Would you agree which Ellie to the to the Bengals or us on Naked and Afraid? See those two things happened Cincinnati is the s boom segment. Thank you,
