I believe it. You can't have a closer who can't throw strikes. And right now Diaz cannot throw strikes. As the ras above six, He's giving up at least two either walks or hits every inning he pitches, and he can't find the strike zone. Put me in there right now, I'll find the freakin strike zone and at least make them put the ball in play. Don't tell me the Snakes are that good. But the Reds get back out
of tonight about eight forty airtime or so, and so much more. But until then, you may recall that there's Hamas chapters all over the United States of America. I didn't think this was possible, but I guess anti Semitism is rearing it's likely head on college campuses in Xavier, my alma mater is not immune. There were two one student and one recent graduate named Sophia Dempsey and Julia Lankish, both twenty two years old, that wanted to protest or
wanted to talk about the glories of Hamas. And they were told time, manner in place, you can protest, so to speak over there, you can't do it here. They refuse, used to comply. They were arrested and because of a missive from the Attorney General David Yost that can make misdemeanors felonies if a mask is being worn. It's a ku Klux Klan air, a case similar to what the Democrats did one hundred and fifty years ago. They formed the ku Klux Klan and that was being used by local prosecutors.
But it appears the grand jury yesterday ignored the felonies and kept the misdemeanors in place. Plus, you have Biden on the ballot. The lawmakers have not passed a provision that allows Joe Biden to be on the ballot. Of course he probably can't spell ballot. That's a different issue, but nonetheless also student loan forgiveness and more. David Yost ag welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show.
And can you explain to the American people what is this ku Klux Klan air, a law that allows local prosecutors to increase misdemeanors to felonies if a mask is worn. Still a misdemeanor is going to be one person, one act like trespass, pass and go on your property without permission. You tell me to leave, I don't go, I'm trespassing. What this law does. It says if you do it with two or more people together and you're wearing masks, now we're going to treat it as a more serious offense and
enhanced offense, and it becomes a fourth degree fellony. Well, now explain the old Temple one sentence law. And it was passed I think one hundred and fifty years ago. Does it make any difference? This is the question. It was passed more or less to keep the Ku Klux plan from running around in their silly outfits terrorizing black folks and others. Some have said, well, that's an old law, it doesn't apply in this case. What
does the Attorney General say? Well, that's silly the first amendments and old law too. The fact that it's old, you know, it reminds me a little bit of when we started using When I was prosecutor in Jelaware County, an old school former prosecutor was on the bench as judge and kind of crotchety old guy, and I started using this is in the early two thousands. I started using the racketeering law against drug dealers because they were wrecking havoc
in our community. And he said, that's not what this law is meant for. And we had a big argument about it. But the fact of the matter is law is what it says it is, and it prescribes not a group of people or actions by a particular person, but it tells all of us, here's the standard of conduct. If you do this. It kind of doesn't matter that you, you know, hate Jewish people instead of hay black people. That's not the point of the law. The point of
the law is to prescribe conduct in neutral terms that apply to everybody. Every time every win. Well, I'm watching MSNBC and I do that, so you don't have to they talk about you. These are different times that because of COVID, there's a fear among the nosering crowd who drive use Volvos that somehow I got to wear a mask because I'm going to catch something terrible. And one of the commentators on MSNBC kind of went after you, David Yost,
which you should wear as a badge of honor. That says, basically, you're kind of going back in time on a law when so many Americans are fearing identification by school officials, or they're fearing a COVID back and forth in their tents somewhere. How would you respond to the issue of MSNBC legal antis had said, David Yost is reaching. This really isn't a felony.
It kinds like something happening to the Trumpster today in Manhattan Court. But nonetheless, how do you respond to those who say on MSNBC that this law wasn't intended for this situation and that you're reaching. Aside from laughing hysterically, Well, let's start with COVID. The pandemic is over. There's still COVID variations out there, but people aren't wearing masks now. Are there a few fragile souls out there who worry a lot that still wear masks? Yes, I'm
sure there are, but they're not the protesters on campus. The protesters on campus have said we're afraid of reprisals. Well, what does that mean? Reprisals by the university presidents? They can't bring themselves to reclaim their own buildings and their own laws. They're all woke. Who's they're going to reprise against you? You're gonna take action against the dog doesn't hunt? So who are
they really afraid of? Reprisals against They're afraid of being held criminally accountable for committing criminal accents threatening Jewish kids, like pinning them into a conference room so they can't get out because there's a chanting crowd outside yelling death to Jews. They're worried about being held accountable because kids are trying to get into the library and they're occupying the library. That's what they're afraid of, and that's exactly
what the kluks Klan was afraid of. They didn't want to be held accountable for breaking the law. Remember this is not a no protesting with mask law. This is a don't commit crimes with other people while wearing masks, and so the mysterman different thing. The mist demanders would be criminal trespassed, which
is time, manner in place. So if Tony Bender wants to protest and get in favor of a moss terrorism, he's got the right to do that, But schools and other facilities have the right to say the time, place and manner will be right over there. You can go into your heart's contents, dreamed your lungs out. That's okay. But these two students, one graduate and one present, said I'm going to ignore the law. I'm not gonna protest where you tell me to protest. I'm going to protest right here,
to disrupt the Xavier commencement. That's the problem. Correct time, place, and manner. That is the That is the problem. But there's one other thing about that, And I don't know. I haven't seen the file on the Xavier case that you're raising. I've only seen the news media. But according to the news media, it was two people arrested because there were two people who refused to move. Now, let's go back to law one on one? What is that one sentence? Law say no person with two
or more people shall commit a crime while wearing a mask. Two or more people plus the perpetrator is three, two doesn't count. Do you think that that's going to get You're a law you're a lawyer, will I then you don't like to talk about it. But built with that, is that going to pass even a grand jury? Well, I would think the law itself
is pretty simple, and it was passed for specific reasons. And factually, these girls, these young women with their multi colored hair and their nose rings, wanted to ignore what the statute said, ignore having been warned repeatedly by Xavier personnel law enforcement. Xavier said, and Xavier police aren't exactly like Minneapolis before the George Floyd riots. No, No, Xavier Police. They're saying, how can we help you, And they're saying, look, you got
to go over there. And they asked them several times, and they refused and clammed up, and they wanted to be arrested. They wanted to make this a big deal. And that's what's happening, which makes the trashpath privilege only even in our liberal bastions of higher learning. Two still is not the same as three. And so this is not an enhanceable selony unless there were other people there, which there's no evidence that I'm aware that there was.
I'm going to have Missy powers. No they didn't, didn't indicted, No, no, And so we'll see what happens on the misdemeanor. We know in the city of Cincinnati very little happens on misdemeanor. That's a different issue. So this thing's pending. You're not going to change your opinion despite the vicious attacks on you by MSNBC and in Morning Joe. You're going to maintain, maybe follow the laws you're not going to buckle. Is that what I'm
saying. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Let's talk about Joe Biden on the ballot. The medium wants to make a big deal of this. I've had Mike de Wine on. Mike said, look, he's going to be on the ballot. You're the attorney general. They try to pass the amendment through the legislature. Our legislature right now is completely dysfunctional. If there's no Democrats around, the Republicans fight with Republicans, and so at this
point, very little is happening in Columbus. What is the status as we sit here on May fourteenth about Biden on the ballot. Well, the law still says that you've got to be on a ballot ninety days in front of the election. That's so the Secretary of State can allow our troops overseas to actually vote, and you need some time to make that happen. So there's a good reason for the law. A few days probably is not going to matter. Candidly, they've waived that in the past. I don't know why
they can't wave it this year. But what I can tell you is that Frankel Rose isn't allowed to do it after the disastrous twenty twenty primary, Let's just say, to pass the law and made it a jailable offense for an executive officer to change a statute regarding elections. So Frankle Rose doesn't have a
power and doesn't want to risk jail. And I don't blame him for not just changing it to change it. But look, we were all rightly outraged when the Secretary of State Maine said Donald Trump doesn't get to be on the ballot, and the Colorado Supreme Court said Donald Trump doesn't get to be on the ballot, and the Supreme Court said, this is national office. The presidency and the vice presidency are the only politicians that are elected by the whole
country. Everybody else's state or district or municipality, local thing, and one state doesn't get to veto the favorite son of another state. Is just this is going to get resolved. I'm embarrassed that this is happening in Ohio. But of course Joe Biden should be on the ballot. He will be on the ballot, and I'm looking forward to sending him into a retirement. So if Lorose can't do it, because if he would do it, that could be a crime. I don't think Frank Laro is going to come into crime.
He's an army guy. Secondly, the lawmakers in Columbus can't get their act together on almost anything, and they didn't pass it, and so who and it has to be by August sixth, I assume ninety days off of November fifth. It's about August the sixth, and the Democratic conventions not till the middle of August, about ten days later. So what's a possible resolution Because I would think in about a month the ballots are going to be printed. So who can say? Do it? And then there'll be a lawsuit
filed saying don't do it. And if you don't do it, then there'll be a lawsuit filed saying do it. Either do it and you don't, or you don't and you do. But if you do or your don't or don't, then you do, you get the same result. You know what I'm saying. Well, I know you're a lot younger than I am, but I once you reach back into history books that you studied in high school,
ask you if you remember the name John Anderson. Absolutely, he was the It was a blockheaded guy I think from Illinois or something, a congressman who wanted to be the president in nineteen eighty, and he came to the Great Buckeye State and filed petition for the presidency in May of nineteen eighty, except that these Secretary of State at that point, a fellow by the name of Celebrazy, said, hey, ninety days before the election. It wasn't
ninety days back then, but the deadline was back in March. You missed the deadline, you can't be on the ballot. Went all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Supreme Court said, of course, he gets to be on the ballot. Put him on the ballot, and he was and he lost. But that's not what we lawyers say
on all fours. He was an independent candidate. And a few differences in law, but the principle there is so strong, and I just can't imagine that if this does end up in court, that a court is not going to rule, just as the Supreme Court did on the main in Colorado, is to say that an incumbent percent yes, gets to be on the ballot. All right, I have a conspiracy theory. You ready for this one.
Oh boy, I'm making bets all over the place, Hot fight Sunday, bets mister Attorney General that Joe Biden will not be the nominee of the Democrat Party. It would simply be the Executive Committee of the DNC could get together next week and pass a resolution declaring that Joe Biden is the nominee of the Democrat Party, and that would solve the issue. Send it to a secretary state. He'll probably ship it to you and say what do you think about this? And then you'll say, yes, get them on the ballot.
Unless there's a in the back of one's mind, is the idea that Joe Biden is not going to be the nominee of the Democrat Party. We can't put him up there because of his mental decline. And so let's wait until sometime in June to decide whether to substitute Michelle Obama for Joe Biden. Am I on the right track? Crystal ball has a big old crack right down the middle of it, So I'm not on the right track. Nope, I just can't tell. What did the magic a ball used to say?
I answer cloudy, ask again later. Yeah, it's like what when Penny was inaugurated the first time as the Court of Appeals to Judge Andy Douglas, the great Supreme Court justice came down and gave her the eight ball. They had like eight sayings you turn around and and say, now it's not the right time for that or overruled sustained. Just roll the eight ball and it tells you the ruling. All right, let's see what happens to David Yo, you're telling me as the age of Ohio that Joe Biden will be
on the ballot no matter what. I assuming that he is surviving and thriving. All of us is subject to the vagaries of our own mortality. Well, I think, say another word about Joe Biden's mental abilities, I'll get in trouble. But nonetheless, David Yost, thank you, and we'll see what happens. Biden will be on the ballot. And uh. For those who want to protest two or more in a conspiracy and commit a misdemeanor with a mask on, suddenly you might be going to prison for a long time.
David Yost, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. May God bless you and God bless America. David, thank you very much. Good to talk to you. Let's continue with more. Biden will be on the ballot, but I don't think they don't want. They don't want to put him on the ballot because they want to be able to say the guy's a complete idiot and a fool, makes no sense at all. He tumbles down the steps like a beer barrel, and uh, we
can't put him. We can't continue with this charade. And that's what I think is going to happen. That's why the Democrats don't want to announce ahead of time through the DNC Executive Committee that he's the nominee, because then you got more problems. Let's continue. Bill Cunningham, News Radio seven hundred Wlwadam Jonathan in the Exeter bil I bet you gotta be did boiler Stevenson with a
quands and this place is on glue. The rigs tool the DBAs tonight at eight forty on seven hundred jalgul juju and seven hundred jalu l jujus live stream of though the iHeart Radio app One College League, New York City. But the comments of Governor Kathy Hochel, the governor of New York stating that black kids can't learn, and that black kids don't have computers, and that black kids are illiterate, that this comes from a democratic, liberal feminist, the
governor of New York, which is Aliabele against black kids. And after one o'clock today we'll take that up and so much more. After two o'clock I had some calls too free yesterday from friends of mine seeking to understand what the hell's going on with the Trumpster, with the misdemeanors more in the felonies, How's that possible? And how's a misapplication of a business record on a line and some piece of paper filed somewhere in Albany kind of is concocted into thirty
six felonies? How's that possible? The possibility it's gymnastic, And give me a man and I'll find the crime. So in this case, they're about five weeks into the deal. The rat Cohen is speaking, testifying as I speak, and we'll see what happens. I'm not in the category of many who say that jury in New York City is going to find him not guilty or a hung jury, so to speak, one two or three jurors saying we can't find him guilty because the jurors read the New York Times, the
jurors listen to NPR, the jurors actually watch MSNBC. And I spent five years in New York City, extremely liberal, extremely left wing. A republic and a conservative couldn't get elected there no matter how many ballots were stuffed in the box. It's a ninety percent or more democratic area who listen to NPR, read the New York Times, and watch MSNBC. So that's the pool of people these jurers came from. There's not one Republican on the jury.
They're all Democrats. And the judge, Juan Mashan born in the Great Country of Columbia, is a hack New York City judge in a lousy courtroom that stinks. The facilities are terrible. You wouldn't drink out of the water fountain, we would go to the bathroom. It's awful. Cockroaches everywhere. It's New York City. And so now they're coming up with more ways of trying to convict this guy. If something anything before the election, and we'll see
if the Donald can put up with this. He scheduled to be in Cincinnati tomorrow for a fundraiser. It's a private event. We'll see what happens, but until then, one of the signs I see is the Jews are genocidal killers of the Palestinians. And one thing I disagree with Joe Biden and calling him genocidal. Joe, Joe Biden is many things. He's a liar,
he's a thief, he's a crook, but he's not genocidal. And so you might recall, going back in time my classes at Xavier that Christians Catholics, who hated Jews throughout medieval Europe, would spread the lie that Jews would kidnap Catholic boys and girls, slaughter them on an altar, and that the Jews would take their blood to bake matsos for Passover. This lie became known as a blood libel, probably one of the greatest libels and falsehood and world
history. And over the course of many centuries, Jews believing they did these things were tortured, murdered, often burned alive because of the blood libel, that is, that the blood of Christian kids would be used in ritualistic religious rites. It was a lie then, it's a lie now will always be a lie, but nonetheless it was believed by many in which Jews were hunted down and killed simply because of their faith in almost every country that they've been
to, particularly, it was odious and a lot of two facts. It was the Jews themselves, through their Bible that outlawed human sacrifice. That was not the case before Jews came along. And one of the first laws in the Hebrew Bible is the ban on consuming blood, and certain animals you can't eat them. So for a very long time there was a blood libel against Jews, as somehow they were the other and therefore justified the Holocaust, and
God knows other outrageous behaviors conducted against the Jews. In nineteen forty eight, when the Jewish state was carved out of Judea and Samaria, there was about one point three million Palestinians in Israel and the Greater Palestine area one point three million. Today it's all over seven million. In other words, there's more than five hundred percent increase in Palestinians and the territories in Gaza since nineteen forty
eight, a five hundred percent increase. So if there's some genocide going on against the Palestinians. Number one, the Jewish people would not do it. But secondly, figures seemed to indicate that the genocide has been terribly unsuccessful. Israel never had the slightest inclination to perpetuate genocide against the Palestinians or anyone, because they're the victims of genocide. Going through this little more, very simple.
Here are some facts about the Israeli genocide. Number one, As I said yesterday, what needs to happen is the unconditional surrender of a moss. Could happen today at one o'clock, could happen tonight? We surrender We lost after the US bombing of Dresden and other German cities and dropping of the two
atomic bombs, the only thing that was needed was unconditional surrender. You will quit, And all it takes now is for the two or three remaining battalions of Hamas, murderers and killers, to lay down the arms, care more for their people than themselves, and surrender. Here comes the eight trucks, Here comes parachuting and everything you need. Here comes the rehabilitation begins of Palestinians. But of course a moss wants nothing to do with helping the Palestinian people.
They're human shields. They were used as ploys to enrich themselves and build a tunnel system worthy of New York City subway system. So no genocide has never been on the table. If that was the case, Israel's had the power for forty or fifty years to wipe out the Palestinians wherever they can be located, and they failed to do. In fact, they hired Palestinians, twenty thousand Palestinians and gods that came across checkpoints every day to work inside Israel,
and they'd love to have those jobs. And lastly, I would say this during a war in which our existence was at risk, and that was the Civil War. And I don't think World War one applies, and I don't think Vietnam er Korea applies, but certainly World War II applies. When the Democratic Party declared war in the United States of America called the Confederacy, that was a total war from both sides, Lincoln Lee Grant. They all wanted to win on their side of the fence. I don't think the South
had a chance. I think the North fought with one arm tied behind its back and still easily won, but nonetheless there was a sense that if the North lost, America w to be split up in of various domains and the United States of America would not have existed. When that war was going on,
it was awful. Six hundred thousand plus were killed and maiming of individuals, rapes, robberies, completely consistent with the war as it was conducted, but nonetheless, as CNN and NPR was around during the Civil War, it would have been over in eighteen sixty three after Gettysburg, but nonetheless they weren't around, and the war was conducted to his logical conclusion, and World War
Two, when America was literally at stake. If the Germans had gotten were smart enough to keep their Jewish scientists like von Braun and others in Einstein and developed the nuclear weapons six months before the US and nuked London and said we're going to New New York City and destroyed tens of millions of Americans, well,
our survivability was at stake. It was universally understood every American in nineteen forties that every German civilian death by the Allies was caused by the Nazis, and every Japanese death was caused by the fascist regime, hero Hito being the king, et cetera. Had there been no Nazi invasions of European countries and no Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor, there would have been no World War Two,
and therefore no bombing of German Japanese cities. None of us thought when you reduce Hiroshima, Nagasaki and other Japanese cities to the ground, or Dresden. One hundred and forty thousand burned alive in Dresden, there wasn't a thought whatsoever. Well, we got to be careful now. These civilians, after all, are civilians. Nobody said America was genocidal and defending itself against Adolf Hitler in Hiroto, no one said, okay, you can't do that.
And likewise, if Hamas on October the seventh did not brutally murder, rape, commit to war crimes against numerous Jews, there would have been no Israeli bombing of the Gaza. And so every dead Palestinian is the result only of Hamas. Hamas has caused this to occur, and it can end right now. Put down your arms, surrender, save the million Palestinians. There to
hear this from the protesters, I don't think so. And fourthly, looking through history, of course, the nosering crowd of multi colored hair would like to always to picture America and Jews in the worst possible light. They don't care. For example, that in Nigeria, a nation in Africa, at least seventy five thousand Christians have been slaughtered by Boca Haram over the past ten years. There's not been one left wing protest. Few people even know what
I'm talking about. The left doesn't care because the perpetrators are black Islamist. The left cares about we had black people in America or Africa only if they're killed by white people. Otherwise they don't care. And in this case, with both Karram and Nigeria, all those involved are black. So to have sixty thousand to seventy thousand Christians murdered, raped and pillaged by black Islamists in Nigeria is not a big deal. You don't see any protests in Xavier or
elsewhere. Between three and eight, George Clooney got involved in this in Darfer Sedan, the Arab regime and the air of paramilitary groups killed more than listening to this number, four hundred thousand civilians were killed over five years in the Sedan, creating about two point eight million refugees. It was blacks killed by Muslims, and there was the left in this country had no interest in the deaths. Close to four hundred thousand killed and media didn't care. College campuses
didn't care. One more example, according to the BBC, between seven eight hundred thousand civilians have been killed in a war between the Ethiopian government and the breakaway province of t Gray. It's blacks killing blacks after all, and therefore the media doesn't care. There's no political advantage. Benjamin Crump cannot make money out of the deal. But how about almost a million civilians killed in Ethiopia in the last seven or eight years, a million and the media in this
country, the college kids couldn't care less. Wow? Is this selective outrage by the uh nosering crowd absolutely well funded by left wing radical Marxist organizations like the Gates Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, George Soros and otherwise who paid money to to dishevel and to disassemble and to destabilize the United States of America. Now I'm watching it happening in real time. Think of the individuals that have
been killed in real genocides, and our media couldn't care less. But in college campuses and Xavier and a few other places, guess what, it's a celebrated cause. So when you had the left in this country talk about genocidal joe and a blood libel, etc. It began hundreds of years ago with the way of obliterating the Jewish people, claiming that they would take the blood of kidnapped Christian boys and girls and use them in religious rights. It was
a damnable lie. Then it's always been a damnable lie used as an excuse because the failure of the policies of that particular government. The government itself has failed. In Gaza, it wasn't a Jew to be found. There was two and a half million people in Gaza, well supported by the Air of World. How about flower the desert. How about having a manufacturing BaseT,
schools that don't teach hate toward the Jew. How about having a different, diverse economy in Gaza, which is beautiful land right on the Mediterranean, well supported by United Air of Emirates in Saudi Arabia, how about not preaching hate and taking the humanitarian aid and building tunnels and guns and rockets and bombs. How about looking after the Palestinian people. But Amasa is not in that business. That's a culture of death. You succeed in life by dying, not
by living. So when the idea is promoted by yours truly surrender, save your people, you act as if you care a million. Okay, we surrender, put down the arms, come on in, feed the hungry, take care of the kids. They won't do that because they want their own people to suffer, and there's probably few, if any hostages left. Anyway, Let's continue with more genocidal joe, no blood libel. Come on, I've given you example of nasty genocides that the media and the college kids couldn't
care less about. They care more about getting the Jew killing the Jew killing Americans from the river to the sea. Palestine must be free. It was free, it was called Gaza, go ahead. It wasn't a Jew anywhere well supported. Why didn't you build a just society there? Because that society is built upon hate and the bloodlust against the Jewish people. When given an opportunity, they'll do October seventh, over and over and over again. Because
how do I know that? Because they told us they want to do that. Hesboalah, Hamas and Iran want to kill Jews wherever they can be located. They consider them to be rats and cockroaches. That's what they're dealing with. Only way to win this is to win the war. Win the war and impose the peace. We never would have left Nazi Germany on the outskirts of Berlin with Adolf Hitler still in charge and say, well, after all, how about a ceasefire? What even a rise in someone's mind, and
the sick leftist mind today it does arise. Marxists support a new Holocaust against the Jews. Majority of college kids think Israel is wrong and Hamas is right. Garbage in, garbage out being taught, let's continue. Coming up next is Michael McDonald would have full believes from the Catholic League and more. Of course, New York Governor Kathy Hockel made racist comments. I don't want to say she's a racist or not, because I can't look
into her heart. But when you you're the governor of New York and you make racist comments about black kids, or you're Joe Biden and you call little black kids roaches who rubbed the hair on your legs as a lifeguard, Joe Biden has said that he was raised by a Puerto Rican family in a black church. One of his teachers was an Illusian Indian in a wheelchair. I'm thinking maybe he's making something up. But what the Governor of New York said,
Kathy Hokeel about black kids is so fundamentally wrong and racist. It reveals a difficulty not just with her, but with the Democratic Party in general as they treat black kids. And first of all, let's welcome Michael McDonald to the Catholic League from the bowels of New York City. And I can only imagine if a Republican governor, if a Mike DeWine or some other Republican governor said exactly the same thing, it wouldn't be a one off, three minute
news piece and never hit the evening news NBC, ABC, CBS. And secondly, the subject matter after two or three days has largely died because it doesn't fit the media die tribe. But Michael McDonald, tell the American people. What did Governor Kathy Hokeel of New York say about black kids living in New York City? Yeah? So thanks having me back on Bill always a
pleasure. So May sixth, Kathy Hook was speaking at some tech conference out in California and going over supposedly about how poor, disadvantaged black children don't have the same opportunities as white children to get on the computer. And she inarticulately said, as you point out, with a very strong racist tinge to it, that black kids in the Bronx don't even know what the word computer is,
which is ridiculous. This is twenty twenty four. I've been to libraries in New York City, and they've got computers, and all of them the public libraries. Anyone can go in there and use them. All these schools, there's been you know, an education for the past twenty thirty years, there's been a big push to get more computers into schools. So this is
just a preposterous statement on its face. But as you're rightfully pointed out that there is a sort of racial ting shoe, I wouldn't necessarily says that she's a racist, right, you can't read her heart, you don't know what she actually thinks and feels. But there is this mentality among particularly white liberals, that without them, poor black people just can't make it on their own. There. They don't have the tools, they don't have the resources,
and it's you know, the white liberal. You know, you hear all these critical race theorists go on a length about how, you know, white people have a white savior complex and a lot of sense that that's true, but just for white liberals that they're the ones that look at black people as being unable to take care of themselves, fend for themselves. And you know, what does it say, you know, we're just talking about crime here,
in the office's one, because it's just everywhere. Why is it seeing that you know, we have to go soft on crime because that's a way to make up for past racist incidents. What does that say about you if you think that that somehow toning for racial sins of the past. That are you saying that only black people commit crimes like that? Not even on the
surface. That also sounds very racist. But these are the things that you hear from liberals Michael McDonald and the Catholic Leke I recall about twenty some years ago. It's the soft bigotry of low expectations that Bush forty three tried to fight. And when you have the liberal female democratic governor of New York talk about the black kids can't spell computer, don't know what it is l last year I could couldn't spell computer operator nar or one. And this racial stereotype
of black kids is extremely injurious. But it didn't have any significant impact because the media quickly moved on to the Trump trials happening as we speak, and it's still ongoing and nothing matters, including Senator Menendez of New Jersey on trial for literally taking gold bars and cash and coat pockets and underwear. That that's not important at all compared to Donald Trump. But what about the issue that there's a soft bigotry, especially among Democrats, of low expectations for black kids.
And secondly, I watched a part of sixty Minutes this past Sunday in which there's this school in New Orleans. New Orleans is awful, it's terrible. The public school system produces kids they can't read and write. But there's a brilliant in Catholic high school. It might have been Saint Mary's in New Orleans. In what black kids are taken out of the environment in which they find themselves. They must wear school uniforms. They walk on one side of
the hallway and ingress one side on egress. There's no phones permitted inside. They all come to school, sit there with their iPads, ready to learn, and they take kids out of the projects that are thirteen fourteen years old. These nuns whip them into shape. And over the past forty years, one hundred percent of the black girls from this Catholic high school have all gone to college, over ninety five percent with scholarships. And so that's what needs
to be done in New York City or Cincinnati or Detroit. To look at these black kids trapped in public schools with terrible teachers, unions who demand that they fail. When you have the governor in New York saying, look, black kids can't learn because they don't have computers. They don't know what they're doing. It's the soft bigotry of low ex at the heart of those comments. Why hasn't it caused more difficulty for her because she revealed her real opinions
about black folks. Michael McDonald of the Catholic League, Why isn't this a bigger deal? Yeah, you know, I think you're right. You know, the media just completely ignored the story by and large because they share the same worldview and perspective. And yes, it is definitely the bigotry of low expectations, without a doubt, that is definitely a play here. But I'd go a step further, And you know, I don't think it's just they
have the sort of low expectations for black people. I generally think the American left it I just hates people in general. This is why they're the party of abortion, this is why they're the party of child mutilation. They are fundamentally anti human right they keep pushing this whole sort of global warming nonsense, which is just hatred of mankind in general. And they have the same expectations across the board without government assists, and black people in particular, but just
about everyone. They think we're, you know, we're going to destroy ourselves with our guest stoves if we keep driving our electric vehicles, where we're going to kill mother Earth, some sort of nonsense like that. That it is sort of wrapped up right now. And American leftists thinking that people are bad, they can't take care of themselves, and they need the big government to come in there and protect them. And this is all part of that.
And you know, it's just particularly strong because there is such a you know, not necessarily going back in history of the like oh, you know, all the Democrats were secessionists and they all joined the clamp. Not saying that, but it is a longer trend within the Democratic Party of the being the party of low expectations. Yeah, going back at least to the sixties with
Johnson's Great Society. Let's talk about a posting bill, Donna. You have the Catholic Lely has up about Kamala Harris, Kamala Harris is the best thing that ever happened to Joe Biden. He goes, he would have been twenty fifth Amendment a long time ago. But people look at the VP and say, wait a minute, we got a daughtering an old fool in the Oval office. Let's not substitut him for Kamala Harris. And I know this may
be a little bit prudish, but she was in an official event. She was on stage with Asian American organizations, and she said, quote, we have to know that sometimes people will open the door for you and leave it open. Sometimes they won't, and then you need to kick the using the word down, kicked the F word down, and then she went into her proverbial cackle. To hear the Vice President of United States in a public setting with a microphone in front of a bunch of girls, to drop in the
F bomb. Am I being somewhat prudish? Yeah? I don't think so, right, Like, we should have some expectations for our leaders. And she's clearly you know, you know, I don't necessarily know if we should really be ever looking to her get ahead scheme in life was to sleep with the right gentleman in California, that could advance her political career. But you know that sort of baked in the cake. Yeah, that was Brown, Willie Brown. That's definitely definitely sort of baked into the cake a little bit.
That she is not the upstanding moral exemplar that we should all be looking to for our advice on how to live our life. But you know, you kind of read the room. Can you make that point with other words like that my mother always likes to say this. I tend to fall back on my mother's advice and it's one of the best things whatever you do. Would your mother be proud that that was always her guiding advice on how we should live our lives growing up? Was would your mother be proud? And
you know I'd say the same thing to Camilla. Would your mother be proud of what you just said? That? Probably not? So why would you say it? There? There are other ways that you could make that point that you know, sometimes you have to fight, like right that that that is essentially what she was saying, that it's always going to be easy. You're gonna have to work hard and fight for every opportunity. Why can't you just say that? Yeah, I was able to say that on radio,
and you didn't have to beleep out a word. I said, right, Well, that's uh, that's Kamala Harris for you. Now. Lastly, I see about a week ago at an abortion event, Joe Biden did the sign of the Cross at an abortion event, and he sent Kamala Harris to an abortion clinic where babies go to die. And they're going to hang their hat on this one. Uh. This is maybe a little bit outside of Baileywick about excommunication from the Catholic Church as whether it's Joe Biden or Kamala.
Kamala Harris is not a practicing Catholic, but Nancy Pelosis says she is. So Pelosi says, I'm a practicing Roman Catholic, as does Joe Biden. I believe in the precepts of the church. Why doesn't the Pope excommunicate Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi call him in and saying, you're at further Davians from the teachings, and you are here by excommunicate until you bring yourself in line. What is the Catholic League's position on excommunication for the president? You know,
Bill that is a little bit above my brief here. I can't that's what I would have that sort of authority. But I would say if you look at President Joe Biden in the policies that he's been pushing, they are radical departures from the Catholic Church, from abortion, gender ideology, all the way across the board. This guy is pushing policies that are contrary anti Catholic policies. And we just recently did a report on this comparing Joe Biden and
President Trump and their policies involving religious liberty. Biden had like maybe six pages of information, Trumpet over twenty five pages of things he did for religious liberty, and then you get down into the substance of it, not just the quantitative but the quality of it. Biden really only sees religion as Okay, you guys can do some good things for some people. What we can as the federal government cut you a check and you can run a suit kitchen.
But if you put a cross up in your suit kitchen, that's got to go. You're out of the program. Whereas Trump was actually looking at ways to make it easier for people of faith to live out their faith, participate in the public square, things like that, and you don't see that from Biden. And fundamentally this goes back to the Democrats. The American left today just hates people of faith because we are in the way of their designs for
taking over the country. How about talking to Bill don to you later this afternoon, said I talked to Cunningham and Cincinnati and he wants to Pope to excommunicate Joe Biden. Well, Bill Donnie, you definitely bring that up. Bring that up, either that or the archbishop or the bishop somebody say, ex communicado, you're it, You're done, Get the hell out. Don't use your faith to promote the dismemberment of children and a woman's body and the
decapitation of a baby. Don't do that. And in fact, if you don't continue, I'll give you twenty four hours to reconsider, and if you don't, you're hereby ex communicado. Ex communicado, Joe Biden, you're ex communicated and shunned. How do you like that one? Yeah? And Bill, you're absolutely right, because there definitely is room for that within the church
to day. You know a lot of people don't realize this that the actually Nancy Pelosi, she can't receive communion in her home diocese, arch Diocese of San Francisco, because Archbishop Cordleione there came out to listen to your to pro abortion. You keep going around promoting it, that's it your BANGI But Michael McDonald she went in, she went to the Vatican and came out and say, well, Francis said it's okay, I mean, and then come on, come on, no, no, no, no, you're absolutely right,
Bill. I'm not sticking up for Pope Francis here. But if you do look at a lot of the polls, Pope Francis, his approval rating among Catholics that go to church is down. In large part that has to do with the sort of sauce stands on a portion the sauce stands that he's taken on homosexual issues and throw in there his hardline stance that he's taken on
people that like going to the Latin Mass. Pope Francis in a lot of ways has damaged his reputation, reputational standing among practicing Catholics in this country. And there is room for the Church to speak out and we need to see more of that. As lay Catholics, we can only do so much. You know, most good Catholics are not supporting the radical mainstream craziness of the Democratic Party. It's about six of ex community. Yeah, no, I think there's room for that him. We can only do so much as a
lady. That we do need leadership. Talk to Bill Donahue, tell him, Cunningham said, ex communicado. Yep, Bill, I've written it down and said the first thing I will bring up at our meeting this afternoon. Michael McDonald, thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. We'll see what happens in New York City where there's pools of urine and piles of poop and that's the good stuff. Yeah, that's as good as a guest. Thank you Bill for having me on, as always your great American God bless America.
Ex timunicado. Let's continue with more, Michael McDonald, thank you. Let's continue with more if a line becomes available. Yeah, and she drops a ball on them, drops the F bomb, talking about knocking down the door and give me all the cackles you think of the police. One might ask the question, I know you got to pound
this thing like a day old Kroger steak. But I'm watching this get together about two weeks ago with the Hamley County Commissioners. Okay, I got together to talk about women empowerment. Okay, And I felt theoretically about raising my hand in the back of the room and saying, I got a question, what gender are you? Three persons emin County commission What gender is That segment they're female. How about the chief of police of the City of Cincinnati female?
How about the county sheriff female? How about the county prosecutor, she's female. How about the presiding judge Aminy count Common Police Court. Her name is Melba Melba Marsh, she's a female. How about the presiding judge of Juvenile Court, who's a clown named Bloom. Judge Bloom female gender female? How about Domestic Relations Court was Susan Lakeer Tolbert. What gender's at? Female? How about the Chief Justice of the Ohio Supreme Court, Sharon Kennedy,
the Honorable Well, what gender is she? Female? So they're doing this symposium on women in the law and how much discrimination's taking place. So I'm looking around, say, wait a minute, you're the only guy in the room right, I'm going away. Hold on, it's something. What are you talking about? I said to Alisha Reese. White straight men need affirmative action because I don't see it. I don't see me represent it anywhere. What where is it? And the fact is it doesn't it. You got
to keep the lies going to motivate. I see the factor of the electorate that believe in lies. And this was an event talking about there's non empowerment. Okay, I'm thinking and how tough it is to be a woman and make it anywhere in life. I'm thinking, they rule the world. All I see is, how about the majority of those in medical school right now are female? Majority in law school female? My point is, what about us? I don't know. I guess we're the forgotten ones. opener. I hope so so keep hope alive. But let's see Willie former Red Kevin Newman with that two run single in the bottom of the ninth, as the Diamondbacks rally passed the Reds six' five and Cincinnati has now lost eleven to twelve. Last night, it's about one o'clock in the morning. I'm listening to Tommy and the Creeper. Chris Wells can't be happy. First
guy up, alexis Diz on the mound. What happens? First pitch hit batsman to first, next guy up walk, next guy up walk, fly ball to left and what then h Newman hit the game winder to shallow right and that was it. I looked at the stats on DS. Yeah, he's terrible as an area above six. Yep. You can't have a closer that can't throw strikes, would you agree? Correct? You gotta have a closer who throws. He has been used in like three weeks, so I
mean, you know, or whatever. So I could have thrown I mean, you know, you got to. You gotta hit the zone, man the zone. How about just throwing strikes? Well, that'd be good too. Game two tonight has Hunter Green up against Slead Seconi and coverage at six oh five of that man Lance and the RNL carriers inside pitch at eight forty. See what happens. TJ. Friedelem deal for this guy. He suffered a fractured right and left thumb after being hit by a pitch leading off the
game Sunday in San Francisco. So he's out four to five weeks. He played six games much less, much like a cees. Remember he was he was hit by a pitch in Texas. They found an old fracture in his hand. Then he got hit again and they found a new one. How long's he out? Well, he's out for a while, and then the and then he mister Frido played only six games after he returned from a fractured right wrist at the start of the season. Don't get it, don't understand
it. Brandon Williamson, remember him, left handed pitcher Bingo left shoulder straight at the beginning of the season. Today the Reds sent him to High A Dayton, the home of the Dragons and Tom Nichols, on a rehab assignment. How about this rocky boyman sent me? What's that out in his front yard? It's the Scott Yeah, but I mean is that his front yard or something? Some Pete Whitty go irish. He doesn't look quite right, does he? No? Doesn't It kind of looks like h Scott Sloan a
little bit after a night and at night in Mount Adams. Yeah, let's see what else he's got some uh Bengals. How about this, Trey Hendrickson said today Willie, he's done with all the trade stuff and everything else. He wants to stay here. That's good news. A couple of years. Yeah, yeah, next I want to trade one. Get out of here. No your roll and shut your mouth fingo. Let's see geortroit Lyons has signed. Yeah, that's a good question. No, I don't. I
think my goal was to play here longer. So when they offered me a chance to play for Cincinnati another year, I took it. I would take it again. And you know, the production side is not I'm not asking for like a great business decision, you know. I I know that nasty ownership. There's not a lot of ways to cut it. I just know what I can do and how I can do it. And I think my
take has proven that over the last four years as a starter. And you know, like at the end of the day, I understand the business side and I'm not asking, like you know, for good business decisions. It's at the end of the day. It's just I'm not going to let the team suffer for that. He's making like twenty seven million dollars over two years. Mcateewah yesterday, the home of Mark Sheer and one co owner Dale Donovan. Dale Donovan, what about Ty Gingrich US opened a local qualifier yesterday there
at Mcinteewah. Former UC player Mason Lenhardt five under sixty five. That's five birdies. That's getting it done. Cincinnati native Wes Holman a sixty six, good guy, and Cincinnati's Will Grimmer, who played with the Ohio State and Buckeyes, a sixty eight. You know, the Reds and our in last place in the Central Division. It's round two today of the NCAA Purdue Regional Big twelve champ out of UC. Ty Gingrich seventy six yesterday's four over par
last twelve games. The Reds are one and eleven. Correct, not good segment, that's not good. No, they're in last place. By the way, who's got the worst hitting team in all of baseball? The Reds, and they keep getting hurt. Ce Yes, may not come back, McClain may not come back, Freedom may not come back. Nobody's coming back defending PGA champion Brooks Koepka and Max Homer and Jordan spief Is going on there.
You're going to start there at Valhalla in the PGA Championship, in the tenth He at eight thirty seven am on Thursday, Tiger Woods, Adam Adam Scott, Keegan Bradley at eight oh four am. When does a man know it's enough? You watched him play Tiger Woods. I don't know. Well he said, he said he's you know, he said he can still hit the ball and play. So we'll see what happens. No, he can't. Of course, he only played two days at the Masters. No he
can't. He can't play it. I didn't and last time I checked, I don't think Valhalla is flat. No, I mean, I don't know. When does a great player know it is time? Well, someone's got to say. Tiger that's forty eight years old. You got the body of a sixty year old right bad shape, and he just I don't know what to tell you. He probably won't make the cut PGA. We'll see what happens. It's sad to watch a great player just not capable of making it happen. Well, you do it. You run in, you run What
about his life? He had all those run ins with the women, women and the uh then he then he then he had the wreck genesis almost turned what turned the car over a couple of times or something? Ever, gonna take it, take away his legs, They're gonna amputate it because he thought he was in NASCAR or something. He was most likely impaired in some sense or another. But they let it go because no other person was involved.
Correct, and he suffered serious injuries. Correct. And I don't know Willie, I don't know when I mean, I guess he well, I guess he's gonna play the British Open and then what else is left? Well, you have the US Open. Yeah, I'm sure he'll he'll go there can't but that's a Pinehurst, right. He can't compete. Pinehurst is a little bit flat. Let's face it. He can't compete. It's time to say that's it. I wore my body out, did things I shouldn't have done
the Sealed Teams six training that went on for months. He went into Sealed Team six training. He hurt his knees and his elbows doing that stuff. And then the girls with the wife and the six iron right, and then the ihop waitress getting beat about the face, and that then the d UI slash percoset arrest right, and now the guy is the shell of his former self. And it's time to say, Tiger do a farewell tour the greatest golfer of all time, Tiger Woods, the greatest Major champion of all time,
Jack Nicholas, and have the Masters be your final. That's it. That's it, say, that's it. I'm not going to put myself through it anymore. So I don't know. I don't know. And he's going to be what the captain of Team USA or something coming up or whatever it is, I don't know. I mean the players are smitten by him. I mean, young players come up to Tiger to get an autograph and golfers don't do that. Nellie Corda was so excited about meeting Tiger Woods about a
year ago she couldn't contain her excitement. She's the best women golfer in the world right now. But he is a star. Tiger Woods is a star. But his time is come and gone. With the win, it's over. He's going to keep going, Willie. I guess as long as he can. So we'll see what happens. What happened. But some friend, maybe Marco Mary and take him off and say, Tiger, take a look at you. That's it. Take a look trying to walk up a hill. You can't play. No, stop the madness. Correct segment. Get
me out of the Stude's report. We're going to evaluate the Trump trial and maybe take some telephone calls segment. What I took some yesterday. What I talked you go out of town and you start getting weird on me. You know, I used to take calls. That's all I did was take calls at night. That's correct, That's all I did. At the beginning. I had a guest and I'll look at you. I've had people tell me, look, we want to speak with you and talk with you and get
advice, counsel understanding love and passion. I said, okay. Now, like my wife, when I started dating Penny for a long time, she was so physically attracted to me that she, I said, take time to learn the deeper me. In other words, don't treat me like this, give give it a few months to learn the deeper aspects of my being. But she was so physically what is the deeper aspects of your life? Sure, but I felt I felt like I was being used a little bit.
You know what I'm saying. Well, I mean that's the way it's been for you for years with all the other girlfriends. Get to know me better or friends. I mean, you're gonna like what you find. But spend time and get to know me better. I know, passion arises when you're younger. Well, that's the same way with Justice Joe, right, same thing. Yeah, So just spend time get to know me as a person, Okay, and not just to hunker burn in love. Lordy, Lordie,
I feel my temperature rising. Segment. Give me out the student's report, please, Willy and Hotter of a Happy birthday today, the Big Dog. When the Reds needed an RBI, they called on Red's Hall of Famer and Baseball Hall of Famer, the one and only number twenty four, Tony Perez. I don't know, it's gotta been he played in nineteen sixteen, like classic, right, So that's been what sixty four years? I say, He's sounds like it his mid eighties, like Pete. So happy birthday
to the Big Dog, Tony Perez. We leave you with the immortal words of the report. I think the biggest revelation today is we actually have a porn star that can say more than oh oh yeah, oh oh oh, just like that baby, oh yeah, oh you're so good. Dave, you got to hit I understand the biggest revelation today is we actually have a porn star that can say more than oh oh yeah, oh oh oh, just like that baby, oh yeah, oh, you're so good. How does you know what a porn star says? That's true? He did,
He told that's right. He told the story while you were a airport. I don't know somebody any any any butted in line and his wife went, what are you going? He said, I'm going to meet this porn star. How did you know? He probably got all all our movies. I guess ken has that ability to pick out secret part of ken Brew's life, no doubt about that. I'm stormy Daniel, as expressed by ken Brew. Wait, eat on trial, let's continue with more. Your calls are next?
What the seven seven thousands comments? Give me your verdict and more on News Radio seven hundred Wulver. You take off your summer with I heart eightscuse couple of thousand hats I make you. I'll break a bousand at baby be Baye and through I want to be baby. I'm gonna a half that I'm bad of the bowl, Bad of the Bowl, Bad the Bowl. Cry Billy Cunning in the Great America. And let's take some telephone calls. Uh
Henry from Miamis Cargo will be first. You have a question of me about uh life, about the trial, about understanding what's going on on to the four indictments against President Trump, Why is it being done, what's right? What's wrong about the verdict? I know the Trumpster schedule will be in Cincinnati tomorrow for a private fundraiser, and that's depending upon whether or not he can
make it. Andy normally take off on Wednesdays. I had on the guest the other day that talked about he wanted to be in court on Friday. That kept Jews off the jury because Jews will not serve on a jury after about four o'clock on a Friday. And that's what the judge did. Set up a schedule generally a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. By the way, this judge Mersehan has over one thousand criminal cases already pending that he won't get to on a paperwork violation that even CNN an lists have said is
going nowhere. So when I ask questions about the trial, make comments guilty or not guilty. At this point will a guilty verdict, which I think is more likely, calls you not to vote for the Donald. About twenty percent of Independence say that if he's convicted of a fellony, I won't vote for him. He's been out now for five weeks and this point they haven't put the hat on the head of Donald Trump because there has to be a
criminal intent. And the opening statement the prosecutor guy named Matthew Klanjo Colangio, who's from Washington, d C. Number three at the Department of Justice. Colangelo spent years working for the Obama slash Biden Justice Department. He left for a while to become a consultant for the DNC. Now he's the one trying the case. And he looked the jury in the eye and told the jurors that he would prove Donald Trump conspired to interfere in the twenty sixteen election.
Well, that's what he's supposed to do, is work hard to make sure he wins the interference is Trump's desire to minimize the damage to his reputation and threatened by the words of a porn star and a smut brokering attorney. The rat named Michael Cohn, who's going to be cross examined starting about fifteen minutes. So let's go to the calls. I often felt going back to my roots. And by the way, what would you like to see more of me? Is there anything you want me to do more of? Anything you
want me to do less? I'm not responsible for the rock or Eddy or Sloaney or Mike McConnell. On Mike McConnell's on Mount Rushmore of the last fifty years, it's me and Mike and Gary are the three main personalities. And you may throw in Bob Trump, he or the truck and Bozo, but it's McConnell, Me and Gary Burbank or the key. Of course, Randy Michaels deserves a mountain top of his own. But what goes right? What
goes wrong? Ask your question or a comment. We'll go to Henry in Miamisburg and then Scott and Wyoming. I assume the home of the Cowboys, maybe the state or the city not sure. Three lines are open seven four nine, seven thousand, your comments guilty, are not guilty? And more. And Henry in Miamisburg, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. Henry,
how are you? I am well, and sir, after that soliloquy, I don't know where to begin, but I'll tell you why you're talking about that mess up in New York where, in fact, that Bragg and this clown from the DOJ that came down just to prosecute that kind of bootstrap, the crappy felony, to create that whole case. I've got to tip my hat to the local grand jury for their restraint and wisdom for not indicting those
kids for the felony of wearing a mask while committing another crime. Now, Henry, I spoke to law enforcement type who told me the following that time manner and place you can university or a public facility, or you can have time manner in place. In other words, you can exercise your first mement rights a certain time, in a certain place, in a certain way.
And this law enforcement official told me, look, these two girls, young women who had rings in their nose, multi colored hair, were cooperative in their erase and their arrest, and we said, ma'am, you got to go over there about one hundred yards, so we got to go over there to a dozen in the area, time manner and places over there. And they said no. Now, if they would have rolled around the carpet a little bit, made a fool of themselves kick a cop, that's different.
But they cooperated in their arrest. They voluntarily put their hands behind their back and they were arrested. And Melissa Powers in the grand jury showed mercy by saying, Okay, you screwed up. You didn't put us through a lot. You're still facing misdemeanors. We'll see what happens. But to me, why was somebody even trying to go after them for a ability, I mean,
for crying out loud? When was the last time that law was used on somebody routing the hardware store with a ski mask going law I had on David Yost, the Attorney General, about two hours ago. And the fact of the matter is it's not been used at all. In fact, it's been laying in koit. In other words, it's just lies there because it isn't used for one hundred and fifty years. It was directed of the Ku Klux Klan so they couldn't put their silly little white outfits on and terrorize people.
So a law was passed saying if two or more conspired together to commit an offense and while doing that, one or both are wearing a mask. It was intended to stop the Ku Klux Klan from terrorizing black folks. And so the definition is so broad the prosecutor self unbridaled discretion to bring it or not bring it. That's what's happening in the case with Donald Trump. For
example, Hillari in twenty sixteen, he paid the Koe Law. She paid the Koe Law firm New York City a million dollars quote in legal fees to spread money around Moscow, Russia, to find third on Donald Trump. Now, when that came out, the FEC said, look, that was not a campaign contribution, and the FEC fined uh Hillary Clinton seven five hundred dollars for using a law firm as a as a legal fee, masquerading as legal fees, when in reality it was investigation to find the dossier in order to
feed our media to smear Donald Trump. She did exactly exactly what Don Trump did, but say you have to understand Hillary Clinton is a different season, not like you or I. Thank God. One last thing, you need to pay homage to the best high school history teacher you had. He passed away last months. Who Roy Dixon? Really? Roy Dixon? He talks to college. Yeah, I'll tell you what. Five years ago, last time I saw him, he stayed up late on a Sunday night to watch
your podcast or whatever it was. He thought the word, he thought the world you said. He was said you were the best dude he ever had. I think is only half right. But Roy Dixon, it looked like mister Magoo. He looked like a contest in Star Wars. But he lit in me a thirst for knowledge and education along with Schaeffer and Wood. But Roy Dixon, I remember him specifically as somebody with that great smile, and
he was a teacher for a long time. I'm sorry to hear he passed, but I always say a prayer for the repose of the soul of royd Dixon at Deer Park High School. What a great guy. Well, God bless you you have a great day, sir. Thanks for taking a call. Let's continue with Scott and Wyoming. Are you calling from the state, or the city of Wyoming, the Proud Cowboys. It's a city city, all right, Please continue. I just want to know what happens to all
these people, all these court cases. You hear it's because of somebody came out that had signed a non disclosure agreement. I mean, they agreed not to talk, and they're talking. What happens to them? Nothing? In fact, what happened to the Trump star he was the victim of a crime. It's called extortion, and he couldn't go to anyone and say, you know what, I'm being extorted by a porn star, which he claims it
didn't happen. I don't know about Karen McDougall. Maybe it did. But nonetheless, at least of the Stormy Daniels, he had to pay her one hundred and thirty thousand dollars. Otherwise, she, according to her statement, would lie about Donald Trump. She said, reget does he get he's underd and thirty thousand dollars back? No? And in fact, did that work? Did anyone know about this? I mean, good golly, miss Molly.
From the time it happened, everybody knew about Stormy Daniels because she was giving interviews repeatedly about the event, and she gave interviews saying, if I ever say in the future it occurred, I'm a liar because it didn't happen. Then she went for a long time with Michael Avinetti, who's doing twelve years in federal prison, saying it did happen. I want to be paid.
And then in the statement she signed the end and I've drafted dozens of NDAs, and she said in the NDA that it didn't happen, And so she went from it didn't happen, do it happened, then it didn't happen, Then it did happen, and give me one hundred and thirty thousand dollars to keep my silence held. The Trumpster is the victim of a crime. He was the one extorted, and he's the one that he can't go anywhere to get justice. And this isn't the only case. How many other cases
have people broken the NDAs, and that's why there's a court case. Well, that happens all the time. I believe individuals and maybe the FTC got rid of it. Now I have a non compete, but nonetheless, you have a non compete that says, among other things, you can't disclose to others the following information by Heartmedia ABCD. You can't do this, can't do that. And I signed the agreement because you don't negotiate with lawyers out of New York City. Here's the deal. Do we tell you to do?
Sign the disclosure agreement? Now? Could I later extort money from iHeartMedia that somehow I was coerced or I wasn't real or I want some more money. I don't know, but the media choose his sides, and now they've chosen the side of Joe Biden against Donald Trump. For several months, the media won at Donald Trump in late twenty fifteen early twenty sixteen. The New York types think, this is the guy that gave money to Hillary Clinton. This
is the guy that gave money to Planned Parenthood. This is a guy that built the ice rink. This is the guy that helps out Al Sharpton. So when this hole began, I said to myself, I think I'm a Ted Cruz kind of a guy. I don't trust Donald Trump, despite the fact he's been on my show a few times, I met him, I've been in his office. What a magnificent human being to be around He's wonderful,
but nonetheless I can't trust this guy to be a conservative. He took office, and for the next four years I saw the greatest conservative president in American history bardon and perform well above expectations. And I don't care about the peccadillos. I don't care about the girlfriends. I think probably Gene Carroll likely did not take place, but I don't know. They keep changing the law,
bringing in prosecutors. Everyone connected to this case as a Democratic activist, from the prosecutor himself to Colangelo, to the adult daughter of Judge Mershon who's raised one hundred million dollars off Donald Trump, and the judge himself who gave money to Joe Biden. All the Democratic activists have got together after Donald Trump.
They never would have done this to any any Democrat. Barack Hussein Obama repeatedly violated campaign finance laws, filed numerous lies, and he received fines of one to four thousand dollars on the FEC with the Trumpster. They're claiming he is going to be locked up in prison for two hundred years for not reporting on federal election forms this campaign donation. Though, to speak Stormy Daniels.
An expert told me that if you put it on the form, that's a felony, and if you don't put it on the form, it's a felony because the prosecutor can decide what a felony is and what a felony isn't. And who among us can you imagine you or me in trial for months on end, costing a half a billion dollars or more. We couldn't stand it. This is a special man, meant for these times. That's why I support Donald Trump. Hey man, you gotta hold your nose and cast your
ballance. I say, hey, on all the number never Trumper's out there, Okay. I get you're not happy with his personal behavior, not happy with the tweets that are unkind, not happy with cursing a little bit, kind of like Kamala Harris. But damn, but these are difficult, interesting times. And put aside your personal feelings and beccadillo's about Donald Trump and do what's right for the country. We can't continue four to ten more years of
these policies, Scott. If we continue this for the next four to ten years, America is done. It's over all right, Southern, how about one hundred million illegals here. One hundred million is sead of fifty fifty million persons living in this country weren't born here. How about one hundred million or two hundred million? The city's in complete collapse. Snake Pliskin becomes a documentary. We got nothing but problems. I'm getting all pissed off right now,
Scott. You got me all pissed off. That's all. Like, I'm sorry, but you're preaching to the choir here. Let me give you something that won't get you pissed off. It's impossible to get hold of you. Your Father's Day story. I've listened to it every year, and I've listened to you since you were on the Night Show with the Thun Girls in that forever. I have just recently got back in touch with my father about three months ago, and we are talking. I haven't spoke to him in thirty
five years. And I've always remembered your Father's Day story, and I appreciate you for that and all the rest of you do. You're a great American, Willie Scott. Begin with your dad from this day forward. But if it doesn't, move on, develop a new and better relationship, because during the living years, you've got to try your best
to make a great relationship with mom and dad. And I think men have more difficulty being good persons than women do. I think women. Women are special. I think I think. But we've reached that point. You move forward, and Scott, you made my afternoon, and God, bless you, Thank you, hey Man, thank you, will You're great America. Thank you. I may do my Father's Day story for the final time in June. Replay that clip? Dat play that against the real thing the miss This is Avery calling from the cap scene scene with Naked and Afraid. We spoke years back. I'm just calling to see if you're still interested. I give me a call. Thanks. By are you considering? What does Eddie
say? I haven't running by Eddie? What's what's the better hand? I just sprung this on everybody. Uh, just now you're hearing it. I'd have to talk to Scott about it. I mean, we have to give me a month off of work. Where he said, I I think rumors are if I got like a seven hundred w W tattoo like on my left butt cheek. He would let me do it. That's not a pleasant thought right there around that one say no, no, thank Can you pick where
you're going? I wouldn't go to a jungle atmosphere with dougs and critters. I don't think it works that way. I think they just say this is where you're going and figured out Well, don't you have to have some kind of like uh like number uh for survival or something? Do you have that? Yeah? Psr psrval. You know, I watch you I have if you watch our rating of one hundred every day on this show. I have some skill sets that will go well. I encourage you to do it,
and so once in a lifetime deal it is. But i'd have to I'd have to complete through twenty one days or a oh you'd be it'd be kind of shown. You wouldn't all kidding especially here. Can you do it with the ESPN? Yeah? I think there's a lot of stuff I could deal with. But the new food thing, like I get I get cranky when I don't have food for like twelve hours, let alone twenty one days. Get something you got to go find it because there's no drive throughs in where
your head absolutely is not bingo. I think I could deal with some of the other stuff. What does your wife say about you being naked holding a woman jungle? I'm actually gonna gonna switch my genders and maybe get a male contestant. Yeah, someone's a little bit of the survival, you know. That's that's well, I needn't hurt you to do it. I'm with you one thousand percent. This is you want to see me to see just eating
a lot of thousand mosquitoes, hair bench mosquitoes everywhere. Well, and you say the effect of your of this on your kid, that's the thing. Well, Danny, my daddy's naked. I do naked on the point show. That's that's not good. But they still I said this, and hog didn't I say this? Yes you did. I knew you in the back of your mind you wanted to do it. And at some point you might say now or never. Yeah, I'm forty four, I'm in good shape right now. Maybe I don't know. I'm gonna think about it. Do
you have problems getting naked with a woman. I haven't had problems with that since, like, oh, I was sixteen years old. Now, what does your wife say now. She was for it again a couple of years back when I was going to do it now because she she liked me. Thinks like you could withstand a lot of stuff, but they eating thing you you wouldn't you wouldn't be able you would get and you can't take anything with you because well and you da see what I've thought a lot about that as
well. They usually let you take one item, so you got there's two people. Each person needs to take one item. Usually if someone has a like a bowie knife or a machete of some sort and the other person has a fire starter. The key is if you can get someone that can start fire from like sticks or flint, then your other item can be a pot. So you're thinking about I can't start fire. I can't. I can
build shelter. I can do a lot of things, but I can't talk to Billy Joel about that he started a fire in light it but he's heating Christie Brinkley, and then Sidney Crawford and then then El McPherson. That's sounds like you. That's a murderer's row right there. Being goes, well, can you do it like in July or something? I can't do in July. That's like football June. I need to do it, and it would
need to be like December. Maybe I'll spend Christmas on a desserted islands some twenty four year old female that I watch it, and then you need to kick that door down. Yeah, thank you? Eating by a cannibal. Could you have your brain eaten by a worm? Or your uncle eating by a cannibal? My uncle eating by a cannibal? Sultan py day of the week. Well, let us know your decision. Might you say yes?
When do you have to do this? Well? I haven't caught her back, Call her back, Wow, toss around talking about with my family, talking about Scott Ryan. I bet you any amount about with Bob Iger. I bet you any amount of money. He goes to the Amazon. You gotta snuggle with some young blonde snuggle of twenty that come up with my wife, And like, what if we're somewhere A lot of times places, even in the desert, it's it's hot as hell during the day, but at
night it gets very cold. What if, for purely sustenance of reasons, I would need to snuggle up with a young female. Then Kelly calls willy to need a lawyer. When you get back, you'll have the papers waiting at the attack of my wife. Would you rather just die? And she said yes, Oh, well a little bit of a jealous type. Ten you're talking about Oh, let me talk to her. I'm pretty good with women, as you know. Think of the kids, That's what I'm worried
about. I'm worried about the kids, exactly. Think about the children. Think about the children. I mean, they beat each other up like they judges. Not there that she said she was thinking about the children. They had a drag her out of the courtroom. Tracy Hunter, Yeah, another classic scene. Well let us know if you're going to do this, I'm behind you one thousand percent. I bet you are far behind. But nonetheless I want to see you on naked and afraid, with wels all over your
body, eating a rat or maybe consuming I can't believe me. It was probably ten years ago that I hire and do all that stuff. I did it out in my woods. I swear to God, this is not it's not made up. And then I had to do like a film. They did an interview and I had to send the tape to them out to LA and I've told you the story. They called me this, Yeah, because this was twenty fourteen. This was right as I was. You know, I'd done two years of a little bit of a couple of games for ESPN,
and I send it in the tape and didn't hear anything back. And I'll never forget I was. I had my training academy at phone rings. I'm getting ready to train some kids, and she go, hey, this is so and so from Naked Afraid. Yeah, we really we like your audition. We think we want to use you. Can you fly out to LA in two weeks? I was like, no, I I had just
gotten a full slate of games for ESPN. I would work for years to try to get there, right, just gotten a full I can't do it now you're ready, Now though, you're ready to become the wild man, I'll do it. Why don't you go with him? Hell? No, are you kidding me? I've seen Naked and Afraid a long time. That would be an iHeartRadio classic. No, Naked and Afraid. No, I'm not going. Only if would probably say yeah, going ahead, Penny, say all your item be it. You would bring gunda ended, maybe a
condom, condom god jez No, not only kidding, only kit. I don't know. I don't know. I'm not doing it, so it doesn't make any difference. But I'm behind you one thousand. I'm with you. Do it all right, talking, Talk to Scott about it. Talk to your wife. I talked to you. Talk to her first, You're right, talk. She might be waiting for you to where the frying pan come tonight? Six iron like weld on your head tomorrow? Would you watch the show? Yes? Oh, believe me. It'd be the biggest ever guys
ratings grabber ever. Please Rocky naked, naked and afraid wild man of Harrison. That's right, he's walking her on naked already in Harrison. That yeah, that's what Cydy Abrams tells me. My wife has asked that question for and by the way she used text, is this for real? I'm listening now tell her yes, seems like we have some things to talk about. When I get yeah, I don't. I don't think there is a win like a loan.
Which is the best survival show out there? In my opinion, you get I think you can get half a million dollars, but it's last man Standing. They take like eleven or half million dollars. Take they take twelve of the baddest ombres out there, and it's last man standing. In one of the seasons, I wanted MTV the guy's last like ninety two days alone in the in the wilderness. Forget it. That's right. I need a big mac. You know those people break down mentally before they do physics. I'd
like to have Kimberly Gilfoil with me. You've already I could last ninety two days. You wouldn't last ninety two seconds. Kimberly Gilfoil, my friend, you want to go in the Amazon on with somebody? Let me think about it. Pythons pythons, parana bugs. Who would you choose is your partner? It has to be a local female celebrity. I take sure a Pelo would. Mike Dartist mind, I don't think. She met me and all she she was so strongly physically attracted to me that I said, look, I don't mind doing this for a while, but you got to learn the deeper meaning didn't take the time to get to know the real willing. I said, take time, will, And all she wanted to do was that's one constantly biblically know me, and I'm thinking, dear,
get to know me better. It took six not a piece of meat, no, six to nine months later, I said, finally you get you like a sex machine like James Brown used to see the person beneath the body, get to know me, the real me. She said, what are you talking about? Her? I don't remember this at all. I said, yes, I do remember. You wouldn't leave me alone for good on naked and a hallucinating already leave me alone. By the way, the last two wednesdays, when we've talked to you as we do at five o'clock,
she's grabbed the phone and set the record straight. She might have to do that again as well. Well, basically, I've done things that's embarrassed her quite a bit. She said, don't do this one. You'd be showing everyone your shortcomings. I said, okay, I'm not doing this one. But anyway, I wouldn't do naked in the freight. It have to be maybe a Kenwall country club in the back nine, something like that. That wouldn't be appointment television. If you were, Oh, the ladies would love

Give me hot towels. Give me some sports have you done yet? No, I haven't started yet. No we haven't. We're all stuck. We got to talk about this TV. What hap that's right? If you get paid a half

Take them all. I think a flash pole is involved in this take some take, some calls on maybe during our show take some calls? Should should he? Or shouldn't he? I think he should? And who does he take? I don't think you have a choice. Doesn't they sign you a woman?
Yeah? Choice? Maybe two women? Yeah? Three? Jeez, Willie. Let's see they see the Bengals have signed two more players today, and one of them is tight end Eric all Junior, the pride of Fairfield High School in Iowa.
