Hi, Billy Cunningham, the Great America. Welcome this glorious Wednesday afternoon. The Tri State Reds Baseball kicks off early today, beginning about the first pitch about four h five. We're going to go to live action starting about two fifty five or three o'clock, getting ready for two out of three we think in San Diego. Come back, rest and get out it this weekend.

But until then, there's things happening. You just heard Ken Kober or the Fop with Scott Sloan talking about what's happening in the mean streets of Cincinnati, and there's murder in mayhem everywhere, chaos, a man in charge of defending that in northern Kentucky. It's the Great Rob Sanders and Rob Sanders Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham showing Rob. How are you, Willie, I'm doing fantastic. Thanks for having me on. It's a beautiful Wednesday at great day

to be on the show with the Great America. I want to talk about the differentials we may find in Covington, Kenton County. I know Boone and Campbell are very similar. I'm going to go over some incidents with you before we talk about this murderer who confessed that things happening many many years ago,

almost beat to death another inmate. But before we get to that, in Cincinnati, on a regular basis, we have an open air drug market on Saint Francis Saint Seraph property, which is on Liberty Avenue, real close to part of OTR. And yesterday there was another shooting. I watched the news last night. The city police are going to shut down one of the feeder streets to Vine Street, maybe stop some of the drug dealing. We had

on Paula Christian of Channel nine where nine stands for news. She did a two part to long report on literally hundreds or thousands of crimes committed there every few days and which individuals shoot up needles, crack cocaine. Of course, smoking marijuana in public's not a big deal anymore, but there's beatings, assaults and shootings. Is there a similar location in Covington which is an open air drug that's been that way for years and police and prosecutors don't touch it.

No, Willy, Frankly, there's not anytime we have that kind of problem. You know, our law enforcement, especially the Covington Police Department, but all of our law enforcement in Northern Kentucky take great pride in making sure we stamp out any problem areas like that. So from time to time over the years, there's been hotspots crop up here or there. You know, we know that this corner of that corner is all of a sudden a hub of

drug activity. With the police, they crack down on those corners and they run the bad element out of there, and they put the people to get caught in jail, and my prosecutors put them in prison, whether that's Covington, Newport, out in Florence, anyplace else in northern Kentucky, all three counties I think take a similar approach that we're not going to tolerate that, and that really tolerance is what this all comes down to. Will the people

get the kind of community that they're willing to tolerate. But if they're not willing to tolerate it, if they tell they're elected leaders to tell their police officers and their prosecutors that we don't want this in our community, well then guess what it gets pushed out? People start doing their jobs. I think the difference is what you're seeing in some areas of this country right now is people are not supporting law enforcement, they're not supporting their local police officers,

they're not supporting tough on crime prosecutors. And what happens the result is rampant crime, whether it's in a one specific spot or in an entire community. But that's not what we're going to tolerate in northerncoln Tucky. Are you a little bit shocked that for weeks, months, and years there has been an

open air drug market in which there's open fornication. For five dollars, there's a defecation, thirty pounds of human poop are delivered out of there every few days, pools of urine, along with shots fired, drug sales, and Cincinnati police have been told to kind of leave it alone, and the cops show up in uniform in cars, watch what's going on, according to Paula Christian of Channel nine, and simply move on. And she's asked for an

interview with the mayor of the city manager. They won't give it. And as I speak right now, if you want heroin, if you want fentanyl, if you want cocaine, powder or crack, you know where to go. And it's an open air drug market, it's covered and no one gets arrested, and if you do get arrested, more likely than nothing's going to happen to you. Now. Secondly, we had a few days ago on a metro bus there were four teenage girls who treated a passenger's head like a

soccer ball. But she wasn't getting off the bus fast enough. And then woman was twenty years old, and they beat the crap out of her, took some things from her, kicked her in the face, and the bus driver didn't move. He's told don't get involved, and so the police finally came. They apprehended four people, took them at juvenile court. They were out within ninety minutes, in fact, before the paperwork was done. They're back on the streets. If that happened in Covington, it's not going to

happen in Covington, Willie. I can assure you that now Cincinnati again might be willing to tolerate that over there, and I hope they keep it on that side of the river, because we're you're not going to tolerate it in Kenton County. I highly doubt that they're going to tolerate it in Campbell or

Been counties. You know, it's really discrimination though will or because no matter where this open air drug market might be, where, no matter where people are putting up with prostitutes or drug dealing or defecation or any one of these

problems, somebody lives there. You know, there's a citizen, actually a poor citizen, who lives there or lives nearby, or can't let their kids go out and play outside, right because it's not safe, because there's drugs, because there's guns, because there's crazy people and prostitutes or whatever it might be. That's this discrimination that somebody would condone that kind of behavior and say that the poor people that live in those neighborhoods because it doesn't go on in

the gated, fancy communities where the mayor lives. It goes on in poor people's nowghborhood. And for them to say that's okay, we're going to tolerate that just because that's a neighborhood where poor people live is incredible discrimination. It doesn't come down to anything else other than the lack of resources, lack of

income. Anybody that has the money can move out of those places, but it's the poor people that get stuck having to live amongst that built because the rich people that are running the show are willing to tolerate it unless you come to a community, good community like Kenton County, where we say everybody is equally protected under the law, rich or poor, black or white, gay

or straight, it doesn't matter. Everybody gets to live in a nice, safe community like we have here in Kenton County, and that's why we enforce

the law equally no matter what neighborhood lawbreakers might be in. Now. Thirdly, we had on a regular basis, there's two to four hundred youths who go down to the shores of the Ohio River, the banks by the way Shmael Park is gorgeous, it's beautiful, and on video I saw it on channel there were two to four hundred that were going into restaurants, eating food off plates, overturning tables, shots fired, knife fights, pugilistic ventures,

and three police cars show up. Told don't arrest anyone because if you arrest anyone, it's going to cause more problems, kind of like a Columbia University. Be careful, don't offend anybody, and then they are pushed up to Fountain Square. From Fountain Square, they're pushed up to Central Parkway, and

then the restaurants and OTR got to deal with the same thing. If you ever had a circumstance where it's a smaller area, but fifty to one hundred youths on the shores of Covington from the southern Bank and they shoot at barges, they get into fights, stab each other, and then they go into businesses overturned tables and eat food off patrons plates. What is that happening Covington. It is not, Willie, it has not, and we don't want

it to happen over here. That's why we're still working at the logistics of building that wall in the middle of the Ohio River because we want to keep it on the north side of the river. We don't want to come into Kentucky. And we're confident that if anybody ever tried it, we're not going to tolerate it. All right, now, let's get on to this one

case in twenty oh six. This is I find this fascinating. I guess Timothy Delahanty, who's now thirty seven, so what eighteen years ago, heck, he would have been nineteen, confessed came forward as a murderer and it was a cold case and then he almost killed Jonathan Masqel. The two were in an enclosed outdoor recreation area. Described the twenty oh six cold case, and then dela Hanty, who's now thirty seven, popped up and said, I did it well. That case was so cold and so old, Willy,

that it actually predates my time. Has become alost attorney. There was a murder of stabbing death of a gentleman who lived in a trailer park out in Elsmere. Timothy dela Hanty was the only suspect in that murder, but there was insuffition proof to actually charge him because we knew we couldn't win a trial with what had been collected at the time. He was the only suspect.

He's been only the only suspect the entire time. Now, I'm sure this is gonna be hard to imagine, Willie, But Timothy Delahunty did not spend the last eighteen nineteen years working hard, paying taxes, in going to church. He has committed multiple felonies. He's bounced in and out of prison ever since for other lower level offenses. Well, he gets out of prison,

he's not been out very long. I guess he decided he wanted to go back, or he was tired of the responsibility and the stress of having to decide for yourself what time to get up or go to bed, or where you're going to get a job, and how you're going to pay your bills, things like that. He decided he wanted to go back to prison. So he walked up to a Covington police officer and then, I want to talk to you about a murder that I did eighteen years ago in Elsmere,

Kentucky. Unfortunately that officer just is Covington officer, but he happened to be familiar with the murder out in Elsmere. Knew a little bit of about it because he had worked in Elsmere for a little bit, and he knew while he called me because he knew I would remember. I was probably one of the only ones that would remember it because it's been so long ago,

but called me. I called in Elsmere's new detective, who ironically worked for Covington Police at the time that murder happened, but he's now the Elsmere detective. He came in, talked to Dela Hanty, and Dela Hanty admitted to everything. So he's incarcerated and Kenton County Detention Center awaiting trial for that murder, and of course, like everybody, he's innocent until proven guilty, but

we intend to do that soon enough. But while he's in there waiting trial for that cold case Elsmere murder, he took it upon himself to attack a different inmate named Jonathan matt Feel who also is in our detention center for murder. And ironically, the murder he committed was committed in our Kenton County Detention

center where he stomped another inmate on the head until he killed him. Geez that he has pled guilty but mentally ill, and I was waiting sentencing for that murder when Timothy Delahanty attacked him from behind, put him in a choke hold, choked him unconscious, and then once he had thrown his lifeless body on the ground, dela Hanty realized he was still breathing and still alive, so he started stomping on Jonathan Maskill's head and it was about seven stomps into

it when the jail guard realized what was going on and came running into this recreation area where the two had been put out to get their their time in the out of a recreation area, so he put a stop to it. Dela Hanty is now facing attempted murder, strangulation, and assault charges. But because of all those prior felony offenses that Dela Hanty committed in the eighteen years he's been on the street after the Ellsmere murder, he's now eligible for sentencing

enhancement as a persistent felony offender if convicted. So he is ironically looking at just as much time in prison for the attempted murder as he is for the original murder itself, well, when he killed Paul Clayton and Ellesmere eighteen years ago. Since then he's been in a crime spree of his own. But I assume he was going to get decades in jail for the murder of Paul Clayton. So isn't this almost stomping death of his other murderer kind of like

a freebie? Well not exactly, Willie, because he never know what a jury's gonna do. And even though you know he's told police that he's responsible for it, who knows he could claim that he was mentally ill, or suffering from an extreme emotional distress, or any one of those creative things that

defense attorneys are paid big money to come up with. He could claim one of those a trial, but now we got sort of a safety net, now, a little backup plan that he's also facing this attempted murder charge. And like everything in detention center, it happened in front of a security camera, so it's all on film. So this one, I'm quite confident we'll be able to prove because we'll just have to roll the tape for the jury. So you have two murderers and one of them who's the victim of this

assault by the other one killed someone. He's got a long record, but he also says I'm mentally ill. I can't be found guilty but insane, And so who knows what's going to happen because that plea will it just means that he goes to the state psychiatric Hospit will inside the prison walls down in Lagrange, Kentucky. It's our only state psychiatric correctional facility. And he stays in that medical facility until they say he's cured and then they put him into

the regular prison population. But either way, he's staying locked up for his entire sense. I don't know rob Sanders. I don't know. And the only good thing is two murderers attacked. In a sense, one attack the other. Both of them are bad ombres that need to be locked up the rest of their life. We had another bad ombre a couple days ago who was committing murders when he was fourteen years old in Cincinnati. One of the first things the gang leader said to this fourteen year old, by the way,

it was not quite to use high school. You have to kill someone to prove your chop. So he hunts down somebody, another young black, and kills him to prove he's going to be a killer. So he's killed four people. He went through about a year and a half of killing people. If probably got caught, and he's looking at we hope decades in jail. He took a sentence of thirty five years, which means he'll be out when he's forty forty one years old. He's going to come out of prison.

But in Cincinnati, you've got to kill somebody as an initiation right to get into a gang. And in Covington, these people just walk around and kill each other. It's unbelievable, but at least Covington is functional. If any of these things open air drug markets, beating down on metro buses or tank or if someone hundreds of youth or rioting in downtown Cincinnati, Covington police would do something absolutely willy. And you know, we're trying to eliminate murders

altogether in Kenton County. We don't want anybody getting killed, no matter where they are. But if we can confine the homicides or attempted homicides to the detention center, well that's a good thing because that means only people that have broken the law in the first place are at ri But we don't even want

that happening in our detention center. So we are going to take this case against mister Dela Hanty very seriously, and it's our intention, before it's all said and done, that we will never see him on the outside of prison walls again, and we'll know that the community is safe because mister Dayla Hanty, like every other murder, is locked up where they should be. All Right, Rob Sanders, thank you very much for coming on the Bill Cunningham

Show. And we live in difficult times and I wanted to point out how one community deals with these assaults compared to the other. And because of the way Hamlety County does this, we're going to get more. And because of the way Kenton County does things, we're going to get less. And that's

the way we can have that work. Really, it's amazing. And again there's a few number of individuals actually doing this kind of stuff, but those who do it must be held to account and if they're set free, if there's no bond, and we have a juvenile court judge named Kerry Bloom who believes in social justice, and that means that these kids, even murderers and rapists, deserve a second and third and fourth chance. We're in trouble.

But Rob Sanders, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. With your permission, we'll do it again. Thank you, Rob. Sounds good, Willy looking forward to it. Talk to you next time. God bless America. Let's continue with more and coming up after one o'clock

today is Eric krew Arc of Numbers USA. Are you aware that every day of every week of every month, under Joe Biden, there's been three plane loads of so called refugees flown in from Porta Prince or Caracas or somewhere else in the Caribbean or Peru or Chili and NGOs, pick them up and disperse them all over the country, and away we go. And Eric Ark, we'll talk about that in about thirty five minutes plus. Reds Baseball kicks off, as you may know today, first pitch about four h five at sh

home of the Reds News Radio seven hundred Wow. Prescriptions required, online consultation, free dental experience, no fear dentist dot com. Right Billy Cunningham. The Great American Reds Baseball kicks off about two fifty two fifty five today. First pitch about four to ten and beat the Padres, the religious Zealots, and come back two or three in San Diego back home for a little bit of time. Then horrendous road trip follows to San Francisco and Los Angeles,

getting ready, of course, toward the Memorial Day and beyond. But until then, we have a guest coming up here at one o'clock. Eric rw Arc of Numbers USA dot org. What they do is track the number of illegals coming into the country one way or another, for one purpose or another. For the first time in American history, we have fifty five million persons living in America that were not born here, They're born somewhere else, fifty

five million. And for the first time ever, we have an administration in the last few years that do not enforce immigration laws with terrible consequences. And I would also note that I watched many of these, so you don't have to that. Christopher Ray, the director of the FBI, and in many ways, Christopher Ray has completely lost his way, testified two days ago on Monday. All hell's breaking loose everywhere between the riots and the protest happening on

major college campuses. By the way, more than three hundred were arrested at Columbia the last two days. All three hundred have been released back on the street. In Los Angeles, UCLA. Did you see what happened there last night? Anything happening in California is not well covered here. Well over one thousand were arrested, of course released, Police were beat up, barricades were thrown at the cops, every human excrement was hurled their way. Over a

thousand arrested at UCLA. Same thing happening of course in Chicago, in Bloomington, Indiana. Because you have about half of these rioters are being fun by George Soros, etc. And half our students are simply useful idiots used by the radical left and others to sow the seeds of discord and to disassemble the American government, to destabilize our government. And guess what they've succeeded. It's

happening destabilized. Reminds me of Vietnam War protests. Many have talked about that, but they're fundamentally different when talk about that later on, fundamentally different. And at this point we have large numbers of individuals who not only hates the jew but also hates Americans. When the Palestinian flag and North Carolina's campus has flown in place of the American flag, you know we got a problem now.

I would say that the frat boys got together in Marty Brenneman's home school at UNC Charlotte, the tar Heels, and what they did was put up the American flag and saying God Bless the USA until the next time that our flag is to and down and the Palestinian flag rises again. This is not going to stop. If the three hundred who were arrested in Colombia were held in Rikers Island and all were given high bonds or denied bond, and there

were consequences for their action. It would send the message to the students, you can't do this, you can't be a fool, you can't be a clown. You can demonstrate, but you can't commit crimes, and we're going to hold you accountable. Then much would change, much like the Rob Sanders approach to law enforcement as opposed to the ft at pyrival law enforcement. South of the River, there's a functional court system north of the river in Cincinnati

there is not. And by the way, you might try that behavior in Butler County or Warren County, or Claremont County or Dearborn County, you get a completely different result. I can't imagine Mike Moser in Butler County allowing girls to kick the crap out of a passenger on a bus and they're out of

jail within ninety minutes. I can't imagine that. In the last election, we had judges who were thrown out of office with over one hundred years of judicial experience, replaced by social justice warriors and members of the public Devendor's office. That doesn't happen around Hamblin County. Only happens here in Hamilton County. But to go back to one of my original points, Christopher Ray testified that

there has been, is today, and will be tomorrow. He used the term cyber onslaught of Chinese hackers going well beyond prepositioning for a future conflict. He said, they attack US economic security, the wholesale theft of innovation, and personal and corporate data. They target our freedoms, reaching inside our borders

across America to silence, coerce and threatened citizens and residents. They are prepositioning malware on the electrical grid, on water supply systems, and other businesses and government facilities to shut down the United States of America at a moment's notice. You know, we've always had some hackers difficulties. I know MGM and others had a terrible week in which hackers they think from Russia in that case, might have been Chinese. We're paid huge amounts of money because they could not

locate them malware and operate their systems. Imagine eight thousand people a day checking into the MGM hotels up and down the strip in Las Vegas. No computer system. You can't check people in. You can't check people out, the lights are turned off, there's no gambling. All the food is riding in

the refrigerators, no electricity for days on end. Well, according to Christopher Ray, that's what's going to happen in the United States of America when China invades Taiwan, which according to Xijiao Ping, will happen before twenty six. They've prepositioned large malware, thousands and thousands to shut down the power grid. So we have no electricity, we have no water, we have no way

of communicating, which he's with each other. He said, I want to provide to the American people a stark warning of what the Chinese are planning. He also pointed out that in America today, there's about three hundred thousand Chinese students inside of America supposedly studying on visus three hundred thousand. We have nine

hundred American citizens in China constantly surveilled by the Chinese Communist government. In the last quarter of last year, at least twenty eight thousand plus Chinese military age men came across the southern border illegally. At least that number twenty eight thousand, And I've asked my experts how many come in the first quarter of this

year said at least that same number. So there's tens of thousands of Chinese age military men currently working in the marijuana grow operations put together by the Chinese government and the state of Maine. They've located four thousand Chinese marijuana grow operations, all illegal in California. The numbers off the charts, well over ten

thousand grow operations. Takes a lot of labor, and the Chinese military age men report to those facilities and get to work growing marijuana to collapse the price and to have more and more Americans used pot grown by the Chinese government. That's on top of the fentanyl that kills at least one hundred thousand Americans every year coming across the southern border sold to the Mexican drug cartels and union with

the Chinese government. Balloons are flying over the top of the country, Chinese labs concocting every virulent virus imaginable occurs inside of America, on top of the Chinese police stations in which they police the individuals and pass messages on to individuals ready to act inside this country. But when I watch the news, what's the big news? Trump it's the Trump trial. That's all that matters to

the mainstream media. What Trump says about abortion, what Trump says about what's he going to do with January sixth, those who were convicted, What's Trump going to do about whatever it might be. Just make it up. In the meantime, you have the testimony of those in the know. Christopher Ray

is testifying that the onslaught has happened. Every now and then they test their systems to turn off some aspect of America's economic security, or they test the system to see if we can shut down the power grid in Texas or somewhere else for a short period of time to make sure it works. On top of all that, billions and billions of dollars are paid by American governments and businesses and individuals every year to either Russian, Iranian or North Korean or hackers

who will give you back your data in exchange for money. It's happening in small businesses and large businesses, happening in meedium sized businesses and government and that is a way to simply raise billions and billions of dollars through the use of malware that the ransom is paid because to continue operating. Large casino operators, for example, must have access to computers they can't function. They'd rather pay fifty million or one hundred million. They're losing that every day. And I'm

sitting here in my country watching the violent protest happening. It sickens me to think those who do this will not be held to account. I suspect if at NKU, the Home of the Norse, a similar event would take place. Has happened in college campuses from UCLA to the University of Chicago to Indiana U and Bloomington to NYU to Yale, whatever it might be, if the same thing would happen at NK, guess what, They're not going to back

down. They're going to arrest the students. They're going to expel the students. They're going to put the students in jail. Who pillage around a school building, destroy it, and you're going to jail. And eventually those under arrest get the idea that when I get released, I better not do that again. I'll be held accountable. There is no accountable. There is no okay. Now that you've done this, now that you kick the crap out. A woman on a metro bus the four girls that did that are out

before the paperwork is done. You can commit literal murders as a teenager and you're not bound over tomorrow. I have on representative Sydney Abrams, who wants to change that. In many states, it's up to the prosecutor's office Melissa Powers to determine if a seventeen year old who committed multiple murders has tried as an adult or a child. In our system is strictly up to the juvenile court judge who's a social justice warrior, to refer the case over or not.

In the great majority of time, Judge Bloom will not refer cases over. She believes in rehabilitation for murderers and rapists. And even if you get to common police court, half the judges are more there do not think it's serious offenses. They find people not guilty all the time. My fellow brothers and sisters in the criminal bar criminal defense attorneys love the president system. He used to be tough, Not so much anymore. So. I look around

and I'm thinking, are these the best of times? Or are these the worst of times? As campuses burn and continue to burn, Joe Biden has yet to make a forceful statement against anti Semitism. Donald Trump is the only president in American history that have Jewish grandchildren. He will not stand up as a tenfold beacon in the night and condemn what is happening on college campuses because he needs their votes. He needs his one hundred thousand votes in dearborn,

Michigan. He's not going to do it. Israel is the only country in the history of the world not permitted to win a war. Whether it was Jam Kippur, or the Sixth Day War or this one, they're viciously attacked by their neighbors. At no point did Israel begin the attack itself. Each time armies from those around them have attacked Israel, and every time they're close to victory, the UN or the US says, you can't win the war. You can't do that, Benjamin Natzianne, You cannot win. Only country

in the face of the earth not permitted to win a war. I can imagine if somewhere in Mexico some government took over and invaded Texas and killed pro rata thirty five thousand Texans, raped cut off heads, set Texans on fire, and on the way out went to the University of Houston and kidnapped the freshman class and put them in the ground. And like a mole in Mexico,

What the hell would we do about that? Hell? When the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor, we leveled the nation of Japan and killed twenty five million civilians. We leveled every city, killed them all, men, women and children. You started the war, We're going to end the war. You're done. No one would say to America in nineteen forty five, you know what, let's have a ceasefire. You've gone far enough. There's too many Japanese civilians that are dying. No, no, no, you started it,

We ended it. We win the war. Israel the only country on Earth that is not permitted militarily to win any war. They're stopped every time when they were attacked. Never happens anywhere, could not happen anywhere. Germany, we leveled every city, and at no point did some fully stupid American politicians say, in nineteen forty four or nineteen forty five, you know you got to feed the German civilians. You're being unkind to them. We leveled

every city, firebomb them into death. We killed tens of millions of civilians in Germany, men, women and children. And we did it to win the war because our existence was at stake. The existence of Israel is at stake, and they're not permitted to win the war, any war because they're Jews, and Jews cannot be permitted to win. Someone else will tell you what you have to do. Instead of Israel doing what it should have done ten twenty thirty years ago and win the wars against nation that attacks it,

Aroan won't attack anymore. They're gonna use Hesbalah and a mass to bleed Israel dry, destroy the economy, make living in that country untenable. There's tens of thousands of Jewish refugees right now inside Israel that cannot live in Northern Israel or Southern Israel. And we won't let them win the war. Joe Biden will not let them win the war. It is despicable. All right,

Let's continue with more coming up in about ten minutes. Eric Ruhark will be here from Numbers USA about what Biden is doing to American cities and will continue to do if he's reelected. This will be on steroids to hasten America's decline. We're being attacked right now. We are being attacked by individuals that want this country destroyed, and so much of our government and media play into it. They want to destabilize America. Are they being successful? Bill Cunningham News

Radio seven hundred Wow. This is the Tri State Men's Health REDS Radio Network. Correct around the radio, Spaseball. He's brought to you Up Cunningham, the Great American. Of course, the American Heart Association Go RED for Women's Luncheon is today started today May first at the Great American Ballpark. The luncheon began this morning about eight am and together hundreds of Americans caring about women's health,

especially when it comes to cardiac issues. Guests had the opportunity this morning to participate in batting practice and learning hands on CPR and more. Tickets went for two hundred and fifty bucks. That means tens of thousands of American women will have a better cardiovascular outcome because of the American Art Association sponsored by Western and Southern and of course John Barrett Girl read for women as a woman's trusted

Western and Southern Financial Group is proud to support organizations like the American Heart Association to help further it's mission of doing good for others and making Cincinnati the best place in the world to live, work, enjoy life, and to thrive. Check out the fresh springtime

offers going on right now. Get three rooms of carproclaim for just one twenty nine. When you mentioned me, Bill Cunningham, will I know the saying April Showers that Texas has largely done a pretty good job in stopping it. But of course the cartels under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party and others are simply shipping the illegals to New Mexico, California. And if you're a blue city in a blue state and you're a sanctuary city in the sanctuary state,

that's the place to go. Texas is making it more difficult. However, as you may know, the Biden administration with my Yorkers, has come up with a plan they've been executing for a long time, probably two or three years, and just recently a lot of it's come to light about another way of coming into this country illegally that is funded by you and I as taxpayers, and the Biden administration joining you and I now is Eric grew Ark is with Numbers USA, and Eric grew Ark, welcome again to the Bill

Cunningham Show. And Eric, I read this story in only one media site, which was Fox, because the biggest biggest thing in the country, of course, is the Trump trial and when he paid a porn star and did he have sex with a playmate. That's the biggest thing happening in America. I know the media loves that. And if Trump talks about abortion, that's

on the front page of every paper. I know that's terribly important. In the meantime, can you tell the American people that Numbers USA joined a letter to congressional leaders calling for them to close an FAA loophole that allows unveted individuals with unverifiable ID to board aircraft and simply be flown from their capitals. Forget about the jungles of Nicaragua, forget about the gaps. Simply fly them from maybe Caracas or Havana or Porta Prince fly large numbers into American cities. First

of all explain how that's happening. Well, the way it's happening is the Biden administration to violating the law. He does have parole authority, which he claims he's using to set up these programs. But I think we've talked about this before the parole was set up. It's called humanitarian parole. For instance, someone needs an operation in the United States, they parle am in,

they have the operation, and then they return to their home country. President Biden is using this to bring in people from as you mentioned, Cuba, hating Nicaragua Venezuela on a countrywide basis, and what they're doing in some cases is allowing them to fly in. Now, if they fly in through this program, they do have to have identification what you're referring to with what we need to close the loophole in the FAA law and the FAA gets reauthorized,

So this is part of the reauthorization. We're trying to attach the Ballot Act, which Senator lead is introduced into the Senate. So there are allowing people within the United States to fly without valid ID. Now you and I can't do that, of course, but say they get it notice to appear from

border patrol to show up in court. They can use that document and you know, maybe your listeners will say, well, they've been encountered by border patrol, they've been fingerprinted, identified, They've only been identified according to the information that is available. We see oftentimes aliens are coming to the border. They're discarding their identification for whatever reason, sometimes because they have a record,

or you know, they don't want to be known. Now, the only way we would know who they are is if they've already been in the country, been fingerprinted, and oftentimes they've been arrested, either for immigration or other offenses. In return, those people probably are trying to be you know, as we know the god aways who sneak in past border patrol. But your border patrol can only you know, Haiti is a good example. The government of Haiti's in disarray. How much information, how much you know, solid

information on the individuals coming into the country from Haiti? Is our border forture going to have regarding who these individuals are? And yet our government is allowing them to get on to planes and to travel to the interior United States. And that is paid for people who are flying indirectly or are buying their own tickets but our government is funding lots of travel within the country at taxpayer expense.

That's for sure. We're going to talk about how Maas and the Palestinians and the Biden administration this morning floated an idea of taking in tens of thousands of Hamas and Palestinians. That's a great idea. How big is the problem? We're talking about a plane load every every month, every week. How many tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands have Biden done this to us? How many are we talking about? Well, that's that's another question. Unfortunately

we don't have details of this. I'm actually in the Rayburn House office building. I was at a panel today. We're represented Mark Green, who was chairman in charge of the impeachment. We're talking about may Orchis's impeachment trail, and that subject did come up, and he pointed to what your listeners would remember is when after we put out of Afghanistan, it's a lot of Afghania's got on planes and came here who had no relationship, you know, as

far as translators of people who had worked with US military. It was basically anyone who could get on a plane came to the United States. They're still here, and you know, Representative Green mentioned reference that, as you know, you cannot trust the bid An administration to execute something with I to of security implications. They're simply going to try to bring people in. And again, are we going to know who these people are coming from? God?

The answer is in most cases not very well. And it certainly is a danger when we're you know, this is not a friendly nation, to put it mildly, and these people are going to be coming in to the United States, and even in the best of situations, it would be a national security threat. But when you have the Biden administration operating the program and not giving the American people details, not even getting Congress details, they just say

they're planning on doing it, So we'll see how that plays out. They haven't begun it yet to our knowledge, but they are floating indications that this is something they want to do. According to Congressman Jim Jordan, I had them on about six weeks go ask him a similar question. He came up with numbers approximately one hundred thousand, between eighty to one hundred thousand a year on this program called humanitarian parole, which means about three planeloads a day,

and do we know where they go? Did they go to sanctuary city? Sanctuary states? And this is one of the sick aspects of the Biden administration. If the American people would vote on this, Eric grew Ark of Numbers US say, if there was a ballot initiative in the country that said yes or no on doing this, the vote would be eighty to ninety percent, not just no, it would be hell no. But aren't they flying into

Florida and in the Red States to destabilize those governments? Well, a lot of them aren't flying in, and we've just got the numbers of where they're flying into. Previously the administration Bid administration said well, it's a national security we're not going to tell you. We can't tell you. We can't, right, but you know they were for you or actually Congress of any of them, and they released this information. You're right, a lot of people

are flying into Florida. I think probably because they're coming from countries where that's the most convenient place. But you know, we are starting to see where they're going once they get in the United States, and Florida in the destination because of you know, an immigrant population there. But to your point, they're going all over the country. They're certainly going to same sory cities because there's benefits on offer there. But they're going to Iowa, They're going to

Ohio, They're going all over the country. And that just reinforces what Americans are hearing every state of border states. And to your point about what American voters would say about this, it's clear what voters who hear about these programs, how they feel they oppose them. But this is something it's not secret in the fact that we know it's happening, but it certainly isn't very well publicized. The media isn't covering it, the Bide administration isn't publicizing it,

and so most Americans are unaware in large part that this is happening. And so that's what the Bide administration is trying to do to hide this from public view and to create basically a shadow immigration system which circumvents the law and circumvents limits on immigration. So you're peaking out of the migrants coming in, whether it's Orlando or Tampa, wherever it is. It's the closest way to get here from the caravan thousands of of Haitians, thousands of Nicaraguans, thousands of

Venezuelans. And then once they arrive, there's these non government organizations, the NGOs, under massive, huge contracts to make hundreds of millions of dollars. They then shipped generally by other planes. If you're going to Idaho or if it's in Georgia, it's by Greyhound. They get huge buses paid for by the American taxpayer to disperse them all over the country. And then once you're here, legally you might get a report date for a hearing some years and

years in advance. That will never happen. And these people have identity, don't know who they really are, don't know anything about their actual history. And then while here the Haitians will hook up with other Haitians or the Chileans, so hook up with other people from Chile, and that's their conclave. And then they engage and shall we say, at times this reputable behavior, including burglary and drug sales and god knows what else. Because they come here

unemployable. How we can't get Americans to work, much less Haitians or nicker Roguin's, so they hook up with their fellow travelers, and they engage in activities that we don't want to know about because we don't need their labor in this country. Many cannot speak of the English, many don't have an eighth

grade education. And so when you have hundreds of thousands under this parole humanitarian operation by Joe Biden, what do they do once they arrive, Okay, flying to Tampa, end up in Covington, Kentucky, or end up in Cincinnati or Columbus maybe three hundred What happens when they're on the ground in Columbus, Ohio? What happens they are here the greyhound bus. Over a period of days, three hundred Haitians are in Columbus, Ohio. What happens next?

Well, that's a good question. And you know, we're really starting to see only the beginning of the effects of Abiden's policies. And you know, we are seeing crime to what we are seeing no activity by gangs Venezuelan gangs. That's well publicized, and we can hear from the Biden administration, you can hear from people on the other side. We're simply saying there's no relation to rise and crime and massive illegal migration. But Americans can see it

in front of their eyes. And you talked about the NGOs, and this is an important point. I know you've made this point American tax You know, people say, well, NGO is a private organization, they're not not public, you know, but they're receiving taxpayer money, and taxpayer money is funding these NGOs in part in what they're funding specifically, is UH transporting these

people to Columbus, Ohio or wherever it is that they're going. Like I said, we are just starting to see the effects and it's not going to get better and it's not going to end until Congress steps in, or do we have anue administration. I mean that divide administrations many clear they have no intention of enforcing the law or dealing with the effects on the American people. They just don't care. And that's a sad realization. But I don't know

of any other explanation. And the the big election is about six months away, November fifth. We have an opportunity to say no. If Donald Trump is re elected, which I think is more likely than not, he'll be able to stop this. He'll say no more. However, there'll be lawsuits filed, it'll be complete chaos. Much like in twenty seventeen, cities may burn, the college campuses now may erupt. And if we elect Trump to stop this, which is much preferable to what we have going on. But

imagine the opposite. Let's imagine that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris somehow stay in office four years, all the way through January of twenty twenty nine. We have these policies continuing on steroids, and it continues ad infinitum. What does America look like? Well, right now, immigration is the number one issue for all voters, and that's the numbers US say. We are trying to

keep people focused because before the election. Between now an election, we're going to see a lot of distraction to try to make people forget what's going on at the border. It's hard to imagine. I don't even want to imagine what four more years this would be like, because, like I said, we're just starting to see the effects of the previous three years. Imagine having eight years of an open border. You know, it's really it would be

difficult for this country to recover from that. That's just the honest truth. It's non recoverable. Eric drew Ark two things non recoverable, borrowing an additional one trillion dollars every one hundred days non recoverable. They have right now ten to twelve million legals. Five more years of this, twenty five to thirty million more. It's non recoverable. And I love the Democrats and the media

talking about the crime rates going down. No, it's not. We watched the last few nights of literally thousands of individuals not arrested in Columbia, Ucla, Ohio, State, Indiana, and at least in Columbia this morning they were in jail for about ninety minutes, back out again, and the charge is going to be dismissed. The crime rate of arrest may be going down, but crime itself is skyrocketing every way, and many cities don't even count

it. I had on John Lott from the Crime Prevention Research Center who made the point that in the last two or three years, twenty one percent of cities do not report crime to the FBI because it is so bad, and the mayors and those cities don't want cooperation with the FBI to indicate crime is going up, and so of course when they have headlines the crime is going down. No, the reporting of crime is going down. The conviction rates

are going down, but crime itself is going up. Eric grew Arc once again, we can sound the bell, but it takes people who want to listen. And once again numbers USA and well, we have chaos. You know, Eric, We're gonna have chaos between now and November. Whoever gets elected, we're gonna have more chaos. I'd rather have chaos with Trump instead of chaos with Biden, because at least he can stop up the illegals from

coming in in this country and stop the humanitarian effort of flying. Every day about a thousand individuals show up in airports without proper identification, something you and I could never do. Dispersed all over the country by NGOs every year is about three hundred thousand or so, on top of the ten to twelve million illegals anyway that have come into the country, and on top of the gottaways. At some point these numbers are non recoverable. But Eric Rewerck, once

again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. We haven't touched on Hamas and the Palestinians because Joe Biden says there'll be playing loads of Palestinian Hamas fighters coming into America. Two. That's what he wants to do. I'm sure we'll be talking about that in their future. Well I hope not,

but likely. All right, thank you very much. All right, let's continue with more and if a ligne becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand, Bill cunning Under Grand American Live with you every Day, your Home of the Reds playing this afternoon on news radio seven hundred WLWO. I can with Garie Jeff Walker, get a comfy chair. You're gonna want to hang around tonight at nine on seven hundred w l W. Do you know someone struggling to figure out their mental health benefits?

Joining us now is the man who taught it the LMVP Elie, the MVP dollar cruise number twenty seven in your heart, how to pitch on, how to hit Bingo Jose Rider. I thought I thought it was Steinberg'sberg, Steinberg's now, Hosey Steinberg's

Now. There's a report that possibly in the dr that La de la Cruz was under the tutelage of Jose. Blame it on Rio. And he's throwing one hundred and seven miles an hour, and you taught him how to hit too. You weren't a bad hitter. Any truth to that report. The only thing is he think about the meat is the beauty, beauty, he's so beautiful like me. He took it. He tore harder than me. He's thrown short stuff to the first base, he tore heart of the media,

the me from the mountains to the catchers. Me. It's unbelievable. What a talent, billy, What a beautiful talent. Now what if what if Jose Rio throwed one hundred and seven miles an hour along with your sliders, still be pitching, he'd be still be right. How many perfect games would you have had? Tom Browne would have been nothing? Yeah, I wouldn't have not. I don't want to do that, because then the court double Randy and um charge of the nasty boy did go ReHO the nasty boy.

Then wait, okay, we look three guy becoming the nasty boy. Well, I'll tell you what number twenty seven Jose Rio? And uh are you in town? When are you coming back to Cincinnati. I'll be there tomorrow and I'll be uh Saturday morning from ten to four sign the photograph Eacht game mall. Let me write that Nati for the whole week. Let me write this down ten A the four p on Saturday at the Eastgate Mall, and you'll be sunning autographs on behalf of the Reds and so much more.

I'm gonna mention that again, Uh Thursday and Friday and uh. Every now and then people say to me, like, segment, what's Jose Rio doing? Can you tell the American people along suffering Reds fans? Last time he won the World Series was what thirty four years ago? What is Jose Rio doing now? Oh? My god? Living life, Enjoy life. I can give me to date some of my life right now, right now we speak, I'm at the beat you in Miami smoking a stoli. I think

eating some fish at Sevichi. And now from here, I'm going to my house become a kid digging to the practice, the little one and the big one. He got a final today he's pitching, he's going before his division, and he's throwing the take of the slider and he's doing well. So then four I having a great time. I can't do no better. So you're on the beach looking at the atlant and looking at the Atlantic Ocean. You got a little bit of fish, a little bit of a stogy,

and you're enjoying. Life is good. Life is good for Jose blaming on Rejo. Can I tell you who's gonna ask twenty two more? Can I tell all these stories about when when Penny and I visited you in the dry and I'm telling you stories about that, which one one we got food demasion? How about when the girls are behind us and we're in front of them about a mile or two, and I see their headlights in the background, and suddenly the background, you got your wife and you got Penny, just

the two of them and this Mercedes, and they're way behind us. You go off the dirt road into the sugar cane fields about eighty miles an hour. We're knocking down twelve foot high sugar cane. You come back on the road and I'm yelling at you, and I say, where are the girls? We don't see them, and you say you, well, Rosie knows where we're going. I said, but we don't see him in the middle of nowhere, and I convince you to go back, So we turn around,

go back. We drive for five or six miles, about eighty miles an hour, and in the distance we see two little headlights and we pull up about fifty feet away and there's seven or eight ombres with machetes from the sugar canelds came out to say hello to your wife and mine, and they were not happy with us at all, and yelp. The sugarcane guy was happy. And I was going through only eighty because it was a sugar game field, and the worst thing about it was the rose roads that I was

riding. But it was okay. The road got better now, so hope. And as soon as it was good, there was good. As soon as you got out of that car that rolls and they saw it was ReHO boy, they dropped their machetes. You gave them twenty bucks each to change the flat tire, and they couldn't have been happier. And you signed a few autographs for the sugar cane workers. All ahead, yellow eyes I remember that, and the ladies have still not stopped yelling at us for leaving them

back there with a flat tire. You also had a gun in your car. You said, really is a forty five in the glove compartment. I said, this is how I'm gonna die in the middle of nowhere in a sugarcane field, being hacked to death by Machelle Goodfellas. Good Fellas. Yeah, that the forty five was like God, there goes Spressly home. We got it, and you had a newsy. Of course you had the Usy and I and if we had to fight away out of there, I said,

I can't believe this is going on. And Penny's still mad at me for that. But nonetheless, I'll tell the monkey head story later. That's a different one. But once again, Hosey remember the monkey. Remember the monkey's head with the brains out. Yeah, Well, we were going through Santiago and I wrote, we we run out of gas. That motorcycle driver, that's another thing, Oh man, he wasable. I was only there seven days and I felt it felt like I almost got killed several times.

And then playing golf with you and Whitey Ford and Mickey Mantle and Juan Marichelle and Robin Roberts and uh and those guys. It couldn't have been better. Let's do it again. Look at the bottom line. You make it. You survived, and now you got some story to tell people. That was a that was no question. All right, ten am to four p and this Saturday, Eastgate Mall you'll be there, Hosey. You're the best there ever was. I won't go on another trip with you because the memory is

like the corner of my mind and it's too dangerous. But I'm glad you've succeeded so greatly. Hey, you got it so hard. I understand that, so I'm not worry about it. I might take you to another place where it will be more modern and I'm more beautiful. But I got to show you the real part of the Minigan the way you understand. He can stray people intocinnati. How does the Minican people leave? What do we have to do to be successful? He in the state nor bro Well, you

taught Della Cruz. That's all that matters, is I am. He wouldn't have been a red You're looking like you good looking. I think maybe he's better looking than Jose Rio seg, what do you think. I don't know, Willie. I think Jose's gotta grow his hair out more that that's the case, I know, But you know, you know what it is.

You look at me at the picture right now, if you look at me, I mean three years ago, I was way better looking to come, even though I don't miire him, but he is a very good looking guy too, And I'm trying to say I was pretty here. Plus l a day La Cruz doesn't have Sideberg's around, of course, believe it. Yeah, And I got some big friend as the big one seven baby, I say, you're the best there ever was. Let's get together, Sam.

But God bless you and God bless the d R. I just hope I get to see you this week when I'm there, at least for lunch. I got to see you whenever you kicked out. We won't us. I can't tell you he got you Me and uh, Judge, Judge getting kicked out of a fine restaurant. I'll tell that story later. We got kicked out, yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, But Dylan Ruby got us kicked out. It was his fault, yeah yeah, believe it. At his fat he's lost he lost. He lost, all right, I'll be in

touch with you. Thank you, man, Hey, God bless Americas and God blessed bird. Thank you, thank you guy you Is there anyone ever better than Jose Rio? Believe it. I'm at this big dinner okay, fancy place, all right, at the conclusion of the one Mayor show, uh Mickey Mantle golf outing, and we got seven or eight people at the table, and there's three or four other table, Robin Roberts, Whitey for that whole crew. I don't want to drop names, you know that.

No, and so did you get a baseball? Have him sign it? You know I did not. I should have. I think it's the matter with you. You gotta Hey, you're on the media. You gotta why those guys? Hey, Whitey, would you mind? Come on? I don't wanna you know, I don't want to. You could have had Jose Rio do it here, have him have him signed that. So we're sitting near dinner. There's metal plates, dinner plates, and on top of that is a metal dome. And everyone don't touch the dome. Don't touch it.

It's about six or eight inches across its metal on the metal plate. Yeah, I'm thinking the penny, I said, well, I don't want what's underneath that dome? What is it? Yeah, So at one point the matre d and all the service came over, reached over our shoulder, put their hand on the dome and starts shaking the dome and it's rattling. I'm sitting up at the metal plates and the metal dome, I'm thinking, what is it? And at some point someone said vola and they took off

the dome. Staring back at me was a monkey's head and they had two cherry tomatoes in the eyes, and the brains were taken out and they mixed it with some other goulash and put it back in, So you had to eat monkey brains with other items with That's like that's scene from Indiana Jones and the sample of Doom. Yeah, exactly, So that's what it was.

So at this point that Dominicans on Marichelle and that crew there was a tall, skinny guy from Saint Louis, I forget his name, but anyway, they get a fork and they dive right into the brain and they're eating out of the cut out skull of a monkey. And I'm I'm Penny, and I look, I said, I'm not touching this. She said, oh my god, she's holding her mouth. So I said, look, we don't want to offend these. You know, this is like a delicacy, right right. I said, just take a little bit. She said,

are you kidding me? I'm not touching this. So I called over the matridae and said, can I have a burger and fries? Say? Give me some sports, will he the stooge reporters of proud service of your local tame Star heating and air conditioning dealers, tame star quality you could feel in Cincinnati called Schmid Heating, Get cool to get five one three five three one

sixty nine hundred. Those will wind up the series. In the road trip today coming up William san Diego through Graham ass Craft against Joe Musgrove and airtime is three to ten with the RNL carriers inside pitch. Oh, we all have like a two fifty five or something something like that. Christian and Canassi on Strand had an MRI on that sore wrist, right wrist, and that's clear enough. He may be back in the lineup. Haven't checked yet, but we'll check. He was hit by a pitch four days ago in Texas.

Frankie mont tossed through on the side yesterday in San Diego. He's got one more of those that n likely off the il next week when the Reds play the d Backs at GABP. What about TJ Friedel. TJ Friedel is moving along. Justin Wilson, the reliever last night left the game in the eighth inning apparent injury and are being hit on the leg by a line drive on the right knee. But X rays or negative. He'll probably be out for a couple of days with a soreness. Let's see what else is going

on here. They had a pretty good fight last night raising Brewers in Milwaukee. Former Red Jose Siri grounded out the first and him and the relief pitcher for the Brewers had said a few things to each other and they're talking about a little bit. The fight was on. It was a good old good one too. Don't bring up mom. A couple of the Siri and Euribay are going to be missing time and also missing some green salads salvation in their

pocketbook. I don't know what to tell you about. But other than that, let's see what else. Romaine Sato is going to be inducted into the Class of twenty twenty four in the FOEBA Hall of Fame. Of course, he had that great career at Xavier, four time champion in Italy. He also won titles in the euro League and the euro Cup. Not playing anymore, I assume he's getting pretty old. See when he had old segment, turn over the job to someone else? Would you agree? Who's going to

take over for you? Please continue? Let's see Kentucky Derby on Saturday at Churchill Down. I gotta got Mike Pataglia on well. The Patagulia Steakes winner for Turfoy Parking Sino scratched yesterday. Let's see Jeff Ruby. Steak's winner endlessly is out of post position fourteen, a thirty to one shot. So I got out of the car with a forty five cocked, blocked and ready to

rock. Josey gets out with an oozy and these guys got macheties. I said to jose they brought a knife to a gunfight, and when they saw it was him, they dropped the knives started streaming. Rio, Rio, the Penny and Rosie are going. I said, I'm not ready to shoot a bunch of Dominicans. Thank you. In the middle of a sugarcane field outside of sounded to man, I don't know where in the hell I am could have been one of those good fellows things out in the cornfield, Joe

Pessy, that's right, and I'm looking around thinking it's dark. I'm thinking somebody could be right behind me. I can't even see him. Correct, there might be reinforcements in the sugar sugarcane after the green lettuce of salvation came out. Guess what life was good? Life was good changed the flat tire and when away we went, and they thought they were going to be hacked to death. Give me out of Stutureport, Willy and utter of this beautiful

Wednesday afternoon. We say happy birthday to former Red Scooter Jeanette good Man, the first Red in the seventeenth player in Major League Baseball history. They had four home runs in a game, four so four home runs. Scooter Jeanette, Happy perfect game. Tom Browning, Happy birthday to Scooter Jeanette. He lights now the corners of my mind. We leave you with the immortal words of the Stood Report. That is all John Wayne laying down the law cleaned

house in Columbia. Last night, I understand coming up next to Jody High's former congressman about what's wrong with voting in Ohio, in fact wrong throughout the country. All on news Radio seven hundred WL to be how would you like to get a one hundred and thirty nine dollars AC two and up for just

eighty eight dollars? Marty Breneman here from Help Home Services and it's time to get your system, kype Romell that going back in history, I doubt John F. Kennedy would have been elected in nineteen sixty unless his dad worked things out with the mayor of Chicago and to make sure enough votes were put in the ballot box so that Richard Nixon would not win the state of Illinois.

And when George Bush won in two thousand, of course he was selected, not elected, He wasn't legitimate, and went through years and years of Democrats complaining constantly about Bush. Forty three we have, of course, Stacy Abrams is still thinking she's the governor of Georgia and she gets a complete free pass on that. So when Trump was elected in twenty sixteen, the Democrats, especially those running the FBI and the CIA, and also the Pisa Court and

the Pisa fi David. They went after Trump with hoax and claws for years to keep him from being effected of his president, but he still did a pretty damn good job. A new book is out, Sacred Trust, Election Integrity, and the Will of the People by US Congressman been there about eight years, retired a year or two ago. Jody Heis and Jody's one of the founding members of the House Freedom Caucus, which is a great group. And the forward is by my good friend, the great Ken Blackwell and Jody

Heist. Welcome, I think for the first time to the Bill Cunningham show. Your book is very appropriate in these times because of what's happening with this particular election. But tell the American people why does election integrity matter? And if it fails, that is an awful thing for the United States of America. Oh, Bill, what has said? First of all, it's an honor to be with you. And yeah, listen, Cam Blackwell is an awesome man. I'm glad you know him well. We listen. Our entire

system of governance rest upon the consent of the governed. There is no government if it is not given to them by the people, not the other way around. And therefore, in fact, that's the reason for the title. This whole issue of election integrity is a sacred trust. It is something that is a civic duty, a civic responsibility, and privilege that we have. It must be protected at all costs, both by the voters as well as by our government. And if ever that falls apart and Bill, we are

in massive trouble. Look, we've got enough problems taking place in our country already. I mean, you look at the border, you look at the economy, whatever it is. But I don't know that there is anything more important than election integrity. If the will of the people at the ballot box has ever compromised or lost, then it's Katie barbador. Where do we go from there? If we, as the citizens of this country don't have the right to control who's going to represent us by doing so at the ballot box,

Jody Heist. The Constitution says the state legislatures set the rules and regulations for means and manner of elections. It's not done by other entities. When I have on various state secretaries of State, they will tell you that, for example, Ohio and Iowa and Texas and Florida have a functional election system, while states such as Pennsylvania and Michigan do not. Let me explain.

As you may know, in the Pennsylvania the counties elect their own election leaders by ballot, and most of the states is the Secretary of State elected state

wide. But in Pennsylvania, each county selects the person in charge. And so because of the pandemic, rules were put out by these various county officials that had different rules in different counties in twenty twenty because of the pandemic, and because of that, there was a great concern about the integrity the ballot with dropboxes, no signature of verification, no citizenship verification, etc. Is

that what you're talking about. Yeah, I mean, I don't go down to the cab level, but yeah, this is exactly Bill what got me involved in this whole issue. I did not go to Congress with this being a major issue on my radar, but I was a senior member of the Oversight Committee right in the middle of that thing when the pandemic came. In fact, it was the week after the first case in the United States of

COVID. The very next week, the Democrats held a hearing dealing with the need that we're going to have to address this upcoming pandemic at the ballot box.

And then week after week after week after week as a whole series, one hearing after another where they were literally attempting to federalize elections, take it away from the state, federalize it, and then try to force states to implement such policies as you just mentioned, and many of them did so that we have everything from ballot harvesting, the mailing ballots, live ballots to everyone on the inaccurate voter files, to seeming ballot request to the voter file,

no voter idea, all these things started to fall in place, and COVID was the excuse of it all. And being a part of that battle in

the Oversight Committee, this is when it first came on my radar. And then at the same time, they started talking about massive voter suppression across the United States, and as exhibit A, they used Georgia, which is my home state, and I knew that was a false claim, and so I started getting more and more and more involved in the issue, both from the COVID perspective and what they were making allegations against Georgia, and then I just

kind of became a leading voice, certainly from our state on this issue, and in many regards, one of the leading voices in Congress on the election

integrity. When the issue was dealt with in various states. I often hear the radical left and especially so called news personnel like NPR with their political biases because of the comments of a senior editor, but also ABCNBCCBS, etc. They keep saying that every federal judge has ever looked this thing on the twenty twenty election says there is no evidence of massive voter fraud, and so let

me give you what I think happened, but you're the expert. I think what occurs is that when these lawsuits are fouled or a weak or two after the election, the judges don't have time to gather massive pieces of evidence, of documents of depositions, requests for interrogatories. They don't have time to try the case. And they say, well, the issue is not ripe because the Secretary of State is not determine who the winner of the Pennsylvania electoral ballots

are. Because that's true, we don't know yet, because there might be several weeks after election day, before the military ballots come in, and so it takes several weeks for each Secretary State to officially declare the winner. So the federal courts say without issue is not ripe. And by the time it becomes ripe, which is like the middle of December, guess what the issue is now moot because we've got to swear in the new president in five weeks,

so we can't have a long federal trial with the holidays here. So things are not right or they're not moot. Am I on the right track or not? Yeah? Yeah, you're absolutely on the right track. And that is a lot of it. But look, I mean, we have films of the two thousand mules. For example, we're on video. You have these people going from one drop off box to another, dropping off numbers about I mean, we are watching these people and a huge percentage of them

doing so between midnight and five am. It's like, that's not just your typical time to go drop off a ballot, let alone dropping off potentially hundreds and hundreds of them. And there were over two hundred people on video doing this type of stuff. And yet for some reason we don't have any evidence and that's you know to me. To me, the issue is election integrity.

We have to secure elections with everything we've got to make sure it's one legal vote cast, one legal vote counted, and at all costs we secure the will of the people. Now, look, I may be upset that my candidate loses, but if it was a fair election, then look, I can go back two years from now and fight again, try to get people to vote the way I want them. But if the election is not secure, then all of us are up the creek without a paddle, so

to speak, and we're in serious trouble. So I'm just trying to provide a thirty thousand foot because you said accurately. The states are given the constitutional authority for the time, place, and manner of elections, and every state does it differently. But there are certain bird's eye view versal principles. Did ought to be common sense across the board that used to we all agreed upon.

But now, for some reason, many of these common sense things are not even agreed upon, and as a result, we're potentially massively compromising the integrity of our election system. In twenty seventeen, On January twenty twenty, seventeen. I would imagine you were at the inaugural of Donald Trump. There were thirty eight Democrats who said, we're not attending the inaugural because he's an illegitimate president. You had Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Eric

Holder, Barack Obama. The leaders of the Democrat Party told the nation on January twenty, twenty seventeen, this guy being sworn in is not legitimate. And now we had a couple of weeks ago more Democratic congressmen said that if Trump wins, they're not going to vote to certify the election in November or December of this year. But of course the media says only the Republicans are concerned about elections being rigged. The Democrats have done exactly the same thing for

a long time. It got away with it when Democratic leaders said in twenty seventeen that Donald Trump was not legitimately elected, He's not the legitimate president. When Stacy Abram says that I'm the true governor of the state of Georgia, what does that do in the minds of many Democrats that we have an illegitimate office holder. Oh yeah, We've got I mean, there are tons of Democrats for the last multiple election cycles have challenged Whenever a Republican wins, at

least they challenge it. They say it's illegitimate, they say it's wrong, they say there is cheating, there was fraud, whatever the case may be. But when a Republican questions with a significant amount of evidence, or at least enough to say, hold on, there's at least some question marks here where all of a sudden election deniers were threats to democracy. We need to be put in jail. The Democrats have been doing this for decades and it's

yet again shows a weaponized government in a two tiered system. But look, at the end of the day, I think both sides we've got to push this. We've got to get the politics out of the election process. The election process is about the will of the people, not about the will of a political party or a particular candidate. It is about the will of the

people. Both sides need to come to agreement on that and understand, first and foremost what the people want must be accurately accounted for at the ballot box. And that's the first and the last question. Everything else revolves around that. What's the best way to accomplish integrity to maintain the consent of the governed and the wishes of the people as it relates to whom is elected. Jody Hies, You've looked at this thing from every angle, from thirty thousand feet.

Isn't it true? Since the founding of the republic we are a republic when not a democracy? We are a republic. That especially federal presidential elections, maybe the bulk of them, have had questionable practices surrounding the election of whoever happened to win. I can recall there's been at least four circumstances in American history or state capitals sent multiple different electors to Washington to actually vote for

the president. And there are alternate slates of electors that have been sent historically for many states. Isn't that true? Yeah? And you know the thing is, I think we've always had those type of circumstances. I mean, we all remember the hagging Chad's in Florida back were Lyndon Johnson. I mean that there's always been these cases that have raised question marks. But Bill,

what concerns me now as it seems to be widespread. COVID became the excuse to implement moltiple changes in the way states do elections, and many of those changes opened wide the door for potential Shenanikins, And that is the issue. Those are the doors the policies that need to be closed. That we need to tighten up on the election process in every way. And yet this is not rocket science. We have the capacity to secure elections. We have the

capacity to tighten up our inaccurate voter files. For that matter, I saw us on an article last week. It says between eight and eighteen percent inaccurate is the majority of states when we're dealing with our voter registration file. If ballpark ten to twenty percent of our files are wrong, that we don't even know who's registered and legal to vote, we're starting behind the eight ball to have an accurate election result. And so these are Look, Amazon knows who

you are. Why in the world can we not figure it out before you come to the ballot box. You know, this stuff is not rocket science. We just have to have the will to make sure that we're securing our election processes well. By having a secure election, that's called voter suppression.

Lastly, I would say, like in the state of Nevada, when you get your driver's license, And there's no citizenship proof requirement to get a driver's license, So I'm sure there's tens of thousands of illegals in Nevada and seventeen other states that get their driver's license. Many of these states simply send out in the mail thirty days before the election the actual ballot. If you have a driver's license, you have to check a box that says, yes,

I'm a citizen, But no one checks that either for verification. Isn't it if the state secretaries of state send out ballots to like everyone in the state, isn't that something right for fraud? I don't see how you avoid it. I honestly don't see how you avoid it those kinds of situations. And again this is common sense. If you're going to be in a state that lets anybody get a driver's license, then how can you and anyone who has

a driver's license automatically is registered to vote. Then how in the world can you secure the federal requirement that only US citizens vote. I mean, you can't do it. And these are the type of things that we must get serious about. Again, this is a sacred trust. This is not just a political game. You talk about foreign interference. When we're allowing a situation like you just described, who knows who is registered to vote and what country

they're from or whatever, is that not foreign interference. And every time you have someone who is an illegal voter, be it from another country or someone who in our own country is not legally registered or whatever. So whenever there is an illegal vote cast, it disenfranchises and takes away suppresses a legal vote that was counted. And these are the type of things that we must protect. Again, it's a sacred trust. It is the epicenter, if you

will, upon which America risks in our system of governments. Tody Hiest, thanks for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. The name of the book is Sacred Trust, forward by my good friend Ken Blackwell. You're a founding member of the House Freedom Caucus. Once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. The adventures continue, and hopefully we clean things up before November fifth of this year, so we have a legitimate count and hopefully the

election will not be rigged. Jody Hiest, thank you very much, Thank you, sir, Thank you, Bill. Let's continue with more Bill Cunningham the Great American Live every Day at you, home of the Red's news radio seven hundred WLW. Nice butt, Hey, can you guys play again tomorrow. I haven't even had time to even treat my law this year. My one's actually getting fertilized at this moment. I's got notification they did they might

be obligated to provide food to people who've taken over a buildings. Well, first of all, we're saying that they're obligated to provide food to students who pay for a meal plan here. But you mentioned that things are requested that food and water be brought in unless I mist to allow it to be brought in. I mean, well, I guess it's ultimately a question of what

kind of community and obligation Columbia feels it has to its students. Do you want students to die of dehydration and starvation or get severely ill, even if they disagree with you. If the answer is no, then you should allow basic I mean it's crazy to say because we're on an ivy Leau campus, but this is like basic humanitarian aid we're asking for, like could people please

have a glass of water? But they didn't put themselves in that very deliberately in that situation and in that position, So it seems like you're sort of saying, we want to be revolutionary, So we want to take up this building, and now would you please bring us food and water? Nobody's asking them to bring anything everything. We're we're asking them to not violently stop us from bringing in basic humanitarian aid. Hello, quiet and skulls. I'm broadcasting.

You know. It's like I saw the interview live and I thought she needs ozempic take in some of that. That woman could lose a few pounds. What do they want? Bacon and eggs and uh in the morning over easy on the on breakfast to your burger that maybe a little uh hot dog or hamburger at lunch, breaking bone steak or a strip steak with a baked potato and green beans at dinner. Hey, Uber Eats, can you mind delivering after it's humanitarian foods? Yeah? She wighs about two hundred. Do

you want them to starve in that place and die of dehydration? Can I think about that? Can I think about that? Go ahead? I guess by the way, they could drink out of the torlet poles if they wanted to. Yeah, well, think of the damage that they made they did to that building and every one of those rooms had to be locked, so

they got to get new locks on that. How much is that going to cost us in a in a in a gigantic building like that, And in goodness knows what else they did uber eats you know, probably spray painted the

walls and all this stuff and probably rip stuff off. And you know, but I mean, what he who cares, oh zempik is what they need will leave the Stoote reporters of proud service of your local Tamestar Heating and air Conditioning dealers, Tamestar Quality, Yukend Feel in Cincinnati called Sheldon Braun at Broun Heating at five one, three, three eight, five seventy seven sixty five sports those Reds will he'll wind up the series and road trip today in San

Milwaukee reliever Abner Uribe suspended six games and starter Freddie Perralta for five for their roles in a brawl last night with the Tampa Bay Rays. Alfielder Jose Siria, former Reds prospect, suspended three games, Milwaukee manager Pat Murphy for two, all by the Doctor of Discipline of Major League Baseball, Mike thrill

Hill. All four were also fined and undisclosed about How about this one? German tennis legend Boris Becker, the only man ever to win the Wimbledon title, yes, having been unseated, has now been released from bankruptcy court owing sixty two point five million dollars. The judge said he's done all he can do to repay the sixty two point five mil The judge said, quote not then the case now would be unjust to Boris. He's done all that he

can do to payback. He has no money. He is destitute. Becker also was deported to Germany two years ago after serving eight months in a London prison for illicitly transferring large amounts of money and hiding three million dollars in assets from the bankruptcy court. He was convicted on four charges, including under the Insolvency Act, including removal of property, but he quit it on twenty five others jail, bankruptcy and more. Boris Becker please continue? He might want

to go back on the tour. It looks like he's not ready to play. The Cleveland Browns are planning to become the next professional team to ask their local government and taxpayers to fund a new stadium. According to Cleveland dot com, the plan the Browns plan to ask for taxpayers to provide half of the funding. What on a for a two point four billion dollar domed stadium in brook at Brook Park, or or Browns one billion dollar upgrade to the current

twenty five year old downtown Cleveland Stadium. What happened when Trevezana was alive and I went to Cleveland, the Kingdom of the North, to rally the Browns fans you recall that, Yeah, that really worked as a wrecked Cleveland brown stadium, and put this one up now. According to Boris Becker, he blamed his own laziness and bad advice for his financial difficulties. He made eighty two million dollars, lost it all plus oh sixty two million dollars more segment.

Who's handling all yours? I want to say, but the fight of the Cleveland Browns today will be in a fight of the Cincinnati Bengals tomorrow, the fight at Chicano Fairs fans next year, the fight the Steelers fans. And if you lose this battle, the NFL gonna lose the more football fans. Well, got to back them all. And now what the NFL and

the Browns ever lay Cleveland many years ago? You kind of missed that mark just to just to slight a bit to the left back of a flatbed truck outside Cleveland Municipal Stags about fifty five below zero, two older than a well diggers behind, Are you not kidding? Anyway? I tried. I tried to keep the Browns. They want the Baltimore right Ravens. Didn't they have

terrible success there? It was awful wasn't it. I think so Super Bowls and then they then they came back and now they want the taxpayer to fund to a half of two point four billion dollars dollars Dome Stadium or one billion taxph grade current Cleveland st Alicia Reese up there, But the North Carolina Fraternity Brothers defend the rein state of American flag. The frat boys got together and took down the Halmas flag, I would say, tar heels and put out

the American flag. Comments on that, that's a very good move. A note here from Frank Zibell. He said, maybe you should heading out to Wisconsin and give a great speech for Donald Trump. My speech. The Trumpster's coming here on the fifteenth, right, you know who I'm calling? How about that? I know it? How about that the main man's a here of the fifth Will his court case be over by that? Well, he probably called down there and said you want my money. That said, you got the time, take down ha'mas put up the American flag, and the frat boys got it done well. And then then of course it's a great American value to protest. But I don't believe living in a pup

tent for hummus is really helpful. John Fetterman is making sense finally, I mean, the stroke man knocked some sense. And then where we come in here this morning at at two o'clock or three o'clock in the morning, at la time, they're going at it out there on at UCLA and USC What does Mick Cronin say about this? You're probably sitting at home, you know. Look, it looked a thousand arrest. They were going at it like crazy out there at three in the morning. Of course, the important thing

in the media is killing more babies or Trump's trial. That's what matters. How did he pay the porn star? Did he pay the playmate? Seg would you that is unbelievable? Thank you? So? Would you pay a playmate one hundred and forty thousand dollars? I don't have it talk to Denise, he's your financial advisor. Okay, yeah, yeah, managing your money? All I need managing your money? What would you do? I have

to think about it. Okay, I don't know. When the Trumpster has got a few difficulties here and there, they're going in he got well, then the good part about it is, I guess you got what fined by that judge? Nine grand? He's probably got that in his pocket. How about the other judge gave him a half a billion? You know, the interest every day is one hundred and twelve thousand. What if you were charged one hundred and twelve thousand dollars a day in interest, I'd be in with

Boris Becker. You'd be You'd be I'd be sitting around with Boris Becker going, uh, bad, by bad? What are we doing that? So that that? How do you lose that money? Eighty one million? You don't know where the rally's going to be, you do we? I'm not sure he's going to be a rally. I think its one hundred thousand dollars to show up. I'm gonna put our name on the list. If they can find us a seat, Joe Frederick, pay for it. Maybe get a media pass, you and me with the Trumpster. That's good angle,
