That's okay. Not okay though, when they have so little offense, they're back out at tomorrow night. Angels in town and the felly see what happens. But until then, James Bogan, of course, is an eminent criminal defense attorney. There's a terrible case in Clark County in which a eighty one year old man has been charged with murder for allegedly shooting an Uber driver who thought she was picking up a package from the man's house. Both appeared to

have been victims of a scam telephone call. The Clark County Sheriff's Office set in a news release the Uber driver, Loalitha Hall, was found shot multiple times in the driveway of William Brock. He Brock called nine to one one and said he had an injury to his head and ear and was bleeding when police arrived and the Hall, a black woman, was taken to a hospital, where she died of her wounds. It appears an unknown man told Brock, the eighty one year old, over the phone, he needed to pay

twelve thousand dollars to get his nephew out of jail. Brock told police the call her threatened to kill him and his nephew pay the ransom, and the same caller later called the Uber driver to pick up the package from Brock. So when the Uber driver showed up, Brock thought she was part of the scam and that he was going to be killed by her and maybe his nephew. All hell's breaking loose, and a matter of additional information on this before

we go to James Bogan, whose time is expensive. I had a friend, a pretty good friend, who husband recently died, and I told my buddy that I'll look out for his wife. And she calls me one evening and says I may have done something wrong. And I said, well, I'll call her Teresa. I said, Teresa, what is it? She said, A man's coming over to pick up twenty thousand dollars in cash for me. I'm going, what what do you mean twenty thousand? Well,

this is what happened. I have a PayPal account and yesterday there was twenty thousand dollars put into my PayPal account by mistake. And I'm told by this PayPal enforcement officer that I don't pay the money back, I'm going to be arrest I said, what. So I called a sheriff's department met me over there at her place. We waited for the Uber driver to arrive. The driver did not arrive, blocked at the gatesment, coming in the gated community.

And she's still frightened. A few weeks later the Uber driver might show up somewhere and demand twenty thousand dollars. This is happening, James Bogan, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And James described the legal issues present with the Uber driver and the eighty one year old man now stars with murder and does he have a viable defense if any. He charged with murder, felonious assault and kidnapping. And here's what happened when the Uber driver showed up,

she knocked on the door. At that point, this man, William Brock, he should have stayed inside and called nine to one one. Instead he went out with a gun to confront her. This is on video which is online. I've watched the video and he came out with the gun, was pointing it right at her. She had her hands up, you could see your hands. All she's holding is her cell phone, nothing else.

He's sitting there pointing the gun at her. Forces following her back as she's backing away, and she only had the phone in her hand, clearly not armed. He had plenty of time to assess this, and then he took her phone from her, refused to let her leave, and that's where he

had the kidnapping and it. Then he shot her multiple times at point plank range and the Ohio rule of self defenses, the state has to prove deadly force was necessary to prevent serious bodily harm or death, either to himself or another person, or to defend his Basically, he could do it to defend his residence too. The first place where he screwed up was going outside to

confront her instead of calling nine to one one. And then, when he had plenty of time to assess the situation, while he's painting the gun at her, she's very clearly unarmed, he decides to shoot her. In fact, she was empty handed when he shot her because he had taken her phone. Is there a defense of temporary insanity justification eighty one years old? Is he's suffering from medical conditions? He's old, he's a frail. Does that play into it at all? If you're eighty one and kind of out of

it like Joe Biden? It might play in the mitigation a bit. Legally, there's no such thing as temporary insanity really, because you clearly have to not know right from wrong, and here having getting stressed being scared, that doesn't count. Otherwise nobody would be convicted a murder. All you'd have to do is say, hey, I was temporarily scared, distressed, whatever you want to call it. So I was temporary insane. What advice can you

give? Because we have someone here who works at the station who had a relative somehow, AI was involved in emulate at the conversation of a granddaughter to a grandparent, using the exact same voice of the granddaughter AI did. It's saying I'm in jail and I got to get out, and this is how to go and get some sort of visa card in order to get me out of jail. It was like two thousand dollars. How does someone protect themselves? Is it a password? What do you do well? I mean,

Melissa Powers are a good prosecutor. She's been doing a good job of educating the public, geared at educating the elderly about scams and things she does along those lines I think could help. But what you have is you just got to Unfortunately, it's about just education. You just have to know, Hey, when you get this call a D and C, this is what you do. And say you get a call from somebody, Hey, this is

your nephew. I'm being held in whatever county. I think a good rule of thumb would be to actually call that county jail or whatever law enforcement office do you applic to verify that that person is actually there. And the other thing the PayPal account twenty thousand dollars put in by mistake, and enforcement officers are coming by. You're going to be arrested unless you pay back the cash.

This woman actually went to the bank, went to two different banks and collected twenty thousand dollars in cash and one hundred dollars bills ready to give them, and then the account was going to be cleared. I'm thinking, well what Yeah. Another red flag is when they mentioned stuff like PayPal or paypals involved, or they say get a credit card, get gift cards. That was don't pay bond in gift cards. It's amazing how people get themselves in

these circumstances. Is this a growing part of American society today, especially with older folks. Yeah, and you just have scam callers period. I mean I had some foreign guys calling me ones yelling at me that they were the United States government agency. They called you. What happened? Oh? I started cussing them out every which way you could and they hung up. Well, let's move on to Part B, which is today. This morning,

Judge Marshan had a juror that was seated. They seated seven jurors and one of the jurors was a thirty seven year old female oncologist nurse who lived with a fiancee and worked at a large New York hospital. She came to court

this morning and told Judge Marshawan, I don't think I can serve. He went to in camera, which is off, which is in the chambers with all the lawyers, and she said that because my friends and family discovered that I'm thirty seven years old, of course, that I lived with my fiance, that I'm an oncologist nurse and work in a large hospital, they identified me as a juror in this case and they started calling me and my friend

saying, you know, you got to find him guilty. You know you got to do that, And so she felt intimidated and she told the judge she can't serve anymore. And there's another juror who seemingly lied in order to get on the jury. One of them said that she has no political feelings pro or con against Donald Trump. Then she had media postings and when she and her friends were dancing on election night saying the King is dead, the witch is dead Donald Trump, and she lied, and that woman was also

thrown off the jury. You've been in these high profile murder case. How a murder case. This isn't murder, of course, this is a paperwork thing. But how unusual is it for a juror during the trial and after they've been seated to have family members coerced them for a defenditive verdict, which was guilty. That's very rare. I mean you very rarely see that happen at all. I've ever had that sort of thing happen on one of my cases. And the reason is because most people walk into court and they look

at the defender, don't know who he is. But if somebody will walk into Donald Trump's criminal case and say, I don't know who that guy is, it's like you don't want that person on the jury, and Lastly, there's two lawyers on the jury. Both of them are in medium sized law firms, and when they check their are social media postings. Each believe in DEI. Each work in law firms that hire and fire based upon race or sexual orientation, which is by itself, I think illegal. But we live

in different times. Would you, as a lawyer, want lawyers on this kind of a case if they're as long as they're not posting about their views. Certainly, the defense gets ten peremptory challenges under New York law, plus

two for each alternature. Now, peremptory challenge is when you can excuse a juror without giving a particular reason, but you have an unlimited number of challenges for cause, but those are For example, there is one juror who said that she got her car to spread the honking cheers, that there's an actual dance party on ninety sixth Street, and she denied that she was at some anti Trump rally called the celebratory moment, said the magic words that she could

be impartial and she was not excused for cause. Yeah, Judge Marshon said, that's okay. If that's not for cause, then what is? And we've gone at the defendant in court, and that required the Trump's lawyers to use one of their peremptory, which is discretionary. That required the defense to use one of their challenges they should not had to have done. But that's

the way things are now to a couple. Last thing, Judge Marshawan himself personally made contributions financially to the Committee to Elect Joe Biden and Judge Marshawn's daughter as a political activist that's raised about one hundred million dollars for democratic causes and candidates. So the judge's daughter, who's a fully mature adult, has raised, according to the New York Post, ninety six million dollars for Adam Schiff

and for Kamala Harris and for Joe Biden. So is the family conflicted If the daughter of the judge is raising money off the Trump trial? Does that sound right to you? You definitely have the appearance of a conflict of interest, which is really all you need to raise the issue properly and in the abundance of caution. I think any decent judge would have in these circumstances were

to accuse themselves. And this is where you likely want to have a visiting judge, you know, an outside judge come in instead of going, instead of taking it on and having to deal with all these kinds of issues. There is the parents of a man reversible error. Now when the judge's family is financially benefiting, and she had commissions of eighteen million dollars, so when

you raise money, you get a cut of the pie. So when she's raising money off the trial as a Democratic progressive activist and she gets commissions, she puts in her pocket. That doesn't directly benefit Judge Juan Marshan, but the family has benefited, and many parents want to spend their time trying to benefit their own children, especially their adult children, and this has enhanced their standing in democratic progressive circles greatly. She's now the go to person to give

money to and get her cut to me. That's the definition of an appearance of impropriety, which is judge doesn't recognize. Well, we'll continue to do this. It's Krol's going to take anywhere from four to eight more weeks and we'll get the analysis down the road, and maybe the opening statements are going to be Monday or Tuesday. But I think the railroad is on the track

and hopefully it'll be derailed at some point. But when jurors are getting off the case because of politicking this early on doesn't speak well for sitting in an impartial jury. James Bogan, Criminal Offense Attorney, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show, and we'll do it again. Thank you, James, Thank you Bill. As always a privilege, Let's continue

with more. Imagine sitting in court on trial for your life because he's facing twenty years in prison on these ridiculous charges, and the state prosecutor wants to enforce federal election laws. When the federal election attorney said in Washington there were no violations, Bill Barr said there was no violations, and the current Attorney General, Mary Garland decided not to prosecute the case at all, and the US Attorney's office in the Southern District of New York said, we're not prosecuting

this case because there's no case. Sy Vance, the predecessor to the current New York prosecutor, said he's not going to take the case because there's no case here. State prosecutors cannot enforce federal law, which makes the whole thing of felony. All let's continue with more later on, We're going to have Chris Fattis will be here about what's going going on with the European study that indicates the transgender drugs and surgeries and long term terrible health consequences is worse than

doing nothing. Going through the process is bad for children us. Coming up later, Reds baseball off today, thank god, back at it over the weekend, plus next week at seven game homestand with the Angels in town and also then the Phillies back on track. We hope all. A news radio seven hundred WLW listening to a woman shop in the produce section isn't funny? Yeah, A sail on cucumbers listening to a woman poot next to the Granny

smiths ooops is funny. Eddie and Rocky are also funny. So when you think of an apple farterer ooops, think of Eddie and Rocky, Eddie and Rockey. This afternoon at three one, seven hundred wldom, my trees are showing signs of disease and damage. So I called the expert, Gregory Lester at Tree Health Surgeon. Greg is a certified arboris whatever you we never stopped.

We simply can tenure Reds Baseball. Thank God, off today, back at it hard next seven days, beginning tomorrow, Angels and the Phillies in town. The Reds are deleted, The Reds are diminished. The Reds are having difficulties. Thought they had too many infielders. Now we don't have nearly enough. So we'll see what happens. But at least they come back still above five hundred and a terrible division. Keep hope alive, Karen, I Forgus tells me to keep hope alive. That's what I'm going to do.

After one o'clock today, will be a expert on transgender rights. You may not know it because our media won't report this, except for ABC News. I'll give them a little bit of credit. They did report this, ABC News, not the other ones that Europe has been after this transgender rights issue for the last ten to fifteen years, which involves hormonal blockers and eventually surgery. And you know, the argument is, well, if we don't go

through this, teenagers are going to kill themselves in ever increasing numbers. The facts, the statistics do not bear that out whatsoever. There's underlying emotional and mental difficulties that causes a person to identify differently than they truly are, and so about a week ago the UK Britain said no more hormonal blockers and of

course no surgery for those under the age of eighteen. The facts indicate that going through the procedure has no different health consequence, mental or otherwise than not going through it. But most importantly, you make it difficult and not impossible for these boys and girls to reproduce themselves. That certainly surgery would do it. When you cut off of boy's testicles, it is hard to reproduce. And as far as women are concerned with girls who transition, that their hormonal

blockers destroy their reproductive system. And so a fifteen or sixteen year o women making a decision that has lifetime consequences. So Britain and other European countries said, we can't do it anymore. We're done getting mental health services. Of course, if I'm a human being and i think I'm an ardvark love to eat ants, or if I'm a male thinking I'm a female, or vice versa, or I choose one of the one hundred and ten genders who identify

with the activities of that person is an immature teenager. Imagine when you were a teenager making lifelong decisions that you're stuck with for the rest of your life. Would you want to do I don't think so. I don't think so. And so America is going one way follow the money, and Europe's going the other way. Based upon facts and statistics. ABC News, to their credit, put out the story. But it's not being well received, of course, and so we're going to deal with that after one o'clock today.

But until then, I found this case out of Clark County to hom of Wittenberg University fascinating because it is ever increasing difficulty in today's world with AI, etc. And I relate it to you. A friend of mine tragically passed away, and he asked me to keep an eye on his wife, and of course I said, I'll do anything I can. So I was in Naples, Florida, and our community there a few months back. I get a call from that darling woman who said, I think I may have made

a mistake. And I said, okay, what happened? And she said her PayPal account mysteriously had twenty thousand dollars put into it, and that the day before she got a call from a PayPal law enforcement official saying she would be arrested if she didn't return the twenty thousand dollars, and then an Uber driver was coming over to collect the cash the next day. Now, sadly, that person went and then collected twenty thousand dollars in cash and brought it

back. I use the name Teresa, she calls me, and the Uber driver was on his way to pick it up. I go over there. I call a friend of mine and to call your county Sheriff's department, and he meets me there and secreach his car. Were waiting for the Uber driver to get in. Couldn't come through the gated community, so he didn't come in. There were two cars that showed up, but it wasn't admitted. We discussed whether to admit the Uber driver and then arrest him or do whatever,

but that the cop said, let's not do. I said, okay, you played out any way you want. Then the cop got it. And then the person got a call saying, you know what, our Uber driver couldn't get in. What's going on. Then the cop got on the line and read that person the Riot Act. And guess what, No last three or four months have been difficult, but nonetheless Terry is okay in a

sense. So when I saw this case out of Clark County with AI, had a person here working at the station, had a relative, the same thing happened, an older person did it bail money, and AI created the voice of the granddaughter, perfectly created the voice calling the grandfather saying only two

thousand dollars to get out of jail. And this eighty one year old man living in Calark County no previous record, has now been charged with murder after allegedly shooting an Uber driver who thought the Uber driver was picking up a package from the man's house. Both appeared to have been victims of a scam telephone

call. The Uber driver, Lolita Hall, was shot multiple times by a eighty one year old William Brock. Brock, who had called nine one one, hit an injury to his head in the ear that's not described how that happened, and UH investigators discovered that Brock had earlier received a scam call about an incarcerated relative, which had involved threats and demands for money. An unknown man told Brock over the phone he needed twelve thousand dollars to get his nephew

out of jail. Brock told police to call a threat and to kill him and his nephew if he didn't pay the ransom immediately, and the same caller called an uber driver. Hall picked it up on the app pick up a package from Brock's house. She simply goes there pick up the package. Hall, the uber driver was not aware that Brock had been threatened at all.

Miss Hall, the future decendent suffers from medical conditions, unarmed, made no threats or assaults, and Brock, eighty one year old man held a Hall at gunpoint, demanded to know the identity of the people who called him who had his nephew. Here is some of the nine to one one call at the eighty one year old man to made the Clark County Dave hit it right. The first time I saw her on the shoulder. Why did you do that? Because I was threatened that she was going to come and kill me.

It's the guy on the phone center here, sooding me out on the side. I was trying to get money from you, and she was knocking on the door at the same time. Yeah, And he would tell me he's kill me and the family and everybody else around. Well, that's why you did it. You heard James Bogan discuss this, and that is the crime. You can't claim temporary insanity. That doesn't work in Ohio. There's

only two forms. One incapability of counseling in your own defense at trial, or two, at the time the commission of the offense was occurring, you didn't know the difference between right and wrong and couldn't conform your behavior to the dictates of the law. Neither of those circumstances apply this point. Brought is

charged with lots of crimes, including murder and kidnapping, floonious assault. Is being held on two hundred thousand dollars bond, but he may get out on bond, and the Clark County Sheriff's Department would like to take an opportunity to again remind residents, especially old folks, that no law enforcement agency, no i RS agent, or court will make contact with anyone in the manner in

this case to solicit cash. And Uber on Wednesdays said it was in touch with law enforcement and committed to supporting the investigation, saying this is a horrible, horrible event, which of course it was so in the case will work us way through the court. The uber driver is dead, died over several hours, shot in the arm, in the leg, and bled out. The eighty one year old man, no previous record, scared to death,

is going to face likely the rest of his life in prison. And as a consequence, all of us must be alert to individuals who pretend to be government officials that or uber drivers or whatever that are frightening and scaring especially older folks, or anyone delivering these messages. And it's happening time after time after time after time. And this is one of thousands of scams conducted every day.

And Melissa Powers, the county prosecutor, is going through a whole program in nursing homes, etc. Tell older folks that you can't be scammed in such a way. They're very susceptible. And because of AI, you can duplicate someone's voice to make it look as if someone really is in trouble. Never ever ever give your money out the door. Call nine to one one, get someone there and see what's going on. We'll see what happens. Secondly, thirdly, and fourthly, there's no question that we have a president

right now who's mentally incapable of discharging his duties. And he had an appearance yesterday and Dave, if you can get ready the cannibal comment. This is a president who claims his son Bo was in a flag draped coffin at Dover Air Force Base coming off of C five a transport when he died in a hospital here had no idea. This is a president who said at a deposition about six months ago that he couldn't recall the years he was the vice president.

This is a president who claims that he was the first in his family to go to college when his grandfather, this going back to the first part of the twentieth century, as a college All American in college, he graduated from college, and Joe Biden would talk about his grandfather as a great football player in college. Forgot about that completely. This is a president who claimed he was raised by Puerto Ricans in a black church supported by disabled eskimos.

This is a president who claims the train he would take the train over the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore all the time. Well, the bridge is well south of Washington, and Biden traveled between Washington and Delaware which is north of Washington, not south. And also that bridge has no train tracks attached to it. Okay, so he simply doesn't know what he's talking about. We got corn Pop. We have the president talking about the sun bleaching his

dark hair and his legs blonde. So little black boys he called cockroaches would come up and stroke his leg. Corn Pop was a bad dude. And he's integrating mentally. So yesterday he's in uh, Pennsylvania. You might have remembered. Yesterday I was with you and I looked to my left at Chiron and CNN said Biden campaigning Trump in court. Absolutely, that's what's planned. So here is the brief comments. Yesterday a president Joe Biden making up stories

about his uncle who was shot down and possibly eaten by cannibals. Dave hit it. When I left scranted today, I wanted to go to the warmer world that has the names of all the Scrantonians who died in World War Two etched into granted wall because I wanted to see my uncle Bothy Ambrose Jay Finnigan where his name was etched back and when D Day occurred, and on Sunday the next day, my mother's four brothers all went down to the concruiting station

and joined the military, every one of them volunteer. And my uncle and they called him Ambrose Brosie, they called him Bozi. My uncle BOSEI is a hell of an athlete, they tell me. When he was a kid and he became an Army Air Corps before the Air Force came home. He used to those single engine planes as reconnaissance over war zones. And he got shot down in New Guinea and they never found the body because there used to be here a lot of cannibals, for real, in that part of New

Guinea. But one of the things that I was that I was doing it today, I was reminded of what my opponent said in Paris not long ago. They asked him to go visit American grave sites. He said, no, he wouldn't do it. Is they were all suckers and rosiers. Oh, I'm not making that up. Staff was withn't acknowledge it today, suckers and losers, and then undeserved and then the commander chief for my son, my uncle well at number one Bolton Domestic policy advisor Donald Trump said that story

about suckers and Losers is a lie. It was made up by left wing propagandists to put Trump in a bad light. There is no evidence of him ever saying that. But more importantly, Joe Biden believes that his uncle Finnegan

was eaten by cannibals. So the US Department of Defense put out a message on this earlier today in which it said they had a record of Finnegan going down in the Pacific Ocean many miles off the coast of New Guinea, and his body was not recovered, and he was They assume he went down with the airplane. There's no evidence that cannibals even existed in New Guinea in the nineteen forties. In Bob d Day was on a Tuesday, not on a

Sunday. That's a small point for this guy. But he now believes his uncle is being eaten by cannibals, that his son died in a rock, that he traveled with trains over the Key Bridge when it had no train tracks. He believes he's the first in his family to graduate from college. He believes that he was in the top of his class in law school when he was at the bottom. And he also believes that the moon is made of cheese, that the earth is flat, and so we have a president who

is mentally vacuous and empty. The media other than CNN and a few others will not deal with the fact that he makes up things such as raised by a Puerto Rican family and a Black church, and that disabled Eskimos would help him with his studies. He is disintegrating mentally before our very eyes. And lastly, we have two federal prosecutors who have said that Joe Biden is mentally incompetent to stand trial on felony charges of violating laws relative to top secret documents

classified documents, the same thing that Donald Trump is under indictment for. You have Robert Hurr, prosecutor appointed by Mary Garland to look into the illegal behavior of Joe Biden, who said about three months ago that he is so frail and elderly with no memory he can't stand trial on felony criminal charges that he obviously committed while in office. How big of a story was out in the

mainstream media hardly at all. That doesn't mean that other people can commit crime and get away with it, but it does mean there is selective prosecution that Democrats, whether it's Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, Barack Husain Obama or Joe Biden or Kamala Harris can mishandled top secret documents classified information with impunity, and the prosecutors take on the role of judges to determine that if their clients, that is, Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden are not competent to stay on trial

in one case and in the other case. James Comy, on the eve of the twenty sixteen election said as the prosecutor, telling the prosecutor when he's the cop, don't bring these charges when that had nothing to do with his duties as a cop FBI agent investigating. So it depends not what you do. It depends the political affiliation that you hold. That's the important stuff.

It is ridiculous. We can have a president who's mentally incompetent, who makes things up about his own son's death and his uncle will be eaten by cannibals, can sit in the Oval office with his finger on the nuclear trigger. That's the guy. The Democrats are saying, he's our representative, Go get

him. It's truly unbelievable. I let's continue with more if a line becomes available seven four nine seven pounds, seven hundredth at and T. When I share this cannibal comp with a friend of mine, a friend of mine said to me, imagine if Donald Trump had said that his uncle was eaten by cannibals in New Guinea and it was all a lie, made it up. What would the media do with that? Or that Donald Trump traveled and trains over the at Franciscott Key Bridge all the time when there was no train tracks

there. He couldn't have done it. And imagine if Donald Trump made up all this crap about being raised by Puerto Ricans in a black church, what would happen without Or if Donald Trump had called little black boys cockroaches as Joe Biden did. What the media would do with all that stuff? It matters not what you do, It matters your political affiliation. Well, let's continue and later on after one o'clock, we have an expert in transgender rights Europe.

The socialist in Europe are going one direction and Americans are going the other. And I want to ask my expert guests coming up, what happens if you live because of the Tenth Amendment, which says, if it's not in the Constitution, it's reserved of the states and to order the people. If you've live in a blue city, a blue county, and a blue state, and you listen to the culture that you are now transgender, and you go through all the treatments eventually ending in surgery, and ten or fifteen years

go by and you can't reproduce yourself. Mom and dad have no grandkids. Should the rest of us really care that much of liberals are killing their babies, and liberals want their kids to transition to be what they're not. And I've clearly said before if I was if I was a woman, i'd be a lesbian. I get that, but I would never transition to something that

I'm not encouraged and pay for by Medicaid and other government programs. If they want to do it to themselves, maybe as Americans we should wash our hands and say, well, you're not reproducing, you're mutilating, and you're young. That's on you. The rest of us move on with good American life, but maybe you we're not built that way. We want to help their own children when they won't help themselves. But in order to keep all the anger going, all the money flowing in the liberals, the left got to come up with new costes all the time. Chris and Fattus and once again, welcome to the Bill

Cunningham Show. First of all, can you give us a general overview as we sit here toward the end of April relative to what's happening with transgender rights when it comes to a fifteen year old girl who thinks she's living in a fifteen year old boy's body, Well, what is generally? Where are we now? Yeah, I mean we're at this point. Now we're in the US. We're starting to you know, well, I'm not starting to I mean, we're fast down the lane and pushing for these young people to be

able to make these decisions for themselves. Meanwhile, they're not legally able to smoke by a lottery ticket or drink, but we think that they can make these life altering decisions when their brain's not even fully developed as we know scientifically, and they've known for for you know, many many years, and so

that's where we are. I mean, it's a huge push. What I think is insane is that, you know, obviously in Europe they've been doing this for some time, and they're actually rolling the curtain back, and yet we're marching straight down the field, going in the same wrong direction that they went ten years ago, even though the evidence now is clear that this is not effective, it does not help, and actually it's harming these children in

more ways than just the mutilization mutilation that's happening. Fortunately, we're slow to this game, but in Europe, and Europe is largely lost. It's a socialist tape and there's no rights individuals have in Europe, and they've been doing this for about fifteen or twenty years. Kind of put a sharper point on the studies out of Europe that indicate that transgenderism doesn't solve a problem, it creates other problems, and that it ruined someone's reproductive systems for life. Explain

the studies in Europe. Of course, facts ought to matter except to a socialist liberal. Facts don't matter. It's the ideology that does. But explain what Europe has found. Yeah, I mean, you know, a couple of years ago now the London actually shut down their main gender clinic that the government was funding because they were finding that it was ineffective and there was lots

of issues and problems. And now as further studies have come out, a recent study by doctor Hillary task is showing that there's no good evidence on the long term outcomes of interventions to manage gender related to stress, which the interventions she's speaking about primarily are hormonal treatments and puberty blockers. And the life and ideology really like what she's made it clear ideology on all sides of directed care

rather than being directed by normal principles of pediatrics and mental health. And that's a quote from a research scientist in the UK. And you know, I tell you, Bill, what's really interesting to me is even ABC has published this study, which I thought was very surprised, surprising that even ABC News is speaking about this. But the reality is that the signs are all there,

and this is not effective. It's actually harming these children. We've seen plenty of other studies to show that it actually increases suicidal ideation and actual suicide, not the other way around. Stay on that point. I see these ridiculous pre printed signs that say you want to kill transgender kids, that the

goal of normal Americans says, say, now, wait a minute. If you're sixteen years old and you can't buy a beer, and you can't buy a lottery ticket, and you can't smoke a cigarette, but you can agree to have your genitals cut off or go through transition drugs, We'll give you that opportunity. And the argument as well, transgender kids generally have mental disorders

of one type or another which is manifested through transgenderism. But we don't give a kid the opportunity of making life altering decisions much like buying a bud light, which you can't legally do. But respond to the fact that you are trying to kill transgender kids. Yeah, yeah, even the statement is just so, it's so ridiculous right to say. I mean, especially when you think about the amount of the stuff that's coming out, and even people like

you and I, what are we talking about. We're talking about our concern that we're actually making life worse and we're having a child. We all know what it was like to be a teenager. Yeah, I mean, you and I. How many decisions, if they were permanent would we be regretting

today? Right? And there's probably something we still have. You know, we probably all have some permanent decisions we made, and the reality is we're all maybe most of us almost, I'm sure all of us, and especially many of these research scientists, these doctors who are speaking out are very concerned about the safety and the life of these children who should not be pushed down this path of gender ideology and mutilation and hormone therapy. It's the exact opposite.

In fact, we want to see their dignity respected and upheld, them to see them see them nurtured through this process, which, by the way, studies have shown if you simply affirm the gender, you simply affirm the child and work with them through their struggles, they will on their own merits. They will eventually change their minds and choose their given gender. And so

that's all that people are trying to say. We want to love them as who they were created to be and help them get there right and not sit here and do all these awful things at such a young age. And again the studies showing there's nothing here about ideology. This is what science is saying, this is what the actual medical professionals are saying, who are not ideologuists. Well, the hospitals are making a boatlow of money. But let's be

snarky, my producer snark. Let's be snarky, Tony Bender style. Let's be snarky. Let's say, okay, if women want to kill their own unborn babies, because the only way you get pregnant today with all the birth control available unless it's rape for incests, which is less than one percent of abortions, and if you want to kill your own baby, after all, it's one less liberal. And if you're a liberal parent and you want to take the demands of a fifteen year old and play into that by giving them

hormone reducing or explosive drugs and surgeries, that's on you. The liberals are destroying their young, either by killing them in the womb or by transitioning them. That's the snarky approach. Why should normal people like you and I'd be concerned about that. If that's what liberals want to do to their kids, kill them or sexually mutilate them, why should we care? Yeah? Well, I think we care because I think we all know what God created us

for. I think that's what it is. I think at the end of the day, as frustrated as we all get and as snarky as we all get, and believe me, Bill, I've been there, you know, the reality is we want to see these people succeed. And we know that man is capable of much more than what we're doing in this country. And and I just you know, I think there's there's greater hope for these folks, even though they're maybe their parents are leading down this path and they're they're

you know, far gone. There's hope for these children if we can give them what they what they actually need. And I think there's an opportunity we can solve societals ills by societies you know ills by by giving you know truth, giving them you know, good medical care, giving them good solutions to the problems they face, you know, and and those things will actually turn someone around into into who they were created to be. So yeah, it's

it's hard though, because you're right in some ways, we do. I've heard this conversation many times. The one good thing about, uh, some of this, you know, the the bed towards liberals is they don't recreate, so they don't procreate. So therefore those people will go away, and those of us who have seven or more kids, or five or more kids, we're going to be the most populated in the earth, and so these ideas will go away and we'll be back to a level footing. And that

there's certainly a truth to that for sure. Fifteen twenty years ago, the United Kingdom the UK began these transgender blocking hormones and surgeries. They quote earlier this month quote there is no good evidence on the long term outcomes of interventions to manage gender related distress. The UK public health system has stopped prescribing dangerous

puberty blocking hormones for children. Earlier this month, there was a I saw a Gallup poll taken in which twenty five percent of incoming freshmen, especially females, identify as binary non gender, sexual fluid, gay, bisexual, lesbian, whatever it might be, they pick one of the other one hundred and ten genders. How come twenty five percent of all the students and it breaks down to about forty percent of the females and about twelve percent of the males

going to college consider themselves to be different than what they truly are. In fact, it is a thing in college to have an alternative lifestyle and to be a different gender, maybe transfluid. How come that's the case? Is the culture? Is it trying to get attention? Well, how come the number so large when we know the numbers probably closer to two or three percent.

Well, yeah, I mean the reality is there's a massive social engineering project that's been going on for probably longer than ten years, but certainly out in the open for the last ten years. And if you think even you know, you even look at you know, the Bruce Jenner Caitlyn Jenner, you know story, which was probably what ten ten or so years ago, it was unfathomable that we would be talking about this. But ever since then,

this has turned and now you have these conversations happening in schools. You have teaching, you have teaching happening about it. You have clubs talking about it, you have you know, all kinds of media and social media content pushing these kids to think this way. So it's a massive engineering and and you know, we can call it culture, but the reality is it's absolutely driven, directed, and organized. Right. It's not just that it's not

just organic culture. There is a pushed, an ideological you know, engineering happening right now, and that's pushing the numbers to you know, new heights.

I mean that there was it was less than a percent of a percent of people who were considered themselves transgender, you know, ten maybe fifteen years ago, right, And so that's happening the other side of it, as you've seen, and this is one of the big concerns in some of these medical studies is what you're seeing is children, teenagers, you know, adolescents who are going to counselors, school counselors, or mental health counselors for just

basic things. Right, I'm depressed, I'm alone, i steel abandoned, I don't know who I am, you know, I don't have any friends. Whatever it is, they're being led down this path of gender ideology. They're being athnic you know, they're not coming thing. I don't feel like a boy, I feel like a girl. They're coming to stay. I

feel alone, I feel abandoned, I feel I feel confused. And these counselors are leading them down this path, these these programs out there leading them, those stuff on the web is leading them down this path with gender ideology. So these are real concerns. And that's one of the reasons why that you take when it shut down was because what they found, and they especially when they studied it after, was that most of these kids who came to

them were not properly. They were not coming for gender ideology. They were being led to that path. And many of them this was kind of pushed on them, this idea of homone blockers and all of that, and it only made the problems worse. Well, I want to share with the American people the Tenth Amendment to the US Constitution and essentially says that and the so

called Bill of Rights. The Tenth Amendment says that if certain duties and obligations are not part of this Constitution, it is up to the states of the people. I defy anyone to look in the US Constitution and find the word abortion or transgender rights. It doesn't exist. And that means it's up to what It's up to the people to decide these things, which is what the

Trumpster are saying. So you have a posting here about the United States Supreme Court agreed to let an Idaho law protecting children from dangerous gender transition drugs and surgeries go into effect. And so what do you say to those blue cities and blue states that are liberals and socialists rome wild like in New York and Connecticut, all the kill the Jews and the tiki torches at Columbia University in

California. The people in those states things transgender rights one of the Ten Commandments. I mean, for God's sakes, what do you say to the kids who live in the blue city, blue state that are misled by the system, by their culture, and they want to go through hormonal blockers and then surgery and the parents say okay, the doctors say okay, and it happens.

What do you say to those kids? Yeah, well, I would say, first of all, for parents, it's high time, especially in these blue states and blue cities, to take over the education of your child and and don't allow them to have control of your child for twelve years. I just don't think it's it's not even a prudent decision anymore because of where we're headed. And that's even in some red states. I mean we we

have you know, even in my whole state of Arizona. Things are decent, but there's some concerns, right some of these things are still happening, and so you know, I believe firmly that we've got to take over the education of our children and keep them out of the hands of these ideologues and social engineers who are trying to try to bring about this this new paradigm. That's that's my number one thing. I mean, you just you got you've

got to be in control. It's the same reason why we started our own healthcare program, because we want we realize we cannot trust the insurance bureaucrats, the government system to our family healthcare because they're going to manipulated abuse it as much as possible. And so we opted out and we said we're going to do our own thing. And that's that's an important piece. I think it's time for these parallel economies to come about, for you and I to have

a place to do business. And to serve our families and make sure that they're not being led down these paths whether we like it or not. And I don't like it. But on December fifteenth, seventeen ninety one, during the first term of George Washington, the Tenth Amendment was ratified sufficiently by the States, and it says any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government nor withheld from the States, are reserved to those respective states or to

the people. And so there it is. If you live in a blue sitting and a blue state and your kids being coerced because of mental difficulties or challenges to a change gender, and the parent says yes, the doctor says yes, and the hospital system says absolutely. Medicare, Medicaid will pay for it. Let's get it done. It's time to get the hell out.

And just to kind of conclude Chris Fattus of Solidarity Healthcare, and for the liberals who want to kill their unborn babies and transition their girls to boys and boys to girls, the long term consequences are gonna have any grandchildren because it doesn't work that way. And if that's the kind of world they want to live, And so be it and as Tony Bender would say, it's their rules. Live with it, kill your babies, transition your teenagers, and

suddenly liberalism will die out. Not a bad idea, all right, Chris? How did the American people get a hold of you? What is your website? Yeah, visit us at Solidarityhealthshare dot o RG solidarityhealthshare dot org. And uh or you know policy four four five one three four one three just give us our website. I don't remember what Solidarity healthcare dot org. And lastly, we have a terrible case, uh locally in which a mother gave

birth to a full term baby and I suppose smothered the little baby. And uh now she's under murder indictment. If the same thing had happened a week earlier in the womb, guess what, every it would be completely legal, But a few hours later it's murder. Even Bill Maher understands what's going on. If Bill Maher understands what's going on, you know, maybe the life

maybe he has a few lucid moments. But once again, Chris Fattus of the Soolidary heealthcare dot org, thanks again for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. We sound the alarm. Hopefully people listen. Thank you God, bless Thanks still, God, bless America. Let's continue with more. Should we care? For some reason? I do, But if you want to kill your own all liberals, something can be said for long term benefits. Bill

Cunningham, News Radio seven hundred. You wel of you side World War two etched into a granite wall because I wanted to see my uncle Bosey Abrews Jay Finnigan where his name was etched back. And when D Day occurred, and on Sunday the next day, my mother's four brothers all went down on the recruiting station and joined the military, every one of them volunteer. And my uncle they called him Ambrose Brosie, They called him my uncle Bose. It's a hell an athlete, they tell me. When he was a kid,

and he became an Army Air Corps before the Air Force came on. He used to those single engine planes as reconnaissance over war zones. And he got shot down in New Guinea and they never found the body because there used to be a lot of cannibals for real in that part of New Guinea. A census taken once tried to test me, I ate his liver with some father beans, had a nice pndy. He quiets, I'm broadcasting, and we have a moment of silence for the body of Uncle Joe Biden, whose body

was eaten by cannibals. Him a moment of silence, remember the silents? Where's New Guinea? Where's that at It's out in the Pacific somewhere. Well, he said it wrong, He said, well, it was a wrong day for D Day. Well that's that's a small It was bad weather on that day for him not to remember Tuesday it was good. But uh, uncle down with the cannibals. And then Anthony hackelbozy silence of the lambs. If he knew of Gunny Cunningham could have huh. I've had a long history

maybe so, I don't know. I'm just saying, have you ever thought about having a bottle of nice kiante with a liver on the side? Raw? No? Thanks, No. By the way, the US Department of Defense said, yes, I have no Okay, the US Department of Defense said that's not true. But nonetheless, let's not deal with facts. Yeah. No, because we have a president who thinks his uncle was eaten by

cannibals. Was he there? Uh, it's an urban legend, kind of like him going over all those train tracks in the Franciscott Key Bridge that had no train tracks. Remember that one over that bridge many times between Washington and Delaware. But Baltimore's hundred miles south. That's irrelevant segment. Don't bring up

facts. Don't bring up facts from studio visitors. Today, Rachel Koffler is here along with her her older husband Rick, and they want a big deal of being a guest on the Stude's reporting meals, on which smiling and Rachel hold up to Mike there a minute, Mike on, Dave, you are an accountant. Correct, You've got nothing to do right now. So I got a question he wanted and he said, why didn't you ask it? And I said, we got an accountant here. Rachel knows about here's the

deal. He's got tangible and intangible assets. He has several methods of depreciation, as you know, declining, double method some of your digits, or straight lined depreciation. Yeah, that's only what that means ahead, that's on the chicken you take home with you. Oh okay. And he wants to know what method of depreciation to use based upon the tangible assets and depreciable value left, which one of the three best might be better? Is what the

segment asked. I would have to deferge and tell you to consult your tax advisor. Okay, do you have a tax advisor? H and R Block and Monroe. Okay. He goes in there with a stock of papers. So they say, just give me your wallet. Well, yeah, the Feds are paying me and I get something back from Governordwine, So thank you. What do you owe? Just leave it here? Just leave it here. Let's see, those Reds were swept by Seattle yesterday,

Willie, no kidding. The lone hit of the day was a home run by Ali d la Cruz in the second inning. Seventh time in Red's history they've been held to one hit, and that loan hit being a home run. Really the last time it happened April twenty fifth, twenty thirteen against the Washington Nationals. Joey Vado Homward, who was president in twenty thirteen. I have no idea. Please continue. Red's go three and three on the trip, nine and nine on the season. Red's pischers issue twenty walks in

three games. Red's hit or struck out thirty one times. There's a couple of boys in the light up now, that couldn't hit me if they rolled me to home plate. Couldn't hit a beach ball with an ironing board or use an ironing board, right said? That's true. Day off today, a seven game homestand commence us tomorrow night with the first of three up against the Mike Trout and Los Angeles Angels without shoey Otani is he's still betting getting gambled? I think, I think so. Yeah. What about that porter

If you yes, absolutely sig better call H and R block. Uh. Let's see Angels reliever and former Red Robert Stevenson out for the season with an elbow injury. Everyone has, of course, the Reds. He was the Reds first round pick in twenty eleven, pitched here in twenty sixteen to twenty twenty. In the offseason, he signed

a three year, thirty three million dollar deal. Stevenson signed at thirty three. Put my fat rear end on the mound. If he gets thirty three million. I can throw it over that you can too, at seventy seven years old, seventy six course enough. Also Red's news, Who's hurt reliever Ian Jabbo? Who? Ian Jibbo sounds like a kind of whine from the Charnay section. His return from the IL now has been delayed by a setback with his forearm that he injured in spring training and then was on the IL

a little while ago. Tuesday, in a rehab assignment, he gets an he gets an exam today. So this was the star relief pitcher or one of them in the Reds bullpen hadn't thrown a pitch yet. Gratulations Percell Marion star in two time two time Miss Ohio Basketball d Alexander made it official yesterday. She's staying right here. I'm glad and the Queen City. Caitlin Clark, oh you know we talked about the other day. She's only going to make seventy six thousand dollars a year in the WNBA. Don't feel sorry for her.

I do feel she's very close to landing a twenty million dollar deal with Nike and her own signature shoot Bingo twenty mil also not way she deserves it. I'm in and I and it looks like too. That three o'clock Toledo transfer guard Dante Maddox junior average fifteen points per game for the Rockets last year in the MAC is headed to the Xavier Musketeers. I like that, so we'll

see what happens. Since I went from Xavier at Toledo law school, he's going from Toledo to xaviert you'll be a lawyer one day and sue people. And it's one week one week from today, Detroit, Michigan, the site of the National Football League Draft. A lot of guys are one week away from becoming zillionaires, all taxable. There you go. Don't you have to go to H and R Block and Monroad for that friend where you were in friends? Weren't you? She was named after me? Also? Will?

He went on to let me ask you a question. Then, Let's say you're in a blue city in a blue state with big taxes. Let's say you're in Detroit of New York and you're one of these bonus babies. Can you sign the bonus contracts, say in Texas, and say the contracts for ten million, you get a million dollar bonus. Can you sign the contract in Texas, which is a non state income tax state, but you earn the money in New York City? I think the taxi authorities in New York

City would not go for that segment. Hear that? Yeah? All right? Also, Willie, they may want to bring this guy up a little early. His name is one of the Red's top pitching prospects. Luis May the Dayton Dragons made team history the other night by throwing a pitch one hundred and three miles an hour. You'll be on the d L by July. Remember Hunter Green? Probably how about this last night Boston and Cleveland game took one hour and forty nine minutes, the quickest game, nine inning game since

June of twenty ten. An hour and forty nine hour and forty nine minutes. Tanner Hawk got got the shutout? Was it cold? No? Be guesse. Well, you ought to know that being a fine tuned athlete that you are F one I'm gonna f one formula type athlete. Yeah,

You've got to face the music, Rachel. I mean, I think how many NDAs is that

guy paid all of them? Probably if you was sex with you, seig, would you do it? And you take a little end da down the road? What co Rocky Boyman go on only fans? That's I'm glad you brought that up. Rocky Boyman wants to open something only the fan account you know what that is? Yeah, I heard that. I heard you guys talking about it. And he wants to have women age appropriate him thirty forties and fifties topless eating a banana. Do you think women of your age would

There's always a segment of the population that will pay a sick segment population usual stuff watching meet a banana in his backyard in Harrison, Yes, topless those that public population of this segment is typically not an accountant. Thank you well. I think it was suspended yesterday without pay. I'm not sure really that's what I heard. Oh wow, the

I caught some serious flack online for saying what I said about an hour and a half ago, and I'll say it again, and I'll p it out there to you, the American people, and that is this. I think the abortion issue has largely been resolved now. The media wants to keep it alive because it benefits Joe Biden and hurts Donald Trump. They don't report the news. Their a media outlet controlled by the Democrat Party, mainstream media, and so set back and look at

where we are because of the Tenth Amendment and other reasons. And even Ruth Bader Ginsburg said Roe versus Wade was incorrectly decided because it's not in the Constitution, in which case is up to the states and or the people to decide how to conduct their own affairs. We're in a constitutional republic, We're not in a democracy. So when they did that, it guaranteed that half the country, the Blue cities and Blue states, would have abortion on demand through

birth and beyond. That's the way it operates, and that about another half of the rest of the states will be somewhere in the middle, and then some of the states will be far on the right side, which I think is the correct side, trying to tech human life from the moment of conception to natural birth. I'm sorry, natural death, from natural birth to natural death. And that's where I am as a practicing a Roman Catholic, and that's where I'm going to be the rest of my life, I pray to

God. However, I cannot convince you that I'm right, and I doubt

you're going to convince me that I'm wrong. And a recent decision by the Circuit Courts of Appeals to be decided by the Supremes by June is going to put the issue to rest completely, and that the questioning seemed to indicate that if the issue is in the states, which it clearly is, and the pharmaceutical manufacturers in Illinois, Chicago, Connecticut, New York, whatever, want to ship through the postal service pharmaceutically approved abortion pills, and the US Supreme

Court appears to be allowing that to happen. That means you can be in the heart of Mississippi, Alabama, you can be anywhere in the country, and no power on this earth can stop a pharmaceutical company in California, through the postal Service or FedEx or whatever, to discreetly send you a package with abortion pills. And the issue then is up to each mother to decide whether or not to kill our unborn baby. Less than one percent of abortions are

caused because of rape or incest. Ninety nine percent are elective. There are some medical procedures that are required to evacuate an abortion of a fetus that is not going to be born alive or whatever, and I get that. But the great majority, over ninety five percent of abortions are healthy moms killing their own, healthy babies ninety five percent or more, and some states will allow

it, some states will not. But assuming the Supremes say, the FDA approve these drugs that we shipped FDA approved drugs all over the country for every purpose, every reason, and the government's not going to get in the business of telling the FDA the Supremes what drugs to approve and what drugs not to approve. That's not going to happen. Supremes have no special expertise on the safety and effectiveness of these drugs. The FDA has determined they are safe and

they are effective. And then because of the Tenth Amendment and the Dobbs decision, each state determines for itself the rules, and you can ship legally through the postal Service anything you want. So if this conservative US Supreme Court rules in a month or two that states like Mississippi and Alabama or Arizona, cannot stop the importation of drugs approved by the FDA, it's over done, Dunn done. Then it's up to individuals like you and I to win the hearts

and minds and souls of mothers to make wise decisions. Very rarely today does any mother get pregnant unintentionally. Oh my gosh, that was surprising. You got Plan A, you got Plan B, you got Plan C, you have condoms, you have IUDs, you got birth control pills, and if that goes awry within two to four days, you have Plan B. Go to Walgreens, get Plan B. There's no fertilization yet, and the babies

evacuated, and Plan C would be the abortion pills. Put all that together, and it's up to the hearts and minds and souls of mothers to determine to engage in behavior. Number one, abstinence would be a great idea. But nonetheless, I know that's a rather crude remark for a man to make. But nonetheless, I sit here having fought this for out of forty years,

and it's over. Especially if the Supreme's rule that these abortion pills can be shipped from state to state with impunity, and then what's the argument Planned Parenthood might have a difficulty because they may be out of business, which would be a great thing. Very few women now are going to abortion clinics. About two thirds of all the abortions in America today, and there's about three thousand every day are done pharmaceutically. They're not done in clinics, up in

the stirrups. No women know Number one, don't get pregnant unless you want to. And number two, if you do get pregnant, Plan b's there, and then you got Planned C, then you got Plan D, and Plan E. Going to an abortion clinic as a rarity today because of abortion pills. And then where we are the ubiquitousness of birth control. You might recall it. Maybe your grandmother does that delaying sexual marriage was required because of

the fear of pregnancy and the condemnation of society for that. That's done. That's over. And I also got some flag for saying, look, liberal mothers are killing their own babies, so why should we care? I do care. I care that Black females are about six percent of the US population, but I have fifty percent of the abortions. I would assume they're aborting their black babies, and numbers grossly disaportionate to any other racial group. And

what are the politics of black females ninety percent Democrats? So I get it. I understand where it is, but I care. I care about the children of Christopher Smitherman. I care about little black babies being killed. I care about that. Can I stop it? No? One of the wisest sayings I impart to young folks is God grant me the power to change the things in life that I can change. God grant me the patience to accept

the things in life I cannot change. And may God give me, most importantly the wisdom to know the difference and at some point hearts and minds absolutely. On the other hand, I can't stop what California, Illinois, New York does in their legislature. Can you? Is there any hope on the horizon of having constitutional conservatives running city or state governments in the Blue cities and

Blue states? Zero, zilch. No, it will never happen. In fact, of the eight cities in the state of Ohio having something like seventy five lawmakers on city council and mayors, you know how many Republicans are on the city councils and the eight large cities in Ohio, the answer would be zero. Doesn't exist. So if liberal females aboarding and not having babies one in a sense to procreate themselves out of existence like the Shakers did, have

at it, do it? And if twisted and turned, if moms and dads with their doctors and hospitals want to begin transition of their teenage boys and girls vice versa, resulting in no more kids, no more grandchildren. Have at it. You're killing and eating your own. And if that's the case, but God have mercy on you, because it's wrong. You will. You will be punished for this in this life for the next. And that's the way it is. And so I get it. I understand it.

I caught flack and I'm being somewhat tongue in cheek by saying the liberals are killing their own and not reproducing. But that's the facts. Those are the facts. Liberal female single females are overwhelmingly voting for Democrats, and they're the ones aboording babies, about three thousand every day getting aborted. And the abortion pills are game changers because physically you don't have to leave the comfort of your own home to abort your unborn baby. Healthy moms, healthy babies, kill

the babies. And that's the platform of CNN and the modern Democrat Party. So be it. That's my opinion. Opinions are like belly buttons. Everybody's got one. I'll catch flack on the right and I'll catch flack on the left. That's my opinion. And I'm never going to have a baby.

I don't think I'm not going to transition, but for a mom or a dad who truly loved their son or daughter to say, we will put you in a hospital, begin hormonal therapy and then transition you to another gender, knowing according to these studies out of Europe, it doesn't assist whatsoever with mental difficulties and causes long term reproductive collapse. Have ad it because it doesn't affect me other than having more conservatives voting, because conservatives tend to have babies and

liberals do not. Secondly, I brought this up briefly with James Bogan. One of the bedrocks of American criminal justice is equal justice under the law. That's the goal. Does it happen all the time, Absolutely not, nottt not, But that's the goal. The person the politics matters not. What is required is equal justice based upon the facts of the law. It's a principle. It's a very important one. It's a bedrock of American self government.

It's now in jeopardy because we have a president mentally disabled in office who his own Department Justice has said he's not mentally capable of sitting in a courtroom to answer the charges against him of wrongfully criminally retaining classified documents. That's not the job of Robert Hurr. That's the job of the judge, the prosecutor. The cop is making a decision not to file criminal charges as the so called investigating officer. Robert Hurr, special counsel appointed by Mary Garland, said

that Joe Biden is not mentally competent. Therefore that's not his job. His job is to file the charge. Then lets the judge the court determine whether or not he's mentally competent. But the US Department of Justice under Joe Biden, determining him to be mentally incompetent, said he can't stand trial because he's old and frail and has no memory. That is not equal justice under the law. That's wrong. We expect most judges to be neutral arbitrators of the

law. Aw In the New York case, Judge Juan marsha On has personally donated money to democratic causes, which is ethically challenged, including giving money to Joe Biden. It was a small amount of money, but you still can't do it. More importantly, his daughter has raised at least ninety three million dollars with twenty percent commission fees in campaign donations through her firm called Authentic Campaigns, and several times she's used the case involving her father to raise money.

Authentic Campaigns is a left wing political consulting firm based out of Chicago. Two of the top clients of her firm are Adam Shift and also Chuck Schumer ninety six million dollars according to The New York Post, the fact that Democratic campaigns and their affiliated consultants, including the judge's daughter, are profiting handsomely from the political persecution of Donald Trump should come as a shock to the American justice system.

That's not the way it's going to be, or that's not the way it should be. In this case, Mershawn's own daughter is making millions of dollars presiding over the uh impartial and fair trial of Donald Trump. If tens of millions of dollars is not enough to spur a recusal based upon a conflict

of interest, the appearance of a conflict certainly is. Of course, this keeping in track with what's happening in Atlanta, when Georgia recently demonstrated that the prosecutor Fanny Willis hired her lover, Nathan Wade, to manage the Trump prosecution, even though he had little or no prosecutorial experience, and over the last few years, Fanny Willis has paid him about a half of I'm sorry, three quarters of a million dollars of taxpayer money through the Fulton County District Attorney's

office that she benefited from taking these curious vacations around the world while Donald Trump was sitting in an Atlanta courtroom. That is sick, and it's sad, and the mainstream media won't deal with it because it benefits Donald Trump. But I just did. And if you're a low information voter, which most of us are, and you spend your time working and planning and getting meals together, etc. You have no information upon that I just gave you. It's

not available in the mainstream media. All you hear about is Donald Trump attacking the daughter of the judge. I thought she was a fourteen year old teenage girl with braces. No, she's thirty eight years old, a political or operative who's made personally millions of dollars benefiting off her father's sitting on the case.

Did you know that? Did you know Fanny Willis's Lover was paid three quarters of a million dollars to investigate Donald Trump, and Fanny Willis personally benefited from the appointment of public Moneys. Now she's under investigation by the FEDS for misusing federal money. Those are the prosecutors and the judge. Let's continue, by the way, tomorrow we scheduled Chris Cuomo and also Brigitque Gabriel. We'll see how that turns out tomorrow. But in the meantime, take off today,

Relax a little bit, Eddie and the Rock will be here. Reds Baseball off until Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, limping themselves back home. Nine to nine, still at it, still have a great chance, and they need to get their players back. And we need Hunter Green to start throwing more than four innings because he's not paid. It's like a part time starting pitcher. He's got to be the leader. I said at the Holy Grail on March to twenty eighth. This team this year will go as far

as Hunter Green will take them. And right now it's fifty to fifty or less. So let's continue, by the way, watching Fox News the last night, the Jews will not replace us kill the Jews. When Charlottesville happened, with the right wingers running around with tiki torches, how the media deal with that? Little or no information is provided to low information voters about to kill the Jews. Chant happening in major cities right now in New York City,

it's not a factor. Kill the Jews. Who in the world thought this would ever happen again? And these are the Democrats in New York City two twenty six, Home your Reds News Radio, seven hundred WLW. Meanwhile, in the enchented Castle, the princess, I'm so sad. Why are you crying? He's supposed to marry Prince Charming? Isn't that what you want? Are you kidding? He's not charming. Watch he's messy. You should see the bathroom after he showers, he leaves hair on the sew. What

are you going to do? I'm gonna listen to Eddie and Rocky. They always cheer me up. What about the prince? You marry him? And is Harry's so? Eddie and rock This afternoon to three on seven hundred WLW, Bill cunning and the Great America and for my friends, Aid Joseph Chevrolet and Coleray and ask your neighbor, friends and family. They all bought from Joseph at some time over the past half century or more. Special deals available

to everyone in the Tri States, the nation, and the world. Lisa twenty twenty four equinox only two ninety nine a month and the month of April plus tax entitled nine to ninety nine do its signing. How about you, as a Great American buying a great Chevy Malibu two twenty four brand new, Great selection only three twenty nine a month with twenty nine to ninety five down springing the savings right now at Joseph Chevrolet. Great selection, low interest rates,

low prices and a knowledgeable staff. Become a Joseph customer for life. As the Great American is done. Together, let's drive Joseph Chevrolet and Corrain, Joseph Chevrolet dot Com and Progressive Commercial. We know what trucker's time is money, and well there's a lot that can impact your time. Up real quick, I let we do this. You like that, I like that you're here. I like that you're here. I do that in my family after every game. So okay, well we'll start doing it to me and

we'll get along just fine. So question is hello quiet, and I'm broadcasting Doreg Doyle. He used to have on now and then, but he should be on fifteen thirty till he started saying bad words and too much. You couldn't hit that to see if that dump works. And let me say something, I'm not touching that. He's the Jason Williams of the Indianapolis Star. Yeah, I've heard of the guy. But what was the question to Caitlyn

Clark? What? I think there was a question? It was like the you know, she's been drafted by Indiana and she's taking questions from the media and he just holds up a yeah that heart sign people do like I'm doing right now, which I don't not a fan of, but uh, tough question, yeah, and just does that to her and she's like, you know, is there supposed to be a question here? He's like, no, I'm just kind of doing that to you, and she should reporter.

So yeah, I got to work for ABC or NBC covering the age where mess is ready to be called out at the drop of a hat. He does that, then I guess he apologized in a column today or something. So I don't know who got Clark's making a boatload of you know the reasons, got a twenty million dollars deal to wrap it up with Nike. Twenty mil. There you go, So so we can we can all just kind of relax the fact that she only makes seventy six thousand a year. She

actually makes much more than that twenty mili. It's a math problem. It's not it's not raised, not gender, not male female. Why do people pretend to not understand why w NBA players make less than Nbay lose money? I know, like why don't we pretend that we don't know the answer that question? Because liberals hate reality they want to make their own. And another

so many statements of mind. And another matter today about Caitlin Clark. There is I guess the the there's a team in Washington that plays in an arena with forty two hundred fans. They're moving it to the Capital One Arena, the home of the Bullets or the Wizards and the UH and the capitals were over twenty thousand. When she comes to town, then she'll make it.

They'll be packed and then she'll make the do go. But all these people that are crying that that there's not enough that they don't get paid enough. There's a way to get them to do that. That means, as phil Arenas, watch the games. But the same people that complain about not understanding why they don't get paid, they don't consume the product. So if all of you said are complaining just actually sat down and watched the WNBA, bought

season tickets, turn it on TV, and bought jerseys online. If you did all that, then the salaris would go up. It's easy economics. But they even they don't want to consume that product. The NBA brings in about twelve billion dollars a year. The w NBA brings in five hundred million. Now for those that are mathematically challenged, that's about twelve percent. And that's the way. That's the reason they make less money because they bring in

so little. Now, if that changes, which is pun I don't think it's likely, but it's possible. Maybe it does. I hope it does. I hope it fantastic, And that means people are watching. It'd be great rolls that or women are most of the population. So if your wife, your wife, and my wife said, you know what, I want to go watch the w NBA I'd be in a state of shock. But

number two, if women want to support women's sports, have easy. It's easy to change your money where your mouth is math segment All this is math. Will he the stoo reporters approach service, every local tame Star heating air conditioning dealers Tamestar quality you could feel in Cincinnati coul Schmid heating at Koolie five one three five three one sixty nine hundred sports before we get started. Virginia has authorized nil money for high school athletes. Here we go. It's just

the worst idea ever. Here we go. What if the little rock gets mill get a little nil money? What do you say that best idea ever? No? I does he want to stay next or Harrison or Deer Park. We don't know where he's going. He is in fourth grade. Nil. There's plenty of time. Nil. No money in fourth grade. Nil. He's not going to get a quarter unless he gets fifty cents a week. Chores left, center right anymore? They cut easy cutting grass. Yet No, because we live on a hill. He'd die if he cut see

milking cows or anything. He lives. You hurt your hand too? Are you okay? You're on the eye l like like the reds. I hit it with a hammer. I had a hammer on hit it in the morning, but you did headed in the evening all across this land. That's all I can say. Did you guys research only fans? Since I educated you both and DJ Hodge about this, did you get that letter about he wants

to see after this for some reason just to say hello? He said, your name, image and likeness locked up and if you go on only the fans and eat bananas half naked and make money off of at the station, wants a cut. Okay, so he got they just want to cut right. They got a sponsor for you well, speaking of Eddie, and I talked Tanya Rourke into getting an only Fans account, which is a lot right now? Hello, how much I suggest everyone going line your Twitter and encourage

her to follow through? How much a month? I can't say, but you know I get a whole deal. What about the d M d ms? You know if you d M there's extra things. Did you run this by justice? Yeah? Yeah, I don't know. I don't know a facilitator of that inquiring mind. You're gonna do what could be an order issued if she from on high the Supreme. If she quit w C p O and and started knowing fans in six months, she would make more money than

she does at w c BO. I guarantee you. But if you had Si Tricia here we go and tanyo'rourke together and a thropple, it's a Quinn tupple. How much money we're talking some serious jack. Yeah, we would have to We would have to do this show every day. We just manage that. I like that idea. What time you say yes or no?

Thinking about it? Because she said, there's already these sites. Like she said, anytime she's online and like takes a picture on Twitter and in the most professional way possible and like her feet are showing, she'll get just hundreds of like emails and messages and d ms and stuff. Foot fetishes. Yes, So what I said to her is this is happening regardless, and you're

not getting paid for it, why not just do it? But then if she put pieces of asparagus between each toe and took a picture, there's a market. There's people, there are people out there that like that, and I don't want to know them at all, but human being, why don't you do that and see what happened. I mean, think of the older women would like to see me, I think. And by the way, what between your toes? Yes, what about President Joe's uncle being eaten by

cannibals? And you tell me about it? Did I pulled that sound bite? If we have it? Uncle? What is a bo boozy? Boozy? He was eaten by cannibals? Departments Department of Defense that it didn't happen. But Uncle eaten by cannibals? Was it like a food desert? And when I left stranded today, I wanted to go to the warmer world that

has the names of all the Scrantonians who died in World War two. Granted wall because I wanted to see him, my uncle, Uncle Bosey Ambrose Jay Finnigan where his name was back then when D Day occurred And on Sunday next day, my mother's four brothers all went down out of the recruiting station and joined the military. Join the military, every one of them volunteer. And my uncle they called him Ambrose Brosie, they called him boys. It's a

hell of an athlete. And tell me when he was a kid and he became an Army air Corps before the Air Force came on each of those single engine planes as reconnaissance over war zones. They got shot down in Guinea and they never found the body because there used to be there a lot of cannibals, for real in that part of New Guinea. He was eating a lot of tried to test me. I ate his liver with some father beans and a nice candy. It's right in with a Biden, now, didn't he

Also he told that story like three times in the same day. Right, he's telling the same story. It also was on train tracks over the Franciscott Key. He was reminded they didn't have any train tracks, but he was on the bridge on a train. Nuclear button that guy right there. What if Donald Trump, my brother got cannibals on a trip to back in But there would be like a full scale, like well endowed commission that would seek to turn over every piece of paper to see if that was true or not.

Fifth twenty six again, is there it is? Media ignores it because it doesn't fit their diet tribes say, give me some sports and make it fast. Well, let's see Red's update. Reds with a day off to day after that three and three road trip. They need it. And he see Uncle Bosey on a spit with an apple in his mouth, naked being tirled around by a bunch of cannibals, and the Donner Pass medium rare, medium rare. I'll take you seven game hosts tomorrow night. The testicles,

who's eating the testicles? First of three up against the Angels and interleague action, all the action right here on seven underd WLW. I go to CNN, the PBS of cable news. No reference to all Donald Trump, talk about Trump. He's in he's in the courtroom. Don't you need his testicles? No? You, I have to think they look like hockey pucks. Bengals. Update one week from today in the National Football League, the draft

commences in Detroit, Michigan. Lance and I will be at the Holy Grail the clock, yes, and then I believe it's Moe and Tonia are after us, and then Austin and Chick. We have draft night covered for you, said boy, here's the CNN to him, the PBS a cable news. I defy you to find a story about Bowsey getting eaten by cannibals. It's all about Trump, Johnson, Trump and Johnson and then Johnson, then Trump and back to Trump and then Johnson. Take a look, there we

go. There's not one, not one referensent a the cannibals amazing his fingers on the nuclear button. Okay, this is the guy in charge of us. I want a little rock to get some nil money out of Harrison. That's what I want. So does he? Why not just saying I love this time your rourk idea, but run by Joe though, Man, Joe, it doesn't have to Joe, right, it doesn't have to be second, it doesn't have to be Yeah. But you know, because you have

foot fetish, they can look at her feet. These some guys segment like you could sit there and look at your face, like look at just look at it. Let me take a little shot like this and like Sarah Lee style and looking up. Yeah, you call it a selfie, I think is what you're looking for. Yes, you can do that, put a couple of pictures online and it don't have to be nude. But I mean, I think that's kind of the eventual goal of the subscribers. You can

start out slow. Those are the d MS kind of a deal. You know, you can start out slow just put your face on there and then your chest and makes three hundred thousand dollars a day on this the top earners on but A you makes three hundred thousand dollars. What did you do? What did you do? Nine million monthly? Nine million a month? What are we sitting there for? We're stupid? You don't look like is aa? Give me the can't? That's for sure? You got more like to

see me naked? There's a market big And that was a little tease, a little taste for him and say, hey, ladies, that's fine, I'll give you a little more, but I want more of those. Well I gave the half Monty. Ladies like the full Monty like a small price, and I mean small. They can well you know you you do that, then they're gonna they say, is that Willie or Ronaldo and a I will come and we'll get in the caca. He'll be Ca or Harry Kane. Harry Kane. There's a market. What's on the Big Show today?

Eddie is out. By the way, We're hoping Tanya actually comes back on her show next week. Not sure said no, she's done. Yeah, So Eddie's out alongside Jason today we have Sherry Coolidge right out of the gates. There's some talk locally, I'm sure you saw, but Cincinnati Futures Commission, Oh yes, yes, recommending more things be done to invigorate downtown. Fools will never accept that. But feeding people up on the metro buses are

walking across the street downtown and beat up that woman. About that the story last night, three or four kids beat up an older woman, crushed her in the hospital. Guess what immediately out of jail Juvenile court Judge Kerry Bloom said, let him go, same thing. Beat the an older woman crushed her terrible. She's an intensive care and the perpetrators are back in school. So we have a share at three. At three thirty five, we have James Rapine. He has his US see him on TV. This is a

mock draft. Three point zero is out. We're gonna go through it. We have our in fitness guy PJ. Street at four o'clock and much much more. Jason Williams. There's no question about that. There's one right there, all right, well, and that's when you'll be a lesbian. Absolutely, seg. I wish sire a dare who was save that one? Dave, save that one. It's another one. Say get us out of the students, report

police. William was on this day. At nineteen fifty, Dodger fans heard Vin Scully's voice over the airwaves for the first time. Over the next sixty seven years, he would turn baseball into poetry. You think Marty was here a long time in forty six years? Babet fifty seven? Seg who was president at nineteen sixty seven? Sixty? Who was president nineteen fifty? I got it right here? From Independence, Missouri? Harry S. Truman Bingo,

what did the S stand for? Sammy Samuel and by the way, not the secretary of Abraham Lincoln Stanton was named what his personal secretary was came into the secretary war anyway? Kennedy really and the personal name the name of John F. Kennedy secretary was named Lincoln. I have I have heard this? How about the Postmaster general under Lincoln, William Palmer Dennison. That's you. His great great great grandfather was Lincoln's postmaster general. Well that his father

Nineteen seventeen segment, Get me out of the Studge Report, please, Willy and Honor of rain Overnight, we leave you with the immortal words of the Stewed Report. And I made it clear to Israelis. Don't move on Haipha. It's just not I mean anyway. I just look who he did recently when Israel was attacked. Heipha. I've been in haifa Is, eighty miles north of Tel Aviv. Haifah has nothing to do with Gaza. That's a small item for the commander in chief. Yeah, smaller Rafa, right,
