Well, some of the reporting earlier today came out of Turkey that truly unbelievable stuff that somehow Joe Biden green lighted the attack by Iran in certain ways, and if that's true, that's an impeachable offense. But go back in time
a little bit. Saturday Night Live did a bit on News Nation and Curb your Enthusiasm entered, the News Nation entered the zeitgeis with them, and of course the main person on air during the right after the attack and during the attack was Leland Vitter, who can be watched Monday through Friday at seven o'clock on News Nation. It's a great take and News Nation is strong at the moment, going well, and Saturday Night Live's making fun of it, which
is a good thing. And Leland Verdert, welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And Leland kind of described for those who, in many Americans, believe it or not, don't pay attention to news, especially on the weekend. And so can you kind of give us an idea of the Iranian attack on Israel? What was it, what was the intent, how many missiles were fired, and what happened to those who have not been paying attention. You can look at this is one of two ways. Both are bad,
both are unprecedented. Either this was Iran probing Israel with hundreds of suicide drones timed up with cruise missiles and ballistic missiles so they all hit Israeli airspace at the same time. Or this was their main attack of trying to avenge the death of an Iranian Revolutionary Guard general. Either way, this was an act of war by Iran directly on Israel. There's no other way to look at
that. And the Israeli air defenses, along with US air defenses in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, the Brits helped the Jordanians helped to shoot down effectively all of the inbound Iranian munitions, and the Biden administration is basically saying, hey, look, no harm, no foul. Israel got this great victory because their missile shields worked and therefore, or we should just everybody should you know, in the words of President Biden, don't don't do anything now they pay
attention to that. Well, obviously the Iranians didn't pay attention. I don't think the Israeli are going to either, and that's sort of the point. Right, which is that the Israelis feel abandoned and they now feel as though they must restore deterrence in some way to the region because Iran, in the face of American weakness, continues to push the envelope until they are taught a
lesson. This is the issue that popped up this morning, which is really unbelievable stuff, and that is according to this report out of the Jerusalem Post picked up by Reuters, it appears that was delayed, shall we say, for several days, in order to let diplomacy to try to work, which
of course it did not work. And this report outed the Jerusalem Post this morning says this Iran informed Turkey in advance of its planned operation against Israel, a Turkish diplomat source told Reuters, adding that the US conveyed to Iran via Ankara, the capitol of Turkey, that its operation must be quote within certain limits. And I don't want to sugarcoat this, but it looks like Joe Biden the administration told the Iranians it was acceptable to attack Israel within certain limits
if limits are adhered to. I know News Nation this week is going to try to track this down. But if the president of United States or the Secretary of State or Burns, head of the CIA, green light at the attack by Iran onto Israel because they wanted to be a measured response. Wouldn't that be horrific for US? If we green lighted an attack on Israel? Sure in its elephants fly then or squirrels have gun, then birds should be
worried. Reports from the Jerusalem Post out of Reuters, quoting one unnamed Turkish diplomat are about its thinnest turn of soup. I used to work in the Middle East, spent four years there, and the number of times you saw things printed quoting one uh unnamed Arab diplomat who was smoking some hookah with some random journalists and they got out on the on the wires, that was buppkus.
I I can't even count. So I think it would be wise, is difficult, and it's speckless as American foreign policy has been to the idea that somehow this was green light in the US and oh, go ahead and attack Israel. I think it's pretty far fetched. In fact, him, I like them for sure. It didn't happen. I like the four letter word, don't. Biden told Podin, don't don't Ukraine, Well that that and that and that. What happened now with the run he said, don't
what and they do? But that's well, now, now that's a real issue. And the problem is that once the President of the United States says something and somebody does it and there's not real consequences for doing it, then then the world has lost its policemen. Right. We all know what's happened
in America cities is the police have withdrawn. And for all the talk by those on the left, and especially in President Biden's foreign policy, I think you know blah blob, if you will, you know you think about sech state, sech death, Jake Sullivan, the National Security Council, the Foreign policy blob. They have this liberal idea capital the liberal idea of a rules based international order. Well, the only way you have rules is if somebody
enforces those rules. And for the past thirty five forty years, since the Persian Gulf War, since the fall of the Soviet Union, it was the United States that enforced the rules. Even really with Reagan through the eighties, the US enforced the rules. There's nobody enforcing the rules anymore. So, therefore, the people who don't play by the rules. Lyra putin chi Jing
King the Iyatola are going to start doing what they want. About a week or ten days ago, Joe Biden said to Benjamin Nets and Yahoo resigned there needed to be regime change in Israel, that Israel was too harsh with Hamas terrorists using human shields in front of them. He also said to bb Net and Yahoo a few days before the attack on Iran, it's time for a ceasefire. Stop what you're doing. Let hamaste in charge of southern Gaza.
Maybe forty thousand, a couple battalions of AMAS fighters are surviving, he said. He said, quit what you're doing. Net and Yahoo resign. He now says we're with you one hundred percent. He now has flip flopped one hundred and eighty degrees the other way, saying we got your back. In fact, he organized I guess France and England and Jordan and Egypt and Saudi Arabia to help shoot down ninety nine percent of the missiles and the drones.
Uh. And I don't know what is the foreign policy today here we are. There's been no massive respect. What is it? That's a very good it's a very good question. The world doesn't know, and when the world doesn't know where America stands, it's a dangerous thing. The President put out of what they call readout from the White House of his phone call with Prime Minister net Yahoo, and it seemed to indicate pressure by President Biden on the
Israelis not to do anything. Don't don't do anything, which is an interesting foreign policy. As you point out, I think there's something to be said about Prime Minister net Yahoo. Prime Minister Nen Yahoo, while certainly a very interesting and successful political figure, he doesn't enjoy universal support in is real from it. And I think you know the idea that you're you're thinking about a negotiated end to what's happening with Hamas and discussion of that. Benjamin Nenyahu over
the past few months could have ordered the invasion of Rafa. He didn't. He held out because he knew that if he ended the war with Gaza and Hamas, if he won and rolled Israeli tanks to Rafa and actually pushed Hims out as he said he wanted to do, well, then there would be new elections in Israel. He would lose and likely go to jail on corruption charges. So both men, both Benjamin Netnahu and President Biden, are working as much in their own political best interests, you might say, as they
are the best interests of their country. Leyland Villain News Nation. You buy the idea that the drones were put out first, which may take hours to get to Israel, and then later on the missiles came and other armaments came, and that was a way of Iran capitulating or wanting a certain response which would knock them all down, which would be played well at home in Tehran. There's lots of video about the Iranian streets are filled with Iranian citizens praising
the eye Toola now for attacking the great enemy Israel. But then it was done in a way that would guarantee, yeah, right now Israel can say we won. In fact, Biden put out a statement a few hours ago that said, you won somehow, You win by being attacked by missiles and drones from your mortal enemy who wants to kill every Jew in the world. And somehow that's a victory. Can anyone in Israel, Mary responding somehow you
win by that? Responding? Yeah again, every one of these men, Okay, And as much as we want to think that there are leaders who are acting in the best interests of their country, right, which is what at least what the President United Is done is sworn to do. All three of these men are acting the best interest in their own political best interest. The third man, I added, with the Ayatola, who has a domestic
political audience as well. He doesn't want to provoke the Israelis to the point of an all out Israeli attack, which by the way, could include nuclear weapons that the Israelis have that would send Ran back to the end of the Persian Empire. And I don't mean in a good way. So regime survival is the most important thing to the Ayatola. They don't want some massive response, but they had to do something to placate their domestic audience. So none
of these three men are acting out of a position of strength. Joe Biden backing out of a position of fear because he sees what's happening with the Pole numbers domestically with his internal political problems in the Democratic Party, and also how a wider Middle East war that almost seems inevitable he would be presiding over and that dooms his re election chances. Benjamin Nenyahho knows that if he acts through strength and ends himas his days are numbered as Prime Minister, and he's going
to face corruption charges, which he should have a long time ago. And the Iatola realizes that if he either allows a revolution at home, he's going to be deposed, which he doesn't want, or if he attacks the Great Satan or the little Satan, which is Israel, attacks the little Satan and shows that shows that he forces Israel in America back down. He looked strong
at home. So that's the state of play. It has very little to do with what's the best interests to either the people of those countries or in the best interests of a prosperous, in free and safe world. That was an excellent analysis. And I'm thinking, here we sit, we have no idea, there's nobody in charge. You can't rely upon any statements made by Joe Biden. He flip flops. Some of the experts today are saying that
Iron's attack was planned to minimize casualties. I guess. I guess the Itola was hoping that all these nations would shoot down over three hundred to ambitious articles of war. He was hoping that let's be let let's be let's be let's
be fairbell Israel. If Iran wanted a war with Israel, right, they would have unleashed Hasblah in its one hundred and fifteen thousand missiles, which could easily overwhelm all of Israel's air defense systems okay, and would have shut down Benngarian Airport for days, if not weeks, would have destroyed the fuel depots in Haipha, would have destroyed a number of Israel's electrical infrastructure grids. Okay.
You know there are things the Iranians could have done that was far far more powerful, if you will, or are a far greater escalation if they had wanted to the fact that they've held has Blah back for so long. Sure, Iran does not want a war with Israel because they will lose. What Iran wants is to continue to embarrass the United States, embarrass Israel and
cement its place is to use its eightful place running the Middle East. And the more that they are able to do these kinds of things, attack Israel on and on the October seventh, attacks without consequences, the stronger they look in the weaker America looks. Lastly, it looks now that is an excellent point. And I thought to myself last night I used the number one hundred
and ten thousand missiles and rockets. If hes launched them all, if ten percent would have gotten through, large parts of Israel would have been obliterated, in which case the response would have been unbelievable. And so it looks like now the Iranian deal is to bleed Israel dry I spent time there in May, and their big three industries were tourism, high tech, and farming.
The countries on its back economically. Right now, you still have in the South twenty or forty thousand Hamas killers who have promised to do worse strikes than on October the seventh. You have a feckless, foolish American president that doesn't know what he wants. There's no policeman in the world left. And now whatever Israel does to protect itself, the world will respond against Israel. This
time. If it's not proportionate, maybe they should take out the nuclear capabilities of Iran, or take out their abilities to market oil, or take out the defense ministry and Tehran. Whatever they do, the world's going to start attacking Israel. Then Iron will be incentivized to do more. It'll be a tit for tat for the rest of this decade, and in the meantime, Israel will be blood dry and they'll win a war of attrition. Could that
be the plan? It could certainly be the plan. I'll put a slightly finer point on that, which is the other people who are being bled dry. Is the United States? Yes, and you say blood dry. But by rough estimates, we spent about a billion dollars worth of interceptors last night helping the Israeli shoot these things down. The Iron Dome that shot down so many of the drones that got all the way to Israel. Much of that's paid for by the American taxpayer. Those interceptor rockets have to be replaced,
and they can only be replaced so quickly. The Iranians are spending fifty thousand dollars per drone, We're spending a couple of million dollars per interceptor. That math. At some point that math doesn't work, And by the way, the supply chains to get more interceptors. Even if the math does work, isn't there to have enough interceptors to be able to take down what Iran can throw. So look, we started this talking about deterrence. There is no
deterrence. You can't the law proportionality and foreign policy only works with rational actors. The Iranians aren't really that rational in the Western sense, the rational in the Eastern sense of the word. And therefore the language that you and I are talking doesn't work with them. The only language they understand is forced. That's why Israel killed the IRGC general in Damascus a couple of weeks ago, trying to put some sense of deterrence in feeder into the Iranians. And now
we wait to see what Israel does. Yep. Well, lastly, about thirty seconds remaining. Leland Viddert, Joe Biden last week was chasing the Debt to America crowd in Dearborn, Michigan by saying bb and now you resigned and stop the war. Now he's flipped the other way. Now he's got Israel's back. The next time Israel does something, he'll go back to the Debt
to America crowd supporting them in Dearborn. This thing will go on, and we continue to borrow a trillion dollars every one hundred days in America Leland Vidder, I'll be watching this week and News to News Nation run a course by Sean Compton, and once again thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Leland. Have a great week, Bill, good discussion.
Thank you. Let's continue. There you got it, There you have it, and away we go. Bill Cunningham with you every afternoon on News Radio seven hundred WULW do you I simply continue, so many issues, so little time. I want to spend a little bit of time with you on jury's selection and the Trump case. As you may know, I wrote my doctoral dissertation through Hans Seisel about how to select a jury and been at it for a long time. And I guarantee you right now as we speak at
twelve forty in the afternoon, it may be in a break. But the five hundred jurors names that were known the jury questionnaires were handed out in full to the defense team and to the prosecution under a gag order of sorts that you wouldn't make them public as far as the identity, but each of those jurors, it takes a monstrous effort by the defense and the state to pour over each of those five hundred individual persons, the social media footprint, any
subscriptions they have, their voter identification will be known, whether they've switched voter ID, any political activities. And the Trump team and the state knows quite a bit about the social history of each juror that's going to sit on this
case. And it may take one to three weeks to pick a jury, and by the time they get done, the best Donald Trump can hope for is to have one or two jurors who are, in a sense stealth jurors, because you're picking from a pool that is very sympathetic to the state's case. In fact, you're picking from a pool that wants to convict Donald Trump. In fact, ninety percent of Manhattaner's voted for Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden in the last two elections. There's no one that doesn't have an opinion about
Donald Trump. Of course, the fear is that there will be many stealth jurors who will present themselves as fair and impartial, but then will bleed with hatred for Donald Trump and make sure he's convicted irrespective of the facts. It'd be like m Mattill getting a fair trial in Mississippi about seventy years ago. It wasn't going to happen. Those white racists, who were all Democrats,
by the way, wanted to free the killers of Mmettill. Now the same Democratic Party seven years later, still the voice of the leader of the opposition party on the EVA presidential election. Yes, it is unpresidented because in this case, the US Department of Justice in Washington took a pass on the case because it wasn't a crime what Trump did. The Federal Election Commission, the lawyers took a pass on the case because it wasn't a crime. The matter
was transferred to Manhattan US District Attorney's office. There, the elite District Attorney's office took a pass on it, said Vance, the predecessor of Alvin Bragg, who was somewhat competent, looked at all the facts, convened to grand jury, took a pass on the case. Then this new guy arises named Alvin Bragg, who runs a campaign that elect me, and I will convict Donald Trump of a crime. Give me the man, I'll find the crime. And he did and indicted him on thirty six counts of the one similar
behavior. Every telephone and call, every text message was a individual count in furtheress of a general conspiracy, which is wrong too. He didn't commit thirty six offenses. The most he committed theoretically, and I mean only theoretically, is one, which is payoff Stormy Daniels for sexual activity that took place in
twenty oh six. But see the statute of limitations ran on those cases by twenty nineteen twenty twenty, but he kept them alive by alleging then in reality they were all felonies because the misdemeanor was committed, which was paying off girlfriends on the eve of a presidential election, which is not a crime, and the statute had run in order to obscure the reporting requirements under federal election law, where the feeds took a pass on the case. It's thinner than one
can imagine. But the Democrats in em Ma Attill's case, they wanted to make sure the white guy was set free, and in this case the guilty ones. And in this case the Democratic Party wants to convict a Republican candidate so their guy, Joe Biden can stay in office. Is truly unbelievable. So well more in that later on. I have a lawyer coming up in about twenty minutes that has quite have been experience, in jury, selection and
things of that character. And we're going to deal with him after one o'clock today. But to go back to what happened on Saturday, make no mistake about it, Joe Biden funded provided the money to Iran to attack Israel. When Trump left office, after four years of sanctions, after four years of boycotts, after four years of freezing assets, Iran was on its back, incapable of funding terrorism Hesbala Hamas, the al Kuds, the hoodies, el
Kaieda, just Boca Haram, just give us the name. They were incapable because they couldn't feed their own people. The military was on its back. But after almost four years of Joe Buying being in office and releasing literally over one hundred billion dollars of moneys directly and indirectly to Iran, they now had the money, the fund. What they wanted to do was kill the Jews and kill the Americans. Couldn't do it under Donald Trump because they were in
trouble. They could do it, of course under Joe Biden, because Joe Biden funded the operation. Why there is some sick fascination with Iran under Obama and Biden is truly unbelievable. You might recall in the beginning of the Obama administration and the debt of the Night, there were pallets and pallets of billions billions of dollars returned to Iran and open up lines of communication, open up
frozen oil markets. The money flowed under Barack Hussein Obama into Iran. Trump takes office, does exact the opposite, doesn't permit it, doesn't allow it. Nope, we're going to free them out economically. And after four years, after four years, guess what they were on their back and four more years of Donald Trump would have destroyed economically Iran. That people would have risen
up and throw over the Ietola and away we go. But that's not the way things work in the minds of Obama, who bother the way all of his top people now controlled Joe Biden, and that's what happened. The American taxpayer and Joe Biden funded the missiles, some three hundred and thirty strong, that were fired at Israel and on Saturday. And now as soon as they were fired, the media wants to tell us, well, they really didn't mean to do any harm. They kind of tipped off what they were doing.
In fact, at one point, and I think I referenced this in my interview with Leland Vindt, there was a Turkish diplomat many times these happened, as you know, diplomatically that the Jerusalem Post sat on Sunday afternoon, yesterday afternoon, that there was a backroom deal involving Turkey, Iran and Joe Biden. And the backroom deal was this, go ahead, you have the green light. You have a green light for the assault on Israel. Iran, go ahead and do it. But according to this diplomatic source, the
agreement was do not be harsh. In other words, Joe Biden green light's Iran attack on Israel. Here's the posting of the Jerusalem Post. On Sunday afternoon, Iran informed Turkey in advance of its planned operation against Israel, A Turkey's diplomat source told Reuters on Sunday, adding that the US conveyed to Iran via Turkey that the missile attack must be quote within certain limits and there's no way to sugarcoat this. The Biden administration told the Iranians, if this report
is true, it was okay to attack Israel. That is something the President and his handlers can only answer. But if this is true, imagine and an offensive attack with some three hundred missiles, cruise missiles and drones against the United States of America and one of our ally, I say, England was told about the attack ahead of time and said, go ahead and attack America.
What the hell would go on in this country? Israel, though, is now is expected to take this garbage from Joe Biden and his cohorts without questioning anything. So, as we speak to my left, allegedly an Iranian catch is about to be made of Israeli missiles according the According to my left, CNN is reporting in Israeli response is emminent. Whatever that happened, that means that what would we do if some foreign power at war with US sent
three hundred missiles in a Claremont County or Hamilton County. Now, according to media accounts, ninety nine percent were knocked down, And as Leland Vitter just said, the drones cost about fifty thousand dollars. Each interceptor is about two million, So just in this one operation last night, we spent about a billion dollars to knock down these bullet on a bullet interceptor on these missiles,
drones and ballistic missiles. How long can we do that? A billion dollars here and a billion dollars there when we're borrowing a trillion dollars in new money every one hundred days. Is the plan? Simply to bleed to death Israel, which is on its back economically right now, and bleed to death the United States of America and win with no direct military conflict. That's the plan. I'm watching it in real time. I don't know what to say or
do about it. But Biden is still funding Iran as I speak. In fact, last week there was a Treasury Department official, see if I can give you his name, who testified in the Congress. His name is Secretary Daniel on A. Mayo admits that quote any dollar that the US gives Iran
goes toward their violent activities before they deal with their own people. US Deputy Secretary of the Treasury under Biden testified last week telling centers the US is giving Iron access to billions of dollars, knowing the money will be used to destabilize Israel. And it's like, what did you hear about this? Of course not, this is so injurious to American interests and so bad for Joe Biden.
Our committed media would not even report on this. It was testimony on last Tuesday to the US Senate Banking Committee, shocking, we're funding Iran. We know the money given to them, including a ten billion dollar cold hard cash waiver on March thirteenth, will be used to kill Jews. Joe Biden knows that he's encouraging it. And what do we do. We do more of it. We open up the sanctions and free trading of Iranian oil,
so they collect one hundred billion dollars year. On top of that used to build more cruise missiles, missiles and drones to kill Americans, maybe in the desert of Iraq, and or to kill Jews and in this country. Looking to my left, CNN says, the Hamas movement is growing on major cities,
especially in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. So I'm watching this in real time thinking and the guy opposing this, the Democrats haven't dited on a bunch of bs charges sitting in a dirty New York City courtroom for the next six to eight weeks, so he can't campaign and the media will not report
to you fairly, honestly and accurately what's occurring. And secondly, the NPR crowd is going to tell you what's happening inside the courtroom, because unlike OJ, it's not going to be broadcast, So whatever happens will be through the screen of George Stephanopolis and Gail King and NPR. They're going to tell you what's happening in the courtroom. And if the Trumpster tries to talk about it, he'll be subjected to or gag orders and can't talk. Is this the
United States of America? Joe Biden is chasing the death to America voter in Dearborn. He's going after that voter. A week ago, he said we need regime change in Israel. He called for the elimination of Benjamin Netanyahu and stopping of military activities in the Southern Gaza against forty thousand two battalions of Amas
murderers. It's unfair because they're using their own Palestinians as human shields. A few days later, after the attack that seemingly Joe Biden paid for and green lighted against Israel, he now says, you know what, Israel, stand down, accept this. It was a major victory. To have Iran send three hundred ballistic missiles to kill millions of Jews. That's called a victory. And because we spend a billion dollars to knock him down, it's all,
okay, let it go. Would we let it go? Absolutely? Not any of this kind of comments reported by the mainstream media, of course not. They're in the pockets of the military industrial complex. They're owned by the Democratic Party. If you watch George Stefanopolis try to interview somebody who disagrees with it, is ridiculous. I don't know why Representative Nancy Mace, I don't
know why Senator or Governor Sanunu even goes on these shows. You get beat up when you express an opinion against Joe Biden in favor of Donald Trump. The only place you hear reality is on shows like Mine and Dan Carroll. You get what's going on. We US taxpayer and Joe Biden paid for the
attack on Israel. Now, having paid for the attack and knew about it ahead of time, and having spent a billion dollars to knock down about a four hour barrage which could go on, definitely, we're now being told don't defend yourself. Let Iron do more of this while they're killing Americans. Remember death to America, death to Israel mean kill Jews and kill Americans, which they'd done successfully now for forty four years after the Love and unbombing. Guess
what Ronald Reagan pulled the Marines out of Beirut. That was the Paris of the Middle East that's now gone. After the George Bush debacle in Iraq costing thousands of American lives trillions of dollars, who controls Iraq today? That'd be Iran? And after Joe Biden's disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, who controls Afghanistan? The Taliban a branch of extreme Islam warfare everywhere. They know how to play the game. Attack, attack, attack, we retreat, take over the
country. And right now Israel is surrounded by hesbl in the north, by Iran in the east, and by Hamas in the south, and both are ram and Africa, the Hoodies and Yemen, and they're surrounded by people who are committed to their death. And in our country, the most popular chance are kill Americans and kill Jews. And we sit here with a mentally incompetent president funding attacks on Israel unbelievable. All let's continue. We never stop.
We simply continue, and hopefully we wise up and don't be played as putts as anymore. Wise up and understand what's going on. Get some sense about you and understand. Don't be a low information voter. Listen to this bs

All let's continue with more the line becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand or pounds seven hundredth new eighteen T Bill Cunningham, the Great American, with you and all of the great Americans every day on news radio seven hundred. Fun, that's fun. Enter it now. I Bill Cunningham, the Great American, of course, has many issues in so little time that the Trump but jury matter continues unabated, and you get a fair and impartial jury in Manhattan, and you get a fair and impartial jury in nineteen fifty three in the him Attil case. I kind of doubt it. The jury's kind of concocted the way it is with NPR listeners. They could have moved the case out of New York City to a fifty to fifty Republican Democrat that didn't do
that. They could have moved the case to Staten Island, its own county, which voted for Trump. They're in a jurisdiction where ninety percent of the voters I think Trump is the devil incarnate, So to have twelve jurors find them not guilta will be next to impossible. But nonetheless my guest deals with that along with many other issues. Michael O'Neill is a living legend when it comes to matters of stopping illegal voting. Is with a federal society, also
a devotee of Ronald Reagan. He's a fellow attorney and Michael O'Neill welcome, I think, for the first time to the Bill Cunningham Show. And first of all, when I have on guests, especially from blue cities and blue states, the stopping illegal voting is a big deal. Now we're told repeatedly that you can't prove any of this because, after all, by the time candidates have been ordained to have been elected in November, it's too late to
file lawsuits. An issue won't be ripe until the Secretary of State determines who won the election, and then by the time it's ripe, and sometime in December, it becomes moot because you can't give the relief sought by January right the twentieth, So can you give the American people some overall of the jury system that we have today when it comes to illegal voting, especially in restoring
faith. They're in because the jurors are drawn from the voting roles, and if the voting roles are filled with the legal aliens, such as in California and Nevada, you never get to the point of having a fair jury, much less a fair voting system. So, Michael and able to deal with the voting system restoring faith give us a thirty thousand viewpoint of where we are today. Right. The problem here is what you have to do to ensure
fair and open election integrity is ensure that the voting roles. In other words, the roles that utilize to determine whose eligible voters are accurate, are up to date and accurate. Now, there's a federal law on the board that obligates registrars of voters election officials in other words, to spot check, to check and determine that the individual names that appear on the voter rolls are actually
eligible to vote. So that means if you pass, if you die, the Social Security Administration is obligated to inform the registrar voters that a person has died and that name is removed from the voter rules. Well, we know that that doesn't occur. Well, there is no specific federal obligation under that law, under the National Voter Registration Act, to identify and remove non citizens from voting. Now that should be done. You would think that that would
make sense that we know that they'll buy law. Non citizens are not eligible to vote. A lot of states have constitutional provisions in their state constitutions stating that the individual that if you are not a citizen, you are ineligible to vote. So it would be just common sense would dictate that data is shared. And when you're talking about jury pool, you're talking about jury duties and jury pools. We know that that's a good indicator that there are non citizens
on the voter rules. For example, if you go to if you talk to courthouses in this country, you will find that when individuals show up to serve on jury duty, oftentimes I shouldn't say oftentimes, but sometimes that they will exempt themselves from jury duty by asserting that they are non citizens. I'm ineligible to serve on this duty, on this jury because I'm a non citizen.
Well what would make sense there, Well, if you take that individual's name and you know, they just say they just a test that they are a non citizen, will take that name and send it over to the registrar voters to say, well are you on the voting wall? And if you are removed that person from the voting wall. Well that's the problem here is data isn't shared. And this is what we talked about a little bit last
week with what Speaker Johnson and that former President Trump talked about. What's necessary is that there needs to be sharing of data to make sure that the voter roles are accurate and to the extent at which non citizens names appear on these voter rolls, they're identified and removed. Therefore, we never get into the situation where those votes are illicitly cast, illegally cast, and pervert the outcome
of the election. So that's really the first thing that needs to be done, and that's probably the most important thing to ensure that our vote, that our elections have are fair and open, is to make sure that the voter roles are accurate and up to date. And that means identifying the extent which non citizens are on these roles and removing them. Michael O'Neil I live in a functional part of the contrary Ohio alto Kentucky. Indiana requires voter ID.
It requires a photograph that requires the signature. Now let's jump out to California, Nevada. I understand in about sixteen states, including those two which are generally blue cities blue states, that when you get a driver's license, which anybody, if your name is Tony Bender from Guatemala, you can show up in Sacramento, show up in some county seat and say I want a driver's license. They do not inquire by state law as to your eligibility to vote,
because, after all, you're an alien. There's a federal law that says you can't do it. But when you get your driver's license, they don't inquire whether you're a citizen or not. They give you the driver's license, and then the Secretary of State is mandated to send you a ballot explain that process exactly. And that's what happens. Is in certain jurisdictions, particularly California, as you just indicated, a lot of the guard rails, the
inherent protections have been removed. So if you go as you just said, if you go and obtain a driver's license, there's an automatic there's an automatic foot of registration that occurs when you obtain your driver's license. Well, if nobody ever asks you whether you're a citizen, and the only thing you're obligated to do is a reverse checkops say, well check here if you're not a
citizen, and you miss that, and we know it's missed. Again, as I told you about the jury duty, the jury duty, there's no protections in place. DMB officials in California are specifically directed not to inquire about the citizenship citizenship status of individuals applying for driver's licenses, all the while knowing that once you register for a driver's license. You're going to be automatically and
you're going to be automatically registered to vote. What else is problematic here is California mails every single name on its voting roles a ballot, whether you indicate you want to vote by mail or not. So again, in some states you have to affirmatively indicate, you have to go down to the registrar's office, you have to sign some documents, you have to affirmatively indicate that you
want to vote by mail. You have to take some steps. Well, in California, every single name on those voter rolls gets a ballot via mail ballot. So ostensibly you have the situation in place where you have non citizens on the voting roles, getting voting, getting ballots, and possibly ca votes. Now what happens to here is the left is always saying, well, you can't prove it, you can't prove it. Well, of course you
can't prove it. It's impossible. Think about this. If Mike O'Neill is not a citizen and I receive a vote by mail ballot, and I get that ballot and I execute it, I've committed a felony. I placed myself in legal jeopardy. But then I go drop that in a mail in a ballot box, or I go drop that in or I drop it in the mail because the postage has been prepaid. It comes into it comes into a
registrar's office or an election's office with thousands and thousands of other ballots. There's no way to identify pull that specific ballot out and say, oh, that one was improperly cast or that was cast by a non citizen. Once it enters into the stream of commerce, it's virtually impossible to segment and segregate those out, those improperly cast ballots out because there again we're talking anywhere from dozens, hundreds, thousands in voting pools of millions of vote by mail ballots.
So there's a probability across the country hundreds of thousands or millions of votes who illegally count it because the system is not set up to pull out those that are voting illegally, and in fact, this system is set up to make sure that illegals do vote, because there's no segregation of their ballots from those
others, because there's no indication that they're illegal in the first place. And so how do you respond to the argument used by the radical left that after all the Trump appointed judges, they Clinton appointed judges, the Obama appointed judges, no one ever found massive voter fraud enough to overturn an election. How would you explain that non sequitor. Well, again, it goes back to the point is judges are loath to overturn the outcomes of elections after the fact.
You have to put protections in place in before this happens, and in the process, it's important that the process itself be protected. That means having well trained election officials who actually engage in to the extent there is voter mail, vote vote by mail, and again I'm a proponent of in person voting on election day, but to the extent that there is instituted widespread vote by mail, you need to have. Again, you need to have accurate and
update voter roles with eligible voters. There needs to be some due diligence to ensure that the names appearing on your lists are eligible to vote next on election day, when or on the during the process when those whats are actually counted. You need to have significant signature verification. That means you need to have well trained people actually verifying that the attestation signed on the envelope. The outside of an envelope of a mail ballot is the actual signature on record in the
voter registration office. That means you have to have real signatures in the voter
registration office. It's imperative that the process is protected and that they're competent, trained individuals that are exercising due diligence because, as I said, and as we've seen and experience is born this out, we know that post election lawsuits challenging the over asking, requesting the over the rerunning of an election, over the overturning of the election are very rarely succeeded because it takes weeks and weeks
and weeks for the military ballots, and for the absentee ballots, and for the ballots put off to the side, provisional ballots. The system is overwhelmed. And so you said, there come the first week in December, three weeks after the election, you still haven't open up all the ballots. You have, all the contests or all those ballot overseas was prostmarked at the right time. So by the time the election officials have to answer questions how many
illegal people have voted? The judges say, look, the issue is not ripe yet because the winner's not been determined. Once the winner is determined, maybe the first or second week in December, then it's ripe. However, the relief sought is either a trial, which is putting depositions, requests for documents, witnesses on the stand. That'll take years. And the swearing in is January the twentieth or January the first or elected officials. So there the
issue becomes moot. One case you haven't declared or running yet, we can't look into it. Once the winner is declared, well, we can't give you the relief you seek because the swearing in is too tight. Do I have it correct right? And I would yes, you do. And I would also add that judges are low just and this is probably a good thing is they don't want to be perceived as interfering in the electoral process. You don't want to the allegation that the judge, you know, the judge picked
the candidate here well, and they opened themselves up to that. So therefore they're going to be very very reluctant, and they're going to look for every single exit opportunity to get this case off their docket. If that means graining a motion to dismiss because of an of a failure to allegend the injury in fact, like you're talking about, or mootness or any of these procedural hurdles, they're going to exercise that. They want to get these off their dockets.
They don't want to be perceived as interfering with the election process. Now, Secondly, the US Constitution says the state legislatures set the time, manner, and means of an election, which means the state of Pennsylvania, state of Ohio through the legislature, state of California, through the legislature, determines how elections are conducted. In many states like Pennsylvania, each county elects its own election supervisor. So obviously in blue blue counties they select liberal Democrats to
administer their elections. Which so in the last election you had Pennsylvania county registrars far leftists who had drop boxes, no signature of verification, they had very liberal laws the whole deal, and they determined how the election was conducted. Wasn't that fundamentally unconstitutional? Certainly? And what's important here is although the states have the role as you're dictating there is a role for Congress, and there
is a federal role here. We are dealing with federal elections. So again, if you have a federal cause of action, there is a federal cause
of it. There is a private cause of action that allows individuals to challenge the accuracy of the voter roles under the National Voting Registration Act if if there was a cause of action that allowed, if there was a reasonable certainty or a prerofession case that non citizens are non citizens were appearing on a voter role, and there is an obligation under a statute, a legal obligation, that those individuals are identified and removed. Now, look, let me be clear
here. I'm not saying that you should go out and prosecute these cases, or you should go up and there should be penalties. The actors here are the election officials who are tasked with ensuring the accuracy and up to date in this primacy of their voter rolls. The obligation is on them to identify and remove. Now, I don't whether there's a penalty for name appearing. I'm
not concerned about that. What I'm concerned with is maintaining the accuracy and up to date on the voter rolls, so that eligible voters are either sent ballots or can appear in person and vote on election. Here we said in April of twenty twenty four, we have the leading candidate for the presidency on trial in a blue county and a blue city about to be I think railroade it
in Manhattan, and he can't campaign right now because he's in trial. You've been, and I've been in lengthy trials in which two to three hours ahead of time, at six o'clock in the morning, you meet with your client. You prepare the day. Then you're in trial until four o'clock, five o'clock in the afternoon. Then you meet with your client back in your office those six or seven o'clock at night, and then you prepare the next morning. You get getting up at six o'clock in the morning. Try to do
that for eight weeks to see what shape you're in. If you're a seventy seven year old man and so at this point, and I don't care if you're a marathon runner and your life, your life's on the line and you're looking at life imprisonment in front of a judge. Marshawn who made financial contributions to President Joe Biden and whose daughter. I thought the daughter might have been
a fourteen year old teenage girl with braces. It turns out to me that his daughter is forty years old and she's raised about one hundred million dollars for Adam Schiff and for Joe Biden. Kamala Harris, she's a Democratic, progressive activist. And so you're in front of that jury. Is it fair to have a jury in which ninety percent have voted for the other guy? This whole jury system in Manhattan is unique in the history of the world. It
reminds me of the m Maatil jury the nineteen fifties in Mississippi. They set free three white guys for killing Emmattill. And so can Donald Trump. Since this is my last question, this is off scarre. Can he get a fair trial in Manhattan? Absolutely not, And that's why they have change of venue motions that are granted. It's if you can establish that it is impossible for your client to receive a fair and impartial to obtain a fair and impartial
jury, then you can change you can move to change venue. Of course, that didn't get them anywhere in New York, but is there Ostensibly there is a release ftyle for this, so that this trial should never occur to Manhattans occurr in an area where you are at least increasing the likelihood that you have impartial jurors. Now, the lack of impartiality is going to result in a tainted trial, but I don't know how the extent to which the entire
process, again, this entire prosecution in this particular case. We can spend hours talking about each individual case, but we're talking about events that occurred before the twenty sixteen election. The federal government actually tried a case similar to this with John Edwards and they lost. So there really is no federal case here.
The import they used the statutal limitations has passed. That they used a felon a boot a bootstrapped a misdemeanor into a felony charge for something that Department of Justice again never prosecuted. So there's just so many problems with this issue in this trial. And again not to mention the fact that you pointed out just a minute ago, the fact that this is going to be an enormous distraction. But this is again part of the law. There part of to
settle this issue. In other words, who's going to be the next president of the United States? Not at the ballot box, but instead in the courtroom. And this is the problem. we go again with Democrats. He was worthless, completely worthless. Andrew Johnson was worthless. And I saw this documentary over the weekend. Yeah. In nineteen seventeen, on battlefield south of Paris, Woodrow Wilson time, Adolf Hitler was in the sights of an English soldier named Sebert. He was fifty feet away from Adolf Hitler, who at that point was a private in the German
Army. Adolf Hitler was wounded and he stood up and stared at the British soldier fifty feet away who had a dead line on him to kill him. He thought about it, pulled the trigger and it was a misfire. Oh boy. Adolf Hitler collapsed over with a wound. He was treated by British medics and returned to German lines. Adolf Hitler unbelievable there, Andy Mack, I didn't know about that one. You take about the Lincoln assassination, which
gave us another racist Democrat, right Johnson. Throw in the misfire of a British private on Adolf Hitler in nineteen seventeen, that obviously would have changed history EVERYTHECT time. And throw in the assassination of John F. Kennedy that was against the Vietnam War, did not want to go, did not trust it. Give it to another Democrat LBJ who cheated to get into office. And you know all the ballot stuffing happening in is race. Right, he becomes

I monitor everything simultaneously so you don't have to. Michael Lebanetti, the defrocked, ashamed lawyer that represented Stormy Daniels and ripped her off. Talk about a crook attorney.
That's Michael Avianetti. He was the number one guest on Seeing An MSNBC for about a year. He was representing Stormy Daniels, eventually ripped her off to the tune of three hundred thousand dollars, stole her money that he gathered on an injury case that she had. So somehow, Michael Labanetti that the frock
lawyer and a crook, a felon serving I think. Let me see in the story ten years I'm sorry, fourteen years in federal prison for stealing millions of dollars from his own clients, only one of whom was Stormy Daniels. Fourteen years, likely to get out in about ten more by the way, CNN at MSNBC, the Democratic Party, in other words, was advancing Michael Lebanetti for a while as a presidential candidate to run against Donald truck Up because
Joe Biden is mentally ill equipped to do the job. You might know, we've never had a president in American history declared by his own Department of Justice as being mentally corrupt, mentally a mentally vacant, who could not participate in
his own criminal trial. You might recall about three months ago Michael Hurr, us attorney appointed by the Biden administration to investigate the illegalities of Joe Biden, when he came classified documents, said in his long report to the Congress and the American people that the mental acuity of Joe Biden is so absent he could not stand trial, He could not counsel with his lawyer to defend the charges of committing felonies while Vice president and president, and that he could not understand
the nature of the charges against him. He didn't have enough mind strength to understand a criminal charge. Currently, Joe Biden, his own Department of Justice determined that the president is mentally incompetent, but of course he can be the president. The Yukon men's basketball team visited Joe Biden in the White House. Media didn't report it because it was so bad. A few of the players came out and said, that guy doesn't know where to stand, what to
do, He couldn't talk. That's Joe Biden about a week ago. But but I regress the media covers for him because they want to make sure the orangeman orangeman bad orangeman bad didn't get back to the White House because the Democrats went went charge of the of the checkbook. But Michael leban Edy got to a phone in federal prison and called MSNBC Live last Wednesday. Uh, and I have a read out of what was said, but I didn't watch it. Of course, on occasion I do watch it, so you don't have
to. And uh. Michael leban Dy, the attorney represented Tormy Daniels, serving a prison sentence for stealing more than three hundred thousand dollars from her and millions from other clients. And so he was asked the question about Donald Trump and MSNBC. Of course it was a live interview. Thought, okay, we're gonna you know, Michael Evanetty storming annuals Donald Trump. He said, quote about the Trump trial, Michael Evan, and he said, quote,
the fix is in. Never before has been a high profile criminal case in America with a prosecutor permitted and likely encouraged two critical witnesses to use the media in the days leading up to trial to trash a gag defendant Donald Trump and violates his right to a fair trial. And to my friends on the left, I say, who insists they want to preserve democracy and justice, You should be equally outraged by this. Constitutional protections either exist for all or don't.
What is happening in this hush money case as a travesty? What? And he also went on to say the prosecution's case rests on a legally tenuous theory, namely that the crime that was attempted to be covered up was a federal election crime that could be a problem on appeal for the state of New York. And by the way, the federal election attorneys determined it wasn't a crime. So the interview was cut short and NBC News of course did not
run it. You won't see it in many other places because it doesn't fit the democratic narrative. He's looking at another ten years in prison, and he we also receive finds some millions of dollars for being a crook. So should this be a pretty major story when the attorney for Stormy Daniel says there's no there there and that it's a political prosecution. Absolutely, but if it doesn't fit, you must have quit. If it doesn't fit, it will not
run. The media runs only stories that fit the media narrative. Ongeman bad, ongeman bad, and of course Joe Biden is the man. Secondly, one is left to wonder as to why the flip flopping has happened with Joe Biden goes mentally he is not bright enough to make any of these flip flops because he has no idea what he's doing. His own Department of Justice as
determined he's not mentally equipped. One of the questions asked by Robert Hurr was, mister President, do you know the years you were the vice president? Joe Biden looked around and couldn't answer the question, and he wanted to have the question answered to orient him him as time and place as to the classified documents in his possession and whether or not his drug addicted son Hunter Biden had access to the documents, so it was one of those questions says, well,
let's set a time frame. By the way, mister president, when were you the vice president? His answer was, I don't know, I don't know. He also lied about the prosecutor wanting to know the date of his son's death. In response to the question, by the way, mister president, won with your the vice president, I don't know well. And then Biden said to the prosecutor, when did my son die? And then Robert Hurr looked around and gave him the date a son died to orientate him
about time and place. Is it conceivable that we have a president who was so mentally vacuous and empty he can't recall he was elected with Obama president in twenty eight and served until twenty sixteen, to be more specific, January nineteenth of twenty seventeen. How do you have a president who's this mentally absent making any decisions in the White House as he's getting worse every month. The answer is he's not making any decisions. The liberal Marxist around him, all the
old Obama crew are making all the decisions. And when Michael Abanetti, the attorney for Stormy Daniels says, the fix is in. I haven't said this in a while, maybe never. You can believe Michael Avianetti. Now, secondly, let's go to the flip flops you and I. A week or so before the vicious attack by Iran on Israel that Joe Biden funded, he was saying things like, because the poll numbers are so down in Michigan that
the war needs to stop. Cease fire must happen. Keep forty thousand bloodthirsty Hamas murderers using Palestinians as human shields, keep them alive in southern Gaza. And he's saying to Israel, get rid of Benjamin Netanyahu, get rid of Bibi, and there needs to be regime change in Israel because the guy's not paying attention to me Cours, No one's paying attention to him. That's a
different story. As soon as the attack took place on Saturday, quickly the word went out from Joe Biden that we give Israel our one thousand percent support. We are with Israel. So he goes from fire. Benjamin Netzenyahu collapsed, the war concede control of Gaza to forty thousand Hamas, militants stopped firing
and ended to Israel's got my one percent support. Now this morning, Biden, someone in Biden's office manipulating him, leaked the private telephone call he said with Benjamin Nethnyahu to uh say, it was leaked by somebody in the White House with I'm sure the permission of the Chief of Staff. After this unpresident missile attack, ballistic missiles and drone attack through hundred and thirty of them that cost us a billion dollars to defend. By the way, out of the
hundreds of launches, a few crossed in Israel causing minor damage. And Biden, according to the leaked private telephone call to the media, the NBC News, of course, he called Benjamin Nincinawho to congratulate him as a great victory for fending off the attack. It's like what it is a victory when Iran, funded by Joe Biden, launches three hundred plus missiles, cruise missiles and drones. That's a victory because only about one or two percent got through.
Now, why in the world what a president knowing what's happening? The Michael of any crowd of the Democrat Party, the appeasers the chamberlains of the Democrat Party. One week they're against Israel, one night they're in favor of Israel, and then a couple of days later they want to leak the call in which Biden congratulated Bibie on a great victory, great success, and stop it right there. Don't do anything. The reason is is that when Israel response,
which could be at any time, look into my left. According to CNN, which is never wrong, Israel is going to respond militarily sometime soon. Is the only one reason that the Biden sick offense would want to release the telephone call. That is, when Israel does respond to an attack on its soil for the first time ever from the corrupt nation of Iran, he can tell the world, well, he can tell the Hamas faction of the Democrat Party, we told them not to do it. It's something that we
didn't want. He wants to appease the so called peace activist representing Hamas in critical battleground states. So this ceasefire now. Crowd who were yesterday Sunday you saw the video cheering the launch of hundreds of missiles, drones and others launched against Israel, they were out there cheering the military attacks of this scale and scope. They're not peace activists at all. They're an Semites. They're anti Israel, anti Jew, pro terrorist elements of the Democrat Party. But they're
called peace activists by the media. These are the peace activists shutting down bridges and highways all over the nation this afternoon so you can't get to an airport. They're not peace activists. They're advocating murder and genocide. When these activists shout and scream, holler death to Israel, death to America, they are saying, kill Jews and kill Americans, which is what's happening all over the
world. So on behalf of the White House, he wants to appease this so called peace activist shutting down airports and the shutting down college campuses so he can later say when the response comes from Israel, I told them not to do it. I told him, I told them we're not with you on
this. So having been against having been with them, and then last week having been against the Jews, then one night being with the Jews, they're not going to say we're against the Jews because they didn't pay attention to us. Are you kidding me. You can't make this stuff up. Now that Michael Lebanetti, the attorney for Stormy Dnaals, has weighed in saying the fixes in on the Trump trial, it's unbelievable. They're playing a dangerous game.
On one hand, the American taxpayer and Joe Biden provided to is provided to Iran directly and indirectly, well over one hundred billion dollars that the US Department of Treasury says are fungible moneys to be used to advance terror all over the world. And now that the Hezbollah, Hamas, the Hooties and more have been fully funded by you, the taxpayer, we then paid for Israel to defend itself against the rockets that we purchased, and we sit here acting as
if the problem is orangeman orangeman bad. Let's try him quickly, let's get him convicted. We're in the business of losing wars all over the world.
And clearly this is another example of what's happening. So when three hundred Israeli soldiers killed in the Gaza adventures, when three hundred hostages are taken, about half are murdered, the women are raped, the men are killed, including five Americans, when tens of thousands of Jews inside Israel are refugees removed from their homes in the south and the north of Israel, where Iranian proxy terror groups like Hesbluff prefers for large scale of wars with hundreds of thousands of rockets,
and at Israel, terrorism all over the West Bank and Judaea, Samaria all over. Right now, the Taliban is dominating Afghanistan, killing girls and women and killing our allies. We have a feckless, foolish president declared by the Department of his own Justice to be incompetent mentally in charge of the most complicated situation since World War II. Unbelievable death to Israel, death to America. Kill Jews and kill Americans, and we paid for the bullets on both
sides. Well, let's continue if a line becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand more coming up. We're gonna try to cover this thing with understanding, peace, love and and hope for a better future. But we cannot have the same leadership and anticipate different results. Imagine November sixth, Wednesday of this year, and Joe Biden is still in charge with his diminished capacities of the most complicated, complicated foreign policy Rubik's
Cube since World War II, and he's in charge. Are you kidding me? Remember this though, Orange Man Bad can't go back Orange Man Bad. He had girlfriends, he paid him off, He paid him off, form me, Daniel Susan McDougall, maybe ten others I'm not sure paid them off. So therefore, let's keep Joe Biden in charge of our foreign policy, which is getting us all killed. Two twenty six Homi your reds News Radio

It's a fantastic experience, really exciting, and I I just can't wait to get to Miami. That's Holly Bankimper, whose fiance is Bengals wide receiver Chris collins Worth. This afternoon, she and several other Bengals wives and girlfriends will get on a plane with the
team's cheerleaders and fly to Miami for the Super Bowl. This is the first trip to the World Championship game for band Kemper, but collins Worth's second. She hopes the Bengals win Sunday, especially because it would be a dream come to try true for her husband to be An Alexander News Radio seven hundred WLW. Oh hello, quiet, and I'm skokes, I'm broadcasting God. That was Anne Alexander interviewing Chris collins With's girlfriend named not Holly in nineteen eighty nine.
The girlfriends. And by the way, there was a well that was ed was his girlfriend, Holly Bandcamper. That's his current wife. I didn't know that, right, Oh, I didn't know that was some redheaded chick. Goof no question. The thing of it is we you know, we had to call Chris because we usually talked to her. I don't know, but I like Holly. Well, I'm just saying, like Holly and my wife went to law school together. There you go. They were number one,
number two basically in the law school class. So I don't know what to tell you. All right, there rock no microphone. We got the n We didn't We didn't pay there we go. That's on, Yeah, didn't pay the You recall the good old days, nineteen eighty nine, So how's two years old? Right to how worried. Are you about the country right now with what happened over weekend? What's going on today? Explain it as if we were all twelve years old. What's happening with Trump right now?
Because how I understand it is he paid Stormy Daniels one hundred and thirty thousand dollars to shut the hell up. It's called a non disclosure agreement. She therefore, then okay, takes the money, and by taking that money, she doesn't say anything, but she takes the money, screams about it,
and now he's on trial. Explain, well, your good friend Michael cohensmit he a buill of the trump Ster for four hundred and ten thousand dollars of which one hundred and thirty was NBA money to Stormy Daniels, who is attorney, a good friend, and segment with Michael Labanetti, Hevinetti, a
great character who's now in federal prison for fourteen years. CNN HADI money the other day, of course, and so Michael Cohen did not tell the trump Ster the first blush about it at all, because he said I did this quite often and that the Trump Show would always reimburse me. So Trump didn't approve of it, but then he found out about it and not in his said saying okay, to take care of it. And so the goal was to keep from the public the relationship between the Trump Star and Stormy Danaels in
two thousand and six. How'd that work out? So at this point, instead of they took it on state income tax forms as a deduction of four hundred thousand dollars of quote legal fees. Michael Cohen later testified it wasn't legal fees to pay me off for legal services. It was to pay off Stormy Daniels for shall we say, physical services. So instead of putting it on one form, they didn't, and that violated federal election law. They now
claim that that wasn't a payment only to Stormy Daniels. It was done with the intent of keeping from the public needed information for an election. It should have been on an FEC form and not on a state form. That's thirty three felonies, which carries life in prison. There's no way, even in Manhattan, he gets convicted of this. He will be convicted. Oh, come on, you want to bet me a hot fut Sunday? Yes, okay, you got it. Because it was he that he wins the presidency
and then he's rules from prison. Well, or does he get out and stay out until he until four for four years? Well he can't. He can't. Will they do? Then we're in a crisis. Right. You asked me the question in nineteen fifties in Alabama when Emma Till was murdered by three white supremacists, what were the odds of that jury convicting those three white supremacists? All? Right? Now, same thing in Manhattan. Ninety one
percent voted for either Hillary or Joe. They went Trump in jail. What are the odds of twelve jurors in that climate saying eh, we understand this. Over the TICKI taki is dumbest thing ever. Right, he'll be convicted. And now what happens the judge can literally Marshawn who's a political activist who gave money to Joe Biden activist too. I got the story here, ninety six million dollars his daughter raised, not like a little bit, ninety six
million from the New York Post story to Adam Shift and Kamala Harris. I thought the daughter was a fourteen year old teenager with braces. It turns out to be a forty year old political activist who hates Donald Trump. That's the crew against him in a courtroom dominated by Democrats. Wouldn't be wonderful, though,
if it did come out hung jury, O wonderful. Well, hung jury would be a good deal if she'd get one juror it's a stealth juror one no, yeah, two say, we're not going to convin this is bs its determined by the Federal Election Commission, run by Democrats, said there's no crime. The United States Department of Justice said this isn't a crime. The Southern District in New York says this isn't a crime. Sy Vance, the predecessor of Alvin Bragg said after months of an n SI Vance said this
isn't a crime. Ben Crump said it wasn't a crime. Ben Trump said, where was his crime? There is none? And then yet Michael Lavanetty, the attorney for Stormy Daniels from Bridgon, isn't calling in MSNB saying what what's his crime? It's not a what's his crime? The attorney for Stormy Daniels said, this isn't a crime. So now we we've got full wall to wall coverage. Of CNN N like it's important. So but in the courtroom, what happens in the courtroom happens in the courtroom. But how does
this play out in the hearts and minds of voter? Because that's all that matters, That's what this all is about. What what does this help them there? I mean helps us base? The base hates this and they're further in in trenched in Trump. But what about the the upper middle class mom that lives in Madeira, Is she like, man, this I don't like Trump and he's kind of an a hole, but like this is this is a bridge too far? How many of that? How much does that happen?
This is the exce unknown. Unlike the oj trial, which was publicized live in real time, this is no cameras in the courtroom. So we're gonna learn what's happening from the NPR crowd. A NPR is gonna tell what's happening. And they're done, Yeah, we're done. Why not publicize? And Trump can't talk about it, right because he's got a gag order. He doesn't anyway, and you'll be fine constantly and will the judge put him in prison? He could revoke bond and put him in prison at the verdict
in about six weeks. Now what, well, there'll be some other extracurricular activities happen, which is probably what they want. We got a crisis, they want another. They won another January the sixth, but like a real one, a real one. Now what this is what the Democrats have done to us, by the way, piles of poop, pools of urine syringes all over New York City, cops getting the crap kicked out of them. Guess what, Let's not prosecute any of those crimes. What about the people
that are disrupted in traffic on the bridge right now? Oh no, Well, if you're on the Golden Gate, please be kind. We understand these are peace activists. Okay, don't throw them over into the Golden Gate. Now, these are peace activists or exercising their first member. What about me? I got what if I gotta get to work? What if he's in Chicago trying to get to a game, Yeah, better get to a game. Walk home. In other words, these are peace activists under the First
Amendment. Okay, yeah, Rock, what kind of respect do you have for these individuals? You know? Death doing Rock kill the Jews kill Americans. Yeah, the LGBT pro Hamas people, those are the best in the entire world. They'd be thrown But the Moss leadership, I've read quotes, they're they they they love these people because they're useful. Is they'd kill them, they'd cut their heads off, but they're gonna strategically use them off the
top of buildings, handcuffed. That's what would happened. But here killed Jews kill Americans, and it's all okay because they're peace activists. Okay, Rock, I dare you to say anything other than that they are a peace activist. Okay, were screwed? Save man, give me some sports, Rock. The Lakers want to lose the first game so they can win the second game and not play Denver because if they win the first game and then lose the second game, they minded to play Oklahoma City. So they want to lose the first game win the second game instead of winning the first game of
losing the second game because they don't want to play's in bad shape. I mean mostly, not most, but a lot of of the NCAA tournament games rated higher than any nb NBA Women playoff game in multiple years, many years. So can you explain the play in tournament. It's stupid. You have to lose, That's what it is. It's stupid. You can guarantee a loss, but you can't guarantee you win. I can guarantee you I'm going to miss this putt, but I can't guarantee I'm gonna make the putt correct.
And by the way, there's too much written about Scotty Scheffler. I told this the segment. He's twenty seven. When Tiger was twenty seven, he had won eight majors, including the career Grand Slam. When Jack Nicholas is twenty seven, he had won eight majors, including two career Grand Slams. He's twenty seven, he's won a total of two grant how many US opens, how many British opens? How many PGAs? You give the guy a chance? Zero, zero and zero. So don't tell me he's the
second coming of Jesus Christ. But but they're trying to sell there's no one really polarizing in golf other than d Chambeau or whatever his name. And he's on the Live Tours, on the live so all the all the interesting golfers are on the Live Tour, and all the you know, kind of buttoned up golfers that you know their all names, Scotty and Jason. Yeah, but there's nothing interesting. Jeez, nothing's going to bring me in to watch his non and I made this golf. I want to get your view on
this. If Tiger Woods had led the life of Scotty Scheffler and Jack Nicholas and not broken down his body with the pancake waitresses and so much more, he would have won twenty five majors and a hundred tournaments. But he kept doing stupid stuf up with his body, and because of that, he didn't read out, he didn't live out his manifest destiny. Or did all those
things actually help him? You and I have talked before about how all these baseball players are all buttoned up. They got the meal plans and the and the therapists and all that, and they always get hurt. Maybe by doing all those nefariant things, say it helped him mentally, helped him win? Any thing about that. He had women with seven irons chasing him. He was drunk, driving, drugs, all kind of stuff, pulled over. Derelict says, I'm a sex addict. All of a sudden, since he
did that, I knew guys in the league. I knew guys in the league that that would go out on a Friday night like you wouldn't believe even on a Saturday night. They show on Sunday and ball out. Guess what the coach would say, nothing, And maybe it helped him, didn't it didn't. Tiger with a seven iron one night with Florida scald him a few times, right, and then he had you know, the sex thing is one thing, but the drugs, the alcohol, and he went in the
accident. The accident turned it over. People said he was good. If he's seen an HBO documentary on him, it was pretty good. No, I'd like to see that, really good, because he is the greatest golfer of all time. You tell him about that British soldier. Oh, I'm watching the History Channel about this. Talk to I like this all right? Nineteen seven in his chair, Now there you go. Well, we talked about April fourteenth. We talked about Abraham Lincoln. We talked about the Titanic.
Pete Rose talked about Pete Rose Chris Welsh. In nineteen seventeen. It was more or less booked in that the Germans are going to lose, but you know, they were still fighting like warrior poets and so on the battlefields. About eighty miles west of Paris, there was an engagement between the British Expeditionary Force and German army and artillery and gas and all this stuff. And so at the end of the battle they were walking around the bodies because you
know, in those days, think about it wounded beaten. There was a young German private that was shot in the arm, and so there was a British soldier who was named in the documentary that looked at him. He kind of said up a little bit, and he pulled out his rifle. Whatever the hell it was one and them one, whatever it was, put him in the sights and pulled the trigger. Misfire click. So he walked about fifty feet over to him. He kind of slumped back over. He called
over an English medic to attend to him. That's how you knew the name of the soldier from Germany. And they took the name of the British guy who tried to kill him, but said, what the hell. His name was Adolf Hitler, and the British medic put him in a British hospital, got his name. You know, what's your name, Heller? And what's your name? Private so and so from London and sent him back to German
lines. Amazing. Well, you know, they also along the same line as the story about Adolf Hitler. Was a young Adolf Hitler was drowning in a lake and a Catholic priest saved his life. That was part of it too, That Catholic priest jumped in and gave him out the mouth barely lived. Imagined the world without World War two. Man, imagine Abraham Lincoln shot by John Wilkes Booth, tooking over the taking over the presidency. Was a
white supremacist Democrat. Yeah, we could have done for construction if he was in zero. If Abraham Lincoln was there, no ku klux Klan, reconciliation of the South, full citizenship for blacks. Andrew Johnson being a Democrat, what democrats do ku klux Klan, civil war, you know, lynchings, all that stuff. Does any of this make you question God? I hope God's paying attention. Now we're in trouble. We're in serious trouble because now
when Israel. But if he didn't intervene, then why would he intervene? Now I think he needed to intervene with Alf Hitler. Yeah, what I'm saying, die of blood poisoning. But and the only reason they had his name is they nursed him back to health and wanted his name for some record. You know, what is your name? Adolf Hitler? Okay, send him back, guys. So I literally had a bullet going into his head and it misfired, firing, pinned, something happened, click, nothing.
Then he thought about beating him to Death's out. I'm going the next one. This guy's skinny's got this little funny mustache. Send him back home, Adolf Hitler. That's not a worthy adversary.
