I'm not sure there's a print publication available. Maybe there is, but newsweek dot com the
headline today. Kentucky democrat proposes child sex dolls for pedophiles. A Democratic state senator in Kentucky has suggested buying child sex dolls to give the pedophiles in a bid to reduce the chance of them abusing children. State Senator Karen berg Berg said there was research suggesting the dolls actually decreased the proclivity to go out and attack children, and why that's happening is beyond me. I have no idea what is happening. I have no idea exactly how it's possible that's the state
of Kentucky would actually buy sex dolls for pedophiles. Please explain, Willie. Little did I know when I went to our local state Representative Stephanie Deets and said, we need help because we keep finding these pedophiles that are importing these child sized sex dolls from China. In a Kentucky panel with the Court of Appeal says that that is not probable cause to believe that these pedophiles might also
have child pornography. Now, mind you, Willy, law enforcement is batting one thousand when it comes to search warrants on the homes of pedophiles with child size sex dolls, because every time they've done one, they have found child pornography. So never mind the fact that we're batting one thousand. The Court of Appeal says that's not probable cause to go search the home in the first place looking for child porn. So I went to Representative Deets and I said,
we need help. We need to outlaw these dolls in and of themselves. That will allow us to go in the home looking for evidence of the crime. We can find the child porn that we know that they have, and we can lock them up as long as we possibly can what they deserve to be because the last thing we want is child porn possessing pedophiles out roaming
the streets at Kenton County or anyplace else in the commonwealth. Willy, but little did I know that this hearing on this bill, which would seem like a common sense bill, It's one you and I have talked about in the past. Little did I ever imagine that a Democratic senator would come out and claim that these bills might actually help pedophiles avoid perpetrating on kids. Now, there is some little modicum of research out there that I believe was performed by
somebody advocating on pedophiles. Only they referred to them as maps, which they call minor attracted persons. That sounds like some pretty woke vocabulary. Willy, but the last time I checked, minor attracted persons are who we refer to as pedophiles. Nevertheless, these minor attracted person say, hey, just let us have our child dolls. We can have sex with these child dolls, pretend it's a real child, and then maybe we won't go out and rape
or sodomize a real child. Well, that's just lunacy. Any psychologists work their salt. Any psychiatrist who knows what they're talking about will tell you that going from fantasizing about children to perpetrating on a doll is increasing the behavior. It's moving one step closer to actually victimizing raping a child. It is normalizing that activity in the pedophile's head as they do it more and imagine that they are having sex with an actual child. It's not going to save any children
from being raped or molested. It's only going to increase the chances that that pedophile perpetrates on an actual child. Now, it doesn't take a degree in psychology or psychiatry, or a medical degree or anything else will he to know that? This is common sense. Every citizen in the world should know it. But lest we forget that, not everyone Frankfurt has common sense. So you know, rob this democrat is relying partially on a twenty eighteen study.
This is unbelievable. NBC News had the study. A professor of robotics at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, who specializes in human robot interactions, said it may assist pedophiles in weaning themselves off real children by pretending to have sex with plastic children from China. We don't know the answers yet, he said, but recidivism and child sex offenders is a major problem that needs to
be addressed, and there's a possibility technology may help with that. Do I live in some So the Kentucky taxpayer is going to work hard, pay taxes to Frankfurt. Then some of that money's going to be used to ship in sex dolls that are children plastic items from China, and that'll keep that pedophile from raping a seven year old girl. No, you're not an alternative universe. I think Senator Berg was in the alternative universe when she suggested this on
this lunatic statement. I don't care what institute of technology whoever. This guy was down there inventing robots to have sex with people came up with this crazy idea. But there is no reputable scientific study, no peer reviewed study that says that that is in fact the case. In fact, what we have is just the opposite. We have all kinds of psychologists and psychiatrists who will say that this is an increase in behavior. This is making people that would
otherwise perpetrate on children, rape and molest children. It normalizes it in their mind. It increases the chances that they will actually perpetrate on a child because they are justifying this abhorrent behavior. I have a much more effective tool when it comes to combating pedophiles and making sure that they don't rape or molest children. It's called locking them in prison, Willy. That's what we do with them now, and it is very, very effective for everyone we catch.
So thankfully this bill House built two oh seven, which by the way, has passed out of the House, it's been to the Senate, it's been approved favorably for the Senate. It doesn't buy child size sex dolls for pedophiles, like Senator Burke suggested. In fact, it makes these child size sex dolls illegal just the possession, the sale of them. Trafficking in child size
sex dolls. It would make it illegal for everything to sell one, to possess one, and believe it or not, Willy, it also outlaws and this is something else that I never even fathom until I started researching this issue, that there are people that actually have brothels filled with child sized sex dolls, that they have actually caught pedophiles doing this, renting out a hotel room with the child size sex doll for a pedophile to come perpetrate on a child,
or pretend to perpetrate on a child. You know, this is pretending to participate in child rape. It's abhorrent. It's difficult to even wrap your head around. But Representative Beats's bill would outlaw these things. It would do the exact opposite of what Senator Berg is suggesting that we do. It is scheduled to be voted on today. It's on the orders of the day for the Kentucky Senate. They I anticipate will pass this bill to outlaw the child
sized sex dolls, and then we get the really interesting portion Willie. After it passes out of the Senate, it will then go to Andy Basheer's desk for signature. Now, who's he going to side with? Is he going to side with Representative Stephanie Diets and outlawing this abhorren behavior or these child sized sex dolls, letting law enforcement go in and search for the dolls in any
other child porn that this pedophile might have in their house. Or is he going to side with Senator Berg, who, by the way, he is not criticized. He has not come out and said that this is lunacy her suggestion that these dolls will benefit pedophiles. It will be interesting to see where he sides. I suspect that Andy Basheer will come down on the side of representative deats and go ahead and sign off on the bill outlawing these dolls.
But it's certainly going to be interesting, Willy. It's going to be interesting to see if he has anything to say about it, whether he condones Senator Berg's statements and this lunatic notion that these dolls might actually help a pedophile. of the Democratic Party have lost their minds and you said something quickly? The courts have ruled in Kentucky that if some man, and they are almost ninety nine percent men, I would assume order pedophile like sex dolls from China or elsewhere, that that is not probable cause to search their house for other evidence of pedophilism. Is that fair to say that the course don't allow you to do that. That is accurate, Willie. We had a decision come down.
I couldn't believe. It made my head spend And never mind the fact that every single time we've searched the house of someone that ordered up one of these dolls, not only have we found the doll, sometimes we found multiple dolls. But every time we have chob pornography, I mean, you have to just imagine the kind of website you'd have to get on, Willy in the dark Web, just knowing that this person has been on a website that sells these child sized sex dolls, You almost without a doubt, have to
have viewed chob pornography on the website just to see what you're buying. Because these dolls are made to look like children. I'm surely they have exposed genitals to show you what they're buying. Because Willy, these things are just abhorrent. They're hard to even think about because they're so disgusting. But they are sex dolls with all the same orifice as a regular old sex doll would have. I don't know exactly what those look like, but who in the right
mind would even make these things? Of course, that's coming from China. That's the abhorrent, disgusting kind of things that we get imported from that country. Now, secondly, I want to talk about Jamie Simpson, a married man who suspected his wife of having an affair, so he in torch, He imprisoned her, bonded her, tortured, and I think uh performed horrible acts on her. But before we get to there, I'm reading an editorial
in the Inquiry. This is an elected leader in the city Council and her name I never met her, Anna Albi alb I. She has a column in the Inquiry in what she says that gun violence is caused by, believe it or not, food insecurity. Several research studies from Atlanta and New Orleans have shown that food insecurity is a significant risk factor for gun violence. And I'm reading this, I'm going on, I'm watching what's happening on Government Square,
Fountain Square. I'm watching the beatings going on. Four hundred people are getting shot in the city of Cincinnati. And it's because some of these gang bangers don't have a big mac that somehow suggesting that they've shot someone because they were angry. Yes, yeah, that's this is an elected leader. I could see that. You know, when I get to hungry, will you I get really you know, killed, beartable. I don't know that.
Well, I do know. I know I've never shot anyone when I was hungry, but I can't say I haven't you know, snapped at some people maybe and maybe hid harsh words for them or something when I was hungry. But I don't think I've shot anybody. No, what she says, the gun violence is caused by food insecurity. Of course, when I see individuals that are shoplifting, the last thing they need is another meal. They look
obese generally, But that's a different story. But to say that a nineteen or twenty or sixteen year old is killing shooting up the city of Cincinnati because they're hungry, it's like what I willly I've seen that someone. You know, some liberals have said that global warming has been the cause of rising violence and gun violence and everything else. I guess if you can blame global warning, why not blame food insecurity? I mean, sure, why not?
I mean, we had to get this Albi woman out of city council along with state Representative Karen Berg, and I can imagine the kind of legislation they would come up with. But secondly, tell me about Jamie Simpson, defendant and what he did to his wife. Well, Willie, this was the first in my career I actually convicted Jamie Simpson of burglarizing his own house. Wrap your head around as for a minute, I've convicted him of burglarizing his
own house. But here's the kicker. Jamie Simpson had assaulted his wife out in Boom County. He was under a court order of protection not to come within five hundred feet of his wife or enter the house. Nevertheless, he entered the house in violation of that court order. So he was there unlawfully, and while he was in there, he assaulted his wife. He beat her with a beer mug, He assaulted her with a one of those big heavy candles like they sell at the Yankee Candle store. He strangled her.
All of those things or felony offenses. He wouldn't let her leave, he wouldn't let her call for help. This went on for hours on end, so it's also kidnapping this result. She was eventually able to get away by convey to let her take the kids to school and show up at that family court hearing that they had that day, because she said, you know, if the kids don't go to school and if I don't show up in court, they're going to come looking for me. They're going to see me all
beat to hell. They're going to find you here in this house you're not supposed to be in, and it's going to be bad. For you, so he let her go, only she took the kids to the daycare and then she went straight to the hospital and reported what mister Simpson was up to and the crimes that he had perpetrated on her. While the police went out
there, the Covington Police Department went out surrounded the house. Jamie Simpsons started to come out and saw the police, ran back inside barricaded himself in. This ended in a four or five hour swat stand off with the Covington swat team eventually got tired of waiting on him, so they filled the whole house with tear gas, which flushed mister Simpson out. He didn't like the tear
gas, so he came outside and gave up. While he was in jail a waiting trial, he called his wife up, told her not to show up in court, asked her if she was going to show up to change her story and lie, and said none of these things happened. So he ended up with the witness tampering too. The thing about mister Simpson is he's been committing felony offenses here in Kentucky since nineteen ninety four. He's got about five priors, so qualified him as a persistent felony offender. He learned the
hard way. The Kenton County juries don't like repeat offenders, so after convicting him a burglary, kidnapping, strangulation, assault, and witness tampering, he also found him guilty of persistent felony offender, which bumped all those crimes up to where he was facing twenty to fifty years or life in prison, and the jury gave him three different twenty year sentences random consecutively, for a total of sixty years. So mister Simpson is now serving a sixty year prison sentence.
He was sentenced Monday by Kenton Circuit Judge Kate Malloy to that same sixty years that the jury recommended. He's gone for a good long time. Won't be eligible for parole for at least twenty years, so that'll make him almost seventy years old by the time he even sees the parole board. The good news is citizens Kent and cant and he don't have to worry about him committing any more felonies in our community. The bad news for him is he's not
getting out of prison anytime soon. It was a forty nine year old Jamie Simpson is. It's unbelievable that the impetus for this was that Jamie Simpson forty nine, the man sentenced us sixty years in prison, thought his wife was cheating on him. So in response, a kidnapped her in a sense by taking into a place in the house she didn't want to be, assaulted her, strangled her, and did other horrible things to her body. It's unbelievable
she got out alive. Yeah, she's really lucky. He threatened to kill her throughout the things. She had serious doubts about whether she was going to live through this, Willie. You know, anytime somebody assaults someone and strangles someone in order to restrain them in a location that they don't want to be
in, that is kidnapping. You know, Normally when we think about kidnapping, we think about TV shows where somebody's snatched off street corner or something like that, you know, stuffed in the trunk of a car and driven somewhere. But kidnapping can also be using force, using assaults to keep someone in a place they don't want to be, as opposed to taking them anywhere.
So Jamie Simpson was convicted of burglarizing his own house for being there unlawfully with the intent to commit a crime, and also for kidnapping his wife within her own house, but also while strangle strangling her, assaulting her, and tampering with her as a witness. So a fellows no stranger to the criminal justice system, Willie, And it's really unfortunate that his kids are now going to
grow up with an incarcerated father. But in the grand scheme of things, it is a much better situation for his kids to grow up knowing that there is justice, that there is punishment when someone beats their mother. The last thing we want is his kids learning that it is acceptable for men to beat women, or for that matter, if you're a woman, that it's acceptable
to be beaten, and then do nothing about it. Justice was served and it will be a better outcome for everyone in Northern Kentucky, including Jamie Simpson's owned children. With him incarcerated. Unbelievable. The resolution to cure pedophilism is to allow the importation of Chinese child sex dolls. And the only way to cure pedophilism is when the person dies or get into their eighties or nineties and have no urges anymore. But we hope this woman, so we can incarcerate
them where there's no kids. Willie, don't forget that option. It's been a very effective option here in Kenton County. As we give no quarter to pedophiles, we lock them up as long as we can.
