Willie discusses immigration with Sheriff Richard K Jones and Brian Massa, and Congressman Warren Davidson breaks down the Senate immigration bill.

Transcript

I want to see how the congressman from the home area of Richard K. Jones, I think more or less is going to vote on the immigration package, which is a total farce and a sellout. I can't imagine we're so called Republicans agreeing to five thousand per day. Don't count Mexicans and Canadians as

part of the five thousand. Provide free lawyers to everyone in now. New York City, which is one of Richard K. Jones's favorite areas, is now handing out one thousand fully paid, prepaid debit cards to every illegal immigrant. And when you kick the crap out of a cop, when you have a cop NYPD cop on the sidewalks of New York treating us out like a soccer ball, the judge gives them all no bond, simply walk out.

Richard K. Jones, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show and sheriff. First of all, you're one of the few law enforcement officials in the tri State actually to have traveled on the southern border. You've made trips, multiple trips

there. I watched sixty minutes yesterday and they had this huge segment on this wonderful, magnificent wall and then there was this huge hole in the wall that had been drilled by the drug card tell us to let people in, and the sixty minutes correspondence was just standing there watching thousands pour across the hole in the wall. She confronted DHS officials and staid, well, that's determined to be a Washington, DC issue. And then she contacted them and they said

it's on the list to have it fixed. And at that point, mainly Chinese Chinese were coming through the wall. I know you haven't poured over all the elements of this packaged deal, which Republicans will be pinned for not supporting. But what is your thought on letting about two million additional illegal aliens into the country, not counting Canadians and Mexicans, giving them all prepaid debit cards

and also free lawyers. What does that do for the American people? Oh, it's destroy our country, Bill, It's already destroyed it, and it's continuing destroying it. These people are coming in. The Chinese are really really hooked up with the Mexican drug cartel in the Mexican government. And when I talked to the Burner sheriffs, I've been there several times and there some places there's just no fence. Then there's some places that are barbed wire. And

what they're doing is Texas has raised so much help. They're not the drugs aren't pouring through Texas. They've shifted to Arizona and that's where most of the fentanyl's coming through. I think it's close to eight and ten pills. Illegal pills that are coming across are coming in laced with fentin maol. And the good old Chinese are helping us out. They're so sweet. People, Listen, the Chinese have destroyed us. They're coming in by tens of thousands.

They fly one way into the Mexico and you know, you can't leave China unless they say it okay, and then you've got to pay to get them there. And they fly in first class in New Mexico. Then they come across, they walk across the border, and it's about a thirty five billion I want to make sure you get this right, A thirty five billion dollars smuggling that the drug cartel makes on smuggling people into the United States from one

hundred and seventy different countries, mostly all our enemies. And they're here and they're waiting, and it's it's in these towns and states and they're given them us money, they give them free education, they give them free clothes, free food, and then they most of them don't work, and they've infiltrated our country. No matter who the president is. Let's say Trump gets elected, and I'm hoping he does, they won't be able to deport them.

Fasten up. Then you've got our senators, not all of them, and when they're they're voting on this bill, and they've done a compromise. And what it was is this Senate bill will never see the light of day. Our congressman warned Davids, and he's gonna vote for that, and uh and and and and uh. Our senators other than uh, the senator from Ry Brown, he'll vote for it. But it won't it won't matter. It won't make it out of the House or out of the Senate. The House

has got a bill that's coming out. I think it's today. Johnson is and his bill. He said that the Senate bill won't see the light of day, but the House bill, it's going to be just for money for the is Raemis and a loan bill. And that what Biden wanted yead. What Biden wanted to do is attach it to the border, and it's it's the first it's gonna lie five thousand a day to come in and it's okay, and you can stay and you can get free money. What about the

veterans that are down on their lug You need help every day? What about the people that are in then do not hope they're not homeless, but they're close. Uh, give them a thousand dollars a day. And then you've got these people assaulting the police. When they get out of the little court hearing, they give the finger to everybody. They're giving the finger to you and me. Then they just moved on to California with their own money and

it's not stopping. And then we're having to go to the border. We're going to have to fight with the government, uh, because they're going to be sending their federal church down there to Texas. But I think the president got a shock when everybody in these other state said we're going to send people to the border also, and uh, uh, let's and it's going to come down like the Alamo. That's what it's going to come down to. Tell you, people are shut up really and I look at this thing and

this uh, this story lasts down in sixty minutes. It's organized. They all have their Obama phones, they're picked up by lift maneuver. They have cars waiting for them to transport them in. One of the saddest part is that government officials are now saying New York, Chicago, LA Portland is getting overwhelmed. We need to we need to relow Kathy's migrants, so to speak,

these illegal aliens in smaller communities. And I'm thinking, okay, smaller communities, what are you talking about, Well, we're talking about Covington. We're talking about Cincinnati, which is a sanctuary city. Af TED Pirival has declared Cincinnati is a sanctuary city. And then Middletown, Ohio. And it's done through the Catholic Charities, it's done through the Urban League, it's done through the Salvation Army. They're paid tens of millions of dollars to provide services.

So Southern border Obama phones hook up registered hearing is in twenty thirty four. And then they take you by car, by plane, by train, by bus to Middletown, Ohio. Drop off fifty, drop off one hundred maybe Dearborn County, smaller communities because they're getting too much pushback from Democratic mayors and Democratic blue states. So the next order in twenty twenty four to twenty twenty five is going to be right there in Middletown, Butler County Sheriff.

What do we do when that occurs? When we're powerless to stop? But what do we do? Charities, Urban League, Salvation Army. They're paid tens of millions of dollars to provide housing and clothing, maybe a job which might be illegal. And then once you're on the street and you're unattached, mails you don't have much going on, you're going to have to owe the drug cartel serious money because they're the ones who got you here. You owe

them ten thousand dollars. Well, we want you to want you to burglar ie some homes, break in the cars. We want you to go into houses in the Weatherington and break into those houses. And if you don't break into the houses, we're gonna kill you. We're gonna kill your family back in China or El Salvador. This is a monstrous evil taking place, and I feel powerless to stop. But when we Republicans are signing on to the bill saying, let's bring in two million more dispersed into small town America.

Can you sense I'm getting pissed off? Hey, listen, they not coming to Butler County. You know why because the sheriff him. Yeah. Yeah, they look at me as an ass. But listen, I've been fight miss for twenty years and I've got a system. And listen, the last raid we had of a it was a chicken company out in Westchester and we had thousands arrested and helicopters out. But that was President Bush was president, and then all of a sudden boom, nothing I used to deport him from

the jail. I had ice authority. And then when Biden come in three years ago, they stripped that all the way from all of us, and we have no authority at all to deport or do any of those things. But listen, you haven't seen anything yet. These people are here, they're waiting and our government but not in Butler County. And I'm not bragging. I've worked hard to get that done. And they don't come here that you don't see the buses coming here. I don't care what organizations, the Salvation

Army, they have to be very cautious with me. I got eyes and ears everywhere. I look out for my community and I'm not putting up with it. And I don't care who the president is. And this guy we got in White House right now, he's an embarrassment. He's an embarrassment. He doesn't know who he is. And when I talk to people that say, hey, look, I can't vote for Trump and I can't vote for Biden, I said, well, that's the two choices you're going to have.

And they said, well, President Trump sends mean tweets. I said, look, Harry Truman said, to be a good president, you have to be a son of a bitch. Guess what. I'm not voting for a president to be the leader of the church, teach Sunday school. I want my president to be strong. I want my iras to make money. I want my retirement to make money. I want to be able to go to the grocery store, go to McDonald's and not have to spend fifteen dollars

for sandwich in fries. There's nobody that can say that anything. When you say, hey, how you doing now in the past three years, no one can say they made more money no one, and it's going to get worse. It's coming. They're going to the fact they're going to lower the interest rate. You know why they're going to lower it because it's the election

year. Yeah, they're going to lower it, and they are. They're going to lower it, and you got to expect that not going to make anything cheaper at your grocery store, gas, your heating bill, your electric bill, nothing is going to be cheaper. It's going to continue to go up. And we've got a president that's going to stand up and he's gonna tell he thinks we're all stupid, and they're going to tell you the borders, the borders uh not not terrible, and that may work us. Listen,

they should impeaching, they should fire him. He's a goofy dude, goofy. The people will control. No, they hate this guy. They hate him, and he gets up and he lies and he's arrogant, he's a pompous ass. He alone has destroyed this country with his boss, the President of the United States, ten more months. We got to put up with us, and God help us if Biden becomes the president, God help

us, every single one. And we've seen nothing yet and the border at the sentiment, killing hundreds of thousands of people, the the drugs, and then they've shifted from Texas. Now they're going through the border, and listen, they're going to Arizona, and guess what, they're pouring them through the Canadian border of Fio borders the Canada. And you think the drugs and the people aren't coming into Canada, Listen, there's no resources for ice in Canada,

the Canadian border in the United States. And the reason is this because they've shifted them all to Texas and Arizona, all of them for humanitarian aid. And our borders are wide open built. And they're coming to a country in a state near you. They drive without license, they get intoxicated, they're hunting these drugs in here. They're bringing all these kids in one hundred and seventy different countries. And you see these people coming across. They're dressed

better than you and hunt and they all cell phones. The cell phones, they get a couple of other issues. Sheriff. The US Census Bureau says that in present policy in the year twenty fifty, which is what twenty twenty six years from now, and we're close to that as we are of the year nineteen ninety nine. But nonetheless, we're going to have at least one

hundred million more persons living in the United States of America. That the population in New York City's going to double, Los Angeles will double, Chicago will double, one hundred million more Americans. The population of Ohio right now is about twelve million. They predict the population here will be eighteen million. Don't have the schools, don't have the hospitals, don't have the classrooms, don't

have the highways, We don't have the facilities for this many people. And you'd have to think that the Democrats who are proposing this thing, and Sheried Brown is going to vote for it when given a chance, has to understand that it's going to destroy the country. And let's face it, maybe that's the plan. Maybe the plan is is to make so many parts of our great nation unlivable that you have to go into the hills the mountains to survive,

because we will not survive. We will not survive. One hundred million more illegals committing crime, public assistants, etc. And secondly, Sheriff I'm watching this morning on Fox and Friends and Bill Hemmer had a guy on from Portland, Oregon. He was a security guard. He's a doorman of a fancy hotel which has been destroyed. And he said, every day I walk

over the bodies of zoned out and dead drug zombies. That drug dealing is happening in Portland, Oregon, hand to hand, in front of schools, in front of churches, in front of shopping centers that are closing down, businesses are leaving, and he's crying in tears. This is a hairy ass man about fifty years old who said, I can't take it anymore because they don't enforce the law in Portland, Oregon, or in Chicago, or in

New York, or in Los Angeles. No law is enforced in law enforcement like you are so demoralized about what they see and what they can't do that they get angry. And in Cincinnati, when gang's maraud in downtown Cincinnati, then the juvenile court Judge Carrie Bloom lets them go on bond with no bond

whatsoever, and then they skip or come back. At the total collapse of the greatest nation of the world happening before my very eyes, and I feel powerless to stop it because we now have Republicans like Mitch McConnell, who looks like the bottom of my right foot, is saying this is a great deal for the country to let two million come in, provide everybody lawyers, and away we go. Sheriff, I don't know where we go from this.

We're in trouble. We're in serious struggle. Listen, Mitch mcconnald Trump was correct. He's been there too long. He looks like a piece of hubb above a chewing gum. He don't know who he is. He gets to the microphone like Biden, can't talk to get him out of there. He's like Pelosi. He doesn't represent the rest of us. He's really as low a person to manage. He sold out, And we have no Republican leadership in the Senate. We do in the House, but they're kind of divided

only by two or three votes, but in the Senate it's worse. Schumer's the boss, Biden's the boss. The only person we got that runs our party in DC right now is Johnson, and he comes and goes, and they because to votes short of kicking him out right. His own party looked like fools and people in the United States. I'm going to tell you bewhere it's going to get worse. The fit malls killing a couple hundred thousand people a year in the United States. In Cincinnati, it's like four hundred people

die a year just in Cincinnati and Hamilton County, four hundred. In Butler County it's like one hundred. And in the state of Ohio it's five thousand just in the state of Ohio. From the Chinese. They're so sweet, good to us, and our government won't to anything. All they do they get to DC and they fight. They can't agree on any they don't anything to help. No roads, no fools, no hospital. Oh Bill, We're screwed. And Warren Davidson's a voice, but he's a lonely voice.

Lonely voice. Lastly, Sheriff to come. I'm going to say this, the media and the Democrats, we have about thirty seconds remaining, are going to blame the Republicans for the border crisis. That moment is coming. It's not them that have set this up. They're going to say the Republicans are to blame, and that's out of the playbook of Saul Alinsky. They're going to blame Republicans for a wide open southern border. Well, Sheriff, I'm against the clock. I could talk to you all day. We got to

do it. I haven't touched the issue of law enforcement. But Richard K. Jones, stay strong, don't get weak. And Trump is imperfect, but he's so much better than Joe Biden. Even fifty cent, I don't know. If you listen to rap music very often? Do fIF fifty cent is with Trump? Fifty cent? Yes, fifty Hey people Black America, White America people, they listen. If you're an African American, you've been

passed over in your ops. And because of the illegals that are coming in, they're bringing them in and the African Americans in the United States are getting very angry because they're that's it. Yeah, they're figured it out. Sheriff. Let's do this more often. I love you, man. Stay strong, don't get weak, don't flip, don't become a rhino. I doubt you will. Richard K. Jones, Sheriff of Butler County, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you, Sheriff. See you,

my friend, God bless you, great man. Let's continue with more your reaction five, one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand. As I said, we scheduled to Congressman Warren Davidson later on Bill Cunningham with you. Every day you're home of the Reds. They're coming. The Reds are coming on news radio seven hundreds WLW prescriptions requirement online consultation with the healthcare provider, who will determine if appropriate. And Richard K. Jones

is extremely practical, he's on the ground, understand what's happening. And the media, the big time media, and of course the Democratic Party is under a illusion that by saying that this immigration bill, which I'll go over some of the elements with you here in a couple of minutes, is a good thing. And it's quote bipartisan bill what improve and enhance the southern border to make it more accessible to illegal aliens that have not gone through the normal process

to get here. You see, take a look at this thing from thirty thousand feet. We have an immigration system currently in effect which allows legally about one million foreigners to enter America and become United States citizens sworn in down in federal court. Yours truly has been involved in speaking to some of those classes. And I tell you what. I'm humbled by the fact that a million non Americans go through the process of providing all the documentation as to who they

are, where they came from. What is the purpose of one become a US citizen. Who's going to care for them? Background checks, medical checks, etc. And many times it takes five to ten years to get in line with everyone else and to say, Okay, I'm from the Congo, I'm from Iran, I'm from whoever, North Korea, South Korea, I'm from South America, and I want to become a US citizen. It begins with that non American going to an embassy American embassy in getting the forms,

the applications, and the requirements. Five to ten years of process. We know who they are, we know where they came from, we know their criminal record, if any, we know their health consequences. Certain shots are required of these of these quote foreigners to come into America to become US citizens. Plus there's a person here or an entity that will take care of them economically so that the American taxpayer is not on the hook for their care and

feeding. That is called legal immigration. And each of these other countries have certain quotas, certain indications is that who gets fast tracked two doesn't. Do you have a skill that American needs that may take one to three years to be fast tracked with all the background checks and the shots, the vaccines, the medical condition, the medical history, et cetera. And then we say, okay, this person from Iraq, this person from Romania, this person

from the Congo, we need the skills. We know who they are, we know where they're coming from, we have their fingerprints, we have all the identifiers necessary. We welcome you into America. And yours truly has been down in federal court and one point I was asked to swear in the New Americans, very proud to do it, and away we go. Now does

that make sense to you? Does that? Does that indicate that we have about one million here that are legal Americans who are the best Americans they can be because we know who they are, where they came from, what their status is. We also have visas given out for many nations to come here and visit America. If you're a European and you want to spend a month walking around the Grand Canyon, or spend time in New York City, or come to the Kentucky Derby. We have a process available that says, okay,

you can come here for this defined period of time. We know who you are, we know your entry point, we have your identifiers, and we kind of know how long you going to be here. Now we find out over the years there's literally millions who've simply stayed over there welcome and they should be deported, but the Biden administration doesn't deport them at all. There's

millions more in that system that stays here. Now. We have at least one other system, which is students can come here from foreign countries to study, and Chinese students are particularly popular to come to our tech schools to do quite well, and there's periods of time they can stay. If they drop out of school, they're supposed to notify the embassy, in which case they

may be asked to leave voluntarily or be deported, et cetera. We have literally about five hundred thousand and a half million students a year come here to live in the country, and there's requirements of what you can do, what you can do now. The last way to come here is simply to walk

across the southern border. Did you happen to see yesterday the segment on sixty minutes about this breach in the wall created by the cartels, and the cartels are making literally, according to Sheriff Richard K. Jones, and those where the bodies are buried, literally tens of billions of dollars a year in their pocket. Of course, tax free which is used to transport illegals to a

part of the border they can simply walk across. And if you can't pay, if you're a man, you may pay with future criminal activity, or if you're a woman, you may pay with your body for the transit fees.

And I've seen the video from Ali Bradley of News Nation in which large numbers of cartel members are in hilltops and mountaintops near the border of our border, and they have drones that they send over, they have military style hardware, and they determine where to take their next batch of illegal immigrants to walk across the southern border. And sixty Minutes had a breach in the wall and there were literally at one point hundreds of Chinese nationals coming in from that border

breach. And when asked by the sixty Minutes correspondence to the border patrol, why don't you stop this, he said, We're not in the business of stopping individuals pouring across our southern border. And then she asked, well, how come you don't repair the fence. Well, and obviously I can't repair the fence. We've notified Washington and sometime in the next few years they're going to repair the fence. That's how incompetent this is. And so the other

way of coming in is coming in illegally. And this new bill quote bipartisan which it isn't, bipartisan, which it isn't, says that Republicans and Democrats want to have a brand new system coming across the southern border, which in about five thousand per day of illegals. That adds up to almost two million a year. And if it gets to that point, then the Biden administration may shut down the border until they get control, which will never happen.

He doesn't. Biden doesn't follow the law presently. Why would he follow a new law hav enbridged all the old laws. It is illegal to come into this country. It would take no money, zero zilch, nada for executive orders to say stay in Mexico, don't come to America. If you come across, you will not be permitted to apply for asylum for five years. You must apply for asylum in Mexico, and over ninety percent never get asylum anyway because they don't qualify. And so it's a game, it's a ruse.

And so you can go through steps one, two, and three to become an American citizen, but the fourth step is the worst. The individuals who come across, we don't know who they are. We don't know we know where they came from, like one hundred and fifty different countries. We don't have background checks, We know nothing about their criminal background, and nothing against their medical history. Do they have their shots, are they diseased,

do they have something, Do they have diphtheria? Do they have bango bongo? What is the medical condition? Nobody cares, there's so many they flood

in. Then either the so called non government entities, the NGOs, such such as Catholic charities get together and are paid literally tens of millions of dollars serious money by the federal government to transport these individuals all over Hell's half Acre, including their Salvation Army and incuting the Urban League gets together and this is how they're funding their organizations by tens of millions of dollars paid by the federal

government to these non government organizations to take up the care, feeding, and transportation. So if there's a large Catholic charity organization in Chicago, how does an immigrant get from Eagle Pass to Chicago go? Well, generally it's through the air or buses. Generally the quickest way as an airplane. And they rent airplanes and maybe even Delta or Southwest, and their way through the TSA

lines. Put on the plane and they're transported to Chicago. When they get off the plane, it might be a bus taking them down to the Loop. And at that point the Catholic charities of the Urban League or the Salvation Army meets the individual and if you're in New York, you get a million, you get fifty three million dollars, your piece of a thousand dollars a month prepaid debit card, here's your one thousand dollars, here is your Obama

phone, this is where you're staying or not staying. And they begin the process of determining whether or not, in the next five to ten years, whether that person is eligible to become a US citizen at all. Over ninety percent of the time they're not eligible. Then they get orders to self deport, which they don't. Then they leave locales where they could be arrested, and they go in and interior in the country and they live their life.

Now the goal politically, this is an election year, and the Democrats, the Marxist left wing. These are not the Democratic parties of Tom Luken and Jim Luken and Charlie Lucan or Mark Mallory or John Cranley. This isn't that kind of a Democratic party. The Democratic Party today is a Marxist leftist organization who wants to substitute the voters that they lose through by these illegal aliens who

they think will be loyal Democratic voters. Citizenship is normally required. It's illegal to vote if you're a non citizen, but because of the system in place in eighteen states, these illegals are given ballots in the mail to vote, and most I would think, good chunk them vote illegally anyway. They're in

the country illegally, so what difference does it make. So at this point we're dealing with an existential crisis to this revivability of the United States of America one Census Bureau of Statistician indicated that within the next twenty to twenty five years, there'll be an additional one hundred million illegal aliens living inside the United States

of America. Right now we have about eighty million, and of the eighty million in this country who weren't born in this country, the great majority are illegal. Why is this happening because right now the Democrats must maintain power. They've gone through a period of eight years with Obama, four years with the Trumpster keeping him tied down, now four years with Biden. You give the Democrats four to eight more years, it'll be in cement. The system will

be in cement, and we're going to lose our country. It won't exist as we know it. The country is not scaled. In the emergency rooms

and the hospitals not scaled, and the public school system not scaled. With the bridges, the highways and the byways, the social services, we're not scaled to have almost five hundred million Americans, which is where we're headed, and the majority of those coming across the southern border are single, unattached males, which are about the worst demographic demography for those who want to have functional

citizens that we males. If you're twenty two years old and you have no education, you have no job skills this country needs, and you're in this country illegally, how are you going to support yourself? You know, and I know how that happens. It is sick and it's sad what is happening. And so the goal now here it is what February the fifth, The

goal is to pend this on Donald Trump and the Republicans. So when disasters continue to happen through the southern border, terrorist acts continue to happen, murders in fentanyl and one hundred thousand dead Americans through fentanyl through the southern border, they want to pin this on Donald Trump and Republicans by saying, and you hear the media doing it already, well, the Republicans will not go along with quote the bipartisan bill, having not known what it's in the bill,

we won't go along with the bipartisan bill. So the Trumpsters, the Republicans, the Mike Lees, the Warren Davidson's, the brad Weinstrips, they're the ones responsible jd Vance, They're responsible for the southern border, and they want to sell that Turkey to you, thinking you'll consume it, will you? Will you say? Okay, Donald Trump doesn't want it. He wants to run on the issue. Therefore, it's Trump's fault, It's Jade Vance's fault, It's Ryan Paul's fault. Will you buy that one? I hope not.

But that's the goal. When you hear the media talk about the bipartisan bill, it is not bipartisan. There may be a few Republicans who want it, but the great bulk of normal Americans, Republicans do not want this. It is wrong to say we're going to institutionalize and legalize at least five

thousand a day. In December it was ten thousand a day. The president has the option of declaring an emergency, which you won't declare because it's in his political interest to have as much chaos as possible between now November the fifth, blaming Donald Trump for the chaos that Biden's policies have caused. Will you buy that thing? I hope not. We'll get the government we deserve. It is sick and it's sad. The second thing happening, of course,

is the collapse of our magnificent major American cities. Look what the Marxist Democrats have done to Chicago, to Nashville, to Austin, to Washington, DZ. To Atlanta. And I have a guest coming up either later today or tomorrow, is going to talk about what's happening to the Black community where they've been loyal Democratic voters for the last seventy or eighty years, giving Democrats ninety percent of their vote. Almost a Stockholm syndrome in which those who are the

loyal Democratic voters are being destroyed by the policies of Joe Biden. And the media will not cover it objectively because it is so bad for the Democrats and they want to get Trump so bad they can taste it. A quick message to those who voted for the Donald and now might say, you know what, I can't. I just can't do it anymore. He's too cruel, too unkind, too many peccadillos, doesn't follow Reagan's eleventh commandment. We're going

to have chaos after November. Whether Trump wins or loses, or whether Joe Biden wins or loses, there's going to be total chaos. The differential is this, at least with Donald Trump, if he's re elected president, there will be chaos from the media, from cable news, and from the Democrat Party. But damn it, his policies are right. His policies work. If Biden is reelected or Michelle Obama is put in power or Gavin Newsom, we're going to continue to have chaos in this country. But the policies do

not work. There's the differential. So for my suburbanite moms and dads who think I don't want my daughter my son emulating the president, do you want them emulating Joe Biden? Is that what you want? And by the way, Joe Biden again has refused to do a Super Bowl interview New Year's Eve. His interview was disastrous on ABC, and now he's decided not to risk not answering questions and looking like an old man by doing a Super Bowl interview,

which is a freebie to one hundred million Americans. But once again, Biden can't give an interview. He can't put two thoughts together in his head. He has no idea what's in this bill. Biden has no clue what's in this bill. What he does know is that he's going to avoid interview and the media likely will let him not campaign, not put himself out there and not debate because he can't. And he's a figurehead like l sit on

Three rooms are carpet clean for just one oh nine going to have on the floor for a vote in the US Senate. I know James Langford from Oklahoma bill that would define what new powers the president

might have to evict from this country. So many illegal aliens will have any impact. Of course, the headline number according to leaks, which may or may not be accurate, is that there's a five thousand dollars five thousand person limit per day, and at that point then certain powers are triggered. Five thousand a day of illegal aliens is almost two million every year. That doesn't

count so many others and numbers. USA has been on this issue for many years in James Massa is with numbers Usay and James Massa, Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show. And from the speculation that we have today, can you tell the American people why the Oklahoma legislature sanctioned their own Republican senator? What

do they know that many do not? Well, it's always good to be here, Bill, and I would say that what they know others do know, which is that what Langford has proposed and what he continues to negotiate is completely at odds with what the House has already passed in regards to to curing the border. It's actually codifying the border crisis. And it's not just Langford

on this. This is actually McConnell driven Langford bill, and so he Langford's catching the grief fort and he absolutely should be, because the things that are coming out, that are being rumored or are just atrocities. However, who's really driving this behind it is McConnell, which is kind of sad. I mean, he looks like the bottom of my right foot. But secondly,

he's completely lost his way. Senator Ran Paul, who's a frequent guest here, he will not speak ill of a fellow senator, but Mitch McConnell is a reflection of Chuck Schumer. And so I would imagine that the bill is doa in the House of Representatives, but explain what the crisis is for those

who don't pay a lot of attention. And James, you and I are connected to what's happening in the world, what's happening in current events, but the average American all often wakes up the day before the election and says, is tomorrow the election day November fifth? Or is it next week? They live their lives in good and simple ways, work, care for their families, give charitably of their time, and they simply live their life. But

most don't know. Most Americans don't pay attention to this. Why I'll ask James Master this question. Why is there a crisis now in the southern border that the mainstream media has just recently discovered. Well, it's unavoidable of what's

going on on the southern border. Just in December, there were three hundred and two thousand illegal apprehensions on the southern border alone, three hundred and twenty seven thousand throughout the United States completely, including the courts of entry of people who have tried to enter into the United States illegally. Even back in the Obama era, eighty two percent of those people were turned around and sent back.

In the Trump area is even higher, but in the Biden administration, over eighty five percent of those people are let Indian United States, released into the interior and given a job permit. So the impact is enormous on our nation, both in jobs as well as on the stress of the communities, everything from healthcare to education and on and on. And I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. We have three hundred and five thousand residents in the city of

Cincinnati. So one can imagine in one month we had the same number of people illegally enter the country as live in the city of Cincinnati and over continuing at that pace, the number normally given is eight to ten million. The past three years under Biden, that number is accelerating to maybe one hundred million. More so when Chicago, New York, Portland, LA, and Atlanta deals with illegal immigration. This is the tip of the spear, the tip

of the iceberg. There's another one to two hundred million that want to come into this country. And address yourself to this issue. Whenever Joe Biden walks to a helicopter, someone tries to yell questions to him. And of course he can't hold a news conference, he can't hold his sparare thoughts in his mind to issue a fungent opinion about anything because of his mental acuity lack thereof. But what are the two or three things that Joe Biden could do this

afternoon, could do tonight, to do tomorrow. That would absolutely fundamentally change the border without money coming from the Congress. Because Trump did it. Trump did not have large immigration bills that allowed him to shut down the southern border and make it work. What could Biden do if he had the guts to do it. What are the two or three things that should occur. Well, one of the first things he could do is end this catch and release

policy. Catch and release is what I just described. People come in, they're apprehended, then they're release into the United States. The return the remain in Mexico policy of the Trump era is what stopped that. And it put a stop to over seventy five percent of the illegal incursion into the United States just by saying, if you come here, you're not going to be released into the United States. You're going to have to stay in Mexico or your

country of origin until whatever you're claiming is addressed. So that alone could be done. And what's in this new bill, and this is why people are so up at art. What's coming out of language work is that one of the proposals is that they won't actually catch and release them. They will catch them and put them in what is states and have a job permit that we know where you are. Can you imagine I do because I see it.

Cincinnati, now, little Cincinnati has a homelessness crisis that we never have not had in years. And what's happening. And for those in Chicago and other big cities, they must understand, this is the tip of the iceberg. This is solving the problem. It's been well publicized now these illego aliens living at the Roosevelt Hotel, which a few years ago was a wonderful facility in

Manhattan, has been taken over. The six hundred and fifty rooms there have been taken over by Homeland Security. They pay the operator huge amounts of money, and they've thrown out the residents much like in a school in Brooklyn, and put into illegal aliens. And then two copsm I spent five years on my TV show in New York City, and I loved it there with those cops, and they were tough and they were good, and they were in New York cops where had the crap kicked out of them by lego aliens.

They were trying to break up a fight and suddenly the mob turned on the two police officers. They were kicked in the head, they were beaten, they were punched, and one of those cops is going to have traumatic brain injuries. The other one is injured and he was released from the hospital. But nonetheless, when they got to court that afternoon, more cops showed up. They arrested the perpetrators. It's all on video. It's not a question

did this happen or did not happen. And the prosecutor in New York City did not request a bond of any type, and the judge should have stepped in and said there will be a bond in there because the fear of flight. In other words, lock them up for beating up a cop, committing a felony on a cop. Instead of that, they gave them no bond. They walked out the door. There was reporting the last few days that they are on their way to California on a bus to go back to Mexico.

And sometimes a small incident speaks to larger problems. Would you anticipate in the days ahead that'll be a reawakening of what New York City should do with the legal migration or not. Well, I believe it's going to be ignored again. The New York city has been ignoring the impact of illegal immigration in their city and on the citizens of New York, on the citizens of the

United States for a long time, and they're continuing to do so. What they're asking for is more money to be able to process them and somehow house them more effectively. So the taxpayers across the United States are helping out New York. You know, the biggest tragedy in this whole effort by Langford and

McConnell is just trying to reset underneath the Biden administration what is normal. It is not normal for a sovereign nation to have five thousand people coming across their border illegally, to be able to show up in New York or Chicago or any other city USA and be able to perpetrate the types of actions that you're describing right now on law abiding citizens and the laws enforcement people who are here for us in the blue. So it is a new normal. They're trying

to say that five thousand's just fine. Zero is what a sovereign nation should expect from its illegal immigration. We need to have immigration, we need to have it open in a way that's positive for this nation's interests. But it doesn't have to be illegal. We're two thirds of what's going on. It's just coming across the border and impacting people in our cities the way you've just described Numbers USA dot org. You have a study about the environmental concerns,

the Piedmont Sprawl Study. It says the following, the population growth in the region of North Carolina South Carolina is driving sprawl eighty six percent of the loss of open space per capital and consumption is responsible for the other environmental endorsements of US population stabilization. I would think liberals care greatly about the environment as I

do. What impact on these I don't know ten million, twenty million, fifty million will have and just the issue of the environment and what that means for highways and pollution speak to that number about liberals should be concerned with this, but they're not. Well, you know, the members of NumbersUSA dot com and anyone can join at our website Numbers USA dot com. It does speak to unified focus on the impact of NUMBERS on the environment as well as

on law and order, as well as on jobs and wages. I have people who are really quite liberal on the left of many many issues, but are in absolute agreement that we need to secure the border and we need to have a sensible immigration policy. And I have people who are very far in

the right who have the exact same agreement. This is one of the few areas that Americans across the ideological spectrum are in agreement on that we need to reduce the impact of illegal immigration into our nation and there is environmental impact. The sprawl studies are available. You can do spraw studies dot com and you'll be able to find more and more studies. We do one for a variety

of different states. We just released Texas, just released Idaho. We're going to be doing well on Yellowstone because the impact is even occurring in our national parks at this point in time. So there's great sovereignty in our nation and as great resources, part of it is our environment. It needs to be protected as well. I always say, follow the money and follow the power. Twenty thirty is going to be a census, and because the constitution counts

persons and not citizens. Is part of the goal of the liberal Democratic Party, not the Democratic Party of our fathers and mothers, but rather the current Democratic Party. Twenty thirty is coming what in six years Persons are counted for population census and not citizens. So the more the Democrats put citizens slash persons in California, Illinois, all the Pennsylvania, New York, that's going to

give them more power in the Congress. Because states that have a responsible approach toward immigrations, such as Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, they're going to lose representation in the Congress, while these high population states will increase. So do you think possibly the goal here by the Democrats, and you might add James mass of numbers USA that ten or fifteen years ago, when Barack Hussein Obama was in office, he spoke on immigration similar to the way you

and I speak today. It must be stopped. People can't come in the country illegally, is what Obama and Biden said, and that's changed completely. Do you think there's a political motive here of the progressive Marxist Democrats to have more and more persons living in various states so they have more power in the House of Representatives. I think the short answer is yes. I don't know if they will achieve that objective birth the outcome they expect will be what they

anticipate, But I think that is one of the objectives. It effects on the local area when people are trying to provide driver's licenses which might allow them to be able to vote in local elections. It's when you have communities such as our nation's capital saying anyone who's been resident in the last thirty days can vote in local elections. It absolutely is impacting the voter profile. And of course how the different districts are arranged based on the population, so there will

be that impact. The interesting thing though, is Jim Robbo is one of our vice presidents, have been involved with this for twenty seven years, wrote a book recently called Political Migrants The Hispanic Voters on the Move, And what we find is is for Hispanic voters, now, these are US citizens who

are naturalized, who have been here for a generation or two. They have moved from being a democratic Republican bloc to almost forty seven to forty nine percent of them voted more in a Republican orientation in the last election midterm elections. So those who are coming to us from the southern hemisphere in Central America who are not criminals, because there are criminals coming in, there are terrorists coming

in. But those who are just people coming here for economic purposes. In a generation or two, they're going to be voting in the Republican orientation. They want that border closed as well. One of the strongest voices today is the Hispanic US citizen saying, no Moss, we don't want anymore. We know what's coming in. It's not what's good for America. And I'm an American, so I think that there's going to be an unexpected outcome of that.

But in the short term, yes, redistricting can occur, and it would occur based on the population of where the where people are in the United States. Now, lastly, let's say November the fifth of this year, James Massive NumbersUSA dot org. Things go awry, whether it's Michelle Obama or whether it's Gavin Newsom, or whether it's Kamala Harris or whether it's Joe Biden is re elected or elected, and we go through another beginning in twenty twenty

five, another four to eight year cycle of open borders. That may be good for business for Numbers USA and people contributing, but the fact of the matter is, let's jump at about seven to ten years from now, and the policies of Joe Biden have continued to operate into the twenty thirties. What does America look like? Well, America doesn't look like America today. In fact, this is one of the most significant social changes to our nation that

is occurring. And in fact, it's interesting. One hundred years ago, in nineteen twenty four, there was an immigration law that was placed and it basically stopped immigration, and it had a number that was correct a low number of people who allowed legally in the United States, but it basically excluded people from all different types of nations, So it was very discriminatory from a national

level, but it had the number right. In the nineteen sixties, we had the reverse of that, where they got the people right, where they opened it up that people could come to us from any nation and add the value that we want immigrants to be able to add. But they opened up the number and it dramatically grew. On the legal side, it dramatically grew from two hundred and sixty thousand to almost a million legal immigrants coming in to

the United States. Those are fifty year blocks. We stand today at an opportunity to get it right, where we get the number right, which is a lower number than what's currently today, probably lower than a million legal immigrants, let alone to two million illegal immigrants. And we are able to bring in the best and brightest and those people who can actually add value to our nation. Those two things need to both happen. That's what immigration reform would

truly be. That's what a sensible immigration policy is. And it allows for the ability to still respond to acute issues throughout the world. It allows for us to be able to address short labor if we actually have it, but it most importantly protects the United States citizens so that what's coming into the nation actually benefits us as a nation. And that's a sensible immigration policy. We have the opportunity now to do it, but we could find ourselves way off

that mark. What are novel thoughts. The words on the Statue of Liberty in the nineteenth century do not apply in the twenty first century, and we must change. James Massive numbers USA dot org. All the facts. Information is there. People can join. And now once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. We're warning the American people. Let's see what happens in November. James Massa, thank you very much. Thank you,

Bill let's continue. At First Financial Bank, we have five percent apy on money market accounts and high rates on CDs. Interviewing, I'm talking to a chicken. Welcome to Cincinnati. Willie College basketball Xavier's Quincy Oliveri has been named the Naysmith Trophy Player of the Week and the Big East Conference Player of the Week after averaging thirty three points and musketeer wins against Saint John's and DePaul. I'm getting reports out of San Francisco that they're

unhappy and displeased. Huh with the practice field at the Super Bowl. It is soft and may cause injuries. You might recall the last Super Bowl the field was soft and soggy. I don't get it, don't understand it. Why can't the NFL, which is the richest, most powerful league in all of the history, give teams a representative field? To me, this is an unbelievable story out of Lost Vegas. Your reaction, I have no idea, Willie, Because they got the they got the King. I think he

retired a few years ago. The King, the King of the King of turf and uh, I don't know, I don't, I don't know. I mean, are they going to complain about Sunday's game, Well, they're going to do move. It isn't an indoors I mean it's indoors. But they must have an astro turf field and right Las Vegas, right, well,

I would, I would, I would guess. So, I mean I would think that somebody's working out at UNLV with their at their football stadium, or I'm sure they've got other fields around there that they can use. Unbelievable. Please continue with sports. You con Purdue North Carolina one two three. In this week's AP College Basketball Poll, Kentucky fell seven spots to seventeenth, while Date and improved to three spots to eighteenth. This week, What

Xavier took care of DePaul. Yes, they did also well he Congrats to Walton, Kentucky native Mariah Denigan. She has qualified for the upcoming Paris Summer Olympic Games, finishing sixth in an event in the World Aquatics Championship. She's a member of

the Indiana University swim team, so to say, we congratulate her. And then how about did you watch any of the well one, did you watch any of the Pro Bowl games yesterday? No? Off to my left. I did watch some of the Grammys last night. I was on the air. The snub, the snub is what people are talking about between of course the great Kansas City Chief Taylor Swift and Selene Dion. There was a snub but it wasn't intended. So afterwards, of course what occurred is that Taylor

Swift hugged Selene Dion backstage and all is well. As you know, Selene Dion is sick and it appeared that she was being snubbed by Taylor Swift. Your reaction to that, Uh, well, there's always controversy in this And how about your man your your favorite rapper today? Killer Mike arrested at the Grammys last night. He assaulted a security guard. He walks away with three Grammys and he walks out and handcuffs from the LAPD for assault. Impossible.

I got a text about that from Aaron from Social Security. The Allegiant field where the Raiders play has a grass field. They're growing the grass outside right like indoors. Yeah, like Arizona does. Arizona does that same thing. They keep the field during the week outside and then they just rolled it in on tracks. I want to thank Aaron. And also I got a text here from Robin Sweeney who has remarried. She married a guy named Robin Sparrow.

If your name is Robin Sweeney and marry a guy named Sparrow, do you become Robin Sparrow. What does that say about the bird world or Robin Sweeney Sparrow, Robin Sweeney Sparrow with a hyphen. I don't know what to say about that, but she's a frequent listener and I want to thank Robin for doing so. She's now Robin Sparrow. The big game of Willie Super

Bowl fifty eight'll be right here Sunday on seven hundred WLW. Former Bengals defensive coordinator Mike Zimmer is in line for an interview this week with his former team, the Dallas Cowboys, over their defensive coordinator spot and how about in the NHL. Willie Gary Bettman, the commissioner Friday in the All Star Game in Toronto, mentioning Cincinnati as a maybe an expansion future for the n h L. He wants to express interest then tell us they want an expansion team,

we'll talk to them. As we talked to people in Houston, in Atlanta, in Cincinnati, Kansas City, Kansas City, there seems to be a increasing and vibrant expression of interest in having an NHL team and places where there aren't. If we have baseball, football, Major League Soccer NHL without it, without an arena, I'd be in a state of shock right now. Well. First, yes, First off, they got to get an

arena. Second off, the team would be named. I'm sure the Cincinnati Stingers, and Andy Mack is probably all part of this with his millions and millions of dollars. Sig briefly tell the story. I think many Americans don't understand that you began your media career behind the nets at the coliseum. Please

explain. Yes, welly, that is true. I was there with a couple of friends of mine in their and their their aunts, and we were sitting right behind the just just ute right around the glass so we wouldn't get hit there. My friend's ants had had season tickets, and my mom Mary put together a big Stinger's helmet, and I went down there and uh uh, And I was one of their major, big fans of the Cincinnati Stingers

for many, many years. Didn't you turn on your helmet after I gotta, I gotta I got years ago where the kids have those helmets and they had the red light on top while my mom put together all a big nice helmet and every time they scored a goal, I turned that thing on and they had a little siren and everything else. Is that what Andy Max said? Who's that cloud behind the net with a siren on his head? He's inferring to you? Yeah, and he might be he might be pretty good

maybe one day on the radio. So what happened? Tell the stories, That's what happened. That's what happened. How'd you get into the end of the station from a stingers net? Well that Willie and then also a proud graduate of NKU broadcast law class one day that we didn't nobody wanted to take, but we were in class on a snowy day and the professor, Byron Wrins was his name, and he said, hey, you want to You know, WLW is looking for somebody to write up sports on the weekend.

And I came down here and at that time I was interning at w CKY and the crew tower in the morning producing their Well, they didn't have a helicopter, they had airplane traffic with Ted Florko. And that's how it all began. That's all began. How'd you get to the big one? You didn't make the connection segment? Bill Bill right Nower, the longtime news director Willie called one on September of nineteen seventy eight, called me on the phone and said, you want to come work for us? I said yes,

sir. He said, be down there this Saturday, and in the middle of late seventy eight and seventy nine. I've been there ever since, and you're not leaving here like a lifer. Correct. Also, how about this, how about did you watch the golf the golf got rained out? How about Wyndham Clark? Would you like would you have been able to? Can

you putt like that? Yes? Back put on the last hole, all up right in the throat, short for a fifty nine, But he set the all time record at Pebble Beach, which is a one hell of a track of a sixty. He shot twelve under par in those conditions. And he wins the tournament because today they got rained out. He pined it out and they said out. And then for the winner. Yeah, and then I mean that guy he made a putt I think all the way if it if it was in Montana, it went from one end of the state to

the other. It was incredible. The guy's only won three tournaments, but he won the US Open, a minor win. Now he's got a big one. And what the hell. Now we move on, amen. And also today Willie, we say Happy Bertay to Pursell Marion's own the great Captain America, Roger Staubach. Well, how old is Roger? Now? I don't know, but it's a birthday for It's a birthday for him today, and so we say happy birthday to number twelve. Was he number twelve at

Persel Marion? Yes? Yeah, okay, okay. In fact, when we dedicated the field in September, we had a little reception ahead of time where Roger the Dodger and his lovely wife. Right there was a display case of a replica of his heisman, his jersey from high school and some other things. He says to the athletic director, do you think I can still fit in that thing? He opened up the case, pulled out number twelve. Yeah, he puts it on and it fit him. Jesus, Oh,

he's about that. He said, why am I wear this? Wow? How about that? And so he takes that jersey that looked like I had moth holes in it. We're going on the field and he's throwing passes to a tight end that was about six three about two and twenty five pounds for the Cavaliers. Kid was seventeen or eighteen years old, and Roger the Dodger has got to be I don't know, seventy years I'm sorry, I got to be eighty years old. I would yeah, I would think.

Yes, he's throwing thirty five yard ropes to the present tight end of the Cavaliers. They probably still could probably still throw him today. And there was a guy off to the left named Frank zy Bell, and Frank zye Bell would field the misses by the tight end and give her back to Roger the Dodger. And I thought, Roger, I mean, you're the greatest of all. And so many kids I spoke to there said who's that old guy wearing number twelve? And I said, I said, that's in America.

That's the Tom Brady of the twentieth century. Read about Roger Staubach. Understand that he could have made millions for the Dallas Cowboys. He honors his navy commitment for five years right, comes back out of the age of twenty seven and gets the winning job against Frank Meredith and takes the Calboy the two Super Bowl MVPs. How about that? That is one heck of a career. Right there. Not bad, not bad at all, Roger the Dodger.

And he graduated I think in nineteen sixty from Percell. So here we are what sixty four years later he was eighteen? I bet he's eighty two if my math is right. My dear park Man's still looking good, Willy, we'll see. Coming up next is Warren Davidson, the Congressman. Segment's Congressman

about the immigration bill, which stinks. Segment, get me out of the Stude Report, Willie and utter of today being National weather Person's Day, we honor Jay Ketch, k rob Chin, Frank E, M Johnny G. C. Bodak, Double R, Rico, Suave Po, Peep T Blake the Spinner, A Rod the Chief, and double E. We leave you with the immortal words of the ste Report. So you'll be with Mike McConnell tomorrow morning. Well, of course we have evidence now of Mike's philandering.

Oh of course, okay. Segment is that it in sports. Yes, stay tuned for the Congressman next, Warren Davidson about this bill that is an abomination before the eyes of God. But the media will pin this on the Republicans. Believe me, Bill Cunningham News Radio seven hundred. Ww Men, the new year is here, and if you're like many of us, you're

going to make off all kinds of new spending by the US government. Just to go over some of the headlights, they're talking about twenty billion dollars for border security here, they're talking about sixty billion for border security in the Ukraine, fourteen billion for security assistance in Israel, which I support, two billion dollars US Central Command and the conflict in the Red Sea, five billion more for partners in the Indo Pacific facing aggression from etc. And joining you and

I now as Congressman Warren Davidson of the Great State of Ohio went to West Point, went to Notre Dame. Been in Congress about eight to ten years. He's a conservative, a member of the Freedom Caucus. And Congressman Warren

Davidson, and welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And when I watched Speaker of the House Mike Johnson be quizzed by Kristen Welker about whether he's going to support the bill even and she wanted all the things she knew about what was going to be in the bill that Mike Johnson had a great kind of liked a little bit and said, Okay, are you going to support the bill? And he kept saying, look, if I'm going to eat the meal, I like to buy some of the groceries. I like to know

what's in the bill and why weren't we notified? So, Warren Davidson, Congressman, one of the leaders of the Freedom Caucus, is anyone on your side of the aisle and the House of Representatives been involved in preparing this meal that you're supposed to eat, not at all. And frankly, most of the Senate hasn't been involved. There's been a handful of senators involved, and

they keep saying, well, you got to support it. They're like, well, the text just came out, but for a month now it's all you've got to get on board with the Senate bill on you don't even have texts yet. And now that we've got text and my staff and I've been going down through it. Right after the tax came the text of the bill came out. It doesn't look good. Just like you say, twenty billions what they claim is for border security, but a lot of it's essentially funding

for sanctuary cities to keep Biden's border policies in place. The border policies lock in a lot of the bad policies. It turns into a bigger magnet for illegal immigration, not a remedy. And look, we had our bill in the House since May of last year, and we've done multiple incremental bills, but we've done a big r HR two since May. And this is finally supposed to be the counteroffer from the Senate. Let's keep that in mind.

It's a counteroffer, and that's if it can get through the Senate. We've already passed through the House our offer, and you know, there should be not a blind acceptance of this terrible idea from the Senate. And I think really the Senate might exist just to prove that the House bills could end up being worse. So it is a bad idea from what I've read so far. And let's not forget Willie. We haven't even funded America's government yet.

The deadline was October first of twenty twenty three, and we're still on continuing resolutions to fund our own government. Absurd, ridiculous. I think the deadline's March first, March seventh, March eighth, whatever. So allegedly on Wednesday,

there's going to be a vote in the Senate. But see this is set up, and I think Mike Johnson was very smart to say this that if the system was serious about having an omnibus bill, there would have been five or six representatives from the House of Representatives, maybe Jim Jordan, maybe you pick out two or three more, Mike Johnson, along with five or six in the Senate, three Republicans, three Democrats. Put Senator Mike Lee

in there as one of the three. Then get the administration together, go somewhere, maybe to Camp David, and hack it out over months and years so that everyone is everyone is involved. And so why eat the meal if you can't buy the groceries? And the House of Representatives isn't involved in this at all. In fact, he said, I don't know what's in it.

And so you're saying that it's at four to five thousand illegal immigrants a day, which might be as many as two million a year, and then money to give sanctuary cities more money as a magnet to bring more in. If they were serious about this, wouldn't they spent the last several weeks working with people like you and the Senate and the administration to come up with something

everybody would agree to. What they're going to do is push out three hundred and seventy pages Monday and Tuesday, vote on a Wednesday, which may not happen. Then then Mike Johnson and folks like you were going to say, that's a man that we're not gonna We're not going to do this. Then the media and social media and the Democrats are going to blame you for keeping the southern border open. Is that the old Washington two step? Yeah,

that's what they're going to try to do. And frankly, you know they'll let ten million in and then try to lock in a structural Oh we're just gonna let two million in. Now, see what a great success this is. I mean, they are serious about border security, they're serious about destroying it. That's why Joe Biden undid all the Trump policies on day one.

You know, they know the effect that these policies are having. And so you know, in January, right first week of January, second week of January, I went down to the border with Speaker Johnson in about sixty of my colleagues and we met with the Border Patrol because we knew, Hey, the Senate's working on their compromise bill. What do you guys think? What are you hearing talking to the border patrol agents and some of the sheriffs and

local law enforcement down there in Texas. And one of the guys really summed it up well, he's like, we were like, do you need more funding for X, Y or Z? And he's like, guys, I don't need more money for more buckets. I need somebody to turn the fire hydrant off and the fire hydrants on because Joe Biden opened it up with all the border policies. So unless you're going to change the policies that are driving everybody to here, I don't know how you're going to help fix the problem.

So that's fundamentally, the root issue is not the twenty billion dollar number. It's the policies that are behind the number. And it doesn't look like there's anything encouraging to even hold out as the basis for a negotiation or compromise with the plan that to Senate published tonight and Representative Warren Davidson, what are the two or three things Biden could do if he could understand the issue that he could do this week that would change exactly the border to make it more

under control without congressional action. Whatsoever does he even for number one, does he know he can do it? Or number two, what should he do that would involve no money? Well, let's declare I'm not sure what Joe

Biden personally knows, but the administration certainly knows. We all know he's struggling with some issues there and has been, but fundamentally that he knows what he did to undo it and that resulted in the flood, and everyone including the union that represents the border patrols, telling him the same things you have to do. The remain in Mexico policy. They came up with this phrase catch and release years ago, which is you catch them and then you release them

into the United States. Now, for any fishermen out there, you know, catch and release means you catch them and you throw them back. So that's what they need to do. You catch them and you throw them back, and look, we can detain you as long as you want. At the border. I think we should keep families together. There's a Fluorrees decision that says you've got to separate kids. Well, that's how the Biden administrations

lost control of one hundred thousand kids. They have no accountability for one hundred thousand kids under fourteen. This is insane Joe. To hold families together or release them together back across the border, that alone will to the problem, and then you should do like no interior resettlement. So there are a lot of nonprofits that are getting paid tens of millions of dollars to help these migrants come to the country, and then they're getting paid tens of millions of dollars

more to help the poverty that goes on in the cities. So eliminate the poverty magnet that says, if you're here illegally, you're getting not only are you getting nothing as you start coming into the border, but if you're already inside the country, no, there are is no payment period. You're eligible

for zero dollars. So if you turn that off and you turn the funding to the nonprofits that are just laundering the money through our sanctuary city communities, a lot of the nonprofits would stop doing what they're doing, and at least they would stop the tax dollars. So if private charity did at a bridge of the gap, that'd be one thing but that would really those three things

right there would really take a way. A lot of the magnet, like Catholic charities and others are paid tens of millions of dollars to care to house clothing, feed large numbers of immigration. If we didn't have stay in Mexico policy, that would collapse that. And so when you went to the border with and I can recall that you were standing there, there was a fifty or sixty congressman and the border patrol, those in the front line said to you, and I recall the interviews, we do not need more money.

What we need is less individuals illegally entering the country and move them back across the border quickly and don't parole them into the United States. And so nothing in this new act is going to change any of that. Can you describe to the American people when illegals come across maybe five in December, it was ten thousand a day, ten thousand a day we know about when they hit the border fence. Instead of hiding from border patrol, they seek out border

patrol. They want to get registered in the system. Then it may be many months before the get a hearing date. Sometime in the twenty thirties. But how do you go from a desert area illegally with little or no assets. How do you go from there to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, or to Madison. How do you make that trip? How does that happen? Yeah, so here's the mechanism. They're coming up all through Central America, and the

Biden administration is facilitating this, as is the United Nations. And lots of charities, some otherwise great charities that we would give to people like Catholic charities, people like the Salvation Army, like the Urban League. These guys are giving money out there, and the migrants make their way up the administration stopping countries like Guatemala from doing things to secure the border. They wanted to pass on through Mexico and get to our country. When they come to the border,

they do just that, most of them. Now, you know, we got almost eight million that the boarder patrols encountered in. About ninety percent of the people that they encounter at the border they process. And they've set up all these ten along the border and the middle of the desert. And they're nice air force tents. They're not the you know, Spartan army tents. They get heating and air conditioning and lights and everything, but they're tents.

They give you the appearance that this is a temporary plan. They get folding tables and everything, and they bring them in and the border patrol agents. One of the big things about going down to the border. I mean,

you don't need to go there to know that it's broken. But when you go there and you see border patrol agents that you know went into this line of work to defend the country and secure the border, their morale is so low because ninety percent of the people that they bring into this building are the tents. They're just turning loose to go wherever they want in the country. So they then they bring them through the tent, they're documented, and

then they turn them loose unless they're miners. There's no no good documentation on miners. Separate issue. Then they turn them over to nonprofits, and the nonprofits are back in the funding pipeline. In a lot of cases, the cartels and nonprofits have brought the luggage in a separate area. They make them up with their luggage, deliver them to whatever sanctuary city you want to go. Do you come in in Texas and you want to go to California.

You want to go to Boston or Philadelphia or Chicago, no problem, you can go there. And it's all coordinated through a big government, big nonprofit laundering scheme with all this money and our FEMA dollars are paying for a lot of this relocation. Then they get to the cities and just like Eric Adams has tried to call attention to his problem in New York City, he wanted to be a sanctuary city, and now he's in the you know, find

out phase where like, wow, you know, we're getting wrecked. Somebody turned this off and they're having to cut funding for all their programs in the city because they don't have it. And that's what the twenty billion's for is to help guys like Eric Adams not have to cut his local budget because they're getting pressure from all kinds of people that normally think of themselves as Democrats, but they're saying, you're destroying our city, and you get pushed back in

the minority communities in Chicago and New York. Democrats are like, whoa, we got a problem. And fundamentally that's why they're trying to change the narrative is they know they've got a problem with their base. I mean, you you get you know, a lot of a lot of folks over there pushing back on it, and hopefully that means we're going to get a change. We have to stay the course and do something real, though. We can't just do window dressing here and let the Democrats somehow say, oh see we

fixed it. Now all you did is fixed is you gave more money to the sanctuary cities. They keep doing what they're doing. Could could there be I watched political commentator this morning say, well, you're going to have all

the Democrats voting lockstep forward. Assuming you get to sixty votes and the Senate and you told me off the air that's iffy at best, But assuming you get sixty votes in the Senate and then goes to the House, and all the editorial writers, all social media, the Democrats, all the talk shows are going to come after the House of Representatives as Neanderthals. So don't understand what's going on. And Trump's in charge of the party and Trump's not going

to allow it. All that kind of crap's going to go on. And Mike Johnson said, no, Trump's not giving me mark orders. I'm doing it because that's what my constituents want. And so assuming in several weeks from now, there's going to be a vote in the House, is it conceivable that all the Democrats and then pick out twenty or thirty Republicans would vote for it and this Turkey would become law. Is that conceivable? It's hard to

imagine that it'll even get a vote in the House. Frankly, I think Speaker Johnson's disinclined to put it on the floor, and he's hearing that from a lot of us. Effectly, there'd be other problems for the Speaker if he did bring this bill to the floor because again, it's not just a standalone border issue. It's tied to sixty billion for Ukraine. A lot of support trying to fund something for Israel, but fundamentally, if we can't defend

our own country, we can't secure our borders. We twitter Ecst Warren Davidson and I said, you know, should we fund Israel, should we fund Ukraine? Should we secure our borders or should we do all the above? And so far it's like eighty two to eighty three percent secure our borders. Yeah, I mean that's what people want to do they know, Yeah,

we can get around with some of the other stuff. Some people don't want to get around to any of the other stuff, but they definitely want to secure our borders, and you know, so that's why I think it's just a no brainer to get that done. And the Speaker should just say no, we're not even going to talk about this giant supplemental plan. We haven't even funded our own government yet with the regular twenty fiscal year twenty four appropriations,

which should include border security. It did when it passed the House. Well, let's move on. Lastly, let's say things go awry. November the fifth, and Michelle Obama is the president or god Joe Biden is the president, Kamala Harris is the president, I don't know. Gavin Newsom is the president. And they announced we're going to continue these same policies on the southern border. We're going to keep borrowing about six billion dollars every day of

brand new money. We're going to continue policies in the inner city. We're going to continue to rent money. We're going to have more taxes, more borrowing, and we're going to continue that for the next eight to twelve years. What does America look like. In twenty thirty four, I saw one report that if we don't change border policy, there's going to be at least one hundred million more persons entering this country in the next twenty five years.

One hundred million minimum. That means the country's got four hundred and forty million people majority on government assistance. What does the country look like if you lose this fight, Well, look, we're bankrupt either way at the great we're going. But if you look at the demographic challenges in the country, we people think, oh, you know, we've been talking about this for years. I'm kind of sick of hearing about it. The scale is so much

different than what people, you know, can easily appreciate. I mean, we had more illegal immigrants in America last year than we had babies born. I mean that's a lot. That's a lot. Think what that does to the demographics of your country. And right now, the way they've been counting the census, they count everybody who's here and then they divide up the representatives. The way that it should be done is you count the citizens at least

for the representation. I mean, there's good reason books for everybody for the census. But when you apportion the representatives and you say, well, how many does California get and how many does Ohio get? Well, California, because they count illegals in the census, they're already getting seven extra representatives than what they should get. Now we get some illegals in Ohio, but not not as many. And so luckiple say, oh, well, you should

be more welcoming to illegals. Now we should secure our borders. We should secure our borders, and we should stop doing that with the census. So I mean, if you don't, if you don't defend sanity. You know, Congress represents American citizens. You know, you have If you're not an American and you're in America, you have representation. It's at an embassy or a consulate, you know. And we should get our laws to represent that.

And if we don't do any of that, like you're saying, when the administration keeps winning in court to stop states like Texas from securing the border and defending the country, I don't see how we stay people. Man, people are sick of it. Warren Davidson, once again member of the Freedom Caucus. Stay strong, I know you will. I'm not sure about a lot of the other ones. I know you will. If somebody wants to express interest, then tell us they

want an expansion team. We'll talk to them. As we talked to people in Houston, in Atlanta, in Cincinnati, Kansas City, Kansas City, there seems to be a increasing, in vibrant expression of interest in having an NHL team and places where there aren't Hello quiet and I'm I'm broadcasting Rocky. There's a peers to be growing acceptance of not just baseball, football, and

soccer, but hockey. I would say this to rock number one. We have the football, baseball, of course, and soccer because there's tens of thousands of kids that play soccer. How many tens of thousands that kids are playing ice hockey? I would say little or none, not near is that many years. The problem is ice time and you got to go far far away to get ice time around here, and some parents are willing to do

it. Hockey youth hockey is an incredibly expensive amen because of the travel, because of trying to get ice time, because there's not that many places. So you I don't think there's as much built in, you know, interest or history of hockey as there is soccer. I don't know where all this came from. Just came out of the clear blue fright and he brought it up. And but Rock you said you were gonna say Harrison might be the

spot the new arena. Yeah, I think instead of putting those two Howardy Holmes and Doug Abrams put in out there and Ray akra Harrison would before that, there you Go, would come in, business, would be thriving, well well used plan for the land, There you go be awesome, raise money for schools. If that happens, I'd be in a status shock between the professional teams we have. And I think you know, Jeff Birding would love Jeff Birding is a community minded guy. He wants an anchor tenant for

his new coliseum right by TQL. And you know he's given a couple of interviews, told some folks, what do you think would be an anchored tenant, Well, an anchored ten it would be in the NHL, that would twenty thousand seed arena. But seg you're a hockey officionado, do you sense

there's a ground swell of support to bring in the NHL to Cincinnati. Like I said, Willie, I have no idea where when he said they've had preliminary of talks and talks with preliminary talks with Cincinnati, I mean, I'm out of the loop, but I don't know who they were talking to. I have no idea that for to me, that came out of nowhere. Jeff Purdy, will he named named five NHL players right now, a let

jove I mean, I don't know that's Austin Matthews, Alex Ovechkin. What about NBA talks about NBA team coming to since doctor, that's Andy Furman, That's it. It would make more sense. I'm about the only one in the history of basketball. Yes, I went to Royals games because they do I coach Gorton, Vetterino and a cousin that would let us in on the top of the Cincinnati Gardens after the game started to open a tour about six inches. We'd open the door and walk in, walk down, and I

saw the All Star Game I won. In the Royals locker room, I met Wilt Chamberlain, I met Walt Bellamy, Jerry West, Belgian Baylor. It's all. If I knew at that point what I know, I would have got some autographs. But there used to be an allied, vibrant NBA team here until they got a little bit hiffy in the mid sixties, late sixties, and a guy named Jacobs had some dispute with the Concession Air and he moved out to Kansas City, and then he moved out to Sacramento.

And at this point I think, I think we're over the top between the Reds, the Bengals, MLS, Xavier, UC and NKU Miami. Aren't we rock? Aren't we over the top? When it comes to I feel like so, I feel like there's there's enough going on Cincinnati to keep everyone's interest. I mean, Matt, what was the population greater Cincinnati two point two two point two. I meane like the cities that are getting NBA teams along with baseball and football and soccer have many more people. And we got

no, we have no tradition. In fact, the Stingers are here and left, and the Cyclones sell a lot of beer and pizza, but I don't sense they're over subscribed. And I it's Jeff Birding is a visionary, and that guy wants an anchor tenant for his new coliseum next to TQ well and that hockey would be fabulous. Be right in line. Hey, give me some sports before it's too late. Willy the stood reporters of proud Service.

But but he named I mean how many I know sports plus has hog has has ice. But but then you're going out. I know teams play I

think at Miami out in Oxford. That's all a lot of people. Yeah, I agree, I think compared to how many basketball gyms and all all basketball places and we were just at a place for you was called Sports of all sorts in Northern Kentucky for the weekend five basketball. I mean they're all over the place, but ice is a little more scarce and it's more difficult to play very well. It's because it's more expensive. Yeah, you gotta you have it. Niners chiefs field conditions for the forty nine ers practice facility of UNLV have met with widespread disapproval from various members of their organization, explain it, Rock, How's that possible? Don't know. They put in a sod field on top of a field turf and it started laying in just last week at UNLV. That's what it seems like. They're replacing this sod like too close to the date

line here. Of course sod needs time to kind of. Of course, Kansas City's at the Raiders practice facility, so now they're complaining about the practice field, not the game field, right, correct the Niners. Yes, at the UNLV and do you know, Rock, According to Aaron from Social Security Administration, this is a grass field they haul in and haul out for games. It's like on Holy Systems in the Legion field in Vegas is covered, but it goes out, then it comes in, then it goes out

like Arizona's. Please explain that to me, Well, Miam that the Dolphins. I saw an episode of Hard Knocks. And isn't that the Stratton I don't watch a game. I don't know and seg isn't Steph Curry gonna go mono imano with a woman I from the w N explain that a shorter distance in the smaller ball, Yeah,

figar ball explain that segment. Well, that's what that's that's part of the that that's the they're going to play that matchup on glass. How come he's playing her instead of Caitlyn Clark. I'd put Caitlin Clark. He might be able to handle hit from Steph. Curry's in a no win situation. If he goes and drills her, he's gonna get killed, right and if yeah, if he loses, he might as well quit in the NBA and no

win, he's lost his manhood. But you and I are going to watch it because we want to see Steph Curry tee it up against the unsqu who's one of the Alcohlates of the Great number eight, of the of the Lakers who passed away, and uh, I want to watch to see who wins. But Caitlyn Clark, I think is a better percentage She's final three point than he an escue and Caitlyn Clark, But unbelievable. I don't know what that means she may get drafted in the NBA. Don't be ridiculous. I'll

tell you what. You put a six foot three inch high school senior on her, she didn't get a shot off. Here we go, Caitland Clark from Deer Park. I'll tell you what. Yes, one of the future players at the park. I watched that Cooper Flag. He's at number one rate of high school player in the country. He's six' nine, dribbling down the or like nobody's business. What's on the Big Show? Rock? How about putting him on him on Caitlin Clark to see how many shots she gets off? Nothing? None? Pretty say,

I'm glad you asked that. Right of the game, we have Dave Lapham, Oh best super Bowl Lord. We're gonna tell some super Bowl stories. That's right, well, ye, next name next? Wednesday is the big day chaos. We have nothing but chaos week from Wednesdays Valentine's Day. The news media is saying that the Republicans and the Democrats have a deal, but Mike Johnson in the House won't go along. That's a bunch of bs. There's no bipartisan deal. It's a bunch

of crap. You can't let in two million illegals every year and call it a deal deal. There is no deal deal. Simply enforced the president law is all you got to do, and Biden wants to pin this on Trump for the failure, and that's going to be played by the media repeatedly and it sickens me. Well, last night, in sixty minutes, they had a deal where there was like a four foot gap in the in the UH someplace had the border and most of the most of the immigrants that are coming

in we're Chinese from China, Chinese agents to infiltrate and this country. Yeah great, I can't take it. Anyone in the media says, the Republicans and Democrats have a deal, but Trump will led them. Are you kidding me? And force the present law. We don't need a deal. Smart, Yeah, yeah, you and I are smart. To do is keep building that wall. Yeah that was in the bill. I'd vote for it. Build, build it all and stay in executive orders. Know your role

and shut your mouth. Don't get me started now. I'm all pissed off again. There you go, man, get me out of the stud's report. Please, Well, the National Weather Person's Day.
