Transcript

Dark and walk in the glorious Monday afternoon in the Tri State. The weather. If you don't like the weather, just wait twenty four hours. We're going to go from cold to ice to snow to seventy degrees and sixty miles per hour winds and who knows what comes next Tuesday and Wednesday, plus later on we have on from Columbus, Jack Windsor to talk about what's happening in the state's capital. At two o'clock is Leland Viddert of News Nation, who

was on site for the South Carolina primary. And this is being spun by some as a victory for Nicky Haley when she loses her home state by twenty one points, that's a win. If that's a win, I don't want to see a defeat, my god. She's the two term governor of South Carolina and well respected, gets hammered at home by Donald Trump. But until then, Once again, last week, Channel nine ran a story still being investigated about an additional twenty nine year old man who had the crap kicked out

of him in and around Fountain Square and Government Square. And there's great concern from the social activist the Irish Roly crowd that something's got to be done, which is generally higher social activists a lot of money to walk around and do nothing. That's my editorial comment. But Ken Kober is the president of the FOP and he's also walking in the shoes of Dan Hills, Elmer dunnaway in the high heels of Kathy Harold and Ken Coober. Welcome again to the Bill

Cunningham Show. But I read something about a new judge in Hamlety County, and this is indicative of a general problem. It was simply misbehavior by one judge, you kind of let it go. But when it's representing so much about what's happening. Judge Samantha Silverstein, newly elected I think, took office a couple months ago, has enacted some policies and a little birdie whispered in my ear that a lot of the cops are not are quite unhappy with what's

going on. So, first of all, Ken Cober, welcome this Monday afternoon of the Bill Cunningham Show, and tell us your concerns about this new judge. Samantha Silverstein, Hi, Bill, thanks for having me. Yes, yeah, I've immediately got complaints as soon as she took the bench. She decided to an active rule that says cops are not allowed to sit in a jury box, so which has been a practice and is done now in

every other municipal courtroom. But hers if they want to sit in there and wait for their cake to be called, they can sit with the defendants in the gallery, or they can stand out the hallway and wait for their case to be called. Now, I'm going to go back in time because many

don't understand what we're discussing. As far back as I can recall, in the nineteen seventies, in municipal court, there's a jury box to the right or left of the bench, and there's generally eight to twelve seats in there, and it's traditional to have cops in uniform from Springfield Township CPD, Anderson Township, Harrison, whoever it might be, deputy sheriffs, and the cops are there in case their testimony is needed on a preliminary hearing or an emotion

first appearance, whatever it might be. It's good to have the person who arrested the defendant to be present so that the cop can say, you're on and this is what happened, and the cop signs an under oath Haffi day. But this is what the defendant did. And so the reason the cops are in the jury box is because if the cops are out in the hallway, then they interact with defendants and defense counsel and family members. Things can

get heated if they're sitting in this more or less the audience. You're sitting with once again, defendants who have not been arrested yet and or family members. And the gun, the mace is applicable to people to your right and left. It's like theater seating so many a half a century ago or longer. The judge and said, look, police officers in uniform with weapons, you sit in the jury box. And then if I need you to fill in the blanks, you're right there. And so have have you requested a

meeting? And what is the reason that Judge Silverstein, a brand new judge, suddenly said we're not going to do that anymore, breaking presidents of a half a century? Was there a reason? Given? My understanding is that she said, it makes it looks like these cops are on a pedestal, like they have their own place to sit, and she's just not going to allow it. She came out of the Public Defender's office and legal aid, what do your coppers say about that? How is that received? Well,

they're beyond frustrated. And like I said, not only is it a matter of they're not on a pedestal, they're there just because they're supposed to be their off duty. Mind you, granted they're being paid that these are people that have already worked second or third shift, you know, the day before,

the night before. You know, they're now waiting there, and there are certain safety concerns that if they're sitting there with the general public and they decide that they want to try to grab, whether it's their taser, their mace, they're gone. Those are safety concerns that these officers have that are real safety concerns. And it's the only judge in municipal court that has this practice. That's what's really concerning. And so the officers say, this is

dangerous for us, it's dangerous for the public. Have you sign a direct meeting with Judge Samanthus Silverstein or not? So I have myself and another a high ranking command staff officer within the police department reached out to her several times asking to meet just so we could understand her perspective. Maybe there is some kind of rationale that we don't know about that would make sense for this.

I couldn't understand possibly whatever they could be, but you know, just trying to be a decent person, I'm like, you know, let's just see what she has to say. And she's declined to meet with us, said basically, I'm not going to them. So that's kind of where it stands.

As far as the second and third shift. When I spent my years there, there are cops that are getting off at seven am, and they've been up for many times twenty four hours, and they're off duty in a sense because they're on duty, but they get paid overtime when they work past forty hours. And I've seen these cops kind of shuffle in and sit in the jury box so they can relax a little bit. And they also provide security for the courtroom because if the cops are outside in the hallway, if

something happens inside the courtroom. I've had it happen more than once. We're an officer in uniform sprung to duty because of the way the defendant was behaving, and there's not like armed bailiff in the municipal court anymore, so the cops are like there to provide security. And then it also to have a police officer, having just worked an eight to twelve hour shift, stand outside in the hallway waiting for the case to be called, meandering around. It's

just disrespectful to the police. And do you think, Ken Cober, this is a bigger problem by certain judges and Samantha Silverstein, I know almost all of them. She's brand new. She moved to our community about seven or eight years ago, and she came through legal aid and she beat Kirk Kissinger, who was I think a fine judge who understood the role of law enforcement.

Is there something larger, because if that's the signal, sense the police officers, who are the thin blue line between democracy and anarchy, they ought to get a little special place, they ought to be to sit down and jerry box away from the defendants they've just arrested. Is there any sense this is symptomatic of a larger problem. Well, sure it is. It just shows you the disrespect that's going on within law enforcement. You know that they

don't care. We're worried about the defendant and what the defendant might think more than we are the officer, and all I'm asking is to be equal. They are innocent until they're proven guilty. However, there are certain circumstances where an officer should be given a little bit of treatment that would be maybe a little bit better than the public, only because they've got weapons scrafted their shoulder to their waste, and we don't want anybody to try to be attacking these

officers. I don't think that's too much to ask, and clearly all the other municipal court judges don't feel it's too much to ask either, because that's a common practice. She is the only one that is doing this, and this is a young female, brand new judge who wants to implement kind of the theory he's had and been taught in law school and by Legal Aid and

by the Public Defender's Office about certain criminal justice issue at ken Cober. Do you have a sense the things have metastasized the last month with the two attacks downtown of a mob of teenagers, and then also Channel nine had a story Wednesday of last week that another twenty nine year old was jumped. I understand from Channel nine that thing is still under investigation, but you've been around a long time as a police officer, how would you describe the respect given to

law enforcement by members of the community. That's different now than it was ten or twenty years ago. There's much less respect than there ever was. I mean, just treating somebody with common decency is something that just doesn't occur anymore when you're talking citizen to citizens, So it's only spilling over into law enforcement.

And they've been nothing but emboldened and empowered by what we've seen in national politics local politics, where the disrespect for law enforcement's okay, and that is something that absolutely has to change. Can you give us some a police perspective. I see these well intended social activists like Iris Roli at Government Square during these bus transfers, acting as if, okay, we're down here, we're keeping an eye on things, and in reality, that's a band aid on

a cancerous tumor. Do you have some resolution or something to Is it the bus pass system? Should we not have dozens of dozens and dozens of teenagers out of the public school system transferring downtown? Is there some placebo that could be used here or is there a deeper problem? Well? Sure, let me first start by saying, you having these social activists downtown, it does

appear to be helping somewhat, but it's something that's just not sustainable. They're not going to be able to be there every day, every minute of every hour making sure that these kids are doing what they're supposed to be doing. So in the interim, it is a it's helping alleviate a little bit of the problem. The problem is the moment that they leave is the moment that these bad actors are the ones that are going to continue to convent these crimes.

So they have to look at the root of what is being caused, why are these things occurring? And the first thing is, and you hit on it is allowing kids from all fifty two neighborhoods to come down in a central location where they really don't like each other to begin with. It gives them a venue to fight. Yeah, and that's all it does. And you have kids from the East Side that don't like kids from the West Side, and oh, well, we'll see them down there tomorrow after school or

today before school and then we'll just fight then. So they've got to find a solution to moving these kids about around the city and understand that there are a lot of kids that come down there every day that don't do wrong. It's the same forty fifty sixty seventy kids out of five hundred that are the problem. And that's what they need to figure out, is how do we address these fifty sixty kids. Do you identify them and maybe you take their

privileges away to come downtown. Yeah, because if they don't have a bus pass, they're not going to be putting money in a machine to get on a metro bus. They'll stay in their neighborhood. And if they're going to come down and commit these crimes, maybe they should be staying in their neighborhood where they won't be subjected to the other kids that are just trying to go

to school and get an education. Ken kober I can say this, you can't the face of crime and Cincinnati is largely a black male face between the ages of fifteen and thirty years old, and that group represents a tremendous amount of crime committed. But the great majority eighty ninety ninety five percent of those kids from Tafft to Ache and the Western Hills or as good as my son or as good as your son. They're good people. They simply want to

get on with their life and stay out of trouble. And so the face of crime and Cincinnati is largely a young black male face. But the great majority of young black males have nothing to do with crime. In fact, they're the victims of crime. They're the ones who want the law to be enforced. But somehow those lines are blurred, and that if a racist through

somebody who's race, will think that young black males commit crimes. Well, the great majority of young black males have no desire to commit any crime. They're the victims of it and they want it stopped. And if we could separate from our society about three to four or two percent of young black males who repeatedly commit crime, life would be a whole lot better. And nobody

can say that because you can't use a racial element. But having spent years and years in the criminal justice system, go to room A and just watch the age and the race of those who show up as identified by their victims, and it's a black male face. It's rare to have someone other than

that commit serious crime. And the issue is this, There was a time about ten years ago when the inquiry put the face of every person killed in the city of Cincinnati, and one hundred percent of the faces were black, and that was deemed to be racist and racial and wrong, and the Inquire's never done it since. Because the great majority of black folks want the same level of law enforcement that you and I want, and the great majority want

that. They don't like living hiding behind the locked doors and not able to go out at night. That's a problem. But those who commit crime, the small percentage, the small number of young black males who commit crime, neil to be dealt with harshly to send a message this behavior is unacceptable. And what part of my little diet tribe there do you agree with or disagree

with? You're absolutely correct. I mean, the ninety percent of the people, ninety five percent of the people in this city don't go commit crimes, right, And it's equally as high as the amount of people that don't want crimes being committed. But a lot of these problems all come down, and it all starts at the same things in this young kid's house. Because the kid that at five or six years old, is screaming, throwing temper tangents

at the grocery store that isn't getting corrected. Is the same kid that at ten, eleven and twelve years old is now running to Kroger and you want a bag of chips and you know, and some pop. And then by the time they're fourteen and fifteen, they're stealing guns, but the cars downtown

and now they're shooting each other. It all starts at the home. And I don't think anybody, regardless of race, regardless of where you live in this country, regardless of your political feelings, no one is going to disagree that these problems all start within your home. That's what needs to be ultimately addressed in order to get something to change here in the society that we're living in. It must be culturally unacceptable to have children out of wedlock, culturally

unacceptable to commit crime, culturally unacceptable to fantasize about criminal misbehavior. It's got to be culturally unacceptable to be a bad dude. It's got to be more acceptable to have the kid that gets high grades, that's the kid that you

admire, and not the one who beat someone else up. But the government square bus stop and to go back thirty to forty to fifty years and say the problem began when fathers were paid not to be in the home, and fathers need to sit on sons more than mothers need to sit on daughters for some reason. The face of crime about ninety percent or more committed by males of whatever racial category. Males commit more, great more crime than females.

And young men need stern fathers who love them dearly and want to be with that person and correct them when they do things wrong. And at the end of the day when it doesn't work out that way, we need a juvenile court judge, and we need judges the municipal court and elsewhere all over the tri state to come down like a ton of bricks on young folks in the beginning when they commit crime so it doesn't metastasize, and not to give no

bonds and no sentencing. And what's happening is happening in every major city. Ken Cobra or the FOP, we understand every city in America has exactly the same problem. Now Here, it's not as bad yet as Detroit and Cleveland and Atlanta and Washington, d C. And Baltimore. But unless we have judges that respect law enforcement and separate the good from the bad and correct those

individuals through incarceration. We're going to have the same argument years from today, and it's not about race because the great majority of black folks have nothing to do with crime. But when wrongdoers are identified, they must be held accountable for their misbehavior and ken Kober. Lastly, in the good old days, there was one thousand, two thousand people showing up to take the police test at Duke Energy Center. Your friend Dan Hills told me about six months ago,

a year ago, we need more cops. If we would pay cops in Cincinnati to start one hundred thousand dollars to start, and then from there you move on up the ladder from there, wouldn't it be much easier to get cops instead of spending money on street cars for hundreds of millions of dollars. Would you agree that if we paid people more money, more would take the test and we'd have better law enforcement. Well, sure, there's no doubt. I mean you look at UPS and sat Ex and some of these

other places that are paying those salaries to start. If the city wants to do that, that would certainly go a long way. And we are just beginning contract negotiations so now would be a good time for the city to decide what kind of department and what kind of safety do they want to have in this city. As we go through this negotiation process, it's going to be interesting to see where their priorities truly lie, Ken Cober, thank you.

But Judge Shamantha Silverstein is part of the problem, not part of the solution. Much like Judge Carrie Bloom who controls juvenal Court. They got to do their jobs. It begins with the respecting law enforcement who every day put their

life on the line. The thin blue line between democracy and anarchy are cops and to show them this disrespect, to make the courtroom more dangerous, is not what a judge should do. Ken Cober, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show, and Ken, we'll do it again. Thank you very much, Thanks and thanks for having me. Let's continue with more. Yeah, the face of crime in Cincinnati as a young black male fan, but the great majority of young black males have nothing to do

with crime. Let's continue. Bill Cunningham, News Radio seven hundred WLW. What's holding you back from learning the language you've always wanted to know? Too hard, takes too long, not with Babel. Babel's lessons take just fifteen minutes a day, fifteen minutes another week of broadcast. Superbody coming your way with Ted McKay over the weekend, Xavier and you see particularly bad. I can't conceive of either one getting to the big show. Maybe the National Invitation

Tournament the NIT. As you know, the last national title won by a local team was Xavier, who won the National Invitation Tournament about three or four years ago. The last national title, which is back to back some fifty years earlier, Xavier also win the NIT. I'm not sure a lot of people consider that important, but it is a national tournament coming up. Later we'll be Jack Windsor from Columbus about what's happening there getting rid of the state

income tax. And also later on is Leland vittert of News Nation picking up the pieces of what happened on Saturday. I could not conceive losing a race by more than twenty one percentage points in your home area and then declaring it was a close race. I performed above expectations. I would think that if yours truly ran for some office in Deer Park, Ohio, my hometown,

and if I would find myself losing my twenty one percentage points. I would not consider it to be a victory because those who know me best like me least. And if you're a Nikki Hayley and you get what about thirty nine percent of the vote in your home state, we've been the governor for two terms, and try to spend that to be a victory, I don't know what a defeat would look like. Twenty one percentage points. She had to pack it in the Trump's was going to be the nominee of the Republican Party.

Live with it. The issue becomes the chaos, and I mean total chaos if Trump is re elected. I can only imagine what's going to be happening in September, in October. To continue to smear the guy, they'll pull out Bob Costas and others to call him a monster and a dragon.

And I don't know what you describe the policies of Joe Biden. Is anyone going backwards in time as a criminal investigator, when Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, Joe Biden, and all the Bidens, including the Biden grandchildren, have literally millions of dollars put in their accounts from foreign interest. You would think you'd call those individuals in and said, hey, by the way, where'd that five and a half thousand dollars come from? Joe Biden?

And let's go back in time. Let's not go to China or Ukraine or Yugoslavia or Moscow. Let's go backwards in time. You've received these millions of dollars in deposits into your account. I wonder if he declared it on his taxes. I assume he did. But what services did you perform to get twenty million dollars from China and Barisma? And what services did you perform to have Moscow the mayor give you these millions of dollars in out of Romania?

You got checks coming from Romania, and you got an underwote testimony of two or three individuals saying the deal deal was the Biden name, we were monetizing it. What services did Joe Biden perform that was for ten to twenty million dollars in his account? Just call him in and ask him the questions.

Same thing with Hunter Biden. Of course they lawyer up. But whatever it is, it is at least the Trumpster earned his money Joe Biden has multiple homes on the coastline, which I thought was going to be inundated, but nonetheless, along with Obama, who buys homes all the time on the coast. Nonetheless about asking, Okay, it looks to me like you were in office as vice president or US Senator and millions of dollars floating your account.

What did you do to you get the money? One might ask the question, but the questions I even asked, because neither party wants to look under the covers and talk about the mind minetary corruption of Joe Biden. Goes to Democrats know he's their only best hope to beat the Trumpster, and that if Kamala Harris becomes the president, she's got no chance of being elected in

November. And the Republicans want to push this thing a little bit, but not too far because they don't want Kamala Harris to be the president anyway under the twenty fifth Amendment. So either way, both parties want to turn their eyes and not look. If the government wants to get you on something, they will get you on something. If they want to get you on nothing,

they're going to get you on nothing. It's too political any doubt in your mind that if the Trumpster announced in January or February of twenty twenty one, then I'm going to go back into my businesses. I've served this nation for four years and I'm done being a politician. What i want to do

is spend time with the grand children, kind of retire. Does anyone have a doubt whether these criminal charges who have been filed against him, or the civil lawsuit that he pays one d twelve thousand dollars per day in interest payments, the total number here out of New York City in the civil fraud case is going to go past to half a billion dollars. Any question in your mind that if Trumpster retired from public life three years ago, none of this

would be happening. That makes it all political because they have to smear the opposition leader. In Russia when it's Alexi Navalni, what they do is kill you. In America when you're a Republican. They make life almost unlivable because of the criminal charges filed and the civil fraud charges filed, which is a bunch of bs. So we'll see what happens down the road. But if Biden I got hot fud Sun. He's bet all over the station, all over America. I'm betting a hot fut Sunday. He's not going to be

on the ballot in November because he's going to tumble down the steps. He's going to misread something stupid at the State of the Union address later in March, he's going to do something else that even Jill might say, enough's enough, let's go. So I doubt he's going to be allowed to run.

The convention is late, and it's in August and not the Convention. There's rules that would allow the nominated to be substituted, and I'm very confident that by August they're going to say Gavin Newsom or Michelle Obama is going to be the standard bearer, and that Joe Biden now recognizes he needs to step aside for the good of the nation because the guys had a presidency that makes Jimmy Carter look successful. Everywhere I look, there's complete this disaster and debacles.

Remember he was the adult in the room. All the chaos caused by Democrats and the Trump years would be quieted down. He's going to bring peace and civility. We've had nothing but double chaos, triple chaos since the guy took office because he's not the president, those around him make the decisions, not Joe Biden. Everyone knows he can't put together two sentences to come up with a kojin thought, and so one way or another, we're going to have

chaos between now and November the fifth, complete chaos. And if Biden, god forbid, wins a second term, there's no chance you'll complete it, which means Kamala Harris will be the president. Is that what you want? A vote for Joe Biden is a vote for Kamala Harris. She's more incompetent than the president, so nobody wants that either. Chaos on policy, I'd rather have a president with odd peccadillos, who sends nasty tweets, with bad

hair, who's almost eighty, that has the right policies. Then someone is a crook Joe Biden with the wrong policies. I'll take right over wrong. Almost every time. Compare the nation. Compare the world to where it was in January of twenty twenty one compared to where it is in February of twenty twenty four. Chaos everywhere, and it's getting worse. I do note that it appears the President will make his second trip in his life to the southern

border, supposedly on Thursday. And this comes after the vicious murder of nursing student in Georgia, lake and Riley, twenty two years old, at the hands literally of Jose Antonio Eberra from Venezuela, who is twenty six years old and of course an allego alien. He's a crook, he's a murderer,

kills women. I imagine there's a sexual assault involved in this also, But nonetheless, the media is determined they better drop this issue quickly because it is very bad, extremely bad for the Democrats to have the media fixated or dealing with this issue at all. The media knows what to do. You may recall that there was a vicious incident at the Lakewood Church outside of Houston with Joel Ostein, in which it was a character an lego alien from Venezuela that

went there named Marino to shoot up at Joel Ostein's church. Fortunately, there was two off duty armed officers president who took out this alleged intended mass murderer before real damage could be caused. That also was an illegal alien, and in this case with Ibera, there were numerous circumstances in which the system was warned ahead of time this was about to happen. Twenty six years old,

Albera arrived across the border illegally from Venezuela in twenty twenty two. He was processed by that they mean a fingerprint was taken and a photo taken, and he was transported on your nickel to New York City. And he was going to adjudicate an asiling claim which would have been denied in ten years, which is often the case of the legal migration. He went to New York City,

where he hooked up with some friends and family members. Quickly he started committing crimes in New York City. Of course, in New York City, unless you're marine defending others in the subway, a ton of bricks does not hit you when you commit crime. He was picked up for driving an unregistered vehicle without a driver's license and no insurance. Now you would think that's a somewhat serious offense, but not in New York City. If you're illegal,

I would like to have an accident with someone who's illegal. No driver's license, no insurance, no registration. Well, he was sighted and released and given a report date that he stiffed. He was also charged with endangering children. There was a five year old unrestrained passenger in the back seat of this unregistered car driven by an illegal alien without insurance, without a driver's license, so he was given another criminal offense of transporting a child not properly restrained.

He was charged with that felony. No bond was said. He was released. There was no ice detainer noticed that was issued against him. So, because he had warns out for his arrest New York City, he made his way to Georgia to the Athens, Georgia area, the home of the University of Georgia Bulldogs, to hook up with his brother. And when he hooked up with his brother, he had three more arrests in Athens, Georgia, which is a sanctuary city like the city of Cincinnati is a sanctuary city.

And so he was arrested for shoplifting, disorderly conduct, well intoxicated, and each time he decided to appear in court, and guess what, he didn't appear in court. This illegal alien with warns out for his arrest New York

City and Atlanta Georgia did not appear in court. It was also charged with a shoplifting case and also for faking a green card because he didn't have a green card to work Athens, as you may know, being a college town, is a sanctuary city with a liberal Democratic district attorney who promises to treat i legal aliens with kid gloves. How did this work out for miss Riley?

Well, she was killed at the hands of this illegal immigrant who had numerous criminal violations up and down the ladder and was never dealt correctly with any of them. In fact, the ap Associated Press had a headline about Anthon's resident commits a murder, no reference whatsoever to the status of a Bearra as

being a legal documented alien. Similarly, University of Iowa student Molly Tibbetts, you might recall, was out for a run and she was sexually molested and strangled to death by another illegal immigrant that was quickly rejected by the mainstream media as worthy of coverage. Today, I watched many channels so you don't have to, and Fox News it was the lead store with a Bearra with his

extensive criminal history should not have been here in the first place. The only reason he was in this country was the policies of Joe Biden, the president, And the question was asked as Joe Biden had blood on his hands with the hundreds of Americans killed directly by Leoaliens every year and the one hundred thousand dying from fentanyl overdoses manufacturing and communist red China and transported across the southern border.

They leave out the immigration status of these murderers because it doesn't fit. The very least the media can do is to be truthful about Riley's murder, which CNN and MSNBC. I went to both websites. For those two, there's no reference to this case at all, because it looks pretty bad for Joe Biden to have these beautiful twenty two year old co eds murdered by Leoaliens,

who was well known in the criminal justice system. Not only is the job description as an Athen's resident wrong, it's a terrible way to prevent future pain from future mothers and fathers, and especially women that are raped and murdered by Lego Aliens. If the millions of largely unvetted people coming into this country of a short period of time commit violent crime, a great majority do not, but a small minority do. And every single one of these crimes was

preventable by enforcing the law before the perpetrator is allowed into the country. Trump's policy was, you got to make your claim for refugee status in Mexico. You can't make it here and wait ten years for a hearing. If Donald Trump was the president, Molly Tibbetts and Riley would be alive today. These crimes, these vicious crimes, are the consequences of the policies of President Joe Biden and every parent. Every person is right fully angry about the hurt that

they've caused, and use it often the media. The term is used as senseless murder. Well, the damage cannot be undone, but in reality, future can be stopped. But the media does not permit the truth to be told about what's happening in this country. You hear them plaintive cry that illegal immigrants commit less crime than native Americans. Hell, they shouldn't commit any crime. They shouldn't be here. But if they are, I question that.

Too many cities do not report immigration status to the FBI, don't we There's no asking when someone's arrested, who appears to be here illegally. By the way, are you here legally? The questions not even asked. Garbage in, garbage out. So if the FBI gathers the statistics and the cities and counties, the Blue cities, the Blue counties, the Blue States do not report immigration status, how do you know legal aliens do not commit more crime?

Which I suspect they do because the great majority are young, unattached males, and that's the category of persons committing most of the crime. But because the Blue cities and the Blue States don't report immigration status, the claim that legal aliens commit less crime is worthless as you you don't have the statistics upon which to base that opinion. But we do know that Riley is dead, that Molly Tibbets is dead, and hundreds of Americans are killed because of the

policies of Joe Biden. Not adding up to one hundred thousand dying of fentanyl overdoses and is disgusting and it's wrong. But it's the country in which we live, and you can change it. Let's continue. The line becomes available five one, three, seven, four, nine, seven thousand, or pounds seven hundred to new eight and t but reflect upon this, we have enough problems with the criminal activities committed by those who are Arehurricans, much less.

On top of that, about twelve million illegals in the country. About eight of the twelve million are single, unattached males who are part of gangs burglarizing homes and ken Wood and Indian Hill and Green Township and Amberley Village and Villa Hills because they got to pay off the transit feet to come across the southern border to the gangs, and the women and girls thrown into prostitution under

threat of murder if they don't. So that's what's at stake. Many times I think we don't deserve the country we have already when lies are told as truth. Bill Cunningham, News Radio seven hundred WW are you a business owner?

See Bill Cunningham, the Great American. Of course, the South Carolina primaries now in the books, and the supertooth that comes up in about eight or nine days of March fifth, we're going to get a lot of determin the nation whether or not Governor Haley, Ambassador Haley's going to stay in the race or not. And of course Leland vittert of News Nation on Monday through Friday at seven o'clock was on site. You can only really get the temperature

of an event if you're physically present. And Leyland Vitert was and is and Leland welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show and give the American people two or three takeaways of South Carolina. What it means for the Trump star or what it means for Haley. What it means for Donald Trump is that he is continuing to make the case that he is the standard bearer of the most rabid or most angry, most excited part of the Republican Party. I think the

takeaways for them basically are the race is the same. Haley did a little bit better than she was expected to do, but the race has nothing's really changed. We keep waking up with the same thing. That Donald Trump is the presumptive nominee or likely nominee, and Nikki Haley is a slightly more honest version of Gavin Newsom. She's running in case something happens, and unlike Gavin

Newsom, she's actually running. Yeah she is. And did you have a sense there was about a twenty one point victory in South Carolina about the Trumps too? Did you have a sense that was above expectations, at expectations or below expectations. Because Haley spent about seven or eight times more money than Trump spent. I'm not sure how either one could spend any money that would make

some voter change their opinion about one or the other. But did you have a sense this was a Swan song or just an impediment and an obstacle? And what are the other takeaways as far as Haley is concerned, because she says she's going on going on to Michigan. She's going on to Michigan, and she's having a rally in Virginia just outside of Washington, d C. But heead of super Tuesday. Interestingly enough, she's having a rally in fall

First Church, Virginia, which is just outside of Washington. It is a city that was a Biden plus fifty city. Think about that. So it shows you sort of her support is of a very congenial, professional class Republican and a lot of her support and we found this at her rallies. And when we talk to people, is an anti Trump is an anti Trump vote? You might you might almost break now the American political system into three camps.

Okay, the anti Trump camp, which by default becomes pro Biden because it's very hard to find anybody who actually likes Joe Biden, even among Democrats. Right there's a lot of people who don't like Trump, and therefore they like Biden because Biden is the person to be Trump. But there's very few pro Biden folks. So there's an anti Trump group, there's a Trump group, and then there's and then there's like a Nicki Haley supporter, there's anti

Trump Democrats, Nikki Haley, and Donald Trump voters. Those are the three groups in America right now. Yep, and I heard it was either you a Cromo talked about there's never been an occasion where a non incumbent president won Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, and also South Carolina. Has never happened before, and that is a non incumbent presidents from candidate won those four and I might add won them somewhat handily and so well. Okay, but but

Bill, let's not fool ourselves. Donald Trump is the incumbent, right He is the standard bearer of the Republican Party. He is the man who is effectively the incumbent. He is the leader of the Republican Party, just ask all the media that covers him and asks every Republican to answer for everything that he says. So he's the leader of the Republican Party. I would turn that around the fact that especially in Iowa, New Hampshire, but also in

South Carolina, somewhere around forty percent of the Republican electorate. Once somebody else now tells you that Donald Donald Trump, and we've known this for a long time, enjoys enormous support within the Republican Party and in rabid support, much much more visceral support than Nicky Haley or anyone else does. But at the same time, when it comes to suburban women and professional class, you know, suburban nights men as well, his support weakens drastically. Now, you

know, you could argue it doesn't matter. You can argue that there's gonna be so many Republicans who turn out in the general election that it's going to overcome that deficit. But you can't argue that Nicky Haley beats Joe Biden by eighteen points and in a national poll and Donald Trump is within the margin of

error. Did you, leland Vetter, do you buy it in the idea that Whichever, and this is something Nicky Haley is discussed on the stump, and I'm sure you've heard it. Whichever, are the two major parties get rid of their eighty year old nominee that party's gonna win? Do you think that's true? I think that one. Look just look at it this way.

If all of a sudden, Donald Trump was running against Roy Cooper okay, and Gretchen Whitmer as the VP, Roy Cooper being the relatively centrist Democratic governor of North Carolina extremely popular, okay, Or if Roy Cooper, or if all of a sudden Donald Trump was running against any Basher, the guy the Democratic governor in Kentucky who won in its Trump state, Okay, I think Republicans would rightfully be extraordinarily worried. Okay. And if all of a

sudden Nikki Haley was the nominee in the Republican Party. I know Democrats would be terrified because they tell me that. And I also read a report somewhere that each part, each of the candidates are running to save their own hide. Let me give you the breakdown of this. This commentator and said that if Donald Trump wins the presidency, one of the first more things he's going to do is get special counsel to go after Joe Biden personally, it's going

to be a replay of Jack Smith. On the other hand, if Trump loses, and then the entire system is going to come after Donald Trump. So where all those moneys came from into the Biden money's account is to be determined every time. I think neither the Republicans nor the Democrats want to find the bottom of that, because nobody wants Kamala Harris to be the president.

On the twenty fifth Amendment. However, it looks to me like Donald Trump must remain as the nominee number one of burns in his belly to get back, but number two, that's his get out of jail free card, at least from the federal charges. And the way that Fani Willis stuff is blowing apart with all these tent was at twelve thousand text messages and hundreds of telephone calls. It's his get out of jail free card. And the big fight is going to be the next month or two whether the RNC is going to

pay any of Donald Trump's legal bills. That's the second issue completely. But whoever wins, you know in the news business. Yeah, you're a reporter, so to speak, and I'm a and a sense of columnist. The next seven or eight months are going to be the most fantastic ride in American politics since nineteen sixty eight. And what happens either side, it's going to be fantastic, and maybe not in a good way. I think your last phrase is the most important bill and you said not fantastic. I think it's

not in a good way for America. And you know, you're the great American. This isn't good for America. What Trump does to America not good for America. What Joe Biden does for America and for our common belief in this idea, not good for America. Neither man lives up to putting the country, the republic, our democracy, ahead of himself. And it's interesting, right because we have obviously we have Lincoln, and we have Watters Hington.

Washington quit after after two terms and shocked the king. Okay, Abraham Lincoln was able to hold the Republic together. Certainly in eighteen sixty four, it didn't look like he was going to be re elected. No one's comparing Joe Biden, right, and Donald Trump to Lincoln or Washington. But there were two other men who quit, and they said it for the good of the country, and they did so a great personal risk, right Lyndon Johnson,

great personal embarrassment. Richard Nixon knew that he could be prosecuted and quit anyway. He said, I can't put the country through this, okay. And my buddy Chris Tirewal to the Dispatch made this point that neither neither Trump nor Biden even measure up to Nixon and Johnson to be willing to say I'm done for the good of the country. We need to put the country ahead of my own personal ambition, my own personal politics, whatever it is,

and get out. And at this point we're gonna have chaos. I've made the comment before Leland ventered of News Nation, no matter who wins, assuming it's Biden, and I got hot fudg sunny bets all over the tri State that Biden will not be the nominee of the Democratic Party in August of this

year. That's something's gonna happen, some say could happen in the City of Union address in a couple of weeks in which he's has some major faux Paul, he's gonna tumble down some steps, he's gonna say something totally stupid. Something's gonna happen, and then Jill's gonna tip on top of him on, tap him on the shoulder and say, Joe, it's time to go back

to Delaware. Something's gonna happen. And if that doesn't happen, if we get through August and it's Labor Day, and if we get together a week after Labor Day and the ballots are being printed and it's Biden versus Trump, no matter what happens Leland Vederick, we're gonna have total chaos. If Trump wins. The media, which is angry as can be that he's doing as well he's gonna do, is gonna continue to do what they do. And then secondly, the criminal prosecutions in the civil may be put on hold for

a while, may not be. It's gonna be total chaos. The media will burn and have projectile vomiting an explosive diary against the Trumpster. On the other hand, well, that's a great visual bill thanks on a Sunday. Well, exactly, That's what I'm tending. I believe that's gonna happen on the other hand, if Joe Biden wins, does anybody seriously maintain he's in

control of the presidency. Even now, when you look at Joe Biden in twenty twenty one, there's a significant mental and physical decline in the last three years. One cannot imagine whoever's the VP for the Democrats. If Joe Biden is going to win, that VP is probably ninety percent chance going to be the president within one year. And they can't get rid of Kamala Harris because if Joe Biden's nominee is going to be Gamala and as a consequence, that'll

be the most insane circumstance. Forere Kamala Harris will become the president, in which case we're gonna have total chaos. And so, no matter what, everywhere I look around, I see absolute chaos for the next several months, and we have serious problems that must be resolved. Do you see any scenario, no matter which one wins, assuming Biden's the nominee and actually is elected either way, don't we have total chaos? I believe actually more deeply and

have better feelings about America in that sense. And I'm old enough to remember when Donald Trump the election of Donald Trump in twenty sixteen was going to send the country into a tailspin. It didn't. I'm old enough to remember the events of January sixth, which were horrific in the country was able to write itself. Thanks, I would say, in large part to Mike Pence in a profile, encourage that we don't often get in politics in the country.

We'll continue through. You mentioned nineteen sixty eight a terrible time. Hey, we made it through. But we made it through, and I think there's a responsibility. There may be chaos, that's fine, but we've had chaotic times before. To me, there's a there's a higher calling to this, which is to be the voice of saying yes, there's yes. We live in interesting times, right, which which is both a bloods and the cursing the curse, but we live in We live in interesting times. But it's

gonna be okay. I love that you maybe usually run for office. No matter what happens, it's gonna be okay because ultimately we get the government we deserve, and I do think in God we trust. One issue that percolated the last week, which came out of nowhere, is when the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that a frozen embryo is considered a child. And from that point on, even uh in the morning shows, I see the coverage of the IVF. Quickly, I see the Trumpster said that no, we should allow

IVF treatments. We had Hayley first saying that we're talking to me about a life and then she a few hours later she switched that off to say, well, we ought to have IVF and i Ohio as a bellweather because we have a very active US Senate seat here running against shared Brown and all three of the conservatives of running in the primary, and that's going to be determined

in the next three or four weeks. Dolan, Marino, and larro'se all came out in favor of IVF and a state that's a right to life state. And so how do you, leland Vere, what are your thoughts about abortion which was kind of a secondary issue, maybe a third suddenly percolating And the fact that now the Trumpster and many Republican senators have said they don't agree

with Alabama, is that still going to be an issue? It still be an issue because the media wants to be an issue where it's still an issue. This weekend. Even though the leader of the Republican Party and now the other option Mean Nikki Haley, have both come out heavily in favor of iv FIAT, it's still a story. Anytime Republicans are talking about abortion, they're losing. Anytime Democrats are talking about immigration losing. So who defines the field

of play in politics has an awful lot to say about who wins. And I would argue that the Democrats have an enormous advantage because the media helps them just by dint of story coverage and in choosing which story to cover. There's only so much airtime. And I think it's interesting you asked me tonight about the ivf issue and not about a twenty two year old nursing student was killed in Georgia by an illegal alien. And that's because of how the coverage has

been defined by others. If Republicans are able to talk about about crime and immigration, they're in a much better place. And the Georgia, you know, the Georgia student, the nursing student murdered. A guy's name was Jose

Alba. He was arrested by NYPD in September twenty three for child endangerment, released on bond noted Tanner was issued and he made his way somehow illegal immigrant from Venezuela arrested in New York as an illegal immigrant, not sent back to Venezuela, because Venezuela went take back any of the people that leave Venezuela any more than China will take back Chinese to come back. And that murderer made his way to Georgia and found a girl that was jogging and murdered, and

now Governor Kemp is sending a nasty letter to Joe Biden. So if the issue is illegal immigration, Republicans win. If the issue is abortion, Republicans lose because I think for bad reasons, many of the country is not pro life, just the opposite is pro choice. Well, we got to run. Once again, Leland Vidter, thank you for your perspectives on what happened in South Carolina. I would anticipate Michigan will be a great state for Donald

Trump. And at some point I noticed on the News Nation website tonight today there's some reference to the fact she's lost a major donor. So we'll see what happens with that. But once again, Leland Vindt, will you be going to Michigan at all. In the next week or two, I won't be I would tell you Michigan is going to be a lot more interesting about what happened with Joe Biden. Arab Americans either not showing up or vote or voting, you know, none of the above, which is what cheated to

Leave wants them to do. That's going to be a much, much, much more interesting story in Michigan on the Democratic side than what happens on the Republican side. I learned there was two hundred thousand Arabs who vote Arab Americans who voted in Michigan in twenty twenty. Out of the two hundred thousand, one hundred and sixty thousand voted, they said an exit polling for Biden, and if that switches the other way, then obviously Biden cannot win Michigan.

But once again, Leland, they don't show up. If they don't show it's simply as say, I'm not voting, and they're so mad right now they can't see straight. And so we'll see what happens. But November fifth is a long way off, Leland. Vetter, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. Thank you Leland. Thank you, Oh God bless you. Let's continue with more Bill Cunningham with you every afternoon on news radio seven hundred WULW. A good day starts with a good morning.

and trade him. I think no. I think this year, how many games has Joey b played with when he's healthy? T Higgins and the Great Number one? How many games have those three played together? Probably just a handful. I mean what you had. This one hurts, but you know we'll come back stronger. You know, you had the knee, the calf, the what the appendix? N Now you got the wrist or the hand.

They don't play together. No, wouldn't it be great to have a team healthy now they were healthy against the Super Bowl, then of course lose because of officials call. Yeah, maybe one time. It's like a watchdog, a media type and columbus that cover stories that the mainstream media often ignores. And Jack Windsor, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show. And I want to read the headline from your website. Ohio senator says school sitting on nine billion dollars cash unions lying to capture more funding.

I thought the schools were hungry. I thought they had no money. Explain where this money is and how come they got nine billion dollars and want more? Isn't that an interesting question? Nine billion dollars is a lot of money. And for comparison's sake, Willie, the state of Ohio, the government, they have four billion in their surplus slush funds, so schools have more than double that. And this discussion came about because State Senator Bill Demora,

he's a Democrat from Columbus. He submitted an editorial to the Columbus Dispatch, and he's claiming what you often hear from Democrats and their financial backers, the teacher unions, that Republicans are cutting funding for public schools and therefore public schools are suffering and they're giving dough or more dough comparatively to charter schools. Well, I talked to the state Senator Andrew Brenner last week and I published

the article the transcript of that discussion. And unfortunately for Demorra and Democrats, the go to rhetoric that Republicans are diverting funds away from public schools. It just isn't true when you look at the facts. Willy in the most recent budget. It contains record spending for public schools kindergarten through twelfth grade. Ohio school systems reported nine point six billion in cash reserves at the end of twenty

twenty three. In Columbus City Schools, for example, they had two hundred and forty four million as a cash balance in twenty twenty three, projected to be three hundred and three million in twenty twenty four, three hundred and forty seven million dollars in twenty twenty five. So they have cash reserves. They're still going out for levies. But the other thing that people aren't talking about is that our property values are going up and they're going to collect even more.

So there's really just this false narrative repeated by Democrats who are funded by teacher unions, that schools are out of money and they're sitting on a gold mine. Why isn't this so called mainstream media report this because it's an article of faith that all it takes is to get rid of the violence and Cincinnati Public Schools or Columbus or Covington, all it takes to spend more money. We got to spend more money. You can never admit that we really have

nine billion dollars in cash sitting there that we're not spending. You can't let the truth out. Have you noticed this? So called mainstream media is not reporting this absolutely and this is my opinion. And by the way, the article headline that you read that isn't a piece as well. But there are two things that play here, will you. Number One, more money to schools means more union dues that employees pay, and those dollars go back to

teacher unions. And teacher unions monolithically support progressive candidates, democratic candidates, and they also are big purveyors of what we would call the diversity, equity and inclusion push. Now, in my mind, that's a racist ideology aimed at embedding in our students to belief that people are either oppressed or oppressors, and the oppressed deserve more. Those who are oppressors are privileged and more inclined to

succeed in what they would call the systemically racist culture. So unions get more money, Diversity equity and inclusion initiatives get more money. And that's why the mainstream press doesn't want to the truth. So there's plenty of money. In fact, money often is not the recipe. Normally it's parental involvement. I've been told by many districts that when parent teacher night takes place, parents do not show up. It is unusual to have a student present on parent teacher

night with mom and dad both present. The odds of a child being in a functional home from the day of their birth until their day of graduation from high school is almost non existent. So the problem is not a lack of money, it's a lack of family formation and parents that guide a child through the educational process and then supports the teacher when something must happen. Secondly, you have a great posting up here about firearms weapon terraces free in America for

nearly a year. My York As secretary says, do not deport. I'm looking at a story given to me by Denny from Dayton. I can recall on the first day of school there was a child killed and that accident that was a person that drove his vehicle into a school bus in Springfield, Ohio. In August. Local reports mentioned the illegal status of the van driver who calls the accident he was drunk early in the morning. Illegal. The national

coverage did not include the fact he was here illegally. This feeds in nicely to what happened last week in Georgia with Lake and Riley twenty two years old, who was a Georgia nursing student out taking a jog. In Jose Antonio Aberra, twenty six years old from Venezuela, who was a one man crime wave going to New York City and then he had numerous warns out for his arrest in New York. So his brother was in happens to be in Athens,

Georgia. He goes down there, commits crimes in Athens, Georgia constantly is getting out on bond and capiuses are not being issued, which is a bench warrant. He then eventually kills Lake and Riley. This is on top of the Molly Tibbet situation in Iowa. She was out for a jog in Iowa. She was killed by an legal alien. And this doesn't mean to say that illegal aliens are disproportionately committing crime, which I think they do statistically.

The media says, well, illegal aliens commit less crime. Well, that's because there's not reporting on immigration status from cities to the Feds. In other words, of Cincinnati or Columbus or Covington arrests somebody who's here illegally, they do not report to the FEDS the person is illegal. So the idea that illegals commit less crime than other people, that doesn't hold water. So tell us about this story about Mariorkis, do not deport somebody who's with weapons

and a terrorist. So I had a studying interview with immigration investigative reporter Jenny Tare with the Daily Caller News Foundation, and she broke the story on a Somalian who crossed the southern border in California. And get this, this is despite being identified as a known terrorist, somebody who was moving arms and explosives, and despite being identified somehow there was a mix up and they said, well, no, not the same guy. And he spent almost a year

in America before being apprehended in Minnesota. And I want you to think about that a known Somalian terrorist, known for trafficking arms was in our country for almost a year. And I also talked to Jenny Tare about we've heard oftentimes from the Biden administration, particularly Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandra mayork Is, that

they're not breaking the law. Well, unfortunately, for mayork Is. He actually sent a memo at the beginning of the Biden presidency and in it he put in writing that if an alien is here illegally, that ice is not to deport that person. We're not going to deport people based on the sole fact that they're here illegally. So we have an immigration problem where terrorists are

coming across the border. I would also suggest, because this will hit home in your area, Willy, when you go to the Ohio Pressnetwork dot com, type in special report crisis at the Border. There's a deadly crisis at the US Mexican border. And one of the cases involves Mark Murphy, an Ohio father who's daughter, Lizzie Murphy, died from sentinyl poisoning in twenty twenty.

Sentanyl is coming across the border at an alarming rate, and seven of ten drugs that somebody could buy off the street are laced with the deadly substance. Say that seven. So if you buy marijuana, shall we say, in the from a drug deal or a dark market, whatever you buy percoset, are you buying up or a down or seventy percent or lace of fentanyl? That is correct. And by the way, this happened just a few months back. I'm from central Ohio, north northeast Ohio. I guess you

could say Ashland County. There was a student there who decided to smoke marijuana and my understanding is it may have been obtained illegally and it was laced with fentanyl and he died. So this isn't just some anecdotal, you know, pie in the sky scare tactic to try to close the border. There are drugs that are laced with fentanyl. Those drugs aren't just impacting families at the border in Texas and California. We're talking about young people in Ohio who have

died as a result. There's a couple of co eds from Ohio State University had the same thing happened to him. One of their girlfriends gave them a diet drug that was stamped appropriately with the RIGHTS symbol on top of the pill. They took it lace with fentanyl and their die. Can you address this issue? Why do drug dealers want to put fatal amounts of fentanyl into drugs? Why do they want to kill the recipient of their terror. Don't they

want to keep that person alive? You know that is a fantastic question, and it's one again if you go to that story, it's actually a podcast special report, Crisis at the Border. I talked with Mark Murphy about that, and he does a much better job at addressing it that I do than I do. But I guess if I were to summarize it, he would say, we're assigning to dealers a value system that they likely don't have.

I think that is the bottom line. But Mark does a fantastic job of answering that question, and the reality is they are allowing these things to be laced. One of the challenges, really, I think that we have is that our own government has said that there are at least two hundred and thirty sites throughout the country set up by the Chinese government where precursors for drugs are sent to Mexico, and the cartel is trucking those precursors in and they're going

to these two hundred and thirty spots around the country. And so it might be on these drug dealers may know, they may not know, but the reality is this seems to be a foreign terrorist operation that's showing up in drug cartels and drug dealers in the United States. I know Joe Biden somehow permits Chinese labs to brew batchulism and a bunch of other diseases. I know there's Chinese police stations and several parts of our country in which they keep an eye

on the Chinese population here. And so I was told by one nark that if you take a salt shaker and put it in your hand and just shake it one time in your other palm, that might kill you. If you let it shake twice, that will kill you. And so when they're measuring the amount of fentanyl to put into these tablets, there's no shall we say, FDA looking over their shoulder to say, hey, by the way,

that's too many granules. You might want to take seven? Or can you imagine a sault shaker quickly put in your other palm That might kill you. Two of them will kill you. There's no measurement, which is why that I think the Republicans in the House of Representative Stevens, the Speaker of the House, and others have got to get off their duff and pass the recreational marijuana law that will guarantee to an extent the purity of what you're buying.

Because there are young people and older Americans being killed by fentanyl because it's available available, it will be snorted and crack cocaine. It's available in pill form, it's available in the marijuana, the smoke. It's everywhere. And the communist Red Chinese have hooked up with the war lords in Mexico two hundred and thirty sites so called factories in this country. And it goes with impunity because we have an administration that doesn't care. They want an open border. Well,

you know, Jack Windsor. We have to assume that a person brings

about and intends the logical consequences of his actions. And so if you allow into this country eight of twelve million that we know about illegally, eight of twelve million, and of those eight of the twelve million, eight or single unattached males, well, a single unattached males is the breeding ground for all kinds of criminal misbehavior, including Chili gangs, Chili and Chilean gangs that are burglarizing homes all over Beckley, all over Columbus, Cincinnati, et cetera,

because they're paying off their debts to the drug cartels. And he's going to go down on the border. I think on Thursday or Friday. Someone's going to lead him down there and he may put in place some of the Trump policies, maybe not, but this is unbelievable. And I read a column

that we get the government we deserve. Can we assume that if the election in November continues with some interchangeable drill bit either Biden or Harris or Gavin Newsom or Michelle and these policies continue in the next four to eight years, what does America look like? Well, I want to address I think Jenny Taor is that she's the immigration investigative reporter that I mentioned earlier in this conversation.

She actually talked with border patrol agents about Biden's plan trip to the southern border on Thursday. One told her it's a dog and pony show where everything will be cleaned up for the president, and it's an absolute joke and an insult. So I think most people recognize that he's been in office for almost what's going on four years now, and this is the second time that he's going

it must be an election year. Look, I don't think that we understand all of the intentional and unintentional consequences of having an open border and allowing people in. I think it's not only the number of people that are in Willy. I think we have to start asking ourselves this question. Why are twenty thousand military aged Chinese males crossing the border illegally? Why is that the case?

I think Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones, I think is on record a couple of weeks ago talking about some alarming things that he witnessed when he was at the border. I'll go back to Mark Murphy, the father in your area that I had a conversation with. He said, by the way, I've been to the border, I'm looking through the binoculars and there are people in what you would call like military style gear with backpacks crossing the

border. That's a far cry from mom baby and daddy coming across from Mexico escaping some sort of you know, political ideology or trying to find a way in America. There are people that are nefarious with that intent crossing our border, and the government doesn't want to do a damn thing about it. Chinese labs are here, they need laborers. We have Chinese drug gangs that need soldiers. And should China invade Taiwan, all hell would break loose in this

country. If the twenty eight thousand military age young attached males are organized through the Chinese police departments or the balloons they got flying over our country to blow up bridges, blow up schools, go in to shoot up shopping centers, We're going to have havoc, complete chaos that would pin us down here. Then China can do what it wants to do in Taiwan or elsewhere, because we're fools. From the Chinese perspective, we are complete fools to do this

and have a president like this in charge. But we have to run Jack windsor the Ohio Pressnetwork dot com, I got the side up nine billion dollars in cash laying around for public schools, terrorist all America and top Ohio investment banker predicts Trump's guilty. Ver I can guarantee you that when he goes to trial, I guess starting March twenty fifth, New York City, that Jerry will convict him of something if it involves some sort of silly ass form with

porn Star, that it was a contribution to his campaign. It's unbelievable what we allow to happen in this country. It's a great website. Once again, Jack Winsor, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show this Monday afternoon. Thank you very much. You're great American, Willie. Thank you. God bless America. How about that? You bring your clubs out here, No, but I brought my pickleball paddle. I knew it tattles multiples outside. Now are I figured for somebody like you that doesn't play? I could maybe help you? That was going to be my next guest or question help me? Would you be like, can you share paddles or is that like a baseball glove, forbidden for anybody else to touch it? Foul back? Oh you could you could share? Okay?

Good? I brought an extra one so I could. You know, pickleball is not one of those things, not like golf where you go out there and play by yourself. No, the two two. Well you could you could play so, but you're gonna be chasing that little yellow ball around. You gotta be really, you gotta have like Ellie Daily Cruz speed if you're gonna go back and forth, more like bug. But hello, by it, I'm broadcasting trying up. Pickle ball is a bitter memory about that

you put that spot in there. Look at that Jeff's playing pickleball. Holy crap for that loss you and I had against you. About you and I teaming up, we'll take Brantley and somebody else a superior athlete in the room. I can't say you can coaches. You get rid of me, You can be as the coach. You getting rid of me, you can be the coach. Now. I want to rematch me and Willie, you and Cowboy. How does that sound? I do that. But we're going to

go practice and practice. We have to actually know the rules of the game, the implements of the game. Nothing. Nothing. We walked in there. Thank your wife and three I've been playing badmint. I've never played that either. Let them watch their father if you want him sick. Yeah, Frankly, just keep it going. I get to this. You lost and you like it, well, I don't like it, and I want to rematchine you refuse. That's what I'd be embarrassed by that, think you I

would be Saturday night, was a little embarrassed. But by the way, Marty and Tom also spoke at the Harrison Stag last Thursday. I was it. It was good. They were great. Of course Tom was great. Marty was great. I like them both told some stories. I like Tom more than I like Marty. Though, to be honest, I like Tom. Why is that, I don't know, It's just something I have more affinity for a fellow mary Mont Warrior, Deer Park Wildcat. Tom Brenneman.

I think he was screwed, blue tattooed and barbecue. I like Tom Brenneman too. And Marty's you know, he's a fancy hair, rich guy. You know, lives in his estate in Anderson Township. And you know I'm a Tom Brenneman kind of yeah, you're more of a meat and potatoes blue collar guy. Right, I go to Ron, Can I tell the story? Ron's rue? Go ahead. We would be remiss if we did not. We go recognize the fact that there was a major pickle ball battle that

took place in Middletown today. Major, I mean major. On one side was Bill Seg Dennison along with mister pickleball of Middletown, eighty four year old Stanley Bulkans on their competition, two guys who fashioned themselves as athletes, fashion build the mouth, cunning in wow, Bill the former Notre Dame star and NFL star Rocky Boyman ex of Saint X High School. And they had a butt whip and applied to them. We did by the duo of Dennison and

Bulcans, the likes of which they will not soon forget. Here's the two to oz pitches fouled off, two Cunningham off, though they sent them back to Cincinnati like a couple of whimpering ninnies. It's true and all hail said Dennison and Stanley Bolkins. Two one pitch two pitch all three dramatic pause, humiliating with not me a strong enough word, but it was how bad a whipping they put on those boys? Is that when you run out of the parking lot, just get the car? Certainly, yes, I don't goodbye

goodbye, I mean tell the story. We get there, we look across. The first thing I say to Rocky is Stanley's eighty four years old, looks like he's ninety four with bowt legs. Seg looks like the Xavier blue blob. He's got a headband on, wristband on, and tube socks up to his knee. I'm saying, rock don't hurt these guys. We got this Gus Stanley doesn't look like he's a statue's not gonna move, and seg Man looks like a clown with a capitol K. What happened first game fifteen

to one wrong? So they only play to eleven eleven. At that point, I'm like, we got to get him running, we got to get him moving, him, get him going. That didn't work. Then it was too late and we lost the second game like eleven to three. It was just an a K day for you. Two nine to one one was called it's a beating taking place at Lefferts Park. You left before the police show. I said, I'm out of here. I say, guys,

see you this is embarrassing. We had no equipment. We had I had my knowledge handles one and there was some kind of a deal in the kitchen. You can't get in there. I want to go up to the net and like slam it. I can't do that, and you had to put the ball here. Put We were running around. They were complaining about the rules, a lot, a lot of stipulations and rules. Shut up and we want to replay you guys, and you refuse? Is that correct?

You don't play anybody you lost to? Do you? I tell Byron Larkin? Yeah, Bobby Lobby, Brandon live with it? Uh, let's see Carling Coughing live with it? Lost to her Stacy Land. How about the guy went to Mark the never won a state championship. When Bill was there leading the league and scoring, whose mato was, I've never seen a shot. I didn't like it. I said, you led the scorer Saitians scoring one year. I guarantee you he did an average point five assists for the

entire season and more assists. Gave it to him, you never got it back. Glue on it. Here's a called strike again on a low velocity pitch for Makita. I'm not going to pile on there because I've learned my lesson Martin one two pinch day swinging a miss and Irvin just flared at it. Yes, Pita took a bunch off and fooled Irvin badly for out number one. Bill Cunningham has an open mic three hours a day. He would not retaliate because he knows what I said is the truth. Everybody. Everybody

knows that he never gave the ball. If you gave it to him, don't expect to get it back, because the next thing, you know, then be in their trip turnovers, turnovers. The uncoundus is a common man, miss shots, uncommon voice in the comics. Hey give me some sports. By the way, say next one to synchronized swimming, something to do with it, putting the nose plus no, no swimming and diving state title again. There you go are, forty fourth second in a row. Don't

bury the lead seg tell him about it. Tell him, gentlemen, the stood reporters of prop service. Every local Temestar. He did get air conditioning dealers Tamestar quality you can feel in Cincinnati, Collway Omagird won eight eight eight nine six h v A C Sports. Bengals have made it official, first big decision of the off season. They've placed the franchise tag on T Higgins. Does this mean they're all in this year? Rock? No, Here's what I would do with T. Higgins? Are you ready? Write it

down? Seg I placed the tag on you. I then would see if he would take a fair but not exorbitant deal, and I'd ask, I'd say, t Look, look, what do you want to do? You want to stay here and catch passes from Joe Burrow and be a star in this league people talk about, Or do you want to go to like Chicago and catch passes from a rookie quarterback for four years? Or go to like the Titans and catch passes from Will Levis and slumber and mediocrity for the rest

of your career? Do you want to take a little less money and stay there with a championship team and backloaded? At that point, he would probably say, you're crazy. I'm going trying to get as much money as I can at that point, I would try to trade him bolster the offensive line. Two years ago, the Kansas City Chiefs let go of Tyreek Hill. Everyone said, you're crazy, You're stupid. Now look, thirty two wins and two Super Bowls later, looks like a good decision. But they prioritize

keeping Pat Mahomes healthy, keeping him upright. He's not missed a game in that stretch. Cannot say the same about Joe Burrow. That's what I would do. How many games right down? Seg Man, Joe Burrow, T Higgins and Damar Chase all three played together healthy? I like to know that number. I bet it's counter fifteen games totally, because one of them is always hurt. And Joe played the first two games against Cleveland and Baltimore and he was hurt. I like to know a healthy JB, a healthy Tea,

a healthy Jamar. See what happens? What do you think? And I think T Higgins would take maybe eighty million dollars over several years back loaded to stay here. Would he take you know he's gonna want thirty a year, But would he take I don't know, twenty two a year, right, twenty a year to stay here? And again, there's something about quality, like, why would you want to go to a team Jesse Bates goes to the Falcons last year and they're terrible. No one's talking about him or

his team, or his defense or him is good or nothing. No one's talking about him. Stay on a winner. You're going to be exorbitantly rich no matter what catch passes from Joe Burrow. Win titles right here in Cincinnati. Do that instead of listening to your agent who just wants a money money, money, money, money, Stay here, get some of a lot of the money and be on a good team. What's wrong with that?

Yeah? Three percent? So if you sell eighty million, that's a two point four million, right, that's good, seg What would you do? Would you stay here? Would you go maybe to Seattle then get hammered? No, go stay here and get hammer Smith for the next five years. I'd be fantastic. No. Why don't you tell his agent? I tried, But the problem is his agent is also a Jesse Bates agent, and he was not too pleased at how bas was treated as if anyone cares,

Look, this is a business. Organization's responsibility is to get a fair deal for our club. Your responsibility to try to get the best deal for your client. Would try to meet somewhere in the middle where everybody's happy, and if not, then hell with you. Move on and t Higgins, it's been hurt quite a bit. How many one thousand, sixteen hundred snaps they have those threat play? I think a lot of those they weren't healthy. I think Joe Burrow, you put some snaps in there that he wouldn't help.

So what do you play in those? Like you say, call it five sixty snaps and those two so cass at minus one hundred and twenty one hundred and thirty snaps. I like to see what happens seg What do you say stay or go? What do you say? Will he the red here? In split squad action today they played the Reds and the Maritors Fox Sports thirteen sixty. Andrew Abbott starts that game and then Nick Martinez, one of the Reds newcomers, so face the Brewers in the other game. Uh,

let's see college basketball. Houston is the new number one team in the nation in this week's ap pole. Good as you see play The Cougars tomorrow night are next on the list for the Cats. So Xavier. You see they're both gonna be shut out of the tournament. Correct, Maybe the n I T if they're lucky and Xavier did win the National Tournament about three years ago the n T did you and they hung the banner? Did not? Used

to be more of a bigger deal than the ES the fifties. Yeah, they won it with remember Toby and Gorwin and Pinchback and they got Stee Thomas. Remember that the n I T was it back? Yeah, McCafferty and bald days of the day. Sure from the Tri State is gonna make NK. You have not paid attention much. Well, they gotta, they gotta turn the league yet, I got Dayton sixteen. They're going to get in. Kentucky's in. No, they suck hell, Hoigo State not to name

even doubt them Ohio State unless they make a run. But no. So there's like one to two teams from the state, maybe three if somebody gets lucky, terrible, terrible anymore of three letters. N I hell talked up Jeff Weiler. You seeing Bob Cole Heppens. I'm pretty sure they've been hit up one thousand time. Is there anybody else someone else? Politicians know this game. You can't keep hitting the same five the hard time. You gotta find some new blood, some new money. We gotta find it. You

went there, didn't you anymore? Sports? I'm connected with him, saying right, baseball team, baseball, Yeah, but I mean your money is as good as anybody else. I support the baseball team. Well, what about basketball and everything else? I didn't play basketball? So what I played baseball the captain of the team. If you want to know that, I know that everybody knows that. But I Notre Dame, did you not? We beat him one game, Bob, Bob what's his name? Looked that

up, went down harder. We got to get a fact check, Bob arnesenbrom saying, x, yeah, kicked his ass. Ask him about that. Well, went up there and kicked his ass and we got beat. The second game fourteen to two. All we scored a safety. That was it. It's terrible. We had ten guys on the team. Weren't you going around before the game and the dorms and high school baseball talking on the door? Were only seven guys show up at six in the morning to drive

the Notre Dame for a doubleheader? Who wants to play Notre Dame in baseball, I'll play, I'll play. Did you play in high school? No said when at least a high school player, at least caught a ball, shortstop in, a right fielder and a catcher. But we beat Notre Dame, the biggest win that year by coach Joe Hawk and Jerry Green, the legendary lesal lefty, a crafty lefty like Chris Welch. Had ten players show

up. It was bad. It was good, though. You sent me and he sent me a nice video of him and his three boys having dinner last night. It was night. I can send a video every night and it would look just like that, throwing food. Yeah one, you know, the one boy beating up on the other one. One of them crying, the other one is standing, the baby standing on the table. My wife just in her just with her hands, yelling at everybody. And I'm

just sitting there like poor wife has her hand over her eyes. I can't take it anymore. The rock is trying to hold court and the three of them are sharing space every night in the face every night spain boom, Yeah, y'all have a con Try this, Try this tonight. Put that on TikToker. I want you to pick up ten bucks and put it on the table, all right. Whoever doesn't talk gets the ten bucks. If you don't talk, you get ten bucks. That's fair. And watch what happens.

Fair And I bet for a while five bucks and then whatever it is to say, I'm gonna pay you not to Whoever speaks first loses and they're gonna have a little game. Try the five bucks. See if it works. It can't go ten because you get you're giving all that money up with them homes out there and stuff. But there was a big song, right, pray satkins. You may not know it now, but you're gonna miss this. You're gonna want this back, that's right. You're gonna wish these

days and not gone by so fast. Take a good look around. You're gonna miss this. You won't miss it, no doubt. But at the present time you're not missing a damn thing. Try the five bucks. Like one night, one night there, one night out of seven, one breakfast, one dinner could just kind of be just gone with everyone's eating. No one's that's the other just yelling you gotta eat. They never want to eat. Whoever eats first, gets a buck and watch what happened? Whoever done

talk? Try or try left center right? You know what left center right is? Kids love it. It's a dice game. Throw the dice left center right. It's a great game for kids. Casino and snake guys that they need to do parachutes maybe and it's a dice game maybe which everyone gets the little chips in front of them and then you throw the little dice and they says l R or center which case you put. It's a very simple game, but kids love to play it. Left center right, I'll bring

you. I'll bring you the little tablet of stuff in next week. What's the point of it? The point is you put maybe five bucks in the pot. Whoever wins, whoever win, you win by only one person has a chip left in front of him because the rest of them are in the center. Very simple game.
