Billy cunning in the Great American and I welcomed this. Lauri's Wednesday afternoon in the tri State. Yesterday we had on the Great Brian Hambrick to talk about the events transpiring. And now we got Shuri Palelo and first of all Shari, Merry Christmas in the happy New Year. How's the Poelo household? This? Five days before Christmas? Merry Christmas to you, Willie. Well,
we're trying to get over a little virus that's been in our house. But I think everybody's finally on the men so it actually the timing worked out well. It was two weeks before Christmas. We're good. Can you imagine how many people something like ninety seven percent of us have either been vaccinated or have had COVID. There's the flu running around the RSV. About three weeks ago, I had an I thought I had COVID, So you know, I waited a day or two, get tested. No, it's negative. I
go to the doctor. I have an RSV, whatever the hell that is. And it felt like COVID. It felt like the flu. It felt like my body was rebelling against me for three or four days. Did you have a similar circumstance. I did. I did, and you know, I actually tested positive for COVID. I thought it was the flu. That's how bad I felt. I had just the aches and pains and then all sorts of head congestion. So thankfully, you know, I had been vaccinated. I did not get the new one this year, and you know,
it lasted about four days and then I was fine. I still have some head congestion and that sort of thing. But I know there's so much going on. My boys have had various things. We've tested them for flu, COVID. It was negative. So I think there are so many viruses out there. Right now, let's talk about the issues. There's so little time and two or three issues looking back on this year, and I think in some ways it was a great year. In other ways, it was not
a very good year. The economy is not doing as well as it could do. Last night, once again, you had an incident on Interstate Highway seventy five in which I guess someone being kidnapped runs across the road. Every time when you and Mike show up about two o'clock, three o'clock in the afternoon to get ready, it is in crime and what's happening A serious concern that is just below the surface in the city of Cincinnati, which is not
as bad as elsewhere, but it's getting there one hundred percent. You and I've talked about this so often. Look, this is a city I grew up in, and I hate to see what's going on, and it feels like day in and day out, we're telling you about a different shooting that's happening, and too often. MY biggest concern, and this is what I talk to my friends and family about, is you know, you have innocent
people being caught in the crossfire. So yes, typically, if you're not dealing drugs, if you're not involved in crimes and robberies and that sort of thing, you're not going to become a victim. But unfortunately, because the crime has escalated so much and you have so many people opening fire in public
places, I do think it's a huge issue. If you're talking to me about what I think the biggest stories around Cincinnati, I think it's kicked off in January with the DeMar Hamlin such with him collapsing at Peycurse Stadium, and that was such a huge story across the country for an entire week where we thought this guy died on the field, and you know, I've never seen pay Corps so quiet in my life. I was working that night. We
had a team of course down there at the stadium. Mike was down there as a fan with his son and some buddies, And that's one of those stories you'll never forget. You know, what you were doing when that happened, because you thought you're literally watching a guy die on the field. Thank god, it turned into this horrible situation that then turned into a miraculous situation. So I think that was one of the biggest stories here locally that got
national attention. I'd also argue that, you know what happened in November with Issue on an Issue too, those local issues that had national implications with abortion rights and recreational mara, a lot of both being passed that you know, we were looked at all the eyes of the country were looking at Ohio on that night. So I think those were two huge issues across Cincinnati this year. But if you're talking about good stuff, you know, I was kind
of racking my head thinking what were the big stories this year. I think one of the really big positive stories that was you know, really fun this year was Taylor Swift coming to Cincinnati. I mean, I've never seen so much excitement. I mean, you know, the Reds were playing that weekend. The city was just bustling and booming, and you know, you had people coming in from all across the country to come see Taylor Swift here in Cincinnati's with two night. So I think that was also a big, big
story. And then of course you're you know, most recently, unfortunately we had with Burrow being out for the whole season. I think that was a pretty you know, crushing news story that we covered for you know, several several days. And now hopefully Browning can kind of surprise all of us and maybe continue to take us into another third straight year of a playoff run. That would be pretty exciting. But you know, I will say that, yes, crime has been this underlying story. It feels like day in and
day out. When I was thinking back to the stories though for this year, thank god we didn't have locally, you know, a mass shooting. This year, we didn't have you know, we didn't have those sorts of big stories like we've had in past years, at least here locally. If that's a silver lining. I guess yeah. When I had these issues with
Tom Striker, like ten fifteen years ago, things were bad. Seven eight it became and Striker said something I'll remember that you reference, and that is, if you're not involved in drugs or gang activities or prostitution or something like that, the odds of you being the victim of a crime are extremely rare, extremely low. However, that's changed with the mass shootings and going up and down Vine Street. There's stories about the banks, how the banks are
becoming unsafe, especially after midnight. And there's going to be like twenty thousand shots fired in the city of Cincinnati. And I'm not talking about hand in the county. The city of Cincinnati is going to have about twenty thousand shots fired or more, including about four hundred people are going to be wounded. It's going to be eighty five to ninety killed. And the ages get younger and younger all the time. And I think that's a big issue that all
of us like to follow, but all of us don't. We don't want to think of our city like Detroit or Chicago, or Atlanta or Washington, d C. But do you have a fear that's the direction we're headed. I do and listen. You know, it's interesting you bring this up about
the age Lily. A few weeks ago, we had a shooting where multiple little kids were caught in the crossfire in I believe it was the over the Ryne area, and I remember talking with a police source of mine and I said, he goes, why are you guys so fixated on this story? I said, what do you mean? We had four little kids who were shot, one who was killed. And he said, well, your definition
of little kids in mine is different. Shre and he wasn't. He goes, look, I know nothing about this particular case, but what I'm telling you is kids involved in the drug ring are getting younger and younger. So your definition and what you perceive as an eleven year old, you know, or a thirteen year old. You know, I have a little I have. My youngest is thirteen. He goes, your thirteen year old is much
different than the twelve and thirteen year olds we encounter their drug runners. Some of them they're you know, they get used up by these drug dealers and violent criminals on our streets because they know if they if a kid gets caught with a gun, or if a kid gets caught with drugs, they're not going to face the penalties that someone eighteen and old or will So it gave me a whole different outlook, and it does concern me, Willie, and
I think everybody should be concerned. You and I've talked about this before. The issue has to be handled, whether that means locking people up longer, stiff for penalties. If you know, if you get caught with a gun and you're a felon and you're immediately going to be locked up instantly for ten years, you might think twice about carrying a gun and continuing to be involved
in crime. And I think that's, you know, the direction that a lot of prosecutors who we talk with, police officers, the chief of police, it's infuriating to them because they do lock these guys up, but then within days they're released doing the same sort of thing. So I think it starts in the judicial system where we have to handle this before it continues to
escalating. As you said, before we become the next Chicago and a few minutes here, I'm going to have on Representative Adam Bird of Clairemont County.
He's got a bill, he's introduced. And what happened in Clairemont County is is that one of our finest one out there and raped a girl who had special needs female and then came back to Hamilton County and he was arrested and the lawyers, which is good lawyering, is having him sentenced in Hamilton County Juvenile Court, which will not be a sentence at all for rape of a
special needs a child. Because in Clarmont County when those things happen, I'm told by the judges out there that they ship them up north the Orient. They're gone underage kids sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, you've got to be at least fifteen on a felony who commit a serious offense. Isn't stealing a Fifth Avenue candy bar from a Walmart. This is the rape of a special needs
girl that they would be sent up north. But what happened is the child, so to speak, the rapist who's sixteen years old, lives in Hamilton County, the city of Cincinnati, and what happened is he got probation and a treatment program. And that's angering some around the tri State that say, including Rob Sanders, that your crime is spreading out all over the place, and I hear the same thing out of Dearborn County that we don't want that.
And so there was a movement. There was a movement afoot to have a judicial district in which the twelfth Appellate District would lose Claremont County to join Hamilton County. And when that became public that Claremont County public officials said, wait a minute, you mean Hamilety County residents are going to pick our judges.
Ain't no way that's going to happen. And there's just a reputation now around the tri State that we call home that the City of Cincinnati is going to be have big problems down the road that are insoluble because the other surrounding communities are starting to say, wait a minute, keep your crime out of our community. And it's spreading throughout now. Secondly, well, you bring
up issue one and two. When I spoke to Governor Mike DeWine, I said, tongue in cheek to him, I don't know anyone politically more popular than you are right now. He's got a seventy percent approval rating, and Mike DeWine, I said, hey, I said, Mike I've known him, I can speak frankly with him for many decades. I said, Mike, you're the governor and we're going to have partial birth, abortion on demand, and recreational marijuana everywhere. How does that make you feel? And so
you know, he dropped a few epithets on me. But nonetheless an issue one and two, Well, you surprised about recreational marijuana getting approved by fifty seven percent. It wasn't even close. No, No, I think you and I even talked about it a week before. It didn't surprise me at all. And I'm going to be clear here again, I am not a fan of marijuana period. I don't. It's not my thing, right, So I don't like the smell of it, you know all of that.
When we went out to LA for the Super Bowl, you could smell it everywhere. It's just it's not something I like. But I do think that it is very popular. It does not surprise me at all. I think even people who are conservative. I have friends who are conservative, They do gummies. They like their pot, they like it better than they do alcohol. They feel like it's better than alcohol. So it didn't surprise me at
all. And I think we're kind of late to the pop party. Remember, twenty six states have already passed it, so it didn't surprise me at all. And listen, I think part of the reason you touched on it with Governor Duine, the reason that his approval ratings are so high is because he is able to reach across the AIS. Always seen it with gun issues,
and we're seeing it now with abortion and with marijuana. I mean, look, the day after the election, you had some conservative lawmakers who are saying, no, no, no, you know, we're going to fight this, and I believe Governor Dwine was saying, no, this is what Ohio voters wanted. We just now have to put you know, the laws in place, because yes, issue to pass. You can now legally use recreational marijuana. But you still people don't know how do they get it where
and they buy it? And I think that's what you know Dwine is trying to work through right now so that unfortunately, you know, this pass before we had our ducks in order. But I do think that's why his approval ratings are so high, because despite him being conservative, and despite the fact that he is you know, against abortion and against recreational marijuana, so against
issue wanted too, he realizes that's what the voters wanted socially. Yeah, basically got a big decision on his desk right now about a bill passed by the House and the Senate, which is transgender rights and giving a seventeen or sixteen or fifteen year old the opportunity to wait till they're eighteen for some hormonal or surgical changes in their physical being. And he's got to wrestle with that. But nonetheless, when it comes to marijuana, yours truly uses gummies quite
often. I think it's a good anti inflammatory. I won't smoke any of that stuff because I don't like this. Next step is recreational pot. I have lawyer friends of mine who enjoy Adobe every now and then on the back deck on a summer's evening inste Instead of a couple of shots of a booze or whatever, it's an ice relaxer. And I think, essentially, moving forward, we're going to have recreational pot. And Mike Dowain wants to limit
it greatly and work through the medical system. But I spoke to a grower who told me that the system in Ohio the product must be only manufactured or grown in Ohio and processed. They're not ready for a whole but they have scaled the business to medical marijuana. They haven't scaled it the recreational and so it takes it. But listen, they'll figure it out right three to four months. People want to make money. People want to make money, and there are buyers out there, a lot of them, and I know a
lot of people who say, I love this. I want to know that what I'm getting, or what my kids are getting, you know, college students are getting, is at least safe. You know, That's that's been the biggest concern for me as a parent, that if my older kids, if that's something they want to do, or if friends and family want to do that. I just want to know that what they're getting is safe and not placed with sentanol or something that's important. That's critical. And that's where
Mike DeLine is. He says, look, we want to grow it in Ohio, we want to process it in Ohio. We want to sell it in Ohio without mold, without fentanyl, and kill the dark market. I said, well, if you can get that done, that is a social benefit that I think most adults, most parents, and grandparents would say,
well that's okay then, and that that's where Mike is focused. That's what that's what text all and and make text and make money off of it, just like you know, we had this same debate when we're gambling going to be legalized, you know, and everybody was up in the sort of thing. And listen, I say all the time, I have alcoholism, drug addiction, and addiction in general runs in part of you know, in my family. So I've seen the other side of it. I've witnessed it firsthand.
And I know the concerns for the people who are anti all of those things. But if it's going to be going on, which it does all the time, we all know it. We have friends and family members who do it, then why not a make it legal so we know it's safe and be make sure we're profiting off of it. Well, it is the next step prostitution. Then we got gambling, I said, Mike, we got gambling, we have recreation. What's next prostitution? He said, not on my watch. I said, well, you know all the vices are
but oh sureI thank you. We'll see what happens. And you and I have done this a long time. You've been at it for about twenty twenty five years. How many more years? How much rubbers left on the tread for me? Yeah? Plenty. Oh, I hope a little while. I hope you're not, you know, putting me out the pastors it yet. No, you got about fifteen twenty years on me, But I got a year or two left in the time. No. No, at some
point, you know, you enjoy what you're doing. But if you went back in time to two thousand and two and all of a sudden you find yourself waking up in your life today, what would Shri Palelo say? I think she'd be blown away at how lucky I've been. I mean, seriously, Willie, you, you and I talk about it all the time. I still love what I do. Yes, the business has changed. It's
crazier than ever before. People don't respect journalism like they used to. Rightfully so with what we've seen at the national level and at times the local level. But I do still believe in fighting the good fight, helping people who need a voice, and so I still love my job. And then the fact that I get to do it where I grew up. I mean, I really couldn't ask for a better gig. Let's leave it at that.
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year, Suri Pullello. Get my best to Mike Dartis and you're a great American, you too, will Amory Christmas, God bless you. Let's continue with more coming up next to State Representative Adam Byrd about proposals and Columbus to isolate Hamilton County from spreading their cancer sells a crime throughout the Tri State on News Radio seven hundred that w U l Obie.
When I need to quick pick me up on a busy day, I for myself a code glass of mister Squeeze present mouse milk from grass fed mice milked by tiny hands. Mmmm. Now that's good mouse milk. The perfect drink for Eddie and Rocky. Mouse milk is a protein pac first Quescher. Eddie and Rocky are your good time quitcher with one of a kind interviews,
amazing guests, and plenty of laughs. Eddie and Rockney This afternoon at three on seven hundred WLW Trice Date Ram truck buyers wrap up the year sales event. It's here in Great American, of course, what's happening in Columbus is Harry Germaine to what's happening around the world. We have State Representative Adam Byrd, generally of Claremont County with us now to talk about some of his proposed legislation plus the status of marijuana. And Representative Adam Byrd, first of all,
Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and describe. I won't mention the murderer's name relative to what happened in Clairemont County, but tell us what your bill would do. Thank you, Bill, It's great to be with you. Merry Christmas to you and your listeners. And I'm honored to be on a show with a legend like yourself. Thank you. And and so House Still three fourteen is a bill that is about juveniles, Okay, and so we have a situation out here in Claremont County where an adolescent autistic girl was
raped by a teenager. And you're gonna from a from a neighboring county and and so this this this juvenile from another county got a slap on the risk because he was allowed to be sentenced in the county in which he resides, that being, by the way, Hamilton County. And so if it. If this juvenile would have been sentenced in Claremont County, Claremont County would not have given him a slap on the wrist. And and so Hamilton County did.
And it's insult to injury for the family to see this happen. And so what House Bill three fourteen would do, They would just would change one word in the law, and it would require the juveniles be sentenced in the county in which the climate is committed instead of the county in which they resided. Isn't this kind of sad that justice often depends upon the jurisdiction where the offense took place. And if you get to Hamilton County, it used to
be we had a judge Grossman that was here that was excellent. Melissa Powers was a juvenile court judge for many years before she gained prosecutor, and she could separate the week from the chaff. Some kids need an assistance, but other kids who commit rape and murder ought to be dealt with differently than someone stealing candy bars in Walmart. And so it is sad, And explain to me in Clairemont County, if that child, that rapist was sentenced in Clairemont
County wouldn't that young boy had gone up north for a while. I think something would have happened. I believe in our prosecutor, Mark to Colby, and he does, he in his office do a great job. They would have given him, made sure that they would have pushed for a fair sentencing of him. And you know, here's the other thing you know about Marti's blow and Bio Billy. It ensures that the victims of violent crime have the same rights as the accused. And so in this particular case, the victim
of this crime didn't get the same rights as this other juvenile fund. This is a little bit inside baseball, but it shows the differential between Claremont County and Hamilton County. There was a push a year or two ago to unite some state appellate districts and to put Claremont County in with Hamilton County and have that as one district. And you're laughing every politician, every judge, and Claremont County said no, we don't want to go with them, because Hamilton
County would be electing our judges and we don't want that. We want to stay in the troeth of pellate district along with Butler County, Warren County, and Claremont County. In Brown and Adams County, we want to stay here because we want we want to let we have such a horrible reputation Hamilton County does that. Other counties don't want to associate with us. Have you found that to be true? Absolutely, Bill, There's no way that I could
have survived in this seat and I supported a bill like that. Nobody wants that in Claremont, Brown, Adams, Highland, Clinton County. We do not want to be associated with the judicial system in Hamilton County. I'm sorry about that. It sounds kind of rude, but you know, it's a different world when you cross that county line, and we want to make sure that we have a judicial system and a prosecuting system that's going to uphold law
in order. We're going to protect individuals, we're going to protect the inoson, we're going to protect the victims, and we're not going to have a you know, a mentality where we're soft on crime out here. Well, that's Hamilton County is there's about half the judges and Amony County are like Judge
Patrick Dinkelocker who wants to enforce the law. But then we have an entire group of judges elected by those who put city Council together in Cincinnati, and no county was to associate with us because of a lock of law and order. And those affected by soft approaches to law and order are the ones voting to keep liberal Democrats in charge. Is that like the Stockholm syndrome. It's terrible, Bill, And if you don't mind me going back to House Built
three fourteen. You know, if you are a juvenile, if you're capable of traveling to another county to commit a crime, by golly, you are capable of traveling back to that county where you committed the crime to be sentenced. And you know, think about it. It's easy here in Claremont and Hamilton County. But what if you're from What if you're from Cyahoga County or
Franklin County and you've got to travel all the way down here. You should have to or if you're the victim, you know you shouldn't have to travel. If you're the victim in Claremont County, you shouldn't have to travel to Kyahoga County in order to be a part of you know, the sentencing of somebody who assaulted you. You would think the sentencing would take place where the crime was committed. You would think, you would think, but ile law
doesn't require that. And so this is a very simple bill. It's in the Criminal Justice Committee right now. I think it's getting a favorable hearing. We're hoping for a vote out of committee in twenty twenty four, and we think this is a really important bill. My joint sponsor is Josh Williams, who is a young, intelligent lawyer from the Toledo area. And so we've got a really good bill here and we want to see this get fair hearings in the House and make it to the floor soon. Since I have you
with me a few days before Christmas? What's the status of marijuana? There's a dispensary. I watched a Channel five report last night that people are lined up at medical dispensaries to get recreational pot and they're being told not yet. And of course there's not a market available because those who grow marijuana don't have enough product to sell anyway recreationally. It takes three to four months to develop a product, and there's not enough money and not enough marijuana to go around
until the system has three or four months to start growing it. Where where does the bill stand that passed the House? I had Governor Mike DeWine on a few days ago. He's behind the Senate bill. Where does Adam Bird stand if anywhere? Well, thank you for the question, Bill, and right you said it has passed the House. That is not true. It has not been heard in a committee, it's not been on the House floor. And so you know, I think we have to be really careful in
the House about reacting too quickly to this. The people have spoken an issue to I think we've got to We've got to move deliberately. We've got to do things slowly. And you know that I have constituents who are reaching out to me right now, Bill and saying, hey, well, the voters just spoke, and so you can't be taken up and changing this very quickly.
But but you know, the thing they've got to remember is that it is the Ohio Revise Code, and we revise it all the time, and and so sometimes we just can't allow a bill that has been basically written by lobbyists to to not go unchecked without at least some kind of hearing and seeing if we can make a bill better. What does your crystal ball tell you we're something passed in January that will allow growers to start the product line.
Do you think it will happen in January or July or somewhere in between. I'd say somewhere in between. Bill. I don't see this happening in January. It's a little bit too quick. We're being very deliberate in the House about this, and again, we're sensitive to the will of the people. The people have spoken and even though I endorsed a vote no on issue too,
the people spoke and they said yes on issue too. And so we've got to be careful about this because you know what, we have a lot of libertarian leaning conservatives in Ohio and right now they vote Republican, but they also don't want to be told what to do when it comes to issues like this, and so we want to make sure we're carefully listening to the will of the people. And so you don't think waiting six months is going to have a measurable impact. No, I think we've you said between January in
June, and yeah, I agree, sometime in between. There is probably when something will take place, but I don't see it happening as quickly as January. All right, well, good luck with your bill, and which is House Bill three fourteen, And it would say that a juvenile, especially near an urban area, and which is such a progressive viewpoints toward law enforcement, that you must be sentenced in the county where the offense took place. It's one thing to give a sixteen year old boy a break. Okay,
you got you got some tough things going on your life. Your mom's this, your father's non existent, et cetera, and you shouldn't do this, shouldn't do that. But when you rape a child under the age of eighteen, who shall we say has some mental challenges? And this is not the
only time it ever happened, I would estimate. And then when in Hamilton County, you get to be Hamlet County and all of a sudden, the juvenile court judge here we have now one of them is extremely liberal, and she's not going to send anybody up north because she wants to keep them local. A rapist needs dealt with harshly, and in Clairemont County it would have been entirely different, which is why they surrounding counties will never join Hamilton County
in the judicial district because what's happened to us. We used to be the forerunner of what's happening in criminal justice. We used to have Simon Lee's people like that in charge. Now all of a sudden, we have a bunch of damn liberals and it's a criminal defense attorney, which I don't practice much anymore. I kind of enjoy that, but in reality, it's bad for society when rapists are walking around and the victims have to deal with the consequences.
Well, Adam Bird once again, Clairemont County's fabulous. I love New Richmond, spending time there along the Ohio River in the summertime, having a little dinner there is pretty good stuff. And Adam Byrd once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show. And Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Bill. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas to you. We'll have to do lunch at the Punt Street Cafe in downtown New Richmond overlooking the
beautiful lit Ohio River. I appreciate your giving this house till three fourteenth some attention, and forget Bill, It's Steelers Week. And the Bengals have got to get it done. No day, I tell you there's nothing but difficulties. But all of a sudden, how about this segment had this fact yesterday that, since the records have been kept beginning in the nineteen sixties, the number one quarterback for a passing efficiency in his first four games, it's not
Joe Burrow. It's not Joe Montana, it's not Joe Namath, It's not anyone other than a man named Browning, Jake the Snake. Browning has the number one record in all of football for efficiency above seventy five percent completion averaging over two hundred and seventy five yards a game, and his quarterback rating is near one hundred. So, Adam, do we need Joe Burrow at all at this point? Absolutely, Joe Burrow is the best quarterback in the NFL.
You know, in Jake Browning. He is an example to every young person. You know, when you're not starting, you know, you've got to be ready when the time is called. You've got to be preparing as if it's going to come, and when you get your chance, you got
to take advantage. But Jake Browning is going to He just made himself a lot of money over the last three weeks, and he's also made the Bengals better in the future, because when we trade him for two first round draft picks, you know, Joe Burrow is probably worth three first round draft picks, but Jake Browning is going to be worth two. He's made the Bengals
a better franchise in the future, whether he stays here or not. Adam Bird, If somehow the Bengals march to the Super Bowl and win it, who's the starting quarterback next July when the Bengals come back to summer camp. Is it Jake Browning or Joe Burrow? If Jake Browning has a Super Bowl ring, you know that's I love Joe Joe Burrow. He's my man, and you know he's a good Southern Ohio boy from Athens County, and so I'm never going to walk away from Joe Burrow. But somebody is going to
somebody. Somebody's going to be moving on, and somebody's gonna make a lot of money one way or the other. And I'm just anxious for a chance to say who day the day after a Super Bowl. And you know, I'm kind of sad because I didn't like watching Ken Anderson lose the Super Bowl and Boomera Asias and losing the Super Bowl and now Joe Burrow losing the Super Bowl. So somebody's got to get it done. And I think Joe Burrow
is the guy that's going to get it done eventually. No, Adam Bird, there's a He's Bengals are favored by like three points in Pittsburgh, and I can't think the last time that happened. But uh, I'm a little worried about that game because it's on the eve before Christmas Eve and the other quarterback's name is Rudolph, so we gotta be careful about that. Keep an eye on him. Mason, he almost lost his head that one game with the Brownie's defensive end to lose his helmet, beat him in the head with
him Garrett took it to us, took it to his cranium. Yeah, Adam Bird, good luck one again. How's Bill three point fourteen? Speak to your representatives. Let's make sure that justice has done whatever that is. And Adam byrd, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thank you, Bill. Merry Christmas to you and your listeners as well. God bless America. your financial house in order before it's too late. And there's men and women standing by ready to take your call now at seven nine, seven hundred, McKinley Mortgage. Get the ball rolling. It begins with a simple telephone call, begins with a couple few questions in a way you go save money.
Rates are down, McKinley Mortgage. Now, secondly, look into my right and we're going to discuss this later on with the Great Wayne Allen Root that every time the Democrats load up against the Donald, his ratings go one direction,
and that is up and not down. Every time they try to indict a former president breaking every standard imaginable in the world, doing it in New York City, Atlanta, and Washington, d C. More and more of the American people that I represent so well understand that what's behind this is open borders, destroyed American cities, and trading out the electorate for a new group
who're going to vote for them because of governmental benefits. Something in the range of fifteen thousand were processed, so to speak, yesterday, and around the world there's over one billion single men who say I'm going to America because free healthcare, free medical care, free Obama phones, checks in the mail, get transportation of five thousand dollars General visa credit card, just a debit card,
just to use. That's where I want to be. And now the Democrats have gone too far, gone through Colorado having thought, Okay, we can't beat him at the ballot box, let's indict him. When that didn't work, let's keep him off the ballot completely using the Section three of the fourteenth Amendment. This is unbelievable. And I certainly believe in the idea that we should freely vote for the candidates of our choice. But see, the
Democrats do not believe that. They do not want to give you the opportunity to vote for someone ahead of the polls. In fact, they want to destroy And you might recall that in eighteen sixty four, Abraham Lincoln, the Republican, was kept off the ballot by the Democrats in the Confederacy because they were in rebellion, and despite that, the Republican won Abraham Lincoln. Here we are, what one hundred and sixty years later, and once again the
Democrats are trying to keep their political opponents off the ballot. It's not going to work. I'm predicting it now that Donald John Trump will continue to be the next president of the United States. He will be elected with about forty two to forty three percent of the vote, because Jill Stein, Cornell West,
RFK Junior are going to get maybe fifteen percent of the vote. And you'd have to be a blind, dumbefhoted fool to vote for someone like Joe Biden who has the temerity to indict his political opponents and then to watch all the bribes come into his pocket through Communist Rea at China, Romania and the Ukraine. Joe Biden is a crook, and he's taken millions and millions of dollars from overseas interest to change American foreign policy, which has never happened before
in American history. The Fourteenth Amendment does not apply in this circumstance when the vote is four to three and four Liberal Democrat judges say that even though there's been no trial in the subject matter, even though there's been no cross examination of witnesses on the issue of an insurrection, even though there's been no verdict of someone a judge or a jury, even though Jack Smith, who's the henchman for Joe Biden in the Department of Justice, has thoroughly investigated ali gations
of insurrection against Donald truck Donald Trump and said, you know what he is. We can't charge him with this because there's no reasonable person that would convict him of insurrection. That comes from Joe Biden's prosecutors. But the judges in Colorado charged him, tried him, and convicted him, and now have sentenced him without due process. Are you kidding me? Yes, I'm not.

up by Billy Cunningham, the Great American. Of course. My top guests I think of all the time instead of just this year is Wayne Allen Roothe Root for America. It's a wonderful website. Have it up right now, Wayne Allen Root. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and happy New Year. But I think we have to start about the recent decision by the Colorado Supreme
Court. They've taken this thing to an industrial strength threat to democracy. Level in which four activist judges put on black robes in a four to three vote in Colorado and said basically that Trump can we can't vote for the guy. Having done everything they can to soil him politically, they now I want to ban him from the ballot. And I want to get to your reaction to
that before we talk about Michelle Obama's cannon to see boo. What's your view as a Westerner, as a Novauden about what the Colorado Supreme Court's doing to the nation. Well, the best way for me to explain it, Bill is I just put up my three tweets in this morning, and I'll read the three of them to you all. Short. The first one says Trump is disqualified in Colorado, add five more points to Trump's popularity, just like
each indictment. Democrats are so dumb, desperate and delusional. Democrats are Wiley E. Coyote. Trump is the roadrunner. Beep beep. That was the first one they add it's five points to popularity. The second one is I wonder how many of Colorado Supreme Court judges who just disqualified Trump run Epstein's island of pedophilia, rape and child abuse want to bet all tied together and my
third, my third one is my third one is definition of insurrection. One using pandemic to rig and steal election with fake mail in ballots and no voter ID. Two take bribes from China and the Mexican drug cartel. Three commit treason by opening the borders to intentionally destroy the USA, and four finally, use election interference to disqualify the only guy who could stop you from finishing the job of destroying America and send you to Guantanamo for treason after he wins the
election. That's why they did what they did. This isn't Colorado, This isn't Colorado's Supreme Court judges. This is all Democrats in power. They have stolen an election. They have then taken money from China and the Mexican drug cartel and offshore accounts. They used it to destroy American in favor of China and to let all the drugs in and all the people in to destroy this country and rig all future elections because you're filling the country with people who will
never vote Republican for decades to come. They open those borders, they invited everyone in total treason, and now you disqualify the only guy who can beat you, who's winning in every race, in every battleground, they nationally destroy your candidate, and the only guy who, if he wins, would have the cajones to now convict you of treason and send you to Guantanamo for the rest of your life for committing treason against this country. That's why Democrats all
have Trump to arrangement syndrome. They know what they did and they're scared to death. They're all going to be convicted of treason. They've stolen the nation by stealing the election and then opening the borders to allow a full scale invasion that makes Russia's invasion of Ukraine look like child's play. Our nation's been invaded and they allowed it because they're all on the take bill. Whether it's China or the Mexican drug cartel, or George Soros or the World's Economic Forum,
these people have all taken money and offshore accounts to destroy this country. I'm looking at this way. Jack Smith, who is Joe Biden's prosecutor against Donald Trump, spent months and months and months investigating insurrection and after months and months of months of grand jury testimony of all the telephone all the cell phone records, all the emails back and forth. Jack Smith himself determined after a lengthy
investigation that Donald Trump did not commit an act of insurrection. That comes from Joe Biden's own prosecutor. So here sits in the Rocky Mountain high of Colorado, and without trial, without witnesses, without a full vetting of the charge, they simply charged him, convicted him, and then sentenced him on an insurrection. When Joe Biden's own prosecutor, Jack Smith, said it didn't happen. And so how in the when I watch MSNBC and some of the other
talk show CNN, they're doing the macarina once again. The road runner has been captured. The roadrunner is Donald Trump. And looking at this at ninety one count indictments from Democratic prosecutors, hundreds of millions of dollars in possible fines, and on top of that get them off the ballot. Well, an election of a country is treason. They did that because trillions of dollars were on the line. They want to keep taking their bribes from China and the
Mexican drug cartel. You know, Bill, Look, I've been in business my whole life, and anyone who brings me business, I give them ten percent tomorrow bill. If you bring me a deal and I make one hundred thousand dollars, I will give you ten thousand dollars. I give everyone a ten percent finders fee. That's what makes everybody happy, and they're glad to bring you more business. I'm telling you that the borders are open because it serves two purposes to Democrats. One, you let the whole world in.
You change the demographics of America and it becomes a socialist slash communist nation for the rest of all time. No Republican will ever be elected again once all these people start voting. And Two, you take bribes from China and the Mexican drug cartel. For every person that's let in, and every drug that's let in, and all the pedophilia that's let in, and all the human trafficking that's let in, you get paid a finder's fee by the people who
are benefiting. Now the Mexican drug cartels are making billions of dollars a day. They can afford to give away billions in off shore accounts. And I'm telling you the Democrat Party has all been paid off by China and the Mexican drug cartel. Now, if Trump gets re elected, he's gonna go after these people. Now he wants revenge. It's a double ed schwart right. You indicted him to keep him from being elected, but if he overcomes the
indictment, becomes more popular than ever it gets elected. Now you face life in prison on Guantanamo breaking rocks. That's why they've got to stop him at all costs. And every day he gets more and more popular. And they just made him much more popular again because the average American guy in gal can
see that he's being persecuted for for really nothing. Anybody can see. There's nothing that Trump ever did that should result in persecution, and that's why people are behind him, and that's why he gets more popular every day, and the Trump train is on its way to victory. Screw Colorado, we never needed Colorado Anla Colorado's not a winnable state, so it just doesn't matter. Well in the next I guess by January third or fourth, we're going to
know whether or not the Supreme Court will take it. I think the US Supreme Court has got to take any red prosecutor in a red state file a civil lawsuit to get Joe Biden struck from the ballot because of his behavior on the southern border, his refusal to follow his oath of office. He's committing many say treason by what his act. So why can't Joe Biden be ordered off the ballot by Republican judges? Is that what's coming next? No,
because Republican judges are all you know. I'll say the word pussycats. I'll say it nicely, pussycats. They just won't do what needs to be done. Here's the deal, Bill, I was the first guy in America when Trump was in the first time by Manhattan DA. It was named Alvin brad When Bragg and died a Trump. That was last March, so it's sort
of like nine months ago when that happened. I said, all we have to do is Republican das and Republican prosecutors and Republican attorney generals and totally read states where they know they're gonna get re elected, need to indict Biden, Mayorkist, Kamala Obama, all the people that have committed real crimes by opening the border and destroying the United States. Those are real crimes, and a Republicans need to indict them and let them prove they're not guilty, just like
they're doing a Trump. If we do that, that'll stop them from doing this to Trump when they know they're gonna have the same thing done to them. And what happened in those nine months, not one Republican DA or Attorney general did anything. They're never gonna do anything. Our party is a power as a party of pussycats and cowards and intimidated people and afraid of what the
press will say about them. And on the other side, you have a full scale communist visit's just coming to sub takeover of the United States of America. And if someone doesn't get tough on our side and fight back and hit back hard, our country is gone. And you think about the Bidens, everyone associated with him, his brother, his sister, the Hunter Bidens said,
or the grandchildren receiving millions of dollars. Hunter Biden and Joe Biden and Jim Biden knows that if Trump wins, a prosecutor is going to be selected by Donald Trump to go after them, So they understand that's what's at stake here is their own incarceration. Now I am confident that Joe Biden will do at the end what Donald Trump did not do, which is pardon his family, pardon himself. Going out the door, Hunter, Biden will be protected
by the DOJ and the FBI until he gets pardoned. Is there any doubt in your mind that Joe Biden, if he can still sign his name, at some point near the end, is going to pardon and all the Bidens from top to bottom. And something Donald Trump said, I don't have to do. I did nothing wrong. So as he's leaving out the door, he didn't pardon anybody because he didn't have to. But the Bidens understand what's
coming. And so going out the door in December, like a year from now, if and when Joe Biden stands and is re elected, which I think is almost impossible, or if he's not elected, he's not going to be around in August for the convention. But nonetheless, don't you isn't there a belief that the FBI will protect the Biden's and then at the end, Joe Biden will pardon everybody. Yeah. The most important thing you said, though, before I answer that question, is you said, a year from
now, I don't know how our republic survives for the next year. I really, don't you know what we're talking about? This the Colorado has qualifying Trump when what we should be talking about, Bill is the mass invasion on the US border. But then that gets worse every day. Fourteen five hundred people in one day the other day, the all time record. I predicted
all this. I said, the minute you will a Supreme Court allowed Joe Biden to end Title forty two, the flood would begin like nothing anyone's ever seen. I knew, and I don't think the average person knows. There's one point five billion people in the world who are under the age of sixteen, and every one of them would like to come to America. And if you wave them all in, they're all gonna come. This isn't a matter of if, it's only a matter of when the entire world is thinking about
coming to America. They all have nothing. They have bare feet, they can't afford shoes, they can't afford food, and they hear that if you come to America, you kick anywhere you want to go, You get a free flight, a free cell phone, and you get a five thousand dollars visa card, and you get legal aid for free, and you immediately get food stamps and welfare, and your kids can go to American schools for free,
and you get free healthcare. The entire world is coming Bill, So I don't even know how we survive the next year because there may be ten million new ones in the next year that double with Biden let in in the first three years. It's so over the top, extreme at the border right now. So you know, when you say, one year, how are we going to survive? I don't know. And when you ask the question, you know, will Biden, you know, pardon his kid and himself?
Yes, Because the whole key is when you have the media on your side, you can get away with anything. They'll just ignore it, like they ignored Hunter Biden's laptop. But if Trump had done it and the media is against you, my god, the entire nation would be rioting, and the whole nation would be protesting, and the whole inner cities would be burning. Trump pardoned himself, he pardoned his children, he pardoned his friends. Oh my god, he's Nixon. He's the most corrupt man that ever lived.
You know what. It goes back to, remember when Nixon was when Watergate happened and Nixon got kicked out of office he was, you know, facing impeachment. The number one charge was Watergate. The number two charge everyone forgets using the IRS to destroy your political opponents, and that was numbers of charge. When Obama was president, he used the IRS to go after Republican donors and Republican critics, including yours truly, Wayne Allen Route. And we
know that for a fact. Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch took my case and demanded, upon threat of subpoena, all my files from the IRS, and they proved it was a Democrat political witch hunt against Wayne Ruth. And we know was ordered by Obama because in every interview, I say, Obama's my college classmate at Columbia University, and he's the ghost of Colombia and he's the Mensurian candadate. He was never there, and so you know that he ordered
them to destroy my life. But nobody ever went after Obama. They claimed it was in your area, Cincinnati. It was an isolated case. It had nothing to do with Obama. When you're a Republican, they make you resign over the exact same thing or you're going to jail. Obama nothing because the media was on his side. Same thing. Now, Biden can get away with anything because the media is on his side. Lastly, there's going to come some event the next few months in which Joe Biden, obviously the
big guy, took millions of dollars in bribes. The Biden family has monetized every office he's been and it's gotten worse. And at some point, either his mental acuity will be so bad he can't put together two sentences that the nightmare scenario may happen in August, in which case Donald Trump sadly cannot beat Michelle Obama. Play out for me the nightmare scenario. Well, I don't
know that he can't be Michelle Obama. I mean, the whole issue is at this point, I honestly believe the entire country has woken up and a lot of people have swallowed the right pill this time, and everybody sees what's going on, and a lot of people are on Trump's side. Black people are on Trump's side, not all, but I'm saying many more than we're in sixteen or twenty. And right now I think we got a you know, like a twenty point bump among Black Americans. We got a huge bump
among Latinos. People are waking up in the United say young people. Every poll shows Trump is destroying Biden among young people who would have ever believed that Muslims. Muslims don't necessarily like Trump, but they've all gotten together here in Nevada. He's gotta press release yesterday morning. The Muslim like eight Muslim organizations in Nevada have now pledged to do anything in their power to destroy Joe Biden. Could you believe this? Because they're so bad at the way he's treated
Israel versus Gaza. So even though Trump's the most president history, Muslims are gonna sit on their hands and make sure Biden's not re elected. So my point to you is, I think everyone's woken up and a lot of people are gonna be voting for Trump, whether the election is rigged or not, whether they can manage a new pandemic and make everyone mail and vote, and with mail in ballots no voter ID, they get more you know, stolen
elections. I have no way to control that. But I'm just telling you I don't know that anyone at this point can beat the Trump juggernaut, including Michelle Obama. I have no doubt she will be the candidate or someone else besides Biden will be the candidate. She's the you know, in my opinion, the leading choice. But they got to get rid of Biden. They're gonna replace him. Whether Michelle wants it or not, we'll find out.

mean, that's got to give you a pause for concern. Do we talk about a larger issue, and that is that you texted me at nine pm as literally as the ball is getting ready to get kicked off, I'm getting ready to call the Frisco Bowl. I did a text from you update me on a Tuesday night on a Notre Dame basketball score all about that. Yeah, he just wanted to keep you updated. Rock, That's all I want. I want to come on. You're on ESPN too, and yeah you're
in a commercial. And I said you probably weren't following the game, right, I was following during the Dame obviously twenty points at what it really could have been thirty or forty. The Citadel left their foot off the accelerator. Yeah, it could have been a lot worse. And did you said they're a culinary school. I thought something there like k that that's what they did.
I don't know Citadel. It's called the or the Citadel, and they're a pair of military operations that deal with deals with the culinary issues for the military. Where are you at now, rock if anywhere? I literally just landed at CBG and I stre on my radio in my car at home in six days, and I hear you two going on and on about some random Notre Dames score, about random it's the men's basketball program. And well, there were there were a few people present, the stands were empty. Nobody
cared. How does that make you feel? The mascot didn't even show up. Mascot got sick. Well, I had nothing to say about that. But I do worry about you and your obsession with the iris. I want to make sure you know the scores. Do you know we may pick them, we may we may pick them. We may pick them up next year. Rocket Ever, no put them on a radio And the girls bowling team lost to Indiana State and I'm thinking, what kind of wow? I mean,
come on, the Sycamores took him down. It's a little embarrassing to be a graduate of Notre Dame. That's and if you do want to know the scores, I would assume. So that's why you're just helping him out. He's doing the Frisco Bowl out in the middle of nowhere. There you go, Well, another Dame has a has a bowl game here against Horgan State. I believe it was on a twenty ninth or thirtieth, and they're gonna kick ass. I missed your ass, and then twenty twenty four is
going to be our years. Telling you right now he signed. He's a great quarterback from Duke, not Duke basketball, but Duke, and he was paid handsomely and he is going to deliver two million. That's what I heard. Is that right? I heard a million and a half. But they came and talked to you and got some money. Is that it? He gets a bonus. I signed off on it. I gave it my blessing and said go ahead with the deal. And the now the deal is done,
well, we'll see what happens. But next year they hopefully I'll have eleven players on the field at a critical time on defense. But maybe not that that is true. That is true. There's nothing I can say about that. How do you guys do when I miss you? Guys doing bull games left and right? I had the Independence Bull on Saturday. Now I drove from Shreveport to Frisco. Did that game last night, got over about one in the morning. I got hit what three am? Get up?
I had five am flight and not just landing since I missed you guys, so five am. It's now almost two o'clock. Where'd you go from? What'd you fly out of Dallas? I flew out of Dallas for work, which is a nightmare. It's delayed their force. And then in Atlanta sitting on the tarmac waiting for like a park, like a seat belt or something for an hour. So it's just one thing after not for happy holidays.
Happy holidays? Right? Well, you know we anticipate on Christmas morning that you might be able to be here, but we're being told you're the new Collinsworth all of a sudden. But all of a sudden, you have three little boys that might want to enjoy Christmas without us. Yeah, is that correct? Between that and Bowl games. Yeah, I'll see what I can do. Maybe I can stop by for a little bit. I missed it last year, but I was there a year before and a year before that.
I'll try to make an appearance. Trying to make an appearance or get my best to you and yours there do you do all your kids, including bow now? But still believe in Santa Claus at the age of sixteen? Are we sure we want to talk about that on air, because I've heard that's a no no. Let's not do that then. But I'm just saying that if Notre Dame plays, I will let you know only the scores of men's and women's sports. That's keeping the updated rock. I'll keep you updated.
Let me just tell you, but before the internet knows the score of a Notre Dame contest, will he has that score and texted to me he has like breaking news. I'm monitoring all Notre Dame things simultaneously. He's got Notre Dame Athletics on an app on his phone. Now, one other thing to chew on is that the citadel to start the game. We're winning twenty three, by the way, twenty breaking up twenty three, you're breaking up
out there by two seventy five. Hello, and in fact the Irish, right now, the Irish missed eleven of the first twelve shots, and they fell behind Citadel by twenty. That never happened when Joe Frederick Go was there. Never once again. Rock, I'll keep you advised as to all scores. All right, well, I really appreciate it. Well, thank you so much. And Mary see you're Christmas bitch. You got to you see now, if he was a woman, i'd kis him. Run on the
lips segment. Get me out of the Studis report. Please, we have open discussion coming. I'm gonna take what I'm gonna take. Two days in a row. I'm gonna take call. There's something wrong with you now, all right, Willie and hounter of a national signing day. Good luck to those in their college endeavors. We leave you with the immortal words of the Stood Report. Twenty seconds left. One more snap for desbon Ritter and the UC bear Cat. And he takes the snap, He takes a knee,
he pumps his fist, and the celebration begins at Notre Dame Stadium. Opportunity seized. Listen, f Rockcat send a message to the college football world. Did you see that? Listen? Rockety wins it twenty four to thirteen. Snap Columbia to a knee, and here goes the final countdown as Marshall's thundering herd runs to midfield at Notre Dame Stadium, thundering, we're down to three and two and one. It's a finals. Marshall twenty six, number eight
Notre Dame twenty one. Let's repeat that one more time, please, twenty six to twenty one. Marshall wins it at Notre Dame. According to shotgun, train them off his right hand, two wide to the right. Stat McCord hands to train them straight in zone. Touchdown chip train them for the second straight week, boge a converted linebacker the end zone, and that'll win it for Ohio State. Here they come. They're storming the field. They're
storming the field in thirty seconds, still on the clock. What a start for Jeff prom I don't think anyone drew up little last December when he took this job. Run around for a bit and launch it high club Nick does it high in the air. Last time has expired, and then they storm the field as they always do. Tabo Sweet defiedly knocking back critics on his radio show this week, All Loan well top the all time wins list in
school history, one more than the legendary Frank Howard segment. That's it right there. It's one thing to lose to Ohio State, but to lose to the Citadel in Louisville. Rocky has got to be embarrassed the school that now has transgender rights and lap dancing and drag queens. That's Notre Dame. See you later. It's a tatter on news radio seven hundred l When do you like to listen to Scott's Loan? I listened when I'm cooking cabbage. That's

continue, weever stop, We simply continue. On Christmas Morning itself, I'm honored to headquarter here. Some of the kings of talk radio, Eddie Fingers and Mike McConnell and Scott Sloane and myself don't try to hook up with Rocky Boyman, but on Christmas morning many times is with his three children of tender years, which I understand. Would you rather be with your own children on
Christmas morning or Scott Sloan? I think the choice is obvious. But we get together, we talk about the year that was, which is now all but concluded. Today's December the twentieth, about eleven days remaining, and what happened yesterday was a bombshell when the Democratic appointed Colorado Justices said that by a vote of forty three that a former president pursuing to the fourteenth Amendment cannot even be on the ballot. And you heard wayn Allen Root get fired up about
it, as we all should. Even Democrats have said, wait a minute, this is un American, can't do it. Other state supreme courts have been Democrats have looked at the same section three of the fourteenth Amendment and said it doesn't apply. I tell you why it doesn't apply for two reasons. Number one, the obvious one The Fourteenth Amendment was passed in eighteen sixty eight
to keep members of the Confederacy from holding Senate seats or Congressional seats. There's no reference in the Fourteenth Amendment, Section three to the President of the United States. It was created to say that Civil War Confederate generals, who were all Democrats, by the way, every one of them could not serve in the center of the House because they took an oath of allegiance to a foreign
power. So they can't do it. And so it is somewhat gymnastic or elastic to say that because there was an allegation that Trump directly or indirectly participated in a quote insurrection pursuing to the Fourteenth Amendment, that it can't be on the ballot for you to vote for him. The more this kind of crap happens by Democrats, the more those of us that one maybe seek some other Republican candidates say hell, no, we got to win this one. We
got to win this one, so it doesn't apply. Now. The problem is the Colorado Supreme Court, dominated by liberal Democrats in a state by the way, that Trump wasn't going to win anyway. I think he lost it by something like fourteen percentage points in twenty twenty, so it wasn't really a
factor in the situation. But January sixth is the filing deadline for the primary in Colorado, and so they put the US Supreme Court under the gun, which gives them about seventeen days to say whether or not a state supreme court without trial can simply say a candidate involved himself in insurrectionist activities and get him off the ballot. To give you an example, Jack Smith is Joe Biden's henchman. He's the US attorney investigating Donald Trump to find something to make sure
he can't run. Two reasons. Number one, twenty five percent of Republicans say they would not vote for Donald Trump if he was convicted of felonies before election day. But secondly, what Jack Smith did was spend months and months and months with under oath grand jury testimony and all the subpoena power imaginable to prove that Donald Trump involved in insurrectionist activities. After months and months and months of hundreds of witnesses, thousands of documents, Jax Smith said, we can't
prove it. It didn't happen. It's wrong. It doesn't apply, and that's after a lengthy procedure of getting forced testimony to say whether or not Donald Trump involved in himself in an insurrection or before, during, and after January
sixth, which was a terrible riot. It wasn't good bad. In fact, the hundreds and hundreds who were involved in criminal activity on January the sixth, by hurting police officers or by breaking in windows and doors should be fully prosecuted for their misbehavior, just like the thousands of Black Lives Matter rioters and ANTIFA types should be punished for what they did. But that's a different issue
completely. How many times did you hear that riots are used as the voice of the voiceless when you're backed up against the wall, you have nowhere to go, then CNN tended to justify riotous misbehavior. It is riots are the words of the unheard, So you might recall over mainly peaceful as businesses and courthouses and police stations literally were burned down, those were the voices of the
voiceless when you're not hearing your concerns being addressed. It is, somehow, in the view of the mainstream media, not improper to break into shops and stores and burn things down to ruin the community in which you live. The media kind of qui said, well that you know, America deserves that,
after all. But on January sixth, those who went there for those rallies on the fourth, to fifth and the sixth of January twenty twenty twenty twenty one also went there with the idea that our voices are not being heard and we want to be heard. Or they were heard, and a few hundred got out of control and committed criminal acts, that's a different matter. So when a liberal left wing democrat riots, that is the voice of the unheard.
When a mega member also riots, that means that's an insurrection against elements of government. Well, when you burn down a police station or US federal courthouse, that is not a protest. That is a crime. But the media didn't at all focus on the riots because many in the media thinks America deserved it. We should be beaten about the face and head. We're allowsy,
racist, sexist, homophobic place. So therefore, those who ride to destroy parts of their own community, the media seldom says anything other than this is the voice of the unheard, or they say, you have to understand why these things go on. But when a few right wing riots take place, which are very small in number compared to the radical left Charlottesville, Virginia, the Jews will not replaced us right wing riot. What was that woman's
name was? It was it Heather something like that. She was run over and the person that did that sentenced to twenty five years in jail. And then also what happened on January sixth, twenty twenty one. And those are rare events in our society. The great majority of riotous misbehavior and criminal activities
are committed by the radical left. Whether it's shutting down interstate highways or looting Macy stores, or burning down a courthouse, or shutting down traffic in major cities like in New York City. Those are our actions of the riotous left, and it's always justified because, according to CNN and MSNBC, as Americans, we deserve that to happen to us because of who we are as a
country. There's a basic element, especially among young folks, that America deserves what's going on, And sadly, a large element of young folks believe Jews in Israel and Jews in America deserve what they get. I shared it with you. A poll yesterday in Resmussen that said twenty percent of young American adults believe that Holocaust is a myth. Another twenty five percent have doubts whether it ever existed, and eleven percent believe that the Jews, by their behavior,
calls the Holocaust against them. Now where does this come from. It comes from our education system, which is left wing. It's reactionary, it's Marxist, it's awful. Instead of going to high school or colleges to learn the five or six humanities gem rphology, geology, geometry, English literature, throw in some other history classes, you go there to become indoctrinated as if what you had to say, feel and think is really that important when it isn't.
Thousands and thousands every day march somewhere inside the United States of America and our major cities on the side of AMAS to go after the Jews. So when you have a circumstance in my hand, were about fifty percent of young American adults believe that the Holocaust did not happen, or they have severe doubts
in their mind whether it happened to that extent. They don't know about the fact that there were forty five thousand extermination camps all over Europe, and that the number of six million Jews and another one million of Catholics and those who are mentally or physically disabled, or the communities that didn't fit in with the area nation that were basically destroyed. And so that's not being taught today. So you come out thinking that Jews caused their own problems. The Jews are
never, in the view of the mainstream media a put upon minority. Just the opposite. The Jews are the perpetrators and not the victims according to the mainstream media. So when I look at some of the stuff happening now in Colorado, imagine if a red state head can Conservative Supreme Court and they ruled in a case that Joe Biden's behavior in office has been so reprehensible that he violated his oath of office by taking bribes and also by southern border activities,
that he should be banned from the ballot. In Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, we have nothing but chaos, and even Democrats, the judge Napolitano and others who have not been friends of Donald Trump, had said, what there's no charge that's been filed against Donald Trump for insurrection. There's been no motions filed, there's been no trial, there's no subpoena power of Donald Trump, there's no cross examination of witnesses, there's no closing argument, there's
no charge of law from the judge of the jury. But we're going to go ahead and convict him of insurrection anyway, despite the fact that Joe Biden's own Department of Justice say there's not enough evidence to charge him with that, but the liberal Colorado Supreme Court ordered him off the state ballot. Are you kidding me? I thought the Democratic Party cared about democracy. I thought the
Democratic Party cared about norms. This is outrageous and it cannot stand. And the more this goes on, the more likely it is that Donald Trump's going to be the nominee of the Republican Party, which will be decided within one hundred days. By the third Tuesday in March, the race is essentially over. And it's extremely unlikely there's going to be a trial before November the fifth of next year, and so and if there is a trial by then,
he'll be convicted. A Washington d c. Jury filled with Democrats are going to convict Donald Trump, and then on appeal it may be overturned. But by then the election would have taken place. And Donald Trump is about to enter his eightieth year. So there's chaos being put upon us by the liberal Democratic Party on college campuses, on the southern border, when it comes to governmental spending, when it comes to what's happening in our schools, and the
police chaos. And now since Donald Trump is way up in the polls, the Democratic Party directly or indirectly, well, Number one keep smearing the guy, but number two work hard to make sure that you don't have an opportunity to vote for the candidate of your choice. You can't do that. We can't trust you with making good decisions. So we're going to take that decision
making power away and we're going to decide it for ourselves. And I hope the US Supreme Court steps in and tells Colorado know your role and shut your mouth. There's nothing in the fourteenth Amendment that deals with this circumstance, and those that have looked at it, even Democrats, have said there has to be a conviction of insurrection. It can't be in an appellate argument with left
wing lawyers stating why he committed acts of insurrection. There is to be a finding by a fact finder who's independent, and of course that did not happen here. So we have nothing but chaos and colleges and universities in major American cities on the southern border who we can elect to can't we elect? We
borrow every day, about six billion dollars a day. Every day we borrow in new money to satisfy the spending demands of Washington about two trillion dollars two trillion dollar deficit every year, and the accumulated debt has a payment of over one trillion dollars of interest every year. Democratic Party out to go see McKinley mortgage, because you got to get your debt house in order. And at this point just the opposite is true. So let's continue with more and if
a line becomes availed three seven four, nine seven two twenty five. Home are your Bengals playing on Saturday? Here are Bill Engine, a power couple that doesn't waste a minute in the morning. They use the bathroom together, shower together, brush their teeth together, and they listen to Mike McConnell together, Good morning, say no. Mike will give them the latest
news, weather, traffic, investment info and is cutting McConnell humor. Now that's powerful. Mike McConnell Tomorrow morning at five on seven hundred. Get ready for the new year, get your carpets, clinserves, and desires a defined result. They will not objectively cover conservatives or Republicans as they would cover Democrats, democrats and leftists because they all come out of the same left wing pool.
So we focus on all the problems of Donald Trump. Oh my god, he's got difficulties out the wazoo, he's got financial problems being sued in the state of New York. He's got ninety one counts against them. But we tend to ignore the fact that the Republicans slash Conservative Republican Party tends to be on the same page when it comes to energy, holding line on taxes or bringing inflation under control, or supporting school choice, supporting Israel delivering equal
rights for all citizens, special rights for no one. So that's kind of the world in which conservatives I'm a conservative, not a Republican, operate in because we want government to be far distant and discrete out of our lives, and Democrats do not want that. And because they're losing a lot of middle class votes, they want to supplant the current voting population with large numbers of Third world individuals. About a billion young men would love to come here and
live, and it's going to be a problem. But looking at what the Democrats are facing, something the media refuses to do. You have a divide now between the Moslims, Muslims and the Jews. There's angry demonstrations by Hamas supporters against Democrats, but being Hamas and leftists, they're very aggressive committing crimes against Democrats. And then you also have Jews that are very angry at the
Democrat Party for not providing sufficient aid to Israel. So Biden is trying to call for ceasefires to appease the Palestinian supporters while openly supporting Israel's goal of eliminating militarily Amas from Gaza to appear supportive of Jewish voters. Both Muslims and Jews predominantly vote Democratic, but both groups now complain that Biden is not doing enough
to meet their cause. You may have listened to Wayne Alarut a couple hours ago, and in the state of Nevada, where he lives, there are large numbers dozens of Muslim organizations pledging the defeat of Democrats wherever they might be located. And the same thing is true in the state of Michigan. Michigan has large numbers of Muslims in and around Dearborn who have vowed never to vote Democratic again because of what Joe Biden the Democrats are doing to the Palestinians and
the Gaza. That's just one area of the Democratic coalition that is splitting. You also have biological women versus trans men pretending to be women. How about that one a majority of American women, that means you tend to vote Democratic.
Women vote sixty five thirty five for Democrats. That's you women. But as they watch trans men unfairly compete against women in sports and in the business world, more women are questioning their support of Democratic candidates who defend the open abuse of Title nin and others so called women's rights issues, and so normally women sixty five percent vote for Democrats. They're now saying, no, wait a minute, why am I doing that? You have the issue, of
course, of school choice. There's nothing a mother and or a father care more deeply about than the education of their children. They care deeply about that. And when they're in a non functional, non performing public school, most women, most mothers, say, you know what, I like to have the choice of taking my boy, my girl and putting that young and into a better school. Many public schools in the Tristate have open enrollment, but
the Catholic school system is available. And so when you have on one hand, women who tend to vote for Democrats split by school choice, that's another problem. You have mandated evs electric vehicles. Most Blue states say by twenty thirty or twenty thirty five that no internal combustion engine will be sold. What does that do to the auto auto workers? They don't like it. Democrats brag about demanding citizens to buy unreliable evs, and many citizens and auto workers
are openly complaining they're against EV mandates. If you want to buy an EV, please have ad it go, go get them. But I want evs to compete in the capitalistic marketplace with traditional vehicles based upon the cost and the size and the value. But you have the auto workers kind of angering. Now at the Democrats, how about this one student loan relief right now? Forty two percent of those who had received student loans they agreed to repay or
not paying back their loans. The number was eighteen percent. Now because of the behavior of Joe Biden, it's forty two percent. And most Americans feel seventy percent say that you should pay off your own debt. Don't let me pay it. Many Americans can't afford to go to college, and after high school they want to get to work and start their lives. And so why should you pay the debts of college kids who didn't have your choices in life?
You don't want to do that. That's splitting the Democratic coalition. Also, you have a mandated renewable alternative energy versus fossil fuels and nuclear energy. America heads beneath our feet. Enough nuclear, enough of coal, natural gas, and oil to last this one hundred and fifty to two hundred more years.
As we locate and discover di lithium crystals, and so a large number of workers, teamsters and others are beginning to understand, as are African Americans, that the Democratic Party has used them long enough, and that promises made have not been promises kept. And so right now, because of the economic conditions, the price of gasoline is up to about two seventy five a gallon, but if the wars in the Middle East continue, that could skyrocket double.
And if that happens, the Democratic base will blame the Democratic Party and the Teachers' union Randy Weinngardner and others versus school choice. Democrats are owned by the teachers unions. Especially Black folks are sick and tired of sending their kids to high schools like Aiken and Western Hills High School. They want more and more school choice, which Biden will never openly support because the money is provided
by the teachers' unions. So within the Democratic coalition it is fraying at the edges. And may I use the term gun control versus self protection. When I go shoot at ranges, I see a large number of African American black females there, and they deserve to be there, and they should be there. Learn how to use weapons. Democratic politicians would love to limit assault weapons
in America, which by the way, are already banned. Assault weapons are banned in the United States, and the calls to eliminate police are giving giving way to growing demands for return to law and order. The great majority of black folks are no different than you and I when it comes to protect inside their home. They want protection. They want to be able to walk through dog at night, they want to be able to live in a functional environment.
There's this small number of black kids and white kids committing disproportion of crime, impacting negatively in the Black community, and they think they've had enough of the promises not kept to the Democratic Party, the party of slavery, lynchings and Jim Crow, is now the party that runs major American cities into the ground. And so when I head on early on Sharia Poelo, I pointed out to her that every year in the city of Cincinnati, not Hambleton County,
just the city, there's about twenty thousand shots fired. Drive by shootings are commonplace, and that the age of criminals have gone down to nine, ten eleven years old because of a soft juvenile court system and the great majority of black folks have nothing to do with crime nothing. They want to live their lives as well as anyone else. And they've been sold so many bills of good by the Democratic Party they can't take it anymore. They want people
who commit crimes to do time. Taking guns away from law abiding citizens does not make anyone more safe and makes us less safe. So that's why the Democratic Party is in trouble, and Joe Biden does not have the mental alertness to make it until November fifth of next year. Is simply is not going to happen. But may you and yours have a merry Christmas and a happy
