Heyward on our website. Bonus, that's bonas. Enter it now, Billy cunning in the Great American welcome this glorious Monday afternoon the tri State. After all the exciting football yesterday that we were not involved in the Bengals et centa, We're back, loud proud in sase for so many issues, so little time later on as Moe Hegger breaking down the games of yesterday and more, plus the Xavier loss at Connecticut. But until then, our us centator from
Ohio is JD. Evans and Senator JD. Evans welcome again in the Bill Cunningham Show. Let's get right into it. According to media accounts, which I'm sure inaccurate, you Republicans and the Senator are about to approve a deal where five thousand illegal aliens every day come across the southern border, and then the President might declare an emergency, in which case you could cut it off.
My simple deer, Park Matt tells me that's approximately two million a year coming into the country illegally when they have little or no chance of getting a refugee status. Anyway, where does JD. Vance, the Senator from Ohio stand on the issue of allowing five thousand legal aliens coming in every day, and you Republicans seem to be an agreement on that. How's that possible?
Well, well, you'll be shocked to learn that. I think this deal is a disaster, and I don't think there's a Republican agreement on this at all. I think that what has happened is that a few Republicans have tried to play politics here and frankly, have gotten out negotiated by the Democrats and now are trying to force this deal through. By the way, Willie, we don't even actually know what's in it. The provision you just talked about, I think will be in the final package, but we haven't seen the
text. Normally, with these things, you want to actually read the bill before you vote on it, hopefully to give us time to do that. But here's the thing. If you are going to allow five thousand illegal aliens into the country every single day before forcing this sort of emergency border shutdown mechanism, why would you set that number at five thousand. Why wouldn't you set it close to zero? That would actually empower the president, whoever he might
be, to use of emergency authority to shut down the border. If you're going to let two million people in, why do it at all. The other crazy thing about this, Willy, is you go back to the Obomba administration. That's, of course, the last Democrat administration that we had. They said that if you allowed one thousand people in per day, it would overwhelm the system. So we're implicitly allowing five thousand per day with this so
called border deal. It's really a disaster for the country. The final point I'll make about this, Willy, is that it is political malpractice of the highest degree. Joe Biden has a terrible border problem because as soon as he became president, he ended remain in Mexico. He massively expanded the amount of illegal aliens he was parrolling into the country from about five thousand a year under the Obama administration to a million per year. That's non exaggeration, WILLI.
So he owns this border crisis politically, And if we're going to take a vote in the United States Senate, it should only be to do something that will fix the problem. But if you vote for something that simultaneously won't fix the problem and allows Joe Biden to say, well, at least he tried in a bipart is a way to fix the border. You don't get the political win. You don't get to win for the American people. It's lose
lose all around. So jd. Vance would oppose. I would say anything above zero, because one thousand is still one thousand, but five thousand is utterly ridiculous. When you think about individuals getting TSA clearance, I've been to many airports. You're in a lot of airports now you probably weren't in before. But if you're illegal TSA, you wave the line. You have no ID whatsoever. You're shipped all over the country to Catholic charities and other NGOs
to provide assistance. And I read a US Census Bureau survey that at the current trend we're going to have in the year twenty fifty, which seems like forever. I may not be alive in that year, but I'm sure you and your kids will be alive in that year twenty fifty, that we're going to have at least one hundred million more legal aliens inside of America then we
presently have. Population will be four hundred and sixty million. We don't have the infrastructure, don't have the public schools, don't have the don't have the highways and the byways, don't have the ers emergency rooms. We're not scaled to suddenly have one hundred million more people in this country. It's an ecological disaster. It's awful, it's terrible. Cincinnati has largely been spared, but not the other major cities where these people are shipped. The mentality is is
there a mentality in the US Senate with Senator Langford. I guess he's the point man from Oklahoma that this is an existential that's a great word, crisis that has the potential of destroying the United States of America when you erase the southern border. Is there a sense that this is an invasion that must be stopped or is this a minor problem that must be managed? Which is it? I think among most Republicans we recognize as an invasion that must be stopped.
But let me just explain the politics of this and how we got here, because I think it illustrates why it's a mistake to do this, but also how Republicans frankly got played by Biden and Schumer into the situation where in right now. So, first of all, Biden and Schumer wanted sixty one billion dollars for Ukraine, and a lot of Republicans agree with them. Of course I don't, but a lot of Republicans agreed. And so here is
the basic trade. Republicans weren't allow sixty one billion for Ukraine, but Biden and Schumer were going to agree to some real border security. Here's the problem with that, Willy Biden has the power to shut down the border right now, so the trades that it should have been made. If you want to trade Ukraine money for border security, you should tell Joe Biden that we're not going to ride another dime to Ukraine unless you get illegal border crossings very close
to zero every single day in this country. He has the power to do it with the laws that exist on the books. That deal was never put on the table. So what happened is we got into this weird rabbit hole where Republicans are giving more more, Democrats are taking more and more and giving less and less, and that has led to where we are right now.
One other issue, just substantily on this border bill, Willie, it's worth talking about what if, hopefully Donald Trump wins presidential election in twenty twenty four. He becomes president on January twenty twenty five, and this border package is in place. Let's say Donald Trump wants to get a legal border crossings to five per day, not five thousand, but five per day, which is
very close to zero. Do you have a group of illegal aliens backed by the ACLU doing him and saying no, no, no, because we have this law on the books now you have to allow up to five thousand per day. The risk of this is not just that it's a huge mistake now, it's that it hamstrings a future Republican president from enforcing the border, even if he wants to. We've got to be smarter than this Willie and stop being taken for a ride by very very bad Democratic lawmakers who don't want to
secure border. Why what is the motive, JD. You're a bright guy. Let's go to thirty thousand feet and look down on this country. We cannot afford what's happening presently, much less discontinuing if in November Michelle Obama becomes the president or god forbid, Gavin Newsom. I don't think there's any way in the world that Joe Biden's going to make it to that point or Kamala Harris, and they continue these policies for the next four to eight to twelve
years. What does America look like when we have an additional one hundred million, generally male, unattached aliens living in this country doing god knows what? What happens to the to the world in which we're living and in which we have. We can we can ride that, we drive the highways, we can go to go to a hospital every now and then, we can go to a public school. What happens to America if the Democrats have their way
and literally destroy the country through the invasion? Where do what do we do? Then? Well, first of all, Willie, that's that's that's the trick where you know this is an innocent people sleep persecution. It's out of the dictator's playbook that if you're persecuting people, it's usually women and children. And yet all the people pouring across the border claiming asylum in our country right now are like you said, young unattached men. Those are typically not the
people who are most affected by political persecution. It makes this whole thing so absurd. But here's the game plan, Willie. I want to be honest about this. It's all about politics, and you don't have to think much more about it than that. They don't care if they make the country dirtier, overcrowded, if they stress our hospital system and our school system by allowing one hundred million illegal aliens in the country, because they know, they know
Willie that they will benefit from politically. How does that work well? Right now, California has between three and five congressional seats that it shouldn't have over the state of Ohio. Why because California has the largest illegal alien population in the country under court rulings that have said that you don't just count citizens for
apportioning congressional seats, you count non citizens and illegal aliens too. So the game plan here, Willy, is to let these people in by the tens of millions, inflate the number of congressional districts you give to democratic leaning seats, and then effectively take over the country from there. It's all about political power. They don't care if they have to destroy the country to get there. There's a headline this morning. White House demands Speaker Johnson give Biden quote
authority and funding to secure the border. One of the lies told by Joe Biden is that all I need some more money to secure the border. Can you, JD. Vans, can you give the American people two or three orders? Now? Joe Biden, if he was serious, could take this afternoon to secure the border without funding and being involved at all. Yeah. So two things he could do, I really mean immediately, Willie, and
it would radically reduce the illegal immigration population of this country. Number one is he could re institute remain in Mexico, where if you come to this country illegally and you get a court date and then they release you into the United States of America, we don't hear from these people six years, ten years down the road. They're effectively in the country indefinitely. But if they have to go to Mexico to wait until their immigration claim is adjudicated, then a
lot fewer people will come to begin with. That's number one. And number two, he's got to take parole. This is purely under the discretion of the President of the United States. Obama uses this authority about five thousand times per year. Joe Biden is using it almost a million times per year. Take that pole number down to zero. You do those two things remain in Mexico, parole down to zero, you effectively deal with the water crisis immediately.
He won't do that. It doesn't cost a nickel, doesn't cost a penny. He doesn't need to do that, he doesn't need funding to do that. Why won't he do that? Because the real purpose is to overwhelm the system, to take more political power and keep control. Well, the checkbook. Whoever controls the checkbook controls the power. So after this November they want control of the checkbook. All right, So you're saying I want to move on to East Palestine and some other things. But you're saying number one,
what number one? Is this going to pass the Senate? With five thousand a day illegally coming in? Is that going to work? Answer good question, Willie. I think there's a good chance we can kill it. I certainly don't think it can pass the House. But well, even some of my Republican friends who support this deal, they're wrong about it the force, but they say that if they can't get a majority of Republicans behind this
package, they're not going to vote for it. I think that it's going to be really hard to get a majority of Republicans to support five thousand people a day anty for legal aliens, so hopefully we can destroy it. Let's move on to East Palestine. Almost exactly a year ago February third, twenty twenty three, Norfolk Southern had a terrible derailment in East Palestine, Eastern Ohio. It's in a god forsaken part of the world unless you happen to be
living there. If you're living there, that's your home. And since then you've been on this like white on rice, and I can recall the streams and the pollution. Here we are a year later, where the promises kept by government and by Norfolk Southern. No, they haven't been willing. I mean, look, we've made some progress here. The EPA has finally gotten to the point where it's focused on cleaning the waterways. I don't know why it took a year, but we've gotten there, and I think we're making
good progress there. The ground clean up thing that contaminated soil has finally finished. That's a good thing. You know. We've got some people I think we've been able to get reimbursements for their destroyed home values, but a lot of people are still waiting. And of course I think We're still waiting to bring some common sense rail safety to the country. So look, we've made
some progress. I'll continue to stay on top of it. I think fundamentally, the thing that the people of These Palestine want is a clean community, and they want the long term confidence that they can range their kids there without without suffering really bad health consequences. Have we done that, No, I'm still working on it. But it would be nice to have a Biden administration
who gave a crap about these people. And one of the just really shameful things that Joe Biden has done is he promised he would go and visit. I think his government has been at best lackluster about what's going on in These Palestine. And unfortunately, if you have a federal government where the President of United States doesn't care, it's very hard to get the resources and contention these people need. Should Cincinnati You're a Cincinnati and should Cincinnati worry about getting the
one point six billion dollars from Norfolk Southern. The closing is March fifteenth. When I read about Norfolk Southern, they're losing money handover fist. They've lost a billion dollars, They're about to lose another billion dollars. Should the Railway board here worry about getting the one point six billion to your question, Willie, I don't know. My guesses they're going to come up with that money because they really want that railroad. But it's not something that I followed.
Whether they're going to be able to pay up. I'd be shocked if they can. But you know, crazier things have happened, so we'll certainly look into it. Lastly, American soldiers are being killed. I don't know why American soldiers are in a foxhol somewhere in Jordan. We have seven hundred and fifty military bases in one hundred and twenty five different countries, and now three US soldiers are killed by drones. Headlines Mitch McConnell calls for striking Iran.
Iran threatens a nuclear strike on Israel if that happens. According to Tehran quote, we are on the brink, on the brink. I look at what's happening in Iraq where American soldiers have been attacked like two hundred times by drones and other missiles, all coming directly or in directly out of Iran. How do you process what happened with American soldiers being killed in Jordan, in Iraq?
How do you process the fact that the UN we paid the UN workers in Gaza's strip, and I guess fourteen of them were part of the massacre brigade who attacked Israel, and US taxpayer dollars are at stake there. First of all, give me your thought on what's happening with Iran. You're leader, so to speak. I hope you don't vote for Mitch McConnell ever again for be the leader. But he calls for striking Tehran Iran that could tip the world into a war nuclear war. How do you process all this?
You say a few things, Willy. First of all, our hearts go out, of course to the people who died serving their country. They're good people. We don't wish this course on anybody, but especially on some of our bravest. We've got to keep them in our thoughts and prayers. Second thing, Willie, is why were they over there in the first place. Every single American that is in that region of the world is a massive target that allows people to take advantage of us, to attack us, and of
course occasionally to kill our people. We've got to be much more careful about where we put American troops to begin with. Here's the thing. Will we have to do something when you kill Americans, We've got to respond. But striking Tehran is not what a statesman would do. We do not want to escalate this to hang into World War three. We want to attack some raining targets. We want to make clear that you can't attack our guys without getting
hit back hard. But we also need to after that have a serious conversation about how we get our troops out of that regional world and how we stop escalating this thing. We've got war in Israel, war in Ukraine, potentially war in Taiwan, potentially warren Iran. We cannot support Willie over a trillion dollars in debt, a four or five front world war. We've got to pick and choose. And I think that means we need to actually get a
lot of our troops out of the Belize. They're just massive targets over there, and I don't know what purpose we're serving by inviting people to attack some of our best and drivers. And I know you got to run. We also borrow every day about six billion dollars of brand new money that I'm not
going to be paid back. Jamie Diamond, one of the masters of the Universe in Wall Street, said that there is a predictive financial crisis coming to America in the next five years that's going to destroy the dollar and make the Great Depression look like a carnival. It's because we have a debt crisis.
We owe thirty four trillion. By twenty thirty, we're going to owe forty trillion dollars, none of which can be paid back, and at some point the interest alone is close to a trillion dollars a year, and the average American between a trillion, a billion and a million, have no idea what that means. Can you give me thirty seconds on the debt crisis America is about to face, Qui. Look, we're spinning way more than we take
in and we have no reasonable pathway to fiscal sanity. It's one of the reasons why Willy I think we need to be focused more on our own domestic problems rather than getting involved in another major global conflict. But look, the fundamental problem WILLI is is Congress. You know, we have all of these continued resolutions to get passed. We kick the can down the road. We actually take in a lot of tax revenue relative to a few years ago.
It's just that we haven't gotten spending under control after that post COVID boom and spending. We just get back to twenty nineteen spending levels, Willie, will be in pretty solid shape. That's what we should be focused on. We shouldn't be spending more money that we don't have. We should be focused on getting our physical house in order. Would you be Trump's running mate? I said, Willie, I'll help President Trump however I can, because I think
he's got to win. But I like being a senator. I think I can help President Trump and more importantly, the people of Ohio as a good senator. So that's where I plan to be. If he offers it, would you accept it? I certainly think seriously about it, William. And look, you got to help out however you can. And if he thinks that, you know, we can be an important team that I'd have to
think seriously about it. But like I said, as I've said to him, said to you, I think I'm best served and the people of Ohio are best served by having me in the United States Senate. Thank you very much, and You're not been institutionalized yet in Washington. You continue to be normal. Senator JD. Vance, once again, thank you for coming on the Bill Cunningham Show this glorious Monday afternoon. Thank you, JD. Thanksfull kick. Let's continue with more. He's not yet institutionalized, and I pray
never becomes. Let's continue. Bill Cunningham, News Radio seven hundred WLDB, tired of career politicians with spines of rubber. Good News Southern Ohio. There's a new kid in two o'clock today will be doctor Andrew Boston on Israel related
matters. We have American soldiers dying all over the Middle East, and some of the most tragic circumstances is traumatic brain injury, in which the shockwaves from these supersonic missiles provided by Iran to terrorists all over the Middle East targeting American soldiers an outpost. I don't know why American soldiers are an outpost in Jordan
and all over Iraq. They've been subjected at over two hundred attacks by these Islamic extremists simply want to kill Americans, and why that happens is beyond me. Have believed for years, and I think you believe the same thing that the American military footprint has got to shrink significantly, and Trump didn't get it done. Biden is enlarging it. And now we have a circumstance where there's
a debate happening in Washington this afternoon as to whether to attack Tehran. Tehran attack it with American air force elements, and as a consequence, what would occur as Tehran's that if that happens, We're going to drop a nuclear bomb on Tel Aviv or Jerusalem? Are you kidding me? And so unintended consequences
they're everywhere. You might recall about three years ago or so that Joe Biden said he's going to bring because of his great foreign policy experience, professionalism to the Secretary State and to the Secretary of Defense, who can't be found with a search warrant. Current Secretary of Defense is just back to work after going a wall for an entire week. If you were in the military serving and you went a wall for a week, what would happen to your career?
Well, if your Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, the answer is nothing. It's unbelievable. So that's the incompetence with which you're dealing one side matter because of the Kansas City Chiefs game. You know, there's three Kansas City Chiefs fans that were in the bitter cold when Kansas City played at home in a wild card game against Miami, who were found dead in the backyard of her friend's house. And according to some the so called friend is passed out
inside of his house and these other three passed out outside. And the bitter cold in Kansas City, you might recall a couple sundays ago, was in the range of five or ten degrees with the wind chill of minus twenty and so to me, it's obvious what happened. I heard it this morning that a friend or might have been a wife of one of those three men, went there the next morning to pick up her husband. Where is he?
She's pounding on the door, she said, for like forty five minutes to an hour, looking in the windows, and the owner of the house, Jordan Willis, did not come to the door. And she thought, okay, I'll call the police and looking for him, and they said, well, so they launched it. Normally, it takes three days for the police to take seriously a missing person because most people simply show up. They thought maybe there were some marital difficulties and that's why this one. But then there
was two more. And what probably happened most certainly happened I think is all of them, all four of them, took some sort of illicit drug, possibly fentanyl. One of them, Jordan Willis, it was his house and he passed out in the house. When he came conscious about two days later and the police were pounding on the door, he went to the door and said, what's going on? Well? Do you are you okay? So
well, I don't know what happened. But Sunday night, after the kNs City Chiefs game, my friends left and I went to sleep and didn't get up for two days. Like what you slept for two days? These are thirty five year old men. Yeah, I don't know what happened. What would happened. I think it's going to show that all of them took some illicit drug and Jordan Willis passed out indoors and he slept it off. The
other three went outside and they fell down, passed out. With the temperature of about five or ten degrees, they're going to die within about forty five minutes. Their bodies went from ninety eight degrees to maybe eighty degrees before the heart stopped beating, in which case they're dead. And they were in a part backyard where they think that they walked out the back because they could walk
through the property to another property and get to get to their homes. So it was dark, it was cold, and all four of them took illegal substances. The one that was in a house woke up two days later. He survived. The other three passed out in the cold and did not survive, so I would assume, and with some recreational drug overdose. The one person inside the home did okay. The three outside and their temperatures did not
do so well. Normally, when you're indoors, simultaneous death is a carbon monoxide poisoning, but that didn't apply in fact every home in which I've lived. I want to give you a little bit of advice. You can go to Low's with some other hardware store and buy for like thirty dollars one of those plug in carbon monoxide detectors, and a friend of mine many many years ago did not have one. It was a carbon monoxide leak and he almost
died. But someone found him. A family member found him just before he expired. How expensive would it be for you this afternoon or tonight to go to a hardware store maybe like Myers and Madeira uh and by a carbon monoxide detector and you plug that in. It has batteries in case the electricity goes out, and then it has a high screeching sound that one is notified there's been a carbon monoxide leak in your home before you and your family members die
and pass out. Is that worth thirty or forty bucks? I think so. If it's a carbon monoxide situation, then all four would have been similarly affected. The one who survived was the one in the house and the other three did not. It points to I think drugs having been consumed by everyone could have been one of those fentanyl deals that you're smoking a marijuana cigarette laced with fentanyl, and the one who lived was indoors. The other three died.
Ricky Johnson, Clayton mcgheiney, and David Harrington were found in Willis's backyard. With two were in the backyard. One body was found on the porch. So they're saying that Jordan Willis is not suspected of investigated for a homicide. But whoever supplied those drugs are going to be found by the Kansas City Police and it it was Jordan Willis who provided them. He's going to be looking at manslaughter charges. So we'll see what happens. They may have not
known what the material was they were taking. They got confused. One passed out inside the home and lived for two days sleeping it off, and that ones outdoor died in the cold, which is brutal. Now, secondly, I went over this was Senator jd. Vance, and I'll go over it now with you. There are two two one to two things afoot now that have sown within them the literal destruction and the unmandling of the United States of
America. As the famous Abraham Lincoln always said that when America falls, it will not be because of a foreign invader who cannot drink a cup of water out of the High River or place of foot on the Blue Ridge Mountains. America will fall internally because of policies of politicians or the cultural acceptance by many Americans of an aberrant lifestyle. One thing that will destroy this country is our accumulated debt, which fully Americans do not consider it to be a problem at
all. Today, we're going to borrow six billion dollars of brand new money to fund the federal government. Tomorrow, we're going to borrow at least six billion more. By the end of the year, we're going to borrow about two trillion dollars of brand new money. We don't have a lot of what's going to be used to pay off the credit card debt. We've already run
up of almost a trillion dollars just an interest on the debt. We collect about four point five trillion every year from the American people and from companies, and we spend about six point five trillion. If we revert to twenty nineteen spending levels twenty nineteen, we have a balanced budget. But whether you're a
Democrat or a Republican, there's no appetite to do so. The four years of Donald Trump's administration, with the Republicans controlling two of those four years, Trump ran up an accumulated national debt just in his four years of eight trillion dollars eight trillion right now. Biden's on track to add six trillion. Before that. Obama doubled the national debt before that, Bush forty three doubled the national debt, and because of our spending and demands of government, we continue
to spend way beyond our means. And this is how it's going to happen. I may not be with you when it occurs, but I want you to remember what's going to happen. It's going to be sometime in the next three to six years. Every quarter, every ninety days, US Treasury goes into the secondary bond markets and puts out an offering to have individuals loan the
federal government money. At current interest rates is about four percent, and at some point in the future, those whill hold these bonds, these IOUs that the taxpayer here is paying off it's going to say, you know what, I don't want four percent, I want five percent, I want six percent. And when the offering is not satisfied up to the level sat, the US Treasurer will say, Okay, we'll pay you five percent, then we'll pay you six percent, then we'll pay you seven percent, and away we
go. And at that point there's going to be one hell of a debt crisis. The only way out of it is to repudiate the debt or to default or say, you know what, we're going to cut federal spending by about thirty five percent, and the American people are going to say, what what are you talking about? Where's my check? How come I'm not getting paid? Where are my food stamps? Where's my welfare? Where's my medicare
my Medicaid? My Social Security? Where is all that? It'll happen slowly over a few quarters, that the amount of interest, because it's more risky, will rise, and then in instead of spending about a trillion dollars a year on paying debt, it's going to be a trillion and a half or two trillion by that point, believe it or not, in twenty thirty, federal spending on the current levels will be about ten trillion dollars, which we
don't have, never have had. And there's no appetite by Republicans or Democrats to say, we can't afford to do all these things. We can't afford to have one hundred million aliens inside of America because we can't afford their needs. We can't afford the needs of three hundred and forty million Americans currently. So a couple things that Joe Biden could do this afternoon at one o'clock.
That wouldn't cost a nickel, which is the policies of Donald Trump. One rain state remain in Mexico, and that means if you claim asylum and over ninety percent of the claims are rejected, you would immediately cut down millions of false asylum claims that are always denied. Then the person who's ordered out of the country and they don't leave. Number two and catch and release in the
American cities, towns, and communities, it's called parole. We're not going to ship you all over the country, especially in large democratic urban areas. We're not going to do that. You're on your own, go back to Mexico. We're not going to pay and give you Obama phones and give you your two hundred and fifty dollars and a debit card simply to spend money. Why can I put you up in the Roosevelt Hotel in downtown Manhattan. We're
not going to do that. Three, he could suspend the entry of all aliens of whatever class, because we're in a national emergency right now and the only thing that may cost a buck or two would be restarting the border wall, which he's against completely. But to say remain in Mexico, make your claims there, and if we find you in this country, you will immediately be sent to the border and throw on the other side. You're done out of here. We're not going to ship you anywhere. Well, Joe Biden
do that? How much money would that cost? The answer is zip zero, nada. But he won't do it. And there was an answer that Jade Evans gave me that many had not considered, and that is when the census is taken in twenty thirty, they don't count citizens they count human beings inside your state. And so New York, Illinois, and Massachusetts and California, Washington, Oregon are all incentivized to bring in as many illegal aliens as
possible in order to get more representation in the Congress. So Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana will proportionally lose representatives, while those states with large illegal migrant populations near economic collapse will get more representation in the Congress, watering down your ability to be represented in Washington. Because the census is based upon human beings in a state and not citizenship, the founders of this great country of ours
could not have imagined that future lawmakers would have done such a thing. Otherwise they would have put the word citizens. But they didn't, they assumed, and nor did they think about deficit spending because it wasn't a thing in seventeen eighty seven. They would be shocked at the way Republicans and mainly Democrats, but some Republicans spend money. All it would take is to go to the spending levels of twenty nineteen, we'd have a balanced budget. There's no indication
we're going to do that. In fact, the only indication is we're going to spend more and more money and get more and more wars that the Trumpster did not involve ourselves in. But there's wars happening all over the place. And now there is a fear of a nuclear war, which is the highest it's been since I don't know, nineteen sixty two of the Cuban missile crisis. That's where we are. To be an informed citizen is critical at this
point in our history. Be informed. Let's continue twelve fifty five, Home of Your Reds and News Radio seven hundred WULW Scott's loan, When do you listen? I like to listen while I'm walking the dog. That sounds like fun. I like to listen to his show while I'm in the steam room. Oh, I might dry that one. I like to listen to a show while I'm at work because it drowns out the sound of my idiot boss. Not a bad idea. I listened to his podcast when my husband is

I think it is over, but nonetheless Moe Egger is here to break down mow. A crisis is developing in the Super Bowl. Yeah. Taylor Swift, according to my Swifties, is going to be in Japan in Tokyo on the Super Bowl Sunday, where her main squeeze is going to be
catching passes from Patrick Mahomes. Now, you have a daughter, Is she a swifty? She's becoming one. Yes, Now you might want to tell her that Taylor Swift may not be at the super Bowl. What does that mean for the Kansas City Chiefs. I don't think it means anything for the Kansas City Chiefs. That might mean something for folks like my daughter who might
only watch because of Taylor's shit. Is that true? I mean I've read this that girls watched football now because they got a three second clip of Taylor Swift ten times every game. Well, my daughter is six and a half years old, and so I had the game on yesterday and she had a friend over and as the game is starting, she said to me, is that the team that Taylor Swift's boyfriend plays for? And so Swift's boyfriend Yeah. And then for about seven minutes she watched, and then lost track and
attention got diverted. But for about seven minutes she did she did watch. Are you a swifty? I don't really have an opinion either way. Her music's fine. I don't get triggered by it. You know, when I was a kid growing up, i'd watch NBA games, Lakers Celtics, and what would they do for those Lakers games. There's Jack Nicholson and there's Diane Cannon, non stop Diane Cannon. To this day, I have no idea what movies Diane Cannon was in, but because I was a kid, they
would show her at the Lakers games. Right As a New York Knicks fan, I watched the Knicks games right on Saturday afternoon. There's Bob Costas, and there's Ben Stiller, and there's Tom Brocall, and there's Spike Lee. That's what we do. We show famous people at sporting events. In the early nineties, when Madonna was dating like the entire NBA, she would go to every conceivable NBA game she could. What would the TV cameras do?
They would show Madonna. So this infatuation with famous person at game, especially a famous person is dating someone playing in the game, is not new. It's happened since the beginning of time. It will continue to go on. Yes, it's not. This is a soup. This is almost a rolling stone. Beatles Elton John, the who she might be, may I say above them when it comes to societal impact, record sales, downloads, worldwide fame, I'm talking Brazil, she sells out Brazil, Bolivia, she goes
anywhere in the world. I'm not sure there's another artist anywhere that could do this. No, in a day and age where it feels like we don't have any rock stars anymore, I think she's the closest thing that comes to it, even though I don't think you would categorize her as a rock and
roll musician. It's it's the perfect pop culture marriage, right. It's the most famous person, It's one of the five to ten most famous people on the planet, dating arguably the biggest transcendent star on the most famous football team in the United States. Now, make it up. I mean Travis Kelsey. He's on every damn television commercial, right, I mean you see him everywhere. He's hosted SNL. From a football perspective, yeah, Patrick Mahomes
is probably the biggest star, but Travis Kelsey is everywhere. He's bigger than Patrick Mahomes. Right, if you kind of do too, Yeah, I kind of do too. And so that union and then it coinciding with another march, somewhat unlikely march to the Super Bowl is is pretty remarkable. I just love watching people get mad about it. I don't care. I enjoy because I love chaos. I just I love watching people get mad at I love this is chaos. As a general rule, I root for chaos.
I root for my bets, and i'd root for chaos. Well, she's playing on Sunday, but I think Japan's a day ahead of us, aren't theyre? And then like like Australia, isn't it tomorrow right now? Could she fly back and maybe a peer with Usher pop out of the pop out of the stage, and all of a sudden she's dancing with Usher. What would happen? Maybe she'll cancel the show. Would she do that to the Swifties over in Japan? I don't know yet, a little Harry Carey action
if she would do that? This is the most unknown Yesterday's games mo mh. I watched most of them. I had something else going on with my stomach. That's a different issue. Oh but nonetheless, watching the Xavier game, well, I watched the game. In fact, it was Sunday at noon and I watched most of the game. How's that possible? That's aid?
There's on the ascendancy. They beat uc of course they do that every year, but they also almost beat vander Villanova, which never happens, and they have a pretty I thought they were on the ascendency that that Miller time had come back. What happened is abe, Uh, this team's not very good. Call it what it is. They have ten losses before February gets
here for a reason, and Connecticut's awesome. I think the frustrating thing if you Sean Miller, has to be with your team's transition defense, because it felt like every time there was a Xavier miss, Connecticut got it and went and Xavier couldn't or wouldn't get back, and you know it's it's it's one thing to simply go, Okay, well Connecticut just punked them. They were awesome from three seventeen of twenty nine. I mean, everything they were throwing
in went, but most of the shots were wide open. Xavier on defense got badly exposed. But the thing for me is you kind of knew they were going to lose that game. Maybe you didn't think it was going to be by forty three points twelve. I would They were up seven with less than twelve minutes to go. On Tuesday at Creighton, that game was there for the taking, and so I think a lot of us went into this week going, God, if you could steal one of those two, you
feel pretty damn good. Margin of loss doesn't really matter when we talk about who does what in the NCAA tournament. Xavier's resume has to start being compiled. They're only ten to ten. But you could have started with that game against Creighton where Xavier was the better team for much of the night and then they couldn't finish. And then when that happened, you sort of had a sense, okay, of the two, that was the one they were more
likely to get than yesterday you saw why. Let's break down the Super Bowl a week from this coming Sunday, about thirteen days away. Patrick Mahomes is getting to a status that only Tom Brady ever got to. And still he's got to win seven. But that's very in line. But nonetheless, that game yesterday, Lamar Jackson was exposed and Patrick Mahomes is just unbelievable. What happened to Lamar Jackson. He ran into a very good Kansas City defense. To me, that was going to be the story of the game. It's
the story of the postseason. Look at what the Chiefs have done earlier in the season. The Miami Dolphins scored seventy points against the Denver Broncos. That Miami offense, which for most of the season up until the very very end of the year was the highest scoring offense in the NFL, completely neutered in the wildcard game in Kansas City. Then it's the Buffalo Bills in Buffalo, a team where if it ever felt like, God, this is their time,
It's it Josh Allen. They make the change at offense coordinator, that offense takes off. They finally have balance with a run game not good enough against a good Kansas City defense. The Chiefs defensively gave up the fewest number of explosive plays in the NFL. What's remarkable to me is watching the sort of rebrand of the Kansas City Chiefs, where for a while it was they
have to win in spite of that defense. Now they're winning because of it and maybe primarily because of it. So yesterday I think they had a perfect game plan for the Baltimore Ravens. It felt to me when it was seventeen to seven, it felt like it was thirty one seven. It just it
felt that lopsided Baltimore. This was the best group of wide receivers that Lamar Jackson has had, and with the exception of the Zay Flowers catch for a touchdown that tied the game at seven, Kansas City did a great job in Baltimore's wide receivers and they applied pressure at precisely the right time. They completely neutralized Lamar Jackson. The story of the game for me, and the story of the playoffs has been Kansas City's defense unbelievable and they're not known for that
at all. Every person would ask about the Kansas City defense, their eyes
would glaze. What do you mean, Yeah, it's unbelievable. If you go back to two years ago when the Bengals beat him in the AFC Championship game and late in the game, Kansas City's defense was kind of helpless against the Bengals, right the Cincinnati torched their secondary in that regular season game where Jamar Chase went off, and then you know, had their way with them in the second half of that game in the AFC title tilt, and a lot of folks said at the time, this is what you have to deal
with when you have a young secondary, and then you wait a year or two and see if it pays off. Well, it paid off last year, It's paid off again this year. And by the way, Bengals fans are kind of hoping for the same thing, right Young Secondary a lot of growing pains this year, maybe in two years like it did with Casey, it pays off. I wanted Kansas City to lose. I wanted Baltimore to lose. I wanted the forty nine ers to lose. I wanted Detroit to
win because I see a little bit of us in Detroiture. But Detroit's allows. If you had to live in Detroit or Buffalo, where would you live. I've been to both, but Detroit at least has all four major sports. Buffalo is it like the worst place? Have? I had a good time in Buffalo. It's good people there. I know, why did that happen? Because the Lions? Yeah, twenty four, twenty four to seven, twenty what was that? The twenty four to seven and a half time
have Yeah? And I thought, okay, this what a story. Well, you had a huge fumble by Jamir Gibbs, which when that happened, you could just feel it. You had the decisions that Dan Campbell made to go Ford instead of kicking field goals. But here's the thing with that, Like anecdotally, yeah, kick the field goals, But you hire this guy and you celebrate this guy because he's the aggressive guy who goes for it. Right. Detroit went ford and fourth down thirty four percent of the time,
clearly easily more than anybody else in the NFL. Well, if you do that, it's like hanging out with somebody who likes to do shots. Sometimes they're gonna do too many. I'll probably make a jerk out of themselves. I know from experience. If you hang out with the guy who does shots, sometimes they're going to do more than one. If you hire the coach because of his aggressiveness, understand sometimes he's going to be too aggressive. And
I think that was the case. But it was interesting because he played it safe at the end of the first half close to the goal line, kick the field goal, go up three three possessions. He coached the game inconsistently, so there was that. Detroit also had a lot of drops on third downs about fourth and three to drop and by Reynolds, Yeah, they had drops. That game, to me, was as much about Detroit's meltdown as it was brock Purty finally figuring out how to play quarterback in the second half.
Who wins the Super Bowl? And why? What's the spread? By the way? Uh, you know what this is gonna stun you. I have no idea as we sit here today, I do not know. I'll check with my girlfriend. San Francisco was minus one. Casey minus one. San Francisco was one of the best two teams all season one. It was an ongoing season long conversation Baltimore San Francisco. They went to Philadelphia and crushed them, Then Baltimore goes to San Francisco, goes to Santa Clair and crushes
the forty nine ers. I think it's gonna come out of that Kansas City defense against the San Francisco offense. They have an all world tight end, They've got an all world dual threat running back, They've got an all world dual threat wide receiver in Deebo Samuel, and they've got Brandon Ayuku you saw with the bobble catch yesterday, can take the tops off a defense. That matchup between Steve Spagnolo, the defensive coordinator of the Kansas City Chiefs, and
Kyle Shanahan and Brock Purty. I think is going to be fascinating to watch, and who do you pick? Who do you got? I'm gonna slightly lean San Francisco, but the game is in thirteen days. I reserve the right to change my mind something something. They haven't been great in the postseason. I mean they really haven't. They fell behind by seventeen points against Detroit, needed to grind their way toward a fourth quarter comeback against Green Bay.
They haven't been great in the postseason. I just I feel like that's the best and most complete team. But the other team is Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid. It's gonna be a fascinating matchup. Reds Chers and Catcher's report in about two and a half weeks, Bob Castellini spent well over one hundred million dollars in new talent. We have five or six shortstops, five or six second basements. We've got three third basemans. Give me the Red starting lineup. I know this is a lot to ask. Wow early, the Red
starting Who's at first? Well, I think mainly Christian and Carnassi on strand at first. I would like to think, so, yes, Second is India McLean, Matt McClean. How's it not Matt McLean. Well, you got to play him. He was awesome last year shortstop, Ellie, but I think his hold on the position is tenuous. You better have a good spring training, right Sure? Yeah. In the second half of the season
he was the times useless at the plate. Then he struggled defensively. To which, Elli, do we get the first six weeks or the last six do we get the guy that a lot of people thought had a chance to be the best players? Davis? I saw Eric Davis, Sure, I saw, My god, this guy's unbelievable sell out the stadium. So you put him at shortstop for now? I would put him a shortstop. What
about India? You forgot about him? I think Jonathan India is gonna get some time dhing and I think they're gonna work hard with him in spring training at getting him up to speed in the outfield. Third base Noelve marte Man late in the season ended with what a sixteen game hitting streak. He was terrific, hit the ball hard almost every single time. Up. I love him catching well. Tyler Stevenson is still here. A lot of funks have a good year. He did not have a good year. I think he
was. I think he was affected by two things. One the previous year he broke his collar bone. B It just it felt to me like the plan to sort of volley him all over the place affected him. I think we've done away with the idea that he's gonna play first base, he's gonna catch hell maybe DH he's your primary catcher. Luke Maley is also back pretty good. Who did a really nice job last year behind the plate and was
I think better than a lot of people expected with the bat. Who's on the mound opening day March twenty eighth, I think, yeah, my guess would be Hunter Green. But I mean to me, this is the key to the season, right. Hunter Green came back off the injured list last year, His ERA was over six. Can he stay healthy and be better? Can Graham Ashcraft stay healthy and be better? I hope? Can Nicolodolo stay healthy? Can Frankie Montas stay healthy? Does Nick Martinez make the starting
staff? Is Andrew Abbott the guy we saw author a historically great beginning of his big league career, or the guy that kind of fell off a little bit late, Brandon Williamson. They have options, but the lack of experience and injury history exceeds what these guys have actually done as big league pitchers. Now, you can't argue against the suggestion that there's a world of upside with
this group. There is. There are a lot of There are a lot of teams coming off an eighty two one year that would love to say, wait a minute, I have Hunter Green, Nickelodolo Graham, Ashcraft, Brandon Williamson, Frankie montass has added to the team, and then you know some guys still in the minor leagues like Chase Petty, etc. But it's a lot of potential, there's not that much that has been proven, and so they need better health and they need those guys. I think this team's gonna
score a lot of runs. I don't think scoring runs is gonna be a major issue. And I like the moves they've made in the bullpen. Brent Souiter is a good signing. Sam Mall is a good signing from the Oakland. A's to me the key, and I think everybody would agree he would be Can the starting pitcher stay healthy and can they be as good as we think they can be? Left center and right, Well, you know you have some options here because Will Benson is back. TJ. Friedel is back,
Jake Freley is back. India is gonna play some outfield. You could put La de la Cruz in the outfield. Spencer Steer needs a position, the rookie of the month for the month of May, and he's kind of the odd man out. So but you know, I just outlined a lot of guys they could use. Think about that bench. I mean, Bill,
this team has no room for Joey Vado on its bench. Joey Vada might be an angel, or might be a blue Jack, could be So I think David Bell is going to have a wealth of game to game options for when he's got to use his reserves, because I think they're going to have a very good bench. What would you do if you're the president when Iran is killing American soldiers in the Middle East. Well, I don't think we can cow tell to Iran, so we're going to have to do something
about that. Well, thank you very much for your input, and I'm sure Xavier next time we'll have a much better game against Connecticut two thousand and eight, U see lost at yukon ninety six fifty one forty five points. History yesterday, Xavier lost by forty three, so you could always say Davy's a little bit a little better. You could always say our loss wasn't by forty five, it was only by forty one. Which college is a better miller? Would you rather have? Uh? Would you rather have Wes at
uc and Sean and Xavier? How about reversing just for a game? Take those millers and switch them. I like both. Wouldn't that be dramatic? I think both are very good. Best wescome coach. Shawn's more proven, He's had a longer career, He's done more. How about switching roles just for a game? Uh? Fine, whatever. I think Wes is doing a very good job. You see played great in the second half against UCF. I think the program is is is they have fit in in the Big
twelve. They're not an embarrassment folks like you were telling me they were gonna go big. What. I'm shocked three and four. He doesn't have a lot of talent. I think West gonna need some more money. Moe. You need a few million more than nil coin. You need some shooters. Shooters, You need a dude who can take over a game late consistently, but three and four they play West Virginia on the road on Wednesday. Give me Steve Logan and Kenyon Martin. Sign me up for that. Those are
two All Americans, first team All Americans. Like Ken Martin number one overall pick in the draft. They don't have that guy. But the program is really moving in the right direction. No think if you're analysis, it's always I've been. I've been on your showing like two months. Ken Brew be ken Brew. Ken never has me on he well, he's jealous, ken Bruce. You're a legend and I don't know, are you as wild Man Walker? Not literally? No, that's what I'm referring to mentally. Yes, I got a report from CNN, yeah, that the Super Bowl time and date may be changed because of Taylor Swift. Tata.
You know what, I'm a believer, now, Willie, I'm going with Tata, Mahomes read Kelsey's and everybody with them playing the way they did. That's it. And twenty five for the Chiefs, they want to use up all five seconds remaining so that they don't get the ball back. Just San Francisco, Kansas City thirty one, San Francisco twenty. Mahomes takes the snap. He is just gonna throw it long for DeMarcus Robinson. It is gonna use up all the time. The game is over, and the Chiefs Kingdom
has firmly planted its flag on top of football's highest summit. Kansas City, Chiefs Our champions of Super Bowl fifty four final score Kansas City thirty one, San Francisco twenty and Chiefs Kingdom get ready to welcome your champions. Well, the Chiefs Kingdom has a queen right now. You're nut kidding. You know somebody I sell yesterday last night Willie that she has generated three hundred and thirty one like million dollars for the NFL and merchandise and stuff since she's arrived on
the scene. How big is Kelsey's eighty seven? I mean, I would assume it's the number one Jersey. It has to be either him or Marhmes you call a bunch of bs or those two in love you love you way they were kissing yesterday like crazy. It was like, you know, get a room. He is, you know what they're gonna do? He wins a Super Bowl. Go at it right there, Get a suite, not a room, a suite, you know, a suite for the Super Bowl. If you want six tickets, let me guess fifty forty nine thousand,
three hundred. Yeah, well she's got it. Well, she'll probably buy half the stadium. Now you were saying she's got a concert what the night before in Tokyo, Japan? Am I correct? According to Harry Entton of CNN, who's hilarious, Okay, her concert ends at five thirty a m. On Super Bowl Day, so he says, it's about a twelve hour flight from Tokyo to Vegas. That'll get her in what time? Well that sounds to me something because at five pm five thirty miss half the game.
The game the game starts at three point thirty local time. Correct, So she's gonna have to either have the NFL change the start of the Super Bowl or have a quick concert. Because she says, I will be with my man for the Super Bowl. I don't think that. I think if even they had the concord around, she couldn't get there that fast. The NFL changed the time of the game, yes, I think I think they'll change it by Wednesday to eleven pm Eastern time. What would Troy Blackburn say about
this? So? What would Mike Brown say about changing the Super Bowl? We're not changing nothing, mister Goodell, what will she be there? Then she's gotta go back? I got a concert two days later? Correct? How much does she love Travis Kelcey? How much do you love that man from Cincinnati? Might d you see Bearcat? And Jason Kelcey was there yesterday? Had at least he kept his shirt on this time? His wife is cracked down on him. I can imagine. I mean, how do you
how do you control those two guys? They do anything they want. Well, right, I'm about to I guarantee you that somebody will write in Travis or Jason Kelsey for President of the United States. Travis right now, they could probably both make it. He's bigger right now in the NFL than anyone, correct, including Patrick Mahomes. Correct, it's could you have made this up to or three months ago? You can't help this up? No, I don't know what to say. I mean, ta ta rules. Well,
women are going Swisty's are going crazy. They're where they're wearing red and gold and everything else and eighty seven and Chiefs and k C and everything. We'll see how big she is if she gets to the NFL to change the time of the Super Bowl. How big would that be? Because I think the only other yeah, I think the only other time they would change it if the Almighty would come back? You mean Donald Trump? Yeah? Yeah. All I'm saying is we live in a time of crises and chaos,
and I couldn't be happier because I guarantee you one thing. If she comes in halfway through the game, it will stop. What if she pops out of the stage and starts dancing with Usher? Oh, she'll throw Usher off the stage? You get off bingo? Wow? Yeah, no, she's not singing with nobody. You know. If she may get there early enough, maybe to throw Reva off the stage to sing the national anthem. What if she sings the national anthem from thirty five thousand feet over the Pacific Ocean
heading to Vegas. Joe Burrow available, He's lord. What if she postpones that show and say, Tokyo, I'll be coming back later on started two hours earlier. Well, that's could be a possibility too. She's done that before with weather ish shoes, right, is she bigger than the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Helt John Billy Joel probably got you to how big it I'd probably combined bigger. I didn't think i'd see it in my time. So, I mean, she's a liberal Democrat, which concerns me. But
I don't like her music. I mean, do you ever listen to the music. I don't listen to it. I've heard some of her stuff because I listened to John John, but about the morning and ebn, what about that? They don't play that? Are you kidding? What are they playing? Kid? Chris? Not playing that? I heard it. I heard he used to day tailor Swift. Who kid Chris? I thought you did? It was after me. Oh, I dated her. I sent her notes saying, you want to meet the great American? She said, Holiday
and express. I'll be there. Will he the stood reporters of Proud Service, every local tame Star heating and air conditioning dealers Tamestar quality you can feel in Cincinnati. Cole Sheldon, Braun and Braun Heating at five one, three, three, eight, five, seventy seven, sixty five spas and those chiefs and forty nine ers will go out at Willie in two weeks in Super Bowl fifty eight in Vegas, Baltimore drops one. You got Detroit, Yeah,
Detroit, at least you don't live in Detroit. They're they're up by seventeen at halftime, and then the rate of the forty nine ers go. You know what we're playing. But back to the Ravens, though, what do you why you're on your way to a touchdown? You're taunting a guy's a Flowers and then what two plays later he fumbles at the goal line one night, put the ball in your armpit and run over and not theatric thank you, but it works, Bengo. And why do you taunting a guy
when you're down? Like you know, by you got points? Stupid lack of self control and and uh, you know, Lamar and jack march out. Flower sprints out to the near side, seeds shotgun position, the stay now shift shift. They've got a wide receiver Agalord tight and the right side back to throw is Lamar Jackson over the middle. Cuck By say Flowers and slungers for the end zone. They're gonna save the balls out. They're gonna say the ball is out of the end zone. The Chiefs think they have
the ball in the end zone. No official it's been given yet. They're gonna say a tough fact. The Chiefs recover the ball in the end zone. Saint Flowers caught the ball and fumbles the hole into the end zone. The runner fumble short of the Vilaine. You're covered in the end zone by Kansas City because a touch back. Say Flowers hit short of the end zone and fumbles the ball and fumbles into the end zone. It worked against the
Chiefs last week. The Chiefs will recover in the end zone with the huge takeaway, and that eight seconds into the hammer quarter becomes a gigantic hammer for the Chiefs. What would be down as the Chiefs defense just smothering, unbelievable, Lamar Jackson. Instead of going north to south, he's going east to west. There's your textbook defense against number eight of the Ravens Bengals. And right there, which quarterback as a four and one record against Josh Allen and
Patrick Mahomes together, that's a former Louisville star Joe Burrow. Oh, Joe Burrow, that's right, that's right. Sorry, five and one, that's correct? And where was he? And then he's on he's on X yesterday. I'll just let the taunting go. Well, come on, come on, they're not going to let that go. Change your rules play, I mean, act like you've been there before, like Paul Brown. Talk. Act like Flowers would have got cut at halftime if mister Brown was on the
sideline and the reaching for glory instead of in the end. Correct. They act like a clown. Thank you don't be a clown until you score six. So uh, let's see Villiam. You know I spent some time this Saturday afternoon at Price Will Chili. Huh, and several of the customers wanted to know where the segment was. Why you didn't invite me? Oh you would have come? Yeah, I would. I love And somebody bought my lunch at Bryce Hill Chilly Pete Whitty, Pete Whitty, No, he owes
me lunch. Oh, guy named Sam some or other. Oh and my whole lunch was thirteen dollars. My son and I and I told Sam, you got to raise prices around this place. Look at you, the great American making it out the price ill I did I find it. I found the place and I put it in Google Maps and I located it. He didn't get lost or nothing I did, Okay, I don't believe Google maps half the time. Draft King says, says Willie that San Francisco's early one
point favorite in a couple of weeks. I'm going with the Chiefs. If tay t can make it to the game, I'm going with the Chiefs. If you can't make it, I'm taking San Francisco Super Bowl fifty eight. 'll be right here on seven hundred WLW. You can get the latest on the Xavier Musketeers. What was today got throttled yesterday by Yukon. I thought it was going to be a close matchup Sean Miller show. Starting at seven, I think this fifty five KRC. They didn't score for the first four
minutes. No Xavier team has ever done that, have they? I don't recall. I was disgusted. I thought I thought Miller had these boys going in the right direction. Yeah, obviously I was mistaken, as I've been repeatedly in the past. Worst law since nineteen ninety nine? How many points? Forty forty five fifty six A yeah, ninety nine fifty six was the final pathetic? Thank you that forty three points and then Youngstown State routed NKU by thirty. How about UC they beat U? Yeah, they won.
They won Saturday and Miami won on a buzzer. Beat it up. Set Akron about taking Wes Miller, Uh huh, making him the Xavier coach and take Sean Miller and make him the UC coach for one game? Would that be exciting? No of them says no, I don't think that would work. I'm not sure. I like to think outside the box. No. U cond remains number one to this week. BP polet do a second, North Carolina third. They could play in the NBA. Kentucky dropped four spots
to tenth. The Dayton Flyers, who lost at Richmond, fell five spots back to number twenty one. But there is good news. Hold on, why is your mascot a spider? If you had a would you pick of all the possible choices? Why would Richmond pick a spider? Did they have like a mascot like a spider on the sidelines? rock. I have the transcript here between Travis Kelsey give me the important stuff and Tate. Someone had a recorder. She comes on the field and Kelsey says, honey, how about that. She said, I've never seen anything like that in my life. Then she planted a big kiss on his lips. As the lips are parting, he then says, sweetie, did you enjoy the game? She says, I've never seen that before, and then then the title says why weren't you here earlier? And she says it wouldn't
let me on the field until Kansas City waved me in casey. Kelsey then says, I appreciate that. Then they plan another couple kisses, and then she says, why don't you and I get together? Later and he says, sure, yes, I think I can absolutely. So is this love or is this infatuation? Like like, she has had so many experiences in her young life, but she has not had this right dat Pro Bowl ten
years, future, Hall of Fame, NFL is completely different. So is this like is she caught up in the experience and wow, this is amazing? Or does she truly love Travis Kelsey? These are the things I think about well women right now, I would say it's bs because Travis is going to quit soon. What does he have to show if they win the Ring again and becomes a tour director for her thirty five years old? At that point, does he want to go through the NFL season again? You know
I got but he's a huge brand. Some nbccbs, these people would would die to have him brother. Yeah, I mean people that don't watch football all of a sudden, like Travis kelcey McAfee, get Riffond McAfee and give the Kelsey brothers a TV showaes she get a new boy toy though? What about Joe Burrow? He's not married, He's got a girlfriend though, how about she lives at his house? I don't care she don't care about that
kind of stuff. He don't care about that, or no, she doesn't care Taylor, she's ah no, I mean she sets her sights on sign what puts her to the side? And Joe Burrow, you're gonna Is anybody right now living better? Is there any male in a better situation than Travis Kelsey's entire name one name one? No, when I die, I want to come back. And Travis Kelsey? And what did he do with you? See, because we were all here when that was going on? Did you ever hear him at U see, I've heard, I heard of it
and you see that was it? Yeah? What were his stats that you see when he played football for the Bear count thirty five games, played fifty nine career college receptions. He did that total? I mean he had forty five his senior year, thirteen his junior year. He was suspended his sophomore year, boost kicked off a team. Why he wanted to play quarterback? And well, yeah, he was a high school quarterback. He said,
look, I'm leaving, he said, we'll leave. So Travis Kelsey goes from almost suspended two Yeah, failed a drug test, I believe failed to marijuana drug tests you're going from that to taite. Now here's the thing they consulted is his brother, like Jason, have this guy back. Yeah, he's a good guy. He's kind of you know, lost his way a little bit. Think about that. Well, right now, the NFL put out a statement they're going to change the start time of the Super Bowl.
Tell me about this, Taylor Swift can get can get back here. Every male over the age of forty five would just spontaneously combust according to Harry and swear off the NFL forever. She needs to start the Tokyo concert in two hours earlier to make sure she's here in time for the kickoff. Otherwise she'll be performing with Usher at halftime. Can you see that one? No, well, I can see her a former halftime right at the end. Then then I mean, man, the world could blow up because that would be
just the biggest thing ever. People would just melt Here. He's gonna get here, and she's going to be the flyover for the game. She's gonna parachute into the Yes, not Reba McIntyre out of the way to sing the national anthem. Go to her suite that at halftime say hush see you and got new halftime elevator Michael Jackson style. People start weeping everywhere across the globe. Unbelievable and what is more shocking. Let me give you a couple of
shocks. Give me this about Ben Shapiro rapping. Would you would you bet against that? If you had told me that, even before minutes ago, when you told me that was true, I would not have believed it. It's the number one iTunes your hero I think's number one, number one two Taylor Swift throwing us. You're off the stage, shaking it off in the halftime in Vegas? Could happen? I say? I say it's the she joins him with the on the last song. God. People would just lose
it. Middle ages. Look at the stats. I've got the facts. My money, like listen, my pockets are teenage girls would be just weep. Here's Ben. You're blowing money on sir, and you're going to prison and on television toss. No one knows who you are painting on me on the internet for my comments. The number song? What's on iTunes? I don't know? Dance number one? How is this possible? Ben Shapiro, the noted conservative, is now wrapping on iTunes who talk about this was the
result that most of the country did not want everyone. Most people were rooted for the Ravens and Detroit correct in Detroit, what was Dan Campbell doing? Well? I like that he's aggressive. I like that he's another stage. Kick the damn field goal and go up three scores. Didn't do it. I have a theory on this. This is him playing into his immage. In that moment, he thought to himself, God, he were gonna call me a chicken, cause I'm the guy that's aggressive. I'm the guy that
goes. I can't go against my brand right now. So I'm gonna go for it on fourth down and be foolish instead of kicking the field goal in the third quarter. And how about this guy Zay Flowers? Oh yeah, taunting and then fumbling at the goal line when you need it. So coaches
will tell you. Andrew Coverdale, the offensive coordinator at Saint X, and Bill Belichick and most other coaches around the country will tell you, you only reached the ball across the goal line on fourth down or a two point conversion the only time you do carry. He could have carried it in other than that. The risks going out the reworse. Well, what happened to you know? The NFL won at San Francisco because of the eyeballs. Not too
many eyeballs in Detroit. It's terrible place as opposed to California. So they wanted TATA in California and they got It's the NFL fixed, No seg What do you say? Will he the student reporters of proud service, Every local teme star heating and air conditioning dealers tame star quality. You could feel in Cincinnati called Stacey Heating in Air Solutions five one, three, three six seven h E A T. Spot rock. Would you either live in Detroit or
Buffalo? Those are your two Chosalo Buffalo, even though they don't have many sports. I'll have his football. And how are Chiefs in the Super Bowl SAG six weeks ago? They were terrible? Right, I'll tell you one thing that mister Spagnola, the defensive coordinator, masterful job yesterday with their defense making number eight go east and west instead of north and south. He played terrible. I mean give usag Nola on that defense a lot of Jackson him.
Now the I mean, the the whole thing is opened. The argument is opened. Back up. Can you win with a run first quarterback in the NFL? Right now, you have to say no. Patrick Mahomes is pretty good. I mean that fourth dound played ice a game. Are you kidding me? Just throw it up? But just the catch was like and then the guy takes one off the face mask and the other guy catches it, and then Lamar Jackson catches his own pass. That was pretty unbelievable.
That was the longest pass play. How did Baltimore not take away Travis Kelsey? The number one role of coach is you make the other team beat your left handed with your second or third option. You don't want to be at the podium after the game saying, boy, their best player just went off against us. But that's what they did. What do you have? Seven catches eleven level eleven under sixteen yards. It's fixed. They can't the first half. Make somebody else catch it. Thank you, it's fixed. Please
continue with sports. Let's see will Ye Yukon remains number one in this week's AP poll after destroying Xavier yesterday. It wasn't really that much of a destruction they they got. I figured he'd want to dame lost over the weekend, again, it's pathetic. Kentucky is tenth and n number twenty one. Oh well, can't win them all? That's right, can't Is that it? In sports? I think so? Now? All I thifty nine days away from opening day? Who's on the mound? Hunter Green? Nothing of problems?
He looks good on paper, doesn't pitch past the third inning? Well, there is sign like four pitchers. Maybe it's one of those guys, those guys, I say, Graham Ashcraft is the best picture they have. Hurt? Is it? All of them are hurt. Everybody's hurt. Everybody Still, I think Olo still us a calf problem, doesn't he he can't still? No, I think he's okay. He may end up in a bullpen. Well, how's Joe Burrow's hands on? It's all we had? I mean, he's we have a shot. We have no idea I happened.
Why are the Chiefs in the Super Bowl? Because Patrick Hims doesn't miss games? When was the last time he missed the game? I looked this up. I know the way he got twisted a couple of times yesterday. I thought his knees are going to get ripped up. You know a lot of but he was unbelievable. Must be State farm got nothing to do with him. It's just that some players are just injury prone. Look at Bill Walton, the great center came out of UCLA and his injury prone. What
do you do? Yep? I mean Joe Burrow takes a step and he blows Gray Golden. Greg Godin is supposed to be another great one in the NBA. Sam Bowie nothing so he is. Since twenty eighteen, he's played sixteen games. That was a full season fourteen, fifteen, seventeen, seventeen and sixteen and the one this year was he said Saturday he sat out. Yeah, well you gotta play. It's all the past three seasons he has
not missed a game due to injury. Maybe four amazing. It's it's iffy about Joe Burrow because his right arm and shoulders all withering and can't use it. It's in a cast, can't use it. It's like this, he's like limp. Did he say withering? He's got of like a t rex as you know, without arms out there. Yeah, that's like you when you reach for your wallet. Yeah, I can't reach my wallet. I want to thank Sam and Price Hill Chili for buying me a breakfast on Saturday.
Don't you owe me a Sunday for something something? I doubt it. I always will anyway. What do you got on the Big Show today? Taylor Swift is the big story? Talk on the show at three Wow, We're gonna talk with James Rapeens and I was break it down yesterday what happened. We'll talk about Swift. Course, we'll talk about Taylor Swift. Yeahs the only thing going right and talk and talk about talk about that Ben Shapiro, the top rapper in the country. I bet against him. I heard
the song. You told me the information. I'm still beating against it. I don't see it. What's happening? Well, what are the guys in the locker room say to Travis Kelsey after what they really say? The harbor, I just took the test this morning, uniform comes off and you're showering together. What do they say? What's what's the deal man? The brothers saying, what's the deal man? What the deal with that? What the deal? I love you, honey, I love you too. We're going
to have a special night, you know. I bet, yes, we are. I mean what I mean? I just I just stuff that is said in the locker room about that. I would love to be in there and experience what's on the big show about the NFL changing the start time to make sure Taylor gets there, I will. What what's more likely they changed the time of the concert or the time of the Super Bowl? I say both. I say she will. They would not change the start of the
game. I'm gonna bet you a hot fut Sunday. They to make sure Taylor Swift is there. She's bigger than the game. She's bigger than the NFL. She can go anywhere in the world and draw four hundred thousand people because if she shows up late, the game will stop stop stop, hovers over the field. They got a pairaschootr in It'll be like a helicopter in one of those wing deals. You got this wing shoot showing administrative time out.
What was that yesterday during the game? Administrative time out? Administrative time out? They had to talk to the book freehead of you knows of the Bengals being in a Super Bowl the rest of this decade with Taylor Swift. That's why I was Joe better start Dayton Taylor Swift, I mean his girlfriend. WU was step aside. I would assume, Oh, scissor right, what's another female star we can get? Joe burrowed a date beyon about her? Well, she's already married, but I don't she she married a divorce
a grande. That's it. A go with her. Put a ring on the big big song of Beyonce. Put a ring on it or something like that. I was already married to jay Z. He'd kick her. He's kicked. He'd get the boys out. It'd be a problem, a problem. He Joe Burrow's calf and wrist taking massage. Somebody do a lipa. That's another one now we're talking about you know who do Alipa is the India backup goaltender for the Cyclones. Ben Shapiro is rapping. That's all I know.
Frocky, thank you, But ask for pein about changing the time of the super Bowl, because she could start. It's only a seventeen hour flight each way. So what seven seventeen here she comes, Stop the game. She's arrived, Bengo, don't move that concert up. What time did the concert start locally in Japan? Well it's five thirty. It's coos in five already, am Las Vegas time, So I don't know. Yeah, I
don't know time the next day or something. They're all screwed up. I don't know where they're But Ta Tay's the biggest thing in the world, the biggest. I want to see the brothers in the game. Travis Kelsey one of the biggest players in the What about his brother? His brother is the great, He's the second biggest thing in the world. Yeah, well I played football. Why do you think the mom and dad, mister and missus Kelsey looked at each other and say, what the hell? What the hell
is going on? A couple of months ago, they were just now it's like, right, a year ago they were great players. But even if two sons are going to go in the Hall of Fame, right, Jason Kelsey Mago Downs is one of the one greatest five centers of all time, Travis Kelsey going on in the top five tight ends of all time.
