131: Young Girl Blues with Skylar Lanier

Skylar is 25 years old from virginia. She owns and operates 2 gyms, “The Shop Gym” in Manassas VA. She is a show promoter for Gary Udit. In 2018 she received her procard taking the overall title at Jr. USA.

When Skylar was a young girl she suffered from anorexia. Then shortly after she struggled with overeating. After getting help, she was able to get proper treatment and turn her life right side up in her later years. 

Skylar began competing and used training as a healthy outlet. She quickly fell in love with the sport. With the help of her coach Kim Oddo, husband and support of her family she was able to turn pro and live out her dreams of becoming an IFBB Bikini Pro.
