Sandra is from Rochester NY. She is 48 ½ years old and works at a telecommunications company doing cash accounting. She's been competing on and off since 1994. She got her procard in 2003 in Figure.

When Sandra first started competing she competed in bodybuilding. She had to do the traditional bodybuilding poses. She even mentions that women’s bodybuilding back in the 90’s looked a lot like Bikini currently and what old school prep actually looked like. After getting her pro card in figure, she took 15 years off from the stage.

Now many of us may think that taking that much time off from the stage, means you are hanging up your heels. However, Sandra is here to prove you that anything you want in your life is possible. If you don’t give up, you will achieve success.

15 years later she came back and dominated the bikini stage ! What an inspiration! Listen now to her story.

Key Takeaways

  • If you continue to tell yourself how hard something it is, it will always be hard
  • If I can improve my physique from show to show, I know I'm winning.
  • This is an opportunity to push yourself
  • You don’t get what you wish for, you get what you work hard for
  • Everything is figureoutable
  • Just because you work hard for something doesn’t mean you're going to win.
