Morgan lives by the motto “Change your mindset, change your life”. She’s been competing for 5 years and received her pro card at Miami Nationals in 2017. She is currently a coach and has her own team called team morganlindseyfit where she coaches both lifestyle and competition athletes. She is also the co-owner of the cookie company named Drizzle Cookie company.
Her first show experience wasn't the best experience which caused her to take time off. However, it didn’t stop her from trying again. A year later she stepped back on stage and to her surprise did fairly well so she continued to fight for her professional card ! This goes to show that anything is possible as long as you don’t give up!
Growing up Morgan lindsey was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. She also suffered from disordered eating. In this episode she literally walks us through practical steps you can take to overcome anxiety. Additionally, she shares with us her journey as a professional athlete, how she started her business from the ground up, and the doubt she had in herself about the path she had chosen.
The corona virus has drastically affected each of our lives and Morgan shares how being in quarantine has affected her.
