Episode description

Ashley Puida has been competing for 16 years. She started doing the Haiwaian Tropic Competitions before going into the Npc and now IFBB. She became a professional in 2015 at the USA Championships. In this episode Ashley opens up so much to us sharing her deepest of secrets and some of the hardest experiences she’s ever had to go through. Her first experience at the Olympia was not what one would envision it to be. It quickly turned into a giant nightmare. However, this did not bring her down, this only made her stronger.

Ashley also shares with us her own personal experiences of her life in quarantine. She gives her opinion on the situation and what she has been doing to stay sane during these times. Ashley also gives us many resources we could use to stay current on what's going on in the world right now. She encourages us to get involved in our community.
